- 1:44Speaker 5: turn mouth, turn out the water the money.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come me, come on your.
- 2:01Speaker 7: Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, come on
- 2:07Speaker 2: dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:10Speaker 2: radio show, Yeah, I got one. I got a message
- 2:15Speaker 2: for you today too. Something I was thinking about that
- 2:18Speaker 2: might help you along the way. The thing I appreciate
- 2:21Speaker 2: about so many people that I learned from Bishop Jakes,
- 2:25Speaker 2: Kenneth Olmer, Donnie McClerkin, Kirk Franklin, Joel Oldstein. I can't
- 2:31Speaker 2: tell you, and many more than that. I mean, you
- 2:34Speaker 2: know I'm naming you know, famous people because I know
- 2:39Speaker 2: you know these names. But my father, who you never met,
- 2:44Speaker 2: was so great in my development as a man. But
- 2:48Speaker 2: my mother thought of mercy. My mother, she taught me
- 2:52Speaker 2: about faith. She gave me the things I needed to
- 2:56Speaker 2: know about what I speak about every day. That basis
- 2:59Speaker 2: was given to me by hers. So it's so many
- 3:01Speaker 2: great people. But here's the thing that I've had to learn,
- 3:06Speaker 2: and that is that if God got you through it,
- 3:10Speaker 2: it's done. Move on. See, I can't tell you how
- 3:14Speaker 2: many people don't really pay attention to that close enough.
- 3:18Speaker 2: If God got you through it, it's done. Move on.
- 3:24Speaker 2: How many times have we as people allowed God to
- 3:29Speaker 2: get us through something, get us beyond something, get us
- 3:33Speaker 2: over something, get us through something, and then even after
- 3:37Speaker 2: its completion, we sit there and we dwell on it,
- 3:41Speaker 2: and we dwell on it to the point where it
- 3:44Speaker 2: becomes an anchor around our neck and we can't move on.
- 3:49Speaker 2: We can't move on because we just won't let it go.
- 3:55Speaker 2: It's done. If God got you through it, it's done.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Move move on. Stop harboring on the past. Stop hanging
- 4:04Speaker 2: on to every time you fail, Stop hanging on to
- 4:08Speaker 2: every time you slipped up and messed up. Stop hanging
- 4:11Speaker 2: on to every time you didn't get it right. So
- 4:14Speaker 2: what everybody makes mistakes, Everybody messes up, everybody don't get
- 4:20Speaker 2: it right. Everybody's struggling with something. You ain't the only one,
- 4:28Speaker 2: but my God, man, if God got you through it,
- 4:31Speaker 2: it's done. Move on. You hanging on to it for it.
- 4:36Speaker 2: That's why he got it, got you through it, so
- 4:38Speaker 2: you can move on from it. See a lot of
- 4:41Speaker 2: things that happened to us that we think are negative
- 4:45Speaker 2: or bad experience. These are lessons and what not to do.
- 4:50Speaker 2: This is a way to have one now a bearing
- 4:53Speaker 2: on look out for it. The next time you got
- 4:56Speaker 2: me once, you can't get me again. I'm telling you, man,
- 5:01Speaker 2: if God got you through it, it's done.
- 5:03Speaker 8: Move on.
- 5:06Speaker 2: You have got to move on. I use this analogy
- 5:09Speaker 2: all the time. I'm gonna add a little bit to it.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Bishop Jakes told me you cannot drive your car looking
- 5:18Speaker 2: in the rear view mirror. See you know what your
- 5:22Speaker 2: rearview mirror is actually for in your car. Your rearview
- 5:26Speaker 2: mirror is designed. After I pass a car and I
- 5:32Speaker 2: want to merge into that lane, or I want to
- 5:35Speaker 2: make another move, I look up in the rear view mirror,
- 5:40Speaker 2: and all I use it for it shows me that
- 5:43Speaker 2: I've gotten past it. I've gotten past the vehicle I
- 5:47Speaker 2: was passing, and I got enough room now clear to
- 5:50Speaker 2: make my next move. That's what I use my rear
- 5:53Speaker 2: view mirror for. I use my rear view mirror to
- 5:57Speaker 2: just glance up every now and then to see what's
- 6:00Speaker 2: coming up on me. That's all I use it for.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Listen to me real close. Now, your rearview mirror on
- 6:07Speaker 2: your car is after you passing something or you're passing
- 6:12Speaker 2: by something, you can look up in the rear view
- 6:15Speaker 2: mirror and it lets you know you're pasted it, you're
- 6:18Speaker 2: beyond it. It's clear now it's in the past. You
- 6:23Speaker 2: no longer have to deal with it as the car
- 6:26Speaker 2: that was in front of you blocking your way. You
- 6:29Speaker 2: have passed it. You look up in the mirror, you've
- 6:32Speaker 2: cleared it. Now if you on a switch lanes could
- 6:37Speaker 2: slide on over, you got room. But that rearview mirror
- 6:40Speaker 2: also lets you see if anything is coming up on you,
- 6:44Speaker 2: and you just need to glance because if you moving
- 6:46Speaker 2: forward and a whole lot can come up on you.
- 6:50Speaker 2: You just glancing every now and then, and it reminds
- 6:53Speaker 2: you that you got through something and you got beyond something.
- 6:56Speaker 2: That's what the real view mirror for. Now, let's talk
- 6:59Speaker 2: about that windshield. Why you think that wind shields so
- 7:03Speaker 2: big on your car. That's the biggest window on your car.
