- 2:04Speaker 2: Good morning everybody, y'all listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:08Speaker 2: dig me now, one and only see Harvey got a
- 2:11Speaker 2: radio show man. God is in the blessing business. I'm
- 2:16Speaker 2: in the receiving line, man. That's a good feeling. I
- 2:21Speaker 2: thank God for waking me up in the mornings, I
- 2:24Speaker 2: really really do. I thank God for the spirit that
- 2:28Speaker 2: he wakes me up with because I finally, but I
- 2:31Speaker 2: finally figured it out.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Such a blessing that shouldn't be taken for granted.
- 2:36Speaker 2: The fact that you are up today, the fact that
- 2:39Speaker 2: you just got off working, you driving home, the fact
- 2:41Speaker 2: that you got a job to come home from, the
- 2:44Speaker 2: fact that you got a job to wake up too. Whatever,
- 2:47Speaker 2: it is the fact that you can see, think, here, smell, walk, talk, rhyme, reason,
- 2:55Speaker 2: whatever it is, it's a blessing.
- 2:57Speaker 10: Man.
- 2:57Speaker 2: I was talking to a partner mine last night and
- 3:01Speaker 2: an analogy came to me last night of what my
- 3:03Speaker 2: life has been like, just going over my story with
- 3:07Speaker 2: a friend of mine of all some of the things
- 3:09Speaker 2: I had gone through, and he never knew it because
- 3:11Speaker 2: he said, man, you never told me that we were
- 3:14Speaker 2: just talking. One of the things I remember, and it's
- 3:18Speaker 2: kind of equated to my life, was when I was
- 3:22Speaker 2: a little boy, as she goes to the store with
- 3:25Speaker 2: my mom and she would let me buy a jigsaw puzzle. Now,
- 3:32Speaker 2: for those of you, a jigsaw puzzle comes in a box.
- 3:36Speaker 2: There are no instructions. It just comes in a box
- 3:41Speaker 2: and it's simple. You're gonna dump the pieces out in
- 3:44Speaker 2: a pile and you're gonna try to put the pieces
- 3:47Speaker 2: together until it looks like the picture that's on the
- 3:52Speaker 2: cover of the box. That's as simple as it is.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Here is the deal. I would select a jigsaw puzzle
- 4:06Speaker 2: based on the picture that I liked and if I
- 4:12Speaker 2: thought I could do it. Now, if the picture looked
- 4:16Speaker 2: too crazy, if it looked too intricate, I didn't want
- 4:20Speaker 2: that puzzle, you know. And the thing was back in
- 4:23Speaker 2: the day, you got a jigsaw puzzle, you had a
- 4:25Speaker 2: hundred piece puzzles. Four hundred piece puzzles. Man, then they
- 4:29Speaker 2: say a thousand piece puzzle. You go ooo. So those
- 4:34Speaker 2: were a little difficult for me when I was a
- 4:36Speaker 2: little boy, so I didn't want that.
- 4:39Speaker 3: As I got a little bit older.
- 4:42Speaker 2: I had more challenging puzzles, you know, four fifty five
- 4:46Speaker 2: hundred piece puzzles. But I always picked a picture of
- 4:52Speaker 2: something I liked. So it's very simple. You get the
- 4:55Speaker 2: jigsaw puzzle, you get it home, you open it up,
- 4:58Speaker 2: you dump it out on the table. You flip all
- 5:01Speaker 2: the pieces over so you can see them, and then
- 5:05Speaker 2: I would try to sort them based on the colors
- 5:08Speaker 2: on the box. If it was like a black section,
- 5:11Speaker 2: i'd take all the black pieces and slide them over
- 5:14Speaker 2: there it was some flowers, I'd try to find all
- 5:16Speaker 2: the pictures with little jigsaw pieces with the little floor,
- 5:20Speaker 2: and I separate them and then I start putting it together.
- 5:23Speaker 2: And the way I started was i'd try to build
- 5:25Speaker 2: a border first, because I knew all the straight edges
- 5:29Speaker 2: had to be side by side at one point. And
- 5:32Speaker 2: it was funny, man, because it's related to my life.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I would start putting the pieces together of the picture
- 5:40Speaker 2: I saw that I liked, and that would be my picture.
