- 0:00Speaker 1: The jury is deliberating in the Donald Trump trial. They've
- 0:04Speaker 1: now asked for the transcripts of several of the witnesses,
- 0:08Speaker 1: which means we will probably have a delay until we
- 0:12Speaker 1: actually get a verdict because they're going back to look
- 0:14Speaker 1: through testimony and transcripts. But what was shocking is how
- 0:19Speaker 1: the judge went completely outside the scope what its job
- 0:24Speaker 1: is when it came to the orders that they were
- 0:27Speaker 1: given on the jury. He went completely outside the scope
- 0:32Speaker 1: of how a traditional jury.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Is supposed to look at a case. So what do
- 0:36Speaker 2: I mean by that?
- 0:37Speaker 1: Well, the judge basically gave the jury one of three
- 0:40Speaker 1: options to convict violation number one of federal election Law,
- 0:46Speaker 1: number two, falsification of business documents number three tax law violations.
- 0:51Speaker 1: He also said it didn't have to be unanimous on
- 0:54Speaker 1: those three options. The jury is basically getting unlimited leeway
- 0:59Speaker 1: to find a way to find Donald Trump guilty of something.
- 1:05Speaker 1: A guilty verdict, by the way, he could actually look
- 1:08Speaker 1: like this. Four members agree on option one, four members
- 1:12Speaker 1: of great option two, or four members agree on option three.
- 1:16Speaker 2: The judge says he will take.
- 1:18Speaker 1: That as in essence a unanimous vote, since it's twelve
- 1:22Speaker 1: agreeing to either one of those three options. That is
- 1:26Speaker 1: not how it normally works in a court case. Obviously,
- 1:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump would be able to appeal the conviction immediately,
- 1:33Speaker 1: but the Democrats just need to convict them so they
- 1:36Speaker 1: can run against him being a convicted felon.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Between now and November.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Everyone knows this is going to be overturned on appeal,
- 1:46Speaker 1: There's no.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Doubt about it.
- 1:48Speaker 1: But the fact that the New York judge Merchant told
- 1:51Speaker 1: the jurors that they do not have to unanimously agree
- 1:56Speaker 1: on what crime Trump.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Is guilty of. It could be a four to four to.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Four split is something I've never heard of in my
- 2:05Speaker 1: entire life when it comes to a court case, much
- 2:10Speaker 1: less one as important at this one is I want
- 2:14Speaker 1: you to hear from Donald Trump and what he had
- 2:16Speaker 1: to say outside the courthouse. I also want you to
- 2:18Speaker 1: hear what the legal experts have said about this shocking
- 2:22Speaker 1: and unprecedented move by this judge to say, hey, you
- 2:26Speaker 1: just figure out how to get there and I'll give
- 2:29Speaker 1: you cover so that we can make it happen. But first,
- 2:33Speaker 1: I want to tell you about my friends over at
- 2:35Speaker 1: AMMO Squared. I love when I tell you about an

- 4:37Speaker 1: slash bend and get free Ammo in your account today.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Now, I want you to hear what.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Some of the scholars had to say about the judge's
- 4:47Speaker 1: absolute disregard for the law, for precedents of how a
- 4:53Speaker 1: court case is supposed to happen. Listen to this as
- 4:56Speaker 1: Harris Faulkner talking about the shock of the order given
- 5:00Speaker 1: to the jury.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Something in particular that this judge said that these jurors
- 5:05Speaker 3: could do. He just delivered what is being called really
- 5:09Speaker 3: the pinnacle of all of this. He said that there
- 5:12Speaker 3: is no need to agree on what has occurred. They
- 5:16Speaker 3: can disagree on what the crime was among the three choices.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Thus, this means that they could.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Split four four four and the judge would still treat
- 5:25Speaker 3: them unanimously.
- 5:27Speaker 2: What does that mean, Well.
- 5:30Speaker 4: It's really outrageous because in a normal criminal case, every
- 5:35Speaker 4: statutory crime has what we call elements of the offense,
- 5:39Speaker 4: Like in a bad robbery case, it's you know, you
- 5:42Speaker 4: have to rob it's got to be a financial institution,
- 5:45Speaker 4: you have to show intent. Those are the things the
- 5:47Speaker 4: jury has to agree on unanimously that they were proved
- 5:51Speaker 4: beyond a reasonable doubt. Here, what we're doing is taking
- 5:56Speaker 4: the element that actually makes this a felony, because remember,
- 6:00Speaker 4: falsification of records is normally a misdemeanor in New York.
