Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: The tides are turning when it comes to the investigation
- 0:04Speaker 1: into the President of the United States of America. We
- 0:07Speaker 1: now have multiple whistle blowers who are coming forward, and
- 0:11Speaker 1: one of those whistleblowers has come forward to talk about
- 0:13Speaker 1: the corruption that took place under the directive of Merrick
- 0:18Speaker 1: Garland to protect Joe Biden. One of those whistleblowers that
- 0:22Speaker 1: has come forward is now set down for an interview
- 0:25Speaker 1: CBS News. CBS News actually spent two minutes in fifty
- 0:30Speaker 1: five seconds of their broadcast airing the IRS whistleblower and
- 0:35Speaker 1: what he had to say about the corruption at the
- 0:37Speaker 1: Department of Justice and not being able to do their
- 0:40Speaker 1: job when they were investigating Joe Biden and Hunter Biden
- 0:44Speaker 1: with the tax crimes that Hunter Biden had committed. In fact,
- 0:47Speaker 1: every time they got close to doing something, they were
- 0:51Speaker 1: shut down. Take a listen to this again. This is
- 0:55Speaker 1: not on Fox News. This is on mainstream media. These
- 0:59Speaker 1: are the liberals who are actually being forced to do
- 1:02Speaker 1: their job and report on this story and this IRS
- 1:06Speaker 1: whistleblower at CBS News.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Exclusive with the first television interview with IRS whistleblower, Gary
- 1:14Speaker 2: Shapley since he spoke with lawmakers last month, a lead
- 1:18Speaker 2: investigator in the Hunter Biden case tells CBS's Jim Axelrod
- 1:22Speaker 2: that he felt the president's son received preferential treatment, and
- 1:26Speaker 2: in a stunning claim says that he was blocked from
- 1:28Speaker 2: pursuing leads that could have led to the president himself.
- 1:32Speaker 3: If this was any other person they liked, would have
- 1:35Speaker 3: already served their sentence.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Gary Shapley was a lead IRS supervisory agent in Operation Sportsmen,
- 1:41Speaker 4: the investigation into Hunter Biden. Shapley said he uncovered conduct
- 1:46Speaker 4: that warranted more serious charges.
- 1:49Speaker 3: There were personal expenses that were taking as business expenses, prostitutes,
- 1:55Speaker 3: sex club memberships, hotel rooms for purported drug dealers. How
- 2:00Speaker 3: much Hunter Biden o in taxes, so from twenty fourteen
- 2:03Speaker 3: to twenty nineteen it was two point two million dollars.
- 2:05Speaker 4: The back taxes were paid off, and last week, the
- 2:08Speaker 4: Trump appointed US attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, reached an
- 2:12Speaker 4: agreement with Hunter Biden. The President's son would admit to
- 2:15Speaker 4: a firearm charge and plead guilty for his failure to
- 2:18Speaker 4: pay taxes. If a judge signs off. The deal means
- 2:22Speaker 4: no jail time testimony.
- 2:24Speaker 5: We have just released details a lack of US Attorney independence.
- 2:29Speaker 4: And Shapley told lawmakers the US Attorney Weiss was blocked
- 2:33Speaker 4: from bringing stronger charges, but US Attorney General Merrick Garland
- 2:37Speaker 4: said last week that Weiss was.
- 2:40Speaker 6: Not I'm saying he was given complete authority to make
- 2:43Speaker 6: all decisions on his own.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I documented exactly what happened, and it doesn't seem to
- 2:48Speaker 3: match what the Attorney General or the US Attorney are
- 2:51Speaker 3: saying today.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Shapley provided lawmakers this contemporaneous email he wrote after an
- 2:56Speaker 4: October meeting last year. Shapley says Weiss told him the opposite,
- 3:01Speaker 4: that Weiss is not the deciding person on whether charges
- 3:05Speaker 4: are filed.
- 3:06Speaker 3: It was just shocking to me.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Shapley, who is still working for the IRS, told us
- 3:11Speaker 4: that even before President Biden took office, he was directed
- 3:15Speaker 4: to avoid leads involving Hunter's father.