- 5:45Speaker 2: A lot of people didn't like jigsaw puzzles. As a
- 5:49Speaker 2: matter of fact, none of the boys on the street
- 5:52Speaker 2: liked jigsaw puzzles but me, because they just didn't want
- 5:56Speaker 2: to go through the intricate details of figuring that out
- 5:59Speaker 2: really good outside and run or something like that. And
- 6:02Speaker 2: so what happened was, as I got older, I wanted
- 6:07Speaker 2: more difficult and challenging puzzles.
- 6:10Speaker 3: But I wouldn't go too far. I wanted some nice
- 6:13Speaker 3: stuff to happen.
- 6:14Speaker 2: I had a picture of what I wanted for my life,
- 6:17Speaker 2: but I didn't want to go too far because it
- 6:20Speaker 2: was so challenging and difficult. I couldn't see myself with
- 6:24Speaker 2: all of that, and I didn't have the time, the knowledge,
- 6:27Speaker 2: the expertise, the figuring all the intricate details. And I
- 6:32Speaker 2: discovered something when I was talking last night. That's what
- 6:37Speaker 2: happens in life to a lot of people. You get
- 6:40Speaker 2: bogged down with the details of coming up and trying
- 6:43Speaker 2: to create the picture that you want for yourself. You
- 6:46Speaker 2: put it to the side, You say, ah, that puzzles
- 6:48Speaker 2: are crazy. Next thing, you know, you crumbled it up
- 6:51Speaker 2: and put it back in the box. So you go
- 6:52Speaker 2: halfway and you get stuck, and you get to the
- 6:55Speaker 2: part where it ain't a lot of different colors, it's
- 6:57Speaker 2: all the same, and that's a little bit more challenging.
- 7:00Speaker 3: So that may stop you.
- 7:01Speaker 2: But it's somewhere in the jigsaw puzzle that it gets
- 7:04Speaker 2: very difficult and challenging. The bigger the picture you want,
- 7:09Speaker 2: but then what all happened in your life, it's just
- 7:13Speaker 2: like what happened in the jigsaw. Once you get comfortable
- 7:17Speaker 2: and you don't mind the challenge, you could get a
- 7:21Speaker 2: bigger picture. But here's the key to it, though, if
- 7:26Speaker 2: you put God in your mix. See the picture that
- 7:30Speaker 2: I saw for myself as a boy is not the
- 7:33Speaker 2: picture that has happened to me as a man. Because
- 7:37Speaker 2: along the way from boyhood to manhood, from the time
- 7:40Speaker 2: I was telling you understand what happened along the ride
- 7:44Speaker 2: in there was I started putting God in the mix.
- 7:49Speaker 2: And so now the picture that I have now is
- 7:52Speaker 2: not the picture I saw. It's the picture that God saw.
- 7:56Speaker 2: So what I'm saying this analogy is the picture you
- 8:01Speaker 2: have may be difficult to complete. But if you were
- 8:05Speaker 2: to include God in your life, put God in your
- 8:09Speaker 2: jigsaw puzzle, God will not only help you complete the puzzle,
- 8:14Speaker 2: and he gonna add some pieces, he gonna do some favors,
- 8:18Speaker 2: he gonna show some mercy, and you gonna look up
- 8:21Speaker 2: and the picture that you're able to end up with
- 8:23Speaker 2: will be totally different and much more complete, much more beautiful,
- 8:28Speaker 2: a bigger picture than the one you had. Because there's
- 8:31Speaker 2: no way that I could have sought a life that
- 8:33Speaker 2: I have today back when I was a boy. And
- 8:37Speaker 2: it amazes me when I hear people say I always
- 8:40Speaker 2: saw this for myself. Ah, I didn't do that. I
- 8:42Speaker 2: didn't quite see this for myself. I don't know how
- 8:45Speaker 2: you can have the ability to see what God really
- 8:48Speaker 2: has for you. But man, he's a master for jigsaw. Man,
- 8:52Speaker 2: he's an incredible puzzle completerer. So if you got a
- 8:56Speaker 2: puzzle that's challenging to you, maybe you need to see
- 8:59Speaker 2: what's the picture sit that God has for your life.
