- 0:01Speaker 1: Now what have We basically have two countries that have
- 0:04Speaker 1: been fighting so long and so hard that they don't
- 0:07Speaker 1: know what the fun they're doing.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Do you understand that you're listening to the forty seven
- 0:12Speaker 2: Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Good Wednesday morning. Nice to have you with us on
- 0:16Speaker 3: the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got two major
- 0:18Speaker 3: stories for you. One, President Donald Trump giving a very
- 0:22Speaker 3: clear warning to Iran as well as Israel that it's
- 0:26Speaker 3: time to stop this war and abide by the ceasefire rules.
- 0:30Speaker 3: President even talking directly. We've been to a net Yahoo
- 0:33Speaker 3: letting him know you must stop. We do not need
- 0:36Speaker 3: this to continue. We'll have all the details of that
- 0:39Speaker 3: conversation on Air Force One coming up in just a moment.
- 0:43Speaker 3: And also another major story, at least five more Iranian
- 0:48Speaker 3: nationals who are in the country illegally with additional criminal
- 0:52Speaker 3: backgrounds have been arrested by ICE in recent days, bringing
- 0:56Speaker 3: the number now to almost twenty individuals who have been arrested.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Some of them would direct ties to terrorism and Iran.
- 1:05Speaker 3: But first, right now, all of us, our help is
- 1:08Speaker 3: needed with the people that are under attack in Israel.
- 1:11Speaker 3: We know that Israel is at war with Iran, a
- 1:14Speaker 3: nation that is vowed to wipe Israel and even the
- 1:16Speaker 3: United States of America off the map. In a necessary
- 1:20Speaker 3: act of self defense, Israel struck Iranian nuclear facilities, military targets,
- 1:25Speaker 3: and their top leadership. And right now the International Fellowship
- 1:29Speaker 3: of Christians and Jews is on the ground preparing large
- 1:32Speaker 3: scale distributions of life saving food, first date and emergency kits,
- 1:37Speaker 3: especially to Israel's most vulnerable people, the sick, the elderly, children,
- 1:42Speaker 3: and families that are in great need. The Fellowship is
- 1:45Speaker 3: also making sure that hospitals, emergency rooms, and shelters are
- 1:49Speaker 3: fully stocked with critical and life saving medical supplies. But
- 1:53Speaker 3: the Fellowship needs your most generous gift today to make
- 1:57Speaker 3: this work possible. If you want to stand with the
- 2:01Speaker 3: people in Israel and you want to bless them and
- 2:03Speaker 3: support them as they are under attack, now is your
- 2:06Speaker 3: time to stand with those that are the most vulnerable
- 2:10Speaker 3: in Israel. You can call them and give your donation
- 2:14Speaker 3: right now to have an impact virtually instantly on what's
- 2:18Speaker 3: going on. Eight to eight for eight eight IFCJ. That's
- 2:22Speaker 3: eight eight eight for eight eight if CJ. You can
- 2:27Speaker 3: also go online and give it IFCJ dot org. That's
- 2:32Speaker 3: IFCJ dot org. It's the forty seven morning Update, and
- 2:36Speaker 3: it starts right now.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 2:39Speaker 3: President Trump very frustrated with Israel and Iran for violating
- 2:44Speaker 3: the ceasefire terms of an agreement that he helped put together,
- 2:48Speaker 3: saying publicly that he is not happy with Israel. Allegations
- 2:52Speaker 3: that Iran launched a barje of missiles at Israel early
- 2:56Speaker 3: Tuesday morning, more than two and a half hours after
- 2:59Speaker 3: the ceasfire began, which Tehran denied even as Israel announced
- 3:03Speaker 3: a response, has drawn criticism of both parties by President
- 3:07Speaker 3: Donald Trump. Sirens sounded in northern Israel and explosions could
- 3:11Speaker 3: be heard as Israeli Air defense has responded and commanders
- 3:15Speaker 3: said the country will respond with force. Two missiles were
- 3:20Speaker 3: launched from Iran and they were intercepted. Is what a
- 3:23Speaker 3: military official said about the attack, the army saying good
- 3:27Speaker 3: people could leave shelter around fifteen minutes after the first
- 3:30Speaker 3: alert went out. Now, Iran's news agency says reports that
- 3:35Speaker 3: i Ran fired missiles at Israel after the ceasefire took effect,
- 3:39Speaker 3: where quote unquote false. Now, a clearly frustrated Donald Trump
- 3:44Speaker 3: has to intervene, saying this about the conflict violent.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Do you believe that a rounded Yeah, I do.
