- 0:01Speaker 1: Republicans now skeptical of Joe Biden's quote big reset with
- 0:06Speaker 1: the Chinese communist leader Jiji Ping, who is in California,
- 0:11Speaker 1: literally with a red carpet welcome. This is a man
- 0:15Speaker 1: that you cannot trust. This is a man that allowed
- 0:18Speaker 1: the COVID virus to spread to the entire world and
- 0:21Speaker 1: lied about that while he knew that it was contagious,
- 0:25Speaker 1: that it came out of Wuhan, and that it was
- 0:27Speaker 1: going to shut down the entire world the same way
- 0:29Speaker 1: it was shutting down their country in China. And yet
- 0:34Speaker 1: in California, Gavin Newsom rolls out the red carpet for
- 0:38Speaker 1: j because apparently he is his new mentor. Now Republicans
- 0:42Speaker 1: are raising the alarms right now about President Joe Biden's
- 0:45Speaker 1: meeting with the Chinese leader to restore communications and quote cooperation,
- 0:50Speaker 1: the White House said amid heightened tensions between the two nations. Now,
- 0:56Speaker 1: if you look at the way we rolled out the
- 0:57Speaker 1: red carpet for him, you would not believe that any
- 1:00Speaker 1: that was actually true. The fears are predicated on Biden's
- 1:04Speaker 1: age and family business ties. Concessions Biden could give Deji
- 1:09Speaker 1: and if China will renig on potential concessions, while the
- 1:13Speaker 1: US maintains its quote compromises. Those are the fears coming
- 1:19Speaker 1: out right now. How compromised are the Bidens? How compromised
- 1:23Speaker 1: the Biden crime family? How much blackmail does the do
- 1:28Speaker 1: Jijing Ping and the Chinese communists have over the Biden family.
- 1:32Speaker 1: We know that they were working directly with people with
- 1:35Speaker 1: direct ties to Chinese communists intelligence spy apparatus. That is
- 1:40Speaker 1: a fact, and we know that countless millions came directly
- 1:44Speaker 1: in to the Biden crime family. We also know that
- 1:48Speaker 1: there were threats made from Hunter Biden to communists in
- 1:51Speaker 1: China for payment, and what happened. The money ended up
- 1:55Speaker 1: getting transferred, we know that, and then the big guy
- 1:59Speaker 1: apparently got his cut. Now, Biden and g will meet
- 2:02Speaker 1: at a quote undisclosed location outside of San Francisco to
- 2:06Speaker 1: speak about finalizing agreements to kurtell what they describe as
- 2:11Speaker 1: FETANL trafficking, and restore communications between militaries, along with boosting
- 2:16Speaker 1: Boeing aircraft purchases since the latest sale in two thousand
- 2:20Speaker 1: and seventeen. Biden said on Tuesday that his goal is
- 2:25Speaker 1: to try to strengthen his relationship with you. Now you
- 2:29Speaker 1: also have to remember that this president is weak, and
- 2:33Speaker 1: he's weak mentally, he's incapacitated, and G knows that.
- 2:37Speaker 2: How bad is it. I'll give you an example.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Joe Biden says that he's met alone with G sixty
- 2:44Speaker 1: eight times as vice president. That's, by the by the way,
- 2:47Speaker 1: not true at all. It's actually impossible. It's a ridiculous number.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Yet the President has said that several times. He also
- 2:54Speaker 1: said yesterday, quote, we're not trying to decouple from China.
- 2:58Speaker 1: What we're trying to do is change the relation ship
- 3:00Speaker 1: for the better. Now, the President tried to make a
- 3:03Speaker 1: joke before his mic was cut off when he was
- 3:05Speaker 1: meeting with a dictator. And here is what the President
- 3:09Speaker 1: had to say is he was trying to quote joke
- 3:11Speaker 1: around at the table with Janet yelling to his right
- 3:14Speaker 1: and Anthony blinkn to his left.
- 3:17Speaker 3: And they come.
- 3:21Speaker 1: He acted like it was a boxing match kind of moment,
- 3:24Speaker 1: and then he starts laughing. Anthony Blinkin looks at him like,
- 3:27Speaker 1: what the hell are you doing? And then his microphone,
- 3:31Speaker 1: as you can hear there, was turned off.
- 3:36Speaker 4: I have to go over there.
- 3:40Speaker 1: The President sitting there kind of laughing and joking as
- 3:43Speaker 1: the g regime comes into the room.
- 3:47Speaker 2: We also know that Biden said this to g at
- 3:50Speaker 2: the table.
- 3:50Speaker 5: We also have a responsibility to our people and in
- 3:55Speaker 5: the world to work together when we see it in
- 3:58Speaker 5: our interest to do so.
