- 0:01Speaker 1: We have got a lot to cover, including the shocking
- 0:04Speaker 1: breaking news that Jack Smith's grand jury has brought a
- 0:09Speaker 1: new superseding indictment against Donald Trump, meant to work around
- 0:14Speaker 1: the recent Supreme Court ruling holding that Trump's official actions
- 0:20Speaker 1: as president were not subject to prosecution.
- 0:25Speaker 2: What does this mean?
- 0:26Speaker 1: In translation, they're trying to either bare minimum, put Donald
- 0:29Speaker 1: Trump in a courtroom instead of on the campaign trail
- 0:32Speaker 1: to interfere with this election that we're in right now,
- 0:36Speaker 1: or they're trying to lock him up and put him
- 0:39Speaker 1: in jail so that he literally can't be president of
- 0:43Speaker 1: the United States of America.
- 0:45Speaker 2: The Biden and Harrish regime is.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Obsessed with putting Donald Trump behind bars by any means necessary,
- 0:52Speaker 1: and that is exactly what this radical rogue government is
- 0:56Speaker 1: now doing with Jack Smith's grand jury that's brought these
- 0:59Speaker 1: new again superseding indictment against Donald Trump, saying all right,
- 1:03Speaker 1: Supreme Court, screw you, We'll just work around you, which
- 1:06Speaker 1: is not actually following the law at all.
- 1:10Speaker 2: I'm going to get more into that in a minute.
- 1:12Speaker 1: While that's going on, there's also something else that just happen.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Texas has removed one million ineligible voters from their voter roles.
- 1:25Speaker 1: They also found that thirty percent of non citizens previously
- 1:30Speaker 1: cast ballots.
- 1:32Speaker 2: This is the.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Biden administration has five hundred and fifty thousand more illegal
- 1:38Speaker 1: aliens they say could receive amnesty under a Biden Harris
- 1:43Speaker 1: administration executive order. And I'll give you the details on
- 1:46Speaker 1: all of that in a moment.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:48Speaker 1: While all this is happening, there's another story that deals
- 1:51Speaker 1: with Facebook admitted. Yeah, we uh, straight up suppress censored
- 1:57Speaker 1: in silenced conservatives in the last election. And we did
- 2:00Speaker 1: it because the FBI and the Deep State told us
- 2:03Speaker 1: to do it, and the United States government met with
- 2:06Speaker 1: us under Biden Harris and said, we don't want these
- 2:09Speaker 1: stories to see the light of day. And that's exactly
- 2:12Speaker 1: what big tech did. Yeah, there's a lot happening. I'm
- 2:16Speaker 1: going to get into all of it now. Before I
- 2:17Speaker 1: get to that, I want to say, first of all,
- 2:19Speaker 1: thank you to so many of you that listen to
- 2:21Speaker 1: the show that have gotten involved to help the people
- 2:24Speaker 1: in Israel. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is
- 2:28Speaker 1: doing amazing work on the ground and we are quickly
- 2:31Speaker 1: approaching the one year anniversary of the horrific Hamas attacks.
- 2:36Speaker 2: On Israel.
- 2:38Speaker 1: The sad thing is the Holy Land continues to be
- 2:41Speaker 1: attacked on multiple fronts.
- 2:43Speaker 2: We have had deadly threats.
- 2:45Speaker 1: That are increasing in northern Israel, constant rocket attacks from
- 2:49Speaker 1: terrorist groups like HESBLA that have been fired at Israel
- 2:52Speaker 1: causing widespread damage, and even wildfires have destroyed precious farmland. Now,
- 3:00Speaker 1: since the war started, the International Fellowship of Christians and
- 3:04Speaker 1: Jews has been on the forefront of Israel, addressing the
- 3:07Speaker 1: needs of the most vulnerable. That's why I have partnered
- 3:10Speaker 1: with IFCJ and I want to ask for your help.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Your life saving donation will help provide emergency food as
- 3:17Speaker 1: well as critical security needs such as flat jackets, firefighting equipment,
- 3:23Speaker 1: armored vehicles including armored ambulances, bomb shelters and more. We
- 3:30Speaker 1: are looking for five hundred listeners to join the Fellowship
- 3:34Speaker 1: and me by donating one hundred and fifty dollars to
- 3:36Speaker 1: meet the urgent needs of the security needs of the
- 3:40Speaker 1: people in Israel. And thanks to a generous IFCJ donor,
- 3:45Speaker 1: your gift is going to be matched automatically, doubling your
- 3:49Speaker 1: impact in the Holy Land. Now, if you would like
- 3:52Speaker 1: to get involved and you want to make a gift.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Please call them eight to eight four eight eight IFCJ.
