Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Let me start by saying, this is a sham. I
- 0:04Speaker 1: want to be clear. The Justice Department naming a special
- 0:07Speaker 1: counsel is a sham. Having the Attorney General come out,
- 0:12Speaker 1: giving the US Attorney David Weiss broader powers is a sham.
- 0:16Speaker 1: This is part of the cover up, and David Weiss
- 0:19Speaker 1: is not going to do a damn thing different than
- 0:21Speaker 1: what he has already done, which is looked the other
- 0:24Speaker 1: way and protect the Biden crime family. To be clear,
- 0:28Speaker 1: David Weiss only charged Hunter Biden with crimes that could
- 0:32Speaker 1: not connect him to the big guy, Joe Biden. Hunter
- 0:35Speaker 1: Biden made sure that he was in a position and
- 0:39Speaker 1: that he was only looked at for things that insulated
- 0:43Speaker 1: and protected the Biden crime family, the big guy, the president.
- 0:49Speaker 2: So if you are excited right now.
- 0:51Speaker 1: By David Weiss the special counsel, you've just been hoodwinked
- 0:55Speaker 1: by the DOJ and Garland. Now Garland came out and
- 1:00Speaker 1: he's like, I'm appointing David Wise's special counsel in this probe.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I want to be clear, this is a joke. They're
- 1:07Speaker 1: mocking you. They think that this is going to make
- 1:10Speaker 1: conservatives happy and then they can get away with the
- 1:13Speaker 1: exact same thing they did before. Now I want to
- 1:16Speaker 1: play for you the Attorney General Merrit Garland again, David
- 1:19Speaker 1: Weis's the same guy that looked the other way on
- 1:22Speaker 1: all of these other charges.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Never forget this.
- 1:25Speaker 1: And many of the whistleblowers that have come forward have
- 1:29Speaker 1: been saying that David Weiss refused to do his job,
- 1:34Speaker 1: that they were giving them intel, they were giving them information,
- 1:38Speaker 1: and David Weiss would not investigate. So why now as
- 1:42Speaker 1: a special prosecutor, right as a special counsel, why would
- 1:47Speaker 1: I think that he would do anything different.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I do not believe that he is going to do
- 1:52Speaker 2: anything different.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I do not believe that David Weiss wants to get
- 1:56Speaker 1: to the bottom of anything because he already knows what
- 1:58Speaker 1: he's going to find. He has been one of those
- 2:01Speaker 1: that has actually helped cover it up. So when Merrick
- 2:04Speaker 1: Garland comes out, he's like, I'm appointing him in special
- 2:07Speaker 1: council powers. Now this is the same guy that the
- 2:10Speaker 1: whistleblowers of the IRS and that the FBI said refused
- 2:14Speaker 1: to look at the crimes. He is not going to
- 2:17Speaker 1: do anything different now that he is the quote special counsel.
- 2:21Speaker 3: To announce the appointment of David Weiss as a special
- 2:24Speaker 3: counsel consistent with the Department of Justice regulations governing such matters,
- 2:30Speaker 3: and keeping with those regulations, I have today notified the
- 2:33Speaker 3: designated members of each House of Congress of the appointment.
- 2:38Speaker 3: In February twenty eighteen, after being nominated by the former
- 2:41Speaker 3: President and confirmed by the Senate, mister Weiss was sworn
- 2:45Speaker 3: in as the United States Attorney for the District of Delaware.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Mister Weiss had been a career prosecutor, having served previously
- 2:53Speaker 3: in the office for more than a decade, beginning in
- 2:57Speaker 3: twenty nineteen.
- 2:58Speaker 1: By the way, notice how he's trying to build up
- 3:00Speaker 1: the resume of David Weiss. And David Weiss is the
- 3:03Speaker 1: same guy that the whistle blowers said refused to do
- 3:05Speaker 1: his damn job, refused to look at the serious and
- 3:08Speaker 1: heinous crimes that were committed by Joe Biden and his
- 3:12Speaker 1: crime family. Remember this is not about Hunter Biden. This
- 3:16Speaker 1: is about Joe Biden. Hunter Biden worked for Joe Biden.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Joe Biden was the product. Joe Biden was the business.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Hunter Biden was a salesman for that business. This was
- 3:27Speaker 1: never Hunter Biden's business. Because the product was his father,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and the product was influenced peddling. And David Weiss understood
- 3:35Speaker 1: all of this, and the whistleblowers said, time and time again,
- 3:38Speaker 1: when they gave him something that was damning, what would
- 3:42Speaker 1: they do. They would look the other way, they would
- 3:45Speaker 1: look the other direction, and they would do everything in
- 3:49Speaker 1: their power to make sure they protected the big guys.
