Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Judge Juan Merchant holding Donald Trump in contempt yet again
- 0:06Speaker 1: for violating his gag order. And now the New York
- 0:11Speaker 1: County judge is now giving a major warning to the President,
- 0:15Speaker 1: telling him that after he has violated his gag order
- 0:18Speaker 1: again during the trial, the next time, well, I'm going
- 0:22Speaker 1: to put you in jail. Yeah, jail time for any
- 0:26Speaker 1: further infractions. Take a listen to this from Fox News
- 0:31Speaker 1: where Annie McCarthy said putting Donald Trump in jail would
- 0:34Speaker 1: be the worst decision ever for the Democratic Party.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Abana Seawan now indicating that he's going to find Donald
- 0:41Speaker 2: Trump in contempt for the tenth time. He's recognizing fairly
- 0:44Speaker 2: quickly that when you slap one thousand dollars fines on
- 0:47Speaker 2: a billionaire, you're not necessarily going to get him to
- 0:49Speaker 2: change his ways or his comments or what he says
- 0:52Speaker 2: in public or otherwise. But he said, this is the
- 0:55Speaker 2: judge now that he would consider jail up there for
- 0:59Speaker 2: further violations to that extent prosecutors have urged him to
- 1:03Speaker 2: do so.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Will that likely happen?
- 1:05Speaker 2: Let's go to Andy McCarthy on that former assistant US attorney.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Fox News contributed that would be a big lead but
- 1:11Speaker 2: what do you think, Andy.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Well, I think it'd be politically disastrous for Democrats to
- 1:17Speaker 4: have Donald Trump be put in jail over this. I
- 1:22Speaker 4: think it would just cause more scrutiny for this case,
- 1:25Speaker 4: which is very politicized.
- 1:26Speaker 5: I don't see how that helps them politically.
- 1:31Speaker 4: So I think the judges backing himself into a bad
- 1:36Speaker 4: corner by continuing to draw a line in the sand
- 1:39Speaker 4: that I think he really doesn't want to.
- 1:41Speaker 5: Cross with these struts of incarceration.
- 1:46Speaker 2: You're the legal legal I'm not, as they've often told you.
- 1:48Speaker 2: I've watched a lot of law shows, so.
- 1:50Speaker 3: I think I qualify.
- 1:51Speaker 2: But the one thing that struck me, couldn't the judge
- 1:54Speaker 2: make this easier on himself and everybody else if he
- 1:56Speaker 2: just said the standards i'm applying to you, Donald Trump,
- 2:00Speaker 2: I will apply now to Michael Cohen.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Well, there's less law for the proposition that you can
- 2:08Speaker 4: you can stifle a witness than a party. But you're
- 2:11Speaker 4: quite right that you know there's there's what the law
- 2:14Speaker 4: exactly says, and that there's what the judge could do
- 2:17Speaker 4: if the judge really wants, If the judge made it
- 2:19Speaker 4: clear to prosecutors that he wants their witness to stop
- 2:23Speaker 4: talking about Trump.
- 2:24Speaker 5: They're talking about the case, they would that would happen quickly.
- 2:29Speaker 4: He's not doing that on the rationalization that Trump is
- 2:33Speaker 4: the only one who's on trial.
- 2:35Speaker 5: But the thing is, Neil, If what he's saying.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Is that he's trying to shield the proceedings from, you know,
- 2:42Speaker 4: heightened publicity and other potential things that could undermine the proceedings,
- 2:47Speaker 4: it really doesn't matter which participant in the trial is
- 2:51Speaker 4: doing the talking, whether it's Trump or somebody else, that
- 2:54Speaker 4: still generates what the what the judge says he's trying
- 2:57Speaker 4: to shield the jury and the rest of the pro
- 3:00Speaker 4: says from So I think it's a disingenuous argument. My
- 3:03Speaker 4: own view of it, for what it's worth, is that
- 3:06Speaker 4: he doesn't the judge doesn't want Trump talking about the
- 3:09Speaker 4: fact that the judge's daughter is a political operative for
- 3:13Speaker 4: the Democrats who gets a lot of money working for
- 3:16Speaker 4: people who define themselves by.
- 3:19Speaker 5: How much they loath Trump.
- 3:20Speaker 4: I think that's problematic for the judge and he doesn't
- 3:23Speaker 4: want Trump talking about it. So he's pretextually saying that
- 3:26Speaker 4: Trump is threatening witnesses, which Trump isn't doing, so that
- 3:30Speaker 4: he has an excuse to tamp down that line of
- 3:34Speaker 4: argument by Trump.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You listen to what he had to say there, and
- 3:39Speaker 1: I think the point that is the takeaway is if
- 3:43Speaker 1: you're a judge, are you really going to lock up
- 3:47Speaker 1: the front runner for the presidency of the United States
- 3:49Speaker 1: of America over the most egregious court case we have
- 3:54Speaker 1: seen in modern political history?
