- 0:20Speaker 1: it hastening to mother. Please, I don't join jo. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: got that turn you you gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn you haven't got to turn them out. Turn the
- 1:46Speaker 1: water the water go. Come come on your thahuh I
- 2:02Speaker 1: show will good morning everybody you are listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on, deeed me now, one and only. Steve Harvey
- 2:11Speaker 1: got a radio show, I said every day because God
- 2:14Speaker 1: been good to me. God has done some things in
- 2:16Speaker 1: my life that's truly been just amazing. It really amazing.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Ain't even really the word. They don't really have a
- 2:23Speaker 1: word for what He's done for me. I'm just out
- 2:26Speaker 1: of superlatives. That's why I say it every day. Steve
- 2:29Speaker 1: Harvey got a radio show because God is in a
- 2:31Speaker 1: blessing business. Yeah it is God. God can help you
- 2:34Speaker 1: turn your life around. Did you hear me? God can
- 2:38Speaker 1: help you turn your life around. Whatever you going through,
- 2:42Speaker 1: God has an answer for it. See but it's the
- 2:45Speaker 1: going through that gets us though, ain't it? Because I
- 2:47Speaker 1: was having a moment yesterday and I set my wife down.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I said, baby, I just need to talk to you,
- 2:52Speaker 1: going through a little bit right now. I just wanted
- 2:54Speaker 1: to share what I'm a little down right now. My
- 2:57Speaker 1: wife reminded me, just reminded me, just see this what
- 3:01Speaker 1: a man. That's what a good mate does. A good
- 3:06Speaker 1: mate reminds you just of things that sometimes you forget
- 3:11Speaker 1: when you get off track. Because you know, I consider
- 3:15Speaker 1: myself a motivational type person. I try to listen to
- 3:19Speaker 1: people and then give them something I've learned along the
- 3:22Speaker 1: way on this journey I've been on. I try to
- 3:23Speaker 1: give a person a takeaway. But even being that person,
- 3:27Speaker 1: sometimes I get off track myself. I get a little love,
- 3:31Speaker 1: a little low. Sometimes, you know, I get a little down.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Sometimes I sometimes I forget some of the stuff I say.
- 3:38Speaker 1: And ain't that I forget it. I guess I just
- 3:41Speaker 1: get caught up in the grind of doing it, and
- 3:45Speaker 1: sometimes I get I get a little off course and
- 3:47Speaker 1: I forget some of the things that my wife or
- 3:51Speaker 1: a mate can be good for you to remind you.
- 3:55Speaker 1: And she just says, Steve, God got us. She said,
- 3:59Speaker 1: have you ever noticed that every time you get in
- 4:01Speaker 1: a spot, and she say, and I know how you
- 4:04Speaker 1: must feel, because you out here working and and then
- 4:07Speaker 1: you keep turning around and and and and old stuff
- 4:11Speaker 1: keep popping up, and you get a call from your
- 4:14Speaker 1: accounting and hit this then went wrong, and not then
- 4:16Speaker 1: when you steady trying to fix it, but you steady
- 4:19Speaker 1: going wild? Man, what does this? She say? But you
- 4:21Speaker 1: ever noticed he always always, no matter what, provide a way.
- 4:26Speaker 1: And he ain't ever too late, or you might be
- 4:29Speaker 1: going the deadline is approaching. The deadline can come and pass,
- 4:34Speaker 1: but then they have a grace period for you. And
- 4:37Speaker 1: then sometimes man, it's just you go down now after
- 4:40Speaker 1: the grace period and they take the payment anywhere and
- 4:42Speaker 1: you're good anyway. But see, ain't that God bringing you
- 4:45Speaker 1: through it. It may not be when you want it,
- 4:48Speaker 1: but he right on time. Jazz before you get put out,
- 4:52Speaker 1: jazz before they turned. Maybe they cut the lights off,
- 4:54Speaker 1: but you get it back on. Jess Folk company come
- 4:57Speaker 1: or just before the weekend. Get him. He always comes
- 5:01Speaker 1: through for you. And she had to remind me of
- 5:05Speaker 1: that what you're going through is necessary. Look, circumstance and
- 5:10Speaker 1: hardships and pitfalls are always untimely. If you keep the
- 5:15Speaker 1: law of attraction in play. If you keep believing that,
- 5:18Speaker 1: that's that He gonna see you through this, just like
- 5:21Speaker 1: he do when you don't believe it. That's what the
- 5:24Speaker 1: old part is though, ain't it. Ain't God brought you
- 5:28Speaker 1: through even when you didn't really had a faith to
- 5:31Speaker 1: say he was gonna bring you through. But because of
- 5:33Speaker 1: grace and mercy he brought you through anyway. But because
- 5:37Speaker 1: you forgot to thank him, or you didn't pay attention
- 5:40Speaker 1: through to come through, you just was telling people, oh, man,
- 5:43Speaker 1: of you to see me. It was so jacked up. Man,
- 5:46Speaker 1: I was so turned up. I ain't know what I
- 5:48Speaker 1: was donna do. I almost got put out. I was
- 5:51Speaker 1: gonna see key word almost. You forgot that part right there.
- 5:54Speaker 1: And then I was look like I wont man and
- 5:57Speaker 1: death and seemed like every month I go through this
- 6:00Speaker 1: same thing. And then yah, yeah, then somebody ought to
- 6:03Speaker 1: just say did you pay it? Yeah? I paid it?
- 6:05Speaker 1: Did you get put out? Now? I'm cool? See somebody
- 6:08Speaker 1: See you need somebody on your shoulder to say that
- 6:10Speaker 1: to you, And then you need somebody to come right
- 6:13Speaker 1: behind him and go, Man, ain't God good? Really? Man?
- 6:17Speaker 1: That's how this works. See you keep getting in situations,
- 6:22Speaker 1: but He keep getting you out. Now if you jump, look,
- 6:25Speaker 1: listen to me. Hold on. Let's say you in the
- 6:28Speaker 1: frying pan and the skillet and all is up and
- 6:31Speaker 1: you and that frying and you uncomfortable being fried God somehow.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Or let's just say you managed to get out of
- 6:40Speaker 1: the hot grease in the frying pan, and you standing
- 6:43Speaker 1: that next to the skillet, looking at the fire, continue
- 6:47Speaker 1: to heat the grease, you get out, and then for
- 6:50Speaker 1: some unexplainable reason, you dives right on back in there.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Ain't that how we usually do it? I'm just asking you, God,
- 7:00Speaker 1: get you away from the man you've been asking to
- 7:03Speaker 1: get away from. Then you go right back over there
- 7:06Speaker 1: and start seeing him again. It's amazing how many times
- 7:11Speaker 1: God get us out the fire and we walks right
- 7:14Speaker 1: back in there. Ain't it amazing? Man? I mean, really, man,
- 7:18Speaker 1: see this high break life down for me so I
- 7:21Speaker 1: don't get over here stuck on, stupid with myself, and
- 7:24Speaker 1: then get to doing something ignorant like blaming God when really, man,
- 7:27Speaker 1: God has given us, as human beings, the power of decision,
- 7:30Speaker 1: and we all make decisions. How many times? Man? See?
- 7:34Speaker 1: Sometimes it's a blessing and getting locked up. You can
- 7:37Speaker 1: ask a lot of cats I know, man to tell
- 7:39Speaker 1: you it was a blessing for me, man, because I
- 7:41Speaker 1: was just headed the wrong way, steady, but he locked
- 7:43Speaker 1: me up. Setting me down made me miss my family,
- 7:47Speaker 1: miss being out here, being a free man, made me
- 7:50Speaker 1: realize that my family was important. Made me. Man, really
- 7:53Speaker 1: see this girl for what she was. When I get out, Man,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I'm on a straight and narrow Well then when you
- 7:59Speaker 1: get out though, See you can't be talking about no
- 8:02Speaker 1: oh man, I can't find no job. Now I'm gonna
- 8:05Speaker 1: go and do what I gotta do. No, no, no no, no, no, partner,
- 8:08Speaker 1: you got to do now what you're supposed to do.
- 8:10Speaker 1: See that don't do what you gotta do got you
- 8:13Speaker 1: in trouble in the first place. See everybody, see see
- 8:16Speaker 1: the hood got a lot of ignorant rules. We didn't
- 8:18Speaker 1: create it. I gotta do what I gotta do. I
- 8:20Speaker 1: gotta feed my family. Well, the only reason you gotta
- 8:22Speaker 1: do what you gotta do is because you didn't do
- 8:25Speaker 1: what you were supposed to do. See if you just
- 8:27Speaker 1: went on to school like your mama kept telling you.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Oh man, I was watching forty eight hours yesterday and
- 8:33Speaker 1: the dude named Nesto was on there, and Nesto Latino
- 8:37Speaker 1: Do said, Man, my mother told me quit hanging with
- 8:39Speaker 1: these guys. They were going nothing but trouble. I should
- 8:42Speaker 1: have listened to her. He doing thirty years right now.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You can't blame God. That's why I talk to myself
- 8:49Speaker 1: this way, so I don't get stupid and start shifting
- 8:52Speaker 1: to blame the wrong way when it's really on me.
