Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Laptops, crack and hookers.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Oh my, that is the story of the Biden crime family,
- 0:07Speaker 2: at least for today. And new allegations that have come
- 0:11Speaker 2: out against Hunter Biden. James Comer and Congresswoman Major Taylor
- 0:17Speaker 2: Green are demanding information now on Hunter Biden's hookers, claiming
- 0:23Speaker 2: that they may have been sex trafficking victims, and that
- 0:27Speaker 2: is something that the government should clearly be looking at.
- 0:30Speaker 2: I want you to hear what Taylor Green had to
- 0:34Speaker 2: say is she displayed images of Hunter Biden with prostitutes
- 0:39Speaker 2: during the House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Listen carefully.
- 0:44Speaker 3: I believe this is a violation of the Man Act.
- 0:47Speaker 3: This is Hunter Biden's This is his proof that he
- 0:51Speaker 3: bought the ticket. He bought it for this woman right here.
- 0:57Speaker 3: He flew her from Los Angeles to Washington on June fourteenth,
- 1:02Speaker 3: flew her back to Los Angeles, California on June fifteenth
- 1:09Speaker 3: of twenty eighteen. So when Hunter Biden paid for this
- 1:14Speaker 3: woman to do this with him, to travel across state
- 1:19Speaker 3: lines from California to Washington, d C. On June fifteenth,
- 1:25Speaker 3: this is a violation of the Man Act.
- 1:28Speaker 4: This was prostitution.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Mister Shapley, you start an investigation into Hunter Biden, code
- 1:34Speaker 3: named Sportsman, which opened in November of twenty eighteen. It
- 1:39Speaker 3: was an offshoot of an investigation the IRS was conducting
- 1:42Speaker 3: into a foreign based amateur online pornography platform. This is
- 1:48Speaker 3: evidences of Hunter Biden making sex. Excuse me, this is
- 1:54Speaker 3: my time making pornography.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:58Speaker 2: The pictures that she was showing were pictures that he
- 2:01Speaker 2: made that were clearly pornographic. Of course, Democrats immediately scrambled
- 2:06Speaker 2: to try to shut it down and to shut her
- 2:08Speaker 2: up and to make sure that she couldn't talk about it.
- 2:11Speaker 2: She was holding it up there to make a point
- 2:13Speaker 2: that the government's clearly not protecting these young girls that
- 2:15Speaker 2: he sex trafficked across state lines. If you do that,
- 2:19Speaker 2: or if I did that or anybody else, do you
- 2:20Speaker 2: go to jail? You're charged with those crimes. So how
- 2:23Speaker 2: is Hunter Biden with the evidence to prove that he
- 2:26Speaker 2: paid for the ticket? In fact, we now know that
- 2:29Speaker 2: he paid for those tickets out of his law firm
- 2:32Speaker 2: and then traffic them, sex trafficked them halfway or not halfway,
- 2:35Speaker 2: basically all the way across the country.
- 2:37Speaker 1: And this is why House Republicans on.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Friday decided to ratchet up the pressure on the Justice
- 2:44Speaker 2: Department to share information on alleged list of first Son
- 2:48Speaker 2: Hunter Biden's prostitute, saying they could be victims in need
- 2:52Speaker 2: of federal support. House Oversight Committee Chairman James comer and
- 2:58Speaker 2: as you heard there, Congresswoman Rode to the Justice Department
- 3:02Speaker 2: that information should be handed over by September the twenty second,
- 3:06Speaker 2: ahead of a possible impeachment inquiry into President Biden for
- 3:11Speaker 2: his alleged role in Hunter's foreign business dealings. The Committee
- 3:15Speaker 2: on Oversight and Accountability continues to investigate whether the Department
- 3:20Speaker 2: of Justice is upholding the rights of victims who are
- 3:23Speaker 2: sexually exploited by Robert Hunter Biden. James Comerce wrote to
- 3:28Speaker 2: the DOJ Human Trafficking Coordinator Hillary Axham and Crime Victims
- 3:34Speaker 2: Director Christina Rose, Now we have people at the DOJ
- 3:37Speaker 2: and their entire job is to stand up for the
- 3:41Speaker 2: victims of sex trafficking, of human trafficking, and to go
- 3:45Speaker 2: after the people that are that have hired them. That
- 3:49Speaker 2: would obviously be the present son. We know the transactions,
- 3:54Speaker 2: we know who the women are, we know the names,
- 3:56Speaker 2: we know the bank accounts of money came from, and
- 3:58Speaker 2: we have the evidence of the pictures and the videos
- 4:00Speaker 2: and timestamped and where they were from the laptop, which
- 4:03Speaker 2: is less well known than other allegations involving the Biden family.
