- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your thing at it. I shall will good
- 2:04Speaker 1: mording everybody you're listening to the voice, come on dig
- 2:08Speaker 1: me now, one and only Steve Harvey, I got a
- 2:11Speaker 1: radio show, you know. I eventually wanted to syndicate after
- 2:15Speaker 1: I was given the opportunity, But the whole thing about
- 2:19Speaker 1: the radio show in the beginning was not my idea.
- 2:24Speaker 1: My idea simply was, I asked God to make me
- 2:28Speaker 1: one of the premier stand ups in the country. That's
- 2:31Speaker 1: all I wanted from me. I asked him that in
- 2:36Speaker 1: That's that's all I asked him for. He's done so
- 2:39Speaker 1: much more for me since then. He's blessed me with
- 2:42Speaker 1: so many more opportunities. He's opened up so many more doors,
- 2:47Speaker 1: He's poured out so many more blessings. It's hard for
- 2:51Speaker 1: me sometimes, really man, to even take it all in
- 2:55Speaker 1: because I feel like, wow, man, billy me, thank you.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I mean, I'll take him now. Don't get me wrong,
- 3:02Speaker 1: but it can be overwhelming at time. I often used
- 3:08Speaker 1: to hear my mother said, who was a Sunday school teacher?
- 3:10Speaker 1: And I remember these words all the time. Now, God
- 3:13Speaker 1: will open up the windows of heaven and poart of
- 3:15Speaker 1: blessing that you won't have room enough to receive. I
- 3:20Speaker 1: kept waiting on that day, Mama, where is that day?
- 3:24Speaker 1: I got plenty of room because I'm dirt pole right now.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I got room for a thousand dollars. I had room
- 3:30Speaker 1: for I had all that. Now understand. One of the things, though,
- 3:38Speaker 1: that He's done for me, that I've asked him for
- 3:41Speaker 1: in my lifetime, is that he has made me matter. Okay, Steve,
- 3:47Speaker 1: what do you mean by that? So? I used to
- 3:49Speaker 1: ask God a long time ago one of my prayers
- 3:53Speaker 1: was to help me matter that I want to matter
- 3:58Speaker 1: to the people that I come and con attack me. Look,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I just don't want to be a man that they meet.
- 4:04Speaker 1: A young guy that they meet, and when they meet me,
- 4:08Speaker 1: it don't. It doesn't cause a ripple in the in
- 4:11Speaker 1: the pond. I want. I want to make ripples in
- 4:14Speaker 1: the pond. I want. I want to be that rock
- 4:18Speaker 1: that when you throw you try to count the ripples
- 4:20Speaker 1: as it go out. I want to be a fourteen
- 4:24Speaker 1: ripple rock. I don't know if you know what that means.
- 4:26Speaker 1: But when I was a little boy, we should stand
- 4:28Speaker 1: on the bank at ponds and stuff and throw rocks
- 4:33Speaker 1: out into the water. We should either skip them or
- 4:36Speaker 1: we throw them, and when they would land in the water,
- 4:38Speaker 1: they would create these rings that go out. If you
- 4:43Speaker 1: threw it high enough and it dropped straight down in
- 4:45Speaker 1: that water, the little rings would start forming out like
- 4:50Speaker 1: it would create a little waves. And these waves just
- 4:53Speaker 1: look like circles in the water. And I remember one
- 4:56Speaker 1: time I made fourteen of them, and that's always stuck
- 5:00Speaker 1: with me as a little boy. That was because nobody
- 5:04Speaker 1: in my circle could make fourteen rings, and they all
- 5:07Speaker 1: counted them so they saw. So I enjoyed that because
- 5:11Speaker 1: I had made a bigger splash, a bigger ring pattern
- 5:14Speaker 1: than anybody else. So I've always asked God to make
- 5:19Speaker 1: me matter in my own way make me a big
- 5:24Speaker 1: ring pattern, see, because that's important to me. Now, it
- 5:30Speaker 1: was important to me, but I didn't understand why I
- 5:34Speaker 1: needed that to be the important part of me. Because
- 5:37Speaker 1: here is the other part. You know, the thing that
- 5:41Speaker 1: you know to who much has given, much is required.
- 5:44Speaker 1: You've heard the thing do unto others that you would
- 5:46Speaker 1: have them do unto you. You know those those things
- 5:49Speaker 1: like that that you learned along the way. Well, if
- 5:53Speaker 1: you matter to people, then guess what all of those
- 5:58Speaker 1: become a real possibility in your life. See, you can't
- 6:01Speaker 1: ask for the yang without the yang. You can't ask
- 6:04Speaker 1: for it without without the responsibility that comes with it. See,
- 6:08Speaker 1: God can't bless you with a lot, and then you
- 6:11Speaker 1: think that it ain't gonna be a lot required. I
- 6:15Speaker 1: have people pulling at me all day, but I have
- 6:18Speaker 1: to remember that prayer I made. Now, I wanted God
- 6:21Speaker 1: to help me to matter. That This is important, y'all
- 6:26Speaker 1: because see, if your prayer is to matter, that means
- 6:30Speaker 1: that you want to You want to matter in the
- 6:36Speaker 1: circle that you in, No matter how big the circle
- 6:38Speaker 1: you in, no matter how small the circle you're in,
- 6:40Speaker 1: you want to make a difference. You want to have
- 6:42Speaker 1: an impact on somebody's life in a positive way. If
- 6:46Speaker 1: that's one of your prayers, guess what God are readily
- 6:51Speaker 1: give you that. Because when you do something for the
- 6:54Speaker 1: least of these, it's just like you've done it on
- 6:57Speaker 1: His behalf or you've done it as him. You know
- 7:00Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I don't know if I'm explaining that right,
- 7:02Speaker 1: But when you do something for the less fortunate, you're
- 7:05Speaker 1: doing God's work. God gonna bless you for doing that.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So now here's a deal. So if your prayers to
- 7:12Speaker 1: matter is to become an impactful person, then guess what
- 7:15Speaker 1: God gonna help you do that, Because guess what, You're
- 7:18Speaker 1: gonna do some work on His behalf because you're gonna
- 7:20Speaker 1: run across somebody that's less fortunate. You're gonna run across
- 7:24Speaker 1: somebody could that could use your impact. You're gonna run
- 7:27Speaker 1: across somebody man that ain't quite knowing what your way
- 7:31Speaker 1: to going because you haven't been down that dirty dog
- 7:34Speaker 1: road before. You can say, hey, my man, let me
- 7:37Speaker 1: let me pull your coat to something. You can do
- 7:39Speaker 1: this now, But let me tell you what's gonna happen.
- 7:41Speaker 1: If I were you, I would consider this that's making
- 7:43Speaker 1: an impact. That's like the guy that passed out in
- 7:46Speaker 1: the l a named lou Danzler out there that had
- 7:49Speaker 1: this boys and girls sent out there in the hood.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And man, I can't tell you the people's lives he impacted.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I remember when Eric Davis, a bad baseball player, came
- 7:59Speaker 1: back and spoken the group one time, looking at them
- 8:02Speaker 1: kids and hug and Luke Damseling, thanking him man for
- 8:05Speaker 1: changing his life. This guy became one of the superstars
- 8:08Speaker 1: in the Major League Baseball and then just thousands of
- 8:12Speaker 1: people that lives to he affective. And when he passed,
- 8:15Speaker 1: what he did was he left an imprint. He left
- 8:19Speaker 1: an imprint that's huge. And that's all I wanted. Man.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I just said, Man, if I could make an imprint,
- 8:26Speaker 1: you know what I mean, It's like you're walking through life,
- 8:29Speaker 1: right and you're making footprints and saying, I want my
- 8:33Speaker 1: footprints to be so deep that after I'm gone, people
- 8:37Speaker 1: can still tell I had come through there. People have
- 8:40Speaker 1: can still see that I that out. Oh man, he amen, Amen,
- 8:45Speaker 1: Harve walked over there. Hold up, man, look right here, man,
- 8:48Speaker 1: Steve Harvey came through here because I want my footprints
- 8:51Speaker 1: to be so deep in the sand, that I'm matter
- 8:55Speaker 1: to so many that even after I'm gone, I can
- 8:58Speaker 1: still show you the way that even after I'm gone,
- 9:01Speaker 1: I still have an effect on my children, on my sons,
- 9:06Speaker 1: so that my sons can look up one day and
- 9:08Speaker 1: gonna remember all the conversations we had. Man, my daddy
- 9:12Speaker 1: used to tell me this, and maybe I can turn
- 9:15Speaker 1: wanted to turn my sons into men. You're understand. Turn
- 9:19Speaker 1: my daughters into ladies. You understand, so they ain't got
- 9:23Speaker 1: to follow the crowd and get out here. You know, man,
- 9:25Speaker 1: you you, you, You gotta wanna matter. Man, you gotta
- 9:28Speaker 1: wanna make a difference. And so at the end of
- 9:31Speaker 1: my life, when it's all over and the winds is blowing,
- 9:35Speaker 1: the saying back in my footprints, I wanted to take
- 9:38Speaker 1: a while. I wanted. I want. I want several sandstorms
- 9:42Speaker 1: to have to come through that before my footprints get
- 9:45Speaker 1: filled up. That's how much I wanna matter. Mattering is important.
- 9:51Speaker 1: It's gotta be important to you. What's your legacy, what
- 9:55Speaker 1: you're gonna leave behind, what they're gonna say about you.
- 9:58Speaker 1: There's a cold thing, you know. When you die, you
- 10:02Speaker 1: get a tombstone. Tombstone has your date of birth. Your
- 10:09Speaker 1: tombstone has a dash, and your tombstone has the date
- 10:14Speaker 1: of your death. Here lies so and so, so and
- 10:18Speaker 1: so born such and such a day, dash died such
- 10:23Speaker 1: and such a day. Now you would think that the
- 10:32Speaker 1: most important thing on that plaque, on that tombstone is
- 10:36Speaker 1: your birthday, or you would think that the most important
- 10:41Speaker 1: part on that tombstone is the day you left here.
- 10:45Speaker 1: But it's not. See when they put your birthday on
- 10:48Speaker 1: the tombstone, they put a dash, and then they put
- 10:52Speaker 1: the date you left here. The most important thing on
- 10:56Speaker 1: that tombstone is that dash. What did you do while
- 11:01Speaker 1: you will here? It ain't your birthday they're gonna celebrate.
- 11:04Speaker 1: It ain't the day you die they're gonna celebrate. They're
- 11:06Speaker 1: gonna celebrate that dash. What you did while you was here.
- 11:10Speaker 1: It's the smallest thing on that tombstone, but it's the
- 11:13Speaker 1: most important thing on that Man, what's what you're doing
- 11:16Speaker 1: about your dash? Y'all? You gotta wake up to matter
- 11:19Speaker 1: to somebody. You gotta make an imprint in the saying.
- 11:22Speaker 1: You gotta affect some people's lives, and you got to
- 11:25Speaker 1: do it all in a positive way. So we gotta
- 11:27Speaker 1: wake up every day thinking about them footprints. We're laying
- 11:30Speaker 1: down that legacy. We're creating that. That that what they're
- 11:33Speaker 1: gonna talk about when we're gone moment. What you're doing
- 11:36Speaker 1: about your dash? My dash is January seventeen, nineteen fifty seven.
- 11:40Speaker 1: That's my date, my dash. I'm working on that right
- 11:43Speaker 1: now now when I leave here. What I want them
- 11:45Speaker 1: to talk about, Steve Harvey, ain't January seventeen, nineteen fifty seven.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Ain't the date I leave here. I want him to
- 11:52Speaker 1: talk about that dash man when he was on here.
- 11:55Speaker 1: This is what he did. Man, that was my man.
- 11:57Speaker 1: All right here listen, Steve, I got it. I got it, man,
- 12:08Speaker 1: I said, I got it. I got you, and I'm
- 12:14Speaker 1: super bay. I got you best I ever had. Man. You.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I have a question for you. What day is it?
