- 0:01Speaker 1: We've got some new breaking news that deals with Hunter Biden.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I promise we're going to deal with that also the
- 0:06Speaker 1: impeachment inquiry in a moment. But there's a funding war
- 0:10Speaker 1: going on right now for Israel, Ukraine and border security
- 0:14Speaker 1: that has tied to it. This as a humanitarian crisis
- 0:18Speaker 1: is breaking out at the southern border at a level
- 0:21Speaker 1: and a level of magnitude that we have never seen before.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Let me just give you the first headline so you
- 0:28Speaker 1: understand what is happening. Hundreds of mostly African migrants crossing
- 0:34Speaker 1: into the United States from Mexico near the Lukeville, Arizona
- 0:38Speaker 1: border area. We're hoping to find border patrol agents to
- 0:42Speaker 1: surrender to. That's what they've been told to do by
- 0:45Speaker 1: the human smugglers. The migrants hoping to gain release into
- 0:48Speaker 1: the United States of America to pursue asylum claims were
- 0:51Speaker 1: instead greeted by Customs and Border Protection officers whose traditional
- 0:56Speaker 1: duties are to facilitate legitimate trade and travel at a
- 0:59Speaker 1: nearby part of entry that the Biden administration shut down
- 1:03Speaker 1: in response to the surge in illegal crossings that now
- 1:08Speaker 1: becoming public as Breitbart Texas was there reporting along the
- 1:14Speaker 1: southern border. One group of more than two hundred migrants
- 1:18Speaker 1: walked through an opening in the border wall cut by
- 1:21Speaker 1: Mexican cartel smugglers. The migrants faced no law enforcement resistance
- 1:26Speaker 1: at the time of crossing and begain a self guided
- 1:29Speaker 1: walk along the border wall.
- 1:31Speaker 2: They were searching for border patrol agents.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Several Customs and Border Protection officers assigned to a shuttered
- 1:37Speaker 1: port of entry and nearby Lukeville arrived at the border
- 1:40Speaker 1: wall to transport those migrants to a rally point to
- 1:44Speaker 1: await transportation further inland. Is now what we have been
- 1:48Speaker 1: told the inspectors are now tasked when performing duties once
- 1:52Speaker 1: exclusively reserved for border patrol agents responsible for border security
- 1:57Speaker 1: between the ports of entry. On Tuesday, no agents quote
- 2:02Speaker 1: unquote were available to answer the incursion of hundreds and
- 2:05Speaker 1: hundreds of migrants hoping to surrender. In addition to the
- 2:10Speaker 1: garbage that littered the Orange Pipe National Monument left behind
- 2:14Speaker 1: by those migrants, the inspectors received an extended pocket knife
- 2:19Speaker 1: discarded by the migrants and indicator of the dangerous faced
- 2:22Speaker 1: by the officers normally accustomed to working at the closed port,
- 2:27Speaker 1: not with working with individuals breaking into America. And that's
- 2:30Speaker 1: why these whistleblowers are now coming forward now. The port
- 2:34Speaker 1: closure at Lukeville has a devastating financial impact miles from
- 2:39Speaker 1: the border in Mexico. We're also being told the economy
- 2:44Speaker 1: of the Mexican beachside city there, home to thousands of
- 2:48Speaker 1: US expats, is highly dependent on tourism for the United States.
- 2:53Speaker 1: According to the city's visitors bureau, more than one point
- 2:56Speaker 1: seven million tourists go into that area this year, and
- 3:00Speaker 1: according to a recent news report, some of the city's
- 3:03Speaker 1: sixty seven thousand residents say the port closure, now on
- 3:06Speaker 1: its tenth day, has turned the city into what they
- 3:10Speaker 1: describe as a ghost town. The scene observed by the
- 3:15Speaker 1: reporters is early similar at the border crossing. A convenience store, restaurant,
- 3:21Speaker 1: and a duty free shop were closed on Tuesday and
- 3:23Speaker 1: will likely remain shuttered until the port of entry reopens.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Customs and Border Protection have not announced the expected date
- 3:32Speaker 1: for reopening the area's only port of entry in and
- 3:35Speaker 1: out of the United States of America and in New
- 3:37Speaker 1: Mexico and vice versa. This as the Democrat governor of Arizona,
- 3:42Speaker 1: Kittie Hobbs, visited Lukeville over the weekend after sending a
- 3:46Speaker 1: scathing letter to the White House on Friday criticizing this
- 3:50Speaker 1: closure of the port of entry and saying that is
- 3:52Speaker 1: destroying the economy. Hobbs is demanding five hundred and twelve
- 3:56Speaker 1: million in federal funds to offset the state's expenses to
- 3:59Speaker 1: cope the migrant surge that is in her state alone.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Five hundred and twelve million in federal funds is what
- 4:07Speaker 1: she's demanding. This Democratic Governor Kitty Hobbs described the closure
- 4:12Speaker 1: of the port, writing it this way, the decision to
- 4:14Speaker 1: close the Lukeville Port of Entry has led to an
- 4:17Speaker 1: unmitigated humanitarian crisis in the area and has put Arizona's
- 4:22Speaker 1: safety and Arizona's commerce at grave risk. Governor a Democrat,
- 4:28Speaker 1: Hobbs added this quote, our ports of entry are essential
- 4:32Speaker 1: to our state and our country's economy, and it is
- 4:36Speaker 1: vital that they be properly staffed and resource to continue
- 4:40Speaker 1: to fuel economic growth in the state. Now, despite the governor,
- 4:44Speaker 1: who is a Democrats, please, the unabated flow of migrants
- 4:48Speaker 1: is continuing at all time highs across our southern border.
