- 0:00Speaker 1: So what do you do when you realize that your
- 0:04Speaker 1: party has become toxic. I'm referring to the Democratic Party,
- 0:07Speaker 1: and you're running for reelection, yet you are a part
- 0:09Speaker 1: of the Democratic Party. Apparently you try to Jedi mind
- 0:13Speaker 1: trick people to believing that somehow you're not a part
- 0:16Speaker 1: of the problem. And watching DC, we are now starting
- 0:19Speaker 1: to witness the Democrats basically going unhinged, but in an
- 0:24Speaker 1: orderly fashion directed from the top leadership. There are many
- 0:29Speaker 1: Democrats now running for office, and they have gotten permission
- 0:33Speaker 1: to actually rip on the Democratic Party, claiming that they're
- 0:36Speaker 1: not a part of the problems that we're having in
- 0:39Speaker 1: this country, saying that they're going to stand up to
- 0:42Speaker 1: the Democrats in Congress. Now, we are seeing this happen
- 0:47Speaker 1: all over the country, and the Associated Press has come
- 0:50Speaker 1: out with an article saying, quote, vulnerable Dems are now
- 0:53Speaker 1: trying to run against Washington, where they actually have jobs
- 0:58Speaker 1: now and the party which they are actually in. Now
- 1:02Speaker 1: there's headline reads like this, just like endangered Democrats and
- 1:06Speaker 1: other states. Senator Katherine Mastow is running against Washington. The
- 1:12Speaker 1: Nevada Democrat nearing the end of her six year term,
- 1:15Speaker 1: so she's part of the problem. She's a Democrat. She's
- 1:18Speaker 1: in the leadership, all right, She's in the majority party.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Ignoring the fact that her party controls both chambers of
- 1:25Speaker 1: Congress in the White House. She's now going out in
- 1:28Speaker 1: the road explaining her rationale for her candidacy. Now, there's
- 1:32Speaker 1: got to be enough smart people in the world, you
- 1:35Speaker 1: would think, right, you would hope that would look at
- 1:37Speaker 1: her and go, are you stupid? Do you think we're
- 1:39Speaker 1: this stupid? How dare you insult us this way? We
- 1:42Speaker 1: know you're a Democrat, we know you're running as a Democrat.
- 1:45Speaker 1: We know you've been there for six years. How do
- 1:47Speaker 1: you separate yourself from what's happening in Washington? She said,
- 1:51Speaker 1: and this is now up on her website quote, I'm
- 1:54Speaker 1: running for reelection because you deserve a senator who will
- 1:58Speaker 1: cut through the gridlock and dysfunction in Washington. Okay, you've
- 2:01Speaker 1: been there six years, you're a Democrat. Have you cut
- 2:05Speaker 1: through the gridlock? No? Have you cut through the dysfunction? No?
- 2:08Speaker 1: Is your party in control of the House, the Senate
- 2:10Speaker 1: and the White House? Yes, she says on her website,
- 2:14Speaker 1: I will cut through the gridlock and dysfunction in DC
- 2:17Speaker 1: and deliver real results for your family. Well, then what
- 2:19Speaker 1: have you been doing for the last six years? Now,
- 2:22Speaker 1: these are all questions that the Associated press should have
- 2:25Speaker 1: been asking, right, Like, you can't claim that you're somehow
- 2:28Speaker 1: an outsider when clearly you're not. Now, this is just
- 2:31Speaker 1: one example, and I'm going to come back to this
- 2:32Speaker 1: in a minute, because there's also another strategy happening here,
- 2:36Speaker 1: and that is for the media. What the media has
- 2:40Speaker 1: been doing is they're now trying to attack Republican candet's
- 2:42Speaker 1: in a new way. Let me give you an example
- 2:44Speaker 1: of that in just a moment. But before I get
- 2:46Speaker 1: to that, I want to tell you real quick about
- 2:48Speaker 1: our good friends over at Legacy Precious Metals. If you've
- 2:50Speaker 1: been paying attention, you've seen the stock market that is
- 2:52Speaker 1: in Bared Territory. We're headed into a recession and that's
- 2:56Speaker 1: why the stock market is plumbing now. Many economists are predicting. Now,
- 3:00Speaker 1: fortunately this is actually just the beginning, and we could
- 3:03Speaker 1: see a market pullback well into twenty twenty three. Now,
- 3:07Speaker 1: when this happens, there's going to be tremendous losses than
- 3:10Speaker 1: there already have been for many Americans in their portfolios. Well,
- 3:13Speaker 1: there's been one historical answer to this gold and precious
- 3:17Speaker 1: metals and the O eight crash when the markets dip,
- 3:20Speaker 1: gold went up, and that's what we're seeing right now.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Legacy Precious Metals is a company that I use and
- 3:26Speaker 1: I trust when investing in gold and precious metals, and
- 3:29Speaker 1: they can advise you on whether gold is right for
- 3:32Speaker 1: you right now. So whether it becomes a part of
- 3:36Speaker 1: your retirement account or having physical metals shipped to you,
- 3:40Speaker 1: you need to call them and get in touch with
- 3:42Speaker 1: the experts so that you can protect your hard earned dollars.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Call them one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 3:51Speaker 1: two eighteen. That's one eight six six seven five one
- 3:56Speaker 1: twenty two eighteen. Or you can download right now the
- 4:00Speaker 1: Gold Guide, the Comprehensive Gold Guide at Legacy PM Investments
- 4:05Speaker 1: Legacy PM investments dot com now. Representative Flores has just
- 4:10Speaker 1: come out defending herself, ripping The New York Times for
- 4:13Speaker 1: an article that actually labeled her as a quote far
- 4:17Speaker 1: right Latina. Yes this is a racist article. Representative Flores,
- 4:24Speaker 1: a Republican from Texas, slammed The New York Times after
- 4:28Speaker 1: the article came out labeling her and fellow Texas Republican
- 4:33Speaker 1: congressional candidate de la Cruz and Cassie Garcia as quote
- 4:38Speaker 1: far right latinas. Now, Flores won the special election and
- 4:42Speaker 1: the thirty fourth Congressional district on June the fourteenth. This
- 4:47Speaker 1: was really significant because she actually flipped a Democratic seat
- 4:51Speaker 1: in a densely Hispanic district by running on a platform
- 4:55Speaker 1: of core conservative values. She didn't shy away from being
- 4:58Speaker 1: a conservator, she embraced. This indicated a turning tide by
- 5:03Speaker 1: the way among Hispanic voters away from the Democratic Party.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Why would I say that, Well, this victory made her
- 5:09Speaker 1: quote the first Republican to represent the Rio Grand Valley
- 5:14Speaker 1: in roughly one hundred and fifty years. So now Democrats
- 5:19Speaker 1: have to figure out a way to deal with her.