- 7:09Speaker 2: You know why the wind shield so big because it's
- 7:13Speaker 2: where you're going, Because even the automobile makers want you
- 7:18Speaker 2: to have a wide view of where you're going so
- 7:22Speaker 2: you can see what's up ahead. They put lights on
- 7:25Speaker 2: the card night so you can have night vision and
- 7:28Speaker 2: see what's up ahead. But you can uh oh man,
- 7:32Speaker 2: oh see not why is that looking? Think about that
- 7:35Speaker 2: now before I move forward with this one. Think about
- 7:38Speaker 2: that wind shield, man, Why is that wind shield so
- 7:40Speaker 2: big so you can see where you're going? It's way
- 7:44Speaker 2: more important where you're going than where you being, don't
- 7:48Speaker 2: you see that. That's why the rear view mirror is
- 7:51Speaker 2: so small, because it is nowhere near as important as
- 7:54Speaker 2: it is as to where you're going. While you being
- 7:58Speaker 2: just allows you to take a glance so you can
- 8:00Speaker 2: make sure you cleared it, so you can see if
- 8:02Speaker 2: it's room enough for you to make your next move,
- 8:05Speaker 2: so you can know that you've gone through it and
- 8:07Speaker 2: go ahead on about your business. But that windshield, that
- 8:10Speaker 2: windshield is for vision. A man without a dream of
- 8:14Speaker 2: vision shall perish. That windshield is for somebody going somewhere.
- 8:18Speaker 2: That windshielding for somebody else there trying to make another move.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I'm gonna go right, I'm gonna left, I'm gonna get
- 8:24Speaker 2: off on this exit. I'm gonna take this detail. I'm
- 8:26Speaker 2: gonna handle this sign. There's a new route. There's only
- 8:29Speaker 2: so many miles left to go. That's what the windshield got.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Let me tell you something, man, when you see a
- 8:35Speaker 2: mile sign, you're driving on the freeway, you're on the interstate,
- 8:37Speaker 2: and you let's say you driving to a particular city
- 8:40Speaker 2: and you see a sign that says that city is
- 8:43Speaker 2: thirty eight or one hundred and thirty eight miles away.
- 8:47Speaker 2: That lets you know where you're going, and you're on
- 8:49Speaker 2: the right path. Now, if you keep looking in the
- 8:52Speaker 2: rear view mirror, you'll never know how close you are.
- 8:57Speaker 2: You'll never know because you're driving your car looking in
- 9:01Speaker 2: the rear view mirror. You all on the shoulder, you
- 9:03Speaker 2: hear them rocks up under your car. You just scared
- 9:05Speaker 2: yourself to death because you know why, because you keep
- 9:08Speaker 2: looking in the rear view mirror. Get out the rear
- 9:12Speaker 2: view mirror. If God got you through it, it's done.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Move on.
- 9:16Speaker 2: So what he don't love you no more? And man,
- 9:20Speaker 2: let's move on. If God got you through it, it's done.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Move on. God got something for you. If you get
- 9:27Speaker 2: out your rear view mirror and get up in that
- 9:29Speaker 2: wind shield. God's got something for you up ahead, but
- 9:33Speaker 2: you can't see what's up ahead cause you in that
- 9:35Speaker 2: rearview mirror. If God got you through it, it's done.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Let's move on. Come on, y'all, don't let the pass
- 9:43Speaker 2: beat you up. That's the ingredients in the cake. You
- 9:46Speaker 2: done made that already, that's done. Let's go. God, look
- 9:49Speaker 2: in the windshield, see what God marobably got something new
- 9:51Speaker 2: for you. If you get out the rear view mirror
- 9:53Speaker 2: and look, open up your eyes and see. All right,
- 9:56Speaker 2: let's go. Today.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to.
- 9:58Speaker 8: The Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, and we hear the arrival of a
- 10:07Speaker 2: new day, a gift from God, a blessing, a treasured moment.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I got up kind of running a little bit this morning,
- 10:15Speaker 2: so I ain't had officially time to tell him to
- 10:17Speaker 2: thank you or whispered it. But I didn't thank you God,
- 10:20Speaker 2: Thank you Lord Almighty. I appreciate you. I appreciate my health.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I appreciate my strength. I appreciate all good things you've
- 10:30Speaker 2: done for me, all things you've gotten me through. I
- 10:33Speaker 2: appreciate it. I appreciate this other chance you've given me today? Man?
- 10:38Speaker 2: How good is that? God? Man? Oh Man, oh Man.
- 10:41Speaker 2: I could spend the whole show thanking you and still
- 10:44Speaker 2: wouldn't complete the list. And four hours, cut off all
- 10:47Speaker 2: this music, quit running commercials and just let me tell it,
- 10:52Speaker 2: and we finished with the four hour show. I wouldn't
- 10:54Speaker 2: have got it all. That's crazy, Steve aut Morning Show, Drawberry
- 11:00Speaker 2: call it for real, Mississippi Monica, Junior to come back,
- 11:04Speaker 2: kid and the legend that is Nephew Tommy. Please please,
- 11:10Speaker 2: please please, Junior? What's on your mind? With all them
- 11:13Speaker 2: k's on today?
- 11:17Speaker 9: So good?
- 11:18Speaker 10: Just help us talk about this one sided friendships? How
- 11:22Speaker 10: do you deal with these one sided friendships? Over twenty years.
- 11:26Speaker 2: I've had them from all ankles. I've had it where
- 11:29Speaker 2: I've been the friend in the relationship, and I've also
- 11:32Speaker 2: had it where a person thought we were friends and
- 11:36Speaker 2: we wasn't. The other person thought we was friends and
- 11:39Speaker 2: we wasn't. He's the most annoying. He is the most annoying. Yeah, man, Steve,
- 11:47Speaker 2: that's my partner. Man. Man, Me and Steve Man, we
- 11:50Speaker 2: go way back. I just met him two years ago. Man,
- 11:56Speaker 2: we go wave back. Man, I remember that time me
- 12:00Speaker 2: and Steve was over there, man, were just laughing, but
- 12:03Speaker 2: never any specifics. Every time he tell a we best
- 12:07Speaker 2: friends story, it ain't got nothing in it, no facts,
- 12:11Speaker 2: no information. Boy, you remember that time Steve was on
- 12:17Speaker 2: TV and he said that all he said that he
- 12:21Speaker 2: wasn't gonna come over there as my man boo, we
- 12:26Speaker 2: bore back. I've had that, and then I've had, of course,
- 12:32Speaker 2: where I stayed friends with a person way too long,
- 12:36Speaker 2: when it was one sided, when it was me doing
- 12:38Speaker 2: all the giving, all the encouraging, all the praying, all
- 12:43Speaker 2: the uplift. But every time they called, he had a
- 12:47Speaker 2: strange way of complimenting me, but always reminding me of
- 12:53Speaker 2: the one thing he did for me thirty years ago,
- 12:57Speaker 2: the one thing, And what I've done for him since
- 13:00Speaker 2: those thirty years has more than quadrupled anything he's ever
- 13:07Speaker 2: done for me. But when he wants something, he calls
- 13:11Speaker 2: me and he always reminds me of the time he
- 13:15Speaker 2: came through for me, and I want him. I want
- 13:20Speaker 2: to ask him so bad. When are we even? Just?
