- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, this is interesting. Democrats are now floating an idea,
- 0:05Speaker 1: an opportunity, a possibility, and that is, we won't get
- 0:09Speaker 1: your guy, Donald Trump if you don't get our guy
- 0:13Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. In fact, there was a political article under
- 0:18Speaker 1: their Law and Order section. I kid you not that
- 0:23Speaker 1: also is under their opinion under law and order, because
- 0:26Speaker 1: that's the thing apparently now, and the headline reads this
- 0:30Speaker 1: way the real reason Trump and Hunter Biden might not
- 0:34Speaker 1: get indicted. Prosecutors aren't robots. They have wide discretion when
- 0:40Speaker 1: it comes deciding whether to indict someone, which is also
- 0:43Speaker 1: tells you just how weird are legal system is and
- 0:47Speaker 1: how corrupt. I would even argue our legal system is.
- 0:50Speaker 1: You shouldn't have why discretion. If you break the law,
- 0:53Speaker 1: and the law is clear, then you should be indicted.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I don't care what party you're in. That's just the
- 0:57Speaker 1: way it should work. But this attorney and former federal
- 1:01Speaker 1: prosecutor is a Politico magazine contributing editor, and he's writing basically,
- 1:06Speaker 1: you scratch our back and al scratchers, and maybe all
- 1:10Speaker 1: this would just go away. These are boom times for
- 1:13Speaker 1: the country's armchair prosecutors. He writes every day seems to
- 1:17Speaker 1: bring some fresh new possibility or development in a high
- 1:21Speaker 1: profile criminal investigation, along with the opportunity to speculate about
- 1:26Speaker 1: whether a major public figure will wind up in actual prison.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Most of the time these days we're talking about Donald Trump,
- 1:33Speaker 1: which by the way, is a lie. That's not true.
- 1:35Speaker 1: The media is talking about him, but the average American
- 1:37Speaker 1: is not talking about him. But again, this just shows
- 1:40Speaker 1: you how liberal Politico is. But of course he says.
- 1:43Speaker 1: The current president's son, Hunter Biden, is also under federal
- 1:47Speaker 1: criminal investigation, and that has generated similar questions about how
- 1:52Speaker 1: the investigation will be resolved. Much of this commentary, however,
- 1:58Speaker 1: has relied on mechanistic accounts of how federal prosecutors operate
- 2:03Speaker 1: in complex cases, an assumption that if there is sufficient
- 2:08Speaker 1: evidence of a crime, then it will or at least should,
- 2:12Speaker 1: be prosecuted. Obviously, we know that's not true because Hunter
- 2:15Speaker 1: Biden's been walking around a freeman for how long? And
- 2:18Speaker 1: no one's ever rated any of the Biden properties, including
- 2:22Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's. That's incomplete, the author says, at best, and
- 2:27Speaker 1: misleading it worse. The result has been a widespread oversimplification
- 2:31Speaker 1: of the questions that Attorney General Merrick Garland and the
- 2:36Speaker 1: prosecutors working on these investigations will need to confront and
- 2:40Speaker 1: the distinct possibility that one way or another, many people
- 2:45Speaker 1: will be confused or disappointed if their preferred target is
- 2:50Speaker 1: not ultimately indicted. Now you know it's where he's going
- 2:52Speaker 1: with us. He's basically going for a quid pro quo.
- 2:54Speaker 1: We want indict your guy if you don't indict my guy,
- 2:57Speaker 1: And maybe that's what should happen in all this, and
- 3:00Speaker 1: we just all go home. No one goes to jail. Now,
- 3:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna hit pause in this political article because I
- 3:08Speaker 1: want to go back to the difference and compare it
- 3:12Speaker 1: for you between Donald Trump, which they're basically trying to
- 3:15Speaker 1: implies exactly the same, and he's as much hot water
- 3:18Speaker 1: as Hunter Biden, James Biden, Joe Biden are in which
- 3:23Speaker 1: is a total lie. And I'm gonna play this audio
- 3:25Speaker 1: for you in just a second of the man who
- 3:27Speaker 1: got all this started, the guy who owned the Mac
- 3:31Speaker 1: shop in Delaware, the guy who got the Hunter Biden
- 3:35Speaker 1: laptop when Hunter Biden never came back to pick it up.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Before I play that for you, I want to remind
- 3:40Speaker 1: you about our friends over at Patriot Mobile Patriot Mobile
- 3:44Speaker 1: is America's only conservative mobile phone provider. They use the
- 3:49Speaker 1: same towers that your current cell phone runs off of,
- 3:52Speaker 1: so you get amazing nationwide coverage and you get to
- 3:55Speaker 1: save money. But here's the real reason why I want
- 3:58Speaker 1: you to switch to Patriot Mobile. It is because they
- 4:01Speaker 1: take a portion of every bill you pay and they
- 4:04Speaker 1: use that money to fund conservative causes, conservative candidates who
- 4:09Speaker 1: believe in the sanctity of life, freedom of speech, and
