Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: So here's a question for you.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Is there money to be made in ploying aka hiring
- 0:08Speaker 2: illegal immigrants. The answer is yes, and the money is massive.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I want you to take a listen to this incredible story.
- 0:20Speaker 2: It is a story about a couple who is making
- 0:22Speaker 2: millions apparently off of hiring illegal immigrants. Now this is
- 0:28Speaker 2: not a story that you're gonna hear on the national news.
- 0:31Speaker 2: The story is coming from a local news station talking
- 0:34Speaker 2: about the investigation and just how much money they were
- 0:38Speaker 2: making off of the illegal immigrants.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Couple who fly in Mexican flag outside their house is
- 0:45Speaker 3: in big trouble for allegedly hiring a lot of illegals.
- 0:48Speaker 4: They operated Oduna Plumbing, a national company based here in Michigan.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Doj alleged is that they.
- 0:55Speaker 4: Made seventy four million dollars while employing two hundred and
- 0:59Speaker 4: fifty three people, many of them who were undocumented.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Hold on, sut, can we just rewind there?
- 1:05Speaker 2: You have a couple that is accused of employing nearly
- 1:09Speaker 2: two hundred and fifty undocumented workers. I'm gonna rewind that again.
- 1:15Speaker 2: I want you to hear the dollar amount. And this
- 1:19Speaker 2: is just in one little place.
- 1:21Speaker 4: I mean a national company based here in Michigan.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Doj allege is that.
- 1:26Speaker 4: They made seventy four million dollars while employing two hundred
- 1:30Speaker 4: and fifty three people, many of them who were undocumented workers,
- 1:34Speaker 4: and allegedly the work.
- 1:35Speaker 2: By the way, I love how they call them undocumented.
- 1:37Speaker 2: This is an illegal immigrant. So they're making seventy plus million,
- 1:43Speaker 2: and you and the argument that's been made as well
- 1:47Speaker 2: illegal immigrants.
- 1:48Speaker 1: This is the left talking they do jobs.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Americans won't do and if you get rid of them,
- 1:54Speaker 2: we're going to destroy our economy. Well, hold on a second,
- 1:57Speaker 2: are you telling me there's a bunch of Americans that
- 1:59Speaker 2: won't actually do the job of plumbing, Because if you're
- 2:03Speaker 2: making seventeen million or seventy million off of illegal immigrants,
- 2:09Speaker 2: then I bet you you're charging market rate and you're
- 2:12Speaker 2: not undercutting when it comes to what you're charging people.
- 2:17Speaker 2: So there's a very good chance at what you are
- 2:19Speaker 2: doing is you're screwing Americans out of these jobs and
- 2:22Speaker 2: then you're keeping the cream from the top as you
- 2:25Speaker 2: underpay the illegal immigrant workers that you've hired, and that
- 2:29Speaker 2: means it's more money into your pocket. The people taking advantage.
- 2:33Speaker 2: You know that are flying the Mexican flag in front
- 2:35Speaker 2: of their house. It gets better. Keep listening.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Workers lived in overcrowded houses and hotel rooms.
- 2:42Speaker 1: These photos from the criminal complaint.
- 2:44Speaker 4: The couple was arrested and officially charged with conspiracy, transporting
- 2:48Speaker 4: and harboring unauthorized aliens for commercial advantage or private financial
- 2:53Speaker 4: gain money laundering.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Hold on, whoa wait you wait, stop stop, hold on?
- 2:58Speaker 2: Did you hear what they just use this couple of
- 3:00Speaker 2: doing taking advantage and putting their workers in inhumane living
- 3:05Speaker 2: conditions while exploiting them and making a killing off of
- 3:09Speaker 2: them to the tune of seventy plus million dollars. Now,
- 3:12Speaker 2: you would think that the story that I'm telling you
- 3:14Speaker 2: right now would have made national news, right that they
- 3:17Speaker 2: I mean, like, this family is able to pull this
- 3:19Speaker 2: off and make this much money off of llegal immigrants.
- 3:23Speaker 1: So why have you not heard about this story?
- 3:24Speaker 2: I can tell you exactly why, because this doesn't fit
- 3:27Speaker 2: the narrative that they want you to learn about that. Yes,
- 3:31Speaker 2: in fact, there are illegal immigrants that are being that
- 3:34Speaker 2: are undercutting the wages. Yes, they are legal immigrants that
- 3:37Speaker 2: are being held in essence hostage like human slaves by
- 3:41Speaker 2: these families.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Who are employing them.
