- 2:09Speaker 2: Steve Harvey got a radio show, keep saying it can't stop. Man,
- 2:14Speaker 2: oh man, oh man, what a journey it has been.
- 2:17Speaker 2: I thank God for every single step of the way.
- 2:19Speaker 2: I learned to thank him for the bad times too,
- 2:23Speaker 2: because it taught me something. All the bad times, all
- 2:26Speaker 2: the failures, they became valuable experiences in my life. Every
- 2:30Speaker 2: time I failed, I learned a little bit more about
- 2:32Speaker 2: getting up. Every time I was told no, it moved
- 2:35Speaker 2: me one step closer to yes. It made me stronger,
- 2:39Speaker 2: It toughened my skin. It made me learn how to
- 2:41Speaker 2: deal with haters. It made me learn how to deal
- 2:44Speaker 2: with people who don't have your best interest at heart. Man,
- 2:48Speaker 2: ain't y'all all out there feeling me on this one
- 2:50Speaker 2: right here? It teaches you who is who in your life.
- 2:54Speaker 2: It shows you who you can depend on and who
- 2:57Speaker 2: you came. And at the end of the day, what
- 2:59Speaker 2: is taught me most of all my hardships in my life.
- 3:02Speaker 2: And it's really about me and God. That is the
- 3:06Speaker 2: one factor that has been never changed in my life.
- 3:11Speaker 2: God has always been the same for me and for
- 3:14Speaker 2: you and for all of us. His word is true.
- 3:18Speaker 2: It don't waiver, it don't shake. You can shape it,
- 3:21Speaker 2: readjust it if you want to. It is really the
- 3:24Speaker 2: way it's written. It really is. You have your version
- 3:27Speaker 2: of it if you want to. But if you just
- 3:29Speaker 2: read it the way it is, it's real clear. Ain't
- 3:32Speaker 2: no loopholes in it. Every time you jump through a loophole,
- 3:35Speaker 2: there's something over there written that count as that. So
- 3:39Speaker 2: is what I want to get to today. Listen to me.
- 3:42Speaker 2: You got it within you, Oh it's there, Just use it.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Listen to me close. You got it within you. Oh
- 3:52Speaker 2: it's there, Just use it. If you hear me clearly,
- 3:57Speaker 2: I'm really finn to show you something this morning. You
- 4:00Speaker 2: got it within you?
- 4:02Speaker 1: Oh is that?
- 4:03Speaker 2: Just use it, Steve, what you're talking about. See, here's
- 4:07Speaker 2: what's wrong with a lot of people. Here's what's stopping
- 4:10Speaker 2: so many people. You keep looking. We keep looking for
- 4:16Speaker 2: others to save us.
- 4:19Speaker 3: We keep looking for someone else to rescue us.
- 4:23Speaker 2: We always looking for some group of people or somebody
- 4:26Speaker 2: to accept us. We keep looking for someone else's approval.
- 4:33Speaker 2: We always looking for some group or somebody to deliver us, somebody,
- 4:39Speaker 2: some group of people to give us credibility, somebody or
- 4:44Speaker 2: some group of people who says we matter. We spend
- 4:48Speaker 2: so much time right there, and when the cavalry don't
- 4:52Speaker 2: come over the hill, when it ain't no saving, it
- 4:55Speaker 2: ain't no deliverance, and hey, you don't get accepted, And
- 4:58Speaker 2: then don't nobody really to save you, And there't nobody
- 5:02Speaker 2: vouching for you and giving you credibility and throw you
- 5:04Speaker 2: into something? Naw, you into this little state of man.
- 5:08Speaker 2: I don't know what I'm gonna do. Oh you got
- 5:10Speaker 2: it within you, Oh it's there.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Just use it.
- 5:14Speaker 2: You want to know what the real deal is, y'all?
- 5:17Speaker 2: It's you and God, and it's the God in you.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Man.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I wish I could explain this right to you today.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I want you to fill me on this right here,
- 5:29Speaker 2: and when you shake everything out the way, get rid
- 5:32Speaker 2: of all your expectations of people. The relationship you thought
- 5:36Speaker 2: was gonna last forever that didn't make it, the child
- 5:39Speaker 2: that you wanted to be, this that turned out to
- 5:40Speaker 2: be that, your friend you thought was your friend, that
- 5:43Speaker 2: stabbed you in the back.
- 5:44Speaker 3: You found out they wouldn't.
- 5:46Speaker 2: The job you thought was gonna keep you and you'd
- 5:48Speaker 2: retire on they didn't, closed down, gave you a pink slip.
- 5:51Speaker 3: All of this.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Man that promised that somebody told you they was gonna
- 5:54Speaker 2: loan you this money, and on loan day they say
- 5:57Speaker 2: they ain't got it. Oh man, oh man, this money
- 6:01Speaker 2: you thought was gonna come through on this check, That
- 6:03Speaker 2: check ain't there. Oh man? How many disappointments in life
- 6:07Speaker 2: can you get? You thought you had enough credit. I
- 6:10Speaker 2: was to graduate. You found out two weeks before you didn't.
- 6:13Speaker 2: You can't graduate. Oh listen here, man, what's gonna happen? Man,
- 6:16Speaker 2: look at the disappointment in my life right now. But
- 6:19Speaker 2: let me explain something to you. When you get rid
- 6:22Speaker 2: of all of that, guess what you really got? You
- 6:25Speaker 2: got God, that's the whole anchilada. Baby, that's the ball
- 6:29Speaker 2: of wax, that's the monkeys in the barrel, that's the
- 6:31Speaker 2: bag of chips. Listen to me. If you got God,
- 6:35Speaker 2: do you understand that that's sufficient?
- 6:38Speaker 3: That that say all you need? Can you feel me?
- 6:40Speaker 2: Now? You and God and the God in you, it's
- 6:46Speaker 2: really what you need. Stop looking for all these outside
- 6:50Speaker 2: sources for approval, to gain acceptance, to get credibility, somebody
- 6:54Speaker 2: to save you, the calvary coming over the hill. Why
- 6:57Speaker 2: won't they recognize me? Why won't they they give me clothure?
- 7:01Speaker 2: Why they fire me? Why they forek closing on my house?
- 7:04Speaker 2: Don't they know I'm laid off. When you get through it,
- 7:06Speaker 2: all of that whining, it's gonna come down to you
- 7:11Speaker 2: and God and the God in you. If God created
- 7:15Speaker 2: man in his own image, God is a part of you,
- 7:19Speaker 2: that is a piece.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Of you that's godly. I don't care who you are.
- 7:24Speaker 3: I don't care what mistake you made.
- 7:26Speaker 2: The murderer that's sitting in jail today because of a
- 7:30Speaker 2: moment in his life that he's now paying for, has
- 7:33Speaker 2: God in him.
- 7:35Speaker 3: The biggest criminal. When he gets through.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Criminalizing or whatever you want to call it, he's sitting
- 7:41Speaker 2: there by his self. That is a piece of God
- 7:44Speaker 2: in him that lets him know this ain't the way.
