- 0:05Speaker 3: Y'all don't know y'all all at all, So.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Don't given them all black bus busy.
- 0:24Speaker 4: Listening to.
- 0:26Speaker 5: To show.
- 0:38Speaker 6: I don't joy.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Joy you gotta do that, love you.
- 1:24Speaker 5: You got to turn.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Well I can't. I got to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I probably got to turn mouth.
- 1:46Speaker 5: Turn.
- 1:46Speaker 2: A word of the money up, look me, come.
- 1:58Speaker 7: Come out your uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:04Speaker 2: A good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 2: Oh come on now, dig me if you will.
- 2:10Speaker 8: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show, you know,
- 2:14Speaker 8: one of the things about being successful. And I was
- 2:18Speaker 8: sharing this just the other day with a young man
- 2:22Speaker 8: and he asked me. He said, hey, man, I just
- 2:26Speaker 8: don't see how you get up that early in the morning.
- 2:30Speaker 8: I just don't see how, man, it would kill me
- 2:33Speaker 8: to get up this early in the morning. Well, I
- 2:36Speaker 8: sat down and I'm listening to it because it's just
- 2:38Speaker 8: a thousand times I've heard it, you know, and my
- 2:41Speaker 8: life is, you know, not too different from a lot
- 2:43Speaker 8: of people's lives. There's a lot of people out there
- 2:46Speaker 8: that rise early. And I just sit there, man, because
- 2:50Speaker 8: I mean, first of all, I'm grateful to be able
- 2:53Speaker 8: to have a job. I'm so grateful to be able
- 2:55Speaker 8: to do one and several that I happened to enjoy doing.
- 2:58Speaker 8: I mean, you know it's work and it's difficult at times,
- 3:01Speaker 8: but I mean, you know I wanted this.
- 3:03Speaker 2: You know you got it.
- 3:04Speaker 8: You know you can't ask God for none any give
- 3:06Speaker 8: it to you and be mad that you got it.
- 3:08Speaker 8: Don't make no sense. You know the problem with asking
- 3:11Speaker 8: God for stuff is a lot of times we ask
- 3:14Speaker 8: it for stuff, we don't really know what all it encompasses,
- 3:16Speaker 8: what all it really is. And I ask for this,
- 3:19Speaker 8: now along the way, I've gotten far more than I
- 3:22Speaker 8: asked for.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I want you to do. Understand that, and you know
- 3:26Speaker 2: that's His grace at work in my life.
- 3:28Speaker 8: But I get up early and I go to work
- 3:31Speaker 8: because I do understand something that it is not walking
- 3:34Speaker 8: up to you. Nobody walks up to people normally and
- 3:38Speaker 8: just hand them checks all the time, and enough checks
- 3:41Speaker 8: to sustain your life, and not only sustain it, but
- 3:44Speaker 8: to have a life that where you could enjoy and
- 3:47Speaker 8: do some of the things you want to do. I
- 3:49Speaker 8: don't know the person that walks out hands out that
- 3:51Speaker 8: money just to be doing it. And then with a
- 3:54Speaker 8: lifestyle though, where you can you know, give your kids
- 3:58Speaker 8: a Christmas, you know, take your family vacation, you know,
- 4:01Speaker 8: a year once a year. I don't know nobody passing
- 4:03Speaker 8: out to kind of money. So I get up early
- 4:05Speaker 8: in the morning and I get at it. I was
- 4:07Speaker 8: taught to get up early in the morning by my
- 4:10Speaker 8: father because my father says, aint, nothing gonna come to
- 4:14Speaker 8: you while you lay in there. And you know what,
- 4:17Speaker 8: It's just true, man, It's just a little common sense.
- 4:19Speaker 8: Little old people smart man. They've been around long time.
- 4:22Speaker 8: You don't get you know, some old foods out there,
- 4:24Speaker 8: but you know you don't have to deal with them.
- 4:26Speaker 8: But old people are pretty smart, man. They've learned a
- 4:29Speaker 8: lot along the way. And waking up early and getting
- 4:31Speaker 8: at it is one of them things. And I ask
- 4:33Speaker 8: everybody man to think about this scenario of your life.
- 4:37Speaker 8: If a day has twenty four hours in it, and
- 4:40Speaker 8: let's just say you choose to sleep eight of those
- 4:43Speaker 8: hours because they tell you you need eight hours sleep,
- 4:48Speaker 8: So you sleep eight hours, that's a third of your
- 4:51Speaker 8: life asleep already, just a third of your life is
- 4:55Speaker 8: spent asleep. If you gonna do eight hours a day. Now,
- 4:59Speaker 8: let's say you have a job that you work eight
- 5:02Speaker 8: hours and it is not the job of your dreams.
- 5:04Speaker 8: It's not your dream career, your dream profession. It's just
- 5:07Speaker 8: the one you took, like all of us, to get
- 5:10Speaker 8: it started. And then, like all of us, some of
- 5:12Speaker 8: us end up having to state that because we've created
- 5:15Speaker 8: these bills, because we check the check, so we can't
- 5:17Speaker 8: leave it because we'll lose what we've worked for. So
- 5:20Speaker 8: let's just say you got a job that you go
- 5:22Speaker 8: to work to for eight hours. That's another third of
- 5:25Speaker 8: your life. That's two thirds of your life. Feel how
- 5:29Speaker 8: you want to feel about your two thirds? Well, I
- 5:31Speaker 8: like sleep? Okay, cool, there's a scripture about that too.
- 5:34Speaker 8: But now you spent two thirds of your life one
- 5:36Speaker 8: on a job you don't care for if you're not
- 5:38Speaker 8: happy that, or one that just pays the bills, and
- 5:40Speaker 8: it's not your dream job or career. Another third of
- 5:43Speaker 8: your life is sleep. Oh now, let's hold on. Let's
- 5:45Speaker 8: talk about the one hour of preparation that it may
- 5:48Speaker 8: take to get to the job. That's seventeen hours. Let's
- 5:52Speaker 8: say your drive time. Let's say getting to your job
- 5:55Speaker 8: for the average person is anywhere between thirty to an
- 5:58Speaker 8: Hour's an average of what it takes to average person. Now,
- 6:02Speaker 8: some people out there hustling way harder than that. But
- 6:04Speaker 8: let's just say your average is an hour getting to work.
- 6:08Speaker 8: You add another hour to that going to work. You've
- 6:11Speaker 8: now spent eighteen hours out of the twenty four doing
- 6:16Speaker 8: something that's either nonproductive, you're not happy with, you're not
- 6:21Speaker 8: pleased about. It is not your dream job, it's not
- 6:23Speaker 8: your dream profession. And rest of the time you sleep.
- 6:25Speaker 8: Eighteen hours. Now you got to come from the job,
- 6:28Speaker 8: so let's just say it's another hour to get back home.
- 6:30Speaker 8: That's nineteen hours. Nineteen hours out of a twenty four
- 6:33Speaker 8: hour day. You now have five hours left in your day. Oh,
- 6:37Speaker 8: you watch TV two hours a day. Okay, excuse me.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Let's put now you put two hours of TV on
- 6:43Speaker 2: that you've just spent twenty one.
- 6:44Speaker 8: You now have three hours in the day to do
- 6:49Speaker 8: something super productive for the development of yourself and the
- 6:53Speaker 8: future of your family and your future as a person
- 6:57Speaker 8: and what you can provide for your family.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Uh.
- 7:00Speaker 8: Oh, I need to chill, I need to smoke one.
- 7:05Speaker 8: Oh oh, I needed some time at happy hour. Seem
- 7:08Speaker 8: like all I do is dry to work and go
- 7:10Speaker 8: to work. I'm gonna go out with the fellas drink one. Okay,
- 7:16Speaker 8: Let's say you spend two hours at Happy Ill nobody
- 7:18Speaker 8: go to a Happy Hours just for a hour. Let's
- 7:20Speaker 8: say you spend two hours at Happy I'll all smokeing
- 7:23Speaker 8: all some video games. Let's throw that in there. Two
- 7:25Speaker 8: hours of smoking, chilling video games. That's twenty three hours
- 7:29Speaker 8: of your day gone. Don't you see how your day
- 7:32Speaker 8: slips away from you? So why would you get up early?
- 7:36Speaker 8: You get up early to get a jump. You get
- 7:39Speaker 8: up early to produce, to plan, to become productive. You
- 7:44Speaker 8: get up early in the morning to care about every
- 7:47Speaker 8: single minute of your day. You wake up early in
- 7:50Speaker 8: the morning because you have a plan, a mission, You
- 7:53Speaker 8: have something you want to accomplish. The earlier you get up,
- 7:56Speaker 8: the more time you have just for you to devote
- 7:59Speaker 8: to your plan. You map it out, you make them,
- 8:02Speaker 8: send some emails, whatever it is you need to do
- 8:04Speaker 8: to get your dream underway.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Then you go get ready. Then you get in your
- 8:10Speaker 2: car and go to work.
