- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on, deeed me now, one and only. Steve Harvey
- 2:11Speaker 1: got a radio show, I said every day because God
- 2:14Speaker 1: been good to me. God has done some things in
- 2:16Speaker 1: my life that's truly been just amazing, really amazing. Ain't
- 2:21Speaker 1: even really the word. They don't really have a word
- 2:24Speaker 1: for what He's done for me. I'm just out of superlatives.
- 2:27Speaker 1: That's why I said every day. Steve Harvey got a
- 2:29Speaker 1: radio show because God is in a blessing business. Yeah, yes, God,
- 2:33Speaker 1: God can help you turn your life around. Did you
- 2:37Speaker 1: hear me? God can help you turn your life around
- 2:40Speaker 1: whatever you're going through. God has an answer for see,
- 2:44Speaker 1: But it's the going through that gets us though, ain't it.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Because I was having a moment yesterday and I set
- 2:49Speaker 1: my wife down, I said, Bay, I just need to
- 2:51Speaker 1: talk to him going through a little bit right now.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I just wanted to share what I'm a little down
- 2:56Speaker 1: right now. My wife reminded me. She reminded me to
- 3:01Speaker 1: see this what a man. That's what a good mate does.
- 3:05Speaker 1: A good mate reminds you just of things that sometimes
- 3:10Speaker 1: you forget when you get off track, because you know,
- 3:13Speaker 1: I I consider myself a motivational type person. I I
- 3:18Speaker 1: try to listen to people and then give them something
- 3:20Speaker 1: I've learned along the way on this journey I've been on.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I try to give a person a takeaway. But even
- 3:26Speaker 1: being that person, sometimes I get off track myself. I
- 3:30Speaker 1: get a little a little low sometimes, you know, I
- 3:33Speaker 1: get a little down. Sometimes I sometimes I forget some
- 3:37Speaker 1: of the stuff I say. And ain't that I forget it.
- 3:39Speaker 1: I guess I just get caught up in the grind
- 3:43Speaker 1: of doing it. And sometimes I get get a little
- 3:46Speaker 1: off course and I forget some of the things that
- 3:49Speaker 1: my wife or a mate is can be good for
- 3:53Speaker 1: you to remind you and she just says, Steve, God
- 3:56Speaker 1: got us. She said, have you ever known, oldest that
- 4:00Speaker 1: every time you get in a spot? And she say,
- 4:03Speaker 1: and I know how you must feel, cause you're out
- 4:05Speaker 1: here working and and then you keep turning around and
- 4:09Speaker 1: and and and and and old stuff keep popping up,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and you get a call from your accounting and hit
- 4:14Speaker 1: this then went wrong? And not then when you steady
- 4:16Speaker 1: trying to fix it, but you steady going wild? Man?
- 4:19Speaker 1: What does it? She say? But you ever noticed he
- 4:22Speaker 1: always always, no matter what, provide away and he ain't
- 4:27Speaker 1: never too late. Oh you might be going the deadline
- 4:30Speaker 1: is approaching. The deadline can come and pass, but then
- 4:34Speaker 1: they have a grace period for you. And then sometimes man,
- 4:38Speaker 1: it's just you go down there after the grace period
- 4:40Speaker 1: and they take the payment anywhere and you're good anyway.
- 4:43Speaker 1: But see, ain't that God bringing you through it. It
- 4:46Speaker 1: may not be when you want it, but he right
- 4:49Speaker 1: on time. Jazz before you get put out, jazz, before
- 4:52Speaker 1: they turn maybe they cut the lights off, but you
- 4:55Speaker 1: get it back on. Just folk company come or just
- 4:58Speaker 1: before the weekend. Get here. See he always comes through
- 5:02Speaker 1: for you. And she had to remind me of that.
- 5:05Speaker 1: What you're going through is necessary, man, Stop, I don't
- 5:09Speaker 1: want no more this though none of us won't no more. Look. Look,
- 5:13Speaker 1: circumstances and hardships and pitfalls are always untimely. They ain't
- 5:17Speaker 1: ever it ain't ever good time for stuff to go wrong?
- 5:21Speaker 1: When when? When? When? Is that? It's how you look
- 5:25Speaker 1: at it, if you keep the law of attraction and play,
- 5:29Speaker 1: if you keep believing that that's what that He gonna
- 5:32Speaker 1: see you through this just like he do when you
- 5:34Speaker 1: don't believe it, That's what the old part is though,
- 5:38Speaker 1: ain't it ain't. God brought you through even when you
- 5:42Speaker 1: didn't really have a faith to say he was gonna
- 5:44Speaker 1: bring you through. But because of grace and mercy he
- 5:47Speaker 1: brought you through anyway. But because you forgot to thank him,
- 5:52Speaker 1: or you didn't pay attention through to come through, you
- 5:54Speaker 1: just was telling people, Oh, man, if you'd have seen,
- 5:57Speaker 1: it was so jacked up, man, I was so herning up.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I ain't know what I was donna do. Almost got
- 6:02Speaker 1: put out. I was gonna see keyword almost And you
- 6:06Speaker 1: forgot that part right there, and then I was it
- 6:08Speaker 1: looked like I want man and that and seemed like
- 6:11Speaker 1: every month I go through this same thing, and then yeah, yeah,
- 6:15Speaker 1: then somebody ought to just say did you pay it? Yeah?
- 6:17Speaker 1: I paid it? Did you get put out? Now? I'm cool?
- 6:20Speaker 1: See something. See you need somebody on your shoulder to
- 6:22Speaker 1: say that to you, and then you need somebody on
- 6:25Speaker 1: to come right behind him and go man. Ain't God good? Really? Man?
- 6:30Speaker 1: That that's how this works. See you, you keep getting
- 6:34Speaker 1: in situations, but he keeps getting you out. Now if
- 6:37Speaker 1: you jump, look, listen to me. Hold on. Let's say
- 6:40Speaker 1: you're the frying pan and the skillet and all is
- 6:43Speaker 1: up and you and that frying and you uncomfortable being fried.
- 6:48Speaker 1: God somehow. Or let's just say you managed to get
- 6:52Speaker 1: out of the hot grease in the frying pan and
- 6:55Speaker 1: you're standing that next to the skillet looking at the
- 6:59Speaker 1: fire continue to heat de grease, you get out, and
- 7:02Speaker 1: then for some unexplainable reason, you dives right on back
- 7:07Speaker 1: in there. Ain't that how we usually do it. I'm
- 7:11Speaker 1: just asking you, God, get you away from the man
- 7:15Speaker 1: you've been asking to get away from. Then you go
- 7:17Speaker 1: right back over there and start seeing him again. God,
- 7:21Speaker 1: get you away from the woman that you need to
- 7:23Speaker 1: get away from, just finding the mess up your life
- 7:26Speaker 1: you go right back over there and start seeing huggain.
- 7:30Speaker 1: God get you out the gang situation. Move you across town.
- 7:35Speaker 1: You go right back over there and start hanging out.
