- 3:26Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:27Speaker 4: If you miss.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Yesterday's show, you need to go back and listen to
- 3:32Speaker 3: the podcast because what was a big story then has
- 3:35Speaker 3: now gone into a nuclear bomb today. Senter Chuck Grassley,
- 3:41Speaker 3: the Republican from Iowa, has now released one hundred and
- 3:45Speaker 3: ninety seven subpoenas that the Biden administration's FBI use to
- 3:51Speaker 3: seek testimony and documents related to hundreds of Republicans and
- 3:56Speaker 3: GOP entities as part of the bureaus. Arctic Frost pro
- 4:02Speaker 3: the prosecutor to former Special Council Jack Smith's election investigation,
- 4:07Speaker 3: which now is in essence a hit list, a target list,
- 4:11Speaker 3: a black book of influential conservatives and members of Congress
- 4:16Speaker 3: who they wanted to target. Arctic Frost was the vehicle
- 4:21Speaker 3: by which partisan FBI agents, Chuck Grassey said, and DOJ
- 4:26Speaker 3: prosecutors could improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus. I
- 4:33Speaker 3: want you to hear exactly what Chuck Grassey had to
- 4:36Speaker 3: say at this press conference. It is shocking, and now
- 4:40Speaker 3: we know just how corrupt the Democratic Party was under
- 4:44Speaker 3: the Biden administration.
- 4:46Speaker 5: A little bit of history before I get to what
- 4:48Speaker 5: we're releasing today. I started the investigation into Arctic Frost
- 4:55Speaker 5: July twenty twenty.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Two, based on whistleblower disclosures.
- 5:00Speaker 5: Based on these disclosures, we know that weaponized, taxpayer funded
- 5:05Speaker 5: agents and prosecutors advanced the investigation as Arctic Frost advanced
- 5:12Speaker 5: ninety two Republican organizations or individuals were targeted, not just Trump,
- 5:20Speaker 5: and they were added to its scope. And author of
- 5:24Speaker 5: that targeting list was Special Agent wash and Walter Jaredino.
- 5:30Speaker 5: He's the same weaponized agent who was involved in other
- 5:35Speaker 5: cases against Republicans, including Peter Navarro. We've learned Jack Smith
- 5:41Speaker 5: secretly obtained phone record data from at least eight.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Senators and one Congressman.
- 5:48Speaker 5: I've recently been informed by Verizon that at least eleven
- 5:52Speaker 5: members with Verizon accounts were affected. That includes a hardline
- 5:58Speaker 5: for Senator Cruz's office and a staffer cell phone for
- 6:02Speaker 5: former Senator Leffler.
- 6:04Speaker 4: At and T inform me.
- 6:07Speaker 5: They challenged the legal basis for Jack Smith's efforts and
- 6:12Speaker 5: Smith's back down. So today we're making public new records
- 6:18Speaker 5: that I've attained through legally protected whistleblower disclosures. One hundred
- 6:23Speaker 5: and ninety seven subpoenas were issued by Jack Smith and
- 6:27Speaker 5: his team. These subpoenas were issued to thirty four individuals.
- 6:33Speaker 6: And one hundred and sixty three businesses, including financial institutions,
- 6:39Speaker 6: and one of the points of contact on many of
- 6:42Speaker 6: these subpoenas.
- 6:43Speaker 5: Was that person I previously named, Special Agent Walter Geardino.
- 6:49Speaker 5: The subpoena requested records and communications related to over four
- 6:55Speaker 5: hundred and thirty individual and organizations, all of them appear
- 6:59Speaker 5: to be aimed at Republicans. A subpoena to Event Strategies
- 7:05Speaker 5: requested records relating to Turning Point USA and the Republican
- 7:11Speaker 5: Attorney General's Association. One subpoena to Apple sought records relating
- 7:17Speaker 5: to Trump and the January sixth prison choir. Earlier this year,
- 7:22Speaker 5: I obtained emails between and among J. P. Cooney, one
- 7:27Speaker 5: of Jack Smith's prosecutors. That email exchange was March twenty
- 7:32Speaker 5: twenty three about a partisan news article on January sixth,
- 7:38Speaker 5: and this is what Cooney said in the email. Can
- 7:41Speaker 5: we do some work to nail down Trump's role in this,
- 7:46Speaker 5: perhaps with the same process on Ed Henry's LLCT.
- 7:52Speaker 3: You look at what Chuck Grassley is talking about here,
- 7:55Speaker 3: and it's truly incredible. What he's describing is the Democratic
- 7:59Speaker 3: Party saying we are going to use our DOJ, the FBI,
- 8:03Speaker 3: thisa whoever, we need to open up investigations and then
- 8:07Speaker 3: go out and attack our political enemies. Now, this is
- 8:10Speaker 3: a direct contradictory statement of facts to what Smith had
- 8:16Speaker 3: said publicly this it was clearly a phishing expedition. Grassley
- 8:21Speaker 3: went on to say, standing alongside Grassley, center Ron Johnson,
- 8:25Speaker 3: he called the subpoenas nothing short of a Biden administration
- 8:29Speaker 3: enemies list. Take a Listen to Johnson in his own.
