- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all all looking back to back down, giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them just like amazing bus things. And it's not me
- 0:20Speaker 1: through good Steve Hartley, I don't joy Joy. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turn very arm. You gotta turn to turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. Turn got to turn out to turn turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water. Come, come on your back, I
- 2:02Speaker 1: show will a good morning everybody. You're listening to the
- 2:05Speaker 1: voice I said, come on now, I dig me the
- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay, Now,
- 2:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna be really honest with you this morning. I
- 2:17Speaker 1: really don't know what to say. I really don't. I
- 2:25Speaker 1: was sitting here and I was thinking, what do I
- 2:28Speaker 1: say today. I do know that I want to be encouraging,
- 2:35Speaker 1: uplifting and inspirational in some way to affect somebody today. Oftentimes,
- 2:42Speaker 1: these conversations that I have in the mornings, they're designed
- 2:47Speaker 1: with me because I am. I needed myself, y'all, to
- 2:51Speaker 1: be honest with you. I mean, you know who makes
- 2:56Speaker 1: the comedian laugh? I used to say all the time,
- 3:00Speaker 1: And even though what we talk about in the morning
- 3:03Speaker 1: is not a laughing matter, it kind of like is
- 3:06Speaker 1: it's who I am today? You know, I need motivation
- 3:10Speaker 1: in my life sometimes myself. I think when I get
- 3:14Speaker 1: in moments like this, I often resort back to the
- 3:20Speaker 1: same thing over and over and over. And when I
- 3:25Speaker 1: find myself in certain predicaments, I can always fall back
- 3:31Speaker 1: on the same thing over and over. So while I'm
- 3:34Speaker 1: sitting here trying to figure out what to say to you,
- 3:38Speaker 1: the one thing that I did do this morning that
- 3:41Speaker 1: I find to be very consistent in me is that
- 3:45Speaker 1: I find myself grateful. I'm ever grateful for the things
- 3:51Speaker 1: that God has done for me. I may not always
- 3:55Speaker 1: know what to say, but I know how to say
- 3:58Speaker 1: thank you. I do. I know how to remember and
- 4:02Speaker 1: reflect back on where I come from. I know how
- 4:07Speaker 1: to realize where all my blessings come from. I'm very
- 4:13Speaker 1: very conscious of my journey that I've been on, the
- 4:19Speaker 1: the one that was from then until now, that journey
- 4:23Speaker 1: right there is it's been. It's been. It's been. It's
- 4:28Speaker 1: been difficult, man, it really really has. I ain't gonna
- 4:31Speaker 1: lie to you, um me, becoming successful was very difficult.
- 4:40Speaker 1: But as hard as this is to say, I really
- 4:44Speaker 1: really mean this. I wouldn't change nothing about the trip
- 4:50Speaker 1: I've been on number one, because I can't change anything
- 4:57Speaker 1: about it. So I never lived my life life in regret.
- 5:01Speaker 1: But the main thing is was I discovered along the
- 5:05Speaker 1: way now not doing the process when you're going through
- 5:10Speaker 1: rough moments that you can't hardly see the good in
- 5:13Speaker 1: it at the time. It's just rough for you. It
- 5:16Speaker 1: seems unexplainable, and oftentimes I thought it was unfair. But
- 5:22Speaker 1: as I am now, I needed every single thing that
- 5:25Speaker 1: happened to me, that happened to me to happen to me.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I hope that makes sense to you. I needed everything
- 5:37Speaker 1: to happen in the exact order and the exact way
- 5:41Speaker 1: that it happened in order for me to be the
- 5:45Speaker 1: person that I've become. And that right there, man, is
- 5:51Speaker 1: just very comforting to me. Mister Jakes told me one time,
- 5:56Speaker 1: he said, the closer you get to God, the more
- 5:59Speaker 1: friendly you all become, the more He will reveal to
- 6:04Speaker 1: you or the how it comes and the what fays
- 6:09Speaker 1: of a lot of things has happened to you, Because
- 6:11Speaker 1: a lot of times what troubles us is we just
- 6:14Speaker 1: can't understand why we lost that love one back then
- 6:18Speaker 1: we just can't understand why we didn't get what we
- 6:22Speaker 1: wanted back then. We just don't understand how come our
- 6:26Speaker 1: plan didn't work out and we had to fail so
- 6:29Speaker 1: miserably back then. We don't understand the answers to these things. Well,
- 6:34Speaker 1: the closer I've gotten to God, the more of those
- 6:37Speaker 1: explanations have become crystal clear to me. And See, the
- 6:42Speaker 1: one thing that I came to the realization everybody is
- 6:44Speaker 1: that the things that was happening to me, they wasn't
- 6:48Speaker 1: really all bad. They really wasn't that they didn't taste good.
- 6:52Speaker 1: When it was happening, I didn't enjoy what I was
- 6:55Speaker 1: going through. But as I look back on him and
- 6:58Speaker 1: reflect now, it wasn't all bad. Some of those things
- 7:00Speaker 1: was so necessary for me to get the information because say,
- 7:04Speaker 1: I don't know about you, but I'm kind of hard
- 7:06Speaker 1: headed and stubborn. I said, I don't know about you,
- 7:10Speaker 1: but I'm kind of hard headed and stubborn. I kind
- 7:14Speaker 1: of like to think that I know something about some
- 7:17Speaker 1: things every now and then, and the things I am
- 7:21Speaker 1: convinced about. I don't really really care for people trying
- 7:25Speaker 1: to talk me off mine, so I can be stubborn
- 7:28Speaker 1: and hardheaded. Sometimes God knows that about me. So I
- 7:33Speaker 1: think to get some of the messages crystal clear through
- 7:35Speaker 1: the me that I needed to learn. That was this
- 7:38Speaker 1: process I had to go through. That process was my journey,
- 7:41Speaker 1: It was my trip. It was my WOA, my pain. Say,
- 7:46Speaker 1: everybody got them different, It don't matter what it is.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Everybody got a WOA. Everybody got a pain, everybody got
- 7:52Speaker 1: a trial, everybody got some tribulations, everybody got some challenge.
- 7:56Speaker 1: I don't care who you are, duds, Quit looking at
- 7:58Speaker 1: me thinking that I got it going own, so tough
- 8:01Speaker 1: man ready if Steve, Yeah, it's easy for you to
- 8:03Speaker 1: say that, but you ain't here. You don't know. Wow, Ben,
- 8:08Speaker 1: if you would stop hanging yourself up on your pass,
- 8:11Speaker 1: worrying about your woes and your troubles and the situation
- 8:15Speaker 1: you in, and start praying and start asking God to
- 8:19Speaker 1: get you through it. See a lot of times you
- 8:22Speaker 1: messed it. You messed a message up yourself, because when
- 8:25Speaker 1: you're going through some stuff, you ask God to remove
- 8:27Speaker 1: it and take it away. That ain't the lesson. You
- 8:29Speaker 1: got to learn your lesson Sometimes it's it's gotta be
- 8:34Speaker 1: how to be strong, how to see it through how
- 8:38Speaker 1: to bear under it, how to carry that weight long
- 8:42Speaker 1: distances for long periods of time. That's how you get strong.
- 8:47Speaker 1: The lesson is to make you stronger. But to make
- 8:49Speaker 1: you stronger, you got to carry the weight. You can't
- 8:52Speaker 1: get stronger. You're gonna go to gym or you're gonna
- 8:54Speaker 1: do something at your house to lift your own body weight. See,
- 8:57Speaker 1: a lot of people can't even do push ups down.
- 9:02Speaker 1: They can't get down, And then the course of a day,
- 9:05Speaker 1: give you a hundred push ups because they ain't. They ain't,
- 9:08Speaker 1: They ain't never try to daybody. They get to twenty
- 9:12Speaker 1: and that shake it so bad they stop. Who that's
- 9:14Speaker 1: too much for me. Well, let me tell you something.
- 9:16Speaker 1: So I learned to quit praying to take stuff away.
- 9:19Speaker 1: My prayer became to give me the strength to handle it.
- 9:21Speaker 1: People oftentimes ask me, how do you do all that
- 9:24Speaker 1: you do in the course of the day. I don't
- 9:27Speaker 1: really know. I just know I can because I know
- 9:32Speaker 1: God don't put more on you than you can back.