- 4:13Speaker 1: the Second Amendment, and they are winning. If you're ready
- 4:16Speaker 1: to make a difference with every phone call, you need
- 4:19Speaker 1: to check out Patriot Mobile. They have affordable plans for you,
- 4:22Speaker 1: for your family, and even for your business. They offer
- 4:26Speaker 1: the same nationwide coverage that you are using right now
- 4:30Speaker 1: if the same cell phone towers. Make the switch and
- 4:33Speaker 1: make a difference every day. Go to Patriot Mobile dot com,
- 4:37Speaker 1: slash ferguson, Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, or call
- 4:44Speaker 1: them right now and you'll get free activation with a
- 4:47Speaker 1: promo code ferguson nine seven to Patriot that's nine seven
- 4:52Speaker 1: two Patriot. Now, let me play for you. The man
- 4:57Speaker 1: who found Hunter Biden's laptop and the reason why this
- 5:01Speaker 1: is out of he was in Wilmington, Delaware. He explains
- 5:04Speaker 1: why he called the authorities when he realized what was
- 5:09Speaker 1: on this mac mcpro when it was not picked up
- 5:12Speaker 1: by Hunter Biden, because mainly on Burisma. It was what
- 5:15Speaker 1: was in the news at the time. It was what
- 5:16Speaker 1: I felt from what I initially seen during the recovery,
- 5:19Speaker 1: that this was the criminal activity. There was members of
- 5:23Speaker 1: Congress that were investigating Hunter Biden and his activities with Burisma.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I felt like this was the most pertinent information, even
- 5:30Speaker 1: though there was a ton of information, twenty something thousand emails.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I wanted to keep my blinders on, get through the porn,
- 5:37Speaker 1: get through the drugs, and focus in on what I
- 5:39Speaker 1: thought was the biggest concern, where the Ukrainian people were
- 5:43Speaker 1: invaded and the Biden family capitalized on it. And this
- 5:48Speaker 1: was all being run out of the office of the
- 5:52Speaker 1: Vice President. And that's not we don't elect our officials
- 5:56Speaker 1: in this type of capacity to further their families fortune. Yeah,
- 6:04Speaker 1: it is. It is detrimental to the United States that
- 6:08Speaker 1: it seems to me, and it seems a lot of
- 6:10Speaker 1: people that have heard your story that some people are
- 6:14Speaker 1: above the law and others are not. You know, some
- 6:17Speaker 1: people get a pass and others, you know, get thrown
- 6:22Speaker 1: in jail. I mean, if this laptop had been mine,
- 6:26Speaker 1: I'd be in jail, John Paul, I would be. I
- 6:29Speaker 1: think that the things that are on here concern us
- 6:32Speaker 1: over national security, shady payments, things that make us question
- 6:39Speaker 1: why would Joe Biden do the things that he's doing
- 6:41Speaker 1: right now as president unless he has compromised I mean honestly,
- 6:48Speaker 1: but those are things that are legitimate questions based on
- 6:52Speaker 1: what we know from the laptop that you looked at,
- 6:55Speaker 1: right absolutely. I mean, there was a Chinese operative that
- 6:59Speaker 1: were very very closely with Hunter and spent almost all
- 7:04Speaker 1: of twenty eighteen trying to convince Hunter to convince his
- 7:07Speaker 1: dad to run. Provided opt intel on the Trunk campaign,
- 7:13Speaker 1: opposition intel on the Trunk campaign delivered from China two
- 7:16Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. It's this is not this is not the
- 7:21Speaker 1: family that we should have in that in the Oval office.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I play that for you to remind you that while
- 7:30Speaker 1: Politico and the left is trying to sell you on
- 7:34Speaker 1: this story, all right, and their story is a very
- 7:37Speaker 1: clear story, it's a very obvious story that they're trying
- 7:41Speaker 1: to sell you, which is okay, Donald Trump is in
- 7:44Speaker 1: so much trouble legally that he should go to jail
- 7:48Speaker 1: for a very long time. In fact, he's in as
- 7:50Speaker 1: much trouble, if not more trouble than Joe or James
- 7:56Speaker 1: or Hunter Biden. So now they're selling you this idea. Yeah, look,
- 8:00Speaker 1: Republicans are coming. They believe now, and you can tell
- 8:04Speaker 1: from this article from Politico that they think that there
- 8:07Speaker 1: is going to be a change in the House. At
- 8:10Speaker 1: the bare minimum right there, we may not have a
- 8:12Speaker 1: change in power in the Senate, but there's a decent
- 8:15Speaker 1: chance that that could happen. But there's it's it seems
- 8:18Speaker 1: very clear Republicans are going to regain control of the
- 8:22Speaker 1: House as long as we all show up and we
- 8:25Speaker 1: all vote. And so now they're trying to hedge their bets.
- 8:29Speaker 1: The argument is now this, Hey, guys, will let you
- 8:34Speaker 1: have Hunter Biden and we'll let you have you know,
- 8:39Speaker 1: let me rephrase that, we'll let you give save Donald
- 8:42Speaker 1: Trump and the Trump family if you let us save
- 8:46Speaker 1: Biden and the Biden family will trade you a family.