- 9:02Speaker 2: If God were in your life, if you complete it
- 9:06Speaker 2: to puzzle, what would it look like. It'll be a
- 9:10Speaker 2: far more extensive puzzle and it would be a far
- 9:14Speaker 2: more beautiful piece of scenery than you could have ever imagined.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Tears come in my eyes because I can't believe God
- 9:22Speaker 2: bought me this far. I can't believe that when I
- 9:24Speaker 2: opened up and accepted him and started talking to him,
- 9:27Speaker 2: that he would add all these pieceles to my jigsaw puzzle,
- 9:31Speaker 2: and my jigsaw puzzle would look like this. And I
- 9:34Speaker 2: could tell you I ain't got a whole lot to
- 9:36Speaker 2: do with what I have turned into. It's mostly favor
- 9:40Speaker 2: and blessings and grace and mercy of God. And I
- 9:43Speaker 2: looked up and I just got a much bigger jigsaw
- 9:46Speaker 2: puzzle completed. And guess what, He ain't through with me yet.
- 9:50Speaker 2: That's what's amazing and exciting about a relationship with God.
- 9:54Speaker 2: God could take your jigsaw puzzle and fix it.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 17:37Speaker 8: We spent way too much money. I'm getting married next month,
- 17:41Speaker 8: and you're calling and telling me that I need somebody

- 17:49Speaker 8: ready to come on you.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Where are you.
- 17:50Speaker 7: Telling me a moment, I'm pulling it up to see

- 18:08Speaker 7: can get you in or out of it.
- 18:09Speaker 8: We might have paid you dollars.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Make it happen.
- 18:12Speaker 8: You need to make something happen. Okay, I'm being nice.

- 18:24Speaker 7: To be nice. You tell you you continue to raise
- 18:26Speaker 7: your voice at me. Now you're using for fanity. At me,
- 18:29Speaker 7: y'a is going to jamake a queen.
- 18:31Speaker 8: Listen to me. It was your job to take care
- 18:34Speaker 8: of transportation for us to get from the US to Cherills,
- 18:38Speaker 8: from Olcherills to my Tigo bank. How are I supposed
- 18:41Speaker 8: to handle happened? You were supposed to handle.
- 18:43Speaker 7: It and handle it. Your man said you guys were
- 18:47Speaker 7: going to Jamaica queen, and that's what I took for
- 18:50Speaker 7: now maybe I.

- 22:18Speaker 1: for your love questions? And this one is from Corey
- 22:23Speaker 1: in Orlando. Corey writes him thirty three and my older
- 22:26Speaker 1: brother is thirty seven. He's coming to town for the
- 22:28Speaker 1: holidays and he wants to bring female that's not his girlfriend.
- 22:32Speaker 1: I told my parents that they shouldn't allow him to
- 22:35Speaker 1: do it, but my dad said it's fine. His girlfriend
- 22:38Speaker 1: stuck by his side while he was in law school
- 22:41Speaker 1: and helped him out financially. Now that he's passed the bar,
- 22:44Speaker 1: he's parading around this little white attorney he works with.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Should I confront him? Or avoid family time with him.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Wow, well bruh oh.
- 23:00Speaker 3: That's you know.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Look man, your brother gets to make the decisions for
- 23:06Speaker 2: his life what he want to make. He's bringing somebody
- 23:10Speaker 2: else at dinner and it ain't his girlfriend who now.
- 23:14Speaker 3: I mean, I mean, okay, sureley, did they say this
- 23:17Speaker 3: was for Christmas?
- 23:19Speaker 12: For the holidays?
- 23:20Speaker 7: Uh?
- 23:20Speaker 9: Huh?
- 23:21Speaker 3: So now let me ask you a question.
- 23:23Speaker 2: How do you leave your girlfriend at home for the
- 23:26Speaker 2: holidays and bring another girl? Have you ever thought, younger brother,
- 23:30Speaker 2: that the girlfriend ain't in the picture? No more?
- 23:34Speaker 3: Could that be?
- 23:36Speaker 2: Because when you ain't coming around for the holidays and
- 23:39Speaker 2: you bringing one over for the holidays, that's a change.
- 23:43Speaker 2: You got another problem cause the girl white, that's what
- 23:48Speaker 2: because you wrote that in the letter. Yeah, that's what's
- 23:50Speaker 2: really wrong. And the sister helped him out. But that
- 23:54Speaker 2: don't mean you got you get that. That doesn't mean
- 23:56Speaker 2: that don't mean you're gonna make the whole cut, you know.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Now I know he'd be out got Well, that's the
- 24:01Speaker 3: one that stuck with you.
