- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time. If
- 0:05Speaker 1: y'all don't know, y'all all suit on the don giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them like the milking bus things and it's y'all good
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve listening together for ste Please, I don't joy. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta turn hur you. You gotta turn the turnout. Turn
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn them out to turn turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water. Come, come on your baby down. Uh huh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I show will good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey
- 2:09Speaker 1: got a radio show. Man got a radio show because
- 2:13Speaker 1: God is in the blessing business. I just happened to
- 2:17Speaker 1: be a recipient. I just happened to got a couple
- 2:21Speaker 1: of things right, and man, his grace and mercy carries
- 2:28Speaker 1: you the rest of the way. All you got to
- 2:30Speaker 1: do is get a couple of things right, and then
- 2:33Speaker 1: his grace and his mercy will take over his favor,
- 2:38Speaker 1: his love of you. It's it's already evident. I mean,
- 2:41Speaker 1: you know, because so many times we go along without
- 2:44Speaker 1: even acknowledging him or conferring with him in our decisions,
- 2:48Speaker 1: and we look up when we find ourselves in a
- 2:50Speaker 1: predicament and he always comes to the rescue. He always
- 2:56Speaker 1: manages to show up. He's never too late, he's never
- 3:00Speaker 1: one minute too late. And so in light of this
- 3:04Speaker 1: to date, I wanted to talk to you about something.
- 3:10Speaker 1: It's another principle of success that I'd like to share
- 3:14Speaker 1: with everybody this morning. And once again, these are not
- 3:17Speaker 1: things that you don't know or you've never heard before.
- 3:21Speaker 1: These are just reminders along the way. And one of
- 3:25Speaker 1: the things you have to be conscious of is don't
- 3:28Speaker 1: be afraid to change. Don't be afraid to change because
- 3:33Speaker 1: change is coming anyway. See, I have a theory, don't
- 3:38Speaker 1: be afraid to change because change is coming anyway. You know,
- 3:42Speaker 1: everything changes, nothing remains the same nothing, and change is inevitable. Now,
- 3:50Speaker 1: you could participate in the change, or you can react
- 3:54Speaker 1: to the change. Are you following me. You can participate
- 3:59Speaker 1: in the change or you can react to the change.
- 4:05Speaker 1: But don't be afraid to change because change is coming anyway. Now,
- 4:09Speaker 1: what I mean by that is this, in participating in
- 4:13Speaker 1: the change or reacting in the change, there is a difference. See,
- 4:19Speaker 1: if you react to the change, that means the change
- 4:23Speaker 1: has occurred and now you have to make the necessary adjustments.
- 4:27Speaker 1: To the change. Example, the boss walks in. You think
- 4:32Speaker 1: your job is good. The boss walks in and hands
- 4:35Speaker 1: you a pink slip. That right there, that's a change.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Now you didn't participate in this change because you didn't
- 4:42Speaker 1: ask for the pink slip. But now you got to
- 4:45Speaker 1: react to the pink slip. Whenever you have to react
- 4:49Speaker 1: to the change, it's an adjustment period. It almost throws
- 4:55Speaker 1: you off. So change is going to come. It always does.
- 5:03Speaker 1: You could participate or you can react. Or let's say
- 5:09Speaker 1: your boss comes in and hands you the pink slip
- 5:13Speaker 1: and you said, you know what I've been preparing for
- 5:16Speaker 1: this day. Always knew nothing. Last forever, I've been working
- 5:22Speaker 1: on the sideline on the business idea I had, and
- 5:25Speaker 1: I had or I had several other applications in around town.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I was just holding off to see what was going
- 5:31Speaker 1: on going. So when they hand you the pink slip,
- 5:34Speaker 1: the transition to adjustment you make is a lot more
- 5:37Speaker 1: smooth a transition because now you just transition into your
- 5:41Speaker 1: new business. I did that you've been working on. Are
- 5:44Speaker 1: you transition into the apps you already had in or
- 5:46Speaker 1: the contacts you made the preparation for when the day
- 5:50Speaker 1: they're coming in hand you the pink slip we stee.
- 5:53Speaker 1: What did they surprise you with it? This is just
- 5:55Speaker 1: one example I'm giving you, So you know, let's not
- 5:58Speaker 1: nick pick the message. So what I'm saying to everybody is,
- 6:04Speaker 1: don't be afraid to change because change is coming anyway.
- 6:08Speaker 1: So many people are stuck in a rut because of
- 6:12Speaker 1: your our refusal to change. I was hell bent on
- 6:17Speaker 1: a certain thing going a certain way, and this is
- 6:20Speaker 1: how I was going to go. Well that that I
- 6:23Speaker 1: was thinking didn't really fit. Now in my own personal experience,
- 6:28Speaker 1: this may not be yours, but in my own personal experience,
- 6:31Speaker 1: the things that I've had the most trouble letting go
- 6:34Speaker 1: of was something I wanted when I line myself up
- 6:40Speaker 1: with the will of God to ask God what he
- 6:43Speaker 1: wanted for me. You understand, those things came a lot
- 6:48Speaker 1: more easy to me because it was in the will
- 6:52Speaker 1: of God. It was what God wanted me to do too. Okay,
- 6:55Speaker 1: see what you mean by that? Okay, here we go.
- 6:58Speaker 1: When things were going wrong in relationships for me, what
- 7:04Speaker 1: I did was the biggest mistake I've ever made, was
- 7:08Speaker 1: I attempted to fix what was wrong in my relationship
- 7:12Speaker 1: outside of the relationship filming. Okay, so I'm out there
- 7:18Speaker 1: working my groove like I want to. Well, now, guess what,
- 7:22Speaker 1: there's a cause and effect for all of that too.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Your house ain't gonna get better, it can't. And then
- 7:30Speaker 1: that lady's room for some other things. And so now
- 7:34Speaker 1: that when the change come, guess what, I gotta react
- 7:37Speaker 1: to it. Now, I gotta, I gotta, I gotta have
- 7:41Speaker 1: a reaction to it. Had I lined myself up in
- 7:44Speaker 1: the will of God, the transition may have grown differently.
- 7:50Speaker 1: It could have still ended the relationship. But guess what,
- 7:54Speaker 1: some of the pain I was in I ain't had
- 7:56Speaker 1: to go through. I bought a lot on myself. Sometimes
- 8:02Speaker 1: you're pursuing a passion of yours, and what God really
- 8:06Speaker 1: wants you to do is pursue your gift. So now
- 8:10Speaker 1: you're pursuing your passion. Right, you're passionate about golf. You
- 8:14Speaker 1: love golf so much you just determine. But now you're
- 8:17Speaker 1: messed around. You ain't made it on the PGA Tour yet,
- 8:21Speaker 1: and you fortify still talking about I'm gonna play on
- 8:23Speaker 1: the PGA Tour. Really, okay, maybe you ain't as good
- 8:27Speaker 1: as as you think, or maybe you're not as gifted
- 8:29Speaker 1: as you think. Maybe you're pursuing a passion. Sometimes, man,
- 8:33Speaker 1: we have to change and we have to ask God
- 8:37Speaker 1: what is his will? His will is much simpler. It's
- 8:41Speaker 1: a simpler rule. Not going to be easier, it's simpler.
- 8:45Speaker 1: See when I wake up. Now, it's simple for me
- 8:48Speaker 1: to wake up because I know that are a few
- 8:50Speaker 1: things that I have to do. I have to click
- 8:54Speaker 1: this mic on. I have to be positive. I have
- 8:57Speaker 1: to be inspirational. I have to be informative. I have
- 9:01Speaker 1: to be uplifting. Got it, That's what he want. All
- 9:04Speaker 1: I got to do is sit down, close my eyes,
- 9:07Speaker 1: ask God to help me be who he want me
- 9:10Speaker 1: to be. And for the most part, he tell me
- 9:13Speaker 1: what to say. Now, guess what He's done though, to
- 9:17Speaker 1: create this in me. I went through enough things in
- 9:20Speaker 1: my life. I had enough challenges. I made plenty of mistakes.