- 3:19Speaker 3: There are certain investigat steps that we weren't allowed to
- 3:22Speaker 3: take that could have led us to President Biden.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And you wanted to take them.
- 3:28Speaker 3: We needed to take them, and you weren't allowed to
- 3:30Speaker 3: take them.
- 3:30Speaker 1: That's correct.
- 3:32Speaker 4: It is important to point out that at that point
- 3:35Speaker 4: in Shapain's investigation, Donald Trump was still president and his
- 3:38Speaker 4: Attorney General William Barr had rules in place that may
- 3:42Speaker 4: have limited what Shapley could pursue. The US Attorney's office
- 3:45Speaker 4: in Delaware had no comment. As for hunter Biden, his
- 3:49Speaker 4: attorneys did not respond to us, but he said before
- 3:52Speaker 4: in a statement that he is taking responsibility for mistakes
- 3:54Speaker 4: he made during a period of turmoil in his life.
- 3:58Speaker 1: All right, So to be quar here, they go back
- 4:02Speaker 1: at the end, They're like, well, he was a drug addict.
- 4:04Speaker 1: They want to remind you that Hunter Biden was a
- 4:06Speaker 1: drug ddit. None of that has anything to do with
- 4:10Speaker 1: what these men were not allowed to do. They were
- 4:14Speaker 1: not allowed to do it every time they were starting
- 4:18Speaker 1: to look at some of the real issues and the
- 4:20Speaker 1: real problems that would have connected Hunter Biden to his
- 4:25Speaker 1: father and to the WhatsApp message that we now know
- 4:28Speaker 1: is authentic. Right, no one has said that this app,
- 4:30Speaker 1: that this WhatsApp text is not authentic. And I want
- 4:33Speaker 1: to read it to you again five times, five different times,
- 4:41Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden decided to invoke his father's name to
- 4:45Speaker 1: get the five point two million dollars that were wired
- 4:49Speaker 1: Within a week of this text message being sent, he
- 4:54Speaker 1: sent this to the Chinese Communist party officials saying, quote,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and this is after Joe Biden had left the White House,
- 5:00Speaker 1: I am sitting here with my father, and we would
- 5:03Speaker 1: like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Tell the director that I would like to resolve this
- 5:11Speaker 1: now before it gets out of hand, and now means
- 5:14Speaker 1: tonight and ze if I get a call or a
- 5:16Speaker 1: text from anyone involved in this other than you zaying
- 5:20Speaker 1: or the chairman, I will make certain that between the
- 5:24Speaker 1: man sitting next to me invoking his father's name again
- 5:28Speaker 1: and every person he knows invoking his father's name again,
- 5:33Speaker 1: and my ability forever hold of grudge, that you will
- 5:35Speaker 1: regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting
- 5:39Speaker 1: for the call with my father invoking his father's name again.
- 5:43Speaker 1: So you got three at the end and two at
- 5:45Speaker 1: the beginning. At the beginning, you said, I'm sitting here
- 5:47Speaker 1: with my father right invoking his dad, and we again
- 5:51Speaker 1: invoking his father five times in one text message. He's
- 5:55Speaker 1: letting you know I'm sitting here with my father. I
- 6:00Speaker 1: am sitting here with the people that you need to
- 6:03Speaker 1: know what's going on here. CBS News had a headline
- 6:09Speaker 1: up that said this quote, was Hunter Biden shielded from
- 6:13Speaker 1: harsher crimes question mark in this CBS News exclusive, there
- 6:18Speaker 1: were certain quote investigative steps we weren't allowed to take
- 6:21Speaker 1: that could have led us to President Biden. We needed
- 6:25Speaker 1: to take them. In other words, it's not about President Biden.
- 6:30Speaker 1: This irs whistleblower saying. What he's saying to CBS News
- 6:34Speaker 1: is simply this. We weren't allowed to do our job, right.
- 6:40Speaker 1: We weren't allowed to do our job. He also said,
- 6:45Speaker 1: and I'll go back to this, we had unbelievable contemporandeous
- 6:51Speaker 1: documentation contradicting Merrick Garland.
