- 0:25Speaker 1: mother st I don't join jo. You got turn you

- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn them out? Then turn the water the
- 1:47Speaker 1: water go. Come, come on your thing. Uh huh, I
- 2:03Speaker 1: shall well, good morning, everybody. Excuse me, you're listening to
- 2:08Speaker 1: the voice. Come on dig me now, one and only
- 2:11Speaker 1: Steve Arvey got a radio show. Man o man o
- 2:14Speaker 1: man something going on real good today. You ought to
- 2:18Speaker 1: feel blessed today. The fact that God woke you up
- 2:21Speaker 1: and gave you another opportunity. You know, every day you
- 2:24Speaker 1: wake up, it's another chance. It's a chance for all
- 2:26Speaker 1: of us to get better, to get it right, to
- 2:29Speaker 1: get on the right path, to stop heading the wrong way.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Every day you wake up, that's your opportunity. See, because
- 2:37Speaker 1: He's gonna keep waking you up because he has a
- 2:39Speaker 1: plan for you. You know, I don't know, uh you know,
- 2:46Speaker 1: I don't. I don't. I don't know when he makes
- 2:49Speaker 1: his call, and you know who gets called home? When
- 2:52Speaker 1: I can't explain it? I don't have that answer. I'm
- 2:55Speaker 1: not him, I'm not God. I don't claim to be.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I don't. I don't understand it alls sometimes but God
- 3:01Speaker 1: has an amazing way. But as long as he's waking
- 3:05Speaker 1: you up, I do know this, God ain't through with
- 3:07Speaker 1: you yet. God has a plan for you. Your job
- 3:10Speaker 1: is to identify, identify the plan. You know, that's that's
- 3:15Speaker 1: clearly what I need for you to do. You know,
- 3:17Speaker 1: um oftentimes the thing that you're looking for, it's right
- 3:23Speaker 1: there inside of you. You know. I can't tell you
- 3:26Speaker 1: how many people I meet, mister Harvey, mister cant speak
- 3:30Speaker 1: to you for a many year. Man, what's up with you? Man?
- 3:34Speaker 1: I was just wondering. Man, I've been trying to and
- 3:35Speaker 1: I want to know. Man, can you give me a
- 3:37Speaker 1: good agent? Can you give me a good lawyer? Can
- 3:41Speaker 1: you give me a good Now? Look, if you got
- 3:43Speaker 1: some legal problems, I understand you're gonna need some help
- 3:46Speaker 1: right there. But the majority of questions I get asked
- 3:49Speaker 1: is about their future, about their place in this world,
- 3:52Speaker 1: about their mission, about what they're trying to do, how
- 3:55Speaker 1: they're trying to figure out, and then how to go
- 3:57Speaker 1: about doing it. But the answer I must remind all
- 4:01Speaker 1: of you is always within yourself. It starts right there.
- 4:05Speaker 1: See a lot of people burn up a lot of
- 4:07Speaker 1: time looking around trying to find someone. If I could
- 4:12Speaker 1: just meet them, if I could just get on her show. Man,
- 4:17Speaker 1: if all, if I could just get to his show,
- 4:21Speaker 1: I beating made It's not that's not necessarily the case.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Because See, just like every time you put your put
- 4:30Speaker 1: your faith in a person or an event or currens
- 4:34Speaker 1: or some type of thing that you imagine yourself being
- 4:37Speaker 1: and then that'll do it for you, imagine of all
- 4:40Speaker 1: the people who've made it without you know, I look
- 4:43Speaker 1: at everybody telling man, if I could get on so
- 4:45Speaker 1: and so show, that will do it for me. Man,
- 4:47Speaker 1: somebody else got on that show and they blew up. Man,
- 4:49Speaker 1: if I could just make it to that show, do
- 4:51Speaker 1: you know how many people have made it without that? So, see,
- 4:55Speaker 1: when you start focusing in on what your idea of
- 4:59Speaker 1: how to make it is, and your idea of how
- 5:01Speaker 1: to make it does not include your relationship with God,
- 5:05Speaker 1: you're spending your wills. Man, it's a vicious cycle you
- 5:08Speaker 1: in now, and I'm asking everybody to get out of
- 5:11Speaker 1: that cycle, get out of looking for someone and something.
- 5:15Speaker 1: The answer is within you. God resides in you. That
- 5:19Speaker 1: burning thing that you have that you just can't get
- 5:22Speaker 1: out your head. That's a seed. God planet that that
- 5:26Speaker 1: that's a seed. It needs watering, nurturing, fertilizing, and that's
- 5:30Speaker 1: what it needs. It didn't it. Don't ever say, man,
- 5:34Speaker 1: I need that other person right there now. Now people
- 5:37Speaker 1: you will meet that a compliment you, and I can
- 5:39Speaker 1: assure you that God will put you in the right
- 5:41Speaker 1: place at the right time. I'm almost certain that God
- 5:44Speaker 1: will introduce you to everybody you need to be introduced
- 5:48Speaker 1: to to make it to wherever it is. You all
- 5:51Speaker 1: are trying to get to him talking about you and
- 5:53Speaker 1: God now, But the moment you take it into your
- 5:56Speaker 1: own hands and you make the decision as to who
- 5:58Speaker 1: you got to get to, You've just clouded and muddied
- 6:01Speaker 1: the waters. See God's plan for you don't really need
- 6:05Speaker 1: your help. It needs your attention, it needs your focus,
- 6:11Speaker 1: it needs your faith, and it needs your hard work.
- 6:15Speaker 1: But it needs you to listen. Needs you to listen
- 6:19Speaker 1: more than anything. Listen, keep the faith and be willing
- 6:23Speaker 1: to work your tail off. I don't know how you
- 6:27Speaker 1: think it can happen. Any other way. But then again
- 6:30Speaker 1: I do because I try to make it another way.
- 6:34Speaker 1: So I had to come to the conclusion, Hey man,
- 6:37Speaker 1: listen here, dog, this ain't working for you. You gotta
- 6:40Speaker 1: get some more God, here, man, listen to me. The
- 6:44Speaker 1: answer was always within me, the moment I sat down
- 6:49Speaker 1: with myself and told myself the truth that a partner
- 6:53Speaker 1: you ain't really all that they a partner, regardless as
- 6:57Speaker 1: to what people are seeing and stuff, ain't happy. Hey Pardner,
- 7:01Speaker 1: this really ain't about you. Hey Pardner, you really ain't
- 7:05Speaker 1: all that good at this. God is keeping you for
- 7:09Speaker 1: a reason. Okay, hold of Steve, quit tripping what I
- 7:13Speaker 1: need to do. I just started talking to myself and
- 7:15Speaker 1: then I heard Bishop Jake's say a couple of things.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Then I was watching TV. I heard Joel Oldstein say
- 7:21Speaker 1: a couple of things and I went wild, man, Okay, cool,
- 7:25Speaker 1: that's pretty slick. I'm gonna try that. And when I
- 7:27Speaker 1: did it, it changed my life. I am telling you, man,
- 7:32Speaker 1: it has been God this whole time, and the God
- 7:35Speaker 1: has been residing inside of me, just like the God
- 7:38Speaker 1: resides on the inside of you. That's Him talking to you,
- 7:42Speaker 1: telling you, man, you are to get it. Together man
- 7:45Speaker 1: making you feel bad. It's sending you on guilt trips,
- 7:48Speaker 1: you knowing you wrong, and you out there wrong, and
- 7:51Speaker 1: something telling you you all not do it. Here's how
- 7:54Speaker 1: you know. It's God. And Bishop Olmer taught me this
- 7:57Speaker 1: in his book He's Got I can't think of the
- 8:00Speaker 1: name of it right now, but it's a really good book.
- 8:03Speaker 1: But it says in there man. Bishop Alma was talking
- 8:06Speaker 1: in this book and he was saying, the way you
- 8:09Speaker 1: know is not God's voice. It's if it ain't no
- 8:13Speaker 1: sin in it. See how many times have you made
- 8:18Speaker 1: up in your mind, I'm gonna show this person or
- 8:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna show that person. I'm gonna get this person back.
- 8:24Speaker 1: You hurt me, I'm gonna hurt you. You know the
- 8:27Speaker 1: Lord don't like ugly. I'll show you well, the Lord
- 8:30Speaker 1: don't like ugly. But no way in that doesn't safe
- 8:33Speaker 1: for you to go show them. It doesn't say that. See,
- 8:37Speaker 1: so when you strike out on that mission, you know
- 8:40Speaker 1: the God knows in my heart I loved you, but
- 8:43Speaker 1: I got to do this because you did me. Whoa
- 8:45Speaker 1: whoa ain't got nothing to do with God? Right there?
- 8:48Speaker 1: You can take him out of it. If it's God,
- 8:51Speaker 1: has no sin in it. So anytime somebody come to
- 8:55Speaker 1: me talking about the Lord told me to do this
- 8:58Speaker 1: to you, and that's the only reason I'm doing it.
- 9:00Speaker 1: You need to get yourself right with God. I heard
- 9:03Speaker 1: all them threats right there. That ain't God talking to
- 9:06Speaker 1: me through you. What are you crazy? If it's God,
- 9:09Speaker 1: it has no sin in it. So you got to
- 9:12Speaker 1: be careful, man, when you're talking to people and we're
- 9:14Speaker 1: gonna go down here and we're gonna do this because
- 9:16Speaker 1: this is the right thing to do. If it has
- 9:19Speaker 1: something wrong going on, then it can't be the right
- 9:22Speaker 1: thing to do. Took me a minute to learn that one.