- 4:00Speaker 1: That's eight eight eight four eight eight IFCJ. IFCJ on
- 4:06Speaker 1: your phone is four three two five. You can also
- 4:09Speaker 1: go online to support IFCJ dot org to give that's
- 4:13Speaker 1: one word support, IFCJ dot org SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. Israel
- 4:19Speaker 1: needs our support now more than ever. All right, so
- 4:23Speaker 1: let's go back to one of these stories that I
- 4:27Speaker 1: think is incredible, and it tells you just about how
- 4:29Speaker 1: much corruption there is within our voting and our voting
- 4:34Speaker 1: roles UH in this country. And this is coming from Texas. Now,
- 4:38Speaker 1: why don't I use Texas as a barometer? Texas is
- 4:41Speaker 1: obviously a much more conservative state. And if Texas had
- 4:46Speaker 1: a million ineligible voters PERGS from their voter roles, imagine
- 4:50Speaker 1: what that number is in more liberal states. This is
- 4:54Speaker 1: shocking coming from the governor Texas. Governor Abbott announced that
- 4:59Speaker 1: since he's he signed Senate Bill one into law on
- 5:02Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, the state has removed more than one
- 5:05Speaker 1: million ineligible voters from its voter rolls. As Senate Bill
- 5:10Speaker 1: one aimed to uphold the integrity of elections in Texas
- 5:14Speaker 1: by establishing uniform voting hours across the state and banning
- 5:19Speaker 1: drive through voting and unsolicited applications for mail in ballots,
- 5:24Speaker 1: which is what Democrats absolutely loved, because that's where you
- 5:28Speaker 1: can use to your vantage for corruption. Illegal voting in
- 5:32Speaker 1: Texas will never be tolerated, is what the governor said
- 5:35Speaker 1: at the time, and that is why they passed this bill.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Now what's happened since then is Texas has removed from
- 5:41Speaker 1: its roles people who were non citizens okay, illegal immigrants, deceased,
- 5:47Speaker 1: or those who had moved out of the state and
- 5:49Speaker 1: were no longer residents. According to the press release from
- 5:52Speaker 1: the Governor's office in Texas, more than six thousand, five
- 5:57Speaker 1: hundred of those removed from the voter roles are in fact,
- 6:01Speaker 1: you guessed it, non citizens illegal immigrants. Abbott's office claimed
- 6:07Speaker 1: that one nine hundred and thirty of those individuals, or
- 6:11Speaker 1: about thirty percent, had in fact voted in previous elections,
- 6:15Speaker 1: So there were thousands that is an accurate statement of
- 6:19Speaker 1: illegal immigrants that actually voted in previous elections, canceling out
- 6:24Speaker 1: the votes of American citizens. The Secretary of State's office
- 6:29Speaker 1: is in the process of sending all one nine thirty
- 6:32Speaker 1: records to the Attorney General's Office for investigation and potential
- 6:37Speaker 1: legal action.
- 6:39Speaker 2: That is a good start.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Over six thousand of those removed from Texas voter rolls
- 6:44Speaker 1: had felony convictions. Four hundred and fifty eight thousand were
- 6:49Speaker 1: deceased and that's where the biggest corruption is. Dead people
- 6:52Speaker 1: yes voting, and four hundred and sixty three thousand were
- 6:56Speaker 1: on the suspended list now. The release noted that the
- 7:00Speaker 1: removal process is still ongoing. Abbot again saying election integrity
- 7:06Speaker 1: is quote essential to our democracy. Saying this, I've signed
- 7:11Speaker 1: the strongest election laws in the nation to protect the
- 7:13Speaker 1: right to vote and to crack down on illegal voting.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Abbot stated these reforms have led to the removal of
- 7:20Speaker 1: over one million ineligible people from our voter roles in
- 7:25Speaker 1: the last three years, including non citizens, decease voters, and
- 7:28Speaker 1: people who have moved to another state. The Secretary of
- 7:32Speaker 1: State in county voter registrars have an ongoing legal requirement
- 7:36Speaker 1: to review the review the voter rolls, remove ineligible voters
- 7:41Speaker 1: and refer any potential legal voting to the Attorney General's
- 7:44Speaker 1: Office and local authorities for investigation and prosecution. Illegal voting
- 7:51Speaker 1: in Texas will never be tolerated. The governor said, we
- 7:54Speaker 1: will continue to actively safeguard texans sacred right to vote
- 7:58Speaker 1: while also aggressively protecting our elections from illegal voting. Now,
- 8:04Speaker 1: on Monday, a Texas federal judge placed a temporary two
- 8:07Speaker 1: weeks stay on the Biden Harris administrations Keeping Families Together
- 8:11Speaker 1: program as well, that is a mass amnesty process for
- 8:15Speaker 1: illegal immigrants, spouses and step children of American citizens, following
- 8:20Speaker 1: a lawsuit filed by sixteen Republican led states, including Texas. Now,
- 8:25Speaker 1: according to the White House, there are approximately five hundred
- 8:30Speaker 1: and fifty thousand illegal immigrants in the US who could
- 8:34Speaker 1: now qualify for the program, which would entitle them to
- 8:38Speaker 1: parole in place while awaiting adjustment of their immigration status,
- 8:44Speaker 1: meaning amnesty. These thirteen states complain, and their complaints suggests
- 8:50Speaker 1: that it would extend mass amnesty instantly to roughly one
- 8:54Speaker 1: point three million illegal aliens, many of whom have been
- 8:58Speaker 1: residing in the country on the law awfully for decades.
- 9:02Speaker 1: The Texas Attorney General Kim Paxon, saying about this move
- 9:05Speaker 1: by the Biden administration of grant amnesty to five hundred
- 9:08Speaker 1: and fifty thousand legals quote biden zuparole work around unilaterally
- 9:12Speaker 1: grants the opportunity for citizenship to unvetted aliens.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Those would be illegals first.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Whose first act on American soil was to break our laws.