- 8:11Speaker 8: Then you go to your job, but on your job,
- 8:13Speaker 8: instead of sitting at your lunch break messing around with
- 8:16Speaker 8: a bunch of people laughing and talking about nothing, playing dominoes.
- 8:19Speaker 8: Why don't you take that hour to do some more research,
- 8:22Speaker 8: to send out some more emails, to put some feelings
- 8:25Speaker 8: out there, to see what can get you in the
- 8:27Speaker 8: place that you want to be. Then when you get off,
- 8:30Speaker 8: instead of driving straight home, why don't you go somewhere
- 8:33Speaker 8: in a meeting, you take in a session with some
- 8:36Speaker 8: people in a positive mental state, group of people that
- 8:38Speaker 8: get together. Network for business, not drink at happy hour.
- 8:42Speaker 8: I set network for business. So after you've done that
- 8:45Speaker 8: eight that you don't really care for on a job,
- 8:47Speaker 8: you spend some more time pursuing, looking into researching, working
- 8:52Speaker 8: towards sending out some more applications, putting it in some
- 8:56Speaker 8: more time to build your new app discussing some more
- 8:59Speaker 8: network ideas. Okay, that's your happy hour. Then when you
- 9:03Speaker 8: go home, instead of chilling drinking one, having a cold one,
- 9:07Speaker 8: smoking one, playing a video game, why don't you take
- 9:10Speaker 8: that two hours and devote that to that business idea.
- 9:14Speaker 8: You got to that family that you talk about, you
- 9:16Speaker 8: really want spend some time with your children, put something
- 9:19Speaker 8: into them.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Do something.
- 9:21Speaker 8: Man, with all these precious hours that God gives all
- 9:25Speaker 8: of us in the course of a day. Take advantage
- 9:27Speaker 8: of every minute of that. No human being has more
- 9:31Speaker 8: than twenty four hours a day, including myself. But if
- 9:35Speaker 8: you care about every single minute of that day, you'll
- 9:39Speaker 8: be amazed at how much you could get accomplished in
- 9:42Speaker 8: a twenty four hour day. But you can't get none
- 9:45Speaker 8: of that happening because you sleep, and you chilling and
- 9:49Speaker 8: you smoking. Okay, what has that done for you, your
- 9:54Speaker 8: family or your future? Care about every minute of your day.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 10:02Speaker 8: Ladies and gentlemen, gentlemen and ladies, boys and girls, girls
- 10:09Speaker 8: and boys, monkey trainers, circus, clowns, circu the sole performers,
- 10:18Speaker 8: anybody that do burlesque, anybody that does Broadway, anybody that
- 10:27Speaker 8: does church plays.
- 10:29Speaker 2: All of you that are on the.
- 10:31Speaker 8: Praise team, the dance praise team, who did not qualify
- 10:36Speaker 8: for gymnastics in school. Yeah, I'm talking to all of
- 10:40Speaker 8: them who has put on a little bit wait over
- 10:44Speaker 8: the years and can no longer jump and have joined
- 10:47Speaker 8: the praise team. I need everybody's attention. I need all
- 10:53Speaker 8: churches who allow people in the choir just because they
- 10:57Speaker 8: come down there and start singing. We need to start
- 11:01Speaker 8: doing auditions, single solo auditions, your turn.
- 11:08Speaker 2: This is the key.
- 11:09Speaker 8: We singing in ding ding ding ding ding and hit
- 11:13Speaker 8: that note and single solo auditions.
- 11:16Speaker 2: That is what we need.
- 11:18Speaker 8: And that's who I'm talking to this morning. And one
- 11:23Speaker 8: more person, the tambourine player at the church that really
- 11:30Speaker 8: shouldn't have it, that you want to take her tambourine.
- 11:33Speaker 8: I'm talking to all of y'all morning. This is the
- 11:36Speaker 8: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Good morning, Shirley Strawberry calling for real,
- 11:41Speaker 8: the Mouth of the South, Mississippi, Monica and the legend
- 11:44Speaker 8: that is Nephew Tummy.
- 11:47Speaker 1: All that off your chest.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, because I.
- 11:57Speaker 9: Always wanted a tambourine. It was always one person that
- 11:59Speaker 9: just help the tambourine.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Yeah, we took it. We took it from a girl
- 12:05Speaker 2: at our.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Church because she just wasn't she didn't rhythm.
- 12:09Speaker 8: Yeah, and we gave it to Sister Bernice. Sister Bernice
- 12:13Speaker 8: was getting mad at her because she was trying to
- 12:15Speaker 8: over a tambourine. Sister Bernice and the ultimate tambourine players,
- 12:21Speaker 8: So we took her from But I tell you my
- 12:24Speaker 8: real issue on Can I tell you my real is
- 12:25Speaker 8: the praise dance team. I really these praise dance teams
- 12:30Speaker 8: young stopped this hill. Listen that just because it's just no, no,
- 12:36Speaker 8: it's just young stopped this hill.
- 12:38Speaker 7: What is it about?
- 12:39Speaker 10: What is it like?
- 12:41Speaker 2: First of all, I know they didn't make the gymnastics
- 12:43Speaker 2: or the cheerleading team.
- 12:44Speaker 1: I know they didn't they the dance squad at school.
- 12:49Speaker 5: I know?
- 12:49Speaker 2: But what is the dance squad? Though? Actually, for people
- 12:51Speaker 2: who cannot be major rents.
- 12:53Speaker 1: We don't their challenge flag.
- 12:59Speaker 8: That's who they are. They are flag barrels who won't sit,
- 13:03Speaker 8: go and do something. No stop, y'all need to get
- 13:08Speaker 8: out of this hit. You can't jump no more. These
- 13:11Speaker 8: little half jump shy'all be doing. Let's stop. Let's stop
- 13:15Speaker 8: the praise teams at these church.
- 13:16Speaker 7: Let's just do the.
- 13:17Speaker 8: Choir and so we can go home. And you always
- 13:21Speaker 8: involve watering, throwing stuff.
- 13:23Speaker 7: You don't watch the praise.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Welcome with him.
- 13:30Speaker 10: People have called your preacher, but you're not criticizing the dancers.
- 13:37Speaker 10: All right, coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:41Speaker 10: we'll run that prank back with the nephew.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening.
- 13:46Speaker 10: Morning show, It is time now to start your morning
- 13:49Speaker 10: off with the nephew and run that prank back what
- 13:52Speaker 10: you got for his nep were.
- 13:53Speaker 9: About to get all the way up under them, Gum Shirley,
- 13:56Speaker 9: This right here is ginger iNTS ginger Ins. Okay, we're
- 14:01Speaker 9: gonna flow off if you way back there with that wisdom,
- 14:04Speaker 9: do that. If you don't get back up in there,
- 14:07Speaker 9: Lord ha mercy ginger Viters, let's go.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Hello, I'm trying to read Kelvin Kelvin Davis. Yeah, this
- 14:15Speaker 5: is Calvin. Who am I speaking with? How you doing? Calvin?
- 14:19Speaker 5: Let me make sure I got to write Kelvin Kevin.
- 14:21Speaker 5: You you at the job? You work on the fourth floor, right, Yeah,
- 14:26Speaker 5: I work on the fourth floor. Are you in a
- 14:27Speaker 5: cubicle next to Randy? Yeah, matter of fact, I am.
- 14:31Speaker 5: But But who am I? Who am I speaking with? Well,
- 14:33Speaker 5: I'm not at liberty to give my name right now,
- 14:35Speaker 5: but I'm bringing some news from the job that I
- 14:37Speaker 5: think you might want to You know, this is some
- 14:41Speaker 5: news I think that you would probably want to know.
- 14:43Speaker 5: And uh, I'm just let's just say, I'm an I'm
- 14:45Speaker 5: an employee from another floor and I got I got
- 14:48Speaker 5: wind of what was going on on the fourth floor.
- 14:50Speaker 5: And I wanted to, you know, I wanted to. I
- 14:53Speaker 5: wanted to bring it to your attention because I think
- 14:55Speaker 5: on your floor, nobody's bringing this to your attention, you know. Okay,
- 14:59Speaker 5: So let me get this straight. You can't tell me
- 15:03Speaker 5: your name, but you work on the floor below me.
- 15:07Speaker 5: Do you know me? I've seen you before, I've seen
- 15:10Speaker 5: you before. Okay, no, no, no, no no?
- 15:13Speaker 4: Do you know me?
- 15:15Speaker 5: I mean I don't know you know?
- 15:16Speaker 6: So no?
- 15:17Speaker 5: I mean, I mean, okay, so how did how did
- 15:20Speaker 5: you get to so called being the spokesperson for people
- 15:26Speaker 5: who work with me?
- 15:27Speaker 7: Hey?
