- 2:09Speaker 5: me want and only Steve Harvey Man oh man got
- 2:13Speaker 5: a radio show.
- 2:15Speaker 1: The only way to find your real purpose, your real
- 2:18Speaker 1: mission in life.
- 2:18Speaker 6: You're real what for?
- 2:20Speaker 5: The thing that you got to go get it get
- 2:22Speaker 5: after is you got to connect with God. You have
- 2:26Speaker 5: to connect with him because as your creator, no one
- 2:29Speaker 5: knows better what you were made for than your maker.
- 2:33Speaker 5: I mean that just I mean, man, and just make
- 2:39Speaker 5: a lot of common sense, don't it. I mean really,
- 2:43Speaker 5: you know, people kill me with the lack of belief.
- 2:50Speaker 5: I think that science is very real. I think that
- 2:53Speaker 5: science is very applicable. I think that science helps us
- 2:58Speaker 5: learn so many things. But science ain't everything. Now, you
- 3:04Speaker 5: might as well under that there's some unexplainables that science
- 3:08Speaker 5: can't wrap they mind around, so here they go with
- 3:11Speaker 5: something else, and then you got the nay sayers who
- 3:14Speaker 5: use that, the non believers who use that as the
- 3:17Speaker 5: proof that there is no high calling on how being
- 3:20Speaker 5: and that I listen to me, I don't really into
- 3:24Speaker 5: explaining all that way. If that's how you feel, then
- 3:27Speaker 5: gone and get the feeling how you feeling with it.
- 3:29Speaker 5: But let me explain something to you. I just don't
- 3:31Speaker 5: see how God is really almost unexplainable to me. So
- 3:37Speaker 5: really for me to sit here and try to explain,
- 3:39Speaker 5: I'm really not that good of a guy, you know
- 3:41Speaker 5: what I mean, I'm not that person. So let me
- 3:44Speaker 5: try to give you something real here. Okay, So this
- 3:46Speaker 5: wee done. Just had that moment. I had to get
- 3:48Speaker 5: that off my chest.
- 3:50Speaker 7: I want, I want.
- 3:50Speaker 5: I want to share something with you about when you
- 3:54Speaker 5: strike out to find your mission, or how about when
- 3:59Speaker 5: you strike out on your mission once you discover what
- 4:04Speaker 5: your purpose is, or let's simplify, what happens when you
- 4:11Speaker 5: set a goal.
- 4:13Speaker 1: And you're ready to.
- 4:14Speaker 6: Strike out on that goal. What happens when you.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Set an ambition in front of you, or put something
- 4:22Speaker 5: in your sights that you want to attain That you
- 4:24Speaker 5: want to become successful at what's the mind set that
- 4:30Speaker 5: you have to develop? There are three things you must
- 4:36Speaker 5: first ask, You must then believe, and you must then receive.
- 4:44Speaker 5: Now the received part, all these parts iss got a
- 4:50Speaker 5: thing to it. You gotta ask. You just got to
- 4:53Speaker 5: ask for it.
- 4:54Speaker 1: You know you've heard the scripture before, You have not
- 4:57Speaker 1: because you ask not Why don't you ask?
- 5:01Speaker 6: But then after you ask, here's the kick.
- 5:04Speaker 1: You got to believe that it can happen for you.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Stop looking at the success of other people and not
- 5:11Speaker 5: thinking that that same success can happen for you. And
- 5:14Speaker 5: I'm not saying that Pacific waye specific weight. I'm just
- 5:18Speaker 5: saying that a success can happen for you, just like
- 5:22Speaker 5: it can happen for somebody else. Why do you think
- 5:24Speaker 5: it keeps happening to other people over and over because
- 5:29Speaker 5: they ask and they believe.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Now here's the cold part. Receive it? Oh what you mean?
- 5:36Speaker 1: Receive it?
- 5:36Speaker 7: I ask for it.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I believe in it. Why would I not want to
- 5:39Speaker 1: receive it?
- 5:41Speaker 5: Act like it, Act like it's already there, behaviors though
- 5:48Speaker 5: you have it in your hands, smile about it, Realize
- 5:54Speaker 5: that man, it's just days away.
- 5:58Speaker 6: And how many of a days.
- 6:00Speaker 1: That is, if it's days away, it's just days away.
- 6:05Speaker 5: We don't know if it's gonna happen tomorrow, next week,
- 6:08Speaker 5: in thirty days. We don't know if it's gonna take
- 6:10Speaker 5: a few years. But you got to receive it though.
- 6:15Speaker 5: You gotta ask, You got to believe, and you got
- 6:19Speaker 5: to receive it. You gotta act as though as that
- 6:22Speaker 5: Now as another part now to this about work, you know,
- 6:26Speaker 5: don't please faith with our works is dead. Don't think
- 6:28Speaker 5: you're gonna just ask for something believing and then go
- 6:31Speaker 5: sit down, start watching TV.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Come on, now, let's get real. Let's not leave out
- 6:35Speaker 1: the other jewel. You got to work. But now.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Here hear what I want you to know about when
- 6:43Speaker 5: you strike out on that mission, that the journey that
- 6:48Speaker 5: you strike out on to accomplish a goal or to
- 6:52Speaker 5: set out on the mission. The journey, if you could
- 6:56Speaker 5: understand this, and to help you so much, the journey
- 6:59Speaker 5: is a process. It's not an arrival date. It's a process.
- 7:06Speaker 5: All you're looking to do, folks, is start the process.
- 7:13Speaker 5: Get it started. Don't worry about the arrival date. Act
- 7:18Speaker 5: like it's there. The arrival date is coming. But here
- 7:24Speaker 5: is the beauty of the journey being a process. But
- 7:30Speaker 5: all along the way of your journey you will find
- 7:34Speaker 5: success the whole time you're on the journey, the whole
- 7:41Speaker 5: time you're in the process of finding your mission, fulfilling
- 7:45Speaker 5: your mission, uncovering your dreams, reaching your goals. The beauty
- 7:49Speaker 5: of it is all along the way you're going to
- 7:52Speaker 5: find success on so many levels. And people fail to
- 7:59Speaker 5: look at that part. They keep thinking of themselves, Man,
- 8:02Speaker 5: I ain't there yet, I ain't you know. It's like
- 8:05Speaker 5: when you take a little kid on a long car
- 8:07Speaker 5: tripping there in the back seat.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Are we there yet? Are we there yet?
- 8:11Speaker 2: Boy?
- 8:11Speaker 5: If you just look out the window, see where we
- 8:16Speaker 5: done being? Look out the window, look at the mountains,
- 8:19Speaker 5: Look at these trees, look at the views we got. No,
- 8:23Speaker 5: we ain't there yet, But Lord have mercy, look at
- 8:26Speaker 5: what he's showing us along the way. Smell the roses,
- 8:32Speaker 5: have yourself a cup of coffee, chill every now and then,
- 8:37Speaker 5: and see what he's doing for you. Because the journey
- 8:40Speaker 5: is a process. But man, know that in the process
- 8:44Speaker 5: of arriving at your designated gold dream, ambition, or mission.