- 3:53Speaker 1: So as you hear Garland here at the DOJ in
- 3:55Speaker 1: Washington with a Department of Justice symbol behind him, the building, Washington, DC,
- 4:00Speaker 1: and he's trying to give accolades to David Weiss, you
- 4:04Speaker 1: need to remember who David Weiss really is.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Keen. Mister Weiss, in his capacity as US Attorney and
- 4:10Speaker 3: along with federal law enforcement partners, began investigating allegations of
- 4:14Speaker 3: certain criminal conduct by, among others, Robert Hunter Biden. That
- 4:20Speaker 3: investigation has been recently referenced in federal criminal proceedings in
- 4:24Speaker 3: the District of Delaware, and as noted in those proceedings
- 4:28Speaker 3: and other public statements by mister Weiss's office, that investigation
- 4:33Speaker 3: remains ongoing. In February twenty twenty one, US Attorney Weiss
- 4:39Speaker 3: was asked to remain as US attorney for the district
- 4:41Speaker 3: of Delaware and in that capacity to continue to lead
- 4:45Speaker 3: the investigation. As I said before, mister Weiss would be
- 4:49Speaker 3: permitted to continue his investigation, take any investigative steps he wanted,
- 4:54Speaker 3: and make the decision whether to prosecute in any district.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Mister Weiss has told Congress that he has been granted
- 5:02Speaker 3: ultimate authority over this matter, including the responsibility for deciding where, when,
- 5:09Speaker 3: and whether to file charges and for making decisions.
- 5:12Speaker 1: By the way, if this is true, then why are
- 5:15Speaker 1: you having to make him special counsel. If everything that
- 5:19Speaker 1: you just said is accurate, then there's no reason to
- 5:21Speaker 1: make him special counsel to do what you're now saying
- 5:25Speaker 1: you already had the power to do beforehand. He testified
- 5:29Speaker 1: the Congress. You have to understand something about David Weiss.
- 5:31Speaker 1: David Wise is a hardcore lefty who has been doing
- 5:34Speaker 1: everything he can to protect the big guy and protect Garland,
- 5:38Speaker 1: to make sure that he still has power, that he
- 5:41Speaker 1: is still in control.
- 5:43Speaker 2: That's what you need to understand right now.
- 5:45Speaker 1: And this idea that they're like, well, he could have
- 5:48Speaker 1: done everything we're given the power to do now, then
- 5:49Speaker 1: why are you giving him the power now that doesn't
- 5:53Speaker 1: make any sense. It doesn't make any sense at all.
- 5:57Speaker 1: So why are you doing it? Because you're looking like
- 6:00Speaker 1: you're really getting to the bottom of this, and then
- 6:02Speaker 1: when you find nothing yet again and go look, he
- 6:04Speaker 1: was a special counsel.
- 6:05Speaker 2: He just didn't find any crimes.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Tions necessary to preserve the integrity of any prosecution consistent
- 6:12Speaker 3: with federal law, the principles of federal prosecution, and departmental policies.
- 6:19Speaker 3: In a July twenty twenty three letter to Congress, mister
- 6:22Speaker 3: Weiss said that he had not to that point requested
- 6:26Speaker 3: special counsel designation. On Tuesday of this week, mister Weiss
- 6:31Speaker 3: advised me that, in his judgment, his investigation had reached
- 6:35Speaker 3: a stage at which he should continue his work as
- 6:39Speaker 3: a special counsel, and he asked to be so appointed.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Upon considering his.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Request, as well as the extraordinary circumstances relating to this matter,
- 6:49Speaker 3: I have concluded that it is in the public interest
- 6:52Speaker 3: to appoint him as special counsel. This appointment confirms my
- 6:57Speaker 3: commitment to provide mister Weiss all the resources he requests.
- 7:01Speaker 3: It also reaffirms that mister Weiss has the authority he
- 7:04Speaker 3: needs to conduct a thorough investigation and to continue to
- 7:08Speaker 3: take the steps he deems appropriate independently based only on
- 7:12Speaker 3: the facts and the law. Mister Weiss will also continue
- 7:17Speaker 3: to serve as US Attorney for the District of Delaware
- 7:21Speaker 3: a special Council. He will continue to have the authority
- 7:24Speaker 3: and responsibility that he has previously exercised to oversee the
- 7:28Speaker 3: investigation and decide where, when, and whether to file charges again.
- 7:34Speaker 1: If he already had this, then why are you announcing
- 7:37Speaker 1: this today. The reason why you're announcing this is because
- 7:40Speaker 1: the Plea deal blew up in your face. Now there's
- 7:43Speaker 1: political pressure that's come out. And not only is there
- 7:45Speaker 1: political pressure that has come out, but there's also something
- 7:48Speaker 1: else that's happened. You have whistle blowers, you have now
- 7:51Speaker 1: bank statements, you have money laundering. Now there is another
- 7:54Speaker 1: possibility here. There is the possibility. I want to be clear, Okay,
- 8:00Speaker 1: I wouldn't say it's a big possibility, but there is
- 8:03Speaker 1: a possibility. There's a possibility that maybe the Democrats are
- 8:10Speaker 1: now saying it's time to get rid of Joe Biden.
