- 0:00Speaker 1: There are new calls for many in the media and
- 0:04Speaker 1: warhawks on the Republican side, for America to decide that
- 0:08Speaker 1: there is going to be a red line if chemical
- 0:10Speaker 1: or nuclear weapons are used against the people in Ukraine.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Now we know over the last twenty four hours that
- 0:16Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin has been targeting, torturing and killing children. Clearly
- 0:20Speaker 1: these are war crimes. The question is if he starts
- 0:23Speaker 1: using chemical weapons, should we then go to Ukraine? Should
- 0:27Speaker 1: we then set up a no flies on which would
- 0:29Speaker 1: mean we would absolutely one shoot down Russian aircraft and
- 0:34Speaker 1: if we did that, we would be at war with Russia.
- 0:36Speaker 1: It would be World War three. Now, a quick reminder,
- 0:39Speaker 1: if you're listening to this podcast, please make sure you
- 0:41Speaker 1: hit the subscriber auto download button and tell your friends
- 0:45Speaker 1: about this podcast, share this on social media, and if
- 0:48Speaker 1: you would write us a five star review to help us,
- 0:51Speaker 1: as Democrats have been attacking our podcasts recently with bad reviews. Now,
- 0:55Speaker 1: you may ask yourself, why is it that so many
- 0:58Speaker 1: on the left right now are obsessed with this idea
- 1:01Speaker 1: of possibly as going to war. I have one reason why.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I think they're doing it because they realize how much
- 1:09Speaker 1: troubled Joe Biden is in right now because of Hunter Biden.
- 1:13Speaker 1: How do I know this? Hunter Biden emails are now
- 1:16Speaker 1: shedding a new light on the funds that were secured
- 1:20Speaker 1: that gave him the ability to secure millions from investors,
- 1:25Speaker 1: and some investors now with alleged organized crime ties. Hunter
- 1:30Speaker 1: Biden's attorney previously said the Sun had severed his ties
- 1:33Speaker 1: with a tech firm. We now know that's not true.
- 1:38Speaker 1: In twenty sixteen and twenty seventeen emails from Hunter Biden's
- 1:42Speaker 1: longtime business partner, which were now obtained by Fox Business
- 1:47Speaker 1: Or raising new questions about a claim made by Joe
- 1:51Speaker 1: Biden and our should say Hunter Biden's attorney regarding Biden's
- 1:57Speaker 1: divesting in a technology focused fund, that's what he claimed.
- 2:01Speaker 1: We now have leaked Treasury Department records from the deep State,
- 2:06Speaker 1: clearly trying to clean all this up for Joe Biden,
- 2:09Speaker 1: clean it up for Hunter Biden, clean up for Joe
- 2:11Speaker 1: Biden's brother as well. Luckily, somebody at the Treasury Department
- 2:17Speaker 1: has leaked these records. They've now been obtained as part
- 2:21Speaker 1: of a fennsend files revealed that Well, a Ukrainian Syrian
- 2:26Speaker 1: businessman with alleged ties to Russian organized crime, paid in
- 2:31Speaker 1: bloom Now, a now defunct technology startup fund backed by
- 2:35Speaker 1: Hawaii Strategic State Development Corporation and Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca
- 2:42Speaker 1: Technology Partners nearly three million dollars. Biden's attorney told the
- 2:48Speaker 1: Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project in twenty twenty that
- 2:54Speaker 1: Hunter Biden had divested himself from the holdings in that
- 2:58Speaker 1: company before the controversial investment in late twenty fifteen. Quote,
- 3:05Speaker 1: Mister Biden severed his relationship with Rosemut Seneca Technology Partners
- 3:09Speaker 1: prior to this transaction. Now, this was being investigated because
- 3:13Speaker 1: it was organized crime. The transaction was flagged via a
- 3:18Speaker 1: Suspicious Activity Report also known as a sa R, by
- 3:22Speaker 1: the City National Bank in Los Angeles, based on reports
- 3:26Speaker 1: tying Yusef to this other shady businessman also known as
- 3:32Speaker 1: the Brainy Dawn, as well as international arms trafficking. Now,
- 3:39Speaker 1: this suspicious activity report, known as ASAR, also pointed to
- 3:43Speaker 1: allegations of Usef being tied to a Syrian general known
- 3:47Speaker 1: as Alisade, the brother of the Syrian President best Year Alisade.
- 3:54Speaker 1: This is a lot to take in, so I'm going
- 3:55Speaker 1: to back up and basically explain this to you, you
- 4:00Speaker 1: have organized crime connected directly to Hunter Biden, that money's
- 4:04Speaker 1: directly connected to Joe Biden, directly connected to an investment
- 4:08Speaker 1: coming from another organized crime member. All of this has
- 4:11Speaker 1: been flagged by the City National Bank in Los Angeles,
- 4:15Speaker 1: and they're doing it because they also know that the
- 4:17Speaker 1: money is directly tied to a Syrian general, the brother
- 4:21Speaker 1: of the Syrian President Alissade. Now, according to the OCCRP
- 4:28Speaker 1: Suspicious Activity Reports quote our secret alerts issued by bank
- 4:33Speaker 1: compliance officers when they are suspicious that a transaction may
- 4:37Speaker 1: be linked to crime or directly to money laundering. The
- 4:42Speaker 1: existence of an SAR is not itself evidence of any wrongdoing.