- 6:56Speaker 4: It is important to point out that at that point
- 6:58Speaker 4: in Shoppa's investigation, and Donald Trump was still president and
- 7:02Speaker 4: his Attorney General William Barr, had rules in place that
- 7:05Speaker 4: may have limited what Shapley could pursue. The US Attorney's
- 7:09Speaker 4: office in Delaware had no comment. As for Hunter Biden,
- 7:12Speaker 4: his attorneys did not respond to us, but he said
- 7:15Speaker 4: before in a statement that he is taking responsibility for
- 7:18Speaker 4: mistakes he made during a period of turmoil.
- 7:21Speaker 1: That's how the media is trying to wrap up the story. Right,
- 7:24Speaker 1: We'll tell you what really happened here. But will also
- 7:28Speaker 1: say to you at the very same time that, well
- 7:34Speaker 1: maybe there was rules in place, there's no indication by
- 7:36Speaker 1: the way those rules would be in place when Donald
- 7:38Speaker 1: Trump was president, and much of this investigation was after
- 7:42Speaker 1: Donald Trump had left office. You also have a second
- 7:46Speaker 1: IRS whistleblower who has come forward who is different than
- 7:50Speaker 1: the first that you just heard from. And that second
- 7:53Speaker 1: IRS agent also had a lot to say coming forward,
- 7:57Speaker 1: corroborating this brave whistleblower who you just heard from, Gary Shapley.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I want you to take a listen to what this
- 8:04Speaker 1: second IRS whistleblower has said, corroborating the story of the
- 8:09Speaker 1: very brave man Gary Shapley, who is now going to
- 8:12Speaker 1: be attacked by every Democrat in America.
- 8:16Speaker 7: Well breaking, another whistleblower is sounding the alarm in the
- 8:19Speaker 7: Hunter Biden tax probe, claiming US Attorney David Wise was
- 8:22Speaker 7: not making decisions and.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Was not really in charge.
- 8:26Speaker 7: That validates what we have already heard from Gary Shapley,
- 8:29Speaker 7: the whistleblower who has gone public. David Spott is live
- 8:33Speaker 7: at the Justice Department with the latest David. What do
- 8:35Speaker 7: we know about this second whistleblower trace not much.
- 8:39Speaker 5: We just know his name is mister X. Of course
- 8:41Speaker 5: it's not his real name, but he wants to be anonymous.
- 8:44Speaker 5: He told congressional staff last month he became emotional after
- 8:47Speaker 5: seeing the way that this probe was handled. From the beginning.
- 8:50Speaker 5: Mister X worked under the more publicized whistleblower, Gary Shapley,
- 8:54Speaker 5: and a letter released last week mixed. Mister X says
- 8:56Speaker 5: it was clear to him that Trump appointed US Attorney
- 8:59Speaker 5: David Whye was not running the pro quote. He had
- 9:03Speaker 5: to follow the normal process. He had to go to Washington,
- 9:06Speaker 5: d C. The US Attorney's office them saying no, so
- 9:08Speaker 5: he really wasn't in charge. He had to follow the process.
- 9:12Speaker 5: End quote. But just three weeks ago, Trace Weiss wrote
- 9:15Speaker 5: and signed a letter addressed to House Juduciary Chairman Jim Jordan.
- 9:18Speaker 5: We obtained a copy at Regent Part. I want to
- 9:20Speaker 5: make clear that, as the Attorney General has stated, I
- 9:23Speaker 5: have been granted ultimate authority over this matter, including responsibility
- 9:27Speaker 5: for deciding where, when, and whether to file charges. They're
- 9:30Speaker 5: given the discrepancy between what Weiss allegedly said in the
- 9:33Speaker 5: meeting and what he wrote in the Letterhouse Republicans want
- 9:36Speaker 5: to hear from him and others in his office.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Under oath, we want to talk to David Weiss, the
- 9:42Speaker 1: US attorney. We want to get the answers, and the
- 9:44Speaker 1: way you do that.
- 9:45Speaker 5: Is to talk to these attorneys who handle this case.
- 9:49Speaker 5: Attorney General Merrick Garland has denied blocking Weiss from investigating.
