- 0:00Speaker 1: Election Day is finally here, and this may be one
- 0:03Speaker 1: of the most important shows that I do over the
- 0:07Speaker 1: last two years, because it's finally coming down to people
- 0:10Speaker 1: going in to the voting booth and deciding what they're
- 0:14Speaker 1: going to be in favor of and what they're going
- 0:16Speaker 1: to go against. Now, there has been a very simple
- 0:22Speaker 1: moment in this election for me that every American needs
- 0:25Speaker 1: to think about when they go into the election booth,
- 0:29Speaker 1: and that is this, are you better off now than
- 0:32Speaker 1: you were two years ago? The President of the United
- 0:36Speaker 1: States of America wants you to believe that, in fact,
- 0:39Speaker 1: things are better now than they were two years ago.
- 0:43Speaker 1: He wants you to believe that gas prices were five
- 0:46Speaker 1: dollars a gallon when he became the president, and he
- 0:51Speaker 1: has lowered gas prices. Those are his actual words all
- 0:53Speaker 1: weekend long. His closing argument to American people as we're
- 0:57Speaker 1: not headed towards the recession, even though we clearly are.
- 1:01Speaker 1: And the other part of his closing argument is this
- 1:04Speaker 1: that those extremists on the right, those MAGA extremists, are
- 1:09Speaker 1: the real problem in this country. Before we get to that,
- 1:13Speaker 1: I want to tell everybody about our amazing sponsor Patriot
- 1:16Speaker 1: Mobile if you've got a cell phone, you need to
- 1:19Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile because they are America's only Christian
- 1:23Speaker 1: conservative mobile phone provider, and they use the same towers
- 1:27Speaker 1: that you're using right now. Why do you want to
- 1:30Speaker 1: switch Because they are a force for conservative values. They
- 1:34Speaker 1: take a portion of your bill every month at no
- 1:37Speaker 1: extra cost to you, and they use that money to
- 1:40Speaker 1: fund conservative causes, to back conservative candidates who believe in
- 1:45Speaker 1: the sanctity of life, freedom of speech, the Second Amendment,
- 1:49Speaker 1: and they are winning big time. Patriot Mobile will save
- 1:53Speaker 1: you money as well over what you're spending right now.

- 1:59Speaker 1: family and even your businesses. And they offer the same
- 2:03Speaker 1: exact nationwide coverage as the major carriers. If you're using

- 2:14Speaker 1: conservative values. Go to Patriotmobile dot com, slash ferguson, Patriot

- 2:33Speaker 1: special discounts. Free activation. Patriotmobile dot Com slash Ferguson or
- 2:38Speaker 1: nine seven two patriot. What is a MAGA extremists. Let's
- 2:43Speaker 1: just talk about what that actually means. A MAGA extremist
- 2:48Speaker 1: is someone that believes in secure borders. So if you
- 2:50Speaker 1: believe in secure borders, congratulations, you are now a magat extremists.
- 2:55Speaker 1: If you believe in fair elections, apparently that now means
- 2:58Speaker 1: you are AGA extremists. If you believe in energy independence,
- 3:05Speaker 1: what does that mean? Let me break it down even more.
- 3:08Speaker 1: That means that you are in favor of making sure
- 3:10Speaker 1: that foreign countries, dictators and tyrants don't get to control
- 3:15Speaker 1: our gas prices in this country. That's what it means.
- 3:19Speaker 1: It's actually that simple. A MAGA extremist also means that
- 3:24Speaker 1: you are apparently wanting to be tough on crime. Crime
- 3:28Speaker 1: is one of the top issues for American voters. And
- 3:31Speaker 1: there is two different opinions right now on how you
- 3:34Speaker 1: deal with crime in this country. Number one is that
- 3:38Speaker 1: you don't deal with it at all. In fact, you
- 3:40Speaker 1: tell people that crime and the stats around crime and
- 3:43Speaker 1: putting people in jail and in prison having bail for
- 3:46Speaker 1: criminals is somehow racist, and you stick with that no
- 3:49Speaker 1: matter what. That's the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party is
- 3:52Speaker 1: in favor of defunding the police and attacking and demonizing
- 3:56Speaker 1: the police, implying that they're the worst people in the world.
- 3:59Speaker 1: The Democrats are the ones that are, let's also just
- 4:02Speaker 1: be very honest, the ones running the most dangerous cities
- 4:06Speaker 1: in America. So if you want more of that than
- 4:08Speaker 1: you should vote for the Democratic candidates on the ballot. Now,
- 4:12Speaker 1: if you want to be tough on crime and you
- 4:13Speaker 1: don't like what we're dealing with right now, and you
- 4:16Speaker 1: don't like how in safe the world has become in
- 4:19Speaker 1: this country, then you might want to make a change
- 4:22Speaker 1: to the Republican Party. Let's talk about parenting for a second.
- 4:27Speaker 1: This has also become a top issue in this election,
- 4:30Speaker 1: and there are two mindsets. There is the liberal mindset
- 4:34Speaker 1: that children are actually the property of the state, and
- 4:38Speaker 1: the states should decide how your children are educated and
- 4:40Speaker 1: really how they are raised. And then there's the other mindset,
- 4:44Speaker 1: which is the conservative mindset, which is obviously very different.
