Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Obamagate! DOJ Strike Force Formed to Probe Obama-Era Intelligence Scandal
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: We're going to start with a big story, and this
- 0:04Speaker 1: involves Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, and her
- 0:08Speaker 1: expose and shocking claims about Barack Obama being involved in
- 0:13Speaker 1: what was nothing more than a coup attempt against the
- 0:16Speaker 1: incoming president at the time, Donald J. Trump in twenty sixteen.
- 0:21Speaker 1: We now know that this is continuing to move forward
- 0:25Speaker 1: and now as involving the Attorney General of the United
- 0:28Speaker 1: States of America, Pam Bondi, is putting together what is
- 0:32Speaker 1: being described to me today in Washington, d C. As
- 0:35Speaker 1: a strike force to investigate Tulsi Gabbard's disclosures on the
- 0:41Speaker 1: Russian collusion hoax that was created out of thin air
- 0:45Speaker 1: and directed for this to be done by the then
- 0:48Speaker 1: sitting President Barack Obama. Now the Attorney General Bondi is
- 0:52Speaker 1: forming what I was described today as a task force,
- 0:56Speaker 1: a task force to investigate disclosures from the Office of
- 1:01Speaker 1: the Director of National Intelligence that raise the allegations quote
- 1:05Speaker 1: the Obama administration manufactured an intelligent assessment in twenty seventeen
- 1:11Speaker 1: promoting the Russian collusion hoax. The Department of Justice announcing
- 1:17Speaker 1: quote the formation of the strikeforce on Wednesday, the strikeforce
- 1:22Speaker 1: will quote assess the evidence that's been publicized by the
- 1:26Speaker 1: Director of National Intelligence and investigate potential next legal steps
- 1:31Speaker 1: which might stem from the dn I Gabbard's disclosures. Now,
- 1:35Speaker 1: I'm also being told that Bondi called the disclosures from
- 1:39Speaker 1: Gabbard's office quote unquote troubling in a new statement that
- 1:43Speaker 1: has been put out, and I'm going to read it
- 1:45Speaker 1: for you. The Department of Justice is proud to work
- 1:48Speaker 1: with my friend Director Gabbert, and we are grateful for
- 1:52Speaker 1: partnership in delivering accountability for the American people. We will
- 1:56Speaker 1: investigate these troubling disclosures full and leave no stone unturned
- 2:02Speaker 1: to deliver justice. Now, as you know, on Friday, the
- 2:06Speaker 1: Office of the Director of National Intelligence released that report
- 2:09Speaker 1: and it said it showed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how
- 2:14Speaker 1: after President Trump won the twenty sixteen election against Hillary Clinton,
- 2:19Speaker 1: President Obama and his national security Cabinet members manufactured and
- 2:23Speaker 1: politicized intelligence delay the groundwork for what was essentially a
- 2:28Speaker 1: year long coup against President Trump. Now, if you miss
- 2:31Speaker 1: this full press conference, we have it for you in
- 2:35Speaker 1: its entirety yesterday in the show. Make sure you go
- 2:38Speaker 1: back and listen to what Director Gabert had to say
- 2:41Speaker 1: at the White House. Now, not only has Gabbert declassified
- 2:45Speaker 1: a significant portion of information for us to see, but
- 2:49Speaker 1: a September twenty twenty House Intelligence Committee Oversight Majority Staff
- 2:53Speaker 1: report has also been declassified. She says, it shows clearly
- 2:58Speaker 1: that the Obama administration manufactured an intelligence assessment to promote
- 3:04Speaker 1: the Russian collusion hoax per the President Donald Trump's directive,
- 3:09Speaker 1: She said, I have declassified a House Oversite Majority staff
- 3:12Speaker 1: report that exposed how the Obama administration not only manufactured
- 3:16Speaker 1: the January twenty seventeen Intelligence Community assessment that they knew
- 3:22Speaker 1: was FOSSE promoting the lie that Vladimir Putin and the
- 3:26Speaker 1: Russian government helped President Trump win the twenty sixteen election.
- 3:29Speaker 1: In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of
- 3:32Speaker 1: the American people, working with their partners in the media
- 3:36Speaker 1: to promote the lie in order to undermine the legitimacy
- 3:39Speaker 1: of President Trump and essentially enacting a year's long coup
- 3:43Speaker 1: against him. Gabbard joined the White House Press Secretary making
- 3:47Speaker 1: this also clear at that briefing, and again you can
- 3:49Speaker 1: go back and listen to it. We also know this
- 3:53Speaker 1: Gabbard is saying that this is new information, it does
- 3:57Speaker 1: implicate form President Barack Obama, and when she was asked
- 4:00Speaker 1: a question about is this criminal behavior, Gabbard said in response,
- 4:05Speaker 1: we have referred and will continue to refer all of
- 4:09Speaker 1: these allegations and all these documents to the Department of
- 4:13Speaker 1: Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of
- 4:17Speaker 1: this quote. Gabbard's also added the evidence that we have
- 4:22Speaker 1: found and that we have released directly point to President
- 4:25Speaker 1: Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are
- 4:29Speaker 1: multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that now confirm exactly that.
