Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / DOMINION VOTING MACHINES EXPOSE W TRUMP LEGAL TEAM PART 2!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: There is a new report out, and this is part
- 0:04Speaker 1: two of our expos and Dominion. You can go back
- 0:06Speaker 1: and listen to part one, but this part two, I
- 0:09Speaker 1: want you to hear this. Ninety six percent of Dominion
- 0:11Speaker 1: Voting Systems political donations went to Democrats. That's right. Of
- 0:18Speaker 1: ninety six political donations coming from employees of Dominion Voting Systems,
- 0:22Speaker 1: nearly ninety six percent of contributions were directed to Democratic candidates.
- 0:28Speaker 1: The company in question, as I said, Dominion Voting Systems
- 0:32Speaker 1: improperly counted ballots in Michigan. We know that and caused
- 0:39Speaker 1: quote several glitches that required extended voting hours and delayed results.
- 0:45Speaker 1: We also know that it actually changed the outcome of
- 0:47Speaker 1: a local election, which then had to be changed back.
- 0:48Speaker 1: And they said, no, no, don't worry, it's human error. Well,
- 0:51Speaker 1: Federal Election Commission records revealed the company is overwhelmingly staffed
- 0:56Speaker 1: by Democratic donors, perhaps contributing to the nation as to
- 1:00Speaker 1: how these machines seem to always malfunction exclusively for Joe
- 1:05Speaker 1: Biden's benefit. Joining me now to talk about this is
- 1:10Speaker 1: a member of Trump's legal team, Jordan's secular Jordan, I
- 1:14Speaker 1: appreciate you coming on. There is so much misinformation out
- 1:18Speaker 1: there about dominion. There's a lot of things that the
- 1:21Speaker 1: big tech immediately refuses to allow you to even get
- 1:24Speaker 1: out or even ask questions before they market as Parsley
- 1:26Speaker 1: Foss or fake news, and they try to shut you
- 1:28Speaker 1: down for even talking about dominion. But we do know
- 1:31Speaker 1: that Dominion had issues on election day. We also know
- 1:36Speaker 1: that these FEC records that are coming out saying ninety
- 1:39Speaker 1: percent of Dominion voting systems political donations went to Democrats.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I think that's at least something we should be talking about.
- 1:46Speaker 1: When you look at what you guys have seen, how
- 1:49Speaker 1: concerned are you by this company in question? Yes, so
- 1:52Speaker 1: Sidney Powell, who is on our legal team and is
- 1:56Speaker 1: I think well known now because she came into do
- 1:59Speaker 1: a great job still representing Mike Flynn, but she's kind
- 2:02Speaker 1: of a dominion Dominion voting systems. I think the biggest
- 2:06Speaker 1: disadvantage we have in is time because it's a tech company,
- 2:10Speaker 1: and getting the information because it was used so widely.
- 2:14Speaker 1: This system was adopted the thirty seven states, including all
- 2:17Speaker 1: the states that are kind of in question through these
- 2:20Speaker 1: legal challenges and and so obviously she was talking about
- 2:24Speaker 1: from Wisconsin to Michigan, to Georgia to Nevada, Arizona, and
- 2:30Speaker 1: of course Pennsylvania as well, and so you know we've
- 2:34Speaker 1: got this is this is the week I've said for
- 2:38Speaker 1: the campaign. And of course Rudy Giuliani was in court
- 2:40Speaker 1: today in Pennsylvania on a matter involving not the pole
- 2:45Speaker 1: watcher that one just came out. That was a pole
- 2:47Speaker 1: watching case of the Pennsylvania Screen Court that the Trump
- 2:51Speaker 1: campaign didn't lose. I don't want to people get confused
- 2:53Speaker 1: about that, but in this one, it was an equal
- 2:55Speaker 1: protection case. This is just to get through the motion
- 2:58Speaker 1: to the Smiths because in some counties they called you
- 3:01Speaker 1: to come and fix your vote, and in other counties
- 3:03Speaker 1: they did not. So it's called curing your vote, and
- 3:06Speaker 1: it's kind of they didn't have and it seemed like
- 3:09Speaker 1: they only occurred in Democrat counties and there's no evidence
- 3:12Speaker 1: that any Republican counties offered anyone the ability to cure
- 3:16Speaker 1: their vote. So problems there and and then that would
- 3:19Speaker 1: be an equal protection issue under the federal law in
- 3:23Speaker 1: the Constitution. So that that challenge and there's a Nevada
- 3:26Speaker 1: challenge that will affect upwards of one hundred and sixty
- 3:31Speaker 1: thousand votes. It's two different, two different claims that will
- 3:35Speaker 1: be filed today at least in Nevada. And in that case,
- 3:39Speaker 1: it's about the one hundred and sixty thousand votes out
- 3:42Speaker 1: of Clark County, which is where Las Vegas, so it's
- 3:45Speaker 1: the largest county in Nevada, just throughout their board of Elections,
- 3:50Speaker 1: one hundred and sixty thousand votes for a city council race.