- 12:30Speaker 1: I have no idea what day it is, just so
- 12:34Speaker 1: you'll know and get your bearings. Tuesday? Okay, surely yesterday
- 12:40Speaker 1: morning at eight a m. Yeah, which was Monday to me? Huh,
- 12:49Speaker 1: what you're thinking is Monday? But it in y'all's world.
- 12:52Speaker 1: My yesterday Monday at eight am was eight p m.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Sunday night. Who so today, miss Universe. The girls had
- 13:04Speaker 1: to be in the theater at three thirty a m.
- 13:06Speaker 1: In the morning. Wow, I showed up at six a m.
- 13:16Speaker 1: We went live at eight o'clock a m. M hmm.
- 13:22Speaker 1: What time did Miss Universe come on here? I think
- 13:26Speaker 1: East Coast? It was seven? Maybe I think seven. I
- 13:31Speaker 1: don't know, yah, seven, I think yeah, I think seven o'clock.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Steve m Sunday night. I have Okay. First of all,
- 13:44Speaker 1: let me say I'm grateful. I thank God for all
- 13:48Speaker 1: my victories. I thank God for protecting me, for camping
- 13:52Speaker 1: his angels around now, for forever holding me when it
- 13:58Speaker 1: looked like it's crazy. You know what I've learned in
- 14:00Speaker 1: this whole ordeal, the Trump visit, the Federal Court, the
- 14:08Speaker 1: Mission Universe. You know what I learned in all of it.
- 14:12Speaker 1: When you find yourself in a dog place and it
- 14:17Speaker 1: feels like and you think you've been buried, you've actually
- 14:23Speaker 1: been planted. Oh yeah, that's what my takeaway was over
- 14:29Speaker 1: the past two weeks. That's that's that's profound. That Look,
- 14:35Speaker 1: you know, somebody sent that to me. A minister sent
- 14:39Speaker 1: that to me. He said, when you're in a dog
- 14:42Speaker 1: place and you feel like you've been buried. Relax, you've
- 14:50Speaker 1: actually been planted. Wow, it's just something else. God gonna
- 14:57Speaker 1: have you push your way through because he growing you
- 15:00Speaker 1: to another another plant. Because you know, if you take
- 15:03Speaker 1: a seed and put it on the ground, you just
- 15:05Speaker 1: throw it on the ground, nothing happens. You gotta put
- 15:07Speaker 1: dirt on it. That dirt look crazy, but dirt is nutrients.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Dirt is actually vitamins. It creates a struggle because that
- 15:17Speaker 1: little seed has to push through something to get to
- 15:20Speaker 1: the surface, to become what God intended for it to be.
- 15:24Speaker 1: That was my takeaway over the past few weeks. I
- 15:27Speaker 1: would think that was excellent. Yeah, I like that a lot.
- 15:30Speaker 1: And yeah, and and might I say you did a
- 15:32Speaker 1: really good job. I mean you were you were on point.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Your jokes were they landed. The opening was funny. We
- 15:39Speaker 1: we played a lot of it on the show yesterday. Uh,
- 15:43Speaker 1: it was funny. You did a great I don't know
- 15:45Speaker 1: because let me tell you something. Just beautiful to you
- 15:48Speaker 1: here the crazy part. Listen to me. I just did
- 15:52Speaker 1: miss Universe yesterday. See y'all, y'all another we whole another
- 15:57Speaker 1: world apart. I just did me Universe yesterday. We saw
- 16:02Speaker 1: it day before yesterday. Now I saw. I saw the
- 16:08Speaker 1: end of the show was at eleven. I got on
- 16:12Speaker 1: plane at three. Okay, so you end of the show
- 16:19Speaker 1: at eleven pm. You got on the plane at three.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I got to know. I got finished the show at
- 16:24Speaker 1: eleven a m. See. I just did Miss Universe yesterday
- 16:27Speaker 1: morning at eight am. Okay, I got you. Now, I
- 16:30Speaker 1: did Miss Universe at eight a m. Yesterday morning. I
- 16:35Speaker 1: got it, and then I got on the plane. I
- 16:39Speaker 1: don't know the trust and believe it's so crazy. All right,
- 16:44Speaker 1: all right, let me give you an example. If you
- 16:46Speaker 1: all are wondering why it's just me and Shirley, there's
- 16:49Speaker 1: some technical difficulty and we can't punch up Tommy and
- 16:53Speaker 1: Carla or Jr. They're at work. We can see them,
- 16:57Speaker 1: we just can't hear them on video. We can see
- 17:01Speaker 1: I'm in Chicago. I ain't with nobody. So here's a deal.
- 17:05Speaker 1: So I left Dallas, Texas from federal court on Thursday night.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Thursday night, I left Dallas, Texas from federal court. Another victory.
- 17:19Speaker 1: God again taking care of his boy. All this, you
- 17:24Speaker 1: know you can I tell you what's crazy? This's been
- 17:29Speaker 1: going on? This has been going on? Can I tell
- 17:32Speaker 1: you this since I was thirty eight years old. Wow,
- 17:37Speaker 1: and you just made six. This began when I was
- 17:40Speaker 1: thirty eight years old. That's a long long time. Nineteen
- 17:47Speaker 1: ninety three is when this began. So and you're done
- 17:51Speaker 1: with it now you won. And man, I'm telling my
- 17:54Speaker 1: own every single count that's a blessing, every sing counter.
- 18:02Speaker 1: And I mean they had some counts because they were
- 18:04Speaker 1: trying to do your boy, but it was just wrong. Man,
- 18:08Speaker 1: it was just wrong. God came got me. So anyway,
- 18:10Speaker 1: that's over with. So I get on the plane Thursday night.
- 18:15Speaker 1: When I land in the Philippines, it's sad day morning.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Now they they take me first of all, when I
- 18:27Speaker 1: got to the airport in the Philippines, I've never had
- 18:30Speaker 1: that many people meet me at the airport. When I
- 18:33Speaker 1: pulled my shade up and looked out the window, the
- 18:37Speaker 1: last time I saw that many people, Yeah, waiting at
- 18:43Speaker 1: a jet for a jet to come off. My partner
- 18:46Speaker 1: was being extradited and he had on cust of shackles.
- 18:52Speaker 1: That's the last time I've seen that many people at
- 18:56Speaker 1: the airport waiting on somebody that you were there greeting committee. Man, unbelievable. Unbelievable. Okay,
- 19:07Speaker 1: that's good that you went straight. I needed that so bad.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Went straight to rehearsal. I'm talking about from that, straight
- 19:18Speaker 1: to rehearsal, walked in to rehearsal. Eight is six women
- 19:25Speaker 1: in swim soup. It was a good day. Lord, Why
- 19:31Speaker 1: is this happening to me? And I'm sixty? Alright? I
- 19:35Speaker 1: know you have something funny for us, or something about
- 19:38Speaker 1: your trip some more. All right, we'll be back with
- 19:41Speaker 1: Steve something funny at thirty four after you're listening to
- 19:45Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All Right, Steve is back from Manila,
- 19:50Speaker 1: and it's Tuesday, Tuesday, you're back. It's crazy, man. And
- 19:58Speaker 1: again I traveled fa whole day yesterday, twenty hours of
- 20:02Speaker 1: flight time and got here and it was still the same.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Damn good man. He came back. But going there, Tommy.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I left Dallas Thursday night. When I got into Philippines,
- 20:16Speaker 1: it was sad that morning, almost new. My whole friday
- 20:21Speaker 1: was just gone. Wow you got some stories. Yeah, yeah,
- 20:31Speaker 1: all right, Steve, well man, it's just been up. MS
- 20:37Speaker 1: Universe was an interesting interesting Who you handled it though?
- 20:44Speaker 1: Who you handled it? Yes? You read it slow, though
- 20:47Speaker 1: you may read it slow and the win. Now, tell me,
- 20:54Speaker 1: said you're reading like a third grader. You're gonna take
- 20:59Speaker 1: doing do me what you did to me last year?
- 21:02Speaker 1: I said it all up this ship. I was gonna
- 21:05Speaker 1: be no mistakes right here. First of all, y'all gonna
- 21:08Speaker 1: give me two cards, you're gonna separate them, and then
- 21:11Speaker 1: and then don't even try that. Uh, and the first
- 21:15Speaker 1: were second runner, first runner up bings that. Don't even
- 21:18Speaker 1: try that because I ain't how we rehearsed it last year.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Then y'all gonna add it on the card at the
- 21:23Speaker 1: last minute. Oh no, hell, now y'all they're doing that either. Okay, Steve,
- 21:27Speaker 1: what do you want to do? Didn't gonna be mad though? Okay, well,
- 21:32Speaker 1: how do you want to do it the way we
- 21:33Speaker 1: rehearsed it? How about that? I had everybody on point though,
- 21:40Speaker 1: when they brought you the glasses Miss Philippines. That was hilarious.
- 21:44Speaker 1: That was so cute. Yeah, I wrote that joke. That
- 21:49Speaker 1: was really okay, that was cute. I thought that would
- 21:52Speaker 1: be funny. She didn't want to do it, No, no, no, no,
- 21:59Speaker 1: I that I didn't want to do that. She didn't
- 22:01Speaker 1: want to do that. No, she was really really great,
- 22:04Speaker 1: she really really I'm gonna tell you something, man, ms
- 22:08Speaker 1: Kenya was the brightest, one of the brightest women. Damn man,
- 22:15Speaker 1: she was so so sharp her career everything. Man. I
- 22:20Speaker 1: thought her question was a little bit deep. Yeah, and
- 22:26Speaker 1: all of it right there, you know, questions. I don't hey, hey,
- 22:32Speaker 1: let's not start. You write jokes, Yeah, yeah, I write
- 22:36Speaker 1: the damn jokes. I write no damn questions. I didn't
- 22:39Speaker 1: got no damn votes. Man, I'm gonna take our listen,
- 22:43Speaker 1: miss universe. You're gonna get off, yeah, because then I'll
- 22:47Speaker 1: be an Uncle Tom question to Keith. Yeahs. But hey, man,
- 22:54Speaker 1: one thing I have learned, miss me with social media.
- 22:59Speaker 1: My takeaway at all this well, I don't give a
- 23:02Speaker 1: damn about social media no moment. You know. It's interesting.
- 23:07Speaker 1: There was a study um out I think last week
- 23:10Speaker 1: that a lot of millennials aren't on social media as
- 23:14Speaker 1: much as Generation X, the Generation Excers before them. And
- 23:18Speaker 1: I've run into quite a few young people that don't
- 23:21Speaker 1: do social media. I ran into what have that's interesting.
- 23:26Speaker 1: I ain't ran into one, not now one. Well, your
- 23:31Speaker 1: president is on social media for ship. Yeah, at night,
- 23:35Speaker 1: late at night, and every kind of thing. That's how
- 23:39Speaker 1: he's running the country right now through Twitter. Anybody surprised?
- 23:48Speaker 1: He suprise? Where is the shock in this? Alright? I beg,
- 23:58Speaker 1: didn't I beg every to go to post that would
- 24:01Speaker 1: I be now here? We got a band going on,
- 24:08Speaker 1: a travel band locked out. I can't believe you made
- 24:12Speaker 1: it back in here, really, Tommy consul Pines wasn't one
- 24:16Speaker 1: of the seven country. I still don't know. When you
- 24:19Speaker 1: get in they put you can't tell you something off
- 24:22Speaker 1: there would be bad. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Coming up right after the top of the hour, Miss
- 24:31Speaker 1: and will be here with our national news. She's of
- 24:33Speaker 1: course going to talk about Donald Trump's firing of U
- 24:36Speaker 1: Miss m Yates, the acting Attorney General, Sally Yates and uh.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Up next the nephew on tap with run that prank back?
- 24:45Speaker 1: What you got enough bumping grind? I don't see nothing
- 24:49Speaker 1: wrong with a little bumping grind. Bumping grind is a prank.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Coming up next. If you missed the day, I got
- 24:54Speaker 1: it for you. Well, this is my jam. Hello. Hello,
- 25:09Speaker 1: I'm Marcus, uh Marcus, Yeah, this is can you hear me?