- 4:53Speaker 1: As the town of Lukeville remains shuttered. The unobated incursion
- 4:57Speaker 1: of mostly African migrants into air Arizona does not appear
- 5:01Speaker 1: to be slowing either. According to Cheap Patrol agents of
- 5:05Speaker 1: the Tucson Border Patrol Sector, more than thirty six thousand
- 5:10Speaker 1: migrants were apprehended coming across our southern border within that
- 5:15Speaker 1: sector in a fourteen day period last week and the
- 5:19Speaker 1: week the patrol sector alone in the last two weeks. Lukeville,
- 5:24Speaker 1: by the way, remains the busiest crossing point within the
- 5:26Speaker 1: Tucson Border Patrol Sector. Now you add all this into
- 5:31Speaker 1: another problem, and that is people feel like that this government,
- 5:36Speaker 1: Joe Biden's government, has lost control of our national security
- 5:39Speaker 1: and our southern border. Now the Arizona governor, a Democrat,
- 5:44Speaker 1: isn't the only one who is actually sounding alarm in
- 5:48Speaker 1: the Democratic Party. In fact, another Democratic congressman from Texas
- 5:53Speaker 1: went on MSNBC to talk about the bare minimum of
- 5:57Speaker 1: what the Biden administration should be doing. And this is
- 6:01Speaker 1: what he had to say in pining that would we
- 6:04Speaker 1: be better off if we at least had the bare
- 6:06Speaker 1: minimum that Barack Obama gave us a border security Listen.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Bring in Texas Congressman Henry Quayar, who represents a border
- 6:13Speaker 3: of district. He's also the top Democrat on the House
- 6:15Speaker 3: Appropriation Subcommittee for Homeland Security. Congressman, thanks for joining us
- 6:19Speaker 3: on this. Appreciate So you just heard our report from
- 6:22Speaker 3: Julia on the ground there at a key town in Arizona,
- 6:26Speaker 3: very remote as well. We're hearing more detentions, more deportations.
- 6:30Speaker 3: That is the planet seeing that's coming from negotiators. By critics,
- 6:33Speaker 3: it's being called title forty two on steroids. Where do
- 6:36Speaker 3: you send on this?
- 6:38Speaker 4: Well, you know, certainly I'm one of those that I
- 6:40Speaker 4: believe that we should have detentions and we should deport
- 6:43Speaker 4: people that don't have.
- 6:45Speaker 2: A legal right to be here.
- 6:46Speaker 4: Look, you know, the asylum law is very clear. You've
- 6:50Speaker 4: got to have state persecution based on five things. Race, nationality,
- 6:55Speaker 4: political belief, religion, part of a social class.
- 7:00Speaker 2: And if you don't fit that.
- 7:02Speaker 4: You know, you can come here for a job, you
- 7:04Speaker 4: can come here for economic reasons, you can come in
- 7:06Speaker 4: for so many other reasons.
- 7:08Speaker 2: They don't qualify.
- 7:09Speaker 4: So why are we allowing everybody to come in? Most
- 7:12Speaker 4: people to come in, stay here four or five years
- 7:15Speaker 4: and then have an immigration judge deport them. I live
- 7:18Speaker 4: in the border and we've been talking about this since
- 7:21Speaker 4: twenty thirteen, and if you look at some of the
- 7:25Speaker 4: past experiences that we've had with different administrations, I think
- 7:28Speaker 4: President Obama, along with Secretary.