- 13:25Speaker 2: When can I say, hey, man, we good? So I've
- 13:28Speaker 2: had it all, Junior, yeah, all of it. But in
- 13:33Speaker 2: twenty twenty six, I have erased all people who are
- 13:36Speaker 2: disruptors of my piece.
- 13:38Speaker 8: All right, thank you guys.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, we
- 13:43Speaker 4: will hear from the nephews. He runs that prank back
- 13:46Speaker 4: right after this.

- 15:33Speaker 12: years now. And you know, we're always trying to do
- 15:36Speaker 12: different type of publicity and really get the hype up.
- 15:39Speaker 12: And what we're trying to do, man, is is really

- 16:24Speaker 12: told me you were Kendrick's husband, So I want to
- 16:27Speaker 12: have my husband.
- 16:27Speaker 14: So I don't understand what my wife's got to do
- 16:29Speaker 14: with this whole thing.
- 16:30Speaker 12: Okay, what I'm trying to do is see if you

- 22:44Speaker 4: the COLO Chief Love Officer. Steve Harvey, al in Huntsville says,
- 22:51Speaker 4: my wife and I couldn't sit beside each other on
- 22:54Speaker 4: a recent flight, and I ended up talking to the

- 23:00Speaker 4: As we got off the plane, she said she enjoyed
- 23:02Speaker 4: talking to me. My wife got so mad. Is it
- 23:06Speaker 4: because she was white?
- 23:09Speaker 2: Nope, Nope, it's so many things. Let's start with number one,
- 23:17Speaker 2: you didn't fight hard enough for y'all to sit together together?
- 23:22Speaker 2: Number two, when did you start talking a lot? Number three,

- 23:46Speaker 2: that's so impressionable? And then five and fifth? And finding
- 23:51Speaker 2: the five? Oh so you like white girls? All that's
- 23:57Speaker 2: wrapped in there?
- 23:58Speaker 12: Dog?

- 24:33Speaker 1: Well?
- 24:34Speaker 2: I mean that's what you're doing. Yeah, Nowhere in this
- 24:38Speaker 2: letter did they say, how do I stop? I'm out
- 24:45Speaker 2: of control? What is this feeling that's overcome me? Now
- 24:50Speaker 2: that's not in the letter. You're dating more than one man?
- 24:56Speaker 2: You sleeping with more than one man? Is that okay?
- 25:00Speaker 2: And what you want us to say, because that's what
- 25:03Speaker 2: you're doing, so.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Continue enjoy yourself, that's what you're telling them.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Well, I'm just gonna tell you this, not young lady.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Women don't do well at all when they test drive.
- 25:16Speaker 2: I'm just gonna tell you that. And you can ask
- 25:18Speaker 2: any woman who has been out there doing test drives.
- 25:23Speaker 2: They will usually tell you if they are honest, ah,

- 25:36Speaker 4: Double double standard, you know well, and it is double standards.
- 25:40Speaker 2: There's nothing we can do about them. And it's not
- 25:42Speaker 2: Finna change because you done got a divorce recently. It's
- 25:45Speaker 2: not finn change. So sorry, he is what it is.
- 25:51Speaker 1: She says, She's enjoying yourself.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Now, well, okay, lady, enjoy yourself. But you can ask
- 25:57Speaker 2: anybody who has been in the drive me in business
- 26:02Speaker 2: how it worked out from them, and if they're earnest,
- 26:04Speaker 2: they will tell you that ain't what you want to do.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Pick a car you like and test drive it, but
- 26:10Speaker 2: once you get out there and you start going through
- 26:12Speaker 2: the parking lot. I'm just trying to tell you, now, hey,
- 26:15Speaker 2: go get the keys to that one too.
- 26:17Speaker 1: She's just casually dating too, right now, Charlie, I'm just
- 26:23Speaker 1: saying that's what she's saying.

- 26:54Speaker 4: My wife found the phone the same day and didn't
- 26:56Speaker 4: tell me until the next day. I can see that
- 26:59Speaker 4: she went through and deleted some text messages. She hasn't
- 27:02Speaker 4: said a word about it. Should I confront my wife
- 27:05Speaker 4: for snooping through my phone? Or is it best to
- 27:08Speaker 4: let this slide?
- 27:13Speaker 2: Let it go? Let it go?

- 28:14Speaker 2: See, but if you got to find my phone, that
- 28:18Speaker 2: means so do somebody else have the capability to find
- 28:21Speaker 2: my phone? If it's a family, if it's in the family, well,
- 28:27Speaker 2: if it's in the.
- 28:27Speaker 17: Family, yes she can and say your phone is at
- 28:32Speaker 17: the park, she can help them look for it.

- 29:17Speaker 4: I can't help but feel like he's not attracted to
- 29:19Speaker 4: me anymore. What else can it be?
- 29:22Speaker 2: The pills is for stamina.