- 3:56Speaker 1: They violated it, But Israel violated it too. Israel as
- 4:01Speaker 1: soon as we made the deal, they came out and
- 4:03Speaker 1: they dropped the load of Bob's the likes of which
- 4:05Speaker 1: I've never seen before, the biggest load that we've seen.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I'm not happy with Israel. You know, when I say, okay,
- 4:11Speaker 1: now you have twelve hours, you don't go out in
- 4:14Speaker 1: the first hour, just drop everything you have on them.
- 4:17Speaker 1: So I'm not happy with them. I'm not happy with
- 4:19Speaker 1: Iron either. But I'm really unhappy if Israel's going out
- 4:22Speaker 1: this morning because the one rocket that didn't land, that
- 4:26Speaker 1: was shot perhaps by mistake, that didn't land, I'm not
- 4:29Speaker 1: happy about that. What we basically have two countries that
- 4:35Speaker 1: have been fighting so long and so hard that they
- 4:39Speaker 1: don't know what the fuck they're doing. Do you understand that? Now?
- 4:42Speaker 3: President Trump made these comments to reporters of the White
- 4:45Speaker 3: House before departing for the NATO summit at the Hague.
- 4:48Speaker 3: He expressed disappointment about the continued attacks, adding he did
- 4:52Speaker 3: not like that Israel had quote unloaded right after they
- 4:55Speaker 3: agreed to end the hostilities, saying quote, they violated it,
- 4:59Speaker 3: but is violated it too, Trump said, adding I'm not
- 5:02Speaker 3: happy with Israel. Trump further ordered Israel to cease and
- 5:06Speaker 3: assist with its response, using his true Social for delivering
- 5:10Speaker 3: that message, saying, quote, Israel, do not drop those bombs.
- 5:14Speaker 3: If you do, it's a major violation. Bring your pilots
- 5:18Speaker 3: home now. Donald J. Trump, President of the United States
- 5:22Speaker 3: of America. Is how he signed it on True Social Now.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Trump was then on his way to Europe for the
- 5:28Speaker 3: NATO summit, after further expressing disappointment about the continued attacks
- 5:33Speaker 3: during the flight, AP reported that Trump spoke to the
- 5:35Speaker 3: Israeli Prime Minister as well. Trump did not mince words
- 5:39Speaker 3: from Air Force one, according to White House officials familiar
- 5:42Speaker 3: with the matter. The officials, as cited by the AP,
- 5:45Speaker 3: who were not authorized to comment publicly about the private
- 5:49Speaker 3: leader's call, said Trump was exceptionally firm and direct with
- 5:53Speaker 3: the Prime Minister about what needed to happen to sustain
- 5:57Speaker 3: the ceasefire. Officials added net Now, who understood the severity
- 6:01Speaker 3: of the situation and acknowledged Trump's concerns. Netea, whose office
- 6:05Speaker 3: confirmed the talks as well. Per the Associated Press, now
- 6:09Speaker 3: netaw whose office also says Israel struck an Iranian radar
- 6:13Speaker 3: in response to the Iranian missile attack early Tuesday, but
- 6:17Speaker 3: it says the Israeli leader held off tougher action after
- 6:20Speaker 3: an appeal directly from the President. Following President Trump's conversation
- 6:25Speaker 3: with net now Who, Israel refrained from additional attacks. Netanya
- 6:29Speaker 3: Who's office said publicly now Trump has now declared Israel
- 6:33Speaker 3: will act on his instructions, saying it is not going
- 6:37Speaker 3: to attack Iran and will instead do a quote friendly
- 6:41Speaker 3: plane wave. Clearly the President of the United States of
- 6:44Speaker 3: America stepping up and making sure that this deal gets
- 6:48Speaker 3: done as fast as it possibly can. Now story number two,
- 6:52Speaker 3: at least five more Iranian nationals who are in this
- 6:55Speaker 3: country illegally now off the streets as threats to our
- 7:01Speaker 3: national security. This coming after eleven we're arrested over the weekend,
- 7:06Speaker 3: and this is a real problem now as we're talking
- 7:09Speaker 3: about Iranian sleeper cells being a threat to this country.
