Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / IRS Whistleblower says "No Questions" were Allowed on the Big Guy's Involvement in Hunter Biden's Business Dealings
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, so let's start with some new breaking news.
- 0:03Speaker 1: An IRS whistleblower that has come forward now says the
- 0:07Speaker 1: total amount of money that Hunter Biden received from overseas
- 0:11Speaker 1: business deals that he was able to verify came to
- 0:14Speaker 1: eight point three million between twenty fourteen and twenty nineteen,
- 0:20Speaker 1: but they were not allowed, he says, to ask questions
- 0:22Speaker 1: about the involvement of the big guy, Joe Biden, how
- 0:25Speaker 1: much money was going into his bank accounts, because we
- 0:28Speaker 1: know there's more than ten million just from the Chinese
- 0:30Speaker 1: Communist eff deal. When Hunter Biden was sitting next to
- 0:34Speaker 1: Joe Biden on that couch, I guess the house saying,
- 0:36Speaker 1: my father's sitting here right next to me, and I
- 0:38Speaker 1: want this money and it better be here. And sure
- 0:40Speaker 1: enough it showed up within a week over five million
- 0:43Speaker 1: dollars into their bank account.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Bam.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Now the whistle blower has come forward, and he was
- 0:49Speaker 1: asked the question like why did you do this? Whistleblower
- 0:51Speaker 1: said he felt like you had to listen and.
- 0:53Speaker 3: As far as following the money, did you get that
- 0:56Speaker 3: far down the investigative.
- 0:59Speaker 4: Track concerning Hunter Biden. I feel like we have a
- 1:02Speaker 4: very good grasp on the income flows.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Yes, and is it millions?
- 1:07Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, absolutely, it was around eight point three
- 1:11Speaker 4: million from twenty fourteen to twenty nineteen.
- 1:14Speaker 5: How many times have you ever spoken to your son
- 1:17Speaker 5: about his overseas business dealings.
- 1:19Speaker 2: I've never spoken my son about his overseas his series.
- 1:22Speaker 3: And as far as the President's involvement in that.
- 1:25Speaker 4: So that's kind of the crux of one of the
- 1:28Speaker 4: issues here is that we weren't allowed to ask questions
- 1:31Speaker 4: about Dad. We weren't allowed to ask about the big guy.
- 1:33Speaker 4: We weren't allowed to include certain names and document requests
- 1:39Speaker 4: and search warrants, so you know, we were precluded from
- 1:42Speaker 4: following that line of questioning.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Are you convinced, looking back at this now, that this
- 1:48Speaker 3: was an effort to protect President Biden and his family?
- 1:55Speaker 4: I mean, we were conducting investigation of Hunter Biden, and
- 1:59Speaker 4: we were trying to follow the normal process. We were
- 2:02Speaker 4: trying to get to the bottom of it, and ultimately,
- 2:05Speaker 4: you know, if it was going to lead to another individual,
- 2:08Speaker 4: you know we should follow that to determine what is
- 2:11Speaker 4: actually happening. But you know, there were definitely hindrances that
- 2:16Speaker 4: I've never seen before in my fourteen years concerning this
- 2:20Speaker 4: investigation that didn't allow us to follow through an investigation
- 2:24Speaker 4: of any other individual, to include president.
- 2:27Speaker 3: But tracking the money, how did it go?
- 2:33Speaker 5: Where do you think.
- 2:33Speaker 2: It is.
- 2:36Speaker 4: The money that Hunter Biden earned, where he spent it? Yeah,
- 2:40Speaker 4: I mean a lot of it is spent.
- 2:42Speaker 3: But as far as the investigation goes, that was part
- 2:46Speaker 3: of it. Tracking where it came from, where it went to.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Oh absolutely, and you had that down.
- 2:53Speaker 4: We feel like we did. But there were certain things
- 2:56Speaker 4: that you know, when when prosecutors don't allow you to
- 2:59Speaker 4: put the subject's name on document requests around search warrants,
- 3:03Speaker 4: then you know, it raises the possibility that there's more
- 3:05Speaker 4: information out there we didn't find. But based on all
- 3:10Speaker 4: of the financial records that we did find, you know,
- 3:13Speaker 4: they've been they've been analyzed, and it was around eight
- 3:15Speaker 4: point three million he received from who they came from,
- 3:21Speaker 4: from China, from CUFC, came from Ukraine and from Romania,
- 3:26Speaker 4: and you know, even even the Bearisman money. And it's
- 3:30Speaker 4: kind of an aspect that we didn't get into, but
- 3:33Speaker 4: the twenty fourteen twenty fifteen tax years when the Bearisman
- 3:36Speaker 4: money was coming in, I mean to this day, there
- 3:41Speaker 4: are still around four hundred thousand dollars of unreported income
- 3:44Speaker 4: from BISMA and twenty fourteen Hunter Biden was told by
- 3:48Speaker 4: his partner Eric Schwern that he needed to amend his returns,
- 3:52Speaker 4: and he never did so, dc US Attorney's Office declining
- 3:56Speaker 4: those charges, David Weis's requests special come authority and being denied,
- 4:02Speaker 4: and then the Statue of limitations then expires in November
- 4:05Speaker 4: December of twenty twenty two, So those years are gone
- 4:09Speaker 4: and there's no way to recoup the money from that
- 4:11Speaker 4: breeze may income.