- 4:48Speaker 1: The conservative mind says that the parents should decide when
- 4:51Speaker 1: and where and how to talk to your kids about
- 4:53Speaker 1: sex and about other major issues like that. The Democratic
- 4:58Speaker 1: Party says no. In fact, Democratic Party wants to state
- 5:01Speaker 1: to be able to step in and decide that if
- 5:03Speaker 1: you're a little child decides they want to be a
- 5:05Speaker 1: chick or they want to be a dude, the opposite
- 5:08Speaker 1: sex of what they were born. They want to actually
- 5:10Speaker 1: have mutilation of your children's genitals at any age they
- 5:15Speaker 1: decide is appropriate. If you want to stop that insanity,
- 5:19Speaker 1: then you should vote for a Republican for House, Senate, governor, etc.
- 5:26Speaker 1: There's another issue, and that comes down to gun control.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Democrats have been very clear for quite some time. They
- 5:32Speaker 1: do not believe that the American people have the right
- 5:34Speaker 1: or should have the right to protect and defend themselves.
- 5:38Speaker 1: They believe that you shouldn't have guns, and that you
- 5:40Speaker 1: should be totally dependent on them and they should be
- 5:42Speaker 1: in charge of every part of your life. And then
- 5:44Speaker 1: you also won't be able to stand up to them
- 5:46Speaker 1: one day when they start changing things drastically. Welcome again
- 5:50Speaker 1: to the Democratic Party. Now, if that's what you want,
- 5:53Speaker 1: you need to vote for the Democrats. But then there's
- 5:55Speaker 1: also another basic issue, and that's just the basic issue
- 5:58Speaker 1: of survival in this country right now. CNN put it
- 6:03Speaker 1: this way, This is not again Fox News Channel, this
- 6:07Speaker 1: is CNN and the Biden economy, and if you want
- 6:10Speaker 1: to know why you should vote against every Democrat, these
- 6:13Speaker 1: are the reasons why the price of eggs has gone
- 6:17Speaker 1: up more than thirty percent. Gas, chicken, coffee, milk, bread
- 6:21Speaker 1: have all gone up significantly. These are real kitchen table
- 6:25Speaker 1: issues for Americans, real kitchen table issues for Americans. Gas
- 6:31Speaker 1: prices are up over twenty percent, egg prices up over
- 6:35Speaker 1: thirty percent, Chicken prices up over twenty percent, Coffee up
- 6:39Speaker 1: eighteen percent, milk up twenty three percent, bread up fifteen percent.
- 6:45Speaker 1: These are the numbers right now in this country, and
- 6:47Speaker 1: that doesn't count what it's cost you to get from
- 6:49Speaker 1: point A to point B. But don't worry. The Democrats
- 6:53Speaker 1: want you to believe that things would actually be worse
- 6:56Speaker 1: if they weren't in charge. Gas prices rising again before
- 7:01Speaker 1: the election. Democrats also not wanting to talk about that
- 7:05Speaker 1: and not falling any longer. There are three gas stations
- 7:08Speaker 1: within half a mile of here with seven dollars gas.
- 7:11Speaker 1: California as usual, with the most expensive gas in the nation,
- 7:14Speaker 1: averaging six fifteen statewide. Nationwide, it's three ninety, up twenty
- 7:19Speaker 1: cents from last month. Now, this is after the announcement
- 7:23Speaker 1: from OPEC, that group of oil producing nations that they're
- 7:26Speaker 1: going to cut back their production by two million barrels
- 7:30Speaker 1: per day. That is further going to squeeze supply. And
- 7:33Speaker 1: now the US government announcing that head of winter home
- 7:36Speaker 1: heating costs are likely going to rise by up to
- 7:39Speaker 1: twenty eight percent for families, and that's just for an
- 7:43Speaker 1: average winter. If it's just ten percent colder, those prices
- 7:46Speaker 1: could increase by fifty percent over last year. And more
- 7:50Speaker 1: bad news and the energy sector, we're told that fuel
- 7:54Speaker 1: for diesel and home heating oil stockpiles are low that
- 7:57Speaker 1: could further fuel inflation and raise prices. That coming from
- 8:02Speaker 1: ABC News. Again, I'm not playing you a conservative outlet.
- 8:06Speaker 1: This is how bad it has gotten in this country.
- 8:09Speaker 1: What are the Democrats doing in response? Hiring eighty seven
- 8:12Speaker 1: thousand IRS agents to take more of your money because
- 8:16Speaker 1: they desperately need more of your money. They desperately, desperately
- 8:22Speaker 1: need more of your money. And that's how they're going
- 8:26Speaker 1: to do it by arming IRS agents. We know that
- 8:28Speaker 1: for a fact now, and the White House spokesman said
- 8:32Speaker 1: that the steps that Biden is taking haven fact brought
- 8:36Speaker 1: gas prices down that is a lie. Well, in fact,
- 8:39Speaker 1: the steps he's taken have brought gas prices down. Gas
- 8:42Speaker 1: prices are down about a dollar twenty from where they
- 8:45Speaker 1: were at their peak this summer, and that's in part
- 8:47Speaker 1: because he took action to release barrels from the Strategic
- 8:50Speaker 1: Petroleum Reserve. He has said that oil supply has to
- 8:53Speaker 1: meet demand and we have to work to bring prices down.
