Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Kamala Considers Border Wall after She Didn't, RFK Support to Trump a BIG DEAL & Harris on CNN "Bidenomics is Great Work" Week In Review
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Centater, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:04Speaker 2: and it is the week in Review and my, oh, Mai,
- 0:08Speaker 2: was it a big week. First up, Kamala Harris flip
- 0:11Speaker 2: flopping now on the border wall, trying to convince Americans
- 0:16Speaker 2: she's in favor of it, even though she's the one
- 0:18Speaker 2: that has stopped it from being built. Also, RFK, he
- 0:22Speaker 2: has endorsed Donald Trump. How significant could this be in
- 0:27Speaker 2: swing states?
- 0:28Speaker 1: We're going to break that down.
- 0:30Speaker 2: And finally, Kamala Harris did a big fake interview with CNN.
- 0:34Speaker 2: You had Dana Bash holding one hand while her VP
- 0:38Speaker 2: Kennett Walls was holding the other. So what actually came
- 0:42Speaker 2: out of it? Well, she had to defend Bidenomics and
- 0:45Speaker 2: said it was quote unquote good work. Yes, Bidenomics, the
- 0:48Speaker 2: same thing that's destroyed our economy. Will break all that
- 0:51Speaker 2: down for you as well. It is the Weekend Review
- 0:54Speaker 2: and it starts right now. There is also another story
- 0:58Speaker 2: you mentioned earlier, and this one I'm sorry, Senner, I
- 1:02Speaker 2: just laughed when I saw this happen in real time.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Kamala Harris has come out and now flip flopped on
- 1:09Speaker 2: the border wall issue. She is one that said she
- 1:13Speaker 2: would never, okay, never ever support building a wall, and
- 1:20Speaker 2: I'm gonna play it because I think people should hear.
- 1:23Speaker 2: This is her in her own words in Des Moines, Iowa.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Let me be very clear. I'm not going to vote
- 1:28Speaker 3: for a wall under any circumstances. And I do support
- 1:30Speaker 3: border security, and if we want to talk about that,
- 1:32Speaker 3: let's do that.
- 1:34Speaker 2: But I will never support a wall under any circumstances. Now,
- 1:39Speaker 2: the polling data is not looking good for her on
- 1:41Speaker 2: security at the border, and she's like, Okay, I guess
- 1:44Speaker 2: I might be in favor of wall, even putting out
- 1:46Speaker 2: an ad that shows Donald Trump's wall in her ad.
- 1:50Speaker 4: Well, the single greatest vulnerability to Kamala Harrison Democrats nationally
- 1:54Speaker 4: is the open borders they've had for four years. It
- 1:57Speaker 4: is the number one issue voters are concerned about. We're
- 1:59Speaker 4: singing in vain at are southern border, eleven point five
- 2:02Speaker 4: million illegal immigrants. People are seeing the death, the suffering,
- 2:06Speaker 4: the children being brutalized, the women being sexually assaulted. People
- 2:10Speaker 4: are seeing the criminals being released who are murdering Americans,
- 2:12Speaker 4: who are raping women, who are assaulting kids. People are
- 2:15Speaker 4: seeing the risk of terrorism coming across the southern border
- 2:18Speaker 4: and they're very unhappy. So the Democrats are looking at
- 2:21Speaker 4: the same poll numbers we are. They realize, gosh, this
- 2:24Speaker 4: is a vulnerability. Now, mind you, they're not willing to
- 2:26Speaker 4: change their policies. They still want another eleven million, another
- 2:30Speaker 4: twenty million, another thirty million illegal immigrants to come into
- 2:33Speaker 4: this country because they view them all as future Democrat voters.
- 2:36Speaker 5: They want to stay in power.
- 2:37Speaker 4: But we've got sixty nine days to election day, and
- 2:39Speaker 4: so in the sixty nine days to election day, they
- 2:41Speaker 4: will say whatever whatever they feel they can to convince
- 2:45Speaker 4: the voters to elect Kamala Harris, and after which she
- 2:48Speaker 4: will go hard left and continue to destroy this country.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Now we saw at the outset of her campaign. By
- 2:54Speaker 4: the way, she's been the presumptive Democrat nominee for over
- 2:59Speaker 4: a month. She's done zero interviews, no press conferences, no questions.
- 3:03Speaker 4: They put her in front of a teleprompter, she reads
- 3:07Speaker 4: the teleprompter, They tackle her, they throw her back in
- 3:10Speaker 4: Joe Biden's basement. They say shut up and please don't
- 3:12Speaker 4: say anything. The first major policy provision she came out
- 3:17Speaker 4: for was no taxes on tips. That was literally a
- 3:20Speaker 4: proposal Donald Trump rolled out in Nevada. It's a proposal,
- 3:23Speaker 4: by the way, that I introduced in the Senate. I
- 3:25Speaker 4: introduced it, the no Taxes on Tips legislation. When I
- 3:28Speaker 4: introduced it, both Democrat senators from Nevada co sponsored my legislation.
- 3:33Speaker 4: And there's a reason for that, which is twenty five
- 3:34Speaker 4: percent of the workers in Nevada are tipped workers. And
- 3:37Speaker 4: so both Democrats immediately sponsored my legislation. Kamala came out
- 3:41Speaker 4: and suddenly had this crazy idea, Hey, no taxes on tips.
- 3:44Speaker 4: So that was where she started. She is now gone.
- 3:48Speaker 4: So she also said this week she is not for
- 3:51Speaker 4: an ev mandate. Suddenly she loves her some internal combustion engine,
- 3:56Speaker 4: no electric vehicle mandate, just keep your car. Never mind
- 4:00Speaker 4: that for the last four years of Joe Biden and
- 4:01Speaker 4: Kamala Harris, they have been pushing an EVY mandate date
- 4:04Speaker 4: on every front. They've been trying to ban the internal
- 4:06Speaker 4: combustion engine. They've been using regulatory assaults in every front.
- 4:10Speaker 4: None of that exists. As Obi Wan Kenobi said, these
- 4:13Speaker 4: are not the drones you're looking for. Do not pay
- 4:16Speaker 4: attention to anything. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have done.
- 4:19Speaker 4: Listen instead to the nonsense they're spewing sixty nine days
- 4:22Speaker 4: before the election. But this truly is the one that
- 4:26Speaker 4: is the cherry on the top of the banana. Sunday,
- 4:29Speaker 4: let me read the headline from Axios quote Harris flip
- 4:33Speaker 4: flops on building the border wall. If she's elected president,
- 4:38Speaker 4: Kamala Harris pledges to spend hundreds of millions of dollars
- 4:41Speaker 4: on a wall along the southern border, a project she
- 4:46Speaker 4: once opposed it and called un American during the Trump administration.