- 25:34Speaker 1: told him I wanted to welcome you to the apartment building, man,
- 25:36Speaker 1: But I don't want to really raise no eyebrows. But
- 25:39Speaker 1: I was really calling about you know. You know, first
- 25:42Speaker 1: of all, let me go ahead and say welcome to
- 25:44Speaker 1: the building. Man. I hope that you and your h
- 25:46Speaker 1: is that your wife that lives with you? First of all,
- 25:49Speaker 1: thank you, brother, I appreciate it. But why would you
- 25:52Speaker 1: need to have my number to do that? You could
- 25:54Speaker 1: just came and knocked on my door man. Well yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 25:56Speaker 1: we'll see what the reason why. I mean, I really
- 25:58Speaker 1: called and got the number kind of reach out to you, man.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I don't be wanting to start no trouble with nobody

- 26:06Speaker 1: I want my neighbors to be cool with me, and
- 26:07Speaker 1: I want to be cool with my neighbors. You know
- 26:08Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Yeah, So I was reaching out man,
- 26:12Speaker 1: because you know the noise, man, I was, I'm I
- 26:17Speaker 1: work at night and I sleep during the day. Man,
- 26:19Speaker 1: but it seems like since you guys moved in, man,
- 26:22Speaker 1: in the middle of the day, it's it's you know,
- 26:24Speaker 1: I mean, I know what it's like to have a

- 26:29Speaker 1: noises coming from my place in the middle of the day, right,
- 26:33Speaker 1: I mean, I'm I'm hearing I'm guessing I'm here and
- 26:36Speaker 1: you're making love to your lady. Man. I mean, now, man, no, no,
- 26:40Speaker 1: you know what it is. You might be hearing something
- 26:43Speaker 1: from another another unit. Man, It's definitely not coming from us,
- 26:46Speaker 1: because I'm at work and my you know, my dad

- 27:46Speaker 1: Tell me, hey, hey, hey, you know what, man, it's
- 27:49Speaker 1: probably just a big mistake. I mean, maybe she's just