- 7:32Speaker 2: J Johnson, I think they had it right.
- 7:34Speaker 4: They gave people their you know, their claim to asylum.
- 7:38Speaker 4: But at the end of the day, they deported people,
- 7:40Speaker 4: they detained people, and they just did one thing, they
- 7:44Speaker 4: enforced Title eight.
- 7:46Speaker 2: So then Congressman, let just stop there.
- 7:49Speaker 1: This is a Democrat congressman, a minority congressman, who is
- 7:54Speaker 1: saying we have to do more, and we should at
- 7:57Speaker 1: least at the bare minimum. Biden should go back and
- 8:00Speaker 1: copy the Obama strategy. And he said, I think President Obama,
- 8:05Speaker 1: along with Secretary J. Johnson, I think they had it right.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Now at this point, I agree with them. They did
- 8:10Speaker 1: a hell of a lot better job than what we're
- 8:12Speaker 1: seeing from Joe Biden. But this chaos is all by design.
- 8:17Speaker 1: This chaos has all been created by design to make
- 8:23Speaker 1: sure that as many illegal immigrants can come across the
- 8:27Speaker 1: border as possible. And right now we are overrun at
- 8:30Speaker 1: a rate that no one can even get their head
- 8:33Speaker 1: around it, to the point where we're having to close
- 8:36Speaker 1: point ports of entry. So that the workers who are
- 8:39Speaker 1: not trained to be border patrol agents can act like
- 8:42Speaker 1: border patrol agents, not to stop people coming from this country,
- 8:46Speaker 1: but processing the people that are then coming into this country.
- 8:50Speaker 2: I want that to just sync in for a second tier.
- 8:54Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 8:58Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider.
- 9:00Speaker 2: And when I say the only one, I mean it.
- 9:02Speaker 2: They're the only one.
- 9:03Speaker 1: They make a huge difference every time that you pay
- 9:05Speaker 1: your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
- 9:08Speaker 1: and organizations to help you stand up for what you
- 9:13Speaker 1: believe in while you're paying a bill you're going to
- 9:15Speaker 1: have anyways. This is the part that I love about
- 9:19Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference every time you pay
- 9:22Speaker 1: your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
- 9:25Speaker 1: time that you send a text message. Patriot Mobile actually
- 9:30Speaker 1: gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
- 9:33Speaker 1: to protect the lives of unborn children. And that's what
- 9:37Speaker 1: they're doing right now is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
- 9:41Speaker 1: If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
- 9:44Speaker 1: going to give a donation to help protect life and
- 9:48Speaker 1: to help mothers choose life to an organization that does
- 9:51Speaker 1: everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
- 9:58Speaker 1: to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
- 10:01Speaker 1: And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
- 10:05Speaker 1: If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
- 10:09Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 10:14Speaker 1: or just a family, you can switch, and they make
- 10:16Speaker 1: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 10:19Speaker 1: call center making switching extremely easy. You're gonna get nationwide coverage,
- 10:24Speaker 1: unlimited talking texts, and usually save real money on your bill.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Nine seven to two Patriot. It's nine seven to two Patriot,
- 10:32Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot. Or go online to Patriot
- 10:35Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 10:40Speaker 1: slash ben or nine seven to two Patriot. Let me
- 10:44Speaker 1: also talk about this aspect of what's happening at the border.
- 10:48Speaker 1: In the national security side of this, a Mexican cartel
- 10:51Speaker 1: figure has been convicted in the US for planning kidnappings
- 10:56Speaker 1: and murders in Texas. A leading figure with a top
- 11:02Speaker 1: narco cartel is facing a possible sentence of life in
- 11:06Speaker 1: prison for his role in what the legal experts are
- 11:10Speaker 1: now saying with our US government is the planning and
- 11:13Speaker 1: ordering of the kidnapping and murder of people in Texas
- 11:18Speaker 1: who he says are not doing what they're supposed to
- 11:20Speaker 1: be doing on behalf of the cartel. For the kidnappings,
- 11:23Speaker 1: the cartel had sent hitman from Mexico into Texas and
- 11:28Speaker 1: provided those gunmen those hitmen with the weapons needed to
- 11:32Speaker 1: take out the attacks. This week, the Federal george in
- 11:36Speaker 1: Texas heard the testimony as well as the evidence of
- 11:40Speaker 1: how one of these cartel members was a leader with
- 11:44Speaker 1: a top Mexican cartel called the Louzidas. Prosecutors with the
- 11:48Speaker 1: US Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas told
- 11:51Speaker 1: the jury that this man, Gonzales, planned the kidnapping and
- 11:55Speaker 1: murder of individuals in Texas on behalf of the cartel,
- 11:58Speaker 1: According to information that was released this week by the
- 12:01Speaker 1: US Attorney's Office, after just one hour of deliberation, jurors
- 12:07Speaker 1: convicted the man on the charges of murdered for hire,
- 12:11Speaker 1: murder for higher conspiracy, kidnapping, kidnapping, conspiracy, drug trafficking, and
- 12:17Speaker 1: weapons charges. He remains behind bars awaiting sentencing. Now, how
- 12:22Speaker 1: did he come across the border to take out these people?