- 6:03Speaker 4: What makes it a felony is that you're concealing or
- 6:06Speaker 4: committing another crime. And here the judges telling them they
- 6:11Speaker 4: don't have to agree about what the other crime is
- 6:14Speaker 4: under circumstances where that not only is what makes this
- 6:17Speaker 4: a felony, which makes it a four year potential prison penalty.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Rather than a year or less.
- 6:24Speaker 4: But it's also what gets us into the courtroom because
- 6:27Speaker 4: if this had been a misdemeanor, the time to bring
- 6:31Speaker 4: this case would have lapsed in twenty nineteen. So the
- 6:34Speaker 4: only reason they're still able to bring this case is
- 6:36Speaker 4: because it's a felony allegedly. And yet now the judge
- 6:39Speaker 4: is saying, you know, you don't have to agree on
- 6:42Speaker 4: what the felony is.
- 6:43Speaker 1: You don't have to agree on what the felony is.
- 6:45Speaker 1: In translation, they made it all up. So if you
- 6:49Speaker 1: look at where we are right now, it is number
- 6:53Speaker 1: one shocking that the judge in this case told the
- 6:56Speaker 1: jury they don't have to unanisily agree on which crime
- 6:59Speaker 1: was committed as long as they all at least pick
- 7:02Speaker 1: one crime, and that among the crimes that they can
- 7:07Speaker 1: pick our ones. Trump wasn't even charged with. Now, this
- 7:14Speaker 1: is exactly what kind of a sham trial looks like.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Marco Rubio put it out and said, this is I'm
- 7:21Speaker 1: going to quotehim. He said, this is exactly the kind
- 7:23Speaker 1: of sham trial that trial used against political opponents of
- 7:27Speaker 1: the regime in the old Soviet Union. Is the way
- 7:32Speaker 1: that he described it. He again is absolutely right. So
- 7:36Speaker 1: where are we? The jury deliberations in the Trump trial
- 7:40Speaker 1: ended Wednesday for the day with no verdict.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Reached and a judge who is.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Now running a sham trial in the same way that
- 7:51Speaker 1: Russia the old Soviet Union used to go after their
- 7:54Speaker 1: political opponents. So judge telling you, hey, you guys can
- 7:57Speaker 1: you don't have to be unanimous against any of these crimes.
- 8:00Speaker 2: You guys pick and choose which ones you like. We
- 8:02Speaker 2: don't really care.
- 8:04Speaker 1: And among the crimes that you can pick from are
- 8:07Speaker 1: ones that Trump wasn't even charged with, and we're totally
- 8:10Speaker 1: good with it.
- 8:11Speaker 2: You guys, just give me a guilty verdict.
- 8:14Speaker 1: By the way, if you want to know how excited
- 8:17Speaker 1: the left was after the judge went rogue in the
- 8:21Speaker 1: same way they went in the USSR Andrew Weissman on
- 8:26Speaker 1: MSNBC put it this way, as you've noted.
- 8:30Speaker 5: With despection Judge Marshaan, I mean, I am, I'm like, no,
- 8:34Speaker 5: you know, I felt like a man.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Crush on him. He is such a great.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't
- 8:41Speaker 5: have the same impression. And he's just you just keep
- 8:44Speaker 5: on thinking if you looked in a dictionary for judicial temperament,
- 8:48Speaker 5: that's what you get with.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I mean, this is this is Russia, right like, like
- 8:54Speaker 1: they should be proud, this is this is truly.
- 8:58Speaker 2: A Russian move.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Let me just give you some other legal experts and
- 9:03Speaker 1: what they've said about what just happened. Jonathan Turley said
- 9:09Speaker 1: he has ruled that the jury will not be giving
- 9:12Speaker 1: copies of the instructions, but.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Can ask for them to be read to them.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Again, like he basically doesn't want this in writing, the
- 9:20Speaker 1: judge is giving this standard instructions that they can reach
- 9:26Speaker 1: inferences based on facts, such as inferring that it rained
- 9:30Speaker 1: from seeing people in raincoats. It is a rather Quinn instruction.
- 9:35Speaker 1: After Merchant allowed the prosecutors to state as a fact
- 9:41Speaker 1: that federal election violations occurred in this case.
- 9:44Speaker 2: This is again coming from Jonathan Turley.