- 9:25Speaker 1: So I now, at my age, I can turn around
- 9:27Speaker 1: and tell somebody listening to me, Okay, this is what
- 9:30Speaker 1: I did. This is a mistake I made. Maybe you
- 9:32Speaker 1: see yourself in this story right here. Maybe you don't
- 9:34Speaker 1: have to go this way, or this is what I've
- 9:36Speaker 1: learned about becoming successful. Here's a principle that I learned.
- 9:40Speaker 1: But then guess what, I had to be unsuccessful to
- 9:43Speaker 1: get it, though did not. So you can't have a
- 9:45Speaker 1: testimony without a test change is coming. It's inevitable. You
- 9:49Speaker 1: can participate or you can react. I much prefer to
- 9:53Speaker 1: participate in the change. All right, let's go. You're sw
- 10:02Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, it is time for
- 10:06Speaker 1: it to begin. What we're talking about? Steve that dog
- 10:10Speaker 1: goes Steve Harvey Morny Show, cracking open, pull it out.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Let me have some ladies and gentlemen. Here we is
- 10:18Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morny Show, shall Strawbary cracking open like an egg.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Good morning to you, Steve, for good morning. What's up, Steve?
- 10:33Speaker 1: What's up? Cruis King of Prank's nephew Tommy cracking like
- 10:38Speaker 1: a booty baby? What it, dude? Steve? Take two? No, No,
- 10:46Speaker 1: we're gonna leave that. I ain't gonna take two. I
- 10:50Speaker 1: don't need two more. He don't need another chance, aren't y'all?
- 10:54Speaker 1: What's happening today? Everybody gonna stop me on that call?
- 11:00Speaker 1: I ain't say, man, I did, I was just shaking
- 11:03Speaker 1: my head. It's I'm exhausted from stopping you. Yeah, this
- 11:07Speaker 1: has been going on for years. We get Steve, how
- 11:12Speaker 1: you doing today on this fast day? You know I'm
- 11:15Speaker 1: gonna be stupid to say, Okay, thanks for the warning.
- 11:19Speaker 1: I'm just I'm just letting y'all know urge, I'm already knew. Wow, Okay,
- 11:24Speaker 1: I expect nothing else. Okay, cool? Yes, because you and
- 11:29Speaker 1: it comes mostly without the announcement, so no warning. I
- 11:35Speaker 1: don't even what you think. The announcement is fault. We
- 11:38Speaker 1: expect it's not. Yeah, it's not that your stupidity bothers me.
- 11:45Speaker 1: It's the it's the it's the the timing of it.
- 11:50Speaker 1: But you don't think that's brilliant though, No, no, it's
- 11:53Speaker 1: what you said it is. See you can't call it
- 11:56Speaker 1: one thing and didn't expect it to come out as
- 11:59Speaker 1: something else. Being stupid is not brilliant. Yes it is,
- 12:04Speaker 1: and now you're wrong right there, bro. Stupidity is is
- 12:09Speaker 1: an art form, and that's why you you don't you
- 12:13Speaker 1: don't get my position on this show, and that's what
- 12:16Speaker 1: bothered me a by you. You know what I'm saying,
- 12:18Speaker 1: and that's why I ain't got no raise that I've
- 12:19Speaker 1: been asking you for for the last three p year.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I've been asking you for this, but I can't get
- 12:24Speaker 1: it because you don't see what I brain. You see
- 12:27Speaker 1: what I'm saying. You get the stupid I'm trying. Y'all
- 12:31Speaker 1: can't bring that. You can't bring what I brain. Gonna
- 12:35Speaker 1: ask you a a question on timing, right yeah, if we're
- 12:38Speaker 1: paying you for the stupid I'm bringing that and we're
- 12:44Speaker 1: getting it, yeah yeah, yeah, but we don't want no
- 12:47Speaker 1: more of it? Why don't we give you some more
- 12:52Speaker 1: money for it? Why are you tired of what I'm bringing?
- 12:57Speaker 1: I don't Why would you not want more of it?
- 12:59Speaker 1: Is most people don't. So it's y'all just want to
- 13:06Speaker 1: live bit of stupid in this and then see okay, okay,
- 13:09Speaker 1: time let me help you understand something. We're tied. We're
- 13:13Speaker 1: tied to your stupidity, and we're definitely not gonna pay
- 13:17Speaker 1: for more of what we don't want no mo See
- 13:23Speaker 1: See this is what Dak Prescott going through right here.
- 13:26Speaker 1: See I hate to break it up before we go
- 13:30Speaker 1: to break, and we're gonna go to break right after
- 13:32Speaker 1: I say this right here? What to hell Dak Prescott
- 13:35Speaker 1: got to do? With this here quarterback in the NFL.
- 13:38Speaker 1: That's the CLO coming up at thirty two minutes after
- 13:41Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this, you're listening to Steve Morning Show.
- 13:47Speaker 1: All right. Time now to ask the CLO, the Chief
- 13:51Speaker 1: Love Officer, which is Steve Harvey. Here we go this one.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Steve is from Corey and Tyler, Texas. Corey says, I'm
- 13:57Speaker 1: twenty years old and I have a crush on a
- 13:59Speaker 1: fee mail that works with me. She's a year older
- 14:02Speaker 1: than I am, and she's beautiful. I think she's way
- 14:06Speaker 1: out of my league, but my mother keeps telling me
- 14:09Speaker 1: to ask her out. I am good at saving money
- 14:12Speaker 1: and I want to splurge on a really good date.
- 14:15Speaker 1: But with the COVID nineteen restrictions, I have no clue
- 14:19Speaker 1: what a good date would be. I know you always
- 14:22Speaker 1: treat missus Harvey like a queen, but keep in mind
- 14:27Speaker 1: that I don't have your budget. Please respond before I
- 14:31Speaker 1: lose the courage to ask her out. I love this?
- 14:34Speaker 1: Is this the sweetest Yes, he's twenty years old, all right,
- 14:38Speaker 1: little soldier chore, So listen hill Man. The way it
- 14:41Speaker 1: has to happen is, oh, women love this phrase right here.
- 14:48Speaker 1: It's the thought that counts, and keyword in that is count.
- 14:54Speaker 1: When you ain't got a lot of chips to count,
- 14:58Speaker 1: you have to focus very heavily on the thought. Now,
- 15:03Speaker 1: this girl that you work with, that you got this
- 15:06Speaker 1: crush on, I don't know if y'all's going to work.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all working at the chick for
- 15:11Speaker 1: laid down at the drive through. I don't know what
- 15:13Speaker 1: his job is. But you can't go nowhere. It's COVID
- 15:17Speaker 1: and your money is short. So let's get creative, Corey.
- 15:21Speaker 1: What could you do virtually? How could you do a
- 15:26Speaker 1: virtual date? Let's say you get a zoom link and
- 15:31Speaker 1: you asked her, excuse me. I don't mean to be forward,
- 15:35Speaker 1: but this is a simple way that I could do it.
- 15:38Speaker 1: I would like to take you out just as a friend. See,
- 15:43Speaker 1: let's go at it like that. I would like to
- 15:45Speaker 1: show you a nice time as a friend. When you
- 15:48Speaker 1: go to zoom zoom has. When you go to zoom link,
- 15:52Speaker 1: you can hit a button that changes your background. And
- 15:57Speaker 1: my right, crew, yes, because Junior do it all the time.