- 24:02Speaker 2: That ain't the one you like. Now the problem is
- 24:08Speaker 2: he bringing his white girl over. You got a problem.
- 24:10Speaker 3: You to know your parents not to let him do that.
- 24:12Speaker 3: He thirty seven.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Your daddy has said, let him do what he want
- 24:15Speaker 2: to do, and brouh, it's your brother's business.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Now I would avoid Yeah.
- 24:21Speaker 8: There you go.
- 24:27Speaker 2: He heard the song and he's having it. Obviously been
- 24:33Speaker 2: dreaming about it, just like the song.
- 24:36Speaker 3: So now welcome. You know you saw the movie. Guess
- 24:39Speaker 3: who's coming to dinner? Well?
- 24:41Speaker 1: Ta want confront his brother or avoid family?
- 24:48Speaker 2: Ain't non confront your brother about what? That's your brother,
- 24:50Speaker 2: business man? You bring who you want open for holidays?
- 24:53Speaker 2: Quit tripping? He your brother?
- 24:56Speaker 13: All right?
- 24:57Speaker 12: Moving on?
- 24:57Speaker 1: Desan little Rock says, I listened to you guys online
- 25:01Speaker 1: and you have said that men and women cannot be
- 25:03Speaker 1: best friends unless sex is involved. I want clarification because.
- 25:08Speaker 3: I've had not what I said, Go ahead, I've.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Had a male best friend for almost ten years, and
- 25:15Speaker 1: now that he is divorced, he wants to stay overnight
- 25:18Speaker 1: at my house on the weekends. I am not attracted
- 25:21Speaker 1: to him at all. Do you think he's trying to
- 25:24Speaker 1: sleep with me?
- 25:24Speaker 15: What is going on?
- 25:27Speaker 2: What you think?
- 25:28Speaker 7: What?
- 25:29Speaker 2: Hell?
- 25:29Speaker 3: What'd you why?
- 25:30Speaker 2: He asked to spend a night at your house?
- 25:32Speaker 3: Ok?
- 25:33Speaker 2: His hotels? He could stay in his house. Now what
- 25:37Speaker 2: I did not say is you can't be best friends
- 25:41Speaker 2: without sex involved.
- 25:43Speaker 3: I didn't say that.
- 25:45Speaker 2: I said it is hard for a man to be
- 25:49Speaker 2: best friends with the woman he's attracted to. Thus, this
- 25:53Speaker 2: man is attracted to you, and now that he got
- 25:55Speaker 2: a divorced, he don't want to be your friend no more.
- 25:58Speaker 2: He want to sleep with you, want to slumber part
- 26:02Speaker 2: yeah at all? Okay, then now we have a problem.
- 26:07Speaker 2: But I told you how men are. I didn't tell
- 26:11Speaker 2: you how women are. I said, if a man is
- 26:15Speaker 2: attracted to you, he will lay and wait till there's
- 26:18Speaker 2: a crack in the door. He got a divorce, he
- 26:20Speaker 2: thinks that's the crack in the door, and now all
- 26:22Speaker 2: of a sudden, y'all friendship, he won't sleep with you
- 26:24Speaker 2: now here. That's what I said, and what I stand
- 26:29Speaker 2: by what I say, And all these men out here,
- 26:31Speaker 2: no man, I have very attractive women that I'm not.
- 26:33Speaker 3: Oh yeah, but you would if you could.
- 26:35Speaker 7: Dog.
- 26:36Speaker 2: So now listen in that conversation. Next question, Shirley, all right,
- 26:43Speaker 2: I said that I know what I'm talking about.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Money in Greenville says my mother and I have dated
- 26:50Speaker 1: the same man in the past, and now he's married
- 26:53Speaker 1: to a lady we go to church with.
- 26:55Speaker 12: I don't talk to.
- 26:56Speaker 1: My mother anymore, and I don't fool with this woman.
- 26:58Speaker 1: I want to know why he felt needs cheat on
- 27:00Speaker 1: me with my mom and then this older lady at
- 27:03Speaker 1: the church. I could see if it was a sugar
- 27:05Speaker 1: mama situation, but it wasn't. Why did he feel like
- 27:08Speaker 1: she should be a better wife than me?
- 27:11Speaker 12: It's eating at me?
- 27:12Speaker 1: So how do I get closure?
