- 0:01Speaker 1: I spent the day in the United States Supreme Court
- 0:04Speaker 1: to hear two cases, the oral arguments, and they deal with, honestly,
- 0:10Speaker 1: a really incredible court case, I should say, cases that
- 0:15Speaker 1: are going to decide the future of in essence, men
- 0:20Speaker 1: claiming to be women in women's sports. Now, these cases
- 0:25Speaker 1: are a couple that I've been actually working on for
- 0:28Speaker 1: a while. One of these cases has come out of
- 0:30Speaker 1: West Virginia. One of my old roommates is the attorney
- 0:34Speaker 1: general from West Virginia, and it was also a personally
- 0:36Speaker 1: fun day. Jamie mccusky, he is the Attorney general from there.
- 0:40Speaker 1: He is going to actually be on our show tomorrow,
- 0:43Speaker 1: but I was with him because his state is standing
- 0:46Speaker 1: up for girls' sports.
- 0:47Speaker 2: He has two daughters.
- 0:49Speaker 1: It's important to him and it's something that they've led
- 0:51Speaker 1: on in West Virginia. Now there are two cases, and
- 0:54Speaker 1: I'm going to go through these, but I also want
- 0:56Speaker 1: you to understand what a really interesting moment this was,
- 1:00Speaker 1: like an interesting day it was when it comes to
- 1:04Speaker 1: just seeing the moral difference between the two sides of
- 1:10Speaker 1: this argument. Some of the most radical and extreme people
- 1:14Speaker 1: I've ever been around were in the Supreme Court today,
- 1:17Speaker 1: and obviously outside the transgender community.
- 1:20Speaker 2: They are angry.
- 1:22Speaker 1: They were screaming, they were dropping every curse word you
- 1:25Speaker 1: could imagine. There were people riding on motorcycles with boomboxes,
- 1:30Speaker 1: their speakers on with music that was blaring, saying f
- 1:35Speaker 1: Donald Trump, for example. That is the anger and the
- 1:38Speaker 1: hate coming from the LGBTQ plus activist community. The same
- 1:44Speaker 1: people that say we just want you to tolerate our
- 1:46Speaker 1: lifestyle that are completely intolerant to anyone that disagrees with them.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Why should women be forced to compete or share locker
- 1:53Speaker 1: rooms with dudes who have penises who are acting like
- 1:56Speaker 1: a woman. Now, these court cases were all that's so
- 2:00Speaker 1: interesting because if you've never been the Supreme Court, it's
- 2:02Speaker 1: been gosh twenty years for me since I saw a
- 2:04Speaker 1: Supreme Court case inside of the court room, and I
- 2:07Speaker 1: felt it was important enough for me to be there
- 2:09Speaker 1: for this, and not only to just encourage my good friend,
- 2:13Speaker 1: my former roommate, and what he was doing, but also
- 2:17Speaker 1: to just watch the justices and how they responded to this.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I've said this before, I mean it today more than ever.
- 2:27Speaker 1: If you think your vote doesn't matter in a presidential election,
- 2:30Speaker 1: you're insane. You look at the makeup of the Supreme
- 2:32Speaker 1: Court now, and the makeup of the Supreme Court is
- 2:35Speaker 1: because of the hard work of getting conservatives elected to
- 2:39Speaker 1: the White House, whether that's or W. Bush, whether that
- 2:43Speaker 1: is Clarence Thomas, whether it's you know, Bush forty one.
- 2:47Speaker 1: You look at Donald Trump. Donald Trump's administration when he
- 2:51Speaker 1: was in office from sixteen to twenty literally changed the
- 2:53Speaker 1: landscape of the Supreme Court to the point where now
- 2:57Speaker 1: Democrats are going to pack the court every time they
- 2:59Speaker 1: don't get.
- 3:00Speaker 2: A decision that they demand.
- 3:03Speaker 1: And so that's part of this that really is a
- 3:07Speaker 1: conversation that we have to have about we have to
- 3:10Speaker 1: fight extremely hard and pick the right candidate to run
- 3:14Speaker 1: as the leader of the Republican Party, to make sure
- 3:17Speaker 1: that we don't run like people like Mitt Romney. Because
- 3:20Speaker 1: when Mitt Romney lost, look at what happened on the
- 3:23Speaker 1: Supreme Court. Look at who the Democrats gone there. And
- 3:26Speaker 1: I witnessed these radicals that have been put on by
- 3:30Speaker 1: the the Obama, Biden Harris's of the world and their regimes.