- 16:04Speaker 1: You could change your background so you could commedially take
- 16:07Speaker 1: her on a world tour. You know, man so and
- 16:11Speaker 1: just have it set up man, where you go to
- 16:13Speaker 1: the Golden State Bridge, take her over to Niagara Falls,
- 16:19Speaker 1: and do it all man in about fifteen minutes. Practice
- 16:22Speaker 1: it at your house, get your little backdrops right, and
- 16:24Speaker 1: then writes some nice things. I wish I could take
- 16:27Speaker 1: you here or show you this. I was just thinking
- 16:30Speaker 1: about you, and this is one of my favorite places
- 16:32Speaker 1: I like to visit. And maybe one day in the future,
- 16:35Speaker 1: if you find it interesting, maybe maybe we might even
- 16:38Speaker 1: could go together. But these just some things I wanted
- 16:41Speaker 1: to share with you. Had a nice time with you tonight. Hey, Look,
- 16:44Speaker 1: have a great day. I really enjoyed this date. Thank
- 16:46Speaker 1: you so much. Like it. I like that fella. Look
- 16:53Speaker 1: at him scooting baby. Look. Yeah. See if I if
- 17:04Speaker 1: I didn't have money, I'd had to be creative. Yeah,
- 17:09Speaker 1: and that's and that's what I do. Oh dog, I
- 17:11Speaker 1: had think of this instantly. That's why it ain't hard
- 17:15Speaker 1: for me. You've read it all right. Here's another one
- 17:18Speaker 1: clo from Shocked in the Bronx. Uh. This one says,
- 17:21Speaker 1: I'm a twenty nine year old man and I've been
- 17:23Speaker 1: in a relationship for four years with a beautiful woman. Recently,
- 17:28Speaker 1: my girl told me that she and her best friend
- 17:30Speaker 1: had a sexual relationship way before we started dating. She
- 17:34Speaker 1: says they mutually decided to end it and just to
- 17:36Speaker 1: be friends. I'm trying to figure out why my girlfriend
- 17:39Speaker 1: chose to tell me after four years, because now I'm
- 17:43Speaker 1: looking back at all of the vacations and girls trips
- 17:46Speaker 1: they've been on. Am I crazy to let this bother me?
- 17:49Speaker 1: Or is it really no big deal? The best friend
- 17:52Speaker 1: is a girl in boy, Well, listen, this is not
- 17:56Speaker 1: an opportunity for you to get in now, because obviously
- 17:59Speaker 1: you care about this woman for years. What you just what?
- 18:03Speaker 1: He's trying to grapple with Tommy and says, this is
- 18:05Speaker 1: why we're not paying you no more money for this stupidity.
- 18:09Speaker 1: This right here, these little moments like this where somebody
- 18:11Speaker 1: really crying out for help, is why we're not giving
- 18:14Speaker 1: you no more Dan, listen to me. What he wants
- 18:19Speaker 1: to be happy with this? The reason she told you
- 18:21Speaker 1: this because she wanted to get it out front so
- 18:24Speaker 1: you don't hear it from somebody else. Now. The only
- 18:28Speaker 1: thing is is can you accept her honesty on this
- 18:32Speaker 1: moment and move forward? Now? I think the answer is yes.
- 18:37Speaker 1: You can't move forward. People do something. She told you
- 18:40Speaker 1: about it. I mean, you know, so you got to
- 18:42Speaker 1: give her something for that, and she came forward and
- 18:45Speaker 1: told it to you at four years later. She wanted
- 18:47Speaker 1: you to know. Now you can't help but go back
- 18:49Speaker 1: and think about all the girl trip. Well, you know
- 18:51Speaker 1: you wouldn't now. So now the question you want to
- 18:54Speaker 1: ask yourself is was this Now you said it happened
- 18:59Speaker 1: before y'all guy together, not since you've been together. Now,
- 19:03Speaker 1: if it's been happening since you've been together, then you
- 19:05Speaker 1: have to deal with that's cheating. Yeah, it's so you
- 19:10Speaker 1: know way before. I think, brother, you just have to
- 19:14Speaker 1: grapple with that fact. Everybody make mistakes. You're not gonna
- 19:18Speaker 1: meet no woman at twenty nine that ain't got no history,
- 19:21Speaker 1: no experience. But what about the vacation and the girl
- 19:23Speaker 1: trips that seem like that may have happened while they
- 19:26Speaker 1: were dating? Well that's what I said, but he but
- 19:29Speaker 1: caller surely cleared it up and said he said way before. Yeah,
- 19:33Speaker 1: he said, so now you know he's looking back on
- 19:37Speaker 1: but but but maybe messing him up here. Since they've
- 19:40Speaker 1: been talking, they went on some girl trips and he
- 19:43Speaker 1: kind of trip I got that caller, so you know
- 19:46Speaker 1: you have to grapple with that dog. But I mean,
- 19:50Speaker 1: but it got to find a way to let it go. Yeah. No,
- 19:54Speaker 1: if the three of us can get together and work
- 19:57Speaker 1: this out together in Indianapolis, the same old woman working
- 20:03Speaker 1: at what all. Let me get to this quickly. My
- 20:08Speaker 1: marriage has been dysfunctional for the past ten years because
- 20:11Speaker 1: my husband cheated three times and I forgave him each time.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Now he's older and slower, so he can't do what
- 20:16Speaker 1: we used to do. I still dress up and look
- 20:18Speaker 1: good and go out with my girlfriends, and he can't
- 20:21Speaker 1: take it because he was so unfaithful. He accuses me
- 20:25Speaker 1: of flirting with other men and dressing too sexy if
- 20:27Speaker 1: I leave the house and anything other than jeans and
- 20:29Speaker 1: a T shirt. How can I show this man that
- 20:32Speaker 1: I am not up to no good all the time?
- 20:34Speaker 1: Well we come back. I have us very short and
- 20:36Speaker 1: simple answer for you. Yeah, and Tommy, you'll have a
- 20:39Speaker 1: prank right after this. Oh y'all killer THO you're listening
- 20:45Speaker 1: to show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:50Speaker 1: Miss Anna standing by with our national news for today.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Plus we'll talk about entertainment and the nephew of course
- 20:57Speaker 1: is standing by with his prank phone call. But Steve,
- 20:59Speaker 1: we want to get to the last clo question for
- 21:02Speaker 1: you before we get to the prank. And it's from
- 21:05Speaker 1: this woman who's been in a dysfunctional marriage for the
- 21:08Speaker 1: past ten years because her husband cheated three times and
- 21:10Speaker 1: she took him back three times. Now she says he's
- 21:13Speaker 1: older and slower, but she still looks good and dresses
- 21:16Speaker 1: up when she goes out with her girls, and he
- 21:18Speaker 1: accuses her of cheating. Now she wants to, you know,
- 21:21Speaker 1: let him know that she's not doing anything. Well, see,
- 21:24Speaker 1: why do you have to let him know? That's him
- 21:29Speaker 1: having to deal with his own insecurities that he created. Right. Yeah,
- 21:35Speaker 1: See a lot of times what we do sometimes is
- 21:38Speaker 1: after we've been messed up, we try to dump the

- 28:26Speaker 1: All right? Man? I did that right now? Boy getting

- 28:45Speaker 1: news for you right after this you're listening Steve Harvey
- 28:49Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, guys. In today's entertainment news, Megan
- 28:54Speaker 1: the Stallion was shot in the foot early Sunday morning
- 28:57Speaker 1: when she and Tory Lanes were pulled over and he
- 29:01Speaker 1: got arrested for gun charges. Megan wanted to set the
- 29:04Speaker 1: record straight. She said on Sunday morning, I suffered gunshot.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Won't as a result of a crime that was committed
- 29:11Speaker 1: against me and done with the intention to physically harm me.
- 29:15Speaker 1: According to TMZ now, Megan does not say who pulled
- 29:19Speaker 1: the trigger, but she wants to make it clear that
- 29:21Speaker 1: she did nothing wrong. She adds she was never arrested.
- 29:25Speaker 1: The police officers drove her to the hospital, where she
- 29:28Speaker 1: underwent surgery to remove the bullets. She says she's incredibly
- 29:32Speaker 1: grateful to be alive and that she's expected to make
- 29:35Speaker 1: a full recovery. She's currently focused on her recovery so
- 29:38Speaker 1: she can return to work and her life and making
- 29:41Speaker 1: music as soon as possible. Wow, A couple of versions,
- 29:47Speaker 1: A couple of different things about that story about glass.