- 4:51Speaker 4: By the way, I'm going to break news right now,
- 4:53Speaker 4: and this may not be news, you know, but next week,
- 4:56Speaker 4: I am reliably told from leaks within the White House,
- 5:00Speaker 4: Mamala Harris plans to dye her hair blonde, dye her
- 5:03Speaker 4: skin orange, and buy enormously long red ties and wear
- 5:07Speaker 4: only those in public appearances.
- 5:10Speaker 2: And you got to add, Beyonce's going to be in
- 5:12Speaker 2: there with her doing the same thing, right, because if
- 5:13Speaker 2: we're going to start rumors, we might as well go
- 5:15Speaker 2: back to that one to get people excited.
- 5:17Speaker 4: But by the way, Beyonce is going to be blonde
- 5:19Speaker 4: and also with orange skin.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Ah, I love it.
- 5:26Speaker 4: Listen, I want to go back. I want you to
- 5:28Speaker 4: listen to a montage that Martha McCallum put together on
- 5:31Speaker 4: Fox of Kamala's prior positions on the wall, because this
- 5:35Speaker 4: is Look, there's a Yiddish word huspa that doesn't even
- 5:39Speaker 4: begin to capture what Kamala Harris's claimed that she's going
- 5:42Speaker 4: to build the wall is. Now listen to this.
- 5:46Speaker 6: Axious News calling out Vice President Harris's quote flip flop
- 5:50Speaker 6: on the border wall. Here is some of what she
- 5:52Speaker 6: has said in the past.
- 5:53Speaker 7: Watch.
- 5:55Speaker 3: I'm all for increased border security where we need it.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I am not for a wall.
- 5:59Speaker 3: I specialize on transnational criminal organizations.
- 6:03Speaker 8: That wall.
- 6:03Speaker 5: I'm going to stop them.
- 6:04Speaker 8: No, no, okay.
- 6:15Speaker 6: But last week, Harris said that she supports the bipartisan
- 6:20Speaker 6: border bill, which includes requiring the Trump border wall. According
- 6:25Speaker 6: to its negotiators, oxy is reporting that Tim Harris says
- 6:29Speaker 6: that the bill doesn't include new wall funding, it just
- 6:32Speaker 6: extends the timeline to spend funds appropriated during the Trump administration.
- 6:39Speaker 6: So we hope we'll hear directly from the candidate to
- 6:41Speaker 6: clear that up in an interview, which we would love
- 6:45Speaker 6: to see over the next several days.
- 6:47Speaker 2: By the way, the interview is now going to be
- 6:49Speaker 2: a joint interview, apparently on CNN, where she doesn't have
- 6:52Speaker 2: to worry about babbling so much because the VP will
- 6:55Speaker 2: be there with their candidate, which still makes me laugh.
- 6:58Speaker 1: That's her first interview.
- 6:59Speaker 2: But we have we have no policies, decisions, it's just sold.
- 7:03Speaker 5: Ben.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Let me ask you something, so, Ben, you have been
- 7:06Speaker 4: following politics closely since you were like in the womb. Yeah,
- 7:12Speaker 4: and it's your birthday, so, like in the womb, was
- 7:14Speaker 4: forty three years.
- 7:17Speaker 1: You're going numbers.
- 7:18Speaker 5: I'm digging this.
- 7:20Speaker 4: In forty three years. Do you know of a single
- 7:25Speaker 4: instance ever, and I'm asking this comprehensively in forty three
- 7:28Speaker 4: years where a presidential candidate was so terrified to do
- 7:34Speaker 4: an interview on their own that they demanded their VP
- 7:37Speaker 4: candidate be with there with them.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Yeah, bring a buddy with you, right, No, I've never
- 7:41Speaker 2: seen that. But what's even more weird. It's weird, but
- 7:44Speaker 2: it's even more shocking then, is we had a convention.
- 7:48Speaker 2: And if you go to her website right now, because
- 7:50Speaker 2: I check it every day when I'm doing my show,
- 7:52Speaker 2: no policy there is still no policy tabs on her
- 7:56Speaker 2: damn website.
- 7:57Speaker 4: There's no taxes on tips and building a wall and
- 8:00Speaker 4: protect the internal combustion engine.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and the same wall that he's not.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Actually on the website for the fact checkers there, that's
- 8:07Speaker 4: just the policy she's rolling out.
- 8:09Speaker 5: But she has no policies on her website.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Well, and that's the part I think that Axios was
- 8:14Speaker 2: trying to get at, is like, give me a break.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I mean, Kamala Harris if you go back.
- 8:19Speaker 5: And by the way, Axios is not a right wing website.
- 8:21Speaker 4: It is a center left media organizations. It's not one
- 8:26Speaker 4: of the most left wing organizations, but it's not conservative. No,
- 8:30Speaker 4: And they're pointing out, are you frigging kidding me? Like
- 8:33Speaker 4: this is what she's saying.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Yeah, and let's go back to what she called the wall,
- 8:38Speaker 2: which she's now using parts of the wall visually in
- 8:41Speaker 2: her ads.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Listen, we don't need to build a wall. This is
- 8:45Speaker 3: a crisis of his own making. And by definition does
- 8:48Speaker 3: planes speak basic English language definition, it is not an emergency.
- 8:54Speaker 3: What's going to end up happening is that he will
- 8:58Speaker 3: end up without any question if he proceeds. We're going
- 9:01Speaker 3: to be looking at a situation where, in particular, homeowners
- 9:04Speaker 3: and landowners in places like New Mexico and Texas are
- 9:08Speaker 3: probably going to look at government taking their land. We're
- 9:11Speaker 3: looking at military resources being focused again on the president's
- 9:16Speaker 3: vanity project instead of focused on real national security issues.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I mean, she says it's a vanity project and it's
- 9:23Speaker 2: not a crisis, and we don't need it, and everybody
- 9:27Speaker 2: this Donald Trump is the idiot. I'm the brilliant one.
- 9:30Speaker 2: She said this for years, and now she's using Trump's
- 9:34Speaker 2: wall as like as a prop for her own campaign.
- 9:38Speaker 4: Listen, I serve for years on the Senate Judiciary Committee
- 9:41Speaker 4: with Kamala Harris one hundred percent of the time. With
- 9:45Speaker 4: that exception, she was hard left. As the non partisan
- 9:50Speaker 4: bill tracking organization guv TRAC raided her, she was the
- 9:53Speaker 4: single most liberal senator in the entire US Senate. She
- 9:56Speaker 4: voted to the left of Bernie Sanders, to the left
- 9:58Speaker 4: of Elizabeth Warren. She has never, once in any hearing
- 10:03Speaker 4: I've been in, expressed any concern with securing the border.
- 10:07Speaker 4: She is always, always, always sighted on side of illegal aliens,
- 10:11Speaker 4: of the cartels, of the human traffickers, of the drug smugglers.
- 10:15Speaker 4: In fact, in one hearing with the head of ICE,
- 10:18Speaker 4: the Immigration and Customs enforcement. She analogized ICE agents to
- 10:23Speaker 4: the ku klux Klan, which is grotesque, it is offensive.
