- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a big fight that is happening right now
- 0:05Speaker 1: over Donald Trump's nominees. Democrat representatives are going to try
- 0:10Speaker 1: to trigger a vote on releasing the Health Ethics report
- 0:14Speaker 1: on Matt Gates, even though Matt Gates is no longer
- 0:17Speaker 1: in the House. Sean Casteen, a Democrat from Illinois, says,
- 0:23Speaker 1: you will soon attempt to trigger a vote before all
- 0:25Speaker 1: House members on whether or not to release the Ethics
- 0:28Speaker 1: Committee report into President Act, Donald Trump's Attorney general nominee
- 0:32Speaker 1: former represented Matt Gates.
- 0:35Speaker 2: This after the Health.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Ethics Committee disagreed on whether or not to release the
- 0:39Speaker 1: report on Wednesday, Casten said he would use a privileged
- 0:43Speaker 1: resolution to mandate a four vote on its release. The
- 0:48Speaker 1: vote would be mandatory within two days of Caston introducing
- 0:52Speaker 1: the bill, saying this, given the reports that the Ethics
- 0:57Speaker 1: Committee will not release the Gates report today, I will
- 1:00Speaker 1: shortly excuse me introduce a privileged resolution to require a
- 1:07Speaker 1: vote by the full House of Representatives on its release now.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Politico first noted that Caston was committed to this path
- 1:16Speaker 1: if the Committee did not agree to publish that report.
- 1:20Speaker 1: A key fact is that they say, the key fact
- 1:24Speaker 1: is that Gates has left the House of Representatives, and
- 1:28Speaker 1: as House Speaker Mike Johnson has pointed out, it would
- 1:30Speaker 1: be set a new precedent that is highly unusual for
- 1:34Speaker 1: reports to be released after members resign.
- 1:39Speaker 2: I'm going to strongly request that the Ethics Committee.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Not issue the report because that is not the way
- 1:46Speaker 1: we do things in the House, Johnson told reporters last week.
- 1:49Speaker 1: And I think that would be a terrible precedent to set.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Politico highlighted Gates resignation when pointing out a critical difference
- 1:58Speaker 1: quote unquote between a previous instance of a member trying
- 2:01Speaker 1: to force the release of an ethics report regarding another
- 2:05Speaker 1: sitting member via a privileged resolution, which Casson's office attempted
- 2:09Speaker 1: to frame as quote unquote precedent. Casson's office said, there
- 2:14Speaker 1: is president for this move. They go back to cite this.
- 2:18Speaker 1: In nineteen ninety six, Representative John Lewis, a Democrat from Georgia,
- 2:22Speaker 1: introduced a privileged resolution to force the Ethics Panel to
- 2:26Speaker 1: release its report on alleged misconduct by then Speaker New Gingrich.
- 2:33Speaker 1: The House voted then to kill Lewis's move on the floor,
- 2:37Speaker 1: and the committee was not forced to release its preliminary report.
- 2:41Speaker 1: But there is a critical difference between that and Lewis
- 2:45Speaker 1: president and Gage situation. Gingrich was a sitting member of
- 2:48Speaker 1: the House and Gates has resigned. Therefore he is not
- 2:52Speaker 1: If Casson does move forward with a privileged resolution, Republicans
- 2:56Speaker 1: will have the opportunity to kill it before it is
- 2:59Speaker 1: voted on. So the question now is, and I think
- 3:03Speaker 1: there's a very high probability, a very high.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Chance that this could happen, is that.
- 3:09Speaker 1: This report will be leaked to the press, maybe in
- 3:14Speaker 1: its entirety. Democrats don't care about the rules, and there
- 3:19Speaker 1: is some staffer that might have access to this report
- 3:23Speaker 1: that might do exactly what happened in the Supreme Court.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Remember when the Supreme Court and it was leaked that
- 3:31Speaker 1: Roe v. Wade was going to be overturned the opinion.
- 3:34Speaker 1: That was a day of shock at the Supreme Court.
- 3:38Speaker 1: And yet the people that were investigating it, the deep State,
- 3:42Speaker 1: couldn't figure out or find out who they say actually
- 3:47Speaker 1: released this like they couldn't do it. They literally couldn't
- 3:53Speaker 1: figure it out. Now, I don't think anybody believes that.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I don't think that anybody actually thinks for a second
- 4:02Speaker 1: that they couldn't figure out the FBI et cetera, who
- 4:06Speaker 1: released or who leaked that Roe v.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Wade moment.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Unfortunately, I have zero faith in Congress, zero.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Zero faith.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I have zero faith and the Democrats to do the
- 4:25Speaker 1: right thing. I have zero faith that they won't try
- 4:29Speaker 1: to figure out a way to get rid of this
- 4:33Speaker 1: report and to throw it out there and just break
- 4:35Speaker 1: the the rules that I have no doubt they're going
- 4:39Speaker 1: to try to do. So I bring that up to
- 4:41Speaker 1: say I expect it to come out in some capacity,
- 4:45Speaker 1: if not in its entirety. If Democrats can do this,
- 4:50Speaker 1: if they can pull it off, they will do everything
- 4:53Speaker 1: they can. Now Democrats are just losing their minds right now.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Van Jones has gone all radical on this, and I
- 5:04Speaker 1: want you to hear what Van Jones had to say
- 5:06Speaker 1: in a very heated back and forth about Matt Gates
- 5:11Speaker 1: and what has happened in Washington over this.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Take a listen, Van, what do you think? I think
- 5:17Speaker 2: it's a big test. I mean, why do we have
- 5:19Speaker 2: a Senate? You know?