- 4:34Speaker 1: So the big takeaway from this is well two points one.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Gabbard is not stopping and continuing to investigate, and now
- 4:43Speaker 1: she is referring the information that she's releasing directly to
- 4:46Speaker 1: Pam Bondi, who is now saying not only yes, we'll
- 4:49Speaker 1: take it, but thank you and forming a quote strike
- 4:53Speaker 1: force to investigate all of the disclosures on the Russian
- 4:57Speaker 1: collusion hoax. It is also very clear that Pam Bondi
- 5:00Speaker 1: is saying this is going to be a top priority
- 5:03Speaker 1: and it's going to be something that she will not
- 5:05Speaker 1: back down from. So this is the big story right
- 5:09Speaker 1: now exposing the Russian hoax. Gabbard hinted that Obama had
- 5:15Speaker 1: been referred to the DOJ several days ago. We now
- 5:18Speaker 1: know that is reality, and Lindsey Graham has also come
- 5:22Speaker 1: out now calling for a special counsel, saying it's probably
- 5:26Speaker 1: something that's likely needed. One thing that is for sure,
- 5:30Speaker 1: accountability is coming for those that decide to try to
- 5:33Speaker 1: overthrow the will of the people. And there are many
- 5:35Speaker 1: in the Obama administration today that I'm sure are extremely
- 5:39Speaker 1: worried about the questions that they may have to answer
- 5:41Speaker 1: in the near future. I got to ask you a question,
- 5:44Speaker 1: are you one of those that's just so tired of
- 5:47Speaker 1: giving your money to radical left woke companies that actually
- 5:50Speaker 1: are fighting against your values every day?
- 5:53Speaker 2: Well, there are certain bills that you pay.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Every month that if you can go with a conservative company,
- 5:59Speaker 1: why not do it? In fact, why not go with
- 6:02Speaker 1: a conservative company that actually takes part of your bill
- 6:04Speaker 1: every month that you're going to pay to somebody and
- 6:07Speaker 1: they give it back to organizations that support your First
- 6:10Speaker 1: and your Second Amendment rights, that support the rights of
- 6:13Speaker 1: unborn children, that stand with our military, are first responders,
- 6:19Speaker 1: and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well, that
- 6:22Speaker 1: bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill. And
- 6:26Speaker 1: I've been telling you for a long time about Patriot Mobile.
- 6:29Speaker 1: But there's no better time to switch than right now.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major
- 6:36Speaker 1: networks in this country, yeah, all three. That means you
- 6:38Speaker 1: get the same great coverage you're used to right now,
- 6:41Speaker 1: but you also make a difference with every call you
- 6:43Speaker 1: make and every text you make. And why would you
- 6:46Speaker 1: want to give your money to Big Mobile? Big Mobile
- 6:48Speaker 1: has been giving big donations to democratic causes, democratic candidates,
- 6:53Speaker 1: and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations that actually
- 6:58Speaker 1: support abortion. That is why I want you to switch
- 7:02Speaker 1: right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and make the switch,
- 7:07Speaker 1: and it's so easy. All you have to do is
- 7:09Speaker 1: simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based team
- 7:13Speaker 1: from the comfort of your home or your office and
- 7:16Speaker 1: they'll have you activated in minutes. And if you're still
- 7:18Speaker 1: locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots Mobile contract
- 7:22Speaker 1: buyout program covers up to five hundred dollars per device.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Keep your same number, keep your phone, or upgrade do
- 7:28Speaker 1: a new one. So back to my point, what are
- 7:31Speaker 1: you waiting for call Patriot Mobile today and make a
- 7:34Speaker 1: difference every single day with every call you make. Patriot
- 7:38Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 7:43Speaker 1: slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And if
- 7:47Speaker 1: you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get a
- 7:49Speaker 1: free month of service on top of that. Patriot Mobile
- 7:52Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. That's
- 7:57Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine Patriot. Take
- 8:01Speaker 1: a listen to exactly what Lindsay Graham had to say
- 8:04Speaker 1: when he was on Jesse Waters Prime Time on Fox
- 8:07Speaker 1: News Channel about this issue.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Lindsey Graham joins Prime Time, all right, Senator, should Barack
- 8:12Speaker 3: Obama go to prison?