- 10:27Speaker 4: And so now when she's pretending she will secure the border,
- 10:32Speaker 4: she has been in charge of the border for the
- 10:34Speaker 4: last four years. She has been the borders are as
- 10:38Speaker 4: much as the media is trying to erase that, those
- 10:41Speaker 4: are the facts.
- 10:42Speaker 5: She wanted.
- 10:43Speaker 4: This outcome, this invasion is her desired outcome. And if
- 10:47Speaker 4: God forbid she gets elected president, eleven and a half
- 10:50Speaker 4: million is going to become twenty million or even thirty
- 10:53Speaker 4: million illegal immigrants.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 10:58Speaker 2: you can go back and listen to the full pot
- 11:00Speaker 2: cast from earlier this week.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Now onto story number two.
- 11:05Speaker 2: So let's talk about the politics of this now. And
- 11:08Speaker 2: you look at swing states, and this is my theory.
- 11:12Speaker 2: You can tell me if you think I'm right or wrong.
- 11:15Speaker 2: He was polling in most swing states. I'm referring to
- 11:17Speaker 2: RFK Junior anywhere between about four percent to seven percent.
- 11:23Speaker 2: If he's able to keep forty to fifty percent of
- 11:27Speaker 2: his supporters as he go and they go over to Trump,
- 11:30Speaker 2: that's a legitimate two to three percentage points in swing states. Yeah,
- 11:35Speaker 2: that is the different center between winning and losing in
- 11:38Speaker 2: a general election cycle.
- 11:41Speaker 1: This could be massive for Donald Trump.
- 11:43Speaker 4: That this could have enormous impact. And we'll break the
- 11:46Speaker 4: numbers down in a second. But you're right, but let
- 11:48Speaker 4: me before we get into the exact numbers, let's actually
- 11:51Speaker 4: just talk about this.
- 11:52Speaker 5: In the macro level. Bobby Kennedy is the sun.
- 11:59Speaker 4: Of the late Bobby Kennedy, who would have been president
- 12:05Speaker 4: had he not been assassinated on the presidential campaign triol. Yes,
- 12:09Speaker 4: Bobby Kennedy is the nephew of JFK who obviously was
- 12:14Speaker 4: president and tragically was assassinated as president.
- 12:18Speaker 5: There is no greater.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Democratic royalty than than the Kennedys and Bobby Kennedy Junior
- 12:29Speaker 4: in particular. That is, for Bobby Kennedy to be endorsing
- 12:35Speaker 4: the Republican candidate for president is massive. And you know
- 12:41Speaker 4: when the last time was that a Kennedy supported a
- 12:45Speaker 4: Republican in a campaign. I'm going to go back in
- 12:48Speaker 4: ancient history. I want you to listen to this interview
- 12:52Speaker 4: with Richard Nixon. Let's go back to nineteen fifty. Give
- 12:56Speaker 4: a listen as Nixon talks about it.
- 12:58Speaker 7: In nineteen fifty. He came into the outer office. My
- 13:03Speaker 7: secretary buzzed and said, Congressman Kennedy is here, and so
- 13:08Speaker 7: of course he came right in and he handed me
- 13:10Speaker 7: an envelope. He said, you know, I know you got
- 13:13Speaker 7: a tough campaign against Helen ge Hagen Douglas, and the
- 13:16Speaker 7: family liked to contribute. So he handed it to me
- 13:19Speaker 7: and it was one thousand dollars in cash. Later on,
- 13:22Speaker 7: I think it was quite embarrassing to him, and he
- 13:25Speaker 7: wanted it made very clear that the contribution was from
- 13:27Speaker 7: his father and not for him personally. But he was
- 13:30Speaker 7: delivering that there was no question whose side he was on.
- 13:33Speaker 7: And later on after the election, when he was speaking
- 13:37Speaker 7: at Harvard, he said that he was not unhappy about
- 13:40Speaker 7: my defeating Helen Gehagen Douglas because he had not found
- 13:43Speaker 7: her one that he liked to work with in the
- 13:44Speaker 7: Congress of the United States. Do you think that the
- 13:47Speaker 7: money was in fact from him or was it from
- 13:50Speaker 7: his father? Doesn't make any difference. The Kennedy money is
- 13:53Speaker 7: all in one pot, and he had a chance to
- 13:55Speaker 7: get I think, let me put it this way, unless
- 13:59Speaker 7: he had wanted me to beat Helen Gahagen Douglas that
- 14:03Speaker 7: money would never have come because I didn't know his
- 14:05Speaker 7: father at that time. I'm sure what happened is that
- 14:08Speaker 7: he sold his father that well, this is one of
- 14:11Speaker 7: the coming lights here, and his father was anti Communists
- 14:15Speaker 7: and felt because of what I had done in the
- 14:17Speaker 7: his case, which was already under the belt at that point,
- 14:20Speaker 7: that he'd like to be on that side. No, I
- 14:21Speaker 7: don't think he was an errand boy for his father.
- 14:24Speaker 7: The money may have come from his father, but he
- 14:26Speaker 7: wanted it done too. There was no question about that.
- 14:29Speaker 7: He was on my side in that campaign.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I mean, that's a piece of history that I hope everyone,
- 14:34Speaker 2: and like you said earlier, if you're not getting to
- 14:37Speaker 2: watch this, if you're listening to the audio only of
- 14:39Speaker 2: this one, go watched this on YouTube because that's a
- 14:42Speaker 2: really cool piece of history to see.
- 14:43Speaker 4: Yeah, the video is amazing, and it's Nixon describing how
- 14:47Speaker 4: JFK supported him in Nixon's Senate race when he was
- 14:52Speaker 4: running for the Senate in California nineteen fifty against Helen
- 14:56Speaker 4: Gaagen Douglas, who was a very very left wing Democrat,
- 15:01Speaker 4: and JFK showed up number one with a thousand bucks
- 15:04Speaker 4: cash and so JFK is this young congressman. He shows
- 15:08Speaker 4: up with a thousand bucks cash. Now that's illegal today.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Actually you can't bag man like that.
- 15:13Speaker 4: You can't bring so and it was some of this
- 15:15Speaker 4: came out of Watergate and came it came out of
- 15:17Speaker 4: all of that. You had the initial campaign finance laws
- 15:20Speaker 4: that you can't now accept that much money in cash.
- 15:24Speaker 4: It has to be a check, or it has to
- 15:25Speaker 4: be a credit card, or it has to be a bitcoined,
- 15:28Speaker 4: but it can't be You're not allowed. I actually had
- 15:34Speaker 4: a campaign rally where a guy came up to me
- 15:38Speaker 4: yesterday you were there with five one hundred dollars bills
- 15:42Speaker 4: and said, here, I want to give you five hundred
- 15:43Speaker 4: dollars for your campaign. And I had to tell him.
