- 2:02Speaker 1: I show will Good morning everybody. You are listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice. What it only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Come on, y'all. I said that a little bit wrong
- 2:14Speaker 1: this morning. But I'm tired. I just came out to
- 2:16Speaker 1: the gym. I'm a little out of sorts right now.
- 2:18Speaker 1: But it's okay. I'll pull it together. But let me
- 2:21Speaker 1: tell you something, man, I got a clear cut message
- 2:24Speaker 1: for you today. I really do you know. As I've
- 2:28Speaker 1: gotten older, I've began to take some supplements. And supplements
- 2:37Speaker 1: are to help your body in things that it doesn't
- 2:43Speaker 1: produce as much as it used to. Supplements are designed
- 2:51Speaker 1: to help you replenish what's been depleted in your body.
- 2:58Speaker 1: As supplements now now are. People can tell you can
- 3:02Speaker 1: speak a lot more aggressively and a lot more knowledgeable
- 3:06Speaker 1: on this subject, but just giving you a just a
- 3:09Speaker 1: brief overview of my understanding of now. If you've been
- 3:15Speaker 1: living your life for a while, supplements are necessary for
- 3:22Speaker 1: most of us now. Also, if you've been living your
- 3:31Speaker 1: life for a while spiritually, you may need some supplements
- 3:39Speaker 1: because you've just been at it for a while. You
- 3:43Speaker 1: don't got woe down a little bit, You're tied some
- 3:46Speaker 1: people around you, ain't changing. Some people around you draining.
- 3:51Speaker 1: It's just life just keeps on coming. Life don't ever
- 3:55Speaker 1: get no easier. It just you become more knowledgeable about
- 3:59Speaker 1: how to handle it. Does not get any either easier.
- 4:03Speaker 1: You continue to lose loved ones, you continue to have
- 4:06Speaker 1: to confront the challenges. It's just that over course of
- 4:10Speaker 1: time you become experienced and you can handle them better.
- 4:13Speaker 1: But life don't get no easier. But spiritually you get
- 4:19Speaker 1: a little bit worn down. Well, you need some spiritual
- 4:22Speaker 1: supplements too. And I'm just gonna flat out tell you,
- 4:28Speaker 1: the more God that you can replenish yourself with, the
- 4:34Speaker 1: higher the dosage of God that you are willing to
- 4:39Speaker 1: put into your spiritual self, the possibilities then become limitless.
- 4:49Speaker 1: You actually have the ability to make a conscious decision
- 4:53Speaker 1: to supplement your body, and you have a conscious decision
- 4:58Speaker 1: to supplement your spirit. You can do both. So what
- 5:04Speaker 1: I did was, I could just tell you what I did.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I was taking all these supplements. I started taking supplements
- 5:10Speaker 1: where I was about forty five. I think that's when
- 5:12Speaker 1: I began. I was thinking about it one day and
- 5:18Speaker 1: I just went, wow, Man. I started talking to some
- 5:20Speaker 1: knowledgeable people. I found out I needed these things. But
- 5:23Speaker 1: then spiritually, man, I started supplementing myself too. I started
- 5:26Speaker 1: praying some more. I started trying to gain a little
- 5:30Speaker 1: bit more knowledge and wisdom and understanding from scriptures and
- 5:34Speaker 1: just try to make sense of all of it, you know,
- 5:39Speaker 1: just just make a little bit more sense out of
- 5:41Speaker 1: my life, make sure that I was on the right path.
- 5:44Speaker 1: A matter of fact, get on the right path, find
- 5:47Speaker 1: out my real purpose and my mission in life. And
- 5:50Speaker 1: nobody can do that for you. That's something that you
- 5:52Speaker 1: have to want to do. But I started supplementing my
- 5:56Speaker 1: spiritual side of my life and supplementing my body. Now
- 6:00Speaker 1: I happen to be right now about in the best
- 6:04Speaker 1: shape I've ever been in. Technically, I can assure you
- 6:09Speaker 1: though I am in the best shape spiritually I have
- 6:13Speaker 1: ever been in. Now my body has looked better, it
- 6:17Speaker 1: really has. I mean, come on now, at who I
- 6:21Speaker 1: am in life, at the stage with the years I've
- 6:23Speaker 1: been walking this earth. Man, I'm cool, But spiritually I'm
- 6:29Speaker 1: in the best shape I've ever been in. And what
- 6:31Speaker 1: it has done for me, y'all is it's gave me
- 6:34Speaker 1: a peace and a calmness. You know, it used to be, man,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I used to fight so hard against people who attack. Now, man,
- 6:42Speaker 1: it ain't. It ain't as serious to me because now
- 6:44Speaker 1: I have a full understanding that if I come under attack,
- 6:48Speaker 1: that God is with me, because that's a promise he made.
- 6:52Speaker 1: That's Isaiah fifty four seventeen. That's that's that's. Any weapon
- 6:57Speaker 1: form to gainst you, any weapon form to issue, shall
- 7:01Speaker 1: not prosper. You can't. You can't come and get me.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I'm not here for you to take down because you
- 7:08Speaker 1: didn't put me here. So why would I feel a
- 7:11Speaker 1: person bringing me down when they're not the reason that
- 7:14Speaker 1: I'm here. So when you attack me, you have to
- 7:18Speaker 1: be careful because I ain't ever by myself. I formed
- 7:23Speaker 1: a relationship with the most high that I can rely
- 7:28Speaker 1: on for protection, for coverage and for peace. A lot
- 7:32Speaker 1: of times when things used to stress me out. How
- 7:35Speaker 1: to run this, how to handle this, how to deal
- 7:38Speaker 1: with that? You know, famous rough Man. And then you
- 7:40Speaker 1: put that together with some business, and you put that
- 7:43Speaker 1: together with your family. You got a lot of stuff
- 7:45Speaker 1: you're trying to tend to. I have a peace of
- 7:47Speaker 1: mind about it now because I have someone who provides
- 7:53Speaker 1: me with a sense of understanding and calmness that lets
- 7:56Speaker 1: me know that this tool shall pass. It ain't just
- 8:00Speaker 1: a saying that I heard old people say that. It
- 8:03Speaker 1: ain't just something my mama used to tell me. It's
- 8:06Speaker 1: something that can really happen. Once you get an understanding,
- 8:09Speaker 1: this tool shall pass. This is just another piece of
- 8:13Speaker 1: life that you are now better equipped to handle. I'm
- 8:17Speaker 1: telling you what it's done for me. A millions of
- 8:20Speaker 1: people out there hear me. Man has done the same
- 8:23Speaker 1: thing for them. I'm telling it new to some people,
- 8:26Speaker 1: but there's some people that show enough understand what I'm saying.
- 8:30Speaker 1: And then if you have known this but kind of
- 8:33Speaker 1: forgot it, it's time for some supplements. So when you
- 8:37Speaker 1: get like that, and now you find yourself in a
- 8:40Speaker 1: situation with a disease or something. You gotta do something. Nah,
- 8:46Speaker 1: you gotta start juicing all your greens. You gotta start
- 8:49Speaker 1: detoxing your body. You gotta start purifying the system. See,
- 8:52Speaker 1: the human body has always had a way to repair
- 8:56Speaker 1: itself if you just give it a chance. Your mind
- 9:00Speaker 1: has always had a chance to repair itself if you
- 9:03Speaker 1: give it a chance. And your spirit always has a
- 9:07Speaker 1: chance to repair itself if you give it a chance.
- 9:11Speaker 1: It's the only way I can maintain at this level,
- 9:15Speaker 1: and it's the only way I have any chance of
- 9:17Speaker 1: going further. I have to increase my dosage of spiritual supplements.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I got to talk to God a little bit more.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I got to pray a little bit more. I got
- 9:31Speaker 1: to understand his word a little bit more. That's all
- 9:35Speaker 1: I'm telling you. Man, If you do that, if you
- 9:38Speaker 1: just pray more, if you just studied a little bit more, Man,
- 9:42Speaker 1: just try to get it, understand it, ask him to
- 9:44Speaker 1: help you understand. It will open up the possibilities of
- 9:48Speaker 1: your life into a realm you never could have imagined.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I'm telling you, that's real. Okay, you're listening to ladies
- 10:01Speaker 1: and gentlemen. This is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Who
- 10:06Speaker 1: two two three four. I know you want to leave me,
- 10:13Speaker 1: but I refuse to let you go. If I have
- 10:18Speaker 1: to beg and plead for your sympathy, I don't mind,
- 10:23Speaker 1: because you mean that much to me. Ain't too proud
- 10:26Speaker 1: to beg you know who? Please don't leave me, girl,
- 10:31Speaker 1: don't you go? Ain't too proud to please baby, Baby?
