- 0:01Speaker 1: Fanny Willis.
- 0:02Speaker 2: You may remember, she is the activist district attorney that
- 0:05Speaker 2: hired her lover to then go after Donald Trump in Georgia,
- 0:11Speaker 2: charging them with RICO violation, stretching the laws to even
- 0:15Speaker 2: outside the limits of what was really possible. Yet it
- 0:18Speaker 2: didn't matter because it was a political persecution. Well, we
- 0:22Speaker 2: now know there's a very good chance at Fanny Willis,
- 0:25Speaker 2: including the special prosecutor that she hired the man she
- 0:28Speaker 2: was sleeping with, may have lined under oath, and there's
- 0:34Speaker 2: cell phone data in court filings to prove it.
- 0:38Speaker 1: That's right.
- 0:38Speaker 2: A court filing by the Trump legal team uses cell
- 0:43Speaker 2: phone location data to try to raise serious questions about
- 0:47Speaker 2: the testimony given by the special prosecutor who had a
- 0:51Speaker 2: romantic relationship.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Okay, and we know this.
- 0:55Speaker 2: They've admitted that with the Fulton County disc attorney Fanny Willis,
- 0:59Speaker 2: while working on the Georgia election interference case against former
- 1:03Speaker 2: Presidentald Trump as well as many other conservatives, that they
- 1:06Speaker 2: went after. Cell phone data cited in court filings is
- 1:11Speaker 2: now raising serious questions about the testimony about when did
- 1:15Speaker 2: their actual relationship start. The Associated Press is now also
- 1:20Speaker 2: reporting on this as well. The court filing Friday used
- 1:24Speaker 2: cell phone location data to raise questions about the testimony
- 1:28Speaker 2: given by the special prosecutor in the Georgia election interference case,
- 1:32Speaker 2: and who, when, and where did the romantic relationship begin
- 1:38Speaker 2: and what were the benefits. The analysis of cell phone
- 1:42Speaker 2: location data filed by Trump's attorneys show prosecutor Nathan Wade
- 1:46Speaker 2: had visited the neighborhood south of Atlanta where Willis lived
- 1:50Speaker 2: at least thirty five times during the eleven months of
- 1:55Speaker 2: twenty twenty one.
- 1:56Speaker 1: An investigator said.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Wade, however, test fight that he had been to the
- 2:02Speaker 2: condo where Willis lived fewer than ten times before he
- 2:06Speaker 2: was hired as a special prosecutor in November of twenty
- 2:09Speaker 2: twenty one. You have to remember, when he was hired
- 2:12Speaker 2: as a special prosecutor, he had never tried a felony
- 2:14Speaker 2: case in his entire life, and then Willis gave him
- 2:18Speaker 2: a massive case against a former sitting president of the
- 2:21Speaker 2: United States of America. Does that sound like that's a
- 2:25Speaker 2: legitimate or smart hire for her? Of course not. So
- 2:28Speaker 2: why was she doing it? Because apparently she was giving
- 2:31Speaker 2: him almost a million dollars in fees, and they were
- 2:36Speaker 2: hooking up and they were going on like basically monthly
- 2:40Speaker 2: vacations together and also reimbursing him for their expenses. Not
- 2:45Speaker 2: a joke, all in cash. I played for you some
- 2:49Speaker 2: of that audio in the past. But the most shocking
- 2:52Speaker 2: thing about this is they may have been lying multiple times,
- 2:56Speaker 2: actually under oath. Now, before I give you all the details,
- 3:00Speaker 2: I got to tell you. If you're a Second Amendment person,
- 3:03Speaker 2: if you're a shooter like I am, and you want
- 3:06Speaker 2: to make sure you can be able to protect and
- 3:07Speaker 2: defend yourself no matter what, I want you to know
- 3:10Speaker 2: about an insanely cool company called AMO Squared.

- 3:37Speaker 2: when you need it, regardless of what happens in the world.
- 3:41Speaker 1: It is truly automated, Set it and forget it. AMO Purchasing. Now.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Look, I owned a gun range during COVID, and I
- 3:49Speaker 2: can tell you we used to buy nine seven dollars
- 3:51Speaker 2: a box.
- 3:52Speaker 1: At the height of the pandemic.
