On January 25, 2024, Forward Air Corporation (NASDAQ: FWRD) announced that it completed its previously announced acquisition of Omni Logistics, LLC. Together, Forward & Omni create a category leader in LTL with a differentiated service offering, industry-leading team, & expanded geographic footprint.