- 3:43Speaker 2: But the people at the top are still making seventy
- 3:46Speaker 2: million dollars off of the illegal immigrants. And as they're
- 3:50Speaker 2: getting rich off of llegal immigrant labor, they're undercutting the
- 3:54Speaker 2: American workforce, and they're undercutting competitors and small business owners
- 3:59Speaker 2: and mom and pop shops and destroying the American way
- 4:03Speaker 2: of life because the people working for them aren't getting rich.
- 4:07Speaker 2: The living conditions are to being described as inhumane. They're
- 4:10Speaker 2: renting out these tiny little rooms and these in these
- 4:13Speaker 2: houses and places that, by the way, they own. So
- 4:16Speaker 2: they're making money off of these illegal immigrants and treating
- 4:19Speaker 2: them like slaves.
- 4:20Speaker 1: In essence, keep listening to others. According to the complaint,
- 4:25Speaker 1: out of two hundred and fifty three workers, only six
- 4:27Speaker 1: were in the US legally and permitted to work.
- 4:30Speaker 4: This is the business in question that has a Metro
- 4:32Speaker 4: Detroit couple in hot water with federal investigators.
- 4:35Speaker 2: It's not just simplely an immigration case that's charged.
- 4:38Speaker 5: It's also money laundering.
- 4:40Speaker 3: I have a feeling they're not the only ones engaging
- 4:42Speaker 3: in this kind of activity.
- 4:43Speaker 6: XOS reports foreign born non citizens make up eight point
- 4:47Speaker 6: three percent of the country's civilian workforce. They account for
- 4:50Speaker 6: seventeen point five percent of construction workers and seventeen point
- 4:54Speaker 6: one percent of those in agriculture.
- 4:57Speaker 3: So what are we doing here? I'd like to see
- 4:58Speaker 3: a lot more arrests, would you. This business in El
- 5:01Speaker 3: Cahoone was targeted for their alleged hiring practices.
- 5:04Speaker 7: The warrant accuses the company of harboring undocumented employees and
- 5:08Speaker 7: supplying them with fake legal status documentation.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Wait hold on, so you're telling me it's not just
- 5:14Speaker 2: one family that did this. There are other businesses in
- 5:18Speaker 2: America that are doing the same thing. They're hiring legal immigrants,
- 5:21Speaker 2: putting them into this type of housing conditions, owning them
- 5:25Speaker 2: like modern day slaves, and then making a killing off
- 5:28Speaker 2: of them.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Wait hold on.
- 5:29Speaker 2: You're telling me that Democrats allowed this to happen and
- 5:32Speaker 2: Republicans are trying to shut it down, and somehow Republicans
- 5:35Speaker 2: are the bad guys here. You mean that they're Americans
- 5:38Speaker 2: that could be getting these jobs and making a living
- 5:42Speaker 2: wage that Democrats claim they're obsessed with, but instead they've
- 5:45Speaker 2: decided to flood America with legal immigrants.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Keep wizzy. It gets even better.
- 5:50Speaker 7: Investigators are confiscating business operation records, financial records and personnel files.
- 5:56Speaker 7: By most accounts, some two dozen people were taken into custody.
- 6:00Speaker 1: The others have been detained in questioned.
- 6:03Speaker 7: We spoke to one worker who was detained for four
- 6:06Speaker 7: and a half hours. Tell us how it feels to
- 6:09Speaker 7: be the part of this and the concern that you
- 6:12Speaker 7: have for tomorrow.
- 6:18Speaker 5: It's my first time being involved in this, so it's
- 6:20Speaker 5: kind of a it's crazy eating it.
- 6:23Speaker 3: It's just it's okay, yeah, whatever. Why didn't you ask
- 6:26Speaker 3: him to turn off his radio before asking him about
- 6:29Speaker 3: his feelings.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I don't know why why they're doing this.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Everyone inside, they have family, they have kids, they have wife.
- 6:36Speaker 1: It's all sad these appeals.
- 6:39Speaker 2: No no, So we're now interviewing illegal immigrant family members
- 6:43Speaker 2: who are upset and sad that they're legal immigrant family
- 6:47Speaker 2: members that came into this country illegally are now being
- 6:49Speaker 2: busted working in the country illegally taking away jobs from
- 6:52Speaker 2: American workers.
- 6:53Speaker 1: That is what you just heard. Now.