- 8:14Speaker 4: Well, that'd be up to a judge and a jury,
- 8:16Speaker 4: not me. It's got to be charged first. But is
- 8:19Speaker 4: there something to look at? Yes, let me tell you why.
- 8:22Speaker 4: I know this topic pretty well. So. The Christopher Steel
- 8:26Speaker 4: dossier that was used to get a warrant against Carter
- 8:31Speaker 4: Page proved to be unreliable and it was used over
- 8:35Speaker 4: and over again. Christopher Still was hired by Hillary Clinton
- 8:40Speaker 4: to suggest in twenty sixteen. They did not try to
- 8:43Speaker 4: start the storyline the Democrats that Trump was tied to
- 8:46Speaker 4: Russia in a nefarious way. Is reinventing history after the election,
- 8:51Speaker 4: before President Trump gets sworn in. In twenty seventeen, we
- 8:55Speaker 4: now know that Obama met with his intel community who
- 8:58Speaker 4: said there's no evidence Russian interference, and he said, I
- 9:02Speaker 4: don't like that result in the intelligence community change their assessment.
- 9:07Speaker 4: I want to know why and how that happened.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Does that rise to the level of treason?
- 9:13Speaker 4: Treason is a specific crime in our constitution. I'm not
- 9:17Speaker 4: here to try Obama. I'm here to say that to
- 9:19Speaker 4: ask questions about this is very much appropriate. What they
- 9:24Speaker 4: did to Carter Page was outrageous. The Mueller investigation was
- 9:28Speaker 4: one of the saddest chapters in American history, where Muller
- 9:33Speaker 4: tried to create a storyline that President Trump was actually
- 9:38Speaker 4: working with the Russians. The people that were working with
- 9:40Speaker 4: Russians were Christopher Still getting a Russian sub source using
- 9:46Speaker 4: that information to get a warrant against American citizen and
- 9:49Speaker 4: it was all bs. So why did Obama say, I
- 9:54Speaker 4: don't like this assessment, you need to go look at
- 9:57Speaker 4: it again and why did it change? And you know,
- 10:00Speaker 4: in the liberal world, you can't ask these questions. You're
- 10:03Speaker 4: a joke, You're a clown. If you try to ask
- 10:07Speaker 4: questions about abuse of power on their watch, well, we're
- 10:10Speaker 4: not going to be deterred. Mike Johnson's right into the
- 10:13Speaker 4: United States Senator and Republicans Hence we should look at
- 10:16Speaker 4: this too.
- 10:17Speaker 3: So if you're paying a foreign national to collude with
- 10:22Speaker 3: a Russian national and then use that fake intelligence to
- 10:26Speaker 3: illegally spy on a presidential campaign, and then manipulate intelligence
- 10:33Speaker 3: to accuse this incoming president of being a Russian asset,
- 10:38Speaker 3: sabotage his campaign, corrupt the peaceful transition of power?
- 10:45Speaker 5: Is that treason US?
- 10:48Speaker 4: I think that's factual. And you know whether or not
- 10:51Speaker 4: that's treats US will be up to a.
- 10:53Speaker 6: Court of law.
- 10:54Speaker 5: Do you think that's treason, Senator?
- 10:57Speaker 4: I think I think it sucks.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Let me also let you hear the second part of
- 11:03Speaker 1: what Lindsey Graham had to say in this interview about
- 11:06Speaker 1: the Russia collusion and saying, look, I am open number
- 11:10Speaker 1: one of the possibility of a special counsel to investigate
- 11:13Speaker 1: the Obama administration's involvement in promoting the twenty seventeen narrative
- 11:17Speaker 1: that the twenty sixteen Trump presidential campaign colluded with the
- 11:20Speaker 1: Russian government to win that year's presidential election. He was
- 11:23Speaker 1: asked that question to sar do you believe there should
- 11:25Speaker 1: be a special counsel appointed to look into Obamagate? And
- 11:29Speaker 1: Graham said, I believe we're getting close. And let me
- 11:31Speaker 1: tell you why. Jeff Sessions recused himself because of his
- 11:35Speaker 1: ties to the campaign. He appointed Muller, and the rest
- 11:38Speaker 1: is history. The investigation was right to its core the FBI.
- 11:42Speaker 1: You had a lawyer from the FBI get charged with
- 11:45Speaker 1: a crime of manipulating evidence to the court to get
- 11:49Speaker 1: a warrant.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Now, how did all that happen?
