- 0:01Speaker 1: It didn't happen on Wednesday, but we began America Reports
- 0:07Speaker 1: with the developing story. Grand jury proceedings in the hush
- 0:10Speaker 1: money case against former President Trump canceled for today. This
- 0:15Speaker 1: as we await news in a possible indictment. John robertson
- 0:19Speaker 1: Washington and Sandra, we've climbed the mountain to midweek. There
- 0:23Speaker 1: it is. That's the announcement. Manhattan DA has canceled the
- 0:27Speaker 1: Wednesday meeting of the grand jury in this Donald Trump case.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Now they're ready for riding and looting and Trump people
- 0:35Speaker 1: to go crazy like anarchists and terrorists. That's how the
- 0:38Speaker 1: media has been playing this in New York City. The
- 0:41Speaker 1: reason for the cancelation is still unclear, but the jurors
- 0:45Speaker 1: were notified this morning Wednesday morning that they would reconvene
- 0:50Speaker 1: on Thursday. That is what the court said with the leagues. Now,
- 0:56Speaker 1: why did this happen? What does this mean? Van Jone
- 1:00Speaker 1: was on CNN pushing hard publicly appealing on behalf of
- 1:06Speaker 1: so many Democrats to this activist DA. Please don't do this.
- 1:11Speaker 1: You're giving Donald Trump what he wants. Please don't do this.
- 1:17Speaker 1: If you indict Donald Trump, this is gonna backfire, and
- 1:20Speaker 1: it's gonna be a really big backfire. Please don't do this,
- 1:26Speaker 1: Van Jones saying you need to rethink this, and clearly
- 1:31Speaker 1: a lot of that pressure from a lot of Democrats
- 1:34Speaker 1: are looking at polling realize that this may actually help
- 1:37Speaker 1: Donald Trump more than anything, bolster himself as the front
- 1:41Speaker 1: runner over Rhonda Santis and financially with massive donations. If
- 1:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump can campaign on look at what we have
- 1:50Speaker 1: become in this country, a third world country, where we
- 1:53Speaker 1: have a justice system that is willing to put people
- 1:56Speaker 1: in jail their political opponents. There can give tons of
- 2:00Speaker 1: examples of this. Nelson Mandel is a great example of us,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and say I am a martyr. Vote for me and
- 2:06Speaker 1: people will. By the way, here's how Van Jones put
- 2:09Speaker 1: it on CNN. Oh, if anybody is a Republican and
- 2:13Speaker 1: they have been afraid that there's some conspiracy, some well
- 2:16Speaker 1: organized conspiracy among progressives, they can relax now because you
- 2:21Speaker 1: would not start with this charge. You would start with
- 2:24Speaker 1: the charge in Georgia where he was interfering with elections.
- 2:27Speaker 1: You would start with the charge that he was helping
- 2:29Speaker 1: the insurrectionist in the coup. You wouldn't start with an
- 2:32Speaker 1: eight year old porn star payoff. So just again, this
- 2:37Speaker 1: is proof, if nothing else, that the progressives are not
- 2:39Speaker 1: very well organized. This is not the one you would
- 2:41Speaker 1: start with. That said. I hear my conservative friends saying
- 2:45Speaker 1: he's being overcharged. It's so aggressive, it's so terrible. Welcome
- 2:49Speaker 1: to my world, folks. Prosecutors overcharging, being overaggressive, being ridiculous
- 2:56Speaker 1: with minor stuff and turning it into major stuff happens
- 2:59Speaker 1: every single well dan America, every courthouse in America. I
- 3:03Speaker 1: think you want to be consistent now if you're concerned
- 3:05Speaker 1: that this particular person named Donald Trump is being overcharged
- 3:08Speaker 1: and mistreated by a prosecutor, joined the rest of us
- 3:10Speaker 1: who are trying to stop that from happening to ordinary people.