- 9:26Speaker 1: But please get that through your head so you can
- 9:28Speaker 1: quit spinning yourself around and remember everything you're looking for
- 9:33Speaker 1: is within you. It's all right there. Quit wasting your
- 9:38Speaker 1: time looking around all the time. Go to your God, man,
- 9:42Speaker 1: talk to him. Go to that spirit that's on the
- 9:45Speaker 1: inside of you that's calling you. Stop letting people shake
- 9:48Speaker 1: your treat At the end of the day, somebody gonna
- 9:51Speaker 1: be right, somebody gonna be wrong. All right, y'all, we're
- 9:53Speaker 1: gonna help going day tripping a little bit, going through something.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening lady Jill, let me have your attention please.
- 10:06Speaker 1: This is the Quiet Stone. Do Do Do Do Do?
- 10:12Speaker 1: That was it. That's all I wanted to do. I
- 10:14Speaker 1: was gonna do Smokey Robinson's Cruising, but I didn't have
- 10:17Speaker 1: a voice for it on it because I just worked
- 10:19Speaker 1: out and I don't feel like in my train. I
- 10:22Speaker 1: don't know what's wrong with him. Excuse me. You don't
- 10:25Speaker 1: have the voice so Smokey Robinson because you worked out. Yeah,
- 10:29Speaker 1: that's the only reason. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it kind of
- 10:35Speaker 1: gotta got me earlier I had it, but to work
- 10:38Speaker 1: out through it, you know, yeah, yeah, you know, and
- 10:45Speaker 1: and and you know right now, like since I ain't
- 10:47Speaker 1: never done smoking, I can't nobody say I ain't I
- 10:53Speaker 1: do when I lie, I do unverifiable line. That's the
- 10:58Speaker 1: thing about it. You can't at nah hell na you
- 11:02Speaker 1: know all. That's why Roscoe Wallace wins all the time. Yes, yeah,
- 11:08Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, this is the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Shirley Strawberry, Colin Farrell, Mouth of the South Junior Government.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Name is kill spaces a man, founder of Kills Hopes. Yes, yo,
- 11:24Speaker 1: they run wof they do everything. Long is his warm
- 11:29Speaker 1: they don't do no cold weather activities for this foundation.
- 11:34Speaker 1: No suck ladies and gentleman, the legend that is nephew
- 11:38Speaker 1: tummy Jun. What's on your mind day? Man? I want
- 11:44Speaker 1: to talk to you about something month and let me
- 11:45Speaker 1: ask this man. But because this is important for man
- 11:48Speaker 1: understanding man, just prayer, man understanding how to pray and
- 11:53Speaker 1: what I'm praying for, because sometimes he may not be
- 11:56Speaker 1: praying the right prayer. Is it always something about Lord,
- 11:59Speaker 1: let me have can I want? Let me say this.
- 12:02Speaker 1: My answer is not gonna be a perfect answer. All
- 12:06Speaker 1: I know is what I have had to learn to
- 12:09Speaker 1: incorporate in my prayer. When I ask for something, I
- 12:14Speaker 1: always ask him me to guide me in his will
- 12:19Speaker 1: because I have asked for a lot of things that
- 12:23Speaker 1: really wasn't good for me or really wasn't in the plan,
- 12:27Speaker 1: And I wasted a lot of prayers like that because
- 12:31Speaker 1: what He wanted and had for me, I was trying
- 12:33Speaker 1: to go in another direction. So now when I ask
- 12:36Speaker 1: for stuff, always say if it's in your will. But
- 12:39Speaker 1: then mostly now I go, Lord, fix it how you
- 12:43Speaker 1: want me to be and order my steps? You know,
- 12:46Speaker 1: put me in that direction. If you ask God to
- 12:49Speaker 1: order your steps, He'll do it for you. Ask you
- 12:52Speaker 1: sail received. I just want to try to do your will.
- 12:56Speaker 1: You know. Now, sometimes as a human I fight against that,
- 12:59Speaker 1: you know, because it's uncomfortable sometimes, but that's it is.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Life is uncomfortable. You have to make uncomfortable decisions and
- 13:09Speaker 1: you have to get comfortable being uncomfortable if you ever
- 13:12Speaker 1: want to be successful. So that's how I pray. Can
- 13:16Speaker 1: you instead of ordering your steps? Can you order a
- 13:18Speaker 1: house or order a car? How can you order other things? Well?
- 13:22Speaker 1: Yes you can ask you would have placed your order?
- 13:27Speaker 1: Morning Show. I have asked for it. I have ordered
- 13:31Speaker 1: get a cracking all right, minutes after the hour, we're
- 13:38Speaker 1: gonna hear once more from the nephew as he runs
- 13:41Speaker 1: that frank back. Right after this, you're listening to Harvey
- 13:46Speaker 1: Morning Show. Time to start your morning off now with
- 13:49Speaker 1: the nephew and run that frank back. What you got
- 13:51Speaker 1: for a snap? Today's title is I love your wife
- 13:56Speaker 1: more than you do? I do I love your wife
- 14:00Speaker 1: more than you do. Let's go Hello, Hey, I'm trying
- 14:04Speaker 1: to I'm trying to reach Trey this track. Who is this? Hey, Trey?
- 14:07Speaker 1: How you're doing? Man? This is Milton, I work at
- 14:09Speaker 1: your wife, Teresa. Milton. Yeah, yeah, you probably heard of
- 14:13Speaker 1: me before. I've been I've been at the job probably
- 14:15Speaker 1: about five years now. Chere she ever mentioned Melon. No,
- 14:18Speaker 1: I don't even know, Milton. What's going on? Everything cool?
- 14:21Speaker 1: They yeah, yeah, everything's good. Everything's good. Hey, listen, Um,
- 14:25Speaker 1: I wanted to have a conversation with you. Man. I
- 14:29Speaker 1: don't really know how to spring this on you or whatever,
- 14:32Speaker 1: but um, like I said, I've been working at the
- 14:34Speaker 1: spot for five years and been on Teresa probably like
- 14:37Speaker 1: around three. I guess what I really want to say
- 14:41Speaker 1: is that I didn't I didn't gain some feelings for
- 14:43Speaker 1: Teresa and woa hold on, hold on, man, held on,
- 14:49Speaker 1: hold on. You calling me and you're telling me right
- 14:53Speaker 1: now you have feelings from my wife who you work with,
- 14:56Speaker 1: and you Teresa, because that isn't my wife, you have
- 14:59Speaker 1: to for my wife. Is that correct? Yeah? You know
- 15:02Speaker 1: it took me a while to come forward and say this,
- 15:04Speaker 1: but you know I am man enough now that I
- 15:07Speaker 1: feel like men you need to talk about it. Bro,
- 15:10Speaker 1: Have you lost your mind? No? No, I haven't. No, listen,
- 15:15Speaker 1: I'm just letting you know. Today is the day and
- 15:17Speaker 1: I decided I'm not carrying this weight on my shoulders
- 15:19Speaker 1: no more. I'm getting it off for me, all right.
- 15:21Speaker 1: And at the end of the day, I love your
- 15:23Speaker 1: wife morning. You do what you say. I love your
- 15:30Speaker 1: wife more than you do. Bro. How long you've been
- 15:34Speaker 1: loving my wife? You tell me how long you've been
- 15:36Speaker 1: love How long? How long you feel that you have
- 15:38Speaker 1: been in love with my wife? I mean I'm looking
- 15:41Speaker 1: at I know, I know I know at least too
- 15:44Speaker 1: because my wife's even know this. I mean, I'm I'm
- 15:47Speaker 1: sure she's awarever to a certain extent, to a certain extent,
- 15:51Speaker 1: what what house? How certain of the extent are we talking?
- 15:53Speaker 1: I mean, you know, when we go to lunch together,
- 15:55Speaker 1: she you know? I mean, I'm sure she know, y'all, Yeah,
- 15:58Speaker 1: we're going to lunch together. How long y'all been going
- 16:00Speaker 1: on lunch together? Bro, We've been going to lunch together
- 16:02Speaker 1: at least at least two and am years. I mean,
- 16:04Speaker 1: we go to lunch together almost every day. And we
- 16:06Speaker 1: might miss the day if she go with the girls
- 16:08Speaker 1: and I go with the fellas, so be it. But
- 16:10Speaker 1: for the most part, meh, me and her pretty much
- 16:12Speaker 1: at lunch together. God, I need that eyes Bro stayed
- 16:18Speaker 1: hell away from my wife. Bro. I needed to back up.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Ain't no no, no, no no, Bro, because you're talked
- 16:24Speaker 1: enough that you'ren't talked enough. Ain't no more in love,
- 16:27Speaker 1: ain't no more steake. You need to stay them back here,
- 16:30Speaker 1: stay the back man. I don't want to get none
- 16:33Speaker 1: of that nothing, nothing, nothing at all because it come home.
- 16:37Speaker 1: We don't listen. Listen. I know all about you, trade
- 16:41Speaker 1: everything about it, all right. I already know how you
- 16:44Speaker 1: treat her. All right. I'm hot. I'm feeling like a
- 16:48Speaker 1: strong sensation right now because I really want to reach
- 16:51Speaker 1: the phone and just break you in that right now.
- 16:54Speaker 1: That's what I really want to do. That's what I
- 16:56Speaker 1: really want to do. And what my wife talking about
- 16:58Speaker 1: business outside about role phone, That's what I'm trying to
- 17:00Speaker 1: figure out. Hey, all I'm saying is when we go
- 17:02Speaker 1: to lunch, she let me know how she's feeling. She
- 17:04Speaker 1: let me know what she's going through, She let me
- 17:06Speaker 1: know all that. It stop stop with that lunch, Bro.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I don't want to hear another damn thing about lunch. Bro,
- 17:11Speaker 1: Ain't no more lunches from here on out. Brom calling
- 17:13Speaker 1: me talking about you and long with my wife even
- 17:16Speaker 1: take it work because I'm melted. I'm milted, b anyway,
- 17:22Speaker 1: I'm man. Man, listen, calm down. With all that energy
- 17:27Speaker 1: you got going on, like you're gonna do something you
- 17:29Speaker 1: I'm trying to do. You're not what you going to
- 17:33Speaker 1: you You're not gonna do nothing, but you are right now.