- 29:51Speaker 1: She stepped on some glass. Yeah, it was some different stuff.
- 29:54Speaker 1: So yeah, that's what she said at first, But now
- 29:59Speaker 1: in a car, Yes, and the police pulled them over. Yah,
- 30:04Speaker 1: she got shot in the foot. They ain't saying who
- 30:06Speaker 1: did it. Yeah, they're not saying they were at a party. Yeah,
- 30:10Speaker 1: they were at a party. They were shot Collie Jenner.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Actually they left the pool party from colleague colleague Jenner's house.
- 30:17Speaker 1: It's a little bit mold to this. Yeah, I'm sure
- 30:19Speaker 1: to come out. I'm sure they'll come out. Yeah. I
- 30:21Speaker 1: can help you with who shot you in the foot
- 30:25Speaker 1: if you just tell me who was in the damn car? Well,
- 30:29Speaker 1: Tory Lane did so. If it was five people in
- 30:35Speaker 1: the car, you could you could, you could depict who
- 30:37Speaker 1: did it and the two people in the front. In
- 30:42Speaker 1: any damn car, there's two people in the front. You
- 30:47Speaker 1: can't get shot in your foot from the back seat.
- 30:51Speaker 1: It's something else that's actually real, yall, whoever was driving,
- 31:00Speaker 1: whoever was the other person in the front shot you
- 31:04Speaker 1: in the foot? I think she was in the front,
- 31:06Speaker 1: or you shot yourself one or the other. No, she
- 31:10Speaker 1: just said a crime was perpetrated against me. Yeah, but
- 31:15Speaker 1: they wanted to bring physical harm to her. Let's say
- 31:17Speaker 1: it's five people in the car. Let's not let No,
- 31:20Speaker 1: I'm just saying at five people in the car where
- 31:24Speaker 1: people have got money. Max is five people, right, you
- 31:29Speaker 1: ain't never no more than two people in no front
- 31:32Speaker 1: seat and no car no more. We don't have bench
- 31:34Speaker 1: seat cars no more. So nice three people in the
- 31:37Speaker 1: back pack, he says, ducing the cord of them kind
- 31:40Speaker 1: of cards. Ain't going them. Let y ain't none of that,
- 31:47Speaker 1: ain't on fleetwoods with the sea. So now, whoever you
- 31:53Speaker 1: in the front, Seaton, Baccan Stallion, ain't in the back.
- 31:57Speaker 1: The fine chick ain't ever got to ride in the back. Yea,
- 32:01Speaker 1: in no damn car. She the biggest star in the
- 32:06Speaker 1: car to start him, get in the back unless she's
- 32:09Speaker 1: the only one back there. I'm just telling your third
- 32:12Speaker 1: about now, whoever was in the front seat shot him
- 32:21Speaker 1: unless somebody came over to the car window when they
- 32:24Speaker 1: were backing out the driveway, which is another thing rich
- 32:28Speaker 1: people don't do no more. They look round. You know
- 32:31Speaker 1: what I can't n if you was out of you
- 32:36Speaker 1: got the bag out the driveways. I learned how to
- 32:39Speaker 1: drive it in in the head, bag it out. OK,
- 32:44Speaker 1: thank you, we gotta getta please, let's go to hours.
- 32:54Speaker 1: I'm calling Mason. I didn't work at this. Don't let
- 32:57Speaker 1: me have to call your mama. Let me guys, and
- 33:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody. This is Antrip with the News. A
- 33:06Speaker 1: national walkout to protest police brutality and racism as reportedly
- 33:10Speaker 1: planned for next Monday, this coming Monday, July twentieth. According
- 33:13Speaker 1: to the Associated Press, the protests will take place in
- 33:16Speaker 1: over twenty five cities as part of a series of
- 33:19Speaker 1: social justice events organized by a coalition of labor unions
- 33:23Speaker 1: and police reform groups, including the thousands of airport, fast food, nursing,
- 33:28Speaker 1: home and rideshare workers. They're all joining in the walkouts
- 33:31Speaker 1: to last for a little over eight minutes, okay, eight minutes,
- 33:33Speaker 1: at the length of time that now a former white
- 33:35Speaker 1: cop named Derek Schouven grinded his knee and to pour
- 33:38Speaker 1: George Floyd's neck, And it's being called the Strike for
- 33:41Speaker 1: Black Lives. That's on Monday. Three class action lawsuits filed
- 33:44Speaker 1: yesterday in Philadelphia accusing that city of using military level
- 33:48Speaker 1: force against peaceful protesters during recent demonstrations against police brutality,
- 33:53Speaker 1: and the suits alleged that both protesters and bystanders were
- 33:56Speaker 1: injured by all of it. During interview earlier this week
- 33:59Speaker 1: with Nora O'Donnell on the CBS Evening News. President Trump
- 34:03Speaker 1: said more white people than blacks have died at the
- 34:05Speaker 1: hands of cops in the US. You said, George Floyd's
- 34:08Speaker 1: death was a terrible thing. Ter Why are African Americans
- 34:12Speaker 1: still dying at the hands of law enforcement in this country?
- 34:15Speaker 1: And so are white people? So are white people? What
- 34:18Speaker 1: a terrible question to ask. So are white people? More
- 34:22Speaker 1: white people? By the way, more white people. While the
- 34:25Speaker 1: President is right, he's also wrong. Federal statistics show that, yes,
- 34:29Speaker 1: more white people die at the hands of the police. However,
- 34:32Speaker 1: that doesn't have taken to account the differences in population.
- 34:35Speaker 1: According to the censuspire A, white people constitute seventy six
- 34:37Speaker 1: percent of the US population, yet blacks only make up
- 34:41Speaker 1: thirteen percent. So Harvard researchers say that one out of
- 34:44Speaker 1: every one thousand black men can expect to die at
- 34:47Speaker 1: the hands of a policeman, and according to a federal study,
- 34:50Speaker 1: black people have a death by cop fatality rate that
- 34:53Speaker 1: is two point eight times higher than white people. The
- 34:57Speaker 1: governor of Oklahoma has now tested pos for COVID nineteen.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Kevin Stitt announced the diagnosis yesterday. The forty eight year
- 35:04Speaker 1: old Republican believes he's the first governor in the nation
- 35:06Speaker 1: to contract the virus. Oklahoma Watch says that even as
- 35:09Speaker 1: did work with contract traces on Tuesday, he was still
- 35:12Speaker 1: not wearing a mask. The federal government has carried out
- 35:15Speaker 1: his first execution in nearly twenty years. Forty seven year
- 35:18Speaker 1: old Daniel Lee Lewis put together to death yesterday in
- 35:22Speaker 1: a federal prison in Tarohold, Indiana, convicted of killing a
- 35:25Speaker 1: family in Arkansas in the nineteen ninety is part of
- 35:28Speaker 1: a plot to create a whites only nation in the
- 35:30Speaker 1: Pacific Northwest. And today is Global Forgiveness Day. Sorry are
- 35:35Speaker 1: you sorry? So we forgive you now? Betting Man, No,
- 35:39Speaker 1: I don't now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 35:42Speaker 1: You're listening to the String Show. Well, President Trump visited Atlanta,
- 35:48Speaker 1: I think that was yesterday, to talk about ways to
- 35:50Speaker 1: streamline big infrastructure projects. The President spoke of the ups
- 35:55Speaker 1: Airport Hub. He also praised Governor tenh three opening plant
- 36:00Speaker 1: on her Kemp's reopening plan. The city of Atlanta has
- 36:03Speaker 1: a mandatory mask policy, so while Georgia's Republican governor was
- 36:07Speaker 1: happy to welcome President Trump, Atlanta's mayor Kesha Lan's Bottoms
- 36:11Speaker 1: said on an on an appearance at MSNBCAT. While Donald
- 36:16Speaker 1: Trump is actually violating the law as he stands on
- 36:19Speaker 1: our tarmac without a mask, and the city of Atlanta
- 36:22Speaker 1: owns and operates Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport that is
- 36:26Speaker 1: the busiest airport in the world, and in Atlanta and
- 36:30Speaker 1: our city controlled assets, we have a mandate that you
- 36:34Speaker 1: should have on a mask. So she's saying the president
- 36:37Speaker 1: was breaking the law, but he wasn't cited or anything.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Uh to drop the mic. No one went up to
- 36:49Speaker 1: I'm going to arrest to him or okay, because I was.