- 28:28Speaker 1: it if you made him. Hey man, all I'm saying
- 28:30Speaker 1: is maybe It's just a legitimate mistake. I don't say.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Maybe she's hanging some pictures of movies and furnace or
- 28:35Speaker 1: something like that. Pictures. Man, I keep telling you that

- 28:57Speaker 1: I'm not trying to. I'm gonna if you with the
- 28:59Speaker 1: grave guys, ship, I don't care it. You're calling me
- 29:01Speaker 1: telling me about my crib and I just moved into you.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Hear noise it anyone doing on like that now, I
- 29:08Speaker 1: don't believe it. I mean you got to write it,
- 29:10Speaker 1: Jess when you live at Man you live said yes,
- 29:14Speaker 1: man an apartment. Hey, and your place is about mine?
- 29:17Speaker 1: Man me hold on, man, hold on, he put it
- 29:20Speaker 1: old man? Hold on? What checking man? Because you're talking
- 29:23Speaker 1: song through Hey man, Look, I'm not I'm not trying
- 29:26Speaker 1: to have no trouble man. I'm not trying to handle
- 29:29Speaker 1: trouble me you working there, gain I just thick the
- 29:33Speaker 1: hours a week. Now. He didn't like this. Okay, okay, dog,

- 29:46Speaker 1: the more I ain't. That's where now he trust he
- 29:53Speaker 1: could hear it, and I'm coming right to your crib
- 29:57Speaker 1: to hear it. I ain't hear from your crib. No, No,
- 30:00Speaker 1: don't hold the hell up, dude. You're not coming to
- 30:02Speaker 1: my apartment to hear nothing. Man, I ain't got nothing
- 30:04Speaker 1: to do with this on something to me. You don't
- 30:09Speaker 1: know me. I ain't letting you in my house man
- 30:11Speaker 1: about no man that you got going on upstairs. You
- 30:14Speaker 1: gotta control your woman. Man, that ain't got nothing to
- 30:16Speaker 1: do with me. I'm telling me whom you don't even know.
- 30:21Speaker 1: I know seeping, I know shipping head, you, I know
- 30:23Speaker 1: see if it out. They're weighing it out for the
- 30:25Speaker 1: last two weeks between twelve and two. I know that
- 30:29Speaker 1: you've got to you're talking to man, I'm coming to
- 30:33Speaker 1: your count You ain't coming to my apartment. Man, I'm
- 30:36Speaker 1: not a man. Listen, I know I ain't got nothing
- 30:39Speaker 1: to do with it. I'm telling you I'm coming to
- 30:42Speaker 1: your clip. Many. I got one of the things I
- 30:45Speaker 1: need to say you, man, If you're left from my clip,
- 30:47Speaker 1: I ain't even hold I got one more thing I
- 30:49Speaker 1: need to say. All right and all right even to do. Listen,
- 30:52Speaker 1: ain't better be telling me opening the door. Are you listening? Yeah,
- 30:55Speaker 1: I'm listening. This is Nephew time me from the Steve
- 30:59Speaker 1: Harvey More on this show. You just got pranked by
- 31:02Speaker 1: your home board. Wait a minute, Oh what the man?
- 31:10Speaker 1: Step away from a please, this is not your timing
- 31:14Speaker 1: from the Steve Harvey Morning until your boy got me
- 31:17Speaker 1: to prank you? Man? Oh oh are you at say dude,
- 31:27Speaker 1: I'm right outside my partner, man, I'm man blowhad hang
- 31:32Speaker 1: up man, Tommy, just Tommy Man? How you doing? Brother? Oh? Man? Man, Tommy?
- 31:39Speaker 1: You you had me going now I was coming to
- 31:43Speaker 1: up man. I'm serious, man, I got one more thing
- 31:47Speaker 1: I got to ask you. I let you go. Man,
- 31:49Speaker 1: what is what is the baddest radio show in the land? Man, Man,
- 31:53Speaker 1: It's the Steve Harvey Morning Show without it down. You're
- 31:56Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Whoa really? Who
- 32:04Speaker 1: get started getting corrected? He's bad with a good spirit.
- 32:16Speaker 1: I like it. No one thing about this presidency is
- 32:23Speaker 1: you go to bed and you wake up and something
- 32:25Speaker 1: different different. So I guess that trip to see Trump
- 32:29Speaker 1: wasn't that bad, y'all. Hell, y'all got to talk about now,
- 32:33Speaker 1: don't get off my ass. That's what you gonna do.
- 32:36Speaker 1: That's going on, and we was gonna let it go.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Let I just let it go. I just had to
- 32:42Speaker 1: say one mode because she's got to talk about what
- 32:46Speaker 1: happened overnight. Yeah, ladies and gentlemen missing, Yeah, thank you, Steve. Ah. Yeah,
- 32:55Speaker 1: this is the for the news. Well, President Trump fired
- 32:58Speaker 1: the acting US Attorney Generals Alliates last night because Yates
- 33:01Speaker 1: refused to defend his new immigration order, saying she wasn't
- 33:04Speaker 1: convinced that it was lawful and a statement. The White
- 33:07Speaker 1: House says, Yates quote betrayed the Department of Justice. She
- 33:10Speaker 1: was an Obama administration appointee who was weak on borders
- 33:13Speaker 1: and very weak on illegal immigration. So they got somebody
- 33:16Speaker 1: else over there working. Meanwhile, the New York Senator Charles
- 33:19Speaker 1: Schumer says he's calling on the Congress to repeal the
- 33:21Speaker 1: President's executive Order. On NBC's Today Show the other day,
- 33:24Speaker 1: Senator said that the order was poorly implemented and doesn't
- 33:27Speaker 1: really address terrorist threats anyway. This focus on securing our
- 33:33Speaker 1: borders in our homeland was obviously a major part of
- 33:36Speaker 1: what the president campaigned on. Anyways, he says it's not
- 33:40Speaker 1: from these countries. At one point, while talking about the band,
- 33:43Speaker 1: the Senator seemed to choke up and cry. However, the
- 33:45Speaker 1: President wasn't impressed. I noticed that Chuck Showman yesterday with
- 33:49Speaker 1: sake tears. I'm going to ask him who is his
- 33:52Speaker 1: acting coach, because I know him very well. I don't
- 33:56Speaker 1: see him as a crier. It was about a five
- 33:59Speaker 1: percent cheat, said the wards of real but I think
- 34:00Speaker 1: they were fake years. On Saturday, the federal judge in
- 34:03Speaker 1: Brooklyn issue to stay on deportations, and then the Compartment
- 34:07Speaker 1: of Homeland Security said it's going to comply with that. Meanwhile,
- 34:10Speaker 1: get this, there are teams the lawyers hanging out in
- 34:11Speaker 1: certain airports including New York cities. JFK and Washington's Dullest
- 34:15Speaker 1: to offer free legal help to anybody who may need
- 34:18Speaker 1: it and lie the new band. You know, anybody who's
- 34:20Speaker 1: like stating in a holding cell there or something like
- 34:22Speaker 1: that because they arrived and can't enter. The tropic illinistrations
- 34:25Speaker 1: still defending the statement and issued last Friday on International
- 34:29Speaker 1: Holocaust Remembrance Day, where it made no mention of the
- 34:32Speaker 1: six million Jews killed and made no mention of anti
- 34:35Speaker 1: Semitism at all. Trumps spokesman Hope Picks has told CNN,
- 34:38Speaker 1: they quote, well, despite what the media reports are, we
- 34:40Speaker 1: are an incredibly inclusive group, and we took them to
- 34:42Speaker 1: account all those who suffered unquote. And one more, President Trump,
- 34:47Speaker 1: who was announced his pick to become the ninth Supreme
- 34:49Speaker 1: Court justice tonight at eight. Even though the GOP is
- 34:51Speaker 1: in control of both the Houses of Congress, you know,
- 34:53Speaker 1: the first legislative battle of the presidency could ensue because,
- 34:57Speaker 1: unlike some other Capital Hill actions, a simple majority in
- 35:00Speaker 1: the Senate doesn't do. They need sixty votes, which means
- 35:03Speaker 1: the Republicans will have to get no less than eight
- 35:06Speaker 1: Democrats to go along with them. So stay tuned, we'll
- 35:09Speaker 1: see how that goes. And finally, today is Scotch Tape Day,
- 35:12Speaker 1: and perhaps appropriately it's also Hell is freezing over day.
- 35:21Speaker 1: Now back to Steve having one show black people don't
- 35:25Speaker 1: like that comes you mentioned hell to black people who
- 35:34Speaker 1: strongly but immediately puckles. Plus you started talking about hell,
- 35:40Speaker 1: we just we get scared. You ever thought about what
- 35:53Speaker 1: hell you're gonna be? Like? No, I'm not trying to
- 35:57Speaker 1: go there. Tell me this story is for you. This
- 36:00Speaker 1: is really a story for you. The title alone, get naked,
- 36:04Speaker 1: be happy. That's it right. She doesn't need to go
- 36:08Speaker 1: any further. He says, we can all use the dose
- 36:12Speaker 1: of happiness these days, considering what's going on in the
- 36:16Speaker 1: White House, and apparently it's easy. Just take off your clothes,
- 36:20Speaker 1: that's all you have to do. This is a new
- 36:21Speaker 1: study published in the Journal of Happiness Studies. It found
- 36:25Speaker 1: that nudists or natural naturists as they're called, uh they
- 36:29Speaker 1: prefer to be called naturists, they're happier than people who
- 36:32Speaker 1: prefer being fully clothed around their friends. Researchers found that
- 36:38Speaker 1: people who hang out naked with other people outside of
- 36:41Speaker 1: their immediate family are more confident about their bodies and
- 36:46Speaker 1: listen to me, most people I've seen pictures of the
- 36:50Speaker 1: go to nudist colony, asked don't need to be naked.
- 36:54Speaker 1: But I ain't seen nobody fun at a nudists but
- 36:58Speaker 1: their first Well which ones you went to? You? You
- 37:03Speaker 1: said you ain't seen nobody to find at the newest guy,
- 37:05Speaker 1: which the newest guy I'm talking about in pictures. You
- 37:08Speaker 1: ever see pictures of people that do that? I'll not
- 37:11Speaker 1: see man, I got film footage. I ain't saying nobody fine,
- 37:16Speaker 1: I say, I don't think it's about being fine though,
- 37:18Speaker 1: I think it's just about you. I don't want to
- 37:23Speaker 1: see in your body ain't right. I don't need to
- 37:26Speaker 1: look over there. Look, just keep your clothes on. I
- 37:29Speaker 1: don't think it's sexual in nature. It is when men
- 37:35Speaker 1: look at you and you naked, it's sexual. It's nothing else.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Just say art well, I think that's how. That's what
- 37:43Speaker 1: they're saying. They're looking at it as they're just being.
- 37:47Speaker 1: When men see a woman naked, it becomes sexual. It's
- 37:52Speaker 1: nothing else. We just think you ain't trying, But you
- 37:57Speaker 1: should just walk to your mailbox naked man. Just feel
- 38:00Speaker 1: it first. You gotta understand it, That's what they say.
- 38:02Speaker 1: If you're not into the nudest lifestyle, try bearing it all.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Just when you're at home with your partner. I'm fun
- 38:08Speaker 1: walking around at the house like it. I'm talking about
- 38:10Speaker 1: the fun of somebody. You ain't got no problem walking
- 38:12Speaker 1: around the house. Neck just be naking, Steve. I don't
- 38:16Speaker 1: went all the way down to the refrigerator, nack it.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Don't it feel good when you hold up the refrigerator
- 38:25Speaker 1: doing that draft hits you can. I'll tell you what though,
- 38:29Speaker 1: when you trot down the steps and do hurt a
- 38:31Speaker 1: little bit that I found out. So try it. Yeah,
- 38:39Speaker 1: try You don't know, Steve, And I'll tell you know.
- 38:41Speaker 1: It's a drawback to me. When you got to go
- 38:43Speaker 1: to the bathroom neck it. There's nothing to stop you.
- 38:48Speaker 1: You don't make it all the way, ain't anything the
- 38:55Speaker 1: gravity going straight down, You ain't got nothing to stop you.
- 38:58Speaker 1: You waited too late to get over that leg. Beware anyway.
- 39:05Speaker 1: The butterfly waiting in the wings with this butterfly blog
- 39:09Speaker 1: that's coming up when we come back at eighteen after
- 39:11Speaker 1: the hour, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 39:16Speaker 1: To Win, to win, Okay, butterfly waiting in the wings.
- 39:21Speaker 1: What he's going to talk about today? There's something? Who
- 39:26Speaker 1: does he still have that whistle? Wos Yeah, super ball