- 4:13Speaker 2: No way to recoup it.
- 4:15Speaker 1: So maybe the reason why this thing took five years
- 4:17Speaker 1: is they were waiting for the statue of limitations to
- 4:20Speaker 1: run out. That's what's basically being said here. You let
- 4:25Speaker 1: it run out, right, You let all this cash just
- 4:28Speaker 1: kind of disappear, and then you can't go back and
- 4:32Speaker 1: recoup it because the statue of limitations.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Has run out. Now the number of dollars coming in.
- 4:43Speaker 1: It keeps growing because more people keep coming forward with evidence.
- 4:48Speaker 1: When we started this show, the dollar amount was not
- 4:52Speaker 1: where I'm about to tell you it is. Because now
- 4:55Speaker 1: we're getting news being reported by the New York Posts,
- 4:58Speaker 1: the same people that reported the laptop, and then the
- 5:01Speaker 1: whole organization, the deep state, the FBI, the media suppressed
- 5:08Speaker 1: that story and said it wasn't real. The same people
- 5:12Speaker 1: that broke this entire story from its beginning are now
- 5:16Speaker 1: saying that overseas payments to the Biden family could actually
- 5:19Speaker 1: exceed forty million dollars. In a new interview with James Comer,
- 5:24Speaker 1: James Comer is now calling it organized crime. Members of
- 5:28Speaker 1: President Biden's family may have accepted in excess of forty
- 5:31Speaker 1: million dollars from foreign nationals in exchange for favorable policy decisions.
- 5:36Speaker 1: The Kentucky Republicans said his panel has now identified six
- 5:40Speaker 1: specific policy decisions where Biden, who's eighty, took actions that
- 5:47Speaker 1: indicated he may have been compromised. During a appearance on
- 5:52Speaker 1: a new radio show in New York, Comer noted that
- 5:55Speaker 1: of the six policy decisions, four of them were made
- 5:58Speaker 1: while Joe Biden was present early on, where we cannot
- 6:03Speaker 1: come to any other conclusion as to why these decisions
- 6:06Speaker 1: were made other than the fact that this is the
- 6:08Speaker 1: president is compromised.
- 6:11Speaker 2: This was organized crime. There's no other way to define it.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Comber than said how the Oversight Committee chairman explained that
- 6:19Speaker 1: as recently as in the last five days. This panel
- 6:21Speaker 1: has obtained banking statements in the last five days and
- 6:26Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports that show more bank accounts, more shell companies,
- 6:30Speaker 1: and more Biden's being involved in the family's overseas influence
- 6:34Speaker 1: pedaling scheme.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Quote.
- 6:37Speaker 1: We're going to try to determine how much money the
- 6:39Speaker 1: Bidens took and what role Joe Biden played in all
- 6:41Speaker 1: of this. It's a huge puzzle, Comber said of the investigation.
- 6:47Speaker 1: But now for the first time they're saying we know
- 6:49Speaker 1: what the payoffs were. Comber has identified six policy decisions
- 6:55Speaker 1: President Biden has made that indicate he was compromised around
- 7:01Speaker 1: thirty to forty different banks and about that many different
- 7:05Speaker 1: shell companies. This is an organized attempt by the Biden
- 7:08Speaker 1: family to hide the source of money going into these
- 7:11Speaker 1: shell companies and to distract from the IRS so they
- 7:13Speaker 1: wouldn't have to pay taxes on it. And that's exactly
- 7:16Speaker 1: what the IRS whistleblowers alleged in the transcribed interviews with
- 7:20Speaker 1: the Ways and Means Committee that the Biden family never
- 7:22Speaker 1: paid money on any of these wires that came into
- 7:26Speaker 1: these shell companies.
- 7:28Speaker 2: The IRS whistleblower as you just heard that. I just
- 7:31Speaker 2: played for you.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Said that in seventeen and eighteen alone, first son Hunter
- 7:35Speaker 1: Biden ducked one point two million tax bill, and that
- 7:38Speaker 1: there is likely hundreds of thousands of dollars more in
- 7:41Speaker 1: income from previous years that he failed to report that
- 7:44Speaker 1: will never be able to get back because of statute limitations.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I mean, to this day, there's still around four hundred
- 7:50Speaker 1: thousand of unreported income from Barisma holdings. In fourteen, Hunter
- 7:54Speaker 1: Biden was told by his partner, Yeah, you need him
- 7:57Speaker 1: menu returns, and he never did. Comber told the radio
- 8:03Speaker 1: show that he was confident his investigation will prove the
- 8:06Speaker 1: Biden family racked in at least seventeen million from overseas,
- 8:10Speaker 1: but that the transactions could exceed now forty million plus.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Comber has also identified now a total of nine members
- 8:18Speaker 1: of the Biden family, including Hunter, the president's brother James Biden,
- 8:21Speaker 1: his brother's wife, Sarah Biden, the widow of the president's
- 8:24Speaker 1: late son Bo Biden, Halle Biden, Hunter's current wife Melissa Biden,
- 8:28Speaker 1: and Hunter's ex wife Kathleen Biden, as having allegedly received
- 8:34Speaker 1: foreign income from these schemes. Wow, now, before I get
- 8:40Speaker 1: into more of this story. I want to say thank
- 8:42Speaker 1: you and tell you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile.