- 5:22Speaker 3: Apparently the President thinks that the Senate is supposed to
- 5:25Speaker 3: be a rubber stamp for him. The reason America is
- 5:29Speaker 3: strong and great and has been so for two and
- 5:32Speaker 3: a half centuries. Is because we have those three co
- 5:35Speaker 3: equal branches and nobody is right all the time, and
- 5:39Speaker 3: so you need those senators who have that six year
- 5:42Speaker 3: cushion that we're talking about to be above the fray
- 5:44Speaker 3: and to put the country first. And so far we've
- 5:47Speaker 3: seen very little evidences Republican Party is going to say,
- 5:50Speaker 3: we don't care if don Trump is as fewings hurt.
- 5:54Speaker 3: We don't want the Department of Justice run by a
- 5:57Speaker 3: fruit loop pony tune dude. Like it's one point you
- 6:00Speaker 3: got to hear some Republicans actually say that there is
- 6:03Speaker 3: a standard that they want this president to meet. Until
- 6:05Speaker 3: that happens, you have to assume they're going to roll
- 6:07Speaker 3: over him like they rolled over on so many other things.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Kate Edmingfield, after your conversations with Democrats, rank these confirmation
- 6:16Speaker 4: picks in you don't have to do them all but
- 6:19Speaker 4: the most horrifying to Democrats and like to give me
- 6:22Speaker 4: the top.
- 6:22Speaker 5: Four, yead, I mean, so, I think it sort of
- 6:25Speaker 5: depends on who you're talking to. I think there is
- 6:27Speaker 5: a genuine horror about Matt Gates because of what he represents. Obviously,
- 6:31Speaker 5: both these accusations about things that he has allegedly done
- 6:34Speaker 5: with minors, which is deeply, deeply problematic, but also what
- 6:38Speaker 5: he would do at the Justice Department in terms of
- 6:40Speaker 5: following Trump's orders to do things that potentially fall outside
- 6:43Speaker 5: the scope of the law. So I think there's a
- 6:46Speaker 5: lot of horror about that. There's a lot of horror
- 6:48Speaker 5: about RFK Junior and what, you know, the things that
- 6:50Speaker 5: he has said about vaccines, about medical science. I think
- 6:53Speaker 5: there is a real concern that he you know, it
- 6:58Speaker 5: poses a potential threat to communities around the country that
- 7:02Speaker 5: some of these you know, these lects officials have to
- 7:03Speaker 5: go home to their families, to the people they know,
- 7:06Speaker 5: to their neighbors, and deal with the ramifications of somebody
- 7:09Speaker 5: running HHS who doesn't believe in medical science. So there's
- 7:13Speaker 5: a lot of concern about him too. There's concern about
- 7:15Speaker 5: Tulsi Gabbard being at d and I being, you know,
- 7:18Speaker 5: quite literally in charge of America's intelligence secrets and being
- 7:21Speaker 5: somebody who has.
- 7:22Speaker 2: A history of that's that's tough.
- 7:23Speaker 5: So, you know, should we keep it going.
- 7:25Speaker 4: There's many positions. I just wanted top three, but on
- 7:30Speaker 4: the subject of our RFK Junior Bulwark unearthed this video
- 7:34Speaker 4: from August twenty twenty, where they say RFK Junior was
- 7:38Speaker 4: implying that the US government might have actually planned the
- 7:41Speaker 4: COVID pandemic.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 7:46Speaker 6: Many people argue that this pandemic was a plandemic and
- 7:50Speaker 6: it was planned from the outset. It's part of the
- 7:52Speaker 6: senator scheme. I can't tell you the answer to that.
- 7:56Speaker 6: I don't have enough evidence. A lot of it feels
- 7:59Speaker 6: very plain to me.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Okay, So, by the way, let's just stop and deal
- 8:04Speaker 1: with that point for a second. Is that a crazy
- 8:07Speaker 1: thing to say when you're having a long conversation about
- 8:10Speaker 1: the pandemic. Now, he didn't imply that it was the
- 8:13Speaker 1: US government to plan the pandemic. You notice in that
- 8:17Speaker 1: clip there he never said I wonder if the United
- 8:19Speaker 1: States of America planned this pandemic.
- 8:21Speaker 2: That was not said. What he did say.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Is that he wondered if it was planned and that
- 8:29Speaker 1: easily could have happened from China. Now, he also said,
- 8:32Speaker 1: I don't have evidence or enough evidence to back that up,
- 8:37Speaker 1: but it's a question that everybody should be asking. I
- 8:41Speaker 1: don't see any problem with that at all. I don't
- 8:44Speaker 1: see any issue with asking that question. So let's start
- 8:49Speaker 1: there this morning. Do you think that if we are
- 8:54Speaker 1: investigating COVID the way we should investigate COVID or should
- 8:57Speaker 1: have investigated COVID, Maybe that's a better way of framing it,
- 9:00Speaker 1: that we shouldn't ask the question like, hey, was this
- 9:03Speaker 1: possibly planned? You know, they just said that he implied
- 9:06Speaker 1: that it was the United States government. He did not
- 9:08Speaker 1: imply it was the United States government. The pandemic started
- 9:11Speaker 1: in China in Wuhan, So this idea that America planned
- 9:16Speaker 1: it is a very far fetched implication from CNN there.
- 9:23Speaker 1: But they say that he's claiming it was America that planet.
- 9:25Speaker 1: That's not what he said. Do I believe that China
- 9:28Speaker 1: could have planned a pandemic?
- 9:29Speaker 6: Hell?