- 8:32Speaker 7: Words, I think it's important to note that the records
- 8:35Speaker 7: that we are now making public in the personal Transparency
- 8:39Speaker 7: were not obtained from the agency. They were obtained through
- 8:43Speaker 7: a whistleblower sorom. Our first point is we need more
- 8:47Speaker 7: whistle blowers. We need people men and women inside these
- 8:49Speaker 7: agencies who have integrity, who want to see the integrity
- 8:53Speaker 7: andre credibility of the Department Justice of the FBI. We
- 8:57Speaker 7: stored come forward because right now, I think for tail
- 9:00Speaker 7: Pan Bondy are overwhelmed by all the messages they're trying
- 9:03Speaker 7: to clean up. The agencies have been lost a lot
- 9:06Speaker 7: of personnel people simply couldn't serve the Trump administration. It's
- 9:10Speaker 7: hard to hire people because of all the lawfare, and
- 9:13Speaker 7: they're still partisan actors burrowed in trying to sabotage their efforts.
- 9:17Speaker 4: So we need whistleblowers.
- 9:18Speaker 7: The reason they come forward to Chairman Grassley is because
- 9:21Speaker 7: he's been such a champion of whistleblowers, So again I
- 9:24Speaker 7: thank him for that. What is revealed in those seventeen
- 9:26Speaker 7: hundred PAGs of documents, in those one hundred and ninety
- 9:29Speaker 7: seven subpoenas is nothing short of a Biden administration enemies list.
- 9:35Speaker 7: You know, I'm old enough to understand how toxic a
- 9:37Speaker 7: term that was under Richard Nixon. This is far worse,
- 9:41Speaker 7: far worse orders the magnitude worse. People need to understand
- 9:44Speaker 7: how politicized the Biden ministration turned all these agencies. And again,
- 9:49Speaker 7: the best way to describe President Biden's attitude his exact quotes.
- 9:53Speaker 7: We thought basically half America were domestic terrorists. In September
- 9:57Speaker 7: twenty twenty two, in front of Indpenn's Hall, he said
- 9:59Speaker 7: Donald Trump and the Magan Republicans represent an extremism that
- 10:03Speaker 7: threatens the very foundation of our republic. A year later,
- 10:06Speaker 7: in New York City, Donald Trump is mega Republicans are
- 10:09Speaker 7: determined to destroy American democracy. Now, nothing could be further
- 10:13Speaker 7: from the truth. That is a level of paranoia that's
- 10:16Speaker 7: actually astonishing. But the fact that thirty eight Wisconsinites are
- 10:20Speaker 7: on that enemy's list, I know most of those individuals.
- 10:24Speaker 7: They are god fearing, country loving law law, law enforcement
- 10:28Speaker 7: supporting people who want to see America succeed. The fact
- 10:32Speaker 7: that they are on a Biden administration enemies list, we're
- 10:36Speaker 7: targeted by that administration is outrageous. It should shock every
- 10:41Speaker 7: American And so I am calling on and I appreciate
- 10:44Speaker 7: all the members of the Juiciary Committee. We need to
- 10:46Speaker 7: get to the bottom of this. We need to do
- 10:48Speaker 7: everything we can to assist Director Patel and ag Bondie
- 10:53Speaker 7: in making sure that they have the staff to take
- 10:56Speaker 7: control of these agencies, that they're the heads of them.
- 10:58Speaker 7: I don't think they have the I think they're being
- 11:00Speaker 7: sabotaged within. But the American people need to understand exactly
- 11:04Speaker 7: what happened. And again I'm calling on members of the
- 11:06Speaker 7: Judiciary commit to help SENDI Grassing myself get to the
- 11:09Speaker 7: bottom of this so we can expose this so this
- 11:12Speaker 7: doesn't happen again in America.
- 11:14Speaker 4: This has to end.
- 11:15Speaker 3: You can hear Johnson there obviously very angry about what
- 11:19Speaker 3: he has witnessed and now the data that he has uncovered.
- 11:23Speaker 3: This is a massive abuse of power by the Biden administration,
- 11:27Speaker 3: and it attacked anyone they thought was their political enemy.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Johnson is not the only one that is furious about
- 11:34Speaker 3: what they are uncovering. There's also other members of Congress
- 11:38Speaker 3: who were spied upon, sitting members of Congress. One of
- 11:42Speaker 3: them was Senator Ted Kruz. And I want you to
- 11:44Speaker 3: hear what Senator Cruz said after he found out that
- 11:47Speaker 3: his office phone, in his actual office in the United
- 11:51Speaker 3: States Senate building was tapped. Why because he was a Conservative?