- 3:13Speaker 1: But my view about this is I think that the
- 3:16Speaker 1: heat is on this da. I think he's going to
- 3:19Speaker 1: make a very sober decision, and I would not be
- 3:22Speaker 1: surprised if he doesn't step back from the brain. And
- 3:24Speaker 1: I'm gonna get to you if he doesn't step back
- 3:27Speaker 1: from the brink. Let's just back that up about five
- 3:30Speaker 1: seconds and listen to this closing statement from Van Jones,
- 3:34Speaker 1: which I think is very telling. He's in New York,
- 3:37Speaker 1: he knows Bragg, he knows the people around Bragg. He's
- 3:39Speaker 1: a part of the Democratic machine. He's a former special
- 3:42Speaker 1: advisor President Obama. Again, listen carefully to his closing moment
- 3:47Speaker 1: here of this statement. Make a very sober decision, and
- 3:50Speaker 1: I would not be surprised if he doesn't step back
- 3:52Speaker 1: from the brain. That is a public appeal to an
- 3:56Speaker 1: activist da from a Democratic leader, Van Jones saying, don't
- 4:01Speaker 1: do it. Don't go there. Now. There's others in the media.
- 4:04Speaker 1: By the way, they're going the complete opposite way of this.
- 4:07Speaker 1: The View wants a mug shot of Donald Trump. They
- 4:10Speaker 1: won him handcuffed. We also found out today that the
- 4:13Speaker 1: Secret Service has made it very clear they will not
- 4:15Speaker 1: allow the president to be handcuffed. So that pipe dream
- 4:20Speaker 1: is over. That one is done. But the View started
- 4:24Speaker 1: their show on Wednesday, they were furious at Donald Trump
- 4:29Speaker 1: hadn't been arrested, and then mocked him for saying he's
- 4:31Speaker 1: a liar that he wasn't arrested. On Tuesday. Listen, I
- 4:35Speaker 1: want to start this with this update. You know who
- 4:39Speaker 1: is still at large? He is, Yes, he is, Yes,
- 4:45Speaker 1: hasn't been arrested. No, like you predicted, Well, you know,
- 4:49Speaker 1: you kind of have to weigh it with all the
- 4:51Speaker 1: other stuff, he said, and you figure, well, you know,
- 4:55Speaker 1: you Send, you won the election, you didn't win. Good
- 4:58Speaker 1: point Send, they come and arrestue, I said, why don't
- 5:02Speaker 1: he start believing him? Now? He manipulated everybody. We all
- 5:07Speaker 1: rose to the occasion, the papers, everybody just went there.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So many people were excited. Elia. Yeah, so they want
- 5:17Speaker 1: him indicted, but then they want to say he's a
- 5:20Speaker 1: liar because he wasn't indicted on the day that he
- 5:22Speaker 1: said he was going to be indicted on and they're
- 5:25Speaker 1: angry that he hasn't you know who hasn't been arrested.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Pretty much sums up the entire liberal media on this
- 5:35Speaker 1: story in just that. Now, let me also remind you
- 5:39Speaker 1: of the fantasy and when this started. Indicting Trump. Arresting
- 5:43Speaker 1: Trump has been a progressive fantasy all the way from
- 5:48Speaker 1: back in two thousand and seventeen, and they've never stopped
- 5:53Speaker 1: with this fantasy of having Donald Trump arrested, put in
- 5:59Speaker 1: you know, hind bars and a mug shot. This has
- 6:02Speaker 1: been a wet dream for them from sixteen into seventeen.
- 6:06Speaker 1: When he was inaugurated in January, the twentieth of seventeen
- 6:10Speaker 1: to eighteen to nineteen to twenty to twenty one to
- 6:15Speaker 1: twenty two, and now into twenty three. All right, before
- 6:18Speaker 1: I get into that, I want to talk to you

- 7:32Speaker 1: to remind you, and I hope every one of you
- 7:36Speaker 1: will share this bit of audio, share a podcast with
- 7:40Speaker 1: your family and your friends, put this on social media,
- 7:42Speaker 1: because I'm gonna give you three minutes of the media
- 7:47Speaker 1: losing their minds over the possibility all the way dating back.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Many of these cuts dating back to two thousand and seventeen,
- 7:55Speaker 1: the very beginning of his time in office. Wanting Donald
- 7:59Speaker 1: Trump to be a rested the eight House Democrats have
- 8:03Speaker 1: recently voted to advanced articles of impeachment, impeach him first
- 8:07Speaker 1: and end indict him. Yes, the president, a sitting president
- 8:09Speaker 1: can be indicted even if the president were to somehow
- 8:13Speaker 1: find some way to terminate. Muller that the indictments would
- 8:15Speaker 1: continue to grind. You could impeach anybody on anything. You
- 8:19Speaker 1: can try and indict is not functioning it. By the way,
- 8:23Speaker 1: everything you just heard there was from two thousand and seventeen.
