- 0:09Speaker 2: All at all given them black the million bus Bush Yeah.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Listening to show to Joy? Yeah, Joy, you don't use that.
- 1:01Speaker 4: Turn. You've gotta turn. I can't.
- 1:40Speaker 5: I got to turn the mouth turn. You probably got
- 1:44Speaker 5: to turn the mouth.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Water the morning up looking me? Come come on, you'll think,
- 2:01Speaker 1: uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody, y'all listening
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, Come on, dig me now one and on.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Hell Man back in
- 2:13Speaker 1: business too, Man, Man, How good is God? I mean, really,
- 2:18Speaker 1: if you think about it in spite of all that's
- 2:20Speaker 1: going down in your life. First of all, it could
- 2:23Speaker 1: be worse. But secondly, sometimes you have to remember. And
- 2:27Speaker 1: I've just had to have this conversation with myself this morning.
- 2:31Speaker 1: That's how I'm fresh on this one right here. When
- 2:34Speaker 1: a challenge faces you, are you going through a difficult moment,
- 2:39Speaker 1: or you didn't hit a bump in the road in
- 2:41Speaker 1: the middle of that, if you could manage to be grateful,
- 2:45Speaker 1: it would take.
- 2:45Speaker 6: You a long way.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Gratitude is a powerful resource. If you can be grateful
- 2:52Speaker 1: in the middle of it. Gratitude is a powerful resource
- 2:57Speaker 1: when it's dim for you. And got a little bumpy
- 3:01Speaker 1: on the road, and he ran into some obstacles, and
- 3:04Speaker 1: you done ran up into some detailed signs, and your
- 3:07Speaker 1: journey ain't smooth as it was last week or last year.
- 3:13Speaker 1: You gotta be grateful for the things that are going
- 3:17Speaker 1: right and that have gone right, and for the thing
- 3:20Speaker 1: that's wrong right now to get right?
- 3:23Speaker 4: Man?
- 3:23Speaker 6: Can I share that with you?
- 3:25Speaker 4: Man?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Is that a tough one to learn?
- 3:27Speaker 6: It is for me.
- 3:28Speaker 1: It has been one of my toughest challenges is to
- 3:32Speaker 1: learn how to be grateful because it's a powerful resource,
- 3:36Speaker 1: but how to be grateful in moments of despair when
- 3:40Speaker 1: it ain't going right. See here's a mistake I would make.
- 3:43Speaker 1: See when something go wrong, I want to focus on
- 3:45Speaker 1: the wrong so much in an attempt to fix it.
- 3:50Speaker 1: But even then the focus ain't always in to fix it.
- 3:54Speaker 1: The focus becomes, Man, this is bad, man, I can't
- 3:58Speaker 1: believe this is happening. Why just keep going down? That
- 4:02Speaker 1: doesn't fix anything? You know, mealing over it, going over
- 4:07Speaker 1: what's wrong, explaining it, sharing it with your friends, you know,
- 4:14Speaker 1: making it sound worse than it is. Tell the story
- 4:18Speaker 1: for pity from other people. All of that right there,
- 4:20Speaker 1: has nothing to do with the fix. Sometimes you're just
- 4:23Speaker 1: mulling over it. You're just making it worse. You're just
- 4:26Speaker 1: making it a bigger problem. You're manifesting it into your atmosphere,
- 4:31Speaker 1: You're putting it out there in your spirit. Now, all
- 4:33Speaker 1: of a sudden, it consumes your day. Next thing, you know,
- 4:36Speaker 1: you're having a bad day. If you're having a bad day,
- 4:39Speaker 1: it's because you've been having some bad thoughts. So what
- 4:42Speaker 1: I've had to learn how to do, and what I'm
- 4:44Speaker 1: working on this morning is I'm working on the situation
- 4:48Speaker 1: that then cropped up. I was going kind of smooth
- 4:51Speaker 1: here for a minute, and now then got real bumpy
- 4:53Speaker 1: in the road, you know, and all this here. So
- 4:56Speaker 1: what I'm thinking about now, though, is even though I've
- 4:58Speaker 1: hit a bump in the road, and even though i
- 5:01Speaker 1: done ran into a detour, and even though I've hit
- 5:05Speaker 1: this lull, I'm going down into a valley, I ain't
- 5:09Speaker 1: up on the peak. Can I not still be grateful
- 5:12Speaker 1: for all the things that God has given me, for
- 5:16Speaker 1: all the things He's done for me, for all the
- 5:19Speaker 1: things He's brought me through, And realizing that even this
- 5:23Speaker 1: that's happening to me again is going to pass to
- 5:27Speaker 1: He gonna get me through that toode. Come on, man,
- 5:30Speaker 1: God is a good god man. It's a lot to
- 5:32Speaker 1: be grateful for. So while I'm tripping on this bumping
- 5:34Speaker 1: the road out and here, what I gotta remember is
- 5:37Speaker 1: all the things He's done for me. And like I say,
- 5:40Speaker 1: my saying is joint depression cannot reside in the same place.
- 5:43Speaker 1: So instead of being down about this new bumping the road,
- 5:47Speaker 1: if I'm constantly filling my mind with the thoughts of
- 5:50Speaker 1: how good he's been to me, of what all he's
- 5:53Speaker 1: done for me, of all the things he's brought me through,
- 5:56Speaker 1: of all the blessings he's presented me with. When I
- 5:59Speaker 1: go down that list, I really don't have a lot
- 6:01Speaker 1: of time to mull over the situation. Now. Do I
- 6:08Speaker 1: have to fix this bump in the row. Of course
- 6:10Speaker 1: I do. There's some things I'm going to have to
- 6:12Speaker 1: do to straighten it out, of course it is. But
- 6:15Speaker 1: Steve just going to get the business of doing it
- 6:18Speaker 1: and straighten it out. What you mulling over and worrying
- 6:21Speaker 1: about it for you know, old people. I heard old
- 6:23Speaker 1: people say something when I was growing up in the church.
- 6:25Speaker 1: They say, if you're gonna pray about it, don't worry
- 6:28Speaker 1: about it. But if you're gonna worry about it, don't
- 6:30Speaker 1: pray about it. That's an amazing thing. And prayer just
- 6:34Speaker 1: happens to be my weapon of choice now that it
- 6:37Speaker 1: ain't always been that way. I want you to understand
- 6:39Speaker 1: that my first weapon of choice was you do it
- 6:42Speaker 1: to me, I do it to you. You called me out,
- 6:45Speaker 1: I call you out. You say something bad about me.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I've tried to find you say something bad about you.
- 6:50Speaker 1: That was my weapon in the past. How did that
- 6:53Speaker 1: work out for you, Steve? Not so good? Because you
- 6:56Speaker 1: know what, I spent a lot of time fighting back,
- 7:01Speaker 1: kicking back, swinging back, when I could have spent all
- 7:04Speaker 1: that time climbing. See, all you trying to do at
- 7:08Speaker 1: the end of the day, folks, is have a better
- 7:10Speaker 1: life than the one you got. All you trying to
- 7:12Speaker 1: do is to improve your position in life. You know,
- 7:15Speaker 1: it's not my business to make sure you don't get
- 7:18Speaker 1: where you're going. I ain't got no time for that.