- 11:56Speaker 3: That was the crime. Take a listen.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Arctic from US is Joe Biden's Watergate Merrick Garland was
- 12:03Speaker 1: a fundamentally corrupt Attorney General. Jack Smith was a fundamentally
- 12:08Speaker 1: corrupt prosecutor. This was a political enemies list from the beginning,
- 12:14Speaker 1: one hundred and ninety seven subpoenas for four hundred and
- 12:18Speaker 1: thirty Republican entities and individuals. That is an absolute and
- 12:23Speaker 1: egregious abuse of power. The Biden Justice Department signed off
- 12:28Speaker 1: on issuing subpoenas for the phone records of at least
- 12:32Speaker 1: nine US senators, twenty percent of the Republicans in the
- 12:37Speaker 1: United States Senate where the target of this fishing expedition.
- 12:41Speaker 1: They did so in complete contravention of the Constitution of
- 12:46Speaker 1: separation of powers of the Speech and Debate clause of
- 12:50Speaker 1: free speech of basic rights of privacy. This is an
- 12:54Speaker 1: executive who believes it is justified spying on their opponents
- 12:58Speaker 1: in the legislature because they convinced themselves the ends justify
- 13:03Speaker 1: the means. I want to talk to you about one
- 13:05Speaker 1: of those subpoenas. One of those subpoenas went from Jack
- 13:07Speaker 1: Smith to AT and T seeking my cell phone communications.
- 13:12Speaker 1: It went to AT and T, and I actually want
- 13:13Speaker 1: to commend AT and T for doing the right thing.
- 13:16Speaker 4: AT and T is based in Texas.
- 13:18Speaker 1: AT and T looked at that subpoena, and they went
- 13:20Speaker 1: to their legal council and they said, what should we
- 13:23Speaker 1: do with that subpoena? And their legal council said, you
- 13:26Speaker 1: cannot comply because this is protected by the Speech and
- 13:28Speaker 1: Debate clause of the US Constitution. And so AT and
- 13:32Speaker 1: T declined to comply. Did not hand over my cell
- 13:35Speaker 1: phone records. Now, one might ask, ordinarily a phone company
- 13:39Speaker 1: being asked to hand over the phone records of a
- 13:43Speaker 1: sitting senator would notify that senator. Well, there was a
- 13:46Speaker 1: reason AT and T did not do so. Accompanying the
- 13:49Speaker 1: subpoena was an order which I have in my hand
- 13:52Speaker 1: right here an order that was signed by Judge James E.
- 13:56Speaker 4: Bosberg. Now, who is Bosburg?
- 13:58Speaker 1: Boseburg is that radical left disjudge who is out of control,
- 14:02Speaker 1: who has been issuing nationwide injunctions one after the other,
- 14:06Speaker 1: trying to stop President Trump from carrying out his mandate
- 14:09Speaker 1: from the voters. Judge Boseburg issued an order to the
- 14:12Speaker 1: US to AT and T and sign that order prohibiting
- 14:15Speaker 1: AT and T from informing me of this subpoena for
- 14:19Speaker 1: at least one year. And Judge Boseburg gave the basis
- 14:22Speaker 1: for that order. And I'm going to quote from the
- 14:24Speaker 1: order Judge Boseburg signed. The Court finds reasonable grounds to
- 14:29Speaker 1: believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or
- 14:34Speaker 1: tampering with evidence, intimidation of potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy
- 14:40Speaker 1: to the investigation. That's an order a judge sign. Now,
- 14:42Speaker 1: I can tell you right now there is precisely zero
- 14:46Speaker 1: evidence to conclude that I am likely to destroy or
- 14:51Speaker 1: tamper with evidence or to intimidate potential witnesses, zero evidentiary
- 14:55Speaker 1: basis for that. This order is an abusive power. This
- 15:00Speaker 1: order is a weaponized legal system.
- 15:03Speaker 4: My assumption.
- 15:04Speaker 1: We don't have the subpoenas that were issued for the
- 15:06Speaker 1: other senators, but my assumption is Judge Boseburg printed these
- 15:10Speaker 1: things out like the placemats at Denny's, one after the other.
- 15:14Speaker 1: We don't know that for a fact, but I feel
- 15:16Speaker 1: confident that he concluded it's likely that Lindsey Graham would
- 15:19Speaker 1: destroy evidence, and Marshall Blackburn would destroy evidence, and Eric
- 15:23Speaker 1: Schmidt would destroy evidence, and Chuck Grassley would destroy evidence.