- 7:47Speaker 3: It's wrong. You can love his money if you want
- 7:50Speaker 3: to put you out of line, and you gonna pay.
- 7:52Speaker 2: At the end of the day, when I get through
- 7:55Speaker 2: on this microphone, on this TV, all these articles, when
- 7:58Speaker 2: I get through it, all of that, you know what
- 8:00Speaker 2: come down to. Because see, it ain't always been this
- 8:02Speaker 2: way for me. You know, I've been trying to get here,
- 8:05Speaker 2: trying to get that.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Listen to me.
- 8:06Speaker 2: It's been me and God, and it's been to God
- 8:10Speaker 2: in me. When I woke up a few years back
- 8:13Speaker 2: and I realized that's really what it was, it changed
- 8:16Speaker 2: my whole life. It changed my whole life. Your whole
- 8:20Speaker 2: life can get changed when you realize that it's really
- 8:23Speaker 2: you and God and the God in.
- 8:25Speaker 3: You, really man.
- 8:27Speaker 2: People disappoint you, You argue with people, You fall out
- 8:30Speaker 2: with people, You break up with people, you divorce people.
- 8:33Speaker 2: You got people who you thought was free as all
- 8:35Speaker 2: of a sudden you find out they talking about it's
- 8:37Speaker 2: crazy out here. You been going what's going on? What's
- 8:39Speaker 2: really going on? But that's because guess what you got
- 8:44Speaker 2: all yours banked on them. When you go, bank it
- 8:47Speaker 2: on the one thing that you can count on. God's
- 8:49Speaker 2: word ain't changed since we got here.
- 8:52Speaker 3: It's solid.
- 8:54Speaker 2: If you pray, believe, work hard, don't doubt you'll get
- 8:56Speaker 2: whatever you ask for. That's a fact that ain't no
- 8:59Speaker 2: rumor speakle out here doing it every day.
- 9:01Speaker 8: Now.
- 9:01Speaker 2: If you ain't trying that, listen to me. You got
- 9:04Speaker 2: it within you. Oh it's there. You just gotta use it.
- 9:08Speaker 2: There is a weapon available to man called prayer.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Use that.
- 9:13Speaker 9: See.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I look at my life, man, whenever I get a
- 9:15Speaker 2: little shaky, I look back. Oh hey, man, I ain't
- 9:17Speaker 2: really talk with him too much yesterday. Oh, tighten up.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I'm just telling you real. You got a better answer.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Oh oh, oh, I know what. Oh my bad, Steve. Now, Steve,
- 9:29Speaker 2: I ain't winning costs. They ain't get me the loan
- 9:31Speaker 2: all now, Steve, I ain't winning costs.
- 9:33Speaker 3: She left me.
- 9:33Speaker 2: He left me. I ain't winning, Steve, because I got
- 9:35Speaker 2: stuck with these kids. I got a divorce. They fired me.
- 9:39Speaker 2: They foreclothes on my own. That's why I ain't winning.
- 9:41Speaker 2: You ain't winning cause you ain't praying. You got to
- 9:44Speaker 2: pray and believe in work, that's the key. Come on, man,
- 9:49Speaker 2: you got it within you. Oh it's there. You just
- 9:52Speaker 2: got to use it. It's just you and God, and
- 9:54Speaker 2: it's to God in you. And what y'all gonna do
- 9:56Speaker 2: about that?
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen. It's a new day, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:09Speaker 2: It's a new moment, ladies and gentlemen. It's another opportunity,
- 10:14Speaker 2: ladies and gentlemen. It's another blessing, ladies and gentlemen. He
- 10:18Speaker 2: did it again, that God.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Almighty something else.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Andy, Yeah, he is. It's absolutely incredible that he does
- 10:25Speaker 2: this every single day. And what's even more incredible is
- 10:29Speaker 2: that you have been allowed to participate in every last
- 10:33Speaker 2: one of them.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Today.
- 10:34Speaker 2: There's another chance, man, I expect great things to happen
- 10:38Speaker 2: in my life today. Yeah, I really really do. You
- 10:41Speaker 2: should feel the same way. Ladies and gentlemen. This is
- 10:43Speaker 2: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Shirley Strawberry calling for real Mississippi
- 10:47Speaker 2: Monica Junior and nephew Tommy Junior.
- 10:49Speaker 10: Y'all, what up?
- 10:51Speaker 3: Listen?
- 10:52Speaker 11: Man, ask you this. It's funny you say God did
- 10:55Speaker 11: it again? You keep saying it every day you keep
- 10:57Speaker 11: saying it over and over. He did it woke me
- 10:59Speaker 11: up the opportunity. Well, how do you handle somebody's about
- 11:03Speaker 11: saying how you show us God?
- 11:05Speaker 3: How do you know is God? It could be me
- 11:06Speaker 3: doing this?
- 11:08Speaker 2: Okay, keep on thinking that. You know, I'm not really
- 11:11Speaker 2: good at the witnessing part. I'm more of a witness
- 11:16Speaker 2: through example and a witness through you know, you look
- 11:18Speaker 2: at me and see how good God is being. But
- 11:21Speaker 2: if you're defiant to that, I'm not really the best
- 11:25Speaker 2: Christian for that because I don't have time. I just
- 11:29Speaker 2: really don't have time to address a person that thinks
- 11:32Speaker 2: it's them and not God. I really don't know. Look,
- 11:35Speaker 2: I'm not gonna get into a debate with you about it,
- 11:39Speaker 2: as I oftentimes see people do.
- 11:41Speaker 3: That's just not my strong suit because.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Me personally, if you don't believe in God, I think
- 11:47Speaker 2: you're a fool. I think you're a complete idiotic fool.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I think you're an imbecile. But then I'm pretty sure
- 11:56Speaker 2: if you're an atheist, you must feel the same way
- 11:59Speaker 2: about me and other people who believe in God. How
- 12:02Speaker 2: can you believe in this unseen power? How can you
- 12:05Speaker 2: believe in this I got a lot of proof. But
- 12:08Speaker 2: if you think I'm a fool, and I think you
- 12:11Speaker 2: a fool, like I said on Piers Morgan that time,
- 12:14Speaker 2: I just don't think two fools ought to be standing
- 12:17Speaker 2: around talking, I love it. Come on, so I don't
- 12:22Speaker 2: have time for a fool with these foolish notions.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Because if it ain't God, explain it to me.
- 12:29Speaker 9: You know.
- 12:29Speaker 2: I had that god what his name, Neil deg grasp Tyson.