- 9:53Speaker 5: The story continues on Capitol Hill and in the courts.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Trace back to you as the news warrant. David, you
- 10:00Speaker 1: hear the second whistleblower here, and what we know he's
- 10:03Speaker 1: wants to go by the name X is. He made
- 10:06Speaker 1: it very clear that when they were trying to just
- 10:09Speaker 1: investigate these crimes, that's what they do, They investigate crimes.
- 10:15Speaker 1: When they were wanting to investigate the crimes, anytime they
- 10:18Speaker 1: got to something the Democrats didn't want them to get to,
- 10:21Speaker 1: they said, now we're gonna shut that down. Now we're
- 10:24Speaker 1: gonna make you look the other direction. No, you're not
- 10:26Speaker 1: going to have the authority or power to do that.
- 10:28Speaker 1: David Weiss, by the way, and the Merrick Garland straight
- 10:31Speaker 1: up lied to the American people. He also lied, I
- 10:35Speaker 1: would argue under oath because he said that they absolutely
- 10:39Speaker 1: had the ability the autonomy to do what they needed
- 10:42Speaker 1: to do. Referring to David Weiss's team. That's just not true.
- 10:45Speaker 1: You look at this supervisory agent and I'm gonna read
- 10:49Speaker 1: for you this statement. Okay, I have a copy of
- 10:53Speaker 1: the whistleblower disclosure pursuing to twenty six USC Gary Shapley.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Hereby the following statement. I made the statement to supplement
- 11:03Speaker 1: the testimony I previously provided both the Majority Minority staff
- 11:06Speaker 1: the United States Committee on Ways and Means on Friday,
- 11:10Speaker 1: May the twenty six, twenty twenty three. In the beginning
- 11:14Speaker 1: in January twenty twenty, I was assigned to work on
- 11:17Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's investigation as a supervisory special Agent for IRS
- 11:22Speaker 1: Criminal Investigation. It's a criminal investigation. They know it's a
- 11:27Speaker 1: criminal investigation the US Department of Treasury, where he worked.
- 11:32Speaker 1: He said, in that role, I supervise line agents in
- 11:36Speaker 1: carrying out the investigation of Hunter Biden, as that investigation
- 11:39Speaker 1: related to potential criminal violations the United States Code typically
- 11:43Speaker 1: investigated by IRS CI criminal investigations is what CI stands for.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Just so you know, three, he says. I continued in
- 11:52Speaker 1: that role until I was removed from the investigation by
- 11:56Speaker 1: the US Department of Justice in May of twenty twenty three.
- 12:00Speaker 1: So just a few months ago, after providing protected disclosures
- 12:04Speaker 1: concerning prosecutors mishandling of the investigation of Hunter Biden to
- 12:10Speaker 1: include conflicts of interest, He says, preferential treatment normal investigative
- 12:18Speaker 1: procedures stopped and conflicting information provided by Attorney General Merrick
- 12:24Speaker 1: Garland to Congress, he sang and kind words Merrick Garland
- 12:29Speaker 1: lied to Congress related to the independence of the US
- 12:34Speaker 1: Attorney for the District of Delaware number four. Most recently,
- 12:40Speaker 1: former Attorney General Bill Barr provided an interview in which
- 12:43Speaker 1: he stated that information provided by a confidential human source
- 12:49Speaker 1: concerning an alleged bribery scheme by President Joe Biden was
- 12:53Speaker 1: received through the Pittsburgh USAO as the US Attorney's Office,
- 12:59Speaker 1: and was determined it was not likely to have been disinformation.