- 3:59Speaker 2: There you go.
- 4:00Speaker 1: That's I guess the message right to our people and
- 4:02Speaker 1: to work together. When I guess it sort of kind
- 4:05Speaker 1: of works to our advantage. Now, while all this is
- 4:08Speaker 1: going on, you also have a president that's got some
- 4:12Speaker 1: problems right now. One of Biden's judge nominees is going
- 4:17Speaker 1: down in flames this afternoon on Capitol Hill as he
- 4:21Speaker 1: is bowing down to a dictator in California. Biden's district
- 4:27Speaker 1: judge nominee, literally today by the name of Judge Hill,
- 4:32Speaker 1: could not explain the difference between a stay order and
- 4:35Speaker 1: an injunction when asked about it by Senator Kennedy. Take
- 4:38Speaker 1: a listen to this.
- 4:39Speaker 6: The difference between a stay order and an injunction.
- 4:44Speaker 3: A stay order would prohibit, an injunction would restrain the
- 4:51Speaker 3: parties from taking action.
- 4:54Speaker 2: A state order.
- 4:56Speaker 3: I'm not sure that I actually can can give you
- 4:58Speaker 3: the okay.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Wow, that's who you're bringing to the bench. A judge
- 5:05Speaker 1: that doesn't know the difference. A judge nominee that doesn't
- 5:07Speaker 1: know the difference between a stay order, a stay order,
- 5:11Speaker 1: and an injunction. That's who we're now nominating to be
- 5:15Speaker 1: on these courts. This also comes as there's even more
- 5:18Speaker 1: bad news as the FBI director says they're investigating now
- 5:22Speaker 1: multiple individuals affiliated with HAMAS inside the United States of America.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Just kind of mention that out there as the president's
- 5:30Speaker 1: bowing down to a dictator in California.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Here's what he had to say, is he was talking today.
- 5:36Speaker 5: On top of the so called loan actor threat. We
- 5:38Speaker 5: cannot and do not discount the possibility that HAMAS or
- 5:43Speaker 5: another foreign terrorist organization may exploit the current conflict to
- 5:48Speaker 5: conduct the tax here on our own soil. We have
- 5:52Speaker 5: kept our sites on HAMAS and have multiple investigations into
- 5:56Speaker 5: individuals affiliated with that foreign organization. And while historically our
- 6:02Speaker 5: HAMAS cases have identified individuals here who are facilitating and
- 6:07Speaker 5: financing terrorism overseas, we continue to scrutinize our intelligence to
- 6:12Speaker 5: assess how that threat may be evolving. But it's not
- 6:16Speaker 5: just HAMAS, as I highlighted for this committee in my
- 6:20Speaker 5: testimony last year. Iran, the world's largest state sponsor of
- 6:25Speaker 5: terrorism has directly or by hiring criminals, mounted assassination attempts
- 6:30Speaker 5: against Dissonance and high ranking current and former US officials,
- 6:35Speaker 5: including right here on American soil. Or take Hesbola, Iran's
- 6:40Speaker 5: primary strategic partner, which has a history of raising money
- 6:45Speaker 5: and seeking to obtain weapons here in the United States.
- 6:49Speaker 5: FBI arsts in recent years also indicate that Hesbelah has
- 6:53Speaker 5: tried to see the operatives establish infrastructure and engage in
- 6:57Speaker 5: spying here to mess raising our concern that they may
- 7:02Speaker 5: be contingency planning for future operations in the United States.
- 7:07Speaker 5: And while we are not currently tracking a specific plot
- 7:11Speaker 5: given that disturbing history, we are keeping a close eye
- 7:15Speaker 5: on what impact recent events may have on those terrorist
- 7:18Speaker 5: groups intentions here in the United States and how those
- 7:22Speaker 5: intentions might evolve. Now, I want to be clear, while
- 7:27Speaker 5: this is certainly a time for heightened vigilance, it is
- 7:30Speaker 5: by no means a time for panic. Americans should continue
- 7:34Speaker 5: to be alert and careful, but they shouldn't stop going
- 7:37Speaker 5: about their daily lives. All across the country, the FBI's
- 7:41Speaker 5: men and women are working with urgency and purpose to
- 7:44Speaker 5: confront the elevated threat that means working closely with our federal, state,
- 7:49Speaker 5: and local partners on our FBI led Joint Terrorism task Forces,
- 7:53Speaker 5: taking an even closer look at existing investigations and canvassing
- 7:57Speaker 5: sources to increase awarenesss the board, and doing all we
- 8:02Speaker 5: can working with our partners to protect houses of worship
- 8:06Speaker 5: here in the US. Bottom line, We're going to continue
- 8:09Speaker 5: to do everything in our power to protect the American
- 8:12Speaker 5: people and support our partners in Israel.
