- 0:19Speaker 1: be good. Steve listening to together for Stu. I don't
- 0:39Speaker 1: join me. You gotta turn you, you gotta turn to turnout,
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn them out, to turn the water to
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water. Come come on your baby now. Uh huh.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I show will a good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice, Come on dig me now, one and only
- 2:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Ye'ah'll do. Took on
- 2:14Speaker 1: me what I said, But I do like I say always.
- 2:17Speaker 1: It just is a constant reminder of how good God
- 2:21Speaker 1: has been. So my question to you is, what's stopping
- 2:25Speaker 1: you from having the life that you want? What's stopping
- 2:29Speaker 1: you from having the life that you want? I know
- 2:34Speaker 1: a lot of people who have given up on achieving
- 2:38Speaker 1: the life of their dreams, but I know they'd still
- 2:42Speaker 1: want them if they could get to them. But they
- 2:45Speaker 1: just allowed to settle for so many reasons. So who
- 2:50Speaker 1: I'm talking to is you today. What's really at the
- 2:54Speaker 1: core of stopping you? What is that? Is it? Your
- 2:58Speaker 1: friends or your social Is it the fear of what
- 3:02Speaker 1: you think somebody else will think of you if you
- 3:05Speaker 1: decide to change. Is it what I used to call
- 3:08Speaker 1: the call of the while? Is it the fact that
- 3:10Speaker 1: you keep thinking that the thing that you're doing that's
- 3:14Speaker 1: providing you these momentary moments of pleasure that really ain't
- 3:19Speaker 1: really good or healthy for you. You don't want to
- 3:22Speaker 1: stop doing that because you've got just a little bit
- 3:24Speaker 1: more something else you want to do. I call that
- 3:27Speaker 1: the call at a while. You know, it's just out there.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Them streets is calling you, Them lights is calling you.
- 3:32Speaker 1: You know, them girls is calling you. Them guys that's
- 3:35Speaker 1: on the wrong side keep calling you. You can't seem
- 3:38Speaker 1: to make a decision by the right guy. You keep
- 3:41Speaker 1: picking the wrong guy all the time. What is it
- 3:44Speaker 1: that's stopping you from having the life that you really
- 3:47Speaker 1: want to have? So whatever the reason you're choosing, that's
- 3:51Speaker 1: the reason that's stopping you from having the life that
- 3:54Speaker 1: you want to have, it's no good because at the
- 3:57Speaker 1: end of the day, here's the real deal. See, God
- 4:01Speaker 1: is available, and God is available for all of us,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and God has a plan for all of us, and
- 4:07Speaker 1: God wants to vary best for all of us. That's
- 4:10Speaker 1: the truth of the matter. So now what we're gonna
- 4:13Speaker 1: do to get started having that life? First of all,
- 4:17Speaker 1: if it's your friends, I want you to understand something.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Your friends can't save you. A lot of your friends
- 4:23Speaker 1: offer no real help for you. Most of your friends
- 4:26Speaker 1: don't have the answer themselves. I mean, it's just a
- 4:30Speaker 1: wide range of reasons. And misery love company. So usually
- 4:34Speaker 1: when your friends are in a bad position, they kind
- 4:37Speaker 1: of like company in that bad position. Your friends ain't
- 4:40Speaker 1: going to church, You're gonna be their friend. They don't
- 4:43Speaker 1: really want you to go to church. You know, your
- 4:46Speaker 1: friends don't pray, so why would they offer up prayer
- 4:49Speaker 1: as a solution to you. You know, your friends don't
- 4:53Speaker 1: really really get the fact that if you treat people better,
- 4:58Speaker 1: people would treat you better. So what's that? So your
- 5:02Speaker 1: friends are a lot of times the reasons, you know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: the peer pressure of what and then the thought in
- 5:08Speaker 1: your mind of what they're gonna think once they find
- 5:11Speaker 1: out I don't do what they do anymore. Who cares
- 5:14Speaker 1: what they think other than you? I mean, really, you
- 5:19Speaker 1: can't let what somebody thinks if you stop you from
- 5:22Speaker 1: having the best life you wanted to have. If I
- 5:25Speaker 1: went by that theory right there, I wouldn't I wouldn't
- 5:28Speaker 1: even be on this mic this morning. I would have
- 5:30Speaker 1: never become a stand up I would have had I
- 5:33Speaker 1: listened to the people around me who clearly told me
- 5:37Speaker 1: when I quit my job to pursue this. Boy, don't
- 5:40Speaker 1: you quit your job? You got a family, Boy, don't
- 5:42Speaker 1: you do this. You ain't got no bit dad, ain't
- 5:45Speaker 1: ain't no security in that. Get yourself a job, Go
- 5:48Speaker 1: down here and whet your brother, go to work over here.