- 10:38Speaker 1: Please don't leave me, girl, don't you go? I heard
- 10:43Speaker 1: pid man. That's half of man with no sense of pride. Yeah,
- 10:52Speaker 1: I ain't waste no time. Open walk too, We'll open
- 10:57Speaker 1: it up with it. Silent night temptation, jas Jess jazz,
- 11:12Speaker 1: let me make love to your diage. Know wa, y'all
- 11:23Speaker 1: know what it is a little bit of in my mind,
- 11:26Speaker 1: Silent night jee temptations. Use he's silly because he know
- 11:32Speaker 1: he's silly. Christmas in my mind? Who Whoolla? I want
- 11:42Speaker 1: you to be free? Yes, I had to. I had
- 11:44Speaker 1: to look that one up. Roscoe Willace version Christmas, Charlot
- 11:53Speaker 1: Strawberry calling for real, Junior Kills, Fraight Nephew, Tommy and
- 11:58Speaker 1: Miss Monk's going on? Yeah, what's happening? Yeah, Christmas? That
- 12:07Speaker 1: is Christmas. This is Christmas shows. Yeah, Christmas shows. We
- 12:13Speaker 1: got some great guy. Everybody got a great Christmas guilt.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Donald Trump is out. Yes, Oh that's the best, thank you,
- 12:22Speaker 1: yeah all the time. Trump is gone. That's all I
- 12:25Speaker 1: asked for, right now, get out of there. Yeah. But man,
- 12:32Speaker 1: it's like, you know, it's so crazy, man, because it's
- 12:35Speaker 1: some high level conservative allies that's urging him not to concede.
- 12:40Speaker 1: They keep they're trying to pull this trick with these
- 12:43Speaker 1: electorials when they come to Washington to cast their final
- 12:47Speaker 1: electoral vote happening on Monday. Yeah. Right, they're trying to
- 12:51Speaker 1: pull some trick in there which ain't gonna work. But
- 12:55Speaker 1: it's alarming, man, how hateful these people are in a
- 13:00Speaker 1: them to throw away the whole democracy over Donald Trump.
- 13:04Speaker 1: And it's for two reasons. Number one, the majority of
- 13:07Speaker 1: them are scared of him and will not speak up.
- 13:09Speaker 1: And number two, the rest of them is just like
- 13:12Speaker 1: Hill just thank you only saying that fact. That's all
- 13:15Speaker 1: it is. You either scared of him or you just
- 13:19Speaker 1: like Hill one or the two all seventy million of
- 13:23Speaker 1: y'all they voted for it. I'm going with number two, Steve.
- 13:26Speaker 1: You either scared of him for fine, because you can't
- 13:30Speaker 1: vote for him for what he stand for sorry. All right, listen,
- 13:36Speaker 1: coming up with thirty two minutes after the hour, asked
- 13:39Speaker 1: the ClOH, the Chief Love Officer. Right after this, you're
- 13:43Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at
- 13:47Speaker 1: the top of the hour. Wow, this is big right here, guys.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Democratic Senate candidate Rafael Warnock Reverend Roffie L. Warnock will
- 13:57Speaker 1: be our special guests. He's gonna talk about, of course,
- 13:59Speaker 1: the Georgia Senate special runoff election. We got to vote Georgia.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Come on, let's do this. Let's do this. Georgia Early
- 14:06Speaker 1: voting starts December fourteenth. All right, bo, yes, time now
- 14:11Speaker 1: for asked the CLO, the Chief Love Officers of Chloe,
- 14:14Speaker 1: as the nephew calls him, you ready, clot all right.
- 14:19Speaker 1: This one is from Marcus, an iHeartRadio app listener. Marcus says,
- 14:22Speaker 1: I've been married for four years, but I think my
- 14:25Speaker 1: wife had sex. Was a guy from my gym. I
- 14:28Speaker 1: was working out one morning and there were only two
- 14:32Speaker 1: other people in the gym. One of the guys came
- 14:34Speaker 1: over and said he recognized me from a picture on
- 14:37Speaker 1: social media. He asked if I knew a guy named bo.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I told him that Bo is a relative. He said
- 14:43Speaker 1: he messed around with bows sister a few months ago,
- 14:45Speaker 1: but he hasn't seen or talked to Bow lately. Well,
- 14:49Speaker 1: Bo's sister is my wife. My wife denied everything, and
- 14:53Speaker 1: BO wouldn't confirm or deny. I need answers. So how
- 14:58Speaker 1: should I handle this? Cl Oh, well, you could just
- 15:02Speaker 1: poe in with an ass whiff, start data. You dna
- 15:06Speaker 1: get somebody to talk it. Hold on, man, Hold what
- 15:10Speaker 1: wait a minute, what you're doing? So Shirley explain it
- 15:13Speaker 1: to me again? Okay? So he was at the gym
- 15:17Speaker 1: working out one more one morning. There were only two
- 15:20Speaker 1: other people in the gym. One of the guys came
- 15:22Speaker 1: over and said he recognized him from a picture on
- 15:26Speaker 1: social media. He recognized Marcus. Yes, yes, yes, okay. He
- 15:31Speaker 1: asked if I knew a guy named Bo. I told
- 15:33Speaker 1: him that Bo is a relative. He said he messed
- 15:36Speaker 1: around with Bo's sister a few months ago, but he
- 15:39Speaker 1: hasn't seen or talked to Bow lately. Well, Bo's sister
- 15:44Speaker 1: is my wife. My wife denied everything. BO wouldn't confirm
- 15:47Speaker 1: or deny what happened, and I need answers, he said,
- 15:51Speaker 1: Hold holdo dog, you let a dude come up to
- 15:54Speaker 1: you in a gym with some social media mess to
- 15:59Speaker 1: ask you, did you know a guy named Bow? Because
- 16:03Speaker 1: he messed around with his sister and he ain't seen
- 16:06Speaker 1: him in a while. So now the throwaway lyne is
- 16:10Speaker 1: he messed around with Bow's sisters now that happens to
- 16:14Speaker 1: be your wife. First of all, he could be lying,
- 16:19Speaker 1: and number two, which I think he is, because ain't
- 16:22Speaker 1: no way in the hell this dude would come up
- 16:26Speaker 1: to a man's wife and make this statement if he
- 16:30Speaker 1: thought it were true. So I would be very careful man,
- 16:34Speaker 1: before you go at your wife with all this hocus
- 16:37Speaker 1: pokers from this guy at the gem on social media.
- 16:41Speaker 1: But what if what if the guy didn't know that
- 16:46Speaker 1: Bow's sister was his wife? Well, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't.
- 16:49Speaker 1: He wouldn't know that. But whole world way. First of all,
- 16:56Speaker 1: if you're just trying to meet Bow, why would you
- 16:59Speaker 1: go up, who are dude and go I used to
- 17:01Speaker 1: mess with his sister. Now you're just trying to find
- 17:04Speaker 1: both seen Heny, we whoop his ass and apologize if
- 17:11Speaker 1: it if it went wrong. See if you pull in
- 17:13Speaker 1: on his ass. It's like what I said in the beginning.
- 17:17Speaker 1: We're gonna get your truth a lot quickly. Yeah, because
- 17:22Speaker 1: all you got to do is just start whipping his
- 17:24Speaker 1: ass because he said he slept with your wife, so
- 17:28Speaker 1: you had a right to whip somebody ass who come
- 17:30Speaker 1: up to you and say that, And then we can
- 17:32Speaker 1: get down to the bottom of the truth. We find
- 17:34Speaker 1: out if he really know boa he trying to let
- 17:36Speaker 1: you know he slept with your wife? What if that's
- 17:38Speaker 1: what you're trying to let me know? Thank you? And
- 17:40Speaker 1: here's this ass whood? All right, we're moving on Tanisha
- 17:44Speaker 1: and Charlotte's Yeah, bomos Tenisia and Charlotte Clo says I
- 17:51Speaker 1: was free And why don't we do this? Why don't
- 17:55Speaker 1: you just ask Bolobos? He's supposed to be his cousin.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Why don't you just go ask both did his boy
- 18:06Speaker 1: sleep with his sister? And if he slept with it
- 18:09Speaker 1: before y'all got married, dog, it might not be a
- 18:11Speaker 1: problem a few months ago. Okay, they've been married for
- 18:15Speaker 1: four years. Oh yeah, well that's I asked. Now. I
- 18:17Speaker 1: don't even know how you didn't issue it after gym?
- 18:19Speaker 1: What number three people in there? Truth or a lot? Yeah? Right,
- 18:25Speaker 1: all right, Tunisia, and Charlotte says. I was free and single,
- 18:29Speaker 1: living my best life till a man came along and
- 18:31Speaker 1: swept me off my feet. He's from a small town
- 18:34Speaker 1: and he has very traditional ways, and I thought it
- 18:36Speaker 1: was cute at first, but now it's weird. He has
- 18:40Speaker 1: set bedtime and he expects me to go to bed
- 18:42Speaker 1: at ten thirty every night too. Saturday night, I waited
- 18:46Speaker 1: for him to drift off to sleep, and I woke
- 18:47Speaker 1: him up with a little surprise under the covers. He
- 18:50Speaker 1: pushed me away and said he needed sleep, and there's
- 18:53Speaker 1: time and a place for everything. We're both only twenty eight,
- 18:57Speaker 1: so why is he such a prude? Is this something
- 18:59Speaker 1: that can be changed? What we got on the schedule.
- 19:03Speaker 1: You couldn't have an unhappy as life now right now.