- 3:35Speaker 1: These are anarchists. So let me just set the stage
- 3:38Speaker 1: for you so you understand. So you get the Supreme
- 3:40Speaker 1: Court about two hours before the oral arguments take place,
- 3:45Speaker 1: if you have a ticket and invite to go into
- 3:48Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. I was lucky enough to have one
- 3:50Speaker 1: of those, so I had a guaranteed seed at the
- 3:52Speaker 1: Supreme Court today. What you do is you get there,
- 3:55Speaker 1: you check in, and you're either a member of the
- 3:59Speaker 1: bar or a friend of the bar. I'm not a lawyer,
- 4:03Speaker 1: so I would be classified as a friend of the bar,
- 4:05Speaker 1: but I was able to. You walk straight up with
- 4:07Speaker 1: a ticket, You got to lock your cell phone in
- 4:09Speaker 1: a locker, you take your key, you go through all
- 4:11Speaker 1: the security, and then you go into the Supreme Court
- 4:13Speaker 1: and they escort.
- 4:15Speaker 2: You to where you're going to see be seated.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Now, I was seen on the basically the outside of
- 4:20Speaker 1: an or the inside of an aisle. I had a
- 4:22Speaker 1: great seat where I could see all of the Supreme
- 4:25Speaker 1: Court very clearly, really from the middle of the room.
- 4:28Speaker 1: And then what you have is you have people that
- 4:30Speaker 1: are are guests of the court cases and the attorneys
- 4:33Speaker 1: that are there. Uh. And so there was two different cases.
- 4:37Speaker 1: The Supreme Court was hearing the oral arguments for a day.
- 4:39Speaker 1: The first one that came up was a case little
- 4:42Speaker 1: the Hayecox. So it was a challenge, So you understand
- 4:47Speaker 1: the background of this to an Idaho state law that
- 4:51Speaker 1: bans transgender girls and women from playing on girls or
- 4:56Speaker 1: women's sports teams. Now, this was a case that was
- 5:00Speaker 1: so important for the future of this country because they said,
- 5:04Speaker 1: if you are a biological man acting like you're a woman,
- 5:08Speaker 1: we say no to you playing in women or girls' sports. Right,
- 5:11Speaker 1: seems sane, but you have to understand the radical extremists
- 5:16Speaker 1: of the left and these freaks. They went all the
- 5:19Speaker 1: way to Supreme Court. They want to mandate that your
- 5:22Speaker 1: daughters share a bathroom, a locker room, and a sports
- 5:25Speaker 1: team with a man with a peace That is what
- 5:28Speaker 1: they want to mandate. They want to put you into
- 5:31Speaker 1: submission where you cannot keep your daughter safe or your
- 5:35Speaker 1: grandchild safe. They're also putting these girls' lives at risk,
- 5:39Speaker 1: not just from attacks, and we've witnessed these attacks in
- 5:42Speaker 1: these locker rooms, and we're talking about psychical as thoughts,
- 5:44Speaker 1: et cetera. We have seen women that have been hurt
- 5:47Speaker 1: in boxing, for example, that was an Olympic controversy where
- 5:51Speaker 1: men were winning the medals because they acted like they
- 5:54Speaker 1: were women. We have seen women that have been hurt
- 5:57Speaker 1: in volleyball, for example, with even at the high school level,
- 6:01Speaker 1: where men acting like women spiked the ball so hard
- 6:04Speaker 1: it shattered the face the nose of some of their competitors.
- 6:09Speaker 1: We have witnessed women be hurt in major injuries on
- 6:12Speaker 1: the soccer field. In fact, virtually every contact sport soccer, basketball, volleyball,
- 6:18Speaker 1: the list goes on. Where these incompetent imbeciles allow men
- 6:24Speaker 1: who act like women to compete, women get hurt. Now,
- 6:29Speaker 1: you would think that this would have been like the
- 6:31Speaker 1: feminists movement would have shut this down, I would say
- 6:36Speaker 1: years ago. They have not, because when you start redefining
- 6:40Speaker 1: what is a man or a woman and then the
- 6:42Speaker 1: LGBTQIA plus plus plus community does what they do, where
- 6:46Speaker 1: do you stop including these people that are completely psychotic.
