- 0:00Speaker 1: FBI Director Christopher Ray refusing to not back the bad
- 0:06Speaker 1: policies of his own department. At the FBI, there was
- 0:12Speaker 1: a shocking interview that took place, and it was an
- 0:15Speaker 1: interview between Brett Baer and the FBI Director Chris Ray.
- 0:20Speaker 1: There are a lot of questions that were asked, and
- 0:22Speaker 1: I'm going to go through some of them because this
- 0:24Speaker 1: is a very important conversation about the shock of the
- 0:28Speaker 1: FBI refusing to take accountability for some of their actions.
- 0:34Speaker 1: We also, this interview comes at a time where there's
- 0:37Speaker 1: a pr crisis within the FBI, and that is because
- 0:40Speaker 1: the FBI is now polling at a record low. What
- 0:45Speaker 1: does Director Ray have to say in response to that
- 0:47Speaker 1: is even more astounding or just connected with total lack
- 0:51Speaker 1: of reality. Take a listen, orders. We appreciate you talking
- 0:55Speaker 1: to us, Absolutely happy to talk with you. Brother. You know,
- 0:58Speaker 1: polls show that the FPS reputation is at a real
- 1:03Speaker 1: record low. What do you make of that? Well, Look,
- 1:07Speaker 1: there are all sorts of opinions out there about the FBI,
- 1:11Speaker 1: just like there are about every major institution these days.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I can tell you that we're focused on the opinions
- 1:17Speaker 1: of the people. We actually do the work for and
- 1:19Speaker 1: the people we do the work with. And I look
- 1:21Speaker 1: at things like, for example, are recruiting the thousands and
- 1:26Speaker 1: thousands of Americans all across this country who are signing
- 1:29Speaker 1: up in droves to come work for the FBI. And
- 1:33Speaker 1: I should tell you, Brett on that front, a lot
- 1:35Speaker 1: of people don't know this. That number has gone up
- 1:38Speaker 1: dramatically over the last few years since I've been in
- 1:42Speaker 1: this It's really interesting. And that's at a time when
- 1:45Speaker 1: recruiting for law enforcement, as you may know, in general
- 1:49Speaker 1: and law enforcement has struggled quite a bit. So you're
- 1:51Speaker 1: talking about young men and women in their late twenties,
- 1:54Speaker 1: early thirties, a lot of them with military and law
- 1:58Speaker 1: enforcement backgrounds, about percent of them with advanced degrees no less,
- 2:03Speaker 1: who are have a lot of choices in this job market,
- 2:05Speaker 1: and their choice to come to US, I think speaks
- 2:10Speaker 1: pretty darned loudly and profoundly about our reputation all across America.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Your critics say that some of these so let's just
- 2:16Speaker 1: get this straight. Let's let's break this down. Christopher Ray
- 2:20Speaker 1: is saying, I'm not worried about record low polling of
- 2:24Speaker 1: the American people who do not trust the FBI, because
- 2:27Speaker 1: there's a bunch of people that are signing up for
- 2:31Speaker 1: jobs that need jobs, good paying jobs at the FBI.
- 2:36Speaker 1: That is total delusionary thinking. There are a lot of
- 2:43Speaker 1: government agencies that have hit all time low and there
- 2:45Speaker 1: are people that will still work there and still take
- 2:47Speaker 1: their job. There are a lot of people that work
- 2:50Speaker 1: and corrupt governments that are failures all over the country,
- 2:53Speaker 1: and there are people that still will take the jobs
- 2:55Speaker 1: because you get great benefits and it's incredible what you do.
- 3:01Speaker 1: By the way, the majority of FBI jobs are not
- 3:03Speaker 1: in washing in DC. They're not bureaucratic jobs. Their field
- 3:06Speaker 1: office jobs. There's people that are out in the field
- 3:09Speaker 1: that are doing amazing work which can be disconnected from
- 3:12Speaker 1: the politics of the FBI. But the best defense that
- 3:18Speaker 1: the FBI director could come up with is, well, there's
- 3:21Speaker 1: all sorts of opinions out there about the FBI who
- 3:24Speaker 1: just like there are about every major to institution these days.