- 19:07Speaker 1: You couldn't have a very very unhappy ass life. It's
- 19:12Speaker 1: a time and place for everything. When I was twenty eight,
- 19:15Speaker 1: the time and place for sex was now now, right now,
- 19:19Speaker 1: always now, every now. I don't give a damn. When
- 19:24Speaker 1: you bought it up, we could be fully dressed all
- 19:27Speaker 1: the way out the dope for church. Look at it
- 19:30Speaker 1: started twenty church, I would what, yeah, yeah, yeah, this
- 19:38Speaker 1: is right here. This is craziness. Yeah, stid thirty yeah, yeah,
- 19:46Speaker 1: thirty under the covers and just the two of you.
- 19:50Speaker 1: What now? All right, we don't have time for another one, Steve,
- 19:57Speaker 1: but if you have any more advice for Bow Bow
- 20:03Speaker 1: or both cousin, the dude at the Jim asked first
- 20:09Speaker 1: of all for either telling the truth that it was
- 20:12Speaker 1: your wife. Yeah, a line on your wife. Yeah, one
- 20:14Speaker 1: or the two. Either think it was the truth. Yeah,
- 20:18Speaker 1: you think it was the truth. I think it was
- 20:20Speaker 1: the truth because he didn't. I mean, was he just
- 20:23Speaker 1: being messy? Was he just being a messy dude? You
- 20:26Speaker 1: can't take unless you was at the gym and the
- 20:29Speaker 1: dude is big and buff and your little scrony, little
- 20:31Speaker 1: punk ash. You gotta deal with it. Yeah. But either way,
- 20:36Speaker 1: I'm gonna pick up this ten pounds waiting. We're gonna
- 20:38Speaker 1: see how stroll your eyes. Oh wow, that's the one
- 20:41Speaker 1: thing that ain't got no muscles. Your ass all coming
- 20:45Speaker 1: up next, nephew, tell me he's run that prank back.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming
- 20:53Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, Reverend Rafael Warnock
- 20:56Speaker 1: will be our special guests he's gonna talk about the
- 20:58Speaker 1: Georgia Senate special runoff collection. Let's vote Georgia America is
- 21:03Speaker 1: depending on Georgia to flip the Senate with those two seats.
- 21:06Speaker 1: We'll talked about Rafael Roynock at the top of the hour.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Right now, the nephew is here. We'd run that prank
- 21:13Speaker 1: back what you got for his neff problem at the valet?
- 21:18Speaker 1: Dad with me if you would problem add the valet
- 21:23Speaker 1: coming from the book of Pranks. Problem at the valet.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Let's go hello, Hey, hey Tommy, how's it going? Hey man,
- 21:36Speaker 1: what's going on? You doing all right? I'm doing good,
- 21:38Speaker 1: doing good. What's up? Hey? Listen, I need you to
- 21:41Speaker 1: do something for me. But do you need your your
- 21:43Speaker 1: your cartels us? No, no, no, no, no no no
- 21:46Speaker 1: not because we listen. If I got someone I want
- 21:48Speaker 1: you to do for me, I'm doing a plank phone
- 21:50Speaker 1: call and I want you to call this guy and
- 21:52Speaker 1: tell him you're the valet downstairs, ask him for his
- 21:55Speaker 1: ticket number and tell him, hey, we got a little
- 21:58Speaker 1: bit of an issue. But my my manager is gonna
- 21:59Speaker 1: call you back. Uh, are you sure you want me
- 22:02Speaker 1: to do it? The vallet guy, that's all you gotta
- 22:05Speaker 1: do all right? Why does the Mexican guy gotta be
- 22:08Speaker 1: at the valet guy and you get to be the manager?
- 22:10Speaker 1: What's up with that? Nick? I'll put that click on
- 22:13Speaker 1: with Nick the car. All I want you to do
- 22:15Speaker 1: is just telling you new ballet guy. Will you do
- 22:17Speaker 1: that for me? All right? Man? I got you? All right?
- 22:20Speaker 1: All right? All right? Hey on, hey hello? Hello? Is

- 22:38Speaker 1: ticket number real quick. There's a small issue. And once
- 22:42Speaker 1: you get the ticket number, I could have my manager

- 23:05Speaker 1: tell you everything. Okay, Well, can you have him give
- 23:08Speaker 1: me a call as soon as possible, because I would
- 23:10Speaker 1: like to know what happened to my car. If something happened.
- 23:13Speaker 1: This is I don't I don't really understand what's going

- 23:59Speaker 1: that's that's my number. I mean I already went through
- 24:01Speaker 1: this with the other guy. Can you just tell me
- 24:02Speaker 1: what the hell is going on with my car? Okay?
- 24:04Speaker 1: Are you able to come downstairs right now? No, I
- 24:07Speaker 1: can't I valiate over there. I'm at a I'm at
- 24:09Speaker 1: a lunch with a client somewhere else. I'm not there
- 24:12Speaker 1: right now? Why do I need to come down right now?
- 24:14Speaker 1: He just what is happening? Okay? So here's the deal, sir.
- 24:18Speaker 1: We are a we have a one of the valet
- 24:22Speaker 1: workers here has gotten that and he left. He quit
- 24:26Speaker 1: the job, and he's he's gone, he's left the premise.
- 24:30Speaker 1: The problem we're having right now is we don't see
- 24:33Speaker 1: your car. And you know what, I'm okay, okay, okay,
- 24:38Speaker 1: oh wow, all right, so my car is gone? Car
- 24:41Speaker 1: is gone? Is that what you're telling me right now?
- 24:43Speaker 1: Somebody company and took my car? Well, well, hey, we're
- 24:48Speaker 1: looking on every flour and we're trying to figure out
- 24:51Speaker 1: if if it's got part somewhere else. But he's gone,
- 24:54Speaker 1: and we're we're that's why we call to get your
- 24:56Speaker 1: number on the cards somewhere else. Man, what the do
- 24:59Speaker 1: you mean a car or not that my car just stole?
- 25:01Speaker 1: With how many fours do you have? How long to
- 25:03Speaker 1: say I just bought that car that is a brand
- 25:06Speaker 1: new car. And now it's just are you kidding me?
- 25:09Speaker 1: Right now? Well? Hold on, hold on, I understand, I understand.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Let me ask you something. Is there a way? Um?
- 25:15Speaker 1: Is there a way? Maybe you can come by tomorrow
- 25:18Speaker 1: and we can try to work. Come now and just
- 25:19Speaker 1: see it. You know, No, there is no way I'm
- 25:23Speaker 1: coming by tomorrow for a car. That's listening today. First
- 25:26Speaker 1: of all, we need to get the police involved in this.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I don't even know, mister Frank. Right now, mister Frank,
- 25:34Speaker 1: we don't want to get the police involved in this.
- 25:36Speaker 1: We Who is we? Because I damn sure why to
- 25:40Speaker 1: get the police involved? So who is it? I'm just staying.
- 25:42Speaker 1: I'm listen. I don't want to lose my job because
- 25:45Speaker 1: we lost the car. If you just give me some
- 25:47Speaker 1: time to find a car, That's all I want you
- 25:49Speaker 1: to do, is give me some time. Let me go
- 25:50Speaker 1: by this guy's house where he lives and see if
- 25:52Speaker 1: the car is there. You should already be in a
- 25:55Speaker 1: car driving yo, ask to this man's house talking to
- 25:59Speaker 1: me right now. Hey, the fact that you're not there,
- 26:01Speaker 1: it's mad practice. I'm calling the police. I'm suing the
- 26:04Speaker 1: building on, I'm suing the manager, I'm suing the made
- 26:07Speaker 1: the valet box. I'm sure everybody affiliated with your business.
- 26:11Speaker 1: You didn't seeing me right now? Okay, it's a parking
- 26:14Speaker 1: Why are you? Why are you? Why are you upset
- 26:16Speaker 1: with me? I didn't do that now, I didn't take
- 26:18Speaker 1: the car. Why are you responsible for this parking lot?
- 26:23Speaker 1: Are you a manager? What's your occup problem? Sir? Why
- 26:25Speaker 1: are you people to manage? I'm the manager here? An
- 26:29Speaker 1: Orlando called you earlier, okay, and we're trying to find
- 26:32Speaker 1: out where the car is. Really, feel like you don't
- 26:35Speaker 1: even want the police involved. Man, you're not trying to
- 26:37Speaker 1: find you're trying to come yet. Right now, I'm mad
- 26:40Speaker 1: at Orlando, I'm mad at you, I'm mad at your company.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I'm at the man who put the day of assphalt
- 26:45Speaker 1: down in the parking lot. I'm mad at everybody right now. Okay, Cliff, okay, okay, okay,
- 26:49Speaker 1: we'll come down. Okay, but let me ask you this here.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Are you? Are you? Are you man? Are you manage
- 26:54Speaker 1: your wife? What is none of my wife? And white
- 26:57Speaker 1: didn't steal my damn car? Ain't your wife? Now? Carry?