- 6:51Speaker 1: That's why we are now at the Supreme Court. That
- 6:54Speaker 1: is why this case was such an important case. So
- 6:57Speaker 1: case one, there was a core egal question in this
- 7:01Speaker 1: case coming out of Idaho, whether state bands like the
- 7:05Speaker 1: one they have violated the equal Protection Clause of the
- 7:10Speaker 1: Constitution or Title nine, the federal law barring sex discrimination
- 7:16Speaker 1: in education.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Now, why this matters is really simple.
- 7:21Speaker 1: If this case is upheld, the decision could validate similar
- 7:25Speaker 1: bands in more than two dozen other states. If it
- 7:29Speaker 1: struck down, it could roll back laws restricting transgender youth
- 7:32Speaker 1: participation in school athletics. That's pretty significant. I want to
- 7:39Speaker 1: also just paint a picture for you with this first case.
- 7:42Speaker 1: It was very clear from the beginning when there was
- 7:45Speaker 1: the opening statements that the liberal judges Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson,
- 7:53Speaker 1: they were ready to go and chomping the bit.
- 7:58Speaker 2: What was also interesting, that's usually pretty.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Quiet Clarence Thomas. He actually asked the very first question
- 8:05Speaker 1: this morning, but it wasn't some significant it was more
- 8:07Speaker 1: of a clarification question. And then you saw, uh, Atlanta,
- 8:13Speaker 1: Kagan and sodomor Or was definitely the lead on this,
- 8:15Speaker 1: and then Jackson was kind of third.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Kagan was kind of second.
- 8:19Speaker 1: But what you saw from Stomoor was she was upset
- 8:23Speaker 1: and clearly invisibly frustrated that there was even a chance
- 8:29Speaker 1: to say no to men and women's sports.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Now, she's a feminist.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I don't know why women, especially liberal women in this country,
- 8:37Speaker 1: like feminist women in this country, would not immediately run
- 8:41Speaker 1: forward and said, no way in hell are men going
- 8:43Speaker 1: to ruin women's sports and abuse women, right, because feminists
- 8:47Speaker 1: are supposed to be about stopping abuse of women by
- 8:49Speaker 1: these evil men. Well, these are the most evil men
- 8:52Speaker 1: I've ever seen. They're beating the hell out of women
- 8:55Speaker 1: and stealing their accolades and their scholarships and their places
- 9:00Speaker 1: on the podium.
- 9:01Speaker 2: But this is.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Why I say that liberalism is genuinely a disease, because
- 9:07Speaker 1: when they have a chance to stand by what they
- 9:09Speaker 1: believe in, they don't do it. And there's a part
- 9:12Speaker 1: of me that's like, of course they don't, because I'm
- 9:14Speaker 1: not even sure they know why they believe what they believe.
- 9:17Speaker 1: So you look at sight of my orb, and she's
- 9:20Speaker 1: angry on a couple of different points. Number one, she's
- 9:24Speaker 1: angry that there is not enough and this is very clear.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Early in the arguments.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Enough transgendered children to justify changing of a law based
- 9:37Speaker 1: on the percentage of people that are transgendered. Now, there
- 9:41Speaker 1: are several million people that identify as transgender in this country.
- 9:43Speaker 1: The problem is the majority of them are actually adults
- 9:46Speaker 1: that do this, not children. And so you can't just
- 9:50Speaker 1: constantly be changing laws based on somebody that decides that
- 9:54Speaker 1: they want to, like, you know, believe in some ridiculous
- 9:57Speaker 1: or absurd thing, and the court understands that. Otherwise you would
- 10:01Speaker 1: never have like rules and laws because they'd always be
- 10:04Speaker 1: changing all the time based on what some crazy person
- 10:06Speaker 1: sides to do. And so what was clear from Alena
- 10:10Speaker 1: Kagan early on was is she was trying to, in essence,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I think, advocate for parents to hurry up and transgender
- 10:18Speaker 1: their kids at a younger age like two, three, four, five,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and six, so that then they can say, there is
- 10:23Speaker 1: enough people that identify as being the opposite sex of
- 10:26Speaker 1: what their birth sex is, right their biological sex, so
- 10:31Speaker 1: that we can then mandate that any child that wants
- 10:35Speaker 1: to be somebody else can be that person in sports,
- 10:38Speaker 1: and we must accommodate them. The problem is, right now
- 10:41Speaker 1: there's not enough children that are doing this, and so
- 10:44Speaker 1: what I was watching from I think Kagan and certainly
- 10:47Speaker 1: side of my ORB, was a call to arms of
- 10:50Speaker 1: like of parents to like, hurry up and get your
- 10:54Speaker 1: kids transitioning younger, so that we can count them and say,
- 10:59Speaker 1: instead of this being an asterisk like zero point zero
- 11:02Speaker 1: zero zero one percent of children identify as trans we
- 11:05Speaker 1: can get to a full percent.