- 13:08Speaker 1: This whistleblower disclosure, pursuing to twenty six USC goes on
- 13:14Speaker 1: to read this way, according to the US Attorney General
- 13:17Speaker 1: Bar quote I was provided to the ongoing investigation in
- 13:25Speaker 1: Delaware to follow up on and check out number six.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Neither I, nor the line IRS Criminal Investigative agents acting
- 13:36Speaker 1: under my supervision, nor the FBI agents working with the
- 13:42Speaker 1: IRS Criminal Investigative Unit were ever provided the CHS. Information
- 13:52Speaker 1: that the Attorney General bar recently referenced was sent to
- 13:56Speaker 1: Delaware and I have checked out quote unquote that excuse me.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I want to rephrase that our recently reference was sent
- 14:05Speaker 1: to Delaware to quote have it checked out. Prosecutors never
- 14:11Speaker 1: provided such information to IRS Criminal investigations. As such, neither
- 14:18Speaker 1: the IRS Criminal Investigations nor the FBI agents working with
- 14:23Speaker 1: them will provide the opportunity to conduct a proper investigation
- 14:28Speaker 1: into the allegations presented by the CHS. He goes on
- 14:34Speaker 1: to write in this official affidavit, I also, along with
- 14:39Speaker 1: other IRS criminal investigators, requested to be part of a
- 14:43Speaker 1: briefing that the Delaware United States Attorney's Office and the
- 14:48Speaker 1: DOJ were having with the Pittsburgh United States Attorney's Office
- 14:53Speaker 1: during the investigation. Our requests were denied. So why would
- 14:57Speaker 1: you want to keep these people out of the room,
- 14:59Speaker 1: Because these people, if they were in the room, would
- 15:02Speaker 1: have lost their minds knowing that they were the books
- 15:05Speaker 1: were being cooked, and this thing was all a ruse
- 15:07Speaker 1: from the very beginning. They didn't want them in the
- 15:10Speaker 1: room because if they were in the room, they would
- 15:12Speaker 1: have been able to corroborate what was going on in
- 15:14Speaker 1: that room, which was not an investigation, but in fact
- 15:16Speaker 1: a cover up. That's what this actually was. Number six,
- 15:23Speaker 1: the IRS criminal investigators had participated in those briefings, we
- 15:28Speaker 1: would have ensured that the proper investigation steps were conducted
- 15:33Speaker 1: to determine the veracity of the information provided by the CCHS,
- 15:38Speaker 1: as it would likely have been material to the ongoing
- 15:41Speaker 1: criminal investigation of Hunter Biden. So we can't have you
- 15:44Speaker 1: in the room. We can't hear what you're saying. We
- 15:47Speaker 1: don't need to hear from you from what you're saying.
- 15:49Speaker 1: We gotta shut you off. We gotta shut you down.
- 15:51Speaker 1: You gotta shut up. You gotta be quiet, Okay, just
- 15:54Speaker 1: be quiet, right, just be quiet, Leave us alone. You're
- 15:59Speaker 1: not welcome here. Thanks for doing your job. That was
- 16:02Speaker 1: a ruse from the very beginning. We're never going to
- 16:04Speaker 1: let you do your job. We're not going to let
- 16:06Speaker 1: you see this to the end. And if you say anything,
- 16:09Speaker 1: which you've done now, we will kick you off of
- 16:12Speaker 1: this job. That's the recap here. Number seven. During a
- 16:19Speaker 1: criminal investigation, it is pivotal that all investigative leads are
- 16:23Speaker 1: shared with investigators. So the appropriate investigative steps can be executed.
- 16:28Speaker 1: This appears to be another example of prosecutors obstructing the
- 16:33Speaker 1: investigative process. The whistleblower says, it is more likely than
- 16:38Speaker 1: not that there are more examples of information that prosecutors
- 16:42Speaker 1: concealed from us the investigators, in addition to examples already
- 16:47Speaker 1: provided to the Committee during my previous testimony number eight.
- 16:52Speaker 1: As a result of the CCHS information being concealed by
- 16:57Speaker 1: prosecutors from the IRS final investigators and the FBI investigators
- 17:03Speaker 1: assigned to this investigation, we were unable to follow alleged
- 17:08Speaker 1: criminal activity I was as would normally be completed during
- 17:12Speaker 1: an investigation. So the good people that were on the
- 17:16Speaker 1: ground at the IRS were not allowed to do their job.