- 8:49Speaker 5: Understand this that the journey is a process. But all
- 8:53Speaker 5: along the way you'll find success. There are things that
- 8:56Speaker 5: are going to happen to you along the way, man,
- 9:00Speaker 5: that will be so gratifying and fulfilling. Where the journey
- 9:05Speaker 5: is joyful, there is joy in the journey. You don't
- 9:10Speaker 5: have to be there to appreciate the ride. Appreciate the
- 9:16Speaker 5: journey and the process. Stop getting mad because you ain't
- 9:20Speaker 5: at the arrival data or your dreams ain't come true yet.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Look up, Look up. You might discover, man, that you
- 9:27Speaker 1: living better.
- 9:28Speaker 5: You might discover that you don't have a million yet,
- 9:31Speaker 5: but you'd have made a quarter of a million. What
- 9:32Speaker 5: you tripping for because you ain't got the million yet?
- 9:35Speaker 5: Remember when you didn't have nothing? Be grateful for the
- 9:38Speaker 5: two hundred and fifty thousand dollar mark, the one hundred
- 9:42Speaker 5: thousand dollars mark, the three hundred and twenty two thousand
- 9:45Speaker 5: dollars mark.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Don't you understand, man?
- 9:48Speaker 5: You may not be where you wanna be, But man,
- 9:50Speaker 5: can't you thank God that you ain't where you was?
- 9:53Speaker 1: How about that?
- 9:54Speaker 6: One?
- 9:55Speaker 2: Huh?
- 9:56Speaker 6: All right?

- 22:45Speaker 1: for marriage, So I spend time with my girlfriend and
- 22:48Speaker 1: I have sex with someone else. Is there a better
- 22:51Speaker 1: solution for my dilemma? Doll that you've got it?
- 22:58Speaker 6: I don't.

- 23:16Speaker 5: You got a good girl, man, hang on to that.
- 23:18Speaker 5: But now I'm gonna tell you what's gonna happen though.
- 23:20Speaker 5: The one that's over there passing a little something outa.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Be good.
- 23:25Speaker 5: Now, I want you to know it's gonna be gonna
- 23:27Speaker 5: be a mind twister, hard regulator in marrier.
- 23:33Speaker 6: Yeah, it's gonna be hard.
- 23:40Speaker 5: To tell y'all after this is best and you know,
- 23:45Speaker 5: scripturally speaking of she's correct and you know, but I'm
- 23:49Speaker 5: I can't tell you to do something I wouldn't able
- 23:51Speaker 5: to do. So I ain't eve gonna sit up here in.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Front with you.
- 23:53Speaker 6: I I can't tell you no rocks.
- 24:00Speaker 1: M I can't throw no.
- 24:01Speaker 6: Rocks on this one. So just yeah, what other girl.
- 24:06Speaker 6: But now that's going to be a little piece of.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Advice though okay, sounds serious.
- 24:12Speaker 5: The person that you do try to sleep with, try
- 24:18Speaker 5: to make sure that she has, you know, other qualities,
- 24:22Speaker 5: because you may find what you're looking for in her.
- 24:27Speaker 6: Also, I don't I'm in the lad little Let me
- 24:32Speaker 6: just say this.
- 24:32Speaker 5: I don't think it's gonna work out this route here,
- 24:35Speaker 5: it's gonna work out I don't see it. I just don't.
- 24:38Speaker 9: But the most important thing, guess something to tie you over.
- 24:41Speaker 9: That's the most see trying to talk.
- 24:47Speaker 1: All right, we're gonna move on.
- 24:50Speaker 5: One second. I think this young man needs to realize
- 24:54Speaker 5: this is not how it works. You can't be in
- 24:56Speaker 5: love with her and doing her. That does not work
- 24:59Speaker 5: out in the law. Somebody gonna get busted because, first
- 25:02Speaker 5: of all, he will. You're not really good at cheating,
- 25:06Speaker 5: not at twenty five. Just like do it, you gonna
- 25:10Speaker 5: get busted. So just want to let you know that.
- 25:13Speaker 6: Goheah, you all right?
- 25:14Speaker 1: Next one, Lawrence indicatur rites. I'm blessed to have a
- 25:18Speaker 1: great job so my wife can stay home and live
- 25:21Speaker 1: the soft life. But lately she's been saying that she
- 25:24Speaker 1: wants to get a job. None of the otherwise in
- 25:28Speaker 1: our friend group work. So will I look like a
- 25:30Speaker 1: failure if my wife starts working? I love him now,
- 25:35Speaker 1: you will love.
- 25:38Speaker 5: I think that's the subject that you and your wife
- 25:41Speaker 5: have to deal with. You know, maybe she's just not
- 25:45Speaker 5: cut to be a stay at home mom right now,
- 25:48Speaker 5: and she wants to pursue her things in the working
- 25:52Speaker 5: class too. You gotta let her do that.
- 25:53Speaker 1: You know, well, he doesn't want to look like a failure.
- 25:57Speaker 1: If she goes to work, then you know his boys
- 25:59Speaker 1: will be saying, you know, they'll be talking about well,
- 26:04Speaker 1: you know, it ain't a business, that's right. Uh huh.
- 26:10Speaker 5: Let me give you all the suggestion keep people out
- 26:12Speaker 5: your marriage now. I'm just telling you that right there,
- 26:15Speaker 5: form that two handed circle and go on by your busness.
- 26:18Speaker 5: Keep them other people out your marriage. This ain't their house.
- 26:21Speaker 4: You know.
- 26:22Speaker 5: As long as you and your wife on the same page,
- 26:24Speaker 5: y'all be on the same page. Trying to do like
- 26:26Speaker 5: the Jones is up the street gonna hurt you.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Yeah, but I love you.
- 26:33Speaker 6: Everybody on the street ain't doing good with that system.
- 26:38Speaker 1: All the wives in his friend group, none of them
- 26:41Speaker 1: work a lot of work. You'd be done in two weeks,
- 26:48Speaker 1: I promise, all right, I know, I know. And women's
- 26:55Speaker 1: history months too. Wow. All right, we're just fanning out
- 26:58Speaker 1: about this. No, it happens every year, all right. Moving
- 27:05Speaker 1: on to Karen in Southfield, Karen writes, I got a
- 27:09Speaker 1: divorce four years ago and we've had two kids together
- 27:12Speaker 1: since our divorce. I have no intention of being with
- 27:15Speaker 1: him long term. It's just good sex. And that's it.
- 27:19Speaker 1: He said, he doesn't want me to ever have another
- 27:21Speaker 1: man around his children. Why is he making this situation
- 27:25Speaker 1: more complicated than it has to be?
- 27:27Speaker 2: Why?
- 27:29Speaker 6: Why did you make it more complicated?
- 27:32Speaker 5: You've divorced a man, and since the divorce, you've had
- 27:36Speaker 5: two children by this man. You don't want the relationship,
- 27:40Speaker 5: but it's good sex. It's such good sex, y'all making
- 27:44Speaker 5: kids good. Now, he'd have told you he don't want
- 27:47Speaker 5: another man around his kids. Why is he making this
- 27:50Speaker 5: situation difficult?
- 27:52Speaker 6: You did?
- 27:53Speaker 5: You gave it to him, and you got pregnant, both
- 27:55Speaker 5: of y'all, so deal with it. We don't have no
- 27:58Speaker 5: answer for this foolishness. Next, sure, this is the last one.
- 28:03Speaker 6: I'm not even gonna twist my brain up trying to
- 28:05Speaker 6: figure this one out.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Yeah, that's just crazy. Yeah, all right, Colo, This is
- 28:10Speaker 1: the last one. From versa in Omaha, Varsha says, I'm
- 28:14Speaker 1: having sex with a guy in the apartment next to me.