- 11:08Speaker 2: And then when we get to a full percent.
- 11:12Speaker 1: We can then do what we really want to do,
- 11:14Speaker 1: which is really screw these kids up and completely and
- 11:16Speaker 1: utterly changed society with the children where they think it's
- 11:20Speaker 1: normal to be trans gendered, and that's how you change
- 11:24Speaker 1: the culture. Now, the good news is in this first
- 11:28Speaker 1: argument there was also a second argument on Title nine,
- 11:32Speaker 1: like which is you know, discrimination and women and sports, yah, YadA?
- 11:36Speaker 2: Is this fall into that.
- 11:38Speaker 1: I think it was pretty clear early on that both
- 11:41Speaker 1: sides I'll agree that the Title nine argument was a
- 11:44Speaker 1: bad one and it wasn't going to change with the
- 11:47Speaker 1: Supreme Court.
- 11:48Speaker 2: That's good news.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I also think it was interesting to see in the
- 11:52Speaker 1: first argument how the Democrats, the the hardcore liberals on
- 11:56Speaker 1: the Supreme Court, the radical feminists on the Supreme Court,
- 12:00Speaker 1: as I mentioned all three of their names a moment ago,
- 12:03Speaker 1: they ran out of steam quickly and anger quickly, which
- 12:08Speaker 1: was a huge opportunity moving into case number two. Now,
- 12:12Speaker 1: Case number two a little bit different. It was a
- 12:15Speaker 1: challenge to a West Virginia law. The case was West
- 12:18Speaker 1: Virginia versus the Initials of a Child B P J.
- 12:22Speaker 1: All Right, it was a West Virginia had a law
- 12:26Speaker 1: that that basically it bars transgender girls from girls sports.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Teams, meaning dudes actinglink chicks.
- 12:34Speaker 1: There was a quote transgender student athlete by the name
- 12:37Speaker 1: of Becky Pepper Jackson who want to compete in girls
- 12:39Speaker 1: track and field.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Becky's a dude acting like a chick. Okay.
- 12:43Speaker 1: The the legal issue was just like the first case,
- 12:47Speaker 1: little the he cocks uh this quo, This case actually
- 12:51Speaker 1: centered on whether Title nine and the Equal Protection Clause
- 12:55Speaker 1: allows or prohibits states from categorizing sports teams based solely
- 12:59Speaker 1: on biolog sex at birth. Now, if we lived in
- 13:02Speaker 1: the same same world, you could answer this question without
- 13:06Speaker 1: going to Supreme Court. We've had women's sports for a
- 13:09Speaker 1: long time. We've had men's sports for a long time.
- 13:11Speaker 1: There's a reason why men and women are very very different.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Men have at.
- 13:16Speaker 1: The ability and the power that women do not have
- 13:21Speaker 1: in many different sports. And if you don't believe me,
- 13:23Speaker 1: I don't. I can't fix stupid. Okay, I can give
- 13:26Speaker 1: you examples a great examples the of O the day
- 13:28Speaker 1: you had Nick Kirios, who's been injured out of professional
- 13:32Speaker 1: tennis for a while. He's ranked I don't know, six
- 13:33Speaker 1: hundred nine hundred the world's ththning. Crazy played the number
- 13:36Speaker 1: one woman in the world. They made the side of
- 13:38Speaker 1: the court he hit into smaller, made the line smaller,
- 13:42Speaker 1: and he still beat the crap out of her. Does
- 13:44Speaker 1: that mean she's a bad tennis player the number one
- 13:46Speaker 1: women since play in the world. No, she's a woman.