- 27:01Speaker 1: How the hell you know my wife's name? You know
- 27:03Speaker 1: how I know your wife's name because your wife got
- 27:05Speaker 1: me to call you. This is nephew, taught me from
- 27:07Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey more. Damn, Frankly, you just gotta prague baby, Damn,
- 27:17Speaker 1: oh boy, we're going to marriage counselorce. This was this
- 27:19Speaker 1: is y'all. You have shared your boy. She said, he
- 27:25Speaker 1: just bought this car. He loves this car. Yea started
- 27:29Speaker 1: sitting in it when he ain't going nowhere. I can't believe.
- 27:32Speaker 1: It's always it's always the closest people. It's all you
- 27:35Speaker 1: don't tell you what I tell you. Who is not
- 27:37Speaker 1: getting the right in this car for a long time?
- 27:39Speaker 1: You know what any man said? I mean, it is
- 27:44Speaker 1: what is the baddest that I'm talking about, the baddest
- 27:46Speaker 1: radio show in the land. It's the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Baby,
- 27:56Speaker 1: I really don't know nobody. It's ignitt as me. I
- 28:00Speaker 1: really don't. If you know, somebody let me know. But
- 28:02Speaker 1: I just don't know nobody. I don't see how he's
- 28:05Speaker 1: just never been a question. Yeah, is this up for
- 28:08Speaker 1: a debate? The undisputed title? Right and really the word
- 28:14Speaker 1: we're looking for? Yeah, you to Jake paul A Prince
- 28:19Speaker 1: got knockout pounder. Oh, by the way, uh, Mayweather's gonna
- 28:25Speaker 1: fight that guy. Now, can you see that you fight. Logan,
- 28:29Speaker 1: Paul Logan, Logan, Paul came with Mayweather. Doc, you're talking
- 28:36Speaker 1: about throwing punches with the pound for pound greatest fighter
- 28:40Speaker 1: ever lived. Damn there. Yeah, that's that's not how this work. Partner,
- 28:44Speaker 1: you would Mick Robinson's as you need to pull yourself together,
- 28:49Speaker 1: all right. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 28:51Speaker 1: Georgia Democrats send it. Candidate Reverend Raffael Warnock will be
- 28:54Speaker 1: our special guest right after this. You're listening Morning Show, everybody,
- 29:02Speaker 1: as promise our special guests has served the Atlanta community
- 29:06Speaker 1: as senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church since two thousand
- 29:10Speaker 1: and five. He rose a prominence in Georgie politics when
- 29:14Speaker 1: he was a leader in the campaign to expand Medicaid
- 29:18Speaker 1: under the Affordable Care Act. And now here and John
- 29:22Speaker 1: us off Democratic candidates in the special runoff election for
- 29:26Speaker 1: the two US Senate seats in Georgia, and we are
- 29:30Speaker 1: pushing for early voting. Let's get to it, ladies. A gentleman,
- 29:36Speaker 1: we are most happy for the first time to have
- 29:39Speaker 1: on the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Please welcome to the
- 29:42Speaker 1: show our future Senate representative from the state of Georgia.
- 29:49Speaker 1: All we gotta do is get out and do what
- 29:51Speaker 1: we gotta do. Ladies and gentleman, Reverend Raphael Warnack, welcome, welcome, Yes,
- 30:02Speaker 1: so no, listen. We first of all, just let me
- 30:08Speaker 1: say this. You made us proud Sunday night on the
- 30:14Speaker 1: debate stage. Uh. It was my first time hearing you
- 30:19Speaker 1: speak at length, and I was sitting there, uh, hoping
- 30:26Speaker 1: beyond anything in me, actually praying that and that I
- 30:31Speaker 1: would hear exactly what I heard. And you were You
- 30:34Speaker 1: were sincere, you were open, you were heartfelt, You made
- 30:40Speaker 1: a lot of great points, and most importantly, you were factual.
- 30:44Speaker 1: And I mean, man, it just made us feel so wonderful. Man,
- 30:47Speaker 1: just from your standpoint, how did you feel about the
- 30:51Speaker 1: debate on Sunday night? Well, thank you so much, Steve.
- 30:55Speaker 1: It's great to be here with you. And you know,
- 30:59Speaker 1: I can't tell you how honored I am to be
- 31:03Speaker 1: running for the United States Senate. You know, I'm the
- 31:07Speaker 1: pastor of Evan Either Baptist Church, Spiritual Home and Martins
- 31:11Speaker 1: the King Junior and perhaps one of the most prominent
- 31:15Speaker 1: churches in the country. But you know, I grew up
- 31:17Speaker 1: in public house. I'm one of twelve children in my family.
- 31:21Speaker 1: I remember eleven. I was the first college graduate. I
- 31:24Speaker 1: often say I went to Morehouse on a full state scholarship.
- 31:27Speaker 1: I was at the Bay for the person, and here
- 31:32Speaker 1: I am years later, I managed to get through school,
- 31:35Speaker 1: earned a PhD degree and not running for the US
- 31:38Speaker 1: Senate and so and at a descining moment in American history,
- 31:43Speaker 1: when there's so much on the line and people need
- 31:47Speaker 1: care and a response from this COVID nineteen talents. We
- 31:50Speaker 1: got people in Georgia who are had rich for losing
- 31:54Speaker 1: their healthcare. Is Kelly left, my has are away and
- 31:57Speaker 1: so I'm just keeping me honor to represent the working
- 32:00Speaker 1: families of Georgia. And uh that I will continue to
- 32:06Speaker 1: do as I did last night on that debate stage.
- 32:08Speaker 1: You know, outside of you, I was listening to your opponent,
- 32:13Speaker 1: and uh, she kept saying I was called to public service.
- 32:19Speaker 1: I was called to public service. But I mean, I mean,
- 32:23Speaker 1: am I wrong in this? Wasn't she appointed? Well? She
- 32:27Speaker 1: was appointed, and the people of Georgia are disappointed. And amen,
- 32:37Speaker 1: and that's why she is spending tens of millions of
- 32:40Speaker 1: dollars trying to carry down Let me think about this seat,
- 32:43Speaker 1: this woman uh is the wealthiest member of college. She's
- 32:49Speaker 1: been in that seat since January, and now that a
- 32:53Speaker 1: time to take to the people of Georgia. This is
- 32:57Speaker 1: why I want to stay in the seat. She could
- 33:00Speaker 1: try to make the cake for herself, but isn't an
- 33:03Speaker 1: interesting She hasn't even tried to make a case for
- 33:07Speaker 1: herself or why she should stay there. What is the
- 33:12Speaker 1: body of work that she is offering to provide for
- 33:15Speaker 1: the people of Georgia. And so I think it's sad
- 33:18Speaker 1: that she apparently doesn't have too many good things to
- 33:21Speaker 1: say about herself, and so she's trying to attack me.
- 33:25Speaker 1: But that's not a reason to run to the US Senate.
- 33:29Speaker 1: My mama taught me it's not what they call you,
- 33:32Speaker 1: is what your aunt survive. And I'm not going to
- 33:35Speaker 1: be distracted by by the politics of distortion, distraction and division.
- 33:42Speaker 1: People who had no vision engage in division. They don't
- 33:46Speaker 1: know how to lead us until they're trying to divide us.
- 33:49Speaker 1: I'm Georgia through into her own born and Savannah. My
- 33:53Speaker 1: daddage from Scribbing County. My mama's from Waycroft. You know
- 33:57Speaker 1: where that is? Way from Georgie. Wait, my mother grew
- 34:06Speaker 1: up in the nineteenth fifty stage, when like a lot
- 34:11Speaker 1: of black teenagers, she spent her summers picking somebody else's
- 34:16Speaker 1: tobacco and cotton. She's now eighty two years old. And
- 34:21Speaker 1: then the long arc of our amazing country she got
- 34:26Speaker 1: the other day. The woman who used to pick somebody
- 34:29Speaker 1: else's tobacco now has the chance to help pick her
- 34:33Speaker 1: youngest son to be only the tenth black United States
- 34:40Speaker 1: Senator in the history of our country, and the first
- 34:44Speaker 1: black Senator from Georgia. This is a great country. We
- 34:48Speaker 1: got work to do, but it's always been our vocation
- 34:52Speaker 1: to push us toward a more perfect union. And I
- 34:55Speaker 1: promise the people of Georgia as they give me a
- 34:57Speaker 1: chance to be that I'm making problems. You know. Let
- 35:00Speaker 1: let me okay, first of all, let me let me
- 35:03Speaker 1: tell you something we've been pushing on this show since
- 35:07Speaker 1: the election. That the reelection, that early voting begins December
- 35:12Speaker 1: fourteenth through December thirty. First, that the election day is
- 35:16Speaker 1: January fifth, That we got our early voting in, that
- 35:19Speaker 1: we are going to early vote, that we got our
- 35:21Speaker 1: ballots in and we're going to show up. We've we've
- 35:24Speaker 1: been pushing that we're even pushing to all of our
- 35:27Speaker 1: listeners who didn't vote to go, we want you to
- 35:31Speaker 1: be a part of something that's gonna change the direction
- 35:34Speaker 1: of this country. So we're on that for you, sir,
- 35:38Speaker 1: Reverend wanna hold on right there, We'll be right back
- 35:41Speaker 1: with more Steve Harvy Morning Show. You're listening to. Hey, y'all,
- 35:47Speaker 1: we're back and we're talking with Reverend Raphael Warnock. What
- 35:51Speaker 1: I want to do right now is give you a
- 35:53Speaker 1: moment to clear up and put some things into contexts.