- 15:28Speaker 5: Man, Like I say, I just wanted to give you
- 15:30Speaker 5: the news because the whole fourth floor, it is God's
- 15:33Speaker 5: has been about you, and nobody's telling you what's going on. Okay,
- 15:36Speaker 5: So obviously the gossip reason about me has gotten to
- 15:39Speaker 5: you on the third floor, and now you are coming
- 15:43Speaker 5: to to be my deliverer or so to speak. I'm
- 15:47Speaker 5: just a guy. I'm just a guy bringing you some news. Man,
- 15:50Speaker 5: I'm just here it. Let me let me ask you this, bro,
- 15:52Speaker 5: are you are you flossing at night? What business is
- 15:57Speaker 5: that of yours? I'm just I'm just that asking are
- 16:00Speaker 5: you flossing at night. Do you floss on a regular basis? Yeah,
- 16:04Speaker 5: I floss on a regular basis. What that got to
- 16:06Speaker 5: do with the price of tea in time? Okay, where's
- 16:09Speaker 5: the last time you've been to the dentist?
- 16:11Speaker 7: Man?
- 16:12Speaker 5: Who the hell are you? Let me tell you to
- 16:15Speaker 5: be honest, what you mean?
- 16:15Speaker 6: My problem is not really with you.
- 16:17Speaker 5: I'm really upset with the people on the floor. That's
- 16:19Speaker 5: not telling you. But you know why, why ain't you
- 16:22Speaker 5: talking to them? What the problem is, man, is that
- 16:25Speaker 5: it is that they talking about you and they're not
- 16:28Speaker 5: telling you what your issue is. So let's get to
- 16:30Speaker 5: the issue at hand. So you are flossing. You are flossing,
- 16:34Speaker 5: that's what you're saying. Damn straight, I flass Okay, are
- 16:37Speaker 5: you brushing your tongue? Come on now, you don't have
- 16:41Speaker 5: to You don't have to question me about my hygienic makeup.
- 16:47Speaker 5: You don't know me, you have never talked to me.
- 16:50Speaker 5: But you're gonna side with a bunch of folks that
- 16:53Speaker 5: I'm not. I'm not siding with them, brother, I'm not
- 16:56Speaker 5: siding with him. But here's the call on their behalf.
- 16:59Speaker 5: You're siding with them, Okay, kel kell Man, kel Ken
- 17:03Speaker 5: listen to this is day dude. Really, you don't even
- 17:06Speaker 5: know me and you're gonna approach me like this, So, Kevin,
- 17:09Speaker 5: they think you have ginger vitas? Oh, I mean, are you?
- 17:15Speaker 5: Will you go to your dinners? Are y'all cleaning below
- 17:17Speaker 5: your gums? Will the dentists do what you do? And
- 17:20Speaker 5: I'm laying there with my mouth wide open, and I
- 17:23Speaker 5: go more than every six months, So what the hell
- 17:26Speaker 5: are you talking about? Well, okay, something is wrong, okay,
- 17:31Speaker 5: And everybody's saying that it's you. Is your breath, that's
- 17:34Speaker 5: that's just you know, they saying they were in the
- 17:36Speaker 5: fourth floor to go down to the lobby just to
- 17:38Speaker 5: get some fresh hair. Because that's bullying. Well, this is
- 17:41Speaker 5: what I want you to do, since you speaking on
- 17:44Speaker 5: their behalf, tell every one of them, sorry so and souls,
- 17:48Speaker 5: that if they got a problem with me, they need
- 17:50Speaker 5: to come approach me, and then if it's that bad,
- 17:54Speaker 5: I'll blow my strength as breath in their face. Bring
- 17:58Speaker 5: it off, because this conversation with you is really way
- 18:01Speaker 5: off face because you have no business calling me telling
- 18:06Speaker 5: me say, can I give you some some items to
- 18:11Speaker 5: mix together for you to gargle with later tonight? Can
- 18:14Speaker 5: so you work, you work in the building, but now
- 18:17Speaker 5: you're a dentist man. You know what this is bull
- 18:21Speaker 5: And we're gonna settle this tomorrow first thing in the morning,
- 18:25Speaker 5: when I matter of fact, I'm gonna go to the
- 18:27Speaker 5: full floor and wait for all these sorry so and
- 18:29Speaker 5: so to come up there. Who's been talking about me
- 18:32Speaker 5: behind my back? And guess what you invited to the
- 18:36Speaker 5: party too? Player, since you're gonna be their representative, each
- 18:40Speaker 5: one of them lying is when they get in there.

- 22:06Speaker 1: And I told him, no, he's not.
- 22:09Speaker 10: We are always bailing his daughter out and her sorry
- 22:14Speaker 10: husband out of a financial crisis.
- 22:16Speaker 1: So how do I get it to stop?
- 22:19Speaker 2: Well, that's a hard way to take your money out
- 22:21Speaker 2: of savings. You all are older.
- 22:23Speaker 8: To help somebody landscape a yard, just ain't aything or so,
- 22:27Speaker 8: this ain't no emergency. And if you ain't got money
- 22:30Speaker 8: for flowers, then, as just say Finnish, you you're not
- 22:33Speaker 8: gonna fit the win yard of the week. You're not
- 22:37Speaker 8: fit to win yard of the week. Now, you're just
- 22:40Speaker 8: not gonna do it this. You're not feel the man.
- 22:42Speaker 8: You ain't finna get the green thumb. You ain't finna
- 22:44Speaker 8: do none of that. You fina live in a little
- 22:47Speaker 8: barren ass house. We can see whether the bricks is
- 22:50Speaker 8: touching your foundation around your house. We're not giving you
- 22:54Speaker 8: no money for the flowers.
- 22:56Speaker 2: That's it. We're not doing that.
- 23:00Speaker 8: Because it's just come on now. If it's an emergency,
- 23:03Speaker 8: I'll help my kids. Yeah, but you wanna put some fly,
- 23:06Speaker 8: you wanna do some landscap. You need some side what
- 23:09Speaker 8: do your husband do some munch, some munch, Get your
- 23:14Speaker 8: ass down the home, deep old man, and and and
- 23:17Speaker 8: and get busy. Go down there to that do it
- 23:20Speaker 8: yourself class and then teach you everything down there.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Hey man, this is what you need. You need a
- 23:25Speaker 2: spreader for some fertilization.
- 23:27Speaker 8: You're gonna need yourself a wheelbarrow just to toe little
- 23:31Speaker 8: stuff around from front to the back. You need the
- 23:33Speaker 8: little standard set of gardening tools. And then you need
- 23:39Speaker 8: to get your ass a lawnmower. Now you can't afford
- 23:41Speaker 8: the one. See if you need the money for landscap,
- 23:43Speaker 8: you can't get the line owder with your chair on it.
- 23:46Speaker 8: Your ass got to get the push stand. Yeah, you
- 23:49Speaker 8: gotta do. You gotta do some physical labor. Dog, This
- 23:52Speaker 8: is a pair doing too much, doog, that's what this.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, way too much no, And.
- 23:58Speaker 8: I would just say, look, darling, I don't mind helping
- 24:01Speaker 8: these kids a day in emergency, but please, let's stop
- 24:03Speaker 8: taking our savings out to bail these people out of
- 24:06Speaker 8: stuff that ain't even emergency. Now, when emergency call, they
- 24:09Speaker 8: gonna need more and we ain't gonna have nothing. So
- 24:12Speaker 8: let's stop this right now. You're not getting a flower
- 24:16Speaker 8: bed this year.
- 24:18Speaker 10: All right, here we go next, Chavelle and Boston says.
- 24:22Speaker 10: I relocated for a great job, and my man of
- 24:25Speaker 10: ten years came to visit me and he never left.
- 24:28Speaker 10: I was thinking new city, new man when I moved,
- 24:31Speaker 10: because I want to get married one day and my
- 24:34Speaker 10: man is stalling, so is it cool to start dating
- 24:36Speaker 10: other guys?
- 24:38Speaker 7: Why did you?
- 24:39Speaker 2: Does he live with her?
- 24:42Speaker 1: He came there and never left. She moved to a
- 24:45Speaker 1: new city for a great.
- 24:46Speaker 8: Job because she was thinking great new man, new life.
- 24:49Speaker 8: He's a moocher. Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's a moocher, and
- 24:54Speaker 8: he moved in with you because it's easy. And you
- 24:56Speaker 8: know why it's easy, because you ladies, sometimes if you
- 25:00Speaker 8: a man's life so convenient. Let me let me tell
- 25:04Speaker 8: you something something I can't quote this exactly. Use something
- 25:08Speaker 8: like this hard times produces strong men. Strong men produce
- 25:16Speaker 8: convenient times, Convenient times produce weak men, and weak men
- 25:25Speaker 8: produce hard times. It goes around hard times strong men
- 25:32Speaker 8: all the way down to hard times weak men. So
- 25:35Speaker 8: if you enable a man, if you enable a boy,
- 25:38Speaker 8: this is what you're gonna end up with. And I'm
- 25:40Speaker 8: paraphrasing that so I don't have a job. I'm gonna
- 25:43Speaker 8: I'm gonna find the exact quote because it's really dynamic.