- 6:55Speaker 2: This is all coming from local news and put together
- 6:59Speaker 2: to montage by the Daily Call our News Foundation. God
- 7:01Speaker 2: bless them for what they're doing. But when you go
- 7:04Speaker 2: way overboard on hiring illegal immigrants and purposely knocking out
- 7:08Speaker 2: American workers. How is that not an enemy of all
- 7:12Speaker 2: of us? They're hard working men and women in this
- 7:17Speaker 2: country that would love to have these jobs and they're
- 7:20Speaker 2: not getting these jobs.
- 7:21Speaker 1: And then the media is like, oh.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Let us tell you why you should feel sorry for
- 7:25Speaker 2: these quote undocumented workers.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Right, they'll never call them illegal immigrants. Never do that.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Let's interview the illegal immigrants who are telling you should
- 7:34Speaker 2: feel sorry for them, instead of interviewing the Americans whose
- 7:36Speaker 2: jobs have been lost or we're not hired because of
- 7:40Speaker 2: illegal emirates. No, we'll never tell you that story, will.
- 7:42Speaker 3: We sins are tiresome, aren't they. We should be able
- 7:45Speaker 3: to do what we want and break any law we want.
- 7:47Speaker 3: We have families, don't.
- 7:48Speaker 1: You have a heart.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Some would say, hey, they're illegal, what business do they
- 7:51Speaker 2: have to take these jobs away from Americans.
- 7:55Speaker 5: It's hard to find Americans that's willing to perform the job.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Translate, Oh, there we go.
- 8:01Speaker 2: So we got an American farmer there on TV and
- 8:03Speaker 2: they're like, hey, what about the Americans? Right, they would
- 8:06Speaker 2: say it's really hard to you know, and there, well,
- 8:09Speaker 2: these jobs are hard and it's just hard to find Americans. It'll,
- 8:12Speaker 2: you know, do this job if you pay them a
- 8:16Speaker 2: fair wage, I promise you Americans will show up for
- 8:19Speaker 2: these jobs. That's back to the narrative. Now this farmer,
- 8:24Speaker 2: why is the farmer that's being interviewed right now, why
- 8:28Speaker 2: is he saying what he just said. I'll tell you why.
- 8:31Speaker 2: He likes the cheaper labor costs. It's more profit in
- 8:36Speaker 2: his pocket. It's more cash for him.
- 8:39Speaker 6: But the backbone of not only the restaurant industry, but
- 8:42Speaker 6: a lot of other industries in this country. Without immigrants,
- 8:45Speaker 6: there are no restaurants.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Shut up, can we start? So there's another one.
- 8:50Speaker 2: There's another guy who owns a restaurant who's sitting there
- 8:53Speaker 2: doing this interview, and he's like, well, you don't understand
- 8:56Speaker 2: we got to have these illegal immigrants or my business
- 8:58Speaker 2: structure doesn't work. Well, does it not work because you're
- 9:02Speaker 2: making too much money off the backs of illegal immigrants?
- 9:05Speaker 1: Like I'm just curious. I got to know.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Even in the local news reports that we're playing for you,
- 9:10Speaker 2: you notice how the news media is not standing up
- 9:14Speaker 2: for American workers. They're wanting you to feel sorry for
- 9:17Speaker 2: the illegal immigrant workers who are losing their jobs. They
- 9:20Speaker 2: want you to feel sorry for people that have stolen
- 9:24Speaker 2: jobs for American citizens and putting many small businesses out
- 9:27Speaker 2: of work.
- 9:28Speaker 1: And this is exactly why I bring it up here.
- 9:31Speaker 2: If we don't expose this and talk about it, who's
- 9:35Speaker 2: going to do it. I want to talk to you
- 9:38Speaker 2: about my friends at Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
- 9:42Speaker 7: Now.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I'm investing in silver right now because the pricing on
- 9:45Speaker 2: it is amazing and the upside well, it's real. I
- 9:48Speaker 2: actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar. It is
- 9:53Speaker 2: actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's one hundred ounces.
- 9:58Speaker 2: But I also know that I bought it at the
- 10:00Speaker 2: right price and I wasn't paying massive up charges on quote.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Rare are special coins, and then when you go to
- 10:07Speaker 2: sell them, you take away all of your earning potential.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Why do they do it this way at Kurt Elliott
- 10:13Speaker 2: Because they have transparent pricing up front. It's very simple.
- 10:18Speaker 2: You pay eight percent when you buy, and here's what
- 10:21Speaker 2: matters to you the most, nothing when you sell. There
- 10:24Speaker 2: are no hidden fees ever. With Kurt Elliott Precious Metals.