- 40:12Speaker 1: there is now what's trending is who's gonna be the

- 41:07Speaker 1: be patriotic and it's time to be patriotic. What yes,
- 41:14Speaker 1: So I have my own patriotic outfit. They're weird, white
- 41:18Speaker 1: and blow. So you're gonna have whoa whoa. You're gonna

- 42:10Speaker 1: it out. But at nephew, Tommy, hit me up and

- 42:14Speaker 1: for Eugene. Okay, but let me now, especially if you're
- 42:18Speaker 1: I'm bumming for Time Brady, either Time Brady, Matt Ryan,
- 42:21Speaker 1: Julio jowns Um, what's just out of those two matter?
- 42:25Speaker 1: That's what I see it. You know it's town, That's
- 42:28Speaker 1: who it is, all right, And I know Socrates are
- 42:31Speaker 1: gonna be mad about this, but why the alpha so
- 42:34Speaker 1: But we're gonna have fun. We're gonna I'll go into

- 42:41Speaker 1: and I love out my dirty bird friends. You're listening
- 42:44Speaker 1: to Steve Harty Morning Show. All right. When we come back,
- 42:48Speaker 1: we're gonna talk about which team in the NFL is
- 42:51Speaker 1: the most disliked team. We guess. I bet you could
- 42:56Speaker 1: take a guess. We know what it is already, know
- 43:02Speaker 1: what you all just tell you. We ain't gonna do
- 43:05Speaker 1: this now. I'm gonna tell you when we come Backland,
- 43:15Speaker 1: nobody seriously treat it all right. For the second straight year,
- 43:27Speaker 1: the New England Patriots are the most disliked team in
- 43:33Speaker 1: the NFL Sprize. This is according to a new poll
- 43:39Speaker 1: taken last week. It was released yesterday by the Public
- 43:42Speaker 1: Policy Polling Organization. In the poll taken of three hundred
- 43:48Speaker 1: and seventy eight NFL fans representative of the US population,
- 43:53Speaker 1: of the people dislike the Patriots, once again edging the
- 43:57Speaker 1: Dallas Cowboys as cowboys. At now of those polled said
- 44:04Speaker 1: they feel negatively about the Patriots, um compared to only
- 44:09Speaker 1: nine pcent who said they think of their Super Bowl opponent,
- 44:12Speaker 1: Atlanta Falcons negatively. As far as who those polls are
- 44:17Speaker 1: rooting for to win the Super Bowl, fifty three percent
- 44:20Speaker 1: are pulling for the Falcons. Just obviously are pulling for
- 44:26Speaker 1: the Patriots. And nobody asked me, so they can gonna
- 44:28Speaker 1: take it up to yeah, you pull them for the Falcons. Yeah, yeah.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Tom Brady said that this is the toughest year they've had,
- 44:38Speaker 1: toughest one they've had all year. Uh, and he's of course,
- 44:43Speaker 1: why still nobody else's plays. Tom Brady is the most
- 44:49Speaker 1: popular quarterback among the fans with but he's also the
- 44:53Speaker 1: least popular with Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan. Yeah, he is
- 45:00Speaker 1: mean you gotta give it to him, Give that to him, wasn't.
- 45:03Speaker 1: Matt Ryan was the seventh most liked quarterback, behind Brady,
- 45:07Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers, Eli Manning, Dak Prescott, Russellnburger, Ben rus You
- 45:13Speaker 1: know him. We all know who Tommy like, don't you? Oh? Dak? No,
- 45:20Speaker 1: Tommy like Johnny man Zale. Oh why he doesn't play anymore? No,
- 45:29Speaker 1: but he people that drink just embarrassed the whole damn school.
- 45:38Speaker 1: So why is it that they don't like them though?
- 45:40Speaker 1: Because they win or what? People just don't like people.
- 45:45Speaker 1: You know who you may not. Tom Brady as a
- 45:49Speaker 1: person is a good dude. I just I don't I get.
- 45:51Speaker 1: I don't like their team, but the boy a bad player.
- 45:54Speaker 1: He cold, and the Patriots got a got a cold
- 45:58Speaker 1: man strong. One of the most well coached teams in
- 46:02Speaker 1: the league. I don't care who they get. They find
- 46:03Speaker 1: a way to get to them. Mm hmm. That's interesting
- 46:07Speaker 1: that you don't like the team but you like the
- 46:10Speaker 1: leader of the team. I didn't let me play something.
- 46:14Speaker 1: I didn't really care for Larry Bird, but jes this
- 46:21Speaker 1: boy as a basketball player, I was in all of him.
- 46:25Speaker 1: I went wow, I just didn't like Boston. That's kind
- 46:30Speaker 1: of the team Boston. I didn't like. I like New
- 46:33Speaker 1: Edition Boston. I like them. Okay. I like the city
- 46:38Speaker 1: of Boston. I like the people have been to Boston.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I've a great city, man, strong people up there. I
- 46:44Speaker 1: love Boston. All right, we'll be back with the prank
- 46:47Speaker 1: phone call. Okay, you're listening, Tory coming up at the
- 46:55Speaker 1: top of the hour. Strawberry letter time subject. I lost
- 46:59Speaker 1: weight and maybe my husband too. I lost weight and
- 47:06Speaker 1: maybe my husband too. Yeah, well, no, that don't add up, man, Now,
- 47:15Speaker 1: like you know, a little sick. Oh yeah, yeah, I
- 47:18Speaker 1: get that. Ain't no problem with that. Well, she lost
- 47:22Speaker 1: weight and she may have lost her husband too. That's
- 47:24Speaker 1: what she's saying. She done something. She did something, dropped
- 47:30Speaker 1: it weight and did something. Alright, man, it lost her