- 27:15Speaker 2: Wow, you're not gonna get no closure from him. You
- 27:18Speaker 2: need closure with yourself. You and your mama dating a
- 27:21Speaker 2: man with hoish tendencies. A man with holish tendencies has
- 27:25Speaker 2: dated you, your mama and now another woman at the church.
- 27:29Speaker 7: What is it?
- 27:30Speaker 3: You need closure home? Y'all?
- 27:32Speaker 2: Was all attracted to a wish man, not a man
- 27:36Speaker 2: that took his act somewhere else. He don't want you,
- 27:40Speaker 2: and why would you want him? He then slept with
- 27:44Speaker 2: your mama and the other woman at the church. And
- 27:46Speaker 2: I can promise you it's some more.
- 27:49Speaker 3: He's married at the church. It's okay, it's some more.
- 27:55Speaker 2: You pull off a stunt like this, it's because you
- 27:57Speaker 2: good at it.
- 27:58Speaker 3: It's some more. Why am I not good enough?
- 28:01Speaker 7: You?
- 28:02Speaker 2: You dodged a bullet.
- 28:04Speaker 12: Yeah, be grateful.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Man, get out, lady, come on, give yourself break.
- 28:10Speaker 15: You have your closure.
- 28:11Speaker 1: He's married?
- 28:13Speaker 3: What church?
- 28:14Speaker 2: Y'all go to.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Man? Great, anybody to the passes office about this?
- 28:21Speaker 2: What's happening? He ain't nobody pulled into the office about
- 28:25Speaker 2: this one. Right here, y'alln't had no church counseling. Is
- 28:28Speaker 2: just popping off passages. Man him how many times he's
- 28:32Speaker 2: married him? All right, let's go all right.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Jeanette in Michigan says, I'm fifty seven years young and
- 28:41Speaker 1: I have a weight loss surgery and I got a
- 28:43Speaker 1: nose job. I was dating a man that didn't mind
- 28:46Speaker 1: my weight and said he loved my big old nose.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Now that I've healed a bit, I tried to rekindle
- 28:51Speaker 1: the flame with him, but he said he's only attracted
- 28:54Speaker 1: to big girls. I've done online dating and I had
- 28:57Speaker 1: a blind date. But nobody turns me on like my X.
- 29:00Speaker 1: If it's real love, Why does size matter? Is he
- 29:04Speaker 1: making up excuses because he's moved on?
- 29:07Speaker 10: Wow?
- 29:08Speaker 2: He making up excuses because he liked what he liked.
- 29:12Speaker 2: He like him thick you the lost weight, He like thick,
- 29:18Speaker 2: big nose women wide No Now you the last weight
- 29:22Speaker 2: and got your nose cut down. Now he done went
- 29:27Speaker 2: from Dayton Nail Carter to Michael Jackson. He don't want that,
- 29:31Speaker 2: and she put that nose back on the old that time.
- 29:35Speaker 2: You know how they put the makeup on your nose
- 29:41Speaker 2: to make it look thinner. Yeah, you probably widening that
- 29:45Speaker 2: brushstroke out a little bit trying to make your nose
- 29:47Speaker 2: look wider.
- 29:49Speaker 12: We'll just forget about him. But as long as you
- 29:52Speaker 12: feel good about yourself, all.
- 29:55Speaker 2: Right, thank you, Closter, Steve Martin Martin's show Man. Everything
- 30:01Speaker 2: you're going through is God preparing you for something you
- 30:05Speaker 2: ask for. But he gotta get you, right. You got
- 30:07Speaker 2: lessons you got to learn. It's character you have to mold,
- 30:11Speaker 2: and you got to go through things to have strength.
- 30:13Speaker 2: You got to go through things to build character because
- 30:16Speaker 2: what you're asking God for, he already knows what you
- 30:19Speaker 2: need in order to sustain when you get there. So
- 30:22Speaker 2: you got to learn all the lessons. And every time
- 30:24Speaker 2: you fail, quit looking at it as a failure. Steve

- 56:48Speaker 1: All right, thanking nefew subjects trapped under his bed. This
- 56:54Speaker 1: is crazy, Dear Steve and Shirley. I really need some advice.