- 8:55Speaker 1: How many times has God got you out of something
- 8:58Speaker 1: and you walk right back into it? Man, why don't
- 9:01Speaker 1: you take these blessings God give you and going about
- 9:03Speaker 1: your business? That be the best way to do it.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Don't you think that's what I think? So I thank
- 9:11Speaker 1: God my wife for reminding me that God got us anyway,
- 9:15Speaker 1: that God gonna pull you through anyway that. Have you noticed, Steve,
- 9:19Speaker 1: we ain't lost a beat. Oh. I know it's hard
- 9:22Speaker 1: out here, but really, you ain't lost a beat. You're
- 9:24Speaker 1: still moving forward, You're still dressing nice, you still look
- 9:29Speaker 1: good when you come into that job. Everybody don't got
- 9:31Speaker 1: to know you. Your house is in bad shaping. All
- 9:34Speaker 1: that God got you, man, if you just hold your
- 9:38Speaker 1: head up, man, quit complaining all the time about what
- 9:41Speaker 1: you ain't got. And as in words of my daddy's
- 9:43Speaker 1: slick Harvey, stop talking about what you ain't got and
- 9:46Speaker 1: take a good look at what you do. God, that's
- 9:48Speaker 1: improper grammar, but that always stuck with me and maybe
- 9:51Speaker 1: it'll stick with you. Quit talking about and look at
- 9:54Speaker 1: what you ain't got to take a good look at
- 9:56Speaker 1: what you do. God, you're listening. Want two three? Folk?
- 10:05Speaker 1: That was it. That's how I wanted to do it.
- 10:08Speaker 1: That's how I wanted to do it. It's got you excited.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Did not use it? Oh? Well, what if it to do?
- 10:14Speaker 1: That's how I want you to be with this show.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I want you to sit there on the edge of
- 10:18Speaker 1: your seat. What if you to do? What? Defend? Do now?
- 10:21Speaker 1: What if it to do? Now? He crazy? That's what
- 10:25Speaker 1: I am. Crazy. This show right here is brought to
- 10:28Speaker 1: you by the grace of God. This show is brought
- 10:32Speaker 1: to you by the creator of Sunshine. This show is
- 10:36Speaker 1: brought to you by the makers of sunsets, Ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:42Speaker 1: This show is created by the producer of wind. These
- 10:48Speaker 1: are things you cannot do nothing about it last, but
- 10:51Speaker 1: of course not least, this is brought to you by
- 10:55Speaker 1: the maker of tide and not the detergent at tide
- 11:02Speaker 1: time and tide waits on. No, man, ain't none of
- 11:07Speaker 1: the things I just told you, And it ain't nothing
- 11:10Speaker 1: you can do about this. Steve Harming Morning Show, Ladies
- 11:12Speaker 1: and gentlemen, Sherley Strawberry calling from real mouth of the South, Mississippi, Monica, Junior,
- 11:16Speaker 1: better loan is killed space and the legend that is,
- 11:19Speaker 1: Nephew Tommy, you're what's on your mind today? Junior? How
- 11:25Speaker 1: does a person man? This is just be baffling to me.
- 11:29Speaker 1: No college degree, yeah, number one entertaining in the world.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Get a college course that is. That's got to be
- 11:39Speaker 1: the craziest thing. How did this happen? They do a
- 11:44Speaker 1: whole semester. Letting me think the School of Georgia State Law,
- 11:52Speaker 1: who I attended as the final day of the course,
- 11:56Speaker 1: they did a course on the business life of Steve Harvey.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Had several speakers there, Shirley was one of them. They
- 12:06Speaker 1: had a plethora of people who've all who've been a
- 12:08Speaker 1: part of my career over the years, and they did
- 12:11Speaker 1: a whole case study. These students were so amazing to me.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I actually sat there and have never seen a group
- 12:20Speaker 1: of people more attentive in my life. Law students are
- 12:24Speaker 1: trained to listen. They were on the edge of their seat,
- 12:28Speaker 1: paying close attention, and it was amazing. I sat there.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I was the guest speaker. I was supposed to do
- 12:34Speaker 1: an hour. I end up doing two. I was very
- 12:37Speaker 1: humbled by the experience. And I had a course taught
- 12:41Speaker 1: about the business life of Steve Harvey. The lady said,
- 12:44Speaker 1: the reason we chose you, mister Harvey, was because we
- 12:48Speaker 1: could find no one in all of entertainment who had
- 12:51Speaker 1: a more diversified or portfolio. You are an author, you
- 12:56Speaker 1: are a TV host, you are an actor, you are
- 12:59Speaker 1: a stand up comedian, you are businessman, you are a
- 13:04Speaker 1: radio star, and you have ownership in several prodact and
- 13:09Speaker 1: you are now a global recipient of awards and of businesses.
- 13:14Speaker 1: And that's why we studied you. I stood up and
- 13:19Speaker 1: clapped for my damn self. Thank you. Shout out to
- 13:23Speaker 1: Professor mar Ivory Tiar. She taught that class. That's lady
- 13:29Speaker 1: right there. She told me something about myself I didn't
- 13:32Speaker 1: know about you. We love her all right. Coming up
- 13:38Speaker 1: at thirty two minutes after the hour, nephew Tommy's gonna
- 13:41Speaker 1: run that prank back right after this you're listening to show,
- 13:46Speaker 1: all right, it is time to start your morning off.
- 13:48Speaker 1: We'd run that prank back and the nephew. What you
- 13:51Speaker 1: got for us today, Tommy? What you want? What you want?
- 13:54Speaker 1: I mean, what you feeling like? What you want? What
- 13:57Speaker 1: you want? We know, we know on ignance, I got it,
- 14:01Speaker 1: I got it. All you want over the top crazy?
- 14:07Speaker 1: All right? Now, all right, okay, okay, okay, you gave
- 14:11Speaker 1: the wrong directions to my sister's grave. You gave the
- 14:18Speaker 1: Rome direction owns to my sister's grave. All right, all
- 14:25Speaker 1: mines clear, cat dog, if you would thank you for Carl.
- 14:36Speaker 1: My name is Frederick Stammond. It down that timera. Let
- 14:40Speaker 1: me say she's any office one moment, please, Fredia. Just
- 14:43Speaker 1: don't it don't make sense. But all ago out there
- 14:46Speaker 1: like we did. It didn't running in the type of
- 14:48Speaker 1: problem that Hello, Hello, listen, my name is Frederick Stammonds. Okay,
- 14:55Speaker 1: Now my sisters since Stammon is buried out there, okay,
- 14:59Speaker 1: and we come out that last week on Monday to
- 15:02Speaker 1: come out there and pray over the space was yell. Now,
- 15:06Speaker 1: you as the one that told us that it was
- 15:08Speaker 1: a few spaces away from the mother limb. Now we
- 15:12Speaker 1: got out there and prayed over my Suster friends as
- 15:15Speaker 1: bearer and find out that we were in the wrong space.
- 15:19Speaker 1: And they say, you was the one that told it
- 15:21Speaker 1: to us. So I don't even know what you're talking about.
- 15:24Speaker 1: You was the one that told us that, my Suster friend.
- 15:26Speaker 1: I don't give all spaces. I'm in an administrative office.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I don't know where you're white out. All I know
- 15:31Speaker 1: is you was the one that told us this. No, yes,
- 15:35Speaker 1: you did. You was the one that my grandbaby said
- 15:38Speaker 1: that she talked to the woman named Tabor, and you
- 15:41Speaker 1: had us out there standing over some white man's boy
- 15:44Speaker 1: and it wrong out a concert. So I can't tell
- 15:46Speaker 1: you we're a space to you. So your granddaughter last year,
- 15:50Speaker 1: ain't nobody lied to me that you had us out
- 15:52Speaker 1: there in the wrong space. I couldn't have had you
- 15:54Speaker 1: in the wrong spaces. I don't even know the cemeteries.
- 15:57Speaker 1: You know what. I must send my grandbaby that to
- 16:00Speaker 1: talk to you. Okay, I'll be here to five. You're
- 16:03Speaker 1: very mischieved. You know that I'll be o'clock. You have
- 16:07Speaker 1: a good day. No, you don't. You hang up this
- 16:09Speaker 1: phone on me, you have a good day. No, I'm
- 16:11Speaker 1: not gonna have a good day. You had me praying
- 16:13Speaker 1: over myself the president's body, and that was the raw one,
- 16:17Speaker 1: and we're sending up praying over this white man's body.
- 16:23Speaker 1: It was right. Hello, I'm listening to you. You don't
- 16:26Speaker 1: have an apology or nothing, because I know I didn't
- 16:29Speaker 1: tell your granddaughter where a space was? Then what did
- 16:33Speaker 1: you tell him? I don't even know what your granddaughter is.
- 16:35Speaker 1: What do you mean the Stamon's family, we will not that.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I don't know who the Simmons family is, not Simmon,
- 16:41Speaker 1: that Stamons, Stamons. I don't know a Simon's family. That's
- 16:45Speaker 1: what I'm telling you. I'm not a counselor. I don't
- 16:48Speaker 1: even deal with family. Here's what I need you to do.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Can you go out there and pray over myself the body.
- 16:54Speaker 1: I don't know where your sister is buried. It's supposed
- 16:57Speaker 1: to have been six paces away from the mother limb.
- 17:00Speaker 1: I don't are there any faces? Yes? Where is it?