- 9:46Speaker 1: There is no such violation in this case, but Merchant
- 9:48Speaker 1: did nothing to correct the erroneous impression to carry Ford
- 9:52Speaker 1: the analogy Senglass was just yelling at the jury that
- 9:56Speaker 1: there was a virtual hurricane on a p sunny day,
- 10:01Speaker 1: but the judge remained entirely silent. He went on to
- 10:05Speaker 1: also say this merchant also instructed that they may consider
- 10:11Speaker 1: the interests of the witness and the outcome of the case.
- 10:14Speaker 1: One of the least convincing parts of closing arguments the
- 10:17Speaker 1: prosecution was a claim that Michael Cohen was attacking Trump
- 10:20Speaker 1: and selling merchandise.
- 10:21Speaker 2: To feed his family.
- 10:23Speaker 1: All right, let me take a moment and talk to
- 10:24Speaker 1: you real quick about your retirement and inflation and the
- 10:27Speaker 1: eroding of the power of the dollar. Right now, inflation
- 10:31Speaker 1: is well above what the Fed's target rate is.
- 10:35Speaker 2: You know what's happened.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Consumer prices are much higher than they were last year,
- 10:40Speaker 1: or the year before and the year before that. That's
- 10:42Speaker 1: why all of us need a financial plan that ensures
- 10:45Speaker 1: that money that we save today will be enough for
- 10:47Speaker 1: us tomorrow. And that's why I've diversified my investments to
- 10:50Speaker 1: include gold and silver. Now, there are a lot of
- 10:54Speaker 1: gold and silver companies. You hear them every day if
- 10:57Speaker 1: you listen to conservative podcasts or talk radio, if you
- 11:00Speaker 1: watch TV conservative networks, you'll see tons of companies. Well,
- 11:04Speaker 1: let me tell you about Freedom Gold USA. Reason why
- 11:07Speaker 1: I love them. They preach protection and diversifying your assets.
- 11:11Speaker 1: They will not take you to put all your money
- 11:13Speaker 1: in gold and silver. Now here's the other thing that
- 11:15Speaker 1: is really important to you. You work hard for your money,
- 11:17Speaker 1: just like I do. And on average they charge twenty
- 11:20Speaker 1: five to thirty percent less than most major gold and
- 11:25Speaker 1: silver firms. So the ones that you hear from, they're
- 11:28Speaker 1: gonna charge you, on average twenty five to thirty percent
- 11:32Speaker 1: more than what you're gonna pay. When you call my
- 11:35Speaker 1: friends at Freedom Gold USA, now you can take control
- 11:39Speaker 1: your financial future right now, and you can also get
- 11:42Speaker 1: free silver in your account. They will walk you through
- 11:45Speaker 1: the process, talk to you about about diversifying your investments
- 11:48Speaker 1: your IRA you'r four O one k, or having just
- 11:51Speaker 1: physical gold in your safe. Take control now. Visit FREEDOMGOLDUSA
- 11:56Speaker 1: dot com slash ben that's Freedom Gold USA dot com
- 12:01Speaker 1: slash ben, or you can call them one eight hundred
- 12:05Speaker 1: sixty five five eight eight four to three. That's one
- 12:08Speaker 1: eight hundred sixty five five eight eight four three or
- 12:11Speaker 1: I'm on it, Freedom Gold USA dot com slash ben.
- 12:15Speaker 2: All right now.
- 12:16Speaker 1: The sand Glass portrayed Cohen as struggling in his luxury,
- 12:20Speaker 1: multimillion dollar condo while making millions. It was a far
- 12:25Speaker 1: crime from the pushing a food cart down Broadway to
- 12:28Speaker 1: support his family. But when you have a rigged juror
- 12:31Speaker 1: a rig trial, this is what you do at the
- 12:34Speaker 1: very end of it. So if if he hasn't been
- 12:38Speaker 1: charged with the crime, charge him with a crime.
- 12:42Speaker 2: If you think he's guilty.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Of something, then just figure out a way to find
- 12:46Speaker 1: him guilty for something else. These are the instructions of
- 12:49Speaker 1: the judge. The judges say that he wants to stay
- 12:53Speaker 1: close to standard instructions. The problem is the case anything
- 12:56Speaker 1: but standard. And now you got a real problem, and
- 13:00Speaker 1: that is that you have.
- 13:04Speaker 2: A judge that's insane. A court case is insane.