- 29:28Speaker 4: It's not because it's not to perform.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's what performance is, to be able to stamina. Yeah,

- 32:19Speaker 2: was your oil. Yeah, and you was driving through and
- 32:23Speaker 2: you was getting all the money for the oil. You

- 57:11Speaker 4: in my Maritol home, but I slipped up last month
- 57:14Speaker 4: and invited her over. She started spending the night, but
- 57:19Speaker 4: we sleep and we slept in the guest room. I
- 57:21Speaker 4: noticed she started leaving things in the bedroom, and she
- 57:24Speaker 4: lied and said it was a mistake. Every time I
- 57:27Speaker 4: brought it to her attention, common sense would tell me
- 57:30Speaker 4: to stop having her come over, but I was too
- 57:33Speaker 4: far gone at first. I thought it was because I
- 57:36Speaker 4: missed my wife, but that's not it. This woman has
- 57:39Speaker 4: put it on me like I've never had it before.
- 57:42Speaker 4: When I talked to her, she strokes my arm and
- 57:45Speaker 4: she kisses me by my ear when she walks into
- 57:48Speaker 4: the room. She loves to have sex in the shower,
- 57:51Speaker 4: and she does not care about her hair getting wet.
- 57:54Speaker 4: She's so uninhibited and lets me try new things in
- 57:58Speaker 4: the bedroom. I didn't think women in their mid fifties
- 58:02Speaker 4: still got down like that. She massages my feet and
- 58:05Speaker 4: cooks for me most nights. I get depressed when my
- 58:08Speaker 4: wife comes to town and I have to have sex
- 58:11Speaker 4: with her and listen to her brag about being a
- 58:13Speaker 4: boss and telling white men what to do. I see
- 58:16Speaker 4: now that I prefer a softer woman that loves her career.
- 58:20Speaker 4: But it's not it's not her entire identity. My girlfriend
- 58:25Speaker 4: put it on me and changed my outlook on women.
- 58:28Speaker 4: We talk about being together, but my question is will
- 58:31Speaker 4: this woman ever change if I commit to being with
- 58:34Speaker 4: her full time? Please advise, Please advise, I mean, what
- 58:38Speaker 4: can we tell you? You're gone? Like you said, this
- 58:42Speaker 4: woman has put it on you, and so much so
- 58:44Speaker 4: that you don't even want your wife anymore. And clearly
- 58:47Speaker 4: your wife has not prioritized you. She's gone, she wants
- 58:51Speaker 4: to be away from you. I don't think anyone is
- 58:54Speaker 4: surprised that you have another woman. I mean, it's been
- 58:56Speaker 4: a long time, and your wife does live out of
- 58:59Speaker 4: town or she works in another state, and you see
- 59:02Speaker 4: her rarely.
- 59:03Speaker 8: But what we are shocked about is.
- 59:06Speaker 4: That you bring her into, as you call it, your
- 59:09Speaker 4: marital home, and that's what it is. Don't do that.
- 59:14Speaker 4: I know you've already done it, but you've got to
- 59:16Speaker 4: stop this. I mean, this other woman is leaving stuff
- 59:19Speaker 4: at your house and everything. Surely you don't want your
- 59:21Speaker 4: wife to find out about this, or do you?
- 59:25Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 59:26Speaker 4: Your question is will this other woman change if you
- 59:30Speaker 4: fully commit to her? And the answer is who knows.
- 59:33Speaker 4: She might and she might not, but she'll never know
- 59:36Speaker 4: until you get out of your marriage and just ask her.
- 59:39Speaker 4: I mean, what's keeping you in this marriage in the
- 59:41Speaker 4: first place. If you and your wife are done for good,
- 59:44Speaker 4: then move on. Is there anything worth salvaging in your marriage?
- 59:48Speaker 4: You say you get depressed when your wife comes to
- 59:50Speaker 4: town and you have to have sex with her.
- 59:54Speaker 1: If this is a.
- 59:54Speaker 4: Good it was a good marriage. Sex wouldn't be a
- 59:57Speaker 4: chore to you. You and your wife have checked out
- 59:59Speaker 4: of this marriage. It's a marriage of convenience. At this point.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: I don't see any.
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: Love here, but I say finish this relationship with your
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: wife before you start another one. Then takes some time
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: so you can see with clear eyes if this side
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: piece is ready to be the main course in your life.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: Steve Well, I can tell you that last statement you
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: made so you can see with clear eyes. I can
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: understand you saying it, but there is no more clear
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: eyes for him.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: He's gone.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: She has put it on him. There's no more clear
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: thinking for him. It is all over. Matter of fact,
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: the name of this letter should be It's all It's
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: all over, baby, Come on, it's all lover, It's all over.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: Ain't no saving this. You gone. And the reason I
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: know you gone is because you're justifying this. Everything in
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: this letter is justification for what you're doing. And you're
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: not gonna be able to bro You're not gonna be
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: able to win yourself. I've told this to a group
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: of people. I just said it last night. I'm at
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: a fishing lodge. I told a group of men I said,
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: temptation is undefeated. They old guys to it, and they said, well, Steve,
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: I don't agree with that. What do you mean you
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: can avoid temptation? I said, I didn't say you couldn't
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: couldn't avoid it. I said, temptation is undefeated. I didn't
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: say you couldn't avoid it. But when it gets in
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: your face constantly, you ain't gonna beat it. Dog now,
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: and this man right here has set himself up for
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: a defeat. Fifty nine year old married man been seeing
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: another woman for about a year. My wife, his wife
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: work in a different state, and she's away from me
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: most of the time, he said. So because of that,
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: he said, so I found a friend to keep me company.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: That's the beginning of the end. Up until recently, I
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: hadn't had the woman in my marrow too home. See,
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: that's but I slipped up last month.
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: Broh.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: Now, how you slip up and do that? No, to
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: invite somebody to your house. You don't slip up and
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: invite nobody to the house. You you you you invite
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: her to your house. She started spending the night, bruh,
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: in your house, and we slept in the guest room.
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: You was trying to be decent. But I noticed she
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: started leaving things in the bedroom, and she lied and
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: said it was a mistake every time. Bro, broh, you
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: so done? Bro?