- 5:51Speaker 1: I heard all of that. I didn't let that stop
- 5:54Speaker 1: me from pursuing this. Why would you allow that to
- 5:57Speaker 1: stop you from pursuing your relations with God so you
- 6:01Speaker 1: can have the best life you could possibly have. You
- 6:04Speaker 1: gang bang because they've convinced you that this is the
- 6:07Speaker 1: family situation and love that you don't have, and they've
- 6:11Speaker 1: convinced you that this is your only way, your only
- 6:15Speaker 1: source of getting over and then you drum up these
- 6:19Speaker 1: ignorant reasons man for staying with it. But they sound
- 6:23Speaker 1: so good when you listening to everybody else you're surrounded
- 6:26Speaker 1: by telling you why we gang banging, why we're holding
- 6:30Speaker 1: this blockdown, Why we slanging this thing here right here?
- 6:33Speaker 1: Why we're letting it go like this here? You keep
- 6:36Speaker 1: listening to them when all in your heart of hearts
- 6:40Speaker 1: you know this ain't right, you already know, but you
- 6:43Speaker 1: allow that form of the call of the wild, that
- 6:47Speaker 1: wanting to be accepted by a group of people who
- 6:50Speaker 1: trying to get you to accept the way so you
- 6:53Speaker 1: can further they progress. To even prove that you worthy
- 6:56Speaker 1: to be around them, you got to commit some type
- 6:59Speaker 1: of crime to even prove that you're worthy to be
- 7:02Speaker 1: around them. Then when you get busted on the crime,
- 7:05Speaker 1: what happens to that where your family had? Now they
- 7:08Speaker 1: don't come down there to see you because guess what,
- 7:11Speaker 1: they can't turn an idea to death at a law
- 7:14Speaker 1: enforcements center. So now your homies can't come visit you.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And then you know your family back out here, they
- 7:19Speaker 1: ain't taking care of your family because it's all about them.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Then you learn that what is it to stopping you
- 7:25Speaker 1: from having a life that you always wanted to have?
- 7:29Speaker 1: What is it? Why are you a repeat offender? Why
- 7:33Speaker 1: do you keep checking yourself back into that institution? Why? Man,
- 7:39Speaker 1: why won't you get it together? Why won't you give
- 7:41Speaker 1: God a try. Why won't you disassociate yourself? Why would
- 7:45Speaker 1: you continue to be a part of a revolving door
- 7:49Speaker 1: system and becoming the farm system for these institutions that
- 7:52Speaker 1: ain't got nothing for you? But you keep going back
- 7:55Speaker 1: in there, and then every time you go in there,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and then your little homies or your gang banging, little
- 8:00Speaker 1: little silly little friends try to make you think that's
- 8:02Speaker 1: a badge of honor. There ain't no badge of honor. Man.
- 8:05Speaker 1: That's one molde. What's one more scratch on that record.
- 8:08Speaker 1: That's one mode, that's one more nail in that coffin.
- 8:12Speaker 1: That's one step closer to that third strike where you
- 8:15Speaker 1: ain't gonna ever get out. It's one step closer to
- 8:18Speaker 1: that graveyard you keep on. Why would you not give
- 8:22Speaker 1: God a try? Why would you not go and see
- 8:25Speaker 1: what your life could really be? What is it that's
- 8:27Speaker 1: stopping you? Because see, I got news for you. There's
- 8:31Speaker 1: nothing like waking up free. I don't care who you are.
- 8:35Speaker 1: There's nothing like waking up with the joy in your heart. Now,
- 8:39Speaker 1: if you ain't gonna be free, get the joy in
- 8:42Speaker 1: your heart, the satisfaction of knowing that you accomplishing something
- 8:46Speaker 1: with your life, help somebody behind them, bars, get in
- 8:49Speaker 1: the program, show these young cats when they come in
- 8:51Speaker 1: a better way. But don't you dare sit there man
- 8:55Speaker 1: and just ride it out, and man, just go and
- 8:58Speaker 1: get the fullest life that you can have. What you
- 9:02Speaker 1: know what it feels like to wake up and be
- 9:04Speaker 1: on your way somewhere, knowing that you have something to accomplish,
- 9:08Speaker 1: that you can change somebody, that you can stop somebody
- 9:11Speaker 1: from going down the roads you went down. It's a
- 9:13Speaker 1: whole lot of ways to make your life better. But
- 9:15Speaker 1: why would you not go and have the best life
- 9:17Speaker 1: you can have? What is it that's stopping you? Really? Really?
- 9:23Speaker 1: So you think that Satan really has your best interests
- 9:26Speaker 1: at heart. That Dela thing your mama kept telling you
- 9:29Speaker 1: about praying, you wasn't listening. It was you. But you know,
- 9:32Speaker 1: it ain't ever too late to get back to that.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It ain't ever too late to turn around, It ain't
- 9:37Speaker 1: ever too late to get your life together, it ain't
- 9:40Speaker 1: ever too late to seek God, and it ain't ever
- 9:43Speaker 1: too late to pray. Don't forget to pray, don't be
- 9:46Speaker 1: ashamed to pray, and don't be too proud to pray,
- 9:50Speaker 1: Because Prayer changes things. Prayer change people too. I'm a
- 9:54Speaker 1: witness to that. You're listening. How shall I do this?