- 17:36Speaker 1: But I'm my teams right now, something where you have
- 17:38Speaker 1: right right now? Bro? Like now? So so how about
- 17:41Speaker 1: how about when you got laid off, when you was
- 17:43Speaker 1: off for six months and she was caring all all
- 17:45Speaker 1: the way and paying all the fields. You ain't jump
- 17:50Speaker 1: all right, bet, since you know, since you know everything,
- 17:53Speaker 1: I bet you know I gotta go too. So all
- 17:56Speaker 1: you need to know is all you need to know
- 17:58Speaker 1: is bro get done. Bro, Bro, come down. Bro. You
- 18:03Speaker 1: know what we talk about that he with my wife
- 18:08Speaker 1: that he loves talking about lunch. So the hell up.
- 18:13Speaker 1: While we are, you can thank me for the for
- 18:15Speaker 1: the suit that you got for Christmas. You can thank
- 18:17Speaker 1: me for that. I picked it out and I paid
- 18:20Speaker 1: for it. Okay, okay, cool, cool, cool, all right, cool,
- 18:25Speaker 1: Let me go in the closet right now, right now,
- 18:28Speaker 1: all right here talking about the great suits, the Three
- 18:30Speaker 1: Peaks that's what you talk about it. He's got the
- 18:33Speaker 1: great bulls right here with this bull anyway, I don't
- 18:38Speaker 1: like this nine nine. You don't like to shoo. You
- 18:40Speaker 1: don't want to suit three times nine. You don't like
- 18:42Speaker 1: we ain't told me at lunch when you don't want
- 18:44Speaker 1: to suit, dude, I swear to God, bro, I swear
- 18:48Speaker 1: to God. I need to talk to my wife. Man,
- 18:51Speaker 1: I need to talk to my wife. I need to
- 18:53Speaker 1: talk to my wife because I hey, man, listen, you
- 18:57Speaker 1: know what. I just couldn't hold this back no more.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Me live behind in the shadows, and but I'm over
- 19:02Speaker 1: here kicking money out to Teresa when she needed Why
- 19:05Speaker 1: you was laid off, I'm helping her out. I'm going.
- 19:08Speaker 1: You know I'm doing I'm doing too much on money
- 19:11Speaker 1: you've been so you was getting the money. You're kicking
- 19:14Speaker 1: the money when I was laid off. You're kicking the money, dude.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Somebody had to step up, man to me, and Teresa's tight,
- 19:20Speaker 1: so you know, I just try to step in and

- 19:27Speaker 1: feel better about the whole thing? You want to make
- 19:29Speaker 1: you feel better. You ain't need to make me feel
- 19:31Speaker 1: better about man. All I want you was talking to
- 19:35Speaker 1: my wife. All I gotta do is talk to my wife. Bro.
- 19:38Speaker 1: That's fine, But can I say something to make you
- 19:40Speaker 1: feel better? What this is, Nephew, Tommy from the Steve

- 20:04Speaker 1: you gotta stop that. Tommy, Come on now, come on.
- 20:08Speaker 1: My heart is ranking. I'm slitting now. But hey, I
- 20:11Speaker 1: gotta ask you this. You gotta tell me what is
- 20:13Speaker 1: the bad is? And I mean the baddest radio show
- 20:16Speaker 1: in the land. It's the Steve Harry Mortis Show. Gotta
- 20:20Speaker 1: be thank you, nephew. Coming up next, it is asked
- 20:27Speaker 1: the CLO Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey in the building
- 20:31Speaker 1: ready for your love questions. Right after this, you're listening
- 20:35Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the
- 20:38Speaker 1: top of the hour. In National News will update you
- 20:41Speaker 1: on that horrible story about the four Americans in Mexico
- 20:45Speaker 1: and switching gears to Entertainment News. Former b ET CEO
- 20:50Speaker 1: Deborah Lee claims founder Bob Johnson threatened her career when
- 20:54Speaker 1: she attempted to break up with him. And speaking of
- 20:57Speaker 1: b ET, Tyler Perry and Byron Allen are in talks
- 21:02Speaker 1: to buy a major stake in b ET. We'll talk
- 21:05Speaker 1: about all of these stories at the top of the hour,
- 21:07Speaker 1: but right now it is time to ask the CLO
- 21:12Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey, Tabitha and Philly Wrights. My
- 21:16Speaker 1: brother and I, my brother in law just moved to
- 21:20Speaker 1: our town and he brought his new girlfriend by our house.
- 21:23Speaker 1: She's a well known escort from back in the day,
- 21:26Speaker 1: but he wouldn't know of her since he just moved here.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Should we tell him or should we let him find
- 21:32Speaker 1: out elsewhere? H M, well, that's his girlfriend. I think
- 21:40Speaker 1: it's if this is your brother in law, yea brother
- 21:44Speaker 1: in law, it's your husband's job to pull his brother
- 21:48Speaker 1: to the side. You want to know where you got
- 21:52Speaker 1: a proto if this is her brother in law, which
- 21:56Speaker 1: means this is her husband's brother. Correct, it's your husband's
- 22:00Speaker 1: job to pull his brother to the side, not you.
- 22:03Speaker 1: You need to add this. I don't know why you
- 22:04Speaker 1: wrote us. It ain't weak now, ain't no weak, it's him.
- 22:08Speaker 1: That's not a weak conversation, and you are not be
- 22:11Speaker 1: in it. This ain't but sent us a picture of
- 22:14Speaker 1: the escort though, I mean it's not I've been but
- 22:16Speaker 1: sent us. Then you don't really care, but you kind of.
- 22:20Speaker 1: I don't give a damn what she looked like. You've
- 22:23Speaker 1: been selling it. I don't want it. No, that's for show.
- 22:28Speaker 1: I'm not that dude. I ain't never been that dude. No, No,
- 22:33Speaker 1: we're not purchasing it, and we'll do it indirectly. I
- 22:36Speaker 1: wind it down your hands to throw up. But what
- 22:39Speaker 1: we're not fitting instead of here to hand you to
- 22:41Speaker 1: fit for Oh like, well if you well you I'm sorry. Hey,
- 22:50Speaker 1: let's stop having But they didn't went up to bed,
- 22:59Speaker 1: that's what you're saying. You do think that they should
- 23:01Speaker 1: tell him. I think it's the brother's job to go
- 23:04Speaker 1: to his brother and go, hey, man, just want to
- 23:06Speaker 1: let you know. I know her from in the past.
- 23:08Speaker 1: She's running escort business. Nah, she may have changed, but
- 23:14Speaker 1: just so you know, so you don't run up into
- 23:16Speaker 1: because everybody was covered. Okay. Moving on to Rouletta in
- 23:21Speaker 1: Saint Louis, Rouletta says, I have a main boyfriend and
- 23:24Speaker 1: a sugar daddy that I go gambling with a casino
- 23:27Speaker 1: employee that doesn't like me. Told my boyfriend that I'm
- 23:30Speaker 1: always there with a man. Wouldn't be wrong to tell
- 23:35Speaker 1: her boss that she steals toilet paper from the job.
- 23:39Speaker 1: I don't really see how you gonna lose your job
- 23:43Speaker 1: for stealing toilet papers. The the it depends on what
- 23:53Speaker 1: job the person had at the casino, if they working
- 23:56Speaker 1: pit boss, that they working their deal or something. Nobody. Yeah, yeah,
- 24:01Speaker 1: damn about what you're talking about, soft paper. That's that all.
- 24:06Speaker 1: But hey, I got news for you though. That's that's
- 24:09Speaker 1: them the rules, pretty tony. You got to know the rules.
- 24:12Speaker 1: If you're gonna play, you got to pay. Oh you
- 24:15Speaker 1: thought you thought in this world today that you can
- 24:17Speaker 1: go somewhere repeatedly with all the technology and what nobody's
- 24:20Speaker 1: gonna know? Okay, cool? So you stupid. And they are
- 24:27Speaker 1: cameras everywhere in the casino. They know she's still in
- 24:30Speaker 1: toilet paper. They know, Bro, you can't do nothing that
- 24:33Speaker 1: damn because you know she's cheating, all right, say and
- 24:41Speaker 1: Cherry Hill says, one of my best friends is taking
- 24:45Speaker 1: a trip to Paris and he was bragging about how
- 24:48Speaker 1: how much he was going to be spending. I suggested
- 24:51Speaker 1: he take care of some much needed dental work instead
- 24:54Speaker 1: of going to Paris, and he went off on me.
- 25:00Speaker 1: He went up for me. He told me to f
- 25:02Speaker 1: of whoa uhh, I was doing what a friend should do.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Was it too much? Well, yeah, if he if he
- 25:10Speaker 1: get his teeth fixed, here they go to parts. What
- 25:17Speaker 1: that's gonna come? You don't know? Well, let me you
- 25:19Speaker 1: know you you can't get your teeth fix and make
- 25:22Speaker 1: the parents trip. So now what you told him is
- 25:26Speaker 1: you need to fix his mouth. Well, let me tell
- 25:33Speaker 1: you some true story. Yesterday taping Family few, I was
- 25:38Speaker 1: helping the black maid on front row or dude about
- 25:41Speaker 1: three rolls back on the other side of the rule
- 25:43Speaker 1: said that my tithem? What that my sithem? I walked
- 25:49Speaker 1: over that board. The audience was laughing. I went over there.