- 10:29Speaker 2: This is the reason why I recommend them. It's not
- 10:32Speaker 2: just about investing, it's about making sure you get more
- 10:36Speaker 2: for your money. And that is exactly why Kurt Elliott
- 10:40Speaker 2: helps people all the time. Whether it's gold or silver,
- 10:43Speaker 2: you can hold it, be a good steward of it,

- 11:49Speaker 2: com slash Ben. There is a subject that I want
- 11:53Speaker 2: to give you an update on. It's something we've been
- 11:54Speaker 2: talking about months and months ago on this show, and
- 11:57Speaker 2: that was advocating and supporting designating the Muslim Brotherhood is
- 12:02Speaker 2: a terrorist organization. We now have good news to report
- 12:05Speaker 2: because of many of you that listened to the show,
- 12:08Speaker 2: got involved and really started advocating for this, not only
- 12:11Speaker 2: on social media, but also by calling the White House
- 12:15Speaker 2: and your centers and your congressman.
- 12:17Speaker 1: We now know that Donald Trump.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Is signaling a plan to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as
- 12:22Speaker 2: a terrorist organization. Trump said over the weekend he is
- 12:26Speaker 2: drawing up final documents targeting the Islamic organization.
- 12:30Speaker 1: That is a big move for I.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Believe national security, but also to hold radicals like the
- 12:36Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood accountable for their actions. I want you to
- 12:39Speaker 2: take a listen to how they described it on Fox So.
- 12:43Speaker 8: A new report detailing one Islamic groups decades long reach
- 12:46Speaker 8: into the US. The report claims the Muslim Brotherhood shares
- 12:50Speaker 8: ideological goals with Muslim extremist organizations. It aims to influence
- 12:54Speaker 8: and infiltrate US government, educational systems.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Civil rights groups.
- 12:58Speaker 8: Doctor Kanta Akhmed is a senior fellow at the Independent
- 13:00Speaker 8: Women's Forum and a member of the Council of Foreign
- 13:03Speaker 8: Relations and joined US now knows I would say as
- 13:05Speaker 8: much about the Middle East as anyone in America today.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Doctor your thoughts about the.
- 13:10Speaker 8: Role of the Muslim Brotherhood and what they're up to here.
- 13:13Speaker 5: Well, this is something we've been recommending. Over ten years ago.
- 13:16Speaker 5: I wrote an article to say that the Muslim Brotherhood
- 13:18Speaker 5: should be designated a foreign terror organization. This report by
- 13:22Speaker 5: the Institute Studying Global Antisemitism and Policy shows the Muslim
- 13:26Speaker 5: Brotherhood is influencing at the executive branch. It's influencing policy makers.
- 13:31Speaker 5: It's reframing the argument post nine to eleven. There was Islamophobia,
- 13:36Speaker 5: then came oycott, divestment, sanctions demonizing Israel. And now we've
- 13:40Speaker 5: just seen the pro Hamas protests. That is all part
- 13:44Speaker 5: of their multi generational project to have a war against
- 13:48Speaker 5: the secular and undermine our democracy using our democratic freedoms.
- 13:52Speaker 8: And one way that the protest on college campuses. And
- 13:55Speaker 8: we see what's happening with our our educational institutions care
- 14:00Speaker 8: it's an acronym.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Whould we know about.
- 14:02Speaker 5: That organization Council and American Islamic relations. This is part
- 14:06Speaker 5: of the other organizations. Senator tent Cruise than Governor Abbott
- 14:09Speaker 5: in Texas are designating as criminal transnational networks. It portrays
- 14:14Speaker 5: itself to be advocating for Muslims like me, but actually
- 14:18Speaker 5: it's advancing an Islamist project. What CARE did in California
- 14:22Speaker 5: that's under investigation. They took money purportedly for Afghan refugees,
- 14:26Speaker 5: helped less than two hundred, took half of that seven
- 14:29Speaker 5: million dollars and put it back in their own organization.
- 14:32Speaker 5: They're disclosing only small fractions of their lobbying, which they're
- 14:35Speaker 5: then using to finance and support radicals on campus. So
- 14:39Speaker 5: they are subverting our academic institutions in line with their islamistites.
- 14:44Speaker 1: So now that we recognize it.
- 14:45Speaker 8: In fact, the governor Abbot put this out yesterday and
- 14:48Speaker 8: here's a little of his missive. The Muslim Brotherhood and
- 14:51Speaker 8: CARE have long made their goals clear to forcibly impose
- 14:54Speaker 8: Sharia law and establish Islam's mastership.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Of the world.
- 14:58Speaker 8: We hear that it's in parts of Michigan and also
- 15:01Speaker 8: parts of Texas. Are they taking over small towns and
- 15:04Speaker 8: putting these laws into effect?