- 17:03Speaker 1: Where is it? That section two? It was in section two,
- 17:08Speaker 1: but there was some white man was that? That wasn't
- 17:11Speaker 1: my PRIs? Okay, I don't even know who your sister,
- 17:15Speaker 1: friends is I do not even know where section two is.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Whoever came into the cemetery instead that they spoke to me.
- 17:23Speaker 1: They probably did speak to me, and I probably got
- 17:26Speaker 1: the information from a concert, but I never told them
- 17:29Speaker 1: exactly where the spot was. So if they were out
- 17:32Speaker 1: there praying over your sister and they were in the
- 17:34Speaker 1: wrong spot, that's not my problem. That praying over some
- 17:38Speaker 1: white man, that's not my problem, sir. If you gave
- 17:41Speaker 1: the wrong the wrong spot, if you gave the wrong information,
- 17:44Speaker 1: it is just I don't give the wrong information. I
- 17:48Speaker 1: tell them, yes, she's in section two. I did not
- 17:51Speaker 1: physically go out there and point to the spot to
- 17:53Speaker 1: tell them to pray over that spot. Let me explain
- 17:55Speaker 1: what I'm trying to stop from happening. If my people
- 17:59Speaker 1: come out there, it's gonna be some more bodies getting buried,
- 18:02Speaker 1: and I don't want nobody to get hurt. I mean,
- 18:04Speaker 1: your family can come up here. It's not gonna be
- 18:06Speaker 1: no more bodies being buried that What they can do
- 18:08Speaker 1: is come up here writing. We can conversate about this,
- 18:11Speaker 1: but it's not going to be an up world here.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I want you to go out there and you pray
- 18:16Speaker 1: over friends and his body. I'm not going out to
- 18:18Speaker 1: pray over nobody's body now. It's not family. Remember I
- 18:22Speaker 1: didn't tell them to wrong information. Do you love the
- 18:27Speaker 1: Lord I dearly do, then you ought to have some sepathy.
- 18:32Speaker 1: I want you to bow your head right now. No,
- 18:34Speaker 1: I'm going to end this conversation because that all the
- 18:38Speaker 1: work to do now and ust to me, I will
- 18:41Speaker 1: be hearing to five o'clock. Can I say one more
- 18:44Speaker 1: thing for you? Go that one more thing and I'm
- 18:46Speaker 1: ending the car. Okay, this nephew Tommy from the Steve
- 18:49Speaker 1: Harvard Morning Show, you just got prank. You are crazy?
- 19:02Speaker 1: Your sister to me because sets you up and you
- 19:06Speaker 1: just got it. Baby from nephew tim Me Bo. You
- 19:12Speaker 1: were standing your ground. You like this guy. She wasn't
- 19:15Speaker 1: prayed over the wrong about it? That don't mean no,
- 19:17Speaker 1: I ain't all right. Check it out. You gotta tell
- 19:24Speaker 1: me one thing. What's the baddest radio show in the land.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Do you feel how stupid I am? Do you do? You?
- 19:35Speaker 1: Do you inhale it and digest it that that it's there,
- 19:38Speaker 1: the ignorance of being there forever I try not to
- 19:42Speaker 1: inhale it. I do want to say that. I don't
- 19:45Speaker 1: try to inhale it, but it on me though, No,
- 19:48Speaker 1: it gets on me. Yeah, it's like a strong odor.
- 19:55Speaker 1: It just gets on me. Take it in in hell
- 19:59Speaker 1: it read it out later. It's stupid. What is that?
- 20:03Speaker 1: That's that? Stupids? Okay, alright, alright, nephew, Hey Mike Tyson
- 20:12Speaker 1: hook up with I want. I want to sail some stupids.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew. Coming up next, it is asked the
- 20:19Speaker 1: CLO Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey in the building, ready
- 20:23Speaker 1: for your love questions. Right after this you're listening to
- 20:28Speaker 1: show coming up at the top of the hour. In
- 20:31Speaker 1: trending headlines, Vice President Kamala Harris has tested positive for
- 20:36Speaker 1: COVID nineteen and in entertainment news, couple alert first daughter
- 20:40Speaker 1: Sasha Obama as a new boyfriend, and we'll tell you
- 20:44Speaker 1: who that is. Also testless. CEO Elon Musk is going
- 20:48Speaker 1: to buy Twitter for a whole bunch of billions. And
- 20:52Speaker 1: we'll talk about all of these stories at the top
- 20:54Speaker 1: of the hour. But right now it is time to
- 20:57Speaker 1: ask the CLO Chief Love Officer Steve is ready. Here
- 21:01Speaker 1: we go. This one's from Georgian in Marion Georgian says,
- 21:06Speaker 1: my husband of eight years cheated on me, so I
- 21:09Speaker 1: pulled all of his clothes. I put him all in
- 21:12Speaker 1: the dumpster behind our complex. After a few months of
- 21:15Speaker 1: him begging, we made up and he's back at home.
- 21:18Speaker 1: He thinks I should replace his clothes. I told him
- 21:22Speaker 1: it's the price he had to pay for cheating on me.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Which one of us is right? Well, it don't really
- 21:27Speaker 1: matter who right does Oh, it doesn't really matter who's
- 21:32Speaker 1: right in this case. The clothes is gone, and even
- 21:36Speaker 1: though you were wrong, you feel justified. Wow, if loveing you,
- 21:42Speaker 1: who's wrong? I don't want to be right now. That
- 21:48Speaker 1: has nothing to do with your clothes being in that
- 21:50Speaker 1: damn dumpster. But that's the chose, that's the song I chose.
- 21:55Speaker 1: If loving you is wrong, I don't want to be right. Well,
- 21:57Speaker 1: you know, if loving that other moment was wrong, you
- 22:00Speaker 1: ain't fit to be right. And sometimes, Oh, here's what
- 22:03Speaker 1: I learned from Bishop Jake's the other day. Okay, you
- 22:07Speaker 1: can't hurt old woman and then tell her how to
- 22:10Speaker 1: heal a man, you better, minister, h Yeah, you can't
- 22:19Speaker 1: hurt old woman and then tell her how to heal. Yes,
- 22:24Speaker 1: it made her feel better to throw the clothes in
- 22:27Speaker 1: that damn you had to cheat it, they wouldn't have
- 22:31Speaker 1: been in the damn garbage. She might owe you, but
- 22:35Speaker 1: she also if you keep telling her what she owe you,
- 22:38Speaker 1: she gonna remind you of what you owed her. Loyalty
- 22:42Speaker 1: gnawed her. Next question Sha and Santa Monica Rhonda says,
- 22:51Speaker 1: I live in a midrise apartment building and the smoke
- 22:54Speaker 1: alarm went off at three am, so everyone evacuated the building.
- 22:58Speaker 1: I saw my cousins husband with his arm around one
- 23:01Speaker 1: of my neighbors. I walked by to make sure he
- 23:04Speaker 1: saw me, but I didn't say anything. Now do I
- 23:08Speaker 1: mind my business or say something to him? Mind your business?
- 23:12Speaker 1: What are you gonna say to him? It's nothing for
- 23:16Speaker 1: you to say. I saw you. You know you saw him.
- 23:18Speaker 1: You walked right past him. He saw you. He didn't
- 23:22Speaker 1: say nothing to you, did he? He knew he'd better
- 23:26Speaker 1: not da. That's how you spoke in that tone? How
- 23:32Speaker 1: you doing get it together? And if you an't in
- 23:36Speaker 1: one of the mid rise buildings that have smoke alarms
- 23:39Speaker 1: that go off in the middle of the night, and
- 23:41Speaker 1: you can hear traffic from your house, that's the same
- 23:44Speaker 1: apartment or Mississippi living. So we used to that. Thank
- 23:47Speaker 1: you for We're very used to. Moving on to Donnie
- 23:56Speaker 1: and Gary. Donnie writes up, a fifty four year old
- 23:59Speaker 1: married man and our son and his new wife visited
- 24:02Speaker 1: us for the weekend. We could hear them have sex,
- 24:05Speaker 1: having sex from across the hall. She cursed like a
- 24:09Speaker 1: pirate and he sounded like a train. Should I tell
- 24:12Speaker 1: him that he can't be intimate with his wife in
- 24:15Speaker 1: our home? Or should we tell them to stay at
- 24:18Speaker 1: the hotel next time? Tinn Donnie, how are you? Don
- 24:26Speaker 1: is his wife? Donnie's fifty four? Yeah, is his wife?
- 24:32Speaker 1: Now you can tell your son, son, little man, we
- 24:35Speaker 1: love having you, but your your your sexual excapade across
- 24:39Speaker 1: the hall, it's just too explosive. He's got and he
- 24:43Speaker 1: worked off, worked up. Your mama asked me to do
- 24:45Speaker 1: things I can't do no more, and I'm gonna need
- 24:48Speaker 1: you to just stay at the hotel. Oh, Danny Hayden
- 24:54Speaker 1: se she and here cussing and stuff. I ain't made
- 24:57Speaker 1: your mama cushing fourteen years to cart all this down
- 25:01Speaker 1: to the hotel on them. You can ain't even do it?