- 4:46Speaker 1: While there doesn't appear to be evidence that Biden personally
- 4:50Speaker 1: orchestrate the investment into in Bloom by YUSUF, emails now
- 4:54Speaker 1: revealed by Fox Business show that Biden was in regular
- 4:58Speaker 1: communication with the leaders of rose Mark Seneca and had
- 5:04Speaker 1: investment interests in multiple Rosemut Seneca funds in two thousand
- 5:10Speaker 1: and two excuse me. In twenty sixteen and twenty seventeen,
- 5:14Speaker 1: despite Biden's attorney claiming or lying that he quoted severed
- 5:19Speaker 1: his relationship with Rosemont Seneca, t PTE. So let me
- 5:26Speaker 1: recap that for you real quick. What this says is
- 5:30Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden's attorney lied to those
- 5:34Speaker 1: who were investigating organized crime. They said that before any
- 5:37Speaker 1: of these suspicious activities were flagged, that Hunter Biden had
- 5:44Speaker 1: gotten out of these business deals. In other words, he
- 5:46Speaker 1: wasn't there, he wasn't a part of it. This was
- 5:48Speaker 1: after he had divested his investments in Seneca, in this
- 5:53Speaker 1: division of Rosemont Seneca, and we now know that they lied.
- 5:57Speaker 1: That's what you would refer to as lying to investigators.
- 6:00Speaker 1: It's kind of a big deal. Any one of us
- 6:02Speaker 1: does this. Anybody listening right now does this. You're gonna
- 6:04Speaker 1: go to prison for a long time. His attorneys lied.
- 6:10Speaker 1: He said they were out in fifteen. No, Hunter Biden
- 6:12Speaker 1: was still in the funds in twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen,
- 6:15Speaker 1: Winny shitty deals were being done, and all these connections
- 6:18Speaker 1: to organized crime, Oligarch's Russia and Assad in Syria. Now,
- 6:26Speaker 1: despite Biden's attorney claiming that he severed his relationship with
- 6:30Speaker 1: Rosemunt Seneca, this report also found that financial records examined
- 6:36Speaker 1: by reporters show that money from m Bloom was paid
- 6:41Speaker 1: into another of Devin Archer's accounts. Devin Archer is a
- 6:45Speaker 1: guy that's I think he's in jail right now, are
- 6:48Speaker 1: under indictment. I know that I'd have to go back
- 6:50Speaker 1: this thing. There's two people getting indicted in going to
- 6:52Speaker 1: jail around Hunter Biden right now. But that was the
- 6:57Speaker 1: business partner of Hunter Biden was Devin Archer, which was
- 7:01Speaker 1: at the time making regular payments to Hunter Biden. So
- 7:06Speaker 1: you got this money coming in from all these organized
- 7:08Speaker 1: crime and financial records are showing this, and money is
- 7:12Speaker 1: going from this in bloomed guy into another account held
- 7:14Speaker 1: by Devin Archer, and then the money is being funneled
- 7:17Speaker 1: in regular payments to Hunter Biden. Now let me go
- 7:21Speaker 1: back to Archer for a second, so you understand Archer.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Archer was a longtime business partner and close friend of
- 7:28Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. He served on the board of the Ukrainian
- 7:31Speaker 1: energy company Barisma Holdings with Hunter Biden. Neither of them
- 7:35Speaker 1: had any experience in that sector. In November twenty fourteen email,
- 7:40Speaker 1: Hunter called Archer a great friend through thick and thin
- 7:44Speaker 1: and said he wanted Archer to know how much he
- 7:47Speaker 1: appreciated it. Now, Archer as I mentioned a moment ago.
- 7:50Speaker 1: He actually was sentenced to federal prison last month for
- 7:54Speaker 1: his role in a scheme to defraud a Native American tribe.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Biden had no connection to the fraud scheme. Just so
- 8:01Speaker 1: you know, why did I tell you that? Because I
- 8:03Speaker 1: want to be intellectually honest about all of this, unlike
- 8:07Speaker 1: the liberal media. Now let's get back to Yusef. He
- 8:11Speaker 1: was reportedly introduced through Archer to this in Bloom deal
- 8:16Speaker 1: as a quote investor. He previously told the occ RP
- 8:23Speaker 1: that it was bull blank that he was involved with
- 8:25Speaker 1: organized crime. Well that looks like that's a big lie.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Now a couple of two seventeen emails calling a question
- 8:35Speaker 1: the claims that he was not involved with actually a
- 8:38Speaker 1: breakdown of Biden's investments through Oshiko LLC, including his fifteen
- 8:44Speaker 1: percent Steak and Rosemot Seneca SP one and Rosemont Seneca
- 8:51Speaker 1: TP three, as well as Alpha and Bravo. They're all
- 8:56Speaker 1: up in this organized crime. This includes Hunter Biden. Based
- 9:00Speaker 1: on these emails. A twenty sixteen email two Hunter Biden
- 9:06Speaker 1: and his divorce attorney shows that Asako LLC, which Sherwin
- 9:12Speaker 1: says was set up to hold Hunter's investment Interests owned
- 9:17Speaker 1: a hundred percent interest in Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners one,
- 9:23Speaker 1: Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners two Alpha, and Rosemont Seneca Partners
- 9:29Speaker 1: three Bravo. What does this mean. It means that Hunter
- 9:33Speaker 1: Biden and his attorneys lied. Quote. The investments of r STP,
- 9:41Speaker 1: Eudora and Tadik Grill are not investments that could be
- 9:46Speaker 1: exited at the time. As they are private investments, finding
- 9:50Speaker 1: a current value would be impossible, and if in fact
- 9:54Speaker 1: we could, some of them may have a negative value currently.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Is what actually Hunter Biden's divorce attorney said at the
- 10:00Speaker 1: time when they listed his assets going through his divorce.