- 9:24Speaker 1: This violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal immigration
- 9:29Speaker 1: disaster that is hurting Texas and our country. Now, it's
- 9:33Speaker 1: very clear that the Biden Harris administration are trying to
- 9:36Speaker 1: buy votes ahead of election day. That's why they're doing
- 9:40Speaker 1: this right now, saying, hey, over a half million of you,
- 9:42Speaker 1: you've got family and friends that can vote, right, well,
- 9:45Speaker 1: we need you to get them to vote for us.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Let me break this down for you so you understand
- 9:52Speaker 1: exactly how this announcement came out. The Department of Homeland Security,
- 9:56Speaker 1: obviously under the direction of Harris and Biden, announced, and
- 10:01Speaker 1: this is part of their marketing and pr campaign, that
- 10:04Speaker 1: the quote keeping Families Together program, which is not actually
- 10:09Speaker 1: anything different than a mass amnesty program for at least
- 10:13Speaker 1: five hundred and fifty thousand legal aliens already residing in
- 10:16Speaker 1: the US, must move forward, they said, and their marketing
- 10:19Speaker 1: as well, We're just trying to keep families together, right,
- 10:22Speaker 1: because who would be against keeping families together.
- 10:24Speaker 2: So we'll give it that name.
- 10:26Speaker 1: So if you're against this, and then we can point
- 10:27Speaker 1: it and go Hold on a second, you're against keeping
- 10:30Speaker 1: families together?
- 10:31Speaker 2: How evil are you? Donald Trump? How evil are you?
- 10:34Speaker 1: Senator who's running for reelection Ted Cruz in Texas?
- 10:38Speaker 2: How evil are you? Congressmen running for reelection?
- 10:41Speaker 1: How evil are you to not want to keep families together?
- 10:45Speaker 2: It's a talking point. Now.
- 10:47Speaker 1: The federal government under Harrison Biden claimed that the new
- 10:50Speaker 1: process demonstrates that the Biden Airs administration has a quote
- 10:56Speaker 1: commitment to promoting family unity in the immigration system.
- 11:01Speaker 2: So what does it really do?
- 11:04Speaker 1: It unlawfully creates a program that effectively provides a completely
- 11:09Speaker 1: new way, a new highway, a new pathway, a new
- 11:13Speaker 1: roadway to citizenship.
- 11:16Speaker 2: In this workaround that no one voted on.
- 11:18Speaker 1: The program would allow illegal aliens, including spouses and step
- 11:22Speaker 1: children of American citizens to quote request parole in place
- 11:29Speaker 1: under existing statutory authority. If granted parole in place, then
- 11:35Speaker 1: eligible illegal aliens would be allowed to remain in the
- 11:38Speaker 1: US while they request an adjustment of their status. Now,
- 11:43Speaker 1: according to this press release from the US Customs and
- 11:46Speaker 1: Immigration Services, the administration estimates that there's at least a
- 11:51Speaker 1: half a million illegal alien spouses and at least fifty
- 11:55Speaker 1: thousand illegal alien step children of American citizens that would
- 11:58Speaker 1: then be given amnesty.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Now.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Notice the way they were that the administration estimates there
- 12:04Speaker 1: is at least a half million illegal alien spouses. That
- 12:08Speaker 1: number could be much higher. It could be a million,
- 12:12Speaker 1: because they're not going to tell you the real number.
- 12:14Speaker 1: They're going to wanted this to become like the new
- 12:17Speaker 1: law of the land, and then you'll find out years
- 12:20Speaker 1: later what the real number was. I wouldn't be surprised
- 12:24Speaker 1: if this number is actually well over a million illegal
- 12:27Speaker 1: alien spouses. Of the roughly half a million spouses of
- 12:31Speaker 1: American citizens on average, most have resided unlawfully in the
- 12:37Speaker 1: US twenty three years. The Department also reported to be
- 12:41Speaker 1: eligible for the program. They say spouses must have lived
- 12:44Speaker 1: in the country illegally since June of twenty fourteen. And
- 12:48Speaker 1: I've been married to a US citizen since June twenty
- 12:51Speaker 1: twenty four, So run out there and hurry up and
- 12:54Speaker 1: get married right by June twenty twenty four is the
- 12:56Speaker 1: message that they were clearly sending a few months ago. Now,
- 13:00Speaker 1: eligible step children, they say of American citizens must be
- 13:04Speaker 1: under twenty one and be unmarried, they must be residing
- 13:08Speaker 1: unlawfully in the US since June of this year, and
- 13:12Speaker 1: have illegal alien parient parent who is married to a
- 13:16Speaker 1: US citizen. So this is just a whole new way
- 13:19Speaker 1: of giving.
- 13:20Speaker 2: A pathway to citizenship.
- 13:22Speaker 1: And completely skirting what the immigration laws actually say in
- 13:26Speaker 1: this country. Right now, applicants, by the way, they say,
- 13:30Speaker 1: cannot have a quote disqualifying criminal history, which includes such
- 13:33Speaker 1: offenches as murder. Glad we have such a high standard
- 13:37Speaker 1: to become a citizen now. Rape crimes involving firearms or
- 13:41Speaker 1: controlled substances, aggressive assault, child pornography or abuse, and domestic violence.
- 13:47Speaker 1: They say, those convicted of other crimes can quote overcome
- 13:50Speaker 1: the presumption of ineligibility by demonstrating positive factors that can
- 13:56Speaker 1: be considered in overcoming this presumtion and showing that you
- 14:01Speaker 1: warrant a favorable exercise of discretion.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Let me take a quick.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Moment to tell you about an incredible company that stands
- 14:10Speaker 1: up and fights for our First and our Second Amendment rights.