- 49:10Speaker 1: order to get your number. What what I'm doing is,
- 49:13Speaker 1: I'm not calling you as f being a model that
- 49:17Speaker 1: I'm going to portray on canvas. But you have something
- 49:20Speaker 1: far more greater visually that I would like to hold
- 49:24Speaker 1: on canvas. Now you're married to your wife? Is am
- 49:29Speaker 1: I correct? The whole whoa whoa, whoa dub no for

- 49:52Speaker 1: just can't. You don't talk about my wife, all right,
- 49:54Speaker 1: So I'm not. I'm not calling in a negative manner
- 49:59Speaker 1: towards your wife. I want to I want to mortalize
- 50:02Speaker 1: her and capture her on canvas, the beauties that she beholds.
- 50:07Speaker 1: I've seen your wife several times, you guys reside, whoa, whoa, whoa?

- 50:17Speaker 1: she shops on a hundred and street in Hall, and
- 50:19Speaker 1: I've seen her so many times there and she holds

- 51:02Speaker 1: with you? If you are crazy? You don't understand your
- 51:05Speaker 1: wife holds the essence that every artist wants. I don't
- 51:08Speaker 1: care what he holds. You can't be going around painting
- 51:11Speaker 1: folks heads. Is wrong with you, sir. That's the reason
- 51:15Speaker 1: why I'm calling trying to get permission from you. I, Sebastian,
- 51:19Speaker 1: want to put your wife on canvas because she holds
- 51:21Speaker 1: the essence that every artist wants to behold. She mortalized
- 51:25Speaker 1: the beauty of Cannon. Whoa hold of God? Hold of

- 54:37Speaker 1: loves you. Let me get one more thing from your
- 54:42Speaker 1: man about the bedding. Yeah, man, subject the last one.
- 54:54Speaker 1: Hello Stephen Shirley. I am a thirty five year old
- 54:57Speaker 1: married woman who can truly say I am married to
- 55:00Speaker 1: my soul mate. We've been together for eight years. My
- 55:04Speaker 1: husband is slim. He weighs about a hundred and sixty
- 55:08Speaker 1: five pounds. I was close to two hundred and fifty
- 55:11Speaker 1: pounds when we started dating, and at my heaviest weight,
- 55:15Speaker 1: I was two hundred and eighty two pounds. He loved
- 55:19Speaker 1: huh okay. He loved my weight when he first met me,
- 55:25Speaker 1: and loved it even more when I was bigger. He
- 55:28Speaker 1: couldn't get enough of me when I was When I
- 55:30Speaker 1: would complain about my hanging stomach or my cellulite, he
- 55:35Speaker 1: would say I was crazy and that I wasn't big.
- 55:38Speaker 1: He loved to play with my stomach rolls and to
- 55:40Speaker 1: kiss on them. I got tired of carrying that load
- 55:43Speaker 1: around and went on a serious diet. He thought I
- 55:47Speaker 1: was joking because I have attempted to lose weight several
- 55:49Speaker 1: times with no success. Now I have lost nineties six pounds.
- 55:56Speaker 1: But now I am rethinking this weight loss. My husband
- 56:00Speaker 1: doesn't look at me with stars in his eyes anymore.
- 56:03Speaker 1: He still treats me the same, but I can tell
- 56:05Speaker 1: he's disappointed. I knew he liked bigger women, and now
- 56:09Speaker 1: I feel like I should try to gain my weight
- 56:11Speaker 1: back to the size I was when he met me.
- 56:14Speaker 1: I was just as active then, and I still had
- 56:17Speaker 1: a clean bill of health when I was heavier. Should
- 56:20Speaker 1: I compromise my weight for my marriage? Well, I don't
- 56:26Speaker 1: think you should make that kind of of compromise. I
- 56:29Speaker 1: really don't, because your your health is the most important thing.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Even though you said you had a clean bill of
- 56:34Speaker 1: health when you were heavier, you have to think about
- 56:36Speaker 1: when you get older and things like that. I mean,
- 56:39Speaker 1: and I just think this has to do with you
- 56:41Speaker 1: and what you want. How do you feel about yourself?
- 56:44Speaker 1: Do you feel healthier? I mean, you had to do
- 56:47Speaker 1: this for a reason. You started losing weight. You said
- 56:50Speaker 1: you got tired of it, so you went on a diet,
- 56:52Speaker 1: so you know, apparently you were feeling some kind of way.
- 56:56Speaker 1: I mean, do you look better to yourself right now?
- 56:59Speaker 1: To me, that's what it's important for you. You say
- 57:01Speaker 1: he still treat you the same. You say he's your
- 57:03Speaker 1: soul mate. You guys have been together for eight years.
- 57:06Speaker 1: If he still treats you the same and he's your
- 57:08Speaker 1: soul mate, I mean, I just think your health is
- 57:11Speaker 1: the most important thing here. You got to think about that.
- 57:14Speaker 1: And uh, you know you can't lose weight or or
- 57:18Speaker 1: gain weight for someone else. You have to do these
- 57:20Speaker 1: types of things for yourself. Steve, Well, this is really
- 57:27Speaker 1: an easy letter. Mm hmm. All this is is you
- 57:32Speaker 1: know what, which one makes you the happiest. That's all
- 57:37Speaker 1: this is about. If you're happy with losing weight, then
- 57:41Speaker 1: you lose weight. Let him adjust, Let him adjust. She
- 57:47Speaker 1: was two fifty two. Heaviest is to eighty two? She lost?
- 57:51Speaker 1: How much she lost nine pounds, Steve pounds, so they
- 57:56Speaker 1: put her around? What m after from two to Let's see,
- 58:04Speaker 1: come on, y'all, just come on, what y'all doing on
- 58:08Speaker 1: the show. Get these calculators out? Give me this one
- 58:13Speaker 1: eighty six? You're still thick? One eight six? Nice? Now
- 58:22Speaker 1: see now here go here go thing what you probably
- 58:27Speaker 1: fied too. Now I'm just gonna go with that. Yeah, Monica,
- 58:34Speaker 1: Yeah you probably five too. I'm just letting that. Just
- 58:44Speaker 1: just drink that for a minute. Five to eighty five
- 58:52Speaker 1: we over here, we stand up against the window and
- 58:59Speaker 1: walk off. You'll be wondering who moving the loves se
- 59:02Speaker 1: d before you go too far? Why is the refrigerator
- 59:08Speaker 1: in front of the winder? You go, you go. You
- 59:12Speaker 1: just got your dude, You're just good. Just got my
- 59:18Speaker 1: das out of trouble, and I get right back in it.
- 59:23Speaker 1: I'm tired of PC. I'm sick of politically correct. I
- 59:27Speaker 1: don't do politically correct. I do damn jokes. Five and
- 59:33Speaker 1: you're in the bad room. It looked like somebody to
- 59:35Speaker 1: put the freezer in the bad room dry? Why is
- 59:40Speaker 1: the bathtub walking? Crazy? Steve down that what he liked
- 59:48Speaker 1: that what he liked he liked that. Ain't nothing wrong
- 59:53Speaker 1: with that. I think she's collar. I five three fine
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: two eighty five? She lost almost a hundred pounds. What
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: eighty five? The man like what he liked? What's wrong?
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Feel good about yourself? Do what makes you happy? So
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: now you don't went from a bay winder to just
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: a window. I'm a knock boy, Okay, I'm not. I
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: don't give a damn listen to me. Do you know
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: to know what y'all not going at this? When they're
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: mad at you, they're mad at up. It ain't mad
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: at me. By everything. I'm sicking at the bottom feeding
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: as people kiss. Now for real? Why I can't tell
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: no more damn jokes? Okay, say nothing by nothing no more?
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Why I'm on here for what y'all want seeing? In
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: what y'all want? This to be? Headline news? That ain't
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: what I do? I do damn jokes. I tell a
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: fried chicken joke tied to a black person. Ain't nobody
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: saying nothing about that? I make one damn joke by
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: somebody else eating something else? Now here comes to damn email?
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: Get back to email. Oh god, we gotta go to break. Yeah,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: and now to eighty five. Now we gotta go to break,
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: so there can't be about fried chicken or fried rice.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: This is just about two eighty two, gathering yourself. I break.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: I'm sick of this right here, and Steve Harvey show
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: back to the letter, She said, very cautiously. No, we
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: haven't played it yet. Here it is I lust waiting
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: maybe my husband too. That's oh, y'all, politically correct people,

- 1:02:11Speaker 1: not on this radio show. Say that again. I'm gonna
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: give you an example of what I ain't fitting to be.