- 13:48Speaker 1: There's a difference between men and women. By the way,
- 13:50Speaker 1: women are prettier than men. Why, I don't know, God
- 13:53Speaker 1: meant it that way, but men cannot compete with women
- 13:55Speaker 1: on beauty. That's just the way it is, like there
- 13:58Speaker 1: are pluses and minuses. One women's sennis player is phenomenal,
- 14:02Speaker 1: but she had no chance to beat somebody that's at
- 14:05Speaker 1: the end of their career, not the peak of their career.
- 14:07Speaker 1: On the men's side, we've seen this with the Williams
- 14:10Speaker 1: sisters when they played a double specialist who is a
- 14:13Speaker 1: German guy that was ranked I don't know, six hundred
- 14:15Speaker 1: something in the world or whatever it was, and he
- 14:17Speaker 1: beat the crap out of both of them.
- 14:18Speaker 2: He smoked like a pack of day.
- 14:21Speaker 1: There's just a difference, and the idea that we have
- 14:24Speaker 1: to even debate this now is insane. However, we have
- 14:28Speaker 1: a lot of data which was brought up in the
- 14:31Speaker 1: Supreme Court today, there's a difference when it comes to
- 14:35Speaker 1: the strength, the wingspan, the height. The list goes on
- 14:38Speaker 1: and on, and they talked about even if you do
- 14:40Speaker 1: testosterome like estrogen and blockers of testosterum, and you get
- 14:45Speaker 1: the and you do all the things. Even when you're
- 14:48Speaker 1: doing all the things that doctors say you can do
- 14:50Speaker 1: that quote make you be more like a woman, still
- 14:53Speaker 1: about seventy five percent of those that go through those
- 14:56Speaker 1: hormone treatment therapies are not in the range that is
- 15:00Speaker 1: actually equal to a woman, meaning that even when you're
- 15:04Speaker 1: trying to suppress it of men to make them like women,
- 15:08Speaker 1: seven point five men out of ten who act like
- 15:11Speaker 1: a woman still have an advantage over the women when
- 15:15Speaker 1: they're taking the suppression medication. So now you're talking about
- 15:19Speaker 1: a subset is like twenty.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Five percent, Well, then you still have a problem.
- 15:22Speaker 1: If that man went through puberty, he's going to have
- 15:25Speaker 1: an advantage for the rest of his life over women. Now,
- 15:29Speaker 1: this goes back to the recruitment aspect of this that
- 15:31Speaker 1: we were talking about with side of my oar.
- 15:32Speaker 2: What side of my R is saying is, look, you
- 15:34Speaker 2: need to start these kids at the age of.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Two and three, and then we have an argument where
- 15:39Speaker 1: we could win on this. Now, the key arguments of
- 15:43Speaker 1: the plaintiffs and these transgender athletes is also very interesting,
- 15:46Speaker 1: all right, and this is what the argument's focused on.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Attorneys argued that Idaho and West Virgina bands quote, unlawfully
- 15:53Speaker 1: discriminated against transgendered students and deny then the educational and
- 15:57Speaker 1: health benefits of participating in.
- 15:58Speaker 2: School of sports. That is, if you are a dude,
- 16:02Speaker 2: you can compete with dudes.
- 16:04Speaker 1: If you're really young, by the way, you can compete
- 16:05Speaker 1: co ed sports. If you are a chick, you can
- 16:08Speaker 1: compete with chicks. No one's being denied. You're only denied
- 16:12Speaker 1: when you tell me that you're the opposite sex of
- 16:14Speaker 1: what you actually are. And really, if you're a chick,
- 16:18Speaker 1: by the way, that wants to be a dude, will
- 16:19Speaker 1: let you play with the dudes. A lot of people
- 16:21Speaker 1: don't talk about that, why because no one's worried about
- 16:23Speaker 1: them taking the spot of some dude. This really only
- 16:26Speaker 1: applies to the blatant discrimination of actual women when we
- 16:30Speaker 1: allow men to act like women and to play in
- 16:32Speaker 1: their sports. And these transittered activists at the Supreme Court
- 16:38Speaker 1: were completely and utterly insane when it came to this issue.
- 16:44Speaker 2: They want to beat us all into suppression. Now.