- 7:38Speaker 1: God give you mess around it. God's through a blessing,
- 7:42Speaker 1: gets you incarcerated so you can pull you out the
- 7:45Speaker 1: drugs scene because you're gonna get clean in jail for
- 7:48Speaker 1: the most part. Pulls you out the gang scene so
- 7:52Speaker 1: you could be away from that neighborhood there. As soon
- 7:55Speaker 1: as you get out of jail, you go right back
- 7:58Speaker 1: over there to the drug seene and you go right
- 8:01Speaker 1: back over that to them same fools that got your
- 8:05Speaker 1: head twisted up and got you locked up in the
- 8:07Speaker 1: first place. It's amazing how many times God get us
- 8:11Speaker 1: out the fire and we walked right back in there.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Ain't it amazing? Man? I mean, really, man, see this
- 8:19Speaker 1: high break life down for me so I don't get
- 8:21Speaker 1: over here stuck on stupid with myself and then get
- 8:24Speaker 1: to doing something ignorant like blaming God. When really, man,
- 8:27Speaker 1: God has given us, as human beings, the power of decision,
- 8:30Speaker 1: and we all make decisions. How many times, man, see,
- 8:34Speaker 1: sometimes it's a blessing and getting locked up. You can
- 8:37Speaker 1: ask a lot of cats. I know, man to tell
- 8:38Speaker 1: you it was a blessing for me, man, because I
- 8:40Speaker 1: was just headed the wrong way, steady, but he locked
- 8:43Speaker 1: me up. Setting me down made me miss my family,
- 8:47Speaker 1: miss being out here, being a free man, made me
- 8:50Speaker 1: realize that my family was important. Made me Man, really
- 8:53Speaker 1: see this girl for what she was. When I get out, man,
- 8:56Speaker 1: I'm on a straight and narrow Well then when you
- 8:59Speaker 1: get out out though, See, you can't be talking about
- 9:02Speaker 1: no oh man, I can't find no job. Now I'm
- 9:05Speaker 1: gonna go and do what I gotta do. No, no, no, no, no, partner,
- 9:08Speaker 1: you got to do now what you're supposed to do.
- 9:10Speaker 1: See that don't do what you gotta do got you
- 9:13Speaker 1: in trouble in the first place. See everybody, see see
- 9:16Speaker 1: the hood got a lot of ignorant rules. We didn't
- 9:18Speaker 1: create it. I gotta do what I gotta do. I
- 9:20Speaker 1: gotta feed my family. Well, the only reason you gotta
- 9:22Speaker 1: do what you gotta do is because you didn't do
- 9:25Speaker 1: what you were supposed to do. So if you just
- 9:27Speaker 1: went on to school like your mama kept telling you. Ah, Man,
- 9:31Speaker 1: I was watching fort eight Hours yesterday and the dude
- 9:33Speaker 1: named Nesto was on there and Nesto Latino do said, Man,
- 9:37Speaker 1: my mother told me quit hanging with these guys. They
- 9:40Speaker 1: wore going nothing but trouble. I should have listened to her.
- 9:43Speaker 1: He doing thirty years right. You can't blame God. That's
- 9:48Speaker 1: why I talked to myself this way, so I don't
- 9:50Speaker 1: get stupid and start shifting to blame the wrong way
- 9:53Speaker 1: when it's really on me. How many times has God
- 9:56Speaker 1: got you out of something and you walk right back
- 9:59Speaker 1: into it? Man, why don't you take these blessings God
- 10:02Speaker 1: give you and going about your business? That be the
- 10:05Speaker 1: best way to do it. Don't you think That's what
- 10:09Speaker 1: I think? So I thank God my wife for reminding
- 10:12Speaker 1: me that God got us anyway, that God gonna pull
- 10:16Speaker 1: you through anyway that. Have you noticed, Steve, we ain't
- 10:19Speaker 1: lost a beat. Oh. I know it's hard out here,
- 10:22Speaker 1: but really you ain't lost to beat. You're still moving forward,
- 10:26Speaker 1: You're still dressing nice, you still look good when you
- 10:29Speaker 1: come into that job. Everybody don't got to know you.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Your house is in bad shaping. All that God got you, man,
- 10:36Speaker 1: if you just hold your head up, man, quit complaining
- 10:39Speaker 1: all the time about what you ain't got, and as
- 10:42Speaker 1: in words, of my daddy's slick Harvey. Stop talking about
- 10:45Speaker 1: what you ain't got and take a good look at
- 10:47Speaker 1: what you do. God, that's improper grammar, but that always
- 10:50Speaker 1: stuck with me and maybe it'll stick with you. Quit
- 10:53Speaker 1: talking about and looking at what you ain't got to
- 10:55Speaker 1: take a good look at what you do. You're ladies
- 11:02Speaker 1: and gentlemen, boys and girls, people from all around the world.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Listen to me. You're listening with an equivalcuple. It is
- 11:13Speaker 1: the relatives, the most eye bodacious, kindabit ficker show in
- 11:22Speaker 1: the world. That's my uncle man that you should come
- 11:24Speaker 1: in and try to use big word, nothing about, nothing
- 11:28Speaker 1: about why. It's about one of the bow daries this time,
- 11:35Speaker 1: I pol claymation war for that's an africlmation. That's some
- 11:42Speaker 1: day and heard before. That's an affroclamation. Then you try
- 11:46Speaker 1: to correct him. That's an affirmation. But nobody know what
- 11:49Speaker 1: that is. Morning everybody, morning, baby morning. You can hear
- 11:59Speaker 1: a good morning. Yes, I did, good morning very much.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Junior morning up morning, Jeff dies baby, you know, and
- 12:13Speaker 1: Houston got quiet him. It's not scared. Ain't nobody scared.
- 12:23Speaker 1: We just talking though, Happy Monday. I just started watching, right,
- 12:32Speaker 1: I don't know nothing. I'm talking about it. I watched sports,
- 12:36Speaker 1: but I ain't gonna lie. I don't watch the World
- 12:38Speaker 1: Series to the World Series, right, right? Yeah, you wait
- 12:41Speaker 1: until the World Series and the World Series until the
- 12:46Speaker 1: World Series. Then that sounds stupid. Oh, I mean you
- 12:50Speaker 1: don't watch baseball until the World Series? Right? And that
- 12:54Speaker 1: was a little that was a little shot at me.
- 12:56Speaker 1: It's okay, no, you see, don't that sounds stupid. I'm
- 13:00Speaker 1: know I said it was stupid. I should have seen it.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I don't want baseball, I said, I don't want World Series,
- 13:06Speaker 1: the World Series when I do stupid, You're right with it.
- 13:10Speaker 1: He made y'all get off of it. Stop. He can't turn.
- 13:14Speaker 1: He's turned what he meant, same thing sing, Yeah, I
- 13:18Speaker 1: know what he meant. But but that is that is
- 13:21Speaker 1: a situation on this show. We will snap off on
- 13:24Speaker 1: each other in a moment, notice like he does. Though
- 13:29Speaker 1: he's a little quicker to take. Who would be quick
- 13:33Speaker 1: as in the order? In the order? I know him first?
- 13:38Speaker 1: All we got to play for that. I know him first,
- 13:42Speaker 1: followed is the hottest of the hot heads? And who
- 13:47Speaker 1: the second place? Who are quick on you? The fastest?
- 13:50Speaker 1: Get their feelers hurt real quick. Sure, I'm telling you
- 13:56Speaker 1: I don't know. Call it caller right up there with sut.
- 14:00Speaker 1: But I don't get my feelings hurt. I just clap back.
- 14:04Speaker 1: It's a difference. But I think we're that's that's the issue, Steve.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I think we're all very, very very sensitive on this show.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Like Spad, we got to let to be six. When
- 14:21Speaker 1: we come back, let me know it's sick and died.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Are they sensitive to? Oh yeah, we gotta go right now,
- 14:29Speaker 1: but we we thirty two after we're from sensitive. You're
- 14:41Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right here
- 14:46Speaker 1: we are the sensitive crew that we are, hot crew
- 14:52Speaker 1: that we are. We're all sensitive. Admit to something? What Okay?
- 15:01Speaker 1: I am the one on the show that likes to
- 15:05Speaker 1: keep the most mess Oh by, I want to volunteer
- 15:11Speaker 1: for that because for me it's exciting. Like if I
- 15:15Speaker 1: see any two of y'all about to go at it,
- 15:18Speaker 1: I show you do you are the head? Can let
- 15:27Speaker 1: me ask you a question, Steve? Is that healthy? Do
- 15:30Speaker 1: you think that's a healthy word? Do? I do? I do?