- 3:27Speaker 1: So we're fine, you're not fine. It's a disaster with
- 3:31Speaker 1: the FBI right now, and then let's get into some
- 3:34Speaker 1: of the real problems with a director. The director had
- 3:40Speaker 1: some good things to say, for example, with the Wuhunt
- 3:42Speaker 1: Institute of Virology. He is not backing down from their
- 3:45Speaker 1: assessment that the Wuhunt Instute of Virology is, in fact
- 3:48Speaker 1: where the origins of COVID nineteen come from in that
- 3:51Speaker 1: lab leak. Now, why wasn't he saying this louder and
- 3:54Speaker 1: earlier than he is right now? That's the other question,
- 3:57Speaker 1: and listen to how short his answer actually is. The
- 4:00Speaker 1: FBI has for quite some time now assessed that the
- 4:05Speaker 1: origins of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab
- 4:09Speaker 1: incident in Wuhan. Let me step back for a second.
- 4:12Speaker 1: You know, the FBI has folks, agents, professionals, analysts, virologists, microbiologists, etc.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Who focused specifically on the dangers of biological threats. If
- 4:26Speaker 1: that is true, then why wasn't the FBI coming out
- 4:30Speaker 1: sooner instead of waiting for years to finally admit and
- 4:34Speaker 1: tell the American people in the blunt way this is
- 4:37Speaker 1: what we believe. Why were they not leading on that
- 4:41Speaker 1: issue if they had assessed not only from everything he
- 4:44Speaker 1: just mentioned, but also what he referenced there, and that
- 4:47Speaker 1: is their technology, right, the data that they have, the
- 4:53Speaker 1: top secret data, the classified documents. If this is how
- 4:56Speaker 1: they got to their assessment, why not tell the American people?
- 4:59Speaker 1: And this exactly back to the very first question. The
- 5:03Speaker 1: reason why Christopher Ray, the FBI director, deflected on the
- 5:05Speaker 1: question of the low pulling by boasting, well, there's a
- 5:09Speaker 1: lot of people that are looking for jobs the FBI
- 5:11Speaker 1: is because he knows that the American people do not
- 5:15Speaker 1: trust the FBI on a litany of issues. And and
- 5:20Speaker 1: wu Han, yes he did give a good answer. There
- 5:24Speaker 1: tells you everything you need to know. But where did
- 5:26Speaker 1: the trust disappear? This all goes back to, well, multiple
- 5:29Speaker 1: different facets. It goes back to where their FBI informants
- 5:33Speaker 1: in January six, who is Ray Epps for example. Then
- 5:36Speaker 1: there was the other problem with the FBI. We now
- 5:38Speaker 1: know the FBI met on a regular basis with big
- 5:40Speaker 1: tech in social media companies to tell them what they
- 5:44Speaker 1: wanted and who they wanted a silence, and who they
- 5:47Speaker 1: wanted to get rid of, and who they wanted to
- 5:49Speaker 1: be banned and narratives that they want to be taken
- 5:52Speaker 1: down from big tech. The FBI was doing that all right.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Before I get into that, I want to talk to
- 5:58Speaker 1: you real quick about our friends over at pay Patriot Mobile.
- 6:01Speaker 1: They are now offering a performance guarantee. If you're not
- 6:04Speaker 1: happy with your coverage, you can switch between the three
- 6:07Speaker 1: major carriers four free. Yeah. Patriot Mobile is America's only

- 6:17Speaker 1: the best G four and G five networks, the same
- 6:19Speaker 1: at network and towers you're using right now. The difference
- 6:23Speaker 1: is not only do you get the same great quality
- 6:26Speaker 1: that you're used to, but they actually are a company
- 6:29Speaker 1: that fights to preserve or God given rights and freedoms.
- 6:33Speaker 1: So this year resolved to stop spending your money with
- 6:37Speaker 1: companies that don't align with your values, in fact, actually
- 6:40Speaker 1: fight against what you believe in. Switch to Patriot Mobile.