- 8:50Speaker 1: It's almost like a hostage crisis scenario here. I mean,
- 8:53Speaker 1: that's really what this is. It's a it's it's a
- 8:55Speaker 1: it's a it's a hostage situation where we're doing a
- 8:58Speaker 1: prisoner swap. Is how that they're basically thinking about this.
- 9:02Speaker 1: You want your guy back and his family that we're
- 9:06Speaker 1: holding hostage. That's fine. You give us our guy back
- 9:09Speaker 1: and you don't investigate, and then we'll all be in
- 9:12Speaker 1: a good place and we all go back to our
- 9:14Speaker 1: homes and we leave this alone and we move on.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Number One, I don't trust them, and I don't believe
- 9:20Speaker 1: they're going to ever stop going after Donald Trump. I
- 9:24Speaker 1: don't believe they're ever gonna stop going after the Trump
- 9:29Speaker 1: family or the Trump entities. This genie is out of
- 9:33Speaker 1: the box, folks. It's not gonna stop anytime soon. They
- 9:38Speaker 1: are going to continue to attack. And so that's why
- 9:41Speaker 1: Number one minis reaction is no deal. Number two, there's
- 9:46Speaker 1: too many state liberals that wouldn't agree to this deal anyway,
- 9:50Speaker 1: even if we did agree to this deal. And by
- 9:51Speaker 1: the way, this is a bad deal. It's not a
- 9:53Speaker 1: good deal, right, so make sure you understand this is
- 9:58Speaker 1: a terrible deal. It's an awful deal for all of
- 10:03Speaker 1: us because to equate what the Bidens did with what
- 10:08Speaker 1: Donald Trump is being accused of now, and this witch
- 10:11Speaker 1: hunt is totally absurd. But that's exactly why they're writing
- 10:16Speaker 1: this article now, because they're hoping that they can convince
- 10:19Speaker 1: you that Donald Trump is as much trouble as the
- 10:22Speaker 1: Biden crime family. I want to now go back to
- 10:25Speaker 1: the political article, which is basically saying, we're going to
- 10:29Speaker 1: do a hostage swap. We're holding Trump hostage, you're holding
- 10:32Speaker 1: Biden hostage. Let's do a prisoner swap, and everything's going
- 10:35Speaker 1: to be better. The political article says this quote, It
- 10:39Speaker 1: is worth taking a step back and understanding the decision
- 10:42Speaker 1: making framework that is supposed to govern whether the Justice
- 10:46Speaker 1: Department seeks an indictment of someone. The Department has a
- 10:50Speaker 1: set of policies that governs such charging decisions, but they
- 10:54Speaker 1: provide prosecutors with discretion and determining whether to criminally charge someone,
- 10:59Speaker 1: and and the Trump and Biden cases, that discretionary element
- 11:04Speaker 1: could be crucial. Generally speaking, the author rights, there are
- 11:09Speaker 1: two prongs to this initial charging analysis under the Justice
- 11:13Speaker 1: Department policy. Now, let me just say this before I
- 11:15Speaker 1: get back to what he's about to try to sell you.
- 11:18Speaker 1: We know that these internal charging and you know prongs,
- 11:22Speaker 1: These two prongs of the internal charging analysis that he
- 11:26Speaker 1: is talking about right now do not apply to Democrats.
- 11:30Speaker 1: They don't apply to the Bidens, and they never have
- 11:32Speaker 1: because if they did apply to them, they would have
- 11:34Speaker 1: already been indicted. All right, So understand he's selling you
- 11:39Speaker 1: a lie here, a fallacy that doesn't exist for his
- 11:43Speaker 1: side of the aisle. He says this quote. Generally speaking,
- 11:48Speaker 1: there are two prongs to this internal charging analysis under
- 11:51Speaker 1: the Justice Department policy, one that is legal and one
- 11:55Speaker 1: that is prudential, and both must be satisfied. First, prosecutors
- 12:01Speaker 1: need to determine that they would actually be able to
- 12:04Speaker 1: convict the potential defendant at a trial. The Justice policy
- 12:09Speaker 1: explains that prosecutors should commence or recommend federal prosecution if
- 12:14Speaker 1: they believe that they can probably get a conviction at
- 12:17Speaker 1: trial based on the admissible evidence. Put differently, they must
- 12:22Speaker 1: believe they can actually convince a jury to a unanimously
- 12:27Speaker 1: conclude that the defendant committed each element of the relevant crime.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Are the relevant criminal offenses beyond a reasonable doubt, notwithstanding
- 12:37Speaker 1: the possible defenses at trial, which prosecutors also take into
- 12:42Speaker 1: account when making their decision. The core of this exercise
- 12:46Speaker 1: is a rigorous analysis of the admissible evidence under specific
- 12:50Speaker 1: criminal and federal crime statues of the case law governing
- 12:54Speaker 1: those statues. So, in translation, he's saying what we already
- 12:57Speaker 1: all know. When you go to charge somebody, you have
- 13:00Speaker 1: to ask yourself, Hey, can we actually get a conviction?