- 8:55Speaker 1: He's been focused on that. He's also focused on bringing
- 8:58Speaker 1: prices down across the board. It's why he got the
- 9:00Speaker 1: Inflation Reduction Act passed. It brings down prescription drug costs,
- 9:04Speaker 1: it brings down it puts a cap on insulin. It's
- 9:07Speaker 1: when you know, the way he thinks about it is
- 9:09Speaker 1: a family that is sitting around at their dining room
- 9:11Speaker 1: table working through their budget. He is working to bring
- 9:14Speaker 1: down costs where he can so that where he's able
- 9:16Speaker 1: to lower costs, they're able to put money toward things
- 9:19Speaker 1: that they need. And that's exactly what the Inflation Reduction acted.
- 9:22Speaker 1: The President is going to continue to focus on that
- 9:25Speaker 1: moving forward. Gas prices are up, and they'll look at
- 9:30Speaker 1: you straight in the face going into the voting booth
- 9:32Speaker 1: and they'll tell you they're down they're not down, they're
- 9:36Speaker 1: up now. They also want you to know who their
- 9:40Speaker 1: enemy is. They believe that it is, in fact, the
- 9:43Speaker 1: energy companies, and they're going to raise taxes on them,
- 9:47Speaker 1: which will actually raise the tax the price of gas
- 9:50Speaker 1: on you. But they want you to believe that they're
- 9:52Speaker 1: on your side. The Biden administration says they're going to
- 9:55Speaker 1: war with big oil, and the Energy Secretary says, we're
- 9:58Speaker 1: going to have a new tax if they don't bring
- 10:00Speaker 1: down the price of energy. Take a listen. Running us
- 10:03Speaker 1: now is Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm. Secretary Granholme, welcome back.
- 10:07Speaker 1: It's good to have you, thank you, thanks for having
- 10:10Speaker 1: me on. So how serious is this proposal of a
- 10:14Speaker 1: windfall tax on energy profits. Well, the President has seriously
- 10:18Speaker 1: asked for the oil and gas industry to either return
- 10:23Speaker 1: profits to consumers or put those profits to work in
- 10:27Speaker 1: increasing production. They are as you have noted, I mean
- 10:30Speaker 1: the story after story about about companies making a huge
- 10:37Speaker 1: historic profits. And so we're in a war and this
- 10:41Speaker 1: is an extraordinary time and the industry has said to
- 10:45Speaker 1: the President, we want to be able to do this ourselves.
- 10:49Speaker 1: We don't we want market solutions. And so the President
- 10:52Speaker 1: is simply saying that before we go to Congress, we're
- 10:54Speaker 1: asking you, as citizens of this country, as companies doing
- 10:58Speaker 1: business here, who have customers here, whose names are all
- 11:02Speaker 1: over gas stations here, to consider your consumer at a
- 11:06Speaker 1: moment when you have seen an historic gap between wholesale
- 11:10Speaker 1: and retail, between the gasoline and refinery, and we want
- 11:13Speaker 1: to be able to relieve people's pain at a pump.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I guess what I'm wondering, though, is the windfall tax
- 11:22Speaker 1: the way to do that? Haven't we seen evidence in
- 11:25Speaker 1: Europe and in this country back in the eighties that
- 11:28Speaker 1: that actually discourages companies from investing in production and just
- 11:32Speaker 1: makes the shortages worse and the price is higher. Well.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Number one, again, the President's preference is that the companies
- 11:39Speaker 1: take this on without having to have Congress intervene. But
- 11:43Speaker 1: number two, it is true that our European colleagues, many
- 11:48Speaker 1: of whom have at least part of the G seven,
- 11:51Speaker 1: have adopted windfall profits tax. In the earlier in this
- 11:56Speaker 1: country's history, in the past couple decades, it was tried
- 11:58Speaker 1: here was an excise tax. Windfall profits tax obviously would
- 12:02Speaker 1: be crafted to encourage production, and if it were to happen,
- 12:08Speaker 1: but obviously the president would work with Congress and what
- 12:10Speaker 1: the shape of that is. But the point is we
- 12:12Speaker 1: need at this moment, when there is historic profits being made,
- 12:17Speaker 1: to be able to provide some relief to those who
- 12:20Speaker 1: are at the pump, and or increase more in production,
- 12:25Speaker 1: which we have not seen to the extent that certainly
- 12:28Speaker 1: those profits would be. Like again, they want to raise
- 12:33Speaker 1: taxes on the energy sector, claiming that is the energy
- 12:38Speaker 1: sector's job to make less money and lower the price
- 12:43Speaker 1: to you, even though that is their policies that have
- 12:46Speaker 1: made them and forced them to the price to go up.
- 12:51Speaker 1: They're trying to blame anyone else but themselves and their policies.
- 12:57Speaker 1: And then there's another thing you need to remember as
- 13:00Speaker 1: you go into the voting booth, and that is they
- 13:02Speaker 1: have been artificially lowering the price of oil and gas.
- 13:08Speaker 1: That will end on election day. The two million barrels
- 13:12Speaker 1: a day from the strategic oil reserves have been in
- 13:16Speaker 1: Our reserves have been drained, have been drained. That will
- 13:20Speaker 1: stop on election day. That's how they're trying to buy
- 13:25Speaker 1: your vote. I want to go back to the lies,
- 13:30Speaker 1: the lies that you need to remember, and how much
- 13:32Speaker 1: they have screwed up your life over the last two years.
- 13:37Speaker 1: The Biden administration has been lying to you since day one.