- 8:14Speaker 1: And if that is the case, Okay, if that is
- 8:18Speaker 1: the scenario here, if that's the reality of the situation.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Then you got to wonder if now Weiss is going
- 8:28Speaker 1: to actually do his job. I'm not there yet. Okay,
- 8:33Speaker 1: I'm not buying it yet. I don't believe that they're
- 8:36Speaker 1: actually going to do a real investigation. I think they're
- 8:39Speaker 1: still covering for the big guy, and this is their
- 8:42Speaker 1: lastest effort to look like, Okay, there was maybe some
- 8:45Speaker 1: more crimes that were committed, and we're going to really
- 8:47Speaker 1: look into this and that will somehow save him. I
- 8:50Speaker 1: don't believe this is about being honest or transparent, and
- 8:54Speaker 1: I certainly don't believe that David Weiss is a guy
- 8:57Speaker 1: that now really somehow wants to get to the bottom
- 8:59Speaker 1: of this. If he does, it's only because Democrats saying
- 9:01Speaker 1: get rid of them, get rid of Joe Biden. Look,
- 9:04Speaker 1: you did the tough thing during COVID. You paid your
- 9:07Speaker 1: people and pulled your business through the pandemic, and now
- 9:10Speaker 1: doing the tough thing could qualify you for a twenty
- 9:14Speaker 1: six thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Government funds are available to reward companies with two or
- 9:22Speaker 1: more employees who stayed open during COVID. This is not
- 9:27Speaker 1: a loan and you don't have to pay it back. Look,
- 9:30Speaker 1: this program is complicated, but nobody knows more about it
- 9:33Speaker 1: than the CPAs and tax experts at Consumer Tax Advocates.
- 9:37Speaker 1: The best part is you pay nothing upfront. They do
- 9:40Speaker 1: all the work, and then they share a percentage of
- 9:42Speaker 1: cash that you get. Businesses of all types, including nonprofits
- 9:46Speaker 1: and churches can qualify, including those who took PBP loans.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Even if you had increases in sales, you did the
- 9:54Speaker 1: tough thing for your employees during COVID.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Let COVID tax Relief.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Dot org help get you a up to twenty six
- 10:00Speaker 1: thousand dollars per employee. But the COVID tax Relief dot Org,
- 10:04Speaker 1: that's COVID tax Relief dot Org. COVID tax Relief dot Org.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It's either a ruse or this is the Democratic Party
- 10:15Speaker 1: turning on Joe Biden. I still think this is all
- 10:19Speaker 1: for show. I don't believe they're going to get rid
- 10:21Speaker 1: of him yet. And Garland, the way that he's talking
- 10:24Speaker 1: about Weiss and how he has the ability to do
- 10:26Speaker 1: all these things that, by the way, claims he already
- 10:28Speaker 1: had the ability to do, then it's redundant.
- 10:29Speaker 2: That's why I think this is a ruse. I still
- 10:32Speaker 2: don't think they're trying to get rid of Joe Biden.
- 10:33Speaker 1: I just don't the way Garland's speaking, I don't think
- 10:35Speaker 1: he's trying to get rid of the President of the
- 10:37Speaker 1: United States of America.
- 10:38Speaker 3: The Special Council will not be subject to the day
- 10:41Speaker 3: to day supervision of any official of the Department, but
- 10:45Speaker 3: he must comply with the regulations, procedures, and policies of
- 10:49Speaker 3: the Department consistent with the Special Council regulations. At the
- 10:54Speaker 3: conclusion of mister Weiss's work, he will provide me with
- 10:57Speaker 3: a report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by him.
- 11:03Speaker 3: As with each Special Counsel who has served since I
- 11:06Speaker 3: have taken office, I am committed to making as much
- 11:09Speaker 3: of his report public as possible, consistent with legal requirements
- 11:13Speaker 3: and Department policy. Today's announcement affords the prosecutors, agents, and
- 11:20Speaker 3: analysts working on this matter the ability to proceed with
- 11:24Speaker 3: their work expeditiously and to make decisions indisputably guided only
- 11:30Speaker 3: by the facts and the law. The men and women
- 11:34Speaker 3: undertaking this investigation are public servants who have dedicated their
- 11:39Speaker 3: careers to protecting the citizens of this country. The appointment
- 11:44Speaker 3: of mister Weiss reinforces for the American people the Department's
- 11:48Speaker 3: committment to both independence and accountability in particularly sensitive matters.