- 3:55Speaker 1: But because they said they picked up too much fraud
- 3:57Speaker 1: in that race, which was very close, like I think
- 3:59Speaker 1: a pin vote lead by the Democrat, and so they
- 4:03Speaker 1: threw out those votes and they're going to have a
- 4:05Speaker 1: revote on the city council race, but they're keeping the
- 4:08Speaker 1: one hundred and sixty thousand votes that they found were
- 4:10Speaker 1: fraudulent or had so many problems with fraud they had
- 4:13Speaker 1: to throwout an entire rate. I mean a lot of
- 4:15Speaker 1: votes are I'm talking about the three thousand here, but
- 4:18Speaker 1: they're going to keep those in the tally for the
- 4:20Speaker 1: same people who I guess we're committing fraud and that
- 4:23Speaker 1: their votes should still count for Biden or Trump. And
- 4:27Speaker 1: the truth is the campaign is arguing that. And then
- 4:30Speaker 1: of course also in the R and C on the
- 4:34Speaker 1: fact that in Clark County and another county in Nevada,
- 4:37Speaker 1: they turned down the machine which matches your signature so
- 4:43Speaker 1: low that basically all mail in ballots would match, like
- 4:48Speaker 1: everything would match. And so it was it was let's
- 4:51Speaker 1: explain that real quick. So if you understand, because this
- 4:53Speaker 1: is such an important part deal. Yeah, this is such
- 4:56Speaker 1: an important part. The signature matching machine is basically a
- 4:59Speaker 1: computer that matches your signature with your ballot signature, and
- 5:04Speaker 1: you can basically turn up or down the level of accuracy.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Another way of explaining it would be if Apple pretty
- 5:12Speaker 1: much made your fingerprint on your iPhone match with almost
- 5:16Speaker 1: any other finger out there, where they turned down that
- 5:19Speaker 1: it's so low for a match that virtually everybody would match.