- 12:35Speaker 2: I had him on my show on Facebook and he said,
- 12:38Speaker 2: do you believe in God? I said absolutely. He said
- 12:40Speaker 2: prove it. I said, prove to me it ain't no God. Well,
- 12:44Speaker 2: Earth was formed? I said, hey, man, where was the
- 12:46Speaker 2: where that come from? Well in the universe? Okay, cool,
- 12:50Speaker 2: Where did universe come from? Her? Well, that was a
- 12:53Speaker 2: speck of cosmic dust? Where that dust come from? So
- 12:56Speaker 2: you keep trying to make me tell you why they
- 12:59Speaker 2: are a god. They showed me how it ain't no God,
- 13:01Speaker 2: because and then you know, he was just going on
- 13:04Speaker 2: and on that there is no proof to theirs God.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Those people in the audience was clapping and we went
- 13:08Speaker 2: to a commercial break and he wasn't on the show
- 13:10Speaker 2: no more. I just asked him to leave yeah, because
- 13:14Speaker 2: we come back from commercial break. He was gone, No, bro,
- 13:17Speaker 2: you get off my show with that. You can't have
- 13:20Speaker 2: a platform on my show talking about it. Ain't no God,
- 13:23Speaker 2: you will find somewhere you get on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
- 13:27Speaker 1: You're not getting on Steve Harvey Show with that foolishness stuff.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Not TikTok. No, that's that's right, Thank you Lord for

- 15:29Speaker 12: did you happen to go on the side of my
- 15:32Speaker 12: house and pull out and use the bathroom right there
- 15:36Speaker 12: on the side. Did you go there and you do
- 15:39Speaker 12: number one on the side of my house. Well, what
- 15:41Speaker 12: I'm saying is that my wife tells me that when

- 35:55Speaker 1: you see your boo berry?
- 35:58Speaker 3: Well, what's yet?
- 35:59Speaker 1: Let me see you gotta yeah, you could see a
- 36:02Speaker 1: lot of her.
- 36:05Speaker 3: Send me a picture so I'm scrolling.
- 36:07Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 36:08Speaker 1: So, Steve, I gotta ask you. First of all, we
- 36:12Speaker 1: wanted you to be there. You are fashion, you know
- 36:15Speaker 1: with all the things you do. You know how to dress.
- 36:17Speaker 1: You love dressing. That's why they call you blue Cheese
- 36:20Speaker 1: and all of that. So what did you think about
- 36:22Speaker 1: it and the black people recognition? Well they should you know,
- 36:27Speaker 1: I just didn't get invited. That's all to her plan.
- 36:29Speaker 15: So so you know.
- 36:33Speaker 3: That was talk about it earlier in the year.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Yeah about you going you mean.
- 36:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that was a real talk with the designers and everything,
- 36:40Speaker 2: and then it just went away. I just think I'm
- 36:43Speaker 2: not very current pop culture.
- 36:46Speaker 8: You know.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Or or let me ask this, or is it that
- 36:51Speaker 1: you would have been so clean.
- 36:56Speaker 9: Say this?
- 36:58Speaker 1: I am going to say this, Okay, put it on them. Yes,
- 37:01Speaker 1: that's what I'm talking about. Come, I let them have it.
- 37:05Speaker 1: I let them have it, man. Yeah, all right, coming
- 37:09Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes after the hour, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett
- 37:13Speaker 1: reacts to President Trump calling her a low IQ person.
- 37:16Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening the
- 37:20Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 37:26Speaker 2: Folks, there are a lot of reasons to like Hyundai.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Hyundai's done a lot to support American consulers. I mean,
- 37:34Speaker 2: they announced their investment of twenty one billion dollars in
- 37:37Speaker 2: the United States over the next three years that will
- 37:40Speaker 2: expand manufacturing and create more jobs for Americans.
- 37:43Speaker 12: And they just announced that they will not be raising
- 37:46Speaker 12: MSRP through June second, no matter what. Call five six
- 37:50Speaker 12: two three one four four six zero three for more details.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Well, guys, according to Newsweek magazine, during a recent interview
- 37:58Speaker 1: with NBC News' Kristen Welker, President Trump spoke about the
- 38:02Speaker 1: state of the Democratic Party and said, quote, I can't
- 38:06Speaker 1: name one Democrat. I mean, I look at the Democrats.
- 38:09Speaker 1: They're in total disarray. They have a new person named Crockett.
- 38:13Speaker 1: I watched her speak the other day. She's definitely a
- 38:16Speaker 1: low IQ person, and they said she's the future of
- 38:19Speaker 1: the party. En quote. Now, in response, you know, Congresswoman
- 38:24Speaker 1: Crockett was not going to let this come off. You
- 38:28Speaker 1: just stand out there alone. In response, she said she
- 38:33Speaker 1: put this on X. She said, quote, for you to
- 38:36Speaker 1: be in charge of the whole country, you're sure to
- 38:39Speaker 1: have my name in your mouth a lot. Every time
- 38:41Speaker 1: you say my name, you're reminding the world that you're
- 38:45Speaker 1: terrified of smart, bold black women telling the truth and
- 38:49Speaker 1: holding you accountable. So keep talking en quote. We all
- 38:53Speaker 1: know that our girl. Congress Woman Jasmine Crockett has criticized
- 38:57Speaker 1: President Donald Trump and billionaire Eli Musk for their cuts
- 39:01Speaker 1: to the federal government by the Department of Government Efficiency JOJ.
- 39:05Speaker 1: So you know she had she had something to say
- 39:08Speaker 1: that wasn't just gonna stand Steve.
- 39:10Speaker 2: No, she don't. She don't do that.
- 39:12Speaker 1: No, that's not what she does.
- 39:15Speaker 2: I'm of the concept of don't respond. Her concept is
- 39:20Speaker 2: I have time for you.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Keep my name out of you. Yeah, I have time
- 39:26Speaker 1: for you, and she does it in a very articulate way.
- 39:29Speaker 3: Unlike me.
- 39:29Speaker 2: That's why I don't respond. I don't know how to
- 39:32Speaker 2: intellectually respond. I just want to come back with something
- 39:36Speaker 2: a little bit lower.
- 39:39Speaker 9: You know.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Michelle Obama said, they go low, we go high.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Yeah, So that's not your that's not a page of you.
- 39:47Speaker 3: No, you go low on me.
- 39:48Speaker 2: I try to find a way to get under that.
- 39:51Speaker 1: I'm talking about it.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I'm talking about all down by the Pyelones and Foundation.
- 39:58Speaker 2: I'm I'm down. I'm the tearing up rebar. I'm down there.
- 40:06Speaker 2: Big up to Jazmine.
- 40:10Speaker 1: We need interesting, go ahead, Carlos in the Democratic Party.
- 40:14Speaker 12: We need her.
- 40:15Speaker 1: She's smart, she is brilliant.
- 40:17Speaker 16: And she is not being silent about what the Republicans
- 40:22Speaker 16: in this administration is doing to this country.
- 40:24Speaker 1: The Republicans are just letting President do whatever he's good, absolutely,
- 40:30Speaker 1: because that's all it is. It's fear.
- 40:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I've never seen a person control. I didn't know
- 40:38Speaker 2: they were this big of a coward.