- 5:20Speaker 1: They can't just say, okay, maybe we should wake up, no, no,
- 5:23Speaker 1: and listen to our constituents. What they've now decided to
- 5:26Speaker 1: do is we're gonna label her in any of these
- 5:28Speaker 1: other latinas as quote far right. Now, when they use
- 5:32Speaker 1: the far right word, you need to understand what that means.
- 5:35Speaker 1: What they're trying to say is these people are a
- 5:37Speaker 1: bunch of racist clansmen types right. Far right means that
- 5:40Speaker 1: you're a radical extremist. That's what they're trying to sell
- 5:44Speaker 1: you on now. In a Wednesday article titled the Rise
- 5:49Speaker 1: of the far Right Latina, basically they're trying to turn
- 5:53Speaker 1: them into skinheads or neo Nazis, the New York Times
- 5:57Speaker 1: politics reporter wrote that Flores and addition to de la
- 6:00Speaker 1: Cruz and Garcia, who are nominees in the fifteenth and
- 6:04Speaker 1: twenty eighth congressional districts in Texas, respectively. They said that
- 6:09Speaker 1: basically this is a hit piece, right, It's a hit piece,
- 6:12Speaker 1: stating that quote Flores is one of three Republican Latinez
- 6:16Speaker 1: vying to transform South Texas politics by shunning moderates and
- 6:20Speaker 1: often embracing the extreme. The problem is that's a lie, right.
- 6:25Speaker 1: They didn't embrace the extreme. They embrace the conservative movement
- 6:29Speaker 1: of a secure border. But what is most striking quote
- 6:33Speaker 1: is that Miss Flores won by shunning moderates. The article reads,
- 6:37Speaker 1: embracing the far right and wearing her support for Donald
- 6:41Speaker 1: Trump on her sleeve more Major Taylor Green than Kay
- 6:47Speaker 1: Bailey Hutchinson. The writer goes on to write about her piece, saying,
- 6:52Speaker 1: this is how extreme she actually is. Flores should be
- 6:56Speaker 1: you would think by the left celebrated. Right, she's the
- 7:00Speaker 1: first Mexican born woman to hold a seat in the
- 7:03Speaker 1: House of Representatives. Right, she's an American melting pot story.
- 7:08Speaker 1: You could argue, she's a Hispanic minority woman. You would
- 7:12Speaker 1: think they would want to celebrate her. No, no, no,
- 7:14Speaker 1: because she's a Republican. They want to destroy her. So
- 7:16Speaker 1: screw the fact that she's the first Mexican born woman
- 7:19Speaker 1: to hold a seat in the House of Representatives. Right
- 7:22Speaker 1: Screwn't forget that. Flores went on to say this quote.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I was born in Mexico, raised with strong conservative values
- 7:30Speaker 1: to always put God in family first. I have received
- 7:33Speaker 1: only hate from the liberal media and constantly been told
- 7:37Speaker 1: by the left to get back to Mexico. They don't
- 7:41Speaker 1: support us immigrants, They only use us for political power
- 7:45Speaker 1: and don't care about our well being. I am here
- 7:48Speaker 1: now and I want to allow them to continue taking
- 7:50Speaker 1: advantage of my people. The New York Times there's nothing
- 7:53Speaker 1: about me or our culture, she went on to say,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and then she started talking in Spanish to her supporters, saying,
- 8:02Speaker 1: we are people of God, family and work. Now, Garcia,
- 8:06Speaker 1: who is squaring off against Representative Henry Cooler, a Democrat
- 8:10Speaker 1: and the twentieth Congressional District retreated a picture of the
- 8:13Speaker 1: headline and stated that when the radical left targets her
- 8:17Speaker 1: for her faith in supporting school choice, they are also
- 8:21Speaker 1: attacking millions of Hispanic families and her community. She went
- 8:25Speaker 1: on to say, I will never stop fighting for our values.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Now again, this is the New York Times coming in
- 8:30Speaker 1: and they have these pictures out there right of the
- 8:32Speaker 1: far right Latina. Now, to put it in comparison, you
- 8:37Speaker 1: have this woman, Representative Mara Flores, one of three Republican
- 8:42Speaker 1: Latinas vying to transform right Texas politics in Congress, which
- 8:46Speaker 1: is amazing. Let me just give you a comparing contrast
- 8:49Speaker 1: of what they said about AOC when she was elected.