- 5:23Speaker 1: And that's what they're being accused of doing there, is
- 5:25Speaker 1: they turned down the signature match the point where it
- 5:27Speaker 1: was almost non existent, exact exactly, and so how and
- 5:32Speaker 1: how that effective votes, of course, and it was certain
- 5:36Speaker 1: kinds of votes that were turned down that way. That
- 5:37Speaker 1: was a favor Joe Biden. So is these mail in
- 5:40Speaker 1: ballot votes and you know, lots of places use system
- 5:44Speaker 1: verification of your you know, sunture checks. They do that
- 5:47Speaker 1: at base, oftentimes looking back at the history kind of
- 5:50Speaker 1: what your signatures look like over time, and or comparing
- 5:55Speaker 1: it to a database like voting, like a driver's license
- 5:58Speaker 1: database at some and like that or at least it's similar.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And again they turned it down to make it where
- 6:05Speaker 1: though she wasn't really doing anything, it was just accepting
- 6:08Speaker 1: all the ballots from certain places within Clark County. So
- 6:13Speaker 1: it was done very specifically in Democrat areas. So again,
- 6:18Speaker 1: so that's two issues. Just in Nevada that could that's
- 6:22Speaker 1: where you could again the outcome of the vote to
- 6:24Speaker 1: be changed. In Pennsylvania, that's still all coming together. I
- 6:28Speaker 1: think the big deal will be to get past this
- 6:30Speaker 1: motion to dismiss. And in Georgia there's also again they're
- 6:36Speaker 1: looking at lawsuits involving the some of the recount efforts
- 6:41Speaker 1: and again even prepping for the Senate races how they
- 6:47Speaker 1: did signature matching as well. You know, I am kind
- 6:53Speaker 1: of shocked and that we are just now kind of
- 6:57Speaker 1: being able to figure this out and hear about it.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Obviously not from you guys standpoint. I'm talking about from
- 7:03Speaker 1: the media here. I mean, some local media is being
- 7:06Speaker 1: forced to cover this. National media is not even mentioning
- 7:09Speaker 1: any of this. And we're talking about what you're describing
- 7:12Speaker 1: as one hundred of thousands of votes now that could
- 7:14Speaker 1: be thrown out that we're done illegally. Uh, the signatures
- 7:19Speaker 1: that were not matched on purpose, allowing them to be
- 7:22Speaker 1: basically almost any signature would would would have a passing grade. Uh.
- 7:26Speaker 1: These are all issues that many are just hearing about
- 7:29Speaker 1: for the very first time. You said something when you
- 7:31Speaker 1: initially got on at the top of this conversation, you said,
- 7:36Speaker 1: it's a time issue. What do you mean by our
- 7:40Speaker 1: biggest problem now is a time issue? Well, I think
- 7:44Speaker 1: the more high tech you mean, like the more high
- 7:46Speaker 1: tech cases and so involved the entire States voting system,
- 7:51Speaker 1: the ability to get in there, the ability to get
- 7:53Speaker 1: into the system to be to get access to it.
- 7:57Speaker 1: And so I think that's why you've got to You'll
- 7:59Speaker 1: have to see if there's action on that by either
- 8:02Speaker 1: the Trump campaign or the R and C or so
- 8:05Speaker 1: one of those entities filed through what Sidney Pale and
- 8:08Speaker 1: her team are doing and by looking at that is
- 8:11Speaker 1: going to happen relatively soon because states starts certifying elections
- 8:16Speaker 1: UM in the next I think in the next day
- 8:18Speaker 1: or two, um, and it's all you know. By December fourteenth,
- 8:22Speaker 1: you're you're pretty much in uh in the Nomah's land.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Now that doesn't mean that if you have active litigation
- 8:29Speaker 1: going on that uh, that you're that times against you anymore,
- 8:34Speaker 1: but there is. All of these cases are on fast tracks,
- 8:36Speaker 1: so you find out very quickly. If you get through
- 8:38Speaker 1: motions to dismiss, then you get to the trial court stage.
- 8:41Speaker 1: It has to be done quickly. Courts understand that. So
- 8:44Speaker 1: the key for the campaign this week and why time
- 8:47Speaker 1: is always against you when you're when you're doing a
- 8:49Speaker 1: put something post election on this scale, when this many
- 8:52Speaker 1: states involved, is to get into as many of these
- 8:56Speaker 1: into court this week as possible. So if you've got
- 8:59Speaker 1: the challenge and you can make the claims legitimately as
- 9:02Speaker 1: an attorney representing the president, of representing the RNC or
- 9:06Speaker 1: representing the Trump campaign, you do it this week maybe
- 9:09Speaker 1: early next week as well, because you want to start
- 9:13Speaker 1: the trial process. That is that's a positive. You do
- 9:16Speaker 1: not want it to be where the only cases hanging
- 9:19Speaker 1: out there like we still have at the US Supreme
- 9:21Speaker 1: Court a stay. I'm counting about ten thousand ballots in Pennsylvania.