- 8:28Speaker 1: This has been their game plan since two thousand and
- 8:31Speaker 1: seventeen when he won. It was their game plan when
- 8:34Speaker 1: they were spying on his campaign. It was the game
- 8:38Speaker 1: plan of the deep state. It was the game plan
- 8:40Speaker 1: of Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Annactional Committee and the
- 8:43Speaker 1: Steel dossier that they created an air. It was the
- 8:45Speaker 1: game plan of the FBI. Everything I just played for
- 8:49Speaker 1: you was back that. That was audio from two thousand
- 8:52Speaker 1: and seventeen. So let's move to two thousand and eighteen.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Did it change any No, it really didn't. Listen, he
- 8:59Speaker 1: is not is the president that ied states. Frankly, if
- 9:02Speaker 1: he ever gets indicted, he'll have insanity is a defense,
- 9:04Speaker 1: I suppose from a criminal of charge, but it's hardly
- 9:09Speaker 1: You know, this is a serious matter. You're starting to
- 9:12Speaker 1: hear people talk about the possibility that Donald Trump leaves
- 9:15Speaker 1: office in two years and then finds himself in the
- 9:17Speaker 1: crosshairs of these New York prosecutors. This sitting president can
- 9:21Speaker 1: and should be indicted. By the way, that's Michael Avanati,
- 9:25Speaker 1: the last guy Cannon should be in dead who's in
- 9:27Speaker 1: jail right now for stealing money from an actual porn star.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Michael Abanati, Right, He was a legitimate candidate for the
- 9:35Speaker 1: presidency because of his TV appearance on Seen and that's
- 9:38Speaker 1: what CNN build them as. In twenty eighteen, he said
- 9:42Speaker 1: Donald Trump canon will and should be indicted. President there
- 9:46Speaker 1: for sure is more than likely going to serve some
- 9:48Speaker 1: jail time. It's clear that Trump is to target and
- 9:50Speaker 1: he'll be indicted eventually. On the day Donald Trump leaves office,
- 9:54Speaker 1: the Justice Department may indict him. Now there is talk
- 9:57Speaker 1: of jail time for the president, or could indict the
- 10:00Speaker 1: president for obstruction of justice. Donald Trump should be indicted.
- 10:04Speaker 1: By the way, everything I just played for you there,
- 10:07Speaker 1: all of that was from two thousand and eighteen. Take
- 10:11Speaker 1: a listen to the media still saying Donald Trump's going
- 10:14Speaker 1: to be indicted and go to jail in two thousand.
- 10:17Speaker 1: In nineteen, donald Trump should be indicted for calling a
- 10:21Speaker 1: cooperating witness a rat. He should have been indicted. If
- 10:25Speaker 1: a sitting president can be indicted by the Justice Department,
- 10:28Speaker 1: why aren't we at the target Trump having committed crimes
- 10:31Speaker 1: to get the presidency, So why aren't we at an
- 10:35Speaker 1: indictment yet? I think there's generally consensus the president is
- 10:38Speaker 1: probably committed indictable crimes. It's very strongly in favor I've
- 10:42Speaker 1: indicting the president when he is out of office, that
- 10:45Speaker 1: there may be enough evidence to indict Trump. Is Donald
- 10:47Speaker 1: Trump going to be indicted? Maybe it'll happen, Maybe he'll
- 10:50Speaker 1: go to prison. You know, would you ever see the
- 10:53Speaker 1: inside of a prison cell? DA could get a ham
- 10:56Speaker 1: sandwich indicted. Hey, listen, Trump's the big mac. If Donald
- 11:01Speaker 1: Trump himself is not ever indicted, there is another way
- 11:04Speaker 1: that prosecutors can actually indict the entire Trump org. Let
- 11:09Speaker 1: me just stop there. So then it just you notice
- 11:12Speaker 1: how this changes a little bit. Right in two thousand, nineteen,
- 11:15Speaker 1: two and twenty one that they're still pushing this. Right
- 11:20Speaker 1: twenty twenty, they're still pushing this. Two that's an eighteen,
- 11:22Speaker 1: they're pushing this two and seventeen, they're pushing this. But
- 11:24Speaker 1: in twenty twenty, that's when you start to hear this
- 11:28Speaker 1: just more of a psychotic in fact, you know, obsession
- 11:33Speaker 1: with indicting Donald Trump, and not really on a charge.