- 3:54Speaker 2: We were paying twenty eight point fifty for reloads. That's
- 3:58Speaker 2: how volatile the market can get and there's a demand,
- 4:01Speaker 2: whether it's world events or what's happening between the war
- 4:04Speaker 2: in Israel, are Ukraine and Russia. This is why I

- 5:05Speaker 2: Now, all right, now, let's get back to what Willis
- 5:08Speaker 2: said on the stand. This new filing by the Trump
- 5:11Speaker 2: team is prompting serious questions about the timeline of the
- 5:15Speaker 2: relationship between Willis and Wade, as Trump and the other
- 5:18Speaker 2: defendants who are accused of illegally trying to overturn the
- 5:21Speaker 2: twenty twenty election in Georgia have argued that the prosecutor
- 5:25Speaker 2: and the special prosecutor should be removed from the case
- 5:28Speaker 2: because of their romantic relationship create a massive conflict of interest,
- 5:32Speaker 2: and they lied now under oath. I want you to
- 5:36Speaker 2: hear this from Fox News and Jonathan Turley's reaction to
- 5:40Speaker 2: just how significant this is.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Former President Trump's lawyers are trying to poke holes in
- 5:45Speaker 3: Fulton County District Attorney Fannu Willis's testimony about her relationship
- 5:50Speaker 3: with Nathan Wade. You remember all this Trump's team submitting
- 5:53Speaker 3: cell phone location data that could raise questions about the
- 5:57Speaker 3: timing of when their romance started. The filing claims Wade
- 6:01Speaker 3: visited Willis's home about thirty five times in twenty twenty
- 6:05Speaker 3: one before she hired Nathan Wade.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Jonathan Turley.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Fox News contributor George Washington University law professor constitutional law
- 6:14Speaker 3: attorney joins us Now, Jonathan Good afternoon.
- 6:17Speaker 1: You know this thing has taken.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Twists and turns, and what do we think of the
- 6:21Speaker 3: latest twist and turn here? They testified something differently on
- 6:25Speaker 3: the stand.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Right, they said a very limited contact. I certainly know
- 6:31Speaker 4: stayovers at the home. The most I think damaging aspect
- 6:36Speaker 4: of this testimony is really the number of calls. You're
- 6:40Speaker 4: talking about two thousand potential calls here, but also the
- 6:45Speaker 4: cell phone data suggests that they're getting pings in the
- 6:49Speaker 4: area near Willis's home. That doesn't prove that he was
- 6:54Speaker 4: at Willis's home, but as part of the overall picture,
- 6:58Speaker 4: it does not look good. A great deal of contradiction
- 7:02Speaker 4: in this testimony.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Yeah, and so potentially what does that mean? You've got
- 7:08Speaker 3: this peace out that says in other parts of it
- 7:12Speaker 3: friends with benefits. Telephone records raise new challenge to Willis
- 7:15Speaker 3: Wade testimony. The allegations could not be more serious. Wade
- 7:19Speaker 3: Willis are prosecuting defendants for filing false papers and making
- 7:22Speaker 3: false statements to courts. They are now accused of the
- 7:25Speaker 3: same conduct, including allegedly lying under oaths.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You know, as you look at that judge.
- 7:30Speaker 3: And how he has dealt with this from her testimony
- 7:34Speaker 3: to all of these questions, can you read between the
- 7:37Speaker 3: tea leaves of how he's reacting to things. If this
- 7:40Speaker 3: is going to be really a big splash.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Here, well, you know, I think the judge has overall
- 7:45Speaker 4: done a good job towards the end of the previous hearings.
- 7:50Speaker 4: I think that he was losing some control. He lost
- 7:54Speaker 4: control in my view of that courtroom to Willis. But
- 7:58Speaker 4: also his handling of the attorney clan privilege was a
- 8:01Speaker 4: bit messy. The opposing counsel had a good objection that
- 8:06Speaker 4: normally you state questions on the record and the other
- 8:09Speaker 4: side can object to the privilege. He's trying to handle
- 8:12Speaker 4: a lot of this in his courtrooms, are in his
- 8:15Speaker 4: office and away from the cameras. But the problem is
- 8:19Speaker 4: the level of contradiction. It is very hard to square
- 8:23Speaker 4: with Nathan Wade's testimony with his sworn testimony earlier in
- 8:28Speaker 4: his divorce case. He tried to do that and it
- 8:31Speaker 4: wasn't very convincing. So my view of both of these
- 8:34Speaker 4: prosecutors has hardened over time. I think there's no question
- 8:37Speaker 4: that they're putting their personal interests ahead of the interests
- 8:41Speaker 4: of the case and the public.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Now you look at this, and I want to go
- 8:47Speaker 2: back to something that was said these two lawyers said
- 8:49Speaker 2: that before he was hired, there was no romantic relationship.