- 4:08Speaker 2: As Special Counsel David Wis is preparing to file federal
- 4:12Speaker 2: charges against the fifty three year old first son. The charges,
- 4:16Speaker 2: of course, are going to be charges that cannot connect
- 4:19Speaker 2: back to his father, like the gun crime charge. Now
- 4:23Speaker 2: we have image after image of Hunter Biden with alleged
- 4:27Speaker 2: prostitutes from his laptop, and we have the bank statements
- 4:32Speaker 2: of those prostitutes where they were paid, and also the
- 4:36Speaker 2: bank statements to where he was paying for their flights
- 4:38Speaker 2: to come see him. Comer and Green are demanding to
- 4:41Speaker 2: know who at the DOJ compiled a list of sex
- 4:46Speaker 2: workers whose travel may have violated the Man Act. Hunter
- 4:50Speaker 2: Biden reportedly used at least five thousand dollars wires by
- 4:55Speaker 2: his father to him to pay a Russian escort in
- 4:58Speaker 2: Massachusetts as well. There's no evidence the elder Biden knew
- 5:03Speaker 2: of the reason his son needed the money, But what
- 5:06Speaker 2: we do know is the money came in. The money
- 5:08Speaker 2: went out to the hookers. A list of women believed
- 5:11Speaker 2: to have cross state lines for paid sex with Hunter,
- 5:15Speaker 2: possibly violating the Man's Act. Prohibition on interstate prostitution was
- 5:20Speaker 2: described in June one congressional testimony by IRS whistle blower
- 5:27Speaker 2: Joseph Ziegler. Violations of the Man Act m A n
- 5:31Speaker 2: N Act carried criminal penalties in a high profile recent case.
- 5:36Speaker 2: For example, it was used to prosecute billionaire Jeffrey Epstein's
- 5:42Speaker 2: accomplished Maxwell. Now you may remember that Maxwell was his
- 5:47Speaker 2: I don't know like live in girlfriend slash female pimp
- 5:51Speaker 2: that hooked him up with other aged girls. She was
- 5:54Speaker 2: sentenced to twenty years in prison for sex trafficking underage girls,
- 5:59Speaker 2: and the Man Act was used so that she could
- 6:02Speaker 2: be prosecuted. Now, James Comer is demanding to know who
- 6:06Speaker 2: at the DOJ compiled a list because we know a
- 6:10Speaker 2: list exists of sex workers whose travel may have violate
- 6:14Speaker 2: the Man Act, and whether any victims have been notified
- 6:17Speaker 2: of their statutory rights. Testimony from an internal Revenue Service
- 6:22Speaker 2: whistle blower indicated the DOJ compiled a list to potential
- 6:26Speaker 2: victims relating to an investigation of Hunter Biden for Man
- 6:30Speaker 2: Act violations. These women may be victim under the Crime
- 6:35Speaker 2: Victim's Rights Act and may also be afforded mandatory restitution
- 6:39Speaker 2: pursuant to the Mandatory Victim Restitution Act. In light of
- 6:43Speaker 2: the DOJ's refusal to communicate in a meaningful way with
- 6:47Speaker 2: the committee, we have great skepticism that the DOJ has
- 6:51Speaker 2: been adequately communicating with crime victims. Obviously referring to the
- 6:56Speaker 2: women sex traffic by Joe Biden's son, Now let me
- 7:01Speaker 2: go back to also how this whistleblower explained the story,
- 7:04Speaker 2: because it's pretty damning. Ziegler is the whistleblower, all right.
- 7:09Speaker 2: From the irs. He investigated Hunter's finances for five years.
- 7:14Speaker 2: He told the House Ways and Means Committee that Justice
- 7:17Speaker 2: Department officials were compiling a long list of women who
- 7:20Speaker 2: traveled across state lines to engage in paid sex.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Quote.
- 7:25Speaker 2: There were some flying people across state lines, paying for
- 7:28Speaker 2: their travel, paying for their hotels. They were what we
- 7:32Speaker 2: called Man Act violations, Ziegler stated to Congress. Under oath,
- 7:36Speaker 2: he said, quote, I know that they were compiling them together.