- 7:01Speaker 1: gonna get free activation with the offer code ferguson that's
- 7:05Speaker 1: eight seven eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Christopher Ray was asked about the FBI and the fact
- 7:14Speaker 1: that they were involved in free speech issues, silencing Americans
- 7:17Speaker 1: who had committed no crimes, had done nothing wrong. They
- 7:21Speaker 1: were just a pain in the a double ass of
- 7:22Speaker 1: the Obama Biden administration or the Biden administration or in
- 7:27Speaker 1: the pain in the rear end to the FBI. And
- 7:30Speaker 1: you know what he had to say about it, Oh,
- 7:31Speaker 1: we never did that, even though there are emails from
- 7:34Speaker 1: FBI top level people to Twitter that are very clear
- 7:39Speaker 1: that that's exactly what they were doing. They didn't like something,
- 7:43Speaker 1: they just said, hey, guys, take it down. Suppressed silences. Listen,
- 7:46Speaker 1: carefully decide. Well, let's start with the laptop. The FBI
- 7:50Speaker 1: has had access to this laptop for more than three years.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Why is this investigation on the Hunter Biden laptop taking
- 7:56Speaker 1: so long? Well, the investigation is being led, as you
- 8:00Speaker 1: may know, by a US attorney appointed in the last
- 8:03Speaker 1: administration out of Delaware, and the FBI is actively supporting
- 8:07Speaker 1: and working with that US attorney on that investigation. But
- 8:10Speaker 1: the whistleblowers are telling these lawmakers that there was an
- 8:13Speaker 1: internal effort to shut down the investigation from the beginning.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Have you found that, I have not found anything like that.
- 8:20Speaker 1: All right, So let's talk about the FBI and what
- 8:24Speaker 1: you told Big Tech or some agents did about the
- 8:27Speaker 1: authenticity and providence of Hunter Biden's laptop. What about that?
- 8:31Speaker 1: From an FBI perspective, The FBI doesn't It is not
- 8:35Speaker 1: in the business of functioning. As the Truth Police understood,
- 8:38Speaker 1: we don't tell social media companies to censor anything. Well,
- 8:42Speaker 1: or the Twitter fun I suggests something different. I mean
- 8:44Speaker 1: there was an FBI request numerous times. Taiebe puts it
- 8:49Speaker 1: out FBI San Francisco request to ban certain accounts. Twitter
- 8:53Speaker 1: personnel in this case went on to look for reasons
- 8:55Speaker 1: to suspend all four accounts that the FBI wanted to
- 8:59Speaker 1: ban or suspend. Is it appropriate to flag social media
- 9:04Speaker 1: accounts on Twitter or elsewhere due to politics or government
- 9:10Speaker 1: policies when it comes to COVID? Is it appropriate anyway?
- 9:15Speaker 1: You're saying it doesn't happen, but there's evidence that it had.
- 9:18Speaker 1: We don't tell social media companies to ban accounts. Well,
- 9:22Speaker 1: you suggest. What we do is tell social media companies
- 9:26Speaker 1: about information that we have about foreign disinformation campaigns by
- 9:31Speaker 1: foreign actors by foreign intelligence services, and those companies done
- 9:35Speaker 1: make decisions about what, if anything, they want to do
- 9:38Speaker 1: about it. Last thing about one hundred Biden laptop. By
- 9:40Speaker 1: the way, he just vied to the American people. The
- 9:43Speaker 1: emails are very clear. Twitter personnel went on to look
- 9:47Speaker 1: for reasons to spend all four accounts the FBI wanted
- 9:50Speaker 1: to ban or suspend. So you cannot sit there and
- 9:53Speaker 1: tell me now all of a sudden that the FBI
- 9:55Speaker 1: are the good guys here, and then they weren't abusing
- 9:57Speaker 1: and silencing American to done nothing wrong and taking away
- 10:01Speaker 1: their free speech. He's like, no, no, we didn't do that. Yes,
- 10:03Speaker 1: you did. We have the emails. The Twitter files show this.
- 10:06Speaker 1: The Twitter files proved this. The Twitter files make it
- 10:09Speaker 1: obvious that this is exactly what has happened. I'll give
- 10:14Speaker 1: you another example of where Christopher Ray still has not
- 10:19Speaker 1: been transparent. The issue Donald Trump. Donald Trump was spied on.
- 10:25Speaker 1: We know that his campaign was spied on. We know
- 10:28Speaker 1: that the FBI abused their power and trying to entrap people.
