- 0:58Speaker 5: You know you gotta turn.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I can't. I got to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 4: You probably got to turn the mouth turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 4: of the moat up. Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come on, you'll think that.
- 2:02Speaker 6: I sure will. Good morning everybody. You are listening to
- 2:06Speaker 6: the voice, Come on dig me now, one and only.
- 2:10Speaker 6: Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man, got a radio show. Do
- 2:14Speaker 6: you understand that? I'm telling you God been big in
- 2:17Speaker 6: my life. God, God is a gentleman.
- 2:20Speaker 7: You know.
- 2:20Speaker 6: I want to I want to point that out to you.
- 2:23Speaker 6: God is an absolute gentleman. He will not come in
- 2:29Speaker 6: unless he's invited. He don't just barge into your life.
- 2:35Speaker 6: He gives us the power of choice.
- 2:38Speaker 8: You know.
- 2:38Speaker 6: If you say you got it, I don't need you,
- 2:40Speaker 6: he lets you have it. If you say I need you,
- 2:44Speaker 6: come see about me. He right there. It's just a
- 2:47Speaker 6: real simple thing, man. So always say to people this.
- 2:52Speaker 6: If you've gotten yourself into something, and please know I
- 2:57Speaker 6: have I man see that. That's why I'm so adamant
- 3:02Speaker 6: about it because I've gotten myself in some circumstances and positions.
- 3:07Speaker 2: In my life.
- 3:08Speaker 6: Well I've been, I've been. I've had some low moments. Man,
- 3:12Speaker 6: I've had some moments where I did not know what
- 3:16Speaker 6: to do. I didn't know what was next, I didn't
- 3:20Speaker 6: know how to go about it. I didn't have no
- 3:23Speaker 6: more ideas. I was stuck. I thought a couple of times, well,
- 3:31Speaker 6: might not make it past this one. But then if
- 3:34Speaker 6: I don't make it past it, what's gonna happen? And
- 3:38Speaker 6: then I held on to this little thing that my
- 3:40Speaker 6: mother kept talking to me about. She said, sometimes some
- 3:43Speaker 6: when you ain't got nothing else in you, just hope,
- 3:47Speaker 6: she said, just hope it'll be all right, you know.
- 3:50Speaker 6: And what I've learned in my life is that hope
- 3:54Speaker 6: is the beginning of faith. Hope is just is their
- 3:58Speaker 6: possibility out there for me. I show hope, something happened.
- 4:05Speaker 6: See hope is okay, man, Because like I say, for me,
- 4:11Speaker 6: the way I've lived my life, hope was the beginning
- 4:13Speaker 6: of faith.
- 4:14Speaker 2: It was just the idea.
- 4:16Speaker 6: It's just the thought that something could change for me,
- 4:19Speaker 6: that something could be a little bit different from me.
- 4:22Speaker 6: That maybe man, just maybe for some reason, I could
- 4:29Speaker 6: be saved. I could be rescued. Things could turn around,
- 4:34Speaker 6: it could hitit any other direction. Maybe I could quit
- 4:38Speaker 6: messing up. Maybe somebody will forgive me. Maybe somebody will
- 4:44Speaker 6: just say all right. I don't know, but I can't
- 4:47Speaker 6: count the times I've been in that position. But then
- 4:51Speaker 6: once I hope a little bit, and then I remember.
- 4:54Speaker 6: Also my mother, because she was a Sunday school teacher,
- 4:57Speaker 6: she taught me the most valuable lesson I've learned in
- 5:00Speaker 6: my life. Nothing has been greater in my life than
- 5:03Speaker 6: my faith. She taught me to pray. Mama used to say,
- 5:08Speaker 6: when it get real, dog, for your son, prayer change
- 5:12Speaker 6: is things, she said. When you seem like you lost
- 5:16Speaker 6: and you can't find your way, stop and pray, she said,
- 5:20Speaker 6: because prayer change is things. You know, when you get
- 5:24Speaker 6: a point in your life when you've done all you
- 5:25Speaker 6: can do and you can't do no more and you
- 5:28Speaker 6: just don't know what to do next, she said, stop, son,
- 5:32Speaker 6: pray and combine that prayer with that hope that you got,
- 5:40Speaker 6: she said, because that hope is the beginning of faith,
- 5:43Speaker 6: she said. If you pray just hoping, she said to
- 5:47Speaker 6: God come through for you. That'll give you confidence that
- 5:50Speaker 6: he can do it again. And then after a while,
- 5:53Speaker 6: you quit hoping, she saying, you start believing, she said,
- 5:58Speaker 6: And that's when you're on to something. If you can
- 6:02Speaker 6: turn that hope into belief, that hope into faith, that's
- 6:11Speaker 6: that that's the ability to believe in something that you
- 6:15Speaker 6: can't see. But the key though, the faith is you're
- 6:19Speaker 6: believing in something that you can't see.
- 6:22Speaker 9: See.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Hoping a little bit different from me now, I'm pretty sure.
- 6:26Speaker 6: Like I say, oftentimes to tell a lot of people
- 6:28Speaker 6: who can explain this thing a lot better than I
- 6:30Speaker 6: can to you, hope is just kind of I don't
- 6:33Speaker 6: know how to I don't know how to say it,
- 6:35Speaker 6: but I'm just telling you, hope is you're just hoping
- 6:37Speaker 6: it work right. You just have a thought in your
- 6:40Speaker 6: mind that you know, man, whoever you are, or whoever
- 6:44Speaker 6: you are, whatever you are, to me, God, I show
- 6:48Speaker 6: hope something change.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Hope helps.
- 6:50Speaker 8: Man.
- 6:52Speaker 6: If you ain't strong enough to have faith, have hope, hope,
- 6:58Speaker 6: and then if you pray with some hope and God
- 7:01Speaker 6: answers your prayer, then that hope gains a little confidence.
- 7:07Speaker 6: And after a while, that confidence becomes faith. Now theyin't
- 7:14Speaker 6: just hoping, but I'm believing. I'm believing in something that
- 7:18Speaker 6: I cannot see. Faith has been the key to my
- 7:26Speaker 6: entire existence, even when I didn't have any.
- 7:32Speaker 2: It was faith, as I look back on it, that
- 7:36Speaker 2: has gotten me here, and not just faith, but my faith. See,
- 7:43Speaker 2: you will only get to where you're going in your
- 7:46Speaker 2: life based on your faith.
- 7:51Speaker 6: See. A lot of people get the word faith confused,
- 7:55Speaker 6: like what's your faith? And then they started going down
- 7:58Speaker 6: this whole list of all these different religon out here.
- 8:02Speaker 6: But really an essence, man, when I talk to people
- 8:04Speaker 6: about faith, I'm talking to you about your your belief.
- 8:10Speaker 2: How much do you believe in the unseen? See?
- 8:16Speaker 1: Faith is the core of all that is happening to
- 8:20Speaker 1: me today.
- 8:22Speaker 6: It is the faith that I have in my relationship
- 8:25Speaker 6: with God that enables me to just oftentimes if I
- 8:31Speaker 6: stay on the right course and believe a certain way
- 8:35Speaker 6: and act a certain way, his blessings just poor. They
- 8:40Speaker 6: just come. And it comes in a lot of little
- 8:44Speaker 6: ways too. I've started to notice. See, it ain't just
- 8:47Speaker 6: a lot of people think blessings is money, na, man,
- 8:50Speaker 6: that ain't it.
- 8:51Speaker 2: It's coverage. It's every time my plane lands safe.
- 8:56Speaker 6: It's every time they predict bad weather and I get
- 8:59Speaker 6: up in this sky and it don't be no bad weather.
- 9:02Speaker 6: You know, this is this is favor. These are blessings
- 9:06Speaker 6: that get poured out to me. Somebody call me and
- 9:09Speaker 6: offer me something, not money, but an opportunity. See, blessings
- 9:16Speaker 6: come a lot of ways. But once you tie in
- 9:19Speaker 6: to God, once you tie in and you start doing
- 9:24Speaker 6: the best you can do, and you start asking for
- 9:27Speaker 6: him to make you a better person, to help shape
- 9:30Speaker 6: and mold you into the kind of man or person
- 9:34Speaker 6: that he wants you to be. You be amazed what
- 9:37Speaker 6: God can do with you. Man, if you just invite
- 9:39Speaker 6: me in and allow him to be a part of
- 9:41Speaker 6: your life. I mean, what you got to lose out there?
- 9:44Speaker 6: Come on, why would you not change? Why would you
- 9:48Speaker 6: not allow God to be a part of your life?
- 9:51Speaker 6: God got some big plans for you. If he didn't,
- 9:54Speaker 6: you wouldn't keep waking up.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 2: All right, ladies, gentlemen, you know what it is. It's
- 10:07Speaker 2: that time again. God.
- 10:09Speaker 6: You just keep showing up. Man, I'm sure glad you do.
- 10:12Speaker 6: What would you do if God didn't show up, be rough,
- 10:16Speaker 6: wouldn't it? My goodness, that's unthinkable, man, I had most
- 10:20Speaker 6: everybody I know has not shown up at one point
- 10:23Speaker 6: in time.
- 10:24Speaker 2: But go if God don't show up, Lord, have mercy.
- 10:28Speaker 6: Thank you God for showing up, for being faithful, for
- 10:31Speaker 6: being true to your word, all your promises, everything. Steve
- 10:36Speaker 6: Harvey Morning Show, Shirley Strawberry calling for real Mississippi, Monica
- 10:42Speaker 6: Junior and the legend of Nephew Tommy Junior? What could
- 10:48Speaker 6: be underneath that cap of hope?
- 10:53Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 10:56Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 10:56Speaker 2: Man, you said pressure is a privilege.
- 10:59Speaker 7: And what.
- 11:03Speaker 6: Well it's It can be interpreted several ways. But pressure
- 11:08Speaker 6: is a privilege because only people who are trying to
- 11:13Speaker 6: accomplish something, who have goals and aspirations, who are have
- 11:21Speaker 6: expectations levied against them, are the ones who are under pressure. Well,
- 11:28Speaker 6: ain't that a blessing?
- 11:29Speaker 2: Though?
- 11:31Speaker 6: That's a real blessing, man, to have goals and aspirations,
- 11:35Speaker 6: to be under timelines, to have achievements and hopes and dreams.
- 11:42Speaker 2: That's why I say pressure is a privilege.
- 11:45Speaker 6: Now, if you don't want the pressure, just go home,
- 11:49Speaker 6: push your chips up to the window and make the
- 11:51Speaker 6: decision to not be nothing, and you can get all
- 11:54Speaker 6: this pressure off you. You ain't got to keep showing up.
- 11:58Speaker 6: You ain't got to keep proving yourself. You ain't got
- 12:01Speaker 6: to keep trying to improve yourself. You ain't got to
- 12:04Speaker 6: You ain't got to try to be better. You just gone,
- 12:09Speaker 6: just gone. But there's no reward in that, man, because
- 12:13Speaker 6: it's all hard, all of it's hard. If you decide
- 12:17Speaker 6: to be successful, it's hard. If you make up in
- 12:20Speaker 6: your mind, I'm not gonna be successful. I got news
- 12:24Speaker 6: for you. It's finna be hard. If you decide to
- 12:27Speaker 6: get in shape, it's gonna be hard. If you decide
- 12:31Speaker 6: to just sit there and don't worry about your weight
- 12:34Speaker 6: and eat what you want to eat, it's finna be
- 12:36Speaker 6: hard for you too. It's hard to open up a
- 12:40Speaker 6: business and become an entrepreneur and start something on your own.
- 12:45Speaker 2: That's hard. But it's hard going down to a job
- 12:48Speaker 2: you can't stand every day too. Though.
- 12:50Speaker 6: It's hard to get rich, it really is. But it's
- 12:54Speaker 6: real hard to be poke too, you see. So at
- 12:58Speaker 6: the end of the day, I enjoyed the pressure. I
- 13:01Speaker 6: considered the privilege.
- 13:03Speaker 8: Man.
- 13:03Speaker 6: All you got to do is pick your heart, Which
- 13:06Speaker 6: one on you want? Because you do have a choice.
- 13:08Speaker 6: That's one thing. God gave all of us the power
- 13:11Speaker 6: of choice. So it is you get the choice. You
- 13:14Speaker 6: get to pick your heart. You want to own to
- 13:16Speaker 6: come ney, you wanna work a job, pick it. You
- 13:20Speaker 6: want to get in shape, or you don't want to
- 13:22Speaker 6: be nothing. You're gonna take the stands or or kn't
- 13:27Speaker 6: walk the stairs?
- 13:28Speaker 2: Which one?
- 13:31Speaker 1: All right?
- 13:31Speaker 2: It's all hard.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Hey guys, thank you coming after the hour he runs
- 13:39Speaker 1: that bring back right after this. It's already ignorant. Already
- 13:46Speaker 1: you're listening hard morning show.