- 13:40Speaker 1: They started by lying to you about COVID. That was
- 13:44Speaker 1: one of the things that they wanted to lie about
- 13:46Speaker 1: the most, and they wanted to take over your life
- 13:49Speaker 1: and they knew that they could do it as long
- 13:51Speaker 1: as they lied you. They wanted to mandate and force
- 13:54Speaker 1: you into submission on basic things. When I say basic things,
- 13:59Speaker 1: one of the things I'm talking about that is a
- 14:02Speaker 1: quote basic thing for them that they wanted to mandate
- 14:05Speaker 1: was you getting the COVID vaccine. They're still wanting to
- 14:09Speaker 1: mandate the COVID vaccine on your children. They have decided
- 14:13Speaker 1: to make it a part of the regular schedule of
- 14:16Speaker 1: immunizations for your children. This is a radical extremists and
- 14:22Speaker 1: what they do when you give them power. Remember this
- 14:26Speaker 1: when you go into the voting booth. And that's just
- 14:29Speaker 1: one of the many lies they've been telling you over
- 14:31Speaker 1: the last two years. You're not going to get COVID
- 14:34Speaker 1: if you have these vaccinations. Vaccinated people do not carry
- 14:38Speaker 1: the virus, don't get sick. Getting those shots out for
- 14:41Speaker 1: five to eleven year olds is going to provide a
- 14:43Speaker 1: lot of comfort to American families. Horses very running over
- 14:47Speaker 1: people being strapped. The horrific video of the CBP officers
- 14:50Speaker 1: on horse on horses using brutal and inappropriate measures against
- 14:54Speaker 1: innocent people. We have a secure border. The border is
- 14:59Speaker 1: in fact secure. The border is closed. The border is secure,
- 15:03Speaker 1: The border is secure, the border is closed. We've been
- 15:07Speaker 1: unequivocal in that on the issue of Afghanistan, and to
- 15:11Speaker 1: that end we have seen a successful drawdown of the embassy.
- 15:16Speaker 1: I think it's irresponsible to Americans are stranded. They're not.
- 15:19Speaker 1: This is Jim Crow on steroids what they're doing in Georgia.
- 15:23Speaker 1: This is all about keeping working folks, and we're never
- 15:26Speaker 1: folks that I grew up with from being able to vote.
- 15:28Speaker 1: The reconciliation package would cost zero dollars. The cost of
- 15:31Speaker 1: these bills in terms of value to the deficit is zero.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Some have expressed publicly that they're not comfortable with three
- 15:38Speaker 1: point five even though zero costs zero dollars, zero, zero, zero.
- 15:44Speaker 1: This bill is fully paid for, and we'll not raise
- 15:48Speaker 1: taxes on anyone making less than four hundred thousand dollars
- 15:51Speaker 1: a year. Let me say that again. Be crystal clear.
- 15:54Speaker 1: No one making less than four hundred thousand dollars yer
- 15:58Speaker 1: will pay a single additional penny in tax for all
- 16:01Speaker 1: these things that are in the and the Build Back
- 16:03Speaker 1: Better plan. If you're a husband and wife, school teacher
- 16:07Speaker 1: and a cop, you're pain at a higher rate than
- 16:10Speaker 1: the average person making a billion dollars a year. Is
- 16:13Speaker 1: my plans do not add to inflationary pressure. To Build
- 16:16Speaker 1: Back Better agenda will help reduce inflation, will help cut
- 16:19Speaker 1: costs for the American people. If we pass the other
- 16:22Speaker 1: two things I'm trying to get done, we will in
- 16:24Speaker 1: fact reduce inflation. Inflation is going to come down next year.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Inflation will come down next year. These inflation rises will
- 16:31Speaker 1: be transitory that they will come back down next year.
- 16:34Speaker 1: There's nobody suggesting there's non checked inflation on the way,
- 16:38Speaker 1: No serious economists. We know a lot of folks are
- 16:40Speaker 1: struggling with inflation driven by Putin's war in Ukraine and
- 16:44Speaker 1: the global pandemic. The greed of meat conglomerates, you could
- 16:47Speaker 1: call it corporate greed. Short, you could call it jacking
- 16:50Speaker 1: up prices during a pandemic. Even if we drilled as
- 16:55Speaker 1: much as we could, the price of oil is still
- 16:59Speaker 1: set global There's no amount of domestic production we can
- 17:01Speaker 1: do to reduce or eliminate our vulnerability as a country
- 17:05Speaker 1: to that volatility. We brought down the cost of energy.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Wages have gone up faster than inflation. We have a
- 17:11Speaker 1: lower inflation rate than most any nation, the other nation
- 17:14Speaker 1: in the world. The idea that two quarters of negative
- 17:17Speaker 1: GDP growth is a technical definition of a recession is wrong.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I don't expect a recession right now. We don't see
- 17:24Speaker 1: a recession right now. That is not We're not in
- 17:26Speaker 1: a recession right now. Virtually nothing signals that this period
- 17:30Speaker 1: in the second quarter is recession area pre recession. Now,
- 17:35Speaker 1: what we have seen over the course of the last
- 17:38Speaker 1: year plus in the United States is a historically strong
- 17:41Speaker 1: economic recovery, and that has been supported by this president's
- 17:44Speaker 1: economic policies. Everything you just heard was a lie, and
- 17:49Speaker 1: they kept telling you those lies over and over again
- 17:51Speaker 1: for the last two years. Think about what they have
- 17:55Speaker 1: done to your businesses, what they've done to your kids education,
- 17:58Speaker 1: Think about all of this cooling that many kids and
- 18:01Speaker 1: grandkids miss for two years. Think about the how they
- 18:05Speaker 1: allow people that were elected by no one to have
- 18:07Speaker 1: total control over all of our lives. It is a problem.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And when Democrats you challenge them on these things, then
- 18:18Speaker 1: they immediately come out and they make up racist statements
- 18:21Speaker 1: and racist comments. Now you may say, we'll hold on
- 18:24Speaker 1: a second, ben, what do you mean by that? When
- 18:27Speaker 1: Democrats cannot defend what's going on, they will go back
- 18:31Speaker 1: to the issue of race. Just this morning, this happened
- 18:36Speaker 1: on MSNBC. Keisha Lant's Bottoms had this to say about
- 18:42Speaker 1: Black American men are definitely a target of disinformation, saying
- 18:48Speaker 1: that if they lose the elections, it's because we didn't
- 18:52Speaker 1: govern the media well enough that they're in charge of.