- 15:34Speaker 1: The CEO that's wait for us to operate as a
- 15:38Speaker 1: company successfully is to get it all out. I love
- 15:42Speaker 1: when the the the the argument or whatever, the disagreement
- 15:45Speaker 1: has died down, and then he'll walked away thought of something,
- 15:51Speaker 1: come back and get it started all over again. He'll
- 15:54Speaker 1: throw a bomb. Ain't no doubt, thank you. And that's
- 15:59Speaker 1: what I'm here for, a guy, to make sure that
- 16:02Speaker 1: we have healthy, healthy relationship. You know, nobody's harboring any
- 16:08Speaker 1: sentiments and ill will towards were enough because we get
- 16:11Speaker 1: it all out you want to get for example, now
- 16:14Speaker 1: come on, let's go. I'm thinking between Junior and and
- 16:18Speaker 1: and Jay. I think the two of them being the
- 16:22Speaker 1: sickest people on I think the fact that they go
- 16:26Speaker 1: at one another so remitiously, I think that's actually healthy way.
- 16:31Speaker 1: It makes me feel better knowing he going that. Y'all,
- 16:36Speaker 1: y'all have stop in his name. Now, Junior, what if
- 16:43Speaker 1: you had to speak at his funeral after? What would
- 16:47Speaker 1: you say? Though? First of all, I going there and
- 16:50Speaker 1: kick the casket over see his body. You're not gonna
- 16:55Speaker 1: be sad or wait a minute, he has not been
- 17:01Speaker 1: a supporter. It's true, It is absolutely true. He was
- 17:07Speaker 1: gonna have the stick of cell walk right, and remember
- 17:10Speaker 1: that they had them noticed they had to flood, so
- 17:15Speaker 1: I can't. I mean, it was not it was I wasn't.
- 17:20Speaker 1: All I said, is well he said, well it's Randy.
- 17:22Speaker 1: We can't have the walk. I said, why can't you
- 17:24Speaker 1: have to swim? And so he got really upset about that. Yeah,
- 17:32Speaker 1: you know, yeah, but here's my things. If I do die,
- 17:38Speaker 1: I have left instructions that my funeral be cold as hell.
- 17:48Speaker 1: It's gonna be in an ice box. So he done it. Wow, guy,
- 17:58Speaker 1: but this is all day. This is all. But there's
- 18:02Speaker 1: some love there. Kill you to get upset. I just
- 18:06Speaker 1: got here. You know, Jay will hit you with a
- 18:08Speaker 1: mic stand testing improve and I have heard that he
- 18:11Speaker 1: will hit you. I was with when he did. Some
- 18:18Speaker 1: things happened laugh a lot, allegedly, allegedly there's no film
- 18:25Speaker 1: on that. We're all very very sensitive. Now you want
- 18:32Speaker 1: to know who throw the most punchers at toime? He thought,
- 18:36Speaker 1: oh you're looking at and he throws the Steve just
- 18:46Speaker 1: takes the alley oop and dumbbe you're throwing the hollyhoop
- 18:50Speaker 1: and I don't go up and getting that right there
- 18:53Speaker 1: would be I'm a now, I'm a pop power forward
- 18:55Speaker 1: now because I just love seeing him snap off, just
- 19:00Speaker 1: like pushing his button, know why, But he's gotten so
- 19:05Speaker 1: much better. But because he's gotten better, that means I
- 19:09Speaker 1: have to go harder. And I think, you know, he's
- 19:14Speaker 1: finally reached the point where he's really doing what he
- 19:16Speaker 1: wants to do, the radio show and the plays. So
- 19:18Speaker 1: he's happy. And now I'm a place you know what,
- 19:23Speaker 1: you know what, Joe j I mean, he really is.
- 19:27Speaker 1: He's in a much better place now if he's acty,
- 19:30Speaker 1: because that's what he wants to do, his act in
- 19:33Speaker 1: these plays, and it's a successful place, and he's to it.
- 19:36Speaker 1: This is the happiest he's And he's not home much.
- 19:39Speaker 1: That is the main that was gonna say. And he's
- 19:43Speaker 1: been in a lot of movies home much. That's a
- 19:50Speaker 1: side Kidney did. Come on, he's been in so many movies.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Let's talk about that. Yeah, it's secure. That was that
- 20:06Speaker 1: was his ophe story of his life. That's too. What
- 20:10Speaker 1: was like doctor? Yes, he was in Media Boo the
- 20:20Speaker 1: first one. Yeah, he was didn't think like a man.
- 20:23Speaker 1: I think he said that. What about that karate movie
- 20:26Speaker 1: he was in that with low ass Kicks. There was
- 20:33Speaker 1: some hot kicks dogs. They tore all you was doing
- 20:42Speaker 1: was kicking me and my stumble. Oh my god, I
- 20:47Speaker 1: forgot about him. Know we haven't. But he is much
- 20:52Speaker 1: happier now. And guess guess who started that? Folks? Sure,
- 20:58Speaker 1: sure I started about the movie? Yes, I own it.
- 21:09Speaker 1: You started. Get you back out and just do last well,
- 21:13Speaker 1: because because if I started, you're sure to finish. It's
- 21:18Speaker 1: what I appreciate about, though, Shirley, is you laugh hard?
- 21:25Speaker 1: It's about my friend you're laughing at you're free laughing. Yeah,
- 21:31Speaker 1: oh my god, but you do sound happier, man, much happier, Yes, sir,
- 21:37Speaker 1: thank you, thank you the man. I'm having fun. I'm
- 21:40Speaker 1: on days. Boy. All right, it's Monday. Reverend Motown, Deacon
- 21:45Speaker 1: death Cham in the building with church complaints. Right after this,
- 21:49Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up
- 21:53Speaker 1: at the top of the hour. Miss Anne will be
- 21:55Speaker 1: here to update us on today's national news and the
- 21:58Speaker 1: weekend box office. But first, it is Monday, and it's
- 22:02Speaker 1: time for Reverend Motown and taking death Jam with today's
- 22:05Speaker 1: church complaints. Yeah, oh lord, come on, gracious, not nothing
- 22:22Speaker 1: nothing my law. Let me we there we go, We
- 22:34Speaker 1: we are here today, all right, gave on this money
- 22:41Speaker 1: as usual. That's right. And what are we here to do?
- 22:46Speaker 1: Go over what this ungrateful congregation it worried about? Now,
- 22:55Speaker 1: come on hand paths in the head of all the
- 22:58Speaker 1: complete department. It is my long time deacon, been with
- 23:05Speaker 1: me or I would say a little over forty or
- 23:10Speaker 1: four years. That's right, that's right. Ladies of you are
- 23:15Speaker 1: introduced to some and present to most. Yeah, and introduced
- 23:23Speaker 1: to all. Okay, the honor robbed, I'm on him passing.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Come on, or the knob slickability, Come on, I'm preaching down,
- 23:43Speaker 1: talking loud and saying nothing. That's right. That's right, dig
- 23:50Speaker 1: your def jail, evening, get known and past um. We've
- 23:55Speaker 1: got quite a few chures complaints this morning. Let's get
- 23:58Speaker 1: started here. Ah, since the Florence Gieddrid's son, little Bucket
- 24:05Speaker 1: just got his helmet removed. Uh. The doctor says he
- 24:09Speaker 1: should be fine, but if he catches the spirit, we
- 24:13Speaker 1: should watch him. Pastor, we think we should appoint someone
- 24:16Speaker 1: to watch little Bucket in case he can't the spirit.
- 24:20Speaker 1: But that would be your call. Oh, the fact that
- 24:25Speaker 1: little Bookie is getting his helmet removed. For those of
- 24:28Speaker 1: you that don't know, that's all waterheaded boy. Yeah, weight
- 24:35Speaker 1: of it we were concerned about. So what I had
- 24:39Speaker 1: done this church was I bought him a boxing helmet
- 24:45Speaker 1: from the Golden Gloves. But he can well once church
- 24:51Speaker 1: taught in case she get happy and that head gets loose.
- 24:58Speaker 1: It got loose last week she fell asleep in a
- 25:01Speaker 1: pew and you know how your head jerked back. Well,
- 25:06Speaker 1: he knocked off four women's hatch last week, one head forehead.