- 8:53Speaker 2: The analysis of the cell phone data reveals something very different.
- 8:57Speaker 2: More than two thousand voice calls and just under twelve
- 9:02Speaker 2: thousand interactions between Willis and Wade during the first eleven
- 9:07Speaker 2: months alone of twenty twenty one. There was a quote
- 9:11Speaker 2: prevalence of calls made in the evening hours. Now Wade
- 9:15Speaker 2: testified that they met during a judicial conference in October
- 9:19Speaker 2: of nineteen spoke often in the beginning of twenty twenty.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Wade wrote in a sworn statement five with the Court
- 9:26Speaker 2: that he served on Willis's transition team after she was
- 9:28Speaker 2: elected district attorney in November twenty twenty in the spring
- 9:31Speaker 2: of twenty twenty one, and Willis asked him in two
- 9:33Speaker 2: other terms to help her find a lawyer to lead
- 9:36Speaker 2: the election investigation before ultimately tapping him for the job.
- 9:40Speaker 2: He wrote that does not go with what we found
- 9:45Speaker 2: in the data. The data shows more than two thousand
- 9:49Speaker 2: voice calls in just under twelve thousand interactions between Willis
- 9:55Speaker 2: and Wade in later night hours in the first eleven
- 9:57Speaker 2: months of twenty twenty one is not what they testified to.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Let me also tell you something else that has just broken.
- 10:05Speaker 2: That's very interesting. Breitbart News got the exclusive on this
- 10:09Speaker 2: that the Biden administration apparently planted an operative Jeff DeSantis
- 10:16Speaker 2: in Fanny Willis's office to target Donald Trump's sources are
- 10:20Speaker 2: now saying again this is coming from Breitbart News. The
- 10:24Speaker 2: Biden administration planted a Democratic operative inside the Fulton County
- 10:30Speaker 2: office the target former President Trump.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Multiple sources familiar with.
- 10:34Speaker 2: The Fulton County District Attorney's office exclusively said this to
- 10:37Speaker 2: bright Bart News. If the Biden administration planned the operation,
- 10:42Speaker 2: as the source says, it would present a strong argument
- 10:45Speaker 2: that the administration interfered in the twenty twenty four election cycle.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Bright Bart News granted the sources emininity to discuss the
- 10:53Speaker 2: attorney's office for fear of retribution. The sources have direct
- 10:57Speaker 2: knowledge of the environment at the District Attorney's offer, which
- 11:00Speaker 2: they characterize as corrupt when significant figure is overlooked, they say,
- 11:06Speaker 2: in the Fulton County scandal, concerning Fulton County Prosecutor Fanny
- 11:09Speaker 2: Willis and her alleged lover and fellow prosecutor Nathan Wade.
- 11:13Speaker 2: The sources said, meet Jeff DeSantis, the county's deputy district attorney,
- 11:19Speaker 2: with professional experience far greater than the average county employee.
- 11:24Speaker 1: DeSantis worked on Willis's.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Twenty twenty campaign, sources have also confirmed, and he was
- 11:31Speaker 2: the former executive director of the Democratic Party of Georgia,
- 11:34Speaker 2: with extensive knowledge of campaign finance laws. He was also
- 11:38Speaker 2: the deputy director of compliance for the Democratic National Committee.
- 11:42Speaker 1: According to his own.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Official bio, Jeff has also worked with candidates, they say,
- 11:48Speaker 2: in thirty states running for a variety of offices, including
- 11:52Speaker 2: President of the United States, United States Senator, governor, United
- 11:57Speaker 2: States representative, attorney general, district attorney, and mayor, as well
- 12:02Speaker 2: as for a national political party committee. He has served
- 12:06Speaker 2: as a campaign manager, media consultant, pollster, press spokesperson, research director,
- 12:11Speaker 2: and policy advisor. Sources credit Decentis with colluding with the
- 12:17Speaker 2: White House to target Trump. DeSantis did this. One source said,
- 12:22Speaker 2: He's the one. He is the one pulling all the strings.
- 12:25Speaker 2: He was the one that walled her off, referring to Willis,
- 12:29Speaker 2: he was in every important meeting. He is the brainchild
- 12:33Speaker 2: behind this. That is the connection directly to the White House.