- 3:57Speaker 3: Number one? And number two?
- 3:59Speaker 1: Are you going to do it to the guy who's
- 4:01Speaker 1: a former president just on that alone? And then the
- 4:05Speaker 1: front runner, which is clear election interference? That's the question
- 4:11Speaker 1: everyone should be asking. Want to talk to you, though,
- 4:14Speaker 1: real quick about something else, and that's inflation. Inflation is skyrocketing.
- 4:19Speaker 1: It is well above the Fed's target rate. Consumer prices
- 4:23Speaker 1: of skyrocketed year over year over year, and if you
- 4:26Speaker 1: look at what it costs to live now compared to
- 4:28Speaker 1: what it costs just four years ago, you know you
- 4:31Speaker 1: need an extra twenty two thousand dollars on average per
- 4:34Speaker 1: family just to keep up with where you were four
- 4:37Speaker 1: years ago. Now, what does that mean for your retirement?
- 4:40Speaker 1: It means you need more money now to retire than
- 4:43Speaker 1: ever before. And that is where gold and silver come in.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Gold and silver have historically been good hedges against inflation.
- 4:50Speaker 1: That's why we're seeing gold right now continuing to hit
- 4:53Speaker 1: record highs. It's a great way to protect your hard
- 4:56Speaker 1: earned retirement dollars. Now, there are a lot gold comies
- 5:00Speaker 1: out there. Many of them will tell you to put
- 5:02Speaker 1: all your money in gold and silver. That is not diversification,
- 5:05Speaker 1: and they'll never tell you to do that at Freedom
- 5:08Speaker 1: Goold USA. The other thing is there's a lot of
- 5:10Speaker 1: companies that charge insane commission, so when you go to
- 5:13Speaker 1: buy gold, you're already upside down significantly. When you actually
- 5:18Speaker 1: get that gold, well, guess what, Freedom Goold USA. They

- 5:50Speaker 1: eight four to three is their number. One eight hundred

- 6:08Speaker 1: saying there, it'd be politically disastrous for Dems if the
- 6:11Speaker 1: judge ordered Trump to be in jail. I do believe
- 6:15Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is showing just how egregious this is.
- 6:19Speaker 1: And look, they were finding Trump one thousand dollars for
- 6:21Speaker 1: a single violation. He previously fined Trump for nine violations.
- 6:26Speaker 1: That's nine grand Trump then had another quote violation the
- 6:30Speaker 1: judge's the judge's mind right for a tenth contempt defense
- 6:35Speaker 1: occurred before the last order.
- 6:37Speaker 3: And not afterwards.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Trump did not push the boundaries after the first gag
- 6:42Speaker 1: order ruling. Just so you know, quote, this court will
- 6:45Speaker 1: have to consider a jail sanction, is what the judge
- 6:49Speaker 1: said the court and quote, at the end of the day,
- 6:51Speaker 1: I have a job to do. Part of that job
- 6:53Speaker 1: is protect the dignity of the justice system. The violation
- 6:57Speaker 1: is a direct attack on the rule of law, and
- 6:58Speaker 1: I cannot allow that to continue, he added. According to
- 7:01Speaker 1: the court reporters, now, the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg
- 7:05Speaker 1: alleged Trump committed four violations, including comments about Michael Cohen,
- 7:09Speaker 1: a guy that is a convicted If I'm not mistaken,
- 7:12Speaker 1: it's a felon, right convicted felon, and he can say
- 7:16Speaker 1: and go on TV and on his podcast and say
- 7:18Speaker 1: whatever he wants to say. Also, David Pecker, the former
- 7:21Speaker 1: publisher of the National Inquirer, these are things that they're
- 7:26Speaker 1: able to talk and Trump's not. And the prosecutors allege
- 7:30Speaker 1: a speech directed towards witnesses was a violation of the
- 7:34Speaker 1: original gag order quote. I think it's a political hoax,
- 7:37Speaker 1: Trump told reporters before entering the courtroom today.
- 7:41Speaker 3: It's election interference.
- 7:42Speaker 1: This is a ridiculous situation, not fair, not fair, but
- 7:45Speaker 1: we will fight.
- 7:47Speaker 3: I just want to be very clear.
- 7:49Speaker 1: I think if they put Donald Trump in jail, it
- 7:52Speaker 1: will be the biggest backfire in modern political history.