- 36:53Speaker 1: I was unaware of the law. So you have your
- 36:56Speaker 1: mask on. Now what I'm going to break the laws?
- 37:00Speaker 1: Try my show in the mask? Say something else? I said,
- 37:08Speaker 1: I'm doing my show in the mask. Pretty clear. I
- 37:11Speaker 1: know it is pretty clear because this is a special. Man. Oh,
- 37:16Speaker 1: what's a special They only made of forty forty two Okay, okay,
- 37:23Speaker 1: So it's so clear that we can hear you so
- 37:27Speaker 1: well well because it's special made. You know, I don't
- 37:30Speaker 1: want to tell y'all this on the air. Oh okay, Tom,
- 37:39Speaker 1: are you serious? Is that time for? It's really on
- 37:44Speaker 1: yours when he was evening his face where we can
- 37:52Speaker 1: only you see that down the center. Let down the center. Yeah,
- 38:00Speaker 1: watch watch, watch lean down Steve, right there, I see, Yes,
- 38:13Speaker 1: it's a designer mask. And then you know what I'm saying.
- 38:25Speaker 1: I don't think she mean enjoys while you're working, Steve.
- 38:28Speaker 1: I think she means outside. So I don't have to
- 38:31Speaker 1: wear it in no, sir, by yourself. I'm in the
- 38:35Speaker 1: studio by myself, my mofe. Don't let nobody in here.
- 38:39Speaker 1: I told you right now that I ain't saying nobody.
- 38:45Speaker 1: It's goodding. It's getting a little difficult. It's good here,
- 38:51Speaker 1: you get you can take it off. It's getting very
- 38:53Speaker 1: difficult over here. Coming up down wow, coming up in
- 38:59Speaker 1: thirty four minute after the hour. Nick Cannon now is
- 39:02Speaker 1: firing back at Viacom CBS. We'll talk about that right
- 39:05Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to show. Well. Nick Cannon is
- 39:11Speaker 1: firing back now at Viacom CBS after the network dropped
- 39:14Speaker 1: him for making anti Semitic comments, and he claimed that
- 39:18Speaker 1: the network is being divisive and not him. He's saying
- 39:21Speaker 1: it's the network. Nick did apologize to the Jewish community,
- 39:25Speaker 1: and he is demanding that Viacom CBS give him his
- 39:29Speaker 1: rights to wild and Out. Nick wrote, I berth one
- 39:32Speaker 1: of the most creative, longest running hip hop programming in
- 39:36Speaker 1: television history. While and Out. Nick went on to say,
- 39:40Speaker 1: I created a billion dollar brand based on trust and
- 39:44Speaker 1: empty promises. My ownership was swindled away from me. Nick
- 39:48Speaker 1: went on to say, for Viacom to be so deceptive
- 39:52Speaker 1: is no surprise. They've been underpaying talent on their biggest
- 39:55Speaker 1: brands like Love and hip hop, all of beet programming,
- 40:00Speaker 1: and of course wilding Out. Anyway, did he wants Nick
- 40:04Speaker 1: to join up with his cable channel, Revolt TV and
- 40:08Speaker 1: make it his new creative home and did he said,
- 40:11Speaker 1: Revolt it's truly black owned. We got your back. Wow,
- 40:15Speaker 1: there's a lot of that statement, well, at least a
- 40:19Speaker 1: Nick man. I hope Nick can bounce back. I really do.
- 40:22Speaker 1: But why Yeah, I mean, I mean yeah, I mean
- 40:25Speaker 1: I pull up for all brothers. Man, he make a mistake.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Do this do that I'm pulling the brothers? I do too, Man.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I just say, firstly, Nick, you just say something to
- 40:39Speaker 1: young people. And this is Uncle Steve talking, who has
- 40:43Speaker 1: been at this for a very long time, very long time.
- 40:48Speaker 1: My father in law, Bubba Bridges. He says all the time,
- 40:55Speaker 1: just because you can say something doesn't mean you shoot
- 41:00Speaker 1: to say something. I got that we live in the
- 41:03Speaker 1: Fifth Amendment of freedom of speech or whatever. That amendment is,
- 41:07Speaker 1: first amendment, whatever wanted is fifth. When you plead the
- 41:10Speaker 1: fifth or whatever, I don't know. I've used the ball,
- 41:13Speaker 1: I say, pleading the fifth and went straight to jail,
- 41:21Speaker 1: so I've seen it not worth I got that we
- 41:24Speaker 1: live in a freedom of speech country, but it's not
- 41:28Speaker 1: truly free, y'all. It's truly not free. The only person
- 41:35Speaker 1: that actually has total freedom of speech is President Donald Trump.
- 41:40Speaker 1: He can say anything he want to and can't nobody
- 41:44Speaker 1: to do a damn thing with it because you can't
- 41:47Speaker 1: indict a sitting president. The rest of us fall under
- 41:50Speaker 1: the big guise of you can't say what you want
- 41:52Speaker 1: to say. Now. I hope Nick can come back from
- 41:55Speaker 1: this tool, but listen to me, y'all. On your comeback trail,
- 42:03Speaker 1: you you you can't keep firing at the people that

- 53:37Speaker 1: the Strawberry letter. All right, thank you, nephew. Subject my
- 53:42Speaker 1: children's mama or my sugar Mama, Dear Stephen Shirley. I
- 53:46Speaker 1: love my wife very much, and she is the mother
- 53:49Speaker 1: of my children. But I have another woman. My wife
- 53:53Speaker 1: is very beautiful and smart, but she doesn't submit to
- 53:56Speaker 1: me like my mistress does. My wife wants me to
- 53:59Speaker 1: be the man of the house all of the time,
- 54:02Speaker 1: and when I ask her for help on certain things,
- 54:04Speaker 1: she huffs and puffs. I just want a partnership with
- 54:07Speaker 1: her and raise our children together. My other woman is
- 54:11Speaker 1: older and loves catering to me like she is my
- 54:15Speaker 1: personal assistant. It's so good with this older woman. I'm
- 54:19Speaker 1: starting to wonder if I'm falling in love with her
- 54:22Speaker 1: or if I'm just in love with all of the attention.
- 54:25Speaker 1: I told my mistress that I am not leaving my wife,
- 54:28Speaker 1: and she doesn't seem to care. My wife had my
- 54:31Speaker 1: phone looking for our plumber's number, and she ran across
- 54:34Speaker 1: the text from my mistress. I told her she is
- 54:37Speaker 1: one of my real estate clients. My wife would never
- 54:40Speaker 1: suspect anything, and she doesn't question me. If she found
- 54:45Speaker 1: out about my mistress, I'm sure I could explain it
- 54:49Speaker 1: so that she wouldn't think anything was going on, because
- 54:52Speaker 1: this lady isn't my type at all. I'm in it
- 54:55Speaker 1: for the way she's always making me feel. She makes
- 54:58Speaker 1: me a priority and treats me like a king. She
- 55:01Speaker 1: buys me expensive gifts, and she freely gives me money.