- 9:29Speaker 2: Yes I do.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I don't trust them at all and all the lies
- 9:33Speaker 1: that came out around COVID. I think we should be
- 9:35Speaker 1: asking these questions down more than ever before. Let me
- 9:38Speaker 1: tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile. If you are
- 9:40Speaker 1: sick and tired of giving your money to woke liberal companies,
- 9:44Speaker 1: then when it comes to the cell phone space, you
- 9:47Speaker 1: really need to pay attention to who you're giving your
- 9:49Speaker 1: cash to every month. Did you know that Big Mobile
- 9:52Speaker 1: gives massive donations to democratic causes, candidates, and organizations, including
- 9:59Speaker 1: organizations that pay for abortions. That's right, that is what
- 10:04Speaker 1: happens at Big Mobile. Now, if you're with Big Mobile,
- 10:08Speaker 1: and most of you listening right now are with Big Mobile,
- 10:11Speaker 1: you want to make the switch to the only conservative
- 10:14Speaker 1: Christian wireless provider in the country. It is Patriot Mobile.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile has nation wide coverage. I'm going to say
- 10:22Speaker 1: that again, nationwide coverage. They use the same towers that
- 10:27Speaker 1: you're using right now, because with technology in twenty twenty four,
- 10:30Speaker 1: that's exactly how it works. The same exact towers that
- 10:34Speaker 1: everybody else is using, you're gonna be on. You're gonna
- 10:36Speaker 1: get the same service used to right now. And here's
- 10:39Speaker 1: the best part. They take about five percent of your
- 10:42Speaker 1: bill every month at no extra cost to you, and
- 10:44Speaker 1: they give it back to organizations that support our First
- 10:47Speaker 1: and our Second Amendment rights. They support the rights of
- 10:52Speaker 1: unborn children. This is exactly what Patriot Mobile does. Each
- 10:57Speaker 1: and every day. They fight for our vet urrans, our
- 11:00Speaker 1: first responders, are wounded warriors. All while you're making cell
- 11:05Speaker 1: phone calls and sending text messages, you're actually making a
- 11:09Speaker 1: huge impact on your community. So if you're ready to
- 11:12Speaker 1: make a difference with every phone call you make, check
- 11:15Speaker 1: out Patriot Mobile. They're online at Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson,
- 11:20Speaker 1: or you can call them nine to seven to two
- 11:22Speaker 1: Patriot and right now you're gonna get a free month
- 11:25Speaker 1: when you use the offer code ferguson. So don't be
- 11:28Speaker 1: fooled by other preveters pretending to share your values. Join
- 11:32Speaker 1: me by switching to America's only Christian conservative mobile provider,
- 11:36Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
- 11:39Speaker 1: to seven to two Patriot and get a free month
- 11:41Speaker 1: of service with a promo code ferguson. All right, So
- 11:45Speaker 1: Democrats right now are freaking out over nominees Donald Trump's nominees.
- 11:52Speaker 1: They're very angry about nominees. They're very upset about it.
- 11:56Speaker 1: And there is a video that has been released the
- 12:00Speaker 1: Democrats unearthed. It is a moment where RFK Junior and
- 12:08Speaker 1: they're really trying to stop RK, which makes me laugh
- 12:11Speaker 1: because he's a former Democrat who Barack Obama actually was
- 12:15Speaker 1: trying to get to have a position in his administration.
- 12:18Speaker 1: At one point was looking at him for EPA well,
- 12:21Speaker 1: now that he has abandoned the Democratic Party, the Democrats
- 12:25Speaker 1: are enraged by this, and so they're trying to get
- 12:29Speaker 1: their you know, war room together to destroy every single
- 12:32Speaker 1: person that Donald Trump picks. They don't respect his ability
- 12:36Speaker 1: to pick his own cabinet. Now, RFK Junior said something
- 12:40Speaker 1: that Democrats are taking clearly out of context. One of
- 12:46Speaker 1: the things that they're playing is RFK Junior saying back
- 12:51Speaker 1: in twenty twenty that we should be asking all questions
- 12:59Speaker 1: of the pandemic. Every question should be asked in the pandemic.
- 13:06Speaker 1: We were lied to on every front. We were allied
- 13:08Speaker 1: about the origins of the COVID nineteen pandemic.
- 13:13Speaker 2: We were lied about the causes.
- 13:15Speaker 1: We're allied about the vaccine, we're allied about the effectiveness,
- 13:18Speaker 1: We're allied about everything. I mean, we were relied to
- 13:20Speaker 1: about everything. And so he asked a question, a question
- 13:25Speaker 1: that the world should be asking. Was this a plan deemic?
- 13:31Speaker 1: People could have planned it to test and see how
- 13:34Speaker 1: the world would react. That could happen easily, especially coming
- 13:37Speaker 1: from China. Was it a smaller group of people that
- 13:42Speaker 1: maybe decide to plan it.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Is that a question that should be off limits to ask.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Remember they tried to sell us on it came from
- 13:49Speaker 1: a wet market, which we actually know it came from
- 13:51Speaker 1: the hunt inseudivirology. Right, we were not supposed to ask
- 13:54Speaker 1: any questions. They want us to all be idiots and
- 13:56Speaker 1: walk around and whatever they tell us and feed us
- 13:58Speaker 1: we're supposed to believe, including from communists.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Now, what did RFK Junior actually say?
- 14:04Speaker 1: CNN doing the big breaking news, we unearthed it.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Take a listen on the subject of our RFK Junior.