- 7:55Speaker 3: I really, really, really do believe that.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Now the gag order is to prevent Trump from making
- 8:01Speaker 1: public comments about witnesses participating in the trial. The problem is,
- 8:06Speaker 1: the main witness is a guy who's his former lawyer
- 8:09Speaker 1: and a guy who's out there making a living off
- 8:11Speaker 1: of trashing Donald Trump. Should he be able to respond, Yes,
- 8:15Speaker 1: There's also another reason why Donald Trump should be able
- 8:17Speaker 1: to speak and not be silenced by the court. He's
- 8:20Speaker 1: running for president of the United States of America, and
- 8:23Speaker 1: part of running for office is having the ability to
- 8:25Speaker 1: defend yourself when people are coming after you. It is
- 8:30Speaker 1: incredibly unfair and clearly it is election interference to tell
- 8:35Speaker 1: a former president and the front runner for the presidency
- 8:39Speaker 1: yet again, that they can't respond to people that are
- 8:43Speaker 1: attacking him, and it will alter and change the election
- 8:47Speaker 1: in a major way.
- 8:48Speaker 3: That's just the reality here.
- 8:51Speaker 1: I want to play for you real quick what Donald
- 8:53Speaker 1: Trump said before he walked into the courthouse. And the
- 8:57Speaker 1: reason why is because there's two two points here. One
- 9:01Speaker 1: yay talks about the fact that this judge has found
- 9:05Speaker 1: him in contempt for the tenth time. It's ten thousand
- 9:08Speaker 1: dollars total and fines a thousand freach charge, and now
- 9:12Speaker 1: the judge saying, hey, I'm gonna put you in jail,
- 9:13Speaker 1: and I want you to listen to Trump and how
- 9:15Speaker 1: he responds that first off. But the second thing I
- 9:17Speaker 1: want you to notice is how quickly he pivots and
- 9:20Speaker 1: goes back to the issues. For example, the Columbia University
- 9:24Speaker 1: just canceled their commencement, and he says that shouldn't have
- 9:27Speaker 1: happened like this is unfair to the students, all because
- 9:30Speaker 1: the radical extremists on the left. And there's a focus
- 9:33Speaker 1: part here that I love about Trump, Like, yes, he's
- 9:36Speaker 1: being clearly there's election interference going on, like that is
- 9:40Speaker 1: so clear, but he's still staying focused on the issues
- 9:44Speaker 1: for the American people at the very same time. Take
- 9:47Speaker 1: a listen to Trump as he's walking into the court.
- 9:53Speaker 6: The first question, as you know, they've taken away my
- 9:57Speaker 6: constitutional right, so I'm not allowed to answer to that question.
- 10:00Speaker 6: This has never happened in this country before. It's a
- 10:03Speaker 6: ridiculous thing. It's a ridiculous case.
- 10:05Speaker 5: I did nothing.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Wrong, absolutely nothing wrong.
- 10:08Speaker 6: I take a look at great Jared this morning he
- 10:11Speaker 6: went on, take a look at Andrew McCarthy or Jonathan
- 10:14Speaker 6: Journally or Barca who. It's like they say there's an
- 10:19Speaker 6: ocase here, and yet the judges gagged me and I'm
- 10:22Speaker 6: not allowed to talk about.
- 10:23Speaker 5: I guess his total conflict.
- 10:27Speaker 7: The judge is totally confidict It could be conflicted, and
- 10:31Speaker 7: you want to take a look at it, and I'm
- 10:33Speaker 7: not supposed to be talking about it, but I am
- 10:36Speaker 7: allowed to say that the judges a conflict that like
- 10:39Speaker 7: nobody's ever happy.
- 10:40Speaker 3: For you ought to take a look at it.
- 10:42Speaker 7: He's taken away my constitutional right to speak.
- 10:46Speaker 3: I was in Miami this weekend and reporters are.
- 10:49Speaker 7: Asking me questions the same questions like you're asking me,
- 10:52Speaker 7: and I have to say I have a gaggle or
- 10:53Speaker 7: I can't speak about it.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Never happened before or ever.
- 10:57Speaker 5: Number one. Number two, it's a fake trial. They have
- 11:00Speaker 5: no case.
- 11:01Speaker 3: And it's been absolutely proven now that.
- 11:04Speaker 5: No case whatsoever.
- 11:06Speaker 7: This is Alvin Bragg doing it for political reasons for Biden.
- 11:10Speaker 5: This is a bike trial. He's a crooked president.
- 11:14Speaker 6: Now, it just came out Columbia just canceled their commensal axioms.
- 11:18Speaker 6: Columbia just canceled their commensal. That shouldn't happen. And it
- 11:22Speaker 6: also came out that the.
- 11:26Speaker 7: Protesters, many of the protesters are backed by Biden's donors.
- 11:33Speaker 8: Okay, are you listening Israel? I Hope you're listening Israel,
- 11:36Speaker 8: Hope you're getting smart. But they're back by Biden donors.