- 12:38Speaker 2: The whistleblowers continue citing his deep history with connections to
- 12:42Speaker 2: the Democratic Georgia machine. Sources told Breitbart there were one
- 12:46Speaker 2: hundred percent certain that DeSantis was the inside man planted
- 12:52Speaker 2: in the Fulton County office by the Biden administration. DeSantis
- 12:56Speaker 2: is the one pulling the strings on the whole thing.
- 12:58Speaker 2: A second source confirmed. Everybody heard Fanny testify so secret
- 13:03Speaker 2: that she's not that smart.
- 13:05Speaker 1: That is how she sounds.
- 13:07Speaker 2: And acts every day of the week, which brings me
- 13:09Speaker 2: to something else. Fanny Willis has come out getting a
- 13:12Speaker 2: new award, accepting a church the Black History Achievement Award,
- 13:17Speaker 2: And this is what she had to say speaking about
- 13:19Speaker 2: how smart she is or maybe isn't.
- 13:21Speaker 1: You can decide for yourself.
- 13:23Speaker 5: This is a really hard job I'm trying to do,
- 13:27Speaker 5: and I am an imperfect human being, but I can
- 13:30Speaker 5: literally feel the people who loves me's prayers. If just
- 13:37Speaker 5: every now and again you'll throw my name in a prayer,
- 13:41Speaker 5: God hears his children, I would very much appreciate that.
- 13:45Speaker 5: So I thank you for this honor today, because it
- 13:49Speaker 5: is an honor worth having when it comes from a
- 13:52Speaker 5: group of people such as the people that worship you.
- 13:55Speaker 1: So thank you.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Nothing like getting an award for Black History Achievement award
- 14:01Speaker 2: while you're in trouble for lying under oath allegedly and
- 14:06Speaker 2: sleeping with your prosecutor. Yes, great time to give her
- 14:09Speaker 2: this award in a church for being a proud African
- 14:14Speaker 2: American woman. You cannot make this up. Yet again, the
- 14:18Speaker 2: Democrats will do anything to protect their own. Now, she said,
- 14:23Speaker 2: I'm an imperfect human being. Everybody is. I'm an imperfect
- 14:27Speaker 2: a human being. The difference is she's currently actively trying
- 14:31Speaker 2: to cover everything up while they're giving her an award.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Which brings me back to the Biden administration planning this
- 14:38Speaker 2: operative Jeff DeSantis and Fanny Willis's office to target Trump.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Anyone that has common sense knows that the White House
- 14:46Speaker 2: has been involved in this prosecution quote unquote. This shouldn't
- 14:50Speaker 2: just miraculously happen. Of course, she willis not going to
- 14:53Speaker 2: prosecute the former president of the United States of America
- 14:56Speaker 2: without the current administration's approval. Sources also speculate that DeSantis
- 15:01Speaker 2: was instrumental in selecting grand jurors for the Trump case
- 15:05Speaker 2: based on voter registration data.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Wow.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Inflation is heavily eroding your purchasing power, putting your savings,
- 15:12Speaker 2: retirement accounts, and future legacy at risk. With more taxes,
- 15:15Speaker 2: the continuous threat of war, a national debt now exceeding
- 15:18Speaker 2: thirty four trillion, and the push for central bank digital currencies,
- 15:22Speaker 2: our financial freedom is at stake now. If you have
- 15:25Speaker 2: fifty thousand dollars or more in retirement savings, you may
- 15:27Speaker 2: be at risk in times of economic uncertainty. Securing your
- 15:30Speaker 2: family's financial future is essential, and Freedom Gold USA is
- 15:34Speaker 2: here to empower you. You can act now by calling
- 15:37Speaker 2: them at one eight hundred sixty five five eight eight
- 15:39Speaker 2: four three or visit Freedomgoldusa dot com slash ben. The

- 16:04Speaker 2: to see if you qualify for up to ten thousand
- 16:07Speaker 2: dollars in free silver. Now, part of why you're raising
- 16:10Speaker 2: money as a candidate is to get money to buy
- 16:12Speaker 2: the data about who your voters are. DeSantis is the
- 16:16Speaker 2: former head of the state Democratic Party. He's going to
- 16:19Speaker 2: know who you are, especially in Georgia. One source said
- 16:23Speaker 2: there's no conservative person on that grand jury period. Sources
- 16:29Speaker 2: also coming out I would say whistleblowing reveal that DeSantis
- 16:33Speaker 2: was a member of Willis's transition team after she won
- 16:39Speaker 2: the election in November of twenty twenty. Desantas helped Wade
- 16:43Speaker 2: select employees for the new office. DeSantis was there in
- 16:47Speaker 2: the capacity to be a political strategist hiding in the
- 16:50Speaker 2: DA's office, a source also said, as bright Bart News
- 16:54Speaker 2: also report on Sunday, Wade is a prosecutor on the
- 16:58Speaker 2: Trump case and he selected the office employees. A source
- 17:03Speaker 2: also confirmed Way made the decision to hire or fire
- 17:06Speaker 2: employees in the Distric Attorney's office following Willis's election victory
- 17:10Speaker 2: in November of twenty twenty. That, according to multiple sources
- 17:14Speaker 2: familiar with Wade and Willis's relationship, so he was the
- 17:18Speaker 2: enforcer in the office. Now These revelations of Wade's previously
- 17:23Speaker 2: unreported position as the former personal decision maker for the
- 17:28Speaker 2: Districtorney's office also raises ethical questions and conflicts of interest concerns.