- 8:53Speaker 1: The New York Times ran an article Alexander Cortez emerges
- 8:57Speaker 1: as a political star. That's what they wrote about her
- 9:01Speaker 1: when she won. Under that, it said the Bronx Natives
- 9:05Speaker 1: spoke about her campaign's mission. A day after she shook
- 9:07Speaker 1: up the Democratic Party with her defeat of Representative Joseph Crowley,
- 9:12Speaker 1: Alexander Agazio Cortez emerges as a political star, a Republican
- 9:17Speaker 1: Latino woman who's actually from Mexico, who actually wins an election,
- 9:22Speaker 1: turning a district as set ed' been turned in one
- 9:25Speaker 1: hundred and fifty years. And what do they say about her?
- 9:27Speaker 1: The rise of the far right Latina. Now last night
- 9:33Speaker 1: was just the beginning when she won, is what she said,
- 9:37Speaker 1: And she said, there's a triple threat that's going to
- 9:39Speaker 1: flip South Texas. Read this November because we actually care
- 9:42Speaker 1: about protecting our border. That's what many of these conservative
- 9:47Speaker 1: candidates are running on. Flores is nearly eight point win
- 9:51Speaker 1: over the Democratic candidate Dan Sanchez, and on June the
- 9:55Speaker 1: fourteenth indicated quote Hispanic voters are moving towards conservative candidates.
- 10:00Speaker 1: The excess from the Democratic Party is further evidence by
- 10:03Speaker 1: voting patterns in the past two presidential elections in this county,
- 10:07Speaker 1: which is part of the fifteenth congressional district where de
- 10:10Speaker 1: la Cruz is running as well. And so this is
- 10:13Speaker 1: about changing the Hispanic population, and the Hispanic population I
- 10:19Speaker 1: say changing and standing up for their traditional values. This
- 10:22Speaker 1: is why I love these new young candets that are
- 10:26Speaker 1: coming in. They're not having to quote wait their turn,
- 10:28Speaker 1: They're not taking orders from the far left and the
- 10:32Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi's and they're winning. Now here's something else. Democrats
- 10:38Speaker 1: seem to be focused right now and trying to convince
- 10:41Speaker 1: you that Republicans are the real problem. Perfect example of this.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Democrat representative went on TV today and said the GOP
- 10:50Speaker 1: has quote too focused on guns, abortion and Trump and
- 10:56Speaker 1: not fixing inflation, even though it's the Democrats are actually
- 10:59Speaker 1: in charge of these issues right now. Democrats the ones
- 11:03Speaker 1: trying to take away your guns. Democrats the ones are
- 11:05Speaker 1: obsessed with delegitimizing the Supreme Court. Democrats are the ones
- 11:09Speaker 1: are in charge of our inflation issues and not fixing
- 11:13Speaker 1: our inflation issues. But they're going on TV and they're
- 11:16Speaker 1: trying to say it's actually the Republicans faults. I'm not
- 11:19Speaker 1: joking now. Democrats are being given these lifelines by CNBC, MSNBC, ABCCBS,
- 11:26Speaker 1: Fox is really the only one in Newsmax. It's standing
- 11:30Speaker 1: up to the insanity which is the news media now
- 11:32Speaker 1: trying to prop up Democrats that are having a problem.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I want you to hear part of this interview from
- 11:37Speaker 1: this morning on CNBC, right which they're supposed to be
- 11:39Speaker 1: really sincere about talking about money and what's happening in
- 11:44Speaker 1: our economy, and they have on this representative, a Democrat
- 11:46Speaker 1: from Massachusetts and saying, hey, we really want you to
- 11:50Speaker 1: tell us what's going on with the economy right now,
- 11:52Speaker 1: what you guys are gonna try to do, And he
- 11:53Speaker 1: immediately goes in after Donald Trump and Trump supporters and
- 11:57Speaker 1: Republicans saying well, they're the problem. I'm not, and they
- 12:00Speaker 1: let him get away with this. Listen, going us now
- 12:02Speaker 1: to breakdown the FEDS policy and how Congress can help
- 12:05Speaker 1: fight rising prices. Congressman Jake auchincloss As the vice chairman
- 12:10Speaker 1: of the Financial Services Committee, also serves on the Transportation
- 12:14Speaker 1: and Infrastructure Committee, and Kurma Family of Underachievers. Congressman, just
- 12:20Speaker 1: looking at lord doctor Glinscher, and you were a Quantico
- 12:24Speaker 1: train marine and I guess Sloan at MIT, so you're
- 12:30Speaker 1: you're educated. It's an MBA from Sloan. Is that? I
- 12:33Speaker 1: got that right too? So I'm not going to take
- 12:35Speaker 1: any any any talking point. You know better than some
- 12:39Speaker 1: of the stuff we're hearing from both sides on economics.
- 12:42Speaker 1: You know how crazy some of it is. Like that's true,
- 12:45Speaker 1: isn't it. Well, good morning, thanks for having me on,
- 12:49Speaker 1: and we do need sober minded policymaking on economics right now.
- 12:54Speaker 1: The President's been clear that inflation is his top priority,
- 12:57Speaker 1: as it should be, because Americans are in pain right now,
- 13:00Speaker 1: and we need to expand the productive capacity of the
- 13:03Speaker 1: economy to keep up. The economy is running hot right now.