- 25:13Speaker 1: He was in the mother's section. Yeah he was. Well,
- 25:17Speaker 1: that's when that word went round quite a bit, the
- 25:23Speaker 1: mother that while he ain't that this week. Oh man,
- 25:32Speaker 1: that's exactly what the mother's was calling him, you little
- 25:35Speaker 1: m hmm okay, passed them. Moving along, we have our
- 25:40Speaker 1: sister I feel glad it's Washington, as you know, sits
- 25:44Speaker 1: on the first pew, is asking that we find a
- 25:47Speaker 1: new person to do church announcements. Sister Agnes chaplain who
- 25:52Speaker 1: has a very heavy lisp. Keep spitting on the entire
- 25:57Speaker 1: front row, and it's better. Some people have actually almost
- 26:00Speaker 1: drowned on the front road. You're gonna have to do
- 26:03Speaker 1: something past to stop this. I have talked to sister
- 26:08Speaker 1: watching h with their move decon. But now that but
- 26:14Speaker 1: that's it. Sister Angnes Chapman is the one that does
- 26:16Speaker 1: the announcements and that's the one spitting on there about it.
- 26:19Speaker 1: But like I said, sister, after you're glad that's Washington
- 26:23Speaker 1: is the one complaining. We'll I talked to sister had
- 26:26Speaker 1: about Okay, actually it is it is. Uh, it's spitting
- 26:33Speaker 1: with the purpose. She actually just will seeing her husband
- 26:42Speaker 1: and that is needing to do with her list. She
- 26:44Speaker 1: had spit on that helpful full turn USand spitting ministry. Okay,
- 26:51Speaker 1: that's why she didn't want to or you know, just
- 26:53Speaker 1: go out all out and just swing on them. So
- 26:56Speaker 1: she's been spitting on them for about four or five
- 26:58Speaker 1: weeks in the ruler. So it's personal. It's very personal.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Nothing we can do about it, all right, Well, when
- 27:07Speaker 1: we let the spinning continue. Uh, one of our white
- 27:10Speaker 1: members passed the Thurston Adam came, it's taking a knee
- 27:15Speaker 1: while the choir is singing, because they won't let him sing.
- 27:19Speaker 1: In the quid, you're gonna have to step in here
- 27:21Speaker 1: past because he keeps taking a knee right in front
- 27:23Speaker 1: of the sanctuary, in the middle of the sanctuary, why
- 27:27Speaker 1: the Christ singing? You're gonna have to do something here.
- 27:29Speaker 1: We're gonna as neil and we ain't gonna do nothing
- 27:35Speaker 1: about that either. How that feel? But passing it's kind
- 27:40Speaker 1: of it's it's distracting when he's there kneeling and everybody
- 27:44Speaker 1: is saying it. Thurston Adam came, m hmm, hello, fast fast,
- 27:56Speaker 1: did you the misials is? Thurston Allen came T A
- 28:00Speaker 1: K Yeah, Well I think he ought to asked the
- 28:08Speaker 1: clan for supporting. Why you can tell you tag he
- 28:14Speaker 1: can getting there on out of here if he won't
- 28:16Speaker 1: you don't like what we do, we don't you can.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Nearly if you won't do anybody to head cared about
- 28:21Speaker 1: us Nearly passed and said we give him a song.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I let him sing or something. Yeah, I'll tell you
- 28:28Speaker 1: what if he don't like that, right, tell him he
- 28:30Speaker 1: can open up serving next week with the national ends.
- 28:35Speaker 1: All right, and then watch this because everybody in my
- 28:41Speaker 1: church has been instructed to need everybody at the jack
- 28:46Speaker 1: Park takes a knee for the hair. All right, Okay,
- 28:52Speaker 1: I'm moving right a down, brother reader. Alatamo is out
- 28:56Speaker 1: of the synk ward, but he's still in a str jacket. Uh.
- 29:01Speaker 1: He's asking that we take the jacket off so he
- 29:04Speaker 1: can rejoice. The psychiatrist says, under no circumstances shouldn't be
- 29:09Speaker 1: the jacket. As you know, he was locked up twenty
- 29:14Speaker 1: years for forty people who came up missing and was
- 29:16Speaker 1: never found. It's up to you about the jacket pass well,
- 29:20Speaker 1: brother Winder. They give me jacket off in hill because
- 29:23Speaker 1: what we ain't been to be a number forty one
- 29:26Speaker 1: mission because if they regrab you, you're gonna Is that
- 29:31Speaker 1: what I'm understanding about the street jack Yeah, the straight
- 29:34Speaker 1: jacket now once again, his name is read A Laddermo
- 29:39Speaker 1: and he has he has been in the side ward
- 29:41Speaker 1: for twenty years. He just got out and uh party
- 29:44Speaker 1: people came up missing when his last excursion. But he
- 29:48Speaker 1: wants to take He's saying he wants to take the
- 29:50Speaker 1: jacket off so he can rejoice with everyone else. He
- 29:53Speaker 1: wants to be able to shout and and and praise
- 29:56Speaker 1: the Lord in the shout with you jacket on. Just
- 30:03Speaker 1: tell her he just jumped straight up and down. Is limited.
- 30:09Speaker 1: All he can sit on a pew and rock back
- 30:11Speaker 1: and forth. Don't make me no difference. But we're not
- 30:14Speaker 1: gonna let his hands. I'll take Jackie tell you that
- 30:18Speaker 1: right now. All right, man sin Curlyn and bought her
- 30:23Speaker 1: pistol the church. All right. Coming up at the top
- 30:29Speaker 1: of the hour, we'll have our national news. And former
- 30:32Speaker 1: President Barack Obama has jury duty. Uh huh, you're listening
- 30:39Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. President Barack Obama has
- 30:44Speaker 1: fulfilled his civic duty as president. Now comes another role
- 30:48Speaker 1: as a citizen, jerry duty. He gotta go. Yeah. County
- 30:53Speaker 1: Chief Judge told commissioners on Friday that Obama has been
- 30:58Speaker 1: summoned for jerry duty next in Illinois. Now he lives
- 31:02Speaker 1: in Washington, we all know that with his family now,
- 31:05Speaker 1: but maintained, still maintains a home in Chicago. With a
- 31:09Speaker 1: Harvard Law School degree, experience teaching law, and eight years
- 31:13Speaker 1: as commander in chiefs, he's not going to have He's
- 31:16Speaker 1: a pretty decent candidate for jury duty. Now, he's not
- 31:21Speaker 1: the first, but he's not the first person. He's not
- 31:25Speaker 1: the first former president to receive a notice for jury Dorty. Well,
- 31:31Speaker 1: they might go. They just might not get picked. That's
- 31:33Speaker 1: what happened. Now, they're not gonna be down. Former President
- 31:39Speaker 1: George W. Bush reported for jury duty at a Dallas courthouse.
- 31:43Speaker 1: He was not selected. He sat through the process and
- 31:47Speaker 1: posted for post for photos and pictures and everything with
- 31:51Speaker 1: other potential jurors. And I'm just saying President Obama, same
- 31:56Speaker 1: thing could happen to him. No, they not. Have you
- 32:00Speaker 1: guys ever been had jury duty? Always get out of it? Yeah,
- 32:04Speaker 1: I get out of it. I get out of diabetes.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I have diabetes. Just what is that? After we're sitting
- 32:13Speaker 1: on the step, I got to shoot up every ten minutes.
- 32:16Speaker 1: I happened a good look, I'm dying to stand when
- 32:19Speaker 1: I'm trying up. I'm diet. That's this. Yeah, if you
- 32:24Speaker 1: said enough, they're gonna win. It's a different strand of that.
- 32:30Speaker 1: We needed to let him go home. And if you
- 32:32Speaker 1: tell him how you gotta like take your insuline, is
- 32:34Speaker 1: you have to shoot it up like a heroine to
- 32:38Speaker 1: pull and shoot myself in the butt every thirty minutes,
- 32:43Speaker 1: y'all don't need to see this. I am a diabetic.