- 13:56Speaker 6: right it almost feels wrong. Now it's the best time

- 14:24Speaker 1: All right, and it's time now for the nephew and
- 14:27Speaker 1: run that prank back.
- 14:28Speaker 9: What you got for is now, this is the nephew
- 14:31Speaker 9: getting us rep the one and only Jasmine Krocket.
- 14:35Speaker 2: You haven't heard it here?
- 14:36Speaker 9: It is hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach Jasmine Jasmin Crockett.
- 14:41Speaker 10: Yeah, who is this?
- 14:42Speaker 9: This is Tais, This is Taars. I'm president over here
- 14:45Speaker 9: at OBB, out of the Dallas Chapter.
- 14:48Speaker 10: What is OBB? How did you get my number?
- 14:51Speaker 9: Okay, I got your number from Benjamin Krump. He gave
- 14:54Speaker 9: me your number.
- 14:55Speaker 8: And OBB is.
- 14:56Speaker 9: Our Black Businesses. I've met you before. Then you work
- 15:00Speaker 9: that leave Merrit's office for a while.
- 15:03Speaker 10: That Yeah, we worked together for a second.
- 15:05Speaker 8: Yeah, okay, I.
- 15:06Speaker 9: Was actually working at least, but I think you had
- 15:08Speaker 9: just gotten there when I was leaving. But I wanted
- 15:10Speaker 9: to give you a call because here at OBB, we
- 15:13Speaker 9: got a bit of a problem.
- 15:14Speaker 7: Now.
- 15:14Speaker 9: We were about to get an award from the Dallas
- 15:17Speaker 9: Morning News.
- 15:18Speaker 8: We was about to get up Well, no, we didn't
- 15:22Speaker 8: get it.
- 15:23Speaker 9: So we was about to get a Benchmark Business Award,
- 15:25Speaker 9: which which claim with a two million dollar grant.
- 15:28Speaker 8: But we could help a whole lot of black businesses.
- 15:30Speaker 9: Now, the problem is we was denied that and they're
- 15:34Speaker 9: saying they've denied us from some.
- 15:36Speaker 8: Some stupid that you said on TV.
- 15:38Speaker 9: So they saying that we got denied of a benchmark
- 15:42Speaker 9: business award.
- 15:43Speaker 8: They supposed to give us two million dollars.
- 15:45Speaker 9: Was gonna help a lot of business with this, but
- 15:47Speaker 9: that you said on TV, and now they hesitant on
- 15:50Speaker 9: giving black organizations any.
- 15:52Speaker 8: Kind of front.
- 15:53Speaker 10: What ain't nothing that I said. It's probably something that
- 15:55Speaker 10: Trump then said, it ain't got nothing to do with me.
- 15:58Speaker 9: At the end of the day, we need you not
- 16:00Speaker 9: to say nothing for the next four years because this
- 16:02Speaker 9: gets created a big problem.
- 16:03Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 16:04Speaker 10: I don't even know. Okay, I'm gonna have to direct
- 16:08Speaker 10: you to my staff. I only continued this conversation because
- 16:12Speaker 10: you said that you knew Benjamin Crump, and Crump is
- 16:16Speaker 10: like a big brother of mine. So if he gave
- 16:18Speaker 10: you my number, he does not do that lightly. So
- 16:21Speaker 10: I'm not really sure what's going on a.
- 16:24Speaker 9: Friend of mine. The problem is that that you're saying
- 16:28Speaker 9: there is the problem that I got, and I'm trying
- 16:30Speaker 9: to get you to be quiet. For you, some of
- 16:33Speaker 9: these Republicans is good white folks.
- 16:35Speaker 8: You know what I'm saying.
- 16:37Speaker 10: Oh, oh, well, name them for me.
- 16:39Speaker 8: I mean, I don't help it.
- 16:40Speaker 10: But nevertheless, but nevertheless, I don't know how you got
- 16:43Speaker 10: my number. And I'm gonna have to have a conversation
- 16:47Speaker 10: with Ben because we have never had this type of situation.
- 16:51Speaker 10: And I am sorry that you felt like I had
- 16:53Speaker 10: something to do with you losing your award. Listen, I
- 16:57Speaker 10: want all my black businesses to survive and thrive, and
- 17:00Speaker 10: so if there's anything that we can what.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Are you doing and what are you doing? What are
- 17:04Speaker 2: you doing for black business?
- 17:05Speaker 8: What are you doing?
- 17:06Speaker 10: I am Listen, I do a ton. If you are
- 17:09Speaker 10: familiar with the leadership under Pete Budages with the Department
- 17:13Speaker 10: of Transportation, the things that we did was we tried
- 17:16Speaker 10: to insulate black businesses from an incoming an incoming crazy
- 17:21Speaker 10: regime like the one that we've had to make sure
- 17:23Speaker 10: that they could still get those contracts to be able
- 17:26Speaker 10: to go out and work on these big infrastructure projects
- 17:29Speaker 10: and things like that. And I honestly have a great
- 17:31Speaker 10: relationship with the black businesses in my community. I'm surprised
- 17:34Speaker 10: that I've never met you. I worked with the Black
- 17:36Speaker 10: Chamber of Business and we always do events together and
- 17:40Speaker 10: I would love to bring you in your organization after
- 17:43Speaker 10: the fall.
- 17:44Speaker 7: But this I gotta go.
- 17:46Speaker 10: But you can call my office and my staff can
- 17:48Speaker 10: help you.
- 17:49Speaker 8: So you got now you ain't got time for black people.
- 17:51Speaker 8: You ain't got time to talk to me.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Now now you got to you got to run.
- 17:54Speaker 10: I always ask something, but this is getting a little
- 17:57Speaker 10: bit more hostile then I typically like to deal with.
- 18:01Speaker 10: Because if you've seen me, I know how to pop off,
- 18:03Speaker 10: and I don't want to pop off because I understand
- 18:05Speaker 10: your frustration. You're talking about losing two million dollars, so
- 18:10Speaker 10: I get it. I would rather be productive and figure
- 18:13Speaker 10: out how we can get that money back for you.
- 18:15Speaker 10: I know people at Dallas Morning News, and so hopefully
- 18:20Speaker 10: I can assist you with that. But I can assure
- 18:22Speaker 10: you that that money doesn't have anything to do with
- 18:25Speaker 10: me and anything that I've said.
- 18:27Speaker 11: They saying this, they saying this is perhaps you definitely
- 18:32Speaker 11: said you're saying on TV, and this is the reason why,
- 18:35Speaker 11: this is the reason why they're holding back and giving
- 18:37Speaker 11: us the grant for my organization. Okay, And I'm sure
- 18:42Speaker 11: this problem started when you got on there with that
- 18:44Speaker 11: white lady with that bleach blonde, bad beach body. When
- 18:47Speaker 11: you did that that's probably what created the problem enough,
- 18:51Speaker 11: I don't think so.
- 18:53Speaker 10: You know, honestly, that was a white woman at work
- 18:56Speaker 10: that disrespected me, and I got nothing beloved when I
- 19:00Speaker 10: call Martin a bleach blind, bad built bush body. So
- 19:04Speaker 10: if it offended you, I don't know if you blond
- 19:07Speaker 10: or bleach or a bad built I don't know, But
- 19:10Speaker 10: I will say that a lot of people were happy
- 19:13Speaker 10: that I stood up to a bully, and the same
- 19:15Speaker 10: way you and your organization are being bullied out of
- 19:18Speaker 10: y'all money. I am going to absolutely make sure that
- 19:22Speaker 10: I fight those bullies back on your behalf. So you
- 19:25Speaker 10: should just take from that moment and recognize that I
- 19:28Speaker 10: cannot be pushed around by anybody.
- 19:31Speaker 6: You messed up all our money and your Now you're
- 19:33Speaker 6: trying to figure out why I'm upset about it.
- 19:35Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm upset about it. I'm trying to get you
- 19:37Speaker 9: to understand. But really, honestly, for the next four year,
- 19:40Speaker 9: we need you to sit down and be quiet. That's
- 19:42Speaker 9: what we really need you to do, sir.
- 19:44Speaker 12: Sir, like I mean, I don't want to fight.
- 19:46Speaker 10: It sounds like you want to fight, but listen, as
- 19:49Speaker 10: a public servant, I am really trying to serve the people.
- 19:51Speaker 7: So just tell me how it is that I can
- 19:54Speaker 7: help you.
- 19:54Speaker 10: Instead of fighting with me, what we need to do
- 19:56Speaker 10: is focus on how we're gonna get you your money.
- 19:58Speaker 7: And I am committed today.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Well, can I tell you one more thing before you go?