- 13:06Speaker 1: It grew faster than China for the first time in
- 13:08Speaker 1: my lifetime, eight million jobs created. But on the supply side,
- 13:13Speaker 1: we're having a hard time keeping up. We have got
- 13:15Speaker 1: to cut red tape for housing. We've got to implement
- 13:17Speaker 1: on all of the above energy investment policy to achieve
- 13:21Speaker 1: clean energy independence. And we need both more legal immigration
- 13:24Speaker 1: and more labor force participation from Americans who have been
- 13:28Speaker 1: out of the workforce for the last several years. What
- 13:31Speaker 1: I was referencing initially was leading into it won't be
- 13:34Speaker 1: quite as talking points oriented from from the democratic side
- 13:40Speaker 1: of things, but I love this. Right They're like, Okay,
- 13:42Speaker 1: that was a bunch of crap. We don't really want
- 13:44Speaker 1: these talking points, but we'll keep going with you. Right,
- 13:47Speaker 1: So we build this dude up as a Democrat, We
- 13:49Speaker 1: bring him on squawk Box, we bring on the premiere
- 13:51Speaker 1: morning show on TMBC. We're talking about the economy right now,
- 13:55Speaker 1: and we bring you on as a Democrat, and then
- 13:58Speaker 1: you argue that Republicans have spent the last six months
- 14:01Speaker 1: trying tying themselves in a not overgun and abortion issues.
- 14:05Speaker 1: That's where he's going with us. Keep listening. He's on
- 14:07Speaker 1: a notbed. You wrote a while ago, Republicans have been
- 14:10Speaker 1: politicizing inflation while Dems work to fix it. You've heard
- 14:13Speaker 1: what President Biden has been saying about inflation. Congressman, and
- 14:18Speaker 1: as I said, you have MBA from Sloan, aren't there
- 14:22Speaker 1: times where you'd like to talk to him and say,
- 14:25Speaker 1: miss President, that's clearly not true, and that's you're demogoguing
- 14:30Speaker 1: a lot of these issues. Do you think that oil
- 14:32Speaker 1: companies are just guging? Do you think food companies don't
- 14:35Speaker 1: need to raise prices when when input costs rise and
- 14:39Speaker 1: they're just profiteering. Do you think the problem and all
- 14:42Speaker 1: this is just greedy capitalists that are that are causing
- 14:47Speaker 1: that don't necessarily have to. It's not a free market.
- 14:50Speaker 1: It's it's not that they're just responding to input costs.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And then I love this, by the way, it's almost
- 14:56Speaker 1: as if seeing me see at least this oas has
- 14:58Speaker 1: had it off right. You can hear in his voice
- 15:00Speaker 1: there it's like, Okay, we heard your bs. I even
- 15:02Speaker 1: gave you this grand entry here. But when you say
- 15:05Speaker 1: something that's stupid, I gotta act like I actually know
- 15:08Speaker 1: you're this stupid And he's like, you're a really smart guy.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Just gave you that intro. You try to attack conservatives
- 15:13Speaker 1: or Republicans and you try to say this to somehow
- 15:16Speaker 1: Trump's fault even though it's not. You say Democrats are
- 15:18Speaker 1: trying to fix inflation. Republicans are not trying to fix inflation.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Republicans are the ones that are screaming drill, baby, drill.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Republicans are the ones saying, open up the pipelines, the
- 15:29Speaker 1: Keystone pipelines, open up exploration, open up the leases that
- 15:34Speaker 1: you guys are taking away and stopping all of these
- 15:37Speaker 1: leases from taking place and new leases from taking place
- 15:42Speaker 1: that would actually lower the costs at the pump. You're
- 15:46Speaker 1: the idiots are giving away a million barrels of all day,
- 15:48Speaker 1: much of it going to China into other foreign countries,
- 15:52Speaker 1: not actually helping our pricing here in the US. You
- 15:58Speaker 1: add all this up, right, yet every bit of this
- 16:01Speaker 1: up together, it all becomes very clear, very quickly. This
- 16:05Speaker 1: is a huge problem. And you look at even NBC
- 16:09Speaker 1: for a second, and I'll just take a bigger step back,
- 16:11Speaker 1: But look at this. The ratings, for example, for Meet
- 16:14Speaker 1: the Press, their premier political show on Sunday mornings, have declined.
- 16:19Speaker 1: And this is another major fail because they're selling you
- 16:24Speaker 1: these lies every single weekend. How bad has it gotten
- 16:27Speaker 1: for them? And again, if you keep lying to people,
- 16:30Speaker 1: when you keep selling them crap that everybody knows, it
- 16:32Speaker 1: is just not real. This is what you end up
- 16:35Speaker 1: with and news that comes as a surprise to absolutely
- 16:40Speaker 1: no one. If you've been watching NBC news, Meet the Press,
- 16:44Speaker 1: hosted by Democratic Party is Stalworth Chuck Todd, has slumped
- 16:50Speaker 1: to its worst ratings since it took since he took
- 16:52Speaker 1: over the captain's chair. The longest running show in television
- 16:56Speaker 1: history debuted in nineteen forty seven. Report it's lowest ray
- 17:00Speaker 1: ever in the recent April May June quarter. According to
- 17:04Speaker 1: a new report out by Radar, the show has fallen
- 17:07Speaker 1: far from the seat at once held a top the
- 17:10Speaker 1: other Sunday news programs, most recently during the twenty sixteen
- 17:14Speaker 1: twenty twenty Time when former President Trump provided a ratings
- 17:18Speaker 1: gold for the left wing outlet and kept these journalists
- 17:22Speaker 1: employed over the last six years. We've always we've always