- 8:16Speaker 1: All right, So he says we're going to support our
- 8:19Speaker 1: partners in Israel. Literally less than twelve hours after the
- 8:24Speaker 1: Democratic Party and his administration he works for, the Biden
- 8:27Speaker 1: administration said no to giving emergency funding to Israel. So
- 8:31Speaker 1: that's that's point number one that I think, really, really,
- 8:35Speaker 1: really really has to.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Stand out here. All right.
- 8:37Speaker 1: That's that's again, that's point number one. Point number two.
- 8:41Speaker 1: He says there's an elevated threat, but he wants you
- 8:44Speaker 1: to trust that everything's going to be fine.
- 8:46Speaker 2: And the reason why.
- 8:47Speaker 1: You should trust everything's going to be fine because the
- 8:49Speaker 1: FBI is on it now. Not to not to be
- 8:53Speaker 1: too mean here, but when was the last time the
- 8:56Speaker 1: FBI had a big success that we know about. Instead
- 8:59Speaker 1: of covering up crimes for the Biden crime family are
- 9:02Speaker 1: going around the country harassing people and arresting people that
- 9:05Speaker 1: were in and around the capital that actually didn't do
- 9:08Speaker 1: anything wrong on January the sixth. And now you want
- 9:11Speaker 1: me to believe that everything's going to be fine with
- 9:14Speaker 1: a wide open southern border because.
- 9:16Speaker 2: The FBI is on it.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Also, you may have heard now that there was a
- 9:22Speaker 1: GOP senator that almost got into a fistfight, a guy
- 9:26Speaker 1: by the name of Senator Mullen, a Republican from Oklahoma.
- 9:30Speaker 2: He joined Sann's.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Dana Bash discussed challenging the head of the union, the Teamsters,
- 9:34Speaker 1: to a fistfight during the US Senate hearing the day before.
- 9:39Speaker 1: The fight was prevented when Senator Bernie Sanders, who was
- 9:42Speaker 1: leading the hearing, intervene and chastised both the teamster, the
- 9:46Speaker 1: union president, and the senator for their quote childish behavior.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I want you to hear what Senator Mullen had to
- 9:54Speaker 1: say during this interview.
- 9:55Speaker 7: We're already bubbling over. Most recently before coming, the head
- 10:01Speaker 7: of the Teamsters said in a tweet, you know where
- 10:03Speaker 7: to find me. This is to you any place, anytime,
- 10:07Speaker 7: cowboy right. Having said all that in hindsight, any regrets.
- 10:12Speaker 6: No, I really don't. What happens all the time is
- 10:14Speaker 6: you got these keyboard warriors that's going to go out
- 10:16Speaker 6: there and run their mouth all the time and then
- 10:18Speaker 6: they don't ever have to face their consequences. And people
- 10:21Speaker 6: tell me all the time, you know this in coming
- 10:22Speaker 6: up of the United States Senator, and I remind people
- 10:24Speaker 6: I'm a guy from Oklahoma first, and there's consequences for
- 10:27Speaker 6: doing some of this.
- 10:28Speaker 2: I get.
- 10:28Speaker 6: There's people on social media they'll do this constant. I'll
- 10:31Speaker 6: never see them. This guy I did, and this wasn't
- 10:34Speaker 6: his first time. He did this to me five separate times.
- 10:37Speaker 6: I ignored it every time. And then the last time
- 10:39Speaker 6: when he called me, when he said you know where
- 10:41Speaker 6: to find me anytime anywhere, cowboy, I thought, you know,
- 10:46Speaker 6: maybe this could be a good thing. Maybe we could
- 10:49Speaker 6: do this for charity. If he really wants to be
- 10:51Speaker 6: this tough guy and be you know this union boss
- 10:55Speaker 6: of the Teamsters who said that mind you in twenty
- 10:58Speaker 6: twenty two, he said he want to bring back the
- 11:00Speaker 6: mob mentality back to the teamsters. This is the same
- 11:04Speaker 6: guy in twenty thirteen that was suspended by his teamsters
- 11:07Speaker 6: for harassing and intimidating them. I thought, you know, maybe
- 11:11Speaker 6: this guy could be taught a lesson and we could
- 11:13Speaker 6: just do it for charity.
- 11:14Speaker 7: What do you mean by that for charity? Because this
- 11:16Speaker 7: looked like you almost came to blows in the middle
- 11:17Speaker 7: of well.