- 25:04Speaker 1: Mean you ain't what you ain't gonna do it be
- 25:06Speaker 1: all being here house shining me. That ain't what you
- 25:08Speaker 1: ain't here fee do all this cushing cross the hole
- 25:11Speaker 1: in the all this hill we never feel to have
- 25:13Speaker 1: all I understand that. Okay, now going to the next question.
- 25:19Speaker 1: There miss you all right before we started situation at
- 25:22Speaker 1: our house that say this hill? All right, last one,
- 25:27Speaker 1: last one, Celo cavan take and Virginia says, I'm dating
- 25:33Speaker 1: an older woman and she caught me in the bathroom
- 25:35Speaker 1: handling my own needs. She told me later that it
- 25:38Speaker 1: made her feel inadequate. I do that often before I
- 25:42Speaker 1: take a shower, and it helps my stamina. Should I
- 25:45Speaker 1: explain it to her? Should I explain that to her
- 25:48Speaker 1: or not? Yeah? Yeah you should, Yeah, you should. It
- 25:50Speaker 1: helps your standard stamina. That's what it is. Because she
- 25:53Speaker 1: and the old girl in the hamlet, and you got
- 25:56Speaker 1: and you got and you got to you know, get
- 25:59Speaker 1: yourself in the position issue where you can stay your
- 26:02Speaker 1: stay in power is better. That's what your problem is.
- 26:05Speaker 1: And so you should explain that to him. You can
- 26:09Speaker 1: explain it, yeah, because it's real simple. Look, you have
- 26:13Speaker 1: more experience than me. You you're very and and you
- 26:16Speaker 1: and you make things happen a lot faster than I
- 26:19Speaker 1: want them to. So what I try to do is
- 26:21Speaker 1: I get I try to get one out to wait,
- 26:24Speaker 1: you know, so I can have that one out to
- 26:25Speaker 1: weight so my so I can last and my staying
- 26:28Speaker 1: power is long. I under understand the theory he working on.
- 26:32Speaker 1: He's doing it the wrong way though. Okay we lock
- 26:35Speaker 1: that dough though, Okay we simple Well, she just walked
- 26:40Speaker 1: in on him. She don't. She he over her house.
- 26:44Speaker 1: She don't have locks on her bathroom dough because she
- 26:46Speaker 1: stayed by herself. Okay, see she can open the door
- 26:50Speaker 1: when she wants to, so so yeah, the issue is
- 26:53Speaker 1: he doesn't want her to feel inadequate as well, because
- 26:57Speaker 1: she said after she saw that it made her feel
- 26:59Speaker 1: some kind of way. Yeah, but all it is it's
- 27:01Speaker 1: called little little little boy cake. He can't he can't help. Yeah, yeah,
- 27:06Speaker 1: Devanta case his stay in power ain't. Would it need
- 27:09Speaker 1: to be the little boy set in there would read
- 27:16Speaker 1: them and reader in there read, yeah read he does?
- 27:22Speaker 1: How you know she she older vant in that Dayton
- 27:26Speaker 1: reader and reader in there just in here, just you know,
- 27:30Speaker 1: sitting on the edge of the bed eating carriage for
- 27:32Speaker 1: he coming to room. That's how I get my stamming
- 27:37Speaker 1: there up, I can't huh, that's funny. And so you
- 27:44Speaker 1: know that's how did you know everybody got a little ways,
- 27:46Speaker 1: you know that get theirselves together. You know they used
- 27:50Speaker 1: to tell you that oyshous they told you all ads
- 27:55Speaker 1: would do that for you. Is that true? I can
- 27:59Speaker 1: tell you. I tell your hell know about the meads eggs?
- 28:04Speaker 1: Did you do it one time? Rod three? It didn't
- 28:08Speaker 1: he nothing happened, sick his head and not throwing up
- 28:14Speaker 1: all in the trash can in the corner and college purpose.
- 28:24Speaker 1: But where they get that from? Oysters do nothing either,
- 28:27Speaker 1: I mean from all the man got. The man can
- 28:30Speaker 1: start a rumor. Man slapping yourself real hard will make
- 28:35Speaker 1: you last longer. It'll be man to be slapping taste
- 28:38Speaker 1: out there. But ousters in the eggs? All right, all right,
- 28:46Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 28:48Speaker 1: some trending headlines and some entertainment news for you. Right

- 29:07Speaker 1: her residence. Alan adds at the VP has not had
- 29:11Speaker 1: recent close contact with President Biden. Harris's director of communications,

- 29:35Speaker 1: has a new man. She has a new boyfriend. She
- 29:37Speaker 1: is dating Tommy. You'll be interested in this. She is
- 29:40Speaker 1: dating Clifton Powell Junior. Okay, we all know who that
- 29:45Speaker 1: Who Clifton Powell Senior is That's right. He is an

- 30:08Speaker 1: former basketball star. Former First Lady Michelle Obama was recently
- 30:12Speaker 1: on The Ellen Show, and she told Ellen, our daughters
- 30:16Speaker 1: are bringing home full grown men. Are to believe these
- 30:19Speaker 1: were the little girls we met on the campaign trail
- 30:22Speaker 1: back in two thousand and eight. And she's right, it is.

- 31:14Speaker 1: all right, so h and other congratulations to them and
- 31:18Speaker 1: other trending headlines. Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, is spending forty
- 31:23Speaker 1: four billion dollars to buy the social media site Twitter.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Elon Musk says he wants to turn Twitter into a
- 31:30Speaker 1: haven for free speech. And there's just one problem with
- 31:33Speaker 1: all of this. The social platform has been down this
- 31:37Speaker 1: road before and it didn't end well. Okay. Now, Americans
- 31:41Speaker 1: say they're more likely to be harassed on social media
- 31:44Speaker 1: than any other online forum, with women, people of color,
- 31:49Speaker 1: and LGBTQ users reporting a disproportionate amount of that abuse. Okay. Meanwhile,
- 31:56Speaker 1: terms like censorship and free speech have turned into political
- 31:59Speaker 1: rally cries for conservatives frustrated by seeing right leaning commentators
- 32:04Speaker 1: and high profile Republican officials booted off faithbook and Twitter
- 32:08Speaker 1: for violating their rules. And we know one in particular,
- 32:12Speaker 1: is he gonna let Trump on now exactly. That's the
- 32:16Speaker 1: one in particular that he's behind on. Yeah, people are
- 32:20Speaker 1: saying he's gonna let Trump back on. I mean, you know,
- 32:25Speaker 1: but I don't. I don't even care. You ain't got
- 32:28Speaker 1: to fill him. I don't even care. They ain't put
- 32:30Speaker 1: him on the now all. I don't care. He's not
- 32:33Speaker 1: gonna affect my life. I'm promising I gave him no
- 32:36Speaker 1: power over me, not Donald Trump, nobody. I fear no man.
- 32:40Speaker 1: But God, that's it. I don't care who you take
- 32:43Speaker 1: off Twitter. You can take me off if you want too. Yeah,
- 32:47Speaker 1: but all that faith news and false accusations and tweeting,
- 32:51Speaker 1: all that starting stuff, that's for all of the gullible.
- 32:56Speaker 1: That's for all of the gullible racist people that we
- 33:01Speaker 1: have in this country who want to follow somebody that
- 33:05Speaker 1: can also validate and justify their racial and biased views. Yes,
- 33:10Speaker 1: that's why he says such a large follower, because then
- 33:13Speaker 1: we have such a large, hypocritical part of our population
- 33:17Speaker 1: that is into racist and biased views and just cheer
- 33:21Speaker 1: and champion everything he does. That's the sadness of this country.
- 33:26Speaker 1: That's how he got seventy million votes, because we got
- 33:29Speaker 1: seventy million people who think just like him in this country.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Oh they're there. Yeah, and I'm talking about with everything
- 33:41Speaker 1: he says and does, slowly election Yep, going with it.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Don't have any prisons, don't need none because just because
- 33:50Speaker 1: he said it. Yeah, fake news, just wow, ignorance. All right,
- 33:58Speaker 1: And finally in sad news, Um, Earthwin and Fire saxophonist
- 34:04Speaker 1: Andrew wolf best known for being the saxophonist four earth
- 34:08Speaker 1: Win and Fire, passed away on Sunday. He was seventy
- 34:11Speaker 1: four years old. According to H. Philip Bailey, of course,
- 34:15Speaker 1: from earth Wind and Fire, Wolfuck succumbed to an illness
- 34:17Speaker 1: he battled over six years. Uh. Philip Bailey said, I
- 34:22Speaker 1: met him in high school. We quickly became friends and bandmates. Um.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Great memories, great talent, funny, competitive, quick witted, and always styling.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Wolfuck joined Earthwin and Fire back in nineteen seventy three,
- 34:34Speaker 1: and he can be heard on such classics as Shining
- 34:37Speaker 1: Star September and many many more, and of course our
- 34:41Speaker 1: deepest condolences going out to the Andrew Wolfuck family. Yeah yeah,
- 34:49Speaker 1: your favorite group in the world, Step Earthwin and fire
- 34:53Speaker 1: Time all times. Let me tell you some when mo
- 35:00Speaker 1: we've passed. Oh yeah, yeah, that's all very sad. All
- 35:05Speaker 1: my friends was calling me, dog you're good good. No,
- 35:10Speaker 1: I'm not good, demo, don't ask me my good you good?