- 40:40Speaker 9: I just.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just a party of cowards. You can sit
- 40:46Speaker 2: up and blatantly know something is wrong and just go
- 40:49Speaker 2: along with it because he said so. That don't make
- 40:51Speaker 2: no sense to me. Somebody needs some draws on, somebody
- 40:56Speaker 2: need a pair of kahunas.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Somebody gotta do something they don't. Well, that's probably why
- 41:02Speaker 1: he has Congresswoman Krockett's name in his mouth from the
- 41:05Speaker 1: other party, because he knows she's coming for him, all right.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour warning
- 41:11Speaker 1: a friend about a relationship. We'll talk about it right
- 41:14Speaker 1: after this. Why you're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show.
- 41:25Speaker 1: So I don't know if you guys have heard about
- 41:26Speaker 1: this story, but it's been all over Seventy three year
- 41:29Speaker 1: old NFL coach Bill Belichick and his twenty four year
- 41:32Speaker 1: old girlfriend, Jordan Hudson. Well you heard about this, right.
- 41:36Speaker 1: They're being widely scrutinized for the way they handled themselves.
- 41:40Speaker 1: During Belichick's interview on CBS Sunday Morning, he was promoting
- 41:44Speaker 1: his new book, it's called The Art of Winning Lessons
- 41:47Speaker 1: from My Life in Football. Well, during the interview, when
- 41:50Speaker 1: Belichick was asked how he and his twenty four year
- 41:53Speaker 1: old girlfriend met, Belichick's girlfriend interjected and said, we're not
- 41:57Speaker 1: talking about that.
- 42:00Speaker 8: Yes.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Anchor Tony Docopil also mentioned that Hudson was a constant
- 42:05Speaker 1: present during the interview. Since this interview aired, word has
- 42:09Speaker 1: it that Bill Belichick's family and his friends, including Charles Barkley,
- 42:13Speaker 1: are concerned about his girlfriend Jordan Hudson. Charles Barkley said
- 42:18Speaker 1: he would reach out to his friend to make sure
- 42:20Speaker 1: everything is good. So here's the question, You got any
- 42:26Speaker 1: crazy stories about getting mixed up in the romantic business
- 42:30Speaker 1: of a friend. All right, and what do you think
- 42:33Speaker 1: about the whole Belichick interview where she interjected, we're not
- 42:36Speaker 1: talking about that. She was a total control lot falling
- 42:41Speaker 1: us total control.
- 42:42Speaker 7: Huh.
- 42:43Speaker 1: I mean I get that she may not want to
- 42:44Speaker 1: talk about their personal relationship, but it was like she
- 42:47Speaker 1: was hovering over the situation.
- 42:51Speaker 8: You know.
- 42:52Speaker 3: Oh yeah, because it's that how they met, that's gonna
- 42:54Speaker 3: be really techy.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Yeah, he's seventy three, she's twenty four.
- 43:00Speaker 3: Because at seventy three, where do you meet a twenty four.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Year We're not talking about that. We're not talking where
- 43:08Speaker 1: do you meet a twenty four year old?
- 43:12Speaker 3: It's gonna be the gas station. Ain't know where they
- 43:14Speaker 3: no other place they can be.
- 43:16Speaker 1: I mean he's holding that her grandfather.
- 43:18Speaker 2: Yeah, nobody, nobody introduced them. So let's get that out
- 43:25Speaker 2: the way. That's why she don't want we're not talking
- 43:28Speaker 2: about that. She reached out to him on some social
- 43:33Speaker 2: media platform, some kind of way, or she slid up
- 43:37Speaker 2: to him at an event.
- 43:40Speaker 3: It just he didn't reach out to her.
- 43:42Speaker 1: He don't have the courage.
- 43:47Speaker 3: You seventy three, you know you owe she twenty four.
- 43:53Speaker 3: Now I've seen I get it.
- 43:55Speaker 2: I get it.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I get So have you been in that situation?
- 44:00Speaker 16: Have you guys ever warned your friend about the relationship
- 44:03Speaker 16: or vice versa. Have they ever warrant you about something
- 44:06Speaker 16: and they didn't like in a relationship?
- 44:08Speaker 1: You you did it?
- 44:10Speaker 3: Oh yeah, well they did it to me.
- 44:12Speaker 8: You know.
- 44:12Speaker 11: But you know, when you find, you overlook a lot
- 44:14Speaker 11: of problems when you find I don't care what they see.
- 44:17Speaker 1: You know, what did they say to you?
- 44:18Speaker 3: Your friends?
- 44:19Speaker 11: Well, you know they noticed, you know, she had an
- 44:20Speaker 11: extra pinky finger, and they was like, dog, did you
- 44:23Speaker 11: notice she had an extra Well she fine, I didn't
- 44:25Speaker 11: see that. Just keep your hand in your pocket, your
- 44:29Speaker 11: scam of friends, that's all I You ain't going nowhere
- 44:33Speaker 11: for show getting nothing about that.
- 44:39Speaker 3: And I took up for it too, And you know what,
- 44:41Speaker 3: you need to mind your business. You couldn't leave up
- 44:43Speaker 3: people's hands.
- 44:43Speaker 7: We eat, eat?
- 44:46Speaker 1: What are you all in her hands?
- 44:48Speaker 3: All of her hand?
- 44:48Speaker 17: Because you got an extwer pinky finger?
- 44:49Speaker 3: You don't throw that away?
- 44:50Speaker 2: You see her? Yeah, but if you got an extra
- 44:57Speaker 2: pinky finger when you eat, you can use your fork
- 44:59Speaker 2: at night. Been the same head.
- 45:03Speaker 1: She talented. What if you guys called an extra.
- 45:13Speaker 3: Judging people.
- 45:15Speaker 1: That's funny, that's funny.
- 45:19Speaker 2: It's just you know, man, I've never I don't advise guys,
- 45:23Speaker 2: and I mean, you know, and my friends were in
- 45:25Speaker 2: that age group and we're just sitting here. Look, man,
- 45:29Speaker 2: ain't no food like an old fool brother. Just yeah,
- 45:33Speaker 2: there is no future in the twenty four year old.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Here's a lot of money, right though, I mean a lot.
- 45:39Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 45:39Speaker 1: We hear about this all the time when older guys
- 45:42Speaker 1: marry really really young women. She's man, really young. Yeah.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Is she with him because she loves him or because
- 45:50Speaker 1: of the money? It's always love?
- 45:54Speaker 3: What can they talk about? She slid up on him somewhere.
- 45:58Speaker 15: All the on line some well, and they've been together
- 46:03Speaker 15: for a minute, they have How does her family feel?
- 46:07Speaker 1: What do you think about it? All right?
- 46:13Speaker 9: All right?
- 46:13Speaker 1: Coming up next, and is the nephew and today's prank
- 46:16Speaker 1: phone call. Right after this, you're listening to the Steve
- 46:19Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 46:27Speaker 1: right about four minutes after, it's my strawberry letter for today,
- 46:31Speaker 1: and the subject is his mom is allowing him to
- 46:35Speaker 1: cheat on me. We'll get into that find out what
- 46:39Speaker 1: that's all about.