- 18:56Speaker 1: By the way, so May Bottoms. I picked up on
- 18:59Speaker 1: that because I just wondering her. Stacy Abrams focus on
- 19:03Speaker 1: the misinformation that's being targeted at black men, and it
- 19:06Speaker 1: makes me wonder is she not getting the black support
- 19:09Speaker 1: she needs in her race against Brian Kemp. Listen, Jonathan,
- 19:16Speaker 1: I think that Stacy has spot on with that. I
- 19:19Speaker 1: listened as my kids watch NBA highlights and whatever else
- 19:24Speaker 1: they watch on YouTube. I hear the misinformation being piped
- 19:27Speaker 1: in my twelve year old, my fourteen year old son,
- 19:30Speaker 1: my twenty year old is getting it. So there is
- 19:33Speaker 1: definitely a target toward African American men, not just to
- 19:37Speaker 1: give them misinformation, but to make them so discouraged that
- 19:41Speaker 1: they won't show up to vote. And again, I've been
- 19:47Speaker 1: a candidate before, I've been in this position before. Going
- 19:50Speaker 1: into my race's mayor five years ago, I was seven
- 19:54Speaker 1: points down in the polls going into the week of
- 19:58Speaker 1: the election, and I won by more than eight hundred
- 20:01Speaker 1: votes because people showed up to vote. So while we
- 20:05Speaker 1: are looking at numbers that are encouraging, I've read this
- 20:09Speaker 1: morning that the African American vote was around twenty nine
- 20:13Speaker 1: percent in early vote. There's still so many more people
- 20:17Speaker 1: out there who can show up to vote. And remember,
- 20:21Speaker 1: the goal is not just to try and get them
- 20:23Speaker 1: to vote for Brian Kemp or get people to vote
- 20:26Speaker 1: for herschel Walker. A victory for Republicans can be if
- 20:32Speaker 1: African American voters stay at home. So if the election
- 20:38Speaker 1: is lost by the Democrats, it's because African American men
- 20:44Speaker 1: have been given quote, disinformation. I want to know what
- 20:49Speaker 1: that disinformation looks like. She said, I hear it from
- 20:52Speaker 1: her kids, right, I hear it from my kids. I
- 20:57Speaker 1: listen to my kids, and this is the new conspiracy
- 21:00Speaker 1: theory for election Day. I listen as my kids watch
- 21:03Speaker 1: NBA and NBA's obviously basketball highlights and whatever else they
- 21:07Speaker 1: watch on YouTube. I hear the misinformation being piped in.
- 21:12Speaker 1: So now, the NBA, which is a huge proponent of
- 21:16Speaker 1: liberal causes and Black Lives Matter for example, you now
- 21:20Speaker 1: want me to believe is brainwashing African American men. That's
- 21:25Speaker 1: the reason why they may lose the election. It's that, right,
- 21:30Speaker 1: I mean, that's it. That's that's that's what it is, folks.
- 21:33Speaker 1: That's the whole ball game. That is the misinformation. Really,
- 21:39Speaker 1: that's that's how you're gonna play this. That's how you're
- 21:44Speaker 1: gonna do this. It is truly shocking to hear it
- 21:50Speaker 1: this way. That's their closing argument. Now, are they offering
- 21:54Speaker 1: you anything to improve your life? Are they offering you
- 21:59Speaker 1: anything to actually help you or your family that's suffering
- 22:04Speaker 1: right now? No, they're offering more regulations, more taxing when fall,
- 22:08Speaker 1: taxes and things that are going to make prices go
- 22:10Speaker 1: back up. And if you don't like how things are now,
- 22:13Speaker 1: they also want to remind you that you just need
- 22:15Speaker 1: to go buy an electric vehicle. These are the same
- 22:19Speaker 1: people that actually tried to ban cars, not actually tried,
- 22:23Speaker 1: they did it in California. They're banning cars that have
- 22:26Speaker 1: combustion engines. And if you don't get on board with that,
- 22:29Speaker 1: they are going to destroy your life. And we haven't
- 22:31Speaker 1: even gotten to the other major issue now, and that
- 22:33Speaker 1: is crime. All right, But first let me tell you
- 22:36Speaker 1: real quick about my good friends ever at Legacy Precious Metals.

- 22:49Speaker 1: to weather this storm? Well? Do you have any investments

- 22:57Speaker 1: gold and silver is actually used as a head against inflation.