- 17:34Speaker 2: It also raises questions about whether Wade and Willis have
- 17:37Speaker 2: been forthright about the timeline of the reported affair. Based
- 17:42Speaker 2: on the cell phone data, we go back to that
- 17:44Speaker 2: that I told you about earlier.
- 17:46Speaker 1: It looks like they flat out.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Lied to the American people and to that judge under oath.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Sources also described one on one interviews behind closed doors
- 17:55Speaker 2: with Willison Wade, who was too invested to just be
- 18:00Speaker 2: friend of Willis. A one source said about his powerful position,
- 18:04Speaker 2: it was obvious Willis and Wade had an affair in
- 18:07Speaker 2: twenty twenty one, year before Willis launched her probe into Trump,
- 18:11Speaker 2: and the cell phone data would seem to back that up,
- 18:15Speaker 2: and desantists would know about it. Sources also confirmed to Breitbart.
- 18:19Speaker 2: The District Attorney's office did not reply for requests for
- 18:22Speaker 2: comment about this new information the allegations. What we do
- 18:26Speaker 2: know is that in January, Donald Trump and co defendant
- 18:29Speaker 2: Mike Roman accused Willis of maintaining an improper relationship with Wade.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Willis and Wade took to the stand in February to
- 18:36Speaker 2: testify about their relationship, and does it disqualify Willis from
- 18:40Speaker 2: prosecuting Trump. If the presiding judge determines Willis engaged in
- 18:44Speaker 2: an actual conflict of interest with her lover and fellow
- 18:47Speaker 2: prosecutor who she's paying taxpayer hours more than seven hundred
- 18:51Speaker 2: thousand dollars, Willis could be removed from the case, handing
- 18:55Speaker 2: former President Donald Trump a massive victory.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Make no mistake about it now.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Wade's story also appears, like I said, very shaky. The
- 19:03Speaker 2: former Fulton County disc attorney employees and friends of Willis
- 19:08Speaker 2: since college testified that Willis had definitely a relationship and
- 19:13Speaker 2: was definitely in a relationship with Wade since twenty nineteen.
- 19:19Speaker 2: That means he lied under oath about the relationship if
- 19:23Speaker 2: that is true. In addition to that coming from his friend,
- 19:28Speaker 2: cell phone data obtained from AT and T through the
- 19:30Speaker 2: subpoena contradicts Wade's testimony as well, making it abundantly clear
- 19:35Speaker 2: that Wade was you guessed it having affair long before
- 19:39Speaker 2: he admitted to having the affair. I also want to
- 19:43Speaker 2: pivot to something else that deals with this bigger and broader.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Issue of the media.
- 19:50Speaker 2: The media is not covering Fanny willis not covering the
- 19:53Speaker 2: cell phone data they just told you about, not covering
- 19:56Speaker 2: the person coming in from the Biden administration basically running
- 19:58Speaker 2: the office and the corruption there. I want you to
- 20:02Speaker 2: know about something else we've just learned. Apparently Joe Biden
- 20:07Speaker 2: considered joining the board of a Chinese Communist Party link
- 20:12Speaker 2: company witnesses have testified from prison.
- 20:17Speaker 1: That's right.