- 46:39Speaker 2: What they got.
- 46:43Speaker 1: His mom is allowing him to cheat on me as
- 46:45Speaker 1: a subject. We'll get into it in just a few
- 46:47Speaker 1: because right now the nephew is here with today's prank.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Phone call, nephew, what is on the menu for today?
- 46:55Speaker 12: Oh, we got a problem today, sirly, we got an
- 46:57Speaker 12: alan that has gone off. I am I'm gonna call
- 47:00Speaker 12: this lady. I work at the alarm place. I'm gonna
- 47:03Speaker 12: give her a call and let her know that we
- 47:05Speaker 12: got an issue. That is a black man on the
- 47:08Speaker 12: property and the alarm is going off. But there's a
- 47:13Speaker 12: black man on the property, and yes, we need to
- 47:17Speaker 12: have this right away, right away. I did not know
- 47:22Speaker 12: the black man was her husband. White lady, black man
- 47:28Speaker 12: for the husband. Yeah, that's a black man o the property.
- 47:31Speaker 17: Yes, everything, Yes, racial lines and everything.
- 47:35Speaker 2: You do everything.
- 47:38Speaker 12: That's what you do when you prank. You cross all
- 47:41Speaker 12: these lanes, all that Chris cross. All right, you do that,
- 47:45Speaker 12: all right, let's go catch off hit him up.
- 47:49Speaker 8: Hello.
- 47:50Speaker 9: Hello, I'm trying to reach it, Denise.
- 47:51Speaker 2: Please.
- 47:52Speaker 9: Yeah, this hi, Denise. This is Tony. I'm calling security.
- 47:58Speaker 9: I've run an alarm that we've got in the alarm
- 48:00Speaker 9: that's going off on you guys property. Are you guys?
- 48:04Speaker 9: We're just checking before we send authorities out. Is everything okay?
- 48:07Speaker 9: Is maybe someone trip the alarm?
- 48:09Speaker 18: Oh my gosh, No, I'm at work. I'm at work
- 48:13Speaker 18: right now. I'm not home.
- 48:14Speaker 9: Okay. Do you have a tet or dog or anything
- 48:17Speaker 9: that could actually trip the alarm?
- 48:19Speaker 18: No, No, that's strange. It never goes off like that.
- 48:23Speaker 18: I'm nervous.
- 48:24Speaker 9: Okay, give me a second. We've got a call into
- 48:27Speaker 9: the neighborhood security that actually are en route to the property,
- 48:31Speaker 9: and they were going to give us some information before
- 48:35Speaker 9: we actually sent the sent the police officers out, unless
- 48:38Speaker 9: you would like for me to send them out now.
- 48:39Speaker 18: But yeah, I feel like you should send the police.
- 48:42Speaker 18: I mean, if I'm not home and nobody's home and
- 48:45Speaker 18: my alarm's going off and it never goes off that,
- 48:48Speaker 18: I'm worried.
- 48:50Speaker 9: Okay, hang on one second. This is neighborhood security calling that.
- 48:53Speaker 9: Hang on one second. I'll be right back to you.
- 48:55Speaker 18: Oh okay, niece, are you there, Yes, yes, yes, I'm here.
- 48:59Speaker 9: Great. They have they're out there at the property of
- 49:02Speaker 9: the neighborhood security. Do you there is a black guy
- 49:07Speaker 9: there is on your premise. Are you familiar with who
- 49:10Speaker 9: that might be?
- 49:12Speaker 18: Well, I mean, my husband's black, but he should be
- 49:14Speaker 18: at work right.
- 49:15Speaker 9: Now, okay, okay, and he probably.
- 49:19Speaker 18: Would have texted me if you know the alarm was
- 49:22Speaker 18: going off.
- 49:23Speaker 9: Okay, Well, I mean, do you have any other black
- 49:25Speaker 9: male friends?
- 49:26Speaker 18: Excuse me?
- 49:28Speaker 9: Do you might have any other Do you have any
- 49:31Speaker 9: other black male friends that might be at the house.
- 49:34Speaker 18: I mean, yeah, it's a very weird question. I mean
- 49:38Speaker 18: I have black friends, yes, but I don't think they
- 49:41Speaker 18: would be in my house.
- 49:43Speaker 9: Okay, Well, I mean should we just assume that this
- 49:46Speaker 9: is your husband? What do you think? I I mean,
- 49:48Speaker 9: what would you like to make work?
- 49:51Speaker 7: I mean, what?
- 49:53Speaker 18: How tall is this person? My husband's sixty three?
- 49:56Speaker 9: Hold one guy, Hold on one second. Let me go
- 49:59Speaker 9: back to the from the netbook. Ain't gonn want a second? Yeah?
- 50:02Speaker 18: No, somebody's in my lum's going off.
- 50:06Speaker 9: I don't know. I mean, okay, Denise, Yes, okay, they
- 50:10Speaker 9: have a The black guy that they're looking at is
- 50:13Speaker 9: about five foot ten, maybe late twenties. How old is
- 50:17Speaker 9: your husband?
- 50:18Speaker 18: No, my husband is I just told you that my
- 50:23Speaker 18: husband's not there. He would have texted me or called
- 50:26Speaker 18: me and told me that he accidentally set the alarm off,
- 50:30Speaker 18: and I'm actually gonna text him. I mean, this is crazy.
- 50:33Speaker 18: I should probably call him.
- 50:34Speaker 9: Okay, you realize if you do realize if we send
- 50:38Speaker 9: the authorities out and this is a false call, that
- 50:40Speaker 9: you're going to get charged for that. You do know that, right,
- 50:42Speaker 9: a false call.
- 50:43Speaker 18: You just said somebody's in my house and it's not
- 50:46Speaker 18: me or my husband, so they shouldn't be target me
- 50:50Speaker 18: for that.
- 50:51Speaker 9: You're saying your husband's black, and then there's a black
- 50:53Speaker 9: guy there. I mean, they probably know each other, right.
- 50:56Speaker 6: Are you kidding me?
- 50:58Speaker 18: What kind of question is that at?
- 51:01Speaker 9: Why?
- 51:01Speaker 18: Because they're both black?
- 51:03Speaker 9: I'm just trying to save you some money, ma'am. I
- 51:05Speaker 9: don't want to send out police officers when they get
- 51:08Speaker 9: there and then all of a sudden, your husband knows
- 51:09Speaker 9: the black guy or he's a relative or something. I mean,
- 51:12Speaker 9: do they I mean, you know, do you want to
- 51:14Speaker 9: call them?
- 51:17Speaker 18: Do you think like this is really offensive? And I
- 51:22Speaker 18: don't understand if I'm telling you that I don't know
- 51:25Speaker 18: who the person is in my house, that means sends
- 51:28Speaker 18: the police. I mean, this is ridiculous, and.