- 11:18Speaker 6: But I had already challenged him before this. Prior to this,
- 11:21Speaker 6: I had I had said when he first put out
- 11:23Speaker 6: that first tweet, or that actually that was the fifth
- 11:25Speaker 6: tweet I put out. Okay challenge accepted September thirtieth, Tulsa,
- 11:30Speaker 6: Oklahoma for charity MMA, And of course he didn't say
- 11:34Speaker 6: anything until right before this hearing he started running his
- 11:37Speaker 6: mouth again.
- 11:38Speaker 7: You mentioned MMA fight. You are an MMA champion. I
- 11:42Speaker 7: noticed that when you were getting up in an escalator,
- 11:44Speaker 7: you're playing with it. Right now, you reach for your
- 11:46Speaker 7: wedding ring.
- 11:47Speaker 2: What was that about.
- 11:48Speaker 6: Well, I wasn't mad first of all. So when you
- 11:51Speaker 6: get mad, you get angry, you lose your mind. First
- 11:53Speaker 6: thing I thought of when I stood up, I thought,
- 11:54Speaker 6: I'm going to break my hand on this guy's face
- 11:56Speaker 6: and would take my wedding ring off. Because when you're fighting,
- 11:59Speaker 6: you learn out of punch correctly. You really shouldn't break
- 12:02Speaker 6: your hand. But when you're doing it with rafts.
- 12:04Speaker 7: You actually thought you were going to come to blows
- 12:06Speaker 7: in that.
- 12:06Speaker 6: Moment, I had full intentions of doing that.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Absolutely, let me play for you.
- 12:10Speaker 1: By the way here, I love this guy, and I'm
- 12:15Speaker 1: not endorsing this type of behavior, But I do love
- 12:17Speaker 1: this guy.
- 12:18Speaker 2: The fact this guy's like.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Look, I'm in Oklahoma at first, man, Like, I'm not
- 12:22Speaker 1: some senator that thinks I'm better than everybody else.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I'm a former MMA fighter.
- 12:28Speaker 1: This guy says, any time, any place, and I'm like,
- 12:31Speaker 1: all right, let's go.
- 12:32Speaker 2: You want to go, let's go.
- 12:34Speaker 1: I respect the fact that he's actually this authentic about it,
- 12:38Speaker 1: like he's like, yeah, I expected to go.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Do I think you should do it in the chamber? No,
- 12:43Speaker 2: I don't.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Would I totally buy a ticket to this fight to
- 12:47Speaker 1: watch a union boss at his abs kick for charity. Hell, yes,
- 12:52Speaker 1: I would totally buy a ticket for this. I don't
- 12:56Speaker 1: have an issue with the charity side of this, doing
- 13:01Speaker 1: it from the four of the Senate this way. I
- 13:03Speaker 1: actually don't have a problem with him saying calling him out.
- 13:06Speaker 1: What I do have a problem with him saying, hey,
- 13:08Speaker 1: let's fight right here right now. I think we have
- 13:10Speaker 1: to be better than that. Now the original audio if
- 13:13Speaker 1: you missed it, and he's going to read the text
- 13:16Speaker 1: of this Teamster and I'm going to play it for
- 13:19Speaker 1: you so you can hear it.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Listen.
- 13:21Speaker 8: Former MMA fighter and current Oklahoma Senator Mark Wayne Mullen
- 13:25Speaker 8: took issue with a tweet by Teamsters union leader Sean
- 13:28Speaker 8: O'Brien during a help committee hearing quit the tough guy act.
- 13:34Speaker 8: You know where to find me any place, anytime, cowboy
- 13:37Speaker 8: hashtag little man syndrome. And here's how that ended up
- 13:40Speaker 8: going down.
- 13:41Speaker 6: So this is a time, this is a place if
- 13:43Speaker 6: you want to run your mouth, we can be too
- 13:45Speaker 6: consenting adults. We can finish it here.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Okay, that's fine, perfect, you want to do it now.
- 13:49Speaker 9: I'd love to do it right now.
- 13:50Speaker 6: We'll stand your butt up.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Then you stand you up, butt up? Stop it? So,
- 13:56Speaker 2: oh no, sit down?
- 13:57Speaker 3: Okay.
- 13:58Speaker 2: You know you're a United States sty Okay, okay.
- 14:04Speaker 1: By the way, there's something hilarious about Bernie Sanders, the
- 14:07Speaker 1: old guy from the Up movie going, Sit down, Sit down,
- 14:10Speaker 1: You're a United States Center When Bernie Sanders is the
- 14:15Speaker 1: guy in the room that is like the calm guy.
- 14:18Speaker 1: You just know that this isn't a hilarious moment. I
- 14:25Speaker 1: think it's hysterical. The media, of course, is acting like
- 14:29Speaker 1: this is like a massive deal.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Here.