- 7:21Speaker 1: It's not my job to assure that you ain't as
- 7:24Speaker 1: high as me. I ain't got no time for that.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Your real mission and purpose is to have the best
- 7:30Speaker 1: life that you can have, to ascend to the highest
- 7:34Speaker 1: plateau that you can get to, to make your family
- 7:37Speaker 1: as comfortable as you can, to provide as much as
- 7:40Speaker 1: you can for your family. But legally, see, those of
- 7:43Speaker 1: us are sitting up here trying to come up with sideways.
- 7:46Speaker 1: You can ask a couple million men sitting in prison
- 7:49Speaker 1: today how they wish they hadn't done that, and they'll
- 7:52Speaker 1: tell you, Oh, man, I wish I never had did it.
- 7:56Speaker 1: I knew not to go down there. Something told me
- 7:59Speaker 1: not to go down there. Man. If I could change things,
- 8:01Speaker 1: I would. But they sitting somewhere doing some time that
- 8:06Speaker 1: had they made another decision they wouldn't have to do now.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That don't make them throw away people, nah, man, Because
- 8:12Speaker 1: everybody make mistakes, and God is in the forgiving business.
- 8:16Speaker 1: And some of us have done some things that really
- 8:18Speaker 1: broke the law, and a whole lot of other things
- 8:21Speaker 1: and deserve to do some time. But through the grace
- 8:23Speaker 1: of God, we didn't. But now we sit up here
- 8:25Speaker 1: we pass judgment on people who got to do some matter.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I don't care. I don't care what you've done. God
- 8:31Speaker 1: can forgive anything But our position, our motivation in life
- 8:35Speaker 1: is to try to have the best life we can
- 8:38Speaker 1: have and provide for those around us and make it comfortable.
- 8:41Speaker 1: If that's your ambition, you don't have time to worry
- 8:45Speaker 1: about or concern yourself with another person. And I wasted
- 8:49Speaker 1: time doing that, And that's not the way to get
- 8:52Speaker 1: it done. It's simply mine to your business. Taking care
- 8:56Speaker 1: of you and getting yourself right and tight is twenty
- 8:59Speaker 1: four seis. So that's a full time job. So what
- 9:02Speaker 1: I had to learn was and what I've the reason
- 9:05Speaker 1: I've chosen prayers as my weapon of choice now is
- 9:09Speaker 1: that now prayer helps me that I don't have to
- 9:13Speaker 1: fight back. Now, if I get cornered, I'm gonna fight you.
- 9:17Speaker 1: I ain't even gonna lie to you. And now I'm
- 9:20Speaker 1: still working on some things that trigger me. You know,
- 9:24Speaker 1: you know, you know, and and and and so I'm
- 9:27Speaker 1: I'm slowly getting better at that. But I've learned that
- 9:32Speaker 1: my weapon of choice is prayer now. So when it
- 9:36Speaker 1: happens ugly for me, I pray about it. When it
- 9:39Speaker 1: gets tight and dismal for me, I pray about it.
- 9:43Speaker 1: And the thing about prayer, man, is prayer changes things yes,
- 9:48Speaker 1: it does. Now read about it and try it. That's
- 9:53Speaker 1: the deal. Okay, come on, prayer is a wonderful weapon.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Morning show, ladies and gentlemen, we all hear the Steve
- 10:04Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show is about to begin. Uh listen, it
- 10:08Speaker 1: is what it is. It's gonna be a great day today.
- 10:11Speaker 1: I predict it. I'm looking forward to it. Uh so
- 10:16Speaker 1: let us why don't we just started? Huh? Ain't no
- 10:19Speaker 1: need to delay in greatness. You know, if you know
- 10:21Speaker 1: something good about to happen, let it pop off immediately. So,
- 10:26Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, let's start. Shelley Strawbar, Hey, good morning, Steve.
- 10:30Speaker 4: How you doing.

- 10:40Speaker 1: Come on, skip going to it. Come on, Steve, right there, a.
- 10:49Speaker 6: Morning like that.
- 10:50Speaker 1: That's what I'm doing it for. He told about to
- 10:52Speaker 1: do the call every morning. John Walker out of Rochester,
- 10:54Speaker 1: New York, taught me the greatest lesson I've learned. Nephew,
- 10:57Speaker 1: tell me, hey, top the morning. It's Wednesday, baby hump day?
- 11:02Speaker 5: Good Yeah, yeah, it is.
- 11:04Speaker 1: This guy named John Walker. Man, I was selling amway right,
- 11:08Speaker 1: and I'd been laid off from Ford Motor Company and
- 11:10Speaker 1: my life was just going nowhere. And he was my
- 11:14Speaker 1: direct distributor out of Rochester, New York. And he used
- 11:16Speaker 1: to call me every morning five o'clock in the morning. Hey,
- 11:21Speaker 1: Steve john Walker, how you doing, man? Gonna be a
- 11:24Speaker 1: great date.
- 11:25Speaker 6: I would answer the phone like this, Hello.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Hell, Steve john Walker, Man, have a great date. Click.
- 11:31Speaker 6: He'd hang up.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Next morning, five am. Hello, Hey Steve john Walker, how
- 11:39Speaker 1: you doing, man, Have a great day today. It's gonna
- 11:41Speaker 1: be a great date. Click. This went on, man for
- 11:44Speaker 1: two weeks in a row. I kid you not five
- 11:48Speaker 1: thirty five o'clock every morning, without fail he called me
- 11:52Speaker 1: and I answered the phone worse and worse. Hello, Steve
- 11:57Speaker 1: john Walker, how you doing, man? Be a great day today?
- 12:01Speaker 1: You have a great day. So about two weeks in
- 12:03Speaker 1: probably fourteen fifteen times I answered the phone.
- 12:07Speaker 6: I said hello. He said, hey, man, why do you
- 12:10Speaker 6: do that?
- 12:11Speaker 1: I said what? He said, Why do you answer the
- 12:14Speaker 1: phone like that? I said, because I'm sleep? He said, really,
- 12:20Speaker 1: are you where you want to be in life?
- 12:23Speaker 8: Huh?
- 12:23Speaker 1: Are you where you want to be in life?
- 12:25Speaker 4: I mean?
- 12:25Speaker 1: You good?
- 12:26Speaker 6: You straight? Right where you at?
- 12:27Speaker 9: You good?
- 12:28Speaker 1: I said, no, Man, when I'm sleep though, he said,
- 12:32Speaker 1: are you going to get there?
- 12:34Speaker 6: Sleep? I thought you were better than that.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I'm really disappointed in you, Man, Sorry to call you.
- 12:41Speaker 1: We'll try it again some other day.
- 12:43Speaker 6: Click.
- 12:43Speaker 1: He hung up.
- 12:44Speaker 6: Man.
- 12:45Speaker 1: All day long, that dude bothered me. Man, I couldn't
- 12:50Speaker 1: believe he said he was disappointed in me. The next morning,
- 12:56Speaker 1: that damn phone rang at five thirty. I said, Hey,
- 13:01Speaker 1: this is a great day. This is Steve Harvey.