- 17:20Speaker 1: The good people that were on the ground at the
- 17:24Speaker 1: FBI that were just doing their job were not allowed
- 17:27Speaker 1: to do their job. All of the people that needed
- 17:31Speaker 1: to do their job were not allowed to do their
- 17:34Speaker 1: jobs because they weren't actually ever investigating Joe Biden or
- 17:39Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. They were doing a fake investigation to claim
- 17:42Speaker 1: they did one that was actually protecting Joe Biden and
- 17:46Speaker 1: protecting Hunter Biden. That's the point of this story. A
- 17:52Speaker 1: agent from both the IRS Criminal Investigative Unit and the
- 17:56Speaker 1: FBI confirmed that, to the best of their knowledge, the
- 18:00Speaker 1: information was never provided to the investigators and known investigative
- 18:05Speaker 1: steps were taken by the IRS Criminal Investigative Union or
- 18:09Speaker 1: the FBI agent assigned to the Hunter Biden matter in
- 18:12Speaker 1: order to determine if the allegations could be substantiated. Why
- 18:17Speaker 1: were they not allowed to do their job? And it's
- 18:18Speaker 1: pretty clear why because they knew what they were going
- 18:22Speaker 1: to find. So now let's go to the second IRS whistleblower.
- 18:27Speaker 1: All right, this is the interview of whistleblower X. This
- 18:32Speaker 1: is the second one. This comes from a law firm
- 18:36Speaker 1: sent to Jason Smith, Chairman of the Committee on Ways
- 18:39Speaker 1: and Means US House of Representatives, and the Honorable Richard Neil,
- 18:43Speaker 1: the Ranking Member of the Committee on Ways and Means
- 18:45Speaker 1: US House of Representatives. This letter dated June the nineteenth.
- 18:49Speaker 1: We now have a copy of re interview of Whistleblower X.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Clarification and update, Dear Chairman Smith and Ranking Member Neil
- 18:59Speaker 1: on behalf of my client. This is what's bore number
- 19:01Speaker 1: two wanting to go by mister X. I thank you
- 19:04Speaker 1: for investigating him and excuse me inviting him to testify
- 19:09Speaker 1: recently before the Professional Staff of the Ways and Means
- 19:11Speaker 1: Committee on in a bipartisan process. I greatly appreciate the
- 19:16Speaker 1: courtesies that the staff extended to my client. After having
- 19:20Speaker 1: been given an opportunity to review the transcript of his interview,
- 19:23Speaker 1: mister X thought it would be helpful for the work
- 19:26Speaker 1: of the committee to clarify and update the transcript through
- 19:29Speaker 1: this letter. The clarification, mister X recalls in his testimony
- 19:34Speaker 1: that he was told roughly five years ago by a
- 19:37Speaker 1: supervisor that it was then Attorney General Barr who directed
- 19:42Speaker 1: that the proposed case be merged with an ongoing case
- 19:45Speaker 1: in Delaware. Mister Ax's confident he was told by his
- 19:49Speaker 1: supervisor the merging of the cases was at the direction
- 19:52Speaker 1: of an official at the Department of Justice. However, on
- 19:55Speaker 1: further reflection, mister X cannot definitively state that this then
- 20:00Speaker 1: one supervisor said that the Department of Justice official directing
- 20:04Speaker 1: the merger of the cases was AG Barr. Separate from
- 20:08Speaker 1: the conversation with the supervisor, mister X has no independent
- 20:11Speaker 1: knowledge of who at the DOJ directed the cases to
- 20:15Speaker 1: be merged. I remember these cases being merged was good
- 20:17Speaker 1: for Biden, bad for justice. He then goes on to
- 20:23Speaker 1: say this, as for mister X and what he has testified,
- 20:29Speaker 1: he was the IRS criminal investigative case agent over the
- 20:33Speaker 1: subject investigation at the time, meaning he was over this
- 20:36Speaker 1: hunderbid investigation. And mister X has stated to me that
- 20:41Speaker 1: he has never seen this FBI form at ten twenty
- 20:46Speaker 1: three and that he does not recall ever hearing about
- 20:50Speaker 1: this information being turned over in any meetings with the
- 20:54Speaker 1: prosecuting prosecution team in Delaware. So, in other words, he's saying, hey,
- 20:58Speaker 1: they hit information from my us. Clearly they were hiding
- 21:01Speaker 1: it from the team in Delaware. They weren't allowing the
- 21:04Speaker 1: information that we need to do our job to be seen.