- 28:17Speaker 1: He lives with his girlfriend, so he has to sneak
- 28:19Speaker 1: into my door before he goes home. He said he
- 28:22Speaker 1: wants to leave her and be with me. Will he
- 28:25Speaker 1: cheat on me like he's cheating on his girlfriend.
- 28:29Speaker 6: Right next dope, right next dope.
- 28:34Speaker 1: The other neighbor, Yeah, right next doe.
- 28:38Speaker 6: Y'all, y'all bet not having no neighbors.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Family home, y'all gonna have to move.
- 28:46Speaker 5: Out into a single family dwelling way out like Arizona somewhere.
- 28:50Speaker 5: Get you one of them housed up there by the
- 28:53Speaker 5: mountain and just you can't hand no neighbors around hill
- 28:56Speaker 5: who knew and he does what's called convenient cheating.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Yeah, oh, because she's so close in proximity.
- 29:05Speaker 5: Yeah, location, he going yo dough right before he go
- 29:13Speaker 5: next door to his house.
- 29:15Speaker 6: I can't tell you how dangerous that he is.
- 29:17Speaker 1: That I can't. I can't tell you this boy, this
- 29:24Speaker 1: boy here, he a new kind of ignorant. And are
- 29:28Speaker 1: they quiet in the apartment? Are they quiet in there?
- 29:32Speaker 1: Literally can't make a lot of noise.
- 29:35Speaker 6: She knows him.
- 29:39Speaker 5: Know he can't because he gonna he gotta make the
- 29:42Speaker 5: same sounds he make over there.
- 29:45Speaker 6: But you don't understand that's how he got over there.
- 29:48Speaker 5: That girl next door and heard all that going on,
- 29:51Speaker 5: and when lo he what is he in there doing?
- 29:54Speaker 5: And then she wanted she wanted to try it. Now
- 29:57Speaker 5: he over there, but he is different. Now he got
- 30:01Speaker 5: to the church from el.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Huh what was that?
- 30:10Speaker 6: Yeah, they're quiet, but what got him over that one?
- 30:14Speaker 2: Ah?
- 30:16Speaker 6: What are you doing over there?
- 30:19Speaker 1: All right? Celo, I think you nailed that one. Coming
- 30:25Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, we will have
- 30:27Speaker 1: some entergy news for you right after this. You're listening
- 30:33Speaker 1: Hardy Morning Show. President Trump says the US military will
- 30:41Speaker 1: continue to carry out quote large scale operations and Iran
- 30:45Speaker 1: to eliminate quote great threats the regime. Post to America,
- 30:50Speaker 1: he repeated claims that Iran was continuing to pursue nuclear
- 30:54Speaker 1: ambitions and building its ballistic missile program.
- 30:58Speaker 5: Uh so so.
- 31:00Speaker 1: So far, six American service members have been killed Iran's
- 31:03Speaker 1: recent crescent. Iran's Red Cresset said nearly eight hundred people
- 31:08Speaker 1: have been killed in American and Israeli strikes. Oil prices
- 31:13Speaker 1: are beginning to surge as the war is closing off
- 31:16Speaker 1: key shipping lanes. President Trump has ordered the US Navy
- 31:19Speaker 1: to escort oil tankers through the Strait of Harmuz. The
- 31:24Speaker 1: President is now threatening to in trades with Spain after
- 31:28Speaker 1: the country prohibited the US from using their military bases
- 31:31Speaker 1: as part of its operation in Iran.
- 31:35Speaker 5: Yes listen, have you looked at him map and seen
- 31:39Speaker 5: how narrow that straight he is. He's not a military man,
- 31:46Speaker 5: so he's saying stuff that has no military strategic backing
- 31:51Speaker 5: behind it.
- 31:52Speaker 1: I've ordered the military to escort aill vessels And are
- 31:59Speaker 1: you kidding me?
- 32:00Speaker 5: Bro, you think it's that simple? They not letting they
- 32:03Speaker 5: not letting the military through that straight.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Do you understand? Uh huh.
- 32:10Speaker 5: Iran has a lot of weapons, man a lot, and
- 32:15Speaker 5: it's very dangerous for a ship to try to go
- 32:18Speaker 5: through that straight because it's just so narrow of a space.
- 32:23Speaker 5: And now you're telling me that you're gonna have the
- 32:25Speaker 5: military escort US oil tankers.
- 32:28Speaker 6: So that's not how this works.
- 32:30Speaker 5: And you need to talk to some military people instead
- 32:33Speaker 5: of just instead of just running your mouth.
- 32:35Speaker 6: It's not how that works, y'all. That ain't how that work.
- 32:39Speaker 5: And and and now we're gonna endanger some more American
- 32:43Speaker 5: lives so they can escort some oil through the thing.
- 32:46Speaker 5: When if we had to went over there and started
- 32:48Speaker 5: the war in the first place, because it's offen to
- 32:50Speaker 5: be high And that's that's another promise. If he broke
- 32:53Speaker 5: we wasn't we ain't gonna go to war, and we're
- 32:56Speaker 5: gonna get all these prices down where we're at war
- 32:59Speaker 5: and everything going up and and and the more really
- 33:03Speaker 5: troubling thing for me is how how the continued support
- 33:08Speaker 5: doesn't see it.
- 33:09Speaker 6: I just don't understand. Man.
- 33:11Speaker 5: You've got to know something's wrong. You have a good sense.
- 33:15Speaker 5: And this ain't about fake news. This ain't about democrat
- 33:18Speaker 5: and Republicans. How about just the right? What's right?
- 33:23Speaker 1: You don't see them are dying, lost their girl.
- 33:28Speaker 6: Who thinks that war is right?
- 33:30Speaker 7: Who?
- 33:33Speaker 6: It just don't make no sense.
- 33:34Speaker 5: And we're sitting here letting this man tell us anything
- 33:38Speaker 5: without without no thought to it. I just happened to
- 33:41Speaker 5: be a thinking man and matter for what ell brother,
- 33:47Speaker 5: without congressional consent. And here's the other part. If your
- 33:52Speaker 5: job was to eliminate the regime, you've killed the forty
- 33:56Speaker 5: seven top leaders Ayatola included. Here's lieutenant, you killed forty
- 34:02Speaker 5: seven of them. And guess what, they still dropping bombs.
- 34:06Speaker 5: So if we got rid of if the objective is
- 34:09Speaker 5: to get rid of regime, we did it with them
- 34:12Speaker 5: forty seven people, But the bombs is still coming. And
- 34:16Speaker 5: if you get rid of some more, we don't even
- 34:19Speaker 5: have a plan to replace them. We ain't got to
- 34:23Speaker 5: get over there.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Yeah, Komenie's son is in place now as the leader.
- 34:31Speaker 5: You don't think wow, and you don't think he trying
- 34:33Speaker 5: to avenge his father's.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Death, right, Yeah, exactly, They said that one hundred times.
- 34:40Speaker 1: You are correct.
- 34:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Correct.