- 13:03Speaker 8: Who is this?
- 13:04Speaker 7: He said, this is John Walker.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I said, hey, John, it's gonna be a great day.
- 13:08Speaker 8: Man.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Sure, hope you have a super day. Buddy, have a
- 13:10Speaker 1: great day. He said, Man, you too. Click he hung up.
- 13:13Speaker 1: I said, cool, all right, Cool. Let me tell you something.
- 13:17Speaker 1: I never knew that what he had prepared me for
- 13:19Speaker 1: was for something that God had for me. That one
- 13:22Speaker 1: day I was gonna be one of the top morning
- 13:25Speaker 1: men in America. Wow, because I know how to get
- 13:29Speaker 1: up in the morning.
- 13:30Speaker 6: I never saw that he taught me a great lesson.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Wow that like John BoNT Hey, everybody, listen, we're gonna
- 13:38Speaker 1: have a great day today.
- 13:39Speaker 7: Stay with us to see Purdy Morning Show. It's coming
- 13:41Speaker 7: right break. Don't you miss it.
- 13:44Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 13:47Speaker 10: All right, it's time now to start your morning off
- 13:49Speaker 10: with the nephew and run that brank back what you
- 13:51Speaker 10: got for his nest?
- 13:53Speaker 6: You not graduating? Let's go get duff. Hello.
- 13:56Speaker 11: Hello, I'm trying to reach a Travonlea.
- 14:00Speaker 12: This is him?
- 14:01Speaker 10: What is this?
- 14:02Speaker 11: This is my name is Joseph work open student Affairs.
- 14:05Speaker 11: How you doing today?
- 14:06Speaker 12: I'm good? How are you?
- 14:07Speaker 11: I'm good? Listen, you're supposed to be. This is your
- 14:12Speaker 11: fifth year here at the university. You're graduating and in
- 14:16Speaker 11: the next seven eight days? Am I right?
- 14:18Speaker 10: Yes?
- 14:18Speaker 8: There?
- 14:19Speaker 12: Have you out of this joint?
- 14:21Speaker 11: Okay, listen, I'm giving you a call. We got a
- 14:23Speaker 11: bit of a problem here that we want to try
- 14:26Speaker 11: and discuss with you, and maybe we can get you
- 14:28Speaker 11: over at student Affairs and come in and have a
- 14:30Speaker 11: meeting with us. But we wanted to bring it to
- 14:32Speaker 11: your attention now. You took a one of your last
- 14:36Speaker 11: subjects was English, uh, and you had an English exam
- 14:40Speaker 11: with a You guys are writing an essay? Am I am?
- 14:43Speaker 11: I am? I correct about that?
- 14:45Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 14:46Speaker 8: Yeah, that's true.
- 14:47Speaker 11: Okay, it seems that we got some problems here that
- 14:50Speaker 11: the professor there is actually in sinulating that you may
- 14:53Speaker 11: have cheated on this, on this essay that you've actually.
- 14:56Speaker 12: Read what cheated.
- 14:59Speaker 11: I mean from what from what he's telling us here
- 15:02Speaker 11: at Student Affairs is that you may have plagiarized some
- 15:05Speaker 11: things that, uh, that were in your essay.
- 15:09Speaker 12: Dude, No, I didn't.
- 15:09Speaker 8: I didn't plagiarize nothing that was in the essay. Everything
- 15:12Speaker 8: is documented like it should be. So I don't know
- 15:14Speaker 8: what you're talking about, especially cheating on no exam or
- 15:17Speaker 8: no paper nothing like that. You must got be mixed
- 15:19Speaker 8: up with somebody else.
- 15:20Speaker 11: No, no, no, not at all. You're actually mister Trevron correct.
- 15:23Speaker 12: I mean that's me.
- 15:24Speaker 8: But I didn't cheat on no exam on no papers
- 15:26Speaker 8: for that matter.
- 15:27Speaker 11: Okay, well, let me let me try to bring you
- 15:29Speaker 11: up to speed here, Trevann. What we're gonna need is
- 15:31Speaker 11: we're gonna need you to actually come in and talk
- 15:34Speaker 11: to us over here at Student Affairs so we can
- 15:36Speaker 11: try to get this thing rectified. But I will let
- 15:39Speaker 11: you know, it's gonna take a few more days longer
- 15:42Speaker 11: than graduation. So as of right now, you're actually not
- 15:45Speaker 11: gonna be walking and graduating with the rest of the
- 15:48Speaker 11: students made.
- 15:50Speaker 12: Man, you got me messed up?
- 15:52Speaker 11: What do you mean?
- 15:53Speaker 12: I'm not gonna be walking.
- 15:54Speaker 11: Well until we get this situation rectified here. You're not
- 15:57Speaker 11: gonna be graduating with the rest of the student now.
- 16:00Speaker 8: And I don't know what y'all gotta do, but y'all
- 16:02Speaker 8: need to figure it out and find out what the
- 16:04Speaker 8: problem is.
- 16:04Speaker 6: Man.
- 16:04Speaker 8: I ain't a cheat on no exams thell you're talking about, Dude,
- 16:07Speaker 8: My family is coming down here and you're talking about
- 16:09Speaker 8: seen it on an English exam till I look like
- 16:11Speaker 8: she's on an example and I'm getting ready to graduate. Man, Now,
- 16:14Speaker 8: y'all need to fix it, like right now, like today while.
- 16:16Speaker 12: We're on the phone.
- 16:17Speaker 11: We can't do that. It's a little it's a sensitive subject,
- 16:20Speaker 11: and like I said, it seems like it's plagiarism. You know,
- 16:23Speaker 11: if we can get you to actually come over to
- 16:25Speaker 11: student affairs next wednesday, Man, you got me so.
- 16:29Speaker 8: What you mean next wednesday? Dude, I'm graduating in a
- 16:32Speaker 8: few days. Since you're talking about next wednesday. Man, why
- 16:35Speaker 8: my professor didn't give me a call? Why you calling me, sir?
- 16:38Speaker 11: This is not something that professors actually take care of.
- 16:41Speaker 11: This is a student affairs situation now, and it's a
- 16:44Speaker 11: very sensitive situation. And what we want to do is
- 16:46Speaker 11: try to get this thing taken care of. And if
- 16:48Speaker 11: you if what you're saying is actually true, then you'll
- 16:51Speaker 11: probably graduate in AUGUSTA you got me.
- 16:55Speaker 8: I'm telling you right now, this is a you got
- 16:58Speaker 8: me August.
- 17:00Speaker 13: I'm graduating this semester.
- 17:01Speaker 8: I've been here too long to go through some my
- 17:04Speaker 8: last few weeks of school and you're talking about August.
- 17:08Speaker 13: Ain't even right, man, You ain't even telling to hear
- 17:12Speaker 13: what you got to say. Man, My family is coming
- 17:14Speaker 13: down here from.
- 17:14Speaker 8: Everywhere to see me graduating. Man, I'm the first dad
- 17:17Speaker 8: to graduate from my family.