- 35:18Speaker 1: Number one fans yea and they know it and you
- 35:22Speaker 1: had a relationship with them, you know. Oh yeah, man, yeah,
- 35:27Speaker 1: all right again, our condolencen is going out to the
- 35:30Speaker 1: Welfack family. Um. Coming up at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 35:33Speaker 1: we'll talk about wedding vows right after this. You're listening well.
- 35:41Speaker 1: Although plenty of couples opt for personal vows to express
- 35:44Speaker 1: their love, one of the most important moments of any
- 35:47Speaker 1: ceremony is where they declare to look after one another
- 35:51Speaker 1: in sickness and in health well. One bride to be
- 35:56Speaker 1: has caused an uproar online because she explaining that she
- 36:01Speaker 1: wants to remove this important line on her big day.
- 36:04Speaker 1: She posted that she wants to replace in sickness with
- 36:07Speaker 1: in happiness because quote, I hate taking care of sick people,
- 36:13Speaker 1: she's not gonna be there. Well, well, if they change
- 36:16Speaker 1: these vows, I'm out. Yeah. So would you marry someone
- 36:29Speaker 1: who vows not to take care of you when you're
- 36:32Speaker 1: sick or or you know which vowel do you have
- 36:36Speaker 1: an issue with? Well, you know I wouldn't. I wouldn't
- 36:38Speaker 1: take I wouldn't take vows with a person that I
- 36:41Speaker 1: wouldn't help when they got sick. There you go. You
- 36:45Speaker 1: mean you wouldn't marry them? They know if I'm not
- 36:48Speaker 1: gonna if i'm if I'm not gonna care for you,
- 36:50Speaker 1: I'm not gonna take the vowl. That's love. Still. Now
- 36:53Speaker 1: you gotta look at all the vials. Now you vowed
- 36:57Speaker 1: through marriage to stay with a person, to do you part?
- 37:01Speaker 1: Right now, I'm on my third marriage, So what did
- 37:05Speaker 1: I do want? It? Ain't nobody die? Ain't well? No, No,
- 37:09Speaker 1: I disagree. I disagree. Hold on, sir, I feel disagree.
- 37:15Speaker 1: It says to death do you part? Right? When I
- 37:20Speaker 1: was married before, once I felt like I was dying. See,
- 37:27Speaker 1: I'm out that man, I'm out what it means. If
- 37:33Speaker 1: that's my interpretation of it? Somebody down. No, No, I
- 37:38Speaker 1: would say I was there dying. But that's a feeling
- 37:42Speaker 1: you weren't physically it was dying. That's where you're wrong.
- 37:51Speaker 1: That's where you're one wrong. I was actually, it doesn't
- 38:02Speaker 1: say till till till I feel like I'm dying. No,
- 38:06Speaker 1: I wasn't feeling I was dying. Your vitals were shutting down, girl,
- 38:12Speaker 1: I wasn't. That's right. I was having a near death experience.
- 38:16Speaker 1: I was. I was. I was out of body at
- 38:18Speaker 1: least eight times. I was looking back down at me,
- 38:23Speaker 1: going who is that married to? What is he doing?
- 38:29Speaker 1: Hang in that dog? And I just couldn't. And so
- 38:33Speaker 1: I went on and took clause till death, and once
- 38:38Speaker 1: I felt like I was dying, that was it. Yeah.
- 38:42Speaker 1: So I've been I've been good to it. You know
- 38:47Speaker 1: a dog. My friends called me a top cat. Yeah.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Coming up with thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll
- 39:00Speaker 1: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right after this.
- 39:04Speaker 1: You're listening to the Stay Show. A viral video has
- 39:09Speaker 1: circulated of a white female student being slapped by a
- 39:12Speaker 1: black male student after she called him the N word
- 39:17Speaker 1: during school hours at Locust Grove High School, which is
- 39:20Speaker 1: a school in the suburbs of Atlanta the administration. It
- 39:24Speaker 1: issued the black male student with the disciplinary recussion of
- 39:28Speaker 1: repercussions for the slap and send him home, while the
- 39:31Speaker 1: white female student who called him the N word was
- 39:35Speaker 1: allowed to go back to class now. Laila Moreau, an
- 39:38Speaker 1: African American senior at the school, organized a walk out
- 39:42Speaker 1: on last Thursday, where they chanted Black Lives Matter, believing
- 39:45Speaker 1: the school treatment of the incident was coded with racial overtones.
- 39:50Speaker 1: They argued both students were wrong and should have received
- 39:54Speaker 1: the same punishment. A school district representative said, we can't.
- 39:59Speaker 1: We can't share disciplinary action for students due to students
- 40:02Speaker 1: right to privacy. So there you go, due to students
- 40:07Speaker 1: rights to privacy. What is that right? Yeah, so they
- 40:10Speaker 1: don't let you know, you know what kind of disciplinary
- 40:13Speaker 1: action they gave the students, because the students have a right,
- 40:16Speaker 1: you know, well the little boys. If the little boys
- 40:19Speaker 1: at home and she and claims, we see it, we
- 40:23Speaker 1: know exactly, you know what's happening. But that's what they Hey,
- 40:27Speaker 1: I just take it. Three days administration, three days. I'm
- 40:30Speaker 1: at the house, all right, I'm sorry for this word though.
- 40:37Speaker 1: It getting closer to zero one lest person. Yeah, that
- 40:42Speaker 1: won't use it again. Won't use it no more. Because
- 40:47Speaker 1: some people are saying he defended himself when she said it,
- 40:50Speaker 1: when she called them that. I'm telling you right now,
- 40:54Speaker 1: that's my defense. You was defending yourself. Stud I'm letting
- 41:01Speaker 1: anybody notice, guy, any players are calling me that, and
- 41:04Speaker 1: you not black know that. Yeah, that's gonna happen. It's
- 41:09Speaker 1: gonna happening. Yeah on site though on site it's not later.
- 41:13Speaker 1: It's immediate. G R G G E R gonna get
- 41:19Speaker 1: your ass. Will that's that venom that that's the one
- 41:23Speaker 1: that's gonna get you. Yeah, happen. Wow, So they didn't
- 41:28Speaker 1: and had an aa Tony, I'm sorry, it's not happening. No,
- 41:33Speaker 1: you don't get what the consonant. No, I don't care
- 41:36Speaker 1: how how's you what if they come out, that's it.
- 41:40Speaker 1: But if you're whiten you say it, that's all I'm

- 44:14Speaker 1: let me see here, let me see him. I'm na
- 44:17Speaker 1: run through my little archives, okay, going through the prank

- 44:25Speaker 1: my folders prank calls. Let's see what we got here.

- 44:39Speaker 1: all right, just everybody say it women, your doors. I
- 44:45Speaker 1: didn't I just say it, but I say what did
- 44:47Speaker 1: I just say that? I just can't say. Consider y'all,
- 44:52Speaker 1: consider everyone that didn't say it, the possibility of being pranked.
- 44:57Speaker 1: I'm just saying it right now, and I mean everybody
- 44:59Speaker 1: on I'm putting you on notes and on blast. You
- 45:03Speaker 1: are your your one of your family members. I swear
- 45:06Speaker 1: I do it as scared. It's a threatening promise. It
- 45:12Speaker 1: is what it is. It's a threatening problem. Hold on,
- 45:14Speaker 1: hold on time. Mommy gonna called Cranky. Okay, you don't
- 45:19Speaker 1: know it's him. People in my head. She ain't gonna Nope. Okay,
- 45:27Speaker 1: here it is your duels. Let's go cat dog. Hello, Hello,
- 45:31Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach a mister Paul. Please call Virginia Senior,
- 45:36Speaker 1: probably senior. Okay, that's just man. How you doing that?
- 45:38Speaker 1: I'm good, I'm gonna listen. My name is Mark. I'm
- 45:40Speaker 1: actually calling from a company called Doors. Are you Are
- 45:44Speaker 1: you a good court? Yes? Correct? You guys just built
- 45:47Speaker 1: at home? Right? Yeah? Okay, I'm like I said. My
- 45:50Speaker 1: name is Mark Stevens. I'm actually calling from Doors. We're
- 45:53Speaker 1: actually the company that uh supplied the doors that are
- 45:56Speaker 1: actually throughout your house. Okay, great, what are you calling
- 46:00Speaker 1: for a follow up? Oh no, this is gonna follow up. Actually,
- 46:03Speaker 1: we've got a couple of glitches we want to try
- 46:04Speaker 1: and get get straight out if we could find uh, Well,
- 46:07Speaker 1: here's here's the problem, sir. The problem we're having is
- 46:10Speaker 1: at the contractor that actually built you all's home, yes,
- 46:14Speaker 1: has not paid for the doors. You guys have been
- 46:17Speaker 1: there two and a half months, and we can't seem
- 46:21Speaker 1: to get the contractor to come in and pay for
- 46:23Speaker 1: the doors. Try to call them. We've tried to call
- 46:27Speaker 1: him several times and we have not been able to
- 46:29Speaker 1: get numb for the yav on him. Because you have
- 46:31Speaker 1: a good number, I can give you a number because
- 46:34Speaker 1: I really don't have anything to do with that. It's
- 46:36Speaker 1: like you get my number. Well, actually we had your
- 46:38Speaker 1: number of files as the homeowner, and that's pretty much
- 46:41Speaker 1: how we had you. But the problem we're facing here, sir,
- 46:44Speaker 1: is we've tried to get this guy for the last
- 46:46Speaker 1: couple of months and we can't get him. So, Actually,
- 46:50Speaker 1: what's what's gonna happen here in the next day or
- 46:52Speaker 1: so is we're probably gonna have to come and get
- 46:54Speaker 1: all the doors. Always can do what We're probably gonna
- 46:58Speaker 1: have to come and get all the doors in your house,
- 47:01Speaker 1: take them off and bring them back here to the
- 47:03Speaker 1: plant until we gonna go get out of my doors.