- 8:44Speaker 1: They are now offering a performance guarantee. If you're not
- 8:48Speaker 1: happy with your coverage, you can switch between the three major.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Carriers for free. Yeah.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. They
- 8:59Speaker 1: are for nationwide coverage on the best G four and
- 9:01Speaker 1: G five networks, the same network and towers are using
- 9:04Speaker 1: right now. The difference is not only do you get
- 9:08Speaker 1: the same great quality that you're used to, but they
- 9:12Speaker 1: actually are a company that fights to preserve or God
- 9:15Speaker 1: given rights and freedoms.
- 9:17Speaker 2: So this year resolved to stop.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Spending your money with companies that don't align with your values.
- 9:23Speaker 1: In fact, actually fight against what you believe in. Switch
- 9:26Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups,
- 9:30Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions.

- 9:35Speaker 1: Call them right now or go online to Patriotmobile dot
- 9:38Speaker 1: com slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 9:43Speaker 1: call them eight seven eight Patriot You're gonna get free
- 9:46Speaker 1: activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven eight
- 9:50Speaker 1: Patriot or patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Meanwhile, as for
- 9:55Speaker 1: that laptop, an IRIS whistleblower who testified before the Housewives
- 9:59Speaker 1: and Means Committee said federal investigators flat out new in
- 10:04Speaker 1: December of twenty nineteen that Biden's laptop was not manipulated
- 10:10Speaker 1: in any way quote unquote, and contained reliable evidence quote unquote,
- 10:16Speaker 1: but were obstructed from seeing all available information nearly a
- 10:21Speaker 1: year before former intelligence officials and Joe Biden himself declared
- 10:24Speaker 1: the laptop was part of Russian disinformation campaign, which we
- 10:29Speaker 1: know was a lie. The whistle blower, Gary Shapley Junior,
- 10:33Speaker 1: who was a supervisor of the investigation at the IRS,
- 10:36Speaker 1: said that quote at every stage of the Biden probe,
- 10:40Speaker 1: decisions were made that quote had the effect of benefiting
- 10:43Speaker 1: the subject of the investigation, that would be Hunter Biden
- 10:46Speaker 1: and Joe Biden. Shapley testified that the investigation, code named Sportsman,
- 10:53Speaker 1: was open in November of twenty eighteen as an offshoot
- 10:57Speaker 1: of an IRS investigation to a foreign based amateur online
- 11:02Speaker 1: pornography platform. Testimony released by the committee did not include
- 11:06Speaker 1: any further explanation of how the pornography outlet and Biden
- 11:09Speaker 1: were linked. So this all started just so you know,
- 11:12Speaker 1: because of porn. The investigation had previously been believed to
- 11:18Speaker 1: have been looked at in part by suspicious foreign transactions
- 11:25Speaker 1: that came in with large financial movements, meaning money was
- 11:30Speaker 1: moving from one account to another. Nearly a year later,
- 11:33Speaker 1: in October of twenty nineteen, the IRS whistleblower Shapley said,
- 11:38Speaker 1: the FBI quote became aware that a repair shop had
- 11:41Speaker 1: a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden, and that the
- 11:44Speaker 1: laptop might contain evidence of a crime.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Quote.
- 11:48Speaker 1: The FBI verified its authenticity of that laptop in November
- 11:52Speaker 1: of twenty nineteen by matching the device number against Hunter
- 11:56Speaker 1: Biden's Apple Cloud. IB whistleblower states, quote, when the FBI
- 12:02Speaker 1: took possession of the device in December of twenty nineteen,
- 12:05Speaker 1: they notified the IRS that it is likely contained evidence
- 12:09Speaker 1: of quote tax crimes quote unquote. Okay, so you look
- 12:15Speaker 1: at all of that that I just said, right, and
- 12:19Speaker 1: you put all that together, So let me now go
- 12:22Speaker 1: to something else. James Comer last night was on Hannity
- 12:27Speaker 1: and did a long sit down about where we are
- 12:30Speaker 1: regardless of the plea deal, I want you to hear
- 12:33Speaker 1: what James Comer had to say on Fox relating to
- 12:37Speaker 1: all of this in a live studio audience with Handy.