- 17:18Speaker 14: You're talking about some tut my cheating on the paper
- 17:21Speaker 14: a paper, a paper than.
- 17:24Speaker 1: You got me.
- 17:25Speaker 8: Manm I'm gonna work two and three jobs to see
- 17:27Speaker 8: me to this school and now come getting ready to graduate.
- 17:30Speaker 8: And you're talking about I had to wait till August
- 17:32Speaker 8: to graduate.
- 17:33Speaker 12: Man.
- 17:33Speaker 8: Hell now, I'm on my way.

- 19:43Speaker 13: What hello, man, dude, somebody gonna playing jokes like that?
- 19:54Speaker 8: Dude, Maybe you know how hard I work to get
- 19:57Speaker 8: out this five years five years.
- 20:00Speaker 11: Man, you are the first black male and your family
- 20:05Speaker 11: to graduate from college. You're doing a.
- 20:07Speaker 8: Big boy man.
- 20:08Speaker 1: I know.
- 20:09Speaker 12: Man, it's been the journey. I can say you's been
- 20:11Speaker 12: a child.
- 20:12Speaker 11: I got one more and ask you, baby, what he is?
- 20:14Speaker 11: What is the baddest that, I mean, the baddest radio
- 20:17Speaker 11: show in the land.
- 20:18Speaker 13: Man, it's at Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I'm so all right.
- 20:23Speaker 5: That's me right there.
- 20:26Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 20:27Speaker 10: Coming up next it is ask the CLO Chief Love
- 20:30Speaker 10: Officer Steve Harvey in the building.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 20:37Speaker 10: All right, guys, and it's time for us the CLO
- 20:40Speaker 10: Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building.
- 20:42Speaker 7: Steve.
- 20:43Speaker 10: This one is from Marquita in Norfolk. Marquita says, my
- 20:47Speaker 10: husband and I have a twenty five year old son
- 20:49Speaker 10: and he's been staying with my husband's mother to help
- 20:51Speaker 10: her since she had surgery five months ago.
- 20:54Speaker 1: My son is ready to move out and get on
- 20:56Speaker 1: with his life. But my mother in law.
- 20:58Speaker 10: Pitched a fit and that she can't live alone. My
- 21:02Speaker 10: husband's way of solving the problem is to tell his
- 21:04Speaker 10: mom she can move in with us so she won't
- 21:06Speaker 10: be lonely. There is no way I'm living with this
- 21:10Speaker 10: manipulative old woman. My husband and my son are under
- 21:15Speaker 10: her spell. But I'm not what should I do?
- 21:18Speaker 1: Well, she definitely can't move into your house if you
- 21:21Speaker 1: don't want her. The boy wants to go and be
- 21:27Speaker 1: on his own. He's twenty five. I mean, is she
- 21:31Speaker 1: does she need help or she just don't want to
- 21:34Speaker 1: live alone. If she don't want to live alone, we
- 21:36Speaker 1: don't have to get you. We have to get you
- 21:38Speaker 1: some company now, not to senior citizen home home. Well,
- 21:42Speaker 1: you know, we can drive you down there and let
- 21:44Speaker 1: you meet some friends or something, but you can't. You're
- 21:47Speaker 1: not living in him and she probably is manipulative, and
- 21:51Speaker 1: she has a son and a grandson on the spell.
- 21:54Speaker 1: But the boy don't want to be under the spell
- 21:56Speaker 1: no more. He wants to move and go live his life.
- 21:58Speaker 1: And you can't expect a twenty five year old boy
- 21:59Speaker 1: to care grandmama now and not her husband wants to volunteers.
- 22:03Speaker 1: She can move here with y'all, so y'all won't be alone.
- 22:06Speaker 1: But you ain't gonna be watched TV. And it's gonna
- 22:10Speaker 1: cause a problem in her marriage.
- 22:12Speaker 15: You have no hell no old people hear everything, all right?
- 22:24Speaker 1: So what should she do? Set her husband down and
- 22:28Speaker 1: explain to her feelings she doesn't want to live with anybody,
- 22:32Speaker 1: and can they make some other arrangements? Yeah? I like that.
- 22:37Speaker 5: Do you use the word heppa?
- 22:42Speaker 12: Mother?
- 22:42Speaker 6: Jay? I don't think you'll be able to do that?
- 22:47Speaker 1: All right? Moving on, BEV and Delaware rights.
- 22:50Speaker 10: I'm dating a guy I've known most of my life,
- 22:53Speaker 10: but I've never thought of him as my type until recently.
- 22:56Speaker 10: We haven't been intimate, but we do a lot of
- 22:59Speaker 10: kissing and touch. I noticed that he doesn't wear underwear,
- 23:02Speaker 10: and it's becoming a problem because it moves all around
- 23:06Speaker 10: and it's out of control most of the time. This
- 23:09Speaker 10: is a turnoff for me and a possible deal breaker.
- 23:12Speaker 10: How can I be honest and tell him he needs underwear?
- 23:16Speaker 10: Or is this normal nowadays?
- 23:18Speaker 1: Lady?
- 23:18Speaker 6: Well, are you for real? Are you for real?
- 23:22Speaker 1: A deal breaker is a man don't wear underwear? See
- 23:26Speaker 1: let me tell you something, Bell. You may not have
- 23:28Speaker 1: thought of him that way, but he been thinking about
- 23:31Speaker 1: you that way. That's why he ain't got no draws
- 23:33Speaker 1: off what happened one more times?
- 23:38Speaker 13: See what happened?
- 23:39Speaker 1: Mail was talking about she's never thought of him that way,
- 23:43Speaker 1: but now they're getting sack romantic. They haven't had secret
- 23:46Speaker 1: to do it, but they do a lot of kitchen
- 23:48Speaker 1: and kissing and touching and it is moving all around
- 23:51Speaker 1: because he don't wear underwear. And she say that's a
- 23:54Speaker 1: turnoff to her. So is that a deal breaker because
- 23:58Speaker 1: he don't wear underwear? How the hell is a man
- 24:01Speaker 1: don't wear underwear a deal breaker? How stupid is that?
- 24:05Speaker 1: And what I was trying to tell Bev was you
- 24:08Speaker 1: may not have thought of him in that way while
- 24:11Speaker 1: y'all growing up, but he been thinking about you that
- 24:14Speaker 1: wait the whole time. Thus that's why he ain't got
- 24:17Speaker 1: on no damn underwear, because we one step closer to
- 24:23Speaker 1: glory without this underwear command, you know, And since you're
- 24:27Speaker 1: doing all this stuff with it, you might want to,
- 24:30Speaker 1: you know, just try everything. And I don't need no
- 24:34Speaker 1: you know, tidy white is and boxes all up in
- 24:38Speaker 1: the way. But how is that a turn off though,
- 24:43Speaker 1: and a deal breaker. Maybe she is the one that
- 24:46Speaker 1: just bouncing around.
- 24:47Speaker 5: You know, everyone.
- 24:50Speaker 6: Want you to get your hands off of it.