- 25:51Speaker 1: I said, excuse me, so that my thither he had
- 25:56Speaker 1: his two front teeth missing. Boy, and he was trying
- 25:59Speaker 1: to say, that's my sister. He said that my tithom boy,
- 26:04Speaker 1: And let me tell you something. Thirty minutes I was
- 26:07Speaker 1: over there talking to him. Get your teeth fixed, people,
- 26:13Speaker 1: damn the pass trip. You was right, but you told
- 26:16Speaker 1: him you picked the wrong way to tell him. The
- 26:19Speaker 1: timing was off. You're gonna tell the man, I don't
- 26:23Speaker 1: know how you're ragging in my fans. Didn't you go said?
- 26:27Speaker 1: Been here? Who you've been to smile? That over there
- 26:34Speaker 1: to eat some crossauce? Man, you got to crush. You're
- 26:37Speaker 1: about to choke the death because you you didn't bite
- 26:40Speaker 1: enough of it off. Too much of it went to
- 26:42Speaker 1: the back of your throat. You got you got, Yeah,
- 26:45Speaker 1: you gotta get some teeth in pairs because they got
- 26:47Speaker 1: some different type of food over your teeth pick your feet.
- 26:59Speaker 1: And it's hard to bite and taste food when you
- 27:02Speaker 1: ain't got teeth in the front you but you know,
- 27:05Speaker 1: you want to bite a little bit so you can
- 27:06Speaker 1: see what it tastes like. You got gonna take the
- 27:09Speaker 1: whole gulp when you ain't got no teeth in it.
- 27:11Speaker 1: You got gonna eat it front, all your food, starting
- 27:14Speaker 1: the corner of your mouth, every same you buy, starting
- 27:17Speaker 1: the gorner. Yeah, so she shouldn't have said anything. The
- 27:21Speaker 1: timing was wrong. Well, her timing was off, and then
- 27:24Speaker 1: you know how she get I don't know how you're
- 27:26Speaker 1: spending this money going to pa. Look at your mouth?
- 27:28Speaker 1: You know that? Ain't We need to get how she
- 27:30Speaker 1: say that? Grilled you over there telling about some polyN taint.
- 27:41Speaker 1: All right? Last one, Steve Keisha and Montgomery says, my
- 27:45Speaker 1: son's girlfriend comes to my house and goes through my
- 27:48Speaker 1: fridge like she lives there. My son said he's able
- 27:52Speaker 1: to do the same thing at her house. We as
- 27:55Speaker 1: black people have different rules than quote unquote they do.
- 28:00Speaker 1: How should I handle this situation? Well, you've got your
- 28:04Speaker 1: house rules. You gotta make your house rules stand. I've
- 28:08Speaker 1: seen an employee go in midfadda. How's that work? First
- 28:12Speaker 1: of all, I ain't seen you wash your hands? Your hands? Secondly,
- 28:16Speaker 1: you ain't bought a damn thing in that. I got
- 28:21Speaker 1: any mustard. I don't care which wanted the kids you
- 28:25Speaker 1: over there with, I don't. I don't do that. Man,
- 28:29Speaker 1: you got rules at the house. They yo house n
- 28:31Speaker 1: they've lowered over the house. Let him go? All right?
- 28:35Speaker 1: All right, thank you, Cello. Coming up at the top
- 28:37Speaker 1: of the hour. We'll have some entertainment news for you
- 28:40Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to morning show. Well, the
- 28:47Speaker 1: former chairman and CEO of b ET Networks Deborah Lee
- 28:51Speaker 1: has released her new memoir titled I Am Deborah Lee,
- 28:55Speaker 1: and during her tenure at b ET, Lee maintained countless
- 28:59Speaker 1: major successes. We all know her and Debor Lee was
- 29:03Speaker 1: a very special guest on GMA and during her interview
- 29:06Speaker 1: with Robin Roberts, she talked about her affair and romantic
- 29:10Speaker 1: relationship would be ET founder Bob Johnson. Lee told Robin Roberts, quote,
- 29:15Speaker 1: we did have a relationship while we were both married.
- 29:18Speaker 1: We ended up both divorced, and then people knew about
- 29:21Speaker 1: the relationship, the company knew, the public. We started going
- 29:25Speaker 1: places together. The downfall of a relationship like that is
- 29:29Speaker 1: if you want to get out of it. She added,
- 29:31Speaker 1: I wanted to break up. I saw it wasn't a
- 29:33Speaker 1: long term relationship, and my job and my career was
- 29:37Speaker 1: held over my head. Now. According to Yahoo dot Com,
- 29:42Speaker 1: Debor Lee felt the need to explain while she's chosen
- 29:45Speaker 1: to speak on the matter in her new book. Quote
- 29:48Speaker 1: she said again, I wanted young women to know that
- 29:51Speaker 1: if you're in a relationship that's uneven in terms of
- 29:54Speaker 1: the power structure, that it can turn abusive. Wow whoa wow,
- 30:02Speaker 1: tell the whole story. I mean, there are rumors for
- 30:06Speaker 1: a long time. We all heard, you know, the rumors.
- 30:09Speaker 1: So for her to come out and say that like that, Wow,
- 30:14Speaker 1: I know both folks. So that's all you gonna say.
- 30:22Speaker 1: That's the end of the statement. That's why I'm playing
- 30:26Speaker 1: golfer ball somewhere. I heard what you said. No, damn, bro,
- 30:38Speaker 1: But you know what I mean. She said what she said.
- 30:40Speaker 1: She wrote the book so she can say what she
- 30:43Speaker 1: wanted to say. You know where you can't careful, careful there,
- 30:52Speaker 1: keep stopping. Yeah, I keep catching myself. Just get the book.
- 30:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna get the books. That's why I didn't quite
- 30:59Speaker 1: understand the TJ. Holmes the Amy Robot situation, because this
- 31:02Speaker 1: has been going on for years at the workplace, you know, right,
- 31:06Speaker 1: Amy White. Yeah, And that's the part of that you
- 31:09Speaker 1: don't understand. That changes the story, That changes the whole
- 31:13Speaker 1: story in all the dynamics, and because central nothing. You're
- 31:17Speaker 1: absolutely right, t J. Holmes, you need our permission. But
- 31:21Speaker 1: in t J and Amy, but just like surely saying
- 31:24Speaker 1: they were equal, they were peers. They had the same
- 31:25Speaker 1: position Debil Lee and Bob Johnson. He was basically her boy. Yeah,
- 31:33Speaker 1: that's that power that she mentionally, that's what she's talking about. Yeah,
- 31:38Speaker 1: I'm I'm gonna show you how equal they are. I
- 31:41Speaker 1: bet you Amy be back at work somewhere Folk TJ. Yeah, yeah,
- 31:45Speaker 1: right that privileged. Yeah, I'm gonna show you equal. Yeah. Yeah,
- 31:50Speaker 1: you've been to see equal. Yeah. And if she don't
- 31:53Speaker 1: get back soon, it's gonna be an you think you
- 31:57Speaker 1: think de Lee book is God? Wait till Amy, Robot?
- 32:03Speaker 1: What's I was dead? Rob? All right? Another entertainment news
- 32:16Speaker 1: Speaking of b et Tyler, Perry and Byron Allen are
- 32:19Speaker 1: in talks to buy bet Tyler is currently a minority
- 32:22Speaker 1: stakeholder in the network, and Byron Allen owns the Black
- 32:26Speaker 1: News Channel, the Weather Channel, Local Now, HBCU Go, and
- 32:30Speaker 1: The Grio. If the sale goes through, Paramount does intend
- 32:34Speaker 1: to maintain a quote commercial relationship. Come on, brothers, I'm
- 32:40Speaker 1: on Tyler and Byron. Let's go buy the network. What
- 32:44Speaker 1: do you think everything in a minute? You can't talk
- 32:48Speaker 1: about the other story? You can't. What do you buy?
- 32:55Speaker 1: You sign the NBA? Mis Walhea? What I don't do? Man?
- 33:02Speaker 1: Somebody coming to me and tell me something and then
- 33:04Speaker 1: I go tell it right? All right, Okay, I'm not.
- 33:08Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not gonna do that, but I want
- 33:10Speaker 1: you know slam yeah, you love me and making moves.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Come on, brother, I'm telling you Byron's gonna own everything
- 33:22Speaker 1: when we look up one day. Get a football team
- 33:24Speaker 1: in a minute. Vin is a bad dude man. Even
- 33:29Speaker 1: headn't crept up and got in any situation. He's just
- 33:33Speaker 1: smart guy. Yeah yeah, I know he owned the Channe.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, local on the eight. Yeah, all right. Switching
- 33:44Speaker 1: gears to this horrible story US national news story, very
- 33:48Speaker 1: very sad. According to CNN, two of the four Americans
- 33:52Speaker 1: that were kidnapped by armed guard gunmen in Mexico um
- 33:56Speaker 1: the city of Mina Morrows. This is a Mexican border
- 33:59Speaker 1: city that this happened on Friday. They were found dead
- 34:02Speaker 1: two of them and two more were found alive on Tuesday.
- 34:06Speaker 1: US and Mexican officials are reporting the story. Shaid Woodward,
- 34:11Speaker 1: Sindelle Brown and they were found dead and LaTavia Washington McGee,
- 34:17Speaker 1: a mother of six, and Eric Williams survived the ordeal.
- 34:21Speaker 1: A tight knit group of friends traveled from South Carolina
- 34:24Speaker 1: to Mexico so Washington McGee could undergo a tummy tuck.
- 34:29Speaker 1: That's what this was all about. According to Across the Border,
- 34:33Speaker 1: they wanted to do it across the border on Friday,
- 34:35Speaker 1: but they never made it to the appointment. According to officials,
- 34:39Speaker 1: the group got lost while trying to locate the medical clinic.
- 34:43Speaker 1: They reached out to the doctor's office for directions, but
- 34:46Speaker 1: were struggling to communicate with the office because they had
- 34:49Speaker 1: poor cell phone signals. As after crossing the border, they
- 34:54Speaker 1: were fired upon by unidentified gunmen. They were placed in
- 34:57Speaker 1: a vehicle and taken from the scene by armed men.