- 32:49Speaker 1: I can't I have to pull my pants down and
- 32:59Speaker 1: shoot myself in the butt. Excuse me? Wrecked him to
- 33:06Speaker 1: wreck him south back? Let him go? Yeah, we don't
- 33:12Speaker 1: need Yeah, he could go. I would love to stay, though,
- 33:16Speaker 1: I would really love to stay and see this case.
- 33:18Speaker 1: But I might die battery and I need to shoot
- 33:21Speaker 1: myself in the behind every twenty minutes. You know you
- 33:28Speaker 1: are you would die with that much insolence in your body.
- 33:31Speaker 1: You really, you would know. No, he's not gonna have
- 33:37Speaker 1: to go. I hope he's gonna make Yeah. Yeah, what
- 33:44Speaker 1: the spectacle that would be. I don't want to tell
- 33:49Speaker 1: you what it's bad. It's the last time I went
- 33:55Speaker 1: down there for no reason at all. It's just so
- 33:59Speaker 1: you just have to come down. You might be able
- 34:02Speaker 1: to help you, miss Harmy, but you have to come down.
- 34:04Speaker 1: So I reported, I went down there, I got inline
- 34:08Speaker 1: that lady asked me for my SOLI security. No, but
- 34:10Speaker 1: I gave it to it. She said, why are you here?
- 34:15Speaker 1: I said, is your name? Uh ms, let's tell it?
- 34:19Speaker 1: She said, yeah, I said, didn't you told me to
- 34:22Speaker 1: come down here? Yeah, but this is not your soul
- 34:26Speaker 1: security though it was my son social security. We have
- 34:29Speaker 1: the same name and you have the exact same name. Wow. Well, Steve,
- 34:37Speaker 1: there's a lot of news to get to today, including
- 34:40Speaker 1: the house. A lot of news, like I was saying,
- 34:47Speaker 1: including that the latest with the charges led by Special
- 34:50Speaker 1: Counsel in the investigation into Russian meddling in the election.
- 34:54Speaker 1: So Steve, please introduced our news director, Ladies and gentlemen.
- 34:58Speaker 1: She's here, she's talented, she's informative, our very own source
- 35:03Speaker 1: of reality MS and trip. Thank you very much, Steve,
- 35:08Speaker 1: good winning everybody. This is entered with the news. Well.
- 35:10Speaker 1: A federal grand jury in Washington has reportedly approved the
- 35:13Speaker 1: first criminal charges to be leveled by Special Counsel Robert
- 35:16Speaker 1: Miller as a result of his probe into Russian interference
- 35:20Speaker 1: in the last presidential election, according to NBC News and
- 35:23Speaker 1: CNN Now, the Office of the Special Council is going
- 35:25Speaker 1: to announce that indictment sometime today. Meanwhile, Jersey Governor Chris Christie,
- 35:30Speaker 1: a supporter of President Trump, says that news of a
- 35:33Speaker 1: criminal indictment by the Special Council does not necessarily suggest
- 35:37Speaker 1: any actual Russian involvement in the election. Christie, a former prosecutor,
- 35:41Speaker 1: tells ABC this Week that he's also doubtful that someone's
- 35:44Speaker 1: about to be charged in order to get information needed
- 35:47Speaker 1: to charge a more major character or a bigger fit,
- 35:50Speaker 1: what do you want to do is keep that smaller
- 35:52Speaker 1: fish having turned secret because it helps them to be
- 35:55Speaker 1: able to gather more infiction. Sometimes they can wear a
- 35:57Speaker 1: wire for you. Sometimes they can gather information for that.
- 36:00Speaker 1: If they're if they're quiet, um, you're gonna get where.
- 36:02Speaker 1: If everybody knows they've been charged, they're gonna be treated
- 36:05Speaker 1: like the radio active indictment that Mueller's expect to announce,
- 36:07Speaker 1: possibly as soon as today, has been sealed by a
- 36:09Speaker 1: federal judge, anyone charge could be taken into custody immediately.
- 36:13Speaker 1: House Republicans expected to announce their long awaited measure aimed
- 36:17Speaker 1: at overhauling the nation's tax code this week. Puerto Rico's
- 36:20Speaker 1: power authority has canceled a controversial three million dollar no
- 36:24Speaker 1: bid contract with a company called Whitefish Energy. More than
- 36:27Speaker 1: a month after her came Maria, more than seventy of
- 36:29Speaker 1: the islands homes and businesses without without power. Questions now
- 36:33Speaker 1: being asked about the selection of a small Montana company
- 36:36Speaker 1: selected to repair the out the islands power grid, Whitefish Energy,
- 36:40Speaker 1: especially since Whitefish happens to be based in the hometown
- 36:43Speaker 1: of Trump's Administration's Interior Secretary Ryan Zinky, and because Whitefish
- 36:47Speaker 1: won the contract over bear companies when it had only
- 36:50Speaker 1: two employees. They're asking some questions. Sad news. Actor and
- 36:53Speaker 1: stuntman sunny Landham has died. Landham, a muscular action movie man,
- 36:58Speaker 1: was part Cherokee and seminole, and perhaps best remembered as
- 37:01Speaker 1: track of Billy Soul in the movie Predator. You know something?
- 37:04Speaker 1: What is it? He's scared? You ain't afraid of No.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Man's something up there waiting for us. And he said,
- 37:14Speaker 1: we're all gonna die. Sunny landon with seventy six. He
- 37:17Speaker 1: died of congestive heart Filly tops of the box office

- 46:10Speaker 1: That's right here to check settlement. Take a listing. Thank you. Hello, right,
- 46:18Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach out this place. How you doing.
- 46:21Speaker 1: It's attorney over the associates. All right, I want to
- 46:25Speaker 1: give you a call. I just got your file that
- 46:27Speaker 1: hit my desk, and we got a check going out
- 46:29Speaker 1: to you on Monday. You came in yesterday, correct, Okay, listen,
- 46:33Speaker 1: we got a few lou glitches here. We want to
- 46:37Speaker 1: go over with I want to go over with you.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Make sure we get this all ironed out before you
- 46:41Speaker 1: come in on Monday, and I'll have a check definitely
- 46:44Speaker 1: waiting on you when you get here. All right, you're
- 46:46Speaker 1: supposed to be getting six thousand, four hundred and ten dollars,
- 46:50Speaker 1: unfortunately as being reduced to twelve due to uh injuries
- 46:55Speaker 1: not being as as bad as they say it was.
- 46:58Speaker 1: A lot of calculations got really mixed up on our
- 47:00Speaker 1: paperwork here. And please keep in mind that on the
- 47:02Speaker 1: twelve hundred, we still haven't taken out our fee, which
- 47:04Speaker 1: is like about thirty three and a third. We'll have
- 47:07Speaker 1: a check for you on Monday in the ballpark of
- 47:09Speaker 1: four to five hundred dollars. Hold on, hold on, hold up. Okay,
- 47:14Speaker 1: So what was the total month that y'all got from
- 47:17Speaker 1: the law from them? Evidently the person that did these
- 47:21Speaker 1: calculations completely did them wrong, and I do apologize for
- 47:25Speaker 1: this being a mishap on our part and it's totally
- 47:28Speaker 1: screwed up. And I do apologize on the behalf of
- 47:31Speaker 1: the of the association here that we've dropped the ball
- 47:34Speaker 1: on that. But your actual check has been reduced to
- 47:37Speaker 1: twelve hundred dollars, okay, And that's without us taking the
- 47:41Speaker 1: law fees out of it. So I how was six
- 47:47Speaker 1: thousand dollar cover the doctor field and practice. Well, from
- 47:51Speaker 1: my understanding, man, what they're also stating is that your
- 47:53Speaker 1: injuries are not that bad, and I don't want to
- 47:56Speaker 1: be the bear of bad news. They're actually wondering if
- 47:59Speaker 1: you were actually hurt at all. So I even have
- 48:02Speaker 1: to get injections, okay, okay, And and do you have
- 48:06Speaker 1: any you I have some medical documents here, and I
- 48:09Speaker 1: understand that you've been going and you probably look like
- 48:12Speaker 1: you went over at least at least two months going
- 48:14Speaker 1: to the doctor and getting and getting therapy and the
- 48:20Speaker 1: car practice car. That wasn't my decision, Okay. Well, A
- 48:23Speaker 1: lot of this call from from my injury exactly, and
- 48:26Speaker 1: a lot a lot of these doctor fees, and that
- 48:28Speaker 1: you've gone to eating up eating up a lot of
- 48:31Speaker 1: these funds, and I tell you, these doctor bills they
- 48:33Speaker 1: get pretty high out there. I do want to apologize.