- 15:45Speaker 4: I said, thank you, sir, I'm not allowed to accept
- 15:48Speaker 4: that under the FEC rules, I'm not allowed to accept
- 15:51Speaker 4: that much cash. You can give it as a check,
- 15:53Speaker 4: you can give as a credit card, but I can't
- 15:55Speaker 4: take that. And I made him keep his money. No,
- 15:57Speaker 4: I don't know if he ended up giving or not,
- 15:59Speaker 4: but it was an interesting moment. It is an interesting moment.
- 16:03Speaker 4: And by the way, that was one thousand dollars in
- 16:06Speaker 4: nineteen fifty.
- 16:08Speaker 1: How much is that today? I mean to put it perspective,
- 16:11Speaker 1: it's a lot.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Well, I actually ran the numbers, and one thousand dollars
- 16:14Speaker 4: in nineteen fifty today is thirteen thousand and fifty one
- 16:17Speaker 4: dollars and forty five cents.
- 16:19Speaker 1: That's how much the Kenny's wanted him to win.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Thirteen grand that JFK delivered to support Nixon in his
- 16:27Speaker 4: Senate race in nineteen fifty. And I don't know of
- 16:31Speaker 4: another instance when a Kennedy has supported a Republican, certainly
- 16:36Speaker 4: not in as high profile a race as the presidential race.
- 16:41Speaker 4: So Bobby Kennedy supporting Donald Trump. Wow, like holy cow,
- 16:46Speaker 4: it's been seventy four years since this has happened.
- 16:50Speaker 2: When you look now at these swing states moving forward,
- 16:53Speaker 2: and I think there's two takeaways that are going to
- 16:55Speaker 2: be political knowledge. If I was doing a class, teaching
- 16:58Speaker 2: a class in a couple of years, I would bring this
- 17:00Speaker 2: up immediately.
- 17:01Speaker 1: What did you learn from this endorsement?
- 17:04Speaker 2: Number One, I think Americans are very much open to
- 17:08Speaker 2: a cabinet, that this isn't one sided for one part
- 17:10Speaker 2: of the other, and that you should look for ways
- 17:13Speaker 2: to reach across the aisle because it can bridge the gap.
- 17:15Speaker 2: And I think this is proof of this, with the
- 17:17Speaker 2: way that the reaction has been and how terrified Democrats
- 17:20Speaker 2: are of this endorsement. Number one, but number two, I
- 17:23Speaker 2: also think it tells you how important it is to
- 17:25Speaker 2: listen to maybe some of the smaller candidates who are running,
- 17:29Speaker 2: whether it's listening to someone like could bu Canon or
- 17:31Speaker 2: a Nator or or even a Bernie Sanders. I think
- 17:35Speaker 2: Democrats have done a bad job not incorporating some of
- 17:38Speaker 2: that younger fill the burn into some of their later campaigns.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton really pissed off the Bernie Sanders people in
- 17:45Speaker 2: a major way when she was running, And I think
- 17:47Speaker 2: that's part of history that people haven't looked at so much,
- 17:50Speaker 2: is that, Hey, you got to make sure that you're
- 17:52Speaker 2: if you're a Democrat, even if there's someone you don't like,
- 17:55Speaker 2: you might want to have a bigger conversation with them.
- 17:58Speaker 4: So yes, and now actually think in anyways Bernie Sanders
- 18:01Speaker 4: prevailed in that race, why because his agenda became the
- 18:04Speaker 4: Democrat party agenda.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Yeah, but there was so disdain in it afterwards.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Oh look Hillary did and I assume does, and there's
- 18:13Speaker 4: no doubt. They treated Bernie and his coalition. They treated
- 18:16Speaker 4: them like peasants. They gave them the back of the hand,
- 18:18Speaker 4: because the Democrat Party is all about power, power, power.
- 18:21Speaker 4: But my point is Bernie's positions were fringe.
- 18:25Speaker 5: A decade ago.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Now they're in mainstream that.
- 18:27Speaker 5: They are now the heart.
- 18:29Speaker 4: Every one of Bernie's positions is what Kamala Harris supports.
- 18:32Speaker 4: They are one and the same. And when Trump became president,
- 18:36Speaker 4: what it did is it radicalized the Democrat Party and
- 18:38Speaker 4: they ended up adopting Bernie's policies. But look, you want
- 18:43Speaker 4: to understand how big a deal the RFK Junior endorsement is.
- 18:48Speaker 5: Just flip it.
- 18:50Speaker 4: So the media is saying all day long, it's not
- 18:52Speaker 4: a big deal, it's not a big deal. It doesn't matter,
- 18:53Speaker 4: it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter. They're
- 18:56Speaker 4: so desperate to convince you of that that ought to
- 18:59Speaker 4: tell you something. Just flip it and ask yourself if
- 19:02Speaker 4: Bobby Kennedy yesterday had endorsed Kamala Harris.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Twenty four to seven news coverage, I promise you seen
- 19:08Speaker 2: him went and dumped out of it, which is what
- 19:09Speaker 2: they did when they were covering him saying he was
- 19:12Speaker 2: dropping out there.
- 19:13Speaker 4: Repeat that literally during his speech, CNN cut it off.
- 19:18Speaker 4: By the way, MSNBC aired the speech with no audio.
- 19:22Speaker 4: They had their commentators talking over so you could see
- 19:24Speaker 4: Bobby Kennedy was talking. But they here is more important
- 19:27Speaker 4: to hear the lefties saying the words coming out of
- 19:30Speaker 4: Kennedy's mouth do not matter. Pay no attention. You cannot
- 19:33Speaker 4: listen to this. They are terrified. And if if Kennedy
- 19:38Speaker 4: had endorsed Kamala, it would be twenty four to seven.
- 19:42Speaker 4: It would be the races over. This is the final
- 19:44Speaker 4: that this broke the back of Trump dancing the street.
- 19:48Speaker 4: Dancing the street in fact, call off the election in November.
- 19:51Speaker 4: We don't even need an election game over. Let's break
- 19:54Speaker 4: some of the numbers down. So I have here. Tony Fabrizio,
- 19:57Speaker 4: who is Trump's polster, put out a memo just breaking
- 20:01Speaker 4: down what's the impact of the RFK Junior endorsement. And
- 20:04Speaker 4: if you go through the swing states, all right, I'm
- 20:06Speaker 4: gonna go go go through each of them seven states.
- 20:08Speaker 4: So Arizona RFK Junior's current share of the vote right
- 20:13Speaker 4: now is five percent. The breakdown within Arizona of the Kennedy.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Support of the Kennedy vote, how much of it supports Trump?
- 20:22Speaker 4: How much of it supports Harris? In Arizona, it's fifty
- 20:25Speaker 4: three percent supports Trump, twenty eight percent supports Harris. That's
- 20:30Speaker 4: a delta of twenty five percent. That's a ton of votes.