- 35:57Speaker 1: So all these negative ads that's on TV, that this
- 36:01Speaker 1: that these people are putting this money behind, and they
- 36:03Speaker 1: strategically placed them after every time you want an add,
- 36:07Speaker 1: here come they they negative add You know, in context
- 36:11Speaker 1: because you said it on the stage. Other you never
- 36:14Speaker 1: met Castro, you've never been in a room, none of that.
- 36:18Speaker 1: But this this thing that said when you when you
- 36:21Speaker 1: were on when you're in context, when you were saying
- 36:25Speaker 1: open up the jails and let our children go, What
- 36:28Speaker 1: in what context was that actually being said? So last
- 36:32Speaker 1: year my church had a conference that's a part of
- 36:36Speaker 1: my ongoing word. I've been working on criminal justice reform
- 36:40Speaker 1: for years and never in my work, by the way,
- 36:43Speaker 1: have I ever said before the police, I've never said it,
- 36:47Speaker 1: and uh, don't you know, as I did, they would
- 36:51Speaker 1: have you know, they've been looping that over and over again. Yeah,
- 36:54Speaker 1: but that's not how I talk about that problem. And
- 36:57Speaker 1: that's not anything I want to do. I don't want
- 36:59Speaker 1: to do puble to do it. But I do recognize
- 37:02Speaker 1: at the United States of America, the land of the Fruit,
- 37:07Speaker 1: warehouses twenty five percent of the world's prisoners. Think about that,
- 37:13Speaker 1: were four percent of the world. Our country is we
- 37:16Speaker 1: warehouse twenty five percent of the world's prisoners. Much of
- 37:19Speaker 1: that has been driven over the last forty years by
- 37:23Speaker 1: the so called war on drugs that too often has
- 37:27Speaker 1: been a war on black and brown community. We've got
- 37:31Speaker 1: a greater percentage of our people in jail, a greater
- 37:35Speaker 1: percentage of black people in jail. Banded South Africa at
- 37:39Speaker 1: the height of Aparkive, we got more people in prison
- 37:43Speaker 1: than any nation on the planet. And much of it
- 37:47Speaker 1: is driven by this which war on cost And we
- 37:50Speaker 1: saw what happened in the eighties and the nineties was
- 37:52Speaker 1: driven by the crack epidemic. Now we're wines thing the
- 37:56Speaker 1: opioid epidemic. The first epidemic was largely black and brown
- 38:02Speaker 1: in urban communities. The face of an opioid academic is
- 38:07Speaker 1: largely white as we see it in rural areas, suburban areas.
- 38:12Speaker 1: And over the course of time, we've come to see
- 38:15Speaker 1: that this drug problem is a public health emergency, and
- 38:20Speaker 1: that's right, and so I think we need to see
- 38:23Speaker 1: this as an opportunity because what we had in the
- 38:26Speaker 1: eighties was a war on group. When you have a war,
- 38:28Speaker 1: you got energy, combatants and prisons. When you have a
- 38:32Speaker 1: public health emergency, you had clinics and doctors, and you
- 38:35Speaker 1: try to work on it in that way. And so no,
- 38:41Speaker 1: I think that we've got to reimagine the relationship between
- 38:48Speaker 1: our clinal justice system and these communities. Hold on one second,
- 38:54Speaker 1: we'll be right back. Sit tight for us. We'll be
- 38:56Speaker 1: right back with more Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right after this.
- 38:59Speaker 1: You're listening to show I Try. We're back and we're
- 39:04Speaker 1: continuing our in depth conversation with our senate candidate here,
- 39:09Speaker 1: who we've got to get to the polls and vote for.
- 39:12Speaker 1: We're voting for two people our guests, who is Reverend
- 39:15Speaker 1: Raphael Warnock. You know, I'm the pastor about the King's Church.
- 39:19Speaker 1: And one of the things that's ironic about this moment
- 39:23Speaker 1: is that all of the forms of discrimination against which
- 39:26Speaker 1: doctor King fought voting rights, god discrimination, housing discrimination, those
- 39:35Speaker 1: forms of discrimination are reinscribed the moment. Our children carry
- 39:41Speaker 1: the name Felling once they enter into the system. In fact,
- 39:46Speaker 1: you don't have to be convicted of anything. My church
- 39:50Speaker 1: has been expunging criminal arrest records now for years. We
- 39:54Speaker 1: were the first to do it in our county. Others
- 39:56Speaker 1: have now followed our example. By the way, I had
- 39:59Speaker 1: an expungement e and just for betterments. While she's trying
- 40:02Speaker 1: to act like I don't support the military, there are
- 40:05Speaker 1: people walking around in our county and our state, in
- 40:08Speaker 1: the country who've never been convicted of anything. They're having
- 40:11Speaker 1: a rest record, and the lives are on hold. They
- 40:14Speaker 1: can't get a job, can't find housing because they have
- 40:18Speaker 1: and a rest record. And so we need to reset
- 40:22Speaker 1: and reimagine these relationships. We need restorative justice, and we
- 40:28Speaker 1: need fewer prisons at more free schools. You know something
- 40:34Speaker 1: I see now that brings a lot of clarity to it,
- 40:37Speaker 1: because what the average people don't know, it's eighty percent
- 40:40Speaker 1: of our people in prison are in their for nonviolent
- 40:44Speaker 1: drug related defenses and soul. What they don't even understand
- 40:50Speaker 1: by you're making a statement like that and they're trying
- 40:52Speaker 1: to put it into a context you're gonna open up
- 40:55Speaker 1: for just let everybody out on the street, murderers and
- 40:58Speaker 1: all like that. That ain't what that is. You know,
- 41:00Speaker 1: you're talking about reasonably looking that's similar. Didn't they just
- 41:04Speaker 1: pass a prison reform bill. Didn't they just admit that
- 41:09Speaker 1: there was an over incarceration of people who are serving
- 41:12Speaker 1: absorbing sentences that that shouldn't have to But and I
- 41:17Speaker 1: just I just watched the way they do it, Uh sir.
- 41:20Speaker 1: I just wanted to give you a moment to clear
- 41:21Speaker 1: that up so we could the policy to see it.
- 41:25Speaker 1: And you know, you you you know what, it's the
- 41:28Speaker 1: politic to fear. And then they're running these ads where
- 41:33Speaker 1: they're running this whole theme. I think about this. The
- 41:37Speaker 1: pastor of that Benas, I got a PhD. You know,
- 41:40Speaker 1: I've spent my life in public service, and now they're
- 41:44Speaker 1: looking up this theme of dangerousness. Right, you know what
- 41:48Speaker 1: they're doing exactly, you know, over and over and over,
- 41:54Speaker 1: and if anybody could watch that debate and turn around
- 41:58Speaker 1: and some will and vote for this stoic, rehearsed, robotic performance,
- 42:07Speaker 1: reverence to see you actually talk about the issues and
- 42:10Speaker 1: what you were going to do and the things that
- 42:12Speaker 1: matter to people in the state of Georgia. Were well
- 42:15Speaker 1: positions and make history in the state. But more importantly,
- 42:19Speaker 1: to make a difference, to make sure that people have
- 42:21Speaker 1: access to affordable healthcare, that the people we call essential
- 42:25Speaker 1: workers we actually give them an essential wage, and that
- 42:28Speaker 1: we help the people to get their voice and their
- 42:31Speaker 1: votes heard in their democracy. I want to encourage and
- 42:36Speaker 1: listen us to go to vote warmout dot com. Even
- 42:40Speaker 1: if you don't live in the state, you can volunteer digitally.
- 42:43Speaker 1: You can support our effort and certainly can give to
- 42:45Speaker 1: our campaign. And tell everybody you know that every who
- 42:49Speaker 1: he starts to be some for fourteen if we show up,
- 42:52Speaker 1: when we show up, we went. So listen to me,
- 42:56Speaker 1: Steve Harvard Nation, here's the deal. I want everybody to
- 42:59Speaker 1: go to vote warnock dot com. Vote warnock dot com.