- 15:26Speaker 1: If a litigant makes a claim for which there is
- 15:29Speaker 1: no factual basis, that litigant is subject to sanctions in
- 15:32Speaker 1: federal court. And if a judge signs an order reaching
- 15:36Speaker 1: a factual conclusion for which there is zero evidence whatsoever,
- 15:39Speaker 1: that judge is abusing his power. I am right now
- 15:42Speaker 1: calling on the House of Representatives to impeach Judge Bozburg.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Judge Bosburg put his robe down, stood up, and said,
- 15:49Speaker 1: sign me up to be part of the partisan vendetta
- 15:53Speaker 1: against twenty percent of the Republicans in the Senate. That
- 15:56Speaker 1: is a dereliction of duty and a violation of the
- 15:59Speaker 1: judicial And I want to thank Chairman Grassley and Chairman
- 16:02Speaker 1: Johnson for pursuing this tenaciously like a dog on a bone.
- 16:07Speaker 1: We are going to get the answers of every person
- 16:09Speaker 1: who signed off on this abuse of power, and mark
- 16:12Speaker 1: my words, there will be accountability for these zelots who
- 16:16Speaker 1: wanted to corrupt the Department of Justice and corrupt the
- 16:20Speaker 1: judiciary in order to try to attack their enemies list.
- 16:24Speaker 1: That is unconstitutional, it is ibmoral, and it is wrong.
- 16:28Speaker 3: This is Biden's Watergate. I could not agree more with
- 16:31Speaker 3: Senator Cruz when he said that earlier. I couldn't agree
- 16:33Speaker 3: more with Senator Ron Johnson when he called the subpoenas
- 16:35Speaker 3: nothing short of Biden's administration's enemies list. These subpoenas were
- 16:41Speaker 3: non public for a reason. These subpoenas were confidential grand
- 16:45Speaker 3: jury material that Grassy said he obtained through whistle blower disclosures.
- 16:49Speaker 3: They were trying to hide this from the current administration.
- 16:53Speaker 3: The subpoenas sought certain communications with media companies as well.
- 16:57Speaker 3: We've now learned that those media companies and could Fox
- 17:00Speaker 3: News Channel, CBS, Sinclair, Newsmax, and with members of aids
- 17:06Speaker 3: in Congress also being put under the well fishing expedition.
- 17:11Speaker 3: We also know they saw it sweeping financial information from
- 17:15Speaker 3: conservative entities as well, those conservative entities. They wanted to
- 17:20Speaker 3: use the federal governments to silence them, to shut them down.
- 17:24Speaker 3: This was literally an enemy's list, and it was all
- 17:28Speaker 3: disguised by the Democratic Party in quiet, privately to make
- 17:33Speaker 3: sure that you and I never found it. It was
- 17:36Speaker 3: also designed to make sure that people like Senator Cruz
- 17:39Speaker 3: could not stop it when it was happening. And why
- 17:44Speaker 3: did they not want them to know about it? Why
- 17:46Speaker 3: did they lie and say that while these senators who
- 17:49Speaker 3: they were spying on could not be trusted, that they
- 17:51Speaker 3: might try to intimidate witnesses with no evidence to back
- 17:55Speaker 3: that up. Because they knew if these senators found out
- 17:58Speaker 3: about this, they would have the eagle grounds to stop
- 18:01Speaker 3: the Biden administration immediately. And that is exactly why they said, Okay,
- 18:07Speaker 3: we are done. We will do it in silence, we
- 18:09Speaker 3: will do it quietly. And they were betting on winning
- 18:12Speaker 3: the next election so they'd never be held accountable for
- 18:15Speaker 3: what they just did. And the massive abuse of power
- 18:18Speaker 3: that they were in charge of. This was not legal
- 18:22Speaker 3: in any way. This was corruption in every way, and
- 18:26Speaker 3: now Donald Trump's administration has exposed it because of great
- 18:31Speaker 3: men and women who have risked their careers as whistle
- 18:34Speaker 3: blowers trusting the system. One of the things you heard
- 18:38Speaker 3: there at the very beginning was sender, Grassley and Johnson
- 18:41Speaker 3: talking about we need more whistle blowers to come forward,
- 18:45Speaker 3: and whistle blowers that are witnessing now the protections they're
- 18:48Speaker 3: receiving from the Trump administration are probably a thousand times
- 18:53Speaker 3: more likely to come forward than they would have during
- 18:55Speaker 3: the Biden era when they could clearly see just how
- 18:58Speaker 3: corrupt they were as a administration. One final thing about this,
- 19:04Speaker 3: I expect there is going to be even more bombshells
- 19:07Speaker 3: to come forward, more corruption that will be unearthed. And
- 19:12Speaker 3: as all of this corruption continues to be exposed, the
- 19:16Speaker 3: question now is who will be held accountable for it.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Will keep you updated on that, I can promise you.