- 35:00Speaker 1: That's according to the FBI. A travel advisory has been
- 35:04Speaker 1: in place for this area since October. The State Department
- 35:09Speaker 1: has issued a do not travel advisory for the state,
- 35:13Speaker 1: noting that quote violent crimes such as homicide, kidnapping, carjacking,
- 35:17Speaker 1: and robbery is widespread and common in Mexico. It's not
- 35:22Speaker 1: worth it. Coming up at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 35:25Speaker 1: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right
- 35:27Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show.
- 35:31Speaker 1: All right, Steve. Before we went to break, we were
- 35:33Speaker 1: talking about this unbelievable story of these four people that
- 35:37Speaker 1: got kidnapped. They were from South Carolina, they acrossed the
- 35:40Speaker 1: border to Mexico. One of the four people wanted to
- 35:43Speaker 1: get a tummy tuck in Mexico and they ended up
- 35:46Speaker 1: getting kidnapped. Two of the people ended up dead. Just
- 35:50Speaker 1: a horrible, horrible story. One person was wounded. They're back
- 35:54Speaker 1: home now across the Yeah, they went across the border
- 35:58Speaker 1: to get a tummy tuck. Women to get a tummy tuck. Yeah,
- 36:02Speaker 1: they were rescued. Yeah, listen to we gotta be smart
- 36:07Speaker 1: about this. I understand that these procedures are very very
- 36:10Speaker 1: popular now. Bbl's tummy tuck's breast augmentation facelifts both talks everything.
- 36:17Speaker 1: It's all out there, and you can save money going
- 36:21Speaker 1: out the country. But is it worth it. It's not
- 36:26Speaker 1: worth it. You don't speak the language, you don't know
- 36:29Speaker 1: the lay of the land. I got that a tummy
- 36:32Speaker 1: tuck costs you more in America. But at least your
- 36:35Speaker 1: people is out there in the waiting area and waiting
- 36:38Speaker 1: to see how you're doing. And you got phone service
- 36:40Speaker 1: in the United States everywhere. Yes, you get what you
- 36:44Speaker 1: pay for in this world. Man, I can't tell you
- 36:47Speaker 1: how many bads. And let me tell you something. When
- 36:50Speaker 1: something goes wrong, with your surgery. You have no recourse.
- 36:55Speaker 1: How are you gonna go back down Mexico. Yeah, there's
- 36:58Speaker 1: no recourse. There is no game and regie, there's nothing.
- 37:02Speaker 1: You are in a world of trouble. Then when you
- 37:04Speaker 1: got to get medical assistance over here, they don't know
- 37:06Speaker 1: exactly what was done over there. It's not worth it
- 37:10Speaker 1: to save money, ladies and gentlemen. It's just not save
- 37:15Speaker 1: your money up and get it done the right way.
- 37:17Speaker 1: I'm not knocking surgery at all, but what I am
- 37:21Speaker 1: knocking is where you're trying to save money in a
- 37:24Speaker 1: place you don't know. This is horrible what happened to
- 37:27Speaker 1: these people. It's really this is a dog gone shame.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Now you're gone because you were trying to get tummy tuck. Yeah. Look,
- 37:35Speaker 1: I want a certified board plastic surgeon that has to
- 37:39Speaker 1: follow the rules and regulations that you have researched. Yes
- 37:44Speaker 1: you have a lot of them here too, but held
- 37:49Speaker 1: accountable if you don't follow the rules of me. I
- 37:52Speaker 1: got the money, I want a time it tuugh. I
- 37:57Speaker 1: don't know any surgery, but I ain't going down to
- 37:59Speaker 1: get one. There's not a risk involved. Yeah, I don't
- 38:04Speaker 1: know any surgery. That you're not gonna have two three
- 38:07Speaker 1: four follow ups after the surgery. You still gotta keep
- 38:09Speaker 1: coming back. Follow up, Stitch, I don't know no surgery. Yeah,
- 38:16Speaker 1: you go down there, get this man what. Yeah, And
- 38:19Speaker 1: there's a language barrier. Don't forget that. There's a language barrier.
- 38:22Speaker 1: They didn't have cell phone um signals there. But you're
- 38:26Speaker 1: driving now, you dine that loss. Yeah, Timmy, you remember
- 38:29Speaker 1: that time or that we was in and we went
- 38:35Speaker 1: to play golf and then federal stopped us about thirty
- 38:38Speaker 1: two guys with machine guns. Nobody in the car speak English. Yeah,
- 38:45Speaker 1: I mean none of us, folks. Better. The State Department
- 38:48Speaker 1: has issue to do not travel advisory. We'll have more
- 38:51Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at thirty
- 38:54Speaker 1: four minutes after. Right after this, you're listening to the
- 38:57Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. It is time now to check
- 39:01Speaker 1: Steve's voicemail and if you would like to leave a
- 39:04Speaker 1: message for Steve, all you have to do is call
- 39:06Speaker 1: him eight seven seven twenty nine. Steve, you might just
- 39:08Speaker 1: hear your call on the air. Steve, are you ready
- 39:12Speaker 1: all day? All right? This is from boom Man Steve.
- 39:15Speaker 1: You know him, boom Man from La left a voicemail
- 39:18Speaker 1: for you big duff. Hey man, this is boom Man.
- 39:21Speaker 1: I want to say how to everybody in the Shirley
- 39:24Speaker 1: mister Miles Juel, who's called her the mone man. I
- 39:28Speaker 1: think I just saw that lady and one that I

- 40:18Speaker 1: Go whoa man when I tell you I love that
- 40:22Speaker 1: dude right there. Man. The reason I call him boom Man.
- 40:26Speaker 1: I used to do a thing every Wednesday night at
- 40:28Speaker 1: this theater in La called the Air Raid, and it
- 40:31Speaker 1: was like a talent competition, just like a mini Apollo night,
- 40:36Speaker 1: and they had the same people used to come all
- 40:38Speaker 1: the time. Boo Man was a regular boom Man him. Day.
- 40:43Speaker 1: When you came out on that stage and you didn't
- 40:45Speaker 1: have your thing together, he stood up in the middle
- 40:48Speaker 1: of the aisle, out from his table, stepped over police
- 40:51Speaker 1: pants and he started the booing. And that's how he
- 40:55Speaker 1: got that. I called him boom Man, and that he's
- 40:57Speaker 1: just a great brother. Man. I'm missing you, right, La,
- 41:01Speaker 1: do deserve it. Man started a radio career there, really,

- 41:09Speaker 1: But I love you, boom Man, Boo Man. Right, that's right,
- 41:22Speaker 1: all right, So Caroline from South Carolina, Steve left the
- 41:25Speaker 1: message about your advice to Misha, the caller who needed
- 41:28Speaker 1: relationship advice about her boyfriend not wanting to commit because
- 41:32Speaker 1: he had just gotten out of a relationship. Take a listen,
- 41:35Speaker 1: all right. My name is Carolin from South Carolina, and
- 41:38Speaker 1: I was listening to your show, Mark DISTI from Tea
- 41:41Speaker 1: in morning a girl was calling in about a break up. Yeah,
- 41:45Speaker 1: it's been broke up for several months and he wasn't
- 41:48Speaker 1: feeling it, and you know whatever. But you said to
- 41:51Speaker 1: her that men don't be in paying men go from
- 41:56Speaker 1: breaking up to another woman. But I was just wondering
- 41:59Speaker 1: if you went home and Margie had left you and
- 42:02Speaker 1: was gone, would you not be in pain? So sometimes
- 42:05Speaker 1: people and men are in pain when they look over someone.
- 42:10Speaker 1: Thank you, I didn't say that men don't be in pain.
- 42:14Speaker 1: You have to listen to me closely, sister. Men can hurt,
- 42:18Speaker 1: but we get over you with another you. And I
- 42:21Speaker 1: stand by what I said because I know what I'm
- 42:23Speaker 1: talking about. But we're gonna get over you with another you.
- 42:26Speaker 1: I don't care who you are. You can be in pain.
- 42:28Speaker 1: That's how we cope with the pain of that can happen,
- 42:30Speaker 1: you know. But you know nobody says me and don't
- 42:34Speaker 1: hurt because me and hurt like anybody else. It's not
- 42:37Speaker 1: what I said. But we're gonna get over you with
- 42:39Speaker 1: another you. That's how we work. Now, tell me that
- 42:42Speaker 1: ain't true? All right? Miss? All right? Are you start
- 42:47Speaker 1: going off? All right? March here we go, see if
- 42:52Speaker 1: this lady named miss Eva left a comment about nephew
- 42:55Speaker 1: Tommy's prying phone call about lashes. Lashes. I don't mind
- 43:00Speaker 1: if my name is put out there. My name is Eva,
- 43:04Speaker 1: and I just called and I need to understand why
- 43:08Speaker 1: these girls and women are wearing these sit behind our
- 43:12Speaker 1: lashes out there when you look at you half of
- 43:15Speaker 1: the time in the corner of them are falling off
- 43:18Speaker 1: and they think they Hollywood stop or something, and don't
- 43:21Speaker 1: make sense to me. Your boyhead put on some regular
- 43:24Speaker 1: lashes and going about your business and look good. But
- 43:27Speaker 1: you're looking like a fool out here with this business. Boy.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you. We can't wear bonnets.