- 15:06Speaker 2: So why would by the way, listen to this question
- 15:08Speaker 2: that was just asked there by Brian. Brian is asking expert,
- 15:11Speaker 2: because we've heard about this that there is actual sharia
- 15:14Speaker 2: law courts that are superseding in these small communities the
- 15:18Speaker 2: actual law and justice, law and order system of the
- 15:21Speaker 2: United States. They're just saying, we're setting up our own
- 15:23Speaker 2: in essence many Muslim countries, and we will police our
- 15:28Speaker 2: owns with our own Sharia law courts. I want you
- 15:33Speaker 2: to hear what she says in response to that, so
- 15:35Speaker 2: you understand what's actually happening in America.
- 15:38Speaker 5: Say the mission is to advance Islamism. They're doing that
- 15:41Speaker 5: in many ways, but we're not the only nation that's
- 15:43Speaker 5: seeing this. France published an incendiary report on the Muslim brotherhood.
- 15:48Speaker 5: They're using hundreds of nonprofits, charities, student groups, professional societies,
- 15:53Speaker 5: undermining local government, putting in politicians that are sympathetic to
- 15:57Speaker 5: their views or openly acolytes, and modifying and changing on democracy.
- 16:03Speaker 5: That's happening here in the United States too. And Wildcare
- 16:06Speaker 5: was being investigated in California. It's still receiving federal funds.
- 16:10Speaker 8: Which is crazy. And by the way, here's their response.
- 16:12Speaker 8: Got to be fair. They say this does care. Greg
- 16:16Speaker 8: Abbott's disregard for the First Amendment, his obsession with Texas Muslims,
- 16:20Speaker 8: his dedication to protecting the Israeli government from criticism apparently
- 16:23Speaker 8: knows no bounds care Texas plans to continue vigorously to
- 16:26Speaker 8: defend the Texas Muslim community from this governor's increasingly desperate
- 16:30Speaker 8: derange attempts to shred the First Amendment.
- 16:33Speaker 1: So that's their response.
- 16:35Speaker 8: But I'm tired of hearing about I have three pages
- 16:37Speaker 8: of investigations.
- 16:38Speaker 1: We don't do anything we investigate. Why are they still
- 16:41Speaker 1: getting money?
- 16:42Speaker 8: Why are we pretending that this is an organization that
- 16:45Speaker 8: seeks good, that has good intentions.
- 16:48Speaker 5: So Senator Ted Cruise's efforts should be hugely commended and
- 16:51Speaker 5: they are a blueprint for other states. Once these organizations
- 16:55Speaker 5: are designated as potential ftos or criminal networks, nances can
- 17:00Speaker 5: be opened. If they sue in retaliation, that will result
- 17:03Speaker 5: in discovery and you'll be able to see what's going on.
- 17:06Speaker 5: So this is the first step. The second is that
- 17:09Speaker 5: response you just read is typical. They're claiming religious advocacy,
- 17:13Speaker 5: exploiting religious freedom and anti discrimination laws while they subvert
- 17:17Speaker 5: our democratic process. It's time to elevate reasoned, credible Muslim
- 17:23Speaker 5: voices and learn from Saudi Arabia, the Egypt, United Arab Emirates, France,
- 17:30Speaker 5: that those Arab countries have designated this group as a
- 17:35Speaker 5: terror group. Austria has done so, and we are about
- 17:38Speaker 5: to see a lot of Western Europe do the same.