- 55:06Speaker 1: I love that she enjoys kognac and cigars with me
- 55:10Speaker 1: and has a passion for classic cars. She is the
- 55:13Speaker 1: ideal sugar mama. The sex is great and feels so
- 55:18Speaker 1: natural with her that I can't imagine why this woman
- 55:21Speaker 1: is single. I'm not under any pressure to stop seeing
- 55:24Speaker 1: this woman, but I know it's wrong. I am happy
- 55:27Speaker 1: at home and I'm happy with my mistress, so I
- 55:30Speaker 1: would have a hard time choosing between the two. Should
- 55:33Speaker 1: I make a choice now or ride this out? Please help,
- 55:37Speaker 1: Please help with what? What do you want us to
- 55:41Speaker 1: help with? That's what I'm confused about here. You already know,
- 55:45Speaker 1: you already know. I mean, what do you want Steve
- 55:49Speaker 1: and I to do? At this point? You have all
- 55:51Speaker 1: the answers? Morally, you know this is wrong. You're married,
- 55:54Speaker 1: you have children. Okay, you're cheating, You're lying. You're using
- 55:59Speaker 1: the sugar Mama because she gives you attention. You're taking
- 56:02Speaker 1: money from her. You know she smokes cigars with you
- 56:05Speaker 1: and all of that. You think you might be in
- 56:07Speaker 1: love with her. The sex is great. You're critical of
- 56:10Speaker 1: your wife because she doesn't submit to you and because
- 56:16Speaker 1: she wants you to be the man of the house
- 56:17Speaker 1: all the time. Hello, I don't understand that one. But
- 56:22Speaker 1: so this makes her a bad wife because those are
- 56:25Speaker 1: her requirements. All right. I think you, sir, I think
- 56:29Speaker 1: you have a problem because you just want women to
- 56:33Speaker 1: to just to serve you and cater to you. I mean,
- 56:36Speaker 1: who are you that you deserve that? What what are
- 56:39Speaker 1: you doing? But you have a good wife, you say
- 56:42Speaker 1: she was beautiful and smart, you have children, but you're
- 56:45Speaker 1: cheating on her. You don't even deserve her, let alone
- 56:49Speaker 1: a sugar mama. And you're you think you might have
- 56:51Speaker 1: to decide between the two. If we tell you to
- 56:54Speaker 1: leave the sugar Mama alone, you're not gonna do it,
- 56:57Speaker 1: because what the sex is great, and he does all
- 57:00Speaker 1: these wonderful things to you. You don't really want anything
- 57:03Speaker 1: from us unless you want us to tell you to
- 57:06Speaker 1: stay stay in it, because you're happy with both of them.
- 57:09Speaker 1: You don't want an answer from us. I mean, really,
- 57:12Speaker 1: you're just wasting our time right now. Seriously, you are, Steve,
- 57:16Speaker 1: you know what, Surely everything you said it's spot on.
- 57:19Speaker 1: I mean, you know, dude, really did you write us
- 57:23Speaker 1: just so you could brag about your situation? You just
- 57:26Speaker 1: wanted to tell it to somebody because obviously, man, this
- 57:30Speaker 1: is something you can't keep to yourself, because where in
- 57:32Speaker 1: here did you ask for help? Right? Where in here
- 57:37Speaker 1: do you even see a problem? See all you did
- 57:42Speaker 1: will send us a letter that to justify what you doing,
- 57:47Speaker 1: and it don't add up? Dog, damn man, it's dudes
- 57:51Speaker 1: like you, man, see brou I don't know what you
- 57:54Speaker 1: thought I was supposed to say to you, but it's
- 57:55Speaker 1: dudes like you to make it hard for other dudes. Man,
- 57:58Speaker 1: that's trying to do right out there, just trying to
- 58:02Speaker 1: trying to get it together. My wife is very beautiful,
- 58:05Speaker 1: she's the mother of your children. But I got another
- 58:09Speaker 1: woman okay, right here, now you're starting to women are
- 58:12Speaker 1: starting to develop a hate for you. But let me
- 58:14Speaker 1: show you where you may show they hate you. My
- 58:17Speaker 1: wife is very beautiful and smart, but she doesn't submit
- 58:21Speaker 1: to me like my mistress does. Right there, they hate
- 58:23Speaker 1: your ass. Every woman listening to this hates your ass
- 58:28Speaker 1: right now. That hell, dog, she's very beautiful and small,
- 58:35Speaker 1: but she don't submit to me. Dog, every woman, you
- 58:40Speaker 1: just loose you. So what are you stupid? Man? My
- 58:44Speaker 1: wife wants me to be the man of the house
- 58:46Speaker 1: all the time. Well, what you want some days off? Yeah?
- 58:50Speaker 1: What is that? So you don't You don't get days
- 58:52Speaker 1: off from this hill? This thing called manhood, man, you
- 58:56Speaker 1: got to wear it. It's yours. Now. You don't want
- 59:00Speaker 1: to be man at house all that damn time? How
- 59:03Speaker 1: many days off you need? Because she got to be
- 59:04Speaker 1: the wife and the mother. She don't get no days
- 59:06Speaker 1: off from there, ain't man? Come on, dude, right here?
- 59:10Speaker 1: And when I ask her for help on sometain things
- 59:12Speaker 1: she husts and pubs. I just want to partnership with
- 59:15Speaker 1: her and raise our children together. Ain't what marriage is? Though?
- 59:19Speaker 1: Then you gotta figure some stuff out. You you got
- 59:21Speaker 1: to sit down and talk. You gotta listen. You gotta
- 59:23Speaker 1: hear some stuff you don't want to hear. You gotta
- 59:25Speaker 1: let some stuff go you don't want to let go of.
- 59:28Speaker 1: That's what marriage really is. My other woman is old
- 59:31Speaker 1: and loves catering to me like she's my personal assistant.
- 59:35Speaker 1: Do you have a man about the bride? Wait? Why
- 59:39Speaker 1: did you send for and she showed up in a
- 59:42Speaker 1: box like she's my personal assistant? Oh dog, hold it
- 59:47Speaker 1: right there, Steve. I know you should have called temp
- 59:49Speaker 1: service and married somebody down now. Yeah, we'll have part
- 59:55Speaker 1: two of Steve's response coming up at twenty three minutes
- 59:58Speaker 1: after the hours. Today's subject my children's mama or my

- 1:00:29Speaker 1: you began right here by all the women listening to
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: this letter. Then you seal the deal. My wife is
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: very beautiful and small, but she don't submit to me
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: like my mistress. Done you? That did it right? There, brother,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: let me explain something. Nothing you write in this letter
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: after this can bail you out of the situation. You
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: just created a bad graph one. I'm telling you, partner
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: see fellas, and I want fellas to listen to this man.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: This is my father taught me something. He says, Son,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: listen to me when a fool is talking, stay there
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: and listen carefully. I said, Daddy, why should I listen
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: to somebody that's stupid? He says, son, listen to me.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: Don't walk away, because of what you're gonna learn is
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: what not to do and what not to say. Just
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: stay there and listen. He a fool can teach you lesson.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: So a fool wrote this letter. Every time I ask
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: her something, she huff and puff. I just want to
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: partnership with her and raise our children together, a partnership
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: and raise your kid. Doc. You have to talk to
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: your wife. You have to compromise. You have to hear stuff.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: You have to listening stories. You who want to listen to.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: You got to go places you don't want to go.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: Why are you rubbing your faith while you're saying to
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: the dress room, you're gonna buy stuff you don't feel
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: like buying. She's gonna spend some money. Ain't gonna say
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: nothing to you about it. I just saw all this
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: scot to happen. So what marriage is My other woman
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: is older and loves Caden to me like she's my
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: personal assistant. If you thought they hated you in paragraph one,
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: the letter has now turned into they want to join
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: together and kill you. This woman is looking at she
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: like you, stak ass. It's so good with this older woman.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: I'm starting to wonder if I'm falling in love with
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: her or just in the love all the attention. I
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: told my mistress I'm not leaving my wife, and she
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: don't seem to care. Now I know why that is so,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: and I'm gonna show you. We're gonna come back to that.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: My wife had your phone looking through our plumbers number.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: She ran across the tech from mistress. I told her
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: she's one of my real estate clients. My wife would
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: never suspect anything, and she doesn't question me. And she
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: found out about my mistress. I'm sure I could explain
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: it so that she wouldn't think anything was going on
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: because this lady isn't my type at all. Bad right there,
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: that's the key to this whole thing. She's actually perfect
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: for you, you full of it, and she is too,
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: just a match made in heaven. But dog, let me
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: tell you how much you into this chick because she
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: makes you a priority and treat you like a king.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: She bought me expensive Gilts and she freely gives me money.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: Who do this? Who do this? Accepts somebody trying to
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: hold on to somebody else. Listen, give you an example
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: of this by Marjorie expensive Gilts. A freely give her money.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: You know why, because I'm trying to keep her. Now,
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: that ain't what it's really about, you know, But you dog,
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: she trying to keep you. I'm in love with my wife.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: I'm man, I took some vials. I'm trying, trying. I'm trying.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: I'm trying to get to the tape with this one.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: You sitting up in here, man, acting like you like
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: like like you just got options. But she ain't your
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: type though, m Who's wife? But see, that's why every
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: woman hates you. I love that she enjoys Kanyak cigars
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: with me and got a passion for classic cars. What
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: woman you listen to? This a treasure troll. You found
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: the greatest woman to ever live? Where is she? Oh?