- 7:40Speaker 2: I don't know what they ended up doing with them.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Referring to the DOJ's investigation, he said, I know there
- 7:47Speaker 2: was an effort at some point to compile them, but
- 7:50Speaker 2: I don't know what ultimately happened with them. The Oversight
- 7:54Speaker 2: Committee Republicans are now accusing the DJ officials of making
- 7:57Speaker 2: quote the alarming decision to ignore our original requests for
- 8:02Speaker 2: information sent on July the twenty fifth, and they now
- 8:06Speaker 2: have written that Rose should inform the panel by September
- 8:11Speaker 2: fifteenth if she refuses to appear voluntarily for a briefing
- 8:16Speaker 2: to discuss all of these issues now. The request also
- 8:20Speaker 2: comes after David Weiss on Wednesday indicated that he expects
- 8:24Speaker 2: to indict Hunter Biden this month on charge of lying
- 8:26Speaker 2: about his drug use on a federal gun purchase form
- 8:29Speaker 2: in Delaware, the one case that does not connect him
- 8:32Speaker 2: in any capacity to his father or any of the
- 8:35Speaker 2: money that's been coming in from the shady bad actors
- 8:38Speaker 2: and olagarks around the world. Weiss, who's the US Attorney
- 8:41Speaker 2: for Delaware, who should have never gotten this job. In fact,
- 8:44Speaker 2: he's ineligible for this job. But who do you tell
- 8:47Speaker 2: that to the guy who gave him his job, the
- 8:49Speaker 2: Attorney General of the United States of America. HiT's in
- 8:52Speaker 2: violation of what a special prosecutor is supposed to be,
- 8:55Speaker 2: an unbiased from outside the agency person. Instead, he appointed
- 8:59Speaker 2: us to visual prosecutor who is from the inside, who
- 9:02Speaker 2: gave Hunter Biden the sweetheart immunity deal at the very beginning.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Now Grant Wives who has been granted special council status
- 9:10Speaker 2: last month by Garland in order to file quote tax
- 9:14Speaker 2: fraud charges against the first son outside of Delaware after
- 9:17Speaker 2: the collapse of a probation only plea deal that happened
- 9:22Speaker 2: in court in July. And what is he doing now
- 9:24Speaker 2: going right back with the same exact charges, charges that
- 9:28Speaker 2: protect the crime family. Have you ever wanted to go
- 9:32Speaker 2: to the Holy Land I'm talking about Israel? Well, I
- 9:35Speaker 2: want you to come with me, Ben Ferguson on an
- 9:37Speaker 2: amazing trip that you'll never forget. Israel is the cradle
- 9:40Speaker 2: of Judaism, Christianity, and of many of the principles that
- 9:44Speaker 2: we hold dear as Americans. You're going to visit sites
- 9:47Speaker 2: like the Armageddon Battlefield, Nazareth, Jericho, Jerusalem. You'll walk in
- 9:51Speaker 2: the footsteps of biblical figures like King David and Jesus Christ.
- 9:55Speaker 2: I'm going to meet up with you in Jerusalem and
- 9:57Speaker 2: experience with you the city's great sits like the Western Wall,
- 10:00Speaker 2: the Temple Mount and the via Dela Rosa. This trip
- 10:03Speaker 2: will deepen your understanding of the Bible and of Western civilization.
- 10:06Speaker 2: The trip's going to be May the sixth or the
- 10:08Speaker 2: fifteenth of twenty twenty four. People are signing up fast,

- 10:26Speaker 2: seven two three four three zero zero two are Christian
- 10:29Speaker 2: Expedition dot com slash ben. I want to get back
- 10:32Speaker 2: to this Hunter Biden's story for you so that you
- 10:34Speaker 2: know now some of the new breaking news. Not only
- 10:37Speaker 2: is Hunter Biden now being accused by Member of Congress
- 10:40Speaker 2: of sex trafficking and breaking federal laws by trafficking women
- 10:44Speaker 2: across state lines, but there's also something else in the story.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Prosecutors we now have learned, are also seeking to criminally
- 10:52Speaker 2: charge or wor seeking, i should say, to criminally charge
- 10:54Speaker 2: the present Sun in Los Angeles and Washington for dodging
- 10:59Speaker 2: about two point two million in taxes from twenty fourteen
- 11:03Speaker 2: to twenty nineteen on his income from foreign business ventures
- 11:07Speaker 2: that often involved his father.
- 11:10Speaker 1: The irs.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Whistleblower Gary Shapley, and Ziegler said biden appointed US attorney
- 11:16Speaker 2: blocked those charges. That's contrary to Garland Mary Garland's under
- 11:21Speaker 2: oath assurances about Weiss's autonomy to do his job the
- 11:25Speaker 2: way he needs to do it.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Now.