- 14:12Speaker 4: Bulwark unearthed this video from August twenty twenty, where they
- 14:16Speaker 4: say RK Junior was implying that the US government might
- 14:18Speaker 4: have actually planned the COVID pandemic. Take a listen.
- 14:25Speaker 6: Many people argue that this pandemic was a plandemic, that
- 14:29Speaker 6: it was planned from the outset. It's part of the
- 14:31Speaker 6: Senator scheme. I can't tell you the answer to that.
- 14:35Speaker 6: I don't have enough evidence. A lot of it feels
- 14:38Speaker 6: very planned to me.
- 14:40Speaker 4: Okay, so I can tell you the answer to that,
- 14:43Speaker 4: I have enough evidence.
- 14:45Speaker 2: And that's insane. That's not what happened. Horrible. Let's just
- 14:52Speaker 2: play that again.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Let's go back and play that again, because CNN just
- 14:58Speaker 1: said that is quote. Now, when he was a Democrat,
- 15:02Speaker 1: they had no problem with him asking questions.
- 15:04Speaker 6: Listen, many people argue that this pandemic was a plandemic,
- 15:10Speaker 6: that it was planned from the outset. It's part of
- 15:12Speaker 6: the senators there scheme. I can't tell you the answer
- 15:16Speaker 6: to that. I don't have enough evidence. A lot of
- 15:19Speaker 6: it feels very planned to me.
- 15:21Speaker 4: Okay, so I can tell you the answer to that.
- 15:24Speaker 2: But by the way, I love how they immediately mock him.
- 15:29Speaker 1: He asked questions. He even said, I can't tell you
- 15:34Speaker 1: if it was planned on. I don't have enough evidence.
- 15:36Speaker 1: So this is a guy that's saying, show me evidence,
- 15:38Speaker 1: and let's have a conversation. Let's have a grand debate,
- 15:42Speaker 1: let's talk about this. I do believe, by the way
- 15:45Speaker 1: that American history and world history with a pandemic. I
- 15:49Speaker 1: believe that China knew that this thing was deadly, and
- 15:53Speaker 1: I have no doubt in my mind that they let
- 15:55Speaker 1: this thing go out into the world because they're like, well,
- 15:57Speaker 1: if we're going down, you're going down with us.
- 16:00Speaker 2: I have no doubt in.
- 16:01Speaker 1: My mind that this was a pandemic that was avoidable.
- 16:10Speaker 2: We've been lied to about gang of function research.
- 16:12Speaker 1: For example, Gain of function research is a great example
- 16:17Speaker 1: of the shadiness and the corruption of not only China,
- 16:23Speaker 1: but also of doctor Fauci. Doctor Fauci lied to us
- 16:27Speaker 1: on almost every different aspect of COVID nineteen. He lied
- 16:35Speaker 1: to us about the effectiveness of the vaccine. He lied
- 16:40Speaker 1: to us and said that if you got the vaccine
- 16:42Speaker 1: that you wouldn't get COVID. He lied to us about
- 16:46Speaker 1: the masks, and he knew that they were a joke.
- 16:49Speaker 1: He lied to us about the six foot rule. He
- 16:52Speaker 1: lied to us about kids and vaccines. He lied to
- 16:57Speaker 1: us about America funding through the NIH gain a function research.
- 17:02Speaker 1: He lied to us about the origins of COVID, he
- 17:07Speaker 1: lied to us about the about China and their cover
- 17:11Speaker 1: up of COVID. And in fact, I would actually say
- 17:15Speaker 1: this name something. It's easier to name something that the
- 17:17Speaker 1: government told us with doctor Fauci in charge that was
- 17:21Speaker 1: true instead of what was a lie, because there's very
- 17:24Speaker 1: few things that would be on the list of what
- 17:26Speaker 1: they said was true. I mean, they said that COVID
- 17:28Speaker 1: nineteen could kill you, Okay, that that was true. There's
- 17:31Speaker 1: people that died from COVID nineteen. There's also a lot
- 17:34Speaker 1: of people that die, unfortunately from the flu every year.
- 17:39Speaker 1: My point is, I don't trust any of these guys.
- 17:42Speaker 1: And so back in twenty twenty, you also have to
- 17:45Speaker 1: put this back in context of what was going on
- 17:47Speaker 1: in the world. Go back and look at twenty twenty
- 17:50Speaker 1: compared to twenty twenty four, four years ago. It was
- 17:52Speaker 1: a very very different time. What were we doing. We
- 17:55Speaker 1: were sitting, you know, apart from each other. They were
- 17:58Speaker 1: telling you don't go see Grandma over Thanksgiving. There were
- 18:02Speaker 1: husbands that weren't even allowed to be in the room
- 18:04Speaker 1: when their child was being born. In the hospitals, there
- 18:08Speaker 1: were people that were dying who didn't get to give
- 18:12Speaker 1: their loved ones a last hug. They were having to
- 18:14Speaker 1: say their last goodbyes to their family or to their aunts, uncles, moms,
- 18:19Speaker 1: and dads over FaceTime because they weren't allowed in because
- 18:23Speaker 1: they had COVID. I don't think it's crazy to remind
- 18:28Speaker 1: people the entire world shut down. So is what RFK Jr.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Saying?
- 18:35Speaker 1: They're crazy? No, did he say that it was a fact. No,
- 18:38Speaker 1: He said we should ask questions. He said, to have
- 18:41Speaker 1: enough evidence to say that this is true. No, but
- 18:43Speaker 1: we should ask the questions, was this pandemic planned? By
- 18:48Speaker 1: the way, I think China has no problem killing anybody.