- 9:35Speaker 1: So when you ask me how you do all of
- 9:37Speaker 1: what you do in the course of the day, I
- 9:39Speaker 1: got God. God is good. He'll get you through whatever
- 9:43Speaker 1: it is you're going through. So when you're tripping and
- 9:45Speaker 1: you don't know what to say, reflect and be grateful
- 9:50Speaker 1: for all you reflect on. Think about God's goodness and
- 9:54Speaker 1: watch what He do for you. That's the cold part. Okay,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you're listening morning show, ladies and Jimmy, Welcome to the
- 10:04Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. I've got sunshine on a cloudy
- 10:13Speaker 1: day when it's cold outside, I got the month of me. Well,
- 10:22Speaker 1: I guess you saved. I guess you saved. What can
- 10:32Speaker 1: make me feel this way? There you go. I'm talking
- 10:38Speaker 1: about my girl. I'm I'm talking about my girl, Hill,
- 10:47Speaker 1: my girl. I've got so honey. What that touched me?
- 10:56Speaker 1: Did that hurt? No? No, that touched me? Okay, touching
- 11:01Speaker 1: and hurting me, it's different. That had on the way.
- 11:05Speaker 1: The rest of my day is gonna go. I've got
- 11:10Speaker 1: so much boy, I just touched myself again. I got
- 11:17Speaker 1: doing this for you. I'm doing this to get my day,
- 11:21Speaker 1: he started. And if you ain't feeling me, that's okay.
- 11:25Speaker 1: We'll have another show to morrow. My motto is, if
- 11:29Speaker 1: you don't like the show today, praise God if he
- 11:32Speaker 1: give us tomorrow. Lady and gentlemen, Charley Strawberry Colin for real,
- 11:37Speaker 1: Mississippi Monica, Junior, kill Spades, Nephew Tommy and Yours truth, Junior, Oh,
- 11:46Speaker 1: what come on, I gotta understand it. I don't know
- 11:50Speaker 1: how does how does Hart singing do that? For you? Well?
- 11:53Speaker 1: You know, it's the emotion of it. It ain't the notes,
- 11:58Speaker 1: it ain't connectivity work. It's the feeling. Okay, it's a feeling, Junior. Yeah,
- 12:09Speaker 1: you know, I'm gonna play something for you a little
- 12:11Speaker 1: bit later on and then you tell me, okay, you know, okay,
- 12:16Speaker 1: how you feel about it, something that you could relate to,
- 12:20Speaker 1: and then we'll see. But it's always the emotion of it,
- 12:24Speaker 1: you know. And you've got to you got to you know,
- 12:28Speaker 1: I think, Junie, you got to lend yourself to that
- 12:30Speaker 1: a little bit more often, because I'm not sure if
- 12:33Speaker 1: you do. That's because I just saw it to look
- 12:37Speaker 1: on your face and everything. It was all on your count.
- 12:40Speaker 1: You was gone. I have to I leave here. When
- 12:44Speaker 1: I do that, I enter the realm. Yeah, of oh

- 12:59Speaker 1: you could relate too, Okay? Looking for something? Oh yeah,
- 13:04Speaker 1: he probably now, Junior, you could relate to this right here,
- 13:09Speaker 1: here we go. Let me play it a little bit
- 13:18Speaker 1: loud meson single. They didn't give a damn about the
- 13:29Speaker 1: note either. Alight, all right, listen, coming up at thirty

- 16:45Speaker 1: So what were we eating if it was this mother chicken?
- 16:48Speaker 1: What was it? Uh? Well, miss Tammy, Like I said,
- 16:53Speaker 1: you know, I got on this kid for making this mistake.
- 16:57Speaker 1: You know, I got on the real bad about it,
- 16:58Speaker 1: but you know, putting the wrong paying on there. But
- 17:00Speaker 1: like I said, this what you guys had was it?
- 17:03Speaker 1: That was a chicken? What was it though, That's what
- 17:06Speaker 1: I'm asking you. What was it? That was actually what
- 17:09Speaker 1: he put on there by mistake mis telling me that
- 17:12Speaker 1: was that was rabbit? What? You can't be serious right now?
- 17:19Speaker 1: Are you out of your rabbit mine? Are you serious

- 17:27Speaker 1: wrong trade on the trucks and then served it to
- 17:30Speaker 1: my family. And you're trying to call me about two
- 17:33Speaker 1: hundred dollars? Are you serious? Who more than that? You
- 17:37Speaker 1: owe me more than that? You don't know who the
- 17:39Speaker 1: because allergic today and you're calling me about two hundred dollars?
- 17:44Speaker 1: Are you out of your mine? Well? I wanted to
- 17:47Speaker 1: credit you all that. You know what I'm saying. No,
- 17:49Speaker 1: and then there's gonna be no credit. There ain't gonna
- 17:51Speaker 1: be no credit. It ain't no credit? Do you mean credit?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Richard could have died, Monty could have died. Lucia. Uh,
- 17:58Speaker 1: we got kids in there. You don't know what dietary needs?
- 18:01Speaker 1: Are you crazy? I mean, would you say you liked it? Though?

- 18:08Speaker 1: off the night. Stupid. Oh, I'm getting an attorney. I'm
- 18:11Speaker 1: done with this. This is stupid, And who do want
- 18:14Speaker 1: to eat bugs? Bunny? Does that right to you? H
- 18:18Speaker 1: Are you stupid? I'm so annoyed right now. Seriously, let
- 18:22Speaker 1: you know, woods people, leen, no country people go with you. Okay,

- 19:17Speaker 1: this is crazy. Oh my god in the morning. This
- 19:29Speaker 1: is crazy. Y're crazy, y'all are gonna get it? This
- 19:33Speaker 1: is crazy? Oh man? All right, damman, tell me this baby,
- 19:39Speaker 1: what is the baddest that I mean the baddest radio
- 19:41Speaker 1: show in the late the Steve Harmy. You are right,
- 19:49Speaker 1: May Yes, I'm just so glad I didn't have rabbits.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I'm so glad you have it. The catering mistake, ladies
- 20:02Speaker 1: and gentlemen, The catering mistake that is none far more
- 20:07Speaker 1: ignorant than I. Yeah, argument, no rabbit in your system
- 20:13Speaker 1: ain't gonna bother you. Chicken and rabbit mistake is very possible. Okay,
- 20:19Speaker 1: next time, next time you caterin, get get get the
- 20:23Speaker 1: rabbit into the rabbits. Rabbit does not taste like chicken.
- 20:27Speaker 1: If your rabbit taste like your chicken, you can't cook chicken.
- 20:31Speaker 1: You need to quit cooking chickens rabbit. All right, nephew,
- 20:45Speaker 1: thank you. Coming up next, it has asked the CLO
- 20:47Speaker 1: with the Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey in the building,
- 20:50Speaker 1: ready for your love questions. Right after this, you're listening
- 20:55Speaker 1: to Steve Morning Show coming up at the top of
- 20:58Speaker 1: the hour and trending headline former President Barack Obama tested
- 21:02Speaker 1: positive for COVID nineteen plus. An entertainment news Kanye called
- 21:08Speaker 1: out one of the Kings of comedy. Who's not true, Steve?
- 21:11Speaker 1: It is d L Hugh Glee, All right, we'll talk
- 21:16Speaker 1: that's right there now, wait a minute, Yeah, we'll sell
- 21:20Speaker 1: you about it. And did you say Will Smith's interview
- 21:23Speaker 1: with Gail s Gail King, Will Smith said that he's
- 21:27Speaker 1: never been unfaithful in his marriage and neither is Jada.
- 21:32Speaker 1: There's no infidelity in their marriage. To interview t yeah,
- 21:44Speaker 1: I am, I'm okay. Well, we'll talk about all of
- 21:47Speaker 1: these stories at the top of the hour, but right
- 21:48Speaker 1: now it is time to ask the ClOH Brittany and
- 21:52Speaker 1: Louisiana writes, my older sister is married to a man
- 21:56Speaker 1: that is my age, and she talks to him like
- 21:58Speaker 1: he's a child he can buy it than me, and
- 22:01Speaker 1: asked if I could talk to her for him. And
- 22:03Speaker 1: I tried talking to her and she accused me of
- 22:06Speaker 1: wanting her husband. What did I do wrong here? You
- 22:10Speaker 1: got into marrital business, right right, you're right. He the
- 22:14Speaker 1: young boy should have never bought his marital troubles to you,
- 22:18Speaker 1: and then you took his and her marrital troubles back
- 22:21Speaker 1: to her. That's what you did wrong. Stay out of
- 22:25Speaker 1: people's marriage because it ain't gonna ever work out. She
- 22:28Speaker 1: married the boy that's your age, and he acts like
- 22:32Speaker 1: a boy. And he just went and told you, my
- 22:35Speaker 1: mommy talking to me play, can you go in? Then
- 22:37Speaker 1: talking to her? And you took your ass in then,
- 22:39Speaker 1: and she didn't cuss both y'all out. If I was you,
- 22:43Speaker 1: I'd be just as scared as your sister as he is.