- 17:27Speaker 1: approached to Meet the Press as more than just a
- 17:29Speaker 1: Sunday show, and I view our rating success in part
- 17:33Speaker 1: to our ability to reach people where they are, not
- 17:35Speaker 1: just hoping they find us. This has been one of
- 17:38Speaker 1: the most challenging years for everyone, that includes the incredible team,
- 17:41Speaker 1: and I couldn't be prouder as what the moderator, Truck
- 17:44Speaker 1: Todd told The Rap in December of twenty twenty, when
- 17:48Speaker 1: the recent ratings research from Nelson, the show's following as
- 17:52Speaker 1: dropped to amasily two point four million, slicing off a
- 17:56Speaker 1: third of Todd's viewership, most notably in the key demograph
- 18:00Speaker 1: topic of viewers twenty five to fifty four. He logged
- 18:03Speaker 1: only four one hundred and nine to two thousand viewers
- 18:05Speaker 1: in that group for the most recent quarter, far below
- 18:09Speaker 1: the routinely acquired one point two million viewers in the
- 18:12Speaker 1: demographic alone, part of a once constant four million viewer
- 18:16Speaker 1: overall audience for a show like this now In May,
- 18:22Speaker 1: Chuck Todd and his show Meet the Press Daily were
- 18:25Speaker 1: demoted from MSNBC to the network's News streaming platform NBC
- 18:30Speaker 1: News now a move that many people saw us. All right,
- 18:34Speaker 1: this is not good news for this guy, right, this
- 18:38Speaker 1: guy that's the big name. Now. I say that to
- 18:41Speaker 1: just give you another perspective the American people. When you
- 18:45Speaker 1: look at them in the face and you tell them
- 18:46Speaker 1: the economy strong and they know it's not, when you
- 18:49Speaker 1: tell them that gas prices are going to come down
- 18:51Speaker 1: when they're not. When you tell the American people that
- 18:55Speaker 1: these green alternative energy is something they must do when
- 18:59Speaker 1: they can't afford it, there is at some point going
- 19:03Speaker 1: to be a response, whether it's in these Texas districts
- 19:05Speaker 1: have been run by Democrats for one hundred and fifty
- 19:08Speaker 1: years okay, which has clearly happened, or if it is
- 19:12Speaker 1: with TV ratings when check Todd goes on Meet the
- 19:15Speaker 1: Press every week and tries to tell you that everything's
- 19:18Speaker 1: okay and they try to carry water for the Democratic
- 19:20Speaker 1: Party when clearly things are not okay, you're gonna get this.
- 19:24Speaker 1: And when CNBC keeps putting Democrats on their channel while
- 19:28Speaker 1: the economy is on fire and it's burning and heading
- 19:31Speaker 1: in the wrong direction, and then you let them spout
- 19:34Speaker 1: off this crap about well it's really the Republicans are
- 19:38Speaker 1: not fixing inflation. Democrats are trying. Republicans aren't when Republicans
- 19:42Speaker 1: are the ones demanding that we drill more to LOL prices,
- 19:45Speaker 1: lower gas prices, which will drastically help our economy. I
- 19:50Speaker 1: think it's it's a certain point people when they keep
- 19:52Speaker 1: going the pump and they're paying one hundred dollars for
- 19:54Speaker 1: their car, say enough of this crap. And that's why
- 19:58Speaker 1: you're finally starting to see some of these hosts, like
- 20:01Speaker 1: the one I was just playing for you at CNBC
- 20:04Speaker 1: starting to break the president. The President is expressing the
- 20:10Speaker 1: frustration of the American people and of many of US
- 20:15Speaker 1: food energy. These are global markets. They have geopolitical and
- 20:19Speaker 1: geoeconomic dimensions. Russia's invasion of Ukraine caused seizures in both
- 20:25Speaker 1: the energy and food sides of the House here, and
- 20:28Speaker 1: as you well know, the President doesn't have levers in
- 20:30Speaker 1: the Oval Office that can control those things on a dime.
- 20:34Speaker 1: What it does highlight is that we need an all
- 20:36Speaker 1: of the above clean energy investment strategy, geothermal fusion, small
- 20:40Speaker 1: modular reactors. This needs to be a clarion call that
- 20:42Speaker 1: the United States cannot be subject to Saudi Arabia and Iran,
- 20:47Speaker 1: all the above clean energy, clean energy. We spent trillions
- 20:50Speaker 1: of dollars on renewables and it's at one or two
- 20:53Speaker 1: percent of global energy. So all of the above, clean energy.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Just say all of the above energy. Are are you
- 20:59Speaker 1: saying that only clean energy? Or should we do more drilling?
- 21:03Speaker 1: Should we continue to open leases, should we reopen hand
- 21:06Speaker 1: or should we do the Keystone pipeline? All the things
- 21:08Speaker 1: that we've put a damp ron? Is that what all
- 21:11Speaker 1: of the above means, CEU. We clearly need natural gas
- 21:15Speaker 1: as a bridge technology, and nothing is stopping right now
- 21:20Speaker 1: oil companies from executing on the permits that they have.
- 21:24Speaker 1: But big, let's be very clear here. For as long
- 21:26Speaker 1: as the United States is dependent on oil, it means
- 21:29Speaker 1: that we have to make phone calls to Saudi Arabia
- 21:31Speaker 1: and Iran and Venezuela when times get tight. We need
- 21:35Speaker 1: to have energy dominance here at home. And I love this.
- 21:38Speaker 1: We need to have energy dominance at home. There's a
- 21:40Speaker 1: Democrat saying this. Okay, this is the this is the
- 21:44Speaker 1: f SC vice chairman in Congress saying we need to
- 21:48Speaker 1: have energy independence in America. But he won't tell you.