- 20:34Speaker 4: If you assume the Trump supporting Kennedy votes will now
- 20:37Speaker 4: vote for Trump, that's a big chunk. How about Georgia, Georgia,
- 20:42Speaker 4: Kennedy has three percent and the delta is forty seven
- 20:46Speaker 4: percent for Trump, thirty four percent for Harris. That's a
- 20:49Speaker 4: delta of thirteen percent, again favoring Trump. Michigan Kennedy has
- 20:53Speaker 4: four percent of the vote. The delta there is forty
- 20:56Speaker 4: three percent for Trump, forty one percent for Harris. That's
- 20:59Speaker 4: the closest, but even that's plus two percent for Trump.
- 21:02Speaker 4: How about North Carolina? North Carolina, Kennedy has three percent,
- 21:06Speaker 4: but the breakdown there fifty eight percent for Trump, twenty
- 21:09Speaker 4: two percent for Harris. That's a delta of thirty six
- 21:12Speaker 4: percent for Trump. Nevada, Nevada, Kennedy has four percent. The
- 21:18Speaker 4: delta between the two art this is going to be stunning.
- 21:20Speaker 4: What do you think the delta is between the two.
- 21:22Speaker 2: I mean, it's got to be in the in the
- 21:23Speaker 2: in the teens. I would assume because because of taxes, it's.
- 21:28Speaker 5: Much much higher than that.
- 21:30Speaker 4: Really, Trump sixty six percent, Harris sixteen percent, the delta
- 21:37Speaker 4: is fifty percent.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Is that because the tax issue there?
- 21:41Speaker 5: I don't know why it is.
- 21:42Speaker 4: I just I'm just reading numbers from Brizio's memo. So
- 21:45Speaker 4: it doesn't doesn't say why. Let me do the last
- 21:47Speaker 4: two swing states. Pennsylvania, Kennedy has four percent of the vote.
- 21:52Speaker 4: Trump has of that four percent, Trump has forty nine percent,
- 21:56Speaker 4: Harris has thirty five. That's a delta of thirteen percent.
- 22:01Speaker 4: And finally, Wisconsin, Kennedy has four percent of the vote.
- 22:06Speaker 4: Trump has fifty five percent of that share. Harris has
- 22:10Speaker 4: twenty five percent of that share. That is a delta
- 22:12Speaker 4: a plus thirty percent. What does all of that mean.
- 22:16Speaker 4: It means the impact is very possibly one to two
- 22:22Speaker 4: to three points in Trump's direction in each of those
- 22:25Speaker 4: swing states. That is a big, big deal in an
- 22:30Speaker 4: election that could easily be decided by one or two
- 22:33Speaker 4: percentage points, this endorsement could very possibly change the outcome
- 22:39Speaker 4: of the election.
- 22:40Speaker 5: I think a week ago, after.
- 22:41Speaker 4: A month of of relentless media propaganda. According to the
- 22:47Speaker 4: public polling, Kamala Harris was winning in all the swing
- 22:51Speaker 4: states but Georgia, which would suggest if the election had
- 22:54Speaker 4: happened a week ago, that Kamala would have won. If
- 22:58Speaker 4: these numbers moved two or three percent towards Trump, it
- 23:01Speaker 4: could well be the difference that gives Trump the election
- 23:04Speaker 4: in November.
- 23:04Speaker 2: I want to pull back the curtain a little bit.
- 23:05Speaker 2: And in campaigns, when you're running for president, you have
- 23:09Speaker 2: daily surrogate calls and it's the campaign usually senior staff
- 23:13Speaker 2: that runs them, and they kind of give out like
- 23:15Speaker 2: some data or the talking points of what we're doing today,
- 23:18Speaker 2: what the messaging is today.
- 23:19Speaker 4: You've done that, so, yeah, you were on the two
- 23:21Speaker 4: thousand and four Yeah, George W. Bush reelect you were
- 23:24Speaker 4: part of the media team. So you've actually been part
- 23:26Speaker 4: of those calls.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Yes, And they're fun because some days they're just kind
- 23:30Speaker 2: of like you check the box, like not a lot's
- 23:32Speaker 2: changed the day before, but you do it and it's like, hey,
- 23:34Speaker 2: we're still on this, or hey, there's a story of
- 23:36Speaker 2: this data point, or make sure if you're on TV
- 23:38Speaker 2: you mentioned this. So I'm on the Trump ones now,
- 23:42Speaker 2: and I can tell you just the feeling on the call,
- 23:46Speaker 2: the excitement with this endorsement, with this big guess that
- 23:50Speaker 2: they were having at the rally, and everybody knew what
- 23:52Speaker 2: it was like. It's not hard to figure it out.
- 23:54Speaker 2: You knew it was going to be this. It was
- 23:56Speaker 2: different and it was all about these swing states.
- 23:58Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 23:59Speaker 2: And I tell people, because like you do those calls
- 24:01Speaker 2: every day and they become the same in a sense,
- 24:04Speaker 2: there are certain days where things are different, and this
- 24:07Speaker 2: was one of those days where it just felt different.
- 24:09Speaker 4: Well, and listen, what Kennedy did this cycle was a
- 24:13Speaker 4: big deal. Getting on the ballot all across the country.
- 24:16Speaker 4: It is hard to get on the presidential ballot as
- 24:18Speaker 4: an independent candidate. He got he said it said, they're
- 24:21Speaker 4: over a million signatures. Those are a bunch of people
- 24:23Speaker 4: that were energized, that were inspired that we're excited.
- 24:26Speaker 5: Now.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Not all of them are going to vote for Trump,
- 24:29Speaker 4: but if a majority of them, if a significant majority,
- 24:32Speaker 4: do that's a big deal. And it is why the
- 24:36Speaker 4: corrupt corporate media desperately.
- 24:38Speaker 5: Wants you not even to know about it and not
- 24:40Speaker 5: to care.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Center.
- 24:42Speaker 2: One last just point I got to bring up, and
- 24:44Speaker 2: I think it's an important one.
- 24:46Speaker 1: The Democratic Convention.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Was so worried about people not watching on the final
- 24:51Speaker 2: night when Kamwa was gonna be speaking, that they just
- 24:54Speaker 2: started putting out lies and leaks.
- 24:58Speaker 8: Uh.
- 24:58Speaker 1: It made me laugh.
- 24:59Speaker 2: Don Lemmy, for example, said I have sources of saying
- 25:02Speaker 2: that either Taylor Swift's gonna show up or Beyonce or
- 25:06Speaker 2: George W. Bush is gonna speak of the Democratic Convention.
- 25:10Speaker 2: And then he says, stay tuned, like clear propaganda. George
- 25:13Speaker 2: Bush was not showing up to endorse Kamwa Harris, no
- 25:16Speaker 2: way in hell. But then they had this Beyonce thing
- 25:20Speaker 2: out there or Taylor Swift out there, so the numbers
- 25:23Speaker 2: would be massive watching the convention, and it was all I.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Well, look, Don Lemon used to pretend to be a
- 25:29Speaker 4: real journalist, and he just happily was pushing out propaganda.