- 20:24Speaker 3: On my phone?
- 20:26Speaker 12: Like I don't even want to know how and why?
- 20:29Speaker 10: But I legitimately don't even know. I don't even want
- 20:32Speaker 10: to know, right, but.
- 20:33Speaker 13: Just takes the time.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Oh no, I know, but listen, let me just say this.

- 22:22Speaker 14: great show plan for you. Right now it is time
- 22:25Speaker 14: to ask the CLO our chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey.
- 22:29Speaker 1: This is from Cheyenne and Plano.
- 22:31Speaker 14: Cheyenne writes, I have two younger sisters and they've dated
- 22:34Speaker 14: the same guys twice. I'm concerned that this is a
- 22:38Speaker 14: thing for them. I talked to them and they said
- 22:40Speaker 14: it's no big deal. They're nineteen and twenty one and
- 22:43Speaker 14: moving too fast. Should I let them make their own mistakes?
- 22:47Speaker 6: Well, they make it. I'm trying to figure out where
- 22:51Speaker 6: you at in this. Should I let them? They doing it?
- 22:54Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 22:55Speaker 2: They twenty twenty one. You can't tell them nothing.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Nineteen and twenty one.
- 22:58Speaker 2: Why would two sisters want be passed between the same man?
- 23:03Speaker 1: Why?
- 23:04Speaker 7: What? What?
- 23:05Speaker 2: What makes that okay? In your head?
- 23:07Speaker 8: What? Man?
- 23:08Speaker 2: We just live in a different world today. Man, It's just.
- 23:12Speaker 14: Yeah, it seems like in their minds though they're passing
- 23:15Speaker 14: the guys between them.
- 23:18Speaker 6: The difference is. The difference is the act of sex
- 23:21Speaker 6: between the two is quite different. It's very very different.
- 23:27Speaker 6: And if you don't treat your body with more respect,
- 23:32Speaker 6: stop expecting other people to do it.
- 23:35Speaker 1: That's right, that's right.
- 23:37Speaker 6: That part if you will allow anybody to come along
- 23:42Speaker 6: with a conversation and have it, then that's what's going
- 23:45Speaker 6: to continue to happen to you. Well, you have to
- 23:48Speaker 6: set some standards for yourself, young ladies, and you can.
- 23:51Speaker 6: That's not being old fashioned, that's just being smart to
- 23:54Speaker 6: who you are. This is just you putting the value
- 23:58Speaker 6: on yourself that you should.
- 24:00Speaker 2: That's right.
- 24:01Speaker 6: And if a boy comes over and dates your sister
- 24:04Speaker 6: and gets rid of your sister, why would you allow
- 24:07Speaker 6: him to come and do the same thing to you?
- 24:09Speaker 14: Yeah, right, is right because this time they don't know
- 24:15Speaker 14: that unless someone tells them that. So I'm glad you
- 24:17Speaker 14: said what you just said, man, And.
- 24:20Speaker 6: I'm you know, I don't. Yeah, you know there's some
- 24:22Speaker 6: stuff out there that's still good. It's called morals.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Those are still good values. They still self respect, you know,
- 24:32Speaker 1: self esteem, Yeah.
- 24:34Speaker 6: I'll see the pride, dignity just yeah them words is old,
- 24:39Speaker 6: but they still but.
- 24:41Speaker 14: The time meaning yeah, they still have mean today. All right,
- 24:45Speaker 14: Thank you, Celo, great advice. Diane and Richmond writes, I'm
- 24:48Speaker 14: a fifty nine year old divorced mother of three sons,
- 24:51Speaker 14: and I allowed my oldest son's girlfriend to stay with
- 24:54Speaker 14: us for a while. She and my son are twenty
- 24:57Speaker 14: two years old and expecting their first child. How do
- 25:01Speaker 14: I get them out of my house before the baby comes?
- 25:04Speaker 6: What why you let them in your house? Want them
- 25:07Speaker 6: all of a sudden to be me? And that's why
- 25:08Speaker 6: I tell you. Look, ladies, you gotta set some rules.
- 25:14Speaker 6: Twenty two he's still at the house now. He brings
- 25:19Speaker 6: somebody else to the house that his don't even need
- 25:21Speaker 6: to be here. Twenty two years old, So far from
- 25:24Speaker 6: my mom and daddy house.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Yeah, you're out at eighteen.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Most of us go over there and tell my daddy
- 25:31Speaker 2: what do I finn to live here?
- 25:32Speaker 4: Again?
- 25:33Speaker 2: He's boy, what did I tell you when you went
- 25:35Speaker 2: to college? This is just some standards.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Yeah, so now she wants them out of the house.
- 25:45Speaker 1: When it was okay when they.
- 25:46Speaker 6: Were you can't baby them, And then when they start
- 25:48Speaker 6: acting like a baby, we want some different results.
- 25:52Speaker 9: I bet you he ain't working, he ain't got no job,
- 25:55Speaker 9: he ain't doing nothing.
- 25:57Speaker 3: Yeah right, yeah, and making baby baby mama's same situation.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Probably they all just in the house. Yeah, all right,
- 26:07Speaker 1: grind right now, yeah, all right.
- 26:10Speaker 14: Moving on to Teddy and Mobile, Teddy writes, I learned
- 26:13Speaker 14: my wife's dad some money to pay off a gambling
- 26:16Speaker 14: debt from the super Bowl. He just paid me back,
- 26:19Speaker 14: and I put the money in the wrong account. My
- 26:22Speaker 14: wife keeps asking where the money came from. I don't
- 26:26Speaker 14: lie to my wife, So what do I tell her?
- 26:29Speaker 14: Let me repeat that, Steve, I don't lie to my wife.
- 26:33Speaker 8: So what do I tell you?
- 26:34Speaker 2: Right here? Yeah, y'all not gonna be married. This marriage
- 26:41Speaker 2: is on the.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Clock, because what do you always say? You got to lie.
- 26:50Speaker 8: So now.
- 26:53Speaker 6: What you're finn to do is you're gonna tell your
- 26:56Speaker 6: wife that her daddy got in the gambling problem. You
- 27:03Speaker 6: loaned in the money, he paid you back, and that's
- 27:07Speaker 6: where the money came from. Then he she gonna go
- 27:11Speaker 6: to her daddy, and then her daddy gonna be looking
- 27:15Speaker 6: up you sideways because her young man, this was between us,
- 27:20Speaker 6: and I paid you your money. I came to you
- 27:24Speaker 6: as a man. I paid you your money. Now my
- 27:27Speaker 6: daughter in my behind because your punk don't want to
- 27:31Speaker 6: lie to her. You see how I see how stupid
- 27:35Speaker 6: that is. So I don't know how you can't avoid lying?
- 27:42Speaker 9: Man?
- 27:42Speaker 6: What is what is all this truth? And your dumb
- 27:48Speaker 6: how you put the money in the wrong account? How stupid,
- 27:50Speaker 6: are you?
- 27:51Speaker 2: I ain't never done that.
- 27:52Speaker 6: I have all that first accident mistake. Yeah, stupid, first
- 28:01Speaker 6: of all stupid.
- 28:02Speaker 2: He's a good person. Oh he dumb his head.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Father and lost some money.
- 28:10Speaker 2: But he's stupid.
- 28:11Speaker 6: Bro.
- 28:11Speaker 2: Listen to me. Listen to me.
- 28:14Speaker 6: When you loaned your father the money, I'm assuming you
- 28:17Speaker 6: took it out your account father.
- 28:20Speaker 2: That loan is a tax write off.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Now your then got the money back from your father
- 28:28Speaker 2: and put it into bank, and now you gotta pay
- 28:31Speaker 2: taxes on that money.
- 28:32Speaker 6: You can't be nolmost stupid than this. Stupid and man,
- 28:38Speaker 6: don't write this show no money, No, you stupid. Somebody
- 28:42Speaker 6: pay you some money back. That's called the loss you
- 28:46Speaker 6: loaned him to He loaned the money.
- 28:48Speaker 2: This is honest.
- 28:49Speaker 6: I loaned him the money, so that income is not
- 28:52Speaker 6: taxable because you send it out as a loan, and
- 28:55Speaker 6: his money is not taxable because he took it as
- 28:58Speaker 6: a loan. So now you got to our standing loan
- 29:00Speaker 6: on your books that you get to claim. Okay, now
- 29:04Speaker 6: he pays you the cash back, y'all do all took
- 29:07Speaker 6: the money to the bank.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Yeah, he's just an honor.
- 29:11Speaker 2: That's just playing on stupid Donald Trump.
- 29:14Speaker 1: He's an honest Trump. Don't understand where this is going.
- 29:20Speaker 1: He's just an honest man.
- 29:22Speaker 6: Do you think Donald Trump would get a cash payment
- 29:25Speaker 6: from somebody and go put it in his bank?
- 29:28Speaker 2: No, and pay taxes on it? No, why would you
- 29:32Speaker 2: do that? This got cash transaction. That money is in
- 29:37Speaker 2: their closet down in milagrog. You treat your father in
- 29:45Speaker 2: law like the cartail?
- 29:47Speaker 9: What what?
- 29:50Speaker 6: What do you mean you have to treat your father
- 29:51Speaker 6: in law like the cartail? This is a drug transaction.
- 29:54Speaker 6: They don't put that money all in the bank. Oh God,
- 30:00Speaker 6: on laundred. They launder it.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Yes, So now he's a feeling. Yes, he's just an honest,
- 30:06Speaker 1: good guy. And now he's going to jail.
- 30:11Speaker 2: Where does that get you? Taxes?
- 30:17Speaker 6: Didn't defend the tail on his daddy in law, and
- 30:19Speaker 6: then he gonna lose his respect for him coming on.
- 30:23Speaker 14: Like half of the are I had to tell her,
- 30:26Speaker 14: ask me, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show on Friday, Guys,
- 30:36Speaker 14: A seven point seven I said a seven point seven
- 30:39Speaker 14: magnitude earthquake devastated the Thailand and metropolitan region with most
- 30:44Speaker 14: damage and uh Miramar and Bangkok, where a high rise
- 30:50Speaker 14: building that was under construction collapsed yesterday. The death toll
- 30:54Speaker 14: was reported at over sixteen hundred people and close to
- 30:56Speaker 14: one hundred and forty people are still missing as rescuer
- 31:00Speaker 14: is continued to dig through the debris of the collapse building.
- 31:03Speaker 14: A series of aftershocks on yesterday continue to shake the region,
- 31:07Speaker 14: and officials reportedly expect the death toll to rise in
- 31:11Speaker 14: the coming days. So did you guys see the video
- 31:15Speaker 14: of the building collapsing. Yes, yes, oh, I have mercy. Yes,
- 31:19Speaker 14: that's sixteen hundred people. Man, that's that's major.
- 31:22Speaker 6: That's you know, I know it's not here, but you
- 31:25Speaker 6: know it's still You know, you got to have a
- 31:27Speaker 6: heartful what goes on with people many human You won't,
- 31:32Speaker 6: you know, because you know you you want everybody to
- 31:35Speaker 6: react to yours too. You know the fires in LA
- 31:39Speaker 6: you know, disasters Patrina. It's been some major stuff man.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, yeah, our prayers are going out to those
- 31:47Speaker 1: people as well.