- 20:18Speaker 2: We have lots more questions for Hunter Biden, Representative James
- 20:21Speaker 2: Comer said in his newest conversation about what they've learned,
- 20:26Speaker 2: But part of it is that Joe Biden was allegedly
- 20:28Speaker 2: considered joining the board of a joint venture created by
- 20:33Speaker 2: Hunter Biden and his business associates, which chose the Chinese
- 20:37Speaker 2: Communist Party after he left the vice presidency. Joe Biden's
- 20:41Speaker 2: involvement would bring political access in the United States and.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Around the world.
- 20:45Speaker 2: That's what a former business associate of the First Sun
- 20:48Speaker 2: testified from prison on Friday. We've learned now that Jason
- 20:54Speaker 2: galanis opening statement delivered Friday morning to congressional investigators from
- 20:59Speaker 2: an Alabama prison as part of the impeachment inquiry against
- 21:03Speaker 2: President Biden included this. He is serving, by the way,
- 21:07Speaker 2: a fourteen year prison sendence after putting guilty to securities
- 21:10Speaker 2: fraud based on bonds issued by a company affiliated with
- 21:14Speaker 2: a Native American tribe in South Dakota. The funds were
- 21:17Speaker 2: reportedly supposed to be used for certain projects, but were
- 21:20Speaker 2: instead used for his personal finances.
- 21:23Speaker 1: He was sending some twenty seventeen.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Seems exactly like the person that Bidens would pick to
- 21:28Speaker 2: do business with, someone that was more than willing to
- 21:31Speaker 2: break laws, and now he's in prison for it. But
- 21:34Speaker 2: what we now know is he has testified and said
- 21:36Speaker 2: that he worked with Devin Archer and Hunter Biden for
- 21:40Speaker 2: quite a few years, from twenty twelve all the way
- 21:43Speaker 2: to twenty fifteen. Their business together, he said, included the
- 21:48Speaker 2: acquisition of Burnham and Company. It was a division of
- 21:52Speaker 2: Drexel Burnham Lambert combined with other businesses in insurance and
- 21:58Speaker 2: wealth management. The man also testified from prison that the
- 22:02Speaker 2: three owned and acquired with total audit assets of over
- 22:07Speaker 2: seventeen billion dollars.
- 22:09Speaker 1: That's a lot of money. Quote.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Our objective was to build a diversified private equity platform.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Which would be anchored by a globally known Wall Street
- 22:18Speaker 2: brand together with a globally known political name. That's what
- 22:22Speaker 2: he testified to He said, our goal, that is Hunter Biden,
- 22:26Speaker 2: Devon Archer me was to make billions, not millions of dollars. Now,
- 22:33Speaker 2: Glenn has testified that the entire add value of Hunter
- 22:38Speaker 2: Biden to our business was his family's name and his
- 22:41Speaker 2: access to his father, Vice President Joe Biden at the time. Quote,
- 22:46Speaker 2: because of this access, I agree to contribute equity ownership
- 22:50Speaker 2: to them, Hunter and Devon for no out of pocket
- 22:54Speaker 2: costs from them in exchange for their relationship capital, is
- 22:59Speaker 2: what he confirmed to investigators. So if you don't think
- 23:02Speaker 2: this proves what we've been saying all along, is that
- 23:05Speaker 2: Joe Biden sent out his brother, sent out his son,
- 23:09Speaker 2: sent out Devin Archer to trade on the family name,
- 23:12Speaker 2: you're an idiot, because that's exactly what they were doing.
- 23:14Speaker 2: And that's exactly what this man has said from jail.
- 23:17Speaker 2: He said, because of the access, I agreed to literally
- 23:21Speaker 2: give them equity ownership in my company just for the access,
- 23:26Speaker 2: the access to Joe Biden.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Now here's the other part that's interesting.
- 23:32Speaker 2: Hunter Biden served as the chairman of the Burnham Group
- 23:36Speaker 2: and brought strategic relationships quote to the venture, including Kazakhstan,
- 23:41Speaker 2: Russia and China. Yes, bringing our adversaries into the fold
- 23:46Speaker 2: to make their money. Burnham was the focal point for
- 23:50Speaker 2: integrating a Biden family business office into a large scale
- 23:54Speaker 2: financial company with international influence, to explain, adding that they
- 23:59Speaker 2: acquired some of Hunter Biden's companies like RSP Investments and
- 24:04Speaker 2: Rosemont Seneca Advisors. Obviously, the Biden family name was a
- 24:11Speaker 2: great business to make money off of and to trade
- 24:14Speaker 2: in with people around the world.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Quote. Burnham was the focal point of the integration. It
- 24:20Speaker 1: was important that.