- 16:47Speaker 1: They also countered that Title nine interprets interpreted in lon
- 16:52Speaker 1: of recent federal guidance protects. They say transgender students from
- 16:56Speaker 1: exclusion based on gender identity. They're not excluded. Just be
- 17:01Speaker 1: your biological sex and you are not excluded. You want
- 17:04Speaker 1: special treatment under the law because you're crazy. And I
- 17:09Speaker 1: have compassion for anybody that believes are trapped in the
- 17:11Speaker 1: opposite body of what they actually are the sex of
- 17:13Speaker 1: buy there, and I have massive compassion for them. But
- 17:15Speaker 1: you're not a victim. You're trying to force everybody else
- 17:18Speaker 1: to go along with your insanity. And who you're the
- 17:22Speaker 1: real victims here are the girls who are now forced
- 17:26Speaker 1: to be in a locker room with a man with
- 17:28Speaker 1: a penis, to play sports with a man with the
- 17:30Speaker 1: penis and has an unfair advantage over them. Also, the
- 17:34Speaker 1: Planoff said that there was no evidence that inclusive policies
- 17:38Speaker 1: harm have they described it sis gender girls' sports.
- 17:42Speaker 2: That is also a lie. Let's go to the evidence.
- 17:46Speaker 1: And this was something that the Supreme Court justice is
- 17:49Speaker 1: really honed in on in a really special way. I
- 17:53Speaker 1: was so thankful to watch the conservative justices asking these
- 17:58Speaker 1: specific questions of okay, is their harm to girls by
- 18:02Speaker 1: allowing men in women's sports. The answer is yes, just
- 18:07Speaker 1: based on how easily men who say they're women succeed
- 18:15Speaker 1: in women's sports. We've seen this in swimming and the
- 18:19Speaker 1: swimming title that went to a dude acting like a
- 18:22Speaker 1: chick that the year before was swimming on a dude's
- 18:24Speaker 1: team and wasn't good enough to win with men. So
- 18:30Speaker 1: then he said, all right, I'll become a chick and
- 18:32Speaker 1: I'm going to stand and win the NCAA championship, taking
- 18:35Speaker 1: away from an actual woman. Now that woman you may
- 18:40Speaker 1: know her is Riley Gaines. Riley Gaines has been at
- 18:43Speaker 1: the forefront. She was by the way in DC for
- 18:46Speaker 1: the Supreme Court hearings on this today as well. She's
- 18:48Speaker 1: been leading the way to protect women's sports because she
- 18:51Speaker 1: should have been the reigning NCAA champion and they stole
- 18:54Speaker 1: it from her and gave it to a man the
- 18:59Speaker 1: level at which and I wish you had the data
- 19:01Speaker 1: because they don't, and I'll grab it and we'll talk
- 19:05Speaker 1: about this more with the Attorney General tomorrow of West
- 19:08Speaker 1: Virginia But what was interesting is the data.
- 19:12Speaker 2: The data is.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Overwhelming evidence that when you allow a man to compete
- 19:18Speaker 1: with women, they rise to the top.
- 19:22Speaker 2: There are very.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Few men acting like women in NCAA sports, but the
- 19:28Speaker 1: ones that do compete, they steal countless victories and become
- 19:36Speaker 1: the best, the best because they're a man competing with women.
- 19:39Speaker 2: There is a difference.
- 19:41Speaker 1: And so what was really interesting is to watch the
- 19:43Speaker 1: conservatives that were out there on this court ask the
- 19:47Speaker 1: right questions of like, well, is there harm being done
- 19:50Speaker 1: to women disproportionately, Like when you throw a man in
- 19:52Speaker 1: women's sports, or a man that thinks they're a woman,
- 19:55Speaker 1: or says there a woman in women's sports, what happens
- 19:57Speaker 1: is it proportionally? They went at the same level the
- 20:00Speaker 1: answers no, and they came back with incredible data showing
- 20:05Speaker 1: that like when men compete with women, how the percentage
- 20:09Speaker 1: at which they win titles matches, when tournaments win championships
- 20:15Speaker 1: is just like it's like nine percent of the time
- 20:20Speaker 1: because there's a difference between men and women, and men
- 20:23Speaker 1: have a mass advantage over women. Now, even men that
- 20:27Speaker 1: are competing with puberty blockers and given estrogen and all
- 20:32Speaker 1: the crap, that they say somehow makes it fair. Guess
- 20:34Speaker 1: what happens, They still win like nine nine percent of
- 20:37Speaker 1: the time because they already have the advantage of being
- 20:40Speaker 1: taller and bigger and having a bigger wingspan and being
- 20:44Speaker 1: you know, successful in a sport that they're really good at.