- 32:27Speaker 14: his church to close the doors until his congregation donated
- 32:31Speaker 14: forty thousand dollars has rubbled a lot of feathers. Social
- 32:35Speaker 14: media comments range from those that were in support of
- 32:38Speaker 14: Bishop Sap to those that were totally against it and
- 32:41Speaker 14: said he went overboard and was holding his congregation captive.
- 32:45Speaker 14: In a recent Facebook post, Bishop Sapp explained that he
- 32:48Speaker 14: challenged his congregation to plan a seed of only twenty dollars.
- 32:53Speaker 14: This is one a night where he had four thousand
- 32:56Speaker 14: people in attendance and watching online. Bishops App said that
- 33:00Speaker 14: when finances are being handled, it is one of the
- 33:03Speaker 14: most vulnerable times in the church, so movement during this
- 33:07Speaker 14: time is distracting and risky. He said his directive was
- 33:11Speaker 14: not about control, but more about creating a safe environment
- 33:15Speaker 14: for those who were choosing to give.
- 33:17Speaker 2: So that's man, come on, come on, doe.
- 33:20Speaker 6: Creating a safe environment for though, How when the last
- 33:24Speaker 6: time you see this?
- 33:25Speaker 2: You've seen a stampede to the front at offering.
- 33:30Speaker 6: When the last time you see a whole bunch of
- 33:34Speaker 6: people just knocking each other? I gotta give, I'm gonna
- 33:36Speaker 6: give you get, I give more, you can give more. No,
- 33:40Speaker 6: you ain't got to protect themselves. It's all good. A
- 33:43Speaker 6: matter of fact, you shouldn't release a statement. A Listen
- 33:47Speaker 6: to me, I'm gonna start a website. Well, don't say
- 33:53Speaker 6: that dot com.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and just.
- 34:00Speaker 6: Say type it in to don't say that dot com
- 34:05Speaker 6: and let me read it and tell me what this
- 34:07Speaker 6: is about.
- 34:08Speaker 2: And I'll let you know if you should say that
- 34:11Speaker 2: or not, because you know, Lord, I have opened my damn.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Mouth and I know speaking from experience.
- 34:25Speaker 2: Lord him.
- 34:28Speaker 1: But he did say the director was not about control
- 34:30Speaker 1: but more about safety.
- 34:32Speaker 6: Yeah, well that ain't a good one. Dog hanging there
- 34:35Speaker 6: is something new will come out though, Kanye he treading
- 34:38Speaker 6: so he right right right?
- 34:40Speaker 2: Whoa yeah, yeah, to make the same audience you got there.

- 34:51Speaker 14: Aaron Guy? Aaron Hall from the group Guy.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Remember him?
- 34:55Speaker 1: We don't know him? Yeah? Yeah, of course right. Well,
- 34:58Speaker 1: people are asking have you seen him?
- 35:00Speaker 14: Because reportedly Aaron Hall has been missing since he was
- 35:04Speaker 14: named in the November twenty twenty three sexual assault lawsuit
- 35:08Speaker 14: with Diddy. According to the female accusers attorney, their office
- 35:12Speaker 14: has been trying to serve Aaron Hall since June of
- 35:15Speaker 14: last year, and he has not been at any of
- 35:17Speaker 14: his past known addresses. The accusers attorney is now requesting
- 35:21Speaker 14: to serve mister Hall through newspaper notices in both Georgia
- 35:25Speaker 14: and California that as a last resort.
- 35:29Speaker 1: So no one's seen him. He hasn't been served. They're
- 35:31Speaker 1: trying to serve him.
- 35:32Speaker 6: I ain't seen and I ain't looking for Yes, I
- 35:36Speaker 6: was just gonna say, just for the record, I haven't seen.
- 35:40Speaker 2: I haven't seen. Going to be clear, don't ask me,
- 35:47Speaker 2: that's what it's saying.