- 11:40Speaker 8: That's where the money's coming from. And I'm not surprised
- 11:43Speaker 8: at all.
- 11:43Speaker 9: There's many other articles, many of them having to do
- 11:46Speaker 9: with the gag order, the unconstitutionality having to do with
- 11:50Speaker 9: the gag order, and it is unconstitutional and it shouldn't
- 11:54Speaker 9: be allowed. And I wish people could proved a little bit.
- 11:57Speaker 7: Quicker the knowelling courts, because the whole world is watching you,
- 12:01Speaker 7: so they see what's happening.
- 12:03Speaker 6: More importantly, frankly, they have no case. They have absolutely
- 12:07Speaker 6: no case. It's a political.
- 12:09Speaker 7: Hopes and selection interference anything they can do, and even
- 12:13Speaker 7: the witnesses they want to bring up, they have nothing
- 12:15Speaker 7: to do with the case. This is a ridiculous situation,
- 12:19Speaker 7: not fair, not fair.
- 12:22Speaker 3: But we will fight, thank you, but we will fight.
- 12:25Speaker 1: You can hear the President going back to that and saying, look,
- 12:27Speaker 1: we still have business here that we got to deal with.
- 12:29Speaker 1: We still have a country in essence to save, and
- 12:33Speaker 1: so I'm going to tell you what's going on, but
- 12:35Speaker 1: I'm also going to move on now. All of this
- 12:37Speaker 1: is happening, by the way, right now, while there's something
- 12:39Speaker 1: else that the Democrats are going to have to deal with,
- 12:43Speaker 1: this reality. The judge and brag and everyone involved in
- 12:48Speaker 1: this case. They say there's nothing political here, right, They're lying,
- 12:52Speaker 1: And I think most Americans have figured that out, Like
- 12:54Speaker 1: they're lying, that's number one. But if you're gonna hold
- 12:59Speaker 1: the line that this is real and something that was
- 13:02Speaker 1: supposed to happen and it was something that we needed
- 13:05Speaker 1: to happen. If that's the line, then don't you have
- 13:10Speaker 1: to put Trump in jail if he violates it yet again,
- 13:14Speaker 1: which I have no doubt he's going to, and then
- 13:18Speaker 1: you got to stick by that. But then there's Democrats
- 13:20Speaker 1: that are going to say, wow, no, no, no, just find
- 13:22Speaker 1: him again, right, just just just find him again. Don't
- 13:27Speaker 1: put him in jail because that will be the biggest
- 13:29Speaker 1: backfire we've ever seen. So if you don't put Trump
- 13:33Speaker 1: in jail at this point, then it doesn't that speak
- 13:37Speaker 1: to just how political this whole entire witch hunt actually is.
- 13:42Speaker 1: That you are willing to arrest him, you're willing to
- 13:44Speaker 1: try to ruin his life, You're you're willing to go
- 13:47Speaker 1: to trial over charges that Alvin Bragg said he would
- 13:51Speaker 1: bring if he gets elected and is raising money off
- 13:54Speaker 1: of that. The federal government wouldn't even take the case
- 13:57Speaker 1: because they said that there was no evidence in a
- 13:59Speaker 1: crime committed here. And then you do this the way
- 14:03Speaker 1: that they did it in court basically the second go
- 14:07Speaker 1: round so it's not federal charges, and they say, oh.
- 14:09Speaker 3: This isn't political.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Okay, if it's not political, then you got to put
- 14:12Speaker 1: Trump in jail. And if you don't put him in jail,
- 14:15Speaker 1: and you keep finding him a thousand dollars over and
- 14:17Speaker 1: over and over and over again, then you are admitting
- 14:20Speaker 1: by not putting him in jail, that this is in
- 14:22Speaker 1: fact political because you're you're afraid that if you put
- 14:25Speaker 1: him in jail, that it's going to affect the outcome
- 14:28Speaker 1: of the election. Like if you want to see and
- 14:31Speaker 1: they know this, this judge knows this. Alvin Bragg has
- 14:34Speaker 1: to know this if you actually locked up. Can you
- 14:37Speaker 1: imagine seeing a former president of the United States of
- 14:41Speaker 1: America and you want to talk about election interference putting
- 14:44Speaker 1: him in jail?
- 14:46Speaker 3: Donald Trump in jail.
- 14:48Speaker 1: There's been word that's been coming out that Donald Trump
- 14:50Speaker 1: or the Secret Service are now planning for actual contingencies
- 14:54Speaker 1: how they would keep a former president safe while in prison.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Like while in prison and what does that look like?
- 15:03Speaker 1: You can't put him with the rest of the prison population.