- 7:13Speaker 3: More Iranians with major criminal histories being arrested and targeted
- 7:17Speaker 3: by Ice, and what the White House is referring to
- 7:20Speaker 3: is a major security sweep, saying these are the worst
- 7:24Speaker 3: of the worst among US Now, officials are touting this
- 7:27Speaker 3: as a full throttle go after anyone they can who
- 7:32Speaker 3: is in this country that may be a known or
- 7:34Speaker 3: suspected terrorists and have direct connections to Iran. That is
- 7:39Speaker 3: what they're trying to do. I want you to hear
- 7:41Speaker 3: more about what's happening. In a report from Fox.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Concern about our safety here at home in the wake
- 7:48Speaker 4: of the strikes on Iran's nuclear sites. Breaking news today,
- 7:51Speaker 4: Immigration and Customs agents announced they have arrested fifteen illegal
- 7:55Speaker 4: Iranian immigrants since Sunday. One of them admitted to ties
- 8:00Speaker 4: hes Belah in Lebanon. A law enforcement source told Fox
- 8:03Speaker 4: News the FBI is closely watching for any Iranian back
- 8:06Speaker 4: sleeper agents in the wake of Operation Midnight Hammer. During
- 8:09Speaker 4: the Biden administration, border agents arrested more than one thousand,
- 8:13Speaker 4: five hundred Iranians who entered illegally at our southern border.
- 8:17Speaker 4: They let nearly half of them go. President Trump on
- 8:21Speaker 4: that this morning.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Biden led a lot of supercellsen Biden was an incompetent president,
- 8:26Speaker 1: had no idea what he was doing. He let a
- 8:29Speaker 1: lot of supercells in, many from Iran. But hopefully we'll
- 8:33Speaker 1: take care of them. What Biden did to this country
- 8:37Speaker 1: should never be forgotten.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Justice correspondent David Spunt is in Washington.
- 8:41Speaker 5: David Well Harris, the news about the fifteen Iranian nationals
- 8:44Speaker 5: coming illegally into the US is no surprise to the
- 8:47Speaker 5: people at the Justice Department, the FBI, and of course
- 8:50Speaker 5: the Department of Homeland Security. According to authorities, one of
- 8:52Speaker 5: them has ties to HESBLA, another is an alleged former
- 8:56Speaker 5: sniper for the Iranian Army. At a budget hearing yesterday,
- 8:59Speaker 5: Attorney General Pam Bondi said the number of Iranians illegally
- 9:03Speaker 5: in the United States continues to grow as well.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Over one thousand have entered our country and I can
- 9:09Speaker 4: tell you we are on high alert and everyone is
- 9:12Speaker 4: looking at that very closely now.
- 9:14Speaker 5: She says, budget cuts won't affect the overall mission. DOOJ
- 9:16Speaker 5: and the FBI continue to focus on threats toward President
- 9:19Speaker 5: Trump himself as a result of his ordering of the
- 9:22Speaker 5: killing of this man, General Cassim Solomani in January twenty twenty.
- 9:27Speaker 5: Assassination plots originating in Iran not only toward President Trump,
- 9:32Speaker 5: but to US residents who once lived in Iran. DHS
- 9:35Speaker 5: Secretary of Christy Nome seen there yesterday, was asked about
- 9:38Speaker 5: sleeper cells in the United States. Those are groups of
- 9:41Speaker 5: people who live among us in the US quietly until
- 9:46Speaker 5: order to act.
- 9:47Speaker 4: We've seen some from overseas and some that have been here,
- 9:50Speaker 4: maybe gone overseas for short period of time, become radicalized
- 9:53Speaker 4: and come back, or individuals that are right here in
- 9:55Speaker 4: the United States.
- 9:57Speaker 5: Nom held a conference call with some of the nation's
- 9:59Speaker 5: governors of the weekend to pledge federal resources to help
- 10:02Speaker 5: on the state level to combat any threats, whether federal
- 10:05Speaker 5: or local. Attorney General Bondi back in front of lawmakers
- 10:08Speaker 5: tomorrow to talk about the DOJ budget, but you could
- 10:10Speaker 5: expect some of these topics also will likely come up.
- 10:14Speaker 3: If you go back to the list of the individuals
- 10:16Speaker 3: that have been arrested in what they've been arrested for.