- 56:58Speaker 1: I met this man that is ten years older than
- 57:01Speaker 1: I am, and I really like him a lot. He's
- 57:04Speaker 1: still married, but he and his wife are living as
- 57:07Speaker 1: roommates and he does not sleep with her anymore. I
- 57:11Speaker 1: have gone to his house many nights and would leave
- 57:13Speaker 1: before his wife and kids wake up. When he takes
- 57:17Speaker 1: me out, we only go to the casino because I'm
- 57:20Speaker 1: his lucky charm and he always wins big when I'm
- 57:24Speaker 1: with him. I would love to have a nice dinner
- 57:27Speaker 1: with him in town, but he's not that type of man.
- 57:30Speaker 1: The way he talks to me makes me feel like
- 57:32Speaker 1: the luckiest female in the world. He is a passionate
- 57:36Speaker 1: love maker, and he takes his time with attention to
- 57:40Speaker 1: every little detail. He's got me wrapped around his little finger,
- 57:44Speaker 1: and he knows it. I need to know that he
- 57:47Speaker 1: feels the same way about me. I was at his
- 57:50Speaker 1: house one night about two months ago, and his wife
- 57:53Speaker 1: got up in the middle of the night and started
- 57:55Speaker 1: calling his name.
- 57:56Speaker 12: He told me to get under the bed, and I did.
- 58:00Speaker 1: She walked in and told him she was having trouble
- 58:03Speaker 1: sleeping and wanted to lay with him for a few minutes.
- 58:06Speaker 1: He told her no because he had an early morning
- 58:09Speaker 1: and he needed his rest. She got in the bed anyway,
- 58:13Speaker 1: and she got on top of him and started kissing him.
- 58:17Speaker 1: She could see he was already in the mood, and
- 58:20Speaker 1: that was for me, not her. I got him in
- 58:23Speaker 1: the mood and she finished the job for me. Soon
- 58:26Speaker 1: after they finished, she fell asleep, so he woke her
- 58:29Speaker 1: up and told her to get out. She laughed and
- 58:32Speaker 1: told him he could never resist her. I got from
- 58:35Speaker 1: under the bed, and he kept on apologizing. I was
- 58:39Speaker 1: a nervous wreck. I had to hear my man being
- 58:42Speaker 1: taken advantage of, and I hated that he could.
- 58:46Speaker 12: Live with me.
- 58:47Speaker 1: But he said he is staying there for his kids.
- 58:50Speaker 1: Is he really staying for her?
- 58:53Speaker 10: Wow?
- 58:54Speaker 1: Oh, to this, I just say, come on, you cannot
- 58:58Speaker 1: be this slow. You cannot. I mean, you heard it
- 59:01Speaker 1: with your own ears. No matter who initiated it, they're
- 59:04Speaker 1: still having sex. They are still having sex. So yes,
- 59:08Speaker 1: he's staying for her, just like he told you, and
- 59:12Speaker 1: the kids because they're married and that's his family. That's
- 59:16Speaker 1: why he's still there. He's just cheating on them with you.
- 59:20Speaker 1: You're the side piece. He's not your man. He has
- 59:23Speaker 1: a wife who gets in his bed while you have
- 59:26Speaker 1: to hide under the bed. Okay, how does this sound?
- 59:30Speaker 1: You are worried about the wrong things. You're worried about
- 59:32Speaker 1: him taking you to the casino because you're his lucky charm.
- 59:36Speaker 1: You want him to take you to dinner instead, But
- 59:38Speaker 1: you said he's not that type of man. What you
- 59:40Speaker 1: should be worried about is your luck running out and
- 59:43Speaker 1: his wife finding you in her house. You know, on
- 59:46Speaker 1: one of those many many times you said you've been there,
- 59:50Speaker 1: take my advice. Stop being this man's little plaything, because
- 59:54Speaker 1: that's all you are. You got to break it off
- 59:56Speaker 1: with him because he's not going to ever leave his wife,
- 59:58Speaker 1: and you'll be forever on to the bed when she
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: comes in the bedroom. Steve, this is.
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: It's ridiculous.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: This just flat out ridiculous. This is really really close
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: to one of the dumbest letters I've had. This lady said,
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: I really need some advice. I met this man that's
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: ten years older than I am, and I really like
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: him a lot. Okay, no problem, he's still married. Okay,
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: here we go, here we go. But he and his
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: wife are living in his roommate and he does not
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: sleep with her anymore.
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: Who told you that?