- 11:52Speaker 1: I think the president for what was laid before the
- 11:54Speaker 1: Moller investigation began, and then he said, look all of
- 11:57Speaker 1: these nefarious characters that help with the more investigation, where
- 12:01Speaker 1: the same people Obama was talking to before Trump.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Came into office.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Yes, I think this is something we need to wind
- 12:09Speaker 1: up having to do. Quote yes, I think this is
- 12:12Speaker 1: something we may have to wind up having to do
- 12:15Speaker 1: because there is some there there. These new documents are
- 12:19Speaker 1: really important and to me, it's stunning now. He was
- 12:23Speaker 1: also asked some other questions about the logistics moving forward
- 12:26Speaker 1: with Jesse on Fox Take a listen.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I think they manipulated the whole Russian storyline to
- 12:33Speaker 4: beat Trump. I think that Christopher still used a product
- 12:38Speaker 4: that was known to the FBI to be untrustworthy, and
- 12:43Speaker 4: they kept using it all the time. The Horwitz investigation,
- 12:48Speaker 4: the ig who I had look at the Moller investigation
- 12:51Speaker 4: said they ran every stop sign on the road. Now
- 12:53Speaker 4: I wanted to do that. They were out to get Trump.
- 12:56Speaker 4: They were out to try to keep him from winning,
- 12:58Speaker 4: and once he won, trying to tear the guy down
- 13:01Speaker 4: based on a bunch of bs. We're not gonna quit
- 13:04Speaker 4: looking at it. We should look at it. And this
- 13:06Speaker 4: new information is very important because now we know that
- 13:10Speaker 4: before Trump got sworn in, Obama didn't like the storyline
- 13:15Speaker 4: that was being reported to him. There's no Russian effort,
- 13:18Speaker 4: credible effort to change the election. He said, look at
- 13:21Speaker 4: that again, and all of a sudden, the storyline changes.
- 13:25Speaker 4: I want to find out how that happened and why
- 13:27Speaker 4: that happened. And Mike Johnson's right, we're gonna keep looking.
- 13:31Speaker 4: We're not two Republicans, don't be deterred here. Keep looking.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Do you believe there should be a special counsel appointed
- 13:38Speaker 3: to look into Obamagate.
- 13:40Speaker 4: I believe we're getting close. And let me tell you
- 13:42Speaker 4: why Jeff Session recused himself because of his ties to
- 13:46Speaker 4: the campaign. He appointed Muller and the rest is history.
- 13:50Speaker 4: That investigation was right into its core the FBI. You
- 13:54Speaker 4: had a lawyer for the FBI get charged with the
- 13:57Speaker 4: crime of manipulating evidence to the core to get a warrant. Now,
- 14:01Speaker 4: how did all that happen? I think the predicate for
- 14:03Speaker 4: that was laid before the Moller investigation began. All these
- 14:07Speaker 4: nefarious characters that helped with the Moller investigation were the
- 14:11Speaker 4: same people Obama was talking to before Trump came into office. Yeah,
- 14:16Speaker 4: I think this is something we may wind up having
- 14:18Speaker 4: to do because there is some there there. These new
- 14:21Speaker 4: documents really are important and to me stunning.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Now, if you show these documents to a DC grand jury,
- 14:29Speaker 3: and we know all about DC grand jury's, what do
- 14:32Speaker 3: you think the chances are of an indictment coming for
- 14:37Speaker 3: Brennan Comy, Barack Obama or any of these guys.
- 14:40Speaker 4: Probably like me being an NBA. But the point is
- 14:46Speaker 4: it's not what the grand jury will do is should
- 14:48Speaker 4: you pursue it? And so here's what I would say, yes,
- 14:51Speaker 4: please do pursue it. Because the documents that Gabertt released
- 14:56Speaker 4: showed that President Trump excuse me, Obama basically ordered his
- 15:01Speaker 4: people to go look again and get a different result.
- 15:04Speaker 4: And this begins to explain how crooked the Muller investigation
- 15:08Speaker 4: was because the same people that he was talking to
- 15:11Speaker 4: to do another intelligent and assessment are the same people
- 15:15Speaker 4: that cooked up the warrant stuff, you know, the Clinton campaign.
- 15:20Speaker 4: So you know, we need to look at this. This
- 15:22Speaker 4: is a big deal.
- 15:22Speaker 5: It's a nasty web. I hope we stay on it.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Now, there's also Senator Kennedy.
- 15:27Speaker 1: He went on Cudlow's show on Fox and really ripped
- 15:30Speaker 1: into the FBI and also James Comy. And the reason
- 15:34Speaker 1: why I want you to hear this is because what
- 15:36Speaker 1: we're now witnessing is Congress is on board to investigate
- 15:42Speaker 1: the Obama corruption those that were around it. James Comy,
- 15:47Speaker 1: the CIA Director of the list is moving forward and
- 15:50Speaker 1: this is moving towards criminal referrals. This isn't political, this
- 15:54Speaker 1: is criminal. Take a listen to what Senator Kennedy had
- 15:58Speaker 1: to say about this as well.