- 12:39Speaker 6: Listen, you're a lot of applause because you have been
- 12:42Speaker 6: unrelenting in your pursuit. It's not been easy to get
- 12:44Speaker 6: those suspicious activity reports. It's not been easy to get
- 12:48Speaker 6: the FBI director to give you the ten twenty three form.
- 12:51Speaker 6: It's not been easy to get these whistleblowers, convince them
- 12:55Speaker 6: victims of retribution to come talk to your committee and others.
- 12:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:00Speaker 7: Well, and remember with the suspicious activity reports. One reason
- 13:03Speaker 7: they blocked us early on Sean. They said, well, there's
- 13:05Speaker 7: nothing to see here, you won't find anything. Well, here's
- 13:07Speaker 7: what we found when we gained access to the suspicious
- 13:10Speaker 7: activity reports on the bidens. We found that the president
- 13:14Speaker 7: did have transactions that went to his family members while
- 13:18Speaker 7: he was vice president. That was something the media said
- 13:20Speaker 7: never happened. They always said that the wire transfers happened
- 13:23Speaker 7: after he left office. We proved that they happened while
- 13:26Speaker 7: he was vice president, and we proved that nine Biden
- 13:29Speaker 7: family members were a part of the influence pilling team,
- 13:31Speaker 7: not just the president's son, and.
- 13:33Speaker 6: They were funneling this money through LLC's.
- 13:36Speaker 7: They were funneled to ll SA's. We knew about several LLC's,
- 13:39Speaker 7: but when we got access to treasury, we found more
- 13:41Speaker 7: LLC So we found more shell accounts, more bank accounts,
- 13:45Speaker 7: and more bidens who were involved in the influent pilling team.
- 13:47Speaker 7: Now today we've requested more informa. We're going to request
- 13:50Speaker 7: more suspicious activity reports relating to Barisma.
- 13:54Speaker 6: Now I read today that Baristhma money was funneled to
- 13:58Speaker 6: China and then returned to the Biden's in the form
- 14:01Speaker 6: of quote loans.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Is that to avoid taxes?
- 14:05Speaker 6: Is that a forgivable loan with no interests like we
- 14:08Speaker 6: had heard might have happened with five million dollars? Do
- 14:11Speaker 6: we know anything about that?
- 14:12Speaker 7: All we know is in the Forum ten twenty, the
- 14:14Speaker 7: FBI Form ten twenty.
- 14:16Speaker 6: The twenty or twenty three oligarch brag that investigators it
- 14:21Speaker 6: would take ten years to find all the different transactions.
- 14:25Speaker 7: That they gay that they used to launder the money
- 14:29Speaker 7: to the Biden. So we think they used through loans.
- 14:32Speaker 7: We think they transferred through other countries. We think they
- 14:35Speaker 7: trans through to stocks. We requested stock accounts in addition
- 14:39Speaker 7: to bank accounts. So we're going through this, but we
- 14:42Speaker 7: also have information that would lead us to believe there's
- 14:44Speaker 7: information in suspicious activity reports where banks realized what was
- 14:49Speaker 7: going on. They are pretty quick to catch money laundering,
- 14:54Speaker 7: and that's what all the banks did in the previous
- 14:57Speaker 7: suspicious activity reports.
- 14:58Speaker 6: They detained that were not legitimate bus us they would
- 15:02Speaker 6: have better receive money and redistribute money.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Absolutely a statement, by by the way, did you hear
- 15:06Speaker 2: what he just said there?
- 15:06Speaker 1: He said this because this has become so normal to
- 15:09Speaker 1: them right now because they're investigating so much of it.
- 15:11Speaker 2: They said, the banks knew it.
- 15:13Speaker 1: The banks knew that these LLCs that were funneling this
- 15:15Speaker 1: money and washing this money and going back and forth
- 15:18Speaker 1: and massive amounts of money. He said, the banks knew
- 15:20Speaker 1: they weren't legitimate businesses. So when you have over one
- 15:24Speaker 1: hundred suspecials activity reports, they're basically flagging every transaction that's
- 15:29Speaker 1: coming in that's with big dollar signs next to it
- 15:32Speaker 1: because they know and the banks know that if they
- 15:34Speaker 1: don't fill out those reports, then they're in serious trouble,
- 15:38Speaker 1: right They know that they're in serious, serious, serious trouble
- 15:44Speaker 1: if they do not fill out these forms. Once you
- 15:48Speaker 1: fill those forms out, then the banks are like, hey,
- 15:51Speaker 1: we did our job. We filled out that suspicious activity report.
- 15:54Speaker 1: We're good, we filled it out. We've checked those bocks says,
- 16:00Speaker 1: we're admitting that it's shady as hell.
- 16:02Speaker 2: We're admitting that this is money laundering or or we
- 16:05Speaker 2: believe it's money laundering.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Here you go, government, Now you know about it, and
- 16:09Speaker 1: we're going to keep these transactions coming in at our bank.