- 20:46Speaker 2: This.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Again, you go back to the NCA swimming Championships. Look
- 20:49Speaker 1: at the Olympics for example. There wasn't like a hundred
- 20:52Speaker 1: transgendent athletes in the Olympics, but the transgundent athletes that
- 20:56Speaker 1: did compete, they were winning all the medals. Boxing is
- 21:00Speaker 1: a great example of that. You have a man who
- 21:04Speaker 1: got through puberty and like, well he's got the same
- 21:07Speaker 1: estrogen now levels as a woman. It doesn't matter. He
- 21:09Speaker 1: beat the crap out of women, could have killed women.
- 21:11Speaker 1: I'm not exaggerating when I say that brutally beat the
- 21:14Speaker 1: hell out of women and gets to win medals.
- 21:18Speaker 2: How is that fair? And so the takeaway.
- 21:22Speaker 1: From all of this that I think is the most
- 21:24Speaker 1: important part here is number one. The state lawyers and
- 21:29Speaker 1: supporting briefs emphasize that policymakers have historically separated teams by
- 21:36Speaker 1: biological sex to protect opportunities for girls and women. That's
- 21:40Speaker 1: why the feminist should have been on board with this.
- 21:43Speaker 1: They argue that states have authority under Title nigh to
- 21:46Speaker 1: limit team eligibility to biological females for competitive fairness and
- 21:51Speaker 1: also for safety reasons. Now early indications, from what I
- 21:57Speaker 1: witness in these oral arguments, I think it's pretty clear
- 22:00Speaker 1: that the conservative majority on the Court may be sympathetic
- 22:04Speaker 1: to the states arguments and inclined to uphold the Idaho
- 22:08Speaker 1: and West Virginia law.
- 22:09Speaker 2: Is because they're not crazy.
- 22:12Speaker 1: The ACLU advocacy group, they were there all right, and
- 22:16Speaker 1: they held rallies, and they framed the cases the historic
- 22:18Speaker 1: civil rights battles. This is not civil rights, and I
- 22:21Speaker 1: think Martin Luther King would agree with me. They emphasized
- 22:24Speaker 1: the harm is just brutal towards the transgender community, and
- 22:30Speaker 1: I would argue that's also a lie. They say, well,
- 22:33Speaker 1: it's an excruciating law for transgender youth.
- 22:37Speaker 2: There aren't that many transgender youth. They need to calm down.
- 22:39Speaker 1: But of course you understand, when you don't get your way,
- 22:42Speaker 1: the best way to get your way is scream racist,
- 22:43Speaker 1: big at homophobes MFO.
- 22:45Speaker 2: The list goes on and on.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Outside the Court. You also had what I refer to
- 22:50Speaker 1: as the Soros campaign. You had political lefties that were
- 22:54Speaker 1: out there. You had a lot of people weighing in.
- 22:58Speaker 1: You had all the LGBTQ IA plus plus plus plus
- 23:03Speaker 1: community out there. They were saying, this is exclusion, it's discriminatory,
- 23:07Speaker 1: it's harmful to students well being. And they say that
- 23:10Speaker 1: if you don't let dudes who act like chicks playing
- 23:12Speaker 1: women's sports, they're going to commit suicide at higher levels.
- 23:14Speaker 2: The list goes on on.
- 23:16Speaker 1: They put it gun to your head in their base,
- 23:17Speaker 1: like if you disagree with this, people are going to die.
- 23:20Speaker 2: And so that's what you need to understand. Now. The
- 23:23Speaker 2: Justices do not issue a ruling.
- 23:26Speaker 1: It will probably come in Juni or July, after the
- 23:29Speaker 1: oral arguments, they deliberate, They then release opinions in the
- 23:32Speaker 1: coming weeks or months. It's probably going to be from
- 23:35Speaker 1: what I was told today from insights in the Supreme
- 23:37Speaker 1: Court Junior July before we get the response to this.
- 23:40Speaker 1: The outcome is significant because not only will it affect
- 23:43Speaker 1: the application of Title nine, but also state authority over
- 23:47Speaker 1: student athlete eligibility across the country. These are very significant cases.