- 1:02:57Speaker 8: Why hang on before you let them know?
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: All right, we'll have part two of your response coming
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: up at twenty three minutes after today's Strawberry letter subject
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: she put it on me. We'll get back into it
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: right after this.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: Well, she is a guest though, so if it gets.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: Sense you're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 1:03:23Speaker 17: Do you ever notice your floors still look dirty even
- 1:03:25Speaker 17: after you mop?
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: Power Mop gives you a deeper.
- 1:03:28Speaker 17: Clean you can see and feel, Unlike stream mops sore
- 1:03:33Speaker 17: for power mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away
- 1:03:36Speaker 17: even and hard to reach places like behind the toilet.
- 1:03:40Speaker 17: The new micro scrubbers deliver thousands of tiny, deep cleaning
- 1:03:44Speaker 17: actions for results that look, smell, and feel clean.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: No more dirty floors. Try this sore for power Mop,
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: love it or your money back?
- 1:03:54Speaker 13: All right?
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: is she put it on me?
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: Fifty nine year old married man is married to this
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: woman that uh, and but he started seeing another woman
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: about a year ago, reason being his wife works out
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: of town and he met a friend to keep him company.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: The title of this letter is she put it on me. Well,
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: once you come to that that she put it on you,
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: ain't nothing you can do thomb it's over now. You
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: had never slept with her in your what you call
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: your marital house. Then he said, I slipped up and
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: invited her over. Then he goes from that to saying,
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: she started spending the night, and every time she spent
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: the night, she would leave you something. And then when
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: I brought it to her attention, she said it was
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: a mistake. Common sense would tell me to stop having
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: her come over. Oh okay, here we go. Now. See
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: see this is why the letter is called she put
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: it on me, He says, in his own word, common
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: sense would tell me to stop having her come over.
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: But see she don't put it on him now, So
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: I ain't no more common sense. You ain't even listening
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: to yourself no more. You're controlled by that thing. Whatever
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: it is, you're control by that thing. It can be
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: whatever it is she put on you. It could be
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: your mind has deteriorated. It's because those passion of flipplinoids
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: and trecholtes have drifted up to your mind and changed it.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: And the the friploids. These are medical terms. Tell me
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: you don't know these, okay, And when the conceptatoids are
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: involved with the acceptors, then you just what happens. Okay.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: I wanted to throw in some medical terms for people
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: who don't know, right and anyway, So that's why you
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: ain't got no more common sense because of that reason.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: Right there, this woman that's put it on me like
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: I ain't ever had it before when she talk, when
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: we talk, she stroked your arm, kiss me by my ear.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: She walks into the room. She loves to have sex
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: in the shower, and she don't care about her hair
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: getting with all right, and no Listena dressed this for
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: just a moment. She don't care about her hair getting away.
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: What black woman are you seeing that don't care that
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: her hands with or if you withheld information seeing a
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: white girl. Either way, we ain't gonna bother that it's
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: too late because whoever she is, she to put it
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: on you, and your flebberoids are up in there with
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: your septoricons and it's causing your andronotics to be off right. Yeah,
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: you see what I'm saying. Yeah, and she's so uninhibited
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: and lets me try new things in the bedroom. Well,
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: I got news for you, doggie, it's new things to you.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: It's new to you. She let you try. She probably
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: in there going with where you're being. Let you try
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: anything you want to do. Then you said this, how,
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: this is how messed up you are? He said, I
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: didn't think women in their fifty still got down like
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: that to use a lot of old turns. Ain't women
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: in their fifties got down like that. I didn't invite
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: her to my marital home. Hey, man, got the old.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Turkey?
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: What did you? Yeah, man, what did you? What is
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: your man? Soul brother? Number one?
- 1:07:52Speaker 12: For sure?
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: What's happening?
- 1:07:54Speaker 15: Man?
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: Yeah? Give me five on the black side. Give me
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: some skin, bruh.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: Now he's only fifty nine, Yeah, but.
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: He older than that though. And then I get depressed.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: She cooks for me and she massaged my feet. I
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: get depressed when my wife come down, comes back to town,
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: I gotta have sex with her. Listen to her brag
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: about being the boss and telling white men what to do. Now, See,
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: you got an issue now though, Nah, you got a
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: little problem because she now she down, they got a
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: job bragging, she the boss and all this hire. I
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: see now, I prefer a softer woman that loves her career,
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: but it's not her entire identity. Mm oh okay, dog,
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: So you're trying to shift the blame. No, no, dog,
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: this back on you. As the title of the letter says,
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: she put it on me, So I don't start shifting
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: the blame. Ain't nothing really wrong with your wife? Though
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: it's really nothing wrong with her, But you starting to
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: find little stuff. Then you said, my girlfriend put it
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: on me and changed my outlook on women. No dog,
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: she cain't change your outlook on women. She changed your
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: outlook on life. She changed your outlook on your wife.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: She changed your outlook on what you've been doing, what
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: you've been wanting and getting. That's what your outlook has
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: been changed for. We talked about being together. But my
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: question is will this woman ever changed if I commit
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: to being her full be with her full time? Please
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: ivide Yes, she gonna change. Hell, yes, she gonna change.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: All them changed though, every last one of them change. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: all that were trying whatever you want in the shower,
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: huf in the back, all that down.
- 1:09:49Speaker 11: You ain't heard.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: She she in audition stage right now, so you ain't
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: heard with no, I'm tied.
- 1:09:54Speaker 8: Post your comments on today's Strawberry Letter at Steve.
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: She's gonna start caring about her hair in a minute.

- 1:11:07Speaker 10: Yeah, we went off, Wow, eighty three? Man had sixty
- 1:11:11Speaker 10: two after three quarters. Man, this boy was not playing,
- 1:11:14Speaker 10: had thirty one in the first and then some people
- 1:11:16Speaker 10: upset talking about where he shot forty three free throw?
- 1:11:19Speaker 11: Well, hey, hey, hey, don't care how you get there?