- 10:32Speaker 1: At the White House, they boasted about this. Yeah, these
- 10:35Speaker 1: guys are so trusting, right, these guys are so stupid
- 10:37Speaker 1: over there at the new Trump whiteoutse We just send
- 10:41Speaker 1: a couple of guys over That's the FBI director said,
- 10:43Speaker 1: James call me at the time. We just decided we'd
- 10:46Speaker 1: send a couple guys over, send a couple of guys over,
- 10:52Speaker 1: and maybe they're stupid enough, right, Maybe they're dumb enough
- 10:55Speaker 1: to talk, Maybe they are dumb enough to actually trust
- 11:01Speaker 1: us in, Sir General Flynn. General Flenn served his country
- 11:06Speaker 1: had no reason to believe that the FBI was coming
- 11:10Speaker 1: in trying to set him up. I think that's an
- 11:13Speaker 1: easier way of putting it. And what did he do.
- 11:17Speaker 1: He decided to do what anybody would do if you
- 11:19Speaker 1: didn't think you'd done anything wrong or anything wrong, you
- 11:22Speaker 1: thought you were helping out your government. They had questions,
- 11:25Speaker 1: you answered him. In reality, they were trying to entrap you.
- 11:28Speaker 1: That's what they were trying to do. That's a problem.
- 11:35Speaker 1: It's a really really, really really big problem. And that's
- 11:42Speaker 1: exactly what happened. Though they don't care. The FBI went rogue.
- 11:48Speaker 1: They were willing to lock up silence, shut down Twitter accounts,
- 11:52Speaker 1: shut down social media accounts all over the place. This
- 11:57Speaker 1: was These were people that were by the way, elected
- 11:59Speaker 1: by no one. Can we just talk about that they
- 12:03Speaker 1: were elected by no one who had the power to
- 12:09Speaker 1: literally shut down your life and put you in jail
- 12:12Speaker 1: and to frame you for crimes you didn't commit, just
- 12:15Speaker 1: like they did with General Flynn. So let's talk about
- 12:18Speaker 1: the classified documents probe into Donald Trump. We're gonna get
- 12:20Speaker 1: some straight answers into that mar Lago raid and Joe Biden.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Here's what you had to say about those issues on Fox,
- 12:26Speaker 1: about the dual system that conservatives point to the documents
- 12:29Speaker 1: investigation for former President Trump and the raid that happens
- 12:33Speaker 1: in mar Lago, that show of force in that way
- 12:38Speaker 1: as opposed to the documents investigation for President Biden and
- 12:42Speaker 1: how that went down. You find out about those documents
- 12:45Speaker 1: before the November election. The FBI then does the search
- 12:50Speaker 1: of the House after that, but does not say anything
- 12:53Speaker 1: prior to the midterm election. So those two things are
- 12:57Speaker 1: stick in people's minds as different build differently. How do
- 13:01Speaker 1: you explain that? So, we have a long history of
- 13:05Speaker 1: handling investigations into the mishandling of classified information, and our
- 13:11Speaker 1: standard for approaching those investigations is the same no matter
- 13:15Speaker 1: who it is. Our basic approach is the same. That
- 13:18Speaker 1: approach means that we typically start with the least intrusive
- 13:22Speaker 1: means to try to retrieve the improperly stored classified information.
- 13:28Speaker 1: But if those less intrusive means don't work, and certainly
- 13:32Speaker 1: if they're frustrated in some way, then we adapt and
- 13:36Speaker 1: turn to other legal tools that we've been entrusted with.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Are you at the table for that decision of how
- 13:42Speaker 1: it looks to go after a former president like the
- 13:45Speaker 1: way that it happened in more Lago. Well, I oversee
- 13:50Speaker 1: the FBI. I expect any significant investigation to be conducted
- 13:54Speaker 1: by the book and I do that with adherence to
- 13:58Speaker 1: our rules, our policy sees our practices. Why didn't we
- 14:01Speaker 1: know anything about the FBI looking to President Biden prior
- 14:04Speaker 1: to the election. Well, again, I can't talk about specific
- 14:08Speaker 1: investigations that are ongoing, both of which are being led
- 14:12Speaker 1: by special counsel, other than to say it is not
- 14:15Speaker 1: our normal practice to discuss publicly specific investigations. All right,
- 14:20Speaker 1: So let's talk about by the book mark HOWK Pennsylvania?