- 25:46Speaker 2: But that's what happens, man, And you keep you just
- 25:50Speaker 2: this is making this dude's life convenient. He ain't got
- 25:53Speaker 2: to marry you, he's conveniently living with you out Yeah,
- 26:01Speaker 2: ten years he's stalled and stalling.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Yeah, he's made up his mind, I think, all right.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Moving on to Bri and Tampa.
- 26:11Speaker 10: B says, my boyfriend and I were having sex and
- 26:14Speaker 10: I asked him if he was enjoying himself, and he
- 26:16Speaker 10: said he was very sleepy and about to fall asleep.
- 26:20Speaker 10: We have the same work schedule and sleep schedule, So
- 26:23Speaker 10: why is he too sleepy to finish having sex?
- 26:28Speaker 2: Come on.
- 26:30Speaker 7: That and you know that.
- 26:34Speaker 5: What is it?
- 26:34Speaker 7: Say?
- 26:37Speaker 2: It ain't good?
- 26:40Speaker 1: She's putting him to sleep and.
- 26:43Speaker 2: It ain't good, y'all. But let me tell you something.
- 26:49Speaker 8: It's not necessarily her fault though, mm hmmm, because don't
- 26:54Speaker 8: we tell you something about sex?
- 26:55Speaker 2: Man up? Sex is like pecha, Okay, it's.
- 27:02Speaker 7: Good hot all cold?
- 27:03Speaker 2: Oh it's good?
- 27:06Speaker 7: How all cold? Okay?
- 27:08Speaker 4: Deep?
- 27:08Speaker 8: You know how many mornings I done woke up and
- 27:10Speaker 8: we're back in there and that piece was just has
- 27:12Speaker 8: damn good.
- 27:13Speaker 7: I know we got a woman up though I can't
- 27:16Speaker 7: eat cold, I know.
- 27:18Speaker 8: See that's saying one more time oneman time. First of all,
- 27:21Speaker 8: you're too damn close to the zoom camera.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Talk. All I saw is your forehead just now talking
- 27:30Speaker 2: to up. And he got his DJs on. I ain't
- 27:36Speaker 2: mad at that. You got a little pimp pa. He
- 27:38Speaker 2: got a little PJ with the piping on it. You
- 27:41Speaker 2: know he looked like that. It looked like a little
- 27:43Speaker 2: ice cream selling uniform.
- 27:44Speaker 9: Deck Road, Deck roadj okay Wall.
- 27:50Speaker 8: Dereck Rose got pajamas out. No, not that deare Rose,
- 27:53Speaker 8: but there's a brand called deck rod Real. I thought
- 27:56Speaker 8: you're talking about the basketball playing.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Some no, but Steve, what you was about to say
- 28:02Speaker 1: they was they were too big, because.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Oh, you know good that way you ain't got no
- 28:08Speaker 2: damn Derick Rose. You might as well.
- 28:12Speaker 8: You might as well have on some sequille O'Neil socks
- 28:16Speaker 8: a a a a hold of Monica found this quote
- 28:19Speaker 8: for me. Hard times create strong men. Okay, strong men
- 28:26Speaker 8: create good times, good times create weak men, and weak.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Men create hard times.
- 28:37Speaker 8: Okay, you though you, but that's that's what happens, man,
- 28:45Speaker 8: when you enable a man last one. Hard times create
- 28:50Speaker 8: strong men, strong men create good times, good times create
- 28:56Speaker 8: weak men, and weak men create hard times. It's a cycle, man.
- 29:03Speaker 7: So tall men create short men.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 29:08Speaker 7: Short men create tall men, and tall men create Well.
- 29:17Speaker 2: We come back.
- 29:18Speaker 8: Straighten that out for you, So y'all hang right there.
- 29:20Speaker 8: When we come back, I tell Tommy what he mentions.
- 29:23Speaker 1: All right, at the top of the hour. Right after this,
- 29:26Speaker 1: you're listening Morning show.
- 29:31Speaker 10: Beyonces Renaissance World Tour is in full swing. This past Friday,
- 29:36Speaker 10: the tour stopped in Paris. While on stage, Beyonce page
- 29:39Speaker 10: tribute to Tina Turner, telling her fans in part that
- 29:43Speaker 10: if you're a fan of mine, you're a fan of
- 29:45Speaker 10: Tina Turner, because I wouldn't be on the stage without
- 29:48Speaker 10: Tina Turner. The other highlight of the tour was Beyonce's
- 29:52Speaker 10: daughter Blue Ivy surprising fans in Paris in London by
- 29:55Speaker 10: dancing with her mother on stage.
- 29:57Speaker 7: So cute, so beautiful.
- 30:00Speaker 10: So here's the question, guys, if one of your kids
- 30:03Speaker 10: wanted to try comedy, just say on stage, would you
- 30:07Speaker 10: let them perform during your set?
- 30:10Speaker 9: That's that's what I did with Tommy. Oh, I did
- 30:15Speaker 9: my part. I'm still here. I'm still standing. Now, I'm
- 30:20Speaker 9: still standing.
- 30:22Speaker 8: Because you never know, you know, they might have a
- 30:24Speaker 8: gift in them. I discovered his Oh, let me straighten
- 30:28Speaker 8: out this quote Tommy had we were doing, uh oh yeah,
- 30:32Speaker 8: last break about strong.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.
- 30:42Speaker 9: And I said, tall men short me and create tall men,
- 30:47Speaker 9: and tall men create short men, and short men create
- 30:52Speaker 9: tall men.
- 30:53Speaker 2: And and here's what he meant.
- 30:56Speaker 7: Well I stopped.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Here's what he meant.
- 31:00Speaker 8: Short men look up to tall men, and tall men
- 31:07Speaker 8: look down to short men.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Now short me and mad Now tall and tall men.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Don't give a damn.
- 31:18Speaker 4: Date end.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Yes, you gotta get deep up in here.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I love it all right. And other entertainment news.
- 31:27Speaker 10: First Robert de Niro and now eighty two year old
- 31:30Speaker 10: al Pacino's girlfriend, twenty nine year old Nora Alfalfa, is
- 31:35Speaker 10: eight months pregnant, who knew Alic's three children from two
- 31:39Speaker 10: different women, AND's current girlfriend has also dated Mick Jagger.
- 31:43Speaker 10: And as you know, seventy nine year old Robert de
- 31:46Speaker 10: Niro just had a baby with his girlfriends.
- 31:49Speaker 7: So there you go.
- 31:50Speaker 9: Oh, I see Gino said you ain't gonna out do me.
- 31:53Speaker 9: That's what That's what he's saying, because you know, m
- 31:55Speaker 9: de Niro been neck and neck for you.
- 31:56Speaker 7: That's all that.
- 31:57Speaker 8: Yeah, I need to meet with these old white men
- 32:00Speaker 8: because it's just you are doing a disservice.
- 32:03Speaker 2: And you know, just you know, you've been a star,
- 32:05Speaker 2: You've been in the limelight all your life, and now
- 32:07Speaker 2: all of a sudden, you ain't no more. Now you
- 32:09Speaker 2: won't back in.
- 32:09Speaker 8: Now you are making all these kids, and I think
- 32:11Speaker 8: you're doing a disservice to these children because your children's
- 32:14Speaker 8: prayers should not be this small, because now you got
- 32:20Speaker 8: these kids praying for things that's too small. Dear Lord, please,
- 32:26Speaker 8: if you will allow my father to see me graduate
- 32:30Speaker 8: from kindergarten.
- 32:31Speaker 2: You know, stuff like that you know.
- 32:35Speaker 8: Lord, he's Lord, if you will keep him yet safe
- 32:42Speaker 8: so I can learn how to ride a bike.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Lord, watch over my father. Come on here now because
- 32:50Speaker 2: I need to know how to tie my shoes.
- 32:56Speaker 8: Lord, watch over me, because I would like to have
- 33:01Speaker 8: the experience of my father taking me to the barbershop
- 33:06Speaker 8: for my first haircut. Father, keep him alive, if you
- 33:10Speaker 8: can just through my early years of development. Lord, have mercy,
- 33:16Speaker 8: keep my father alive so that he'll be able to
- 33:19Speaker 8: see my first color drawing. Father, God, he will still
- 33:24Speaker 8: be here, watch me turn in my first shapes and colors. Exam,
- 33:31Speaker 8: Lord God, if you will, And I'm asking you, if
- 33:34Speaker 8: you will please allow my father to be here when
- 33:39Speaker 8: I'm finally able to ride in a cosseie.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Lord buck I want him to see me Buckley in myself.
- 33:45Speaker 8: I'm asking all these things from my father, Appucino and
- 33:50Speaker 8: Robert de Niro, Mike Douglas and all the old white
- 33:53Speaker 8: men who have decided in there it is in nineties
- 33:58Speaker 8: to produce people like me. I asked you, Lord Heaven
- 34:02Speaker 8: and Father, if you can allow my father to be
- 34:05Speaker 8: here to teach me how to do this.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Father, if you just let him still be here asking
- 34:13Speaker 2: these things. Amen. Amen.