- 11:56Speaker 3: I am confident that mister Weiss will carry out his
- 11:58Speaker 3: responsibility in an even handed and urgent manner and in
- 12:03Speaker 3: accordance with the highest traditions of this department.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Thank you, all right.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I just don't believe, based on what I just heard, Okay,
- 12:14Speaker 1: I do not believe that there is any chance that
- 12:20Speaker 1: this is real and authentic. I think this is a
- 12:24Speaker 1: total BS move by this administration to try to yet
- 12:28Speaker 1: again cover there you know, whats That's all it is.
- 12:34Speaker 1: This is a protect at all costs, cover your tail
- 12:38Speaker 1: at all costs, act like you're doing something when you're
- 12:41Speaker 1: really not, and then when you come back with the
- 12:44Speaker 1: same exact conclusion that you had before, you look like
- 12:50Speaker 1: you did it with an independent counsel that was there
- 12:53Speaker 1: to do the job. I'm not the only one, by
- 12:55Speaker 1: the way, that believes that this is a total sham.
- 12:58Speaker 2: I think this is a sham.
- 12:59Speaker 1: I think the fact that and it's wise tells you
- 13:01Speaker 1: also that it is a sham. Senator Graham, by the way,
- 13:05Speaker 1: here's what he had to say about this special council
- 13:08Speaker 1: on right up, this broke on Satin Fox.
- 13:11Speaker 4: Let's bring in South Carolina Senator now Lindsey Graham for
- 13:14Speaker 4: more reaction to the breaking news. Sir, I asked Andy
- 13:18Speaker 4: McCarthy a moment ago, going to ask you, now, if
- 13:20Speaker 4: this makes the job presented to you your House colleagues
- 13:25Speaker 4: who are officially investigating hunter Byden easier or more challenging.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Well, I think they're trying to make it harder. But
- 13:32Speaker 5: this was a political decision, not a legal decision. They're
- 13:35Speaker 5: trying to put out a fire, and they just poured
- 13:38Speaker 5: gasoline on it. Nobody in their right mind believes that
- 13:42Speaker 5: making him a special counsel, mister Weiss cleans up the
- 13:46Speaker 5: mess that's been created.
- 13:47Speaker 2: If it weren't for.
- 13:48Speaker 5: The House of Representatives, we wouldn't know any of this
- 13:51Speaker 5: if it weren't for the whistle blower. Now here's what
- 13:53Speaker 5: the whistle blower said. On October seventh, twenty twenty two.
- 13:56Speaker 2: I was in a room.
- 13:57Speaker 5: Where mister Wise told me if FI agent cvirus agents,
- 14:01Speaker 5: the decision to bring charges and where to bring charges,
- 14:05Speaker 5: he was overruled, wasn't his decision?
- 14:08Speaker 2: So in June.
- 14:09Speaker 5: Seventh, he writes a letter of this year to Jim
- 14:12Speaker 5: Jordan saying, I have all the authority I need. I've
- 14:14Speaker 5: been granted. He writes one to me three weeks letter,
- 14:17Speaker 5: I could have all the authority I need. This doesn't
- 14:20Speaker 5: pass the smell test. What they've tried to do is
- 14:23Speaker 5: give Hunter Biden a deal that no other American would get.
- 14:26Speaker 5: The judge asked hard questions the plea agreement blew up.
- 14:30Speaker 2: And to think that the very.
- 14:31Speaker 5: Guy who wrote the plea agreement is seriously going to
- 14:35Speaker 5: continue to investigate the Bidens is laughable.
- 14:38Speaker 2: And he is dead.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Right, by the way, let's just stop there. It is interesting,
- 14:42Speaker 1: and I should have said this earlier. The same guy
- 14:44Speaker 1: who wrote the Hunter Biden plea agreement is the same
- 14:47Speaker 1: guy now they're saying's going to investigate Hunter Biden. And
- 14:51Speaker 1: I apologize. I should have led with that for you.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I should have said that at the very beginning. If
- 14:58Speaker 1: you think that David Weiss is going to to do
- 15:00Speaker 1: this job now because he's a special counsel, no he's not.
- 15:04Speaker 1: He is the one that wrote the plea agreement everyone,
- 15:08Speaker 1: He's the one that gave Hunter Biden the sweetheart deal.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So if Hunter Biden got a sweetheart deal from White's
- 15:15Speaker 1: last time, why would we assume that anything would change
- 15:18Speaker 1: this time. Why would anyone assume that anything would be
- 15:23Speaker 1: a different outcome this time around for Hunter Biden and
- 15:28Speaker 1: Joe Biden and James Biden, the Biden crime family.