- 11:36Speaker 1: It's just more of the idea of, well, Donald Trump
- 11:39Speaker 1: shoulder could be indicted, might be indicted just because we
- 11:42Speaker 1: hate him. You can hear that when Democrats the same
- 11:46Speaker 1: guy that led the impeachment, the same guy that led
- 11:49Speaker 1: the Russian collusion investigation. Adam shifty shift right when when
- 11:53Speaker 1: he's talking about well, we may not he may not
- 11:56Speaker 1: be inded now, but when he leaves the office, when
- 11:57Speaker 1: he leaves the White House, that's when that's when it
- 12:00Speaker 1: could be really indicted. That twenty need to be paying
- 12:03Speaker 1: attention in favor of indicting the president when he is
- 12:06Speaker 1: out of office, that there may be enough evidence to
- 12:09Speaker 1: indict Trump. Is Donald Trump going to be indicted? Maybe
- 12:12Speaker 1: it'll happen, Maybe he'll go to prison, you know. I mean,
- 12:16Speaker 1: let's en to the late night when there Jimmy Kimmel.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Jimmy Kimmel is like, maybe he'll be indicted. Maybe, maybe
- 12:21Speaker 1: we'll go to jail. He's not even talking about a crime.
- 12:25Speaker 1: It's just this wet dream of theirs that Donald Trump
- 12:28Speaker 1: gets in that gets just we put a political adversary,
- 12:33Speaker 1: a political opponent in prison because we don't like him.
- 12:37Speaker 1: And they kept doing this all through twenty twenty one.
- 12:41Speaker 1: You have us see the inside of a prison cell.
- 12:43Speaker 1: DA could get a ham sandwich indicted. Hey, listen, Trump's
- 12:48Speaker 1: the big Mack. I mean, Trump's the big Mac. And
- 12:50Speaker 1: that tells you the mentality of the media and of
- 12:54Speaker 1: the commentators of the Democratic Party. Right, Donald Trump is
- 12:58Speaker 1: the big mac, He's the Holy Grail. We have to
- 13:03Speaker 1: indict him, no matter what. This is something we have
- 13:08Speaker 1: to do. We've got to get him. We've got to
- 13:11Speaker 1: get him. We've got to get him. Even if Donald
- 13:14Speaker 1: Trump himself is not ever indicted, there is another way
- 13:17Speaker 1: that prosecutors can actually indict the entire Trump org. Now
- 13:21Speaker 1: this goes into twenty twenty one. Okay, well, all right,
- 13:25Speaker 1: if we don't get Donald Trump indicted, there is another
- 13:30Speaker 1: way to get Donald Trump. See after seventeen at not working,
- 13:34Speaker 1: after eighteen in Russian collusion, not working, after the impeachment,
- 13:38Speaker 1: failing to kick him out of office, then they started
- 13:42Speaker 1: conspiring to go after his businesses and his kids, and
- 13:46Speaker 1: that's that's what they did. All right, Well, we can't
- 13:49Speaker 1: nail you for anything. So now we're gonna go in
- 13:53Speaker 1: twenty twenty one after Trump ink, because that'll hurt the
- 13:58Speaker 1: president because his kids are involve alved. We hope uh
- 14:02Speaker 1: that Theutnant General seize the importance of moving ahead with
- 14:08Speaker 1: this indictment, moving ahead with locking Steve Bannon, the whole inch,
- 14:12Speaker 1: a lot of the whole company, indicted by next week.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Why not pursue it and see what happens, Merlin, if
- 14:19Speaker 1: you indict Trump, we just stop with that. Why not
- 14:23Speaker 1: indict and then see what happens. Does that sound like
- 14:26Speaker 1: a legal system that you want to be associated with?