- 14:24Speaker 1: I mean, does anybody believe this? I don't, And that
- 14:28Speaker 1: is what is so damning for this administration and for
- 14:32Speaker 1: this FBI. You know, he says in the classified document probe. Well,
- 14:37Speaker 1: our standard approach is the same no matter who it
- 14:39Speaker 1: is that's not true. The way that you would attack
- 14:42Speaker 1: Donald Trump, the way that you try to frame him,
- 14:44Speaker 1: the way that you guys refuse to tell the truth
- 14:46Speaker 1: the American people on a litany of issues. One of
- 14:50Speaker 1: those issues is on Russia collusion. You cannot forget that
- 14:57Speaker 1: the FBI knew that the Russian Colu story was a
- 15:01Speaker 1: hoax before anyone else knew it. Okay, they knew from
- 15:09Speaker 1: the very beginning that it wasn't real. They had assessed
- 15:13Speaker 1: that it wasn't real. Everyone knew that it wasn't real,
- 15:20Speaker 1: and they went with it. They went with it. Why
- 15:24Speaker 1: because they didn't like Donald Trump. They did the same
- 15:28Speaker 1: thing with the Hunter Biden laptop. The Hunter Biden laptop
- 15:33Speaker 1: comes into them, they have a copy of it, and
- 15:36Speaker 1: they tried to actually classify it as disinformation, implying that
- 15:40Speaker 1: it wasn't real, so that no one could actually investigate it.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Tell me that's not a major problem, Tell me that's
- 15:49Speaker 1: not totally insane. And the FBI then comes out, looks
- 15:54Speaker 1: you straight in the face and says to you, oh, no,
- 16:01Speaker 1: we have the same standard of justice for those on
- 16:04Speaker 1: the right as we do on the left. You you
- 16:06Speaker 1: you helped a president be impeached by being silent with
- 16:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump when you knew the story was a lie. Okay,
- 16:14Speaker 1: you knew the story was a lie. And then when
- 16:21Speaker 1: it comes to the FBI looking into Hunter Biden, Joe Biden,
- 16:24Speaker 1: James Biden, you're completely silent. You don't say I have
- 16:28Speaker 1: anything to say, you have nothing to talk about. You're
- 16:32Speaker 1: just gonna sit there and act like it never happened.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Sit there and act like, Oh, it's totally fine. I mean,
- 16:38Speaker 1: let's go to January the sixth. January the sixth was
- 16:42Speaker 1: a big day. January six was a day that Democrats
- 16:45Speaker 1: tried to use to imply that we were. There was
- 16:48Speaker 1: a massive insurrection and overthrow the government by unarmed people
- 16:52Speaker 1: at the Capitol. And there was a question that came
- 16:55Speaker 1: up after that, and the question was a simple one. Hey,
- 16:59Speaker 1: did you guys have the FBI informants or paid people
- 17:02Speaker 1: in that crowd to agitate that crowd, inspire that crowd
- 17:05Speaker 1: to go into the capitol, Because the night before there
- 17:09Speaker 1: was a guy by the name of Ray Apps that
- 17:11Speaker 1: was trying to encourage people to knock down the barricades.
- 17:14Speaker 1: The next day and people started chanting, fed, fed, fed,
- 17:19Speaker 1: Why were they saying that why because the people in
- 17:24Speaker 1: the crowd knew that he was full of crap. The
- 17:26Speaker 1: FBI was lying. They knew this guy wasn't a real
- 17:30Speaker 1: Trump supporter, and and they're like, this guy's are in
- 17:33Speaker 1: the federal government. This is an insider. When you look
- 17:37Speaker 1: at January the sixth, that day, overall, I think most
- 17:40Speaker 1: people feel like something wasn't right. And when Christopher Ray says,
- 17:44Speaker 1: you know, when he responds to accusations or the FBI's
- 17:47Speaker 1: political bias, he says, quote, the FBI is on the
- 17:49Speaker 1: American people's side, That's just not true. Again, go back
- 17:54Speaker 1: to his quote, I hear these claims of politicalization, but
- 17:56Speaker 1: I can't tell you, but I can tell you that
- 17:58Speaker 1: the FBI is and is going to stay independent. That's
- 18:01Speaker 1: not true. You guys were silencing people on social media.