- 34:42Speaker 6: It's a different kind of person over there, man.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, Well we're going to switch gears now
- 34:48Speaker 1: and entertainment news. T I did an interview with New
- 34:51Speaker 1: York personality Ebro and he talked about how things got
- 34:55Speaker 1: out of hand with fifty Cent. T I said, the
- 34:58Speaker 1: fifty cent is quiet now and he didn't like the
- 35:00Speaker 1: fact that his sons had to get involved. However, t
- 35:03Speaker 1: I did say this, take a listen.
- 35:05Speaker 13: So the one thing that I am proud of out
- 35:08Speaker 13: of all of this is that the women and children
- 35:10Speaker 13: and our family see that it's a line of men.
- 35:14Speaker 14: Let me see that's here against who have forever. Yeah,
- 35:20Speaker 14: I mean, and we're not here to defeat, Like I
- 35:23Speaker 14: don't give them back beating. I ain't here the defeat.
- 35:26Speaker 13: I'm here to defend you understand, I'm here to protect
- 35:30Speaker 13: what's ours, what we built.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Man, this is man, I die in the street back
- 35:35Speaker 1: this year man. Okay, yeah, I ain't mad at that.
- 35:43Speaker 6: I ain't mad at that right there. That makes sense.
- 35:45Speaker 1: But you know it's the same.
- 35:48Speaker 6: Time we're We're in a real world right now. It
- 35:52Speaker 6: ain't got no time for this healing.
- 35:55Speaker 5: Yeah, said, you need to go somewhere and sit down.
- 35:57Speaker 5: Fifty mess with this man's wife. Ain't got to lead
- 36:00Speaker 5: the kids mama long. Yeah, I'm telling you about that
- 36:03Speaker 5: right there. You got you gotta hey, man, you you
- 36:07Speaker 5: crossed the line when you're talking about these kids, mama
- 36:10Speaker 5: and this man's wife what you want them to do.
- 36:14Speaker 6: So I understand that. I just I've learned something about
- 36:17Speaker 6: hip hop this week.
- 36:19Speaker 1: What's that? See t I ain't the one.
- 36:25Speaker 5: Order two one order, He ain't the one and I
- 36:31Speaker 5: don't know a lot about hip hop, but just from
- 36:34Speaker 5: what I've witnessed, ah ah like I you know, Jay Rue,
- 36:40Speaker 5: I could name a few people like you.
- 36:42Speaker 6: You've been better off getting you know, break.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Business, yeah, business, stand on business.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:53Speaker 10: He even went on in that interview and said, you know,
- 36:55Speaker 10: fifty is quiet now, so.
- 37:00Speaker 5: I which I would just like and just for no
- 37:03Speaker 5: reason at all, I would like to say Steve is
- 37:06Speaker 5: quiet also.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Story ve been twenty minutes after the hour. The marathon
- 37:15Speaker 1: to the mid term election is a long one. We'll
- 37:18Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 37:22Speaker 1: Morning Show. Winter is in full swing, and a leave
- 37:30Speaker 1: that's here to keep you moving when the cold weather
- 37:33Speaker 1: sets in. Every day aches and pains can linger, but
- 37:36Speaker 1: a leave's got your back. With up to twelve hours
- 37:39Speaker 1: of body pain relief per dose, a leave keeps you
- 37:42Speaker 1: going with long lasting body pain relief to get you
- 37:45Speaker 1: through whatever the season brings. A leave gives you that
- 37:49Speaker 1: long lasting body pain relief you can count on this winter.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Try a leave use as directed for minor aches and pains.
- 37:57Speaker 1: All right, So this past Tuesday reminded us to get
- 38:00Speaker 1: ready for the long road to the mid term elections
- 38:03Speaker 1: in November. Please keep in mind that the Republicans are
- 38:06Speaker 1: fighting to maintain majority in Congress. There were key primary
- 38:11Speaker 1: races in North Carolina, in Arkansas, and in Texas. The
- 38:15Speaker 1: heat of Texas Democratic Senate primary race between State Rep.
- 38:19Speaker 1: James tell Rico and State Rep. Jasmine Crockett. There were
- 38:23Speaker 1: some voting issues in Dallas County and voters were turned away.
- 38:28Speaker 1: According to the Dallas Morning News, voters in Dallas County
- 38:31Speaker 1: were rerouted to their assigned polling precincts. The move was
- 38:35Speaker 1: expected to cause confusion for voters who had grown accustomed
- 38:39Speaker 1: to a county wide voting system in place since twenty
- 38:42Speaker 1: nineteen that allowed them to vote in any center, any center,
- 38:47Speaker 1: regardless of their address. Now you know, they're being specific
- 38:51Speaker 1: about it, and a lot of people are saying this
- 38:53Speaker 1: is possibly while Jasmine Crocket lost because there was confusion.
- 38:58Speaker 1: You know, you go to any place thinking you can vote,
- 39:01Speaker 1: and then they turn you away and re route you.
- 39:03Speaker 1: So it looks like tellerco one by the way.
- 39:06Speaker 9: Yeah, they don't tell you changes. You just find out
- 39:10Speaker 9: the day that you're getting ready to this.
- 39:11Speaker 1: When you get there. Yeah, when you get there.
- 39:14Speaker 10: So now if you're let's say you're getting off from work,
- 39:17Speaker 10: you go vote one place. Now you got to go
- 39:20Speaker 10: to the area where you live. Traffic, that polling place
- 39:23Speaker 10: may be closed, don't get there in time, a kind
- 39:27Speaker 10: of things. So we're starting tricks here we go, the
- 39:29Speaker 10: tricks right the enemy from Yeah, that is what's.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Happened all of that. So now Representative Crocket, so she
- 39:40Speaker 1: had to give up her seat to run in this race, right,
- 39:44Speaker 1: you can't.
- 39:45Speaker 9: You can't hold on to the seat where you're Yeah,
- 39:47Speaker 9: so you don't go back to that seat because you're lost.
- 39:50Speaker 1: But she's strong. She'll be that, I believe, definitely.
- 39:53Speaker 5: Ship Yeah, yeah, found that still be affected, maybe even
- 39:59Speaker 5: more so from that outside because there won't be the
- 40:02Speaker 5: constraints and all that here. She could raise a lot
- 40:05Speaker 5: of points. You know, she's very much important, Like Stacey Abrams.
- 40:11Speaker 5: You know, it's just some powerhouse sisters out there man
- 40:14Speaker 5: on the forefront of this. Yes they are, and they
- 40:20Speaker 5: are afraid of it. That's why they do. They doing
- 40:22Speaker 5: everything in their power. But like Carlins said off the
- 40:25Speaker 5: air earlier, that's why it's important to early vote to
- 40:29Speaker 5: avoid this type of foolishness right here, that mail in stuff,
- 40:33Speaker 5: which is one of the things they're trying to stop
- 40:35Speaker 5: off right, But y'all listen to me. This whole war
- 40:39Speaker 5: is a distraction. They're trying to say now that in
- 40:42Speaker 5: this war, we don't need to be holding elections. That
- 40:46Speaker 5: is complete foolishness.
- 40:48Speaker 10: Right because he wants Congress to stay in place as
- 40:51Speaker 10: the Republican be the majority.
- 40:53Speaker 5: That's what he's trying to do because if he loses
- 40:55Speaker 5: control of that he know, hell coming with it, but
- 40:59Speaker 5: he got it.
- 40:59Speaker 4: Come.
- 41:01Speaker 5: You can't live and do people like this without no ramifications.