- 14:32Speaker 1: I'll give you example morning, Joe Pannell had a whole
- 14:34Speaker 1: panel on it this morning. They're like GOP Center challenging
- 14:37Speaker 1: hearing witness to a fight. No, he's a union boss that,
- 14:39Speaker 1: by the way, challenge the senator to a fight first.
- 14:41Speaker 1: He read the tweet first, So you guys are scumbag
- 14:44Speaker 1: liars at MSNBC yet again acting like this GOP Center
- 14:49Speaker 1: just didn't like what he was saying and then wanted
- 14:50Speaker 1: to fight him.
- 14:51Speaker 2: That's not how this went down.
- 14:53Speaker 1: This guy, five different times has been talking trash and
- 14:56Speaker 1: he read him. He read the trash, and then he said,
- 14:59Speaker 1: all right, you want to go. He said, it's embarrassing, empathetic.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Colbert last night played the exchange of Senator Mullen and
- 15:09Speaker 1: the union boss challenging each other, and even they laughed
- 15:15Speaker 1: about how hilarious this is.
- 15:18Speaker 10: Hey was an embarrassing day down in Congress thanks to
- 15:23Speaker 10: Oklahoma senator and guy you don't remember at your high
- 15:25Speaker 10: school reunion asking is your little sister still hot? Mark
- 15:30Speaker 10: Wayne Mullen this afternoon.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Is this a Senate hearing?
- 15:33Speaker 10: In a Senate hearing, Mullen faced off against a witness,
- 15:37Speaker 10: Teamster's president and half Eagle, half Egg, Sean O'Brien. The
- 15:41Speaker 10: two men have tussled on social media before, but in
- 15:44Speaker 10: a hearing ostensibly about our economy, they nearly came to blows.
- 15:48Speaker 10: I want to warn anyone with young children, Well, we're
- 15:52Speaker 10: about to show you. It's extremely stupid.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Jim.
- 15:57Speaker 6: You tweeted at me one, two, three, four five times,
- 16:05Speaker 6: and let me read what the last one said.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Quick, the tough.
- 16:08Speaker 6: Guy act in these Senate hearings. You know where to
- 16:11Speaker 6: find me any place, anytime, cowboy. Sorry, this is a time.
- 16:17Speaker 6: This is a place if you want to run your mouth.
- 16:20Speaker 6: We can be two consenting adults so we can finish
- 16:22Speaker 6: it here. Okay, that's fine, perfect, you want to do
- 16:24Speaker 6: it now. I'd love to do it right now.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Are they about to?
- 16:50Speaker 1: There's your Stephen Colbert. Take on the whole thing here, Colbert.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Are they about to? He said? Two consenting adults, right,
- 16:57Speaker 1: two consenting adults that started to fight as he described it.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Listen to the end, he said, He said, two consenting adults.
- 17:06Speaker 2: That's not how a fight starts, right.
- 17:13Speaker 10: If there's gonna be a fight, I'd like to warn
- 17:15Speaker 10: that senator, you look pretty big.
- 17:16Speaker 2: But historically people.
- 17:18Speaker 10: Who take on the teamsters end up with season tickets
- 17:21Speaker 10: to Giants Stadium underneath the end zone.
- 17:26Speaker 2: Luckily there it is underneath the end zone.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Again, I go back to the basics of this, like,
- 17:33Speaker 1: is it beneath a member of Congress to want to
- 17:35Speaker 1: pick a fight on the flour or or in a
- 17:39Speaker 1: committee room like this?
- 17:40Speaker 2: Yes?
- 17:41Speaker 1: Do I have a problem with the guy calling him out? No,
- 17:45Speaker 1: I wouldn't have. By the way, that my first interview
- 17:47Speaker 1: over at CNN on this I can tell you that
- 17:49Speaker 1: right now, no way would not under any circumstances. I
- 17:55Speaker 1: told him to go over there to do his first
- 17:56Speaker 1: interview because CNN, of course, is going to try to
- 17:58Speaker 1: make you into the worst person in the world.
- 18:01Speaker 2: That's what they always do.
- 18:03Speaker 1: They always try to turn you into the worst person
- 18:06Speaker 1: in the world.
- 18:07Speaker 2: But it does tell you, and I get this.