- 12:25Speaker 1: That he didn't like in America across the open illegal border.
- 12:30Speaker 1: According to federal prosecutors, between September seventh and September thirteenth
- 12:34Speaker 1: of last year, this individual with several other cartel gunmen
- 12:40Speaker 1: crossing the Texas to plan the kidnapping and killing of
- 12:44Speaker 1: a man who had allegedly stolen they say, drugs from
- 12:47Speaker 1: the cartel.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Not a joke.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Part of the plan involved not only kidnapping the man,
- 12:51Speaker 1: but also recovering solen drugs and cash that he allegedly
- 12:54Speaker 1: kept at a home they thought in Laredo. On September thirteenth,
- 12:58Speaker 1: the group of cartel gunmen, under orders from this Narcos cartel,
- 13:03Speaker 1: went to a house where they had a weapon stash
- 13:06Speaker 1: that included several handguns and rifles. In a series of operations,
- 13:10Speaker 1: authorities were able to arrest three gunmen, identified as a
- 13:13Speaker 1: fifty eight year old man as well as a thirty
- 13:15Speaker 1: three year old man a twenty five year old man.
- 13:18Speaker 1: All three of the men were from the cartel in Mexico.
- 13:22Speaker 1: They all had crossed into Texas for the cartel operation.
- 13:26Speaker 1: The three gunmen previously pleaded guilty to their roles in
- 13:29Speaker 1: the crime and are also awaiting sentencing. Also, this cartel
- 13:34Speaker 1: Lostas has a history of carrying out similar kidnappings in Laredo,
- 13:39Speaker 1: where they take their victims into Mexico never to be
- 13:41Speaker 1: heard from again. In fact, in April of this year,
- 13:44Speaker 1: a team of gunmen kidnapped a man identified in court
- 13:47Speaker 1: documents out of a house in Laredo. The gunmen transported
- 13:51Speaker 1: the victim over an international bridge without any interference from authorities.
- 13:56Speaker 1: The victim had reportedly bragged about stealing fifty thousand dollars
- 13:59Speaker 1: from the cartel. And now they understand, or I should say,
- 14:04Speaker 1: now you understand just how open our southern border is.
- 14:07Speaker 1: The cartel members come and go for kidnappings and murder
- 14:12Speaker 1: for hire whenever and wherever they want to. This isn't
- 14:17Speaker 1: the only case. This is just one case. That is
- 14:20Speaker 1: another warning. There has also been cartel wars that are
- 14:23Speaker 1: breaking out within Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. In fact,
- 14:28Speaker 1: a Texas trooper busted three alleged human smugglers and one
- 14:33Speaker 1: border county alone. The Texas Department of Public Safety troopers
- 14:37Speaker 1: arrested three alleged human smugglers in Kinney County over the weekend,
- 14:41Speaker 1: as well two of The smugglers were reported to be
- 14:44Speaker 1: foreign nationals from Honduras and El Salvador. The Texas DPS
- 14:49Speaker 1: spokesman Lieutenant posted reports on x formerly known as Twitter,
- 14:54Speaker 1: revealing the arrest of three people on a state felony
- 14:58Speaker 1: charges of human trafficking. Two of them were women. That's
- 15:02Speaker 1: right out this morning on the road with our troopers
- 15:06Speaker 1: and they throarted back to back human smuggling events. We
- 15:09Speaker 1: came across an eighteen year old driver from El Salvador
- 15:11Speaker 1: who resides in Houston. She was smuggling four illegal immigrants
- 15:15Speaker 1: into San Antonio. We also know that they're now using
- 15:19Speaker 1: women more than ever before. In one incident, a trooper
- 15:23Speaker 1: arrested a Salvadorian woman also living in Houston. She is
- 15:27Speaker 1: alleged to have been smuggling four other illegal immigrants from
- 15:31Speaker 1: the border region as well. How much are they making
- 15:34Speaker 1: Listen to this, the human smugglers looking like your next
- 15:37Speaker 1: door neighbor, little old ladies. These human smuggling networks allegedly
- 15:41Speaker 1: paid her four thousand dollars to drive the migrants from
- 15:45Speaker 1: the border region to San Antonio. Earlier in the day,
- 15:49Speaker 1: another DPS trooper stopped another alleged human smuggler also a
- 15:53Speaker 1: Houston resident. The trooper reported the driver was transporting at
- 15:58Speaker 1: this time sick illegal immigrants. That second driver from Houston
- 16:03Speaker 1: was stopped, they arrested them for human smuggling. After the
- 16:06Speaker 1: troopers found these six illegal immigrants concealed inside the vehicle.