- 16:00Speaker 6: James, call me Brennan, Clapper, those are nasty, mean people.
- 16:09Speaker 6: Uh Russia, Russia did try to meddle in our election.
- 16:14Speaker 6: Other countries did too, but call me clapper. Brennan started
- 16:20Speaker 6: this rumor that that President Trump actually colluded with Russia
- 16:26Speaker 6: to medal in the election. And they, of course, they
- 16:28Speaker 6: had the media on their side, and they were uh
- 16:32Speaker 6: spreading it. It was spreading like wildfire. And then all
- 16:34Speaker 6: of a sudden, oopsie friggin Daisy, the mule of report
- 16:38Speaker 6: came out which proved they were all lying. That that
- 16:41Speaker 6: part I am certain of. But the new developments, I
- 16:44Speaker 6: just got to look at them. You know, the Justice
- 16:46Speaker 6: Department will get to the bottom of it.
- 16:48Speaker 5: Well, it's just see.
- 16:49Speaker 6: But but the cast of characters were dealing with call
- 16:54Speaker 6: me clapper, Brennan, uh as I think I was saying, yes,
- 17:00Speaker 6: I don't know if you heard me or not. But
- 17:02Speaker 6: Jesus loves them, I'm sure, but everybody else thinks they're
- 17:05Speaker 6: an idiot.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Jesus loves them, I'm sure, but everybody else thinks they're
- 17:10Speaker 1: an idiot. You gotta love it when you have this
- 17:13Speaker 1: many people now piling in not just the corruption of
- 17:16Speaker 1: Barack Obama, but also wanting to hold accountable James Comey,
- 17:20Speaker 1: Clapper and Brennan. And it's one thing the American voters
- 17:24Speaker 1: clearly voted for. Now there's also others that were involved
- 17:28Speaker 1: in the attacks from the Obama administration that are sounding
- 17:32Speaker 1: off and some that investigated and were stonewalled. Representative Jim Jordan,
- 17:38Speaker 1: Republican from Ohio weighing in on the Director of National
- 17:41Speaker 1: Intelligence tulsty Gabberg's decision to send a criminal referral of
- 17:43Speaker 1: the Department of Justice. And Mark Meadows, you may remember
- 17:46Speaker 1: he was a former chief of staff for Donald Trump
- 17:50Speaker 1: in his first term as president. Both of them went
- 17:54Speaker 1: on Hannity and here's what they had.
- 17:56Speaker 7: To say the latest former White House Chief of Staff
- 18:00Speaker 7: Mark Meadows and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan. This
- 18:06Speaker 7: means a lot to all three of us. I probably
- 18:09Speaker 7: annoyed the two of you more than any two people
- 18:12Speaker 7: on earth for three long years trying to get information
- 18:17Speaker 7: about the truth on that story. It turns out are
- 18:20Speaker 7: ensemble cast. And I won't mention everybody, but John Solomon
- 18:24Speaker 7: and Greg Jarrett and Sarah Carter and others.
- 18:28Speaker 2: We all got it right.
- 18:29Speaker 7: There were a very small number of people that wanted
- 18:33Speaker 7: to get it right. You two were leading the effort.
- 18:36Speaker 7: Here we are, Mark Meadows. What does this mean?
- 18:40Speaker 5: Well, I think it's a big day.
- 18:41Speaker 8: But I think the other thing is is that there's
- 18:44Speaker 8: going to be all kinds of post mortems to suggest, well,
- 18:48Speaker 8: what we knew back then and what you were willing
- 18:51Speaker 8: to cover.
- 18:51Speaker 5: Sean actually wasn't the case.
- 18:54Speaker 8: And so what we're going to do?
- 18:55Speaker 5: What do we know?
- 18:56Speaker 8: We know that that candidate Donald Trump and candidate Hillary
- 19:00Speaker 8: Clinton were treated differently. We also know that Clapper, Brennan
- 19:05Speaker 8: and Comy met outside the workplace. We know that according
- 19:09Speaker 8: to text messages, and we also know that in August
- 19:14Speaker 8: of twenty sixteen they were actually meeting at the White House.
- 19:18Speaker 8: And so does this come as a surprise to Jim,
- 19:21Speaker 8: you or me, No, not at all. But here's what
- 19:24Speaker 8: should should be told tonight is they need to go
- 19:29Speaker 8: after all the people that they shared in the legacy
- 19:33Speaker 8: media that covered this up, including Adam shiff.