- 13:08Speaker 1: And the fact that you give jurors payper instructions every time,
- 13:13Speaker 1: but this time you don't tells you just how rigged
- 13:16Speaker 1: it actually is. I want you to listen to a
- 13:19Speaker 1: guy Benson, guy's a friend of mine at Fox. He
- 13:21Speaker 1: said this about his worry for the outcome of this case,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and I couldn't agree with him more.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Listen, and the.
- 13:28Speaker 6: Other thing that I worry about Dana frankly, And we'll
- 13:30Speaker 6: see what the jury decides. And I'm pulling for an
- 13:32Speaker 6: acquittal or at least a hung jury, because I think
- 13:35Speaker 6: this trial, based on these facts is an absolute joke,
- 13:39Speaker 6: or you had the previous DA in Manhattan look at
- 13:41Speaker 6: this and decide no charges. You have the DOJ look
- 13:43Speaker 6: at these exact same facts, no charges. The FEC, which
- 13:47Speaker 6: governs this realm, didn't even find Donald Trump over this.
- 13:51Speaker 2: But you have Alvin Bragg.
- 13:52Speaker 6: Deciding, oh, let's try to put him in prison for
- 13:54Speaker 6: more than one hundred years based on this legal bank
- 13:57Speaker 6: shot that no one has ever even tried before. I
- 14:00Speaker 6: think that is sort of an astonishing thing. And you're
- 14:04Speaker 6: talking about the norms that we have enjoyed for a
- 14:08Speaker 6: long time in this country and this creeping sense of
- 14:12Speaker 6: things coming unglued. There is a very real possibility data
- 14:17Speaker 6: that let's say this New York jury decides to they're confused,
- 14:21Speaker 6: but the procetitution says, look look at this blizzard of
- 14:23Speaker 6: icky stuff. Let's convict him of something, and they go
- 14:26Speaker 6: along with it. Then this moves on to appeal. So
- 14:29Speaker 6: you've got the term convicted felon slapped onto Donald Trump's
- 14:33Speaker 6: forehead for the next several months leading into an election.
- 14:36Speaker 6: Then let's say Trump for that reason narrowly loses the election.
- 14:40Speaker 6: I'm not saying that's what's going to happen. I'm just saying,
- 14:41Speaker 6: in a very plausible hypothetical situation, then that conviction gets overturned.
- 14:47Speaker 6: As many of the legal eagles say that, it would
- 14:49Speaker 6: be as a slam dunk on appeal because of the
- 14:52Speaker 6: buffet of appealable items here after the election.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Think about what that would do to the AMA people.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Tens of millions of people who would look.
- 15:02Speaker 6: At the fact pattern and say this was completely politicized.
- 15:06Speaker 2: They got a temporary verdict for.
- 15:08Speaker 6: The purpose of winning an election, and then it got
- 15:11Speaker 6: wiped out after the election. That would be I think,
- 15:14Speaker 6: another major nail in the coffin of many people's perception
- 15:20Speaker 6: of general fairness and equality under the law in our system.
- 15:24Speaker 2: This is what you call election interference.
- 15:28Speaker 1: And by the way, the Left knows this, They know
- 15:31Speaker 1: this is insane. They were hedging their bets that this
- 15:35Speaker 1: case was going to be a blowout victory for Trump
- 15:38Speaker 1: twenty four hours ago. They were doing this, and the
- 15:41Speaker 1: reason why is because they couldn't even imagine a judge
- 15:45Speaker 1: that would give these non written instructions to a jury
- 15:49Speaker 1: to just get a conviction no matter what, at all costs.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Listen to a CNN legal analyst describing this case.
- 16:00Speaker 3: What Michael's getting at is that is the burden proof
- 16:03Speaker 3: is an important want to remind everyone.
- 16:05Speaker 2: It's on the prosecution right.
- 16:06Speaker 3: They need to improve the unreasonable doubt that he committed,
- 16:08Speaker 3: that Donald Trump broke the law. And you think, if
- 16:10Speaker 3: you listening to all of this, you think they fell short?
- 16:12Speaker 2: How they fell way short?
- 16:14Speaker 7: Because let's start with reasonable doubt. What is reasonable doubt?
- 16:18Speaker 7: And it's not simply a doubt based upon reason. Anytime
- 16:22Speaker 7: a human being needs to make an important decision in life,
- 16:28Speaker 7: if you have enough information, for example, doctor says you
- 16:32Speaker 7: need open heart surgery, Doc go ahead and schedule, I
- 16:37Speaker 7: don't have a reasonable doubt. Conversely, if I say I
- 16:40Speaker 7: appreciate it, but I need a second opinion, I need
- 16:43Speaker 7: more information, that is having a reasonable doubt.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Now, why did this CNN legal analyst say it that way?