- 9:25Speaker 1: They haven't heard the merits to that because I think
- 9:28Speaker 1: the Supreme Court said, Okay, don't add those they shouldn't
- 9:31Speaker 1: have been added to the tally. They're not enough on
- 9:34Speaker 1: alone to turn in Pennsylvania. But there's a lot of
- 9:37Speaker 1: other cases going on in Pennsylvania. But they also haven't
- 9:40Speaker 1: seen anything else from other states make its way to
- 9:43Speaker 1: the Supreme Court yet, So I think they're waiting to
- 9:45Speaker 1: see if the kind of a conglomeration of cases make
- 9:49Speaker 1: their way that would be And this is always a key.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna keep saying this time and time again every interview.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I do outcome determinative the final The top court in
- 9:57Speaker 1: our country will really only get involved in this if
- 10:00Speaker 1: they've got cases before them that, if combined, it would
- 10:03Speaker 1: change the outcome of the election. So that's the goal
- 10:05Speaker 1: of the legal team, that's to put enough of those
- 10:07Speaker 1: in the pipeline and get them in. There's been some
- 10:11Speaker 1: changes on the legal team to people who are have
- 10:13Speaker 1: quicker trial lawyers, and I think we will see that
- 10:16Speaker 1: reflected this week. I want to talk to you about
- 10:19Speaker 1: Georgia and get your reaction to this Senate runoff, which
- 10:22Speaker 1: is so vitally important. Before we get into that, though,
- 10:25Speaker 1: I want to get you to sign your name to
- 10:28Speaker 1: stand with the President to protect the vote. That's right,
- 10:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump is fighting to protect us when it comes
- 10:35Speaker 1: the issue of voter fraud. And if you have not
- 10:38Speaker 1: signed your name to stand with a present to protect
- 10:40Speaker 1: the vote, it's time for you to do it. Right now.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I want you to join the number one conservative organization
- 10:45Speaker 1: in the country AMAC. They have started a petition and
- 10:49Speaker 1: they are asking for millions of Americans to stand with
- 10:54Speaker 1: a present and support his effort to stop voter fraud.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Add your name right now to support President Trump's effortstop
- 11:02Speaker 1: voter fraud. We have more than seventy one thousand of
- 11:05Speaker 1: you that have already signed the petition. Go to ben
- 11:08Speaker 1: free online dot com. You can become a member for free.
- 11:12Speaker 1: You'll get to sign the petition as well, and your
- 11:14Speaker 1: name will be added and this will go to governors,
- 11:19Speaker 1: attorney generals, secretaries of state, state legislators, members of Congress,
- 11:23Speaker 1: and the US Attorney General Bill bar as well as
- 11:26Speaker 1: the Justice Department. Stop sitting on the sidelines. If you're
- 11:28Speaker 1: sick and tired of the assaulting our constitution and our
- 11:31Speaker 1: free and fair election system. Signed the petition now go
- 11:35Speaker 1: to ben free online dot com. That's been free online
- 11:38Speaker 1: dot com. Jordan, I want to talk to you now
- 11:41Speaker 1: about Georgia for a moment. We know that dominion is
- 11:44Speaker 1: used in Georgia. We know that there's been issues with
- 11:47Speaker 1: dominion machines all over the country. And forget the presidential
- 11:51Speaker 1: election for a second. We have a new election happening.
- 11:54Speaker 1: We're gonna see unprecedented amounts of money coming into Georgia.
- 11:58Speaker 1: These candidates are going to be fighting for their political
- 12:01Speaker 1: life because I think it's pretty obvious now, and you
- 12:03Speaker 1: agree with me. I think both these Senate seats will
- 12:07Speaker 1: go one way or the other. And Democrats know they
- 12:09Speaker 1: can have a House, Senate and the White House that
- 12:11Speaker 1: they went in Georgia. In their opinion, that's what they believe.