- 48:36Speaker 1: What we're gonna do here, since we've dropped the ball
- 48:39Speaker 1: on this. We're gonna give you the check for and
- 48:41Speaker 1: not even take the law fees out of it, and
- 48:43Speaker 1: I'll have that check waiting on you on Monday morning.
- 48:47Speaker 1: Let's still okay. I understand what you're saying. What I'm
- 48:50Speaker 1: trying to figure out is from the I need to
- 48:55Speaker 1: see some paper. What was the total out check was
- 49:00Speaker 1: written from the insurance company, plus what was the portion
- 49:04Speaker 1: that was supposed to be taken out for the capract
- 49:05Speaker 1: plus a portion that was supposed to be taking out
- 49:08Speaker 1: from the doctor's itself? My mouth that you're telling me
- 49:11Speaker 1: six thousand that wouldn't have covered that, and leave me
- 49:14Speaker 1: with okay, I'm not at liberty to let you look
- 49:17Speaker 1: at this paperwork anymore. I'm calling you basically to let
- 49:21Speaker 1: you know I have twelve check for you. If you
- 49:23Speaker 1: don't want that, then you can go ahead and take
- 49:26Speaker 1: some other little I mean that doesn't sound right. I
- 49:30Speaker 1: mean from the entire month, because I got the paperwork
- 49:33Speaker 1: from the chiropractice stating where mont was paid. I understand that. Man,
- 49:37Speaker 1: I'm what I'm trying to let you domin issues there there.
- 49:40Speaker 1: What's going on right now is the response coming back
- 49:43Speaker 1: is that you're not actually hurt at all. That's what
- 49:46Speaker 1: they're saying. They're saying you're not hate at all. Actually,
- 49:48Speaker 1: I don't want to use the words, but they're saying
- 49:50Speaker 1: that you've been faking this the whole time. I need
- 49:53Speaker 1: to see some paperwork to check it. It doesn't sound
- 49:56Speaker 1: right and that doesn't make any sense. Well, all right, now,
- 49:59Speaker 1: you know, I'm the last person that that that this
- 50:01Speaker 1: file is gonna come across. It's coming across my desk.
- 50:03Speaker 1: This is pretty much a take it or leave it option,
- 50:06Speaker 1: you know. And if you don't now, I mean, you
- 50:10Speaker 1: don't have to get at me because you are my
- 50:12Speaker 1: lawyer and i'm your client. Well, you're not gonna raise
- 50:14Speaker 1: your voice. You're not gonna raise your voice. Set me.
- 50:17Speaker 1: That's not gonna happen either. So let's let's pipe it
- 50:20Speaker 1: down a bit. Okay, Now here's what we're gonna do.
- 50:24Speaker 1: Do you want the twelve dollar check or do you
- 50:26Speaker 1: not want it? Now? I've already wavered the fees of
- 50:30Speaker 1: the of the attorneys here. Do you want or do
- 50:33Speaker 1: you want me to reduce it to four hundreds? No,
- 50:34Speaker 1: I don't want twelve because I'm gonna take you to
- 50:36Speaker 1: court because that is the time about he's supposed to
- 50:39Speaker 1: be my lawyer. I'm being the best attorney that you
- 50:42Speaker 1: probably could afford, young lady, Okay, And I'm trying to
- 50:45Speaker 1: do the best I can to help you. Now you
- 50:48Speaker 1: if I from what I understand that, I'm sorry, that's
- 50:51Speaker 1: not going to be acceptable. I just have to get
- 50:53Speaker 1: to get a lawyer to do you. That's not accessible.
- 50:56Speaker 1: You know, you know you people continue to want to
- 50:59Speaker 1: yesterday when we can amen, I didn't. I wasn't there
- 51:04Speaker 1: doing the meeting yesterday. Like I said, these papers just
- 51:06Speaker 1: landed on my desk today. What I'm not going to
- 51:08Speaker 1: tolerate is you people consistently wanting to file a lawsuit
- 51:13Speaker 1: on somebody. Now you want to file a lawsuit on me.
- 51:16Speaker 1: You know it's you're going way too far with this.
- 51:19Speaker 1: This is I want to talk to I've okay, well
- 51:26Speaker 1: now you've heard of me. I'm and I work here
- 51:29Speaker 1: as well, and I'm not gonna stand you, uh dismantling
- 51:33Speaker 1: me the way that you're doing. I just have to
- 51:35Speaker 1: get a lawyer to se that's not accessible. I got
- 51:38Speaker 1: one more thing. This is Nephew timing from Steve Harvey
- 51:41Speaker 1: Martin Show. You just got pracked. You got pracked by
- 51:45Speaker 1: your husband. Oh you're home? Told me she've been waiting
- 51:54Speaker 1: on that check. Yeah, I was about the office. I
- 51:58Speaker 1: don't want to get work. All right, baby, Let me
- 52:03Speaker 1: ask you something. Tell Tommy, what is the baddest radio
- 52:06Speaker 1: show in the land? Baby? Look here, get your check? Huh,
- 52:16Speaker 1: come on, you give it to me. Ignorant going? You
- 52:19Speaker 1: really does? He really does? You can't. You can't listen
- 52:23Speaker 1: to murder the hit and not come you got you
- 52:28Speaker 1: got to be. You can't go down. It's got to
- 52:32Speaker 1: go level ignorance and it stay and stupid continued. Let
- 52:42Speaker 1: me tell you that stupid continues. Mama's boy. We're back
- 52:45Speaker 1: in stride, baby, rolling up. Virginia's Wednesday night, Hampton, Virginia.
- 52:49Speaker 1: It's Thursday night, Friday, Richmond, Virginia, Saturday, Winston Salem, North Carolina, Sunday.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Oh down in the South Columbus g A. Tickets on
- 53:00Speaker 1: sale right now all taket mass outlet. That's me. That's
- 53:03Speaker 1: Robin Gibbons, Gil Jack Harry. The list goes on. You
- 53:08Speaker 1: don't want to miss it. It's the hit plate. That's
- 53:10Speaker 1: two in the Country, Mama's Boy and your nephew was
- 53:13Speaker 1: in there acting a dog soon to be a movie.
- 53:16Speaker 1: What are you saying, Steve? First time whatever, Shirley and Cary,
- 53:26Speaker 1: I think February. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, No, I'm stop, Steve.
- 53:35Speaker 1: I want y'all at my Jacksonville, Florida show. That way.
- 53:39Speaker 1: I want y'all Jacksonville, Florida. Yeah, I didn't. Nobody come
- 53:43Speaker 1: all the way out there. Man, all right, we got
- 53:46Speaker 1: why my girls can't come? See? Why are you passing over?
- 53:50Speaker 1: Like because we have to We have to go right now.
- 53:53Speaker 1: But coming up next, and then this is Seria Guys,
- 54:00Speaker 1: n y T P, nyp D. They're investigating death threats
- 54:04Speaker 1: to Don Lemon from CNN. Yeah, yeah, you're listening to
- 54:09Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Strawberry Letter is up next.