- 24:21Speaker 2: We had these things and that they acquired some of
- 24:24Speaker 2: Hunter Biden's companies so that the President could be involved.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Now galanis understood Joe Biden talked with Hunter Biden about
- 24:33Speaker 2: joining the board of the Chinese Communist Party Link Venture
- 24:36Speaker 2: joint venture. Galen has testified that in twenty fourteen he
- 24:41Speaker 2: agreed with Hunter and Devon Archer that the Burnham and
- 24:44Speaker 2: Company enterprise would be significantly enhanced by forming a partnership
- 24:50Speaker 2: with Harvest Fund Management, a three hundred billion dollar Chinese
- 24:54Speaker 2: financial services company closely connected to the Chinese Communist Party.
- 24:59Speaker 2: Harvest at that time had already agreed to be a
- 25:02Speaker 2: founding partner of BHR Partners, he explained. Fox News Digital
- 25:07Speaker 2: had previously reported that Joe Biden met with Jonathan Lee,
- 25:11Speaker 2: who worked for BHR Partners in China in twenty thirteen.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Galanis explained that Henry Zau, the director of Harvest, was
- 25:20Speaker 2: a contact of Hunter Biden, saying, quote, mister Zoo was
- 25:24Speaker 2: interested in the partnership because of the game changing added
- 25:28Speaker 2: value the Biden family, including Joe Biden, who was to
- 25:33Speaker 2: be a member of the Burnham Harvest team post vice presidency,
- 25:37Speaker 2: would provide. It would provide political access to the United
- 25:41Speaker 2: States of America and around the world. Galanis pointed to
- 25:45Speaker 2: a draft email dated August twenty third of twenty fourteen
- 25:50Speaker 2: from Hunter Biden, which states, quote, please remind Henry Zou
- 25:55Speaker 2: of our conversation about a board seat for a certain
- 25:58Speaker 2: relation of mind. Devin and I golf with that relation
- 26:03Speaker 2: earlier this week, and we discussed the very idea again
- 26:07Speaker 2: and as always he remains very very keen on the opportunity.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Well, who's he talking about? None other than his father.
- 26:17Speaker 2: That email brought into Congress with this deposition. Fox News Digital,
- 26:23Speaker 2: by the way, also obtained the draft email, and what
- 26:27Speaker 2: we now know is that the man when he was
- 26:28Speaker 2: testifying that the email was quote struck in the middle
- 26:32Speaker 2: of from a final version. It was drafted with an
- 26:35Speaker 2: understanding of what had transpired regarding this effort with him
- 26:40Speaker 2: playing golf with his father.
- 26:42Speaker 1: They just were smart enough not to put his name
- 26:44Speaker 1: in writing.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Glenna said the email was formed by him, Devon Archer,
- 26:49Speaker 2: with the words FYI example of lean in on Henry
- 26:53Speaker 2: from Hunter this email drafted to him to send to Henry.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Glenis testify that the words lean in were used often
- 27:02Speaker 2: by Devon and Hunter in our business dealings as a
- 27:06Speaker 2: term of access to the Vice president's political influence. As
- 27:10Speaker 2: Devin Archer is mentioned as a direct party of the
- 27:13Speaker 2: conversation with the Vice president on the golf course, it
- 27:16Speaker 2: is clear from his email that Devon believed this was
- 27:19Speaker 2: an accurate representation of that conversation. Is what Glenas said
- 27:23Speaker 2: in his opening statement, saying, quote, I am certain that
- 27:28Speaker 2: the phrase a certain relations relation of mine refers to
- 27:32Speaker 2: Vice President Biden and Devin Archer told me about this
- 27:35Speaker 2: conversation in the golf course shortly after it happened. That's
- 27:38Speaker 2: what Glenas testified to also saying, and it was one
- 27:41Speaker 2: of the many conversations that I understood the vice president
- 27:45Speaker 2: had expressed his willingness to join Harvest Board after his
- 27:49Speaker 2: vice presidency. Now let's go back to what I was
- 27:53Speaker 2: telling you just a second ago, that deals with the
- 27:54Speaker 2: representative James Comer. I want to tie all this together
- 27:57Speaker 2: with what he said. Just take a listen to what
- 28:01Speaker 2: Maria Bartiromo had to say with James Comer on Fox
- 28:05Speaker 2: Business Channel just the other day.