- 16:10Speaker 1: The driver now faces state felony charges for human smuggling.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Some of the victims were young.
- 16:18Speaker 1: They did not disclose the destination for this load of
- 16:20Speaker 1: illegal immigrants, however, how much the driver was allegedly paid
- 16:23Speaker 1: for that load. This on top of the fact, on
- 16:27Speaker 1: December fourth, another alleged human smuggler led DPS troopers on
- 16:30Speaker 1: a wild high speed chase through Kenney County. The troopers
- 16:34Speaker 1: eventually arrested at Honduran Mann for allegedly smuggling two migrants
- 16:37Speaker 1: from Mexico. So these are people living in America. Their
- 16:41Speaker 1: full time jobs is making fat cash from the cartels
- 16:45Speaker 1: driving these people into the United States of America interior
- 16:50Speaker 1: and they are getting paid.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Who are these people?
- 16:53Speaker 1: We have no idea what crimes have they committed around
- 16:57Speaker 1: the world. We also don't know, and are we doing
- 17:00Speaker 1: background checks and the ones that we're catching. The answer
- 17:04Speaker 1: is no, we are not This is the reality of
- 17:07Speaker 1: the situation that we now are in. This is the
- 17:10Speaker 1: reality of what we're what's happening in this country. And
- 17:14Speaker 1: I tell you all this to warn you just how
- 17:17Speaker 1: bad things are getting, which brings me back to that
- 17:20Speaker 1: democraticative from Texas. Listen to the second thing that he
- 17:24Speaker 1: had to say on MSNBC.
- 17:27Speaker 3: What is to be done? If I'm hearing, you're right,
- 17:29Speaker 3: because as Julia said, folks are critical of more detentions,
- 17:34Speaker 3: more deportations. You're looking at detentions and perpetuity. There's really
- 17:36Speaker 3: no end in sight. You have folks that are trekking
- 17:38Speaker 3: for days upon days with young children, them being turned
- 17:42Speaker 3: around and deported, mistreated. What is the solution then, well.
- 17:48Speaker 4: Just what I said, You got to enforce the law. Look,
- 17:50Speaker 4: the asylum law is very They're going to keep coming.
- 17:54Speaker 2: They're going to keep coming.
- 17:55Speaker 4: No, no, no, let me tell you something. If you
- 17:58Speaker 4: have repercussions at the border like we did under President Obama,
- 18:03Speaker 4: then the numbers would certainly go down. They won't eliminate
- 18:06Speaker 4: them to zero, but it would bring him down where
- 18:09Speaker 4: it's a lot more manageable.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Do it.
- 18:12Speaker 4: If you don't have repercussions at the border, if you
- 18:14Speaker 4: and I were down there and then we said, hey,
- 18:17Speaker 4: look are they going to We can get to the US.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Border, and then they're going to let us in. Of course,
- 18:22Speaker 2: we're going.
- 18:22Speaker 4: To pay the eight thousand dollars to our coyote to
- 18:25Speaker 4: the bad people.
- 18:26Speaker 2: To come in.
- 18:27Speaker 4: But if I had, if you and I saw that
- 18:30Speaker 4: we will probably be held and then deported because we
- 18:33Speaker 4: don't qualify, I would think about that, and you would
- 18:36Speaker 4: think about that. It's simple repercussions that you got to
- 18:39Speaker 4: have at the border following what the law is.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Right now, Congressman, your fellow congressional has bean At Caucus
- 18:45Speaker 3: members say it's not right that there's no Latina representation
- 18:49Speaker 3: in any of these talks, and along with that they
- 18:51Speaker 3: think it's setting a dangerous precedent and giving into Republicans
- 18:54Speaker 3: when it comes to immigration reform and getting aid for Ukraine.
- 18:58Speaker 4: What do you stand on this, Well, look, I respect
- 19:01Speaker 4: my colleagues. They surely have a different opinion. But some
- 19:05Speaker 4: of us have been talking about this since twenty thirteen.