- 43:41Speaker 1: We can't wear lashes. Okay, I ain't. I didn't respond
- 43:46Speaker 1: to that. I don't. Coming up next frank phone call

- 44:07Speaker 1: get into that just a little bit. Can't wait. There's
- 44:11Speaker 1: a limit we'll see right now. It is time for
- 44:16Speaker 1: the nephew in today's prank phone call, nephew, what you
- 44:19Speaker 1: got for us? Well, we're gonna send this prank out
- 44:21Speaker 1: Shirley to all the shoplifters in the in the world,
- 44:23Speaker 1: all the shoplifters out there. This is for y'all. Yeah,
- 44:26Speaker 1: people that are still, people that are still Why do
- 44:29Speaker 1: they get a shot out? Yeah? I dedicated so confused
- 44:32Speaker 1: right now, Hey, we gotta retire. Went on this show,
- 44:35Speaker 1: y'all don't know abody, but that's what we're gonna talk about.
- 44:39Speaker 1: We talk bringing out all right, this is the shoplift
- 44:46Speaker 1: up the shot. Let's go, cat though it was it
- 44:49Speaker 1: was what when you throw a rock? Come on, kay,
- 44:57Speaker 1: let's go. Yes, I'm trying to reach a Tanya. Please, Hi, Tanya.
- 45:06Speaker 1: My name is Daniel from the head of store security
- 45:08Speaker 1: here at your job. Yeah, listen, I'm trying to see um.
- 45:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to I know, to day's your day off.
- 45:15Speaker 1: I'm looking at the schedule here. It seems that you
- 45:17Speaker 1: doesn't come back in until Saturday. I'm trying to see
- 45:20Speaker 1: if it's possible I can get you to come to
- 45:22Speaker 1: the store. There's a bit of a situation I want
- 45:25Speaker 1: to discuss with you. There's about eighteen hundred dollars worth
- 45:28Speaker 1: of merchandise missing from the store. Yeah, it's about eighteen
- 45:33Speaker 1: hundred dollars worth of merchandise. And we definitely know that
- 45:35Speaker 1: this is a in house situation. This is not someone
- 45:39Speaker 1: walking in shoplifting. This is definitely an in house situation
- 45:44Speaker 1: with employees who have evidently been shoplifting from the store,
- 45:48Speaker 1: taking things, and we want to get down to the
- 45:50Speaker 1: to the roots of the problem. Well, ma'am, it's uh,
- 45:56Speaker 1: it's been brought to my attention that there's a possibility
- 45:59Speaker 1: that you may be part of this situation. And I
- 46:07Speaker 1: don't steal. You don't call my house. Accusing me is stealing.
- 46:11Speaker 1: I ain't stole nothing from nobody. Okay, Well, my hangar man,
- 46:14Speaker 1: what I'm trying to do is just trying to you,
- 46:18Speaker 1: trying to say out and hold something, and I ain't
- 46:20Speaker 1: stole them. Okay, wait just a second. Now, do you
- 46:23Speaker 1: have a sister named Cynthia? Yeah, what about it? Well, now,
- 46:28Speaker 1: it seems that here on some of the footage that
- 46:30Speaker 1: we have on camera that it's a possibility that it
- 46:34Speaker 1: seems like your sister's actually wearing some of the merchandise
- 46:37Speaker 1: that we sell here in the store. Okay, just because
- 46:41Speaker 1: she wears something that we sell in the store, don't
- 46:44Speaker 1: mean that I stole it. Well, we don't see where
- 46:48Speaker 1: she's act. I backed the footage up as far as
- 46:50Speaker 1: I could. I don't see any footage of where she
- 46:53Speaker 1: purchased this particular merchandise. And my assumption is maybe you
- 46:57Speaker 1: gave it to her. I gave her And just because
- 47:01Speaker 1: you don't see what somebody purchased it, don't mean that
- 47:03Speaker 1: it's been stolen. Okay, here's what I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 47:06Speaker 1: just get to the chase of this, Tanya. What I'm
- 47:08Speaker 1: gonna have to do is this if I can't get
- 47:11Speaker 1: you to come to the store man. And matter of fact,
- 47:14Speaker 1: here's another question for you before I go any further.
- 47:17Speaker 1: You have children at all, Tanya? Yeah, I got children?
- 47:20Speaker 1: Why do you? Is it possible? Because I'm missing a
- 47:23Speaker 1: lot of baby merchandise as well? And you know what,
- 47:28Speaker 1: you know what you really cruising for this morning? Okay,
- 47:32Speaker 1: because you don't call somebody on the off day accusing
- 47:36Speaker 1: them of stealing. Okay, here's what I gotta do. Are
- 47:39Speaker 1: you coming into the office so I can talk with you.
- 47:42Speaker 1: I'm not coming know where on my off day well,
- 47:46Speaker 1: then what's gonna happen, Miss Tanya, is I'm gonna have
- 47:49Speaker 1: to actually come to your home, check your closet. I'm
- 47:52Speaker 1: gonna have to check your kids and see if they're
- 47:55Speaker 1: check and see if they're wearing merchandise that comes from this.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Come to my house if you want to, and they
- 48:00Speaker 1: gonna take your somebody here in nobody bad. Excuse me.
- 48:04Speaker 1: You heard what I said. You heard what I said.
- 48:07Speaker 1: You don't call nobody. I bust my death store. I
- 48:10Speaker 1: bust my to death store. You understand me. I work
- 48:13Speaker 1: hard for y'all. Okay, you're you've been busting you, you've
- 48:16Speaker 1: been busting you car here excusing me of stealing. I
- 48:19Speaker 1: ain't so from nobody. I don't have to steal. That's
- 48:23Speaker 1: why I work all that. You understand. I think you've
- 48:25Speaker 1: been busting your butt. Taking stuff is what you've been doing.
- 48:29Speaker 1: You've been from nobody. You understand me. I do not steal.
- 48:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna come over there. I'm checking your closets things,
- 48:37Speaker 1: but it ain't no cease, you understand. And I'm checking
- 48:40Speaker 1: your babies as well. And I'm making check my babies
- 48:43Speaker 1: to see what happens. You put your heads on any
- 48:45Speaker 1: damn thing in here and see what happens. Okay, I
- 48:48Speaker 1: don't want to have to drag your butt here. Oh
- 48:51Speaker 1: you're gonna drag somebody. Oh, now you're threatening me. I
- 48:54Speaker 1: don't want to drag by of your house security guy.
- 48:57Speaker 1: You tough security guy. You like your job that much
- 48:59Speaker 1: you will to die for that? Huh? Who said anything
- 49:02Speaker 1: about me? Die? I did come over here, and that's
- 49:05Speaker 1: what's gonna happen. That's what happens. When you put people
- 49:08Speaker 1: on the off day, you get hurt. Okay, I get
- 49:11Speaker 1: a couple of damn days off, and y'all gonna call
- 49:14Speaker 1: me with this one. So are you threatening me? Now?
- 49:17Speaker 1: I'm threatening you? Then you just called that you was
- 49:19Speaker 1: coming over here. Yes, I did, so he bring you.
- 49:23Speaker 1: I'm don't bring your security. Don't let me tell you something. Okay,
- 49:29Speaker 1: I get you. I can have you brought up on charges.
- 49:32Speaker 1: You know that. Bring me up on charges and see
- 49:34Speaker 1: what happens. Want charge? See if you get that first.
- 49:38Speaker 1: I'm on my way over there now to check you.
- 49:40Speaker 1: When your kids, you understand me, come over here to
- 49:43Speaker 1: check me and my kids and see how they checked
- 49:46Speaker 1: some out of here. Let me tell you something you
- 49:48Speaker 1: got to tell me. You ain't got nothing to tell me.
- 49:51Speaker 1: You ain't got nothing. Why don't you go ahead and
- 49:54Speaker 1: tell me what you took? Maybe I'll go light on you.
- 49:57Speaker 1: I'll go like think I'm stupid or something will sound
- 50:00Speaker 1: like a damn food. Why don't you tell me what
- 50:02Speaker 1: you too? You too? I bet you teaching your little

- 51:14Speaker 1: I love you. I got some bug like all right,
- 51:21Speaker 1: let me ask you one more thing. What is the
- 51:23Speaker 1: baddest radio show in the land. Let's Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 51:32Speaker 1: And now you haven't any any any old shoplifters want
- 51:35Speaker 1: to say anything right now? Any any anybody that used
- 51:37Speaker 1: to shoplift in the paths one step between shoplifting and
- 51:42Speaker 1: surviving that was never really cared. I never really called
- 51:48Speaker 1: what I was doing with shoplifting. I was, you know,
- 51:51Speaker 1: was you in a shop just a grocery shows that's
- 51:56Speaker 1: a shop. That's a shop. No, it's a store, shopping
- 52:01Speaker 1: store lifting cloth. I was grocery shopping without paying. I
- 52:07Speaker 1: was creating jobs because I would feel the grocery card
- 52:10Speaker 1: up which stuff to hide the meat and the bread
- 52:13Speaker 1: I had opened to make my sandwich, and then I
- 52:16Speaker 1: leave the grocery card right there. Now, you got to
- 52:18Speaker 1: get the young kids at school to come in here.
- 52:20Speaker 1: And be able to put all the grocery back on
- 52:21Speaker 1: this shel You actually, you've made a sandwich in the store.
- 52:26Speaker 1: You've done this in the grocery car. Grocery car full
- 52:29Speaker 1: of grocers, cat food and everything stuff. I don't need him,
- 52:34Speaker 1: Just make it look like I was shot. OI had
- 52:39Speaker 1: that bread open, Tell a whole pack of ham. Put
- 52:44Speaker 1: that ham between folk, slices of bread, squirts and mustard
- 52:47Speaker 1: on it. Walk around that store. It took me a
- 52:48Speaker 1: while eat that whole pack of ham, but I was full.
- 52:52Speaker 1: And then I lead a grocery card right there in
- 52:54Speaker 1: the middle of the island and walk out to my car.
- 52:58Speaker 1: Tell you what it is hard to steal though, my friend,
- 53:00Speaker 1: it was a white crowded donuts. It was hard because
- 53:02Speaker 1: you'd have it around your mouth, evidence all on your
- 53:08Speaker 1: could telling about somebody big lip shield. All right, look,
- 53:12Speaker 1: it is time next for the Strawberry Letter. The subject
- 53:15Speaker 1: is how honest is too honest? We'll get into that

- 53:50Speaker 1: Buckle up and hold on tight. We got it for you.