- 54:14Speaker 1: But what you what you want? All I said was
- 54:17Speaker 1: you call and actually Mississippi Monk, I want you'all own
- 54:22Speaker 1: a plane and I want y'all at my show Novem
- 54:26Speaker 1: with a tent, Jacksonville, Florida. I want y'all in the build.
- 54:30Speaker 1: First of all, not enough notice. Second, too far away.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Why didn't enough Not that they ain't doing nothing on
- 54:38Speaker 1: Friday November, Tommy, just just tell everybody we came, like
- 54:42Speaker 1: you said, I ain't about Janet Janet Kane. Just she said,
- 54:48Speaker 1: just tell everybody that king like you said about James
- 54:51Speaker 1: Janet Jackson Kane. We never saw one picture. I ain't
- 54:56Speaker 1: seen a picture. What do you have our airline? Tyler Pere.
- 55:00Speaker 1: Tyler Perry told y'all, Danny came, have you seen that online? Well,
- 55:05Speaker 1: you got pictures of George Washington crossing the Potomac River,
- 55:09Speaker 1: sitting in front of the boat, and then no pictures
- 55:11Speaker 1: of nobody going to this player. I'm just saying. All
- 55:15Speaker 1: I'm saying is they got pictures of Lincoln and you
- 55:21Speaker 1: know what. And I'm already upset with you because you
- 55:23Speaker 1: were supposed to come back when the play was in Dallas. Time.
- 55:26Speaker 1: I'm on the way. I'm catching this next flight. You
- 55:28Speaker 1: never show how I am. Yeah, we all know how
- 55:33Speaker 1: you looking for him? So but they was called. He
- 55:40Speaker 1: was calling me, Tommy, I'm still coming. I'm headed to
- 55:43Speaker 1: the airport now. I beat that baby coming to see
- 55:46Speaker 1: you man, No jake, you know, But have you all
- 55:50Speaker 1: noticed something that's really glaring to me? Tommy invites everybody
- 55:57Speaker 1: to the play except me because you're gonna hurt my feelings.
- 56:02Speaker 1: You ain't gonna come and go. But if you show up,
- 56:08Speaker 1: if you as soon as somebody sing a song, you're
- 56:10Speaker 1: gonna walk. Why would I invite you to that? Wait?
- 56:14Speaker 1: Did you hear what your uncle says? What did he say?
- 56:19Speaker 1: Why do you not want the truth when you asked him?
- 56:24Speaker 1: You asked me to come. I'm gonna tell you the truth.
- 56:29Speaker 1: I'm not gonna be sit up in here and keep
- 56:31Speaker 1: playing around the issue and playing back and forth. I'm
- 56:36Speaker 1: gonna come out there and tell you the truth. Just
- 56:38Speaker 1: for kicks and giggles. Tommy just ask him to see
- 56:41Speaker 1: what he's gonna say. D you want to come to Okay?
- 56:49Speaker 1: I come? But no this After I see the play
- 56:53Speaker 1: the next day on the radio, they're gonna find out
- 56:57Speaker 1: what the play was really about. Now talk the truth.
- 57:02Speaker 1: Somebody has to report the truth. You would like to play,
- 57:08Speaker 1: you would like to play? I ain't never like no play.
- 57:12Speaker 1: That's why I'll ask you to call. But but why
- 57:16Speaker 1: would you not though I'm confused, Sirley. When I was
- 57:22Speaker 1: in college in high school, I would not even hated
- 57:25Speaker 1: for him to come to anything. It was terrible. They'd
- 57:27Speaker 1: be talking and then all of a sudden, somebody bust
- 57:30Speaker 1: out saying that man, sooner we get to the good pard.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Somebody starts saying, we got to get to the letter
- 57:45Speaker 1: we got. I know that I know he is, But
- 57:55Speaker 1: what I got to do with you fixing her hand
- 57:58Speaker 1: the letter object? I want to know if she is
- 58:02Speaker 1: my daughter? Good morning, Stephen, Shirley. I recently came back
- 58:07Speaker 1: in contact with a female that I was dealing with
- 58:10Speaker 1: and found out that she had a daughter that's twenty one.
- 58:13Speaker 1: So I started asking her questions and she got real defensive.
- 58:17Speaker 1: So I just came out and asked, why was she
- 58:20Speaker 1: my I just came out and asked, were she my daughter?
- 58:22Speaker 1: And she said no. So I asked could I see
- 58:25Speaker 1: a picture of her? And again she said no, but
- 58:28Speaker 1: she did tell me her name. So I went on
- 58:30Speaker 1: Facebook and there she was, and I know she is mine.
- 58:35Speaker 1: I wrote her and I explained the situation to her
- 58:38Speaker 1: and said that I might be her father. She approached
- 58:41Speaker 1: her mom and she denied ever having sex with me
- 58:44Speaker 1: and told her daughter not to talk to me anymore,
- 58:46Speaker 1: and she is doing just what her mom told her
- 58:49Speaker 1: to do. I just want to know if she is mine.
- 58:52Speaker 1: If so, If so, then I missed twenty one years
- 58:57Speaker 1: of her life and she has two kids that can
- 58:59Speaker 1: be my grandkids. My family and friends are telling me
- 59:02Speaker 1: just to leave it alone, but I can't. Can you
- 59:05Speaker 1: all give me some advice? Please? Well? First of all,
- 59:09Speaker 1: is your dad, yeah? This is this is a really
- 59:11Speaker 1: tough situation here. And if you are her dad, I
- 59:14Speaker 1: do think you have every right to know if you
- 59:17Speaker 1: have a daughter, I think you have you have that
- 59:19Speaker 1: right to know that. The problem is why the mother
- 59:22Speaker 1: doesn't want you to know. Is she currently married? Does
- 59:26Speaker 1: her husband think the child is his? There's obviously a
- 59:29Speaker 1: lot writing on this lie or this situation, whatever it is. Um,
- 59:34Speaker 1: your friends and family are right to this degree. Uh,
- 59:38Speaker 1: leave it alone in the sense that don't bother the daughter.
- 59:41Speaker 1: This is a situation between you and her mom. I mean,
- 59:43Speaker 1: if you want to know just that you're her, that
- 59:46Speaker 1: you're her dad, that's one thing. But if you want
- 59:48Speaker 1: to be active in her life, this woman has grown now,
- 59:51Speaker 1: so it's really kind of her decision. So it sounds
- 59:54Speaker 1: to me like the mom doesn't want to have anything
- 59:57Speaker 1: you to have anything to do with this because maybe
- 59:59Speaker 1: she's married. Even you didn't say that, but maybe she's
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: married right now and she doesn't want her husband to
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: know because all these twenty one years, her husband is
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: thinking that this daughter is his. I think you know,
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: that could very well be a problem, and that's why
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: maybe the family and friends are telling you to leave
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: the situation alone. But um, the daughter is respecting her mom.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: But then again, the daughter is grown. So maybe later
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: on down the line, you guys can take a DNA test,
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: But right now, UM, let the situation die down a
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: little bit until the um, I guess, until the daughter
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: gets a little bit older, because right now she's still
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: dealing with her mom and what her mom says. Steve, Uh,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: it's a very simple thing for me right here. You know,
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: I want to know if she's my daughter. The problem
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: in all of this letter is what all of this
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: fighting you on it and wanting you to stay out
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: of her life and not giving you information, and that
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: baby ain't talking to you, and your friends telling you
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: leave alone. I only have one question does not answered
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: in this letter who has the daughter grew up believing
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: her father to be because the mother has had to
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: tell this daughter something about a father somewhere. You need
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: to find out who the daughter grew up believing her
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: father to be without DNA testing or paternity tests. You
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: are out on this so far that you can take
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: some other actions. But so far you are. But you
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: really need to find out who this daughter has believed
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: her father to be all these years, and obviously it's not.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: You know, we'll come back and discuss some more. M
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: all right, we'll have part two if Steve's response coming
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: up a twenty three after the hour you're listening to
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: the Steven Show. Alright, Steve, part two of your response, Well, see, brother, Um,
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: here's I want to share something with this man. Sometimes, man,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: when you do something that's casual and meaningless and then
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: you revisit it and the people remember that it was
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: casual and meaningless. You said that I recently came back
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: in contact with the female that I was dealing with,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: not that I was in love with. Don't we just
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: dealing with? So I'm assuming it was this casual little
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: thing found out that she had a daughter that's twenty one,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: so you started asking a question, she got real defensive,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: so you just came out and asked what she your daughter?