- 35:52Speaker 1: be on.
- 35:52Speaker 2: The run, A few loves on the run, don't be afraid.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Okay, even be working on new music. Maybe they're working
- 36:02Speaker 1: on new music studio.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Okay, you can't do music on the run.
- 36:14Speaker 1: Should Okay, we don't know that.
- 36:18Speaker 2: I just I don't. I don't know he's on the run.
- 36:22Speaker 1: But you know it was a joke. Yeah, we got it.
- 36:28Speaker 2: At none of them houses. What I'll call what I
- 36:31Speaker 2: think that's here?
- 36:32Speaker 14: Yeah, no, no, yeah, but being connected with Diddy in
- 36:37Speaker 14: this lawsuit, you know, yeah, you don't want to be found,
- 36:41Speaker 14: you don't.
- 36:41Speaker 1: You don't want to be caught. This is serious right here.
- 36:45Speaker 2: Yeah, So glad I ain't go down there, go.
- 36:49Speaker 8: Down with.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Amen, come through we having the party. Nope, you thought

- 37:02Speaker 6: thing I don't have to wear about nine and none of.
- 37:04Speaker 1: That clear, all right, guys.
- 37:09Speaker 14: Coming up at twenty minutes after the hour, Donald Trump

- 38:08Speaker 14: do it. Later, he told reported to board his air
- 38:11Speaker 14: Force one flight from Florida to d C. He said,
- 38:15Speaker 14: I have had more people ask me to have a
- 38:17Speaker 14: third term, which is in a way a fourth term
- 38:21Speaker 14: because the other election, the twenty twenty election, was totally rigged.
- 38:27Speaker 1: But we're still on that. We're still on that.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, man, I believe him too.
- 38:32Speaker 6: Yeah, And I believe he will find a way to run,
- 38:38Speaker 6: and I believe he'll be elected because we are.
- 38:41Speaker 2: In that type of country.
- 38:45Speaker 6: I've never seen people more afraid of one person than
- 38:51Speaker 6: they are of Donald Trump.
- 38:53Speaker 2: I've never seen it, man.
- 38:55Speaker 6: I mean, the Republican Party lives in fear of this man,
- 39:01Speaker 6: and the Democrats have no response. The Democrats around I'm
- 39:08Speaker 6: just looking at them. Look when you're playing at the
- 39:11Speaker 6: address was to hold up them little auction paddles. And
- 39:15Speaker 6: then some of y'all wore black T shirts, some of

- 39:21Speaker 6: y'all didn't say that.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Org. Can you all get together? I really know how
- 39:26Speaker 2: to protest. Yeah.
- 39:28Speaker 14: Well, the twenty second Amendment of the Constitution states, and
- 39:32Speaker 14: no person shall be elected to the office of President
- 39:34Speaker 14: more than twice. This amendment was signed back in nineteen
- 39:37Speaker 14: fifty one after Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected president four
- 39:41Speaker 14: times in a row. And Donald Trump said, quote, there
- 39:44Speaker 14: are methods which in which you could do it.
- 39:47Speaker 2: So and he can't find him, and he gonna tell
- 39:50Speaker 2: him that's what he's gonna do. And that's what they're
- 39:52Speaker 2: gonna do.
- 39:53Speaker 14: They destroyed the Altitution, that's one way. See, he's what eighties,
- 40:00Speaker 14: maybe seventy eight, seventy nine.
- 40:01Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, seventy eight.
- 40:03Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 40:03Speaker 3: I thought he was set so he can run for
- 40:05Speaker 3: our third term and do that. But Biden was too.
- 40:09Speaker 6: Oldell, let's be honest, now, well, Kenel Biden was doing
- 40:14Speaker 6: old stuff though.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Let's let's just let's just be.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Don't get up, Biden. Don't say that while you're going here,
- 40:22Speaker 1: you know.
- 40:23Speaker 6: Biden was, Yeah, well he was drifting off doing interviews,
- 40:30Speaker 6: and then when he.
- 40:30Speaker 2: Stopped that bike off of it.
- 40:36Speaker 6: Riding the bike, it was the stop on the bike
- 40:39Speaker 6: and just fall haul year seventy eight years.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Yeah, seventy eight yeah, yeah, okay, all right, well, uh he.
- 40:49Speaker 14: Says there there's ways in what you could do it, so,
- 40:52Speaker 14: like you say, he could find a way, and he
- 40:54Speaker 14: was talking about doing everybody constitutions.
- 40:58Speaker 2: He's gonna do it. I agree with.
- 41:00Speaker 6: He's done away with the constitution since he since he
- 41:03Speaker 6: got in all right, all right, he got in.
- 41:06Speaker 2: With thirty four fella, any convictions.

- 45:38Speaker 6: You did that one in nineteen eighty five. I am
- 45:44Speaker 6: the reason at that time is at the gas pump today.
- 45:52Speaker 6: But hey, before you pump, I take full responsibility. Still,
- 45:59Speaker 6: I was on I was on a run. I was
- 46:01Speaker 6: on an epic run. I hadn't bought gas for three

- 47:16Speaker 7: Hi Denise. My name is Gavin. I'm actually the head
- 47:18Speaker 7: jeweler here, diamond.
- 47:20Speaker 12: No, how you doing?
- 47:21Speaker 7: I'm good. You brought your ring in? What was it
- 47:24Speaker 7: last week? I actually wasn't here, but you gave it
- 47:26Speaker 7: to one of my sales persons. And yes you wanted
- 47:29Speaker 7: to get it resized as well as as get it
- 47:32Speaker 7: a praise correct.
- 47:33Speaker 12: Yes, yes, yes, and you don't have to tell him

- 47:38Speaker 7: Okay, Wow, okay, listen, I actually do the resize the ring.
- 47:42Speaker 7: And first of all, let me be the person to