- 16:51Speaker 2: He said it that way because he.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Was expecting that this was going to be a very
- 16:56Speaker 1: clear victory for Donald Trump. But when the judge gave
- 17:01Speaker 1: you know this this, Hey, here are your parameters. I'm
- 17:04Speaker 1: not going to give you in writing. I don't want
- 17:06Speaker 1: you to overlook it, and you can ask me questions,
- 17:08Speaker 1: but basically I'm going to give you three different options
- 17:11Speaker 1: to get a conviction. Here, you can some of you
- 17:14Speaker 1: can say violated federal election law.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Others can say no.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Some of you can say false location of business documents.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Others can disagree. Some of you can say tax law valuations.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Or if you just sing he broke the law in general, we'll.
- 17:27Speaker 8: Go with that.
- 17:28Speaker 2: It doesn't have to be unanimous on those three options.
- 17:31Speaker 2: The jury, I'm going to give you leeway. Like again,
- 17:34Speaker 2: none of this is in writing, just his words.
- 17:36Speaker 1: So a guilty verdict could could be four members agree
- 17:39Speaker 1: on one thing, four on another, and for in another
- 17:41Speaker 1: and bam, all of a sudden, then you guys can
- 17:45Speaker 1: convict Donald Trump. Now, I also believe this judge hates
- 17:50Speaker 1: Trump so much that he is no longer a.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Judge.
- 17:58Speaker 1: He is a radical left wing activists who is living
- 18:01Speaker 1: out his dream to be important like a psychopath, to
- 18:07Speaker 1: be the center of the universe at a pivotal moment
- 18:10Speaker 1: in history like a psychopath, and to be an individual
- 18:16Speaker 1: that is able to actually sway a presidential election to
- 18:21Speaker 1: his candidate of choice, which he's given money to, in
- 18:24Speaker 1: Joe Biden. The evidence is overwhelming. Donald Trump didn't do anything.
- 18:34Speaker 1: There are some that said, well, Donald Trump's behavior turned
- 18:39Speaker 1: off the jury, for example, and they don't care that
- 18:43Speaker 1: Cohen lied. They don't care that Cohen stole money and
- 18:47Speaker 1: admitted under oath, yes I stole tens of thousands of
- 18:51Speaker 1: dollars from Donald Trump. Like the guy you're supposed to
- 18:55Speaker 1: trust that this entire case is.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Around that the federal government wouldn't bring.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Is a guy that looked at you in the face
- 19:02Speaker 1: and said, yes, I am a con artist. Yes I
- 19:05Speaker 1: am a convicted con artist, I'm a convicted.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Liar, and yes I stole.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Money from my boss Donald Trump.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Twenty four hours ago.
- 19:18Speaker 1: That audio I played for your CNN was what the
- 19:20Speaker 1: media was doing to cover their ables because they were
- 19:23Speaker 1: expecting a hung jury or a not guilty decision from
- 19:29Speaker 1: this jury. This is a moment in history where again
- 19:35Speaker 1: I go back to the point I played for you
- 19:37Speaker 1: also a minute ago from guy Benson. If they geta
- 19:41Speaker 1: now because the rules have completely been changed, this is
- 19:44Speaker 1: a kangaroo court.
- 19:45Speaker 2: This is the USSR back in the day.
- 19:48Speaker 1: If they can get a conviction of Donald Trump knowing
- 19:52Speaker 1: it's going to be overturned, but it won't be overturneduntil
- 19:54Speaker 1: after election day.
- 19:58Speaker 2: They just.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Use this lawsuit to influence and change and alter an election.
- 20:06Speaker 1: That is the definition of election interference. And the wheels
- 20:10Speaker 1: have come off, and I'm not sure we're ever going
- 20:13Speaker 1: to get them back on, because what the Democratic Party
- 20:15Speaker 1: has said is that we're willing to lock up our
- 20:18Speaker 1: political opponents, and we're willing to find places in America
- 20:21Speaker 1: to charge our political opponents with crimes they never committed.
- 20:24Speaker 1: And then we have found judges who are willing to
- 20:27Speaker 1: not abide by the law but have kangaroo courts for
- 20:31Speaker 1: political reasons. This is what they did in Russia under
- 20:36Speaker 1: the USSR's rule.
- 20:38Speaker 2: You know.