- 15:06Speaker 1: You're gonna have to completely isolate him from everybody else
- 15:09Speaker 1: because your job is to keep the president safe. So
- 15:13Speaker 1: what does it look like if you do this, and
- 15:16Speaker 1: if you do it, the President the Secret Service are
- 15:19Speaker 1: going to have to be involved in every step of this.
- 15:21Speaker 1: It's not like you just say I'm putting you in
- 15:23Speaker 1: jail and then you walk out the baylists grab you
- 15:25Speaker 1: and they take you back behind the court.
- 15:28Speaker 3: It didn't work that way.
- 15:30Speaker 1: But if you want to see American patriots get angry,
- 15:34Speaker 1: put Donald Trump in jail. And if you don't do it,
- 15:37Speaker 1: and he does quote cross the line again and then
- 15:40Speaker 1: you purposely don't put him in jail after you make
- 15:43Speaker 1: this threat, then it goes back again to proving the
- 15:46Speaker 1: point this is all political from the very beginning. They're
- 15:49Speaker 1: what they're wanting to do, and what they're trying to
- 15:51Speaker 1: do is put Donald Trump in a court room so
- 15:54Speaker 1: that Donald Trump can't go out in campaign. Okay, Like
- 15:58Speaker 1: that's the whole ball game here, and they know it,
- 16:02Speaker 1: and Trump knows it. And by the way, Donald Trump
- 16:04Speaker 1: is also called for the arrest of Jack Smith, the
- 16:06Speaker 1: special prosecutor, after prosecutors admit to misleading a judge on
- 16:12Speaker 1: evidence that they tampered with There were several revelations last
- 16:17Speaker 1: week that the special counsel Jack Smith's team had mishandled
- 16:21Speaker 1: evidence in the trial of former President Trump over his
- 16:24Speaker 1: allegedly criminal mismanagement of classified documents. Trump then went on
- 16:29Speaker 1: social media to demand the case against him be dropped
- 16:31Speaker 1: and that Smith himself be prosecuted instead, saying, quote, it
- 16:35Speaker 1: has always been clear that the document's case is nothing
- 16:38Speaker 1: but an election interference scam concocted by crooked Joe Biden
- 16:44Speaker 1: and deranged Jack Smith and their hacks and thugs.
- 16:47Speaker 3: That's what he said.
- 16:48Speaker 1: On Friday, he said, now derange Jack Smith has had
- 16:51Speaker 1: to admit in a filing in front of Judge Cannon
- 16:54Speaker 1: to what I've been saying happened since the illegal raid
- 16:57Speaker 1: on my home at Marlago, that he and his team
- 17:01Speaker 1: committed blatant evidence tampering by mishandling the very boxes they
- 17:05Speaker 1: used as a pretext to bring this fake case. These
- 17:10Speaker 1: deeply illegal actions by the politicized prosecutors mandate that this
- 17:15Speaker 1: whole witch hunt be dropped immediately. He added in the
- 17:18Speaker 1: box's hoaxes MAGA twenty twenty four.
- 17:22Speaker 3: He then put at the end of that.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Post on true Social Hours later, Trump returned a true
- 17:28Speaker 1: Social account to demand that Smith be quote arrested, saying
- 17:33Speaker 1: arrest arrange Jack Smith, he is a criminal based on
- 17:37Speaker 1: the fact that there was evidence tampering going on as
- 17:40Speaker 1: a pretext to getting in.
- 17:42Speaker 3: And having a raid at Marlago again.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I hope they put Trump in jail. I mean that
- 17:49Speaker 1: because I think the world will. I think the United
- 17:52Speaker 1: States America will stand up and say this is out
- 17:55Speaker 1: of control radicalism by the extreme left. This is a weapon,
- 17:59Speaker 1: is a the politicalization of the Justice Department, and people
- 18:03Speaker 1: will say that is a step too far. And by
- 18:05Speaker 1: the way, that's exactly why I think this judge won't
- 18:08Speaker 1: do it. He can threaten it all he once, but
- 18:11Speaker 1: this is why I think he won't actually do it.
- 18:16Speaker 1: I want to pivot to what's going on in Israel
- 18:19Speaker 1: as well, real quick, because it's really important that you know,
- 18:22Speaker 1: and there is a pr stunt that is unfolding before
- 18:26Speaker 1: our very eyes. Hamas has agreed they claim to a
- 18:31Speaker 1: ceasefire proposal from Egypt and Katar. Now we have heard
- 18:35Speaker 1: nothing official from the Israeli government. Is what the media
- 18:39Speaker 1: initially says about this, claiming that now if Israel doesn't
- 18:43Speaker 1: agree to the terms that were put together from Egypt
- 18:46Speaker 1: and Qatar, that they're somehow now the aggressor, and this
- 18:50Speaker 1: is a pr stunt. I want you to listen to
- 18:52Speaker 1: how the Cut News cover this instantly. They took the
- 18:55Speaker 1: bait from Hamas, they took the bait for the terrorists,
- 18:58Speaker 1: and they ran with it on National TV.