- 25:33Speaker 4: I mean, the idea that George W. Bush was going
- 25:35Speaker 4: to show up was always absurd and was laughable. But
- 25:39Speaker 4: you're right, it was designed to get people to tune in,
- 25:42Speaker 4: whether it was Taylor Swift or Beyonce. They wanted to
- 25:44Speaker 4: do something to draw up some excitement to get people
- 25:47Speaker 4: to watch. But look, I gotta say that that night
- 25:51Speaker 4: I was. I was on Fox. I was on Jesse
- 25:53Speaker 4: Waters and I actually said, Jesse, I want to break
- 25:56Speaker 4: some news.
- 25:57Speaker 5: So I have an.
- 25:57Speaker 4: Internal leak from within the White House that has come out.
- 26:01Speaker 4: I know who the mystery guest is. It's l Choppo.
- 26:06Speaker 4: El Choppo is going to address the convention. And the
- 26:10Speaker 4: reason is simple. They were brainstorming who's benefited the most
- 26:14Speaker 4: from Kamala Harris's policies, and as they talked about it,
- 26:18Speaker 4: they could not come up with anyone who has benefited
- 26:21Speaker 4: more than Mexican drug lords. Yeah, and so El Choppo,
- 26:24Speaker 4: I'm told and again this is a leak from the
- 26:26Speaker 4: Biden White House that Kamala personally raised the bail money
- 26:30Speaker 4: to bail.
- 26:31Speaker 5: Yes.
- 26:31Speaker 4: L Choppo's in jail, but she's very good at raising
- 26:34Speaker 4: bail money for people in jail. So they bailed him
- 26:36Speaker 4: out to fly into Chicago to speak on stage and say,
- 26:41Speaker 4: let me tell you, are you better off than you
- 26:43Speaker 4: were four years ago? To all my drug dealing compatriots,
- 26:47Speaker 4: we are much better off. So c sip whether it
- 26:51Speaker 4: turned out my prediction was wrong, but boy it would
- 26:53Speaker 4: have been appropriate because it sure is accurate.
- 26:56Speaker 2: Who's benefited as before If you want to hear the
- 26:59Speaker 2: rest of this conversation on this topic, you can go
- 27:01Speaker 2: back and down the podcast from earlier this week to
- 27:04Speaker 2: hear the entire thing. I want to get back to
- 27:07Speaker 2: the big story number three of the week. You may
- 27:10Speaker 2: have missed when you look at this interview, and it
- 27:13Speaker 2: obviously depends on who you talk to. Right, you go
- 27:16Speaker 2: and look at conservative headlines and it's like train wreck.
- 27:19Speaker 2: CNM pushes Kamala Harris hard on issues. Another headline says
- 27:23Speaker 2: Harris unprepared, no good answers, Waltz hit on stolen valor.
- 27:28Speaker 2: VP defends Bidenomics, fails to explain why she did not
- 27:33Speaker 2: lower prices. I mean, the headlines, my point is, are
- 27:36Speaker 2: all over the place, but on Bidenomics is a great example.
- 27:40Speaker 1: She referred to it as good work. Center.
- 27:43Speaker 2: It's good work. Really like Bidenomics, which has been a disaster.
- 27:48Speaker 2: She says, no, no, no, it's not not really a disaster.
- 27:51Speaker 2: It's pretty good work.
- 27:52Speaker 8: And you maintain Bidenomics is a success.
- 27:55Speaker 3: I maintain that when we do the work of brandown
- 27:59Speaker 3: prescription medication for the American people, including capping the cost
- 28:02Speaker 3: of the annual cost of prescription medication for seniors at
- 28:05Speaker 3: two thousand dollars, When we do what we did in
- 28:08Speaker 3: the first year of being in office to extend the
- 28:11Speaker 3: child tax credit so that we cut child poverty in
- 28:13Speaker 3: America by over fifty percent.
- 28:16Speaker 1: When we do what we have done.
- 28:17Speaker 3: To invest in the American people in bringing manufacturing back
- 28:21Speaker 3: to the United States, so that we created over eight
- 28:24Speaker 3: hundred thousand new manufacturing jobs, bringing business back to America.
- 28:29Speaker 3: What we have done to improve the supply chain so
- 28:32Speaker 3: we're not relying on foreign governments to supply American families
- 28:36Speaker 3: with their basic needs. I'll say that that's good work.
- 28:39Speaker 3: There's more to do, but that's good work.
- 28:42Speaker 2: I mean, where do you even start grocery prices, home prices, food?
- 28:48Speaker 2: I mean, do you want to go with?
- 28:50Speaker 4: But let me give my bottom line. This interview did
- 28:56Speaker 4: absolutely nothing to impact the presidential election in November. The
- 29:00Speaker 4: Kamala Harris campaign is high fiving. They're thrilled because now
- 29:05Speaker 4: they have an excuse not to do another interview for
- 29:07Speaker 4: at least another month, because they'll say they did an interview,
- 29:10Speaker 4: so they will quickly rush her back to the Joe
- 29:13Speaker 4: Biden's basement and hide her there. And all this was
- 29:18Speaker 4: was a campaign commercial. What she's saying there, she's reading
- 29:21Speaker 4: their talking points, the headlines you read. I don't know
- 29:26Speaker 4: what outlets they are, but I'm going to guess that
- 29:28Speaker 4: everyone that says train wreck is a right of center outlet.
- 29:31Speaker 4: You've got Bright barton Fox News and all of those,
- 29:34Speaker 4: and you know what, So what the people reading that
- 29:36Speaker 4: aren't going to vote for her anyway. Like, I don't
- 29:39Speaker 4: think there was a single thing in this interview that
- 29:43Speaker 4: moved even one voter to change how they're going to
- 29:47Speaker 4: vote in November. And if there was, I'm sorry to
- 29:52Speaker 4: say it moved them towards Kamala Harris. Because if there's
- 29:56Speaker 4: a voter who's a naive and ignorant voter who doesn't
- 29:59Speaker 4: know any thing, they listened to twenty some odd minutes
- 30:04Speaker 4: of her reading campaign talking points.
- 30:09Speaker 5: Look foreign policy.
- 30:11Speaker 4: On foreign policy, okay, there was no question about Ukraine
- 30:16Speaker 4: and the disaster that the administration is done on that.
- 30:18Speaker 4: There was no question about Afghanistan and the disaster there.