- 11:27Speaker 2: It's unclear at this point if Weiss intends to refile
- 11:31Speaker 2: tax fraud charges against Hunter Biden in one venue or
- 11:34Speaker 2: bring separate cases in Los Angeles and Washington, d C.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Or if Weiss will attack on charges for alleged money
- 11:42Speaker 2: laundering or violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. But
- 11:47Speaker 2: what we do know is this, the most egregious charges
- 11:52Speaker 2: that would have put Hunter Biden in the most serious
- 11:55Speaker 2: legal jeopardy have expired. The statue of limitations, And that
- 12:00Speaker 2: may be the biggest win of all is the fact
- 12:03Speaker 2: that David Weiss knew the statue of limitations were running out,
- 12:07Speaker 2: and knew that if he slow played the statue of
- 12:09Speaker 2: limitations then that at some point it wouldn't even matter
- 12:13Speaker 2: because he wouldn't have the ability to charge people with
- 12:16Speaker 2: crimes anymore, because the statue of limitations, had you guessed
- 12:21Speaker 2: it run out Now this is just how corrupt the
- 12:25Speaker 2: Biden crime family and the DOJ is, which brings me
- 12:29Speaker 2: to another story that's broken. Morgan Stanley. You know Morgan
- 12:34Speaker 2: stan Stanley, it's a pretty big bank. Morgan Stanley had
- 12:37Speaker 2: a banker, and we now have learned that that banker
- 12:40Speaker 2: filed fraudulent schemes SEC complaint directly against Hunter Biden and
- 12:47Speaker 2: no one apparently looked into it on purpose. That is
- 12:52Speaker 2: the new accusation that has just come out. A Morgan
- 12:55Speaker 2: Stanley banker filed the formal complaint with the United States
- 12:59Speaker 2: Security Exchange Commission against an investment firm directly linked to
- 13:04Speaker 2: Hunter Biden back in twenty sixteen. A new document disclosed
- 13:08Speaker 2: to Congress this week confirms compliance officers at US Bank
- 13:14Speaker 2: we also know, flagged at least one hundred and seventy
- 13:18Speaker 2: different suspicious activity reports against the Biden link firms.
- 13:23Speaker 1: For the US Treasury to review.
- 13:26Speaker 2: But filing a complaint with the SEC, the top securities
- 13:30Speaker 2: market regulator in the US, is a far more serious
- 13:33Speaker 2: step quote unquote. So what did they do with that
- 13:37Speaker 2: intel after they got it from Morgan Stanley. Well, let
- 13:40Speaker 2: me tell you what was going on at the time
- 13:42Speaker 2: of this complaint, so at the time of this complaint,
- 13:45Speaker 2: Joe Biden was the sitting Vice President of the United
- 13:48Speaker 2: States of America. The Morgan Stanley whistleblower, through a lawyer
- 13:53Speaker 2: from New York, filed the complaint on November the one
- 13:57Speaker 2: of twenty sixteen with the SEC under the Dodd Frank
- 14:02Speaker 2: Financial Reform Law. The complaint flagged suspicious transactions and fraudulent schemes.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Although much of the complaint material in the name of
- 14:13Speaker 2: the whistleblower has been redacted, that is important. By the way,
- 14:17Speaker 2: the complaint itself did not directly mention Hunter Biden, but
- 14:22Speaker 2: a series of attachments incorporated in the complaint clearly did,
- 14:26Speaker 2: including the May the fifteenth excuse me May twenty fifteen
- 14:30Speaker 2: compliance presentation completed with the Hunter Biden dossier. That's pretty shocking.
- 14:37Speaker 2: There was an attachment to that complaint that concerned Hunter
- 14:40Speaker 2: Biden's linked firm, Rosemont Seneca whistle blower, and it was
- 14:46Speaker 2: redacted quote had various reports to his employer that he
- 14:51Speaker 2: made Morgan Stanley regarding the fraudulent scheme detailed in the addendum,
- 14:57Speaker 2: which were perpetrated by third party. The complaint reads quote,
- 15:02Speaker 2: in addition to seeking recovery in connection with his prior reporting.
- 15:08Speaker 2: The whistleblower's name again redacted, makes this submission of offering
- 15:12Speaker 2: new information concerning additional security frauds being perpetrated the complaint ads.
- 15:20Speaker 2: So he's saying, this is an ongoing fraud that's taking
- 15:23Speaker 2: place and there are serious losses, and I'm letting you
- 15:27Speaker 2: know this is happening, and I'm going to Securities and
- 15:29Speaker 2: Exchange Commission because it's not being taken seriously, I guess
- 15:33Speaker 2: by my bosses or my institution, which is exactly why
- 15:37Speaker 2: you would get a lawyer and then go to the
- 15:38Speaker 2: Security Exchange Commission. Now, this is a massive red flag.