- 23:05Speaker 1: terrible days and now weeks and months on Wall Street,
- 23:09Speaker 1: that your assets are diversified so that they are not
- 23:12Speaker 1: affected in such a negative way. If you are not

- 23:55Speaker 1: podcast every day for free. Crime is affecting the majority
- 24:00Speaker 1: of Americans, especially in liberal cities. The RNC chairman Rona
- 24:06Speaker 1: McDaniel went on say the Union to talk to CNN
- 24:09Speaker 1: about crime and said that not only has the Democratic
- 24:13Speaker 1: Party become the party of inflation, but they're also the
- 24:16Speaker 1: party of crime deniers as well. Not I don't want to.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I don't want to, I don't want to have but
- 24:21Speaker 1: we're voting out. Okay, we're we've been having and I
- 24:23Speaker 1: just did this, and we are doing so many reports
- 24:27Speaker 1: about the issues, which is important. But I'm talking to you,
- 24:30Speaker 1: But I'm talking to you about inflection. For the President
- 24:34Speaker 1: of the United States to give a speech and not
- 24:36Speaker 1: talk about inflation, to actually say it's good to not
- 24:39Speaker 1: talk about gas prices, to see the crisis, I'm not here.
- 24:43Speaker 1: They have become crime deniers inflation. I'm not here, Okay, Education, Drona,
- 24:47Speaker 1: I'm not, I'm not paying, I'm not I'm not a
- 24:50Speaker 1: spokesperson for I know anybody and for them. But I
- 24:53Speaker 1: will just say that that was a speech, and they're
- 24:55Speaker 1: out giving other speeches. I want to talk about residents.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I wish that he's out giving U I don't want
- 25:01Speaker 1: you to put me in a position of having to
- 25:03Speaker 1: defend them, but I'm explaining that I'm giving you the
- 25:05Speaker 1: facts and the fact is that is when I want
- 25:08Speaker 1: to ask you about Donald Trump. Yeah. Good, Yeah, We're
- 25:11Speaker 1: going to exact you the headline. Here's what I would
- 25:12Speaker 1: say to Joe Biden. Can you please accept that inflation
- 25:15Speaker 1: has risen on your watch, that kids have deficits on
- 25:17Speaker 1: your watch, that I want to ask about that Fell's
- 25:20Speaker 1: coming out. I want to ask about crime is rising
- 25:23Speaker 1: as your as your uh position is so important as
- 25:27Speaker 1: the chair of the R and C at Donald Trump,
- 25:31Speaker 1: he is already This is the left, This is the
- 25:37Speaker 1: media refusing to let the Democrats be held accountable for
- 25:44Speaker 1: their actions. Dems would become the party of inflation deniers
- 25:48Speaker 1: and crime deniers in the media by the way is
- 25:50Speaker 1: doing the exact same thing there. Right. This is a
- 25:54Speaker 1: crime problem that is hitting all over the country. And
- 25:58Speaker 1: Barack Obama is out there on the campaign trail saying, yeah, okay,
- 26:02Speaker 1: crime's gone up, but it went up over the last
- 26:04Speaker 1: seven years, he now claims, and he now is trying
- 26:06Speaker 1: to say it's Donald Trump's fault that crime is so high.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I wish I was joking. I'm not. There's a lot
- 26:12Speaker 1: of talk about crime right now. You know, violent crime
- 26:16Speaker 1: has gone up, but you know it went up over
- 26:19Speaker 1: the last seven years, not just the last two. They
- 26:22Speaker 1: don't talk about the previous guy. It's gone up in
- 26:26Speaker 1: conservative rural places, not just cities. But the question is
- 26:31Speaker 1: who will fight to keep you and your family safe.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Is it Republican politicians who want to flood our streets
- 26:37Speaker 1: with more guns, who actually voted against more resources for
- 26:42Speaker 1: police departments, or is it the Democratic leaders who worked
- 26:46Speaker 1: with President Budden to pass the first major gun safety
- 26:50Speaker 1: legislation in thirty years. That's the choice in this election.
- 26:58Speaker 1: They want you to believe the only way to get
- 27:00Speaker 1: crime under control is if you pass massive gun control.
- 27:04Speaker 1: They want you to be not be able to defend
- 27:06Speaker 1: and protect yourself. You've got New York crime that's out
- 27:11Speaker 1: of control. In fact, you even have CNN calling out
- 27:14Speaker 1: the New York governor. Murder rates are up, rape is
- 27:20Speaker 1: up eleven percent, Robbery up at thirty four percent in
- 27:23Speaker 1: New York City. Felony assault this is just year over year,
- 27:27Speaker 1: up fifteen percent. Burglary is up thirty percent, Grand larceny
- 27:31Speaker 1: in New York is up forty percent, grand larceny otto
- 27:35Speaker 1: up thirty five percent. The total is crime is now
- 27:39Speaker 1: up in New York thirty one percent in the last year.
- 27:43Speaker 1: And the president wants you to believe that's Donald Trump's fault. Now,
- 27:46Speaker 1: what do they do in New York City and many
- 27:47Speaker 1: other cities to get crime to go up. They ran
- 27:50Speaker 1: off their police officers, They ran them off, they said
- 27:54Speaker 1: see you, they said goodbye. They said, we don't want
- 28:01Speaker 1: to have you here, We don't want you to protect us,
- 28:06Speaker 1: We don't want you to be out there doing anything
- 28:12Speaker 1: to actually stop the violent criminals. And then they went
- 28:16Speaker 1: out and said we're going to do Castle's bail. And
- 28:18Speaker 1: then they let out murderers and rapists and people that
- 28:21Speaker 1: are committing heinous crimes, and they let them out. Their
- 28:25Speaker 1: folks on the streets and then crime goes up thirty
- 28:28Speaker 1: one percent overall average, some of these categories higher than that.