- 18:11Speaker 1: There's a lot of people that have written a lot
- 18:12Speaker 1: of things about me, and I've there's a few of
- 18:15Speaker 1: them I cannot wait to see in life, because I'm
- 18:17Speaker 1: going to remind them of what they said on social media,
- 18:19Speaker 1: and then how they didn't say any of it when
- 18:22Speaker 1: they're standing right in front of me, and I kind
- 18:25Speaker 1: of appreciate that. Just don't challenge and fight them in Congress,
- 18:28Speaker 1: like you should have gotten him to agree to a
- 18:30Speaker 1: charity event.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Hey, I've got a date a time you show up.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Let's sell tickets and settle this and charity wins you
- 18:36Speaker 1: in let's go. That would have been a better way
- 18:39Speaker 1: to handle it. But I also think some people are
- 18:41Speaker 1: taking this a little bit over the top. They're going
- 18:43Speaker 1: a little bit too extreme. I'm just gonna be clear
- 18:45Speaker 1: about that. The ad L is now going on offense.
- 18:50Speaker 1: This morning on MSNBC, green Black went on TV to
- 18:55Speaker 1: say this, and again, that's the Anti Definition League CEO
- 19:00Speaker 1: saying this about what's happening in our college campuses.
- 19:03Speaker 11: Jonathan, you led me to a question I was going
- 19:05Speaker 11: to ask you, which we have now seen at least
- 19:07Speaker 11: the beginning of some pushback finally from people who run
- 19:10Speaker 11: these schools. You mentioned Columbia, other places just through the
- 19:13Speaker 11: end of the semester, in the case of Columbia saying
- 19:15Speaker 11: you can't hold demonstrations on our campus. But I think,
- 19:19Speaker 11: as you say, it's important to be clear, this isn't
- 19:21Speaker 11: about free speech. Some of these groups are espousing hatred
- 19:24Speaker 11: and explicit anti Semitism. Do you see the leadership at
- 19:29Speaker 11: some of these schools that you've been pushing so hard?
- 19:31Speaker 11: Are they now finding the backbone you just described, Well,
- 19:34Speaker 11: they're only.
- 19:35Speaker 12: Going to find the backbone if we hold them accountable.
- 19:37Speaker 12: Donors need to hold them accountable, students need to hold
- 19:40Speaker 12: them accountable, and the federal government does too. You know,
- 19:44Speaker 12: last week we launched a legal call in line WILLY
- 19:47Speaker 12: for students who've experienced this kind of discrimination. It's a
- 19:50Speaker 12: violation of the Civil Rights Act, Title six WILLI. We
- 19:53Speaker 12: have overall one hundred and fifty cases we're now exploring.
- 19:57Speaker 12: And let me tell you the university presidents. They might
- 19:59Speaker 12: not list to some students, but when they run the
- 20:02Speaker 12: risk of losing hundreds of millions of dollars in federal grants,
- 20:06Speaker 12: they're going to respond. One hundred and fifty cases in
- 20:09Speaker 12: a week. We're going to continue to hold their feet
- 20:11Speaker 12: to the fire. And by the way, not just us.
- 20:14Speaker 12: We shouldn't just wait for us to push for these cases.
- 20:16Speaker 12: The Department of Education can be proactive about this and
- 20:19Speaker 12: launch investigations and grew. You know, other authorities like the
- 20:23Speaker 12: IRS and even the FBI should look at the parent
- 20:26Speaker 12: organizations to see are they providing material support for terror
- 20:30Speaker 12: that isn't okay under any circumstances.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I absolutely love what he's saying there. I got to
- 20:36Speaker 1: give them credit for doing this. This is exactly what
- 20:38Speaker 1: they should be doing. And by the way, this also
- 20:41Speaker 1: comes at a time when students are fearful now in.
- 20:45Speaker 2: A way that they haven't been before.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Students now, especially Jewish students, Okay, especially Jewish students who
- 20:56Speaker 1: have come out and they are very, very frustrated because
- 20:59Speaker 1: the these universities do not seem to be protecting them
- 21:04Speaker 1: and they you know, this is the same universities that
- 21:06Speaker 1: called for safe spaces and and and kumbaya ism all
- 21:11Speaker 1: over campus, that everybody should be accepted, everybody should be loved,
- 21:15Speaker 1: everybody should be you know, all of these type things.
- 21:21Speaker 1: They have a chance to stand up for these students
- 21:25Speaker 1: and they're not doing it. Anti Israel protesters shout Hyle
- 21:30Speaker 1: Hitler and perform a Nazi salute in a march for
- 21:35Speaker 1: Israel and Washington, d C.
- 21:36Speaker 2: For example.