- 14:30Speaker 1: Can you imagine if in this country you could just
- 14:32Speaker 1: you could just start indicting anybody you wanted to, for
- 14:35Speaker 1: anything at any moment, just because you don't like them.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I mean, that's it, that's the bar. Okay, we don't
- 14:43Speaker 1: like you, right, that's that's that's that's all there is.
- 14:47Speaker 1: We don't like you, and because we don't like you,
- 14:54Speaker 1: we hate your guts. We're gonna indict you and then
- 14:56Speaker 1: we'll just see what happens. We're gonna weaponize the justice
- 15:00Speaker 1: Department and the justice system to destroy you. And we're
- 15:05Speaker 1: going to be the ones that advocate for this. We're
- 15:07Speaker 1: going to be the ones that put it together. We're
- 15:10Speaker 1: going to be the ones that walk you and the
- 15:12Speaker 1: perp walk. This is the reason why they want it
- 15:16Speaker 1: so bad. This is it, folks. They want this so bad,
- 15:26Speaker 1: they're obsessed with it. It's psychotic. So they've been pushing
- 15:32Speaker 1: for this again back to twenty twenty two, my person
- 15:35Speaker 1: of the Year of the decade. The only thing worth
- 15:38Speaker 1: than indicting him would be not indicting him, would be
- 15:41Speaker 1: fully enough to indict them. Donald Trump is an ordinary
- 15:45Speaker 1: citizen and is committing crimes right now. I like the
- 15:49Speaker 1: idea of Mark Meadows going to jail for the rest
- 15:51Speaker 1: of his life. Buts I still think that the committee
- 15:55Speaker 1: has laid out that the person on top of all
- 15:57Speaker 1: of this, in charge of all of this, doing all
- 15:59Speaker 1: of this, was Donald Trump. Now for him not to indict, frankly,
- 16:03Speaker 1: would cause this country more harm than even if he
- 16:07Speaker 1: indice and there's a hung jury or not a successful conviction.
- 16:11Speaker 1: That's Claire McCaskill, by the way, who said that, a
- 16:13Speaker 1: former senator, Claire McCaskill, who's sang that she believes that
- 16:18Speaker 1: it would do more harm to this country if we
- 16:19Speaker 1: didn't indict Donald Trump for whatever and then just kind
- 16:23Speaker 1: of roll the dice. If he's if they if he's
- 16:25Speaker 1: if there's a hung jury, that's fine, right. If if
- 16:28Speaker 1: there's a hung jury, okay, whatever, but at least indict
- 16:33Speaker 1: the soob right, at least indict him right now, Indict him,
- 16:39Speaker 1: and then we'll just see what happens, because that's what
- 16:44Speaker 1: we're gonna do. That The narrative again continuing to change.
- 16:48Speaker 1: They ran out of things like Russia collusion and the
- 16:52Speaker 1: Steel dossier to frame him on crimes. Now it's not
- 16:55Speaker 1: even about crimes. Just well, he should be indicted because
- 16:57Speaker 1: he's Donald Trump, oh case in which they wouldn't indict.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I don't think we should be treating him the way
- 17:06Speaker 1: other ex presidents were treated. I don't think we should
- 17:10Speaker 1: be treating him the way that other ex presidents were treated.
- 17:15Speaker 1: That's your headline from CNN. We shouldn't treat people this way.
- 17:22Speaker 1: We shouldn't we We shouldn't treat them the way that
- 17:27Speaker 1: I just you know, like like with honor, indignity and
- 17:30Speaker 1: respected Donald Trump. We got to destroy him, right, we
- 17:35Speaker 1: must destroy them, that's what we have to do. If
- 17:44Speaker 1: we destroy him, we went. If we don't destroy him,
- 17:48Speaker 1: we've got a problem, right, we have a problem, and
- 17:55Speaker 1: we got to figure it out, and we got to
- 17:56Speaker 1: figure it out quickly, because how do we beat him?