- 47:47Speaker 14: Thank you?
- 47:48Speaker 12: I'm getting married in September.
- 47:50Speaker 7: Well, congratulations to thank you.
- 47:52Speaker 11: Listen.
- 47:52Speaker 7: I don't know how to tell you this now. As
- 47:54Speaker 7: far as the appraisers concern, I've looked at your ring
- 47:57Speaker 7: over and over and this ring is probably worth maybe
- 48:03Speaker 7: fifty dollars. Excuse me, I've been I've been in this
- 48:07Speaker 7: business for over twenty years.
- 48:08Speaker 12: But you know what, I'm confused on what you just said.
- 48:11Speaker 7: And I understand that what I'm trying to explain to
- 48:12Speaker 7: you is that I've been in this business for over
- 48:14Speaker 7: twenty years. I've seen so many different pieces of jewelry.
- 48:17Speaker 7: And this is something that you that you buy late
- 48:21Speaker 7: night on an infomercial for nineteen ninety nine. It's this
- 48:24Speaker 7: is a Cubic Ziconian stone and the gold is not
- 48:28Speaker 7: real at all.
- 48:29Speaker 12: It's like, wait, wait, you lost me. You lost me
- 48:33Speaker 12: as much money as my fandmake, and as much money
- 48:35Speaker 12: as my father is putting down on his wedding or
- 48:38Speaker 12: has put down, and you're going I.
- 48:40Speaker 7: Understand everything you're saying, but Denise, honestly, what.
- 48:43Speaker 12: I need you to do is hold on.
- 48:44Speaker 7: Wait wait.
- 48:45Speaker 12: I need you to hold on because we need to
- 48:48Speaker 12: call victims.
- 48:49Speaker 7: Wait. Wait man. First of all, I can't wait wait, wait, wait,
- 48:53Speaker 7: wait wait.
- 48:54Speaker 13: Hold.
- 48:57Speaker 7: Hold on to say okay, will you wait wait wait?
- 49:00Speaker 7: What are you trying to what are you trying to do?
- 49:02Speaker 12: Sir? I need I need you to repeat because what
- 49:05Speaker 12: you just said to me, Okay.
- 49:07Speaker 7: That's all I need of personal stuff. Man.
- 49:10Speaker 3: You oh you're in it.
- 49:11Speaker 12: It's personal now, so I need you to hold on.
- 49:13Speaker 7: Okay, oh she calling her man. Okay, thank thank thank Hello.
- 49:21Speaker 6: Victim.
- 49:22Speaker 12: You listen to this zilla that's on the front.
- 49:24Speaker 13: I want you to hit it that. He just told me,
- 49:26Speaker 13: what's what's the problem?
- 49:27Speaker 12: What you mean, what's the problem. He's gonna tell you
- 49:28Speaker 12: what the problem is. Gonna hit on, sir, gon't hit on?
- 49:31Speaker 8: Who?
- 49:32Speaker 7: Hello, Yeah, who's this? My name is Gavin. I'm from Diamonds.
- 49:36Speaker 7: And actually your wife, I mean where your fiance rather,
- 49:39Speaker 7: she brought her ring in to actually be resized, and
- 49:43Speaker 7: we we also did an appraisal on the ring for her,
- 49:46Speaker 7: and actually the ring is estimated to be only in
- 49:50Speaker 7: the work of around fifty dollars.
- 49:52Speaker 12: Fifty dollars dollars fifty that's what the man said, sir.
- 49:59Speaker 16: Obviously this some sort of mistake.
- 50:01Speaker 8: Sir.
- 50:01Speaker 12: Now what you got to say about that dollars?
- 50:04Speaker 16: That's that's got to be some kind of mistake.
- 50:06Speaker 7: So what'd you say Your name was?
- 50:07Speaker 6: Was, sir?
- 50:08Speaker 7: My name is Gavin. I work here at Diamonds. I'm
- 50:10Speaker 7: the here jeweler here. I've been here for twenty years.
- 50:12Speaker 16: And there's there's no way that that ring is worth
- 50:16Speaker 16: fifty dollars. I know what I paid for it, So
- 50:18Speaker 16: obviously there's some sort of mistake.
- 50:20Speaker 7: There's not a mistake. I've been dealing with jewelry. I've
- 50:23Speaker 7: seen it. I can pretty much look at a ring.
- 50:25Speaker 7: But I actually went into detail on this one, as
- 50:28Speaker 7: I do all of them. And so I promise you
- 50:30Speaker 7: this is probably maybe between forty and fifty dollars before
- 50:34Speaker 7: its workers got.
- 50:35Speaker 16: No, absolutely not. That's that's impossible.
- 50:37Speaker 12: How is that impossible?
- 50:38Speaker 13: He's a jeweler.
- 50:39Speaker 12: You heard it say, you've been doing it for twenty years.
- 50:42Speaker 12: Is that impossible? I don't understand all the money that
- 50:45Speaker 12: my daddy putting down on this wedding, and you don't
- 50:47Speaker 12: pay fifty dollars.
- 50:48Speaker 7: So you bought a cheap ring?
- 50:50Speaker 16: Oh no, no, no, I did not buy a teaving.
- 50:53Speaker 16: This is this is this is obviously some kind of mistake.
- 50:55Speaker 13: You didn't got it?
- 50:56Speaker 4: You show got that.
- 50:57Speaker 12: Right, You show got that right. So what you got
- 50:59Speaker 12: to say for yourself this, donard?
- 51:02Speaker 13: Did you cannot believe that that's right? That this is
- 51:05Speaker 13: obviously some kind of Oh it is a mistake.
- 51:07Speaker 12: A mistake of thinking I'm gonna get married to the
- 51:10Speaker 12: man of my dream.
- 51:11Speaker 7: I do have the engagement ring that was purchased and
- 51:13Speaker 7: bought for your wife.
- 51:15Speaker 13: No, I don't think you I don't think you do.
- 51:16Speaker 16: I don't think you have my ring, because if you
- 51:18Speaker 16: have my ring, you wouldn't be telling me this worth
- 51:19Speaker 16: fifty dollars.
- 51:21Speaker 7: I have the ring that your wife, that your fan
- 51:24Speaker 7: brought his wife.
- 51:25Speaker 16: Yet hold on, hold on, the man trying to explain,
- 51:27Speaker 16: I'm trying to get it about it. Thank you, So
- 51:31Speaker 16: you have I don't think you have the right ring.
- 51:33Speaker 7: I have the right ring. And what I'm letting you know, sir,
- 51:36Speaker 7: is that this is something you buy on an infomercial
- 51:38Speaker 7: and publishment.
- 51:39Speaker 16: I have the receipt, I have the certificate.
- 51:42Speaker 13: So obviously the mistake is on your.
- 51:44Speaker 7: And where the mistakes out here?
- 51:46Speaker 9: Sir?
- 51:46Speaker 7: You bought a piece of jump doing.
- 51:49Speaker 12: It all these years, How hell he gonna make a
- 51:51Speaker 12: mistake you.
- 51:52Speaker 13: Come off telling me I bought a piece of jump.
- 51:55Speaker 13: I know what I bought. If there's any mistake that's
- 51:57Speaker 13: been made, it's on your end, where it's not on
- 52:00Speaker 13: my hand. Here, hold on, don't we don't worry about.
- 52:03Speaker 9: Don't race.
- 52:05Speaker 12: You want things that my dad has paid too much
- 52:07Speaker 12: money for this wedding, So your don't. I'll take fifty
- 52:09Speaker 12: dollar one dollars. But wait till I tell him this.
- 52:13Speaker 9: Chill.
- 52:13Speaker 13: Hold on.
- 52:14Speaker 7: First of all, I don't appreciate you. I want to
- 52:16Speaker 7: tell you this. This is a typical case of you're
- 52:18Speaker 7: trying to pawn it off on us because you bought
- 52:21Speaker 7: for fifty bucks.
- 52:23Speaker 12: Two dollars and I get fifty dollars worth of a.
- 52:26Speaker 13: Ring, Denise, hold on, let me talk to this. Where
- 52:27Speaker 13: are you gonna get these? I never heard of it. Wait,
- 52:33Speaker 13: so your wife knows exactly way, and she's the one
- 52:35Speaker 13: that brought the ring at I tell you what, I'm
- 52:37Speaker 13: gonna come down there to see the ring that you're
- 52:40Speaker 13: talking about. If it's not the ring that I gave
- 52:42Speaker 13: my girl, I'm gonna take seventy six hundred dollars out
- 52:44Speaker 13: of your because that's what I pay for this.
- 52:47Speaker 7: So now you want to jump on me because you
- 52:50Speaker 7: bought your wife a piece of.
- 52:51Speaker 13: Come on, man, you want to put it on me.
- 52:53Speaker 13: You you don't tell me what the I'm known what
- 52:56Speaker 13: the I spent on the ring, and you I don't

- 53:04Speaker 12: I know the ring's gotta be real.
- 53:06Speaker 7: Know that if I were you, mister Denise, I would
- 53:09Speaker 7: not marry somebody that I'm coming.
- 53:11Speaker 16: I'm looking for your punk.
- 53:13Speaker 7: And you know what.
- 53:14Speaker 12: You don't get the ring? It ain't right men, you
- 53:16Speaker 12: won't go at it?