- 21:37Speaker 1: You also have, as this is going on, students who
- 21:41Speaker 1: are coming out and they're telling the truth about what
- 21:45Speaker 1: they're experiencing on college campuses. These kids are experiencing moments
- 21:52Speaker 1: that are absolutely terrible, and we know it by the way,
- 21:57Speaker 1: like we know it, we see it, and that's also
- 22:01Speaker 1: incredibly frustrating. Let me give you an example of a
- 22:04Speaker 1: Jewish MIT student at that went on TV yesterday, went
- 22:09Speaker 1: on TV to talk to Jake Tapper and to talk
- 22:14Speaker 1: about how bad it's gotten at MIT because MIT was
- 22:17Speaker 1: going to kick out some students for their anti Semitism
- 22:21Speaker 1: on campus, and then they said, oh, there'll be some
- 22:23Speaker 1: visa problems, so we won't do it.
- 22:25Speaker 13: Listen, as a Jewish student at MIT, do you feel
- 22:29Speaker 13: safe on campus?
- 22:31Speaker 3: You know, honestly, Jake, in the past few weeks, I
- 22:33Speaker 3: have not felt safe on campus.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Why not?
- 22:36Speaker 14: So?
- 22:37Speaker 3: You know, ever since October seventh, we've seen at universities
- 22:41Speaker 3: around the country that you know, the conflict that's overseas
- 22:44Speaker 3: has come to our home term and we've had a
- 22:48Speaker 3: lot of rallies and events by an organization called the
- 22:51Speaker 3: Coalition Against Apartheid, which is the anti Israel group on
- 22:54Speaker 3: MIT's campus, and they, along with so local anti Israel
- 23:01Speaker 3: groups have come to campus because MIT is an open campus,
- 23:04Speaker 3: which means that anybody can walk around and you know,
- 23:08Speaker 3: be on campus. So they together have done protests on
- 23:12Speaker 3: campus on the steps of Lobby seven, which is the
- 23:14Speaker 3: main entrance to MIT, and in front of the Student Center.
- 23:18Speaker 13: And I mean, people protest, but what do they do,
- 23:21Speaker 13: what do they say? That makes me feel unsafe?
- 23:24Speaker 3: So I guess part of it is the fact of
- 23:28Speaker 3: what they're saying. So when you're saying things like globalize
- 23:30Speaker 3: the endi Fada, use your two fists to sacrifice everything
- 23:34Speaker 3: for Palestine and one solution and to fada. You know,
- 23:38Speaker 3: we know what happened during the second into Fada. It
- 23:40Speaker 3: was suicide bombings and attacks against Israeli civilians and Israel.
- 23:44Speaker 3: But the other part of it is that these people
- 23:46Speaker 3: aren't just protesting outside and exercising the right for free speech,
- 23:50Speaker 3: which I fully support as an American. It's that they're
- 23:53Speaker 3: going you know, they went to the personal offices of
- 23:56Speaker 3: a program that runs Israel internships on MIT's campus, and
- 24:00Speaker 3: they went to the offices of the people who worked
- 24:01Speaker 3: for this program and they tried to enter it. They
- 24:03Speaker 3: were going from door to door trying to unlock the doors,
- 24:06Speaker 3: and the people who worked in this office had no
- 24:08Speaker 3: idea to what these students were trying to do by
- 24:10Speaker 3: trying to get into their office. They were yelling, they
- 24:12Speaker 3: were accusing them of apartheid, of ethnic cleansing, of genocide,
- 24:15Speaker 3: and it was a really frightening experience.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It was a really frightening experience, a really quote frightening experience.
- 24:24Speaker 1: MSNBC going also all in for the Hamas terrace with
- 24:28Speaker 1: their coverage this morning, saying this about Hamas.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 24:33Speaker 4: They're bad.
- 24:33Speaker 9: They're very, very, very disturbing.
- 24:35Speaker 4: Yeah, very bad, very disturbing. And Michael just getting back
- 24:39Speaker 4: to the two state solution. Yeah, there was this belief
- 24:44Speaker 4: during the Abraham Accords, and I thought it was cynical
- 24:48Speaker 4: at the time that Israel could make peace with the UAE,
- 24:55Speaker 4: Israel could make peace with the SAW, Israel could make
- 25:01Speaker 4: peace with ba Range, Israel could make peace with everybody
- 25:05Speaker 4: and just pretend the Palestinians weren't there. We said it
- 25:09Speaker 4: at the time. So you think you can work around
- 25:14Speaker 4: I said this to people in the Trump administration. You
- 25:16Speaker 4: think it can work around the Palestinians. They're not going anywhere.
- 25:21Speaker 4: And it underlined two things. One that the Israelis were cynical,
- 25:26Speaker 4: and we're doing everything they could to ignore the Palestinian's flight.
- 25:31Speaker 4: And the second thing is it's not really reported as.