- 51:33Speaker 9: They're they're calling back neighborhoods. Just hold on one second.
- 51:37Speaker 9: Neighborhood security is calling back here.
- 51:40Speaker 18: Oh my god, this is ridiculous.
- 51:45Speaker 9: Okay, Denise, Now the security in the neighborhood. They're telling
- 51:49Speaker 9: me that this guy just drove out of the garage
- 51:53Speaker 9: and a white pickup. Do you do you guys have
- 51:55Speaker 9: a white pickup? Yes, we do, so Scott just pulled
- 52:00Speaker 9: out of your your your garage and a white pickup. Well,
- 52:04Speaker 9: I have my car at.
- 52:04Speaker 18: Work and my husband has his car that's like the
- 52:08Speaker 18: truck that he uses on the weekends for like construction
- 52:11Speaker 18: and stuff. So that means somebody just stole our car.
- 52:15Speaker 18: I can't believe this is happening. You are watching somebody
- 52:18Speaker 18: in my house and you you basically watch them steal
- 52:21Speaker 18: my truck.
- 52:22Speaker 9: Well, well, I'm gonna go ahead and now and get
- 52:24Speaker 9: the police to go over. Okay, why are you going
- 52:28Speaker 9: to send them?
- 52:28Speaker 1: Now?
- 52:29Speaker 18: He probably took all my in my house. I mean,
- 52:32Speaker 18: the police get there, There's not gonna be anything left
- 52:34Speaker 18: in my house, probably just at the back of the truck.
- 52:37Speaker 9: I mean, I'm doing the best I can. I'm trying
- 52:39Speaker 9: to help out here.
- 52:40Speaker 18: That is going to do me now, I mean the
- 52:42Speaker 18: whole time you've been talking to me, he's been cleaning
- 52:45Speaker 18: out my house out and stealing.
- 52:48Speaker 9: Well, how did you get in your house? I don't know.
- 52:52Speaker 18: I don't know this guy you're waiting.
- 52:57Speaker 9: I was asking you, how could somebody gave you your house?
- 53:00Speaker 9: Did you leap something open? What did you know?

- 56:46Speaker 3: It could be yours. Buckle up and hold on tight.
- 56:48Speaker 3: We got it for you here. It is Strawberry letter.
- 56:52Speaker 1: Thank you nephew. Subject his mom is allowing him to
- 56:55Speaker 1: cheat on me. Dear Stephen Shirley, My mother in law
- 56:59Speaker 1: is a trip and I I think she is allowing
- 57:01Speaker 1: my husband to bring random women over to her house
- 57:03Speaker 1: to hang out and do whatever they do. I have
- 57:07Speaker 1: been married nine years and I used to be cool
- 57:09Speaker 1: with my mother in law. First, my husband was going
- 57:12Speaker 1: through a horrible divorce when I met him, and he
- 57:15Speaker 1: was staying at his mom's house. I visited him there,
- 57:18Speaker 1: but I never messed around with him at his mom's
- 57:20Speaker 1: house because I had my own place. His mom started
- 57:24Speaker 1: resenting me after we got married, and she said I
- 57:27Speaker 1: try to control her son's every move. I told her
- 57:31Speaker 1: to stay out of our business, and our relationship went
- 57:34Speaker 1: from good to bad. So the other day I rode
- 57:37Speaker 1: by her house on my way home and I saw
- 57:39Speaker 1: my husband's truck there. He was supposed to be at work.
- 57:43Speaker 1: I stopped in to say hi and see what was
- 57:45Speaker 1: going on. She told me that my husband was in
- 57:48Speaker 1: the back sleeping. I called for him and he came
- 57:51Speaker 1: out looking a hot mess. He told me he had
- 57:55Speaker 1: a migraine and his mom lived closer to his job,
- 57:58Speaker 1: so he came by four a quick nap. Neither of
- 58:01Speaker 1: them would let me go in that back room where
- 58:04Speaker 1: he came from. All I know is that I used
- 58:07Speaker 1: to go over there and chill out with him back
- 58:09Speaker 1: in the day. So I think his mom is allowing
- 58:13Speaker 1: other women to come visit my husband at her house
- 58:16Speaker 1: when he's supposed to be at work. I can't prove it,
- 58:19Speaker 1: and my husband told me that he's getting sick of
- 58:22Speaker 1: me accusing him of stuff. We put cameras at his
- 58:25Speaker 1: mom's house for her alarm, and I had access to
- 58:28Speaker 1: the cameras on my phone, but my husband said that
- 58:31Speaker 1: the WiFi is off, so the cameras aren't working right now.
- 58:36Speaker 1: I feel like his mom is covering for him. How
- 58:38Speaker 1: could that woman be so low down? Well, if that's
- 58:42Speaker 1: what's really going on. She is low down. I mean,
- 58:44Speaker 1: you were right. The mom should stay out of your business.
- 58:47Speaker 1: I don't know how you asked her to do it,
- 58:49Speaker 1: if it was a fight or whatever, but of course
- 58:52Speaker 1: his mom should stay out of your marital affairs. Her
- 58:55Speaker 1: son is married to you now, but doesn't sound like
- 58:58Speaker 1: he's putting you first, because as if he did, his
- 59:01Speaker 1: mom would not treat you his wife this way. I mean,
- 59:04Speaker 1: there is a reason they wouldn't let you look in
- 59:06Speaker 1: the back room. He and his mom seems like are
- 59:09Speaker 1: up to something, and you should trust your instincts in this.
- 59:12Speaker 1: If you think his mom is helping him cheat by
- 59:14Speaker 1: hosting women at her house, after all, you know, when
- 59:18Speaker 1: he was going through this divorce you were over there,
- 59:20Speaker 1: then she probably is. I mean, how convenient is it
- 59:23Speaker 1: that the camera just happened to not be working and
- 59:26Speaker 1: there's no Wi Fi right now? So it's time for
- 59:30Speaker 1: you to speak up. Let your husband know and his
- 59:33Speaker 1: mom that what's going on, what you think is going on,
- 59:36Speaker 1: and it's wrong and they're wrong. Steve Wow Wow, and another.
- 59:43Speaker 1: While this is crazy, listen.
- 59:47Speaker 2: To me, the aim of this letter is misdirected. I
- 59:54Speaker 2: could see a portion of this, but this letter is misdirected.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: His mom is allowing him.
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: To cheat on me.
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: She's allowing That's my first question this, Steven Shirley. My
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: mother in law is a trip, and I think she's
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: allowing my husband to bring random women over their house
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: to hang out and do whatever they do. Okay, Okay,
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: that don't sound cool, But okay, I got you.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: My husband was going through a horrible divorce when.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: I met him, and he was staying at his mom's house,
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: and I visited him there, but I never messed around
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: with him his mom's house because I had my own place. Now,
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: let's just take that paragraph right there and address that.