- 13:03Speaker 1: And do we believe that if we bring these crimes
- 13:07Speaker 1: against Hunter Biden, James Biden, Joe Biden, or Donald Trump
- 13:11Speaker 1: or the Trump family? Can we actually make headway on this? Right?
- 13:16Speaker 1: Can we actually pull this off? That's what he's saying. Now,
- 13:20Speaker 1: He's tried to tell you that they don't that you
- 13:22Speaker 1: shouldn't believe for a moment that you can charge Hunter
- 13:25Speaker 1: Biden and it's gonna stick. That's what they're selling you
- 13:28Speaker 1: at this moment. They're telling you that they believe that
- 13:31Speaker 1: there are some serious crimes that in fact, they believe
- 13:34Speaker 1: will stick against the Trump family, which is why we
- 13:39Speaker 1: should both just shake hands and walk in the other direction.
- 13:44Speaker 1: That's the argument that they're making. He's playing this out
- 13:48Speaker 1: because I think he believes that they are in deep trouble,
- 13:51Speaker 1: the Biden's. He then moves on to the second thing.
- 13:54Speaker 1: He says. Second, in addition to the legal analysis, prosecutors
- 13:58Speaker 1: also need to consider a host of discretionary factors, including
- 14:02Speaker 1: some that might weigh against charging either Trump or Hunter Biden.
- 14:06Speaker 1: In particular, prosecutors must consider whether one the prosecution should
- 14:11Speaker 1: serve no substantial federal interest, number two, the person's subject
- 14:15Speaker 1: to effective prosecution, and another jurisdiction number three, there exists
- 14:22Speaker 1: an adequate non criminal alternative to prosecution. The Justice Department
- 14:27Speaker 1: identifies nine different subsidiary considerations that might weigh for or
- 14:32Speaker 1: against a finding that a prosecution would serve a substantial
- 14:37Speaker 1: federal interest. The list, which is not exhaustive, includes the
- 14:42Speaker 1: seriousness of the offense number one, the detern effect of
- 14:46Speaker 1: a prosecution, the person's culpability and connection with the offense,
- 14:50Speaker 1: his criminal history, his personal circumstances, and the probable sentence
- 14:55Speaker 1: or other consequences that the person is convicted. Okay, so
- 15:01Speaker 1: let's go back to Hunter Biden. You look at Hunter
- 15:06Speaker 1: Biden and you have to ask yourself this question, is
- 15:09Speaker 1: Hunter Biden in a situation right now where Hunter Biden
- 15:15Speaker 1: could have a major problem when it comes to his
- 15:19Speaker 1: banking issues based on what we know about Hunter Biden.
- 15:22Speaker 1: The answer obviously would be yes. How do we know this?
- 15:26Speaker 1: Because we know there was a hundred and fifty plus
- 15:31Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports connected to Hunter Biden and his bank accounts.
- 15:41Speaker 1: We also know, as Fox News has talked about, that
- 15:45Speaker 1: there are farah charges for Hunter Biden that probably should
- 15:49Speaker 1: come down against him. This is because he decided not
- 15:52Speaker 1: to register as if foreign agent. That's a major deal.
- 15:57Speaker 1: So Brett, you know, obviously all of this is going
- 15:59Speaker 1: to lead to a lot of on the other side
- 16:00Speaker 1: of the aisle saying these are nothings, right, these charges
- 16:03Speaker 1: are nothings, and they're trying to move this ball away,
- 16:07Speaker 1: and looking at this article, it is fair to come
- 16:09Speaker 1: to that conclusion if this is all there is. That's
- 16:12Speaker 1: what I'm saying. The foreign government connection, which is really
- 16:15Speaker 1: the big tie potentially to President Biden and how that
- 16:19Speaker 1: would possibly impact his interactions with China, his interactions with
- 16:24Speaker 1: other countries, that's not in this article. And that was
- 16:28Speaker 1: the speculation going into something with Hunter Biden that that
- 16:32Speaker 1: would clear the deck with other things and then move on.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Tony Bobolinski is a very credible witness because he has
- 16:42Speaker 1: stuff that goes back to that time and no one
- 16:45Speaker 1: talks to him from that time on. Is just cricket
- 16:49Speaker 1: stirping and that's an amazing thing if you think about
- 16:53Speaker 1: a Justice Department investigation of any kind, and then you
- 16:56Speaker 1: have the whistleblowers who went to Ron Johnson and Chuck
- 16:58Speaker 1: Grassley from the FBI and said, this thing is getting
- 17:02Speaker 1: it is getting buried, and they were very upset about
- 17:04Speaker 1: the fact that it was getting buried. And now you've
- 17:07Speaker 1: got this development. So what we'll see where this goes.