- 14:13Speaker 1: They fight for the rights of unborn children, and they
- 14:17Speaker 1: fight every time you pay your bill to them for
- 14:20Speaker 1: our veterans, our first responders, and our wounded warriors. I'm
- 14:25Speaker 1: talking about Patriot Mobile. They are the only conservative Christian
- 14:31Speaker 1: wireless provider in the country, and when you pay your
- 14:34Speaker 1: bill to them every month, they actually take about five
- 14:37Speaker 1: percent of your bill and give it back to the
- 14:39Speaker 1: causes that I just mentioned at no extra cost to you. Now,
- 14:44Speaker 1: the reason why that's incredible is because if you're with
- 14:47Speaker 1: Big Mobile, you're actually supporting and funding the Left in
- 14:51Speaker 1: a very big way. Big Mobile gives big donations to
- 14:55Speaker 1: organizations that pay and advocate for abortion on demand. They
- 15:00Speaker 1: give big donations to Democratic candidates and causes at the local, state,
- 15:06Speaker 1: and national level. Another reason why you should make the
- 15:11Speaker 1: switch to a company that stands with your values. Now,
- 15:14Speaker 1: making the switch Patriot Mobile is easy. You can keep
- 15:17Speaker 1: your same cell phone you have right now, keep your
- 15:20Speaker 1: same cell phone number, or you can upgrade to a
- 15:23Speaker 1: new phone, and you don't have to worry about coverage
- 15:25Speaker 1: because in twenty twenty four, it is actually really easy
- 15:29Speaker 1: to make the switch, and you're gonna have the same
- 15:31Speaker 1: exact coverage that you are used to because they use
- 15:35Speaker 1: the same exact towers that you're using right now. So
- 15:39Speaker 1: call right now, nine to seven to two Patriot that's
- 15:44Speaker 1: nine to seven to two Patriot or patriotmobile dot com
- 15:49Speaker 1: slash ferguson. Now, when you use the promo code ferguson,
- 15:52Speaker 1: you're gonna get a free month of service. So don't
- 15:56Speaker 1: wait any longer. Stop giving your money to comanes that
- 15:59Speaker 1: literally hate your family values and hate your Christian values.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Make the switch, get nationwide coverage and make a difference
- 16:07Speaker 1: with every phone call you make. Nine seven to two
- 16:11Speaker 1: Patriot that's nine to seven to two Patriot or patriotmobile
- 16:15Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson. Promo code ferguson. You'll get one
- 16:19Speaker 1: month of service for free. Now, even illegal aliens currently
- 16:24Speaker 1: facing removal proceedings, the Biden Harris team says, would be
- 16:29Speaker 1: eligible for the Biden Harris administration new program. So you've
- 16:33Speaker 1: screwed up your in current removal process, We'll just stomp
- 16:38Speaker 1: all that and you can stay because you have an
- 16:40Speaker 1: anchor family member, an anchor baby quote. If you have
- 16:44Speaker 1: a final executed removal order none disqualified criminal history, or
- 16:51Speaker 1: other derogatory information your case, you may provide additional documentation
- 16:55Speaker 1: that you believe demonstrates your pro is warranted based on
- 16:58Speaker 1: a significant public benefit or urgent humanitarian reasons and that
- 17:04Speaker 1: you merit a favorable exercise of discretion. Okay, now that's
- 17:07Speaker 1: what the US government said. So let's break that down.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Let's say that you're part of the removal process, and
- 17:15Speaker 1: we don't know how many are in that process right now.
- 17:17Speaker 1: It could be hundreds and hundreds of thousands or even
- 17:20Speaker 1: millions that would fall into these categories. That is a
- 17:24Speaker 1: new category right there that everybody should understand is another
- 17:29Speaker 1: way for them to give out actual amnesty.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Like that's all this is.
- 17:34Speaker 1: They're making up immigration law without anyone having to vote
- 17:38Speaker 1: on it. That is a problem. Like, no one is
- 17:42Speaker 1: having to vote on this, no.
- 17:43Speaker 2: One at all.
- 17:45Speaker 1: This is just straight up mut's make it up as
- 17:48Speaker 1: it go as we go. And how can we hamm
- 17:50Speaker 1: out amnesty right before election day or the appearance of
- 17:55Speaker 1: handing it out right before election day so that all
- 17:58Speaker 1: the family members will vote for us. This is what
- 18:00Speaker 1: you call buying votes. Now, notice that everything that I
- 18:03Speaker 1: did tell you right now, all of it that I
- 18:07Speaker 1: that I just told you right now, every single bit
- 18:10Speaker 1: of this has to do with one main issue. You
- 18:15Speaker 1: have a direct connection to citizens in the US that
- 18:22Speaker 1: can vote.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Did you notice that that's what this is.
- 18:28Speaker 1: They're telling you that you if you're if you have
- 18:32Speaker 1: a connection to someone who is an actual American citizen,
- 18:36Speaker 1: we want to give you amnesty so that we make
- 18:39Speaker 1: sure that that person votes for us, because we're the
- 18:44Speaker 1: one that gave MC. This is again another example of
- 18:47Speaker 1: what I've described before of buying votes.
- 18:49Speaker 2: This is all about buying votes.
- 18:53Speaker 1: You look at Harris and you look at their administration,
- 18:57Speaker 1: and you understand pretty quickly how how smart they are
- 19:00Speaker 1: when it comes to this, Like this is brilliant, folks.