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: My god? Cigars, Kanyak, classic car. Don't you tell me
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: she likes sports? Boy, don't tell me she wanted to
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: go to the fight. Don't you tell me she don't
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: give a damn if you don't brush your teeth couple day?
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: What you say it? Don't just say it your wife
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: and make me cry. Wait a minute, she let you
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: get into bed without taking a shower. Boy, where did
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: you five this woman? See dog? She's the ideal sugar mama.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: The sex is great and it feels so natural. I
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: can't imagine why this woman is single. I'll give you
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: a couple of reasons why she's single. Number two. Number one,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: she dating you. Number two. Most men don't like women
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: with cigar breath. Number number three. I don't want a
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: woman with all that in common with me. I won't
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: do something by myself. I don't want my wife like sports.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: I want to watch sports with my boys. I don't
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: want my wife to play golf. I don't go find
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: my damn So let's watch as a single she do
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: two damn much. All right, Steve, thank you this ignorant
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: ass letter. All right? Post your comments on today's Strawberry Letter.

- 1:06:33Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour. It's Carla's
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: Reality Update. But right now, Steve, please introduce our girl
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: from the Time, Ladies and Gentlemen, Sheryl Underwood. That Steve Han,
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: that's that's the same music I play for Junior when
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: he come into bedroom. What what's applause? And what listen?
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: I Hey, I stand in mind. Man. Hey, before I
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: started telling all my business, Steve, I need to talk
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: to you. I'm kind of frustrated. Let me tell you
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: why I'm kind of frustrated. It is because I think,
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: you know, back in the civil rights movement of the
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: fifties and sixties, you know, we had more discipline. We
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: had to focus on what we was doing. Right. So
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: now you guys, let me tell you a couple of
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: things that I'm frustrated on. Okay, so we the black
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: people that can succumb black and brown people succumbing to
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: the COVID right to COVID nineteen right. Yes, yes, but
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: we talked about wein't gonna win on Master subscribe every
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: So when we start doing what Trump say, can Trump
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: say he ain't gonna win on mask? He say he
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: don't believe in it? When we start talking like that,
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: when we started listening him, we got to look at
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: decisions that we got to make that our life depends
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: on it. You see what I'm saying, I don't follow
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: Trump is because I'm trying to go to heaven. Well,
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: they've had his mask on on the show earlier. He's
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: been there by himself. Yea, to wear masks. That's right.
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: That's my girl. I love you. Last Bottoms as the mayors,
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: all of us, I love hu. And that's sister is
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: talking to real talk. We got some good mayors out there,
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: some good governs out there, but we're not doing as
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: a people. I think we just now black folks, you're
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: gonna get mad, get mad at sherl Underwood. Don't get
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: mad at Steve Hobbs, don't get mad at Collins Shellis Thomas,
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Don't get mad at them. You know and Junior because
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: get mad at me. Okay, I'm just saying get mad
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: at me. I believe we get distracted them Kanye talking
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: about he didn't rep file paperwork, he owned the ballot
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: in Oklahoma. Then then you start to have people comparing, well,
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: if you don't vote for you, anti this, Aime, stay
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: focused what gets Trump out of office. Stop getting all
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: in the weeds. That is right now, Stay in the basement, Joe.
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: But this is the other thing that's bothering me. Were
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: so distracted on other things, but nobody's talking about And
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna close with this. The census numbers is low.
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Keep your eyes on the prize. Don't get distracted. Don't
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: don't follow something just because it's trending on Twitter. Forget suppression.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: I'm about to cuss that's yl but then suppression it
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: is frog. It is frog. I got to go show
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: because I got some hot baby or on the stove. Okay,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: I'm coming to you, coming up, Chryl Carlin. Right at Tommy,
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: you're listening. Come on, Tommy, let's go. Let's go, baby,
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: Let's get to it. Come on, she's here here, right here,
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: that's my sister. You live here. Get ready, ladies and gentlemen,
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: It's Carla Frell with what reality update? All right, thank you?
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: All right? Here she lives here. So we got reality
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: stars fighting for social justice doing good work. Porsha Williams
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: from Real Housewives of Atlanta Love and hip hop star
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: Yandy Smith, along with civil rights activists Tamika Mallory and
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: about eighty seven or so other demonstrators, were among those
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: who were locked up at the Louisville Metro Corrections. This
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: was Tuesday evening in Louisville for protesting outside the home
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: of Kentucky's Attorney General, Daniel Cameron. The protests was in
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: demand for the arrest of the Louisville Metro Police officers
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: involved in the shooting of shooting death of Brianna Taylor
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: back in March. Now, Portia and Yandy have been released
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: from custody, but none of the three Louisville police officers
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: involved in Brianna Taylor's killing have been arrested or charged
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: with anything. Hold on, let me ask you for a
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: quick second. Have they been fired? One one, one has
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: been fired out of how many people were on that
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: property that night, one out of three has been fired.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: Nobody's been charged anything. No, no, no, So check this
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: out though, Tommy, So now that you bring that up.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: So now the protesters Porsha Williams, Yandy Smith, Tamika Mallory, Uh,
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: there were others that were there. But don't you find
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: this and I'm sure they do. They find it ironic
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: that they have felony charges to potentially fight. But the
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: cops who did the actual killing are still free, roaming
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: free of Brianna Taylor. So say her name, Brianna Taylor.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: That's right. We are still fighting for justice. So shout
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: out to reality stars Porsha Williams and Yandy Smith. I
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: wanted to spot like that. Yeah, on reality, they're trying
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: to get their story together, man, that's all they're doing.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: They're trying to get their store up or whatever little
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: piece of piece or something they play together the police.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: That's all. That's all they're doing. Yep, yep, and moving
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: on quickly. Married to Medicine Los Angeles and season finale.
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: We kind of talked about it last week. Shanique is
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: ready to get things going with her uh relator business
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: and she kind of met with celebrity relator. I like him,
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: Josh Altman. Do you guys watch million dollars listening. Oh
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: that's my My husband loves that show. That's my reality
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: show he likes and uh, he kind of broke it
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: down to her and telling her what she needs to
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: do to really be a huge, successful, you know, relator
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: in Los Angeles, Britain. She realized that it's time for
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: her son to start sleeping in his own room, so
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: she and her husband can sleep together in their bed
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: and get back to cele deviy uh doctor money. She's
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: moving on, moving forward with her divorce and Jasmine, she
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: hosted this Christmas party at our house, and the ladies
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: were hoping they would get to meet Jasmine's husband. They
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: called him doctor Jay because he is a doctor, a physician.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: But Jasmine said, now she had this big old Christmas
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: party at her house. They have a big, beautiful house
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: in Beverly Hills. She said that her husband was upstairs
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: sleeping while she was hosting a Christmas party, and so wait, tommy,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: so she hired a security team to make sure that
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: the party goers didn't go upstairs at all. Right, she
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: had a party, would a choir at everything? Oh quire,
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: he slept her all of that exactly. They were singing uh,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: you know, Christmas songs or whatever. So we did not
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: that's right, we did not get to see her husband
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: well gospel inspirational christ and then we behind reality updates.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: Yeah yeah. Do you know how many people want to
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: see this? He'll come glitter, come home, cinema, come home.