- 30:21Speaker 4: There was no question about why Joe Biden denied that
- 30:24Speaker 4: thirteen servicemen and women were killed in Afghanistan due to
- 30:27Speaker 4: their utter incompetence and the disgrace of this administration. None
- 30:30Speaker 4: of those were questions. The question was instead about Israel
- 30:34Speaker 4: and what did it do. It gave Kamala Harris a
- 30:36Speaker 4: chance to say October seventh was terrible and to say
- 30:39Speaker 4: I will always stand for Israel. And Dana Bash asked,
- 30:43Speaker 4: as president, will you cut off weapons to Israel? And
- 30:48Speaker 4: Kamala Harris refuses to answer. She says Israel has a
- 30:51Speaker 4: right to defend itself, doesn't answer the question at all. Okay, Dana,
- 30:55Speaker 4: here's a crazy question. Joe Biden. Right now, this instant,
- 31:00Speaker 4: your administration has frozen weapons to Israel. Is not sending
- 31:04Speaker 4: the weapons to Israel that Congress appropriated. Do you agree
- 31:07Speaker 4: with that? Is Joe Biden wrong to refuse to send
- 31:10Speaker 4: weapons to Israel. That would be a real question. So
- 31:13Speaker 4: of course Dana Bash didn't ask that. She also didn't
- 31:16Speaker 4: ask uh meda vice president. You and Joe Biden sent
- 31:19Speaker 4: hundreds of millions of dollars to Gaza. You did so
- 31:22Speaker 4: after your administration concluded that it was likely that that
- 31:25Speaker 4: money would be used by Hamas to carry out terrorism
- 31:28Speaker 4: in light of October seventh, in light of the determination
- 31:31Speaker 4: that it was highly likely that was your administration's determination,
- 31:34Speaker 4: it would be used for terrorism? Was it a mistake
- 31:36Speaker 4: to send hundreds of millions of dollars that were highly
- 31:38Speaker 4: likely to be used by terrorism? By the way, you
- 31:40Speaker 4: want to talk foreign policy Iran, your administration, Madame Vice President,
- 31:44Speaker 4: has sent over one hundred billion dollars to Iran. Iran
- 31:50Speaker 4: provides ninety percent of the funding for Hamas, ninety percent
- 31:52Speaker 4: of the funding for Hesbela. In a very real sense,
- 31:55Speaker 4: the death squads on October seventh was funded by your administration.
- 32:00Speaker 4: Do you regret that? Was that a mistake? Men and
- 32:03Speaker 4: Vice president? Why do you continue today to refuse to
- 32:07Speaker 4: enforce the oil sanctions against Iran? Why are you allowing
- 32:10Speaker 4: Iran to sell two million barrels a day of oil?
- 32:14Speaker 4: When you became vice president, they were selling three hundred
- 32:17Speaker 4: thousand barrels a day. It was crushing the Iranian economy.
- 32:21Speaker 4: And men and Vice President, by the way, on fracking,
- 32:23Speaker 4: you said a minute ago you weren't at a man fracking.
- 32:25Speaker 4: Why is it that you're so eager to support oil
- 32:28Speaker 4: and gas production in Iran led by a theocratic lunatic
- 32:32Speaker 4: who chanced death to America. But you and your administration
- 32:35Speaker 4: had put in regulation after regulation hammering oil and gas
- 32:39Speaker 4: jobs in the United States. Those are questions an actual
- 32:43Speaker 4: journalist would ask.
- 32:44Speaker 2: There's only one moment in this whole debate center that
- 32:47Speaker 2: or I should say this television interview that I think
- 32:52Speaker 2: that the Trump campaign could really use to their advantage
- 32:56Speaker 2: in a TV ad, And I want to play it
- 32:59Speaker 2: for you at your thoughts, because there was this moment
- 33:03Speaker 2: for me where I was like, Okay, maybe this is useful.
- 33:05Speaker 5: So you have been vice president for three and a
- 33:07Speaker 5: half years.
- 33:09Speaker 6: The steps that you're talking about, now, why haven't you
- 33:12Speaker 6: done them already?
- 33:13Speaker 3: Well, first of all, we had to recover as an economy,
- 33:16Speaker 3: and we have done that. I'm very proud of the
- 33:18Speaker 3: work that we have done that has brought inflation down
- 33:21Speaker 3: to less than three percent, the work that we have
- 33:23Speaker 3: done to cap the cost of insulin at thirty five
- 33:25Speaker 3: dollars a month for seniors. Donald Trump said he was
- 33:28Speaker 3: going to do a number of things, including allowing Medicare
- 33:30Speaker 3: to negotiate drug prices. Never happened. We did it so
- 33:34Speaker 3: now and as I travel in the state of Georgia
- 33:36Speaker 3: and around our country, the number of seniors that have
- 33:39Speaker 3: benefited I've met. I was in Nevada recently a grandmother
- 33:44Speaker 3: who showed me her receipts, and before we capped the
- 33:48Speaker 3: cost of insulin for seniors at thirty five dollars a US,
- 33:50Speaker 3: she was playing hundreds of dollars up to thousands of
- 33:53Speaker 3: dollars a month for her insulin. She's not doing that anyman.
- 33:58Speaker 2: I mean, that's that It might be your only moment
- 34:01Speaker 2: where you could say, Okay, maybe we can make a
- 34:04Speaker 2: campaign out of this that why didn't you do what
- 34:08Speaker 2: you say you're.
- 34:08Speaker 5: Going to do now? And I'm not with you on that.
- 34:12Speaker 4: I actually think Dana Bash gave her a perfect opportunity,
- 34:16Speaker 4: give me your talking point. So the only questions that
- 34:20Speaker 4: she had that were sort of pretend questions. When she
- 34:22Speaker 4: asked Tim Waltz about stolen valor, it was a softball
- 34:26Speaker 4: for him to give a speech about how much how
- 34:29Speaker 4: important military service is and how much he loves America.
- 34:33Speaker 4: When she asked her that question, Look, it's such an
- 34:37Speaker 4: obvious question that it was sort of like, what is
- 34:40Speaker 4: your talking point in response to this? And that whole
- 34:43Speaker 4: riff there. If you are a voter who's not paying
- 34:47Speaker 4: much attention, he doesn't know the record, that riff sounds
- 34:50Speaker 4: pretty good, Okay, So we had a pandemic. You had
- 34:52Speaker 4: to deal with that, and then hey, we did this
- 34:55Speaker 4: thing on insulin. I'm not sure what the thing on
- 34:57Speaker 4: insulin is. The person listening might be I'm saying, but
- 35:01Speaker 4: you told me about a woman who had really high
- 35:03Speaker 4: receipts and then they went down. So wow, Okay, apparently
- 35:05Speaker 4: you did something. That whole riff is a prepared riff.
- 35:11Speaker 4: That is their defense, and there is there was nothing
- 35:17Speaker 4: actually calling to account for the actual record, the disaster
- 35:23Speaker 4: of the record. But by the way, going back to
- 35:26Speaker 4: the border, her statements were not just not just the
- 35:32Speaker 4: statement you raise your hand and said that you would
- 35:34Speaker 4: decriminalize illegal immigration. You've also said you would abolish ICE.