- 17:41Speaker 2: This is why this moment is so important. It is
- 17:45Speaker 2: very clear that they are a terrorist organization. And what
- 17:49Speaker 2: President Trump has now said, hearing it from so many,
- 17:52Speaker 2: is that he's going to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a
- 17:55Speaker 2: terrorist organization after several groups have stepped up warnings in
- 17:58Speaker 2: recent minds that the Islamic group is gaining a foothold
- 18:01Speaker 2: in the US.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It will be done in the.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Strongest and most powerful terms, is what Trump told just
- 18:06Speaker 2: the News over the weekend, final documents being drawn. Trump's
- 18:11Speaker 2: comments come also after Texas, as you heard there, declared
- 18:15Speaker 2: the Muslim Brotherhood of terrorists organization, and just days after
- 18:18Speaker 2: the Institute for the Study of Global Anti Semitism and Policy,
- 18:22Speaker 2: a prominent global research ander, released a comprehensive of two
- 18:25Speaker 2: hundred page study warning of the Muslim Brotherhood's growing influence
- 18:30Speaker 2: directly in the United States of America. Now, the Muslim Brotherhood,
- 18:34Speaker 2: so you understand, they are an Islamic organization, radical organization
- 18:39Speaker 2: founded in Egypt. They gained access to government agencies all
- 18:43Speaker 2: part of their plan, been involved in advising American civil
- 18:47Speaker 2: rights policy. They've gone into our schools, our institutions. They've
- 18:52Speaker 2: created a vast social media footprint. And it also is
- 18:57Speaker 2: a group that is saying, look, we're targeting US garment
- 18:59Speaker 2: agents for infiltration in Queen, the State Department, the Department
- 19:02Speaker 2: Home Security, the Department of Justice, through career appointments and
- 19:06Speaker 2: appointments and advisory roles like they play the long game.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I want you to understand that quote. We welcome President
- 19:13Speaker 2: Trump's statements and the growing recognition that the Muslim Brotherhood
- 19:17Speaker 2: is its ideology and network post a serious challenge the
- 19:20Speaker 2: United States and democratic societies. That's what Charles asher Small,
- 19:24Speaker 2: executive director the ISGAP, said in a press release about
- 19:28Speaker 2: this A formal US designation would represent an important first
- 19:32Speaker 2: step to confront the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States
- 19:34Speaker 2: of America. It will require sustained evidence based policy, serious
- 19:39Speaker 2: scrutiny of its affiliated structures and in funding streams, and
- 19:43Speaker 2: long term investments in democratic resilience now. The report also
- 19:49Speaker 2: dives deep into the alleged terrorist ties within the group,
- 19:52Speaker 2: along with the various funding sources like Katar, while making
- 19:56Speaker 2: the case of both al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood
- 19:58Speaker 2: share the strategic aim of one establishing an Islamic state
- 20:02Speaker 2: government by Sharia law, indiffering only in tactics, where the
- 20:07Speaker 2: Brotherhood's gradualism allows it to maintain ideological continuity with militant
- 20:13Speaker 2: jihad while avoiding direct confrontation quote unquote. Now, in addition
- 20:19Speaker 2: to creating the Muslim Brotherhood of terrorist organization, the ISGAP
- 20:23Speaker 2: says it has been working to gather scholars and experts
- 20:26Speaker 2: on the subject, and an effort to nudge Congress into
- 20:30Speaker 2: acting on the specifics of the reports has come out.
- 20:33Speaker 2: So I look at this and I say it again,
- 20:36Speaker 2: this is a great moment for the President of the
- 20:41Speaker 2: United States of America with moral clarity to call a
- 20:45Speaker 2: terrorist organization a terrorist organization when that is what it is.
- 20:50Speaker 2: To also be clear, okay, to also be clear, there
- 20:56Speaker 2: are a lot of Democrats that absolutely hate this. Why
- 21:03Speaker 2: they hate it because they love working with the Muslim
- 21:05Speaker 2: Brotherhood to undermine America.
- 21:08Speaker 1: That's why they're defending it.
- 21:10Speaker 2: And why are you not hearing about this on the
- 21:12Speaker 2: national news Because they don't want you to know about
- 21:14Speaker 2: what the Muslim Brotherhood actually really does. They want you
- 21:16Speaker 2: to believe that it's all just peaceful Muslims involved, They're
- 21:20Speaker 2: not a terrorist organization. Every so often, something happens that
- 21:24Speaker 2: reminds us just how fragile our freedoms are. We can't
- 21:28Speaker 2: afford to take our rights for granted. We must draw
- 21:31Speaker 2: a line in the sand, and our friends at Patriot
- 21:34Speaker 2: Mobile have been doing just that for more than twelve years.
- 21:38Speaker 2: The truth is there is only one provider that boldly

- 23:13Speaker 2: Mark Kelly for seditious video urging military to disobey the
- 23:19Speaker 2: President of the United States of America, Donald Trump.
- 23:22Speaker 1: That's right.
- 23:23Speaker 2: The Department of War launching this investigation that may lead
- 23:27Speaker 2: to court martial proceedings after what was described as a
- 23:31Speaker 2: serious allegation and misconduct were made against him. Kelly, a
- 23:37Speaker 2: retired US Navy captain, has been facing accusations of sedition
- 23:42Speaker 2: from President Donald Trump after participating in a video with
- 23:45Speaker 2: other Democrats last week calling on military service members and
- 23:51Speaker 2: intelligence officials to quote refuse illegal orders from the administration.