- 47:05Speaker 1: We're gonna have to get those doors until either we
- 47:08Speaker 1: get a contractor or you know, we get paid for
- 47:11Speaker 1: the doors. Now, what could happen is you could pay
- 47:13Speaker 1: for the doors. No, no, no, already paid for the doors.
- 47:16Speaker 1: And that's that's that's past tense. I've done that, paid you, saint.
- 47:20Speaker 1: Paying that means I got a double back. Well, sir,
- 47:22Speaker 1: we haven't been paid, sir for the doors. Well no, no, no,
- 47:25Speaker 1: the contractor was paid for the doors. That's who paid you, okay,
- 47:30Speaker 1: And what I'm trying to explain to you, sir, we
- 47:32Speaker 1: haven't been paid at all here at doors now at all?
- 47:36Speaker 1: Oh oh okay, well at doing they should have received
- 47:40Speaker 1: a check from my contract and misleading you, sir, is
- 47:44Speaker 1: that that hasn't been done since you have not been paid.
- 47:47Speaker 1: You're gonna come back and get my doors out, you said,
- 47:49Speaker 1: We Now, who's all this? You? And who are gonna come?
- 47:52Speaker 1: Here's the problem here? Like, no, no, there ain't no problems.
- 47:55Speaker 1: We're gonna we're gonna resolve this very peacefully. But who
- 47:58Speaker 1: is we? Okay so what's taking place here? My job
- 48:00Speaker 1: is they've taken this money out of my check that
- 48:03Speaker 1: hasn't been paid for the doors. Oh yes, I can
- 48:06Speaker 1: understand that, but why would they take it out of
- 48:08Speaker 1: your check? You did the man hours, you you've done
- 48:10Speaker 1: your work. Why I don't understanding, sir. But since the
- 48:13Speaker 1: company hasn't been paid, the company is taking it out
- 48:15Speaker 1: on me and it's not gonna come down on me.
- 48:17Speaker 1: So either I'm gonna get the doors, well, you need
- 48:20Speaker 1: to quit your job because they go because they need
- 48:22Speaker 1: to give you a not just give you a bonus,
- 48:24Speaker 1: but give you some our only word, because bottom line
- 48:26Speaker 1: is you're talking about company get my doors. Now, that's
- 48:30Speaker 1: not gonna happen. Either we resolve this peacefully as if
- 48:32Speaker 1: you paid for it, or I come out and get
- 48:35Speaker 1: the doors and I'm not fin the city and go back.
- 48:38Speaker 1: You need to go in and come get these doors.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Gas up and come get these doors. Because you're not
- 48:41Speaker 1: gonna come and get these I'm not gonna send you
- 48:43Speaker 1: no money, okay, sir. Then then then what we need
- 48:46Speaker 1: to do is get a schedule time where I can
- 48:47Speaker 1: come out and get all the doors. I'm on your time.
- 48:50Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm on your time now, so you got
- 48:52Speaker 1: you must be paying me now. Since I'm on your time,
- 48:55Speaker 1: what are you talking about? Because you're talking about you're
- 48:57Speaker 1: gonna set up a time with me. That means I
- 49:00Speaker 1: to leave and do what I do to be meet
- 49:02Speaker 1: you here to get something don't belong to you, which
- 49:04Speaker 1: is my door, so you don't have to be there
- 49:05Speaker 1: at all, because I'm gonna I'm gonna come in and
- 49:08Speaker 1: take the front door off, and I'm gonna keep keep
- 49:10Speaker 1: moving through the house and get all the doors and
- 49:12Speaker 1: get them back here to the player. I don't think
- 49:14Speaker 1: you hear yourself now first and for almost how you
- 49:16Speaker 1: when you coming to the front door, I'm gonna be
- 49:18Speaker 1: without waiting on you as you as you taking off
- 49:20Speaker 1: the lad I'm gonna be on you behind making sure
- 49:23Speaker 1: you realize you're gonna have to take this door or
- 49:25Speaker 1: take this and I'm taking I'm pretty show I'm gonna
- 49:28Speaker 1: coming to you and get that first door so I
- 49:30Speaker 1: can't keep going back and forth with you. Let me
- 49:32Speaker 1: say this to you. I'm coming to get them doors,
- 49:34Speaker 1: even if I got to take a because I gotta
- 49:36Speaker 1: get my money back from the company that they that
- 49:38Speaker 1: took from me because show damn contractor did not pay
- 49:41Speaker 1: for the damn doors. Hey, you manna hey bringing your
- 49:44Speaker 1: turns down when you talk to me, you're talking trump man.
- 49:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna I'm gonna put this on you. I'm not
- 49:49Speaker 1: gonna allow you to come to my halls and take
- 49:51Speaker 1: these damn doors and you ain't coming to getting no money.
- 49:54Speaker 1: I'm coming to get them doors that I'm coming to

- 50:00Speaker 1: because I want to be even paid when you come

- 50:04Speaker 1: kind you coming? Don't don't worry about when I'm coming.
- 50:06Speaker 1: You don't know what I'm there. When I take the
- 50:08Speaker 1: first dough off the heads, every goal, we're gonna meet
- 50:11Speaker 1: at that door and whoop that and tell you what
- 50:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna pay you. I'm paying dollar pup. Now take
- 50:17Speaker 1: that checking and may tiss that inside, whooping the night.
- 50:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna take that hoop. But if that's what it take,
- 50:22Speaker 1: but I gotta take this door. You want get my money.
- 50:24Speaker 1: I mean you to do next time, get your damn money. Stop,

- 53:36Speaker 1: Buckle up and hold on tight. We got it for you.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Here it is Strawberry Letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject believe
- 53:42Speaker 1: half of what you see. Here's Stephen Shirley. I've been
- 53:45Speaker 1: married for almost two months, and a few days after
- 53:49Speaker 1: we said I do, my life changed. We met at
- 53:52Speaker 1: church and we were friends first and then we started dating.
- 53:56Speaker 1: One thing we said we'd never do was talk about
- 53:59Speaker 1: our pastor relationships in detail, and we never have until
- 54:03Speaker 1: after our wedding. Early on the morning of our wedding,
- 54:09Speaker 1: my ex girl from twelve years ago sent a text
- 54:12Speaker 1: to tell me that she was in town and would
- 54:14Speaker 1: love to visit my mom. I texted her and let
- 54:18Speaker 1: her know that it was my wedding day and she
- 54:21Speaker 1: was welcome to drop by the reception if she wanted
- 54:24Speaker 1: to see my mom, and I sent her the address.
- 54:27Speaker 1: My phone is open to my lady and I do
- 54:30Speaker 1: not have anything to hide, so I let my wife
- 54:33Speaker 1: to be know that my X might stop by the reception.
- 54:36Speaker 1: She got my phone and read the text and saw
- 54:39Speaker 1: that I hadn't heard from this X since twenty nineteen.
- 54:44Speaker 1: That day, my ex didn't show up at our reception.
- 54:47Speaker 1: We were on our honeymoon relaxing when my ex texted
- 54:50Speaker 1: me four photos of us from high school. My mom
- 54:54Speaker 1: gave her the pictures. My wife got very upset and
- 54:57Speaker 1: called my mother a trader for letting my ex come
- 55:00Speaker 1: visit her. The picture set her off in the worst way,
- 55:04Speaker 1: and I assured her that my ex doesn't look like
- 55:07Speaker 1: those pictures anymore. I fell asleep, and my wife texted
- 55:11Speaker 1: my ex and asked her for a current picture, acting
- 55:14Speaker 1: like she was me. My ex and her picture of
- 55:17Speaker 1: her face and bare breath. My wife woke me up,
- 55:21Speaker 1: yelling at me. She said, there's got to be something
- 55:24Speaker 1: going on between us. I've blocked my ex's number, and
- 55:27Speaker 1: the next day my wife unblocked it. She's waiting and
- 55:31Speaker 1: hoping for my ex to make the next move. I've
- 55:34Speaker 1: been trying to salvage my new marriage, but one wrong
- 55:38Speaker 1: move for my ex and it could be all over.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Please help me fix this. Well, I don't know if
- 55:44Speaker 1: we can help you fix this, you know, I don't
- 55:47Speaker 1: know even if you can fix this, but we gotta try.
- 55:50Speaker 1: I think this is your fault. I mean, I'm with
- 55:52Speaker 1: your wife on this one. What are you inviting your
- 55:55Speaker 1: ex to your reception for? I mean, the woman you
- 55:58Speaker 1: married was fine. Was her wedding day. I'm sure she
- 56:01Speaker 1: was happy. Maybe a little stressed and nervous about the wedding,
- 56:04Speaker 1: but for the most part, she was happy and filled
- 56:07Speaker 1: with excitement and all of that about you, guys, the
- 56:10Speaker 1: future together. It was a great day. It started off
- 56:12Speaker 1: to be a great day. Enter a text from your
- 56:16Speaker 1: ex that you not only responded to, but you invite
- 56:20Speaker 1: her to the reception. Why why would you do that?