- 43:05Speaker 1: See how you can volunteer, See how you can be
- 43:07Speaker 1: of assistance, See how you can make a pledge, a donation,
- 43:12Speaker 1: anything to make sure that we are as effective as
- 43:16Speaker 1: we need to and I'm calling on everybody who voted
- 43:20Speaker 1: to return to the polls and vote again. And if
- 43:24Speaker 1: you didn't vote, don't miss out on an opportunity to
- 43:27Speaker 1: make history. Don't miss out on an opportunity to send
- 43:31Speaker 1: a clear message to anybody who did not believe that
- 43:35Speaker 1: black lives matter. Reverend sir, we thank you for joining
- 43:40Speaker 1: us this morning, and just know that you got a
- 43:42Speaker 1: team of people behind you and we're gonna make it
- 43:45Speaker 1: happen for you. Sir. We'll see you in the Senate,
- 43:47Speaker 1: Reverend Warnick, we appreciate you, sir. Coming up next, the
- 43:51Speaker 1: nephew is here with the prank phone call. Right after
- 43:56Speaker 1: you're listening to show coming up at the top of
- 44:01Speaker 1: the hour, write about four minutes after. It's my strawberry
- 44:04Speaker 1: letter for today, the subject we need Daddy to act
- 44:08Speaker 1: his age. Okay, we'll get into that right after this,
- 44:13Speaker 1: but right now, the nephew is here with today's prank
- 44:17Speaker 1: phone call. What you got for his nap, sirlette call
- 44:20Speaker 1: a junior. You cannot be a king a prank. If
- 44:25Speaker 1: you do not prank a king a comedy, it just
- 44:29Speaker 1: won't work. So you got you. You can't be a
- 44:32Speaker 1: king of prank if you can't prank a king of comedy,
- 44:36Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, legend, dairy nephew, tim me at his best.
- 44:41Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, y'all here it is, So what did you say?
- 44:45Speaker 1: I'm say to you right now? Did he turning on everybody?
- 44:49Speaker 1: To do with me? Man? I ain't my book? That's
- 44:51Speaker 1: his day on book. Put him on the phone next,
- 44:53Speaker 1: I tell him I'd always stad a Steve. He ain't
- 44:56Speaker 1: writing about you, pall on me. He don't telling all
- 45:01Speaker 1: my boys. He's telling on everybody. Man, he goes his book,
- 45:04Speaker 1: ain't got nothing to do with you, man, No, No,
- 45:06Speaker 1: nobody's book. Dude got something to do with me because
- 45:08Speaker 1: everything to Steve didn't learn if he was growing up
- 45:11Speaker 1: from the hood telling on everybody, and I'm taught of this.
- 45:14Speaker 1: He ought to go somewhere and sit down. No, you
- 45:17Speaker 1: gotta get right with your girl. If he's stolling my girl,
- 45:20Speaker 1: he ain't got no business coming in my house in
- 45:22Speaker 1: my car telling every damn thing. Hello, who who who
- 45:28Speaker 1: is this? Boy? Is it? Holder? Man? This Steve Harvey?
- 45:31Speaker 1: Who is this? This is m P man? Listen here, man, Okay,
- 45:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna fall with your nephew. And I'm just saying
- 45:36Speaker 1: this to you, Steve. Okay, I love to you, dude.
- 45:39Speaker 1: I see you on the front of essence. I see
- 45:41Speaker 1: you on the on the family field, on your radio show.
- 45:44Speaker 1: So why don't you go somewhere and sit out and
- 45:46Speaker 1: quit telling on everybody? I mean, if from everything, Steve,
- 45:50Speaker 1: I'm riding the car with my family. I gotta turn
- 45:52Speaker 1: my radio off because you're telling game. We grow up
- 45:55Speaker 1: sticking together. If I'm running the middle game to make
- 45:58Speaker 1: my hands meet or whatever it is, that's my goods.
- 46:01Speaker 1: You ain't gonna hold on hold on, old women. First
- 46:05Speaker 1: of all, I don't know who you are. I know
- 46:07Speaker 1: you're going, but I know who you are, and we
- 46:09Speaker 1: listen to the show. First thing you're gonna do, though,
- 46:13Speaker 1: back up a little bit dull, because you're talking to
- 46:15Speaker 1: me crazy. If you ain't nobody scaring you because you
- 46:17Speaker 1: got money on, if just ain't got nothing doing no money,
- 46:21Speaker 1: and I ain't gonna be too many, but listen, just
- 46:26Speaker 1: enjoy your life. You find the perfect wife, no, you,
- 46:28Speaker 1: you found the perfect person, the perfect relationship. Okay, that's good.
- 46:32Speaker 1: God bleming, hold on, don't put God in this lead
- 46:35Speaker 1: God out of this because you ain't calling from the
- 46:37Speaker 1: God ain't gonna s people killed me with that part
- 46:40Speaker 1: right there. God bless you, don't throw God you don't
- 46:42Speaker 1: want God bless me because you're talking too crazy to me.
- 46:46Speaker 1: That's for starters right there. But since you're talking crazy
- 46:49Speaker 1: to me, let me turn you onto something you want
- 46:51Speaker 1: that running game. That's your problem. Run your game. You
- 46:55Speaker 1: can't get mad at me because I'm doing what I do.
- 46:58Speaker 1: So man, y'all kill me. You're out there doing what
- 47:01Speaker 1: you want to do, like you all of this right here.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Then you're coming to me because I'm trying to empower somebody.
- 47:07Speaker 1: I don't give a damn about you. Man. Feel how
- 47:09Speaker 1: you want to feel about me. But what you ain't
- 47:11Speaker 1: gonna do, though, it's talk to me like you clay,
- 47:14Speaker 1: because I ain't that. Wait a minute, let's make the
- 47:16Speaker 1: playing filth fair. Okay. You got the airwaves, you got
- 47:19Speaker 1: the microphone, you got the ability to touch a lot
- 47:22Speaker 1: of people. Okay, and you're just telling you're a walk
- 47:24Speaker 1: hee's talking on. Hold hold on. This ain't got nothing
- 47:26Speaker 1: to do with the airwaves. This ain't got nothing to
- 47:29Speaker 1: do with the media. This just me and you talking.
- 47:32Speaker 1: I talk to you personally, personally me and you can
- 47:36Speaker 1: talk any playing little talk and then you call you
- 47:42Speaker 1: talking all this yet see his people like you? Man, dog,
- 47:45Speaker 1: You know why I wrote a book in the first place,
- 47:47Speaker 1: because you always somewhere trying to act like you're something
- 47:50Speaker 1: that you want. Now you got the sauce on the phone.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Now you're trying to menk about money, and to me,
- 47:55Speaker 1: this is me and you just two men talking, not
- 47:57Speaker 1: what you want. And if it's two men and then
- 47:59Speaker 1: talking from one man to another, whyt'ch you get person
- 48:02Speaker 1: where and sit down and quit telling pirst of all.
- 48:05Speaker 1: I ain't got to sit down. You are already doing
- 48:07Speaker 1: nothing as it is. She's was soon as somebody go
- 48:10Speaker 1: out and do something, trying to do something positive. You're
- 48:13Speaker 1: got some most shaking, big shimmy wag like you sitting
- 48:17Speaker 1: up in here man, wanting to go sit down somewhere.
- 48:19Speaker 1: I ain't going sitting down no damn where you can
- 48:22Speaker 1: mince me with that. I say what I want to say,
- 48:25Speaker 1: And who are you anywhere? You ain't even doing nothing.
- 48:28Speaker 1: I don't tell me I ain't doing nothing. I tell
- 48:30Speaker 1: you what I am doing. I'm trying to do something
- 48:32Speaker 1: every time I take a step, you take two steps.
- 48:34Speaker 1: I can't hang hang hoh man, what the kid? Hey, yeah,
- 48:39Speaker 1: you don't kill me. Why don't you quit trying and
- 48:41Speaker 1: do something? You aren't killing me? Man? With that on
- 48:44Speaker 1: you trying to do something? Why don't you do something? Dog?
- 48:47Speaker 1: You should't have been here talking to me about what
- 48:49Speaker 1: you're trying. You tell us selling that same thing to
- 48:52Speaker 1: your people. You're trying, wanting your tie to me and
- 48:54Speaker 1: trying still where you're gonna do something? I'm doing something
- 48:58Speaker 1: right now. An you're on the flower. You can be
- 49:01Speaker 1: improving your relationship with your girl or whoever you're trying
- 49:04Speaker 1: to get it together. But you're on the phone with
- 49:06Speaker 1: me complaining because I wrote a book. Then don't read
- 49:09Speaker 1: the damn book. You probably ain't read it, no way,
- 49:11Speaker 1: And don't watch the TV show. You probably ain't working
- 49:14Speaker 1: enough to play the bill. No high. I let me
- 49:16Speaker 1: wait a minute. Do you don't know nothing about me? Okay?
- 49:18Speaker 1: You don't know nothing about my finances? You know what
- 49:21Speaker 1: I mean? I want about your finances? This about you
- 49:24Speaker 1: as a man? You wrote? Man, If you don't what
- 49:28Speaker 1: y'all kimny, what y'all do to me? What y'all do
- 49:30Speaker 1: to me. Y'all always talking to me on an email somewhere.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Y'are always on the blog talking about me. You don't
- 49:37Speaker 1: even know me. Then when you're giving me face to face,
- 49:40Speaker 1: you want to bring up money. This consists. Ain't got
- 49:42Speaker 1: nothing to do about money. I ain't brought them money
- 49:44Speaker 1: one time. It's about man who now, why don't you
- 49:47Speaker 1: do that right there? But a minute, No, Steve, it
- 49:48Speaker 1: ain't about money now because you're got it, okay, because
- 49:51Speaker 1: you got it when you wasn't broke. I bet that
- 49:54Speaker 1: when you're at it, I got blow it. Just what
- 49:56Speaker 1: though a man? Just when I was broke, though I
- 49:59Speaker 1: was wor I wasn't sitting on the phone crying to
- 50:02Speaker 1: some other men by what he making me feel with
- 50:04Speaker 1: my wife. Yeah, and time I take a step forward,
- 50:07Speaker 1: you got me taking to step on. That's why you
- 50:09Speaker 1: ain't taking step I tell you something, did you got Frank?