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: He told you that, He told you they still live together,
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: but they not sleeping together anymore.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: I have gone to his house many nights and would
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: leave before his wife and kids wake up. What wait
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: a minute, you got to be something's really really you're demented,
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: something's really really wrong with you. First of all, he
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: told you he's still married, but they don't sleep together.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: They're just roommates. And you've been to his house many
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: nights and would leave before his wife and kids wake up.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: So you mean your stupid to lencious man sneak you
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: in the house like y'all kids do you, and then
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: you get up and leave before the wife and the.
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: Kids wake up.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: And then when he takes me out, we only go
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: to the casino because I'm his lucky charm and he
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: always wins big when I'm with him. Now, you go
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: to the casino with a man because he don't have
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: to be saying he was just with you. Because he
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: at the casino, you can sit in the chair next
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: to him. Y'all could be at the table side by side,
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: and he can say, y'all was never together. That's why
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: you don't go nowhere but the casino. Then you said,
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: I would love to have a nice dinner with him
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: in town, but DNC, y'all would be together. So you're
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: not finna have no dinners with him in town, but
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: he's not that type of man. The way he talks
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: to me makes me feel like the luckiest female in
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: the world. Hey, come on over to my house. Everybody's sleep.
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: I'm gonna do you. But then before they wake up,
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: I'm gonna needs you to get out.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: And then hey, I want you to come down to
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: the casino with me because you my lucky charm and
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: I win be but we can't ever be seen nowhere
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: having no dinner together. And then right after that, you said,
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: the way he talks to me makes me feel like
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: the luckiest female in the world.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: You stupid Steve.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: Hold on, Hold on all right? Well that part two
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: of Steve's response coming up at twenty three minutes after
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: the Our Strawberry Letters subject for today trapped under under
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: his bed. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 1:03:49Speaker 1: All right, come on, Steve, Let's recap today's very intelligent
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: strawberry letter.
- 1:03:53Speaker 12: It's called the subject trapped under his bed.
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: This lady mitts married man that ben't told her that
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: he don't have a relationship with his wife. He just
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: lived as roommates in the house, and he don't sleep
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: with her anymore. And so she done decided. She goes
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: over this man's house many nights and would leave before
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: his wife and kids wake up. I ain't never seen
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: I ain't never heard of this before. Then when he
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: takes me out, we only go to the casino because
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: I'm as lucky charming. He always wins big when I'm
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: with him. Then, she said, I love to have a
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: nice dinner with him. That's not gonna happen because then
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: it look like y'all together. You can go to the
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: casino and it don't look like y'all together, she said,
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: But he's not that type of man, meaning you know
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: what She means by that she would never be seen
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: with me out having dinner. Let people know he's married,
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: because he not that type of man. Oh, but he
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: is the type man would bring you over to the
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: house and screw you while the wife and.
- 1:04:48Speaker 16: Kids are sleeping.
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm just reading how good of a person
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: this dude really is. But he is that type man.
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: The way he talks about me feels the luckiest woman
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: in the female in Well, he's a passionate love maker
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: and he takes his time with attention to every little detail.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: Well, that's caused everybody's sleep. And then.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: Yeah, that's just cast everybody's sleep when they wake up,
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: that old attention to detail or gonna go out to
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: you when matter of fact, they'll bit laid on. In
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: the letter you finish find out about that. He got
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: me wrapped around his finger, and he knows it. I
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: know that he feels the same way about me, and
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: I need to know. I need to know that he
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: feels the same way about me. I was at his
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: house one night about two months ago, and his wife
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: got up in the middle of the night and started
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: calling his name. He told me to get under the
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: bed and I did what you know what, you asked
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: me to go stand in the closet. You can try
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: to hide me behind them drapes. But what I'm not
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: finna do is get up under this bed and get
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: shot at the top of my head. That ain't what
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: I'm finna do. So anyway, he told me to get
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: under the bed, and I did. She walked in and
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: told him she was having trouble sleeping and wanted to
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: lay with him for a few minutes. He told her no,
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: because he got an early morning and he needed his rest.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: She got into bed anyway, you know how, because that's
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: her house and it's her husband. She got into bed anyway,
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: and she got on top of him and started kissing him.
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: She could see he was already in the mood. And
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: that was for me, not hurt Lady Lady six. It's
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: her husband, she is his wife. You in her house
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: and now you under her bed.
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: Child, I can why did you write us.
- 1:07:13Speaker 12: Exactly?