- 34:15Speaker 7: Amen.
- 34:17Speaker 10: Finally, in Entertainment News, NFL Hall of Famer Brett Farv
- 34:21Speaker 10: insists that Shannon Sharp's commentary last year about Farb's relationship
- 34:27Speaker 10: to a scheme in which seventy seven million dollars was
- 34:30Speaker 10: misappropriated from the Mississippi welfare program cross the line from
- 34:33Speaker 10: sports talk banter, the statements of fact that were both
- 34:37Speaker 10: untrue and that harmful, that were harmful to his reputation,
- 34:41Speaker 10: and he is suing Shannon Sharp.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Now, this is according to Yahoo dot.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Come, didn't he do this?
- 34:49Speaker 7: What's untrue?
- 34:51Speaker 1: You got a nerve?
- 34:53Speaker 10: Uh, what's untrue? This is according to Yahoo dot com.
- 34:57Speaker 10: Farv hasn't been charged with a crime. There's no one
- 35:00Speaker 10: he'll face charges. However, he is a defendant and a
- 35:04Speaker 10: civil lawsuit brought by the Mississippi Department of Human Service
- 35:07Speaker 10: which depicts Farv as conspiring with others to misuse governmental
- 35:11Speaker 10: funds for volleyball and football faculties projects at the University
- 35:16Speaker 10: of Southern Mississippi. During last September, on his show, Sharp said,
- 35:20Speaker 10: the problem that I have with this situation, You've got
- 35:23Speaker 10: to be a sorry mofo to steal from the lowest
- 35:26Speaker 10: of the low Brett farv is taking from the underserved
- 35:29Speaker 10: in Mississippi and far of stole money from people that
- 35:32Speaker 10: really needed that money. The judge will make a ruling
- 35:35Speaker 10: soon if this case will move forward.
- 35:40Speaker 4: You can say what it is.
- 35:41Speaker 8: If you could sue somebody every time they made a
- 35:45Speaker 8: false statement, bunch, you'd be so much you're ready money
- 35:49Speaker 8: I have.
- 35:52Speaker 7: You be rich though, rich, rich, super rich, doll.
- 35:57Speaker 2: I wouldn't even be sitting here with y'all this morning.
- 36:01Speaker 10: All right, moving on, coming up at twenty minutes after

- 36:12Speaker 1: You're listening Hardy Morning Show.
- 36:15Speaker 10: This upcoming June teenth weekend holiday is a weekend of
- 36:19Speaker 10: action for when we all vote. It's time to get
- 36:22Speaker 10: people registered to vote for the twenty twenty four presidential campaign.
- 36:26Speaker 10: We previously told you about the NAACP travel Band of
- 36:30Speaker 10: Florida because the state is hostile toward African Americans.
- 36:33Speaker 1: And now the governor of Florida, Florida we know I'm Ron.
- 36:36Speaker 10: DeSantis announced his twenty twenty four presidential campaign. He's raised
- 36:41Speaker 10: over eight point two million dollars in the first twenty
- 36:44Speaker 10: four hours of his announcement. Desantas has aggressively attempted to
- 36:48Speaker 10: erase black history and to restrict diversity, equity, and inclusion
- 36:53Speaker 10: programs in Florida schools. He sees control of the state's
- 36:57Speaker 10: Environmental Protection agency, and he has extend restrictions on school
- 37:01Speaker 10: lessons about sexual orientation and gender identity. Meanwhile, Donald Trump
- 37:07Speaker 10: is not worried about the Santis because he is focusing
- 37:10Speaker 10: on other candidates. Trump recently said good luck to Senator
- 37:14Speaker 10: Tim Scott in entering the Republican presidential primary race. Is
- 37:19Speaker 10: Trump said, it is rapidly loading up with lots of people,
- 37:22Speaker 10: and Tim is a big step up from Ron to

- 38:07Speaker 8: their own, that further divides us as a people. You've
- 38:11Speaker 8: got to be careful what this cat is saying, because
- 38:14Speaker 8: but if you're not including us and then you don't

- 38:46Speaker 1: Be Yeah, the brother. Tim Scott is the brother.
- 38:48Speaker 10: And when you look at the numbers from Nikki Haley,
- 38:51Speaker 10: who's also announced her campaign, he's way down the list.
- 38:55Speaker 1: He's got.
- 38:57Speaker 8: Republicans ain't finished this, y'all know, good and hell, were

- 39:49Speaker 5: Saw it.
- 39:52Speaker 10: Yeah, Pastor Jakes did not let that moment stop or
- 39:56Speaker 10: embarrass her, and she kept going with her powerful sermon.
- 39:59Speaker 10: Pastor Sarah Jake says, quote, I really don't care because
- 40:02Speaker 10: none of this is really necessary. If the wig stays
- 40:05Speaker 10: on or not, if the shoes stay on or not,
- 40:08Speaker 10: I know what I'm really here for. People are praising
- 40:11Speaker 10: Pastor Jake's with comments like she is the real preacher ever.
- 40:17Speaker 3: Showing her vulnerability like that. I saw all kinds of
- 40:20Speaker 3: comments like that. I love that past dynamitee.

- 41:51Speaker 8: But why don't you stay until tomorrowrow? Yeah, that's what
- 41:56Speaker 8: I said. But anyway, I was standing there in my paints,
- 42:00Speaker 8: was down round my ankles. I realized that everyone saw
- 42:09Speaker 8: what I had been hiding for so long. All of
- 42:16Speaker 8: a sudden, Yeah, the whole congregation rushed down to the
- 42:23Speaker 8: front row. Wasn't no iPhone cameras back then, but everybody
- 42:31Speaker 8: that had a paper camera that would roll in trying
- 42:34Speaker 8: to get a click clip, snap, snap, crack apart.
- 42:38Speaker 2: The camera stood down with both hands on my hips.

- 43:31Speaker 6: You got that.
- 43:32Speaker 8: I don't know no scripture. He just oh he did

- 44:02Speaker 8: to the teeth and act like he had passed out it,
- 44:05Speaker 8: laying on top of his ditches. And why even laying
- 44:07Speaker 8: on top of him, you just slid him back in

- 55:05Speaker 10: him off of me and onto the floor, and he
- 55:07Speaker 10: was still laughing hysterically, and he said it was a joke.
- 55:11Speaker 10: But as I was kicking him out of my house,
- 55:13Speaker 10: he told me the truth. He said he and my
- 55:16Speaker 10: mom met at the grocery store and I was in
- 55:19Speaker 10: the car. He said he asked my mother about me.
- 55:22Speaker 10: Then he asked my mother about me then, but she
- 55:25Speaker 10: was being very flirtatious and told him that she was
- 55:29Speaker 10: a lot more experienced than her daughter is. My mother
- 55:32Speaker 10: is forty two and I'm twenty five, so this is
- 55:35Speaker 10: always an issue with my mother and I. She still
- 55:38Speaker 10: looks great, so we compete for men. I should have
- 55:42Speaker 10: known when she introduced me to my boyfriend it was
- 55:44Speaker 10: too good to be true. When I confronted her about him,
- 55:48Speaker 10: she laughed too. She said she had to try him
- 55:51Speaker 10: out first to make sure he was right for me.
- 55:53Speaker 10: I found out a week ago, but I still get
- 55:56Speaker 10: sick to my stomach when I think about it. Not
- 55:59Speaker 10: only did he with my mother first, he had the
- 56:01Speaker 10: audacity to laugh in my face right while he was
- 56:04Speaker 10: telling me the truth. I want to get revenge and
- 56:07Speaker 10: laugh in their faces like they did me. What can
- 56:10Speaker 10: I do to even the score? I can shut my
- 56:12Speaker 10: mom out of my life, So what do I do?
- 56:15Speaker 10: I can't shut my mom out of my life?
- 56:17Speaker 7: So what do I do?
- 56:18Speaker 10: Should I seek revenge or should I let karma catch
- 56:21Speaker 10: up with them later? This is sick, I mean really
- 56:27Speaker 10: really sick and sorry. But your your mother, who's supposed
- 56:31Speaker 10: to be the mature one, the role model here, is
- 56:34Speaker 10: to blame for all of this. There's no way she
- 56:37Speaker 10: should be competing with you in the man department.
- 56:40Speaker 1: There's just no way. She's your mother. That's not what
- 56:43Speaker 1: mothers do. And this is not a game to you.
- 56:46Speaker 10: I mean, you're twenty five, You're just starting to really
- 56:49Speaker 10: get serious about the men in your life, and this
- 56:51Speaker 10: would make anyone sick to their stomach. I see why
- 56:54Speaker 10: you're sick to your stomach, especially with them laughing and
- 56:56Speaker 10: all of that, like.