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: You say your husband was going through a horrible divorce,
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: which means he was still married. You were going over
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: that visiting him at his mama's house while he was
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: still married. The mom, I'm sure was aware of this,
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: that he was still married. You over that visiting while
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: he's still married. So the tone has been set. Now
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: you say you never messed around with him at his
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: mom house because I had my own place, So I'm
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: assuming when y'all did mess around it was at your place.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: But he was married.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: You see where I'm getting that to this whole thing.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: His mom started resenting me after we got married, and said,
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: I tried to control her son's every move. I told
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: her to stay out of our business. Well, your mom
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: resented you because you took him away. She had him
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: at the house all to herself, and you took him away,
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: and now you're trying to control his every move. You
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: told her to stay out your business. Well, now you
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: created an enemy. You say, y'all used to be cool,
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: but now you've created an enemy. So the other day
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: I rode by her house on my way from home,
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: and I saw my husband's truck. He was supposed to
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: be at work. I stopped here to say hi and
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: see what was going on. She told me my husband
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: was in the back sleeping. I called for him and
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: he came out looking a hot mess. He told me
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: I had a migraine and his mom lived close to
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: his job, so he came by there to get it quick.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Now neither one of them would let you go in
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: that back room that he came from. All I know
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: is that I used to go over there and chill
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: out with him back in the day. But remember when
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: you went over there, he was married. So now you
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: set the tone his mama knows he messages with chicks
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: while he married. So now because he married you, he
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: was married to another girl, and y'all was over there
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: in the back room.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: Now you're over there again.
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: The tone has been said, I got molt for you
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: when we come back.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: All right, Hang on, Steve, we'll have part two of
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: Today's strawberry letter, subject his mom is allowing him to
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: cheat on me. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. You've heard us talk
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: about the benefits of Globe Life insurance. Globe Life has
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: been protecting families for generations. Globe Life is easy to buy,
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: with rates starting as low as three dollars and forty
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: nine cents a month. There is no medical exam, just

- 1:03:39Speaker 1: hundred two five one fifty four hundred, or visit Globelife
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: radio dot com again. That's one eight hundred two five
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: one fifty four hundred or globelifradio dot com. All right,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: is his mom is allowing him to cheat on me.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: Well, I think that's crazy because my question is, what
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: do you mean his mom is allowing him to cheat?
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: What that means?
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: See, I think the text of this whole letter is misplaced.
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: I think all this.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: Whole letter, I kept waiting on her to be mad
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: at the husband. The whole letter she mad at the mama.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: This is misplaced, Anger lady. My mother in law's a trip.
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: I think she's allowing my husband to bring random win
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: him over the house to hang out and do whatever
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: they do. I've been married nine years and I used
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: to be cool with his mother in law. First, my
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: husband was going through a horrible divorce when I met him,
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: and he was staying at his mama's house.
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: When I visited him, right there he was married.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: You was going over there visiting him why he was married,
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: horrible divorce or not, But the tone has been said.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: I visited him there, but I never run messed around
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: with him at his mom's house because I had my
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: own place. Well, y'all messed around over there, but you
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: was in the back hanging out. His mom started resenting
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: me after we got married and said and I tried
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: to control her son's every move because now he can't
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: do what he wanted to do because you got him
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: over there at your place. He ain't have his own place,
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: So now you're all over at your place, and you
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: done took him away from the mama. I told her
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: to stay out of our business. Well, now you created
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: an enemy. So you sat there out of our business.
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: Watch that's exactly what she does. So the other day
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: I rode by a house on my way home. I
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: saw my husband's truck there. He was supposed to be
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: at work. I stopped there to say hi. You ain't
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: really stop being to say hi. You went over there
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: and see what's going on. She told me your husband
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: was in the back sleeping.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: I called for him.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: He came out looking like a hot mess. Told you
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: he had a migraine, and his mom lived closer to
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: his job, so he came back for a quick nap.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: Neither one of them would let me go in that
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: back room where he came from, cause there's some people
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: in there. It's evidence in that it's whatever he was
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: doing back there. Now, I don't know what pronoun was
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: back there, but it was a pronoun back then. You
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: could say it was a mistress. He Hey, somebody was
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: back there biting every whatelse somebody in the back and
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: then you said neither wanted them to let me go
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: in that back room. All I know is I used
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: to go over there and chill out with him back
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: in the day when he was married. So I think
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: as a mom is allowing other women to come visit
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: my husband and hound when he's supposed to be at work.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: I can't prove it, and my husband told me he
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: getting sick of me accusing him myself. We put cameras
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: at his mom house for his alarm, and I don't
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: have access to the cameras on my phone, but my
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: husband said the WiFi is off, so the cameras ain't
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: working right now. I feel like his mother is covering
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: for him. How could that woman be so low down?
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: Didn't you tell her to stay out your business? When
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: I told you up in the letter that you created
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: an enemy, Well you did. Now you want to know
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: how that woman could be so low down? You told
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: her stay out your business. Now she got of now
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: her husband coming over to doing what he wanted to do.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: She out your business. But here's my problem with this
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: whole letter. You mad at the mama the whole time.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: You're not married to the mama. You married to the man.
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: He's the one cheating on you. But I don't see
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: no anger towards him. It's his mama is allowing him.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: I ain't got no proof. How much more proof you need.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: He come out in the back room, look in a mess,
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: you and the him, and the mama won't let you
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: go back there. Lady, you have misplaced anger. Your anger
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: should be with your husband, because that's who you're married to.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: You're not married to his mama, And now you mad
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: because your mama is allowing him to come and do
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: what he do over there.
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: She's always allowed it.
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: Remember when he was getting a divorce, going through that
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: rough divorce, wasn't you over there?
- 1:08:27Speaker 6: Then?
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: She ain't say nothing then? So why she she ain't
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: say nothing on behalf of the first wife? She not
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: finished say nothing on behalf of you because she with
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: her son. No matter what he do, it's a okay,
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: she'll condone it. She on his side. I don't even
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: know why you roll this, really, I really really don't
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: you talking about your mother in law as a trip
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: your husband is a trip?
- 1:08:57Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: Yeah, you're married to the trip. Now you don't give everybody.
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: And you know, here's the thing about this guy. He's
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: got control over there, the mama and you. Nobody blames him.
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: It's always the other person.
- 1:09:12Speaker 9: Small.
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: He got a free pass everywhere he goes. Mama giving
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: him a past, You giving him a past. Y'all have
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: been able this dude. You married him, Dude, You married
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: a dude that didn't have a place, was staying with
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: his mama. Now he probably live in that apartment you had.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: What kind of dude did you marry?
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: And nothing in this letter.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: You didn't mention one redeeming quality that this man has
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: in this letter, not one.
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: Not He's a good man, a good father, good son,
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: a good husband. Nothing.

- 1:15:26Speaker 15: Steve Keith Powers, he was.
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: He was about it. Now, what did you like about it?