- 17:10Speaker 1: But Brett, great to have you here. It's amazing if
- 17:13Speaker 1: you listen to what they have on the Biden crime
- 17:17Speaker 1: family compared to what they are accusing Donald Trump of doing,
- 17:20Speaker 1: because they don't have it on there's no documents, there's
- 17:23Speaker 1: nothing on Donald Trump, right, they're just trying to hold
- 17:25Speaker 1: him hostage. And even Pam Bondi said there is evidence
- 17:31Speaker 1: that Biden and his kids are witnesses in any case
- 17:35Speaker 1: against Hunter Biden, which is exactly why this political article
- 17:40Speaker 1: was written. They know that if you actually interview any
- 17:44Speaker 1: of the Bidens, they're either a going to purgere themselves
- 17:46Speaker 1: a lie, or B they're gonna have to plead the
- 17:49Speaker 1: fifth and say I'm not talking. I'd like to know
- 17:52Speaker 1: that aspect, and I'd like to know the connection to
- 17:55Speaker 1: Joe because Joe denied any knowledge of any of his
- 17:57Speaker 1: foreign business dealings, when in fact we know and have
- 18:00Speaker 1: evidence that he had numerous meetings with many of Hunter's
- 18:04Speaker 1: foreign business partners, and that's all been acknowledged now Sean,
- 18:09Speaker 1: And yes, it is a matter of national security, it's
- 18:12Speaker 1: so important. Yet they choose not to get a special
- 18:16Speaker 1: prosecutor in this case. And now this new evidence that
- 18:19Speaker 1: we know very sad by the way, and to digress
- 18:22Speaker 1: for a minute, parents, you do have a remedy relatives.
- 18:26Speaker 1: You do have a remedy. As a career prosecutor, you
- 18:28Speaker 1: can civilly commit your relative for your child if you
- 18:31Speaker 1: know they're doing drugs or alcohol to that extent. But
- 18:34Speaker 1: what we do now now is that Joe Biden knew
- 18:37Speaker 1: about the drug use at the time. Hollie, his girlfriend
- 18:41Speaker 1: and sister in law, knew about the drug use at
- 18:43Speaker 1: the time. There's now evidence text messages that his sister,
- 18:47Speaker 1: Ashley Biden knew Sashan. Therefore, they have to have a
- 18:51Speaker 1: special prosecutor and they're not getting a special prosecutor legally,
- 18:55Speaker 1: that is an actual conflict because as we know the
- 18:58Speaker 1: US Attorney report, it's to Merrick Garland Merritt Garland reports
- 19:03Speaker 1: to Joe Biden. Joe Biden and his kids are now
- 19:06Speaker 1: witnesses in any case against Hunter Biden. And it's really
- 19:12Speaker 1: unbelievable legally to me that that has not been dealt
- 19:16Speaker 1: with and there's not a special prosecutor on this case. Now,
- 19:18Speaker 1: this is what they're referencing is only in the gun
- 19:22Speaker 1: crime charge, right that he lied on that form that
- 19:24Speaker 1: is a federal offense where you can go to jail
- 19:27Speaker 1: for up to ten years. I don't believe he's going
- 19:30Speaker 1: to go to jail. I also want to be clear
- 19:32Speaker 1: about that. I just don't. I don't believe that he's
- 19:36Speaker 1: going to go to jail and for that crime. That's
- 19:39Speaker 1: part of the reason why the prosecutors are wanting if
- 19:41Speaker 1: they're going to have to charge Hunter Biden with anything, okay,
- 19:46Speaker 1: that it's going to be the gun crime because that's
- 19:49Speaker 1: the easy one to get out of jail on. There's
- 19:53Speaker 1: also something else the media is doing. MSNBC talking about
- 19:58Speaker 1: Hunter Biden to face criminal charge and they said this
- 20:01Speaker 1: about him taking all the foreign money that we've exposed.
- 20:04Speaker 1: And if you missed our show yesterday, go back and
- 20:06Speaker 1: listen to it because it's about all the money that
- 20:09Speaker 1: was coming in and from these Russian oligarchs, and it's
- 20:11Speaker 1: getting worse for Hunter Biden. But even with all this
- 20:14Speaker 1: coming out, what does MSNBC say. They say, it's perfectly
- 20:18Speaker 1: legal for hunter Biden to take foreign money from foreign governments,
- 20:21Speaker 1: from Russian olagarks to the Chinese Communist Party. They say,
- 20:24Speaker 1: there's nothing wrong with this. By the way, that is
- 20:26Speaker 1: a lie. There's a lot of people who evade taxes
- 20:28Speaker 1: or are never prosecuted criminally, so that's going to be
- 20:31Speaker 1: a big issue in this case. In terms of like corruption,
- 20:34Speaker 1: conflict of interest. We've never heard a hint that that
- 20:36Speaker 1: was that there were potential criminal charges there. Because Hunter
- 20:40Speaker 1: Biden wasn't an officeholder, it was perfectly legal for him
- 20:43Speaker 1: to take money from foreign governments, as long as it
- 20:47Speaker 1: wasn't he wasn't inappropriately giving them information from his family
- 20:51Speaker 1: or something. There's no hint of that. There's no hint
- 20:53Speaker 1: of that, he says, that's on MSNBC. There's no hint
- 20:56Speaker 1: that he was giving money his own words or ten
- 20:59Speaker 1: percent for the big guy. Gotta hold ten percent for
- 21:01Speaker 1: the big guy. It's all about the big guy. None
- 21:04Speaker 1: of these business deals get done without the ten percent
- 21:07Speaker 1: For the big guy, Tony bob Olenski said the same
- 21:11Speaker 1: exact thing. The money is clearly all about that. But
- 21:15Speaker 1: first I want to take a quick moment to tell

- 22:59Speaker 1: You look at the time Tony Bobolynsky's story. He's a
- 23:02Speaker 1: guy that comes out before the elections. He's a whistle blower.