- 28:33Speaker 1: And then they try to tell you that they're looking
- 28:35Speaker 1: out for your best interests, that if you just pass
- 28:40Speaker 1: gun control it would fix the problems. All right, Well,
- 28:42Speaker 1: then let's talk about gun control in New York. They
- 28:44Speaker 1: have extreme gun control in New York. It's not helping.
- 28:48Speaker 1: They have extreme gun control in New York and it's
- 28:50Speaker 1: not working. Gun control in New York is one of
- 28:53Speaker 1: the most extreme of anywhere in the country. And it
- 28:56Speaker 1: is a violent and brutal sitting now to live in.
- 29:00Speaker 1: You have people pushing people to their desks literally on
- 29:02Speaker 1: the tracks of the subway system. You have people being
- 29:05Speaker 1: raped on the subways. You have people that are being
- 29:08Speaker 1: murdered on the subways. Right, this isn't just like a
- 29:12Speaker 1: little thing. This is massive. This is the reality of
- 29:16Speaker 1: the situation on the ground. And they will look at
- 29:19Speaker 1: you and they will tell you no, no, no, it's
- 29:21Speaker 1: not our fault. And then they actually have the cajone
- 29:24Speaker 1: is to say it's Donald Trump's fault, which I get
- 29:26Speaker 1: why they would say that, I do, I understand it.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Why would you say it's Donald Trump's fault because you know,
- 29:31Speaker 1: the media will sell this. The media is not going
- 29:34Speaker 1: to hold you accountable and call you out on this,
- 29:36Speaker 1: are they now? They are in New York City finally
- 29:39Speaker 1: starting to give a little bit of heat to the
- 29:41Speaker 1: governor there. But that's only because the people that are
- 29:43Speaker 1: interviewing her live in the city and live in this chaos.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Take a listen. We have done has taken eight thousand
- 29:49Speaker 1: illegal guns off the streets. We made sure that no
- 29:52Speaker 1: eighteen year old can get their hands and on the
- 29:54Speaker 1: air fifteen. We've made sure that our red flag laws
- 29:57Speaker 1: are tough and there's background checks. Whereas Lee Zelden has
- 30:00Speaker 1: opposed every part that, even voting against the first significant
- 30:04Speaker 1: gun safety legislation in three decades in Washington. He didn't
- 30:08Speaker 1: even show up to help support our police officers with
- 30:11Speaker 1: funding for them in Washington. So they can say all
- 30:14Speaker 1: they want, but there's the facts are. On the other side,
- 30:16Speaker 1: We've done a lot to get guns up in the
- 30:18Speaker 1: state violent system, the subway down. Violent crime is up
- 30:22Speaker 1: at seven point eight percent in the state. I mean
- 30:25Speaker 1: it is down point, you know, a point from twenty
- 30:28Speaker 1: and twenty and twenty one, but it is up seven
- 30:30Speaker 1: point eight percent. That is concerning, And especially if you
- 30:32Speaker 1: look in New York City and we look at the
- 30:33Speaker 1: news and we see this, you know, randomly, what is
- 30:36Speaker 1: happening in our subways and on our streets. People are
- 30:39Speaker 1: really nervous about it. And I know you're saying they're
- 30:41Speaker 1: being disingenuous about it, but that is a real, real factor. Governor.
- 30:45Speaker 1: You can't deny. That's CNN saying that. You can't deny
- 30:50Speaker 1: that people are feeling at. People are feeling at people
- 30:52Speaker 1: are feeling at. The understand this, but if you listen
- 30:56Speaker 1: to the White House, they say, oh, somehow, this is
- 30:58Speaker 1: Donald Trump's fault. Joey Bayhard said on the View, crime
- 31:02Speaker 1: is not on the rise, is actually going down under
- 31:05Speaker 1: Joe Biden, Right, because when you can't defend your position,
- 31:08Speaker 1: I guess you just lie all the time. Yeah, okay.
- 31:11Speaker 1: And the Republicans now coming up to the next election,
- 31:14Speaker 1: which is next week, by the way, all they do
- 31:18Speaker 1: is talk about crime, crime, crime. Well I looked it up.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Murders in major cities have fallen by four percent so
- 31:25Speaker 1: far in twenty twenty two compared with the same period
- 31:28Speaker 1: a year ago. So the crime is not on the rise.
- 31:30Speaker 1: It's actually going down under Joe Biden. Yeah, we looked
- 31:35Speaker 1: it up. It's all good. Are her stats right? No,
- 31:37Speaker 1: they're not right. They're wrong. I don't know where she
- 31:40Speaker 1: got them from. She's lying. You can look at the
- 31:42Speaker 1: stats online. It's very clear that they're full of crap
- 31:46Speaker 1: and they're lying to you. But I don't think they
- 31:48Speaker 1: care because they just want to make it through election
- 31:53Speaker 1: day so you can continue to control your life even
- 31:55Speaker 1: more than they had before. Because imagine what they will
- 31:58Speaker 1: now do, right, Imagine what they will do if they win.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Imagine how power drunk they will be. There are some Democrats,
- 32:13Speaker 1: by the way, that are being intellectually honest about how
- 32:17Speaker 1: bad this election is, and they're saying, you can't fake
- 32:19Speaker 1: out Americans when they're seeing it with their own eyes,
- 32:22Speaker 1: their experience. At every time they try to pay for
- 32:24Speaker 1: their groceries, when they see their heating bill, when they
- 32:26Speaker 1: see their ac their electricity bill, when they see what's
- 32:29Speaker 1: happening with inflation, you can't lie to them. When they
- 32:31Speaker 1: see that the crime is happening on their street and
- 32:33Speaker 1: their houses are getting broken into, and they're being attacked
- 32:37Speaker 1: and their friends are being attacked, you can't look at
- 32:39Speaker 1: them and tell them that crime is on the decrease.