- 56:57Speaker 1: It's a joke.
- 56:58Speaker 10: So please don't don't in the future let your mom
- 57:02Speaker 10: know anything about what's going on in your love life,
- 57:05Speaker 10: and definitely don't allow her to introduce you to anyone
- 57:08Speaker 10: or pick anyone for you. The fact that she said
- 57:11Speaker 10: she had to try your guy out first, do you
- 57:13Speaker 10: understand that this is not normal.
- 57:15Speaker 1: That's not normal, that's not what normal moms do. I
- 57:18Speaker 1: hope you see that.
- 57:20Speaker 10: And that man was just really trash to throw that
- 57:23Speaker 10: up in your face and to laugh about it.
- 57:25Speaker 1: I would usually say, don't let a man come between you.
- 57:28Speaker 10: And your mom, but in this case, I say, get
- 57:30Speaker 10: away from them all and never let them know anything
- 57:34Speaker 10: about your business or who you're dating.
- 57:35Speaker 1: And that's the best revenge.
- 57:37Speaker 8: Steve, I wasn't expecting this. Okay, everything ain't funny. This
- 57:47Speaker 8: woman meets his boyfriend through an introduction from her mother.
- 57:52Speaker 8: They were in the ghost grocery store. She introduced the
- 57:56Speaker 8: boyfriend to his daughter. She hates with does that, but
- 58:01Speaker 8: her mother's dead set on helping her find the man. Well,
- 58:07Speaker 8: she said that the mom knew the god and introduced her.
- 58:14Speaker 8: So time went by, and your boyfriends told her one time,
- 58:23Speaker 8: I used to twist your mama up like a pressort.
- 58:28Speaker 8: Those were his exact words. I used to twist your
- 58:32Speaker 8: mama up like a pretzel.
- 58:34Speaker 5: Wow.
- 58:37Speaker 8: That's a hell of a statement to make, and it's
- 58:41Speaker 8: rather shocking and then he told her about him and
- 58:48Speaker 8: his mother. Seven months months into the relationship, while they
- 58:52Speaker 8: was having sex, he told me, he told the lady,
- 58:56Speaker 8: I don't have the stamina that my mama has, and
- 58:59Speaker 8: then he busts out laugh.
- 59:03Speaker 2: What kind of guys did.
- 59:06Speaker 6: You know?
- 59:07Speaker 2: I don't talk about your mama right now.
- 59:09Speaker 8: First of all, your mother should have never introduced y'all
- 59:13Speaker 8: in the first place.
- 59:15Speaker 2: That's just for starters.
- 59:17Speaker 8: I mean, if you know you've had this dude before,
- 59:20Speaker 8: why would you introduce him to your daughter, and then
- 59:24Speaker 8: to turn around after you confront him and tell your daughter.
- 59:28Speaker 8: I had to try him out first to make sure
- 59:32Speaker 8: he was good enough.
- 59:34Speaker 2: What are y'all doing? I mean, I can't even tell you.
- 59:39Speaker 2: This is not how henry.
- 59:42Speaker 8: So I flipped him off of me onto the floor,
- 59:47Speaker 8: and he was still laughing hysterican. He said it was
- 59:52Speaker 8: just a joke. But as I was kicking him off
- 59:55Speaker 8: my house and he told me the truth. He said
- 59:57Speaker 8: that him and your mother made it to grocery store
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: and you were in the car. He said, he asked
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: my mother about me then, but she was very flirtatious
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: and told him she was a lot more experienced than
- 1:00:08Speaker 8: her daughter. My mother forty two and I'm twenty five.
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: That's fifteen. She had you at seventeen, so this is
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: always an issue with my mother and I. She still
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: looks great, so we compete for men. I should have
- 1:00:22Speaker 8: known what she introduced me to my boyfriend.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: It was too good to be true.
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: When I confronted her about him, she laughed too and
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: said she had to try him out first to make
- 1:00:34Speaker 8: sure he was right for me.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: I bet did.
- 1:00:37Speaker 10: Hang on, Steve, we'll have part two of your response
- 1:00:41Speaker 10: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:00:44Speaker 10: Strawberry Letters, subjects everything ain't funny? Ain't that the truth?
- 1:00:48Speaker 10: We'll be back right after this.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: You're listening Morning show?
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: All right?
- 1:00:53Speaker 10: Come on, Steve, Let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subjects
- 1:00:56Speaker 10: everything ain't funny.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: This mother and daughter in the grocery store.
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: She sees a guy we find out in a letter
- 1:01:04Speaker 8: that she knew, and so she introduced him to a daughter,
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: and they hit it off, and they started seeing each
- 1:01:12Speaker 8: other well. Then they started having a physical relationship, and
- 1:01:16Speaker 8: he told her one day, I used to twist your
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: mama of like a presser. Now while they're having sex.
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: Seven months into the relationship, he's with this girl and says,
- 1:01:30Speaker 8: you ain't got the stunt, stamming that your mama.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: God, she flips him off on the floor.
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: He's laughing hysterically, and so then he decides to tell
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: her the truth as she was kicking him out the house.
- 1:01:43Speaker 8: Me and your mama we met at the grocery store
- 1:01:47Speaker 8: and you was in the car. I asked about you,
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: but your mama said, hey, I'm a lot more She
- 1:01:52Speaker 8: was real flirtations and said, I'm a lot more experienced
- 1:01:55Speaker 8: than my daughter. Because your mama forty two, you twenty five,
- 1:01:59Speaker 8: So she's still grace. So you say, y'all compete for
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: the same men. Then you said, when she introduced you
- 1:02:06Speaker 8: to the boyfriend, you knew through it was too You
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: thought it was too good to be true. When you've
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: confronted her about him, she laughed too. She said she
- 1:02:13Speaker 8: had to try him out to make sure he was
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: right for me.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: What the hell is going on here?
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: The dude ain't no damn good and your mama trick you.
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: So you just got people in your life, little sister.
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:02:31Speaker 8: You need first of all, you need you need a
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: new circle. You need to you need to redo your circle.
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: You have got to change the circle of people you around.
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: You have to stop fragnizing and socializing with your mother.
- 1:02:46Speaker 8: You're twenty five, get yourself some girlfriends. Let her be
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: your mother if she knows how, or can wrap her
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: that title around her head. But right now she tried
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: to be your older sister. Y'all competing for the ain't men.
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: So get out the same circle. You can't compete for
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: the same men if you're not in the same circle.
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: That's for startings now. I found out a week ago,
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: but I'm still getting sick to my stomach when I
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: think about it. Not only did he sleep with my
- 1:03:16Speaker 8: mother first, he had the audacity to laugh in my
- 1:03:18Speaker 8: face right while he was telling me the truth. I
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: want to get revenge and laugh in their faces like
- 1:03:24Speaker 8: they did me. What can I do to even the score?
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: I can't shut my mom out my life.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: So what do I do?
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: Should I seek revenge or should I let calm and
- 1:03:34Speaker 8: catch up with them later. First of all, get out
- 1:03:36Speaker 8: of the revenge business, because all that's gonna do is
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: consume you with hate, and that's like a cancer. And
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: all that's gonna do is take up time that you
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: don't have, and you will accomplish nothing. Seeking revenge accomplishes nothing.
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: I've done it before. It's a waste of time. My
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: life got better once I let it go. You just
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: have to let him go. It's nothing you could do.
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: And so what you wanna laugh in they face? No,
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: you don't just let calm and take his place. They
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: not going nowhere. They ain't going nowhere. They gonna all
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: watch you shine. One day, she gonna have to come
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: to your wedding with a great guy you done met.
- 1:04:19Speaker 8: He gonna have to realize he'd have lost you to Mama.
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: Everything he's he's worthless. Don't even worry about this guy.
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: Why would you seek revenge on a meaningless, worthless person.
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: It ain't even worth it. Don't even put your time
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: and effing into it. Don't worry about posting nothing. Don't
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: try to say nothing. Put it on his bulleting board down.
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: At his job.
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: You know you ain't got to, you know, go in
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: the parking lot and leave notes on his car. You know,
- 1:04:45Speaker 8: go down to his job, tape information on his car.
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: You ain't got time to do that. I do all
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: of that, don't. You don't have time for that. I
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: was just throwing some suggestions out, you know, but really
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: you don't have time for that. He is worthless now
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: your mother, like you say, you can't cut ties with
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: your mama, but you can stop socializing, and that you
- 1:05:09Speaker 8: have to, and then just put her in the mama category,
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: take her out the friend category, put her in the
- 1:05:18Speaker 8: mama category, and let her.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: Stay over there. And y'all, y'all ain't got to compete
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: for men.
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: That's crazy, horrible, what kind of yeah, trifling? Your mama tricky?
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: The dude is completely trifling.
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: Laughing in your face, but your mama laughing in your face?
- 1:05:38Speaker 10: What was it?
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: She had to try him out first?