- 19:00Speaker 10: That's a proposal that has now been on the table
- 19:04Speaker 10: for more than a week, a proposal that the US
- 19:09Speaker 10: has been urging Hamas to take. Now, our understanding of
- 19:13Speaker 10: the most recent iteration of this proposal is that Hamas
- 19:17Speaker 10: would agree to the release of thirty three hostages from
- 19:21Speaker 10: the so called humanitarian category, so that is women, it
- 19:25Speaker 10: is children, it is the elderly, it is people with
- 19:28Speaker 10: serious medical conditions, and in return, Israel would agree to
- 19:33Speaker 10: a forty day ceasefire and the release of potentially thousands
- 19:38Speaker 10: of Palestinian prisoners. Now we should stress us at this point,
- 19:41Speaker 10: all we have is this statement from the political wing
- 19:45Speaker 10: of Hamas. We do not have the detail of what
- 19:48Speaker 10: exactly it is that they have agreed to. And there
- 19:52Speaker 10: has been pretty frenetic diplomacy over the weekends involving CIA
- 19:57Speaker 10: director Bill Burns, who has been chrisp crossing the Middle East,
- 20:01Speaker 10: starting in Egypt, flying to Katar coming here to Israel,
- 20:04Speaker 10: so it is possible that the framework of that deal
- 20:08Speaker 10: has changed over the weekends. It is also worth saying
- 20:12Speaker 10: that these deals are often structured in terms of first
- 20:15Speaker 10: and agreement on a broad framework and then hammering out
- 20:19Speaker 10: of the details. And as we know, Chris, the devil
- 20:22Speaker 10: is often in the detail.
- 20:24Speaker 5: But there is positive indication.
- 20:28Speaker 10: For the first time since that last ceasefire deal, which
- 20:31Speaker 10: lasted only a week collapsed on December one last year,
- 20:36Speaker 10: this is the first time that we have heard from
- 20:39Speaker 10: Hamas that they are prepared to accept a ceasefire proposal.
- 20:45Speaker 10: Now we have heard nothing officially from the Israeli government.
- 20:48Speaker 10: Israel is certainly aware of this statement from Hamas, they
- 20:53Speaker 10: are studying it, but we have not heard yet from
- 20:56Speaker 10: Prime Minister net Yahu or from Israeli official. But this
- 21:01Speaker 10: is a potentially potentially positive sign after these many, many
- 21:07Speaker 10: months of bloodshed in Gaza, and these many many painful
- 21:11Speaker 10: months of the hostages staying in Amas captivity.
- 21:15Speaker 3: All right, so let's be queer what the media is
- 21:18Speaker 3: doing there.
- 21:18Speaker 1: They're telling you that this is a deal that Israel
- 21:22Speaker 1: should take, while admitting they have no idea what's in
- 21:25Speaker 1: the deal. Did you notice that, like, oh, well, this
- 21:29Speaker 1: is a big deal, and we've got terrorists that are
- 21:31Speaker 1: agreeing to a new deal after they're the ones that
- 21:34Speaker 1: broke the ceasefire agreement last time, and this is like,
- 21:39Speaker 1: we're very excited about this, and this is something that
- 21:42Speaker 1: they need to do. What's in the deal, we don't know,
- 21:46Speaker 1: but they should agree to it. Israel shouldn't agree to anything,
- 21:48Speaker 1: especially they don't know what's in the damn deal. Tom Cotton,
- 21:51Speaker 1: by the way, coming out after amasays has agreed to
- 21:54Speaker 1: a ceasefire deal that makes no mention to the hostages,
- 21:58Speaker 1: because about thirty minutes after that MSNBC report, it came
- 22:01Speaker 1: out that there was no mention of releasing hostages in
- 22:04Speaker 1: this deal. I want you to hear what Tom Cotton
- 22:07Speaker 1: said while on Fox.
- 22:08Speaker 11: All right, let's go.
- 22:09Speaker 12: Ahead now and bring in Senator Tom cottony serves on
- 22:11Speaker 12: the Senate Armed Services Committee. Sir, just hearing this news
- 22:15Speaker 12: that Hamas says they have agreed to the terms of
- 22:18Speaker 12: the ceasefire without specifying what those terms are. Mighty hard
- 22:24Speaker 12: for the Israelis to agree to a ceasefire when Hamas
- 22:27Speaker 12: has not even been truthful or forthcoming about how many
- 22:32Speaker 12: hostages remaining captivity, and how many of them are even
- 22:35Speaker 12: alive at this point.