- 41:05Speaker 5: It just doesn't work.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Consequences of your actions. Yeah, I just won't hail to
- 41:09Speaker 1: hurry up, though, that's what I want. I just won't
- 41:11Speaker 1: hail to hurry up. Impeachment, impeachment. Harry coming up in
- 41:15Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after we'll have more of the Steve
- 41:18Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey
- 41:22Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, So we've all seen the viral
- 41:29Speaker 1: videos of the California barbecue master Unk and mister Tendernism
- 41:33Speaker 1: on social media. Right. Yes, he would barbecue or smoke
- 41:37Speaker 1: the meat, and then he would test the meat in
- 41:39Speaker 1: an over the top way to see if it was
- 41:41Speaker 1: tender enough, and then tendernism. There was a major dispute
- 41:46Speaker 1: between the owner and UNC Johnson over the Tendernism phrase trademark,
- 41:51Speaker 1: and now the owner of the trademark transferred the ownership
- 41:54Speaker 1: to UNC Johnson. The Eisley Brothers recently hired him for
- 41:57Speaker 1: a private event and he might open a rest restaurant
- 42:00Speaker 1: in Houston, guys, So congratulations to UNC Johnson. Here's a question,
- 42:05Speaker 1: Steven Tommy. We know you guys barbecue, and you know
- 42:10Speaker 1: what's the secret for the tender fall off the bone? Barbecue?
- 42:14Speaker 5: Is it?
- 42:14Speaker 6: Well that's that story is not entirely true.
- 42:20Speaker 5: What happened was the dude, the black dudes uncle was
- 42:23Speaker 5: making all these videos.
- 42:25Speaker 6: They were going viral.
- 42:27Speaker 5: The owner got jealous, yes, because everybody thought it was
- 42:32Speaker 5: the black dude's restaurant.
- 42:34Speaker 6: I came on there and just made such a fool
- 42:40Speaker 6: of the old black dude.
- 42:42Speaker 5: It's ain't his, this is mine, blah blah blah blah blah,
- 42:45Speaker 5: because you know, he just couldn't take it no more.
- 42:47Speaker 5: This old dude getting all this credit for this meet
- 42:50Speaker 5: and stuff, and his ego got in the way. And
- 42:52Speaker 5: then next thing, you know, now they split up, they
- 42:55Speaker 5: part their ways.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Yeah he left right.
- 42:59Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, now this is you know, cut off
- 43:02Speaker 5: your nose to spite your face. And you know, because
- 43:05Speaker 5: people is coming from everywhere to see this guy. But
- 43:08Speaker 5: they kept asking for the owner. What they thought was
- 43:12Speaker 5: the black dude. Well he was just the cook.
- 43:15Speaker 6: That's what they started the whole thing off you and
- 43:17Speaker 6: that's what started it.
- 43:19Speaker 10: Yeah, jealous, jealous, Yeah, yeah, but now he has the
- 43:24Speaker 10: trademark like he deserves.
- 43:26Speaker 1: He said it, so he should have the trademark. The
- 43:31Speaker 1: owner should and his own spot. I like it. Yeah,
- 43:34Speaker 1: So what is the secret though, you guys? Barbecue cooking, cooking,
- 43:40Speaker 1: blow and seasoning.
- 43:44Speaker 9: Of course, let's not forget that. But I'll be hearing
- 43:46Speaker 9: people tellbody they ball some.
- 43:49Speaker 3: Meat, boil it.
- 43:51Speaker 6: No, no, no, no, you're ruined in the meat like that.
- 43:55Speaker 1: You're ruined with me.
- 43:56Speaker 6: The texture is going to be no chili. Stop saying,
- 43:59Speaker 6: but you can't cook.
- 44:03Speaker 5: All you do, surely, surely, all you do is introduce
- 44:07Speaker 5: the cooking subject. After that, you can in the sad box.
- 44:14Speaker 5: You can't play in the sandbox, baby, Just introduce the
- 44:18Speaker 5: subject and let us go.
- 44:22Speaker 4: Now.
- 44:22Speaker 5: The only only thing that I cook and I've cooked
- 44:26Speaker 5: that has a fall off the bone effect is if
- 44:29Speaker 5: I do a button.
- 44:31Speaker 6: You know when I used to a pork butt or
- 44:34Speaker 6: something like that.
- 44:38Speaker 5: If I do it, that's a different type of barbecuing
- 44:41Speaker 5: that I'm doing. I'm talking about a pork butt on
- 44:44Speaker 5: the on the smoker. You could take your you see,
- 44:50Speaker 5: that's why you don't need to be in this food.
- 44:52Speaker 5: We use the terms you're not familiar with. All you
- 44:56Speaker 5: here's your term. If you hear us mentioned crock pot
- 44:59Speaker 5: and you can.
- 45:02Speaker 1: She's an expert, don't you.
- 45:05Speaker 6: Don't you play in the sandbox with none of the
- 45:08Speaker 6: other kids.
- 45:12Speaker 10: All right, so you're saying, so you're saying, seasoning, the
- 45:17Speaker 10: cut of the meat, whatever meat that you use, can
- 45:20Speaker 10: help make.
- 45:20Speaker 1: It tender as well. Right, is that what you're saying, Steve, I.
- 45:25Speaker 5: Mean it has something to do with the cheap meat.
- 45:27Speaker 5: Don't do white, you just don't do right now, my
- 45:33Speaker 5: brother says Costco got good ribs. That's what my brother says. Okay,
- 45:40Speaker 5: he said Costco got good ribs.
- 45:43Speaker 6: I don't know that. I've never been in there.
- 45:45Speaker 5: I don't know, but everybody seems to agree with him
- 45:50Speaker 5: that Costco has good ribs and fresh Market has good ribs.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Good scenes flow cooking, go serious.
- 46:04Speaker 6: There's a ranch up the street from my ranch. Ain't
- 46:09Speaker 6: playing round.

- 46:14Speaker 1: to is the nephew with today's frank phone call. Right

- 56:45Speaker 1: It could be yours.
- 56:46Speaker 9: Buckle up and hold on. Type you gut it for
- 56:48Speaker 9: you here it is Brawberry letter.
- 56:51Speaker 1: All right. You gotta listen now, Steve Subject, He's not
- 56:54Speaker 1: welcome over here. He's not welcome over here. Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 56:59Speaker 1: I've been mary maried for close to nine years, and
- 57:01Speaker 1: I feel like it's my job to protect my wife
- 57:04Speaker 1: against anyone that causes her stress, especially her family. Currently,
- 57:09Speaker 1: my wife's parents are separated, but they still live together.
- 57:13Speaker 1: Her dad refuses to live apart because he has to
- 57:15Speaker 1: uphold his image as a faith leader in his small community,
- 57:19Speaker 1: so divorce is out of the question. But he lives
- 57:23Speaker 1: like he's a single man and disguises his cheating as
- 57:27Speaker 1: one on one sessions with his parishioners, who happened to
- 57:30Speaker 1: be all female. Within the last few months, the same
- 57:34Speaker 1: woman came to his house that he shares with his wife.