- 18:51Speaker 1: If you don't believe me, look at the fetanol that
- 18:53Speaker 1: they manufacture and sent to the cartels all over the
- 18:57Speaker 1: world in New Mexico.
- 18:58Speaker 2: How many people have died just from that?
- 19:00Speaker 1: Look at because of their lives, how many people died
- 19:03Speaker 1: in a global pandemic from COVID nineteen do I is
- 19:05Speaker 1: there a possibility in twenty twenty that the question should
- 19:09Speaker 1: have been asked of like, hey, is the world like?
- 19:12Speaker 1: Like was the world shut down on purpose by maybe
- 19:14Speaker 1: a small group of people that decided to try this
- 19:17Speaker 1: experiment and see what happened?
- 19:18Speaker 2: You can't tell me? That is an insane question ask.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And now they're saying, well, that's why RFK Junior shouldn't
- 19:23Speaker 1: get this new job. Are you kidding me? So let's
- 19:28Speaker 1: talk about the arrogance just for a second. After after
- 19:34Speaker 1: they play the RFK Junior audio, CNN does what CNN
- 19:41Speaker 1: does so well. They are condescending and they are mocking
- 19:49Speaker 1: of anybody that they disagree with. Now I'm gonna go back.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna play this for you again, RFK. It's very
- 19:56Speaker 1: short and him asking a question. Notice he doesn't say
- 20:01Speaker 1: anything like for a fact. He doesn't say, hey, the
- 20:04Speaker 1: pandemic was planned for sure. He didn't say he had
- 20:07Speaker 1: evidence to support that. He said we should be asking
- 20:09Speaker 1: the question and listen to how nasty CNN is.
- 20:15Speaker 2: In response trying to derail the nomination of R.
- 20:17Speaker 6: F K Junior, many people argue that this pandemic was
- 20:23Speaker 6: a plan, that it was planned from the outset. It's
- 20:26Speaker 6: part of the senators or scheme. I can't tell you
- 20:30Speaker 6: the answer to that. I don't have enough evidence. A
- 20:33Speaker 6: lot of it feels very planned to me.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Okay, so I can tell you the answer to that,
- 20:39Speaker 4: I have enough evidence, and that's insane. That's not what happened.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Horrible David, look even a Republican. But isn't even a Republican?
- 20:50Speaker 2: Why is your party expecting? Listen? These are democrats. I
- 20:54Speaker 2: saw this. I saw this Donald Trump.
- 20:58Speaker 7: I saw this great it's great thing on social media
- 21:01Speaker 7: with Elon Tulsey RFK Like democrats elected Donald Trump? Right,
- 21:06Speaker 7: So these are these are kates folks.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Oh, listen, listen. The president.
- 21:11Speaker 7: The President's got a great deal of political capital after
- 21:13Speaker 7: this election, right, and how he chooses to expend that
- 21:15Speaker 7: political capital is gonna be instructed if he could do
- 21:18Speaker 7: lots of things, he's going to burn it all up
- 21:19Speaker 7: on getting these people confirmed? Or is he going to
- 21:21Speaker 7: use it for other things? Right? You know, he's a
- 21:23Speaker 7: goot to close the border. He's got all these things
- 21:24Speaker 7: he wants to do. But you only have so much, right,
- 21:26Speaker 7: you can only go to the well so many times
- 21:29Speaker 7: before members keeps they start kind of shrugging, right, And
- 21:32Speaker 7: so I think he's gonna get a lot done. I
- 21:34Speaker 7: think you're gonnat a lot of these members done. And
- 21:36Speaker 7: the most consequential is, of course, in this instance, is
- 21:39Speaker 7: whether Matt Gates becomes the Attorney General or not. And
- 21:42Speaker 7: so how much political capital is going to put behind that?
- 21:45Speaker 7: You know we're gonna see.
- 21:47Speaker 1: I still go back to this is notice not about
- 21:50Speaker 1: the good of the country from the Democratic Party. None
- 21:54Speaker 1: of this is about the good of the country. What
- 21:57Speaker 1: they're fighting over. And you noticed he goes back to
- 21:59Speaker 1: Matt Gates. And by the way, that was a terrible
- 22:01Speaker 1: defense of RFK Junior by the person that was on
- 22:04Speaker 1: CNN there. What they should have said was he was
- 22:07Speaker 1: asking questions in twenty twenty, in the middle of the
- 22:09Speaker 1: pandemic when everybody was asking questions.
- 22:13Speaker 2: It shouldn't be against.
- 22:14Speaker 1: The law to ask a question and or questions when
- 22:18Speaker 1: everything at that moment in time is a lie and
- 22:21Speaker 1: you're being lied to. And they said, notice that he
- 22:24Speaker 1: didn't say it was America that planned it either this
- 22:27Speaker 1: is I mean, I can't believe that I'm the only
- 22:29Speaker 1: one out here in the media world. It's like, hold
- 22:32Speaker 1: on a second, can we please go back to twenty
- 22:34Speaker 1: twenty when we were shut down Donald Trump's president. COVID
- 22:40Speaker 1: is the center of the universe, of all of our lives,
- 22:42Speaker 1: whether you like it or not, COVID is the center
- 22:46Speaker 1: of the universe. Everything was revolving around it, and we
- 22:51Speaker 1: were getting no good answers, only lies. We were getting
- 22:55Speaker 1: not a single answer, okay, not a single answer about
- 22:59Speaker 1: this that was truthful. At that moment, everything was a
- 23:04Speaker 1: lie from Fauci. Everything coming out China was a lie.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Everything about the vaccines, basically from what we understand now,
- 23:11Speaker 1: was a lie. Doctors, for goodness sakes were lying to us.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Doctors are like, oh, that's takings so effective. It's so efficient,
- 23:18Speaker 1: it's so effective. Oh you won't get sick if you
- 23:20Speaker 1: take it, And We found out afterwards that doctors were
- 23:23Speaker 1: getting massive bonuses for hitting quotas in different hospital systems,
- 23:31Speaker 1: medical systems getting massive bonuses for the number of people
- 23:38Speaker 1: that they were vaccinating. I don't even remember if in
- 23:43Speaker 1: twenty twenty we were even at the point of a
- 23:44Speaker 1: booster shot and they said, oh, the booster is going
- 23:47Speaker 1: to help, and there was like virtually no effectiveness of it.