- 15:42Speaker 2: If anybody else was doing this, I'm sure it would
- 15:44Speaker 2: have gotten a lot of attention. But they knew who
- 15:47Speaker 2: the target was. Who was the target none other than
- 15:50Speaker 2: the President of the United States of America and his family.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Quote.
- 15:54Speaker 2: I have never discussed with my son, or my brother,
- 15:57Speaker 2: or with anyone else anything having to do with their business.
- 16:00Speaker 1: This is period.
- 16:01Speaker 2: That's what the President said in twenty nineteen. And what
- 16:04Speaker 2: I will do is the same thing we did in
- 16:06Speaker 2: our administration. Referring to the Obama administration, there will be
- 16:10Speaker 2: an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Powerful allegations suggest otherwise and in other words, Joe Biden
- 16:18Speaker 2: was lying yet again. The allegations include, but are not
- 16:22Speaker 2: limited to, photos, text messages, and audio recordings and irs
- 16:29Speaker 2: and former business partners whistle blowing about seeing all that
- 16:33Speaker 2: we just talked about, which is pretty damning. The Biden
- 16:36Speaker 2: family spitch s activity reports of wirefraud also connect back
- 16:40Speaker 2: to the text messages, which connect back to the emails,
- 16:43Speaker 2: which connect back to What's app messages, which connect back
- 16:46Speaker 2: to the photos of Joe and Hunter Biden hang out
- 16:49Speaker 2: with his business partners, which connect back to Joe Biden's
- 16:51Speaker 2: voicemail to Hunter about his business dealings, which also connect
- 16:55Speaker 2: back to five individuals referencing Joe Biden as the big guy,
- 16:58Speaker 2: which also cannet back to two whistleblower new testimonies which
- 17:03Speaker 2: also connect back to the fd FBI's fd DASH ten
- 17:07Speaker 2: twenty three form alleging recorded phone calls and text messages
- 17:12Speaker 2: between Biden and Aborrisma executive, which also connect back to
- 17:17Speaker 2: the FBI informant who alleges bribes were made, which also
- 17:22Speaker 2: connect back to video of Joe Biden bragging about the
- 17:26Speaker 2: firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor, which then connect back to
- 17:30Speaker 2: Hunter Biden's statements about giving half his income to his dad,
- 17:34Speaker 2: which then connect back to former White House aide saying
- 17:37Speaker 2: FBI ignored Joe Biden's role in the Ukrainian business dealings,
- 17:41Speaker 2: and that connects back to the millions flowing into the
- 17:44Speaker 2: Biden family bank accounts that are confirmed by the suspicious
- 17:47Speaker 2: activity reports, which then connect back to Hunter Biden paying
- 17:51Speaker 2: for Joe Biden expenses, including the remodeling of his home,
- 17:54Speaker 2: which then connect to the new email aliases multiple alien
- 18:00Speaker 2: is that we have right now for the sitting president
- 18:03Speaker 2: of the United States of America. Now, if everything that
- 18:07Speaker 2: I just told you sounds overwhelming, it should be overwhelming,
- 18:11Speaker 2: except it's all factual, it's all accurate, and you can
- 18:15Speaker 2: connect every single damn dot that I just told you
- 18:18Speaker 2: backwards and forwards, up and down, left and right. They
- 18:22Speaker 2: all connect. So why is the Department of Justice not
- 18:25Speaker 2: doing anything? I think you can probably answer that question.
- 18:29Speaker 2: I think you know exactly why none of this is
- 18:32Speaker 2: being looked at and all of it is being swept
- 18:35Speaker 2: under the rug. Now, if you go back to the
- 18:38Speaker 2: sex trafficking and then you connect it to the money.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Then you can start seeing the money flowing and you
- 18:43Speaker 2: can see where it flowed. That's the reason why the
- 18:46Speaker 2: Biden crime family, the DOJ doesn't want to look at this.
- 18:49Speaker 2: They don't want to look at the sex trafficking because
- 18:51Speaker 2: it opens up a massive can of worms financially, the
- 18:56Speaker 2: amount of financial liability to the Iden crime family. If
- 19:01Speaker 2: you start looking into the money, and you start looking
- 19:04Speaker 2: into the cash, and you start looking into where it
- 19:06Speaker 2: came from and who was sending it, never forget it's
- 19:09Speaker 2: a fact now that Hunter Biden needed five k and
- 19:13Speaker 2: his daddy sent it. And immediately where did Hunter Biden
- 19:15Speaker 2: send the money to sex traffic a woman to come
- 19:18Speaker 2: have sex with him.