- 57:38Speaker 1: His wife would go to her room to give them
- 57:40Speaker 1: privacy in the living room. My wife told me that
- 57:43Speaker 1: she was visiting her mom one day and her dad
- 57:47Speaker 1: came home and the woman pulled up after him, and
- 57:50Speaker 1: they disappeared into the basement. I don't condone this behavior,
- 57:53Speaker 1: and it's got my wife very upset. So I asked
- 57:56Speaker 1: her dad if he was having a midlife crisis. He
- 58:00Speaker 1: said he was not, but he admitted that he had
- 58:02Speaker 1: crossed the line and had sex in the basement with
- 58:05Speaker 1: the woman. He thought. I was going to hold his secret,
- 58:08Speaker 1: but I did not. I told anyone that would listen.
- 58:12Speaker 1: My only regret, Excuse me is excuse me because that
- 58:16Speaker 1: now my wife is not only shocked by her dad's cheating,
- 58:20Speaker 1: our entire community has heard the rumors. I told my
- 58:24Speaker 1: wife that her dad has not welcome over here, and
- 58:26Speaker 1: I don't want any parts of that drama anymore. She said,
- 58:30Speaker 1: I started the mess, and she blamed me after her
- 58:32Speaker 1: dad got suspended from his church. Why can't she see
- 58:36Speaker 1: that I only did what was right. She can't see
- 58:40Speaker 1: it because it is her dad. Okay, you may not
- 58:43Speaker 1: agree with what her dad is doing. I get that,
- 58:46Speaker 1: and that's good, but it's not her business what her
- 58:50Speaker 1: father is doing in his house.
- 58:54Speaker 4: Now.
- 58:54Speaker 1: Is her father being disrespectful?
- 58:56Speaker 2: Yes?
- 58:56Speaker 1: Is he wrong?
- 58:57Speaker 7: Yes?
- 58:59Speaker 1: I don't know any woman or wife who would put
- 59:02Speaker 1: up with what that man is doing. I really don't,
- 59:05Speaker 1: and I'm surprised that your mother in law just goes
- 59:09Speaker 1: in her room and closes the door. When he brings
- 59:11Speaker 1: another woman over, what is really going on in that house.
- 59:14Speaker 1: He could at least take his strays to a hotel.
- 59:18Speaker 1: And that's a really bold thing to do with them
- 59:21Speaker 1: being in the same house. I mean, he shares this
- 59:23Speaker 1: house with his wife. I don't care if they are separated.
- 59:26Speaker 1: There's still a certain level of respect he should have
- 59:29Speaker 1: for his wife and his home. But back to your wife,
- 59:33Speaker 1: all she sees is the embarrassment and humiliation that you've
- 59:37Speaker 1: caused her dad, And she's right, you did start this mess.
- 59:41Speaker 1: So what are you going to do to fix it?
- 59:43Speaker 1: It's on you now, Steve.
- 59:45Speaker 5: There's so many wrongs in this letter, and most of
- 59:48Speaker 5: them is by the guy who wrote the letter, mostly
- 59:52Speaker 5: all of them.
- 59:54Speaker 6: The letter is entitled He's not welcome over here.
- 59:57Speaker 5: At the very end of the letter, he poses this question,
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: why can't she see that I only did what was right?
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: Brou Really, So let's see what you did that was right.
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: Let's just go through the letters.
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: You've been married close to nine years, and you think
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: is your job to protect your wife from any stress,
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: especially if it's caused by her family.
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: Okay, that's right.
- 1:00:21Speaker 11: Thing.
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: Currently, my wife's parents are separated, but they still live together.
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: Her dad refuses to live apart because he has ophold
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: his image as a faith leader in his small community.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: You know, image is important to a lot of people.
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: It's crazy, but people would rather have the illusion of
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: things going well than things actually going well. So he's
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: into the illusion side of it. I guess that's important
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: to him. But that's just him. It ain't real. It's fake,
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: it's not real. So divorce is out of the question.
- 1:00:52Speaker 5: But he lives like he's a single man and disguises
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: his cheating as one on one sessions with his parishers,
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: which all happened to be female.
- 1:01:04Speaker 6: Man, what.
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: All your whole churches females? And he disguises his cheating.
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: That's why they separated, Okay, I guess that has to
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: be the case, right, Okay, Well, he refuses to live
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: apart because he don't want it. That'll be the image,
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: and so divorces out the questions and he disguises his
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: cheating as one on one sessions.
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: All right.
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: You know, within the last few months, the same woman
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: came to his house that he shares with his wife. Okay,
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: that's crazy. Okay, bruh, Okay that that that that ain't cool.
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: His wife would go to her room to give them
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: privacy in the living room. Okay, she's stupid, because I
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: don't know how this is giving privacy. It ain't.
- 1:01:56Speaker 6: Ain't no woman for to do that.
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: My wife told me that she's visiting her mom one
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: day and her dad came home and the woman pulled
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: up after him and they disappeared into the basement. I
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: don't contone this. I don't condone this behavior, and it's
- 1:02:10Speaker 5: got my wife very upset. Okay, cool. So I asked
- 1:02:13Speaker 5: her dad if he was having a mid life crisis. Okay,
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: I guess you can open up that conversation if you
- 1:02:19Speaker 5: want to.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: I don't. Okay.
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: So, if you'd have left, the dad would have been okay,
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: But you didn't. He said he was not, but he
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: admitted that he had crossed the line and had sex
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: in the basement with the woman.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: Who who?
- 1:02:33Speaker 9: Who?
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: You know?
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: This is the second time this week we didn't have
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: somebody just admit just adding admitt to cheating. Where is
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: this coming from? This is I think this is a
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: new infection, y'all. This is spreading. This is COVID. This
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: is the new COVID. Me and are confessing this is
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: the new COVID. Put your mask on, shut him out.
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: When I come back, I explain the rest of this letter.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: All right, hang on for part two of Steve's response,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: Subject He's not welcome over here. We'll get back into
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: Winter is in full swing, and a lee that's here
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: to keep you moving when the cold weather sets in.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: Every day aches and pains can linger, but a leave's
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: got your back. With up to twelve hours of body
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: pain relief per dose, a leave keeps you going with
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: long lasting body pain relief to get you through whatever
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: the season brings. A leave gives you that long lasting
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: body pain relief you can count on this winter. Try
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: a lee use as directed for minor aches and pains.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: The subject is he's not welcome over here. Well, he's
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: not welcome over here, So let's do this now.
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: At the end of the I want to pre umpt
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: this because at the bottom line, the man says, oh,
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: what I can't well, Okay, the man asked this question
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: after this letter, why can't she see that I only
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: did what was right?
- 1:04:16Speaker 6: So I've been trying to read the letter to find
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: out what he did was right.
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: And he defends his wife to protect her sanity in
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: the marriage and keep people from the stress of his
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: wife out.
- 1:04:26Speaker 6: Okay, you did that right, But then the rest of
- 1:04:29Speaker 6: this stuff has nothing to do with you.
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: Her parents are separated, but they live together in the
- 1:04:35Speaker 5: same house because divorce is not an option because he's
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: a community spiritual leader and he don't want to ruin
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: his imagery image in his little faith community, and so.
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: They're not getting a divorce. They stay in the same house.
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: But all of his parishioners are all female, and he
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: hides his cheating with them by calling it counselor. All right,
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: so this woman comes over that he's been visiting, and
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: normally his her mama go in the other room and
- 1:05:07Speaker 5: let him have a privacy.
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: I don't know what lady this.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: He is right here.
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: Let another woman come to her house with her still
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: current husband, and she go in the room give him privacy. Okay,
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: you're stupid.