- 16:14Speaker 1: So let's go back to more of what James Comer
- 16:17Speaker 1: had to say with Hannity. These suspicious activity reports are
- 16:22Speaker 1: flowing in, the banks are writing them up as fast
- 16:24Speaker 1: as the money is being funneled. The suspecious activity reports
- 16:28Speaker 1: are tying them to virtually every fake company, every fake LLC.
- 16:32Speaker 1: And what is the government doing when they get these
- 16:34Speaker 1: reports on a damn thing because they're tied to the
- 16:37Speaker 1: Biden crime family.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Keep listening. It gets even better.
- 16:40Speaker 7: And when you set up a bunch of show companies
- 16:42Speaker 7: for the sole purpose of laundering money, that's called racketeering.
- 16:46Speaker 7: The banks knew exactly what the Bidens were doing. That's
- 16:49Speaker 7: why they fouled so many suspicious activity reports against the bidens.
- 16:53Speaker 7: What we're requesting now are suspicious activity reports relating to
- 16:56Speaker 7: anyone that was involved in Barisma, because we believe this
- 16:59Speaker 7: will help us track the ten million dollars that the
- 17:03Speaker 7: oligarch said he's sent to both Joe Biden and Hunter Budden.
- 17:06Speaker 6: So you're the chairman of the very powerful and important
- 17:09Speaker 6: House Government Reform Oversight Committee. Now what do you make
- 17:12Speaker 6: of these WhatsApp messages? The bidens are the best I
- 17:16Speaker 6: know at doing exactly what the chairman wants from this partnership. Now,
- 17:21Speaker 6: that's a message from Hunter to this Chinese energy company
- 17:26Speaker 6: chairman that he's talking about, and they ended up getting
- 17:30Speaker 6: what a week after that? That WhatsApp exchanged five million
- 17:33Speaker 6: dollars less.
- 17:34Speaker 5: Than a week.
- 17:35Speaker 7: It shows that this president's compromised. That's why we're investigating
- 17:38Speaker 7: Joe Biden. We believe there's a reason that his family
- 17:41Speaker 7: has received millions and millions of dollars from our adversaries,
- 17:44Speaker 7: including China. We believe that he's compromised, and we believe
- 17:47Speaker 7: that answers some of the questions as to why he
- 17:49Speaker 7: has energy policy that puts America last in China first.
- 17:52Speaker 7: This family's taken too much money from too many of
- 17:55Speaker 7: our adversaries around the world for Joe Biden not to
- 17:58Speaker 7: have to repay him in the form of bad policy.
- 18:00Speaker 6: Okay, we have six whistleblowers going before the Housewaves and
- 18:04Speaker 6: Means Committee, and you're in touch with all of the
- 18:06Speaker 6: absolutely Okay, what do you make of this other? What's
- 18:09Speaker 6: that message. I'm sitting here with my father and we
- 18:11Speaker 6: would like to understand why the commitment made has not
- 18:14Speaker 6: been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to
- 18:18Speaker 6: resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and
- 18:21Speaker 6: now means tonight. He's like doing. I want to say,
- 18:24Speaker 6: as Vito Corleon, that if this is not resolved tonight,
- 18:29Speaker 6: I will do what I have to do. Yeah, And
- 18:31Speaker 6: he goes on and he says, and ze, if I
- 18:33Speaker 6: get a call or text from anyone other than you,
- 18:36Speaker 6: Zang or the Chairman, I will make certain that between
- 18:39Speaker 6: the man city next to me, Joe Biden, and every
- 18:42Speaker 6: person he knows, and my ability to forever hold the grudge,
- 18:46Speaker 6: that you will regret.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Not following my direction.
- 18:50Speaker 6: I am waiting. I am sitting here waiting for the
- 18:52Speaker 6: call with my father. Well, that would be a direct
- 18:55Speaker 6: implication of Pops, who's also implicated in the in the
- 18:59Speaker 6: laptop given half his income.
- 19:01Speaker 7: To Well, what we're going to see at this playout
- 19:04Speaker 7: in the househover Sy Committee is that Joe Biden set
- 19:07Speaker 7: up all of these deals initially. He was not only
- 19:11Speaker 7: not only did he know about him, he was a
- 19:13Speaker 7: central figure in them. There's no way China's going to
- 19:16Speaker 7: send five million dollars to Hunter Biden because he threatened
- 19:19Speaker 7: him in a text message. It's because Joe Biden had
- 19:22Speaker 7: met with him first, and he had promised them things
- 19:24Speaker 7: he'd either already delivered and wanted the payment, or he
- 19:27Speaker 7: was going to deliver. And the whole business model that
- 19:30Speaker 7: China was using the bidens for was to be able
- 19:33Speaker 7: to take Chinese money and start buying as many industries
- 19:36Speaker 7: and as many businesses in America as they could because there.
- 19:39Speaker 8: Were barriers to Hunter had no experience and energy, no none,
- 19:44Speaker 8: and it wasn't just energy, was anything they could invest
- 19:47Speaker 8: in because there are barriers to entry for China.