- 25:34Speaker 15: Much just how much, just how much the Palestinians neighbors
- 25:40Speaker 15: just detest them, have no use for them, haven't had
- 25:43Speaker 15: any use for them for a very long time, don't
- 25:45Speaker 15: want them in their country, and are willing to actually
- 25:49Speaker 15: team up.
- 25:50Speaker 4: The Sunni Arab nations team up with Israel, right and
- 25:55Speaker 4: at the expense of the Palestinians. And now this is
- 25:57Speaker 4: blown up for the entire region. And now they're paying,
- 26:00Speaker 4: and Jordan, they're paying, in Egypt, they're paying in Saudi
- 26:04Speaker 4: Arabia again for not tackling this issue had on. And
- 26:08Speaker 4: all I'm saying is, when we get through this first phase,
- 26:12Speaker 4: however long, that next month or so, and that Yahoo
- 26:16Speaker 4: has moved aside, the United States just has to say, yes,
- 26:19Speaker 4: we support your right to defend yourself to destroy Humas,
- 26:25Speaker 4: but we also are going to demand The other end
- 26:28Speaker 4: of that is it's not going to be easy to
- 26:30Speaker 4: do now, but at some point you've got to move
- 26:33Speaker 4: to a two state solution and take care of the
- 26:36Speaker 4: chaos that's going on in the West.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Banct I think you're right about that.
- 26:39Speaker 14: I think in the end, so we're talking at a
- 26:43Speaker 14: post that Yahoo Israel, you're going to have emerge presumably
- 26:50Speaker 14: as was reported, you know, the opposition is already beginning
- 26:52Speaker 14: to position. The Israeli people want that change. You're going
- 26:56Speaker 14: to have a momentum or an energy behind that. So
- 26:58Speaker 14: the work and the lift body US won't be necessarily
- 27:02Speaker 14: as difficult as it went as it otherwise would be,
- 27:05Speaker 14: which is a good thing for US policy. But more
- 27:09Speaker 14: to the point of what you're making, the powers in
- 27:13Speaker 14: the region will have a greater incentive on the heels
- 27:17Speaker 14: of all of this now to get behind that two
- 27:20Speaker 14: state solution in a way that they before October seventh
- 27:24Speaker 14: they were disinclined to do for their own particular reasons.
- 27:28Speaker 9: That is the one thing that's going to come out
- 27:29Speaker 9: of this People hope that there's basically there's this is
- 27:32Speaker 9: the only viable solution out of this mess, is a
- 27:34Speaker 9: two state solution. And you know, we were this has
- 27:37Speaker 9: been discussed further the past month, that this is the
- 27:41Speaker 9: this is the one thing that will come out of
- 27:42Speaker 9: this disaster, is that this is the only way forward,
- 27:46Speaker 9: and increasingly people will see that in the Middle East,
- 27:49Speaker 9: you know. And interestingly, The Times had a really interesting
- 27:52Speaker 9: interview with Hamas leaders a week or so ago, just
- 27:57Speaker 9: and they basically were feeling so.
- 27:59Speaker 2: So but by the way, listen to this.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I listen to this propagand it's about to come out
- 28:03Speaker 1: out of her mouth.
- 28:04Speaker 2: She says.
- 28:04Speaker 1: It was really interesting. There was this, there was this
- 28:06Speaker 1: conversation with Hamas leaders.
- 28:08Speaker 9: Listen carefully, We'll see that in the Middle East, you know.
- 28:10Speaker 9: And interestingly, The Times had a really interesting interview with
- 28:14Speaker 9: Hamas leaders a week or so ago, just and they
- 28:19Speaker 9: basically were feeling so so isolated in the region, and
- 28:24Speaker 9: they launched this attack as kind of a last resort
- 28:26Speaker 9: because they felt completely abandoned by all everybody else and
- 28:30Speaker 9: realized that this was the last thing they could do.
- 28:33Speaker 11: American politics is new.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Did did you hear that?
- 28:35Speaker 1: No one stopped her, No one called her out for that,
- 28:39Speaker 1: No one called her out for what just I'm going
- 28:42Speaker 1: to read you that part of the transcript. Interestingly, The
- 28:45Speaker 1: New York Times had a really interesting interview with Hamas
- 28:48Speaker 1: leaders a week or so ago. They basically were feeling
- 28:52Speaker 1: Hamas so isolated in the region that they launched this
- 28:55Speaker 1: attacks kind of a last resort because they felt completely
- 28:58Speaker 1: abandoned by everyone else and realized that this was the
- 29:01Speaker 1: last thing they could do. And the panel just said,
- 29:03Speaker 1: uh huh, they had no choice. That's what That's what
- 29:06Speaker 1: was just said there like I'm not this is what
- 29:08Speaker 1: was said. This is what was said. Please share this