- 19:20Speaker 1: That's kind of a big deal. So not a little deal.
- 19:23Speaker 1: It's a big deal. Now.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Do I think that Hunter Biden called his dad and said, Hey, Dad,
- 19:27Speaker 2: I got to bang a hooker tomorrow night at seven.
- 19:29Speaker 2: I really need the five grand now, No, I don't
- 19:32Speaker 2: believe that's how that conversation went.
- 19:34Speaker 1: I want to be clear.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Do I think that Hunter Biden or Joe Biden knew
- 19:37Speaker 2: that Hunter Biden was addicted to drugs and two prostitutes? Absolutely?
- 19:42Speaker 2: Do I think that he knew his son was a
- 19:43Speaker 2: pathological liar and an addict. Yes, he said that, he
- 19:48Speaker 2: said as much. So then why would you start Why
- 19:52Speaker 2: would you keep seeing this money? I'll tell you why.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Because you needed to keep your bag man happy, and
- 19:57Speaker 2: Hunter Biden was the bagman. So if it's it takes
- 20:00Speaker 2: blow in hookers to keep him happy, then you keep
- 20:04Speaker 2: giving him enough money so he'll keep being your bag man.
- 20:08Speaker 2: I want to get to this other story that I
- 20:09Speaker 2: also think is very important, and it connects back to
- 20:12Speaker 2: the corruption of the Biden family and how the Democratic
- 20:16Speaker 2: machine is fighting back right now.
- 20:19Speaker 1: You may have also seen this headline.
- 20:22Speaker 2: We've now learned that Georgia's Special grand Jury recommended charges
- 20:29Speaker 2: against Senator Lindsey Graham, David Purdue, and Kelly Laffler, among a.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Hell of a lot of others.
- 20:39Speaker 2: This Georgia's Special grand Jury, which was nothing more than
- 20:42Speaker 2: a political witch hunt, a hit list, an enemies list,
- 20:46Speaker 2: right decided, yeah, we should start locking up people in
- 20:50Speaker 2: the Senate, in Congress, and hell anywhere else. They went
- 20:53Speaker 2: after Republican Senator Lindsay Graham, David Perdue, and Kelly Lawfler.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Special grand jury panel report released Friday shows that the
- 21:02Speaker 2: recommended charges were in connection with former President Donald Trump's
- 21:06Speaker 2: August the fourteenth indictment by the Fulton County District Attorney
- 21:11Speaker 2: Fanny Willis for allegedly attempting to challenge the twenty twenty
- 21:15Speaker 2: presidential election results. Now, the reason why I think the
- 21:20Speaker 2: Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis didn't charge them is
- 21:23Speaker 2: because she understood that would be too much for people
- 21:26Speaker 2: to bite off. But when you hate Donald Trump, you
- 21:29Speaker 2: can get away with it. The Special Jury panel and
- 21:34Speaker 2: the twenty eight page report that was released for reveal
- 21:37Speaker 2: that the panel recommended indictments not only against Graham, Purdue,
- 21:41Speaker 2: and Lawware, along with former Trump National security advisor Michael
- 21:45Speaker 2: Flynn and Boris Epstein, a Trump advisor the Georgia Special
- 21:51Speaker 2: Grand Jury's four person who became notorious for her multiple
- 21:56Speaker 2: media appearances, including an interview on CNN where she laughed
- 21:59Speaker 2: about bringing down the former president. Willison died nearly twenty
- 22:04Speaker 2: people but excluded Graham, Weftware, Purdue, Flynn, and Epstein. Among
- 22:08Speaker 2: those indicted were former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows,
- 22:11Speaker 2: Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Sidney Powell. Many of them were
- 22:17Speaker 2: charged on state racketeering charges. As you know, Trump faces
- 22:21Speaker 2: thirteen counts and was charged with eighteen other lawyers, aides,
- 22:25Speaker 2: and supporters facing forty one counts collectively. Lindsey Graham United
- 22:31Speaker 2: States Center was asked today about this, like, I'm sure
- 22:36Speaker 2: he didn't know about it until this came out. It's like, wait,
- 22:39Speaker 2: what I was going to be charged? Listen to what
- 22:41Speaker 2: he said.
- 22:42Speaker 4: What do you think of the report being released today?
- 22:44Speaker 3: It's contents and what recommendation was from the special ventuary?
- 22:48Speaker 4: You know I have.