- 19:50Speaker 7: We don't want China taking over important industries in America.
- 19:53Speaker 7: They were using the bidens to.
- 19:54Speaker 6: Navigate the er own expect from the bidens. I'm sorry,
- 19:57Speaker 6: what are the chairmen that they're kissing the asked of
- 20:00Speaker 6: want from the Bidens.
- 20:01Speaker 7: They expected complete loyalty and they expected them to deliver
- 20:04Speaker 7: on the on the money that.
- 20:06Speaker 9: They had paid them.
- 20:07Speaker 7: They want access to the government at the highest levels.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Chairman Comer great.
- 20:10Speaker 6: To see his students appreciate it.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I mean, you hear what he had to say there,
- 20:14Speaker 1: and it's incredibly damning information. We have no and again
- 20:19Speaker 1: I go back to Secretary Yellen must hand over all
- 20:22Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports related to Barisma, the Biden bribery record.
- 20:26Speaker 1: We have no comments of the FBI did anything to
- 20:28Speaker 1: verify allegations that the then Vice President Biden solicited and
- 20:32Speaker 1: received bribes in the tens of millions of dollars.
- 20:36Speaker 2: It's not really an accusation anymore.
- 20:39Speaker 1: It's more of a just a simple issue of following
- 20:41Speaker 1: the money. Now, there's also something else that's happening right now.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Pressure is now growing on this judge that's going to
- 20:50Speaker 1: see Hunter Biden next month to reject Hunter Biden's plea
- 20:54Speaker 1: deal amid the evidence that the Department of Justice clearly
- 20:58Speaker 1: was interfering. And this is part of the story that
- 21:03Speaker 1: people have not been talking about. If the judge on
- 21:07Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden case is paying attention to what's going on.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I think he would refuse to accept the plea agreement.
- 21:17Speaker 1: And that's what Alan Durshowitz recently said in an interview.
- 21:21Speaker 1: He believes that this has just gone too far. He
- 21:25Speaker 1: said this shouldn't be signed off on. Former Congressman Doug
- 21:29Speaker 1: Collins said this yesterday on TV Listen Working.
- 21:34Speaker 5: And he said something profound to me today, which is
- 21:36Speaker 5: he's given a lot of thought of this and he
- 21:38Speaker 5: believes the judge should refuse the plea bargain for the
- 21:41Speaker 5: Hunter Biden until these issues? Was Merrick Garland telling the truth?
- 21:46Speaker 5: Was a US attorney kept from really investigating the crimes?
- 21:49Speaker 5: Your thoughts on the judge's independence to maybe say, you
- 21:52Speaker 5: know what, I've seen too much. I don't want this
- 21:55Speaker 5: plea deal done.
- 21:56Speaker 1: I've seen too much. I don't want this plea deal done.
- 21:59Speaker 1: That's the question. And listen to Doug Cowen's response.
- 22:03Speaker 2: To that exactly.
- 22:04Speaker 9: I mean, I think Allen may be onto something here
- 22:06Speaker 9: because everybody just believes that the plea deal is just
- 22:09Speaker 9: going to go through and no, the judge has to
- 22:11Speaker 9: sign off on a plea deal, and they can ask
- 22:13Speaker 9: for documents, they can ask for even testimony if they
- 22:15Speaker 9: wanted to say, is this a you know, looking at
- 22:17Speaker 9: it from the perspective of is this a right sentence?
- 22:21Speaker 9: And look even look, I may have my problems with
- 22:23Speaker 9: the criminal justice SESM, and I have my problems with
- 22:25Speaker 9: BOP and over criminalization of some things. But when you're
- 22:27Speaker 9: just as blatant as you are with Hunter Biden's charges,
- 22:30Speaker 9: and you're blatant with the fact I said this before,
- 22:33Speaker 9: especially that gun charge bothers me more than anything because
- 22:36Speaker 9: that pre trial diversion means that he can buy a
- 22:38Speaker 9: gun later after he lied. I don't really want to
- 22:40Speaker 9: hear the left ever lecture me again on taking my guns.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Give me a break.
- 22:44Speaker 9: If you wanted to stand up for gun and you
- 22:46Speaker 9: thought guns were bad, then you would stand up more
- 22:48Speaker 9: on this one. So I think the judge has a
- 22:49Speaker 9: very bad I think Allen has a very valid point there.
- 22:51Speaker 9: That is something that the judge could do. I would
- 22:53Speaker 9: hope that they would and not just rubber stamp what
- 22:56Speaker 9: the Dutch Department of Justice looks to be just pushing
- 22:59Speaker 9: this off and to try and expediently get rid of it.