- 28:07Speaker 6: I want to get to the testimony of Tony Babolinski,
- 28:09Speaker 6: but first let's get to some breaking news that you have.
- 28:12Speaker 6: I know that you were sending out subpoenas this morning.
- 28:15Speaker 6: Tell me who you are subpoena AANG and.
- 28:17Speaker 7: Why we're subpoena being several credit card companies. Through the
- 28:23Speaker 7: interviews and depositions we've conducted thus far, we've learned that
- 28:27Speaker 7: there were several credit cards that were used by various
- 28:30Speaker 7: members of.
- 28:31Speaker 1: The Biden family.
- 28:32Speaker 7: We believe for personal expenses, and we believe that these
- 28:35Speaker 7: credit cards were being paid by CEFC or through CEFC
- 28:40Speaker 7: funded affiliates. So this is something obviously we need to investigate,
- 28:46Speaker 7: and it's something that today we finally took the steps
- 28:49Speaker 7: to issue the subpoenas.
- 28:51Speaker 6: So are you saying that the schemes involved using credit cards,
- 28:56Speaker 6: that they were spending money and China paying for the bills.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Is that one way that they were being paid.
- 29:04Speaker 7: Well, we know that there was a pretty extensive money
- 29:08Speaker 7: laundering scheme. We know that they used a complex series
- 29:11Speaker 7: of transaction through what I consider shell companies. A shell company,
- 29:15Speaker 7: as your viewers know full well, as a company with
- 29:18Speaker 7: no assets or no known purpose. And this was a
- 29:22Speaker 7: complex way to try to deceive the RS and operate
- 29:26Speaker 7: in the shady manner that they operated. One of the
- 29:29Speaker 7: things that you'll notice on all of the bank statements
- 29:32Speaker 7: is a lot of payments to credit cards, and they
- 29:34Speaker 7: were various credit cards. Somebody said, well, just subpoena their
- 29:38Speaker 7: credit card company.
- 29:39Speaker 1: I mean, Maria, they had.
- 29:40Speaker 7: Dozens of credit cards and dozens of bank accounts. But
- 29:44Speaker 7: what we've been able to narrow it down to is
- 29:47Speaker 7: some specific credit cards that were used by various members
- 29:50Speaker 7: of the Biden family. So we've taken all the steps
- 29:54Speaker 7: necessary to be to the point today where we're issuing
- 29:57Speaker 7: a subpoena that will win in court. Remember, we're subpoenaing
- 30:01Speaker 7: very sensitive information, very personal information, from the Biden family.
- 30:05Speaker 7: At the beginning of this investigation, nobody thought we would
- 30:08Speaker 7: ever be able to obtain that information. But we've done
- 30:11Speaker 7: everything the right way.
- 30:13Speaker 1: And we're winning.
- 30:14Speaker 7: We're in a position of where we can win in court,
- 30:16Speaker 7: and I believe that we'll be able to obtain that
- 30:19Speaker 7: credit card information.
- 30:20Speaker 6: So, in terms of these credit card companies, are you
- 30:22Speaker 6: subpoenating companies like Visa, MasterCard or the major banks like
- 30:27Speaker 6: Bank of America JP Morgan, can you give us some
- 30:29Speaker 6: clarity on who you are sending subpoenas to.
- 30:32Speaker 7: They would be major credit card companies like American Express.
- 30:35Speaker 1: American companies like that. Got it all right, American Express.
- 30:40Speaker 6: So you sent the subpoena to American Express this morning?
- 30:44Speaker 2: Yes, So to be clear, we now have accusations of
- 30:49Speaker 2: money laundering through countless bank accounts and now countless payments
- 30:53Speaker 2: that they wanted to conceal by using countless numbers of
- 30:57Speaker 2: credit cards, the Biden crime family. You combine all this
- 31:02Speaker 2: together with what I just told you about from a
- 31:05Speaker 2: man who's currently in prison talking about how the Biden
- 31:08Speaker 2: crime family worked, and I think you're starting to see
- 31:10Speaker 2: a very clear pattern of exactly how corrupt everything is
- 31:14Speaker 2: around the Biden crime family.
- 31:16Speaker 1: We're going to keep bringing it to you. I promise
- 31:20Speaker 1: you that.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
- 31:23Speaker 2: your friends. Please write us a five star review, and
- 31:26Speaker 2: I'll see you back here tomorrow