- 24:56Speaker 1: That's exactly what it says, Yeah, she saying, read it, Shirley,
- 25:01Speaker 1: read the letter.
- 25:02Speaker 10: I noticed that he doesn't wear underwear, and it's becoming
- 25:04Speaker 10: a problem because it moves all around and it's out
- 25:08Speaker 10: of control most of the time.
- 25:10Speaker 1: And how does she know it move unless you have this,
- 25:13Speaker 1: unless you have noticed the location before, but you can
- 25:16Speaker 1: notice it with your eyes. You're staying with her hands.
- 25:19Speaker 6: Shirley, you didn't read the whole letter.
- 25:21Speaker 8: What is this?
- 25:22Speaker 1: They can touch a lot, okay, bounce, so what is
- 25:27Speaker 1: a touching? Surely you can stop all this being innocent now,
- 25:34Speaker 1: I could read these letters as a Christian all right, yeah,
- 25:42Speaker 1: stop reading these letters like that.
- 25:45Speaker 10: Okay, it's bouncing all around and it's control most of
- 25:50Speaker 10: the time.
- 25:51Speaker 6: And what is supposed to be.
- 25:54Speaker 10: She's asking is this normal nowadays? Or should she tell
- 25:58Speaker 10: him she needs underwear?
- 26:00Speaker 1: You can tell him he needs underwear, But what if
- 26:02Speaker 1: you keep touching it? Fall? What do you think is
- 26:08Speaker 1: gonna happen? Is this oneman? Stupid? Don't I don't see it?
- 26:13Speaker 7: That way.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I just don't, Sureley, what do you think problem is?
- 26:16Speaker 1: Did now you tell me?
- 26:18Speaker 10: I just think that he doesn't wear underwear period and
- 26:21Speaker 10: because it's out of control most of the time.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Because we want something to happen. A man don't wear
- 26:28Speaker 1: draws when he's anticipating something happening. Yeah, that's what wear most.
- 26:37Speaker 10: He can't wear underwear if it in cases something does happen,
- 26:41Speaker 10: it's something wrong underwear.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I mean taking him off whatever happened to. Excuse me,
- 26:46Speaker 1: excuse me, excuse me.
- 26:47Speaker 6: Let's stop this right here, let's stop.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Hold on, hold on, hold on.
- 26:53Speaker 6: Let me just say this that I ain't in your piousness.
- 26:57Speaker 6: Let me just make this statement.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Let's go to the next y'all don't wear underwear all
- 27:03Speaker 1: the time either. Let's move on to the next damn questions.
- 27:08Speaker 1: It's not all the time most of the time. All right,
- 27:11Speaker 1: it's not about Yeah, that's your celo. I'm six. We
- 27:16Speaker 1: don't have enough time for this one, Steve, because we
- 27:19Speaker 1: said it too much time with y'all in disbelief that
- 27:22Speaker 1: he don't have no damn underwear. Hell you, thank you,
- 27:27Speaker 1: you're listening Morning show.
- 27:32Speaker 10: All right, here we go as promised, this is uh,
- 27:37Speaker 10: this is for the ladies. We want to help you
- 27:40Speaker 10: get your get you to get your man to open
- 27:42Speaker 10: up because you know, they don't like to talk about stuff.

- 27:47Speaker 10: feelings and all that, and women as women, we love that. Yes,

- 27:54Speaker 10: to talk about his feelings. And Steve, please see if

- 43:48Speaker 6: All I can tell you is we wash quite a
- 43:50Speaker 6: few people's clothes on a daily basis, weekly basis. For
- 43:53Speaker 6: my employees to complain about your load. Then I have
- 43:57Speaker 6: to give you a call and talk to you.
- 43:58Speaker 12: About it, and I feel like you my phone.
- 44:02Speaker 6: No, that's not what this is, bro. This is actually

- 44:39Speaker 6: stuff scrubbed. Okay, when and when my ladies take a
- 44:43Speaker 6: look at it, if they're comfortable with cleaning it, so
- 44:45Speaker 6: be it. Or you know, we might not be able
- 44:47Speaker 6: to accept your your clothes anymore.

- 50:46Speaker 1: Just like we're gonna read this one right here right now.
- 50:50Speaker 6: Buggle up, hold on tight.
- 50:51Speaker 1: We got it for you.
- 50:52Speaker 10: Here it is the Strawberry letter subject I'm in the
- 50:55Speaker 10: military and I never enlisted. Here's Stephen Shirley. I am fifty,
- 51:00Speaker 10: he's seven years old, and have been married to an intelligent,
- 51:03Speaker 10: extremely good looking sixty year old man for ten years.
- 51:07Speaker 10: We're admired by friends and family because we seem to
- 51:10Speaker 10: have the perfect marriage. At home and in public, we
- 51:14Speaker 10: act like two teenagers in love. We send each other
- 51:17Speaker 10: silly text messages all day, and we play all all
- 51:21Speaker 10: kinds of silly games at home. But then there's the
- 51:24Speaker 10: one part of the marriage that's getting on my nerves.
- 51:28Speaker 10: My husband works on a military base, and he brings
- 51:30Speaker 10: his job home with him every day. I'm usually home
- 51:34Speaker 10: from work first, so I cook dinner so he can
- 51:37Speaker 10: relax and eat after work. Instead, he comes in and
- 51:40Speaker 10: starts looking around to see what's out of order. If
- 51:43Speaker 10: I'm cooking, he adjusts the temperature of the pots on
- 51:46Speaker 10: the stove. He prefers that I use the microwave as
- 51:49Speaker 10: much as possible, and a few times he has lectured
- 51:52Speaker 10: me on how the microwave was invented to conserve energy.
- 51:56Speaker 10: He regularly adds a little water to my perfectly good
- 51:59Speaker 10: bottle of dishwashing liquid so it will last longer, and
- 52:03Speaker 10: expects all silverware and glassware after I wash dishes. Whenever
- 52:08Speaker 10: I leave the house without him, he calls to tell
- 52:11Speaker 10: me what I did wrong. I left a light on,
- 52:13Speaker 10: the blinds were open too widely, I didn't put the
- 52:15Speaker 10: clean dishes away.
- 52:17Speaker 1: And the list goes on and on.
- 52:20Speaker 10: In spite of our good times together, he keeps arguing
- 52:23Speaker 10: with me about something I am not doing right. It
- 52:26Speaker 10: gets to the point where I find more reasons to
- 52:28Speaker 10: leave the house just for peace. I'm not one of
- 52:31Speaker 10: his enlistees in the army? How can I get him
- 52:34Speaker 10: to stop?
- 52:35Speaker 1: Wow?
- 52:36Speaker 10: Pretty controlling? Your husband is hum and not to mention nagging.
- 52:41Speaker 10: Who wants to hear this on a daily basis? You
- 52:45Speaker 10: know it does take two people to argue. Though you said,
- 52:48Speaker 10: he keeps arguing with you about what you're not doing right.
- 52:51Speaker 10: Just stop talking to him, don't argue with him. Okay,
- 52:55Speaker 10: you're telling Steve and I about this, But who you
- 52:57Speaker 10: really need to tell? Is this worrisome nitpicking husband of yours?