- 19:08Speaker 4: You talk to some of us on the border, we
- 19:10Speaker 4: think a little differently. I don't have any sanctuary cities,
- 19:14Speaker 4: I don't have any public officials that say let.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Them in, let them in.
- 19:19Speaker 4: We've been dealing with this migrant situation for so many
- 19:22Speaker 4: years now that New York, now the Chicago, Washington, d C, Colorado,
- 19:27Speaker 4: Massachusetts and other places are feeling what we felt. This
- 19:32Speaker 4: is what we've been talking about this. I don't call
- 19:34Speaker 4: this a Republican idea because some of us push this
- 19:37Speaker 4: idea before some of those Republicans were even in office.
- 19:41Speaker 4: We just want to see one thing at the border.
- 19:44Speaker 4: We want to see law and order, don't want to
- 19:46Speaker 4: see chaos at the border.
- 19:48Speaker 2: But at the.
- 19:48Speaker 4: Same time, we want to respect the migrants' rights and
- 19:53Speaker 4: their claim to asylum.
- 19:54Speaker 2: But again, the law.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Is very clear persecution by a state by estate based
- 20:00Speaker 4: on five things and those most of those folks do
- 20:04Speaker 4: not qualify.
- 20:05Speaker 2: They do not qualify.
- 20:08Speaker 3: Do you think it's important sort of have Latina representation
- 20:10Speaker 3: in these talks.
- 20:12Speaker 4: Well, you know, Secretor of Majorca is certainly involved in
- 20:16Speaker 4: the talks. I have talked to some of the folks
- 20:19Speaker 4: about it. In fact, some of the ideas that they're
- 20:22Speaker 4: looking at our ideas that I've talked about it. Certainly,
- 20:26Speaker 4: you know, the Senate should have Latinos. But it's not
- 20:29Speaker 4: only Latinos that should be involved. I mean, it's one
- 20:32Speaker 4: of those things that you know, we want to make
- 20:34Speaker 4: sure that the migrant rights because right now migrants are
- 20:38Speaker 4: not coming only from Latin America. They're coming in from
- 20:42Speaker 4: fifty plus countries.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Across the world.
- 20:44Speaker 1: We have about three Let me just say, this is
- 20:47Speaker 1: a big change. This Democrat going on MSNBC saying this,
- 20:52Speaker 1: This Democratic governor in Arizona saying what she's saying. You
- 20:56Speaker 1: have to understand now there is a real law that
- 21:01Speaker 1: is happening in the Democratic Party right now as they're
- 21:03Speaker 1: abandoning this open border because even Democrats are starting to
- 21:07Speaker 1: have enough of it and realizing just how bad it
- 21:12Speaker 1: actually is. All right, I want to also give you
- 21:15Speaker 1: an update real quick on what's happening with impeachment, also
- 21:18Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden and in him refusing to show up
- 21:22Speaker 1: in Washington, d C.
- 21:23Speaker 2: For that closed door deposition.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Hunter can make his own choices, is how they described
- 21:30Speaker 1: it on CNN. I'm gonna play this for you because
- 21:33Speaker 1: it's happened this morning and it was truly shocking as
- 21:36Speaker 1: I was watching it doing show prep and I was like,
- 21:39Speaker 1: I just got to go with this. I want you
- 21:41Speaker 1: to Listen to CNN this morning the White House spokesman
- 21:45Speaker 1: for Oversight Investigations, Ian Sam's, responding to questions on whether
- 21:51Speaker 1: President Joe Biden agreed with his son Hunter defying a
- 21:55Speaker 1: congressional subpoena.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Listen carefully to what the White House said.
- 21:59Speaker 1: It was a shocking eight minute back and forth.
- 22:03Speaker 5: Spokesman for the White House special or a special the
- 22:05Speaker 5: White House Counsel's Office, Ian SAMs Ian, appreciate you being
- 22:08Speaker 5: here this morning. I want to start with what House
- 22:11Speaker 5: Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan said yesterday about the rationale
- 22:14Speaker 5: for having the formalized vote, saying, quote, thinks that will
- 22:17Speaker 5: help us get key individuals in to speak with us
- 22:20Speaker 5: in a more timely fashion and get us documents that
- 22:22Speaker 5: mister comer has been after for a while.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Is that true.
- 22:27Speaker 6: No, these guys have made up and moved the goalposts
- 22:30Speaker 6: every step of the way of this investigation. It's all baseless.