- 22:51Speaker 1: All right, Moving on to Confused in Tampa. Confused says,
- 22:57Speaker 1: I'm a thirty seven year old married female and I
- 22:59Speaker 1: have a boy friend on the side. I butt diled
- 23:02Speaker 1: my boyfriend and he held the phone as my husband
- 23:06Speaker 1: and I talked about the sex we had the night before.
- 23:08Speaker 1: My boyfriend was upset, like he didn't know I still
- 23:11Speaker 1: have sex with my husband. Is this a sign that
- 23:13Speaker 1: it's time to cut him loose? Oh, he didn't hit it. Well,
- 23:18Speaker 1: I understand. He don't want to hear that. You know,
- 23:22Speaker 1: even though he know he hit, he is second place.
- 23:27Speaker 1: He don't want to hear. He is second Yes it is.
- 23:32Speaker 1: We can't hear. And your ass needs to quit cheating.
- 23:39Speaker 1: If you're gonna be blood dialing people, you got to
- 23:43Speaker 1: put your phone up, man. You got to get that thing. Well,
- 23:47Speaker 1: you as soon as you hang up your phone cut
- 23:48Speaker 1: off instantly. Yeah, usually smarter cheaters than this. Well, why
- 23:55Speaker 1: she she's getting busted? Yeah, but what was she supposed
- 23:59Speaker 1: to do? Since you know so much? No, I'm just
- 24:03Speaker 1: you shut up, just saying women are better. We're gonna
- 24:06Speaker 1: tell what ya that's a that's a known fact. That
- 24:10Speaker 1: shit she have done. Surely. Yeah, of course she shouldn't
- 24:13Speaker 1: have had her phone right there that she could butt
- 24:15Speaker 1: dial it. That's all. Usually women are smarter. We cover
- 24:18Speaker 1: our tracks better, all of that. It's a known fact. Back, girl,
- 24:22Speaker 1: don't don't get mad because because of the truth, because
- 24:25Speaker 1: we damn show have our phone up right this. Yeah, yeah,
- 24:33Speaker 1: so Joe, Joe, when you see your man sleep with
- 24:35Speaker 1: the phone duck tape to his thigh, your attitude, he
- 24:41Speaker 1: is trying to protect you, when you see the phone
- 24:44Speaker 1: on the nightstand and the batteries somewhere else. Hello, you
- 24:47Speaker 1: know what he's doing. Yeah, you're not getting She sucks
- 24:55Speaker 1: and cheating, so she needs to stop. She's an amateur, right,
- 25:01Speaker 1: all right? Next question, moving on to Amorous and Philly
- 25:07Speaker 1: Amareus says, I'm living with a cousin to help her
- 25:09Speaker 1: out financially while she's pregnant. Her dad beat baby. Daddy
- 25:13Speaker 1: has been staying at her house for the past week.
- 25:16Speaker 1: So I told her he needs to chip in on
- 25:18Speaker 1: some bills. She told me to mind my business. Should
- 25:21Speaker 1: I move out? Yeah? Yeah, see you staying with her
- 25:26Speaker 1: to help her out. Uh the dad be boyfrid and
- 25:29Speaker 1: it came over now he drained in the money too.
- 25:32Speaker 1: You go to hush, She tell you, stay in your business.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Take you and all your business and money to and

- 26:00Speaker 1: here where I could mind my business. And I am
- 26:03Speaker 1: so sorry. I should have never gotten in between this.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Who am I to do his damn job? Girl? Let
- 26:11Speaker 1: me step off. Come on, Steve, that's right right now,
- 26:20Speaker 1: so soft our mama. Moving on to Sean in Tennessee.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Sean is a forty year old single man, and he
- 26:37Speaker 1: lives in a townhouse next door to an older black lady.
- 26:41Speaker 1: From day one, she harassed me, he says. She asked,
- 26:45Speaker 1: how can I afford to live there, and she asked,
- 26:47Speaker 1: if I'm a drug dealer, I feel like I might
- 26:49Speaker 1: need to curse her out. Can you offer a better
- 26:52Speaker 1: solution for dealing with this evil old lady? Sean? She
- 26:59Speaker 1: will ye, that's all they see, h she won him.
- 27:05Speaker 1: It reversed. See as you get older, it reverses. See
- 27:10Speaker 1: when you was young and a little boy, and you
- 27:13Speaker 1: like the girl, you picked on, the pull the hair,
- 27:15Speaker 1: all this hid mesters push you know, when you get old,
- 27:23Speaker 1: it's the same harassing. It's just on the do what
- 27:27Speaker 1: you're doing over here, you drug deal up in hire.
- 27:33Speaker 1: What you need to do is slide over that with
- 27:35Speaker 1: some weed. Come and sit down with him, take some edibles.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Come on and sit down with him and make new
- 27:45Speaker 1: friends and she will be all right. Now. I already
- 27:49Speaker 1: know she ain't fine because he would have put that
- 27:52Speaker 1: in the letter. Oh she looked like an old evil
- 27:57Speaker 1: ass walmer. Sometimes you got to do un fine things
- 28:00Speaker 1: though on Sometimes you got No. I'm not a fan
- 28:04Speaker 1: of that. I don't really, I don't like. I ain't
- 28:08Speaker 1: I ain't never slept with nobody to wear a house coach.
- 28:11Speaker 1: I ain't brother just a house coach. Boy, you're missing out.
- 28:18Speaker 1: You ain't never had a sugar april. But you're missing
- 28:21Speaker 1: up boy. I've never been with nobody. Wear girdle, not
- 28:26Speaker 1: spank gird girl. Don't hate on space girdle. You got
- 28:33Speaker 1: girdle on hold of you. I ain't never had to wait.
- 28:37Speaker 1: I ain't had nobody cinnamon pantyholes blod did with the
- 28:42Speaker 1: page coffee. You ain't never had. You ain't never had
- 28:46Speaker 1: nobody with their pantyhole tide right there. But to me,
- 28:49Speaker 1: you ain't never had nobody like I ain't never I ain't.
- 28:54Speaker 1: I ain't never had a woman that could put her
- 28:57Speaker 1: breast in her apron pocket bring down attractive to me,
- 29:05Speaker 1: we got to go crazy, coming up at the top
- 29:09Speaker 1: of the our entertainment news and more ignorance. You know
- 29:12Speaker 1: where you are, Steve Harvey Morning Show. Back after this,
- 29:17Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Former President
- 29:22Speaker 1: Barack Obama announced that he has tested positive for COVID nineteen,
- 29:27Speaker 1: with his symptoms limited to a scratchy throat. I've had
- 29:31Speaker 1: a scratchy throat for a couple of days, but I'm
- 29:33Speaker 1: feeling fine otherwise, Obama, who is six, He wrote on Twitter,
- 29:36Speaker 1: Michelle and I are grateful to be vaccinated and boosted,
- 29:39Speaker 1: and she has tested negative. Good good, very good good news. Yea,
- 29:46Speaker 1: he looks healthy. Yeah, he always looked good. Yeah he
- 29:54Speaker 1: looks good even. Yeah. All right. In the other entertainment news,
- 29:58Speaker 1: Steve listened carefully to this one, and guys, because Kanye
- 30:02Speaker 1: is just all right, he's beefing now with d L
- 30:05Speaker 1: hugely okay. After dl accused Kanye of stalking his ex,
- 30:09Speaker 1: Kim kardashian Ya, took aim at DL. He wrote, I
- 30:14Speaker 1: am the glitch. DL. God does not like you. You
- 30:17Speaker 1: have no favor. Your family hate you. I would hate
- 30:21Speaker 1: to be related to someone who used to be famous.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Now you're just known as a broke pawn at least
- 30:26Speaker 1: Oprah goat billions, allegedly in quotations. Come on, leftists, y'all
- 30:33Speaker 1: gotta do better than DLLE this. Ye bring the real smoke, baby,
- 30:37Speaker 1: show your real face. In another post, Kanye suggested that
- 30:40Speaker 1: he might be paying Dale a personal visit soon. He wrote,
- 30:43Speaker 1: dls and calabasas Yo, God is good. So then Delle
- 30:49Speaker 1: respond this is crazy, right, So then wait, listen to
- 30:51Speaker 1: what Delle said. Dlle responded, m and its weird that
- 30:56Speaker 1: Kanye supposedly has all of the goons who will kill
- 30:59Speaker 1: for him. But will I get his prescription spilled? Here's
- 31:04Speaker 1: the thought? Come on, he said, here's the thought. While
- 31:08Speaker 1: you're on your way to kill me in Calabasas, how
- 31:10Speaker 1: about dropped by a CBS CBS and pick up his
- 31:14Speaker 1: zan x L. Yeah, very serious. Yeah, come on, pull up, man.