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: So then one day your wife was over there visiting
- 1:05:22Speaker 5: her mom, and her daddy came home, and then later
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: on the woman pulled up after him and they disappeared
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: into the basement. I don't condone his behavior, and it's
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: got my wife very upset. So here you go to
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: protect your wife's peace and stop her from stressing. So
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: you went to your father in law. You asked your
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: dad if he was having a mere life crisis. He
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: said he was not, but then he admitted that he
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: had crossed the line and had sex in the basement
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: with the woman.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Who do this?
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: What is coming from y'all? What is all these admissions for?
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: What's wrong with y'all? Why did he tell that?
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: Well?
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: He did right, he had sex in the basement with
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: the woman. He thought I was going to hold his secret,
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: but I did not.
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: Okay, bruh, you're doing what you think is right.
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: You thought it was. It not only wasn't it right,
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: it wasn't even smart. If your wife is already emotionally upset,
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: you're gonna bring her this news?
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: Are you kidding me?
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: Man?
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: You ain't thought this out at all. Dog?
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: He thought I was gonna hold his secret, but I
- 1:06:32Speaker 5: did not. I told anyone that would listen. Oh, so
- 1:06:37Speaker 5: now you're just going around everywhere telling that your father
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: in law had sex in the basement with one of
- 1:06:43Speaker 5: the parishioners. Why why you didn't You didn't think that
- 1:06:47Speaker 5: was gonna bring most stress to your wife.
- 1:06:49Speaker 6: Now it's a community discussion.
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: He thought I was gonna My only regret now is
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: that my wife is not only shocked by her dad's cheating.
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: Higher community has heard the rumors you just said. You
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: told anybody that would listen.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Dog, what's wrong with you?
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: Dog?
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: Are you crazy? Why would you make this public banter?
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: Are you serious?
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: Man?
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: I told my wife that her dad is not welcome
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: over here and I don't want any parts of this mess.
- 1:07:25Speaker 5: And she blamed me after her dad got suspended from
- 1:07:29Speaker 5: his church. Yes, she blamed you because you told everybody. Bro,
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: you told everybody. Why can't she see that I only
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: did what was right right by who. It wasn't right
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: by your mother in law. It wasn't right by your
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: father in law, It wasn't right by your wife. It
- 1:07:48Speaker 5: ain't right to put this type of mess all out
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: in the community. Now he suspended from his little church,
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: that's all he got all this, he got, he got coming.
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: He bought this on hisself. But why you in it
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: telling everybody man? So no, bruh, I'm sorry. The reason
- 1:08:06Speaker 5: she can't see that what you did was that only
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: you only did what was right, because you ain't did
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: nothing right in this letter. Your idea of protecting your
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: wife is skewed. You don't know what you're doing. You
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: bought more stress to your wife. You bought more stress.
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: The man told you, admitted that he had sex with
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: the woman in the basement, and he thought that you
- 1:08:29Speaker 5: would hold his secret. You told her your wife, and
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: you told everybody that would listen.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:08:37Speaker 5: Wow, brother, I'm stunned that you wrote this letter and
- 1:08:42Speaker 5: you wrote it to another man. See bruh, you know,
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: I know, you know I know. So why would you
- 1:08:52Speaker 5: write me and say something like this, crazy brud? You
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: did everything wrong.
- 1:09:00Speaker 6: In this letter.
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: You broke your bro code, you broke the man cold,
- 1:09:08Speaker 5: and you run in your mouth like a little girl.
- 1:09:12Speaker 5: You just a little teenage girl, man running your mouth,
- 1:09:17Speaker 5: And I told everybody who would listen.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: Dog.
- 1:09:21Speaker 6: I hate to tell you this, brother. Men that ain't
- 1:09:24Speaker 6: how men do. It's just not the way.
- 1:09:30Speaker 5: Could have kept this between you and your wife. But
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: if you didn't want to hurt your wife, you wanted
- 1:09:33Speaker 5: to keep her from being less stressed, you wouldn't have
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: told her that your daddy had sex in the basement.
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: You should have just let it have disappeared into the basement.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:09:43Speaker 5: And I don't know what type of community the leader
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: he is by telling y'all he has sex in the basement, y'all, y'all, all.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: Right, post your gun, Thank you, Steve. Post your comments

- 1:13:05Speaker 6: Nobody has ever called her an athlete.
- 1:13:09Speaker 16: And she got the best voice in the radio show,

- 1:13:44Speaker 1: is not the same. Thank you Jr. We appreciate you
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: so much. Uncle Tom coming up at the top of
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: the hour rocking a pack of dogs. Coming up at
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: the top of the hour. Young man on social media
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: needs some advice, he's says. I talked marriage, she talked salary.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: We'll talk about that right after this. You're listening to
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. This is from B and
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. FMB says over the weekend, I was having
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: dinner with my girlfriend of two years and brought up
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: the idea of marriage. Though it was just a conversation,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: I was disturbed at her take on it. She laughed
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: at the idea and said it was a quote sweet thought,
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: but told me I need to take I need to
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: seriously think about my career choices and make significantly more
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: than I currently do. It's not like I'm opposed to
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: making more money or bettering myself, but I was really
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: mad about what she said. Should I stay in this
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: relationship or go?
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: Well, she not gonna stay if you don't make more money.
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: Handwriting on the ball. Yeah it's a.
- 1:15:00Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 1:15:01Speaker 6: And oh, by the way, she said that, I'd like
- 1:15:03Speaker 6: to say happy women's moment.
- 1:15:05Speaker 18: Yes, yes, yes, yeah, we're not mad at that token
- 1:15:11Speaker 18: because yeah, they're having a conversation and she said something.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: Oh whatever, we have time for another one. This is
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: from Simone and Steve Harve FM. Simone says, I've been
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: with my boyfriend for almost three years and we've lived
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: together for over a year. Early in our relationship, he
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: told me his mother had passed away when he was
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: a teen. Last week, a woman showed up at our
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: door claiming to be his mom, and she seemed very
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: much alive. When I confronted him, I thought maybe he'd
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: say they were strange or that they had a complicated history,
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: but instead he got mad at me for talking to her.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: Now I'm questioning our entire relationship and wondering if I
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: need to get out now. If someone can lie about
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: something that major, what else can he be hiding.
- 1:16:05Speaker 5: Well, I think your problem he's having is why did
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: you answer this dough and talk to this dead lady?
- 1:16:12Speaker 3: I told you.
- 1:16:15Speaker 5: You just in here running your mouth with this dead woman,
- 1:16:18Speaker 5: and I clearly told you she was dead. Now you
- 1:16:20Speaker 5: don't let her come up to this dough and tell
- 1:16:23Speaker 5: you she my mama. Now, that could be, but didn't
- 1:16:29Speaker 5: I tell you.
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: That she was dead?
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: Well, what is the truth?
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:16:36Speaker 6: That really ignorant argument.
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: He hasn't Yes, yes, yes, yes, agreed, agreed. So who
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: mama to your mom? That what he's saying. She came
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: to the door.
- 1:16:53Speaker 6: She's a lie, baby, baby, baby, I just met your mama?
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: To that?
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: Who mama?
- 1:17:00Speaker 5: Your mama? This woman came to the door and said
- 1:17:02Speaker 5: she was your mother? Didn't I tell you she was dead?