- 22:34Speaker 6: They've been investigating the president all year long. For example,
- 22:37Speaker 6: they've gotten one hundred thousand pages of documents, they've interviewed
- 22:41Speaker 6: witnesses for forty hours, and guess what they've come up with,
- 22:44Speaker 6: Not a single shred of evidence. Of any wrongdoing of
- 22:48Speaker 6: any kind by President Biden. Yet they're storming ahead with
- 22:52Speaker 6: this impeachment stunt anyway to please their far right base
- 22:56Speaker 6: and play politics, and it really cheapens what is a
- 22:59Speaker 6: history cockle grave constitutional remedy of last resort. They're using
- 23:04Speaker 6: it almost like a you know, like a like a
- 23:06Speaker 6: political attack ad. And they're going to keep doing this
- 23:09Speaker 6: over and over and over again because every time they
- 23:12Speaker 6: float a claim about the president, a claim of wrongdoing,
- 23:15Speaker 6: it gets debunked and they get embarrassed. And what's really
- 23:19Speaker 6: unfortunate is that the entire Republican Conference has now gone
- 23:22Speaker 6: along with this stunt instead of taking action on real priorities,
- 23:27Speaker 6: on real issues that are facing the country and the
- 23:30Speaker 6: world as we head into the end of the year,
- 23:32Speaker 6: and these Republicans are leaving town for a month without acting,
- 23:35Speaker 6: you know, to that point.
- 23:36Speaker 5: The unanimous Republican vote, I think would have surprised people
- 23:39Speaker 5: three or four years, three or four weeks ago. One
- 23:42Speaker 5: of the reasons or the primary reason that a lot
- 23:44Speaker 5: of moderate Republicans are Republicans from Biden won districts, particularly
- 23:48Speaker 5: places like New York, said they needed the tools right,
- 23:50Speaker 5: they needed this was going to give them the ability
- 23:52Speaker 5: to as Chrman Jordan was saying, have people come in
- 23:56Speaker 5: do more of the investigation, which was in part driven
- 23:58Speaker 5: by your own special counsel from the White House Council's Office,
- 24:01Speaker 5: citing a Trump era Office of Legal Council opinion that
- 24:05Speaker 5: said without a formal vote, you could not have the
- 24:08Speaker 5: compulsory process that comes with impeachment power. So I guess,
- 24:11Speaker 5: did the White House dare them to go down this path?
- 24:13Speaker 6: Well, there's a process you're supposed to follow in congressional oversight,
- 24:18Speaker 6: and these guys just haven't followed it. They've blazed right through.
- 24:21Speaker 6: We've offered over and over and over again throughout this
- 24:24Speaker 6: Congress to meet with them, to talk with them, to
- 24:27Speaker 6: hear about any legitimate informational needs that they may have,
- 24:32Speaker 6: and time and time again they've ghosted us. They don't
- 24:35Speaker 6: respond to questions that we have for them, they don't
- 24:37Speaker 6: reach out to have meetings. So they've just blazed through
- 24:40Speaker 6: this process. And there's a reason why. The reason why
- 24:43Speaker 6: is that this is a preordained outcome. Don't forget Marjorie
- 24:46Speaker 6: Taylor grew up.
- 24:47Speaker 1: By the way, this is like I was watching this
- 24:50Speaker 1: and I was laughing, because even CNN is like, you're
- 24:55Speaker 1: making up crap at a level that we can't even
- 24:57Speaker 1: like comprehend this idea that you've asked questions.
- 25:02Speaker 2: By the way, that's just that's a lie.
- 25:04Speaker 1: And they know that that's a lie.
- 25:06Speaker 2: The idea that they blaze through the process is a lie.
- 25:09Speaker 1: They've actually gone extremely slow through this process. Go look
- 25:14Speaker 1: at the timeline of how slow they went through the process,
- 25:18Speaker 1: uh with this this process, comparing it to the process
- 25:23Speaker 1: that they went through with Donald Trump for not one,
- 25:26Speaker 1: but two impeachments. The idea that they've asked questions and
- 25:31Speaker 1: haven't gotten that back, this is the first time the
- 25:33Speaker 1: White House has ever said that ever.
- 25:35Speaker 2: And we know that that's not true.