- 50:21Speaker 1: I do? I do? I just uncle has been play?
- 50:48Speaker 1: Oh god, oh god, him call you back? Dog man?
- 51:11Speaker 1: You got got Steve Harvey, do some compact. And the
- 51:22Speaker 1: part that I'm disappointed in though, was I guess I
- 51:26Speaker 1: was figured I was trying to talk to him but
- 51:29Speaker 1: help him. I don't know how I didn't just but
- 51:36Speaker 1: but tell me was so happy. I remember this day
- 51:38Speaker 1: he came busting in the studio. I got him, I
- 51:42Speaker 1: got him, I got him. I was like, what what
- 51:46Speaker 1: are you talking about? Me? Dough? I could tell in
- 51:52Speaker 1: a couple of places you did for my sake, you
- 51:55Speaker 1: added out a couple of curse words. It was a
- 52:00Speaker 1: coupling it because I know, good and well, it was
- 52:04Speaker 1: three places in there where clearly that is no way
- 52:09Speaker 1: I didn't say one of my favorite words of all
- 52:12Speaker 1: the time with you said it, but you took it
- 52:16Speaker 1: out because I said, man, I know good well, I
- 52:18Speaker 1: called him something right here, went on motivational speaker on him,
- 52:22Speaker 1: and you know that's not really what you wanted. Yeah,
- 52:25Speaker 1: because Sherlotte, I know, I know three parts why. I
- 52:27Speaker 1: could tell where Tommy had edited because I said something
- 52:30Speaker 1: to this boy, but you had just got you know,
- 52:33Speaker 1: you know the big fairly picky brand Tommy. You know
- 52:39Speaker 1: what this means. You know what this means. You gotta
- 52:42Speaker 1: get time. I ain't fooling with him, no more. I
- 52:46Speaker 1: ain't fooling with him. Okay, okay, we'll help you. Do
- 52:50Speaker 1: you know that lands prank. I almost got somebody. I'm
- 52:52Speaker 1: not doing it. No, All right, thinking after you. Coming

- 54:31Speaker 1: we need Daddy to act his age. We need Daddy
- 54:36Speaker 1: to act his age. Let's see what this one is
- 54:38Speaker 1: all about, all right, Dear Stephen Shirley. I don't know
- 54:43Speaker 1: what to do with my daddy. He's not sick or anything,
- 54:46Speaker 1: but in these times of COVID nineteen, cancer and heart disease,
- 54:51Speaker 1: I worry about his health all the time. My daddy
- 54:54Speaker 1: is eighty seven years old, and he loves to keep
- 54:57Speaker 1: a house full of his friends and enjoy every day.
- 55:01Speaker 1: His house was like the senior Center for men, and
- 55:04Speaker 1: they talk about women constantly, played cards, listen to music,
- 55:07Speaker 1: watch movies, and entertain elderly women. My dad isn't worried
- 55:12Speaker 1: about COVID nineteen because he feels he's fine. He feels
- 55:15Speaker 1: like he's fine as long as he's in his home.
- 55:18Speaker 1: I went by one day and I talked with the
- 55:20Speaker 1: old men about social distancing, but they didn't pay me
- 55:23Speaker 1: any mine. My nephew runs errands for my dad and
- 55:26Speaker 1: he makes sure he has food in the house. He
- 55:28Speaker 1: called me last week and said my dad was complaining
- 55:30Speaker 1: of chest pains and he was weak. I told him
- 55:33Speaker 1: i'd meet them at the hospital. I was so scared
- 55:37Speaker 1: and feared the worst. When I got to the hospital,
- 55:40Speaker 1: they had run all kinds of tests and ruled out
- 55:43Speaker 1: any heart problems and his COVID tests was negative. The
- 55:46Speaker 1: doctor asked my dad if he had done anything unusual
- 55:49Speaker 1: the night before, and my dad said that his much
- 55:52Speaker 1: younger girlfriend spent the night with him and they had
- 55:55Speaker 1: sex in the bathtub. He said he took a male
- 56:01Speaker 1: enhancement pill before he got in the tub. The doctor
- 56:04Speaker 1: said that the pill elevated my dad's heart rate and
- 56:07Speaker 1: he didn't mix well and it didn't mix well with
- 56:09Speaker 1: his other medications. He suggested that my dad limited his
- 56:13Speaker 1: company to once a week and keep sex nice and simple.
- 56:18Speaker 1: On our way home, my dad kept saying, we can't
- 56:21Speaker 1: run his life, and the doctor and the doctor don't
- 56:26Speaker 1: know nothing. My mom died fifteen years ago, and I'm
- 56:29Speaker 1: doing the best I can with him, but he's acting
- 56:32Speaker 1: like a teenager. How can we get my dad to
- 56:35Speaker 1: act his age? Well, I mean, quite frankly, you can't.
- 56:40Speaker 1: You cannot, you can't. Your dad is a grown man.
- 56:44Speaker 1: You said it in your letter, a grown man of
- 56:45Speaker 1: eighty seven. So far, he's healthy. What can you tell
- 56:50Speaker 1: him at this point. He's not going to listen. He
- 56:52Speaker 1: didn't even listen to the doctor. Your dad is living
- 56:55Speaker 1: his life his way, and he's loving it. He's got
- 56:57Speaker 1: a young girlfriend, he's got friends. All of that. His
- 57:00Speaker 1: friends aren't even listening to you. Guys. All you can
- 57:03Speaker 1: do is do what you're doing. You know, you got
- 57:06Speaker 1: to stay ready for whatever. You have to stay ready
- 57:09Speaker 1: for whatever, like you were. You know, I'll meet you
- 57:11Speaker 1: guys at the hospital. It's unfortunate that your dad is
- 57:15Speaker 1: not listening to the doctor. I hope that at least
- 57:18Speaker 1: he took his advice about the male enhanssment enhancement drugs
- 57:22Speaker 1: and not mix it with medications, but he's probably not
- 57:25Speaker 1: going to listen to that as well. You know, I'm
- 57:28Speaker 1: sorry that your dad and all of these people are
- 57:32Speaker 1: putting themselves at risk. So far, so good, but you
- 57:35Speaker 1: never know. I mean, his COVID test came up negative.
- 57:38Speaker 1: So you know what can you tell him? You just
- 57:41Speaker 1: have to love your dad for who he is. Love
- 57:44Speaker 1: him from afar, be there, like I said, when he
- 57:47Speaker 1: needs you, stay ready all of that, because at this
- 57:50Speaker 1: point you can't tell him anything. He's eighty seven, Steve,
- 57:56Speaker 1: I need my damn daddy to act his age. That
- 58:04Speaker 1: ain't a damn thing wrong with your daddy. I'm standing
- 58:11Speaker 1: up in my chair clapping for your damn daddy eighty
- 58:17Speaker 1: seven years old. And this is the letter you wrote,
- 58:23Speaker 1: Thank you Jesus eighty seven. Now, how old is your father?
- 58:30Speaker 1: Let me help you understand something, young lady. If you
- 58:33Speaker 1: are considered old, and when you flip the numbers of
- 58:39Speaker 1: your age and it's still old ass number, your ass
- 58:46Speaker 1: is old. See and it's six. See if you're sixty
- 58:54Speaker 1: six and you flip it, you're still old. If you're
- 58:57Speaker 1: seventy six and you're flipping and sixty seven, you're still old.
- 59:02Speaker 1: Your daddy is eighty seven. If you flip that number,
- 59:06Speaker 1: his ass is seventy eight. That's the key to note
- 59:10Speaker 1: that your ass really is old. Now to let you
- 59:14Speaker 1: know that you really young is if you flip your
- 59:17Speaker 1: number and all of a sudden is old. Your al
- 59:19Speaker 1: ass is young. See thirteen, and you flip it in
- 59:23Speaker 1: this thirty one. If the number makes you older, you're younger.
- 59:28Speaker 1: That's the trick to this thing. Man, Let your man
- 59:30Speaker 1: live his life. A matter of fact, can I tell
- 59:32Speaker 1: you something about this letter before we come back. This
- 59:37Speaker 1: letter is actually the letter that I'm playing it on
- 59:42Speaker 1: writing in my future when you get that. Hey, hell
- 59:45Speaker 1: all right, hold that thoughts. I've part two. We'll have
- 59:52Speaker 1: part two of Ste's response coming up at twenty three
- 59:54Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. We need Daddy to act his age.