- 19:05Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not kidding when I say this, Like
- 19:06Speaker 1: this is straight up brilliant. Right before election day, start
- 19:11Speaker 1: handing out amnesty. It involves millions of people at a minimum, okay,
- 19:19Speaker 1: and that's non exaggerated number, millions of people. And then
- 19:24Speaker 1: you get all the family members who and you already
- 19:26Speaker 1: know there's an American citisen involved in these families and
- 19:29Speaker 1: these situations. Everyone that I just described, the anchor is
- 19:33Speaker 1: the American citizen. And then you go to those American
- 19:36Speaker 1: citizens right for election, and you're like, hey, I'm trying
- 19:38Speaker 1: to give your family member right, you're the person you
- 19:41Speaker 1: married or your kids American citizenship, the dream. Who the
- 19:48Speaker 1: hell do you think they're gonna vote for. They're gonna
- 19:52Speaker 1: vote for definitely Kamala Harris, because Kamala Harris is offering
- 19:57Speaker 1: this to you now. On Friday, a group of sixteen
- 20:02Speaker 1: Republicans led a state filed lawsuit in partnership with the
- 20:08Speaker 1: American First Legal against the federal government to stop this program.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Critics have called the administration's executive order a mass amnesty
- 20:17Speaker 1: program without the authority to do it. But again, this
- 20:19Speaker 1: administration doesn't care about the authority. They just say we're
- 20:22Speaker 1: going to do it anyway, and they have the deep
- 20:24Speaker 1: state that backs them up. States that are involved in
- 20:27Speaker 1: trying to block these efforts include Texas, Idaho, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana,
- 20:42Speaker 1: North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wyoming.
- 20:49Speaker 1: The lawsuit argues that the administration's claims that the process
- 20:54Speaker 1: would impact at least half a million of legal aliens
- 20:57Speaker 1: is likely a significant understatement quote unquote, saying that the
- 21:01Speaker 1: number could actually be more like one point three million,
- 21:05Speaker 1: which goes back to what I told you a moment ago.
- 21:08Speaker 1: The States claimed the program circumvince Congress as well and
- 21:12Speaker 1: would do irreputable harm to their communities because now, all
- 21:15Speaker 1: of a sudden, you have to take care of all
- 21:16Speaker 1: of these different people, right, that's a big deal. The
- 21:21Speaker 1: complaint accused the Administration of unlawfully creating a program that
- 21:25Speaker 1: effectively provides a new pathway to citizenship from well over
- 21:30Speaker 1: a million illegal aliens. Kim Paxson said, Biden zuopro work
- 21:35Speaker 1: around unilaterally grants the opportunity for citizens to unvetted aliens
- 21:42Speaker 1: whose first act on American soil as a breaker laws
- 21:45Speaker 1: to then all of a sudden be rewarded with American citizenship,
- 21:48Speaker 1: saying this violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal
- 21:52Speaker 1: immigration to spare that is hurting Texas and our country.
- 21:59Speaker 2: All right, now, let me get back.
- 22:00Speaker 1: To this third issue that's really important, and that is
- 22:05Speaker 1: is this America or is this the Banana Republic. I
- 22:09Speaker 1: asked that question because Donald Trump has been indicted again.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Trump was indicted again in an election subversion case brought
- 22:20Speaker 1: by Jack Smith. Now this is clearly I want to
- 22:23Speaker 1: state this election interference. It's going to be a headline.
- 22:27Speaker 1: It's going to try to They're going to use us
- 22:30Speaker 1: to try to influence the American people and quite possibly
- 22:34Speaker 1: tie Donald Trump up in court hearings that will take
- 22:37Speaker 1: him off the campaign trail. This is election interference by
- 22:41Speaker 1: Jack Smith.
- 22:41Speaker 2: One oh one.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Now, a federal grand jury in Washington, d c. Has
- 22:46Speaker 1: quote unquote reindicted Donald Trump on four feunty charges related
- 22:51Speaker 1: to his effort to subvert the twenty twenty presidential election.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Is what the indictment states. It's a thirty six page
- 22:59Speaker 1: indictment secured Tuesday by Special Counsel Jack Smith in an
- 23:04Speaker 1: attempt by prosecutors to quote recalibrate the case against Trump
- 23:09Speaker 1: in light of the Supreme Courts ruling last month that
- 23:12Speaker 1: concluded the presidents enjoy That would be all presidents, not
- 23:16Speaker 1: just Trump, that presidents enjoy sweeping immunity from prosecution for
- 23:22Speaker 1: their official conduct while in office. Now, CNN, you wan't
- 23:28Speaker 1: to know how they broke the news. Oh my gosh,
- 23:30Speaker 1: they were just so excited.
- 23:34Speaker 2: We're after breaking news coverage moments ago.
- 23:36Speaker 3: Special Council Jack Smith just filed a superseding indictment any
- 23:39Speaker 3: federal election interference case against former President Donald.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Trumpet superseding right, we got big, We're excited, breaking news.
- 23:47Speaker 1: We got the banner going, We've got everything in here.
- 23:50Speaker 1: This is massive. We're so excited. We've got Donald Trump
- 23:54Speaker 1: and dit it again. I want to be clear, I
- 23:57Speaker 1: don't think this is going to have much of an
- 23:59Speaker 1: impact on this election.
- 24:01Speaker 2: He's already been indicted a million times. What's another one?
- 24:04Speaker 1: Right, Like, what's another one? I think many Americans are
- 24:10Speaker 1: also going to roll their eyes at this indictment for
- 24:13Speaker 1: the fact that they know it's the same guy that
- 24:17Speaker 1: just got his handslapped by the Supreme Court. I think
- 24:21Speaker 1: what matters more to voters now than ever before is
- 24:25Speaker 1: the real issues. For example, CNN had to come out
- 24:28Speaker 1: today and it meant that housing prices had a five
- 24:32Speaker 1: point four percent record jump. It's a rough market, is
- 24:37Speaker 1: how they described it. This is what's going to matter
- 24:41Speaker 1: because home prices rose at a record rate in June.