- 18:04Speaker 1: You were sending enemies lists to big tech to silence people.
- 18:09Speaker 1: You knew that Donald Trump had not done anything wrong
- 18:12Speaker 1: with Russia, and you allowed for that investigation and impeachment
- 18:16Speaker 1: to continue. You shut down, you silenced, You didn't say anything.
- 18:20Speaker 1: That's a problem. You could have stopped it. You knew
- 18:27Speaker 1: by the way that the Hunter Biden laptop was authentic
- 18:29Speaker 1: and real, and you had it, and you guys still
- 18:32Speaker 1: allowed for the media narrative to be pushed out there
- 18:34Speaker 1: to silence the story ahead of the election. Don't tell
- 18:37Speaker 1: me that you're unbiased. Don't tell me that you're trying
- 18:39Speaker 1: to tell us the truth. You're not. And the other
- 18:42Speaker 1: question is about January sixth, Hey, did you guys have
- 18:46Speaker 1: FBI informants in the crowd? Did you have activists in
- 18:51Speaker 1: the crowd? Did you have people you're paying to help
- 18:53Speaker 1: advocate for riots in the crowd. There's a lot of evidence,
- 18:57Speaker 1: by the way, to point to this, and that's the
- 18:59Speaker 1: reason why this is a real question that was asked
- 19:03Speaker 1: by Brett Bear And listen to the director's response to
- 19:06Speaker 1: the Capital riot probe and the other Twitter question we
- 19:09Speaker 1: get a lot is did the FBI have undercover agents
- 19:12Speaker 1: or paid informants or assets among the mob that stormed
- 19:16Speaker 1: the capital in January sets Well, as I'm sure you
- 19:18Speaker 1: can appreciate, Brett, I can't really appropriately talk about when, where,
- 19:22Speaker 1: and how we use confidential informants. Is it classified? Well,
- 19:27Speaker 1: we have information that is about any number of topics
- 19:31Speaker 1: that is law enforcement sensitive. But you should not read
- 19:35Speaker 1: into my inability to answer a question because of my
- 19:41Speaker 1: obligations as that as a clue or a hint in
- 19:44Speaker 1: any way about how accurate your reader's tweet is. Final
- 19:50Speaker 1: word about the FBI, I mean, I mean, really, how
- 19:53Speaker 1: inaccurate or accurate your your reader is? Right? We have
- 19:56Speaker 1: information is that is about any number of topic and
- 20:00Speaker 1: that is law enforcement sensitive. So I can't tell you anything.
- 20:03Speaker 1: All right, let me just go back to when Center
- 20:06Speaker 1: Ted Cruz was questioning the FBI in a setting about rays.

- 21:06Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars or more, then you should take a

- 21:12Speaker 1: up for something that I've done. It's a web conference
- 21:15Speaker 1: where you talk to a top individual about gold iras
- 21:20Speaker 1: and you're four oh one k. Check them out and

- 21:49Speaker 1: Ray Apps. If you don't know about Ray Apps, you're
- 21:51Speaker 1: about to learn about him. Rayapps was a guy that
- 21:54Speaker 1: many people believe was an FBI informant. Ray Apps a
- 21:58Speaker 1: guy that was trying to get the crowd jazzed up
- 21:59Speaker 1: the night before the Capitol Hill. You know riot and
- 22:04Speaker 1: was saying, we need to, you know, break down the barriers.
- 22:06Speaker 1: And people were like, dude, that guy's a FED, Like
- 22:09Speaker 1: that's not us, like as a FED And they started
- 22:10Speaker 1: calling saying that over and over again, fed fed FED.
- 22:13Speaker 1: And then the next day shows up and the next
- 22:15Speaker 1: day he goes over and whispers the guy. And immediately
- 22:17Speaker 1: right after he whispers the guy, five seconds later that
- 22:19Speaker 1: guy starts breaking down barriers. And then the FBI put
- 22:22Speaker 1: out pictures of people that were wanted they wanted a question,
- 22:25Speaker 1: they were involved in January the sixth, and Ray Epps
- 22:27Speaker 1: picture was up there. Well then people identified him as
- 22:29Speaker 1: Ray Apps, and all of a sudden, Ray Apps and
- 22:32Speaker 1: people wanting information to the FBI about him just disappears.