- 10:05Speaker 1: So again we know that he was invested in these
- 10:08Speaker 1: things and he didn't divest his investments in two and
- 10:11Speaker 1: fifteen before all these connections to organized crime. How do
- 10:14Speaker 1: we know this because we have it in the actual
- 10:16Speaker 1: emails and in two seventeen email from the attorney representing
- 10:24Speaker 1: Hunter Biden to the divorce attorney I guess representing his
- 10:27Speaker 1: ex wife soon to be x Rife. It also mentions
- 10:29Speaker 1: directly the companies that they're saying he actively is invested in,
- 10:34Speaker 1: that he lied and said he wasn't connected to in
- 10:38Speaker 1: the investigation of organized crime in twenty fifteen. We also
- 10:44Speaker 1: have from leaked emails. The Biden also received multiple twenty
- 10:48Speaker 1: and sixteen emails addressing him as an rs TP investor
- 10:55Speaker 1: and warning him that some of the RSTP leaders emails
- 10:58Speaker 1: were comprised and not to open suspicious emails. Another email
- 11:05Speaker 1: from his attorney shows that he responded to a man
- 11:07Speaker 1: named Andrew Dibble in late twenty sixteen about another potential investment.
- 11:13Speaker 1: He noted that Hunter was traveling overseas, but said they
- 11:17Speaker 1: just heard back from their colleagues at RSTP, the same
- 11:22Speaker 1: company you are supposed to have divested all his investments
- 11:25Speaker 1: in twenty fifteen. This email was in April of sixteen,
- 11:30Speaker 1: appearing to suggest that Hunter was still involved directly with
- 11:33Speaker 1: RSTP months after that organized crime m Bloom deal, despite
- 11:40Speaker 1: his attorney's lying and saying that he had quote severed
- 11:44Speaker 1: his relationship before that m Bloom deal went through in
- 11:48Speaker 1: twenty fifteen. These emails are from April to twenty seventh
- 11:52Speaker 1: of two sixteen. Again very clear that Hunter Biden's attorneys
- 11:57Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden were lying. It's obvious now in March
- 12:01Speaker 1: twenty seventeen, there's another email that's been obtained by Fox
- 12:05Speaker 1: News from Joe N. Meyer, who was the vice president
- 12:09Speaker 1: of Rosemont Seneca Advisors from two thousand and eight until
- 12:12Speaker 1: September of twenty and seventeen. In that email, it showed
- 12:16Speaker 1: Hunter Biden a breakdown of his ownership entities, which include
- 12:19Speaker 1: a fourteen point four percent ownership of Rosemont Seneca TP
- 12:24Speaker 1: and a fifteen point two percent interest for two other
- 12:30Speaker 1: RSTP funds. This is from the vice president of Rosemont
- 12:35Speaker 1: Seneca Advisors. Again, look at the date on the email,
- 12:38Speaker 1: March twenty seventeen. If that's not enough, here's another email
- 12:42Speaker 1: at twenty eighteen. Email from Hunter's tax accountant Bill Morgan
- 12:47Speaker 1: about a twenty seventeen investment also reference Hunter's steak in
- 12:50Speaker 1: multiple RSTP funds and Rosemont Seneca Technology in general. So again,
- 12:59Speaker 1: any of us do this, we're already in prison. We're
- 13:03Speaker 1: already in prison. I want you to understand that. Now.
- 13:09Speaker 1: There's another email in twenty eighteen which appears to reference
- 13:14Speaker 1: the RSTP, the company Hunter quote allegedly divested from in
- 13:17Speaker 1: twenty fifteen. In the email, Hunter Biden is actually asked
- 13:23Speaker 1: for for the partnership K one form for RSTP and
- 13:27Speaker 1: the other funds. This is in October of twenty eighteen.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Personal tax return material Hunter. Following is the information I
- 13:35Speaker 1: need to finish your personal return. The W two from
- 13:38Speaker 1: Voice reporting the salary they paid you in twenty seventeen,
- 13:40Speaker 1: number two ten ninety nine I and from Bank of
- 13:43Speaker 1: America reporting interests they paid you in twenty seventeen three,
- 13:46Speaker 1: Any expenses you paid relating to your director fees from
- 13:50Speaker 1: National Railroad am tracks, specifically your travel costs to New
- 13:53Speaker 1: York for meetings. For a list of any charitable contributions
- 13:57Speaker 1: you made in twenty seventeen. I forgot to ask you
- 13:59Speaker 1: about the partnership K one that we do not have.