- 24:45Speaker 2: We have millions of millions of illegal immigrants.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Let me rephrase that, tens of millions of legal immigrants
- 24:50Speaker 1: that have come across the border that are competing for
- 24:53Speaker 1: lower price housing and apartments, which is driving the rates
- 24:57Speaker 1: of rent through the roof as well is driving the
- 25:01Speaker 1: rates of home prices through the roof, because when you
- 25:04Speaker 1: have twenty million more people looking for houses, well, then
- 25:07Speaker 1: prices go up. I think that's what the issues that
- 25:11Speaker 1: are going to matter to the majority of Americans more
- 25:14Speaker 1: than a Donald Trump indictment, and even on CNN when
- 25:18Speaker 1: they're forced to cover this listen.
- 25:20Speaker 4: A just released housing index reveals just how rough the
- 25:23Speaker 4: market is, especially for first time home buyers. It showed
- 25:26Speaker 4: home prices for the nation's top twenty metro areas rose
- 25:29Speaker 4: five point four percent from June of last year to
- 25:32Speaker 4: June of this year, a record jump for that month.
- 25:35Speaker 2: And renters, not just home.
- 25:37Speaker 4: Buyers, are feeling a serious squeeze, especially in New York.
- 25:41Speaker 4: Moodies found New Yorkers dedicated a whopping fifty eight percent
- 25:45Speaker 4: of their income toward rent, compared to twenty seven percent nationwide.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Let's talk about.
- 25:49Speaker 4: This with CNN Business Editor at Large and anchor Richard quest.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Now, by the way, this is damning because at the
- 25:55Speaker 1: bottom of the screen it says top twenty metro areas
- 25:59Speaker 1: are saying higher rent and higher home prices. So they
- 26:03Speaker 1: bring in Richard, right, and what does he say, because
- 26:05Speaker 1: she just said in her own words, right, she said
- 26:08Speaker 1: in her own words, it's a rough market. So what
- 26:11Speaker 1: does he say, listen carefully, fifty.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Eight percent Richard, that's wild. But let's start with home prices,
- 26:18Speaker 4: because year over year they're so high, but month over
- 26:21Speaker 4: month there are actually some encouraging science.
- 26:25Speaker 5: Yes, because they are starting to come down a bit,
- 26:28Speaker 5: or at least the rate at which they're going up
- 26:31Speaker 5: is starting to come down. And those were the worst,
- 26:34Speaker 5: of course, I mean New York, San Diego, Las Vegas.
- 26:37Speaker 5: Why are we not surprised when we see that? But
- 26:41Speaker 5: the inflation is inflation is moderating on and we know
- 26:45Speaker 5: it is, and so that is feeding through two house
- 26:48Speaker 5: prices which aren't going up as fast, but they are
- 26:52Speaker 5: still going up, and that I think plays into the
- 26:55Speaker 5: political as season. You've got, of course, Vice President Harris's
- 27:00Speaker 5: economic plan to give a tax credit to first time
- 27:03Speaker 5: homeowners or house buyers of twenty five thousand dollars. When
- 27:07Speaker 5: you see the numbers the first time buyers are having
- 27:10Speaker 5: to pay, you can understand that that will be an
- 27:14Speaker 5: attractive policy, assuming sheev works out how she's going to
- 27:17Speaker 5: pay for it. But that as a policy, per se,
- 27:20Speaker 5: is one of those things that will be attractive.
- 27:23Speaker 2: And let's just pause there.
- 27:25Speaker 1: So they're saying everything sucks, and then Richard's like, you know,
- 27:30Speaker 1: fifty eight percent is wild, but don't worry. Kamala Harris
- 27:35Speaker 1: is going to give you like twenty five thousand dollars
- 27:38Speaker 1: to buy your home and everything's going to be okay
- 27:41Speaker 1: if you're a first time home buyer. I don't think
- 27:43Speaker 1: anybody believes this, by the way. I think it's total crap.
- 27:46Speaker 1: I think everybody knows it's crap. I think they know
- 27:49Speaker 1: they're lying to them, the same way they lied about
- 27:51Speaker 1: paying off all of your student loans, for example. They
- 27:55Speaker 1: were lying to you, and I think everybody knows that
- 27:59Speaker 1: they are lying. Now, well, let me rephrase that. I
- 28:01Speaker 1: think enough people know. There are still idiots out there
- 28:04Speaker 1: that are gonna vote for her because they're like, Oh,
- 28:06Speaker 1: you're gonna give me twenty five thousand dollars and oh
- 28:08Speaker 1: she's gonna pay off my student loans and it's gonna
- 28:10Speaker 1: be amazing.
- 28:11Speaker 2: Right, this is like the Obama phone day.
- 28:13Speaker 1: So I'm gonna, you know, I'm gonna vote for him
- 28:14Speaker 1: because he's gonna give me an Obama phone. And if
- 28:16Speaker 1: I vote for him and he's gonna give me more right,
- 28:19Speaker 1: there's certainly some of that here. But I go back
- 28:22Speaker 1: to this indictment of Trump yet again. I just don't
- 28:28Speaker 1: believe that there is a ton of people that are
- 28:33Speaker 1: gonna have their vote swayed by another indictment from Jack
- 28:38Speaker 1: Smith after he's already been smacked around by the Supreme Court.