- 53:51Speaker 1: Here it is Strawberry Letter. Thank enough for your subject.
- 53:55Speaker 1: How honest is too honest? Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm thirty
- 53:59Speaker 1: six year years old and I'm marrying a man that
- 54:02Speaker 1: used to be in the streets real bad. He was
- 54:04Speaker 1: always in the club and women flocked to him because
- 54:07Speaker 1: they thought he had money. I met him at work,
- 54:10Speaker 1: so I knew his real income level, and I witnessed him.
- 54:14Speaker 1: I witnessed his come up. We were good friends at
- 54:16Speaker 1: work and we had sex one time, but I quickly
- 54:19Speaker 1: gathered myself and told him that would never happen again.
- 54:23Speaker 1: He got a new job and asked me to be
- 54:25Speaker 1: his girlfriend, and he promised to do right by me.
- 54:28Speaker 1: He became a homebody and we never went out clubbing
- 54:31Speaker 1: together because we'd known each other for six years prior
- 54:35Speaker 1: to dating. We got engaged quickly, and then I started
- 54:38Speaker 1: spending a lot of time at his house. He was
- 54:41Speaker 1: honest about his past and how many bodies he had.
- 54:45Speaker 1: He said he slept around a lot because his soul
- 54:48Speaker 1: wasn't right with Jesus. Stephen Shirley. I believed this man,
- 54:52Speaker 1: and I felt like I really knew him. About a
- 54:55Speaker 1: month ago, we were watching a movie and his phone
- 54:58Speaker 1: started going off with a lot of text messages. He
- 55:01Speaker 1: told me that it was an old buddy of his
- 55:04Speaker 1: from his club where he used to work the door.
- 55:08Speaker 1: I didn't know it was a woman. Around one am,
- 55:11Speaker 1: I was sleep on the couch and I kept hearing
- 55:13Speaker 1: my fiance's phone dinging and he was sweating bullets. I
- 55:18Speaker 1: heard him. I heard some jiggling at the patio door,
- 55:21Speaker 1: and he looked at me and didn't move. I was terrified.
- 55:25Speaker 1: He told me it was one of his girls from
- 55:27Speaker 1: the club and she's in town visiting. He said it's
- 55:31Speaker 1: a game they used to play late at night. She'd
- 55:34Speaker 1: act like she was breaking in and he'd grabbed her,
- 55:37Speaker 1: pull her in and have wild sex. I was like, wth.
- 55:44Speaker 1: Neither of us moved from the couch and the girl
- 55:47Speaker 1: left eventually, And do I trust him? After a story
- 55:50Speaker 1: like that, How do I deal with his horrsh past?
- 55:53Speaker 1: It is hard to trust someone after a story like that, Right,
- 55:56Speaker 1: it's unbelievable that story. I'll just start the letter off
- 56:01Speaker 1: this way. People can change. There are a lot of
- 56:03Speaker 1: reasons people change. If it's for the better, we don't
- 56:06Speaker 1: even question it, and we don't hold them to their
- 56:08Speaker 1: past mistakes. You asked, how do you deal with his
- 56:11Speaker 1: horsh past? If he's changed for real? But how do
- 56:15Speaker 1: you know that? I mean, let's see if he's changed
- 56:18Speaker 1: after you told him no more sex. When you guys
- 56:20Speaker 1: were working together and going out earlier, he got a
- 56:24Speaker 1: new job, asked you to be a girl. Then he
- 56:27Speaker 1: became a homebody with you. All the stuff is good.
- 56:30Speaker 1: He went on to honestly tell you about his past,
- 56:34Speaker 1: his body count, all of that, and then he said
- 56:37Speaker 1: he was that way because his soul wasn't right with Jesus.
- 56:41Speaker 1: That was really good, right. You believed him after that
- 56:44Speaker 1: because that was really good. See, Steve, honesty is good.
- 56:48Speaker 1: It's good. But then he messed up, didn't he When
- 56:53Speaker 1: he didn't tell you about the text messages that they
- 56:55Speaker 1: were coming from his old female buddy. He left that
- 56:59Speaker 1: information out that made all the difference. I mean, why
- 57:02Speaker 1: didn't he just keep the honesty going and tell you
- 57:05Speaker 1: it was a woman that made you suspicious of everything
- 57:08Speaker 1: all over again? I get it. Then the wild stuff
- 57:11Speaker 1: happened with the woman banging on the door and all that.
- 57:14Speaker 1: That story he told you for that was crazy, But
- 57:17Speaker 1: the woman woman did leave. Eventually. He's been good and
- 57:21Speaker 1: very honest up to that point. You think, I don't know.
- 57:25Speaker 1: You gotta watch this guy. I don't believe this story.
- 57:27Speaker 1: It's too crazy. Sometimes some things are so crazy they
- 57:31Speaker 1: are the truth. But in his case, I don't know.
- 57:34Speaker 1: I just don't know. It's too much. It was just
- 57:38Speaker 1: too much. It made you suspicious, and you have every
- 57:41Speaker 1: right to be suspicious. Continue to watch him. Put him
- 57:43Speaker 1: on probation because you got to see if he's how
- 57:47Speaker 1: honest he's going to be in the future. All Right, Steve,
- 57:50Speaker 1: That's all I got for this guy. I wasn't surprised by.
- 57:54Speaker 1: You have a requirement people tell you the truth at all,
- 58:03Speaker 1: and when in actuality you really don't want the truth
- 58:07Speaker 1: all that I do. You can't handle the truth. I
- 58:13Speaker 1: can no, No, you can't, No, you can't. And Jack
- 58:21Speaker 1: Nichols said it, you know, Jack Nicholson whatever. How honest
- 58:31Speaker 1: is too honest? Well, let me answer that question. That's
- 58:35Speaker 1: too damn honest. It's too much honesty. It's not the
- 58:42Speaker 1: best policy. See, let me tell you something about being honest.
- 58:47Speaker 1: When you tell the truth all the time, they're not
- 58:52Speaker 1: gonna believe you know, damn So why would you waste
- 58:56Speaker 1: an honest statement on a person that ain't gonna believe it? No,
- 59:02Speaker 1: damn way. Let's read this letter thirty six years old man,
- 59:08Speaker 1: a man that used to be in the streets real bad.
- 59:10Speaker 1: He was always at the club women fly because they
- 59:13Speaker 1: thought he had money. I met him at work, so
- 59:15Speaker 1: I knew his real income level, and I witnessed his
- 59:18Speaker 1: come up. Well you saw his come up. That means
- 59:21Speaker 1: he must have came up with money. We were good
- 59:23Speaker 1: friends at work, and we had sex one time. But
- 59:26Speaker 1: I quickly gathered myself and told him that would never
- 59:29Speaker 1: happen again. That was a lie, wasn't you See? We're
- 59:32Speaker 1: talking about being honest. You told this man that will
- 59:36Speaker 1: never happen again. That was a lie. See where was
- 59:40Speaker 1: your honesty at then? Since we won't honesty in this
- 59:44Speaker 1: letter and from him? But you're not being honestly. Let's
- 59:49Speaker 1: start right here. See once I once you start lying,
- 59:54Speaker 1: the doors open, the door open for me. You hang on,
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: We'll have part two of Steve's twenty three minutes after
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: the hour, Today's Struggery Star How Honest Part two coming
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: up right after this. You're listening morning show? All right,
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, Let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: is how honest? Is too honest? Usually it's too honest,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: it's too much. Honesty is not the best policy, and
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: I'll prove it too. Thirty six year old girl dating
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: this dude that used to be in the streets, real
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: bad women flocked to him because they thought he had
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: a lot of money. She knew better because she worked
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: with him. But then she witnessed his come up, which
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: means she would witnessed him make more money. He got
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: a house of his own. You and that staying that now,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: we was good friends, that work and we had sex
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: one time. But I quickly gathered myself and told him
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: that would never happen again. Well, if it didn't happen again,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: this letter with me over. But you lie, you lie,
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: you started lie once you lie. You have now given
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: me from me to thank you. He got a new
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: job and asked me to be his girlfriend, and he
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: promised to do right by me. That's all it too.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: He got a new job and promised to do you
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: right by you. Well, y'all back half as he became
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: a homebody and we never went our club together because
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: we've known each other for six years prior to day.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: We got engaged quickly and I started spending a lot
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: of time in his house. He was honest about his
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: past and how many bodies he had, Lady, that is
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: no win. This man him the total body. That is
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: no way this man him his total body. It would
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: be mine. You girl wouldn't even understand, Like asked me
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: how many women out there? Hey, Steve, um, that's how
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: many women have you been with? Not that man? And
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: that's how it go. And so that's the answer, not
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: that minute. Uh. And so he said he slept around
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: a lot because his soul wasn't right with Jesus. That's
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: a good answer. So why is the body counts so
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: high because his soul wasn't right with Jesus. That's a
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: true statement. Stephen Sherlly. I believe this man, and I
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: felt like I really knew him. About a month ago,
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: we was watching the movie. His phone started going off
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: in a lot of text mens. He told me it
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: was an old buddy from club where he used to
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: work the dough. I didn't know it was a woman.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: Around one am, I was sleeping on the couch and
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: I kept hearing my fiance phone dinging and he was
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: sweating bullets. So now, why his phone ain't see all this? Honest?