- 1:11:22Speaker 11: They got, Yeah, shouldn't have found me.
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: That's not me that yeah, because they were trying to
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: stop himberhen, you shoot forty some free throw? They trying
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: to stop you.
- 1:11:35Speaker 11: Man, he had a game.
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:11:38Speaker 11: And on top of that, Man, it's only three players
- 1:11:41Speaker 11: in the NBA.
- 1:11:42Speaker 10: He became the second player in the NBA's second highest
- 1:11:45Speaker 10: scoring player.
- 1:11:46Speaker 11: In the NBA over eighty points. It's Will Chamberlain. It's
- 1:11:50Speaker 11: now bam and of course Kobe Bryant. Man, Wow, was
- 1:11:55Speaker 11: a performance.
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: Played out? All right? Standard?
- 1:12:01Speaker 11: You got something for surely about the man at Michigan.
- 1:12:04Speaker 8: Yeah, remember junior.
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: Back in December, the University of Michigan fired football coach
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: Rum Moore for having a quote inappropriate relationship.
- 1:12:13Speaker 8: He had it with a staff member. Remember that supposedly, Well, that.
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: Relationship not only wrecked Moore's professional life, he's also still
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: cleaning up a legal mess, and charges against him have
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: been reduced from felonies to misdemeanors.
- 1:12:27Speaker 11: So a job now, we ain't got.
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: No job here?
- 1:12:32Speaker 11: Yeah, and now he got legal fee and what happens
- 1:12:36Speaker 11: to her?
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: I don't know nothing.
- 1:12:40Speaker 17: Well, she did lose her job at the university and
- 1:12:44Speaker 17: Michigan legal charges.
- 1:12:46Speaker 11: What I'm in ain't no legal charges.
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: What you're saying, because you know in this country there's
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: no h there's no comeback, there's no consequences for filing
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: illegal charges. You can make. You can claim anything you want.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: You can make any claim you won in court. You
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: can claim anything. You just have to prove it. And
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: then when it's unproven, you get to skip to the
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: lou my dollar and that this is not right because
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: they found all these accusations she made had air holes
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: in it, all of them. Wow. Let me ask you,
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: like my granddad, there was a white woman, wasn't.
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: But there's a white woman, yes, yes, it was yes?
- 1:13:31Speaker 9: And the woman he met around with what a white
- 1:13:33Speaker 9: woman too, wasn't it? And he married to a white woman?
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: Am I la? That's what the paper saying. It wasn't
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: a white woman?
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: What it not?
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: What was well he was married to a white girl too.
- 1:13:42Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: Oh well then that's his preference.
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: So yeah, all right, thank you.
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: What have we learned here?
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: Class coming up at the top of the hour. Woman
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: on social media needs some advice. She says, my boy
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: friend never has his wallet. We'll talk about that right
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: This is from Christine on Steve Harvey FM. Christine says,
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: I recently started noticing a pattern with my boyfriend. Whenever
- 1:14:18Speaker 4: we go out together, he often forgets his wallet, which
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: means I end up covering dinner, drinks or whatever we're doing.
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: I make a lot more than he does, and I
- 1:14:29Speaker 4: come from a comfortable background. But the thing is this
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: only seems to happen when I'm there, and never when
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: he's out with his friends or coworkers.
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: So should I say something to him or just shrug
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: it off?
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: No, you should say something. Hey, man, what's up? How
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: is it that every time we go out you forget
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: your wallet and then I pay and you never mention
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: of repaying me. Back's lady, ron, he's still your born friends.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly what does he do?
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: Clear decides come over?
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: Yeah, she's from a comfortable background. She makes more money
- 1:15:08Speaker 4: than him, and never they go out.
- 1:15:10Speaker 8: Yeah he forgets Yeah, yeah every time.
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: How do you forget your wallet? What're a man in
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: this world has the stupid hitty to leave your house with?
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: I d do you know? I won't go nowhere without mind?
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: And you're famous.
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: I got a facial recognition. Yeah, wallet, keys, cell phone,
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: get back in this house. Yeah, yeah, I got to
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: get back in this house. I need my key, and
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: I thought I take my cell phone on the boat
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: when I'm fishing because I don't care what happened to me.
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: I got to call Marjorie let her know, because if
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: I tell her something wrong and I'm somewhere, she gonna
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: spring in the act. There's gonna be some helicopters or so.
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: But this young lady is even afraid to say something
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: to him. You know, she's asking should she say something
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: to him or should she.
- 1:16:15Speaker 12: Just let it go?
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Shrug it off?
- 1:16:16Speaker 2: So you need to let him go.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: Yeah, she definitely needs to break it off.
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: Yeah what does he do?
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: She didn't say.
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: Yeah, she's starting to notice this pattern with him, so yeah, no,
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: all right, we have time for another one. This is
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: from Terry and Steve HARVEFM, Terry writes, I was I
- 1:16:36Speaker 4: was on a flight over the weekend and this woman
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: sitting in front of me kept listening to music and
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: videos on her phone for everyone to hear. It was
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: so loud that I could even hear it through my
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: earbuds over what I was listening to. I would have
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: hoped that the flight attendants would have done something, but
- 1:16:52Speaker 4: they just ignored it. So my question is this, how
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: do you deal with these rude people on a plane
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: and not gonna to some fight that eventually will end
- 1:17:02Speaker 4: up all over social media.
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: I can't help you. Thomas young.
- 1:17:08Speaker 8: Spirit, but he flies private, so no, no, no, no, no, what.
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: Don't fly spear?
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: That's how Is this just a Spirit airline problem? Could
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: be any airline.
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: We normally to fight.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: Yeah wow, and you know this caller, the lord, the
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: price of the chicken, the mold.
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: That type of person is on the plane. These is
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: bus people tried really, I want to try a new
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: mode of transportation, but they up there with bust mentality.
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: Yeah wow, No, it's a different person. It just is
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: man and you are everybody know it.