- 31:26Speaker 1: You know I didn't said with you before. Well I said,
- 31:29Speaker 1: with that brother minute, time to pull up. It ain't
- 31:32Speaker 1: what you want I'm telling And if y'all, if y'all do,
- 31:35Speaker 1: get the scrapping all my cash on dal because you
- 31:38Speaker 1: have no idea. Yeah, you have no idea. You've been
- 31:41Speaker 1: a little you've been you've been a little uh political
- 31:45Speaker 1: socially conscious rapper. Were from an ass whooping la, not
- 31:52Speaker 1: the whole totally different thing. Yeah, we're from a whole nother.
- 31:56Speaker 1: When you can come out of my house in Calabasas. Yeah,
- 32:01Speaker 1: he lives a count Yeah, come on, man, back my guy.
- 32:06Speaker 1: He got too much. And you ain't got to call
- 32:08Speaker 1: him a leftist because you ain't really no rights. You
- 32:11Speaker 1: ain't even really on the right. You're wrong. Come on, yeah,
- 32:17Speaker 1: we all go. Man, I don't know why are you
- 32:19Speaker 1: going at d L yell, ain't your problem? Come on, leftist,
- 32:23Speaker 1: you could do better than DL this. She ain't bring
- 32:26Speaker 1: the real before these jokes. Just Kanye, you just might
- 32:29Speaker 1: want to check into that. Yeah, all right, we're moving
- 32:31Speaker 1: on obvious because you have billions, don't fix everything. Yeah, exactly. Yeah,
- 32:39Speaker 1: we gotta move on to Will behold on one second,
- 32:41Speaker 1: don't go out there by that man family. I'm telling you, man,
- 32:45Speaker 1: I'm telling you here a different guy this would have
- 32:48Speaker 1: been round him too. That that's what let's hit it.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Listen to me, don't go out there. I'm he's taking
- 33:00Speaker 1: the threat to Steve against his family, very sick. All right,
- 33:09Speaker 1: we're seguing to Will Smith. Okay. He told Gale King
- 33:14Speaker 1: in an interview that there has never been infidelity in
- 33:17Speaker 1: his marriage to Jada. Take a listen. You both have
- 33:20Speaker 1: talked very candidly. It's a very famous story infidelity in
- 33:24Speaker 1: the marriage and how you navigated that. Never, there's never
- 33:28Speaker 1: been infidelity in our marriage. Never been infidelitia never. Jada
- 33:33Speaker 1: and I talk about everything, and we have never surprised
- 33:38Speaker 1: one another with anything ever. So so you told each
- 33:45Speaker 1: other what you were getting ready to do is that
- 33:48Speaker 1: it's infidelity, it's true. Yeah, it's an open marriage. Then, yeah,
- 33:53Speaker 1: that's what I got out of a Yeah, what's in
- 33:55Speaker 1: the water in California? It's something in this water? What
- 33:58Speaker 1: is It's something I want to see what This story
- 34:10Speaker 1: will take a very ugly turn, hard left. This story
- 34:16Speaker 1: has lawyers in case number violence. Please police report yellow tape.
- 34:27Speaker 1: It's gonna be all kinds of stuff involved in this story.
- 34:31Speaker 1: We probably won't even make it the Gail key. Can
- 34:33Speaker 1: we play that again? Though? Can we play Can we
- 34:36Speaker 1: play it again? Let's play that again? You both have
- 34:39Speaker 1: talked very candidly. It's a very famous story, infidelity in
- 34:43Speaker 1: the marriage and how you navigated that that time. Never,
- 34:46Speaker 1: there's never been infidelity in our mag never been INFIDELI never.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Jada and I talk about everything, and we have never
- 34:56Speaker 1: surprised one another with anything. Ever. That's not that right there, No, no, no,
- 35:02Speaker 1: let me tell you something. Hats off to Will Smith.
- 35:06Speaker 1: I take my head dog right, Joe, Lie, Will don't
- 35:16Speaker 1: big big winners Smith, your boy Steve Harvey, give you
- 35:20Speaker 1: one thousand percent. That's the story you going with. Don't
- 35:24Speaker 1: you let Gael King talk to you. Never, I've never
- 35:31Speaker 1: been here forgether. Now that not a damn thing. All right,
- 35:37Speaker 1: all right, there you have it coming up. Listen to
- 35:40Speaker 1: me coming up in twenty minutes after Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 35:49Speaker 1: and we'll talk with the US Surgeon General, doctor Vic
- 35:51Speaker 1: Murphy right after this. You're listening show everybody, I distinguished
- 35:59Speaker 1: guests this morning and starting to be a family member.
- 36:02Speaker 1: He's on the show again. This is the twenty first
- 36:04Speaker 1: Surgeon General of the United States, and since we're in
- 36:08Speaker 1: a year two of the COVID nineteen pandemic, he's joining
- 36:12Speaker 1: us with some information on what's the most important right now.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Getting boosted is a top priority as mass as all
- 36:21Speaker 1: of these mass mandates are changing, so we're happy to
- 36:25Speaker 1: have him give us an update this morning. Please, welcome
- 36:27Speaker 1: to the show, doctor Vivic Murphy. Welcome, good morning, Thanks
- 36:35Speaker 1: so much for having me back. Now, man, thank you
- 36:37Speaker 1: for coming, because you really help get the facts out
- 36:40Speaker 1: for a lot of our listeners. You know, because like
- 36:42Speaker 1: we're talking about, you know, we're in the second year
- 36:45Speaker 1: of this pandemic, and the COVID vaccines for children under
- 36:49Speaker 1: five have now been approved, but many of the vaccinated
- 36:54Speaker 1: parents have not gotten their youngest children vaccinated. Let's talk
- 36:58Speaker 1: about it. Why is that, sir? Well, it's a great question, Steven,
- 37:01Speaker 1: and I'll tell you right now. We've got vaccines for
- 37:03Speaker 1: kids who are five and up, and you know, I
- 37:07Speaker 1: wanted my kid and his five actually my son, and
- 37:09Speaker 1: so I was able to go and get him vaccinated.
- 37:12Speaker 1: But we still have the majority of parents with kids
- 37:16Speaker 1: five to eleven who haven't gotten their children vaccinated yet,
- 37:19Speaker 1: and we are still waiting for a vaccine for kids
- 37:22Speaker 1: under five. I want everyone out there to know where ever,
- 37:25Speaker 1: the FDA and allsocin government are working as hard as
- 37:28Speaker 1: they can to make sure we get that vaccine as
- 37:30Speaker 1: soon as possible. That we have to wait for that
- 37:32Speaker 1: data to come in, and it's not quite in based
- 37:35Speaker 1: on what the companies are telling us right now, but
- 37:37Speaker 1: as soon as it is, we will get that data evaluated.
- 37:39Speaker 1: We'll make sure we have a vaccine for kids under five.
- 37:41Speaker 1: But part of the reason I think we still have
- 37:43Speaker 1: so many kids who are not vaccinated is I think
- 37:46Speaker 1: there are more parents who need to hear the messto
- 37:49Speaker 1: why this is so important. And I know some parents
- 37:52Speaker 1: have questions about it is safe, is it really necessary
- 37:54Speaker 1: for my child? Here's what I would say to that.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Number one, these vaccines have proven to be very safe
- 38:00Speaker 1: in kids. Number two, in terms of are they effective, yes,
- 38:04Speaker 1: they've also shown to be particularly effective at the most
- 38:07Speaker 1: important job, which is to keep your child out of
- 38:10Speaker 1: the hospital and to save their life. Some kids who
- 38:13Speaker 1: are vaccine may still get infections that are mild, but again,
- 38:16Speaker 1: the most important job of vaccines save your life, keep
- 38:19Speaker 1: you out of the hospital. And finally, is it necessary?
- 38:22Speaker 1: How would say yes? And here's why. Because we've lost
- 38:25Speaker 1: hundreds of kids to COVID in the last couple of years.
- 38:28Speaker 1: We know that even though kids do better than older adults,
- 38:31Speaker 1: they still get severely ill. We've had thousands of kids
- 38:34Speaker 1: who have been hospitalized, and when you go to the
- 38:36Speaker 1: hospitals you talk to the doctors about those children, they'll
- 38:39Speaker 1: tell you the vast majority of hospitalized children have not
- 38:42Speaker 1: been vaccinated. So for all these reasons, you know, to
- 38:46Speaker 1: protect your child, to protect people around them, because they
- 38:49Speaker 1: can also spread the infection if they get it. Please
- 38:51Speaker 1: do vaccine your child. That's what I did from my child,
- 38:54Speaker 1: and it's what I hope you'll consider for you're a
- 38:56Speaker 1: kid as well. Well. Hey, listen, that's great foration because
- 39:00Speaker 1: it helps dispel the stuff. We're gonna be right back
- 39:04Speaker 1: with more with doctor Vic Murphy, and we want to
- 39:08Speaker 1: talk about something that was said on CNN uh the
- 39:13Speaker 1: last week to kind of clear that up for everybody.