- 19:37Speaker 7: That's a great point, Jim, Jordan will go to you
- 19:39Speaker 7: to me. This grand conspiracy investigation that Cash Pattel has
- 19:44Speaker 7: now opened a number of weeks ago I think a
- 19:48Speaker 7: lot of this is going to come down to whether
- 19:49Speaker 7: or not what we refer to as the deep state,
- 19:53Speaker 7: and there is one.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Well, ay, quick break, We're going to come back. Talk
- 19:57Speaker 1: also about what Jim Jordan had to say. Who invests
- 20:00Speaker 1: set all this. He was stonewalled by Washington on it
- 20:02Speaker 1: as well, including the FBI director, CIA director, and the
- 20:06Speaker 1: Director of National Intelligence back in the day. Let me
- 20:09Speaker 1: now go to this audio from Representative Jim Jordan, and
- 20:13Speaker 1: you got to remember Jim Jordan was doing this investigation
- 20:17Speaker 1: and he was stonewalled with a deep state everywhere he went.
- 20:20Speaker 1: He was lied to, I believe, and many of them
- 20:24Speaker 1: just refused to cooperate because Joe Biden was in office
- 20:27Speaker 1: and protecting them when much of this investigation was going on.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Now, Jim Jordan can.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Do his job and he has a lot of questions
- 20:36Speaker 1: that he's asking about a lot of players now that
- 20:38Speaker 1: were involved back in the day that were lying to
- 20:41Speaker 1: the American people and also selling a story to undermine
- 20:46Speaker 1: the president to get rid of the president, a coup attempt,
- 20:49Speaker 1: as it's been described, in their positions of government power
- 20:52Speaker 1: because they didn't like what the American people chose, which
- 20:54Speaker 1: was Donald Trump to be their president in twenty sixteen.
- 20:57Speaker 1: So what does Jim Jordan have to say about this, Well,
- 20:59Speaker 1: here's what he had to say Atahninity as well.
- 21:01Speaker 7: And whether or not they were people within our government
- 21:04Speaker 7: knowingly lying to the American people, spreading propaganda for the
- 21:10Speaker 7: purposes of tipping an election to one side over the other.
- 21:13Speaker 7: You can say, for example, the Russia hoax would be
- 21:15Speaker 7: one example for twenty sixteen, but also the double standard
- 21:19Speaker 7: with top secret classified information with Hillary or of course
- 21:24Speaker 7: the Russian disinformation dossia that Hillary Clinton paid for. Then
- 21:27Speaker 7: you go to twenty twenty the laptop from Hell fifty
- 21:31Speaker 7: one former Intel agents that knew nothing about that laptop. Boy,
- 21:35Speaker 7: they all sounded like experts, looks like Russian interference.
- 21:38Speaker 5: None of them looked at it.
- 21:40Speaker 2: And then you could take it to lawfair.
- 21:42Speaker 7: In twenty twenty four, they went after Donald Trump with
- 21:46Speaker 7: a vengeance so they could call him a convict, mugshot him.
- 21:50Speaker 7: They wanted to put him in jail. They never thought
- 21:52Speaker 7: he would be able to beat the system. But this
- 21:55Speaker 7: is a ten year period of time that we're talking
- 21:57Speaker 7: about here.
- 21:59Speaker 9: Right, all started back in twenty sixteen, and it wasn't
- 22:02Speaker 9: just a keeping from winning the election in twenty sixteen.
- 22:04Speaker 9: It was to undermine his presidency after he had already won.
- 22:08Speaker 9: I want you to think of three dates in the
- 22:10Speaker 9: intern between election day and inauguration day back in twenty sixteen,
- 22:14Speaker 9: twenty seventeen. December ninth, Obama calls a meeting in the
- 22:17Speaker 9: White House. All the intelligence communities there, plus the Justice Department.
- 22:21Speaker 9: You got Lynch, you got Comy, you got Clapper, you
- 22:23Speaker 9: got Brendan, They're all there. Obama says, we're not going
- 22:26Speaker 9: to go with the intelligence community assessment. We're going to
- 22:29Speaker 9: put that on hold, and they put together a new one.
- 22:31Speaker 9: Three and a half weeks later, January third, Chuck Schumer's
- 22:35Speaker 9: on one of the Sunday shows and he says, if
- 22:38Speaker 9: you mess with the intelligence community going talking to President
- 22:41Speaker 9: elect Donald Trump, if you mess with the intelligence community,
- 22:44Speaker 9: they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.
- 22:47Speaker 9: Three days later, Sean, Three days later, January sixth, at
- 22:50Speaker 9: Trump Tower, the Intelligence Community, Comy, Brendan Clapper go up
- 22:54Speaker 9: there to give President Trump what he believes is the
- 22:57Speaker 9: defensive briefing all incoming president's get. So he's expecting just
- 23:01Speaker 9: the normal briefing. Instead, it's a setup. They go up
- 23:04Speaker 9: there and brief him, and then they tell him about
- 23:06Speaker 9: the dossier, the dossier that they already know is false,
- 23:10Speaker 9: and then it gets leaked to the press and thereby
- 23:13Speaker 9: giving it credibility.