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. You'll see this. Do that's
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: you'll see money changed. We'll be back with Steve Harvey
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: Morning Show and twenty minutes after right after this, you're
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, So Beyonce
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: has officially locked down the trademark to her daughter's name,
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: Blue Ivy Carter. There was a dispute over the intellectual
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: property rights tied to the eight year old name when
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: a Massachusetts wedding planner laid claim to the name. Ultimately,
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board sided with Queen Bee
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: over the relatively the unknown proprietor of Blue Ivy Event,
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: which was founded before Blue Ivy was even born. The
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: owner's name is Veronica Morales. She was worried about a
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: risk of confusion between the two. The board didn't think
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: there was a big risk of folks confusing an event
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: planning business with Blue Ivy Carter, Beyonce's baby. There you
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: have it, don't you don't mess? Get your ass balled
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: out now. This is an easy fix. Yeah, easy right now?
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Yaets okay? When yes, behalf and beat him through your
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: last damn event. You get upset, you got drama pot.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: This is true, This is true. This is I know,
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: I know they steala with Kanye and JJ. You think
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: they're gonna Why is voting for Kanye? More of the
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show and some trending news coming up
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: at thirty three minutes after the hour. Right after this,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: you're listening to show all right? Time now to ask
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: the CLO, the Chief Love Officer, which is Steve Harvey.
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: Here we go this one. Steve is from Corey and Tyler, Texas.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: Corey says, I'm twenty years old and I have a
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: crush on a female that works with me. She's a
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: year older than I am, and she's beautiful. I think
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: she's way out of my league, but my mother keeps
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: telling me to ask her out. I am good at
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: saving money and I want to splurge on a really
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: good date. But with the COVID nineteen restrictions. I have
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: no clue what a good date would be. I know
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: you always treat missus Harvey like a queen, but keep
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: in mind that I don't have your budget. It responds
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: the courage to ask her out. I love this? Is
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: this the sweetest Yes, he's twenty years old. All right,
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: little soldier Cord, So listen here man. The way it
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: has to happen is women love this phrase right here.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: It's the thought that counts, and keyword in that is count.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: When you ain't got a lot of chips to count,
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: you have to focus very heavily on the thought. Now
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: you you this girl that you work with, that you
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: got this crush on. I don't know if y'all's going
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: to work. I don't know if y'all working at the
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: chick for laid down at the drive through. I don't
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: know what his job is. But you can't go nowhere.
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: It's COVID and your money is short. So let's get creative, Corey.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: What could you do? Virtually? Could you do a virtual date?
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: Let's say you get a zoom link and you asked her,
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: excuse me, I would like to take you out just
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: as a friend. When you go to zoom. You can
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: hit a button that changes your background and my right crew,
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: because Junior do it all the time, you could change
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: your background so you could comedically take her on a
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: world tour, you know, man, so and just have it
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: set up man where you go to the Golden State Bridge,
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: take her over to Niagara Falls and throw it all
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: man in about fifteen minutes. Practice it at your house,
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: get your little backdrops right, and then writes some nice things.
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: I wish I could take you here or show you this.
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: I was just thinking about you, and this is one
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: of my favorite places I like to visit. And maybe
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: one day in the future, if you find it interesting,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: maybe maybe we might even could go together. But these
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: just some things I wanted to share with you. Had
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: a nice time with you tonight. Hey, look, have a
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: great day. I really enjoyed this day. Thank you so much.
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: I like it. I like that clo that coming up.

- 1:19:50Speaker 1: hanging there everybody. We'll get your president taking pictures in
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: front of your food. And I like going until I
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: saw him in front of him. I did, I know?
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: But is it? If it's Goya, then you know it's good.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: What do you do? It's endorsing a product that You've
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: never seen a president sit in front of a product,
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: behind a product with his thumbs up, grinned. He ain't
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: ever had a can or none of that. Nothing right,
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: he's never eating it. That rich person, you know, then
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: have some damn gor canned beans. You know he's your food?
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: Yes it is. I ain't got a problem with that.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: But what is he sitting behind these cans for at
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: this damn desk in the middle of a pandemic. Maybe
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: maybe it's make food great again? I don't know. They
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: have to be endorsing him, yes, the CEO and putting
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: money in his campaign. Uh huh. But a lot of
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: members of the Latino community are called calling for a
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: boycott of for your problems. Okay, here we go there. Yeah,
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: but it does make me hungry. So what you want,
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: s well, you know, I like you ain't cooking that thing.
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: What you want? Hey, y'all, let's go just talk about
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: this for a minute, because you know, um, as as
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: we get closer and closer to this election, and I've
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: made a commitment to get uh, the largest African American
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: turnout in the history of voting, and I want to
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: do it for several reasons. One is because our forefathers
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: died for us to have this very very important right,
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: and for us to squander this right, it's an insult
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: to our history. It really is, y'all. I mean, it's
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: an insult our grandparents. I mean because man, do you
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: know what they wanted, what they had to go through
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: to even attempt to vote. Do you know how bad
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: me they wanted to have a say soul? Well, when
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: you vote, vote gives you a say soul, and you
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: have a say soul. That's so important. I keep saying
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: it that every politician covets the black vote. Now, I've
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: noticed in this election, people who are running for Senate
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: in these other things, they use a thing of how
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: proud they are Donald Trump and how much they support
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: Trump because they are appealing to the same base that
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: he is. Well, his base is not African Americans or Latinos.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: We clearly understand that. But if that's not the base,
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: then do they even care about any of the vote
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: or have they already assumed that they've done enough in
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: terms of voter suppression to stop us voting. This last
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: election in Atlanta, they had reduced they had taken so
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: many Poland places, shut them down and condest them into
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: one that all of a sudden it took five six
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: hours to vote, which will discourage you from voting the
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: next time. Well, guess when the next one is. It's
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: the big one in November. But we're gonna be prepared
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: for that. Because of this great thing that our ancestors
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: and our generations before fought for, we have a right
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: to have a say soul. Now. I do agree with
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: Shannon Sharp, who I heard the other day and people
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: were joking about it, but he made a lot of sense.
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: We can't get distracted, and right now the distraction is
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: in full blast. The President sitting behind the desk with
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: canned goods in Dawson, a product, when I'm clearly have
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: never seen another president do that. We got distracted, and
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: Channon Sharp is right with the Jada Picket, red, red
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: tabletop whatever that was interview. That's a distraction. Kanye running
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: for president is a distraction, the new Nick Cannon thing.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: It's a distraction. All of this stuff, man, that we
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: allowed to become so important in such a part of
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: our talking that it causes us to lose focus. We
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: got to stay focused, to y'all because the real deal
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: is happening in front of our eyes right now. The
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: unthinkable can occur. You cannot handle four more years of
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: this man being president. Let me explain something to y'all.
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: You think some stuff has come out of his mouth
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: that you found to be unacceptable and shocking. This is
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: being said behind the guys that there is a reelection coming. Well,
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: if he wins another term, that will be no reelection.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: What statements will he be making? Then? What policies will
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: he pass? Then? Who will he ban? Then? How many
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: more docer programs he gonna get rid of? How high
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: will the wall be the last four years? How many
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: divisive statements will he make on his way out when
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: he don't care? Remember, this is the same president that
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: said Barack Obama wasn't a unit citizen, that he don't
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: have birthity. This is the same guy that declared the
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: guilt of those five African American boys and that trial
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: of the Central Park trial and he still has yet
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: to apologize for that. If this man is in for
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: four more years, he is going to unleash some fury
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: on this country that we may not recover from racially, economically,
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: and divisively. And I don't think we can stand for
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: more years. We've got to show up at the polls
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: and show him that back lives do matter because we vote. Period.
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: Those are my closing remarks all right now, every day Trump.