- 56:48Speaker 1: Thank you, not for you.
- 56:49Speaker 14: Subject he has to step away to take calls. Dear
- 56:53Speaker 14: Stephen Shirley. I'm a thirty six year old married woman
- 56:56Speaker 14: and my husband is thirty three. We've been married for
- 56:59Speaker 14: almost eight years, and he has told me that he
- 57:02Speaker 14: regrets getting married so young. I asked him if he
- 57:05Speaker 14: needed a break from the marriage, and he said no.
- 57:08Speaker 14: He told me we could find ways to make our
- 57:11Speaker 14: marriage work. So we planned a trip back to our
- 57:14Speaker 14: hometown and it didn't work out as planned. We went
- 57:18Speaker 14: for Thanksgiving and there was a big game in town,
- 57:21Speaker 14: so we barely saw each other. I was busy with
- 57:24Speaker 14: my parents and he was out late every night. He
- 57:27Speaker 14: came into my parents' home late, and I noticed on
- 57:29Speaker 14: the third night that his cell phone was off while
- 57:32Speaker 14: he slept. I asked him about it the next morning
- 57:36Speaker 14: and he said it must have died, but it wasn't
- 57:39Speaker 14: dead because I turned it on and back off that
- 57:41Speaker 14: same night. After we spent the time in our hometown,
- 57:45Speaker 14: his attitude changed. He started posting more pictures on Instagram
- 57:50Speaker 14: and he was constantly on his phone, scrolling through social
- 57:54Speaker 14: media posts. He also started to get phone calls late
- 57:58Speaker 14: in the evening, and he would them. I would check
- 58:01Speaker 14: the phone when he wasn't around, and I could see
- 58:03Speaker 14: that he'd always delete the incoming call log. Then, over
- 58:07Speaker 14: the holidays, a few calls came in and he had
- 58:10Speaker 14: to step away to take them. It happened when we
- 58:13Speaker 14: had company or we were out, so I couldn't question
- 58:17Speaker 14: him or cause a scene. On New Year's Eve, we
- 58:19Speaker 14: decided to stay in and have champagne at home. He
- 58:23Speaker 14: was distant and he played with his phone all night.
- 58:27Speaker 14: At the stroke of midnight, his phone rang and he
- 58:31Speaker 14: stepped outside to take the call. He told me he
- 58:35Speaker 14: was going to see the firewalk. Should I have confronted
- 58:38Speaker 14: him at that moment and ruined the beginning of a
- 58:41Speaker 14: new year? What's my husband up to?
- 58:44Speaker 1: All right?
- 58:45Speaker 8: Sis?
- 58:46Speaker 5: This is bad?
- 58:47Speaker 14: This is really bad. He's really doing too much with
- 58:50Speaker 14: all of this. And yes, you should have confronted him
- 58:52Speaker 14: at that moment. Who says it would have ruined the
- 58:54Speaker 14: beginning of a new year. He's getting phone calls all night,
- 58:58Speaker 14: walking away from you to to talk. It's like he
- 59:01Speaker 14: hasn't even told whoever it is that he's got a wife.
- 59:05Speaker 14: You asked Steve and I what is your husband up to? Well,
- 59:08Speaker 14: what do you think he's up to? I mean, what
- 59:10Speaker 14: do you think he's doing. I think he's disrespecting you
- 59:13Speaker 14: right in your face. I mean, you have to say
- 59:15Speaker 14: something right then and there when it's happening. He gets
- 59:19Speaker 14: called out where the stuff happens, you know, that's when
- 59:22Speaker 14: he gets called out where he's doing it. That's it, period.
- 59:26Speaker 14: I get that you don't want to cause a scene,
- 59:28Speaker 14: you don't want to let people in your business and
- 59:30Speaker 14: all that, But when he's already doing that, he is,
- 59:34Speaker 14: he's already doing that when he steps away to take
- 59:36Speaker 14: a call. What do you think they're thinking when he
- 59:39Speaker 14: does that? The only thing he's trying to hide is
- 59:42Speaker 14: who it is. He's definitely not trying to hide the
- 59:44Speaker 14: fact that there's someone else.
- 59:45Speaker 1: He's talking to. Doesn't he get that this is wrong?
- 59:49Speaker 1: Doesn't he understand that?
- 59:51Speaker 14: Is that what he meant when he said he could
- 59:54Speaker 14: find ways to make the marriage work, or you guys
- 59:56Speaker 14: can find ways to make the marriage work. It sounds
- 59:59Speaker 14: like he thinks you're stupid because you even asked him
- 1:00:02Speaker 14: before all of this. Did he need a break from
- 1:00:05Speaker 14: the marriage whatever that means?
- 1:00:07Speaker 10: Uh?
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: And he said no.
- 1:00:09Speaker 14: I just think you know, as you can see these
- 1:00:11Speaker 14: calls and your your man or just out of control.
- 1:00:14Speaker 14: You're letting him do whatever he wants to do and
- 1:00:17Speaker 14: you're not saying anything. I mean, I think it's way
- 1:00:20Speaker 14: past time for you to let him have it. You
- 1:00:22Speaker 14: need to shut it down.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: Start with this. You got a car.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: I'm sure you have a car.
- 1:00:27Speaker 14: Well, accidentally on purpose run over his phone with your
- 1:00:31Speaker 14: car today, okay. And then when he asked you about it,
- 1:00:33Speaker 14: what he does, Just get a phone call, Just get them.
- 1:00:36Speaker 14: You heard me, You heard me run over his phone
- 1:00:38Speaker 14: with the car, all right, walk away? And what he
- 1:00:42Speaker 14: does when he gets a phone call when he asks you,
- 1:00:43Speaker 14: just walk away, Steve.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: Let me just address this last comment that crazy made
- 1:00:48Speaker 6: in the New Years his phone.
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: You call him.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: You're calling me crazy? Kill me mad because that tore
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: run over a pone with your car.
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, if you got to run over your man's
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: phone with a car, the problem ain't the phone. Now,
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: let's go to the letter. He has to step away
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: to take calls. Now, this thirty six year old woman
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: is married to a thirty three year old man and
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: they've been married about eight years. He made the announcement
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: that he regrets getting married so young.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: Did the math.
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: He's gotten married at twenty five, that is young. He
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: has regretted it. He didn't get the full OAHs so
- 1:01:35Speaker 6: in season in he didn't get a lot of stuff
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: out of his system. He didn't get rid of the
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: things he needed to get rid of before he got married.
- 1:01:46Speaker 6: So when he got married, he did like a minister
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: taught me. He found out that the only thing changes
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: the day after you get married is the appearance of
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: your left hand third finger.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: I asked him if he needed a break from the marriage.
- 1:02:01Speaker 6: He said no, that's because most men don't want to
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: say let's take a break from the marriage, or don't
- 1:02:08Speaker 6: want to get a divorce or admit to defeat. We
- 1:02:12Speaker 6: just find ways around it, he said. He told me
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: he could find ways to make our marriage work. That
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: is the key to this whole letter, because you should
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: have asked what all did he mean? You should have
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: had a thorough discussion about you gonna find ways to
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: make our marriage work. What you thought he said was
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: he was gonna work on the marriage. You interpret it
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: as he said he's gonna work on the marriage. You
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: didn't explore find ways to make our marriage work, even
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: though I regret doing it.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: So long I come back, I'll explain the rest of it.
- 1:02:55Speaker 14: Hold, I thought, Steve coming up, we'll have part two.
- 1:02:59Speaker 14: If Steve's respond two. He has to step away to
- 1:03:02Speaker 14: take phone calls. That is a subject of today's Strawberry Letter.
- 1:03:06Speaker 14: We'll get back into it at twenty three minutes after
- 1:03:08Speaker 14: the hour right after this you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Hey,

- 1:03:46Speaker 14: Bowl with Nutella. All right, Steve, come on, let's recap
- 1:03:50Speaker 14: today's Strawberry Letter. The subject is he has to step
- 1:03:53Speaker 14: away to take calls.
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, he do. The reason he has to step
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: away is because is no way you need to hear
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: these phone calls. Let's just get with the obvious. Now,
- 1:04:08Speaker 6: you can't get a man at least some credit. At
- 1:04:12Speaker 6: least he's stepping away because let me tell you something.
- 1:04:16Speaker 6: If he don't step away, he just told you in
- 1:04:20Speaker 6: the letter he was gonna find ways to make the
- 1:04:23Speaker 6: marriage work. Well, the way he found you don't need
- 1:04:28Speaker 6: to hear this. Now he got him married at twenty five.
- 1:04:33Speaker 6: My answer, well, see, but but see you don't like
- 1:04:36Speaker 6: mine because my answer to truth. Your answer was filled
- 1:04:39Speaker 6: with speculation.
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: And phones and stuff.
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: Pull the bad phone out and try to run over
- 1:04:46Speaker 6: it with the car. That's them late response.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: Yeah, but you guys know how you are about your phone.
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: But let's get to the call of what's wrong. The
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: problem ain't the phone. He get new phone. See him
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: called all his stuff in he can do all. Yeah,
- 1:05:01Speaker 6: he get a new phone by this evening. See now
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: because you acted funky running over cars, he gonna fix
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: y'r because he gonna now he gonna get track phone. See,
- 1:05:11Speaker 6: he gonna buy a phone at Walmart and put some
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: minutes on it and you run over all these you
- 1:05:16Speaker 6: want to.
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: That's for starters.
- 1:05:20Speaker 6: See that's so let's just understand that y'all ain't doing
- 1:05:24Speaker 6: nothing with this phone, and you're gonna mess around and
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: gonna see what track phone do. Ain't no clouds for that,
- 1:05:32Speaker 6: ain't no tracking now. So thirty six year old woman
- 1:05:35Speaker 6: married this boy that was twenty five. He told her
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: one day he regrets getting married so young. I asked
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: him if he needed a break from the marriage. He
- 1:05:42Speaker 6: said no, he told me find ways to make our
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: marriage work. What you should have did, like I told you,
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: was talk to him about what all he meant by that,
- 1:05:50Speaker 6: because what he meant by that, you thought he meant
- 1:05:52Speaker 6: he was gonna work on the marriage. No, he gonna
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: find some ways to make the marriage work for him.
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: So we planned the trip back to our hometown. Oh,
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: you thought that was it.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: You thought of y'all went back to the hometown. That
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: was gonna fix it. And then she said right away
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: it didn't work out his plan because that wasn't his plan. See,
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: that was y'all's plan. You said, let's go back to
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: where it all started. Well, where had all started. He
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: was twenty four. Where had all started? He was so
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: and oats.
- 1:06:31Speaker 6: So you went to Thanksgiving and that was a big
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: game in town. We badly saw each other. I was
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: busy with my parents. He was laid out every night.
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: He came into my parents home late, and I noticed
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: the third night that his cell phone was off while
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: he slept. I asked him about it the next morning.
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: He said it must have died, or he could have
- 1:06:52Speaker 6: used another excuse and says, I turned my phone off
- 1:06:56Speaker 6: to give it some rest. Because you turn this phone
- 1:07:02Speaker 6: off at night so it can recharge itself at a break.
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: Every now and then you have you know, you.
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: Have to cut your phone off and cut it back
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: off again, cut it and just let it needed a
- 1:07:14Speaker 6: break because I needed to reset it. So anyway, but
- 1:07:20Speaker 6: it wasn't dead because I turned it back on and
- 1:07:22Speaker 6: off the same night. That's why you use the other
- 1:07:25Speaker 6: live fellas go with the I turned it off to
- 1:07:27Speaker 6: reset it. After we spent time in our hometown, his
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: attitude change. He started posting more pictures on Instagram. He
- 1:07:36Speaker 6: was constantly on his phone scrolling through social media posts.
- 1:07:41Speaker 6: Then he started to get phone calls late in the
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: evening he would ignore them, but I would check the
- 1:07:46Speaker 6: phone when he was around. I could see that he'd
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: always delete the incoming.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: Call log my dog, your dog.
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: Well he do it all the right things to work
- 1:07:58Speaker 6: on his marriage, to save his marriage.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: No, listen to me.
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: I want you all to hear me, so you learn
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: how to question your man. When he said he was
- 1:08:10Speaker 6: gonna find ways to make our marriage work, you should
- 1:08:13Speaker 6: have asked him exactly what he meant by that, because
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: it showed wasn't a trip back to the hometown that
- 1:08:19Speaker 6: was part of it. But who was at the hometown
- 1:08:22Speaker 6: at the game. It's what you didn't know, that's what.
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: So now he racing call loss. You can't track no calls.
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: He ain't got no names.
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: Listened.
- 1:08:36Speaker 6: Then over the holidays, a few calls came in and
- 1:08:39Speaker 6: he had to step away to take them. And it
- 1:08:40Speaker 6: happened we had company or when we were out, so
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: I couldn't question him a cause of sin. Well that's
- 1:08:48Speaker 6: where being a little bit to light because most women
- 1:08:54Speaker 6: I know whould have opened up with where you're going? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:09:00Speaker 6: I get well, I will all be outside taking calls.
- 1:09:04Speaker 6: She'll walk out there with you and listen. So I
- 1:09:06Speaker 6: don't know how. On New Year's Eve we decided to
- 1:09:10Speaker 6: stay and have shamp champagne.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: He was distant. He played with his phone all night.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: That stroke of midnight, his phone ring and he stepped
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: outside to take the call.
- 1:09:18Speaker 6: He you don't need to hear him wishing her happy news,
- 1:09:26Speaker 6: I love you, I miss you, Happy New Year, wish
- 1:09:29Speaker 6: you was here.
- 1:09:30Speaker 9: All that.
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: He working on staying with you, and this is the
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: only way he can do it. Don't you understand?
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: You should have asked him what I meant when he said,
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: I'm gonna work on making this work, because he's doing
- 1:09:43Speaker 6: some shit. I have confronted him at that moment of
- 1:09:46Speaker 6: the New Year. Yes, you should have what's my husband
- 1:09:49Speaker 6: up to? You're stupid for asking the question.