- 12:14Speaker 1: That's why they're going all in on this. How concern
- 12:16Speaker 1: should people be about this new vote that's about to
- 12:19Speaker 1: take place and these voting machines. So I think very
- 12:23Speaker 1: concerned about this new vote. I've been in Consultatia with
- 12:27Speaker 1: because of our representation to the president, with the R
- 12:30Speaker 1: and C lawyers and even our lawyers in the Georgia
- 12:33Speaker 1: Republican Party and down there in our sc the National
- 12:38Speaker 1: Republican Senatorial Committee, they're very concerned about that. This also
- 12:43Speaker 1: the way they are matching signatures that come in and
- 12:48Speaker 1: so they're looking at whether or not there's got to
- 12:50Speaker 1: be an ID chain. It's an ID issue an entirety
- 12:54Speaker 1: pastor signatures, and they're looking at, you know, how are
- 12:57Speaker 1: they going to can they get the Georgia legislature to act,
- 13:00Speaker 1: and so they're they're working on that aspect. This is
- 13:03Speaker 1: really for the Senate race. And I'll tell you this
- 13:06Speaker 1: will be to have two Senate races on the ballot
- 13:09Speaker 1: with an election in January fifth and a lot of money.
- 13:13Speaker 1: I mean that will that one of those races. And
- 13:17Speaker 1: I agree with you, Ben, I think they could kind
- 13:18Speaker 1: of go either way. So it's it's tough for me
- 13:20Speaker 1: to see one Republican winning and one Democrat winning. But
- 13:24Speaker 1: we know that even if that happened, the Republicans would
- 13:28Speaker 1: retain control of the US Senate. So Democrats have to
- 13:32Speaker 1: win both of these to keep Republicans from controlling the
- 13:36Speaker 1: US Senate. That's how key this is. If we have
- 13:39Speaker 1: to deal with a Biden administration and a Pelosi House
- 13:43Speaker 1: of Representatives. A Republican Senate would stop the tax heights,
- 13:48Speaker 1: It would stop most of the major, major kind of
- 13:52Speaker 1: liberal policies like the Green New Deal that Biden would
- 13:55Speaker 1: want to try and implement. So we would have, at
- 13:58Speaker 1: least the mid terms a way to block that and
- 14:01Speaker 1: to block is most controversial nominees to any courts or
- 14:05Speaker 1: to any cabinet positions we could, we would have. We
- 14:08Speaker 1: would still be in charge if we lose those two
- 14:12Speaker 1: Senate seats. If Republicans lose those two Senate seats, I
- 14:15Speaker 1: will tell you even if you don't love these two
- 14:17Speaker 1: Republicans and but you're still a conservative, or you want
- 14:19Speaker 1: a check at least on Joe Biden's policy, if you're
- 14:22Speaker 1: more libertarian and you don't want bigger government, I think
- 14:26Speaker 1: you know these are These are two sentence seats where
- 14:28Speaker 1: if you have the time, somehow they'll they'll figure out ways.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Fore you can volunteer. You can donate, of course, on
- 14:35Speaker 1: each of the candidate's website. And because they need everything
- 14:38Speaker 1: to get the whole Hollywood kind of New York political
- 14:43Speaker 1: world is descending on Georgia with money and resources and people.
- 14:49Speaker 1: So we've got to meet that every because this is it.