- 21:50Speaker 1: He's gonna do it natural gas as a bridge technology,
- 21:54Speaker 1: and nothing is stopping right now, oil companies from the
- 22:00Speaker 1: secuting on the permits that they have. But big, let's
- 22:02Speaker 1: be very clear here, for as long as the United
- 22:04Speaker 1: States is dependent on oil, it means that we have
- 22:07Speaker 1: to make phone calls to Saudi Arabia and Iran and
- 22:09Speaker 1: Venezuela when times get tight. We need to have energy
- 22:12Speaker 1: dominance here at home, and we need to have a
- 22:15Speaker 1: clean energy future that does not sacrifice our kids welfare
- 22:19Speaker 1: just for lower gas prices. The best case scenario for not.
- 22:23Speaker 1: By the way, listen to this. You can hear him
- 22:25Speaker 1: in the background, like the gay's rolling his eyes, the
- 22:28Speaker 1: host like come on, and so he's going to challenge
- 22:31Speaker 1: is Democrat who's in lala land. And this is the
- 22:33Speaker 1: entire Democratic Party that's trying to sell you this right now.
- 22:36Speaker 1: This isn't one off guy, right this is a leader
- 22:38Speaker 1: in the Democratic Party, a leader in the party on
- 22:42Speaker 1: inflation and supposed to be on energy. And listen to
- 22:45Speaker 1: the rebuttal from CNBC. Being dependent on oil in terms
- 22:49Speaker 1: of years in your view is what two years, five years,
- 22:53Speaker 1: ten years, thirty years, fifty years, What is it. We
- 22:58Speaker 1: are sailing towards the north are of clean energy independence,
- 23:01Speaker 1: and there's gonna be waves and wind along the way
- 23:04Speaker 1: that we've got to navigate. It is clearly a generational challenge.
- 23:08Speaker 1: When do you think we can put it this way?
- 23:12Speaker 1: I do not want my kids dependent on oil from
- 23:15Speaker 1: countries like Russia and Saudi Arabia. That challenge starts now
- 23:19Speaker 1: that's my generation's obligation. Well, then we definitely aren't doing
- 23:22Speaker 1: what it takes in this country to keep us not
- 23:25Speaker 1: dependent on foreign dictators. We're over hat in hand to
- 23:28Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia and Venezuela and we're not opening up the
- 23:31Speaker 1: figots here. Congressman, I love the Cogerson. He's literally just
- 23:37Speaker 1: speechless because he can't believe that the media is actually
- 23:42Speaker 1: challenging him on this propaganda. And he says, you know,
- 23:46Speaker 1: we we we've got to do more. We have to
- 23:48Speaker 1: have this bridge. And he keeps going on and on
- 23:50Speaker 1: on and all this on the screen energy. I'll turn
- 23:52Speaker 1: a bs. He's like, dude, you guys went to Venezuela
- 23:57Speaker 1: begging for deal, right, that's what we's that's what you did.
- 24:03Speaker 1: You guys are going to Saudi Arabia. Begging Saudi Arabia
- 24:07Speaker 1: also for a deal. That's what you're doing. You guys
- 24:11Speaker 1: are refusing to open the spicket, as he just put
- 24:14Speaker 1: it in the United States of America. That's that's what
- 24:18Speaker 1: you're refusing to do. So every time you say we
- 24:21Speaker 1: got to get away and buy what my kids never
- 24:23Speaker 1: buy oil from Russia or Saudi Arabia. Right, you're the
- 24:27Speaker 1: guys that are now doing that. You're buying a record
- 24:30Speaker 1: number of oil and you're helping these other countries that
- 24:33Speaker 1: hate us by making the price of oil go up.
- 24:36Speaker 1: You're making them rich while you're on this pipe dream
- 24:40Speaker 1: that the majority of Americans are actually against. Right now,
- 24:45Speaker 1: the majority of Americans are not clamoring. Okay, they are
- 24:50Speaker 1: not clamoring right now, and I think we can all
- 24:53Speaker 1: agree with this. They're not clamoring for for a bunch
- 24:58Speaker 1: of wind and solar power being yes, they're not clamoring
- 25:01Speaker 1: for any of this. And that's exactly why you hear
- 25:05Speaker 1: it there the way that he's just like, I'm done
- 25:07Speaker 1: with you, man, Like I'm so sick and tired of
- 25:10Speaker 1: hearing this crap. And that's what CNBC is basically saying. Now,
- 25:13Speaker 1: I'm sure others won't have the guts to the colonies
- 25:15Speaker 1: to do this. But you listen to the congressman. Listen
- 25:19Speaker 1: to how long the pause is after this guy says
- 25:22Speaker 1: what he says the Congressman because he doesn't know what
- 25:24Speaker 1: else to say, because he's in shock. He's never been
- 25:26Speaker 1: challenged this way on national TV in Saudi Arabia. That
- 25:29Speaker 1: challenge starts. Now, that's my generation's obligation. Well, then we
- 25:32Speaker 1: definitely aren't doing what it takes in this country to
- 25:35Speaker 1: keep us not dependent on foreign dictators. We're over hat
- 25:39Speaker 1: in hand to Saudi Arabia and Venezuela, and we're not
- 25:42Speaker 1: opening up the figots here, Congressman. We're heading towards, as
- 25:46Speaker 1: I said, we are sailing towards the north Star of
- 25:48Speaker 1: cleam energy independence. But that requires investments in energy. By
- 25:52Speaker 1: the way, what the crap does the north We're heading
- 25:54Speaker 1: towards the north Star of energy independence. Like, that's a
- 25:57Speaker 1: line he's now used twice. What does that even mean?