- 15:31Speaker 5: The guy that wrote the Plea agreement did it in
- 15:34Speaker 5: a fashion to give Hunter Biden the biggest break maybe
- 15:37Speaker 5: in American legal history. Does anybody in their right mind
- 15:40Speaker 5: trust the Wise Team to continue to fairly and impartially
- 15:45Speaker 5: investigate the Hunter Biden Joe Biden matter.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I don't.
- 15:50Speaker 5: So you've changed the title, but the problem is still
- 15:52Speaker 5: the same.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Really interesting, Senator, I think.
- 15:55Speaker 1: You changed the title, but everything really stays the same.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I think he's right in how he said that. Jonathan
- 16:03Speaker 1: Turley said this about David Weiss as well. Listen carefully,
- 16:08Speaker 1: two questions for you.
- 16:09Speaker 6: You know, we've seen two molds in the Special Council.
- 16:12Speaker 6: You've seen the Jack Smith Special Council, which has been
- 16:14Speaker 6: robust and very public and rather rapid, and then you've
- 16:17Speaker 6: seen the Robert hr One looking into Biden documents, which
- 16:20Speaker 6: has been notably more quiet. You have said, perhaps Robert
- 16:23Speaker 6: Hur's face belongs on a milk carton, because we haven't
- 16:25Speaker 6: heard a lot from him. So in what mold do
- 16:27Speaker 6: you think this David White's Special Council will fall number
- 16:30Speaker 6: one and number two? Does this provide any sort of
- 16:33Speaker 6: impediments for the congressional investigation into Hunter Biden and the
- 16:37Speaker 6: Biden family, Well.
- 16:40Speaker 7: I think that's the concern. The initial concern is whether
- 16:43Speaker 7: Weiss is damaged goods. You usually appoint a special counsel
- 16:49Speaker 7: who will satisfy all sides that this is someone who
- 16:53Speaker 7: doesn't bring any baggage to the question, who can resolve
- 16:56Speaker 7: these issues. These whistleblowers were critical of Weiss. You know,
- 17:01Speaker 7: Weiss has suggested that he always had this authority. The
- 17:04Speaker 7: whistleblower said that he said the exact opposite to staff.
- 17:08Speaker 7: They've suggested he allowed statue of limitations to run. That
- 17:12Speaker 7: has not been the suggestion of the Department of Justice.
- 17:15Speaker 7: So the reappointment of Weiss is going to raise some questions.
- 17:19Speaker 7: As for the Congressional investigations, There's no question that making
- 17:23Speaker 7: him Special counsel will now make it more difficult for
- 17:26Speaker 7: Congress to get answers from him and from this investigation,
- 17:30Speaker 7: it is not likely to deter Congress, however, particularly if
- 17:34Speaker 7: they're shifting towards an impeachment inquiry. And once again it
- 17:38Speaker 7: goes to what is the mandate here? This goes beyond
- 17:42Speaker 7: Hunter Biden. They've already allowed critical crimes to expire. Now,
- 17:47Speaker 7: for Hunter Biden, this is obviously a chilling moment. You know,
- 17:51Speaker 7: his counsel told the prosecutors in open court, quote, just
- 17:56Speaker 7: rip it up now.
- 17:58Speaker 2: I got to tell you.
- 17:58Speaker 7: It's a criminal defense attorney. I ever said that to
- 18:01Speaker 7: a prosecute and open court, my client would be toast.
- 18:04Speaker 7: They would just say, well, that's fine with us. We'll
- 18:08Speaker 7: hit you with everything we've got. So the question is
- 18:10Speaker 7: whether Weiss is going to follow that standard response and say,
- 18:15Speaker 7: all right, let me introduce you to my friend called Farah,
- 18:18Speaker 7: and you'll have an indictment as a foreign agent, and
- 18:22Speaker 7: I'm also going to take a look at some of
- 18:24Speaker 7: these other crimes. That's the cost of ripping up a
- 18:26Speaker 7: deal in open court.
- 18:28Speaker 8: Jonathan, it's Emily So on that note, you know, just
- 18:31Speaker 8: two weeks ago, the Justice Department agreed to allow David
- 18:35Speaker 8: Weiss to testify, and specifically to testify before Congress about
- 18:39Speaker 8: the alleged cover ups.
- 18:40Speaker 2: So does this.
- 18:42Speaker 8: Somehow insulate him from that testimony, or can Congress his
- 18:46Speaker 8: power supersede any type of special counsel inocuation.
- 18:51Speaker 2: It is.