- 1:02:39Speaker 1: know how to march long. This a't se is the letter.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: This letter is all about being politically correct. So here's
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: you won't answer this letter. You are slim, ma'am. You
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: are very slim and fat. It is such an ugly word.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: You are not fat. Please stop calling yourself fat. When
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: he loves your roles, you still have roles. If you
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: five two and one eighty five, you still have roles.
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: He can still kiss your stomach. It's just less stomach.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: Now it's okay. Now we're doing politically correct praising you.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Shut up, man, because you're marching against yourself. I'm marching
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: against my old ass. I'm gonna beat you to the punk.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: You ain't got to get a petition. Take Steve off
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: the our, get rid of Steve, get rid of Steve,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: getting rid of Steve. I'll get a sign and get
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: out that what your non committed ass, because I know
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be out there but for the eight
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: hours they're gonna picking my states. Make it out of here.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: For what all this that's going on in the world
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: to day And you're wearing about me meeting with the president.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: You at your damn mind, man, gonna find I am
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: letting it go. I'm watching it out of my system now,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: and let's get back to this letter about this woman
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: who is not big. She you are only two hundred
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: and eighty two pounds. That's a beautiful way, and you
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: should continue to support people in this weight range because
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: it is the Christian thing to do. I wish I
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: was two hundred and eighty two pounds, yes, so I
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: could be politically correct and say that loved me the
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: way I am. So what I have folk chins? What
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: difference does that make? Can't you love me? I hate
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: them right now to lay on my face and kiss
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: all four of them. So now this is the new
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: politically correct comedy portion of the show. I think every
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: should get to two eighty two so we can all
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: feel comfortable around each other and support our sister who
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: in her weight loss or weight game. That's what I
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: think we should all do. Listen, all of us get
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: on the program and get up to two eighty two
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: and show people who are larger than us that we
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: love large people too. We're willing to be you. It
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: ain't no, damn, that's what it's gonna get. If I
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: decided going to be some punk as radio host, but
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: I ain't. Don't all that time and you can tell
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: that other dude on the other station. I got something
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: for him too. You're listening, Steve Harvey. All right, ladies,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: you're welcome. You're welcome, You're welcome. Coming up, girl, coming
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: up at about forty eight after the hour, the one
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: and only Mr Blue Eyes himself, Michael Eally, Michael Eally,
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: Michael Elie will be our special guest. Who just did
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: you hear what I said? What is this unusual whistle
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: she got? Did you okayd you here? I said, Michael Michael, Yeah,
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: and bothered over here we turn the air. You so, Bobby,
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: But I adn't know you were crazy until I watched
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: the whole where you've been living. All right, Steve introduced, sir.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: She is here, the lovely and talented one. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: ain't what to hear your show? Y'all minute ago, y'all
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: turn out. Michael Oh, he's coming at forty eight after
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: the hours, girl, ladies and gentlemen, miss and thank good morning.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: This is a trip with the news. Okay, let's get serious.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: In Quebec, a man is in custody in connection with
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: what Prime Minister Trudeau says was a terrorist attack. On
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: a Quebec city mosque during evening prayers on Sunday. Six
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: people were killed, another nineteen were wounded. There about forty
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: people in the mosque at the time. Sources identify the
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: suspect as a guy named Alexandra Bissonet. Some of his
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: college acquaintances say that he doesn't like immigrants. Meanwhile, vigils
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: are being held in honor of the victims, and police
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: surveillance of other Muslim houses of worship in Quebec has
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: been beefed up. The man charge were shooting eleven people
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: and killing five at the Fort Lauderdale Airport earlier this
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: month was formally arraigned yesterday. Esteban Santiago pled not guilty
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: that all twenty two counts against him. Pascus say Santiago
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: flew from Alaska to Flada early this month, and that
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: once in the airport, he took a gun from his
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: check luggage, loaded into the bathroom and began shooting inside
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: the airport's baggage claim area. With the combined charges against
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: him not but now we got him and he say
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: not guilty. See SUP. In this country right here, this
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: damn due process on in this country. You're only guilty.
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: Once you're convicted. You're not guilty until you are. He
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: shot them people, he on tape. Now we got to
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: spend all this money, some taxpad this taxpayer money. Now,
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: mhm m. You know some people can get in baggage
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: claim and shoot him. I'm with that. I'm actually with that.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: Ain't gonna lae to you. I'm actually man man, just
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: like that man winning that kill all the men and
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: some people in the movie. Sit his ass down in
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: the chair, put a seatbelt on him, hand his hand
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: some popcorn, and then his attention and shoot all around him.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Being him that we all started doing this here cause
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: all this mess out. Well, damn gouna control loans, you know,
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: as we trudge on, Thank you, Steve. The White House
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: standing by its executive order restricting immigration to seven mostly
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: Muslim countries. Civil servants who work at the State Department
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: of protesting the controversial immigration bands and the White House
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: folks and says if they don't like it, they should
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: just quit. Meanwhile, the public apparently agrees with the President
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: on this one. A new RAS Mustin poll shows that
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: fifty seven percent of those Americans asked agree with the
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: travel and refugee band, while only thirty three are against it,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: so they apparently agree with what's going on right now.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Thank you, because the protests at the World I don't
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: I don't think they have television. Maybe not. Back to
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey morning. M all right, we'll be back
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: lates with Michael. Really you're listening to Steve har Yeah,
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: we're back. I got it coming up. After this is
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: Michael e special guest. No, that's how you say, it's Steve. Well,
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: we will let you see it. How you roll to
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Michael Eally after this will get y'all no closer to
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: the gates. All right, we've been waiting all morning for
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: this one. Our special guest is a dynamic actor that
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: is known for his gorgeous blue eyes, for his great
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: roles on screen, and he has been in a numerous
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: amount of hit movies and now he has joined the cast.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: We're so excited about this. Of being Mary Jane. That's right,
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: it starts, of course a good friend Gabrielle Union. Let's
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: find out more about his role and this season. Please
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: welcome to the show, our friend, Mr Michael Eally do.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: Good morning, good morning, Good morning, Mike. Let me go
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: and get in here. Somebody know how to talk to them? Man, Mike,
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: how you doing? Man? Yeah, I'm good man, these these
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: two girls right here. I think you know it's I've
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: tried to talk to him. Hey man, how you doing? Man?
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: You're good, I'm good. I'm blessed. Man, I'm blas look
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: at you. Yeah, you're blasted. Man. You keep doing it, man,
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: you Mary Jane, just back tonight at ten nine Centric.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: Your character Justin Talbot is Mary James nemesis and new
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: co worker. To tell us about this role man, so
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: um so yeah, but you know they asked me to
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: come on board and and kind of shake things up
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: a little bit. And you know, Justin comes in and
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: some of his his you would be considered controversial, and
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: so what he what he really does it is kind
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: of come in and you know, just when Mary Jane
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: thinks she you know, just about to like kind of
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: you know, start this great new life, someone from her
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: past that um, you know had somewhat made her miserable,
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: um shows up to try and throw a big monkey
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: wrench in her program at that point, bring it on,
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: Well come on me, Well that's gonna be awing. Well,
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: one thing about all your characters. Man, I gotta tell
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: you this, I have never seen you play a role
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: that was not extremely believable. Yeah, even when your ass
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: was under that bed, man saying, man, I never looked
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: at easy this way. Christ was under this bed really
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: looking real spanky brain as an actor, man, you were,
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: you're Gabrielle, y'all your friends in real life? Man, what's
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: that like to work with your friends in a in
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: a role like that, to put you all own opposite ends?
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: You know, honestly, it's it's why I'm why I'm doing
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: the show. You know. It's like I saw I saw
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: her at a wedding and she was like you know
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: she you know, she came out and we started talking
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: about it, and you know that's when I realized, you know, yeah,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: this should be this should be great. Actually, because we've
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: never really worked together, even though we've been in the
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: same projects, we've never really worked together in so um,
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: you know, it was an opportunity for us to kind
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: of kind of work together. And Gabrielle and I, you know,
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: we talked for years about certain issues that affect you know,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: what's going on culturally and such, So it was an
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: opportunity to kind of work together. And if you know,
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: anybody that knows Gabrielle knows that she had opinions, she
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: had thoughts, and she would let you know them way
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: that you'll be like, damn, all right, I got you, okay,
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: And so, you know, like working with her, it's like,
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: what's what's fantastic is what's happening off screen. You know,
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: what's what's fantastic is what's happening off screen and the
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: conversations that we have about about what's going on. And
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: you know, when I started working on this, you know
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: a lot of you know, I got a lot of
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: her insight, as you know, with regards to you know, birth,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: to the nation and everything else. And so it was
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: it was very interesting and also at the same time
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: very fun because that is how God lives her like fun. Yeah.
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: You you you've got a lot going on, man, How
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: are you balancing all this? You? You? You? You your
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: father again? Yes, congratulating married you welcome your second child
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: late last year? How are you balancing this career, this fatherhood? Man?
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: It's it's been it's been rough, you know what I mean,
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: I think, um, you know, like I left, I left
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: to go shoot the show and I was going back
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: and forth between Atlanta in l A. Because I told him,
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: I just I don't want to leave my family right now.
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: It's just it's just not a good time for me
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: to leave. So fortunately they were able to work it
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: out so I could go back and forth and um,
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: you know, um my daughter, Um is just I mean,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: I'm you know, I don't have words. I don't have
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: it's uh, you know, she just when she smiles, I
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: just I feel like I gotta I gotta protect that
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: to the best of my fie. Yeah, we talked about that. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: we did. We did. It's a long term commitment, you know,
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: the life long commitment, and I just I just I
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: prayed for the time to watch her grow up. That's
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: what I'm play for. Well, yeah it's coming. Um, it's
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: gonna involve several death threats, like we talked about ahead,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: put a couple of boys and check you up, putting
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: the baseball all of a gun up under somebody's checks
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: and then it's gonna come a point in their life.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: Here was really good about parenthood, like like okay, like
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: now you're torn because you don't want to leave your
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: family right now, it's gonna come a time where you
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: get in position like me where you want to leave
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: cut the lights out in my office when they walk
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: in the house so they don't see me in there,
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: coming there and talk to me. All that's coming to. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: it's a complete turnaround, man, which is where you just go.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: You know what I've done, my damn John parenting, figure
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: it out? Come on, Yeah, yeah, I did. Come the
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: time when your kids, you know, they got their own
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: friends and they don't want to hang out with you anymore. Yeah,
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: I decided I'm gonna I'm gonna milk this time where
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: they're they're obsessed with me. You know, I'm gonna milk
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: all the time my hand while they're obsessed with me, say,
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: and they don't want to spend time with me, I
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: can have that attitude, I don't want to spend time
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: with you. I was glad my friends got friends here
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: with cause so I can quit dropping them off. I
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: think it's great. Hey man, uh, this is a fabulous guy.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: This is a fabulous show Being Mary Jane. It's hot, man,
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: you got you got some great cast members and that