- 1:18:10Speaker 17: So no advice on her to tell these people put
- 1:18:12Speaker 17: their headphones on on the flight.
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: They've got to get if you gotta get some beat,
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: little left, get that sound out. That's what she got
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: there the Southwest. That cattle call to them seats proved
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: they change.
- 1:18:27Speaker 11: Yeah, you have a signed seat and you got a
- 1:18:30Speaker 11: sign season.
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: Now yes, January, have you been? Where have I been?
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: Is a story?
- 1:18:38Speaker 12: Right?
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: You don't want to answer to that question, Private Jenner, No, no, no,
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: where are you being? Not on Southwest.
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: We have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: up at twenty minutes after you're listening to the Steve
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: Harvey Morning Show. A Missouri woman is behind bars after
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: police say she walked into a home uninvited, poured fruity
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: pebbles all over the kitchen, and took a moment to
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: pet the family dog, all while the homeowner was outside
- 1:19:13Speaker 4: doing yard work. A child inside the house told officers
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: she smelled something burning, went downstairs and found thirty three
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: year old Tira Smith sitting there without wearing pants, without
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: wearing pants, without wearing pants?
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: Where are your pants?
- 1:19:37Speaker 12: Girl?
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: She was eating fruity pebbles with milk and petting the dog.
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: Police say cereal was scattered across the floor and the stove.
- 1:19:47Speaker 4: When officers arrived, they say Smith told them she didn't
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: want to stay in jail because she was due to
- 1:19:52Speaker 4: a peer in court. She's now facing a burglary charge.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: She was, Ye, but where her pants?
- 1:20:05Speaker 9: If I come downstairs and see somebody in in my
- 1:20:07Speaker 9: kitchen eating some sere neked, Yeah, yeah, I'm screaming for
- 1:20:13Speaker 9: my wife immediately because I'm just not gonna look good.
- 1:20:17Speaker 9: I got to get my wife in here with this.
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: Oh okay, okay, I'm sure I have the pants on.
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: Yeah, And one more time, this is a white woman.
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: It seems to be this morning, Fred, All right, coming
- 1:20:37Speaker 4: up next, coming up next, we'll play around it.

- 1:21:37Speaker 2: Back the time I did an energy shot? Yeah? Yeah, time?
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: Okay, all right?
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: Would you rather have sex with your first crush from
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: high school or the last person you saw in the
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: street yesterday?
- 1:21:52Speaker 11: Oh no, we cannot do the land person I saw.
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: On the street. No, not on the street. Can't do
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: that because I'm at a fishing lodge. Give me my
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: high school sweet and his his t shirt and his
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: shirt was too short. Doug, I was going, my man,
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: I'm looking at this, dude. I'm going, brother, you got
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: to get a shirt that covers your whole stomach. You
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: gotta go big and tall that you put this on
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: to the No, I ain't say nothing to him, but
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: he put this on and his navel is showing.
- 1:22:32Speaker 13: It was just it was.
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: But it's button up and it's tight. Yeah it's button
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: You know. This ain't your size no more.
- 1:22:39Speaker 8: But people show their you know that's what they do.
- 1:22:41Speaker 8: They show their tummies. Now, you know they do that
- 1:22:44Speaker 8: shirt crop top.
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: You're the only one on this show do that.
- 1:22:51Speaker 11: Crop top.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: That's all. Yeah, yeah, I'm not on board. I still
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: got the baby.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: Wait, I got mine too.
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: I know that's right, all right?
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: Would you would you rather hook up with someone who
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: has your ex's first name or your mother's first name.
- 1:23:11Speaker 9: I'm not doing my mama's name until you're a I mean,
- 1:23:15Speaker 9: I didn't hooked up with somebody who ain't.
- 1:23:17Speaker 11: The same person as the X, so that's fine.
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: Yeah, we not finna have to say my mama's name.
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: Not with what I'm doing.
- 1:23:29Speaker 11: I'm not being here, Alicia Carroll.
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: I'm not gonna be in here.
- 1:23:39Speaker 12: Really.
- 1:23:39Speaker 8: You couldn't separate the.
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: Two, you.
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: Man, It's just a name.
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: It's name, mama name. Doing it to me?
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Kidding?
- 1:24:00Speaker 11: Right, I can't do that?
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: Hey man, bro from my mama name again? Ooh ear loss?
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: What that don't work? That's so crazy?
- 1:24:19Speaker 8: So I can't finally something something you agree with?
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: What to do with your eggs?
- 1:24:31Speaker 8: That's today's round of which you rather coming up at.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: Forty nine minutes after we'll close out.
- 1:24:36Speaker 8: The show, that last breakout of the day.
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: Right after Lois, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 1:24:48Speaker 4: do you ever.
- 1:24:48Speaker 17: Notice your floora still look dirty even after you mop.
- 1:24:52Speaker 17: Power Mop gives you a deeper clean you can see
- 1:24:55Speaker 17: and feel, unlike stream mops.
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: So for power Mop absorbs more dirt and locks.
- 1:25:01Speaker 17: It away even and hard to reach places like behind
- 1:25:04Speaker 17: the toilet. The new micro scrubbers deliver thousands of tiny,
- 1:25:08Speaker 17: deep cleaning actions for results that look, smell, and feel clean.
- 1:25:13Speaker 17: No more dirty floors. Try to swear for power Mob,
- 1:25:17Speaker 17: love it or your money back.
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: All right, guys, it is our last break of the day.
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: And Steve, before you get to your closing remarks, we
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: have a caller mail caller for you.
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: Hey, what's up, Steve? What's up? Morning show piece of Blessings.
- 1:25:31Speaker 15: Hey, Steve, I's got a real.
- 1:25:33Speaker 12: Quick question please.
- 1:25:34Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:25:34Speaker 15: First, I want to say I respect you so what
- 1:25:37Speaker 15: you do in the morning, before the show and after
- 1:25:39Speaker 15: the show, your close remarks and everything. Man, I know
- 1:25:42Speaker 15: if it helps me, I know it helps a lot
- 1:25:44Speaker 15: of other people. Man.