- 23:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Right, you're just trying to get rid of it. You're
- 23:04Speaker 1: trying to move on as fast as you can. And
- 23:07Speaker 1: now pressure is growing on this judge to maybe do
- 23:11Speaker 1: the right thing and say, hey, no, I'm not going
- 23:13Speaker 1: to approve because a judge could stop this deal. The
- 23:17Speaker 1: judge could stop this deal and he could say, hey,
- 23:20Speaker 1: this plea agreement I believe is tainted. This plea agreement
- 23:24Speaker 1: doesn't make sense based on the crimes committed. You know,
- 23:29Speaker 1: you look at Grassling, he's the one yelling right now
- 23:32Speaker 1: about this, saying, hey, this plea deal is terrible. This
- 23:36Speaker 1: plea deal should have never happened. And you've got evidence
- 23:39Speaker 1: from IRS whistleblowers, the Supervisory Criminal Investigative Agent Gary Shapley
- 23:45Speaker 1: and other whistleblowers at federal prosecutors block search warrants, blocked interviews,
- 23:50Speaker 1: and block serious crimes from being charged against Hunter Biden.
- 23:55Speaker 1: And when you have these allegations from someone from within
- 23:58Speaker 1: saying I couldn't do my job, this judge should look
- 24:02Speaker 1: at that. And Shapley making these allegations first to the
- 24:06Speaker 1: Justice Department Spector General.
- 24:08Speaker 2: They did nothing.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Then he had to go to the House Ways and Means Committee,
- 24:11Speaker 1: and then he did an interview that aired.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Right.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I mean, this is an interview that aired that this
- 24:18Speaker 1: judge would know about detailing how career agents career prosecutors
- 24:24Speaker 1: the DJ Tax Division the lead US attorney, David Weiss,
- 24:28Speaker 1: were supporting charging Hunter Biden with felonies alleging tax evasion
- 24:33Speaker 1: and avoidance all the way back twenty fourteen, totlling two
- 24:36Speaker 1: point two million dollars, including failing to pay taxes on
- 24:40Speaker 1: four hundred thousand dollars in income he got from the
- 24:43Speaker 1: Ukrainian energy firm Barrisma Holdings. Shapley said President Joe Biden's
- 24:48Speaker 1: son was sparred the more serious charges when the US
- 24:51Speaker 1: attorney in DC and LA, both appointed by Biden, declined
- 24:55Speaker 1: Weiss's request for an indictment, and then the status of
- 24:58Speaker 1: statch of limitations on the old or alleged offense were
- 25:01Speaker 1: all allowed to expire. They did everything they could to
- 25:05Speaker 1: make sure that they couldn't do their job while the
- 25:07Speaker 1: Attorney General of the United's America, so they could do
- 25:09Speaker 1: whatever they need to do, wherever they need to do it.
- 25:12Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden, Hunter Biden now strikes
- 25:14Speaker 1: a deal with Weis to plead guilty to two misdemeanor
- 25:16Speaker 1: tax evasion charges from seventeen and eighteen interplease a interprobation
- 25:22Speaker 1: program that would result in felony gun charges being dismissed.
- 25:27Speaker 1: When he goes before this judge on July the twenty
- 25:30Speaker 1: sixth in federal court in Delaware, this judge should look
- 25:35Speaker 1: at this as the and I agree with the fur
- 25:38Speaker 1: with with with Harvard law professor Alan Dursowitz, who said,
- 25:44Speaker 1: you know, look, an unbiased supporter of Joe Biden agreed,
- 25:47Speaker 1: there's good reason for this judge to set aside the
- 25:50Speaker 1: plea deal and seek to investigate the whistleblower allegations. He said,
- 25:54Speaker 1: it's concerning that the whistleblower's testimony directly conflicts with the
- 25:57Speaker 1: Attorney General Merit Garland testament here, and there's no interference
- 26:01Speaker 1: that there was no interference in the probe. Clearly there
- 26:03Speaker 1: was right saying. Quote, if I were the judge on
- 26:06Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden case, Dershwitz said, I would refuse to
- 26:09Speaker 1: accept the plea bargain unless and until Garland and Weiss
- 26:13Speaker 1: testify what they've said is utterly incompatible.
- 26:19Speaker 2: With one another.