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: So I got him in the mood and she could
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: see he was already mood. That was for me, not her.
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: I get him. I got him in the mood, and
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: she finished a job for me.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: Soon after they finished, she fell asleep, so he woke
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: up and told her to get out. She laughed and
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: told him he could never resist her. You know what,
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: because she's proven it before. That ain't the first time
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: she'd have been in the room, and that ain't the
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: first time that didn't happen. Man, Okay, She laughed and
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: told him he could never resist her. I got from
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: under the bed. This is so stupid. I got from
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: under the bed. And he kept on apologizing. He keep
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: on doing a lot of stuff, cause when the wife
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: got on top of him, he kept on doing that too.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: And when she started kissing, he kept on doing that,
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: and he kept on apologizing. I was a nervous wreck.
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: You better what I had to hear my man being
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: taken advantage of Wait a minue, hold up, this is me, lady.
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: I don't know how you if you understand how sex
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: really working, you you can't take advantage of man. A
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: man has to be in a certain shall we say,
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: frame of mind.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: I'm on now in order to.
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: Right but he see it don't just happen.
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: He had to get ready for that, and you got
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: him ready, yes you did, And then she finished the job.
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: What should.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: We really really don't talk to under the bed people.
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: We really don't.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: And lately I don't know if you understand the position
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: you are currently in. I would think that when he
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: forced you to get under the bed and you had
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: to listen to them have sex, that you would know
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: that you ain't the most important woman in the world.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: Okay, I thought that.
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: You might know that he got you hid and tucked away.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Literally Now.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: He could live with me. But he said he's staying
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: there for the kids. Is he really staying for her?
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: Listen to me. If he showed you who he was
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: staying for.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: The kids didn't come in there and climb in the
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: bed and say they couldn't get no sleep.
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: She did.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: He ain't staying there for the kids.
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: The kids sleep all night long.
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: By the fact they don't get up to go to
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: the bathroom, they.
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: Being the bad and give him out from under that bed,
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: all right? Poster comments Thank you Steve on Today's Strawberry

- 1:13:58Speaker 1: I have collected a lot of free gifts trade shows
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: that I've attended, and from swag bags at events. This
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: stuff is sitting in my garage and it's great stuff.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: But I don't need it. It's too good to throw
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: away or donate to goodwill. So I want to regive
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: them to my family, friends and co workers. What's the
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: rule if I do? Do I tell them it's something
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: I got and they'll need or yall? Don't say anything?
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: Fail, no, spit my heart earned money? Thought about you?
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: What mine?
- 1:14:28Speaker 12: That's what you say when you give it to them, that.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: You earned everything in the garage him, I gave you nothing. Hell,
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: I ain't telling nobody look.
- 1:14:38Speaker 3: What I got.
- 1:14:40Speaker 10: Oh, this is nice.
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: I know what it is.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: Thank you, Steve.
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: You're welcome.
- 1:14:49Speaker 12: So you're not saying anything?
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: What?
- 1:14:55Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 1:14:55Speaker 12: Especially if this stuff is nice, why not.
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: Well have you?
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:15:01Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:15:01Speaker 13: You can regive gift cards, right like somebody give you
- 1:15:05Speaker 13: a gift card.
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: You can just keep the past.
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: That ain't nothing wrong.
- 1:15:07Speaker 7: With that.
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that looked real good going up there with
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: the little timmy on the back of your car.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: But if you don't, yeah, you already wrote the names. Yeah,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: it was to and from.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know nobody giving away, no gift card.
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: What do you mean.
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: I ain't. I ain't never seen nobody regift money.
- 1:15:30Speaker 14: Oh and that's not a bad gift because you could
- 1:15:33Speaker 14: use it, right, gift card?
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: Yeah, people give me stuff all the time. I ain't
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: carrying this stuff nowhere here.
- 1:15:40Speaker 15: You can have it.
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: Have you done it here?
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: Oh?

- 1:15:59Speaker 1: Wait a minute, back up. I've been to this house
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: several times.
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: And yeah, well yeah, well you.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: Know somebody else got it.
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: Yeah, well you know it's a possibility. You know what,

- 1:16:33Speaker 3: I'm here.
- 1:16:35Speaker 6: That's to a party empty handed. You're supposed to bring
- 1:16:38Speaker 6: the whole stuff.
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: They didn't put that on the invitation. They did come
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: at five thirty. I'm here.