- 20:39Speaker 1: One of the things I want to go back to
- 20:40Speaker 1: you real quick also is this obsession with what they've
- 20:43Speaker 1: been saying, and they've been saying it over and over
- 20:45Speaker 1: and over again that while the jury may have been
- 20:48Speaker 1: turned off by Trump's bad boy antics, can you imagine
- 20:52Speaker 1: being Donald Trump sitting through this trial and watching this
- 20:55Speaker 1: injustice be done at your expense and keeping you off
- 20:58Speaker 1: the campaign trail the way that they've been keeping you
- 21:02Speaker 1: off the campaign trail with all of this, How angry
- 21:05Speaker 1: would you be?
- 21:06Speaker 2: How much would you just sit there and not want
- 21:08Speaker 2: to lose your mind?
- 21:10Speaker 1: If I was being charged with these crimes and watching
- 21:14Speaker 1: what was happening and witnessing it all. Okay, I would
- 21:19Speaker 1: be sitting there and again I would be going absolutely
- 21:23Speaker 1: utterly insane because you know that this is a kangaroo court.
- 21:28Speaker 2: You know it like you know that this is a
- 21:32Speaker 2: kangaroo court.
- 21:35Speaker 1: You understand what's going on here, and they're keeping you off, right,
- 21:42Speaker 1: They're like they're keeping you off the campaign trail.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Donald Trump came out today.
- 21:49Speaker 1: And this is what he had to say to America
- 21:52Speaker 1: about what was happening in the courtroom today.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 21:56Speaker 1: In his own words, I would say, and listening to
- 22:00Speaker 1: the charges from the judges, as you know, very.
- 22:03Speaker 9: Conflicted and corrupt. Because of the confliction, very very corrupt.
- 22:11Speaker 9: Mother Teresa could not be these charges.
- 22:14Speaker 2: These charges are rigged. The whole thing is rigged.
- 22:18Speaker 8: The whole country's have mess between the borders and fake elections,
- 22:22Speaker 8: and you have a trial like this where the judges
- 22:26Speaker 8: so conflicted, he can't breathe he's going to do his job.
- 22:31Speaker 2: And the stuff for me that I can tell you,
- 22:33Speaker 2: it's a disgrace.
- 22:35Speaker 8: And I mean that Mother Teresa could not be those charges.
- 22:37Speaker 8: But we'll see, we'll see how we do. It's a
- 22:41Speaker 8: very disgraceful situation. Every single legal scholar and the experts
- 22:45Speaker 8: said this is no case. It shouldn't be brought, and
- 22:49Speaker 8: it certainly could have been brought seven years ago, not
- 22:52Speaker 8: in the middle of.
- 22:53Speaker 2: The presidential election. It was all done by Joe Biden.
- 22:57Speaker 8: This judge contributed to Joe Biden and far worse. Said that,
- 23:00Speaker 8: But I'm not allowed to talk about it because I
- 23:02Speaker 8: have a gay quarterer far worse than that, by a
- 23:05Speaker 8: thousand times worse than that.
- 23:06Speaker 2: The worst I've ever heard. But I can't talk about it.
- 23:09Speaker 2: It'll be talked about it, but I'm not allowed to
- 23:11Speaker 2: talk about it. But It'll be.
- 23:13Speaker 8: Talked about in the history books. What's happening here is
- 23:17Speaker 8: weaponization at the level that nobody's seen before ever. Then
- 23:21Speaker 8: they shouldn't be allowed to happen. So I'll stay around here.
- 23:24Speaker 8: This is five weeks. Then five weeks are really essentially
- 23:28Speaker 8: not campaigning, although I took a big lead in the
- 23:30Speaker 8: polls over the last few weeks. Something that's going on
- 23:34Speaker 8: because I think the people of this country see that
- 23:36Speaker 8: this is a rig deal. It's a weaponized deal for
- 23:39Speaker 8: the Democrats to hit their political opponents for Joe Biden
- 23:44Speaker 8: the worst president in.
- 23:46Speaker 2: The history of the United States.
- 23:47Speaker 8: He's destroying our Country's letting millions of people from jails,
- 23:51Speaker 8: from prisons, from insanus adams, from mental institutions, drug dealers
- 23:57Speaker 8: pour in Venezuela up. If you look at their crime statistics,
- 24:02Speaker 8: they've gone down seventy two percent. In cried because they're
- 24:06Speaker 8: releasing all their criminals into our country because of this
- 24:09Speaker 8: horrible president that we had. And then they have a
- 24:13Speaker 8: protest of Robert de nire Yes, and he's a fool.