- 1:18:05Speaker 1: You're married, job, your job, that ain't your job. Keep
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: telling you'll your job, follow you at home. Stuff you
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: say on the air, follow you now. The question the
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: question we had earlier now Michael was walking around naked,
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: it'd be all right, huh. The question we had earlier
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: today that that's cool with y'all. You don't look like
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: Michael I have at Allmasmic, the men in our family,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: none of us have been fine. When are you gonna
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: make the damn adjustment? Where are you fine? Where are
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: you fine? Come on now active bank, cuteed pad down
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: any where else you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Come on skill. Huh. So we love the New Editions story.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: Million people? Yeah, now over twenty million. I mean, you know, unbelievable.
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: That story was so good. I want to see the
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: Joda See story. Yeah, yeah, I see New Edition lasted
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: for a long time. The relevant. I don't think Jodacy
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: had enough hits. Oh yeah, well together as kids, they
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: yeah they had some hits, but they weren't together. They
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: were just as acting as the same, right whereas New
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Editions started when they were little boys that they grew
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: up in the business and you see all the ups
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: and downs and the relevant today. Yeah, they just got
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame a couple
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: of weeks ago. So yeah, they're still doing it in
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: touring and everything. But a fantastic story. Fantastic, fantastic. People
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: are still talking about it. It was really good, Yeah,
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: really good. All right, God, what were you saying saying, Steve,
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: It's back from this universe? Philippines? What beautiful lady, what
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: beautiful beautiful young I'm gonna tell you one thing, though,
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: Its first country I've ever been in in my life.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: Ain't see. No black people were the only ones, not
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: a nil Wold when they saw signing autographs, I bought
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: all the black people in Manila. I did not see
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: a single black person anywhere doing nothing. The first country
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: I've ever been to, I did not see a single
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: black person, not one. Mm hmm. Okay. They little my
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: ass over there, the king and then me. Well, and
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: you were a little apprehensive about going right, you didn't know, well,
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: you know, I was cool with going you know, I
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: didn't know. You didn't know how you were going to
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: be reseist. I shouldn't hear nothing about no jokes and nothing. Man.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: That was really cool. There was really really warm. It's great.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: The enthusiasm. Let me tell you something. When the girls
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: got on the bus to go anywhere, at one point
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: there was two fifty thousand people watching the girls. Let
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: me tell you something. The rehearsal, the dress rehearsal the
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: day before the full dress rehearsal sold out. Wow, So
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: it was more people that you know what. I'm just saying,
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: that's your observation. I'm just saying I was. I was
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: really pulling for Haiti at the end. I thought Miss
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: Columbia was was fabulous. Oh my god, she was beautiful. Man.
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: All of them thought all of them were. I mean,
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you who I really I thought had
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: a really good shot, and she did. She only lost
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: by one vote. That was Kenya. She was very, very

- 1:24:21Speaker 1: he was working for you. Now, I ain't nothing you
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: can do, man, they shut him down. So I was
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: the banker over there, all my crew whenever. Yeah, I
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: was the bank of everything. So I made money off
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: of it, you know rates, Yes, they charged place what

- 1:25:20Speaker 1: that Philippine pasos. So it's like one to fifty. So
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: they had thousand dollar bills, but the thousand dollar bills
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: was really twenty dollars. Oh man, I had so many thousands.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: But you should have seen me at the gate when

- 1:26:13Speaker 1: their doors and climb out. They just put up the stars.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: Shoot the president over there just committed to slowing down
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: the drugs and the Philippines. And let me tell you something,
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: they're killing some people over there. If you over there
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: selling drugs, you're not going to court. Ain't no trial
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: or nothing. But I had it was. It was the
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: most secure place I've ever seen though. And the people
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: were absolutely beautiful over that. Man. The Philippines was absolutely
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: the people were so so kind man and so appreciative
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: of having the event and the hotel I stayed in.
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: What was the name of the hotel? Solid there so real? Stay?
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: Ain't that the so real? The sweet I had Lord

- 1:27:14Speaker 1: speed right here. This was not playing man. I had
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: so many rooms in there. I had a little butler,
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: but he was a my Tai fighter, and I recognized
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: him as a MITI fighter because I tell Bias walk
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: we talked about. I wanted him with somebody so bad.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: I pushed somebody on the elevator so he could just
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: show me over there fighting beat a little dude or
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: everybody a little over you're listening, Steve boy the story,
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: Steve great stories. I just I just really and all honestly.
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: I appreciate God so much the more live because what
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: what He takes me through and allows me to survive
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: and puts his angels around me and protects me and
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: forever keeps me moving forward. You know, uh, somebody sent
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: me a thing that says, some people hate you simply
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: because they can't understand why God keeps blessing you after
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: all you used to be m hmm. Do you know
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: that you all are running into that problem, that you
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: all are running into the same problem. A lot of
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: people just hating on y'all because they can't understand how
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: God keep blessing y'all after all you used to be.
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: See did you got a lot of people in your
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: life that are holding you to your past and cannot
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: understand how you've risen to the whatever position you in
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: and how God keep blessing you and keep you from
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: going on what after all the stuff you used to
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: do which people don't understand. For the most part is
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: that God is in the forgiving business and people aren't.
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: So many people aren't. They haven't gotten there yet. They
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: can't let it go, and they can't forgive no, and
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: and they and so many people make decisions about you
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: without all the information, but all of a sudden they
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: have a full opinion of you. That's somebody expecting people
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: to forgive me. People ain't gonna forgive you, ain't some
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: some will. But but Tommy's right, though, it's you can
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: quite expecting to everybody to do it because then not,
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: because some people really do enjoy hate it. Actually, they
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: actually are under the misguided notion that their hate of
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: you for some reason validates them or makes them better.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: That's a sad way to live. I don't think this
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: is a sermon on clarification. All right, I come to
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: preach on the Trump visit. I come to uh set
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: the record straight for my beloved brother. Uh with all

- 1:30:57Speaker 1: like set up on the camp pain trigger said he's
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: gonna repeal Obamacare. Now what he said? Not at all?
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: This is happening. What the hell is we surprised about? Now? Now,
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: sit your tail at the house and don't vote ignorant