- 26:01Speaker 1: He's like, I mean, if anything, it means it's a dream,
- 26:03Speaker 1: not a reality. Right, We're heading towards the north Star
- 26:06Speaker 1: of energy independence. That that is something that only awoke
- 26:10Speaker 1: leftist would actually say, okay that that I mean, I
- 26:13Speaker 1: mean truly okay that that that is only that that
- 26:18Speaker 1: is that is that is only something that awoke leftist
- 26:22Speaker 1: like an AOC would say, We're going to the north star, right,
- 26:26Speaker 1: We're on our way to the north star of green energy. Ya.
- 26:30Speaker 1: That is the stupidest crap I've ever heard. And people
- 26:33Speaker 1: that vote for these morons in the mid terms, you
- 26:35Speaker 1: deserve what you get. And even the guy on TV,
- 26:38Speaker 1: he's like shaking his head, like what is the north star?
- 26:40Speaker 1: He should have just said that. He should have just
- 26:42Speaker 1: jumped in here. It's a dude, what do you mean
- 26:44Speaker 1: by the north star? Right? Like, what are you even
- 26:47Speaker 1: what are you even talking about with a north star
- 26:51Speaker 1: here at home? Let me give you one example, Uh,
- 26:54Speaker 1: the eastern seaboard of the United States could be the
- 26:56Speaker 1: offshore wind leader in the entire world. President's got a
- 26:59Speaker 1: plan for thirty gig lots by twenty thirty. There's an
- 27:01Speaker 1: amendment sneaking its way through Congress. Right, You're noticed by
- 27:04Speaker 1: the way, all their promises are like a decade out
- 27:07Speaker 1: because you never have to pay off on them when
- 27:09Speaker 1: you're elected president. Remember the presidency's only eight years. Max right.
- 27:12Speaker 1: If Joe Biden decides to run again, he'll never be
- 27:15Speaker 1: proven wrong or that something didn't actually work right. That
- 27:20Speaker 1: will never happen. It will never ever happen. Do you
- 27:25Speaker 1: always kick it further down the road on the delivery date?
- 27:29Speaker 1: Then what you actually have to do while you're in office?
- 27:33Speaker 1: Because then no one can say you failed or hold
- 27:36Speaker 1: you accountable. I should say for failing, we're gonna put
- 27:39Speaker 1: up a bunch of solar and win, and we're gonna
- 27:41Speaker 1: make a huge difference by twenty thirty. When was the
- 27:44Speaker 1: last time the government ever finished the project on time?
- 27:47Speaker 1: When was the last time? The hell? The government can't
- 27:49Speaker 1: even build a road on budget or on time? Can
- 27:53Speaker 1: I get an amen to that? I don't care where
- 27:55Speaker 1: you live. Have you ever seen a road project finished
- 27:59Speaker 1: on time or on budget? You will not find it.
- 28:02Speaker 1: It doesn't exist. So you want me to believe that
- 28:06Speaker 1: they're gonna buy twenty Hey, just keep paying five six
- 28:09Speaker 1: seven dollars a gallon gas until twenty thirty. But don't worry.
- 28:12Speaker 1: In twenty thirty, we're gonna give you a thirty thousand
- 28:15Speaker 1: kilowatts or whatever the number was he just said, And
- 28:18Speaker 1: that somehow is going to fix your life. So that
- 28:21Speaker 1: is what should really get you excited today. That is
- 28:27Speaker 1: the X factor that we're all missing that twenty thirty.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Just just hold on till then, folks, who knows you
- 28:35Speaker 1: may be paying eight dollars nine dollars ten dollars a
- 28:37Speaker 1: gallon by twenty thirty, but in twenty thirty it will
- 28:40Speaker 1: be right, we promise you. Now half of us won't
- 28:43Speaker 1: even be in office anymore, but we're gonna be right,
- 28:45Speaker 1: we promise you. That's their timetable. That's what they're offering
- 28:49Speaker 1: you right now. Twenty thirty, twenty thirty right now, that
- 28:53Speaker 1: would derail those plans. And we need both parties to
- 28:56Speaker 1: come together with the White House and prevent that amendment
- 28:59Speaker 1: from becoming law that we can achieve offshore win dominance
- 29:02Speaker 1: here in the United States, create good jobs, offshore win
- 29:05Speaker 1: dominance there. It is, folks, that's the key, that key.
- 29:08Speaker 1: If we can just get that off shore when dominance
- 29:12Speaker 1: by twenty thirty, you're gonna suffer till then. But we
- 29:16Speaker 1: need bipartisan support here. And the offshore dominance is the
- 29:20Speaker 1: whole ball game, it's the whole kit and kibboodle. Just
- 29:23Speaker 1: get us to that point. Just get us to the
- 29:27Speaker 1: offshore dominance part, right, and if you do get us
- 29:31Speaker 1: to that offshore dominance part, then will be good. Right,
- 29:37Speaker 1: then everything is gonna be okay. Just get us to
- 29:40Speaker 1: the offshore dominance of wind power, will be the leader
- 29:44Speaker 1: of the world. I go back to what I said
- 29:47Speaker 1: a moment ago. They're never gonna listen to us. I
- 29:51Speaker 1: do think that's the part of this conversation. You need
- 29:53Speaker 1: to really understand. They are never going to listen to us.