- 23:55Speaker 1: It's also about Are we going to be insane? Are
- 24:02Speaker 1: we going to be a SAE nation, a nation where
- 24:05Speaker 1: we say women deserve to be protected and cherished? Or
- 24:11Speaker 1: do we live in a country where we're the opposite
- 24:14Speaker 1: of that? Is it the opposite where we say no, no, no,
- 24:18Speaker 1: We're going to be insane. We're going to be radicals,
- 24:21Speaker 1: We're going to be extreme. We are going to be
- 24:25Speaker 1: a country where we are so far gone to a
- 24:29Speaker 1: woke left that we are going to harm women just
- 24:33Speaker 1: for the sake of this LGBTQIA radical agenda. I also
- 24:40Speaker 1: go back to what I witnessed on the Supreme Court,
- 24:43Speaker 1: and it was again shocking advocacy from Sodomayor, and Kagan
- 24:48Speaker 1: was with her and Jackson as well, but Satamora was
- 24:51Speaker 1: the leader on this. What Sodomayor is saying is we're
- 24:55Speaker 1: probably going to lose. That's what she was hinting at,
- 24:59Speaker 1: while also the same time make it clear that more
- 25:02Speaker 1: parents need to force their kids into being transgendered at
- 25:07Speaker 1: a much earlier age so that we can then make
- 25:10Speaker 1: the argument that we need to protect two and three
- 25:12Speaker 1: and four year olds from being bullied when they're going
- 25:14Speaker 1: through transition. And there's a large enough community that we
- 25:16Speaker 1: need to change the laws to protect them because the
- 25:19Speaker 1: community is so small now we need to get bigger, quicker.
- 25:22Speaker 2: That is so sick.
- 25:24Speaker 1: When that happened, I was looking around the courtroom, like,
- 25:27Speaker 1: did everyone else hear what I just heard from the
- 25:29Speaker 1: Supreme Court justice? And it goes back to my core
- 25:32Speaker 1: point that I'll start with. I started with. If you
- 25:36Speaker 1: think that your vote doesn't matter in a presential election,
- 25:38Speaker 1: if you think the presdential election doesn't matter, you have
- 25:40Speaker 1: lost your mind. You look at the Supreme Court today
- 25:44Speaker 1: and thank goodness Donald Trump one in sixteen because it's like,
- 25:50Speaker 1: when you witness moments like this, you understand just how
- 25:54Speaker 1: important it is. When you see moments like today, you
- 25:57Speaker 1: understand just how important it is that we have people
- 26:02Speaker 1: on the Supreme Court that aren't lunatics, that aren't psychotic individuals.
- 26:09Speaker 1: These elections matter because these people sit for a life
- 26:13Speaker 1: time appointment, not five years, not ten years, at fifteen,
- 26:19Speaker 1: a lifetime and when they're there they can just do
- 26:23Speaker 1: whatever they want, which is why the vetting process.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Is also so vitally important.
- 26:30Speaker 1: The part of this is everything you make a mistake
- 26:35Speaker 1: and you put the wrong justice on the Supreme Court.
- 26:37Speaker 1: God help us what happens afterwards. So I'll say this again,
- 26:42Speaker 1: this is a huge moment for our country. I think
- 26:46Speaker 1: the Supreme Court is going to get it right. And
- 26:48Speaker 1: if they get it right, God bless them. It's the
- 26:52Speaker 1: reason why I voted for Donald Trump again because there's
- 26:55Speaker 1: a good chance he's going to appoint somebody else at
- 26:56Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. And if he does, I want to
- 27:00Speaker 1: know it's a constitutional and conservative, not a radical lefty
- 27:02Speaker 1: who's just deciding to change laws whenever they don't get
- 27:06Speaker 1: their way, and do it in a way that harms
- 27:09Speaker 1: children from mutilation, like we're supposed to be protecting children,
- 27:12Speaker 1: not advocating for body mutilation, the cutting off of generalism, breasts,
- 27:17Speaker 1: like the people that make money off these kids are
- 27:19Speaker 1: the most devious, sickest people I've ever seen, and I
- 27:24Speaker 1: looked at them in the eye today a Supreme Court.
- 27:26Speaker 1: This is a battle of good and evil, and we
- 27:31Speaker 1: better get it right, folks, because if we don't, there
- 27:34Speaker 1: are children that will die because of it, and be
- 27:36Speaker 1: mutilated because of it, and will commit suicide because of it.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Don't forget.