- 22:39Speaker 11: Well, Jillian, we'll have to see exactly what Israel says
- 22:41Speaker 11: they received from Hamas. But this sounds suspiciously like an
- 22:45Speaker 11: info operation trying to win a pr war, because Hamas
- 22:48Speaker 11: knows it can't win a military war against Israel, nor
- 22:52Speaker 11: can you negotiate with them in good faith. As you said,
- 22:55Speaker 11: we don't even know how many of the hostages remain alive.
- 22:58Speaker 11: We hope most of them do, but I think we
- 22:59Speaker 11: have to accepit up the reality that many or even most,
- 23:02Speaker 11: might already be dead. Hamas won't even provide proof of
- 23:05Speaker 11: life photos or videos. It would not be hard for
- 23:07Speaker 11: Hamas to put today's newspaper in front of these hostages
- 23:10Speaker 11: and have them speak a few words into the camera,
- 23:12Speaker 11: but then that would reveal their ace cards, how many
- 23:15Speaker 11: hostages they still have alive. And Hamas is not going
- 23:18Speaker 11: to do that, and they're especially not going to do
- 23:20Speaker 11: that as long as Joe Biden continues to pressure Israel
- 23:24Speaker 11: to give Hamas what it wants more than all, which
- 23:26Speaker 11: is its continued existence. Israel is dedicated to Hamas's destruction.
- 23:31Speaker 11: There are four Hamas battalions left in Rafa. Every time
- 23:35Speaker 11: Joe Biden says or his senior aide say, we don't
- 23:37Speaker 11: want Israel to take down these battalions in Rafa. We
- 23:40Speaker 11: demand that they reopen these gates the supplies can get in.
- 23:43Speaker 11: Apparently now withholding ammunition from Israel, all it does is
- 23:47Speaker 11: make Comas less likely to agree to any kind of
- 23:50Speaker 11: hostage release because they think they're going to get from
- 23:53Speaker 11: Joe Biden's pressure what Israel is otherwise only getting when
- 23:57Speaker 11: they apply military pressure to Hamas.
- 24:00Speaker 13: At least, according to one report, I saw Israel or
- 24:03Speaker 13: Yaho in that call did agree to reover the carb
- 24:05Speaker 13: Shalom crossing for humanitarian assistants.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Reuters is reporting on this.
- 24:10Speaker 13: Here's what it's said about Israel's rejection of the Hamas deal.
- 24:13Speaker 13: Israeli official says Hamas announcement appears to be a ruse
- 24:18Speaker 13: to cast Israel is the side refusing a deal. And
- 24:21Speaker 13: there's a tremendous amount of pressure on Biden too from
- 24:24Speaker 13: the left.
- 24:24Speaker 5: Listen to what.
- 24:24Speaker 13: Bernie Sanders posted on x He said one million people
- 24:28Speaker 13: have fled to Ratha for months. The US has warned
- 24:31Speaker 13: against an attack. Yah who ignored the warnings. Now an
- 24:34Speaker 13: assault is imminent, it will kill countless civilians. President Biden
- 24:37Speaker 13: must back his words with action and all offensive military
- 24:42Speaker 13: aid to Israel.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Why wouldn't Hamas see an opportunity.
- 24:45Speaker 11: Here, Well, John, that's exactly right again. As long as
- 24:50Speaker 11: Joe Biden the Democratic Party keeps putting pressure on Israel,
- 24:53Speaker 11: it makes him loss that much less likely to actually
- 24:56Speaker 11: agree to release any of these hostages. The only reason
- 24:59Speaker 11: they restarted arted negotiations a few weeks ago is because
- 25:02Speaker 11: the invasion of Ratha appeared imminent. The only time Hamas
- 25:06Speaker 11: has been willing to release hostages and when they is
- 25:09Speaker 11: when they are feeling intense military pressure. And every time
- 25:12Speaker 11: Joe Biden and the Democrats say that Israel should not
- 25:14Speaker 11: proceed with this war, they demand a cease fire, and
- 25:17Speaker 11: Hamas is simply emboldened. Look at what Hamas is saying
- 25:20Speaker 11: about these disgusting cesspools of anti Semitic hate on our campuses,
- 25:24Speaker 11: little gazes all around the country.
- 25:26Speaker 5: They're celebrating them.
- 25:27Speaker 11: Because they know that puts more pressure on Joe Biden
- 25:30Speaker 11: and the Democrats to demand that Israel capitulate as opposed
- 25:34Speaker 11: to what they should be doing. If these people want
- 25:36Speaker 11: gozens to stop suffering, they should demand that Hamas release
- 25:40Speaker 11: all the hostages and unconditionally surrender.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Do not fall for the propaganda. That is the reason
- 25:47Speaker 1: why I played that for you, so that you understand,
- 25:51Speaker 1: do not fall for this. They are trying to act
- 25:57Speaker 1: like they want a deal and there's there's no mention
- 26:01Speaker 1: of the hostages in the deal. Why would there be
- 26:05Speaker 1: no mention in the deal of hostages because they're not
- 26:07Speaker 1: going to give those up. That's their quote leverage, right,
- 26:10Speaker 1: They're all in for the leverage.