- 22:37Speaker 1: The FBI changes their information. Wanted to admit Ray Epps.
- 22:42Speaker 1: It's like, oh crap, that's our own guy. Oh shoot,
- 22:45Speaker 1: that's one of ours. Take all that down from the internet.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Take that down as fast as you can. So here
- 22:52Speaker 1: is again the FBI, one of their top individuals at
- 22:56Speaker 1: the FBI asking this is about the questions about Ray
- 22:59Speaker 1: Apps and has disappeared from the FBI's public posting and
- 23:02Speaker 1: the fact that there's no public accountability for this, and
- 23:06Speaker 1: the American people deserve to know if there was five
- 23:08Speaker 1: or ten, or twenty or one hundred people in that
- 23:11Speaker 1: January sixth insurrection that we're FBI paid informants that were
- 23:14Speaker 1: a part of it. Listen, Miss Sandburn, who is Ray Epps.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I'm aware of the individual, Sir, I don't have the
- 23:21Speaker 1: specific background to him. Well, there are a lot of
- 23:24Speaker 1: people who are understandable about misters. On the night of
- 23:29Speaker 1: January fifth, twenty twenty one, EPs wandered around the crowd
- 23:33Speaker 1: that had gathered, and there's video out there of him
- 23:36Speaker 1: channing tomorrow, we need to get into the capital, into
- 23:40Speaker 1: the capital. This was strange behavior, so strange that the
- 23:44Speaker 1: crowd began chanting fed fed, Fed, Fed, fed fed. Miss
- 23:50Speaker 1: Sandburn was Rayps fed? Sir, I cannot answer that question.
- 23:55Speaker 1: The next day, the next day, on January sixth, mister
- 23:59Speaker 1: ffs a scene whispering to a person, and five seconds later,
- 24:03Speaker 1: five seconds after he's whispering to a person, that same
- 24:06Speaker 1: person begins to forcibly tear down the barricades. Did mister
- 24:10Speaker 1: Epps urge them to tear down the barricades? Similar to
- 24:15Speaker 1: the other answers, I cannot answer that. Shortly thereafter, the
- 24:18Speaker 1: FBI put out a public posts listing seeking information on
- 24:22Speaker 1: individuals connected with violent crimes on January sixth. Among those
- 24:26Speaker 1: individuals in the bottom there is mister Epps. The FBI
- 24:30Speaker 1: publicly asked for information identifying offering cash rewards, leading information
- 24:37Speaker 1: leading for information leading to the arrest. This was posted,
- 24:40Speaker 1: and then sometime later, magically, mister Epps disappeared from the
- 24:46Speaker 1: public posting. According to public records, mister Epps has not
- 24:49Speaker 1: been charged with anything. No one's explained why a person
- 24:53Speaker 1: videoed urging people to go to the capitol, a person
- 24:57Speaker 1: whose conduct was so suspect the crowd believed he was
- 25:00Speaker 1: a fed would magically disappear from the list of people
- 25:04Speaker 1: the FBI was looking at, Miss Sandburn. A lot of
- 25:08Speaker 1: Americans are concerned that the federal government deliberately encouraged illegal
- 25:14Speaker 1: and violent conduct on January sixth. My question to you,
- 25:18Speaker 1: and this is this is not an ordinary law enforcement question.
- 25:21Speaker 1: This is a question of a public accountability. Did federal
- 25:24Speaker 1: agents are those in service a federal agent actively encourage
- 25:29Speaker 1: violent and criminal conduct on January sixth? Not, to my knowledge, sir,
- 25:34Speaker 1: Thank you, Wow, can't answer that can't talk about that,
- 25:39Speaker 1: can't say anything about that. We're just gonna sit here
- 25:42Speaker 1: and act like it cannot happen. Four different times he
- 25:45Speaker 1: would tech crews just asked the FBI was Ray Apps
- 25:49Speaker 1: a fed? Ray Apps disappears from the FBI's public posting
- 25:55Speaker 1: Ray Apps. The guy that was, they were chanting at
- 25:57Speaker 1: him fed fed. I mean, these are all things the
- 26:01Speaker 1: FBI knows about, and they won't give us an answer.