- 21:07Speaker 1: That is a problem, right, That's a huge problem. Further,
- 21:15Speaker 1: mister X informed me that this information could have been
- 21:18Speaker 1: relevant to mister X's investigation at the time of the
- 21:23Speaker 1: subject as it related to a claim of five million
- 21:26Speaker 1: being paid to the subject, which directly ties to email
- 21:29Speaker 1: correspondence reviewed between the subject and a business partner of
- 21:35Speaker 1: the subject sent in May of twenty fourteen. So to
- 21:38Speaker 1: be clear, what this second whistle blower is saying is
- 21:42Speaker 1: he is corroborating this claim of five million dollars being
- 21:46Speaker 1: paid to write the subject. That would be the bidens,
- 21:49Speaker 1: which direct ties to email correspondence review between the subject
- 21:53Speaker 1: and a business partner. That's all legit, He's saying, that happened.
- 21:59Speaker 1: He goes on to say, not only was it related
- 22:02Speaker 1: to the claim that five million dollars being paid to
- 22:04Speaker 1: the subject, that would be the bidens, which directly ties
- 22:06Speaker 1: to email correspondence, saying we have that right, We've seen
- 22:10Speaker 1: this and we know that this subject, which would be
- 22:12Speaker 1: the bidens and a business partner of the subject, sent
- 22:15Speaker 1: this email in May of twenty fourteen. He then says,
- 22:19Speaker 1: which is believed to be reference to the five million
- 22:21Speaker 1: being paid to the subject. That's the bidens from company xxx.
- 22:26Speaker 1: That would be the Chinese Communists Energy Company CEFE. I.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Hope this information assists the Committee in its review and
- 22:33Speaker 1: consideration of this matter. Thank you. Now, all this is
- 22:37Speaker 1: out now, right, But the question now as well, do
- 22:40Speaker 1: the Biden's care right? Does it actually matter? Well, let's
- 22:43Speaker 1: go back to what actually happened here. Let's go back
- 22:45Speaker 1: to that WhatsApp text hunter Biden demands in twenty seventeen,
- 22:49Speaker 1: right after his Dad's left office. Hey, it's time for
- 22:52Speaker 1: our payoff, right, we need our payoff now. We need
- 22:55Speaker 1: the payday now. Hunter Biden demanded in twenty seventeen to
- 22:58Speaker 1: be paid by the these Communist Party linked Chinese businessman
- 23:02Speaker 1: zaw while while Joe Biden was sitting next to him
- 23:05Speaker 1: in a room. Investigators wanted to obtain the location data
- 23:11Speaker 1: to confirm that Joe Biden was in the room. And
- 23:15Speaker 1: guess what happened. They weren't allowed to even ask that question. Quote,
- 23:20Speaker 1: there's no confidence of the FBI attained that data. Hunter
- 23:24Speaker 1: Biden deducted payments for prostitutes and sex clubs for his taxes.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Not going to get in trouble for that. The investigation
- 23:31Speaker 1: Hunter Biden began as an offshoot of an inquiry into
- 23:34Speaker 1: a foreign adult platform. No investigation of that, and the
- 23:38Speaker 1: Attorney General, the Attorney General Garland again denied all of
- 23:45Speaker 1: these whistleblower allegations that the Biden DOJ interfered with a
- 23:48Speaker 1: Hunter Biden criminal probe, and he lied to Congress about it.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Not only that, he then goes on to say this,
- 23:55Speaker 1: and I'll go back to what Garland said. In fact,
- 23:57Speaker 1: I want to play for you what Garland said, because
- 23:59Speaker 1: I think it's more powerful when you hear it being played,
- 24:03Speaker 1: because you can hear how how they go about this, right,
- 24:06Speaker 1: how angry, how self righteous they are? Right, because this
- 24:10Speaker 1: is all about being self righteous. This is all about
- 24:14Speaker 1: you know, how dare you? You need to understand what
- 24:17Speaker 1: we're doing. You need to understand how we're acting. You
- 24:20Speaker 1: need to understand. You don't screw with us, right, you
- 24:25Speaker 1: don't mess with us, That's not what you do. Here
- 24:30Speaker 1: is Garland, in his own words, saying, how dare you
- 24:33Speaker 1: act like I could have done anything wrong? And I
- 24:35Speaker 1: know I'm perfect.