- 23:57Speaker 2: In a statement posted on social media, the Department of
- 24:01Speaker 2: War announced that it was aware of the severe accusations
- 24:05Speaker 2: and has initiated a thorough review to determine whether further
- 24:10Speaker 2: actions are needed, which may include recall to active duty
- 24:15Speaker 2: for court martial proceedings or administrative measures quote unquote. This matter,
- 24:20Speaker 2: they went on to say, will be handled in compliance
- 24:23Speaker 2: with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. The Department
- 24:29Speaker 2: stated further official comments will be limited to preserve the
- 24:33Speaker 2: integrity of the proceedings now. The Department of War also
- 24:37Speaker 2: added a reminder to all military retirees that they remain
- 24:42Speaker 2: subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice known as
- 24:46Speaker 2: the UCMJ for applicable offenses, as well as the federal
- 24:52Speaker 2: laws that prohibit actions to interfere with, impair or influence
- 24:57Speaker 2: the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the
- 25:02Speaker 2: armed forces. All service members, they went on to say,
- 25:06Speaker 2: are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the
- 25:10Speaker 2: UCMJ to obey lawful orders, and that orders are presumed
- 25:15Speaker 2: to be lawful, The Department states a service member's personal
- 25:19Speaker 2: philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an
- 25:24Speaker 2: otherwise lawful order.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Now.
- 25:27Speaker 2: The controversial video also featured statements from Senator Elise Slocan,
- 25:33Speaker 2: a Democrat from Michigan, and Representative Chris Deluzio, Democrat Pennsylvania,
- 25:39Speaker 2: Chrissy Hallahan, Democrat Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander, Democrat from New Hampshire,
- 25:46Speaker 2: and Jason Crowe, a Democrat from Colorado. While the Democratic
- 25:51Speaker 2: lawmakers did not give any examples of orders from the
- 25:55Speaker 2: Trump administration that are quote unquote illegal, they claim that
- 25:59Speaker 2: the threat it's coming to our constitution aren't just coming
- 26:03Speaker 2: from abroad, but from right here at home. Here is
- 26:08Speaker 2: more of that video. If you missed exactly what they said,
- 26:12Speaker 2: take a listen carefully to the words they use.
- 26:15Speaker 7: I'm Senator Alissa Sockins, Senator Mark Kelly, Representative Chris s Deluzio,
- 26:19Speaker 7: Congressman Matie Goodland, You're Representative Chrissy Hulahan, Congressman Jason Crowe.
- 26:24Speaker 6: I was a captain in the United States Navy, former
- 26:26Speaker 6: CIA officer, former Navy, former paratrooper and Army ranger.
- 26:30Speaker 5: Former intelligence officer.
- 26:31Speaker 7: Former Air Force.
- 26:32Speaker 3: We want to speak directly to members of the military and.
- 26:35Speaker 4: The intelligence community who take risks each day to keep
- 26:38Speaker 4: Americans safe.
- 26:39Speaker 5: We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now.
- 26:42Speaker 5: Americans trust their military, with that trust is at risk.
- 26:45Speaker 8: This administration is pitting our uniform military.
- 26:48Speaker 4: And intelligence community professionals.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Against American citizens like us. You all swore an oath.
- 26:54Speaker 4: To protect and defend this constitution.
- 26:56Speaker 8: Right now, the threats to our constitution aren't just coming
- 26:59Speaker 8: from a but from right here at home.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders.
- 27:05Speaker 8: You can refuse illegal orders.
- 27:07Speaker 5: You must refuse illegal orders.
- 27:09Speaker 6: No one has to carry out orders that violate the
- 27:12Speaker 6: law or our constitution. We know this is hard and
- 27:15Speaker 6: that it's a difficult time to be a public servant.
- 27:17Speaker 6: But whether you're serving in the CIA.
- 27:19Speaker 1: The Army, or Navy, the Air Force.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Your vigilance is critical.
- 27:23Speaker 1: And know that we have your back because now more
- 27:26Speaker 1: than ever.
- 27:27Speaker 4: The American people need you.
- 27:28Speaker 1: We need you to stand up for our laws, our constitution,
- 27:31Speaker 1: and who we are as Americans. Don't give up.
- 27:35Speaker 7: Don't give up.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Don't give up.
- 27:36Speaker 5: Don't give up the ship.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Don't give up the ship.
- 27:41Speaker 2: As Senator Elisa Slow can put it, we want to
- 27:44Speaker 2: speak directly to members of the military and the intelligence community.