- 22:51Speaker 5: I'm very worried about the country right now. I was
- 22:54Speaker 5: the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. This election was
- 22:58Speaker 5: contested in court in multiple states. I had to explain
- 23:03Speaker 5: to the people of South Carolina my vote, had to
- 23:06Speaker 5: decide whether or not to have a hearing about the
- 23:09Speaker 5: allegations in Georgia and other places. I called around different states,
- 23:15Speaker 5: including Georgia, as a sitting United States Senator chairman of
- 23:19Speaker 5: the Judiciary Committee. I eventually certified the election in all states,
- 23:25Speaker 5: including Georgia. I didn't find any evidence of mass voter fraud,
- 23:29Speaker 5: but I did have concerns about the mail in ballot
- 23:32Speaker 5: systems in Georgia and other places.
- 23:36Speaker 4: This is troubling for the country.
- 23:39Speaker 5: We can't criminalize senators doing their job when they have
- 23:44Speaker 5: a constitutional requirement to fulfill.
- 23:48Speaker 4: It would be.
- 23:49Speaker 5: Irresponsible for me, in my opinion, as chairman of the committee,
- 23:52Speaker 5: not to try to find.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Out what happened.
- 23:55Speaker 5: It'd be irresponsible for me to tell the voters of
- 23:58Speaker 5: South Carolina what I did without actually trying to find
- 24:01Speaker 5: out what the right answer was.
- 24:04Speaker 4: So we're opening up Pandora's box here.
- 24:06Speaker 5: Fulton County is one of the most liberal jurisdictions in
- 24:09Speaker 5: the country. I fear this will spread that the next election,
- 24:14Speaker 5: Democrats may be on the other side of this.
- 24:17Speaker 4: So at the end of the day, nothing happened.
- 24:20Speaker 5: What I did was consistent with my job as being
- 24:23Speaker 5: a United States Senator chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
- 24:27Speaker 4: But it was just not me.
- 24:29Speaker 5: Three United States senators, we're opening up Pandora's box. I
- 24:34Speaker 5: think the system in this country is getting off the rails,
- 24:38Speaker 5: and we have to be careful not to use the
- 24:40Speaker 5: legal system.
- 24:42Speaker 1: It is getting off the rails.
- 24:44Speaker 2: I think he's absolutely right, But this is not all
- 24:47Speaker 2: the people that were, by the way, on the list
- 24:49Speaker 2: that they were coming after. Let me let you hear
- 24:51Speaker 2: what CNN said about who the grand jury wanted to charge,
- 24:55Speaker 2: because it was more than just senators.
- 24:57Speaker 6: Today on Inside Politics thirty ninety games, I'm Dana Bash
- 25:01Speaker 6: in Washington. The Fulton County Special grand Jury report is
- 25:04Speaker 6: out and it begs.
- 25:05Speaker 1: A lot of questions.
- 25:06Speaker 6: The biggest one is this, why did District Attorney Bonnie
- 25:10Speaker 6: Willis decide not to prosecute key political figures despite getting
- 25:14Speaker 6: a go ahead from a special grand jury. The names
- 25:17Speaker 6: in this report read like a who's who of Donald
- 25:20Speaker 6: Trump's orbit. Some who were indicted as part of the
- 25:23Speaker 6: criminal conspiracy are Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and John Eastman.
- 25:27Speaker 6: Now we are learning some of who were not Cleton Mitchell,
- 25:31Speaker 6: Bert Jones, who's Georgia's lieutenant governor now, longtime Trump aid
- 25:35Speaker 6: and sometimes attorney bors Epstein, former Trump national security advisor
- 25:40Speaker 6: Michael Flynn, and some who serve and also served in
- 25:44Speaker 6: the past in the United States Senate Lindsey Graham, David Perdue,
- 25:48Speaker 6: and Kelly Leffler. Those last two, of course, of Georgia.
- 25:51Speaker 6: CNN's Sarah Murray has been closely looking over this newly
- 25:55Speaker 6: released report. Sarah, what are you seeing well?
- 25:57Speaker 1: Dane.
- 25:57Speaker 7: Obviously, the special grand jury fell that very many people
- 26:01Speaker 7: deserve to be indicted after they heard months of evidence
- 26:03Speaker 7: and heard from seventy five witnesses. Again, this is not
- 26:06Speaker 7: the grand jury that issued the indictments in this case.