- 26:13Speaker 3: It's just pure leverage.
- 26:16Speaker 1: And they're like, all right, we'll announce that we want
- 26:18Speaker 1: to do a deal. We will, we'll announce it. We'll
- 26:20Speaker 1: say we're going to do a deal. So what's in
- 26:25Speaker 1: the deal. We're not talking about that. No, no, no, no,
- 26:28Speaker 1: we're not going to talk about what's in the deal.
- 26:31Speaker 1: We're just going to tell you we've agreed to a deal.
- 26:33Speaker 1: What about hostages? Is that going to be a part
- 26:35Speaker 1: of the deal.
- 26:36Speaker 5: No?
- 26:37Speaker 3: And why are they saying this? So this is all.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Because the Israelis said, Hey, we're going to go into
- 26:43Speaker 1: Rafla if you guys don't give us the hostages back,
- 26:46Speaker 1: and agree to a real deal. We're going in because
- 26:49Speaker 1: as you notice there, they even admit it. Yeah, that's
- 26:51Speaker 1: where they're keeping them, and that's where they are, these
- 26:53Speaker 1: battalions of Hamas fighters. So we're going to go to
- 26:56Speaker 1: the next phase of this war. And the media is
- 26:59Speaker 1: helping them eld this by saying, well, you know, they
- 27:02Speaker 1: agreed to a deal with with with Cutter and Jordan
- 27:06Speaker 1: to put it together, right, so it must be a
- 27:08Speaker 1: good deal.
- 27:08Speaker 3: What's the deal? We don't know, right, We have no idea,
- 27:12Speaker 3: we have no clut all. And while all that's happening,
- 27:15Speaker 3: you have a president that's also.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Talking about flying thousands of Palestinian quote refugees into the US,
- 27:21Speaker 1: which is another massive problem here. So they're not listening
- 27:26Speaker 1: to the terrorism threat, they're not listening to the Israelis.
- 27:32Speaker 1: They're not standing out for the Israelis at all. And
- 27:37Speaker 1: the White House, we were told, was even thinking about
- 27:40Speaker 1: meeting with the protesters of these college campuses, which now
- 27:43Speaker 1: the White House is denying because they got busted in
- 27:47Speaker 1: the news.
- 27:47Speaker 3: Listen to this, you can agreed.
- 27:50Speaker 13: Parson Rocanna said that the president should and will be
- 27:54Speaker 13: out visiting these campus among the protests.
- 27:57Speaker 3: I mean the protest. Is there any plan for him
- 28:00Speaker 3: to get out there and talk to students right now?
- 28:04Speaker 1: I love that in Congress and roconsin you guys are
- 28:07Speaker 1: gonna the President's going to be out there visiting these protesters,
- 28:11Speaker 1: and the why is like no, no, no, no, We're
- 28:12Speaker 1: not doing that.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Next and move on quickly, move on, No follow ups.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Let's go, no follow ups.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Gotta move on, Gotta move on quickly, gotta move hurry, next, next,
- 28:20Speaker 1: next question. The president is in a clear situation where
- 28:25Speaker 1: he is trying to keep the extreme of his party
- 28:29Speaker 1: intact so they'll vote for him, because if they don't
- 28:32Speaker 1: show up, he screwed, and that means you're siding with
- 28:36Speaker 1: the terrorist sympathizers. He also has a problem when it
- 28:40Speaker 1: comes to funding. As we exposed on yesterday's show, the
- 28:45Speaker 1: President's money is coming from the same exact people that
- 28:48Speaker 1: are funding the anarchists, the anti Semites, the Nazis on
- 28:53Speaker 1: these college campuses that want to kill all the Jews,
- 28:55Speaker 1: and they want to take out Israel from the river
- 28:57Speaker 1: to the sea. The people that are chanting death to
- 29:00Speaker 1: America are being funded by the same millionaire and billionaires
- 29:03Speaker 1: that are writing checks to Joe Biden, So Joe Biden's
- 29:07Speaker 1: got to agree with them right now because he needs
- 29:09Speaker 1: their money for reelection.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Never forget who this man is.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast please with your family
- 29:16Speaker 1: and friends, so everybody you know get to hear what
- 29:18Speaker 1: we're exposing here every day.
- 29:20Speaker 3: And I'll see you back here tomorrow