- 39:15Speaker 1: We'll be right back with doctor Vivic Murphy. You're listening,
- 39:23Speaker 1: all right, We're back everybody in our special guests this
- 39:26Speaker 1: morning is the twenty first Surgeon General of the United States,
- 39:30Speaker 1: doctor Vivic Murphy, and we were talking we're talking about
- 39:33Speaker 1: the vaccine this morning. And doctor, let me ask you
- 39:37Speaker 1: this because last week on CNN you stated that there's
- 39:40Speaker 1: been misinformation that has had a profound effect and impact
- 39:44Speaker 1: on COVID nineteen and our response, how do you plan
- 39:48Speaker 1: to turn this around? We'll see, this has been a
- 39:50Speaker 1: profound problem during this pandemic, and we all know that
- 39:53Speaker 1: there's always misinformation circulating about something, right. We counter misinformation
- 39:58Speaker 1: on the internet, on social media. Sometimes we get in
- 40:00Speaker 1: text threats from our friends. But something is different now,
- 40:04Speaker 1: which is at the speed and the scale and really
- 40:06Speaker 1: the sophistication with which this misinformation is spreading has really
- 40:10Speaker 1: increased during COVID and the consequence of that has been
- 40:13Speaker 1: that many people have been turned away from things like
- 40:18Speaker 1: vaccines or treatments that could save their lives. Some people
- 40:21Speaker 1: have even been led to believe that COVID's not real,
- 40:24Speaker 1: and we know it's real. So how are we going
- 40:26Speaker 1: to address We've got to do a few things, you know.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Back in July, I issued a certain Joel's Advisory and
- 40:31Speaker 1: address and help misinformation. A few months later, I issued
- 40:34Speaker 1: a community toolkit that has concrete, tangible tools people can
- 40:38Speaker 1: use to identify the misinformation and to address it in
- 40:41Speaker 1: their lives. So we're going to need individuals, each of us,
- 40:45Speaker 1: to raise the bar on what we share. Sometimes we
- 40:48Speaker 1: will share information that seems like it's legitimate, we don't
- 40:51Speaker 1: actually check the sources. But if you check the sources,
- 40:53Speaker 1: you're not sure if something is coming from a credible
- 40:56Speaker 1: scientific source, and don't share it because there might be misinformation.
- 40:59Speaker 1: We're also working with technology companies and urging them to
- 41:04Speaker 1: take steps to help reduce the spread and misinformation on
- 41:06Speaker 1: their platforms. That's a place where we're seeing so much
- 41:09Speaker 1: of this spread, and that's where people are telling us
- 41:11Speaker 1: certain counting misinformation is on social media. So, you know,
- 41:15Speaker 1: we want people to be able to say what they
- 41:17Speaker 1: want to say, do what they want to do, but
- 41:19Speaker 1: these platforms also have a responsibility to make sure that
- 41:22Speaker 1: they're not causing harm to people's health, and we're urging
- 41:25Speaker 1: them to step up and take responsibility for what's happening
- 41:28Speaker 1: on their platforms. So those are some things that we're doing. Finally,
- 41:30Speaker 1: I'll just say we also believe that healthcare providers, doctors, nurses,
- 41:34Speaker 1: others who are trusting their community, they have such a
- 41:36Speaker 1: vital role to play right now. They've already done so
- 41:39Speaker 1: much for us during the pandemic, but we want to
- 41:41Speaker 1: make it easier for them to have their voice out
- 41:43Speaker 1: there in the community so people can hear directly from
- 41:45Speaker 1: people they know and trust or credible sources. You know,
- 41:49Speaker 1: the pandemic is also affecting the mental health of both
- 41:53Speaker 1: young and old. You know, you got loneliness, you've got isolation.
- 41:56Speaker 1: It can be significant problems for a lot of Americans.
- 41:59Speaker 1: We cause a What are some of the ways to
- 42:02Speaker 1: combat that? See, I'm so glad you raised that, because
- 42:05Speaker 1: this is the invisible toll of the pandemic, is the
- 42:08Speaker 1: impact on our mental health and well being. And the
- 42:10Speaker 1: thing is all of us have been impacted in some way,
- 42:14Speaker 1: whether you struggle with mental health concerns before the pandemic
- 42:17Speaker 1: or not, it's really strained many people's sense of well being.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Has led to great a rate of anxiety and depression
- 42:23Speaker 1: and loneliness among kids and adults. And so here's what
- 42:28Speaker 1: we've got to do to address is I think number one,
- 42:31Speaker 1: we've all got to realize that there is nothing wrong
- 42:34Speaker 1: with you, fundamentally, nothing that says that you're broken or
- 42:37Speaker 1: that you're flawed in some way. If you're struggling with
- 42:40Speaker 1: your mental health, we all do at some point. We
- 42:42Speaker 1: may not talk about it, but it's if you struggle
- 42:45Speaker 1: with your mental health, that's more evidence of being human
- 42:47Speaker 1: than anything else, because which is a part of the
- 42:50Speaker 1: human experience, and there's nothing wrong with reaching out and
- 42:52Speaker 1: asking for help. For two, we've got to make sure
- 42:54Speaker 1: that help is there for people when they struggle. Now,
- 42:58Speaker 1: we have work to do in increasing access to mental
- 43:02Speaker 1: health services and treatment in this country. It's not as
- 43:05Speaker 1: easy to find a therapist, to find the counselor if
- 43:08Speaker 1: you needed, and we've got to change that. It's one
- 43:10Speaker 1: of the reasons why President By has made big investments
- 43:13Speaker 1: in getting counselors into schools and why he also talked
- 43:16Speaker 1: about a broader mental health agenda that we're going to
- 43:18Speaker 1: work on for the country to increase access to care.
- 43:20Speaker 1: So you don't have to be therapist or psychiatrist to
- 43:24Speaker 1: be able to help somebody with their mental health. Just
- 43:27Speaker 1: need to be able to show up in their life
- 43:29Speaker 1: with an open heart, with love and some passion, but
- 43:31Speaker 1: the willingness to listen to them without judgment and to
- 43:35Speaker 1: be there and to support them. That is worth its
- 43:38Speaker 1: weight in gold. See our friendships, our relationships, These are
- 43:41Speaker 1: the foundation on which we build our mental health and
- 43:44Speaker 1: our overall well being. I believe that's our absolutely well said.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Thank you for sharing that personal information. That's doctor Vivic Murphy, everybody,
- 43:52Speaker 1: twenty five, Sergey General of the United States. We'll be
- 43:55Speaker 1: back with more Steve Harvid Morning Show right after this.
- 43:58Speaker 1: You're listening Dave Harvey Morning Show coming up at the
- 44:04Speaker 1: top of the hour, right about four minutes after. It's
- 44:07Speaker 1: my Strawberry letter for today, the subject right situation with
- 44:10Speaker 1: the wrong man. We'll get into that in just a bit,
- 44:14Speaker 1: but right now it is time where the nephew and
- 44:17Speaker 1: today's Frank phone call, Neff, what do you have for
- 44:21Speaker 1: us today? What's on the man? You can tell me.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Let me get your little sipp and it's stupid right here,
- 44:26Speaker 1: Come on, get a little sip and it's stupid, all right.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Make you feel good and I listen. I know my
- 44:31Speaker 1: titles might throw you sometimes, and this one right here.
- 44:34Speaker 1: You know these things happen. You have to be you
- 44:36Speaker 1: have to understand that things happen. All right. So today's

- 46:03Speaker 1: I want I want him to think that I got
- 46:05Speaker 1: your phone. Okay, I'll tell you what. You just click
- 46:07Speaker 1: on and get him on the lone. Just click over
- 46:09Speaker 1: so when you click back, you can't say nothing. Now,
- 46:11Speaker 1: you got to be quiet because I'm gonna at the end,
- 46:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna let you talk to him. Okay, okay, hold

- 51:29Speaker 1: I am elated my work. Oh, he was mad, he
- 51:35Speaker 1: was hot hot. You got my wife phone and you
- 51:42Speaker 1: own it. I don't. Oh, I was nervous all the
- 51:47Speaker 1: way through that one. I don't know that one was
- 51:49Speaker 1: gone and I ain't man, no moment with my wife. Man,
- 51:52Speaker 1: let me just oh, I know that I know that
- 51:54Speaker 1: trick right there. I know that trick. No, no, no,

- 51:59Speaker 1: we we But I want you to be there when

- 52:30Speaker 1: What big word can I get? I was all that excited.