- 18:52Speaker 7: I mean, look, if he appears as a special counsel
- 18:55Speaker 7: in the middle of an investigation, you'll be able to
- 18:58Speaker 7: write his responses on a post hostage stamp. He'll just
- 19:01Speaker 7: keep on saying, good question, We're looking into it. He's
- 19:05Speaker 7: not going to be very forthcoming. What Congress expected is that,
- 19:10Speaker 7: given the essential closure of the tax issues, that he
- 19:15Speaker 7: could respond to these whistleblowers. This insulates Weiss and the
- 19:20Speaker 7: Department of Justice more than it necessarily moves the investigation forward.
- 19:25Speaker 7: It does not appear that Garland expanded the mandate. Instead,
- 19:29Speaker 7: he changed the status of Weiss, and he's going to
- 19:33Speaker 7: be able now to say that there's not going investigation.
- 19:36Speaker 7: I'd love to answer these questions.
- 19:38Speaker 1: But pound sand, But pound sand. You notice that there right,
- 19:42Speaker 1: pound sand, pound sand every day. There are two different
- 19:47Speaker 1: economies that are growing bigger and bigger. One of them
- 19:50Speaker 1: is powered by everyday Americans who are sick and tired
- 19:53Speaker 1: of all the propaganda being jammed into every product that
- 19:56Speaker 1: we're consuming.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Well, big mobile companies are no different.
- 20:00Speaker 1: For years, they've been dumping millions and millions into leftist causes,
- 20:04Speaker 1: including planned parenthood. And you had to have a cell phone,
- 20:07Speaker 1: and that's the reason why you paid that bill, because
- 20:09Speaker 1: you didn't have an alternative.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Well, guess what, Now there's an alternative. Patriot Mobile.
- 20:15Speaker 1: They are America's only Christian conservative wireless provider and they

- 20:44Speaker 1: based customer service team as well, so they make switching easy.

- 21:15Speaker 1: Anny McCarthy on Fox had this to say about the
- 21:19Speaker 1: Special Council and how much of a I think of
- 21:21Speaker 1: a joke.
- 21:22Speaker 2: This really is same question.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Now that we have this Special Council probe ongoing, how
- 21:28Speaker 4: is that going to intersect or impact the separate but
- 21:31Speaker 4: ongoing congressional investigation into Hunter.
- 21:34Speaker 9: Biden Jillian This is a sham. There is no Special
- 21:38Speaker 9: Counsel investigation and there is no Biden investigation the Special
- 21:43Speaker 9: Council regulations. What makes a Special Council special is that
- 21:47Speaker 9: you're a lawyer who's brought in from outside the United
- 21:51Speaker 9: States government, not just outside the Justice Department, outside the government.
- 21:56Speaker 9: This US attorney is being appointed not with standing that
- 22:00Speaker 9: he is an attorney who's a top official in the
- 22:03Speaker 9: Biden Justice Department, and Garland may Clear is going to
- 22:06Speaker 9: remain a top official in the Biden Justice Department. This
- 22:09Speaker 9: is the Biden Justice Department's vehicle for maintaining control of
- 22:14Speaker 9: an investigation that they are not pursuing. They've had the
- 22:18Speaker 9: case for five years, they've never indicted it. They're strategically
- 22:22Speaker 9: allowing the Statute of limitations to run to the point
- 22:25Speaker 9: that the twenty fourteen and twenty fifteen conduct, which covers
- 22:29Speaker 9: most of the twenty one million dollars that the Congressional
- 22:32Speaker 9: Investigation Report showed this week, that's already time barred, and
- 22:36Speaker 9: it's time barred because David Weiss himself decided to let
- 22:40Speaker 9: those charges die rather than bring an indictment. They're not
- 22:44Speaker 9: doing anything that you would do if there was an
- 22:46Speaker 9: actual investigation, And he can't be a special counsel because
- 22:50Speaker 9: he's inside the government, and the point of having a
- 22:53Speaker 9: special counsel is to bring in someone from outside the
- 22:56Speaker 9: government who we can trust to do a credible investigation.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Think about the last part of what he just said there.
- 23:03Speaker 1: They had the case for five years, they've never indicted it.
- 23:08Speaker 1: They were strategically allowing the statute of limitations to run
- 23:11Speaker 1: out to the point that the twenty fourteen and fifteen conduct,
- 23:16Speaker 1: which covers most of the twenty one million that the
- 23:19Speaker 1: Congressional Investigation Report showed this week, that's already time barred
- 23:25Speaker 1: from prosecution, and it's time barred because David Weis himself
- 23:30Speaker 1: decided to let those charges die rather than bring an indictment.