- 53:02Speaker 10: I mean, you have a voice, Use your voice. Tell
- 53:05Speaker 10: him in a strong, respectful you could be nice about
- 53:08Speaker 10: it way that you had enough of his complaining that
- 53:10Speaker 10: you're not a child. You're not his child, you're not
- 53:13Speaker 10: the maid, you're not one of his coworkers from a
- 53:15Speaker 10: military base.
- 53:16Speaker 1: You are his wife.
- 53:18Speaker 10: He can't talk to you this way, or he shouldn't
- 53:20Speaker 10: be talking to you this way. Why is he trying
- 53:22Speaker 10: to control you? Tell him you know that you're grown all.
- 53:26Speaker 6: Of this stuff.
- 53:27Speaker 10: He just needs to quit following up behind you. You
- 53:29Speaker 10: don't need anyone to follow up behind you and.
- 53:31Speaker 5: Check up after you.
- 53:33Speaker 10: And if he persists, stop answering his calls. Like I said,
- 53:36Speaker 10: stop arguing with him. It takes two people to argue.
- 53:39Speaker 10: Stop answering his calls. When he calls you about this
- 53:42Speaker 10: kind of stuff, send his butt to voicemail. I mean,
- 53:44Speaker 10: who does he think he is?
- 53:46Speaker 1: Steve, I don't understand why she wrote the letter because
- 53:50Speaker 1: I don't see what the problem is. It's this woman
- 53:52Speaker 1: is fifty seven married to an intelligent, extremely good look
- 53:55Speaker 1: at sixty.
- 53:56Speaker 6: Year old man for ten years.
- 53:58Speaker 1: You admire by friez. Y'all seem like you got a
- 54:01Speaker 1: perfect marriage. At home and in public, y'allct like two
- 54:04Speaker 1: teenagers in love. Y'all seeing silly text messages all day,
- 54:08Speaker 1: we play all kinds of silly games. But then here's
- 54:11Speaker 1: the part of the marriage to get on your damn nerves.
- 54:14Speaker 1: Your husband work at the military base and he brings
- 54:17Speaker 1: his job home with him, so usually home first, right,
- 54:21Speaker 1: so you cook dinner so he could relax and he'd
- 54:23Speaker 1: have to work instead. He comes in and start looking
- 54:25Speaker 1: around and see what's.
- 54:26Speaker 6: Out of order.
- 54:27Speaker 1: So obviously he does some type of inspection work down
- 54:30Speaker 1: at his job. So now here his ass coming in
- 54:35Speaker 1: the house inspected. If I'm cooking, he adjusts the temperature
- 54:40Speaker 1: of the pots on the stove. He wants you to
- 54:43Speaker 1: use the microwave as much as possible, and a few
- 54:46Speaker 1: times he lectured you on how the microwaves invented to
- 54:49Speaker 1: conserve energy. Okay, is he stupid?
- 54:52Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 54:54Speaker 1: Who wants a microwave dish when you got a woman
- 54:59Speaker 1: or some one that's cooking you a home cooked, fresh meal.
- 55:03Speaker 1: He's stupid.
- 55:03Speaker 12: He fright?
- 55:04Speaker 1: He nitpicking? But hear what, I don't understand. Why don't
- 55:08Speaker 1: you just do, lady, what women do. All y'all capable
- 55:14Speaker 1: of doing it. I don't understand why you're doing it. Straighten,
- 55:18Speaker 1: here's ass out, thank you. I'm at home first, I
- 55:22Speaker 1: cook dinner so he can relax. He come in and
- 55:24Speaker 1: start looking round there. I'm cooking. He adjust the temperature
- 55:27Speaker 1: of the posse on the stove. I tell you what,
- 55:29Speaker 1: set your ass down somewhere, and then when he come
- 55:33Speaker 1: in here right up to here, adjust the temperature. She said. Okay,
- 55:36Speaker 1: so you cooking now, huh, thank you. Put your feet
- 55:41Speaker 1: up and start working with watching TV. He prefers that
- 55:44Speaker 1: you use the microwave as much as possible. And he'd
- 55:47Speaker 1: elected me on how the microwave invented a conservant. Take
- 55:51Speaker 1: all the food, put it in the microwave, all of it. Yes,
- 55:58Speaker 1: Put the eggs in there with the to with with
- 56:00Speaker 1: with with the ham. Put the ham in it, with
- 56:03Speaker 1: the potato salad. Put that in there, with the slough.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Put that in there. Put and put the gravy all
- 56:09Speaker 1: of it.
- 56:09Speaker 7: And cut it on.
- 56:10Speaker 1: And since your lass down and go and send the microwave. Yes, steeve.
- 56:17Speaker 1: He regularly adds a little water to my perfectly good
- 56:22Speaker 1: bottled dish washing liquid so it would last longer. Okay, cool, now,
- 56:28Speaker 1: hre go all the dishes. I ain't done them. You
- 56:32Speaker 1: use that water down ass dish washing liquid, and see
- 56:36Speaker 1: how long you gonna be scrubbing grease spots. Sit your
- 56:40Speaker 1: ass down. He constantly inspects all the silver way and glass.
- 56:46Speaker 6: Where after I wash the dishes, I'll.
- 56:50Speaker 7: Spin on everything that we got spit on every God, now, what.
- 57:03Speaker 1: Are these water spots? They ain't water spots. They my spots.
- 57:08Speaker 7: Hang on, Steve's hang on.
- 57:10Speaker 1: I knew you were gonna work yourself up. We'll have
- 57:12Speaker 1: part two.
- 57:13Speaker 6: Hey tripping with me.
- 57:14Speaker 1: Steve's response coming up.
- 57:16Speaker 10: At twenty three after the hour, subject I'm in the
- 57:18Speaker 10: military and I never even enlisted.
- 57:20Speaker 1: We'll be back right after this. You're listening hard morning show.
- 57:25Speaker 10: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letters.
- 57:28Speaker 10: Subject I'm in the military and I never enlisted.
- 57:32Speaker 1: And here was this man tripping every time she do something,
- 57:35Speaker 1: he got something to complain about. Want her to use
- 57:38Speaker 1: a microwave instead of stole. He adjusting temperature on pots
- 57:42Speaker 1: when she come in. He looking at all the glasses
- 57:45Speaker 1: and silver. Wess see if they got spots on it,
- 57:48Speaker 1: I'd have told you what to do. Quit cooking. He
- 57:52Speaker 1: adjusted temperature. Sit down somewhere. He want everything in a microwave.
- 57:57Speaker 1: Put everything y'all haveing for dinner. Don't cook now hacking
- 58:01Speaker 1: all in that microwave as soon as he walked through
- 58:04Speaker 1: the door. Just put it on twenty minutes and press
- 58:07Speaker 1: in it and go sit out your dinner in the
- 58:09Speaker 1: damn microwave like you lik it. He in there checking
- 58:15Speaker 1: on or silver, wearing all this here, looking for water spots.
- 58:20Speaker 7: I spin on everything in there.
- 58:25Speaker 1: What about him telling her about the leaving the lights on?