- 56:24Speaker 1: You're right, this did change everything, and why wouldn't it?
- 56:28Speaker 1: That simple, innocent, very stupid act on your part is
- 56:34Speaker 1: why we are here. And I say we, I mean
- 56:36Speaker 1: you guys, I don't Steve, and I have nothing to
- 56:38Speaker 1: do with this. Okay, it's it, does you know? I
- 56:42Speaker 1: just say it doesn't matter to your wife whether you
- 56:44Speaker 1: let her see your phone or not. You know, she's
- 56:47Speaker 1: mad right now. She's somewhere else with this right now,
- 56:50Speaker 1: and she has every right to be. She feels betrayed
- 56:52Speaker 1: by you and your mother, your mom for giving her
- 56:55Speaker 1: the pictures and then for the ex, you know, showing
- 56:57Speaker 1: her the pictures. This is a mess that could completely
- 57:00Speaker 1: have been avoided. And why are you still texting with
- 57:03Speaker 1: your ex anyway? I mean, she's been out of the
- 57:05Speaker 1: picture since twenty nineteen. You can't give your brand new
- 57:09Speaker 1: reason wife a reason not to trust you or to
- 57:12Speaker 1: start feeling insecure. You're supposed to be moving forward with her.
- 57:17Speaker 1: Your ex is in the past. Okay. Now your wife
- 57:20Speaker 1: is on the defensive as far as you and your
- 57:22Speaker 1: mom are concerned, and that's why she's accusing you of
- 57:25Speaker 1: having something going on with the X. It's just way
- 57:27Speaker 1: too early in your marriage to be fighting like this,
- 57:30Speaker 1: So you've got to hurry up and fix this. You
- 57:33Speaker 1: invited the X back in. Now you've got to get
- 57:35Speaker 1: rid of her. You got to get her out. Talk
- 57:37Speaker 1: to your new wife, beg her plead whatever you have
- 57:40Speaker 1: to do to try and make this right with your wife.
- 57:43Speaker 1: That's what you have to do. Steve, What were you thinking?
- 57:50Speaker 1: What the hell were you thinking? How stupid are you?
- 57:58Speaker 1: How old are you? See? This can't be. You can't
- 58:05Speaker 1: be as old as I think you are according to
- 58:08Speaker 1: this letter, because I just don't even understand how we
- 58:13Speaker 1: got here. This letter doesn't make any logical syst First
- 58:18Speaker 1: of all, let me explain something to you. There's not
- 58:20Speaker 1: a man listening to this letter that's going waiting. Man,
- 58:25Speaker 1: what what you did? What? Though? You can't explain that
- 58:30Speaker 1: to none of your friends. See, that's why you had

- 59:11Speaker 1: of our wedding, my ex girlfriend from twelve years ago
- 59:19Speaker 1: sent a text to tell me she was in town
- 59:22Speaker 1: and would love to visit my mom. I text her
- 59:26Speaker 1: back and let her know it was my wedding day
- 59:28Speaker 1: and she was welcome to drop by the reception if
- 59:30Speaker 1: she wanted to see my mom, and I send her
- 59:32Speaker 1: the address. What what what hold? Mat Waite? Luke, Dude,

- 1:00:25Speaker 1: T I've been married for almost two mostly a few
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: days after we said I do my life change. We
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: met at church. We was friends the first we started dating.

- 1:00:35Speaker 1: our past relationships. In detail, and we never have and
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: till after our waiting. Early on the morning of our wedding,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: my ex girlfriend from twelve years ago send a text
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: to me that she was in town and would love
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: to visit my mom. I text her and let her
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: know that it was my wedding day and she was
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: welcome to drop bydyisception if she wanted to see my mom,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: and I send hether address. Your dumb mass did what
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: The title of this letter is, I don't believe half
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: of what you see? Okay, I'd have read it. Now.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Which half of this you want me to not believe?
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Because I don't believe none of that. First of all,
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: you text your ex back. You text your ex back
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: on the day of your wedding for what? Yeah, for what?
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: And she come, she want to see your mama for what?
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: For what? What? You want to see my mama for what?
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: You're texting me for on the day of my wedding?
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: For what? And then and then I sent her the address.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: I invited her to the reception for what? And then
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: I sent her the address for what? You're dumb, dog,
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: You're dumb. We're here because you're dumb. My phone is
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: open to my lady and I do not have anything
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: to hide. So I let my wife to know next
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: that my X might stop by the reception. What waiting
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: mane on your wedding day? You told your wife to
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: be that your ex might stop by the reception? What
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: dog you get a tell us to know? Inn where?
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: You know what? You make me sick. You're so damn stupid.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: I can't believe this. I let my wife to be, no,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: my X might stop by the reception. She got my
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: phone and read the text and saw that I hadn't
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: heard from this excess two thousand nineteen. Boy, boy, so
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: you thought that were gonna fix it that day? My
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: ex didn't show up at our reception. You know why
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: because she didn't know it was your wedding day. And
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: she was in shock. She was in most shocks at
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: your stupid ass sent to the address. She knew not
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: to roll up on that girl's wedding. She knew what
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: everybody knew. But you, Yeah, that day, my ex didn't
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: show up at the restaurant. We were on our honeymoon relaxing.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Oh oh oh, oh, you thought it was over. You're
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: dumb mass on the honeymoon talk about relaxing when my
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: ex text me. My ex texts me full photos of
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: us from high school. My mom gave her the pictures.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: My wife got very upset and called my mother a trader,
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: wayman hola holder. See the part you're leaving out? When
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: your ex girlfriend text you the folk pictures of y'all
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: from high school? How did your wife find out about
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: the faulk photos? See you you don't want to tell
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: us this, your stupid ass. Let us see that too,
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: didn't you? Yeah, you got your phone laying between y'all
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: on the sand, didn't yet you sitting up in here
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: you know good in hell? Well just hel for his
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: texting you unsolicited, and now you bought you so stupid.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: My wife got very upset and called my mother a
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: trader from letting my ex come visit her. How did
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: she know that the X finally came to see the mom?
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: See you're leaving all stuff because that that came out
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: to the pictures set off in the worst way. And
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: then I shoot her that my ex don't look like
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: those pictures anymore. Oh, you thought that were supposed to
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: fix me if she looked like candy man. She don't
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: give a damn if the girl looked like et, what
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: is she texting? You? Fall right? I shoot her? She
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: don't look like them picture? I fell asleep? What what
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: is you doing? Sleep? Sleep? I fall asleep? Why is
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: you sleep? Just so damn stupid? What made you think
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: your ass needed to get some shut out? These damn pictures?
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: Is out? Your mama's involved, your wife to beings upset,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: your ex still texting, and now you're sitting up in
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: the here. Then took your dumb ass to be what
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: I'm not finished with this letter. I got to come back.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: I need two three more minutes? Is what is? What
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: is I'm doing? I'll go ahead. Sports is coming up
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: next with Junior, but Steve has a special part three
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: of today's we'll get into it at forty six minutes after.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening morning show? All right? Uh,
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: Junior says, just watch the games tonight, okay, because we
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: gotta get back into this letter. Don't worry about this sports.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: Just see his sports right here. Every man in here
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: indeed disinformation, your dumb mass sitting up in him. So
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: now this food doesn't got his ex girlfriend in contact
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: with him on his wedding day. Wanted to go see
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: her mama. They dated twelve years ago. I've been dating
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: for a long time. He shouldn't tell her this is
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: wedding day so she can't go see his mom. But
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: if you want to see the mama, just come by
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: the reception. Did he told his wife to be that
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: his ex might stop by the reception, Or I can't
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: believe how stupid your ass is she don't show up
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: at the reception a few days later, or the girl
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: texts him some pictures of them from high school and
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: his wife see that. Yeah, this food right here. My
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: wife got up setting there, called your mother trader for
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: letting her ex come visit her. The pictures set off
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: in the worst way, and I assured her that my
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: ex doesn't look like these pictures anymore. Why is you
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: defending your damn ex because she don't give a damn?
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: If your ex look like she don't give a damn.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: I fell asleep and my wife I fell asleep, and
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: this fool and went to bed now with his dumb ass,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: And my wife texts my ex and asked for a
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: current picture, acting like she was me. My ex cent
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: a picture of her face and bad breast, giving it
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: to him in that dam looking that breast and the fence. Yeah,
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: my wife voiding me up, yelling at me. She said
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: there's got to be something going on between us. Now
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: hear what this food do? He decides, I blocked my
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: ex's number and the next day, who what is you?
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Why she's still getting through? Yeah, she should have been blocked.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: You should have went down in the Verizon and got
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: a new damn phone supposed to being the body mother.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Oh shan on the honeymoon, But oh no, your stupid
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: answer is holding on the stove. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: Morning Show, and it's time to check Steve's voicemail eight
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: seven seven twenty nine. Steve eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve,
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: are you ready, Steve, Let's go to Katrina. Katrina has
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: a question for Junior. Well, good morning, Steve. My name's Katrina,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: and I'm just wondering how Junior don't have a girlfriend.