- 52:34Speaker 1: That's the word. Well, most big words, most words is
- 52:38Speaker 1: big to you. That's fighting a lot, exciterrating, I was
- 52:47Speaker 1: excitating rating. You got you gotta admit on that home
- 52:56Speaker 1: run right there. What that right there was ignoranty? It's
- 52:59Speaker 1: best man put a stamp on my stupid for me. Man,
- 53:02Speaker 1: I saw what I want from you. Give me credibility
- 53:04Speaker 1: of my stupid that you got on your radio. Look,
- 53:10Speaker 1: we gotta move on to the Strawberry letter that's coming
- 53:13Speaker 1: up next. The subject is right situation with the wrong Man.
- 53:17Speaker 1: We'll get into it right after this. You're listening to
- 53:20Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show all right time now for
- 53:25Speaker 1: today's Strawberry Letter, and listen. If you need advice on relationships, dating, work, sex, parenting,
- 53:31Speaker 1: and more, please submit your Strawberry Letter to Steve HARVEYFM
- 53:34Speaker 1: dot com and click submit Strawberry Letter. We could be
- 53:38Speaker 1: reading your letter live on the air, just like we're
- 53:40Speaker 1: gonna read this one right here, right now, and you
- 53:42Speaker 1: never know, it could be yours could be. Buckle up
- 53:47Speaker 1: and hold on tight. We got it for you here.
- 53:48Speaker 1: It is a Strawberry letter subject right situation with the
- 53:55Speaker 1: wrong Man. You're Stephen Shirley. I'm a twenty nine year
- 53:58Speaker 1: old woman and I've been dating the greatest man on
- 54:01Speaker 1: earth for about four months. I wanted to do things
- 54:04Speaker 1: right this time because I could see myself marrying this man.
- 54:08Speaker 1: He said he knew I was going to be his
- 54:10Speaker 1: wife the moment he laid eyes on me. It was
- 54:13Speaker 1: his idea to wait to have sex, and it was
- 54:16Speaker 1: him that spoiled me with gifts, moonlit walks, and home
- 54:20Speaker 1: cooked meals. He said he wanted me to fall in
- 54:23Speaker 1: love with his personality and enjoy spending time with him
- 54:26Speaker 1: before we even got into having sex. Everything was going
- 54:31Speaker 1: so fast and I wanted to be with him all
- 54:33Speaker 1: the time. So as soon as he asked me to
- 54:35Speaker 1: move in, I made plans to make it happen. Then
- 54:39Speaker 1: one day my intuition kicked in and I hit the
- 54:42Speaker 1: pause button. I decided I needed to have sex, see
- 54:47Speaker 1: him naked, or at least rub upon him before I
- 54:50Speaker 1: went any further with him. I was in the habit
- 54:53Speaker 1: of sleeping with the guy soon after I met him,
- 54:56Speaker 1: so this was odd for me, but I was trying
- 54:59Speaker 1: to do things differently this time. I at least needed
- 55:02Speaker 1: to see it. When I started grabbing forward playfully, he
- 55:05Speaker 1: would pull away and tell me to take it easy.
- 55:08Speaker 1: He always slept on his stomach so I couldn't touch it.
- 55:12Speaker 1: One Saturday morning, I decided to get a bobby pin
- 55:15Speaker 1: and unlock the bathroom door while he was in the
- 55:18Speaker 1: shower and pretend to be a sexy, naked burglar. I
- 55:22Speaker 1: had planned to seduce him, and it worked well almost.
- 55:27Speaker 1: He was shocked and he was amused. I was not.
- 55:31Speaker 1: I jumped in the shower and got the worst possible outcome.
- 55:35Speaker 1: This man falls short, very short of what I was expecting.
- 55:40Speaker 1: It was quite an ordeal in that shower, and nothing
- 55:42Speaker 1: about it was good. Now I'm planning to move in
- 55:46Speaker 1: with a man that doesn't measure up down there? Would
- 55:48Speaker 1: I be silly to leave him over this? Well? I mean,
- 55:52Speaker 1: you know what, can we say? You have a problem
- 55:55Speaker 1: because this is not what you want and we can't
- 55:58Speaker 1: fix this for you. You can fix this, and of
- 56:01Speaker 1: course that depends on how important all of this is
- 56:04Speaker 1: to you and what you want. It should be important, though,
- 56:08Speaker 1: because sex is vital and relationships and in marriage, and
- 56:11Speaker 1: you guys are planning to marry one day. But again,
- 56:15Speaker 1: what do you want? Do you want a great man
- 56:18Speaker 1: in every aspect except in the bedroom, or a man
- 56:20Speaker 1: who knows how to make you his sex slave but
- 56:24Speaker 1: treat you like crap everywhere else? Those are your kind
- 56:27Speaker 1: of your choices? Does size matter or does character matter?
- 56:32Speaker 1: Will you eventually cheat on him? You know you you
- 56:35Speaker 1: know what you can and what you cannot live with.
- 56:37Speaker 1: So if you don't think you're in this for the
- 56:39Speaker 1: long haul, which includes living together and eventually marriage and
- 56:43Speaker 1: of course sex with this man, who you say falls short,
- 56:47Speaker 1: it's better to end it now than to ignore the
- 56:49Speaker 1: problem and move in with him. I think it's selfish
- 56:51Speaker 1: if you don't let him know how you really feel.
- 56:53Speaker 1: He's probably thinking he's got it going on because no
- 56:56Speaker 1: one cares enough to tell him he's bad and bad
- 57:00Speaker 1: you understand that it's much easier to walk away. But
- 57:02Speaker 1: if he's a good person, tell him and teach him
- 57:04Speaker 1: how to love you. Of course, you know you can't
- 57:07Speaker 1: do anything about the size, Steve to teach him with
- 57:11Speaker 1: what you just said, teach him how to love you.
- 57:18Speaker 1: My question is teach him with what. We're in a
- 57:25Speaker 1: painting class, and it ain't got nothing but to have
- 57:29Speaker 1: on the brush. We don't have to handle. We just
- 57:35Speaker 1: got brush ham we need to handle if we're gonna
- 57:39Speaker 1: take the art class. Surely I listened to your answer,
- 57:44Speaker 1: and I can't dispute anything you said, sweetheart, because you
- 57:50Speaker 1: tried to help a person I know going into this letter,
- 57:55Speaker 1: I can't help her. I'm telling you right off, I
- 58:02Speaker 1: know nothing about this. As a matter of fact, I've
- 58:08Speaker 1: had a direct opposite problem. Mind tid damn life here
- 58:12Speaker 1: where he so I ain't sorry, Uncle Steve can't help you,
- 58:18Speaker 1: but let me try. Well, I don't know if I'm
- 58:22Speaker 1: gonna help you. I'm just gonna point out a couple
- 58:24Speaker 1: of things. I've been dating the great guy four months.
- 58:26Speaker 1: You want to do things the right way, so you
- 58:28Speaker 1: could see yourself. Man, this man he told you knew
- 58:32Speaker 1: he's gonna be your wife. You was gonna be his
- 58:34Speaker 1: wife at the moment he saw you. It was his
- 58:38Speaker 1: idea to wait to have sex. And it was him
- 58:44Speaker 1: that spawled me with Gilts because he knows what the
- 58:51Speaker 1: problem is and he trying to get out in front
- 58:55Speaker 1: of it. Let me spawl you with gifts. Don't worry
- 59:01Speaker 1: about that sex thing. I want to marry you. I'm
- 59:08Speaker 1: spoiling you with Gilts. We're going to moon and walk,
- 59:14Speaker 1: we home cook. You ain't got to cook a damn thing.
- 59:18Speaker 1: I am your everything because in a minute, I ain't
- 59:21Speaker 1: gonna be a damn thing one more time, one more time.
- 59:26Speaker 1: I am going to be your everything because I ain't
- 59:30Speaker 1: gonna be a damn thing. And he know it's coming.
- 59:35Speaker 1: He said he wanted you to fall in love with
- 59:38Speaker 1: his personality. What man says that, m I want you
- 59:44Speaker 1: to start it and fall in love with my personality.