- 28:44Speaker 2: I just don't. Now.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Let me also let you hear what sentater Ted Cruz
- 28:49Speaker 1: had to say about this. We talked about this in
- 28:51Speaker 1: the podcast that I do with him, Verdict with Ted Cruz.
- 28:54Speaker 1: I co host that with him. But I want you
- 28:56Speaker 1: to hear what he had to say about this in
- 28:57Speaker 1: his own words. Take a listen, Center. This was one
- 29:01Speaker 1: of those headlines. And I'm not shocked anymore. As you
- 29:05Speaker 1: almost described in the intro there, that the left is
- 29:09Speaker 1: afraid Trump's going to win. So okay, let's try to
- 29:11Speaker 1: throw him in jail. Let's indict him again. But there
- 29:14Speaker 1: is some confusion. How is it that this guy was
- 29:18Speaker 1: told you did it wrong from the Supreme Court. Can
- 29:21Speaker 1: then go back to the federal grand jury in DC
- 29:24Speaker 1: and reindict Donald Trump on these four felony charges in
- 29:28Speaker 1: essence going around with the Supreme Court.
- 29:32Speaker 2: That's what it seems like is that reality.
- 29:35Speaker 3: Yeah, look, I understand that. Let me say, first of all,
- 29:38Speaker 3: put this in a broader context. A year ago, no
- 29:42Speaker 3: president of the United States has ever been indicted, no
- 29:45Speaker 3: major party candidate for the president had ever been indicted.
- 29:48Speaker 3: In the past year, Donald Trump has been indicted not once,
- 29:52Speaker 3: not twice, not three times, four separate times by rabid
- 29:57Speaker 3: Democrat partisans who are very concerned that the voters are
- 30:02Speaker 3: going to elect him. Every one of these indictments. They're
- 30:05Speaker 3: not about the criminal law, they're not about the rule
- 30:07Speaker 3: of law. They're not about actual conduct of Donald Trump.
- 30:10Speaker 3: They are about trying to stop the voters from voting
- 30:14Speaker 3: for him. In November, we are sixty nine days away
- 30:17Speaker 3: from election day, and Democrats are terrified he's going to win.
- 30:20Speaker 3: And so I got to say, after four different indictments,
- 30:25Speaker 3: to wake up and see yesterday a fifth indictment. It
- 30:29Speaker 3: almost feels like that classic Saturday Night Live skit with
- 30:32Speaker 3: Christopher Walken where he's a record producer and his solution
- 30:36Speaker 3: to everything is more cow bell, more cow bell. The
- 30:39Speaker 3: Democrats answered, everything is more indictments, more indictments. They just
- 30:43Speaker 3: want to indict Trump. So Jack Smith, Jack Smith is
- 30:46Speaker 3: like to use another analogy.
- 30:47Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 30:48Speaker 3: I feel a little bit like Dennis Miller stopped me
- 30:50Speaker 3: before I sub reference again. Jack Smith is like Javert
- 30:55Speaker 3: from Le Miz. He is going after Jean Valjean, and
- 31:00Speaker 3: Jean Valjean for him is Donald Trump and he must
- 31:02Speaker 3: get him. And so he filed a brand new indictment
- 31:07Speaker 3: thirty six pages, and he indicted Trump again. Now it
- 31:12Speaker 3: is you asked, is this permissible after the Supreme Court decision,
- 31:16Speaker 3: and the answer is yes, it is.
- 31:18Speaker 2: So.
- 31:18Speaker 3: The Supreme Court did not conclude that jack Smith had
- 31:23Speaker 3: no authority in charges. The Supreme Court did not rule
- 31:27Speaker 3: on whether jack Smith was properly appointed. That was a
- 31:30Speaker 3: basis for ruling from the judge down in Florida concerning
- 31:34Speaker 3: the Document's case, but that was not in front of
- 31:35Speaker 3: the Supreme Court. What the Supreme Court ruled is that
- 31:39Speaker 3: presidents of the United States enjoy significant immunity from prosecution.
- 31:45Speaker 3: And the line the Supreme Court laid out is that
- 31:47Speaker 3: the immunity presidents enjoy is an immunity for actions carried
- 31:52Speaker 3: out that are official actions that are carrying out that
- 31:55Speaker 3: are exercising their power as president, and significant parts of
- 32:00Speaker 3: the first indictment were in the direct exercise of Trump's
- 32:04Speaker 3: authority as president. Supreme Court said, you can indict a
- 32:07Speaker 3: president for that. Look, presidents do all sorts of things
- 32:10Speaker 3: that frankly, you and I can't do. Presidents send the
- 32:14Speaker 3: military into combat and kill people. If you and I
- 32:17Speaker 3: set someone out to kill someone, we would in all
- 32:20Speaker 3: likelihood be charged with potentially murder attempted murder. Presidents have
- 32:26Speaker 3: authority under the Constitution that ordinary citizens do not. What
- 32:30Speaker 3: Jack Smith did here is he refiled the indictment, and
- 32:33Speaker 3: you can do that. So one question, and you and
- 32:36Speaker 3: I were talking beforehand, and a question was, well, does
- 32:40Speaker 3: this violate double jeopardy? And it does not. So double
- 32:43Speaker 3: jeopardy is the protection of the constitution against trying someone
- 32:47Speaker 3: multiple times for the same crime. And the general rule
- 32:52Speaker 3: is that jeopardy attaches when a jury is impaneled. In
- 32:56Speaker 3: other words, when the trial, you get a jury together,
- 32:59Speaker 3: you bring the jury, you start the trial. That's the
- 33:01Speaker 3: point at which, okay, if the guy gets off, if
- 33:06Speaker 3: the guy is acquitted, you can't prosecute him again because
- 33:09Speaker 3: jeopardy is attached.