- 30:00Speaker 1: They are always going to dictate to you. And if
- 30:05Speaker 1: they can suck the life out of your paycheck and
- 30:08Speaker 1: the life out of your bank account from for the
- 30:11Speaker 1: next eight years where you can barely afford to put
- 30:15Speaker 1: gas in your gas tank, they win because they have
- 30:18Speaker 1: ultimate power over you. And then they can tell you
- 30:21Speaker 1: that they're going to do the type of things that
- 30:24Speaker 1: I just mentioned. They're going to tell you that they
- 30:27Speaker 1: can give you what you need if you just trust them,
- 30:30Speaker 1: and eventually they'll pay off on it. Even though the
- 30:32Speaker 1: people that are telling you this won't even be in office.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Then they won't be around. You will not be able
- 30:39Speaker 1: to hold them accountable for this. And its closing line
- 30:43Speaker 1: is that this is all really the Republicans fault thirty
- 30:47Speaker 1: giga wats of clean energy on the Eastern seaboard in
- 30:51Speaker 1: terms of the switch gears a little bit in terms
- 30:53Speaker 1: of the Federal Reserve, what do you think they need
- 30:57Speaker 1: to do right now? And do you think that we
- 30:59Speaker 1: print too much? Is that part of what of the
- 31:02Speaker 1: inflation that we're seeing right now? And it is global?
- 31:05Speaker 1: How much do you think it's too many dollars chasing
- 31:10Speaker 1: too few goods? After the pandemics apply to h and
- 31:12Speaker 1: whatever you want to call it, and maybe you know
- 31:15Speaker 1: we needed to respond to the pandemic? Did we respond
- 31:19Speaker 1: too much to that is there? Did we overdo it
- 31:22Speaker 1: or some of it didn't find it to the right place,
- 31:25Speaker 1: so that we've created this problem ourselves. Well, when I
- 31:28Speaker 1: questioned Chairman Powell when he came to the Financial Services
- 31:31Speaker 1: Committee for our oversight hearings, what I pressed him on
- 31:34Speaker 1: was not just his credibility in lowering expected inflation, but
- 31:39Speaker 1: also in the FEDS credibility in preventing unexpected inflation. The
- 31:43Speaker 1: only thing more painful than high inflation is high unexpected inflation.
- 31:48Speaker 1: And he has been clear that he keeps the FEDS
- 31:50Speaker 1: credibility as a price stability institution as his number one priority. Now,
- 31:55Speaker 1: I'm not going to comment on individual FED decisions, they're
- 31:58Speaker 1: an autonomous body. But almost a year ago I made
- 32:01Speaker 1: clear that the era of easy money needed to come
- 32:03Speaker 1: to an end. We've got to raise interest rates. It's
- 32:06Speaker 1: not letting the President and Congress off the hook because energy, food, housing,
- 32:10Speaker 1: these are not monetary phenomenon. These are real world phenomenon
- 32:13Speaker 1: and we're going to have to come to geoeconomic and
- 32:15Speaker 1: domestic policy solutions to address them as well. But we
- 32:18Speaker 1: need Republicans to come to the table and work with us.
- 32:21Speaker 1: What I've heard from Republicans in the last six months
- 32:24Speaker 1: is them tie themselves and not listen carefully. What I've
- 32:28Speaker 1: heard for Republicans in the last six months is them
- 32:30Speaker 1: tie themselves and are not over ready for guns and
- 32:33Speaker 1: abortion and Trump instead of reaching across the table and saying, yeah,
- 32:37Speaker 1: how can we expand housing production and cut red tape?
- 32:40Speaker 1: How can we work with you on expanding labor force
- 32:42Speaker 1: participation and expanding legal immigration. How can we get some
- 32:46Speaker 1: votes on the Republican side for medicare, negotiation of drug prices,
- 32:49Speaker 1: which will lower out of pocket costs for senior citizens,
- 32:51Speaker 1: we're gonna do that in a party line vote. Why
- 32:53Speaker 1: aren't Republicans there with us that lowers costs at the
- 32:55Speaker 1: kitchen table, consman, would you have I mean, let me
- 33:00Speaker 1: just wrap this up quickly by saying this. It took
- 33:04Speaker 1: this dude seven minutes to say, well, the Republicans are
- 33:08Speaker 1: the fault because they're obsessed with Donald Trump. Democrats are
- 33:12Speaker 1: the ones that are trying to make Donald Trump ineligible
- 33:14Speaker 1: to run for president with the January sixth insurrection obsession. Right, like,
- 33:18Speaker 1: that's what they're doing. No one, no one should overlook
- 33:23Speaker 1: that fact. Okay, that that that reality. Number one. Number two,
- 33:31Speaker 1: what the Democratic Party leadership just told you is bear
- 33:35Speaker 1: with us and give us a blank check so that
- 33:40Speaker 1: we in twenty thirty can give you wind power off
- 33:47Speaker 1: the ocean that will change and fix all of the
- 33:51Speaker 1: problems that we have. That's what they just offered you. Okay,
- 33:56Speaker 1: that's that's the offer, twenty thirty. Start to fix the
- 34:01Speaker 1: energy crisis in twenty thirty, not before twenty thirty, but
- 34:05Speaker 1: twenty thirty. We know that gas prices of skyrick since
- 34:08Speaker 1: we took over, but we need you to wait till
- 34:11Speaker 1: twenty thirty. So just wait till twenty thirty, and then
- 34:15Speaker 1: everything's gonna be okay. We won't be in office. Then
- 34:20Speaker 1: many of us, Joe Biden, even if you won reelection,
- 34:22Speaker 1: would not be in office. And if we're wrong, you
- 34:27Speaker 1: can't hold any of us accountable. But just keep going
- 34:30Speaker 1: to twenty thirty. If you vote for these people, you
- 34:35Speaker 1: deserve what you get. If you want these five six,
- 34:39Speaker 1: seven dollars a gallon gas to go to eight nine
- 34:41Speaker 1: ten dollars a gallon, which is exactly their goal, then
- 34:44Speaker 1: vote for them because this is exactly what they want
- 34:48Speaker 1: to happen. This is it, This is their game, this
- 34:53Speaker 1: is their agenda, all right. Lastly, please make sure you