- 27:48Speaker 2: The American people need you to stand up for our
- 27:51Speaker 2: laws and our constitution.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Don't give up the ship, she wrote online.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Now, while the Democratic lawmakers again didn't give any examples
- 28:00Speaker 2: from the Trump administration that are illegal, they claim that
- 28:03Speaker 2: the threats coming to our constitution aren't just coming from abroad,
- 28:08Speaker 2: but from right here at home. Donald Trump responded to
- 28:11Speaker 2: the video on True Social writing, the traders that told
- 28:15Speaker 2: the military to disobey my orders should be in jail
- 28:18Speaker 2: right now, not roaming the fake news networks trying to
- 28:22Speaker 2: explain that what they said was okay. It wasn't it
- 28:26Speaker 2: never will be. It was sedition at the highest level,
- 28:30Speaker 2: and sedition is a major crime. There can be no
- 28:33Speaker 2: other interpretation of what they said. War Secretary pte had
- 28:38Speaker 2: Seth made his own statement following his departments, calling the
- 28:42Speaker 2: lawmakers the seditious six while arguing that the video was despicable, reckless,
- 28:49Speaker 2: and also false, saying this encouraging our warriors to ignore
- 28:54Speaker 2: the orders of their commanders undermines every aspect of good
- 28:58Speaker 2: order and discipline. They're fullish screed show's doubt and confusion,
- 29:03Speaker 2: which only puts our warriors in danger. He went on
- 29:06Speaker 2: to explain that Kelly is the only one in the
- 29:09Speaker 2: video who falls under the US m J jurisdiction, as
- 29:14Speaker 2: slogan is former CIA, and the other four are former
- 29:19Speaker 2: military but not retired. As we announced, the Department is
- 29:23Speaker 2: reviewing Kelly's statements and actions, which were addressed directly to
- 29:27Speaker 2: all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation,
- 29:32Speaker 2: lending the appearance of authority to his words. Had Says stated,
- 29:36Speaker 2: Kelly's conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will
- 29:41Speaker 2: be addressed appropriately. Kelly responded to the Department of Wars
- 29:45Speaker 2: announcement in a statement this evening, saying quote, when I
- 29:49Speaker 2: was twenty two years old, I commissioned as an in
- 29:53Speaker 2: sign in the United States Navy and swore an oath
- 29:56Speaker 2: to the Constitution. I upheld that oath through flight school,
- 30:00Speaker 2: multiple deployments on the USS Midway, thirty nine combat missions,
- 30:04Speaker 2: and Operation Desert Storm test pilot school, four Space Shuttle
- 30:08Speaker 2: flights at NASA, and every day since I retired, which
- 30:12Speaker 2: I did after my wife, Gabby was shot in the
- 30:14Speaker 2: head while serving her constituents. He said, in combat, I
- 30:17Speaker 2: had to miss a bow up next to my jet
- 30:19Speaker 2: and flew through anti aircraft fire to drop bombs on
- 30:23Speaker 2: enemy targets and NASA. I launched on a rocket command
- 30:26Speaker 2: the Space Shuttle, and was part of the recovery mission
- 30:29Speaker 2: that brought home the bodies of my astronaut classmates who
- 30:32Speaker 2: died on Columbia. I did all of this in service
- 30:35Speaker 2: to this country that I love and have given me
- 30:38Speaker 2: so much. Secretary Head says, tweet is the first I
- 30:41Speaker 2: heard of this. I also saw the President's post saying
- 30:44Speaker 2: I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If
- 30:47Speaker 2: this is meant to intimidate me and other members of
- 30:50Speaker 2: Congress from doing our jobs and holding the administration accountable,
- 30:53Speaker 2: it won't work. I've given too much this country to
- 30:56Speaker 2: be silenced by bullies who care more about their own
- 30:59Speaker 2: power the constitution. And if you think Democrats aren't organizing
- 31:04Speaker 2: to stand behind Kelly and others, look no further than
- 31:07Speaker 2: Senator Reuben Diego, Democrat from Arizona. He leaped to his
- 31:11Speaker 2: fellow Arizona Senator's defense, writing plainly, f you and your investigation. Yes,
- 31:18Speaker 2: he used the entire word that is your senator from Arizona.
- 31:23Speaker 2: So here we are the President United States of America
- 31:25Speaker 2: saying the rules will be followed. And you can say
- 31:29Speaker 2: all you want to in a tweet that you weren't
- 31:31Speaker 2: trying to overthrow the will of the people or undermine
- 31:34Speaker 2: the military, but there are rules, and the Department of
- 31:37Speaker 2: War is now investigating Senator Mark Kelly no matter what
- 31:41Speaker 2: he says online. Don't forget to share this podcast, by