- 1:25:44Speaker 12: But I want to tell you that I admire the
- 1:25:47Speaker 12: fact that you made it in life.
- 1:25:49Speaker 15: You know, I'm playing with the comedy with Kidi show,
- 1:25:52Speaker 15: radio show and everything other ventures that you got going on.
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: You made it, but you.
- 1:25:56Speaker 15: Always kept your relationship with God and you made it.
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: You made it, you made it not seen, but you
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: you let people know that you ain't nothing change. You
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: steal in it.
- 1:26:06Speaker 15: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:26:07Speaker 12: You didn't forget about it or whatever.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Man, So I admire that, man.
- 1:26:11Speaker 15: That you ain't forget and you're still praising the meeting
- 1:26:13Speaker 15: though that you made a lot of people are stopped.
- 1:26:15Speaker 15: A lot of people are stopped praising them after they
- 1:26:17Speaker 15: get where they need to be. But you ain't did
- 1:26:19Speaker 15: that yet, and you still share it. And I believe
- 1:26:21Speaker 15: that's why he continues to bless you.
- 1:26:23Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:26:23Speaker 15: But what would you say to somebody like me that
- 1:26:25Speaker 15: I feel like everything I touched fails and I'm.
- 1:26:28Speaker 12: Trying to do good.
- 1:26:29Speaker 15: I'm a man of integrity, man. I appreciate people. I
- 1:26:32Speaker 15: love to see people grow. I love to see people
- 1:26:34Speaker 15: doing good, even if it's better than me.
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: And it just seemed like everything And trust me, I'm praying.
- 1:26:40Speaker 15: I'm praying, and I keep them in my life, man,
- 1:26:43Speaker 15: But it just seems like where I get that motivation,
- 1:26:45Speaker 15: whether I get that, where do I get that that
- 1:26:49Speaker 15: to get me over the humped and to.
- 1:26:51Speaker 12: Do the things that I need to do not just
- 1:26:53Speaker 12: to meet before my family.
- 1:26:54Speaker 15: Man. I appreciate y'all. Y'all keep doing what you're doing.
- 1:26:57Speaker 15: I know you're gonna do that anyway. Peace, love and blessing.
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: Wow, that's call, and I really can't hear the sincerity
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: in it because I've been in that position, man. You know,
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: listen you Okay, let me address the first one. First
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: of all, I keep God in my life because God
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: is the source. He has been my source for everything everything, man,
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: and it has really kept me in some trying times.
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: So he was my source to get here. He is
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: my source to stay here, and he is my source
- 1:27:40Speaker 2: to continue. See once I understood that he was the
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: source that cleared it up for me, so so I
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: don't have to switch tracks. So that's been important. I
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: appreciate you recognizing that. Second part of the question, man,
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: is when you feel like everything you do fails. Bruh.
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: That is such a part of the process. I can't
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: even tell you. It's like, you know, I used to
- 1:28:07Speaker 2: be in sales. I used to work insurance company, right,
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: and I was reading the book one time about being
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: a better salesman.
- 1:28:15Speaker 15: Right.
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: Every time you hear a no, it moves you one
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: step closer to the yes, because everybody not gonna tell
- 1:28:24Speaker 2: you no. Everybody you know Kentucky Fried Chicken. Colonel Sanders
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: had this recipe since he was young. He was a
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: very young man when he had this chicken recipe for KFC.
- 1:28:39Speaker 2: He took it everywhere and everybody told him no. He
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: didn't get his first franchise till he was in his sixties.
- 1:28:49Speaker 2: He was old. You see the picture on the bucket,
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: that's the picture they had when he hit it. When
- 1:28:58Speaker 2: Colonel Sanders made it, that was the picture they had.
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: He had no young picture. So, bro, I want you
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: to understand that failure is a part of the process,
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: and it will happen to you far more times than
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: than than than than succeeding. I have failed far more
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: times than I have succeeded. Michael Jordan has missed more
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: game winning shots than he has made. Tiger Woods has
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: missed more putts than he has made. If a professional
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: baseball player goes to the plate ten times and he
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: only succeeds three times out of the ten, he's batting
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: three hundred, this boy is going to be a millionaire
- 1:29:49Speaker 2: many times over because and they don't pay him for
- 1:29:53Speaker 2: the missus. They don't. They don't punish him for the missus.
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: They pay him for them. Three times he do hit it.
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: And that's how it's going to work out for your life.
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: So I know it's discouraging, man, when you are trying
- 1:30:11Speaker 2: desperately to something that hit and you are and you
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: know you praying, and you know you're righteous, brother and
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: all like that. Just state the course, man, State of course.
- 1:30:23Speaker 15: Man.
- 1:30:23Speaker 2: I didn't get a car in my name man till
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: I was almost thirty eight years old. Thirty eight, man,
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: that's crazy. I did not have the ability. I couldn't
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: go nowhere with no credit or nothing and get nothing.
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: I'm telling you, man, I failed so many times. But
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: failure is a wonderful teacher. You learn your best lessons
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: in failure. You winning winning. I tell you what, man,
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: go outside, take a golf club and take a ball
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: and take it ten feet from the cup, and take
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: twenty five putts at that ten foot range. Watch how
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: many times you hit that ball in I'm telling you right.
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: Now, pros.
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: Pros from fifteen feet away from the cup are not
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: even fifty percent from fifteen They like twenty eight percent
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: from fifteen feet something like that. Brod. Just hang in there, man,
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: It's gonna come. If you keep praying, if you keep
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: using God as the sauce, you will succeed. You will succeed. Guarantee.
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: Keep faith, young homie, stay with it, don't ever give up.
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: God is coming. You don't never know when He's gonna
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: flip the lights with y'all. Have a great day today.
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: Talk to God today. He would absolutely love to hear
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: from you, y'all. Stay in peace. Hanging that doggie.