- 14:03Speaker 1: I need the Rosemont Seneca Technology RSTP two Alpha partners
- 14:07Speaker 1: RSTP two, Bravo and Equity Distribution Trust. Also really into
- 14:12Speaker 1: both your personal return and OSCO. Rob Walker paid OSCO
- 14:17Speaker 1: about five hundred eleven thousand dollars. There was also ten
- 14:20Speaker 1: ninety nine from him saying you personally were paid two
- 14:23Speaker 1: hundred and one thousand dollars. Are these two separate items
- 14:26Speaker 1: or were the payments to you simply to positive in
- 14:29Speaker 1: the OSCO account. Lastly, I noted that both houses were
- 14:35Speaker 1: transferred to your ex wife as part of the divorce.
- 14:38Speaker 1: When were the houses transferred to her? I need to
- 14:40Speaker 1: determine how much of the mortgage interests we can deduct
- 14:42Speaker 1: on your personal return. If you have any questions, please
- 14:45Speaker 1: let me know there it is. Other emails reviewed by
- 14:50Speaker 1: Fox Business from twenty fifteen to twenty seventeen also showed
- 14:53Speaker 1: that Hunter communicated with multiple leaders of the company he
- 14:56Speaker 1: said he wasn't involved in, including Rob Walker, who was
- 15:01Speaker 1: co founder and managing partner of RSTP. The revelations from
- 15:05Speaker 1: the emails now call into question Biden's investments and shady
- 15:08Speaker 1: companies amid his father's tenure as the Vice president of
- 15:12Speaker 1: United States of America, and a pattern that is clearly
- 15:16Speaker 1: now laid out. They also come as Hunter Biden faces
- 15:19Speaker 1: a tax probe in Delaware that has seen both the
- 15:22Speaker 1: mother of his child born out of wedlock and his
- 15:25Speaker 1: angry excorl for intesified to a grand jury there. New
- 15:29Speaker 1: York Times reported on Wednesday that Hunter Biden paid off
- 15:32Speaker 1: a significant significant tax liability last year, after he revealed
- 15:36Speaker 1: in twenty twenty that there was a federal investigation into
- 15:40Speaker 1: his quote tax affairs. The report also finally confirmed the
- 15:44Speaker 1: authenticity of emails from Hunter's laptop, which were repeatedly called
- 15:49Speaker 1: by the media Russian disinformation by officials and the Biden
- 15:53Speaker 1: administration and Biden friendly media outlets, which brings me back
- 16:00Speaker 1: to what the media knew and when they knew it.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Peter Schweitzer, who wrote the book Red Handed about Joe
- 16:09Speaker 1: Biden and Hunter Biden and their crime family, had this
- 16:13Speaker 1: to say about the Biden family business dealings and their
- 16:17Speaker 1: laptops and all of this information, saying that the FBI
- 16:20Speaker 1: knew that Hunter Biden's laptop was real while Trump was
- 16:23Speaker 1: being in peach for something the FBI also knew was
- 16:26Speaker 1: a lie about all of the alleged money and deals
- 16:29Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden did with officials across the world, particularly
- 16:33Speaker 1: in China, Russia, and Ukraine. Peter was showing the business
- 16:36Speaker 1: deals that includes a three and a half million dollar
- 16:38Speaker 1: check from the former mayor of Moscow's wife. Give us
- 16:42Speaker 1: your take on the FBI and the Department of Justice's investigation.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Right now into all of this is the FBI investigating
- 16:51Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and could that happen while Joe Biden is president? Yeah,
- 16:56Speaker 1: In fact, I think this New York Times piece, the
- 16:58Speaker 1: fact that they got kaa operation from Team Biden and
- 17:01Speaker 1: probably from the Hunter Biden legal team, is an indication
- 17:05Speaker 1: to me they are extremely concerned that he is going
- 17:07Speaker 1: to be indicted. This grand jury has been meeting since
- 17:10Speaker 1: twenty eighteen. They were suspended during COVID because of healthcare protocols.