- 23:51Speaker 2: No one should get no, no.
- 23:53Speaker 1: One should be disqualified for asking a simple question.
- 23:59Speaker 2: But this is where we are now.
- 24:01Speaker 1: This is what the Democrats are doing now, and that's
- 24:04Speaker 1: why Democrats are trying to take out RFK Junior. They're
- 24:07Speaker 1: going to try to trigger a vote on releasing the
- 24:09Speaker 1: health ethics report on Matt's Gates, which would be unprecedent
- 24:12Speaker 1: because he's.
- 24:12Speaker 2: No longer a member of Congress.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Other Republicans are like, you want to go there, Okay,
- 24:16Speaker 1: let's go there. Let's start releasing after reports on every
- 24:20Speaker 1: Democrat that's ever had a payout for sexual harassment or
- 24:23Speaker 1: sexual misconduct or whatever, because apparently there's a lot of
- 24:27Speaker 1: skeletons from past and current members in Congress. You want
- 24:32Speaker 1: to start releasing findings on people that have resigned from Congress,
- 24:35Speaker 1: we can go way back and start releasing them, the
- 24:40Speaker 1: speaker saying this would be a terrible precedent. I agree
- 24:44Speaker 1: it would be. I absolutely agree that it would be.
- 24:49Speaker 1: But I expect these reports on Gates to get leaked.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I have no doubt in my mind at this moment
- 24:58Speaker 1: that this report is somehow going to be leaked, whether
- 25:01Speaker 1: it's in its entirety or partially, because Democrats don't care about law,
- 25:08Speaker 1: the rule of law. They don't care about that. They
- 25:10Speaker 1: only care about winning at all costs. We've seen that.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Look at what they did to Donald Trump. Do you
- 25:17Speaker 1: think that there's any like like ethics involved in a
- 25:21Speaker 1: democratic party. These the same people right now that are
- 25:24Speaker 1: gonna leak this report that are that were the same
- 25:27Speaker 1: people that were saying we should leak the report on
- 25:29Speaker 1: Roe v. Wade and undermine the Supreme Court. Never forget that,
- 25:35Speaker 1: never ever, ever forget it.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Now.
- 25:39Speaker 1: I want to move on to something else that is
- 25:41Speaker 1: also shocking that I think it needs to be on
- 25:44Speaker 1: your radar screen, and that is as ICBMs apparently are
- 25:49Speaker 1: being used by Ukraine and missiles and technology that they
- 25:53Speaker 1: can only get from the US that we've given them.
- 25:55Speaker 1: That now they've been given the green light by the
- 25:58Speaker 1: Biden administration, helped start World War three, are being used
- 26:01Speaker 1: to hit inside of Russia, and Russia's obviously responding to this,
- 26:06Speaker 1: and things are getting or ratcheting up very very very
- 26:09Speaker 1: quickly because they want to hand a dumpster fire to
- 26:15Speaker 1: Donald Trump. You want to know what the Senate's doing
- 26:18Speaker 1: right now? Democrats are still in charge the Senate. The
- 26:21Speaker 1: Senate shoots down a Bernie Sanders effort to block the
- 26:26Speaker 1: sale of artillery to Israel. Democrats right now before they
- 26:32Speaker 1: lose their majority, and the radical left and the Senate
- 26:36Speaker 1: shot down not one, not two, but three proposals that
- 26:40Speaker 1: were brought forward by Democratic centers to block the cell
- 26:43Speaker 1: of artillery and other weapons to Israel. What's even more
- 26:47Speaker 1: shocking is that eighteen people went along with this, which
- 26:52Speaker 1: would only benefit the terraces Iran, Hamas and hes Blot.