- 18:00Speaker 1: We just indict him? Right, Well, okay, that didn't work,
- 18:03Speaker 1: all right, Now what do we do? Well, let's just
- 18:05Speaker 1: arrest him. We'll figure out that other part later we
- 18:08Speaker 1: can't really do that, right, Sure we can sure, yeah,
- 18:13Speaker 1: I oh, no problem, we can do this. We can
- 18:14Speaker 1: indict him. That's I mean, that's what they're saying. This
- 18:17Speaker 1: is it, folks. Back to twenty twenty two, the media
- 18:21Speaker 1: didn't even care what Donald Trump got indicted for. They
- 18:24Speaker 1: were pushing an indictment, indictment, indictment, every day, just like
- 18:27Speaker 1: they were in seventeen. But then they were using Russian
- 18:29Speaker 1: collusion all the fake stuff. Now they don't even have reasoning.
- 18:32Speaker 1: It's just we hate him, we should indict him. The
- 18:34Speaker 1: media is saying the same thing, put Donald Trump in jail.
- 18:37Speaker 1: They try to use January the sixth, but even that
- 18:39Speaker 1: ran out of team. So now what do they say,
- 18:42Speaker 1: We just don't white donald Trump. Put him in jail.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I think the extent of what Donald Trump's done is
- 18:46Speaker 1: so egregious that no attorney general, no fair minded attorney general,
- 18:53Speaker 1: would have any choice. According to the Atlantic, Garland is
- 18:56Speaker 1: preparing to indict Trump despite moving up the cautious pace
- 18:59Speaker 1: of an institutionalists. The only reasons Trump hasn't been indicted
- 19:03Speaker 1: by now is because he's a form of president and
- 19:06Speaker 1: because he has handpicked judges on his side. Accountability for
- 19:09Speaker 1: some people means that we get a pound of flesh
- 19:12Speaker 1: from Donald Trump and that he ends up behind bars.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Do you think it's about time for Special Counsel Jack
- 19:16Speaker 1: Smith to just indict Trump? And I love this, right,
- 19:19Speaker 1: we moved from twenty two to twenty twenty three, and
- 19:22Speaker 1: then it's just the the psychotic nature of all this, right,
- 19:26Speaker 1: Don't you think it's just time that we just go
- 19:29Speaker 1: ahead and indict Donald Trump? Like? Can we not just
- 19:31Speaker 1: hurry up and do this? Can we just get it
- 19:34Speaker 1: out of the way? Can we just hurry up and
- 19:36Speaker 1: indict Donald Trump? Because we need to indict Donald Trump.
- 19:40Speaker 1: It's just it's just we've been talking about it long enough.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Let's just indict him. That is an actual news person
- 19:46Speaker 1: saying this on MSNBC. We just we just we can't wait.
- 19:51Speaker 1: We've got to indict him, Like, can we just can
- 19:54Speaker 1: we just hurry up and get it done? About time
- 19:56Speaker 1: for Special Counsel Jack Smith to just indict Trump and
- 19:59Speaker 1: with such a move take Trump off the campaign trail?
- 20:02Speaker 1: Is this the charge you would want him to be
- 20:05Speaker 1: indicted on? Would a January six DJ indictment or say
- 20:09Speaker 1: a Georgia election interference charge carry more weight. There's your media.
- 20:15Speaker 1: That was a three minute and forty five second montage
- 20:20Speaker 1: of the media doing what the media does well, telling
- 20:24Speaker 1: you that Donald Trump deserves to go to prison because
- 20:27Speaker 1: we just don't like him, telling him that we hate
- 20:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump, and Donald Trump deserves to be indicted. We
- 20:33Speaker 1: don't even care what it's for. Just hurry up and
- 20:38Speaker 1: do it. We don't even care, Just do it. CNN,
- 20:43Speaker 1: by the way, has just drawn the lowest primetime ratings
- 20:49Speaker 1: in over thirty years, and the majority of what I
- 20:52Speaker 1: played for you, a lot of it came from CNN,
- 20:54Speaker 1: and this is where they are losing people, and I
- 20:57Speaker 1: think it's going to backfire on them. September of nineteen
- 21:02Speaker 1: ninety one, that was the last time the CNN primetime
- 21:07Speaker 1: audience was as small as it is today. In twenty
- 21:11Speaker 1: twenty three, because when you don't do news anymore and
- 21:14Speaker 1: you just become obsessed with taking down a political opponent,
- 21:19Speaker 1: like we're in a third world country. This is what
- 21:22Speaker 1: you get now to put in perspective how bad it is,
- 21:27Speaker 1: all right. According to Fox News Digitals, CNN just recorded
- 21:31Speaker 1: its smallest weekly primetime audience, and the advertiser covered Demo,
- 21:39Speaker 1: which is adults twenty five fifty four and over thirty years,
- 21:45Speaker 1: CNN's average was just eighty four thousand viewers during primetime.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Now primetime is seven to ten Central Time, eight to
- 21:56Speaker 1: eleven Eastern. At night, The Block by the begins with
- 22:00Speaker 1: programming that's been there for a long time. Anderson Cooper, right,
- 22:04Speaker 1: Anderson Cooper is there their guy, right, Anderson Cooper starts off.