- 59:48Speaker 1: I never said that, said no one ever. I've been
- 59:52Speaker 1: fund in my whole life. You don't like my my
- 59:54Speaker 1: personality going to marriage dry asking well when we come back, No,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: the truth comes out, all right. Part two of Steve's
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three minutes. Have to be
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: our subject right situation wrong man will get back into
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening, all right? Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: let's recapt today's strawberry letter. This subject right situation, wrong man,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: Lady Ben dating the greatest man on earth for about
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: four months. I wanted to do things right this time
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: because you can see yourself man and this man as
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: a matter of fact, when he saw you, he said
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: he knew he wanted you to be his wife the
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: moment he laid eyes on you, and it was his idea.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Now listen to this now to wait to have sex.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: And it was him. That's far me week gives. The
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: reason being is because he was willing to give you
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: everything because in a minute he wasn't gonna be damn thing.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: We're going to share everything for not a damn right.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: All we on moonlit walks, this boy cooking food at
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: the house. He had probably went to chef school. He
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: didn't had to her up and develop all kinds of skill. Said,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: he wanted you to fall in love with his personality
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: and enjoy spending time with him before y'all got into
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: having sex. Why because that ain't gonna be a damn thing.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: So fall in love with my wonderful personality he mean
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: lit walks. All this cooking smalling you with gives diamonds.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: Everything was going fast. I wanted to be with him
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: all the time. So then when he asked you to
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: move in with him, you made plans to make it
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: happen in one day. This thing that all women have
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: that they often time times ignore, this thing called intuition,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: kicked in and I hit the pause. But I decided
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: I needed to have sex, see him naked, or at
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: least rub up on him before I went in. It
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: further slipping away from me Shoda see on earthquakes. I
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: g page hilarious. Really, so I decided I needed to
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: have sex see him naked, or at least rub up
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: on him before I went any further. Because see, I
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: was in the habit of sleeping with a guy soon
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: after I met him. So this was odd for me.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: You know, I usually had my old you know, blankish
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: tendencies was out. But I decided not to have my
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: blankish tendencies out. You know, I at least needed to
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: see it. I started grabbing for it playfully. He would
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: pull away and tell me to take it easy, because
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: you don't realize you grabbing for nothing. You don't know
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: that you damn they're gonna have to tell a fabric
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: off my plants to discover anything. I ain't got nothing
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: for you right now. Even when they get ready, it
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: ain't gonna look ready. It simply means the word a
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: ten hut simply means huh, yeah, that's that's your man.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Gotta biggest, small got a problem. I'm just telling you what.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: I biggest small got a problem. See he big with gifts, personality, cooking,
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: moon lid walks bigger, but he's small down there. He
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: would always sleep on his stomach, so I couldn't touch it.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: I can't sleep on my stomach. That's one of the
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: reasons I can't sleep on my store. Throw my back
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: out every chance you did. You bring that up right,
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: It'll be like sleeping on a little hill. Okay, No,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: I'm not not yet. So he was in the shower.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: I wanted to go in that neck and and pretend
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: to be a sex at burglar. I was gonna seduce him,
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: and it worked well almost. He was shocked in the muse.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: I was not. I jumped into show and got the
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: worst possible outcome. This man falls short, very short of
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: what I was expected. It was quite an ordeal in
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: that shower, and nothing a body was good. Now I'm
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: planning to move in with a man that don't measure
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: up down? Now? Would I be silly to leave him
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: over this? Well? Shirley said, you got to measure all
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: the stuff that he had when he don't have. I
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: never heard these things right here. I'm used to hearing
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: stuff like wait, wait, wait, okay, these are things I've
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: heard enough already. I've heard stuff like Lord, I've heard
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: stuff like you gotta stop stop. I've heard how much more,
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: and you now how much more? I've heard. I can't
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: take all. This letter is not about you. I've heard.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: Give me, give me, give me a minute, give me
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: a minute. Wait. You must prefer things over think. That's
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: what we're dealing with. To hell things over thing or
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: you can get things and nothing. All right, you got
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: the makeup decision. Things over things, thing over things. It's
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: her decision, that's for sure. Thank you, Steve. Post your
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: comments on today's Strawberry Letter at Steve Harvey Come and Facebook.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: Are you check? Just walk in the room and say
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: to him, Hi, man. Coming up in forty six minutes
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: after the hour, Junior and Sports Talk right after this.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. It is time now
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: for Junior and Sports Talk. Junior what you got? All right? Everybody?
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: The biggest news and sports right now. Tom Brady is
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: unretiring and coming back. He said, these past two months,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: I realize my place is still on the field and
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: not in the stands. That time will come, but it's
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportively.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: They make it all possible. I'm coming back for my
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: twenty third season in Tampa. Unfinished business. LFG Man, I
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: know hunt thing. The dude that bought Tom Raider's last
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: football that he threw four touchdown, caught five hundred and
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: eighteen thousand, and the next day he unretired. Did you
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: get your money back? Wow? You can't get you that's
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: a loss because he fold to throw another one from
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: now your man, that's out. That's what you're stupid ass.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: That's a lot of money. Yeah, sports member, damn ball
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: ain't even one hundred dollars. You could have just bought
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: one and said time through it. How are your line skilled? Yeah,
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: that's a motter fact. I'm going to go down. I've
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: been to go down to Dick Sporting Good. I could
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: have had the first one he ever threw. Yeah, the
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: first one he threw to a white person. I'm having
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: first touchdown he threw to a black person. I'm gonnah
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: the one that they took the aut of in that
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: playoff game. Yeah, and buy all of just lying man,
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: welcome back Tom Man. I know that, But then you
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: know what, dude look like he can get. He just
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: left not even surprised. Yeah, they say he was getting
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: on Jazale's nerves. Somebody said it over tied because the
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: gas prices went up. I like him want to I
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: don't think he ever wanted to quit. He went home
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: and actually won the argument. That's what happened. He went
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: home to run arguments so he could play again. I
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: think he went home and found out what it was
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: really like to be home, to go to rehearsal. Pradity. Yeah, daddy, daddy,
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: can we go now when it's your turn, sweetie. That's
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: just what being at home is about. I'm fit to
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: fix this. Go back just feels what I'm fisy to do.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: When you return, if you're gonna be through with it,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: what everything? When you retire, dog, it's gonna be the
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: sweetest return dogs, Like when I walk away from Stand
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: up Dog. One thing about me, Man, when I go,
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: I'm gone. I'm not going to come back on the
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: radio show. Comeback on when you're done. You're as yes
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: it man. Welcome back to all right, Junior. Thank you.
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour. Kim Kardashian
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: receives backlash for her advice to women. We'll talk about
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: that right after this you're listening show. Well, Kim Kardashian
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: is seving some backlash for her advice to women. In
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: a recent interview with Variety magazine, Kim said, I have
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: the best advice for women in business, get your blanking
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: a up and work. It seems like nobody wants to
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: work these days. Well after saying that, it prompted a
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: whole lot of backlash for Kim. People were posting comments
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: on social media. One follower said, so they are women
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: out here who work really hard, and those with fewer
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: economic advantages than you have are not just working hard enough,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: and they are to blame for their misfortune. Question mark.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: Multiple people posted, Kim, you grew up in Beverly Hills
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: with successful parents. You are out of touch. Has several seats, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: they let her have it. Yeah, they let her have it.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: So do you think Kim's remarks were insensitive? Steve? What
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: are you saying? What do you well? She just didn't
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: take the time to think it out. When you when
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: you make a broad, sweeping remark about women and the
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: problem with most women, which is not a true statement.
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: Most women are really really working their tails off, I mean,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: putting it all in. Most women. A lot of women
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: are trying with everything, especially with the resources that they have,
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: which will take a little bit longer. I'm here to
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: tell you that when you come from nothing to turn
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: that into something, it's a longer journey than if you
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: start with something turning it. Turning something into some mode
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: is way easier than turning nothing into something, trust me,
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: when you ain't below the old yes, see, if we
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: could all start equally, that be a great conversation. But
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: we don't get to start, even most of us. And
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: and you know, like first first man, when you're just
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: trying to get to the surface so you can breathe
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: skip getting on the starting line. I just I'm trying
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: to tread water so I can get my nose about
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: so I can breathe. That's an accomplishment right there. That's
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: why you can't judge success by where a person is
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: in life. You judge your success by where a person started.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: Light See, it's the starting point, man. That's the cold
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: part about this man. That's why, man, you gotta have
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: people with stories to tell. You know, like Donald Trump,
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: I became a billionaire because my dad gave all of
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: us a million dollars. True statement, true statement that he made.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: But that's a million open. Here's the part that he
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: didn't left out when his father passed and left all
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: that money, those children split that money too, Rumor says.
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: Rumor says that he left eight hundred million and each
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: child got two hundred millions. I am here to do
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: right there to tell you that I can make it
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: from there. The good news. Right. But now, if you're
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: from the background and you don't even have you don't
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: have any money, you don't have a parent that can
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: give you money that let's say, they can give you
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: just love and guidance. Yeah, because they don't have money.