- 10:18Speaker 3: You go to another example ice in Houston. They arrested
- 10:23Speaker 3: another Iranian there. When they arrested him, he was carrying
- 10:26Speaker 3: a loaded nine millimeter pistol. They arrested him, by the way,
- 10:31Speaker 3: in seventeen in Harris County, that is Houston, Texas, the
- 10:36Speaker 3: police arrested him for assaulting a family member and impeding breathing,
- 10:40Speaker 3: meaning you're strangling someone. You also go to another person
- 10:46Speaker 3: in Houston, another Iranian national, an immigration judge that ordered
- 10:50Speaker 3: him removed nearly twenty years ago on August fourth of
- 10:53Speaker 3: two and five. He's been twice convicted of drug crimes
- 10:56Speaker 3: and one's convicted driving on a suspended license. He's still
- 10:59Speaker 3: in America. There's problems here. There's another example of this.
- 11:04Speaker 3: A man in Arizona arrested again another Iranian. He had
- 11:08Speaker 3: a final order of removal. He was convicted of threatening
- 11:12Speaker 3: a law enforcement officer and being an alien in possession
- 11:16Speaker 3: of a firearm. So these are as the President would
- 11:19Speaker 3: describe it bot own brace right. You have officials that
- 11:22Speaker 3: arrested another man that was in the country illegally from Iran.
- 11:26Speaker 3: The man threatened to open fire on ice officials if
- 11:29Speaker 3: they entered her home, and then she would go outside
- 11:32Speaker 3: and shoot ice officers in the head quote unquote. So
- 11:36Speaker 3: it's not just men, it's also women. You had another
- 11:39Speaker 3: twenty two year old in Mississippi, an Iranian national and
- 11:43Speaker 3: former lawful permanent resident. Well, guess what he lied on
- 11:47Speaker 3: his original visa application and committed potential marriage fraud as well.
- 11:51Speaker 3: This is a guy who quote is listed as a
- 11:54Speaker 3: known or suspected terrorists. He's now an ice custody pitning removal.
- 11:59Speaker 3: You have another man in Colorado, an individual after a
- 12:03Speaker 3: judge had already ordered him to be removed. His criminal
- 12:06Speaker 3: history includes state and federal convictions for drug crimes and
- 12:09Speaker 3: arrests for assault and child abuse. No big deal, right,
- 12:14Speaker 3: totally fine. You got a man in Saint Paul a
- 12:17Speaker 3: man that was fifty six year old Iranian national. He's
- 12:20Speaker 3: been convicted of being a felon in possession of a
- 12:22Speaker 3: firearm in Minneapolis. He was sentenced to fifteen months in prison.
- 12:26Speaker 3: He's also a former member of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard
- 12:30Speaker 3: with admitted connections directly to Hezballah. You got another guy
- 12:36Speaker 3: in San Francisco, sixty two year old Iranian national with
- 12:39Speaker 3: a criminal history that includes a conviction for petty theft
- 12:42Speaker 3: and a conviction of possession of a controlled substance for sale.
- 12:46Speaker 3: He was sent to ten years in state prison for
- 12:48Speaker 3: drug conviction and now he's in ice custody. Or go
- 12:52Speaker 3: to Buffalo. You've got another Iranian national there, a man
- 12:56Speaker 3: convicted of grand larceny schemes to defraud criminal impersonation and
- 13:01Speaker 3: practicing as an attorney another example of the people that
- 13:05Speaker 3: they're taking off the streets. So when you look at
- 13:09Speaker 3: what we are now witnessing, it is very clear that
- 13:12Speaker 3: there are real people in this country that are trying
- 13:15Speaker 3: to do harm to this country that were let in
- 13:18Speaker 3: under the last administration. That is obvious. The last administration
- 13:22Speaker 3: knew that these people were coming into this country and
- 13:25Speaker 3: they just didn't care. They wanted to flood the country
- 13:30Speaker 3: with as many illegal immigrants as they possibly could, and
- 13:33Speaker 3: they just didn't care who was coming in, how they
- 13:38Speaker 3: were getting in this country. It didn't matter, and that's
- 13:42Speaker 3: incredibly sad. Let me also say one other final thing here.
- 13:46Speaker 3: I expect this to get worse before it gets better,
- 13:50Speaker 3: with a number of illegal immigrants that we're going to
- 13:52Speaker 3: find that are a real threat to our national security,
- 13:55Speaker 3: and we should do everything we can to support and
- 13:59Speaker 3: advocate for Ice and this administration to find them wherever
- 14:04Speaker 3: they have to in the country.