- 17:15Speaker 1: It's back up and running, and it's very clear that
- 17:18Speaker 1: when it comes to the issues related to tax evasion
- 17:21Speaker 1: and money laundering and the other issues wrapped up with it,
- 17:24Speaker 1: they're extremely concerned that Hunter Biden's going to be indicted,
- 17:28Speaker 1: and I think this article is an effort to frame
- 17:30Speaker 1: that conversation in a way that could be the most
- 17:32Speaker 1: favorable to them. So, in other words, while they were
- 17:36Speaker 1: trying to impeach Donald Trump, the FBI knew all of
- 17:39Speaker 1: this existed. They knew about the laptop, and they didn't
- 17:42Speaker 1: say anything while Trump was accused of doing deals or
- 17:49Speaker 1: having a bad full call with the Ukraine president. Yes,
- 17:53Speaker 1: that's exactly right, Maria. They knew it all the time
- 17:55Speaker 1: and that deserves investigation as well. Peter, it's to have
- 18:00Speaker 1: you this morning. I mean, the FBI knew Hunter Biden's
- 18:03Speaker 1: laptop was real, and they knew that the attacks on
- 18:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump with Russia collusion were lies, and they did
- 18:10Speaker 1: nothing about it. Now we know that the money was
- 18:13Speaker 1: flowing between Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, which is another
- 18:17Speaker 1: part of this conversation. Listen to what Peter Schwitz tried
- 18:21Speaker 1: to say about that. Here you talk about these millions
- 18:23Speaker 1: of dollars with the Biden family. There are allegations that
- 18:27Speaker 1: some of that actually went to Joe Biden. Can you
- 18:29Speaker 1: prove that any of it did. Yeah, if you look
- 18:32Speaker 1: at the Hunter Biden laptop, there's a couple of things
- 18:35Speaker 1: that stand out. Number one, that Hunter Biden is paying
- 18:38Speaker 1: some of his father's monthly bills while he's vice president
- 18:41Speaker 1: of the United States. That's explicitly laid out in the emails.
- 18:45Speaker 1: And number two, that Hunter Biden was paying for things
- 18:49Speaker 1: like renovation on his father's home in Delaware while Joe
- 18:53Speaker 1: Biden was Vice President of the United States. Add to
- 18:56Speaker 1: the fact that Hunter Biden is complaining to family members
- 19:00Speaker 1: how he's having to give half his income to Pop,
- 19:03Speaker 1: which would be his father, it's very clear that the
- 19:07Speaker 1: President and his son, Hunter Biden had intermingled finances. Their
- 19:12Speaker 1: money was flowing between the two. And I think what
- 19:15Speaker 1: the Biden family has to be very worried about with
- 19:17Speaker 1: this grand jury looking into tax evasion charges for Hunter
- 19:21Speaker 1: Biden is there could very well be something that embroils
- 19:25Speaker 1: the president himself because nobody was paying taxes on the
- 19:29Speaker 1: money that Hunter Biden is using to pay for his
- 19:33Speaker 1: father's bills. So that's the tax piece of this, right.
- 19:38Speaker 1: But when you run for office, Peter, you have to
- 19:40Speaker 1: file what they call a personal financial disclosure form, which
- 19:43Speaker 1: lists all of your sources of income. So is any
- 19:46Speaker 1: of this income that you're talking about, whether or not
- 19:49Speaker 1: it's for renovations or anything, things that he would have
- 19:52Speaker 1: had to file as a candidate or now a government official,
- 19:56Speaker 1: that he clearly didn't file on those government forms. Yes, absolutely,
- 20:02Speaker 1: if you look at those government forms, and Sean, you're
- 20:05Speaker 1: familiar with this, right. You were in public service, both
- 20:09Speaker 1: in the Navy and in the White House. You're required
- 20:11Speaker 1: to list sources of income. You're required to list gifts,
- 20:15Speaker 1: and of course there is a gift tax if you
- 20:17Speaker 1: receive more than fifteen thousand dollars a year, which seems
- 20:20Speaker 1: to be the case in this instance. You were required
- 20:23Speaker 1: to pay taxes on that money, and sorry, Joe Biden
- 20:27Speaker 1: does not list any gifts from any family members. We
- 20:32Speaker 1: also know that James Biden, his brother, got two million
- 20:35Speaker 1: dollars from China, and very possibly James Biden could have
- 20:39Speaker 1: been covering some of Joe Biden's living expenses. So this case,
- 20:43Speaker 1: this grand jury case, goes to the heart of how
- 20:46Speaker 1: the Biden family operates. And I think one of the
- 20:49Speaker 1: reasons the New York Times ran this piece with obvious
- 20:52Speaker 1: help from Team Biden, is they are extremely concerned that
- 20:56Speaker 1: Hunter is going to be indicted. They're trying to get
- 20:58Speaker 1: ahead of it, and they're trying to make sure that
- 21:00Speaker 1: it does not embroil Joe Biden as well. It's a
- 21:04Speaker 1: pretty smart strategy if you think about it. If you
- 21:06Speaker 1: know you're the White House, and you know what's happening
- 21:09Speaker 1: right now, why not do exactly what they just mentioned here.
- 21:13Speaker 1: This is a big unpaid tax bill over a million
- 21:16Speaker 1: dollars we're talking about. Look, the White House has to
- 21:25Speaker 1: be very, very concerned that not only is Hunter Biden
- 21:29Speaker 1: going to get indicted, and I don't even know if
- 21:31Speaker 1: they're concerned about that. I think they're concerned more about
- 21:33Speaker 1: what it means for his father and maybe his father's
- 21:37Speaker 1: unpaid taxes. John Solomon, a man ahead, mentioned this with
- 21:41Speaker 1: Peter Schweitzer, like, Hey, people forget to pay their tax
- 21:44Speaker 1: all the time. People get years and years and years
- 21:45Speaker 1: behind on their taxes. That's not necessarily crime, right. What's
- 21:50Speaker 1: the crime is when you purposely file your taxes and
- 21:54Speaker 1: you do it making sure that you don't report income
- 21:58Speaker 1: so you don't have to pay tax on the income.