- 1:17:07Speaker 10: Yes?
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: But she came to do Well, what was you.
- 1:17:09Speaker 6: Talking to him for?
- 1:17:14Speaker 5: If I tell you somebody dead, why would you sit
- 1:17:17Speaker 5: there and hold a conversation with him?
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: This is crazy and it's a man like this dog.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: It is a meal.
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: I'm really let me ask you something.
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: What did she have on?
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: She had a blue dress and a whitewater That is
- 1:17:41Speaker 5: not what we buried her. Now, well, it's some.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: Dudes man that will ride that line way out and
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: ask me something.
- 1:18:00Speaker 6: If V just asked me anything to watch Shirley called
- 1:18:03Speaker 6: and asked her hair?
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: How does she have her hair done?
- 1:18:06Speaker 6: She when we buried her, it was in the bun.
- 1:18:09Speaker 6: Now how was it today?
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: Well, it's doing a bob. You know everybody's wearing a bob.
- 1:18:13Speaker 6: Now, let me tell you something. When she died. They
- 1:18:16Speaker 6: didn't even have Bob's.
- 1:18:17Speaker 10: But that's but you're saying your mom looked really good.
- 1:18:22Speaker 10: Though she looked great, I'm trying to figure out why
- 1:18:25Speaker 10: you lied about.
- 1:18:26Speaker 6: Your That's what they do. That's what they do. We
- 1:18:29Speaker 6: took her to a good few.
- 1:18:30Speaker 5: That's good embalming fluid. That was some good embalming fluid.
- 1:18:34Speaker 5: That's why she looked good. But but what did you
- 1:18:37Speaker 5: talking to a photo?
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: She rang the door bell?
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: All right?
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: Who was with her?
- 1:18:43Speaker 6: Hold in her hand?
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: Morning show coming up right after the dead person? Right now?
- 1:18:49Speaker 11: Do bell?

- 1:22:35Speaker 5: matters the most to me because it's from us. Yeah,
- 1:22:39Speaker 5: it's to be recognized by my peers man, my group

- 1:25:23Speaker 5: I know this is time for closed the remarks, and
- 1:25:25Speaker 5: I usually take close remarks to try to reiterate or
- 1:25:29Speaker 5: impart some type of positive message.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: Crate. Uh huh, go ahead, read what reiterate not reinerate,
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: reiterate iterrate rate.
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: No, I want to reinerate.
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: Because that's what she's trying to tell you.

- 1:25:58Speaker 6: Okay, surely say the word.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: Again, iterate rate. I'm so very serious, you know. I
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: let you get away with it a lot on the
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: show today.
- 1:26:14Speaker 5: Well, because that's what I thought the word was, reitererrate.
- 1:26:22Speaker 6: I don't believe that.
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: I just don't believe that.
- 1:26:25Speaker 6: I just don't.
- 1:26:26Speaker 5: I just hit it on TV. How to just fired
- 1:26:31Speaker 5: it off? Well let me okay, well, let me let
- 1:26:34Speaker 5: me reiterate.
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: I'm proud, you.
- 1:26:41Speaker 15: Know.
- 1:26:43Speaker 5: So that's what I try to do on the closing remarks,
- 1:26:46Speaker 5: be more positive and you know, encouraging and things like that,
- 1:26:51Speaker 5: but also sometimes like to take a moment.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: Could I have the music please, because it's gonna be
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: really good, maestro.
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: This is gonna be a time where I issue something
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: positive in a way and something important. But this is
- 1:27:07Speaker 5: the first time I'm going to issue a warning and
- 1:27:12Speaker 5: in this closing remark. This warning is for one of
- 1:27:15Speaker 5: our cast members, a man that we have lovingly embraced,
- 1:27:23Speaker 5: bought along and accepted him as family, prayed for him, and.
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: Pulled for him.
- 1:27:29Speaker 6: Yes we are through the many challenges.
- 1:27:32Speaker 5: Have learned that he has the character and resilience of
- 1:27:37Speaker 5: a lion. We have never met a man that has
- 1:27:41Speaker 5: made more comebacks, stood through stronger tests and trials than
- 1:27:47Speaker 5: Kire Space lovingly called Jr. Watched him time and time
- 1:27:53Speaker 5: again climb up, get up, stand up, come back.
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: And that's why I call him to come back.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: Key.
- 1:28:01Speaker 5: I've had him at my house for Super Bowls, barbecues, cigars.
- 1:28:07Speaker 5: Very rarely do I have people inside my home. I've
- 1:28:11Speaker 5: taken him and I've mented him. I've asked questions, I've
- 1:28:14Speaker 5: hired him. I've done so much.
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it is Junior.
- 1:28:19Speaker 6: It's all about you.
- 1:28:20Speaker 5: I'm paying you a deep compliment before I turn and
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: twist this knife now, as we have prayed for him,
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: pull for him, and watch God through his infinite grace
- 1:28:36Speaker 5: and merrisey come back over and over and over again.
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: He has earned the title rightfully so as to come
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: back kid.
- 1:28:43Speaker 5: But every year about this same time, I watch him
- 1:28:48Speaker 5: willingly roll me and Tommy under the bus and he does.
- 1:28:54Speaker 6: It's so slick.
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: He waits because he knows it's going to escape us,
- 1:28:58Speaker 5: because it comes on the heels of Black History Month,
- 1:29:02Speaker 5: good twenty eight days of discussing the accolades and accomplishments
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: of black people throughout our history. And then he waits
- 1:29:10Speaker 5: till we suddenly into March. And instead of calling me
- 1:29:14Speaker 5: and Tommy and texting me and Tommy and say hey, brus,
- 1:29:18Speaker 5: don't y'all forget it started last year? Well, just hey, ladies,
- 1:29:22Speaker 5: not better yet.
- 1:29:23Speaker 15: Hold up, hey, ladies, I just wanted to say Happy
- 1:29:28Speaker 15: Women's Month, and I just wanted you to know that
- 1:29:31Speaker 15: I think about you and I care about you, and
- 1:29:32Speaker 15: I say things it's just amazing that I was thinking.
- 1:29:36Speaker 5: This, and they go, oh, thank you, Julie and me
- 1:29:39Speaker 5: and Tommy's sitting there going, We're like, I'll be.
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: He could have told us.
- 1:29:47Speaker 6: So we got through it.
- 1:29:49Speaker 5: But then in twenty twenty six, just like twenty twenty five,
- 1:29:54Speaker 5: he repeated it. We in the heels and after we've
- 1:29:58Speaker 5: been discussing the we've been discussing jazzmin Crockett, we've been
- 1:30:03Speaker 5: discussing black accomplishments all through history.
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: He did it again just today.
- 1:30:11Speaker 15: Hey ladies, I know ain't nobody said nothing to you,
- 1:30:15Speaker 15: but I thought i'd bring it up again.
- 1:30:17Speaker 5: Happy Wayver's mom, jor He and Tommy stared at the camera,
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: looked at him, even tried to signal him to say, hey, Junior,
- 1:30:29Speaker 5: you could have text us and said hey, bruthers, big dog.
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: Now you know it's women's history. Mom, Let's do something
- 1:30:38Speaker 5: nice for the girl. Now it's always about him. He
- 1:30:43Speaker 5: won't see be the only one doing something shining by yourself. Yeah,
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: leaving your two dogs out two years in a row,