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: The junior need a girlfriend because he needs I need
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: to be introduced to him. I'm an older person, so
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: I think I might be a little bit older than Junior,
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: but that might be what Junior need. Uh, how Junior
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: give me a call? Come on, Steve Hook a brother,
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: be happy with me. Brother Junior often say, because uncle,
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: uncle Steve, don't do that. But I can't. I can't
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: look look at Katrina. We know you may be an
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: older woman, and there's nothing wrong. It's a lot of
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: beautiful older women out here. But I see you. You
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: might be and you said in your call, so I'm
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: just repeating what you said. You might be a little
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: older than Junior, a little too old for Junior, but
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: that might be what he needs. No, he don't need,
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: see Junior. Junior gets sick, and I and Junior need
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: is somebody young that helped you him to the car
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: and drive him down to the airport. They can't have
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: both of y'all sitting up in the living room look
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: at each other talking about what we're gonna do now.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: He called, see your ass sitting up bit you can't
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: get this hover around down the step. And then ju
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Junior gotta get in this car now because Junior had
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: a crisis. He gotta get to the hospital now. And
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: then you sitting up in here, you old, he you
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: older than him, so now you can't even help him.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: And and then you need to clear your throat when
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: you call in on the voice and stuff, because I
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: don't know how old you were sign it, but you
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: signed you sound weird older than most of us on
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: this show. Yeah, I'm sixty five, so I'm assuming you
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: had to be better, just based on your voice and
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: my voice, just my voice at sixty five. You gotta
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: be a bitter eighty eight ninety four somewhere in here
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: about eighty eight ninety four. Yeah, I'm just giving you
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: a little gap. You know, you had it had well well,
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: you know, you had a little century tone in there,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: and I felt like, you know, it might be you know,
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: he might be a little something like that. So I'm
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: just saying, go on, why junior don't have no girl?
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Malin says, seniors need love to. Seniors need love to
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: Let's go. Hey, I actually have a complaint. Why the
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: tummy not have a ready to love for seniors? You know,
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: we could discriminated against all the time people expect if
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: you over fifty fifty five. I'm sixty seven years old.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: I'm not about to crawl up in a corner and
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: die like people expect. They just forget about seniors. So
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: we need love too, and I'm ready to love. Then,
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: ready to love, you know, so um he leaves to
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: create a show for seniors before I have to go
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: out here and take one of these young girls men,
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: because I'm fully capable believe that. But I would love
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: to have some grown man that you know, I can date,
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: possibly love, you know, possibly nar it again. I've been
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: by myself away too long, many many many of the music.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: My husband as defief, and I raised my children on
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: my own. He died at a very young age. And
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: I'm ready to love, being ready to love. But where
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: are the men my age? Well? Day, Well, first of all,
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: let me say a couple of things. We try not
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: to discriminate against age. But one of the reasons you
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: don't have a man because you talk to damn much.
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: That's probably the key reason right here, and now I'm
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: gonna turn it over to Timmy. Right now, you talk
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: too damn much. It's why you ain't got no man.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: And and the name of Tommy show is ready to love,
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: not done love. So now go ahead, and Tommy, I
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: just work and ready to love. I don't own ready
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: to love, So I'm over whatever ready to love they give.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: I mean, we start from the man that's great away,
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: all right, No, damn that let me help Tommy out
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: because this ass let me explain something to the reason
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: we don't have old ass people aren't ready to love.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: It's causa the way you just sounded when you call
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: the and our other caller. Hey, nobody tuning in to
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: hear all these senior citizen tone ass voices, these long
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: ass dissertations of why you ain't got nobody and we
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: don't want to put nobody on TV with no dead
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: ass hoods involved. That isn't not good ass TV. And

- 1:18:11Speaker 1: know you're saying you're gonna be on the radio for
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: a five years, but I'm feeling st Yes, you can,
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: all right, Steve, We'll be back forty nine minutes after
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: the hour. That is our last break off remarks from
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: the one in Harvey right after them. You're listening Steve
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show, Steve, we are at our last break
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: of the day, Can I say something, Yeah, we've been
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: stray stupid today. Boy boy, I'm so every now and
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: then I said, you know, I lit him know like
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: that last it's caller. You ain't got it no more.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: You ain't got it no more, you ain't got no
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: bed to being on the radio. I don't even know
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: why I used here. You're another comedian a cas Well.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. You the reason I am
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: my closing remarks to day. Like I said the other day,
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: sometimes you need haters, haters validate you. These are my
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: closing remarks. Haters validate you, Haters let you know that
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: you're going in the right direction. The only reason people
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: hate you is because you're doing something. Now, this woman
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: and took the time out of her day now leave
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: her name, and decided to call in and leave a
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: derogatory statement to a person who is thoroughly of the
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: understanding that you don't control nothing in my life. I
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: guess this woman thought if she made these disparaging remarks
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: about me, that it would hamper me, hinder me, cause
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: me to reflect. Second guess myself. Well, all you did,
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: lady was make me show you why I am on
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: the radio. You let me flex my skill set. Oh
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: so then what you do? You turned what you turned
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: into what you thought was a hate call. I turned
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: it into a bit. You see how that works. See
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: the thing about haters, y'all is they only have power
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: if you give it to them. I just said this
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: the other day. Now, I don't know who gonna call
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: me on my voicemail and leave a message, but we
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: welcome all people. Smitty called Smitty looking for a leisure suit.
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: You know, Smitty sincerely wants a leisure suit. Smitty got
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: to let that go. But I took the time to
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: help Smitty. Now to then here, kid a lady, come
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: with this hatred and all this here, and it don't
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: even phase me in the least bit. Here, Why are
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: you telling me I'm finished and give somebody else a chance?
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: That ain't what the people up top thought, the people
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: that owned the radio stations. They wasn't thinking that. They
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: were thinking, Wow, we need him for some more years,
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: and we signed a new five year deal. Well, because
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: the number of people that hate me are so far
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: less than the people that love me. You know, the
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: thing I've learned, hate is louder than love. But love
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: is stronger than hate. See the hats come and they
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: make so much noise what they hate, and you end
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: up on the blogs and you end up on the
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: shade room. So but then love causes you to sign
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: another deal. Love allows you to extend your contract. Love
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: it allows you to make more money. Love allows you
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: to be in people's cars and people's houses, is on
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: people's apps and everything. Love let you go from full
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: cities like we started out in two thousand and five,
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: to one hundred and twelve cities. Oh. Now does that
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: mean everybody love? You know? But that means a whole
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: lot of people do. And you got more people that
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: love us than hate us. Now, hate us have options.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: Haters can go to other shows. But everybody that go
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: to another show don't mean they hate us. Some cities
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: we own in, some cities were not own in. It's
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: not about hate. You can watch You can listen to
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: the Breakfast Club. It don't mean you hate us. You
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: can listen to Ricket Smiley, It don't mean you hate us.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: You can listen to My Boy Dear Hughley. It don't
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: mean you hate us. You can listen to the Legend
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: Time Joiner when he was on. It didn't mean you
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: hated us. But when you take the time out your
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: day to call a man's number who gave it to you?
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: Eight seven seven twenty nine, and how much I don't care.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: I put my name in the phone number eight seven
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: seven twenty nine, Steve, because I know you want to
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: talk to me, And here you come with that little
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: hateful message this morning. But you know what you did.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: You brightened me off. You made me feel better because
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: you know what I found out that what I was
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: saying the other day just really really rings true. It
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: don't matter what they say, because what they say don't matter.
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: Oh man, you can hate me all you want, but
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: if God is with me, who can be against me? Who? Now?
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: You can try it if you want to, but it
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: ain't gonna work out. Why are you thinking it's over
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: for me? God said, here's a new deal. Why are
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: you thinking I ain't funny? I don't need you to
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: think I'm funny? And see, I want you an't understand
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: that didn't car didn't affect me in a negative way.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: It actually empowered me. It's giving me the proof of
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: message to give to you this morning that a hater
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: only has power if you give it to him. See,
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: all you gotta do is listen to what they say
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: and explains everything. What they say don't matter, and it
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: don't matter what they say. You're done. You need to
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: give somebody else a chance. Wait a minute, why I
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: got to stop getting my blessings so somebody else can
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: get a blessing when God is fully capable of blessing
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: us all. Don't you know that you blowing out my
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: candle ain't gonna make your candle brighter Because I got
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: a judge show. It don't mean you can't go get warm. Dude.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: You know how many trails I didn't cut in this
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: career that God didn't gave me. They started putting comedians
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: on the radio, causing me. They started going to get
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: comedians and other people to host game shows, causing me. Girl, please,
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: I wish you had left your name so I could
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: blow you a kiss. So to the unanimous lady that
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: sent them call in today, that don't sound like she
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: got long to be with us. I'm actually gonna pray
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: for your longevity because I want you to be here
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: and see this whole successful ride. Thank you for calling in.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: Thank you for Hayden we love you and see you
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: for at least five more years. Lord, with those are
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: my clothes remarks. Hey, y'all, talk to God, he loved
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: to hear from you. Or you can call me and
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: you see what happened when you call me. I recommend
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: talking to the Lord. Thank you very much. For all