- 22:09Speaker 1: The night's supposed to give them a lot of momentum.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Is supposed to be good for everybody. Anderson Cooper starts
- 22:15Speaker 1: out bamed. And then you've got a bunch of other
- 22:18Speaker 1: people that are there. Charles Barkley, by the way, Gail
- 22:22Speaker 1: King are among the names of channel continues to consider
- 22:25Speaker 1: to bring in to you know, kind of help them
- 22:28Speaker 1: out with how bad they're struggling right now. Now the
- 22:31Speaker 1: following channels now defeat seeing it in prime time. Just
- 22:35Speaker 1: so you know, none of which would provide or have
- 22:39Speaker 1: ever had what you would refer to as you know,
- 22:41Speaker 1: impressive ratings. Now, before I get into more of this story,
- 22:45Speaker 1: I want to say thank you and tell you about

- 24:05Speaker 1: go back to this story. Let me give example TV
- 24:08Speaker 1: Land okay, running some black and white shows and reruns
- 24:12Speaker 1: beating CNN now free Form that's a kid's formerly known
- 24:17Speaker 1: I think is I don't know, Cartoon Network or Disney
- 24:20Speaker 1: Channel whatever it was beating them, Adult Swim beating them,
- 24:24Speaker 1: b ET beating CNN in primetime. The Hallmark Channel now
- 24:30Speaker 1: trying to be meant the Hallmark movie lovers that listen
- 24:33Speaker 1: to this show, but I mean Hallmark is now beating
- 24:37Speaker 1: breaking news on CNN in prime time, f XS beating them,
- 24:44Speaker 1: sci Fi that channel beating them. I didn't even know
- 24:47Speaker 1: that one existed. And finally Comedy Central. The Hallmark honeys
- 24:53Speaker 1: are mostly asleep come eight o'clock and they're still beating CNN.
- 24:57Speaker 1: As one industry insider PU, so why is this happening?
- 25:02Speaker 1: Because when you've been pushing the same narrative in the
- 25:04Speaker 1: same story since two seventeen and it never comes to fruition,
- 25:10Speaker 1: and you become obsessed with being hacks who are just
- 25:13Speaker 1: obsessing over putting Donald Trump in jail, this is when
- 25:17Speaker 1: your ratings get this low. And they deserve, by the way,
- 25:20Speaker 1: to be this low. They deserve to be mocked that
- 25:24Speaker 1: they deserve what you know, what is happening here now.
- 25:27Speaker 1: While all this is also going on, there's also another
- 25:31Speaker 1: reminder on this Tucker Carlson tape, just so you know,
- 25:36Speaker 1: there was an actual memo from twenty eighteen to twenty
- 25:40Speaker 1: nineteen they say was going to shake up the Trump case.
- 25:44Speaker 1: The lawyer Michael Cohen, who was a lawyer for Donald Trump,
- 25:48Speaker 1: denied having incriminating evidence on the hush money A lawyers
- 25:53Speaker 1: who formally advised Michael Cohen it LEDs and in twenty eighteen,
- 25:57Speaker 1: the x Trump advisor claimed to know nothing about a
- 25:59Speaker 1: former presidents committing wrongdoing, including on hush money two women.