- 26:04Speaker 1: But don't worry. They're non political. Were their FBI informants there?
- 26:08Speaker 1: How many? We can't answer that question, right, We cannot
- 26:13Speaker 1: do it. So why don't you do trust the FBI?
- 26:18Speaker 1: Right now? Let's go back to that answer. Well, because
- 26:22Speaker 1: a lot of people want jobs with us, even on
- 26:25Speaker 1: issues that are non non political, I mean, like non political.
- 26:29Speaker 1: The FBI director couldn't even answer those questions. I'll give
- 26:32Speaker 1: you another example. Christopher Ray would not answer the question
- 26:38Speaker 1: if drug cartel should be designated as a terrorist organization now,
- 26:41Speaker 1: and that's a non political question. They're bringing fetnel over
- 26:45Speaker 1: the border at record numbers, enough fetnel to kill like
- 26:47Speaker 1: every American times four. The amount of fetnel that's coming
- 26:51Speaker 1: across the board, the amount of people that are dying.
- 26:52Speaker 1: The number one killer of young people right now in
- 26:54Speaker 1: this country is fetnyl. Simple question, Does and show drug
- 27:00Speaker 1: cartels big designated as terrorist organizations? And can the FBI
- 27:03Speaker 1: give you a straight answer on that? No, but they
- 27:06Speaker 1: want you to wait. They're non political listen partners are
- 27:09Speaker 1: doing and that's unfortunate for everybody. It's on immigration. Do
- 27:14Speaker 1: you believe the cartels should be designated as terrorist organizations? Well,
- 27:18Speaker 1: I do believe that the cartels represent a significant threat,
- 27:23Speaker 1: and we have hundreds The FBI has hundreds of investigations
- 27:26Speaker 1: that go into cartel leadership and I'm interested in all
- 27:30Speaker 1: appropriate legal tools that will help us go after them.
- 27:33Speaker 1: We are going after them. Obviously, we're not responsible for
- 27:37Speaker 1: the physical security at the border, but we recognize that
- 27:40Speaker 1: the threats emanating from the border are serious and we're
- 27:44Speaker 1: determined to do our part as a team effort to
- 27:48Speaker 1: combat those threats. We have field offices all across the
- 27:52Speaker 1: border that have made hundreds of arrest just last year.
- 27:56Speaker 1: I mean, I'll just give you one example. You know,
- 27:59Speaker 1: our Albucay division, our New Mexico division, in one seizure
- 28:04Speaker 1: last fall, seized a million fentanyl pills as if that
- 28:10Speaker 1: weren't enough loads of methamphetamine, something like two million dollars
- 28:14Speaker 1: in cash, lots and lots of guns, ballistic vests, hand grenades,
- 28:21Speaker 1: those million pills. Think about that for a second. If
- 28:24Speaker 1: just one percent, one percent of those pills contained a
- 28:29Speaker 1: lethal dose, we're talking about thousands of American lives that
- 28:33Speaker 1: our folks and our partners saved that day. And that's
- 28:37Speaker 1: just one FBI field office in one seizure in one day.
- 28:40Speaker 1: We're doing scores of those investigations. So it's a significant
- 28:44Speaker 1: threat and we're determined to do our part. That's amazing,
- 28:47Speaker 1: And today we had this really emotional time. I love
- 28:50Speaker 1: how it is. That's amazing. Right, that's amazing. So you're
- 28:55Speaker 1: gonna are you gonna name them a terrist organization? I'm
- 28:57Speaker 1: not gonna. I'm not gonna name it these drug cartels,
- 29:01Speaker 1: terrace organizations. I'm not going to say that we should.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Why would I do that. I'm not gonna say anything
- 29:05Speaker 1: close to that. All right, make sure that you share
- 29:10Speaker 1: this podcast about the FBI with your family and friends.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Please write us a five star review. We're going to
- 29:15Speaker 1: keep on this issue. We're not going to back off,
- 29:17Speaker 1: and I'll see you back here tomorrow