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: Why your phone ain't on Saturday? It's just dinging. You
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: ain't gotta be sweating bullets to cut that damn phone off.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: I heard some jiggling at the patio dough. He looked
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: at me and didn't move. I was terrified. He told
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: me that was one of his girls from the club,
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: and she's in town visit. He says the game they
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: used to play late at night. She act like she
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: was breaking in, and he grabbled pull in and had
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: a wild set. I was like, what the hell? Neither
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: us moved from the couch and the girl left. Defense
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Do I trust him after a story like that? Do
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: I deal with his How do I deal with his
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: horse pad? See that story right there? It's hot, No,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: it's true, that's a true story because the text messages
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: was I'm coming over, I'm coming over, I'm coming over.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: Then he might have said I ain't a good time.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: She thought that was part of the game I do.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: It ain't a good time to break in because I'm
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: gonna coming act like I'm breaking it and you're gonna
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: snatch me and we're gonna have a wild sex. Well,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: they sat there all that jiggling at the door, and
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: he kept looking at the TV like he wasn't listening.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: Then he told her that he normally snatch her, ain't
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: had a wild sex with up. Why would he tell
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: you that that ain't Nobody gonna tell you that if
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: that ain't true. That's an honest statement. Wouldn't you agree,
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: Thomas Junior, Yes, sir, Yeah, that's a no no, that's
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: an honest statement. The stupid part one, you didn't go
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: back there and see who was at that damn. And
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: then how he knew it was a girl from the
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: club was because of the text message. Now what the
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: girl don't know is the girl that's at the back
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: though don't know about you because he didn't tell her
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: about you. All the rest of this is true. Honesty
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: is not the best problem, saying that surely why woman lies.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: That woman lied to him and said we set together
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: one time, it'll never happened again. Oh, now she's a
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: big old liar. She's a big old liar. She told
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: that lie. She lied. You give a man permission now, Oh,
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: oh we lying now we're doing Oh I got one
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: for you. Yeah see that. It's really kind of it's
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: really nothing to this letter. I don't know how do
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: you with his horse pass? I mean it's in his
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: pass now. If he was still doing it, then you'd
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: have a problem. But y'all said the whole body, y'all
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: don't go to the club. Everybody got a pass. This
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: dude was really wild, so you're gonna get bit buys
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: passed and behind them. But as long as he continues
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: to conduct himself the way he is now, you might
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: be a good catch. But it's gonna take a while
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: for that pass to resolve all the way out. I
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: know that most post you're comments up today Strawberry Letter
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: and Steve Harvey FM on Instagram and Facebook, and please
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand now coming
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: up at forty six minutes after the hour. It's Junior
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: and Sports Talk. We'll get into that right after this.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. It is time now
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: for junior and sports talk. What you got Junior? All right, Charley,
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: let's I want to get into this. Draymond Green was
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: asked about Black History Month and he had a very
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: different tape on it, and I just want to see it.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: We agree with him or does he have a point?
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: Just take a list. This is actually the first time
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: you've seen me in a Black History Month shirt all
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: Black History Month, and it's very intentional. And I really
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: just threw the shirt on because I didn't have another
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: shirt to throw on. But Black History Month, at some point,
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: can we get rid of it? Like at some point,
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: why we got to keep getting the shortest month to
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: celebrate our history? He got governors want to take our
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: history out of schools, And I'm not gonna be the
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: food to go say, yeah, we get celebrated for twenty
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: eight days. So at some point I'd like to get
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: rid of it. We're making all these changes in the world.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: Can't talk about these people, can't talk about those people,
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: can't say this, can't say that. At some point, it's
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: trying to get rid of Black History Month. I get
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: rid of Black history like they're trying to do. But
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: Black History Month, no tea. Teach my history from January
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: first to December thirty first, and then do it again,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: and then again, and then again and then again. That's
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: what I like to see. Okay, teach my history from
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: January first to December thirty first. Because it took him
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: a while to get to his point. Once he got
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: to his point, it made since at first this only
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: shirt I had, and then all that money you got,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: you ain't had no more teacher, that kind of stuff
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: he throwing me. You wore a T shirt because you
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: knew you were gonna go and do this press conference
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: and you would be able to make a statement. You
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: didn't ask that. You weren't out of no damn cloe.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: Who the hell, I ain't got no more damn clothe
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: I was poet, had something else to put on. That
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: wasn't the point of the sound. Well, I ain't mad
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: at Draymond. I'm a huge fan of Draymond green game
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: and his outspoken so I agree with what he said.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: He got to the point. It makes sense. But that
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: was a huge problem in his country, and what he
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: spoke about what they're trying to get rid of out history.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: We need to address that, and we cannot let this
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: country erase what happened to us and what was dear
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: to us. And if you told the whole truth that
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: were Africans here in America and Native Americans long before
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: christinosher Columbus ever got hit. That's the real truth. And
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: nobody talked about that. No, they're not gonna ever tell
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: you that the truth. Yeah, you go with that truth
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: again what I have told you. They don't do the truth.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: I don't know a lot of lies. That's why I lie.
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Right back to the end. Coming up at the top
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: of the hour, a guy on social media, Steve needs advice.
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: His former girlfriend thinks her kid maybe his, and we'll
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to Dave
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, So Steve Many on Facebook writes,
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: I dated this woman, let's call her Angela, for a
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: whole year and it ended badly because she dumped me
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: for her X. That was two years ago. I ended
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: up marrying the next woman I dated, and my wife
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: and I are very happy. Out of the blue, I
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: got a call from Angela the other day in which
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: she claimed she didn't want to intrude on my life,
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: but wanted me to know she felt her daughter may
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: possibly be mine and wanted me to take a DNA
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: test to verify this. She claims for quote medical history purposes.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: When I asked her why her current BF doesn't take one,
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: eliminating me hopefully, she informed me he had passed away
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: in an automobile accident, so that was impossible. I'm still
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: bitter toward her and feel no obligation to do so.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Am I in the wrong? You don't think Digg is
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: dead ass up? I don't know where that came from.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: I don't know why I said that. I want to
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: just what I said, Well, we need to get the
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: digging his dead ass up. That's what I think, you know?
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: But I look, man, I understand your prey. See this.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: This is a rough one. Man. Now, she gonna come
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: barking up your tree. She don't want to disturb your life.
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: But it's for medical purposes. No, it's not. It's for
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: child support. Right? Nothing he do for to get what medical?
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: What this is for child support? We all we already
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: know what this game is. When women can stop acting
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: like they don't play that. You're gonna go round the
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: dead dude, reach around for the dude that's live, and
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: it might be yours. So take this test. The sad
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: thing is he gonna have to take the tip. But
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: now here's the other thing though, that name on the
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: birth certificate father, see the father of the baby. Hello,
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: you might not have to take nothing because see that
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: was no mention of you at birth. So now here
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: come here come the OK dope and it's it's just
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: pure OK dope. And yeah, I was just getting at right,
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: isn't it wouldn't he be torn? Wouldn't he want to
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: know I wouldn't sleep at night? I got to know
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: that's my kid. I gotta do that. I'm sorry, Well,
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: I got seven kids. I'm going to sleep, no problem.
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: So ignorant, turn the light out and slad your mask down.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: You out of the color. It's down at you know
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: your phone call? Who said night night? Right out that
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: light out? Ye fall asleep while we're on the phone
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: talking about God. I got I know I couldn't sleep night.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: Pick my head right there by, hunt him like cut
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: that TV down. But I'm talking to one of these
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: seven kids. Bring my bring that pillar in here. Cut
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: that gued on crazy? All right, But Sharley, what about
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: what Steve says? So we just gonna go around and
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: dead dude? What about that he said that? What he
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: says anything, he didn't die. Now we just thrown hook
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: around here ass and come back to me. So what
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: should he do though, Steve? Well, I mean, dude, that
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: birth certificate. Man, don't don't let nobody hood wink you
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: into nothing, bro. Yeah, just be smart about this thing.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: And you know that old you gotta take a DNA. Now,
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: if she try to put it on you, then you
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: gotta take a DNA. But she knows she ain't trying
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: to put this thing on you. Man, it's for man.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: I ain't trying to ruin your life. You didn't jump
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: around a little dead dude. No, keep you're gonna leave
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: me for your ex. That's your ex, baby. I don't
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: wanna hit it, thank god. Look at the time coming
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes after the hour more this ignorant show.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: Right after this, all babies look like me. You're listening
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: Edwin Castro, remember him the winner of the two point
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: four billion dollars powerball back in November. You're looking for yeah,
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: all right, Edwin just bought a Hollywood mansion over thirteen
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: thousand square feet, complete with an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: Jim Wine cellar, movie theater, and sauna. It was twenty
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: five point five million dollars. And you remember now I'm
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: gonna take you back a bit. Edwin claimed the one
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: time payment prize of nine hundred and ninety seven point
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: six million dollars before taxes. Now recording to TMZ, this
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: guy is going to be living next door to Jimmy
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: Kimmel and Ariana Grande. Remember we told you that Edwin
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: is getting sued by a man that claimed his winning
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: lottery ticket was stolen, but lottery officials are confident that
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: Edwin is the rightful ticket owner. All right, fall begin, yes, yes, yes,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: I already got my mansion. First you do a state
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: and a guard with a rifle that is bringing his
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: ass over there with that thicket information if you won't
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: do so, Steve, Yeah, how smart was this for him
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: to buy a twenty five million dollar house he's got? Well,
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: I mean real estate out there is good. I know
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: what that area is. It's a bit pricey and you
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: can get way mobang for your books somewhere else. He's
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: got almost ability. Would you do it if you had
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: nine hundred? Okay, I come back and ask me what
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: I do it? Now? Coming up with thirty three minutes
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: after the hour, we'll play a round him. Would you rather?
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening to morning show? All right, guys,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: it is time for a round him? Would you rather?
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Would you rather have unbelievable sex the last ten minutes
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: or average sex that lasts an hour? Which way? That
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: was quick? Yeah? I got to work and I was
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: just too damn long anyway? Yeah, yes, what are we
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: doing all this time? All that? It's too long? Yes,