- 26:20Speaker 1: The Wall Street Journal also published an opinion piece by
- 26:25Speaker 1: the former head of the DOJ's Tax division that declared
- 26:28Speaker 1: the interference sharply Chapeli's team face was unprecedented, and it
- 26:34Speaker 1: was appropriate to throw Hunter Biden's plea deal in the trash. Judges,
- 26:40Speaker 1: by the way, can they have the power to reject
- 26:42Speaker 1: plea agreements. That would be an appropriate disposition here and Congress,
- 26:49Speaker 1: and fulfilling its oversight obligation, must learn and share with
- 26:53Speaker 1: the American public all the evidence that the IRS gathered,
- 26:57Speaker 1: what evidence its agents weren't permitted to obtain, and what
- 27:00Speaker 1: charges might have been brought if they had been. Several
- 27:05Speaker 1: members of Congress, by the way, have said now they
- 27:08Speaker 1: are considering filing requests with this judge, urging this judge
- 27:14Speaker 1: to hold off accepting the plea deal. Know that's not
- 27:19Speaker 1: been done yet, right, So this is a way to
- 27:21Speaker 1: do it. This is how you work this out. You
- 27:24Speaker 1: send a letter to this judge, you say, hey, please
- 27:27Speaker 1: don't accept this plea deal because there's so much information
- 27:32Speaker 1: coming out and we want you to look at it.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Things have changed since this deal was agreed to. Whistleblowers
- 27:37Speaker 1: have come forward since this deal was agreed to. This
- 27:39Speaker 1: plea deal doesn't make sense anymore, given the seriousness of
- 27:42Speaker 1: the allegations made by these IRS whistleblowers and this FBI informant,
- 27:48Speaker 1: that's something the judge could do. The judge could not
- 27:52Speaker 1: rubber stamp this deal. The Department of Justice and what
- 27:55Speaker 1: they're trying to do is get it rubber stamped right,
- 27:58Speaker 1: move forward, so there's no way to go backwards now.
- 28:02Speaker 1: In testimony released last Thursday, this IRS whistleblower said the
- 28:07Speaker 1: political meddling was so extensive in the Biden probe that quote,
- 28:11Speaker 1: there is no way of knowing if evidence of other
- 28:14Speaker 1: criminal activity exists concerning Hunter Biden or President Biden. What
- 28:19Speaker 1: IRS and FBI agents are now saying because of the
- 28:23Speaker 1: plea deal that they're certain of is that there's nobody
- 28:30Speaker 1: else that would get this deal. A career tax prosecutor
- 28:35Speaker 1: signing off after receiving a detailed prosecution recommendation memo was
- 28:41Speaker 1: an evidence supporting the charging of the first sun with
- 28:44Speaker 1: failing to pay large sums of taxes and in some
- 28:47Speaker 1: years even to file tax returns. Both whistle blew or
- 28:50Speaker 1: so was there and they refused to charge with those crimes.
- 28:54Speaker 1: The report includes itemized elements of each violation for each year.
- 29:00Speaker 1: This recommended felony tax evation charge at seventy two oh
- 29:03Speaker 1: one is tax evation. In seventy two oh six is
- 29:06Speaker 1: a false tax return, also a felony for the tax
- 29:09Speaker 1: years fourteen, eighteen, and nineteen. They explained in his transcribed
- 29:15Speaker 1: whistleblower interview with the House Waves and Means Committee that
- 29:19Speaker 1: they refused to look at these. He also set in
- 29:23Speaker 1: for title twenty six seventy two oh three, which is
- 29:25Speaker 1: a failure to file or pay. That is a misdemeanor
- 29:28Speaker 1: charge that was on the table for fifteen sixteen, seventeen, eighteen,
- 29:32Speaker 1: and nineteen. Asked to summarize the magnitude of the unpaid taxes,
- 29:38Speaker 1: the whistleblower did not hesitate, saying altogether it was around
- 29:41Speaker 1: two point two million dollars of unpaid tax He also
- 29:47Speaker 1: matter of factly described what he said was a scheme,
- 29:50Speaker 1: calling attention to one memo between hunter Biden and his
- 29:52Speaker 1: business associate from seventeen, saying, quote the crutch of this,
- 29:56Speaker 1: as I understand it, is that hunter Biden had a
- 29:58Speaker 1: history of non compliant with his taxes. He would often
- 30:01Speaker 1: get large sums of money and wouldn't withhold, he said,
- 30:05Speaker 1: saying that's part of the problem. He would grab these
- 30:07Speaker 1: big chunks of money not pay taxes on the big
- 30:10Speaker 1: chunks of money. And everyone knew it while we were
- 30:13Speaker 1: investigating it. We could see it plain as day. This
- 30:17Speaker 1: judge should hit pause. This judge should hit pause very quickly.
- 30:22Speaker 1: This judge should not agree to this. This judge should
- 30:27Speaker 1: say sorry, way too much has come out that we
- 30:31Speaker 1: don't know about until I get testimony from these two people.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I'm not going to agree to a deal that clearly
- 30:37Speaker 1: looks like this deal had none of this intel in it,
- 30:42Speaker 1: or all this intel was moved another way, looked at
- 30:46Speaker 1: another way, decided on another way, wasn't done the right way.
- 30:53Speaker 2: That's what should be said.
- 30:55Speaker 1: All right, I want to get to your phone calls
- 30:57Speaker 1: five three five nine seven three two five three five
- 31:00Speaker 1: nine seven three two. By the way, all of this
- 31:02Speaker 1: will be in our podcast So if you don't listen
- 31:05Speaker 1: to our podcasts or you miss a show, grab it
- 31:07Speaker 1: Ben ferguson podcasts wherever you get your podcasts, and you
- 31:10Speaker 1: can always go back and share this intel with your
- 31:12Speaker 1: family and your friends.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Put it on social media to'll hack off some liberals
- 31:16Speaker 2: when you do so.