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: What you ain't got the stamma in your mama?
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: God, hell, horrible, wild, that's the crazy.
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: You're not, No, you're not one of.
- 1:06:01Speaker 8: Lady. One of these cigar lighters on your ass. I
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: got some torch cigars. I'm finna touch you with a
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: couple of these torches. We're gonna cut out all this laughing.
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: But I like.
- 1:06:15Speaker 10: I like the fact that she kicked him out of
- 1:06:17Speaker 10: the out of her house. She flipped him over onto
- 1:06:19Speaker 10: the floor.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: I do like that, the young lady. Yeah, the twenty five.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Doesn't deserve that. I ain't nobody, man.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: Yeah, but she wasn't for a month.
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: Yeah, but the mother.
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: Should have never introduced him in the first place. You've
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: been with this dude. You're gonna introduce him to your daughter?
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: Are you crazy?
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Yeah? That's how that makes sense.
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: You find out your child not normal.

- 1:08:42Speaker 2: Greek is not Lebron is not.
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: He still ain't better than the Greek. He still ain't
- 1:08:46Speaker 7: better than Lebron.
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: It's just amazing how they are.
- 1:08:49Speaker 8: Man, Fine, a white person that can play all of
- 1:08:57Speaker 8: a sudden, he the greatest. They was trying to do
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: it with Larry Bird. And let me tell you something, man,
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: that dog one, Larry Bird Lord hembers that boy could
- 1:09:09Speaker 8: play some basketball. He wasn't the best player in the league.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: But man, hell no, he's not saying that.
- 1:09:23Speaker 8: I can't so mad when they do that. He's the
- 1:09:25Speaker 8: greatest basketball player in the world. Right now, play the clips,
- 1:09:33Speaker 8: run run, make a Sisle reel and let me make
- 1:09:36Speaker 8: a Sisele reel.
- 1:09:37Speaker 7: And you tell me.

- 1:09:42Speaker 2: had his work. Yeah, and they're not off there by themselves.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: He has a team.
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: If you take Jamal and Mary out of that equation,
- 1:09:54Speaker 8: they're not even.
- 1:09:56Speaker 7: They're not even in the playoffs. They're not even in
- 1:09:59Speaker 7: the playoffs.

- 1:10:12Speaker 2: After this, Jimmy Butler, you're listening.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: Morning show, all right.
- 1:10:22Speaker 10: So Steve Jay on Facebook rights, Mike fiance and I
- 1:10:26Speaker 10: have officially gotten into our first major disagreement as we
- 1:10:30Speaker 10: plan out our wedding.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: The question do we have an open bar or not?
- 1:10:36Speaker 10: She contends that it's a quote nice thing to do
- 1:10:40Speaker 10: and we'll ensure everyone has a good time. My thought
- 1:10:44Speaker 10: is that the day is about us, so their good
- 1:10:47Speaker 10: time comes second to our happiness. And I know how
- 1:10:51Speaker 10: much my friends can drink. I can't speak for her
- 1:10:53Speaker 10: side of the aisle, but I know that that couple
- 1:10:57Speaker 10: thousands of one thousand dollars of booze and bar tender
- 1:11:00Speaker 10: money would be much more widely spent on the house
- 1:11:02Speaker 10: we want to buy.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: Uncle Steve, who's right?
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: Are you saying nobles? Are you saying? Just restrict the amount?
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: It is very dangerous to have an open bar, He's
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: sa Mia or.
- 1:11:21Speaker 8: Well, I think what you have to do is see
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: I don't know your wallet, man, so it's hard for
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: me to say include If you include a certain amount
- 1:11:32Speaker 8: for the reception, this is the amount we're paying for reception,
- 1:11:36Speaker 8: and this price will include food and drinks.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: When the drinks are gone, it's over.
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: That's good enough, because he is right, it's their day,
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: because if you open up a bar to inconsiderate people,
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: they are going to drink an inconsiderate amount of lifting.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: There you go, and that is not what you want
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: to do. And he's absolutely right. He know his drunk
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: ass friends, and you're.
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: Gonna put yourself in a hole messing around with them
- 1:12:06Speaker 8: drunk ass friends.
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: You're gonna be everybody who is endless.
- 1:12:09Speaker 10: Man.
- 1:12:10Speaker 8: They get drink, they just go back get another one,
- 1:12:13Speaker 8: another one that's been sitting drinks down, walking off, going
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: to get another one. No, man, put you a dollar amount.
- 1:12:23Speaker 8: This is how much alcohol we got, sir, we outa hennessy. Okay,
- 1:12:27Speaker 8: we got any t doos? Yeah we got we got too.
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: More shots of those and then that's it and then
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: you got open.
- 1:12:39Speaker 10: I think we have time for one more. Nicole and
- 1:12:42Speaker 10: Steve BARBFM right. So I've been married for four years
- 1:12:46Speaker 10: and my husband and I just moved back to town
- 1:12:48Speaker 10: where I grew up. My BFF was at our wedding
- 1:12:51Speaker 10: and has visited us a couple of times in the
- 1:12:53Speaker 10: last few years, but now that I'm back home, we're
- 1:12:56Speaker 10: getting to see each.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: Other a lot more.
- 1:12:58Speaker 10: She's what I call a quote free spirit, but she's
- 1:13:01Speaker 10: not blaky and does have morals.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: So when my husband told me last week that she
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: hit on him, I was completely floored. I'm torn.
- 1:13:10Speaker 10: I want to believe that he's just mistaken and she
- 1:13:12Speaker 10: was just being overly friendly, but he says there was
- 1:13:15Speaker 10: no mistake, and he doesn't want me to see her anymore?
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: What should I do?
- 1:13:21Speaker 10: I know my husband should come first, but she's been
- 1:13:23Speaker 10: my friend my whole life. How can I work this out?
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: What she ain't your friend?
- 1:13:28Speaker 5: No?
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: What's the matter with you? You stupid? Your husband?
- 1:13:32Speaker 8: You had told you this, and he's letting you know. Hey,
- 1:13:35Speaker 8: this is gonna be a problem. This girl pushing up
- 1:13:37Speaker 8: on me. Now, I'm letting you notice right now, this
- 1:13:40Speaker 8: girl you think your girl ain't your girl? Why would
- 1:13:43Speaker 8: a man come in there and tell them? Now, if
- 1:13:45Speaker 8: he was a no good man, he take advantage of
- 1:13:48Speaker 8: the situation. But you got a good man. Jane fan though,
- 1:13:52Speaker 8: Jeane Fansty, Janie Fansty.
- 1:14:00Speaker 7: There's that.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: What the heck?
- 1:14:06Speaker 7: And then there's that Okay, there's the integrity thing.
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: She was fine?
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: You see point?
- 1:14:12Speaker 10: What this what you just said right then was really stupid.
- 1:14:18Speaker 10: Stupid never leaves the show. Stupid is always here.
- 1:14:25Speaker 7: What do you think?
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:14:27Speaker 7: Yeah, better check her.
- 1:14:29Speaker 4: I just.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: I think he did the right thing by going to
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: his wife on this one.
- 1:14:34Speaker 8: And I think you need to believe your man, because
- 1:14:37Speaker 8: if you don't believe your man, you finish find out
- 1:14:39Speaker 8: some more information, because you you you you listed her
- 1:14:43Speaker 8: flaws a minute ago.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: What you say. But she's she's a free spirit.
- 1:14:47Speaker 8: Well okay, now she's showing you what you've overlooked it
- 1:14:50Speaker 8: because you always just friends.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: Now she's freely hitting on your man, and you're stupid
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: if you don't hear it.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: At that's right, that's right. Okay, think you seem number.

- 1:18:08Speaker 7: that kit.
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: It's right next to the stove.
- 1:18:12Speaker 8: Yeah, if you can sit on the tarlet and handle
- 1:18:19Speaker 8: your business and check on your food in the oven
- 1:18:22Speaker 8: at the same time. We're too damn close. We're too
- 1:18:25Speaker 8: damn close. We're too damn close. If they sitting right
- 1:18:30Speaker 8: there watching TV and me, we're too damn close.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: There's a door on the bathroom in the tiny house.
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: Damn that not in no tighty hair. They just letting
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: lid down.
- 1:18:46Speaker 8: And then they have all these little tricks, like you
- 1:18:48Speaker 8: open it up one day it's a tarleet, you open
- 1:18:51Speaker 8: another day it's a cabinet. Yeah, yeah, I need to
- 1:18:55Speaker 8: be a tarnet together. Yeah, I don't need all that.
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: What do you mean it's not a toilet in two Winds.
- 1:19:04Speaker 8: All right, Now, we got some company over the house
- 1:19:10Speaker 8: and they sitting over there in the living room, and
- 1:19:12Speaker 8: I'm right there. Oh my Gorden. We get it raining,
- 1:19:17Speaker 8: but we all trying to know each other because we're
- 1:19:20Speaker 8: in this tiny house trying to act like this spacious
- 1:19:23Speaker 8: I'm not.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: I'm trying not to make eye contact at him while
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: I'm over here.