- 35:38Speaker 4: You still want to abolish ICE. You've also said the
- 35:40Speaker 4: wall was ridiculous. Do you still want to do that? Well,
- 35:42Speaker 4: now you've said you want to build the wall. You
- 35:46Speaker 4: know her positions you said, and by the way, a
- 35:50Speaker 4: real interview would would play this. You said on day
- 35:53Speaker 4: one you would shut down every ICE detention center and
- 35:57Speaker 4: you would not detain illegal immigrants. Bobler to believe that abolished,
- 36:02Speaker 4: but also shut down the detention centers. You know, you
- 36:06Speaker 4: know what was nowhere in the question Joscelyn Nungery, lacln Riley,
- 36:13Speaker 4: Rachel Marin, Like a real question would be lacln Riley
- 36:18Speaker 4: was killed by an illegal immigrant that you and Joe
- 36:20Speaker 4: Biden released. Was that a mistake to release that immigrant?
- 36:23Speaker 4: Rachel Marin was raped and murdered by nate legal immigrant
- 36:26Speaker 4: that you and Joe Biden released. Was that a mistake
- 36:28Speaker 4: to release that illegal immigrant? Joscelyn Nungary was was was
- 36:32Speaker 4: raped and killed by two illegal immigrants that you and
- 36:34Speaker 4: Joe Biden released. Was that a mistake to release that immigrant?
- 36:37Speaker 4: How many is enough? Like that actually would be laying
- 36:42Speaker 4: out and have you changed anything? Why do you continue
- 36:45Speaker 4: to release illegal immigrants who go on every day to
- 36:50Speaker 4: murder Americans, to rape women, to violate children. You know,
- 36:55Speaker 4: we talked about in the previous podcasts, the they just
- 36:58Speaker 4: halted their plan. Your administration flew into America over three
- 37:03Speaker 4: hundred thousand illegal immigrants a year, flew them in. They
- 37:06Speaker 4: didn't cross the border. You flew them in from Haiti,
- 37:09Speaker 4: from Cuba, from Nicaragua and Venezuela. One of the illegal
- 37:13Speaker 4: immigrants you flew in, you flew into Boston. You released
- 37:15Speaker 4: him in Boston and he raped a fifteen year old
- 37:18Speaker 4: girl with severe mental disabilities. Was that a mistake to
- 37:23Speaker 4: fly into this country an illegal immigrant who raped a
- 37:26Speaker 4: teenage girl?
- 37:27Speaker 5: You know what?
- 37:28Speaker 4: Those are hard questions for her to answer. That's why
- 37:32Speaker 4: she doesn't do interviews. But she still doesn't do interviews.
- 37:36Speaker 4: This was not an interview. They sat there and knew
- 37:40Speaker 4: Dana Bash is part of the campaign. Just like if
- 37:44Speaker 4: she was sitting there with Kareeine John Pierre to do
- 37:47Speaker 4: a fake interview, they'd know they would never get those
- 37:49Speaker 4: questions because those are questions that are a real problem.
- 37:53Speaker 4: They knew they'd never get them from Dana Bash either.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Senator.
- 37:56Speaker 2: Finally, on this, I want to go over the list.
- 37:59Speaker 2: It was an interesting that was thrown out right after
- 38:01Speaker 2: the interview. Trump and Vance put this out in the campaign.
- 38:05Speaker 2: It said, here are all the things kamla Ayrs failed
- 38:08Speaker 2: to address tonight with CNN. Kamma was support for ending
- 38:10Speaker 2: cash bail for violent criminals. Kam was fundraising for the
- 38:14Speaker 2: Minnesota Freedom Fund, which freed rioters. Coma was tie breaking
- 38:17Speaker 2: vote for the American Rescue Plan, which economists say fueled inflation.
- 38:22Speaker 2: Coma was support support for defunding the Police com was
- 38:26Speaker 2: comments comparing policing to slavery. Kama was repeated praise of
- 38:30Speaker 2: bid nomics. Comma was support for Medicare for all, a
- 38:34Speaker 2: socialist takeover of our healthcare system. And that's just some
- 38:37Speaker 2: of the highlights here. Is that really what this election
- 38:41Speaker 2: is going to be about? And is that what he
- 38:43Speaker 2: has to bring out in the debate that's going to
- 38:45Speaker 2: be coming up fairly soon.
- 38:47Speaker 5: Yes.
- 38:48Speaker 4: Look, Look, if this election is on Kamala's record and
- 38:52Speaker 4: Donald Trump's record, If this election is on the issues,
- 38:55Speaker 4: we win. If it's not, if it is all about
- 39:00Speaker 4: out hopey, changey joy and Trump derangement syndrome, then Kamala
- 39:09Speaker 4: could win, and the media is going to spend billions
- 39:12Speaker 4: of dollars trying to cover up all of the substantive issues. Look,
- 39:17Speaker 4: you want to see what propaganda is like. Look at
- 39:20Speaker 4: the last two questions Dana Bash has now, I understand
- 39:26Speaker 4: this is the first interview in over a month of
- 39:29Speaker 4: the Democrat nominee to be president, So she has been
- 39:32Speaker 4: hiding from interviews for more than a month. Like every
- 39:35Speaker 4: question is precious real estate. Her last two questions, she
- 39:38Speaker 4: turns to Tim Waltz and says, oh, there was an
- 39:41Speaker 4: amazing image of your son at the convention, so excited,
- 39:45Speaker 4: saying I'm proud of my dad, and they play the
- 39:47Speaker 4: video and he says, oh, I'm so that was an
- 39:50Speaker 4: amazing moment in his dad, I feel great, Like cue
- 39:54Speaker 4: the music. Could we put some kittens and puppies around him,
- 39:58Speaker 4: you know, maybe hearts like he's a soft, tender dad.
- 40:03Speaker 4: And then that's not enough. Then she turns to Kamala, Oh,
- 40:08Speaker 4: there was a picture from the convention of your niece,
- 40:12Speaker 4: an adorable little girl with two pigtails, and the picture
- 40:16Speaker 4: shows her looking at you, speaking, gazing adoringly. It was inspirational.
- 40:22Speaker 4: It's a moment, Oh, Kamala, I mean, this is not journalism.
- 40:31Speaker 4: This is Kareem. John Pierre would not have gushed more.
- 40:35Speaker 4: If it was the campaign putting out a fake documentary.
- 40:41Speaker 4: The fake documentary would have closed with those two questions
- 40:46Speaker 4: and the image. In fact, they would have faded out
- 40:49Speaker 4: on the image of the little girl with pigtails gazing
- 40:52Speaker 4: at Kamala as an inspirational hero. That was CNN's objective.
- 40:59Speaker 4: And that's a lot of things, but you know what,
- 41:02Speaker 4: it ain't.
- 41:03Speaker 5: It ain't journalism.