- 14:52Speaker 1: I mean, you know, this could be the difference between
- 14:55Speaker 1: a green new Deal working easily through Congress and tax
- 15:00Speaker 1: heights going through almost immediately through Congress and the exact opposite. Well,
- 15:05Speaker 1: and not just that, but a huge attack on our
- 15:07Speaker 1: Second Amendment. We're amendment. We're hearing that there are that
- 15:10Speaker 1: will come after I mean every type of gun they
- 15:13Speaker 1: hate that is scary to them, they would come after
- 15:15Speaker 1: attack it to the point where you couldn't even afford
- 15:17Speaker 1: to buy it. Yeah, they do Second Amendment issues very important.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Then you bring it up, they would try everything they
- 15:24Speaker 1: can to take They will ultimately get challenge you, and
- 15:26Speaker 1: then you have to rely on the Supreme Court to
- 15:27Speaker 1: bail you out of issues. There's some that they've already
- 15:30Speaker 1: given in the power to do so, and those are
- 15:34Speaker 1: more legal base. But also you know, all when we
- 15:37Speaker 1: talk about what would be before them, I mean, you
- 15:39Speaker 1: talk about Second Amendment issues, talk about the funding of
- 15:41Speaker 1: our military, and you know, we've kind of gotten used
- 15:45Speaker 1: to a military which is again rebuilt completely by by
- 15:50Speaker 1: Donald Trump, but also being used rather selectively, and even
- 15:55Speaker 1: while the president is being criticized, they first draw down
- 15:58Speaker 1: in Afghanistan and Iraq again to where it'd be twenty
- 16:01Speaker 1: five hundred troops left in each country still to really
- 16:04Speaker 1: just keep our people who are working in those countries safe,
- 16:08Speaker 1: keep Americans safe through various government intities, and of course
- 16:12Speaker 1: our bases they're there in this season, things like that,
- 16:15Speaker 1: and he's being criticized for that. I'm telling you, you
- 16:18Speaker 1: get to the you get to a Biden world where
- 16:19Speaker 1: he's got the House and the Senate and they had
- 16:23Speaker 1: this weird expansive There's a lot of wars and intensiveification
- 16:28Speaker 1: of battles going on under the Obama administration too, and
- 16:31Speaker 1: like Libya being an example of that, and that rise
- 16:34Speaker 1: of ice is happening under the Obama administration because of
- 16:38Speaker 1: not strategically placing the right troops. So I think you know,
- 16:41Speaker 1: it affects everything, because the Senate is a big check
- 16:44Speaker 1: in the constitution if it's not completely controlled by the
- 16:48Speaker 1: president's party. If and you see that with how we
- 16:51Speaker 1: were able to confirm Judge Barrett so quickly, that's what
- 16:55Speaker 1: you're able to do when you have the White House
- 16:56Speaker 1: and the US Senate, no doubt. I want to ask
- 16:58Speaker 1: you one last question. I get the Jordan's seculo from
- 17:01Speaker 1: the Trump legal team, a good friend of the podcast
- 17:03Speaker 1: here and then the show. One other thing about dominion.
- 17:07Speaker 1: You know, you look at who's running these companies. We
- 17:11Speaker 1: know that the former chief of staff for Nancy Pelosi
- 17:15Speaker 1: is one of their advisors for dominion. We know the
- 17:18Speaker 1: director of vote protection for Obama's twenty twelve campaign are
- 17:21Speaker 1: currently retained by this voting company. And we know that
- 17:23Speaker 1: one of their domain's top software developers actually gave major
- 17:28Speaker 1: donations to move on dot org, which describes themselves a
- 17:31Speaker 1: pillar at the forefront of the anti Trump resistance movement.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Their words, not mine. Is there anything You even had
- 17:39Speaker 1: one of their employees on apparently on a phone call
- 17:43Speaker 1: talking about don't worry, We've got it covered. We know
- 17:45Speaker 1: that Trump will lose. On a phone call with activist
- 17:49Speaker 1: groups before the election, this guy was talking about dominion.
- 17:52Speaker 1: When you hear these things, is there anything left that
- 17:55Speaker 1: the federal government can do to say, hold on a second,
- 17:58Speaker 1: We got to really look at you guys, make sure
- 18:00Speaker 1: you're doing this right. Yeah. I mean, obviously we wouldn't
- 18:04Speaker 1: know because it's usually it's not totally announced, but there
- 18:07Speaker 1: the FBI, remember, and Department of Justice did say they
- 18:10Speaker 1: were sending people out to look at various claims, and
- 18:13Speaker 1: they didn't go into much more detail than that, but
- 18:15Speaker 1: they did do that, and I think that on the
- 18:18Speaker 1: federal level that would have to be the FBI would
- 18:20Speaker 1: have to be doing that as we speak then, because
- 18:22Speaker 1: as we talked about very early when I joined. Earlier
- 18:25Speaker 1: when I joined, is that the time issue is on
- 18:28Speaker 1: the tech side and being able to prove that im