- 25:37Speaker 1: And we have an and we have Hunter Biden and
- 25:40Speaker 1: Joe Biden that have refused to give over information to
- 25:43Speaker 1: the point that whistle blowers had to come forward and
- 25:47Speaker 1: to expose what was actually happening. So when you when
- 25:51Speaker 1: you're listening to this propaganda, even CNN is listening to
- 25:56Speaker 1: this and and basically kind of rolling their eyes like
- 25:59Speaker 1: are you kidding me? Like like like you really want
- 26:02Speaker 1: us to believe this, Like you actually want us to
- 26:05Speaker 1: believe what you're saying right now, there is no way
- 26:10Speaker 1: there is There's there's no way that this is reality,
- 26:14Speaker 1: right Like, it's impossible that you actually believe what you're saying,
- 26:19Speaker 1: yet that is exactly what they are saying.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Keep again, keep listening. It gets even better.
- 26:25Speaker 6: Green, who right now is probably the most powerful member
- 26:28Speaker 6: of the House Republican Conference, introduced articles of impeachment on
- 26:32Speaker 6: day one of Joe Biden's presidency, before he could even
- 26:36Speaker 6: be the president do anything. They've they've decided from the
- 26:39Speaker 6: moment that he took office that they were going to
- 26:42Speaker 6: impeach him, and this is a natural continuation of that process.
- 26:45Speaker 6: And now what they've done is wasted millions and millions
- 26:48Speaker 6: of taxpayer dollars on a phishing expedition trying to drum
- 26:52Speaker 6: up an excuse for it. So let's I want to
- 26:54Speaker 6: ask you about the ways through this process wrongly, and
- 26:57Speaker 6: I don't think that that's a fair characterization, and I
- 26:59Speaker 6: think as the facts come out, people will see that.
- 27:02Speaker 5: On the point you're making now, the question has been
- 27:04Speaker 5: what underpins the process here? What underpins the allegations here?
- 27:08Speaker 5: And Speaker Mike Johnson and a USA Today opinion piece
- 27:10Speaker 5: laid out what he said were the accusations that they.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Are currently pursuing.
- 27:14Speaker 5: They include from twenty fourteen to twenty nineteen, Biden family
- 27:17Speaker 5: members and.
- 27:17Speaker 2: A By the way, let's just pause here. I want
- 27:20Speaker 2: you to understand how much the pendulum has swung. Here.
- 27:24Speaker 1: CNN is actually about to explain to the White House
- 27:28Speaker 1: and put it up on the screen what the accusations
- 27:33Speaker 1: are against the President of the United States of America.
- 27:36Speaker 1: This is the first time that has ever happened. And
- 27:41Speaker 1: the fact that Hunter Biden tried to bypass the House
- 27:44Speaker 1: rules and not be deposed privately, which Donald Trump's children
- 27:49Speaker 1: did and only do a public hearing shows he's used
- 27:53Speaker 1: to quote never playing by the rules. Number two thing,
- 27:57Speaker 1: the rules don't apply to him or the Biden family,
- 28:00Speaker 1: expecting the rules to be changed for him. And at
- 28:03Speaker 1: this point the real question is can you blame him
- 28:06Speaker 1: for that? Can you actually blame him for thinking, I
- 28:10Speaker 1: don't have to abide.
- 28:11Speaker 2: By the rules. I don't have to play by the rules.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I don't have to do what's being said that I
- 28:17Speaker 1: must do, right, I don't have to deal with any
- 28:19Speaker 1: of this. I get to do whatever I want to
- 28:23Speaker 1: do whenever I want.
- 28:25Speaker 2: To do it. That. That is the.
- 28:29Speaker 1: That's the reality of the Biden crime family. When they
- 28:32Speaker 1: need the rules changed or a or a crime covered up,
- 28:36Speaker 1: then they just cover it up. That's just like they
- 28:40Speaker 1: just say, all right, I will literally cover it up,
- 28:44Speaker 1: and they cover it up. Five three five nine seven
- 28:48Speaker 1: three two five three five ninety seven three two. I'm
- 28:52Speaker 1: going to let you hear in a moment, CNN lay
- 28:54Speaker 1: this out. It is amazing. Okay, uh, and let you
- 28:58Speaker 1: hear CNN actually a cue use the President United States
- 29:01Speaker 1: of America for the first time in history of actual
- 29:05Speaker 1: crimes that he has committed. You cannot defend the dollars
- 29:09Speaker 1: that were going directly into Joe Biden's bank accounts. You
- 29:13Speaker 1: can't defend the phone calls. You can't defend the meetings.
- 29:17Speaker 1: You can't defend the foreign travel, you can't defend the
- 29:20Speaker 1: golf outings. You can't defend the payments coming from the
- 29:24Speaker 1: worst are adversaries, the Chinese and Russia. That's the reason
- 29:29Speaker 1: why they're all sitting there in this scenario right now. Finally,