- 24:15Speaker 8: He's a broken down fool standing out there. He got
- 24:20Speaker 8: maggot here, he got maggot yestad, he got a big
- 24:23Speaker 8: dose out.
- 24:25Speaker 2: But I just want to say, it's a very unfair trial.
- 24:28Speaker 2: It should have never happened.
- 24:30Speaker 8: If it was going to happen, it should have happened
- 24:32Speaker 8: seven years. He goes, you know, Bragg didn't want to
- 24:34Speaker 8: bring it, The Southern District didn't bring it, the FEC
- 24:39Speaker 8: didn't bring it. This jug didn't even let us. Here's
- 24:41Speaker 8: the number one election attorney.
- 24:43Speaker 2: He's making the rules.
- 24:45Speaker 8: He doesn't know anything about elections. He doesn't or anything
- 24:49Speaker 8: about voting and vote counts.
- 24:51Speaker 2: He doesn't know anything about this stuff. That's so there's
- 24:53Speaker 2: a profession.
- 24:55Speaker 8: We had the leading election expert of the country, Brad Smith,
- 25:00Speaker 8: ready to us if I wouldn't let him know, they
- 25:03Speaker 8: wouldn't let another gentleman who represent it.
- 25:06Speaker 2: And you know very well you saw it. It was
- 25:08Speaker 2: the worst I think I've ever seen.
- 25:09Speaker 8: It that were treated on the stand. Buck Castella wouldn't
- 25:14Speaker 8: let him talk about all of the the hundreds of
- 25:16Speaker 8: emails that he was sended by a gentleman, another gentleman
- 25:20Speaker 8: who I can't mention it because I'm gagged every time
- 25:23Speaker 8: I speak to you.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Yes, any simple questions, I'm not.
- 25:25Speaker 8: Allowed to give you the answer because I'm gagged by
- 25:27Speaker 8: this judge. But we have a very very serious problem there.
- 25:31Speaker 2: I mean, our country's going bad. And remember, and let
- 25:34Speaker 2: me just leave you with this.
- 25:35Speaker 8: This is all because of Joe biden Is and.
- 25:38Speaker 2: I don't even think it's if.
- 25:39Speaker 8: I don't think he's smart enough to think about it.
- 25:41Speaker 8: But it's the people that's around him in the office.
- 25:45Speaker 2: They're smart.
- 25:45Speaker 8: They're fascists, they're communists, but they're smart, and they're ruining
- 25:48Speaker 8: our country. But we're going to win this election November fifth,
- 25:53Speaker 8: going to be the most important day in the history
- 25:56Speaker 8: of our country. We're going to take back our country
- 25:58Speaker 8: from these fascists, and he's thugs that are destroying us
- 26:02Speaker 8: with inflation and with everything they do. How stupid they
- 26:06Speaker 8: are allowing fifteen, sixteen, seventeen million people into our country.
- 26:10Speaker 8: Going to be totally unvented, totally unchecked.
- 26:13Speaker 2: We're going to bring back our nation.
- 26:15Speaker 8: November fifth, remember the most important day in the history
- 26:19Speaker 8: of our country. In the meantime, this trial is rigged.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Thank you, This trial is rigged. Thank you.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Why did he say it's rigged because he just heard
- 26:29Speaker 1: the instructions to the jury. He just heard how they
- 26:32Speaker 1: changed the entire game in two seconds.
- 26:36Speaker 2: He just heard everything witnessed it.
- 26:41Speaker 1: I mean, if I'm Donald Trump right now, I'm like, yeah, sure,
- 26:44Speaker 1: they're gonna get me right, Like, this isn't a real
- 26:46Speaker 1: court case. He's been saying it's rigged, but no one
- 26:51Speaker 1: could have imagined just how rigged it was actually going
- 26:57Speaker 1: to be until that judge said, I got to get
- 27:00Speaker 1: a conviction, throw out all the rules. You have basically
- 27:06Speaker 1: no real guidance from me. You can come up with,
- 27:11Speaker 1: like whatever you want to come up with. Nothing has
- 27:14Speaker 1: to be unanimous if you think he may have committed
- 27:19Speaker 1: some act of criminal activity, some random crime, Like, we're
- 27:22Speaker 1: going to run with it. We'll go with it, and
- 27:25Speaker 1: you guys can just trust me that we're going to
- 27:28Speaker 1: get this done somehow, some way. So like, get on board.