- 1:26:01Speaker 2: talk to you all about about you know.
- 1:26:06Speaker 6: You know, I try to share principles of success whenever
- 1:26:09Speaker 6: I can with people. Oh, I'm having a discussion. I'm
- 1:26:12Speaker 6: gonna have to pull one of my young employees to
- 1:26:15Speaker 6: the side. I kind of had this conversation with him
- 1:26:17Speaker 6: in New York the other day because I see an
- 1:26:20Speaker 6: adjustment that needs to be made. And sometimes, man, when
- 1:26:27Speaker 6: I'm sharing this information, it's not because I know everything.
- 1:26:32Speaker 6: It's simply because I've just been through a lot.
- 1:26:34Speaker 8: You know.
- 1:26:34Speaker 6: I've seen a lot of endings to a lot of
- 1:26:38Speaker 6: different movies I've seen. I've seen a lot of shows.
- 1:26:42Speaker 6: I've met a lot of people. Very rarely do I
- 1:26:46Speaker 6: meet a person that I've never met before. You know
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: what I mean in terms of the type of person.
- 1:26:51Speaker 6: You know, I've met all types of people, and when
- 1:26:54Speaker 6: I meet somebody that I've never met before, it's really
- 1:26:58Speaker 6: kind of shocking to me, you know, because I've met
- 1:27:02Speaker 6: all types. Now I'm not saying we friends anything, but
- 1:27:05Speaker 6: because I am famous, I meet more people than the
- 1:27:08Speaker 6: average person does, right, And so when I'm talking to people,
- 1:27:14Speaker 6: and I'm trying to share information. I also have to
- 1:27:16Speaker 6: understand that I'm being listened to by all types of people.
- 1:27:19Speaker 6: Everybody listened to me is not receptive. Everybody that listens
- 1:27:22Speaker 6: to me is not positive. Everybody that listens to me
- 1:27:25Speaker 6: is not open. Everybody that listened to me don't want
- 1:27:28Speaker 6: to hear what I got to say. I understand that.
- 1:27:31Speaker 6: So with that in mind, I always understand that I'm
- 1:27:34Speaker 6: not talking to everybody.
- 1:27:37Speaker 8: You know, I was.
- 1:27:38Speaker 6: I was talking on off off off camera. Well, I'm
- 1:27:40Speaker 6: never off camera, I found out because they tape everything
- 1:27:43Speaker 6: I do. But I was on a commercial break and
- 1:27:45Speaker 6: I was talking about God and a woman stood up
- 1:27:48Speaker 6: and saying, well, I'm an atheist. I said, okay, Well
- 1:27:51Speaker 6: that ain't got nothing to do with what I'm saying, though.
- 1:27:54Speaker 6: She says, yeah, but I'm an atheist and I'm in
- 1:27:56Speaker 6: here and I don't believe in God. Okay, then I
- 1:27:59Speaker 6: ain't talking to you, but I'm not gonna stop saying
- 1:28:02Speaker 6: what I have to say because there are a lot
- 1:28:05Speaker 6: of people in here who believe in God, and I'm
- 1:28:07Speaker 6: just giving you a thought that I have. And she
- 1:28:10Speaker 6: was insistent I'm an atheist. Be an atheist, do you,
- 1:28:15Speaker 6: but don't. I ain't got to accept your belief that
- 1:28:17Speaker 6: there is no God, no more than you have to
- 1:28:19Speaker 6: accept mine that there is, you know, And her argument
- 1:28:23Speaker 6: got crazy? But what if you get there and you
- 1:28:25Speaker 6: find out it ain't no god? Man, the bigger problem
- 1:28:28Speaker 6: is gonna be is if you get there you find
- 1:28:29Speaker 6: out it is one. That's gonna be the bigger problem.
- 1:28:32Speaker 6: If you know, if I get to the end, I
- 1:28:35Speaker 6: find out it ain't no God, and I live the
- 1:28:36Speaker 6: best I could and had a conscience and tried to
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: treat people writing, try to go buy some rules and
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: stuff and if it ain't no God, which it is, but.
- 1:28:44Speaker 2: Okay, they're cool. I okay, whoo ooh, joke on me.
- 1:28:48Speaker 6: But now your problem is if you get there and
- 1:28:52Speaker 6: it is a god and you've been talking to this
- 1:28:54Speaker 6: whole life like it ain't one, been doing like you
- 1:28:57Speaker 6: want to. So I don't really have time for that.
- 1:28:59Speaker 6: But I was talking talking about this subject of just
- 1:29:03Speaker 6: talking to people who I know. Everybody's not listening to me,
- 1:29:06Speaker 6: So what I'm about to tell you is not going
- 1:29:09Speaker 6: to affect everybody the same way.
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 1:29:14Speaker 6: I'm trying to talk to this young guy, and and
- 1:29:18Speaker 6: people that work for me to get them to understand
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: because they always ask me, Steve, why do you do
- 1:29:22Speaker 6: so much?
- 1:29:22Speaker 2: And I do a lot of stuff you don't. I
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: don't get paid for it. But see, if you're not.
- 1:29:28Speaker 6: Willing to do more than what you're being paid for,
- 1:29:31Speaker 6: then you'll never be paid more for what you're doing.
- 1:29:36Speaker 6: If you're not willing to do more than what you're
- 1:29:39Speaker 6: paid for, then you will never be paid more for
- 1:29:43Speaker 6: what you're doing. It's the act of giving, and I
- 1:29:49Speaker 6: don't I don't want you to live your life and
- 1:29:51Speaker 6: not understand that.
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: You know, because if you give.
- 1:29:57Speaker 6: Expecting for even exchange, if you're not trading, if you're
- 1:30:01Speaker 6: just trying to trade, I'm gonna do this for exactly that,
- 1:30:04Speaker 6: or I'm doing this if you give me that, or
- 1:30:06Speaker 6: I'll do this only if I get this in return.
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: Then that's not giving. You trading.
- 1:30:12Speaker 6: And to order to give, to get the blessings you
- 1:30:14Speaker 6: got to give graciously. That's not always knowing what the
- 1:30:18Speaker 6: comeback is gonna be. That's when you open up your
- 1:30:22Speaker 6: life to God's grace, mercy and favor. That's how you
- 1:30:28Speaker 6: do it. It's by giving. It's just one of the
- 1:30:31Speaker 6: laws of you know, it's just the law of the universe,
- 1:30:35Speaker 6: and you have to think about that.
- 1:30:37Speaker 2: So listen to me. If you're not willing to do
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: more than what you're being paid to do, then you'll
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: never be paid more for what you're doing. Understand that
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: you're gonna have to plant some seeds in the ground
- 1:30:48Speaker 2: and not know when they gonna grow up. You got
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: to put some seeds in the ground without understanding that
- 1:30:54Speaker 2: this fruit may not develop within the next year. You
- 1:30:57Speaker 2: gotta put some seeds in the ground realizing that you
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: may not bear fruit from this seed for fifteen years.
- 1:31:04Speaker 2: But if you're in the trading business, you'll never put
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: your seed in the ground because you want something for
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: your efforts right now. And I can't tell you how
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: many seeds I planted over the years that are just
- 1:31:17Speaker 2: starting to come to fruition. But you got to be
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: willing to do more than what you're being paid to do.
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: If you ever expect to be paid.
- 1:31:26Speaker 6: For more than what you do, remember that it is
- 1:31:29Speaker 6: a simple law of giving, and until you learn how
- 1:31:32Speaker 6: to give that way, you won't receive the full benefits.
- 1:31:35Speaker 6: I'm just telling you what I've learned over the years.
- 1:31:37Speaker 6: Those are my clothes remarks. Hey, listen, I hope you
- 1:31:40Speaker 6: like that. When if you didn't like that, when tuning
- 1:31:41Speaker 6: in the mall, God will not have another.
- 1:31:43Speaker 8: But listen.