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: It wasn't he was just clean, you know, he did
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: it right. The past was right that Jackie was Sureley
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: be quiet for it. Man, we're talking about the fashions
- 1:15:42Speaker 2: he had on and well what he had on?
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: I'm sorry, what was that?
- 1:15:47Speaker 9: What was that burst for?
- 1:15:49Speaker 12: Sorry?
- 1:15:50Speaker 9: What was that? Me?
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: And you don't have the bill for that?
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: But it was deserve no bursts like that though. Well

- 1:16:59Speaker 2: you know, man, because you can this. You know, they
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: went the ones who was trying with costume me, and
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: it was it was about the black contribution to fashion
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: and the dapperdness of black black men and you know who.
- 1:17:19Speaker 9: We are.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: As fashion icons.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: And you know, first of all, let's just understand this,
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: Black people are responsible for most trends. Yes, how you
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: wear your hair is determined by black people. White people
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: braid in dread they have now because of us. Every
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: dance that comes out that's about anything is because of us.
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: You know, white kids emulate what they see black kids doing.
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: It's never the other way around, right, you know, white
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: teenagers emulate with the black teenagers are doing because we
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: create the culture that's so cool. And some of the
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: guys at the met last night hit it, and of
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: course some missed it. And the ones that missed it,
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: you never see them dressing up anyway. Yeah, you know,
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: they come from the hip hop culture of jeans and
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: loose fitting their T shirts, and then they try to
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: dress up for this one night, and and and they
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: don't have a.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: Reference point. I think, but time, Steves, you should have
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: been there, and had you been there, you would have
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: done what I had.
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: To put some medicine on the ah. We would have
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: been his son, had people folding their clothes up.

- 1:25:17Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: day on this Tuesday. Wow, what a day it has been.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: Thank you all for listening. Of course, we appreciate your business.
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, Yeah, hey.
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: My closing remark today is to encourage people, you know, listen,
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: I don't care how it goes. I mean, look, first
- 1:25:41Speaker 2: of all, let me let me rephrase that I care
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: how it goes into government. I care what our leadership does.
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: I care about policies being made. I care about how
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: it affects people, especially the common man.
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: But let me say this about it.
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: I have positioned myself, and I'm not talking about finance
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: or anything like that. I'm talking about spiritually. I have
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: positioned myself spiritually. Why I'm able to cope and handle
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: whatever comes my way.
- 1:26:17Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: My favorite scripture is Isaiah fifty four seventeen. No weapon
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: formed against me shall prosper. But now understand something. That
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: does not mean that there will not be weapons formed.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: They do it all the time. You all face haters
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: all the time, and haters are on every level. You
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: don't have to have done anything to them. You don't
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: have to even know you were enemies.
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: Just hear it.
- 1:26:45Speaker 9: Come.
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: But no weapon formed against me show prosper. Now, you
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: can form it. But I have news for you. I
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: have positioned myself spiritually. Why I'm fully aware that I
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: am under the detected wings of God Almighty and that
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: he loves me, and that there's nothing you can do.
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: There is no force, there is no curse, there is
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: no evil, there is no satanic power that can separate
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: me from the love of God. That's how much God
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: loves you that there's nothing that can separate you for it. Now,
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: we as human beings, we have the power of decision.
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: Now you can decide to keep God as a presence
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: in your life, or you can choose not to. I
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: am here to tell you right now it is in
- 1:27:44Speaker 2: your best interest to keep God as a permanent presence
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: in your life, not just for when you're in trouble,
- 1:27:51Speaker 2: but when it's going aok to keep Him in your life,
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: to stay in constant contact with him.
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: I haven't always done that.
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: That's how I know what I'm tating talking about, because
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: when I decided to do it, it just made my
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: life a lot smoother. And I am telling you, if
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: you keep God's presence in your life, it will help
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: you in so many levels. It provides you with the
- 1:28:12Speaker 2: level of peace. Because I'm telling you something. If you
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: are trying to do this without God, I got news
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: for you. You ain't that nice?
- 1:28:24Speaker 9: You not.
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: You ain't that big? You ain't that knowing? You, ain't
- 1:28:30Speaker 2: that powerful? You really ain't that nice man. This thing
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: called life, it requires a very present help. Now, listen
- 1:28:44Speaker 2: to me. Your relationship with God is very personal. You
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: don't have to be a member of this faith, this church,
- 1:28:53Speaker 2: this denomination, this religion. You got to have a relationship
- 1:28:59Speaker 2: with God. You can start by simply forming it, by
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: talking to him. You don't have to be on your knees.
- 1:29:06Speaker 2: Just go somewhere man for a moment and just think
- 1:29:10Speaker 2: about him and call on him. If you say his name, Father, God,
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: if you say Jesus, it has an impact.
- 1:29:19Speaker 5: He hears you.
- 1:29:22Speaker 3: He hears you immediately.
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: Here the cool thing about God, y'all, there is no
- 1:29:28Speaker 2: busy signal, there is no line, there's no ticket necessary.
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: He is just available. He wants to have a relationship
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: with you. He created you to have a relationship with you. Now,
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: everybody's relationship is different, everybody's situation is different, everybody's walk
- 1:29:52Speaker 2: is different. Yours is very unique to you. I had
- 1:29:56Speaker 2: to come to terms say that about my life. Stop
- 1:29:59Speaker 2: comparing you yourself to somebody else. The road that God
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: has you on is very, very unique to you. Nobody
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: has ever traveled the exact path, nobody has the exact
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: same fingerprint. That's how unique God made each one of us.
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: So stop looking at how somebody got it, somebody did it,
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: somebody accomplished it. It was given to somebody. Man, you
- 1:30:25Speaker 2: don't know what the deal is behind that story, but
- 1:30:29Speaker 2: you have a chance to write your own story. And
- 1:30:33Speaker 2: the best way to write this story is to have
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: relationship with God, because the pen becomes a lot easier
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: when God is controlling it for you. I think the
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: number one thing that I had to learn was to
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: trust in God's timing and his will. You know, I
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: used to be kind of hesitant to say, God, let
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: your will be done because I thought he was going
- 1:30:55Speaker 2: to x out a bunch of stuff I wanted to do.
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: And that's really why they want his will be done
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: in my life, because I just didn't want him to
- 1:31:02Speaker 2: ex out a bunch of stuff I had plans to do.
- 1:31:06Speaker 2: But boy, the older I got, the more I learned
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: his plans is way better than your plans, and some
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: of that stuff I didn't want him to ex out
- 1:31:17Speaker 2: it needed to be gone anyway. It's amazing the time
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: I've spent dedicated to foolishness. I look back on it. Man, Boy,
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: I'm so glad that I finally got sick of me.
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: And if you at that point, right now, then join
- 1:31:37Speaker 2: in with me and put some God in your life,
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: because sometimes you just get sick of you.
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: Shall stupid behind.
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: Get over there and let God help you, man, because
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: you've been messing it up. I know I was.
- 1:31:53Speaker 3: Take that into consideration, y'all, haven't.