- 27:35Speaker 1: We hate Trump, We're in New York for a reason.
- 27:38Speaker 1: The charges were brought here for a reason, and let's
- 27:43Speaker 1: make sure that we do this today. Because the one
- 27:47Speaker 1: thing they understand is this Joe Biden can walk around
- 27:54Speaker 1: and during the debate and he can say, you're you're
- 27:57Speaker 1: a count onners, you're a criminal, You're a felon.
- 28:01Speaker 2: That's going to work on somebody.
- 28:04Speaker 1: I mean, you go back to the MSNBC Andrew Weisman
- 28:07Speaker 1: on the judge. He wants to sleep with this judge
- 28:11Speaker 1: basically as you've noted.
- 28:14Speaker 5: With despect Judge Marshaan. I mean, I am like, now
- 28:17Speaker 5: you know, I have like a man crush on him.
- 28:19Speaker 2: He is such a great.
- 28:22Speaker 5: Judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't
- 28:24Speaker 5: have the same impression.
- 28:26Speaker 2: And he's just you just keep on thinking.
- 28:28Speaker 5: If you looked at a dictionary for judicial temperament, that's.
- 28:32Speaker 2: What you get. Judicial temperament. That's what you get.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Yeah, in Russia, in the USSR, back in the day,
- 28:42Speaker 1: this is what you get. You got to understand, Like
- 28:45Speaker 1: in Russia right now, these judges don't do anything. They
- 28:50Speaker 1: just take orders from the Kremlin, they take orders from Putin.
- 28:53Speaker 1: This is what happened back in the day, right, Hey,
- 28:55Speaker 1: you got a political opponent out there, Yeah, let's bring
- 28:57Speaker 1: charge against them.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Doesn't have to be real, we make it up. Will
- 29:00Speaker 2: throw the book at.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Him, and I'm going to convict him because I am
- 29:04Speaker 1: a judge as being told exactly what to do here.
- 29:08Speaker 1: And that is exactly what happens each and every single time,
- 29:13Speaker 1: and everybody knows it.
- 29:15Speaker 2: It's very very very clear.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah, just just just run with this, okay, Well,
- 29:22Speaker 1: well yeah, we need you to lock this guy up,
- 29:24Speaker 1: got it. In socialist countries, in Marxist countries, this is
- 29:30Speaker 1: how you play the game. And it works because you
- 29:34Speaker 1: don't have to worry about losing an election. You just
- 29:37Speaker 1: rig it to make sure that the people that you
- 29:41Speaker 1: want to run against they don't have a chance. Are
- 29:44Speaker 1: the people that want to run against you, they don't
- 29:46Speaker 1: have a chance. Again, that's election interference, which is exactly
- 29:51Speaker 1: what This entire case is about they know the case
- 29:54Speaker 1: isn't serious and they're not there.
- 29:56Speaker 2: It's not Let me let me phrase it a different way.
- 30:00Speaker 1: This is not about actually convicting Donald Trump of a crime.
- 30:05Speaker 1: This is about time Donald Trump in court number one,
- 30:09Speaker 1: being able to use a conviction against him while he's running,
- 30:13Speaker 1: knowing that's going to be overturned on appeal. They know
- 30:16Speaker 1: he's not guilty, and they know they're not going to
- 30:19Speaker 1: even get away with it long term, like Donald Trump
- 30:22Speaker 1: is not actually going to go to jail. The conviction
- 30:26Speaker 1: is not about an actual conviction. It's about politics, and
- 30:30Speaker 1: the politics are in fact very clear. We just want
- 30:34Speaker 1: to run against him through November fifth, saying he is
- 30:37Speaker 1: a liar and a convicted felon. Do you really want
- 30:41Speaker 1: a convicted felon to be the president of the United
- 30:43Speaker 1: States of America. They know it'll be overturned, but not
- 30:47Speaker 1: before election day. The appeal will take longer than that,
- 30:50Speaker 1: and they know it and they love it. Make sure
- 30:53Speaker 1: you share this podcast please wherever you are. We're going
- 30:57Speaker 1: to keep covering this when the verdict comes out. I
- 30:59Speaker 1: am much less optimistic now than I was twenty four
- 31:04Speaker 1: hours ago, because now the rules have changed yet again
- 31:08Speaker 1: to almost guarantee some sort of conviction against Donald Trump.
- 31:13Speaker 2: I'll see you back here tomorrow.