- 23:35Speaker 1: This isn't a special council. This is not a real
- 23:38Speaker 1: special council. This is another part of the cover up.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Is maybe a better way of saying it, right. And
- 23:45Speaker 1: when you start covering up crimes like this and you
- 23:48Speaker 1: try to act like you're really investigating those crimes when
- 23:51Speaker 1: you're really not investigating anything at all, then you can
- 23:53Speaker 1: easily connect the dots that were just described there. So
- 23:56Speaker 1: you've got a guy that gave him the sweetheart deal,
- 23:58Speaker 1: wrote the sweetheart deal, authored the sweetheart deal that they
- 24:01Speaker 1: gave to Hunter Biden. Same guy that knew the statue
- 24:04Speaker 1: of limitations were running out, and he played the clock
- 24:06Speaker 1: that way to protect the Biden family, to protect the
- 24:09Speaker 1: big guy, to protect the vice president now President of
- 24:12Speaker 1: the United States of America.
- 24:13Speaker 2: David Wise did that.
- 24:15Speaker 1: So giving him this special power, right to be a
- 24:19Speaker 1: special prosecutor when you're on the inside. Anny McCarthy the
- 24:23Speaker 1: last point he said there, they're not quote, they are
- 24:27Speaker 1: not doing anything that you would do if you were
- 24:29Speaker 1: an actual investigation. And then he says about David Wise,
- 24:33Speaker 1: he can't be a special counsel because he's inside the government.
- 24:39Speaker 1: And the whole point of having a special counsel is
- 24:41Speaker 1: to bring in someone from outside the government who we
- 24:44Speaker 1: can trust to do a credible investigation. David Wise can't
- 24:49Speaker 1: do that, which is exactly why at the very beginning
- 24:52Speaker 1: I said to you, this is a fraud. Now there's
- 24:57Speaker 1: also media outlets that are trying to play this up.
- 25:00Speaker 1: It's a big deal, right, to make it look like
- 25:02Speaker 1: this is significant when it's really not.
- 25:05Speaker 2: MSNBC coming out saying.
- 25:08Speaker 1: That this was just a bombshell because the White House
- 25:10Speaker 1: said they had absolutely no advance notice. So the DOJ
- 25:13Speaker 1: Hunter Biden announcement Number one, I don't believe them.
- 25:17Speaker 2: I believe the White House knew about this.
- 25:18Speaker 1: And number two, I don't believe they're scared about this
- 25:20Speaker 1: because it's David Weiss, so not a real investigation.
- 25:24Speaker 4: All right, Monica, let's talk about the White House reaction.
- 25:26Speaker 2: I know they've issued.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Has there been a public reaction, and if so, does
- 25:30Speaker 4: it jibe with the private reaction?
- 25:33Speaker 10: It does, Katie, And this is really a White House
- 25:35Speaker 10: that has been consistent with several Department of Justice probes
- 25:38Speaker 10: that we've seen unfold during the course of the president's administration.
- 25:41Speaker 10: Of course, a special council that even was appointed to
- 25:44Speaker 10: look into his own classified documents. Now the fact that
- 25:47Speaker 10: this US attorney has been elevated with this Special Council
- 25:50Speaker 10: status to continue and perhaps broaden that investigation. It was
- 25:54Speaker 10: met inside the White House with the same response, we're
- 25:57Speaker 10: not going to really weigh in on this. We completely
- 25:59Speaker 10: refer you to the Department of Justice and to Hunter
- 26:01Speaker 10: Biden's own personal attorneys for any reaction and response. But
- 26:05Speaker 10: you can look to the president's own real take and
- 26:09Speaker 10: position on this when this did become something. Of course,
- 26:12Speaker 10: it was brought to him when the news of the
- 26:15Speaker 10: plea agreement started earlier this summer, and the President and
- 26:18Speaker 10: the First Lady have said repeatedly, we love our son,
- 26:21Speaker 10: we support him, we stand by him, and they were
- 26:23Speaker 10: going to leave it at that, in fact, saying we're
- 26:25Speaker 10: not going to comment any more on this, and they
- 26:27Speaker 10: were trying to really put that behind them. Really, it
- 26:30Speaker 10: echoes what Chris Clark told you at the time, which
- 26:32Speaker 10: is they thought this meant that this was simply going
- 26:35Speaker 10: to come to a conclusion and they could move on
- 26:38Speaker 10: with their lives and put what they say sometimes is
- 26:40Speaker 10: this painful chapter. Of course, that a president who's also
- 26:43Speaker 10: a father looking at his son who has faced a
- 26:46Speaker 10: lot of difficulty as a drug addict and is in
- 26:49Speaker 10: active recovery. So within the context of all of that,
- 26:51Speaker 10: they've always tried to frame this to a personal family
- 26:54Speaker 10: manner matter that really has now extended to one that
- 26:58Speaker 10: is political that you simply can not ignore when the
- 27:00Speaker 10: President of the United States and his own son are
- 27:03Speaker 10: currently under their own very different Special Council investigations. Of course,
- 27:06Speaker 10: so the White House said they had absolutely no advanced
- 27:09Speaker 10: notice of any of this, which again is consistent with
- 27:11Speaker 10: what we've seen in the past that top senior officials,
- 27:14Speaker 10: including the President, learned about this just like everyone else did,
- 27:18Speaker 10: which was when it became public from Attorney General Merrick
- 27:20Speaker 10: Garland's own statement, Katie. And he is set to depart
- 27:24Speaker 10: here in just a couple of hours for Rehoboth Beach
- 27:27Speaker 10: for the weekend. It's unclear whether he'll want to weigh
- 27:29Speaker 10: in or say anything on this matter. I think again,
- 27:32Speaker 10: the White House privately is saying what they want to
- 27:35Speaker 10: project publicly, which is we're not going to touch this.