- 58:29Speaker 1: Now we getting to that right there. Now you leave
- 58:31Speaker 1: a house without him, he calls to tell you what
- 58:34Speaker 1: you did wrong. I left a light on, the blinds
- 58:37Speaker 1: were open too widely. I didn't put the clean dishes away,
- 58:41Speaker 1: And the list goes on and off. Ocus I hear
- 58:44Speaker 1: what you do next time you lead a light, next
- 58:47Speaker 1: time you leave a house, don't leave a damn light
- 58:49Speaker 1: on in there nowhere, Let every blind shut up, drape

- 1:00:08Speaker 1: Off, tack blankets up to the windows, and go downstairs

- 1:00:16Speaker 1: when he come on, ain't no lights in the house
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: because you want to save extra energy. So now he
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: got to feel his way down that damn. Basically, to cut.
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: Them fuses back on.

- 1:03:46Speaker 1: For some churches.
- 1:03:49Speaker 17: That's out here that need to have testimony, time really
- 1:03:54Speaker 17: cut out.
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: Truth be told. If your church don't have any.
- 1:04:01Speaker 17: You don't need to be having testimony because these testimonies
- 1:04:05Speaker 17: are getting too long.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: They need a screener.
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: That needs somebody to step down too much time.
- 1:04:12Speaker 18: Let me hear your testimony and we will decide when
- 1:04:16Speaker 18: you get to see it.
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: In front of everybody.
- 1:04:18Speaker 18: Because you've got people who go up there and want
- 1:04:20Speaker 18: to testify. You can tell the ones who Testimoni not
- 1:04:22Speaker 18: gonna be good.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: Because they're too anxious to get the money.
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:04:25Speaker 18: They head shaking in line, the shoulder jumping, they jumping
- 1:04:30Speaker 18: up like they got a game or something like they
- 1:04:32Speaker 18: got a warm up off and then they get up
- 1:04:35Speaker 18: there the testimony. I want to speak to the Lord
- 1:04:40Speaker 18: about my toe. This toe had been hurting me. We
- 1:04:46Speaker 18: don't really need them no more. I'm just asking, can
- 1:04:49Speaker 18: we get some screeners or we have to hear your
- 1:04:52Speaker 18: testimony on Sundays?
- 1:04:54Speaker 6: All of us got stuff to do.
- 1:04:57Speaker 17: Now were sitting up here holding up in church because
- 1:04:59Speaker 17: you talking about your toe?
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: Or how comebody got there one time? No?
- 1:05:02Speaker 8: Lie? Sure?
- 1:05:03Speaker 6: Test five.
- 1:05:05Speaker 18: I've been praying for Israel, and I'm saying to myself,
- 1:05:08Speaker 18: you ain't never been to Israel?
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: Why hell is you up there prayer?
- 1:05:11Speaker 18: How you get to Hollo?
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: Lord talk to you about Israel? Where you get that from?
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: I just want to go to gaming is home.
- 1:05:23Speaker 18: And I don't want to just sit it here no more.
- 1:05:25Speaker 18: Hear your testimonies that ain't about nothing. You ain't got
- 1:05:29Speaker 18: an a man. You ain't got to go ahead let
- 1:05:32Speaker 18: him use you.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: Ain't nobody saying nothing.
- 1:05:35Speaker 18: You shut down three hundred eighty five people by yourself.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: You shut down an entire church pastor. Ain't saying nothing.
- 1:05:42Speaker 6: We need no, we need three the testimony.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Mike Snatches.
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: I'm signing up because.
- 1:05:48Speaker 18: If I don't like it, I'm coming up there. You
- 1:05:51Speaker 18: know Paulo got saying, man, church just need to have
- 1:05:54Speaker 18: a testimonial, Mike Snatch.
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: That's all I'm saying. I'm just.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: Want to get that out.
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: How long is this gonna belong?
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: Huh well, Jake, we keep back like it ain't. We
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: didn't took up this off.
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: And we've been here.
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: Since the talk.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: The game is on.
- 1:06:21Speaker 18: The game is you ain't getting nobody say go ahead?
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: There you go a man.
- 1:06:26Speaker 18: You can't get nobody agree with you. Your testimony is
- 1:06:29Speaker 18: not about anything. I'm just saying, why you get to
- 1:06:33Speaker 18: talk at that long? May we need a testimony of
- 1:06:37Speaker 18: Mike Snash.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: I'm telling you this you're listening Morning show. Is your
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: relationship so good?
- 1:06:54Speaker 10: Guys that sometimes you wish you and your spouse would
- 1:06:57Speaker 10: argue more.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: If we never got that fall.
- 1:07:09Speaker 10: So if one argument, just one argument, could save your marriage,
- 1:07:13Speaker 10: that is it. But this husband cooked, clean, swept and
- 1:07:16Speaker 10: loved his wife passionately completely. She in turn, felt choked
- 1:07:21Speaker 10: by his affection and now wants to divorce him. The
- 1:07:25Speaker 10: woman saw divorce from her husband in a city in
- 1:07:28Speaker 10: the United Arab Emirates because his love was too much
- 1:07:32Speaker 10: for her to bear. He never yelled at me or
- 1:07:35Speaker 10: turned me down. The woman told the court, I was
- 1:07:38Speaker 10: choked by extreme love and affection.
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: He even helped me clean the house.
- 1:07:43Speaker 10: The court ordered the adjournment of the case to give
- 1:07:45Speaker 10: the couple a chance at reconciliation. So, guys, here's a
- 1:07:50Speaker 10: question for you. Do you wish you and your spouse
- 1:07:52Speaker 10: would actually argue more or have you ever ended a
- 1:07:56Speaker 10: relationship because there was no conflict at all?
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: It was just too much love and affection. They don't
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: answer this, no, Please see they need to stay away
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: from this. As soon as soon as you say something
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: to him, we disagree with his ass is getting some
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: papers brought.
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: Are you serious?
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: Are you serious?
- 1:08:21Speaker 6: Out of this relationship? It's that fast can be getting that?
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: Really? Yeah?
- 1:08:32Speaker 17: He out?
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: I'm out, he out? I don't know who want to argument.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: But this woman, what's wrong with her?
- 1:08:38Speaker 17: Exactly?
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: She's the problem.
- 1:08:41Speaker 6: Saying what real love is. She's got a different view.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: She saw somebody getting cussed out, abused something. I want that. Yeah,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: that's totally how.
- 1:08:52Speaker 7: She said that.
- 1:08:53Speaker 6: I want to get cussed out.
- 1:08:56Speaker 10: Too much love and affection.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: I've never heard a woman's who wants conflict? Who want that?
- 1:09:03Speaker 6: Unless he's ultra clean.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: She did say she felt choked by his love. He
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: felt choked by it. You'd just rather just be choked.
- 1:09:17Speaker 10: He cooked clean, He cooked, he clean, He loved her
- 1:09:21Speaker 10: passionately and completely. This sounds like a romance now, yeah, chowing, Yeah.