- 26:57Speaker 1: The Senate rejected the resolute one to eleven prohibiting the
- 27:02Speaker 1: sale of thirty two thousand, seven hundred and ninety one
- 27:07Speaker 1: hundred and twenty milimeters tank cartridges. So this isn't like
- 27:10Speaker 1: some I mean, this is this is like kind of
- 27:14Speaker 1: the bare minimum artillery you need in war. Just so
- 27:17Speaker 1: you know, Okay, we're talking about tank one hundred twenty
- 27:19Speaker 1: milimeters tank cartridges, Okay, consisting of one hundred and twenty
- 27:23Speaker 1: milimeters M one one four to seven high explosive multipurpose
- 27:27Speaker 1: with tracer rounds cartridges which make them more accurate, so
- 27:31Speaker 1: fewer casualties of civilians. So why would you not want
- 27:35Speaker 1: them to have that as well as one hundred and
- 27:37Speaker 1: twenty of the M eight three to zero a explosive
- 27:42Speaker 1: well and a.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Tank with tracer cartridges as well.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Best way to describe this is, this is the ammunition
- 27:53Speaker 1: needed to use a tank. The resolutions text continued to
- 27:59Speaker 1: all included our various M one twenty millimeters tank munitions, canisters,
- 28:07Speaker 1: transportation costs, publications and technical documentation, the US government and
- 28:13Speaker 1: contractor engineering, technical and logistical support services, and other related
- 28:18Speaker 1: elements of logistics and program support. The Senate voted eighteen
- 28:25Speaker 1: to seventy nine against the second proposal, and the second
- 28:30Speaker 1: proposal sought to prohibit the sale of fifty thousand, four
- 28:33Speaker 1: hundred rounds of mortar cartridges and M seven eighty three
- 28:40Speaker 1: fuses to Israel. In other words, we're not wanting you
- 28:43Speaker 1: to have anything to protect and defend yourself against terrace
- 28:46Speaker 1: against Iran, Hamas and hesblah, and there are eighteen Democrats
- 28:51Speaker 1: that went along with it, eighteen So as they're trying
- 28:56Speaker 1: to start World War three in Ukraine in Russi, between
- 29:00Speaker 1: Ukraine and Russia, they're saying no to Israel being able
- 29:04Speaker 1: to defend itself, which is a hardcore ally of the
- 29:07Speaker 1: United States of America.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Let that sink in.
- 29:11Speaker 1: All right, let me get into something else I want
- 29:13Speaker 1: to talk about earlier. And we are now being told
- 29:20Speaker 1: that there have been more contacts coming across the southern
- 29:23Speaker 1: border with those on the tariffs watch list under Biden, Harrison,
- 29:29Speaker 1: any other administration since we've been keeping the records. Let's
- 29:34Speaker 1: also just put that into context of this. Let's talk
- 29:39Speaker 1: about the dereliction of duty by the Democratic Party. Let's
- 29:43Speaker 1: talk about what their job is supposed to be, Not
- 29:46Speaker 1: harassing the nominees of Donald Trump, not going after RFK
- 29:52Speaker 1: Junior for asking a question about the origins of COVID
- 29:56Speaker 1: and was it or could have possibly even been planned.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Their job, Their job is protect Americans. They've not been
- 30:02Speaker 2: doing this.
- 30:04Speaker 1: We're now being told that the tear watchless contacts have
- 30:07Speaker 1: soared under the Biden and Harris administration. This comes as
- 30:12Speaker 1: a child as another child has been molested by an
- 30:16Speaker 1: illegal immigrant, illegal immigrant child predator, arrested, arrested, where Blue
- 30:22Speaker 1: state governor vows to quote harbor criminals this morning is
- 30:26Speaker 1: another headline the Democratic Party this morning is saying we
- 30:30Speaker 1: are going to continue.
- 30:31Speaker 2: To do what we do well. We break laws.
- 30:33Speaker 1: That's what we do, and we break laws, and we
- 30:35Speaker 1: do a really good job when we break laws, and
- 30:38Speaker 1: we're going to continue to break laws. We're going to
- 30:41Speaker 1: continue to break laws anywhere we can, whenever and wherever
- 30:45Speaker 1: we want to, because that's.
- 30:46Speaker 2: What we do. We break laws.
- 30:50Speaker 1: You look at these governors and these mayors who are
- 30:54Speaker 1: saying we're going to harbor these illegal immigrants. We're not
- 30:57Speaker 1: going to work with ICE. Who are we trying to arrest?
- 31:00Speaker 1: Who is Donald Trump trying to arrest with this new administration.
- 31:03Speaker 6: Right now during the Rooms to Go holiday, Metrisale sleep
- 31:07Speaker 6: better in Saint Big thanks to this very special offert.
- 31:11Speaker 1: But sorry about that. We had some audio bleeding in there.
- 31:15Speaker 1: What is happening and where are the arrests being made?
- 31:19Speaker 1: Take a look at this ICE has arrested three illegal
- 31:24Speaker 1: immigrants in Massachusetts. Two have been charged with child rape,
- 31:28Speaker 1: one convicted of the same exact crime in Brazil, same
- 31:34Speaker 1: exact crime.
- 31:36Speaker 2: But what are Democrats fighting over there?
- 31:38Speaker 1: Saying we got to defend these illegal immigrants at all costs.
- 31:42Speaker 1: The Massachusetts governor recently centered state would not cooperate with
- 31:47Speaker 1: President elect Trump's mass deportation plans US Immigrations and Custom
- 31:54Speaker 1: and Enforcement ICE, as it's known. Boston announced on Wednesday
- 32:00Speaker 1: the arrest of two illegal immigrants who had been charged
- 32:03Speaker 1: with forcibly raping children in Massachusetts, as well as a
- 32:07Speaker 1: third individual who was convicted of raping a child in
- 32:11Speaker 1: Brazil and was hiding in the US after being caught
- 32:14Speaker 1: and released at the US porter.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Was caught and released.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Caught and released at the US porter in twenty twenty two.
- 32:27Speaker 1: The arrest come after the Massachusetts governor Seder state would
- 32:31Speaker 1: not cooperate with President elect Donald Trump's immigration enforcement efforts
- 32:36Speaker 1: once he returns the OVAL office. In January, ICE said
- 32:42Speaker 1: one of the suspects, an i llegal immigrant from Guatemala,
- 32:47Speaker 1: was arrested for forcible rape of a child, but was
- 32:51Speaker 1: released in Massachusetts by authorities who ignored a detainer request
- 32:56Speaker 1: made by the federal agency to hold or transfer him
- 32:59Speaker 1: to federal cost for this crime, and obviously he was
- 33:03Speaker 1: on a list. The suspect, a twenty one year old,
- 33:08Speaker 1: entered the US on September the twenty fourth of twenty
- 33:12Speaker 1: twenty near Eagle Pass, Texas, and was released by the
- 33:17Speaker 1: US Border Patrol where they notice to appear before a
- 33:19Speaker 1: Department of Justice Executive Office of Immigration Review judge.