- 27:37Speaker 10: But this is a father who sometimes will speak about
- 27:41Speaker 10: his son in the terms and context of that relationship,
- 27:44Speaker 10: and the President has done that in the past and
- 27:46Speaker 10: could do so again today.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Now, look, there's also going to be politics coming out
- 27:50Speaker 1: of this, so I'm going to prepare you for that,
- 27:52Speaker 1: So just get ready. There are guys, for example, like
- 27:54Speaker 1: Mike Pince that are going to say it's about time,
- 27:58Speaker 1: long overdue, we need a special counsel. I agree, but
- 28:02Speaker 1: you got to tell people the honest truth that this
- 28:05Speaker 1: is not an actual special counsel here at all. Mike
- 28:09Speaker 1: Pence in Des Moines, Iowa. He asked he was asked
- 28:12Speaker 1: by a reporter about this new special counsel.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Listen to what he said a moment ago.
- 28:17Speaker 4: Thanks for talking to us again, just wondering what is
- 28:19Speaker 4: your take on the Attorney General appointing a special counsel
- 28:22Speaker 4: in this Hunter Biden investigation.
- 28:24Speaker 11: Well, I think it's about time. Look, the American people
- 28:27Speaker 11: deserve to know what Hunter Biden and the Biden family
- 28:31Speaker 11: were up to, especially when when Joe Biden was Vice
- 28:35Speaker 11: President of the United States.
- 28:37Speaker 1: He should have said, this isn't a real special counsel.
- 28:40Speaker 1: He should have said, this is the guy that gave
- 28:42Speaker 1: him the sweetheart deal. He should have said, this is
- 28:45Speaker 1: the same guy that allowed the statue of limitations to
- 28:47Speaker 1: run out on some of the most heinous crimes committed
- 28:51Speaker 1: by the Bidens, and did it on purpose. He should
- 28:55Speaker 1: have said, this is not a real special council, because
- 28:58Speaker 1: when you don't say that, then people assume that this
- 29:02Speaker 1: is going to be a genuine and authentic investigation, and
- 29:06Speaker 1: it clearly is not. This is nowhere close to that
- 29:11Speaker 1: type of investigation, okay. And this individual has been protecting,
- 29:17Speaker 1: acting almost like a personal lawyer for the Bidens. He's
- 29:20Speaker 1: the one that wrote the sweetheart deal. He's the one
- 29:23Speaker 1: that let the statue of limitations run out. Everyone that
- 29:26Speaker 1: you talk to, everyone that's mentioning this or excited about this,
- 29:29Speaker 1: don't let them be excited. Let them understand what it
- 29:32Speaker 1: really means and what it really is. Let them comprehend
- 29:37Speaker 1: how absurd that this is. That this is total crap.
- 29:42Speaker 1: And then if you want to have a real special counsel, okay,
- 29:45Speaker 1: if you want to have a real investigation, then it
- 29:48Speaker 1: would have to be with someone that is from outside
- 29:51Speaker 1: the government, not from withinside of the cover up. And
- 29:56Speaker 1: I would argue that he is a part of that
- 29:57Speaker 1: cover up, no different than anybody else the Biden crime family.
- 30:01Speaker 1: At this point, there are going to be some that
- 30:03Speaker 1: are mad at me for saying it that way. I'm
- 30:05Speaker 1: cool with it. I think the facts back me up.
- 30:08Speaker 1: I think the facts are abundantly clear here of what's
- 30:11Speaker 1: really happening and what's really going on. And I do
- 30:15Speaker 1: not believe, I do not believe that this is going
- 30:19Speaker 1: to change anything at all. I think it's a fake investigation.
- 30:24Speaker 1: And here's they're out. Oh we investigated, we gave you
- 30:27Speaker 1: a special counsel. They still found nothing, so therefore the
- 30:30Speaker 1: Bidens did nothing wrong. That's where they're going with this.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Make sure you share this with your family and friends.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Please write us a five star review and I'll see
- 30:39Speaker 1: it back here tomorrow