- 22:01Speaker 1: And if that's what Joe Biden was doing by having
- 22:04Speaker 1: his son paid for the improvements to his home in
- 22:06Speaker 1: the six figure range, then that could bring the President
- 22:10Speaker 1: night It's American to a serious, seriously bad spot. Sometimes
- 22:15Speaker 1: people forget to pay taxes because they're absent minded. Sometimes
- 22:18Speaker 1: they forget to lobby or register as a foreign lobbies
- 22:20Speaker 1: because they're absent minded. But on that laptop, I had
- 22:23Speaker 1: a story on Saturday. I know you've seen these emails.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Hunter Biden was warned as early as twenty sixteen, Hey,
- 22:29Speaker 1: you didn't pay money, and not just any money in
- 22:31Speaker 1: taxes the one he got from Barisma in Ukraine, and
- 22:35Speaker 1: it appears he waited a very long time to settle
- 22:37Speaker 1: up that tab at the IRS. And then separately there
- 22:39Speaker 1: was a broad discussion around him about how they might
- 22:42Speaker 1: be able lobby US government agencies and not registered under
- 22:46Speaker 1: the Foreign Agent Registration Act because Barisma was a Ukrainian company.
- 22:50Speaker 1: The idea that he knew what he was doing is
- 22:53Speaker 1: pretty clear from the emails you've seen, right, Yeah, there's
- 22:56Speaker 1: no question about it. I mean, let's remember Hunter Biden,
- 22:58Speaker 1: before he started on these international ventures, was a lobbyist,
- 23:03Speaker 1: so he knows what disclosure requirements are. He knows if
- 23:06Speaker 1: you lobby on behalf of a foreign government or foreign
- 23:10Speaker 1: company or individual, you need to registers as a foreign
- 23:15Speaker 1: agent with the Department of Justice. So there's no question
- 23:18Speaker 1: in my mind, and my view has always been, I know,
- 23:20Speaker 1: as yours, John, these laws need to be applied consistently.
- 23:24Speaker 1: This was so much of the effort where they went
- 23:28Speaker 1: after people connected to Donald Trump for fair A violations.
- 23:32Speaker 1: The same standard needs to apply to Hunter Biden, And
- 23:35Speaker 1: in this particular case, there's no question he was representing
- 23:39Speaker 1: foreign nationals, in some cases foreign governments or foreign government
- 23:43Speaker 1: connected firms and trying to get specific work done in
- 23:47Speaker 1: the United States. And that is the absolute definition of
- 23:50Speaker 1: what a foreign agent is doing. And he never registered
- 23:54Speaker 1: in any of those instances never registered in any of
- 23:59Speaker 1: those instance is now you go to jail for this,
- 24:01Speaker 1: a normal person you go to jail. How is it
- 24:06Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden still being able to walk around? And
- 24:08Speaker 1: how is it that the New York Times And when
- 24:09Speaker 1: the New York Times report on this, I said here
- 24:14Speaker 1: and I made it clear that the New York Times
- 24:16Speaker 1: reporting on the story was clearly done on purpose, working
- 24:22Speaker 1: with the White House. The New York Times was doing
- 24:27Speaker 1: something taking out the trash for this White House. They
- 24:30Speaker 1: were saying, okay, let's report that he paid taxes, okay,
- 24:34Speaker 1: late last year million dollars over trying to, you know,
- 24:38Speaker 1: avoid being indicted. Let's get that out there, to quote
- 24:43Speaker 1: fix his tax affair problems. After with this federal investigation,
- 24:48Speaker 1: and then the New York Times, all right, we need
- 24:51Speaker 1: you to finally confirm the authenticity of Hunter Biden's laptop
- 24:56Speaker 1: and the emails which have been repeatedly called Russian, this
- 25:00Speaker 1: information by officials and the Biden administration and the Biden
- 25:04Speaker 1: friendly media. That is why the New York Times of this.
- 25:08Speaker 1: They know that there's a very good chance that there's
- 25:11Speaker 1: going to be an indictment coming. So if you take
- 25:14Speaker 1: out the trash. Okay, you get it all there early on,
- 25:18Speaker 1: and then you try to control the narrative. If you
- 25:21Speaker 1: know that the outcome is going to be this, then
- 25:24Speaker 1: you just put it out there and then you try
- 25:26Speaker 1: to change the narrative as quickly as you can. Right,
- 25:31Speaker 1: the New York Times wasn't breaking news here. They were
- 25:35Speaker 1: pushing out the news at the White House was requesting
- 25:39Speaker 1: that they push out. That's all they were doing. They
- 25:44Speaker 1: were just pushing that news out. This wasn't them breaking news.