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: That's it. That's all they can give you, loving guidance. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: that's it. Now you got to go from there. Yeah,
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: ain't nothing wrong with that, But that's a different starting
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: point then your dad is a lawyer and your mom
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: is a celebrity. That's a little bit different starting point.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: And I just think she missed it. I think Kim
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: was trying to be encouraging, but I think it's just
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: because she really is a cool person. Yeah, she seems
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: to be facts her respect their hustle, the cards. Absolutely,
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: nobody's hating on that. But when she said that part,
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: it's like you've never been without, so you can't judge
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: that song would Yeah yeah, Steve, Yeah yeah, that start
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: point is everything, don't Yeah, I gotta tell you boy
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: who absolutely absolutely that damn below zero Whoo. That's a
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: hard asshole right there to come out of. You're right,
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: You're right. We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: Show coming up at twenty minutes after. Right after this,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: you're listening to show. So, um, you got a question
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: for everyone. How are you doing with the spring forward
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: and the time and all that. Have you adjusted to
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: the time? Are you still off a little bit? Oh, Steve,
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: here's something for you. Take a listen to this real quick.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: You don't even understand. That's my jail, Steve and Junior
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: living away from me. Yeah, singing that all morning because
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: that's my jail. Don't Junior's problem was, he asked me.
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: Junior says, um, why do you put so much feeling
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: into it? Is not the note that matters, it's the emotions,
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: and I can these are professional singer. This is Kathy
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: and Joejoe play it again from the days. Sitting away
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: from me has nothing to do with the note. He
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: so when I I'm in there looking away from me,
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: that's the feeling man spring for al right, thank you
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: for Casey and Joe Joe for that's the juniors group.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: Juniors group coming up at thirty three minutes after the hour. Yeah,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: and they sound good on tour. We'll have a round
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: of would you rather right after this. You're listening to
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: morning show time for would you rather? Would you rather
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: eat rotten eggs or drink sour milk? Yeah? You can
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: all that up. Man, I'm gonna go with that sour milk.
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: That's that's close to butter milk. Yeah, okay, yeah, my
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: sister would take that. That rotten is Hey, you got
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: problem though, Come on, junior, what you got Yeah, I'm
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: gonna go with the sour milk. I can't. I've had
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: bad milk. Well, I poured it on seal before and
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: knew it was silent. But that's all that's all you
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: had had. And I'd be damned if I was gonna
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: let my crazy here daddy see me rate that in
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: the trash. Whoa, oh you're throwing away food now? Oh
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: oh you're buying groceries. You got money? Okay, all right,
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: moving up? Do we hear from the nephew, No, no,
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: you did, and move on. No pick one trash with
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: that seal. I'll tell you what your dad, I guess something.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: I gotta follow them because I don't want the egg.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: I gotta go with the milk. Anyway it is, I'm
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: going to throw up on you daddy here, all right?
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Would you rather date someone with their ex's name tattooed
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: on their chest or date someone who's ex lives next door?
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: Would you rather date someone that has their ex's name
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: tattooed on their chest? Or would you rather date someone
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: whose ex lives next door? I'm going with the chest.
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna see you from behind more than I am
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: going from the front. Anyway. Wow, Wow, are you sleepy
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: because you just off? Wow? Flying off? You asked me?
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: Think about your answers. Yeah, I'm just going I'm not
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: pulling up every day and he right there. That turn
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: into a fight time till my launch next door launch. Yeah,
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. Floyd, Floyd, stay right next door. No,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: you can have that tattoo. I just I just I
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: just missed you. I probably misread it. Anyway, You're not
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: getting any wrong anyway, all right, one more, one more?
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: Would you rather get stuck in an elevator with your
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: ex or with your partner and they're ex. M No,
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: I don't go with the partner. I'd rather get stuck
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: in there with my partner and her ex as we
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: can do that at least we get something out of this.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: What you say, Junior say, I'm going on. I'd rather
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: do that, Okay, okay, all right, nephew in the elevator
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: or with your partner in their ext Come on, don't
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: be difficult elevator with your ex. You scared? Really coming
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: up forty nine minutes after break of the day and
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: some closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to show here we are,
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: last break of the day on this Tuesday. I want
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: to say thank you to doctor Vivic Murphy form coming
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: by the twenty first Surgeon General of the United States,
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: keeping us updated on the COVID nineteen situation in America.
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: Always good to chat with him, Steve. Yeah, given us backs. Yeah,
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: here we go. Uh my clothes remarks today, it's something
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: that I had, I've learned, but I found a way
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: to put it together this weekend. You know, as I
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: was sitting around thinking and we've often talked about on
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: this show. I've always talked to you about the law
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: of attraction and how it works. And the law of
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: attraction simply means the thing that you put out are
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: the things you're going to get back. And it doesn't
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: really matter if you believe in it or honor it
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: or accept it. It's just the way it is. It's
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: it's a very simple thing. The law of action is real.
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. It's like when I'm talking to people,
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: somebody tells me they're an atheist. It's okay. Just because
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: a person says there isn't a God, that don't mean that.
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: Don't mean it ain't or you know, you can take
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: that line of think it if you want to. And
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: that God is real. You may not choose to make
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: it real in your life. Oh but you will because
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: it's you just will. But that's not an argument here
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: for me today. I'm just talking about one principle, and
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: I want you to start thinking about how you give,
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: because giving is one of the very very important laws
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: and principles of success. Giving is a universal law, you know,
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: And the way you have to give is this, and
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: this is what I've come to learn about it. When
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: you give everybody, you have to give willingly. You have
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: to give graciously. That's the way you have to give
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: willingly and graciously. You just give. If you see somebody
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: on the street, you're just Gil. If you see somebody
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: in needs, you just gil. It ain't all times somebody
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: asking you. But if they do ask and you got
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: it to give, just give willingly and graciously the why
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: they needed, the what they're gonna do if you need
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: it back, and all like that. That's a different type
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: of giving. Because I'm gonna tell you something. If you
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: have to think before you give, and then you decide
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: to give because they've answered certain questions, you're not actually
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: giving anymore. You're trading. I hope you understand what I'm
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: saying to you. If a person asks you for something,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: you got to think about it and you gotta work
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: out terms and arrangements. That's not giving. That's trading. So
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: don't get mad when the trade agreement is broken. I
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: gave you this, I gave you that. No, that was
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: a trade agreement. See you, you've lost You've lost the
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: genuine part of giving, which is willingly and graciously, because
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: you turned it into a termed agreement. So that's not
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: the same blessing, y'all. It's not the same blessing because
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: those things that you've done for the least of these,
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: so have you done unto me. I'm just paraphrasing the scripture.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: What God try it helps us to do is we
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: have to give willingly and graciously when we can. Now,
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: if you loan the personal money, I'm not saying you're
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: not supposed to loan. But when you loan the money,
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: I understand what it is. It's a trade agreement. I'm
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: gonna give you this in return. I want that, and
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: that's cool. Ain't nothing wrong with it, But it's not
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: the same as given. So when they don't give it
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: to you, remember when you came to me you needed this.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: I gave you this, and I get you didn't give
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: it willingly. You gave it with an agreement. You were trading.
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: And here's what I want you all to understand. And
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: I had to explain this to an employee of mine.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: If you're not willing to do more for what you're
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: being paid for, then you will never be paid more
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: for what you are doing. I'm trying to tell you
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: something now, and I need for you to hear me,
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: because this is an important thing, because a lot of
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: people are blocking a lot of blessings this way because
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: they don't understand the importance of pouring your all into something.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: How it comes back to you, if you're not willing
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: to do more for what you're being paid for, then
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: you will never be paid more for what you are doing.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: That's a fact. You ain't gonna like what uncor Steve
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: just said. You ain't got to want to believe it.
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: I ain't gonna do all this downhill, okay, and you
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: don't have to. I'm telling you. If you're on a
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: job and you're doing just enough to get your check,
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: then guess what. Your blessing is always going to be
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: just enough. But the moment you become willing to do
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: more for what you are being paid for, the moment
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: you opened up the windows of heaven, and you will
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: soon learned that you will be paid more for what
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: you are doing. I had to learn that, and I'm
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: so glad I did. I hope this is sink it in, man,
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: because this is about truly about giving. Even on the job,
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: you got to do your best. You got to be
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: willing to do more for what you're being paid for,
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: or you will never ever be paid more for what
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: you are doing. So you can quit looking at the
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: CEO of United Weight. Why they make all that money?
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: The salary I read one year long time ago for
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: the and it's probably going up. The salary for the
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: CEO of Red Cross Unity Weight, one of them was
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: five million a year. How they paying that man all
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: that money? Maybe because he was doing more than he
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: was supposed to do the money and the time he
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: was given, and so now he's being given more money
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: for the time that he's giving. Does that make sense?
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: It does to me. That's why basketball players make what
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: they make. That's why the owners of teams makes what
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: they make, because at one point in live, one point
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: in time, they did more than what they was being
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: paid for, So now they get paid more for what
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: they are doing. Sound right to me, y'all have a
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: great day. Those are my closing remarks. God willing, We'll
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: see y'all tomorrow morning. Hey, y'all talk to God. He