- 26:04Speaker 1: An attorney who advised the disgraced Trump organization lawyer Michael Cohen,
- 26:09Speaker 1: provided the Manhattan prosecutors. They also are now saying with
- 26:14Speaker 1: volumous documentation, including emails and memos, purported to show that
- 26:19Speaker 1: in twenty eighteen, Cohen wanted to Donald Trump to help
- 26:22Speaker 1: cover his legal bills and repeatedly claimed he had bad
- 26:25Speaker 1: evidence incriminating the former president and a hush money deal
- 26:29Speaker 1: with porn actor Stormy Daniels. Cohen said he had no
- 26:31Speaker 1: information against Trump. When memo summarizing attorney Robert Costello's interactions
- 26:37Speaker 1: with Cohen stated. The memo, dated twenty nineteen, recounted Costello's
- 26:41Speaker 1: interview with federal prosecutors about conversations he and colleagues had
- 26:45Speaker 1: with Cohen a year earlier. Costello, who is a former
- 26:49Speaker 1: federal prosecutor who has represented famous clients like George Steinbrenner,
- 26:56Speaker 1: Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, told Just the News on Tuesday
- 27:00Speaker 1: he provided the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office with
- 27:03Speaker 1: more than three hundred pages of emails, memos, and texts
- 27:07Speaker 1: coronelane the dealings with Michael Cohen. He said the documents
- 27:11Speaker 1: show that Cohen took out a bank loan known as
- 27:13Speaker 1: a helock on his own during the twenty and sixteen
- 27:16Speaker 1: presidential election to pay Stormy Daniels one hundred and thirty
- 27:19Speaker 1: thousand under a non disclosure agreement so she would remain
- 27:23Speaker 1: quiet about her alleged relationship with Donald Trump. Cohen bragged
- 27:28Speaker 1: he kept the situation quiet so that Melania Trump and
- 27:31Speaker 1: Cohen's own wife wouldn't learn about it. Costello said in
- 27:36Speaker 1: an interview on The John Silomon Reports, recounting what he
- 27:39Speaker 1: said Cohen told him back in twenty eighteen. He said
- 27:43Speaker 1: Costello recalled, I didn't believe the information, but I knew
- 27:47Speaker 1: that this was a situation that would and that would
- 27:50Speaker 1: or could cause embarrassment. So I negotiated with a lawyer
- 27:53Speaker 1: and we worked out in NBA for payment of one
- 27:56Speaker 1: hundred and thirty thousand. And I said, did you get
- 27:59Speaker 1: the money from Donald Trump? No? Did you get it
- 28:02Speaker 1: from any Trump organization? No? I said, did you take
- 28:06Speaker 1: the money out of your own savings? Are checking? No?
- 28:09Speaker 1: I said, well, how'd you get the money? He said?
- 28:12Speaker 1: I took out a helock loan. Why would you take
- 28:14Speaker 1: out a helock loan to overcome something like this? He said,
- 28:17Speaker 1: because I wanted to keep it a secret. If I
- 28:20Speaker 1: took money from my account, my wife would know about it.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I didn't want my wife to know about it. I
- 28:26Speaker 1: didn't want Milannia Trump to know about it. He said.
- 28:29Speaker 1: That's why I didn't did it that way. Now, if
- 28:31Speaker 1: you're gonna go do it that way, that means you're
- 28:34Speaker 1: keeping it from Donald Trump and Melania Trump, Costella added,
- 28:37Speaker 1: summarizing the story, He offered Grand jurors and Manhattan prosecutors
- 28:43Speaker 1: about this ridiculous case. This is all nothing more than
- 28:49Speaker 1: an obsession by the left to destroy Donald Trump, and
- 28:54Speaker 1: I played you four and a half minutes of year
- 28:57Speaker 1: after year in seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, and twenty and twenty
- 29:01Speaker 1: one and twenty two and twenty three, the media obsessing
- 29:05Speaker 1: overtaking down Donald Trump, and they still may not get
- 29:10Speaker 1: him even this time. As it looks like this prosecutors
- 29:14Speaker 1: taking major heat from those in the Democratic Party to
- 29:21Speaker 1: not do it because they realize there's a very good
- 29:23Speaker 1: chance it's going to backfire. Makes you share a podcast