- 1:13:33Speaker 6: I'm kicking it how long it take to get to
- 1:13:35Speaker 6: the moon? Cold? My wife, she got it right.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: Okay, So Steve give up his task.
- 1:13:44Speaker 8: You're going to the moon.

- 1:14:16Speaker 1: What do you with that's not in your vows?
- 1:14:20Speaker 12: All right?
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: Would you rather eat only steak and lobster for a
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: whole week? Or would you rather be vegan for a week?
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: Taking lobster or vegan? You're taking lots of way more fun.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: I'm on my second day. Is that talking to me about?
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: No?
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: Damn steak and lofty?
- 1:14:40Speaker 6: That's all I want right now. I'm gonna do that.
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: I'm gonna do the vegan.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: You just have to do it for a week, all right. Really,
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: it's probably what I need to do anyway, right, that's true?
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: All right?
- 1:14:56Speaker 10: Would you rather go roller skating naked? Just go roller
- 1:15:00Speaker 10: skating naked or go bowling in dress shoes?
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: I'm in the dress shoes. I know I'm gonna fall skating.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: I know I'm gonna fall. And you can follow your dress.
- 1:15:12Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, but I got clothes.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, it's hard to skate holding yourself.
- 1:15:23Speaker 7: And fall to You need your arms.
- 1:15:26Speaker 12: You need your arms.
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: You gotta brace yourself. Yes, you can't even get over
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: there by the wall and grab the rail and nothing.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: You're trying to cover yourself skating swinging.
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:15:44Speaker 10: Would you rather have your belly kissed? Or would you
- 1:15:48Speaker 10: rather have your thigh kissed?
- 1:15:50Speaker 5: Die?
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: Either one?
- 1:15:52Speaker 6: You down that way? I want you to be thie.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: You don't want to work for me either? One junior?
- 1:15:58Speaker 6: Oh no, why y'all as.
- 1:16:01Speaker 10: Make Steve Steve?
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: Well, you kiss my thigh? Your head probably against me.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: That's the beginning of a wonderful evening, right if your
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: hair touched me? What we're ending on that note? That's
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: today's roundup? Would you rather all right?
- 1:16:36Speaker 10: Last break of the day, and we'll close out the
- 1:16:38Speaker 10: show with Steve Harvey right after that.
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Morning Show.
- 1:16:44Speaker 10: All right, Steve, here we are last break of the day,
- 1:16:46Speaker 10: and of course it is time for you to leave
- 1:16:49Speaker 10: us with some closing remarks.
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: I want to give you some encouragement on your road
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: to success. I've often said a million times, that the
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: road to success is all under construction, that you can
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: expect the pitfalls, to set backs, the detools, the working
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: men at work, so forth, and so on.
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: But what I want to remind you of.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: Is that you can win if you can fight through
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: the clutter. And one of the best ways that I
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: can give you to fight through the clutter you have
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: to have a relationship with God. I mean, it's just
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: really the best way to fight through the clutter because
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: you really don't know how exactly to become successful. You
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: really don't know exactly how.
- 1:17:44Speaker 6: I mean.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: And the reason I know you don't know exactly how
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: is because you've probably aimed for something that in order
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: to achieve it you really do need God's help. So
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: is nothing wrong when you don't know exactly how you're
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: going to make it, Because what that means is you've
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: aspired to something so great that in order for it
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: to happen, you absolutely have to have God's help. That's
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: where you want to be. You want to be on
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: a mission that keeps you awake at night. You want
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: to be on a mission man that makes you wake
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: up early. You want to be on a mission that
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: requires you to pray constantly. You want to be on
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: a mission man, where you seek the advice and help
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: of other people. That's in a higher position. You want
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: to be on a mission where not achieving it becomes
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: absolutely unacceptable. But to get there, you got to fight
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: through the clutter. And the biggest form of clutter in
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: your mind is the actual figuring it out. Can you
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: remember back on how many times you've tried to figure
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: something out your life? Your next move, who to call
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: or who to talk to, whether to try to sell them,
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: how to sell them, what to buy, how to buy?
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: If you go back over all your life of you
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: figuring out my next move? Should I go to school?
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: Should I not go to school? Should I get a
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: degree in this? Should I not get a degree in this?
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: Should I apply for that job at this job? Should
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: I go over here because they pay a little bit more,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: but this has better stability? I don't know, But you've
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: constantly been trying to work that out. That's exhausting and
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: it keeps your mind cluttered. I was reading in my
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: daily meditation, how when you clutter your mind up with
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: the how to you remove God's presence in your life
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: because he's always hovering and standing close by to come
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: in and comfort you and be beside you and help
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: you make these decisions. But if you never invite him in,
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: if you never invite him to make the decisions, if
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: you never allow his presence to come and calm you down. Man,
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: sometimes you just need calming. You know, you could deal
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: with a lot of this stuff that you're going through
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: a lot better if you will have just a calming effect.
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: Of the calming effect, that's the peace you get when
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: you form a relationship with God. God calms you down
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: because you know he got your back, you know he's
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: in control, He know he got your best interest at heart,
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: you know that he's behind the scenes working on your behalf.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: When you have that type of relationship, it cools you out.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: You can chill. You can't do anything about tomorrow, so
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: worrying about it doesn't affect it. Now, I'm not saying
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: and sitting here that you're not supposed to plan, that
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: you're not supposed to have dreams and aspirations, because you do.
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: But in all my dreams of aspirations, all the things
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: I want, I've had to learn to be flexible because
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: what I want and what God has for me is
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: oftentimes two different things. But can I share something with you?
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: The thing that God has for you is way better
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: than anything anything you could possibly plan. You can't figure
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: it the way he does. His thoughts is way up there, man,
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: His ways is way up there. You can't outfigure God.
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: God can take a very very dismal situation, folks, and
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: turn it into pure gold for you. When they are
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: lining themselves against you, If God is with you, who
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: can be against you? So let them line up. If
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: you know you've got a relationship with God, and you
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: know you're not over there by yourself, why would you
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: be afraid of someone lining up against you? Let them
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: lined up. You're talking to somebody who knows it's all
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: too well. They have lined up against me in numbers.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: But guess what, they can't do nothing to me. God
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: don't allow And even if you do do it, it
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: doesn't mean it has the effect of the desired effect
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: on me that you wanted to. And so that's the
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: same thing with you. Because of this relationship with God,
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: you don't have to be in and react to every
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: time somebody don't like a picture or make a bad
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: comment or put a false falsehood out there.
- 1:22:09Speaker 6: About you.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: You don't have to react to all of that because
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: you have peace in the relationship with God. You got
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: to form this relationship, y'all. You have to. It's imperative
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: to who you are. And the thing about forming relationship,
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: you don't have to clear with nobody. But you ain't
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: got to even tell nobody you're doing it. You can
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: show them a difference you. You don't have to make
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: an admission. I'm talking to God every day trying to
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: become a better person. You ain't got to tell nobody that.
- 1:22:37Speaker 6: Just do it. Just do it.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: That's all you've got to do. All right, those are
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: my closing remarks.
- 1:22:43Speaker 10: All right, drop it.
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: It's dropped, Thank you, sir. Yeah, needed that.