- 25:50Speaker 1: This was pushing news. You know, you got these other
- 25:55Speaker 1: liberals in the media. Juan Williams, he said, you know,
- 26:00Speaker 1: when he was talking about the media line on the
- 26:02Speaker 1: Hunter Biden laptop story saying is Russian disinformation when it
- 26:05Speaker 1: wasn't he actually went out one. Williams went so far
- 26:08Speaker 1: as to say, nobody said that it wasn't true. Well,
- 26:12Speaker 1: that's absurd. The media said over and over again it
- 26:14Speaker 1: was Russian disinformation. Facebook. Twitter refused to allow people to
- 26:18Speaker 1: post to this story about the laptop. And now the
- 26:22Speaker 1: media's turned to say, well, we didn't, we didn't say
- 26:24Speaker 1: it wasn't true. Listen to this. I want to set
- 26:26Speaker 1: up a quick back and forth between you and howe
- 26:28Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop. New York Times comes out and says, hey,
- 26:31Speaker 1: it's legit. After all. You know, Facebook was gonna do
- 26:35Speaker 1: a fact check. Never did it. Twitter never happened. And
- 26:38Speaker 1: you think nobody has apologized at all for this. They
- 26:41Speaker 1: were wrong across the media one and nobody has said,
- 26:44Speaker 1: you know what, we screwed that up. It wasn't Russian disinformation. No,
- 26:48Speaker 1: But I think there's a larger context here, which is
- 26:50Speaker 1: that what was this about, what does it prove? Nobody
- 26:54Speaker 1: said it wasn't true. That what was said was he
- 26:56Speaker 1: can't authenticate it, And then you had certain publications that
- 27:00Speaker 1: said we have authenticated the analysts, the Intel analyst says,
- 27:03Speaker 1: said they didn't. Couldn't prove it, couldn't look like Russian distinct,
- 27:07Speaker 1: couldn't prove it was the key point for organizations. How long.
- 27:10Speaker 1: It is an absolute embarrassment that the way that the
- 27:13Speaker 1: media downplayed or ignored or mocked or minimize this story
- 27:17Speaker 1: that The New York Times now says is under active
- 27:19Speaker 1: federal investigation for possible tax violations or lobbing violations by
- 27:24Speaker 1: the president's son, and they're still not covered it. None
- 27:27Speaker 1: of the other networks have touched this story. It doesn't
- 27:29Speaker 1: you know, it doesn't mean that Hunter Biden's going to
- 27:31Speaker 1: be indicted. It may or may not have the political
- 27:33Speaker 1: fought for his father. But when you look back at
- 27:36Speaker 1: the way Facebook, Twitter, for example, so you can't even
- 27:39Speaker 1: share this information then from the New York Post. This
- 27:42Speaker 1: was in the middle of a heated political campaign intended
- 27:45Speaker 1: to damage one candidate in the aftermath of Russian disinformation.
- 27:49Speaker 1: I think we were all properly cautious with censorship. I
- 27:53Speaker 1: love how he's like, we were just being cautious, right,
- 27:56Speaker 1: That's all we were doing. Bill are the Attorney General
- 28:02Speaker 1: the United States of America at the time, and all
- 28:03Speaker 1: this was going on. He's finally spoken out on this
- 28:07Speaker 1: and talked about what the media did and also the
- 28:09Speaker 1: Biden laptop. Listen, did you just hear the conversation about
- 28:13Speaker 1: the laptop from Hell? Yes? I did. When this was
- 28:16Speaker 1: all going down in the fall. Did you see what
- 28:19Speaker 1: the left was doing with this disinformation campaign? Did you
- 28:22Speaker 1: come out and say anything about that? Absolutely? As soon
- 28:25Speaker 1: as this letter came out from these so called intelligence specialists,
- 28:30Speaker 1: the DNI John Radcliffe at the time, and the FBI,
- 28:34Speaker 1: which worked for me both came out and said this
- 28:37Speaker 1: was not the result of disinformation, Russian disinformation. The media
- 28:41Speaker 1: ignored that completely, just kept on going with the disinformation line.
- 28:46Speaker 1: I mean, that's pretty egregious. I mean, would you say
- 28:50Speaker 1: that there was a conspiracy between big tech, former intelligence officials,
- 28:55Speaker 1: the media, the Democrats to I don't know, let's just
- 28:58Speaker 1: use the word rig election. Definitely, that's yes, that definitely
- 29:04Speaker 1: made an impact on the election suppressing that news. And
- 29:07Speaker 1: it's not a question of whether it was criminal or not.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Just the facts alone were shameful and most Americans would
- 29:15Speaker 1: immediately see what was going on and how repulsive it was,
- 29:19Speaker 1: and it would have had an effect. The issue of
- 29:22Speaker 1: criminality is a different issue. We'll get to that at
- 29:27Speaker 1: criminality a different issue. Yeah. Jim Jordan and Doug Collins
- 29:34Speaker 1: confirmed the Hunter Biden laptop was real and not disinformation,
- 29:38Speaker 1: saying this a long time ago while the media refused
- 29:41Speaker 1: to admit what it was. On the Half Judiciary Committee
- 29:44Speaker 1: and Congressman Doug Collins also on the committee. Gentleman, is
- 29:48Speaker 1: great to see you, Thanks very much for joining us. First,
- 29:50Speaker 1: let me get your reaction to what Adam Schiff has
- 29:52Speaker 1: been doing going around gathering up as many people as
- 29:55Speaker 1: he can to say the Hunter Biden's story is disinformation.