- 32:41Speaker 1: And you can't tell them it's not your fault. They
- 32:43Speaker 1: won't listen to you. Hillary Rosen, a Democratic strategist, had
- 32:46Speaker 1: this to say on CNN as well. I'm a loyal Democrat,
- 32:52Speaker 1: but I am not happy. I just think that we are.
- 32:56Speaker 1: You know, we did not listen to voters in this election,
- 32:58Speaker 1: and I think we're gonna have a bad night. And
- 33:00Speaker 1: you know, this conversation is not going to have much
- 33:02Speaker 1: impact on Tuesday, but I hope it has an impact
- 33:05Speaker 1: going forward because when voters tell you over and over
- 33:08Speaker 1: and over again that they care mostly about the economy,
- 33:12Speaker 1: listen to them. Stop talking about democracy being at stake.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Democracy is at stake because people are fighting so much
- 33:19Speaker 1: about what elections mean. I mean, voters have told us
- 33:22Speaker 1: what they wanted to hear, and I don't think Democrats
- 33:24Speaker 1: have really delivered. I think that's actually very true about
- 33:28Speaker 1: the national messaging that's going on. But you actually have
- 33:30Speaker 1: some good candidates who are following your advice. You have
- 33:32Speaker 1: people like Mark Kelly, who was running a great race.
- 33:35Speaker 1: You have people like Raphael Ward who's running a great races.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Appear say in those places, you know, the unfortunate combination
- 33:44Speaker 1: of strong gubernatorial candidates. You know, like Mark Kelly is
- 33:48Speaker 1: pop I was just in Arizona and spend some time there,
- 33:50Speaker 1: talked to a bunch of voters. Mark Kelly's popular, but
- 33:53Speaker 1: Carry Lake is more popular. And the combination of Carry
- 33:57Speaker 1: Lake's popularity and Joe Biden's unpopularity is going to hurt
- 34:00Speaker 1: Mark Kelly. And so I think we're gonna we're in
- 34:03Speaker 1: trouble because of the top of the ticket. An I
- 34:07Speaker 1: don't want to break up them violence, but I feel like, look,
- 34:11Speaker 1: I feel like Blake Masters in Arizona, because reality is,
- 34:14Speaker 1: the border is a serious issue down there, and the
- 34:16Speaker 1: Hillary's point, they're not I mean, this is the Democrats.
- 34:19Speaker 1: They're still sitting around the table trying to claim that
- 34:21Speaker 1: what she just said is somehow wrong. Biden is welcoming
- 34:26Speaker 1: six point two thousand illegal aliens into the US every
- 34:30Speaker 1: day at the border. Are the new numbers that have
- 34:32Speaker 1: just come out. Do you think he really cares about
- 34:34Speaker 1: you how much fetnel is coming across the border. President
- 34:38Speaker 1: Joe Biden has a wide open border policy that's being
- 34:41Speaker 1: done on purpose. This is part of the crime and
- 34:44Speaker 1: the death from fetnel. Six thousand, two hundred border crossers
- 34:48Speaker 1: and illegal aliens are coming into American communities every day.
- 34:51Speaker 1: According to figure shared today, for the month of October,
- 34:56Speaker 1: close to eighty seven thousand illegal aliens successfully entered the
- 34:59Speaker 1: United States to the southern border without being apprehended. This
- 35:03Speaker 1: goataway figure only includes olms whom the Department of Home
- 35:06Speaker 1: in Security is aware of, and potentially thousands more may
- 35:10Speaker 1: have successfully enter the usvia the border as well. The
- 35:13Speaker 1: number of goataways is particularly significant is over the last
- 35:17Speaker 1: two fiscal years, more than sixty eight thousand border crossers
- 35:20Speaker 1: and illegal aliens with criminal records were encountered out the border,
- 35:24Speaker 1: including many that were apprehended with criminal histories felons, rapists, murderers,
- 35:32Speaker 1: the list goes on and on. He doesn't care about
- 35:36Speaker 1: you and your family. He doesn't care if your kids
- 35:38Speaker 1: die of effetinal overdose. Hell, he didn't even care about
- 35:40Speaker 1: his own kid being addicted to drugs because he wants
- 35:44Speaker 1: to make money off of this kid and then have
- 35:47Speaker 1: an alibi. And what is the alibi? We all know
- 35:49Speaker 1: what the alibi is. What is the alibi? The alibi
- 35:53Speaker 1: is always a drug addict. We're proud of him. It's fine,
- 35:55Speaker 1: don't put him in jail for that long because he's
- 35:57Speaker 1: a great guy. That's the alibi, that's the whole story.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast so that other people
- 36:08Speaker 1: will remember what the Democrats have done to this country
- 36:10Speaker 1: over the last two years. This is the one that's important.
- 36:14Speaker 1: Get out and vote, Call your family and friends for
- 36:18Speaker 1: them our podcasts, and I'll see you, hopefully with a
- 36:21Speaker 1: big victory tomorrow morning.