- 33:11Speaker 2: At this point.
- 33:12Speaker 3: Jeopardy has not attached legally, because an indictment has come down,
- 33:16Speaker 3: but a jury has not been impaneled. So the prosecutor
- 33:19Speaker 3: can indict Trump as many times as he wants to.
- 33:22Speaker 3: That is part of being a prosecutor. Now, indicting is
- 33:25Speaker 3: simply bringing a charge against him. And so what Jack
- 33:27Speaker 3: Smith tried to do here was narrow the indictment. He
- 33:31Speaker 3: as many of the same claims he had before, but
- 33:33Speaker 3: he tried to carve out to excise the bases that
- 33:39Speaker 3: were most connected to Trump's official exercise of presidential authority. Now,
- 33:45Speaker 3: I think this is going to fail. I think this
- 33:47Speaker 3: is not going to go anywhere. But as I said,
- 33:51Speaker 3: Jack Smith is like Javert, he is on a crusade,
- 33:55Speaker 3: and so he did it yet again.
- 33:58Speaker 1: When I look at the timing of this, and this
- 34:00Speaker 1: is the next question, is you mentioned the Facebook story?
- 34:05Speaker 5: Right?
- 34:05Speaker 1: Mark Zuckerberg has now admitted that he played a major
- 34:09Speaker 1: part in election interference, along with, by the way, the
- 34:12Speaker 1: FBI and the Biden regime. So this story comes out
- 34:16Speaker 1: and actually, like, all right, let's indict Donald Trump again today.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Is there any threat that this could also be straight
- 34:22Speaker 1: up election interference from the standpoint that Donald Trump's going
- 34:26Speaker 1: to actually have to go back to court, be in court,
- 34:28Speaker 1: be in a trial between now in November.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Now, I don't think there's any risk of that. Look, look,
- 34:34Speaker 3: we're sixty nine days out from the election. This new indictment,
- 34:38Speaker 3: a new indictment takes time. You're not going to see
- 34:40Speaker 3: a criminal trial between now an election day. We're just
- 34:42Speaker 3: too close that there's no prospect of that happening that quickly.
- 34:46Speaker 3: In DC, there might be some pre trial hearing or something.
- 34:50Speaker 3: It could conceivably take one day, but it's not going
- 34:53Speaker 3: to consume significant time between now an election day. And
- 34:58Speaker 3: what this means, Listen, if Trump wins and he gets
- 35:03Speaker 3: inaugurated as the president on January twentieth the next year,
- 35:06Speaker 3: this case will be dismissed on January twentieth because as president,
- 35:10Speaker 3: he has the authority to order the case to be dismissed,
- 35:12Speaker 3: and he will. So this is.
- 35:17Speaker 2: Number one.
- 35:18Speaker 3: It's another political shot at Trump for them to say, oh,
- 35:21Speaker 3: he's been indicted again. He's a felon. He's a felon,
- 35:23Speaker 3: He's a felaon. At this point, they already say he's
- 35:25Speaker 3: a fellain NonStop. When we have a debate between Kamala
- 35:29Speaker 3: Harris and Donald Trump, and by the way when we
- 35:31Speaker 3: do have the debate, this podcast is going to analyze
- 35:33Speaker 3: before the debate and great detail what to expect, and
- 35:36Speaker 3: then after the debate we're going to break it down
- 35:38Speaker 3: in great detail. I'll point out on this pod you
- 35:41Speaker 3: and I did a special pod the night of the
- 35:43Speaker 3: debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, and I think
- 35:46Speaker 3: it was a really consequential pod because that night real time,
- 35:51Speaker 3: we predicted and we said in my judgment the odds
- 35:55Speaker 3: were one hundred percent that Joe Biden would not be
- 35:59Speaker 3: the nominee of the Democrat Party, that this would prove
- 36:01Speaker 3: to be the most consequential presidential debate in US history.
- 36:05Speaker 3: That prediction proved right because just after a month later,
- 36:09Speaker 3: they remove Biden from the ballot. So we'll do the
- 36:12Speaker 3: same thing on this debate. But I gotta say I
- 36:16Speaker 3: actually am not terribly excited about this Jack Smith indictment
- 36:19Speaker 3: one way or the other. Yeah, he hates Trump, Yes,
- 36:22Speaker 3: he's willing to abuse power. We know that this is
- 36:24Speaker 3: nothing new. I don't think there are a whole lot
- 36:28Speaker 3: of political consequences to another indictment after there have been four.
- 36:32Speaker 3: I don't really see how a fifth indictment has any
- 36:35Speaker 3: more political bite to it, and I don't think there
- 36:37Speaker 3: are real legal consequences now. If God forbid, Kamala wins,
- 36:42Speaker 3: then this legal case will proceed and Trump may be
- 36:45Speaker 3: dragged into ongoing proceedings for years as a consequence of this.
- 36:49Speaker 3: But in terms of the election, I don't see any
- 36:53Speaker 3: significant consequences.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Don't forget Share this podcast with your family and friends.
- 36:58Speaker 1: I'll keep you updated on all this late breaking news,
- 37:00Speaker 1: especially with Jack Smith in his attack on the President
- 37:05Speaker 1: of the United States Donald Trump, former President Trump. I'll
- 37:08Speaker 1: have that for you and I'll see you back here
- 37:10Speaker 1: tomorrow