- 23:06Speaker 1: No one the media wants to talk to him except
- 23:08Speaker 1: for Tucker Carlson and people at Fox. Everybody else ignores
- 23:11Speaker 1: a story. This is the guy that was an actual
- 23:13Speaker 1: business partner of Hunter Biden. It's a guy that after
- 23:16Speaker 1: he exposed everything on a Tucker's show, the FBI calls him.
- 23:20Speaker 1: The FBI brings him in, He answers questions, tells him everything,
- 23:24Speaker 1: gives him all the data gives him cell phones, gives
- 23:26Speaker 1: them hard drives, gives them everything, and they say, great,
- 23:29Speaker 1: we got a point of contact for you. Tim Tebow,
- 23:32Speaker 1: he's gonna be your point of contact. He'll be in touch.
- 23:35Speaker 1: What does Tim Tebow do? He takes all the information
- 23:38Speaker 1: Tony Bobolensky gave him and he says it's disinformation, categorizes
- 23:43Speaker 1: it as disinformation, and then actually shuts down and buries
- 23:47Speaker 1: any investigation to Hunter James or Joe Biden based on
- 23:51Speaker 1: all of the information that his former business partner, Tony
- 23:54Speaker 1: Bobolynsky gave them. And Tony Bobolensky did a second interview recently,
- 23:57Speaker 1: he had a hell of a lot to say, including this,
- 24:01Speaker 1: in the spring of twenty seventeen, I expected CFC was
- 24:04Speaker 1: going to deploy billions of dollars through Sina Hawk. By
- 24:08Speaker 1: the way, CFC is this Chinese Communist government partnership that
- 24:13Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and his company had with them. This is
- 24:16Speaker 1: the communists in China. And he says, I expect him
- 24:19Speaker 1: to do billions of dollars, okay, billions of dollars an investment,
- 24:24Speaker 1: and we were going to get part of that. Obviously,
- 24:26Speaker 1: he was going to deploy billions of dollars through Sina Hawk,
- 24:30Speaker 1: and I was focused on taking those billions of dollars
- 24:33Speaker 1: and making a return on it, and I expected to
- 24:36Speaker 1: make hundreds of millions of dollars. Does that sound normal,
- 24:39Speaker 1: by the way, No, it doesn't sound normal. Doesn't sound
- 24:43Speaker 1: normal at all. But does it really matter? Right? Because
- 24:46Speaker 1: Tony Bobo Lensky's talking about this cash and then he says,
- 24:50Speaker 1: you know, Tony Bobolenski also says the FBI rigged the
- 24:52Speaker 1: election by suppressing the Hunter Biden scanal. I went to them,
- 24:55Speaker 1: they interviewed me, they gave me Tim Tebow, and it
- 24:58Speaker 1: was clear they said, we're not touching because we want
- 25:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden to win. This is Hunter, I mean Joe
- 25:03Speaker 1: Biden to win, and this is Hunter Biden's former business
- 25:05Speaker 1: partner who's telling the FBI all of this, and they
- 25:08Speaker 1: sat on it. If you go back to October twenty twenty,
- 25:11Speaker 1: and then into the November third election, the election was
- 25:14Speaker 1: decided by twenty one thousand, five hundred votes. And what
- 25:17Speaker 1: does that mean? Three states Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona. The
- 25:22Speaker 1: difference between President Trump and Joe Biden was forty three
- 25:26Speaker 1: thousand votes. If half of those people, twenty one thousand,
- 25:30Speaker 1: five hundred had voted for President Trump instead of Biden,
- 25:34Speaker 1: President Trump would still be in the White House. Now,
- 25:36Speaker 1: I'm not arguing for that or supporting that. That is
- 25:39Speaker 1: fact based on what was recorded in actual votes. So
- 25:44Speaker 1: that election was decided by twenty one five hundred votes
- 25:48Speaker 1: in the backdrop of a story that is the most
- 25:51Speaker 1: suppressed story in the history of a US presidential election.