- 26:09Speaker 7: This was a grand jury whose job was to investigate,
- 26:12Speaker 7: and they ultimately felt that thirty nine people should be indicted. Now,
- 26:16Speaker 7: the district attorney did not just take that list and
- 26:19Speaker 7: take it to a regular grand jury. What prosecutors did
- 26:22Speaker 7: is they went through this name by name and they
- 26:24Speaker 7: tried to determine do the fact support a case against
- 26:28Speaker 7: this person? Do we believe that we could put this
- 26:30Speaker 7: before the regular grand jury get an indictment, and that
- 26:33Speaker 7: we have the evidence to be able to take this
- 26:35Speaker 7: person to trial and to succeed. And ultimately you see
- 26:38Speaker 7: a lot of these names fall away. Fulton County District
- 26:41Speaker 7: Attorney Fannie Willis ended up indicting nineteen individuals. Eighteen of them,
- 26:46Speaker 7: including of course, former President Donald Trump, were recommended to
- 26:49Speaker 7: be indicted by the special purpose grand jury. There was
- 26:52Speaker 7: another one who does not show up in that report,
- 26:54Speaker 7: Mike Roman, who the district attorney ultimately decided to bring
- 26:58Speaker 7: charges against. But I think what you're seeing is the
- 27:00Speaker 7: difference between you know, what normal folks again, just regular
- 27:03Speaker 7: people who served on a special purpose grand jury found
- 27:06Speaker 7: offensive and thought maybe illegal, versus what prosecutors felt they
- 27:10Speaker 7: could actually prove and bring to trial.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Danna, this was a list of just we want to
- 27:16Speaker 2: lock up everybody that's a conservative, including the lieutenant governor
- 27:20Speaker 2: of the state, because they were around Donald Trump.
- 27:25Speaker 1: This was an enemy's list, that's all it was.
- 27:29Speaker 2: It was an enemy's list, and this enemy's list was long,
- 27:35Speaker 2: and it was well thought out. Now, I do believe
- 27:39Speaker 2: that the prosecutor even understood I can't go that far,
- 27:44Speaker 2: like I can't start just locking up everybody or trying
- 27:47Speaker 2: to lock up everybody. She did a hell of a
- 27:49Speaker 2: lot of them, by the way. She went after those
- 27:51Speaker 2: very close to Donald Trump at the top. But at
- 27:54Speaker 2: the end of the day, what it was really about,
- 27:57Speaker 2: what it really seemed to be about, was just saying,
- 28:01Speaker 2: all right, everyone that's around Donald Trump, screw them ruin
- 28:07Speaker 2: their life, right, like I mean, I mean, seriously, just
- 28:10Speaker 2: screw them ruin their life and get rid of them,
- 28:15Speaker 2: lock them up and put them in prison because they
- 28:17Speaker 2: should have known better. They should have known better than
- 28:22Speaker 2: to hang out with Donald Trump, and now we're going
- 28:25Speaker 2: to punish them for being a conservative, for supporting Trump,
- 28:29Speaker 2: for advocating for Trump, for being a part of Donald
- 28:33Speaker 2: Trump's uh you know, you know, you know world. And
- 28:37Speaker 2: by the way, this is exactly what they're hoping is
- 28:39Speaker 2: going to happen. Exactly what they hope is going to
- 28:42Speaker 2: happen this time with Donald Trump, that good men and
- 28:45Speaker 2: women are going to be too afraid to be around him,
- 28:48Speaker 2: to support him, to advise him, to talk to him,
- 28:51Speaker 2: to work to him. And I can tell you it's real.
- 28:54Speaker 2: I know people that have turned down the opportunity to
- 28:58Speaker 2: work with Donald Trump because they're too afraid of the
- 29:01Speaker 2: legal liability and being in the situation that I just described.
- 29:05Speaker 1: I I mean, think about Lindsay Graham.
- 29:07Speaker 2: What the hell did Lindsay Graham do nothing except for
- 29:10Speaker 2: being a Trump supporter at that moment time, They're like, yeah,
- 29:12Speaker 2: screw him, all right, how many other sinaters were around him? Okay,
- 29:14Speaker 2: well they were too and they had conversations. All right, fine,
- 29:17Speaker 2: screw them too, right, let's just indict on everybody. And
- 29:22Speaker 2: now what we understand is these grand juries. You go
- 29:24Speaker 2: to the right place and you get the right liberals,
- 29:28Speaker 2: you get the right communists, they'll indicte people and then
- 29:33Speaker 2: they'll go on TV and they'll talk about it. I played,
- 29:35Speaker 2: you may remember, I played this psycho young girl who's like,
- 29:38Speaker 2: I just love the idea of swearing in you President
- 29:42Speaker 2: Donald J. Trump, and she like is fantasizing about it.
- 29:46Speaker 2: She was talking in her interviews, like fantasizing about wanting
- 29:50Speaker 2: to put Trump in jail and to stick him before,
- 29:54Speaker 2: you know, to sweare him in. That's how psycho these
- 29:57Speaker 2: people are. Never forget that makes you share this podcast