- 29:59Speaker 1: John rod Cliff door wrenching all of that. The Director
- 30:02Speaker 1: of National Intelligence joined me on Monday, and we played
- 30:04Speaker 1: that sound bite earlier in the program. Congs from Jordan
- 30:07Speaker 1: your reaction. How can it be disinformation? We have the
- 30:11Speaker 1: drop slip Hunter Biden signed, we have John Ratcliff and
- 30:14Speaker 1: the FBI saying it's not Russian disinformation. We have an
- 30:17Speaker 1: eyewitness who says the emails are real. We have an
- 30:19Speaker 1: eyewitness who says the big guy in one of the
- 30:21Speaker 1: emails in fact refers to Joe Biden, and that same
- 30:24Speaker 1: eyewitness met with Joe Biden about this whole subject area. Remember,
- 30:28Speaker 1: these are the same people, the same fifty people who
- 30:32Speaker 1: signed this letter. Are the same people who said the
- 30:34Speaker 1: fake dossier is real. Now they're saying the real laptop,
- 30:37Speaker 1: the real emails are fake. No one believes them. The
- 30:40Speaker 1: only problem is big tech is censoring this information, and
- 30:44Speaker 1: not enough journalists are doing their job so Americans can
- 30:47Speaker 1: find out what really happened. Yeah, I want to get
- 30:51Speaker 1: it's all true. Go ahead, yep. And Collins, you've been
- 30:56Speaker 1: also talking about the coup the both of you have
- 30:58Speaker 1: done such great work to expose the real issues here
- 31:02Speaker 1: and the way that there was a coup, a takedown
- 31:04Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Your reaction, Oh look, I go a step furthermore,
- 31:08Speaker 1: that possibly involved in the couldn't know Brennan and Clapper
- 31:10Speaker 1: right in the middle of it. I mean, what we've
- 31:12Speaker 1: seen everywhere. It leads back to these folks who are
- 31:14Speaker 1: trying to cover their own tracks. And Jim's right about this.
- 31:17Speaker 1: I mean, teg, why is it that the New York
- 31:19Speaker 1: Times can report about the president's tax returns and things
- 31:22Speaker 1: like that that they were given, you know, to report
- 31:25Speaker 1: that they didn't name the sources up but yet the
- 31:27Speaker 1: Twitter didn't censor them. But yet Twitter and other social
- 31:30Speaker 1: media are Twitter are centering the New York Post for
- 31:33Speaker 1: actually posting the truth about Hunter Biden. This is an up, down,
- 31:36Speaker 1: down world. This is why the media is so disliked
- 31:38Speaker 1: and why they're trying to bend this election for Joe Biden. Understand,
- 31:42Speaker 1: what we're in is as sort of an Orwelly and
- 31:44Speaker 1: Alice in Wonderland kind of time right now. What's up
- 31:46Speaker 1: is down and down is up. Brennan and Clapper and
- 31:48Speaker 1: all these fos call me all the rest of the
- 31:50Speaker 1: coup do not want you focused on what they did.
- 31:52Speaker 1: So they're trying to continue this narrative. And look, if
- 31:55Speaker 1: Adam shift is saying it, who's believing it? I mean,
- 31:57Speaker 1: he said so many things that are false. If his
- 31:59Speaker 1: lips are moving, he's not telling the truth most of
- 32:01Speaker 1: the time. Anyway, collusion in playing side. We can go
- 32:03Speaker 1: back and Jim and I've been seeing this for too long.
- 32:05Speaker 1: It's time to clear this up and hold those accountable
- 32:07Speaker 1: right now. Yeah, I mean, what you have going on
- 32:10Speaker 1: here is the same group that tried to put all
- 32:14Speaker 1: of this disinformation into the ether in twenty sixteen about
- 32:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump colluding. That's the same group that wants to
- 32:22Speaker 1: be in power again. It's as simple as that Joe
- 32:25Speaker 1: Biden was coming up with the Logan Act, Jim Jordan
- 32:28Speaker 1: and he now wants to be president. Yeah, and never
- 32:32Speaker 1: forget these people told us that there was supposed collusion
- 32:35Speaker 1: between the Trump campaign and Russia, between President Trump and Russia,
- 32:39Speaker 1: when in fact they knew, they knew it wasn't true.
- 32:42Speaker 1: And we now know they knew it wasn't true because
- 32:45Speaker 1: Rick Grinnell released the transcripts that they that proved there
- 32:49Speaker 1: was no proper predicate for launching this investigation in the
- 32:52Speaker 1: first place. So these people have misled the American people
- 32:56Speaker 1: for four years now, and they're trying to do it
- 32:58Speaker 1: again here just nine days before an important election, there
- 33:03Speaker 1: was them warning you nine days before an important election.
- 33:08Speaker 1: In twenty twenty nine days they were telling you all
- 33:12Speaker 1: of this, and the media was lying to you the
- 33:14Speaker 1: entire time. So while Trump was being in peac the
- 33:17Speaker 1: FBI knew that Hunter Biden's laptop was real. The FBI,
- 33:23Speaker 1: they knew that they were lying to the American people
- 33:25Speaker 1: claiming this was a Russian disinformation campaign. They knew it.