- 25:55Speaker 1: So if we now know that that story was suppressed
- 25:57Speaker 1: by a federal agency, the FBI law enforcement agency, then
- 26:02Speaker 1: how did the FBI not affect the election outcome? It
- 26:05Speaker 1: sounds like the election was I'll just say it rigged
- 26:10Speaker 1: in part by the FBI. There was there was, So
- 26:14Speaker 1: you can call it rigged, you can call it stolen,
- 26:16Speaker 1: you could call it suppressed. The American people and could
- 26:19Speaker 1: call it whatever they want. But the fact pattern is
- 26:21Speaker 1: the FBI alone altered history in that election. The FBI
- 26:26Speaker 1: altered that election historically. Now, this doesn't even get into
- 26:32Speaker 1: all of the other stuff, right, doesn't get into now
- 26:37Speaker 1: what we know about his a personal assistant, I'm referring
- 26:41Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden. There was another big part of that story, right,
- 26:45Speaker 1: Remember Fang Fang she was the Russians or the Chinese
- 26:49Speaker 1: spy that was sleeping with Eric Swalwell, Democratic Congressman. Well,
- 26:52Speaker 1: now we think we have another one of those who
- 26:55Speaker 1: apparently was working for Hunter Biden, who was a spy
- 26:58Speaker 1: of the Chinese Communist Nobody in the media's touching this
- 27:02Speaker 1: story as well. Hunter was trying to negotiate a deal
- 27:05Speaker 1: to sell the Chinese natural gas. But what we also
- 27:09Speaker 1: learned from the whistleblower was that their ultimate goal this
- 27:12Speaker 1: Chinese company was to buy an interest in the drillers
- 27:15Speaker 1: so they could start getting their foot in the door
- 27:18Speaker 1: to start taking over the infrastructure of the American energy industry.
- 27:22Speaker 1: So this is a national security concern. Not only do
- 27:25Speaker 1: we have proof that Hunter Biden was directly involved in it,
- 27:28Speaker 1: the emails and text messages also show that Hunter was
- 27:31Speaker 1: asking for office space and he needed extra keys for
- 27:35Speaker 1: both Joe and Jill Biden. So this links the president
- 27:39Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden's shady business deal with China. This is
- 27:43Speaker 1: just a national security nightmare, and he kind of puts
- 27:45Speaker 1: into perspective maybe why Joe Biden's made some terrible decisions
- 27:50Speaker 1: that have been at the best interest of China at
- 27:53Speaker 1: the expense of the American consumer. So there's the basic
- 27:57Speaker 1: background on the whole relationship. So let's in the woman
- 28:01Speaker 1: because the woman right. And this is again I remind
- 28:03Speaker 1: you of all this for one main reason. You want
- 28:06Speaker 1: to tell me, Politico that I should make a deal
- 28:09Speaker 1: to save Donald Trump in the Trump family and then
- 28:13Speaker 1: let the Biden family off the hook. For all this,
- 28:16Speaker 1: I remind you of how deep this goes, this corruption,
- 28:19Speaker 1: because no, I'm not willing to trade that because I
- 28:22Speaker 1: don't think that Donald Trump has committed a crime number
- 28:24Speaker 1: one and number two. I certainly don't think as kids
- 28:26Speaker 1: have a number three. I don't believe that this is
- 28:29Speaker 1: a trade that should ever be on the table. We've
- 28:32Speaker 1: got what apparently we're spies working for the president's son Shell.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Do tell us a little bit about this Chinese spy,
- 28:41Speaker 1: this new Fang Fang that Hunter fell for. Well, when
- 28:46Speaker 1: we saw the map, you know, when looking through the
- 28:48Speaker 1: hard drive, you saw the Powerport presentation, which was a
- 28:51Speaker 1: map of America in Chinese, and you saw that this
- 28:55Speaker 1: was something that was given to Hunter for a presentation
- 28:58Speaker 1: to the Chinese. We chased it back and it was
- 29:01Speaker 1: submitted by his assistant. Well, I looked at a picture
- 29:04Speaker 1: of googled a picture of his assistant. She's a very
- 29:07Speaker 1: attractive girl, so I started looking even more. We discussed
- 29:11Speaker 1: with the whistleblower, and according to the whistleblower, they were
- 29:15Speaker 1: more than just business associates. If you know what I mean,
- 29:18Speaker 1: Jesse saw, I know this is another potential Eric Swalwell situation,
- 29:23Speaker 1: another national security nightmare that Hunter Biden's involved them. I
- 29:28Speaker 1: don't even have enough time to go through all of
- 29:32Speaker 1: the other issues with hunter Biden. This is the stuff
- 29:36Speaker 1: that just came out in the last twenty six days. Okay,
- 29:41Speaker 1: this is just the last twenty six days. You want
- 29:45Speaker 1: me to trade these two No, I'm good. Now you
- 29:50Speaker 1: go outside of the twenty six days and then you
- 29:55Speaker 1: go into those suspicious activity reports that were talked about,
- 29:59Speaker 1: where there's more than one hundred and fifty suspicious activity
- 30:03Speaker 1: reports filed by banks on Hunter Biden because there was
- 30:06Speaker 1: so much shady money coming into his bank account from
- 30:08Speaker 1: the worst people in the world. All right, so what
- 30:11Speaker 1: do you take this next? And how do we get
- 30:13Speaker 1: to the truth here? And what do we do if