- 33:24Speaker 2: What happened? That never happened either.
- 33:27Speaker 1: He was later arrested in Western Massachusetts by police on
- 33:32Speaker 1: February the twenty ninth of twenty twenty four for rape
- 33:36Speaker 1: of a child by force, rape of a child, and
- 33:39Speaker 1: indecent assault and battery on a person fourteen or older.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Immigration and Customs Enforcement and this is what makes me
- 33:50Speaker 1: angry and why I'm so thankful we won this election.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Immigration and Customs enforcement and removal operations. Boston logged a
- 33:59Speaker 1: to TA with the police department in Boston. What did
- 34:03Speaker 1: they do in that sanctuary city because of the radical
- 34:05Speaker 1: liberals running that city in Boston, it was ignored and
- 34:09Speaker 1: the rapist was released on bail before Boston officers could
- 34:14Speaker 1: take him into custody.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Or I should say the ice officers should could take
- 34:18Speaker 2: him into custody.
- 34:20Speaker 1: He has since been charged by the Berkshire County Superior
- 34:24Speaker 1: Court with the crimes, which are still penning, and he
- 34:27Speaker 1: remains in custody. The man stands accused of horrifically victimizing
- 34:34Speaker 1: a Massachusetts child and represents a significant threat to our neighbors.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Is what the acting Boston Field Office Director of Ice
- 34:43Speaker 1: said and statement, we owe it to the children of
- 34:45Speaker 1: our New England communities to prioritize public safety above everything else.
- 34:50Speaker 1: And when we say everything else, that means anything else.
- 34:52Speaker 2: What does it means? Simply this, you're a rapist.
- 34:55Speaker 1: You deserve to be in jail, and we don't deserve
- 34:58Speaker 1: These kids do not deserve to be raped by a
- 34:59Speaker 1: legal immigrants that we knew shouldn't be in the country
- 35:02Speaker 1: in the first place. The second suspect, who was a
- 35:08Speaker 1: forty two year old of Columbia, was arrested by Great
- 35:16Speaker 1: Barrington Police on October the eighth for allegedly raping a
- 35:20Speaker 1: child by force, statutory rape, and aggravated rape.
- 35:25Speaker 2: The man was admitted into the US on March first.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Excuse me, March fourth of twenty sixteen at JFK International
- 35:34Speaker 1: Airport in New York, though he failed to leave under
- 35:36Speaker 1: the terms of his visa. After his arrest in October
- 35:41Speaker 1: of twenty twenty three, the e R O. Boston, Okay.
- 35:46Speaker 1: This is again Ice logged an immigration arrest with a
- 35:50Speaker 1: Great Barrington Police Department. Later that month, he was arraigned
- 35:54Speaker 1: in the Southern Berkshire District Court and held without bail.
- 35:59Speaker 1: The charges were elevated to the Berkshire County Superior Court,
- 36:03Speaker 1: which honored the immigration detainer and released him into custody
- 36:07Speaker 1: on November fifteenth, after he posted bail. This man is
- 36:11Speaker 1: stands accused of the most heinous and reprehensible of crimes.
- 36:15Speaker 1: I said, we think our law enforcement partners at the
- 36:18Speaker 1: Berkshire County Jail and House of Corrections for prioritizing public
- 36:22Speaker 1: safety and protecting children in the communities they were appointed
- 36:25Speaker 1: to serve.
- 36:27Speaker 2: This is only after they were able to commit these crimes.
- 36:30Speaker 1: The third suspect, a forty one year old, is a
- 36:34Speaker 1: foreign fugitive convicted of raping a child in Brazil. He
- 36:38Speaker 1: was convicted in the First Criminal Court in Brazil on
- 36:42Speaker 1: February the tenth, twenty twenty two, and sins to serve
- 36:44Speaker 1: fourteen years behind bars for raping a child, but according
- 36:47Speaker 1: to Ice, the man fled before he could serve a sentence.
- 36:50Speaker 1: On April sixteenth, twenty twenty two, the man entered into
- 36:53Speaker 1: the US near Santa Theresa, New Mexico, without admission by
- 36:58Speaker 1: an immigration official released from Cussey after being served a
- 37:02Speaker 1: notice to appear in court. Ice Boston the rest of
- 37:06Speaker 1: the man on Monday in the northern massachust city of Methium.
- 37:11Speaker 1: He is a convicted child rapist who fled his home
- 37:14Speaker 1: country to evade justice, and we let him into this country.
- 37:20Speaker 1: You want to know what we're up against. This is
- 37:23Speaker 1: what we're up against. You want to know how little
- 37:25Speaker 1: democrats care. They're out there today saying we will not
- 37:29Speaker 1: work with ICE. We refuse to work with Ice. We
- 37:35Speaker 1: will never work with Ice. And if you're an a
- 37:39Speaker 1: legal immigrant in Denver, Colorado, or in any of these
- 37:42Speaker 1: other towns, well guess what, folks, We're going to protect
- 37:46Speaker 1: you from deportation.
- 37:48Speaker 2: That is what they have said.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast wherever you can so
- 37:54Speaker 1: people can hear what I just played for you.
- 37:56Speaker 2: And I'll see you back here tomorrow