- 59:57Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening show,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: all right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter,
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: the letter that you're planning to write. Yeah, you're at
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: this stage. What I've discovered is and my heart is

- 1:09:08Speaker 1: We'll be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: Show right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: Morning Show. According to the New York Times, Christmas tree
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: sales are booming as pandemic weary Americans seek solace. So, guys,
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: I have to ask you. Are you decorating more for
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: the holidays or less? Hell yale, I'm I'm lit up
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: up mine too. What what's your favorite holiday tradition? Steve
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: ig No? Fried oys and hot rolls? Oh, I don't
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: know him. Question. Let me ask you a question, Tommy,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: do you like eggna? I do I love? Okay, okay,
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: let me ask you questions. Do you like hot rolls? Yeah?
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Who don't? Okay, let me ask you another question. Do
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: you like fried oysters? I really like him grilled, but okay,
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: I like him fried. Now if I like fried oystris
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: and I like hot rolls and I like eggna? How
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: you can't see that together? But how did you bring
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: all that together? One day? Though? Because when my father
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: was living he had a tradition. When my brothers and
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: I grew up. He just wanted to see his sons
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: all together on Christmas morning. That's all. That was his guilt.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: Can my sons come and sit with me on Christmas morning?
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: So we all went by his house on Christmas morning.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: Every Christmas morning he fried oysters. Well, my mama know
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: I love egg now, so she might. And then my
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: mom would make some hot rolls with it, and you
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: put them fried on she's between that hot roll Oh okay,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: like a minute, that's a minute paper and there's some
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: eggnog with some nuting man on it. So, as my
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: sons have gotten older and all live away from home,
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: I started the tradition years ago. So all my sons
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: on Christmas morning, no matter where they are, they fly home.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: They come home, they sit with their daddy on Christmas morning,
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: have fried osters, eggnog and hot rolls. They like it.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: They're not crazy. Or two of them don't care for Eggno,
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: but you have to drink it though, or else. Chris,
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: you know or you ain't no, Harvey, give me my
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: damn name back? You know? Okay, okay, so what you
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: want to be you ain't nothing else? So Steve tell
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: us about the new tradition elf on the shelf. All
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: you know about that because they talked about it. Tommy
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: talked about it. Yeah you thought I would that house,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: Marjorie ds, I'm against it. But this year for the grandkids,
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: it's living with us. So and we'll be talking about
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: this alph on the shelf. We're just talking about alfh
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: on the shelf. You donna case some kids. Listen. I
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: think it's up there with Sona. Oh yeah, promise you
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: it ain't up there with Sunna. Take it from me.
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: The man ain't bought a damn thing. But I'm glad
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: you brought that up, Tommy. How conscientious of you? Yeah, man, Tommy,
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: what country you got this year? This year? You hear that, y'all?
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: What you normally have more than one Christmas tree? Too?
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: And last it all boy, not to I'm glad girl. No, No,
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: I have two big windows. That's why it just putting
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: up one would be crazy. You want to balance it?
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: I like, yeah, you know, esthetically, I'm putting all we
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: could have fall with one tree. Well, all we could
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: have fall was one tree. Timmy, ain't gotta put up
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: two trees. The tree so damn big. You can see
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: it in all the windows. There's so much pressure with
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: this sad. We started off with elfha the shelf, What happened?
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: How did it go? Left? Okay, wait to get some
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: money man, All right? Coming up more of today's trending
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: stories on the Steve Harvey Morning Show twenty minutes after

- 1:13:55Speaker 1: This past weekend was the closing ceremony of the Harvey
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: Foundation Virtual Mentoring Program. So congratulation, right, yeah, due to
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: the pandemic of yeah, but you know, we keep the
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: mentoring up even though it's a pandemic. This is the
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: third one we've done this year for young boys and
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: young men, young boys, really turning them into young men
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: between thirteen and eighteen years old. Really really rewarding thing.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: Though I don't thank all the volunteers to help us
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: pull it off. We've had another successful right before the holidays,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: our third one this year, and hopefully God willing, with
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: the vaccine on the horizon next year, we can be
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: back live and something else that I'm expecting to go
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: down a very unexpected blessing. I will be making an
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: announcement at the top of the year on behalf of
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: the foundation that is going to be absolutely glorious. Really,
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: I'm excited. All right. For more information, go to the
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: Harvey Foundation dot org. All right, that's what you do.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: We'll find out exactly what they do at the mentoring
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: camps and what do you do exactly? Tell us briefly, Oh,
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: the minory camps is all about dreams, visions and manhood.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: You know, just what real men really are. That they're respectful,
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: they obey the law, they go to church, they honor women,
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: they take care of their children, they're good law abiding citizens.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: And then well after that we teach them about a dream.
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: All right, all right, thank you, Steve. More of the

- 1:16:12Speaker 1: Marcus says, I've been married for four years, but I
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: think my wife had sex with a guy from my gym.
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: I was working out one morning and there were only
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: two other people in the gym. One of the guys
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: came over and said he recognized me from a picture
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: on social media. He asked if I knew a guy
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: named Bo. I told him that Bo is a relative.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: He said he messed around with Bow's sister a few
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: months ago, but he hasn't seen or talked to Bow lately. Well,
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Bo's sister is my wife. My wife denied everything, and
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: Bo wouldn't confirm or deny. Why I need answers? So

- 1:17:15Speaker 1: from a picture on social media. He recognized Marcus. Yes.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: He asked if I knew a guy named Bo. I
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: told him that Bo is a relative. He said he
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: messed around with Bo's sister a few months ago, but
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: he hasn't seen or talked to Bow lately. Well, Bo's
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: sister is my wife. My wife denied everything. Bow wouldn't
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: confirm or deny what happened, and I need answers, He said. Hold, hold, adults,
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: you let a dude come up to you in a

- 1:17:52Speaker 1: with his sister and he ain't seen him in a while.

- 1:20:17Speaker 1: We want to send them to Washington. Yeah, we want
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: to send them. You know, look, I know it's been
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: a challenging year for everybody on so many levels. I mean,
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: no one has escaped the difficulties of twenty twenty. And
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: when I tell you no one, I mean absolutely no one.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: I know some people who are financially set, who do
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: not have to work another day in their life. They
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: were deeply, deeply affected by it. I know a man
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: that has so much money, you would think, man, it
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: would be smooth. He lost two of his closest relatives
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: to COVID. He was devastated. His money couldn't save him
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: and it took him out. And I was talking to
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: this dude man and he actually became suicidal. And I'm
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: not saying I saved his life. Don't please, don't think
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: that for a minute anybody any life saving goals on
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: all of that credit goes to God Almighty. But he
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: pulled himself out of that dark place through the grace
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: and mercy of God. So what I'm saying is everybody
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: has had to deal with the challenges of twenty twenty.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: Some of us have had some great successes in twenty twenty.
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: But if you're listening to my voice, I want you
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: to understand something. You are one of those people who
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: has had a successful twenty twenty because let me tell
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: you something. In spite of all the challenges that you face,
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: and everything has happened to you, every crisis that you've
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: had to overcome, every moment of despair, every hardship, every loss,
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: every setback, every bit of bad news, have you thought
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: about the fact that you still here? Then? It has
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: it dawned on you yet that in spite of all
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: of this, Oh my god, I'm still here. How good
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: is that? Man? How good is that? And if you
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: are still here, let me remind you of one of
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: the factual reasons why you are still here. If you
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: are still here and you are listening to this message today,
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: it is because God is not through with you yet.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: The reason you wake up every day and you continue
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: to wake up is because God has something for you
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: that you have yet to receive. And if you start
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: living your life with the life of expectation, I'm telling
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: you you can attract those things to you. So as
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: difficult as it's being, stop for a moment with the
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: nay say stop for a moment with the feeling sorry
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: for yourself. Just pause for a moment with the list
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: of everything that has gone wrong and I can't wait
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: for twenty twenty to be over. Man, this has been
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: a rough year. Yes it has. All of that's true,
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: But just for a moment, I'm asking everybody to just pause,
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: stop for one second, gather yourself and write down the
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: things that has happened to you positive. Thus far, everybody
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: that's listening has received the gift called the present. And
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: the reason they call it the present is because it
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: is an ever present gift. It has a bow on it.
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: You are allowed to be in the moment call now,
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: And when you are in the moment, call now, guess
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: what that affords you. It gives you the hope of tomorrow.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: Oh man, I can't even tell you how special that is.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: So look, man, stop looking at your life in the negative.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: Stop looking at your life and everything that goes wrong
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: that has gone wrong, and take a moment in pause,
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: pull yourself together. Man, we all have a lot to
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: be thankful for. The more gratitude you show to God Almighty,
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: the more thankful you are to God Almighty, the more
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: things He'll give you to be thankful for. It is
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: the law of attraction which works, whether you acknowledge it,
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: believe in it, accept it, or give it any credence.
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: The law of attraction is real. I dare you to try.
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: I dare you today to stop complaining and make a
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: list of every thing that you have that you could
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: be grateful for presented to God in the form of gratitude,
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: and do that on a daily basis. And you ain't
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: got to wait. On twenty to twenty one. Your great
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: day can begin now, your great year can begin. Now.
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: Those are my closing in mark, Yes, sir, amen, let
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: it begin my thankful self today. I ain't got weight