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: She said no? So I asked could I see a
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: picture of and again she said no, but she told
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: your name. So you went on Facebook and now she
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: was and I know she's mine because she looks like you.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Is that why? I guess? I wrote and explained the
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: situation to her and said that I might be her father. Okay,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: my man, First of all, can I tell you how
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: stupid that was? You contact a girl on Facebook as
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: old as you are to tell her you her daddy.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: I mean, damn dog, that that that didn't think you
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: didn't come across your head. That's stupid. It so pardoner,
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Since you did it like that, then let me tell
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: you what's happened. Maybe the woman who has his daughter
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: twenty one years old, and after running back up into
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: you and talking, you realize that you're still stupid, and
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: then maybe this ain't the best thing. So then she
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: tries to she tries to protect her daughter. She because
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: then she goes to her mom, mom, this man said
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: he might be my father. Her mom says she didnied
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: ever having sex with me, and told her daughter not
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: to talk to me anymore. And she's doing just what
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: her mom told her to do. Okay, bro, what you
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: wanted to do? She don't even know you. You ain't
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: been in her life. You come on a Facebook page
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: and say I'm your daddy. Bro. The worst way you
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: could have done this. The great intentions, brother, appreciate you
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: want to and take responsibility, but we'll take responsibility. How
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: child support days old? And where you're being now? Guess what?
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Who has this girl grown up thinking her father was?
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: And now you ain't even considering that I'm your daddy.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Hold on, man, who this little girl been thinking her
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: father was? You can't come in there like that. Man,
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Bro, it's really the wrong way to do it.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: Great intentions. Good to see men when they want to

- 1:16:13Speaker 1: listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well, Halloween is tomorrow,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: as we all know. And did you know that eighteen
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: percent of people say they have seen a ghost? Eighteen percent?
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: So no, you know, we don't. But guys, so I
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: have to ask you. I'll start with you, Steve Um,
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: what's your scariest experience? Like, is there a horror creature
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: that freaks you up? Okay, okay, this is I don't know.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: I don't know what this was. But I was on
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: a road trip. I was just finishing gig. You know,
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: he was driving a lot. Steve, we're on back road
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: men and another comedian, and I swear we both see
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: something that looks like no one was smoking that day.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: That looked black. Damn for the disclaimer. It looked like
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: a wolf upright, walking wolf crossing the street. No, not no,
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: And I saw it. And so he was driving and
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: I'm saying, you know, how you see something and nobody
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: says for a while did you see that? It was
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: a long wound, And nobody said, did you did you
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: see that? Dude? Dude, did you see the wolf crust?
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: I don't know what it was. And this other time,
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: this time I was smoking. But anyway, I called them.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: I called the police, I swear, because I thought I
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: heard something downstairs in my basement. So I called the
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: police and it was there was nothing I was. It
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: was like it was a damn. He was smoking. I
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: was just bearing on me. Shut up. Couldn't come outside
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: so we can come inside? I said, I heard footsteps
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: in the basement. I don't know what it is, and
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: there's nothing. And what's that older? Uh the Mansion hotel
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: in Savannah, Georgian? Yes, what about that? The only thing
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: I know is that me and my boy was in
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: the room chilling and I saw the picture shift he
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: saw I saw on the wall. What oh? Yeah. We
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: left the room windows standing in there. That I've heard
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: that this place is haunted. It's just the man I'm
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: talking about. When you watch a straight picture shift to
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: the left. Okay, dog, let's get out the room. We
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: asked no questions, We got together. We just went out
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: to the lobby where other people. Was I adn't go
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: back to that room, okay, mine is I was. I
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: was at my house and my wife had just left,
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: and there was nobody in the house but me. No, no, no,
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: nothing on, no t vs or nothing. So I could
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: just I could hear complete silence. And man, she had
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: put some a glass of ice in the sink, and
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: that ice shifted and broke out running out that damn house. Man,
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: I didn't know what it was. Hell when that white,
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: when that ice shifted and I heard it, I said,
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: oh no, but you know you have you ever beat
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: yourself up trying to get out? Oh my god. I
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: was bleeding by the time. All right. I was working
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: at Ford Motor Company, and that day I had made
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: this ice tea that I was gonna drink after and um,
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: I had made this and had let it sit, you know,
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: where the sugar would be just right. And I had
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: this chair in the corner, and behind the chair was
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: a plant. I used to love live plants. They had
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: big leaves on it. And I had a plant behind
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: the chair. And I had a TV across the room
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: and I sat down and I don't normally watch scary movies,
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: but that night When I got off, a scary movie
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: was on, so I got the iced t the whole picture,
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: had it on the little table in front of me,
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: pulling around. I was, you remember them TV trays, had
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: the TV tray with the food on it and a
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: picture of iced tea and a glass. And I cut
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: this movie on and the scary movie comes on, and
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: I just too lazy to change the channel. And I'm
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: looking at it and I'm pulling the iced tea in
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: the glass. I've been away thinking about this ice t
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: a day and one of them leaves off the plant,
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: fell off the plant and went down my neck. I
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: thought I wasn't behind me. I took that whole picture
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: of iced tea and glass and slew it behind me
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: and get his ass off way. He wasted that all
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: the TI snap the plant in the half. I was
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: on the outher side of the room looking at it, breathing,
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: so damn hall. All I can do is start laughing.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: I said, Joe, stupid man. Scary. You know, trash tupings
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: are scary people. We're the first one man man. One night,
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: me and my neck. You know, we were sitting on
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: these beds. We had the twin beds right across from
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: each other, and we was over that we about fifteen sixteen.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: We had to stay over there for so and we're talking, man,
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: we're bad foot and a mouse ran across from my foot.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: Let's now, I didn't know it at first, but he
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: came back d across from again. And I had happened
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: to be laughing with my nephew and having my head down.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: That damn mouth shot cross my foot. Again. The damage
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: that me and my nephew did in that room, we
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: was never allowed back over uncatched house because we both
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: saw it at the same time. We told that whole
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: damn room just off the wall draws. Coming out to draw,
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: I tried to stetch you don't as strong as I've
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: ever been in my life. I stetched your don That

- 1:28:09Speaker 1: have to do. He's a pretty decent candidate for jury duty.
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: He can't make calls. Now, he's not the first, but
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: he's he's not the first person. He's not the first
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: former president to receive a notice for jury duty. Well,
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: they might go, they just might not get picked. That's
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: what happened. Now they're not gonna be going down down
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: the former President George W. Bush reported for jury duty
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: at a Dallas courthouse. He was not selected. He sat
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: through the process and posted for post for photos and
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: pictures and everything with other potential jurors. And I'm just
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: saying President Obama, the same thing could happen to him.
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: Have you guys ever been had jury duty? Wow? We
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: get out of it? Yeah, I get out of it?

- 1:29:23Speaker 1: them how you gotta like take your insculine is you
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: have to shoot it up like a heroin. Yeah. To
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: pull my hand down and shoot myself in the butt
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: every thirty minutes, y'all don't need to see that. I
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: am a die. I pull my pants down and shoot
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: myself in the butt. Excuse me? Wrecked them to wreck them? Sound?
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: Let him go? Yeah, we don't need let him. He
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: could go. I would love to stay, though, I would
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: really love to stay and see this case. But I
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: m a die battery and I need to shoot myself
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: in the behind every twenty minute. You know, you while
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: you would die with that much insolence in your body,
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: you really you would know. No, he's not gonna have
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: to go. I hope he's not making Yeah, what the