- 24:36Speaker 6: I certainly understand that some have chosen to attack the
- 24:42Speaker 6: integrity of the Justice Department as components and its employees
- 24:46Speaker 6: by claiming that we do not treat light cases alike.
- 24:49Speaker 1: By the way, let's stop there. In translation, he's speaking
- 24:52Speaker 1: directly to these whistleblowers, saying, how dare you? How dare
- 24:56Speaker 1: you step out of line? How dare you step out
- 24:59Speaker 1: of and you act like I was that you have
- 25:02Speaker 1: the power to go around me. That's what he's saying
- 25:06Speaker 1: in this statement. This is a shout across about any
- 25:09Speaker 1: other whistleblowers. And then he goes on to say this.
- 25:13Speaker 6: This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential
- 25:17Speaker 6: to American democracy and essential to the safety of the
- 25:20Speaker 6: American people. Nothing could be further from the truth. You've
- 25:24Speaker 6: all heard me say many times that we make our
- 25:28Speaker 6: cases based on the facts and the law. These are
- 25:31Speaker 6: not just words. These are what we live by. They
- 25:33Speaker 6: are the foundation of the way we make these decisions.
- 25:36Speaker 1: He's a liar by the way. He lied to Congress,
- 25:39Speaker 1: and he's lied to the American people. He also acts like,
- 25:42Speaker 1: if you're not on the team, that you're a terrible person. Right,
- 25:46Speaker 1: If you're not on the team, you are, how dare you?
- 25:50Speaker 5: Right?
- 25:50Speaker 1: Get out of my institution. The people, by the way,
- 25:55Speaker 1: that are turning on him are the people within the IRS,
- 25:58Speaker 1: within the FBI, within the DOJ. It's his employees that
- 26:03Speaker 1: are saying you can't trust him. I'm going to say
- 26:07Speaker 1: that again. The people that he acts like are on
- 26:09Speaker 1: his team are the people that are actually coming out
- 26:11Speaker 1: against him. The people that are coming out against him
- 26:18Speaker 1: are and the whistlebars are his employees. And his employees
- 26:23Speaker 1: are telling you right, His employees are saying you're a liar.
- 26:30Speaker 1: His employees are telling the story that you wouldn't let
- 26:34Speaker 1: them do your job? And then he's like, you know,
- 26:36Speaker 1: how dare you come after the integrity of the people
- 26:39Speaker 1: that work for me. The people that work for you
- 26:44Speaker 1: are the ones that are saying you're a scumbag. The
- 26:48Speaker 1: people that work for you are the ones that are
- 26:51Speaker 1: saying you're a horrible person. The people that work for
- 26:54Speaker 1: you are the ones that are saying you lied to Congress.
- 26:57Speaker 1: The people that work for you are the ones that
- 26:58Speaker 1: are saying you didn't let us do our job. That's
- 27:03Speaker 1: what they're saying here. And then you said there like
- 27:05Speaker 1: how dare you and p the integrity of the people
- 27:08Speaker 1: that work for me. It's the people that are working
- 27:10Speaker 1: for you. They're saying you suck at your job.
- 27:13Speaker 6: The agents of the FBI, as well as the DA
- 27:17Speaker 6: the atf Urputy, US marshals every day, often at great
- 27:22Speaker 6: personal risk, protect the American people and secure its safety.
- 27:27Speaker 6: Our cases are based on their work. I could not
- 27:30Speaker 6: be more proud to work with them.
- 27:33Speaker 1: They're not proud to work with you. The people that
- 27:37Speaker 1: you're trying to wrap around you in this cloth of
- 27:40Speaker 1: we're doing great work here are the ones that are
- 27:42Speaker 1: actually saying you're not doing great work here. The people
- 27:46Speaker 1: that you're trying to say are impeccable at their jobs
- 27:48Speaker 1: and amazing are the ones that are saying you're horrible
- 27:51Speaker 1: at your job and you're evil and you're not letting
- 27:54Speaker 1: us do our job. That's what they're saying about you.
- 27:57Speaker 1: And then you sit there and you're like, oh, let's
- 27:59Speaker 1: wrap a blanket around us, right, it's disgusting. Make sure,