- 30:16Speaker 1: you have people high ranking people need FBI and d
- 30:19Speaker 1: o J Saying basically running interference and saying something's misinformation
- 30:25Speaker 1: when we know, damn wall it's not misinformation. Just like
- 30:28Speaker 1: they lied in weeks leading up to the twenty twenty
- 30:31Speaker 1: election that the laptop was misinformation, Russian misinformation. Well, what
- 30:36Speaker 1: we need now are those suspicious activity reports. That's what
- 30:39Speaker 1: my committee's focused like a laser on. Under President Bush,
- 30:43Speaker 1: President Obama, and President Trump, any member of Congress could
- 30:47Speaker 1: request from the Treasury Department suspicious activity reports. But when
- 30:50Speaker 1: Joe Biden became president, in the dark of night, without
- 30:53Speaker 1: telling anyone, he went in and changed that rule. Now
- 30:56Speaker 1: no one encounters not just any just the ranking member
- 31:00Speaker 1: of the House words I can mean, nobody, even with
- 31:02Speaker 1: high security clearance, can get this information. Joe Biden changed
- 31:06Speaker 1: another rule, in my opinion, to protect his son. So
- 31:10Speaker 1: if we had these suspicious activity reports, we would know
- 31:13Speaker 1: what laws they were breaking, because no bank is going
- 31:15Speaker 1: to notify the federal government that their client is breaking
- 31:19Speaker 1: the laws, especially if their clients the son of the
- 31:21Speaker 1: Vice Preys of the United States. Because when the bank
- 31:23Speaker 1: notifies the government, the bank examiners roll in, and no bank,
- 31:27Speaker 1: regardless of whether they're a community bank or a Wall
- 31:30Speaker 1: Street bank, wants the bank examiners in there anymore than
- 31:34Speaker 1: they have to. The federal government knew this. These suspicious
- 31:37Speaker 1: activity reports occurred throughout the entire Obama presidency, yet nothing
- 31:42Speaker 1: ever became of them by the FEDS. So what Charles
- 31:45Speaker 1: Grassly said yesterday makes perfect sense that there was a
- 31:48Speaker 1: potential cover up by the federal government because I don't
- 31:51Speaker 1: understand why Hunter Biden was allowed to continue to behave
- 31:55Speaker 1: this way with all the evidence that points to wrongdoing. Well,
- 31:59Speaker 1: then I make it trade just off of what I've
- 32:02Speaker 1: given you, and none of this goes back really to
- 32:04Speaker 1: his laptop. This is just new info connecting dots. The
- 32:08Speaker 1: answer is no, I'm not going to make a trade,
- 32:12Speaker 1: as Politico is now putting out there floating this idea,
- 32:15Speaker 1: you get your family you love Trump, and I get
- 32:18Speaker 1: my family that we love. On the left, the bidens, no,
- 32:22Speaker 1: that is not something I'm in favor of. Right, things
- 32:26Speaker 1: are not so simple, he writes in Politico, when the
- 32:29Speaker 1: underlying conduct is either relatively unusual or concerns a subject
- 32:33Speaker 1: in which prosecutors tend to be more flexible in their
- 32:36Speaker 1: approach to criminal charges. He even says a recent report
- 32:40Speaker 1: for The Washington Post about The Hunter Biden investigation illustrates
- 32:43Speaker 1: the problem. This problem, well, if somebody is looking at it.
- 32:47Speaker 1: The story reports that federal agents investigating Biden have gathered
- 32:51Speaker 1: what they believe is sufficient evidence to charge him with
- 32:56Speaker 1: tax crimes and a false statement related to a gun
- 32:59Speaker 1: per in October twenty eighteen, when he allegedly lied on
- 33:04Speaker 1: that atf forum and ask whether to purchase that the
- 33:06Speaker 1: purchaser is a drug user. This, this article really says this.
- 33:11Speaker 1: This was an odd story for a couple of reasons.
- 33:13Speaker 1: For one thing, as the article noted in passing, it
- 33:16Speaker 1: is up to the Justice Department prosecutors to make these decisions,
- 33:20Speaker 1: not FBI agents. Well, if the FBI is running things
- 33:24Speaker 1: the way they are, you shouldn't be surprised by this.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Do not agree to this, folks. The Biden family, the
- 33:33Speaker 1: Biden crime family, is not the Trump family. The Trump
- 33:37Speaker 1: family is not a crime family. And this idea that
- 33:40Speaker 1: we can raid Marlago and now hold your guy hostage
- 33:43Speaker 1: and then somehow you should agree to this no matter
- 33:47Speaker 1: what is a problem. Fundamentally, it is a problem that
- 33:54Speaker 1: that should not or an equation that does not add
- 33:59Speaker 1: up one plus one is not too here. Okay, you
- 34:02Speaker 1: guys walk away and we walk away. This is not appropriate, right,
- 34:08Speaker 1: This is not something that you should say yes to
- 34:11Speaker 1: or agree to. And I'm bringing it up today because
- 34:14Speaker 1: we all need to say hell no to this. Go back,
- 34:18Speaker 1: listen to our other podcasts on Hunter Biden, our Exposs.
- 34:21Speaker 1: We've covered this better than any other show out there.
- 34:24Speaker 1: I believe we've put a countless hundreds of hours into
- 34:27Speaker 1: this story. So make sure you go back and listen
- 34:30Speaker 1: to all that we've already uncovered. All right, just go
- 34:33Speaker 1: backwards in the podcast. Please share this podcast, Please write