- 23:14Speaker 5: When the press reports that.
- 23:16Speaker 9: Jim Comey, FBI director brief Donald Trump on the Russian dossier.
- 23:21Speaker 9: It was all garbage, but it was all designed to undermine.
- 23:25Speaker 9: This is where it began. The whole weaponization the government
- 23:27Speaker 9: began here. And to your first point, Sean, you're right.
- 23:30Speaker 9: We had figured this out several years ago, and we're
- 23:33Speaker 9: covering this and the only thing we had wrong was
- 23:36Speaker 9: it was worse than we thought. That's the only thing
- 23:38Speaker 9: we get wrong when we dig into these investigations.
- 23:40Speaker 5: It's always worse than we thought.
- 23:43Speaker 7: Okay, Now, there was that final moment they had this meeting.
- 23:46Speaker 7: I believe it was January fifth, and in just the
- 23:50Speaker 7: final minutes of Obama's presidency, Susan Rice that infamous memo
- 23:57Speaker 7: by the book O Barack Obama said, by the book,
- 24:00Speaker 7: James Cally said, buy the book. Why would you write
- 24:04Speaker 7: that week's after a meeting, only you know, two minutes
- 24:06Speaker 7: before Donald Trump's inaugurated.
- 24:08Speaker 8: Mark Meadows, Well, you would do it to try to
- 24:11Speaker 8: change the narrative. And Jim was exactly right. They had
- 24:14Speaker 8: spent the preceding days actually leaking to the press so
- 24:18Speaker 8: that the press could write a story to actually create suspicion,
- 24:23Speaker 8: and in doing so, they created the very story that
- 24:27Speaker 8: supposedly they were giving a defensive briefing to the president
- 24:30Speaker 8: about Listen, they knew it would last. They're the best
- 24:33Speaker 8: leakers in Washington, d c. And then when they leak,
- 24:37Speaker 8: they investigate their own leaks, and so this is what
- 24:40Speaker 8: has got to stop, and hopefully it will.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Jim Well.
- 24:45Speaker 9: Good Well, I was just gonna say, by the book
- 24:47Speaker 9: was just the cya.
- 24:49Speaker 5: That's all they were doing. Everyone understands that.
- 24:51Speaker 9: But this is what they did was a template because
- 24:55Speaker 9: three weeks after they'd go up and try to set
- 24:57Speaker 9: up President Trump. On January sixth, twenty seventeen, three weeks later,
- 25:01Speaker 9: they were successful with General Flynn.
- 25:04Speaker 5: They go in and set him up.
- 25:05Speaker 9: Remember, call me testified later or excuse me, spoke later
- 25:08Speaker 9: at a Big fourum.
- 25:09Speaker 5: He said, yeah, we knew it was a new administration.
- 25:11Speaker 9: We should have called the White House Council, but we
- 25:13Speaker 9: thought we could get away with it. They set up
- 25:16Speaker 9: Michael Flynn and took him out same playbook. That is
- 25:19Speaker 9: why what Tulsey did referring this to the Justice Department,
- 25:22Speaker 9: God bless her and God blessed just for it. They
- 25:24Speaker 9: should look into this as a conspiracy for what it is.
- 25:26Speaker 9: Thank goodness, Tasha said the same thing. This has to
- 25:29Speaker 9: happen because this is where it all began.