- 1:19:28Speaker 7: What my ass?
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: I'm over here, man, and everybody.
- 1:19:33Speaker 8: Trying not to look at each other so we can
- 1:19:35Speaker 8: respect our boundaries and stuff. Now I got a tie
- 1:19:38Speaker 8: up in my hand, trying to create some type of
- 1:19:40Speaker 8: little curtains.
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: But they can still hear me anytime.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: Okay, Yeah, last one?
- 1:19:49Speaker 10: Would you rather have sex with one person for the
- 1:19:52Speaker 10: rest of your life or multiple people but only in
- 1:19:56Speaker 10: one position?
- 1:19:57Speaker 7: I'm not asking I'm doing.
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: Right now.
- 1:20:01Speaker 9: You think I'm stupid, I'm sleeping.
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: We right now, you can meet it, won't Nothing.
- 1:20:10Speaker 10: Coming up in forty nine minutes after the hour, our
- 1:20:12Speaker 10: last break of the day, and we'll have some closing
- 1:20:14Speaker 10: remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:20:21Speaker 10: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:20:23Speaker 10: day on this Thursday it's been a good day. It's
- 1:20:26Speaker 10: been a good day. Thanks to everyone that.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: Every day. We appreciate you so much, we really really do.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: And maybe early.
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: Load that free iHeartRadio app in case you missed doing
- 1:20:39Speaker 3: it at a show.
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: That's right, Tommy, do it, do it, do it today?
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: That's right. So Steve, earlier today you were talking about
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: a quote.
- 1:20:48Speaker 8: Yeah, so I was kind of I thought it'd be
- 1:20:50Speaker 8: a good closing remark to remind people of the difficulty
- 1:20:55Speaker 8: of what we're facing oftentimes. And I'm talking to everybody,
- 1:21:02Speaker 8: but especially to men, because I think it's important man,
- 1:21:06Speaker 8: because men need encouragement. Because there's a lot of men
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: out there doing some great work, man, and we just
- 1:21:12Speaker 8: don't oftentimes get.
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: The credit that we deserve.
- 1:21:15Speaker 8: It's a lot of brothers out there, man, who've taken
- 1:21:18Speaker 8: on families that weren't originally theirs. There are a lot
- 1:21:21Speaker 8: of men in there who've stepped in to a lot
- 1:21:24Speaker 8: of single mothers out here who had children, and it's
- 1:21:27Speaker 8: picking up the load from something some man somewhere walked
- 1:21:31Speaker 8: off and walked away from. And to you brothers out there, man,
- 1:21:35Speaker 8: keep doing what you're doing. I know it's discouraging. So
- 1:21:39Speaker 8: I'm saying, I'm talking to everybody because I need women
- 1:21:41Speaker 8: to listen to this too, because oftentimes we get strawberry letters.
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: I get questions asked of me because these.
- 1:21:48Speaker 8: Women who have these men in their lives that are
- 1:21:50Speaker 8: helping them raise these kids, they think that they're being.
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: Too hard on the boys.
- 1:21:55Speaker 8: And I just don't think that he should be, And
- 1:21:57Speaker 8: I tell him, and then the man is frustrat because
- 1:22:01Speaker 8: the man who then stepped in to help you raise
- 1:22:03Speaker 8: your family is trying to teach you something about this
- 1:22:06Speaker 8: boy that you do not know. It is impossible. I'm
- 1:22:10Speaker 8: telling you, it is impossible for a woman to be
- 1:22:14Speaker 8: able to train a young man into manhood. You don't
- 1:22:18Speaker 8: know what it is. It is impossible for a man
- 1:22:23Speaker 8: to train a girl into womanhood because we don't know
- 1:22:27Speaker 8: what it is. There are too many intricacies about being
- 1:22:31Speaker 8: a woman that we know nothing about, that only a
- 1:22:34Speaker 8: woman can share with a young girl.
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: Well, it's vice versa. The same thing applies to men.
- 1:22:42Speaker 8: There are things we know about this journey we ont
- 1:22:45Speaker 8: call manhood that we can share with a young boy
- 1:22:48Speaker 8: if you just let us. Now, look, as long as
- 1:22:52Speaker 8: the man in your life is not abusive, to your children. Man,
- 1:22:55Speaker 8: Let this man show your son how to do some things.
- 1:22:59Speaker 8: Let this man put some requirements on him. Because the
- 1:23:02Speaker 8: thing I've learned man, about the difference between a man's love,
- 1:23:05Speaker 8: a father's love, and a woman's love. A father's love
- 1:23:09Speaker 8: come with certain conditions. A mother's love is unconditional love.
- 1:23:15Speaker 8: It's unconditional what you do, what you say. I love
- 1:23:20Speaker 8: you anyway. A father's a little bit different. If you
- 1:23:24Speaker 8: do what I say, I love you anyway. But if
- 1:23:28Speaker 8: you constantly disobeying me and you ain't coming up to
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: the mark. Hey, man, man, you're gonna have a problem
- 1:23:34Speaker 8: with this thing you're looking for called love. It is
- 1:23:37Speaker 8: because we know on in this journey to manhood that
- 1:23:41Speaker 8: we are going to have to be things, whether we
- 1:23:44Speaker 8: want to be or knock.
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: I've taught my young sons all along.
- 1:23:49Speaker 8: I'm not gonna have to keep spanking you, because in
- 1:23:51Speaker 8: a minute, life gonna spank you from me. I'm not
- 1:23:54Speaker 8: gonna have to check you. Because life gonna check you.
- 1:23:57Speaker 8: And manhood knocks on the door, you don't have to
- 1:24:00Speaker 8: open it. But when manhood come, you ain't got to
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: open the door because it will kick it in. I
- 1:24:05Speaker 8: don't give it.
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: Damn.
- 1:24:06Speaker 8: If you're sitting in there playing video games and your
- 1:24:08Speaker 8: draws and you got a girl in there, when manhood
- 1:24:11Speaker 8: kicked that dough in it, don't give a damn ready
- 1:24:13Speaker 8: or not, it's time. And so we try to prepare
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: our men for that. And it led me to all
- 1:24:21Speaker 8: this to say this quote that I heard that means
- 1:24:24Speaker 8: so much. It said, hard times create strong men. Strong
- 1:24:30Speaker 8: men create good times. Good times create weak men, and
- 1:24:37Speaker 8: weak men create hard times. That's why I'm in my
- 1:24:43Speaker 8: son's ass because I already know that if I don't
- 1:24:49Speaker 8: get in your ass, if I don't make it tough
- 1:24:51Speaker 8: for you, that you are going to be weak.
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: Because listen to me, my father had hard time hard,
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: He had them hard.
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: I had some hard times living in the corn all
- 1:25:05Speaker 8: this here man, watching my life getting flipped over several times.
- 1:25:10Speaker 8: But guess what it created strong men. Me and my
- 1:25:14Speaker 8: father were strong men. Well guess what now, as a
- 1:25:18Speaker 8: strong man, I've created some good times. My family don't
- 1:25:24Speaker 8: have the life I had.
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: See. I fixed my family up so they don't have
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: to go through what I went through.
- 1:25:32Speaker 8: But I gotta be careful because good times, if I
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: don't get in my boy's ass gonna create a couple
- 1:25:39Speaker 8: of three week men. And if them boys is weak
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: and are incapable of taking care of families, incapable of enduring,
- 1:25:48Speaker 8: incapable of thinking, incapable of pursuing, in capable of persevering.
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: If they are incapable, all that I worked for would
- 1:25:58Speaker 8: be in vain. And I'm sad to say this, but
- 1:26:02Speaker 8: this generation right here, this generation we looking at right now,
- 1:26:07Speaker 8: that's the one thing I'm disappointed in them, because there's
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: a lot of these dudes out here that's just weak
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: man that want a woman to take care of them,
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: always talking of what a woman got a brand to
- 1:26:18Speaker 8: the table. Hey, no, dog, what do you bring to
- 1:26:22Speaker 8: the table? If you make the table, a woman know
- 1:26:25Speaker 8: how to set it. But you ask them to come
- 1:26:28Speaker 8: in here and make the table too. Hey, your punk ass,
- 1:26:31Speaker 8: I'll tell you what. That's why we have the problems
- 1:26:34Speaker 8: we have and today because your ass ain't the man
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: you supposed to be step up to the plate. Brothers,
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: I'm sorry, that's our job, that's our only job. And
- 1:26:43Speaker 8: if we don't do it, who else will? Those are
- 1:26:45Speaker 8: my clothing remarks today, So I know I'd've lost a
- 1:26:48Speaker 8: couple of radio fans on this one. But okay, whatever,
- 1:26:52Speaker 8: I get some more. I bring back little big shots
- 1:26:55Speaker 8: I create my kids like me.
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: Y'all have a great day.