- 25:32Speaker 2: This is where it all began.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Jim Jordan's saying, the circumstances regarding the Russian inclusion hoax
- 25:38Speaker 1: are quote worse than we thought. And this is coming
- 25:42Speaker 1: from the guy who I've had on this show talking
- 25:45Speaker 1: about all of this. You look at the dates and
- 25:48Speaker 1: then you re goo back to General Flynn, and you
- 25:51Speaker 1: look at how they were trying to do this, and
- 25:53Speaker 1: you look at the conspiracy theory. It was orchestrated. I'm
- 25:57Speaker 1: going to say that word again. It was orchestrated. It
- 26:03Speaker 1: was orchestrated. Now, let me also say one other thing
- 26:07Speaker 1: about this. There's a lot of what I just told
- 26:09Speaker 1: you and when I just played for you, like no
- 26:11Speaker 1: one else is covering in the mainstream media because they're
- 26:14Speaker 1: obsessed with Epstein right now and trying to somehow tie
- 26:18Speaker 1: Epstein to Donald Trump and that he's not being transparent
- 26:22Speaker 1: or open. Let me give you a quick update on
- 26:24Speaker 1: that so you understand where the ball is moving as
- 26:27Speaker 1: I'm here in Washington, d C.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Couple things to know.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Number One, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer subpoenaed Maxwell,
- 26:37Speaker 1: who's the former assistant to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein,
- 26:41Speaker 1: for it now a deposition. So if you think Republicans
- 26:44Speaker 1: aren't working on this, well that's the lie. The media
- 26:47Speaker 1: is wanting you to hear. Maxwell's deposition, we are being
- 26:50Speaker 1: told will take place at the Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee
- 26:55Speaker 1: on August the eleventh. According to the press release from
- 26:59Speaker 1: the Committing on Oversight and Government Reform. The subpoena for
- 27:03Speaker 1: Maxwell comes after sources say that Maxwell was willing to
- 27:07Speaker 1: speak in front of Congress. One source explained that Maxwell
- 27:11Speaker 1: quote was never offered any kind of plea deal and
- 27:15Speaker 1: that she would be more than happy to sit before
- 27:17Speaker 1: Congress now. Maxwell, who's convicted in December of twenty twenty
- 27:21Speaker 1: one of sex trafficking miners transporting a minor with the
- 27:26Speaker 1: intent to engage in criminal sexual activity along with three
- 27:30Speaker 1: counts of conspiracy, with sentence to serve twenty years in prison. Quote,
- 27:34Speaker 1: The facts and circumstances surrounding both your and mister Epstein's
- 27:38Speaker 1: cases have received immense public interest in scrutiny, Comber writes.
- 27:43Speaker 2: At the outset of the one hundred nineteenth Congress.
- 27:46Speaker 1: On February eleventh, twenty twenty five, the Committee and the
- 27:49Speaker 1: Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets sent a
- 27:53Speaker 1: letter to the US Department of Justice requesting a briefing
- 27:56Speaker 1: regarding documents in the Department's possession guarding the investigation into
- 28:01Speaker 1: in the prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. On May eighth, the
- 28:05Speaker 1: Task Force in another letter to the Department requesting the
- 28:08Speaker 1: public release of the entirety of the Epstein files and
- 28:11Speaker 1: a brief in regarding the release of these files.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Now.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Maxwell's family has also issued a statement claiming that she
- 28:19Speaker 1: did not receive a fair trial and that her family
- 28:23Speaker 1: could file a right of habeas corpus that would be
- 28:26Speaker 1: a challenge to the legality of her Quote imprisonment. According
- 28:31Speaker 1: to Fox News, Maxwell's family Quote could take another legal
- 28:34Speaker 1: step in the search for her freedom, filing a habeas
- 28:38Speaker 1: corpus in the Southern District of New York, which would
- 28:40Speaker 1: be a challenge to the legality of the imprisonment if necessary.
- 28:44Speaker 1: In due course, they will also file a right of
- 28:47Speaker 1: habeas corpus in the US District Court. The statement for
- 28:50Speaker 1: the family says this allows her to challenge her imprisonment
- 28:53Speaker 1: on the basis of new evidence, such as government misconduct
- 28:56Speaker 1: that would have likely changed the trial's outcome. Out The
- 29:01Speaker 1: subpoena Maxwell also is coming after Representative Tim Burchett, He's
- 29:04Speaker 1: a Republican from Tennessee, issued a motion directing the House
- 29:08Speaker 1: Oversight Committee to issue a subpoena compelling Maxwell to appear
- 29:11Speaker 1: for the deposition. During House Oversight Subcommittee hearing on Wednesday,
- 29:16Speaker 1: another motion was proposed to subpoena former President Bill Clinton
- 29:20Speaker 1: and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as well as
- 29:22Speaker 1: former Attorney General Eric Holder and the former Federal Bureau
- 29:26Speaker 1: of Investigations Director Comby, among others. According to The Washington Examiner. Now,
- 29:31Speaker 1: the subcommittee vote in favor of the motion, which Representative
- 29:35Speaker 1: Scott Perry, Republican from Pennsylvania introduced.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Now.
- 29:38Speaker 1: It's also been reported by Breitbart that despite President Donald
- 29:42Speaker 1: Trump calling for all pertinent grand jury testimony relating the
- 29:46Speaker 1: EPSOM case to be released. The US District Court Judge
- 29:49Speaker 1: for the Southern District of Florida, Robin Rosenberg, denied the
- 29:53Speaker 1: Trump administration's request to unsealed transcripts from Florida's grand jury
- 29:58Speaker 1: proceedings regarding the investigation into Epstein. So this is not
- 30:03Speaker 1: Donald Trump that is stopping this information from moving forward.
- 30:08Speaker 1: That is something everyone needs to understand.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Don't forget.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Share this podcast wherever you can with your family and
- 30:14Speaker 1: your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