- 11:56Speaker 1: and then they put then they put my my other
- 11:59Speaker 1: cover who was before me, whose name was one, and
- 12:02Speaker 1: they said he gonna be late one. I didn't like
- 12:05Speaker 1: it either. At birth birth as a baby, I crossed
- 12:09Speaker 1: my arm late space. Don't you do me? Don't do
- 12:16Speaker 1: me this hell late one k L don't you don't

- 12:51Speaker 1: We're looking for kill lay one. So why are you
- 12:57Speaker 1: playing as he doesn't care? Ye on care doesn't Let

- 13:13Speaker 1: and gentlemen, oh please welcome kill a one speech perfect
- 13:22Speaker 1: coming down, long time, all right, listen, coming up at
- 13:30Speaker 1: thirty two after the hour, Uh dad bods are sexier
- 13:34Speaker 1: than six pack abs. We'll see what the ladies have
- 13:38Speaker 1: to say about that and is it a double standard?
- 13:41Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening show. According to a new
- 13:46Speaker 1: Planet Fitness study, women actually prefer the dad bod over
- 13:51Speaker 1: six pack abs. All right, thank god for that. I
- 13:55Speaker 1: know you're welcome, guys. Yeah, the results of the Planet
- 14:01Speaker 1: Fitness study suggests that women are still being driven wild
- 14:05Speaker 1: by a bit of extra pudge. The survey recently revealed that,
- 14:09Speaker 1: contrary to what you might have believed, women do actually
- 14:12Speaker 1: prefer a man with a little bit of belly on them. Okay, man,
- 14:18Speaker 1: oh yeah, but but that begs the question, Yeah, is
- 14:22Speaker 1: this a double standard though, because because do men prefer
- 14:27Speaker 1: a woman with a little belly with with a mom bod?
- 14:31Speaker 1: I don't, So you don't care, what was stef, I
- 14:53Speaker 1: ain't got no problem with a mom bod. I don't.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I don't you know, I don't you know, especially you
- 14:58Speaker 1: know mom bough let me have babies. Their body's gonna change.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Well that's hard to snap all the way back. Yeah,
- 15:04Speaker 1: that's good. That's good to hear, because you know, there's
- 15:07Speaker 1: so much pressure on women on their physical lawyrence and
- 15:12Speaker 1: you know, their bodies and all of that. To be
- 15:15Speaker 1: so perfect. But yeah, I'm telling you man. My wife's
- 15:19Speaker 1: hairdresser was at the house one time. Her husband dropped
- 15:22Speaker 1: him off. Real big guy man, I'm talking about really
- 15:26Speaker 1: really overweight, nice guy man. I liked him and his wife.
- 15:29Speaker 1: His wife used to my wife's here and uh, she
- 15:32Speaker 1: cut her half. You know, she's a stylish She cut
- 15:35Speaker 1: it into her hair, a little Halleberry cut. And she
- 15:38Speaker 1: was over the house kind of quiet one day and
- 15:41Speaker 1: Marge said, hey, what's wrong. She said, it's in here
- 15:45Speaker 1: arguing with this food. She said, my husband, you know,
- 15:49Speaker 1: he saw my head. He liked it. He come talking
- 15:51Speaker 1: about heat like long. I told him, Hell, I like
- 15:53Speaker 1: muscles because I just got what we like. But you
- 16:00Speaker 1: got out some of that. She said, But I like muscles,
- 16:03Speaker 1: but we got each other. Thought you like lo him?
- 16:09Speaker 1: She said, hell, I like muscles. That shut it down. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 16:17Speaker 1: but but it isn't. Yeah. I thought it would be
- 16:20Speaker 1: more of a double standard because I know men are
- 16:23Speaker 1: so visual. I don't care a six pack. Would you say,
- 16:27Speaker 1: step what I don't care that a woman has a
- 16:29Speaker 1: six pack? What is that? Miss? Nice to look at it,
- 16:33Speaker 1: but you know, requirement six and my two that don't
- 16:37Speaker 1: end Eightpa, what is that? What is that? Leaders? Time?
- 16:44Speaker 1: Take us? But you look, if you look at your man,
- 16:49Speaker 1: then you see him. Then I have no right to
- 16:52Speaker 1: demand about it if I can't provide. Okay, now that
- 16:57Speaker 1: was profound. That makes damn say, yeah it really? Did it? Really? Yeah?
- 17:03Speaker 1: You mean somebody to be something you not. Yeah, a
- 17:07Speaker 1: lot of guys aren't as progressive as you. Guys you know,
- 17:10Speaker 1: don't matter, but they can be non progressive, but they'll
- 17:13Speaker 1: be over that body's self somewhere. Yeah, exactly. Or you
- 17:18Speaker 1: mess around and get some dumb woman with a six pack.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Now what you got? What what did you say? Child? Yeah?
- 17:25Speaker 1: I said us three is not that handsome, so we
- 17:27Speaker 1: can't win it, y'all too. I'm not a trio Tommy.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Here we go. Hey, Hey, I'm sitting here, cute with
- 17:36Speaker 1: a tupac. Okay, what's gonna be ugly with a toothpac?
- 17:42Speaker 1: I'm cute, unattractive as you want to be cut with
- 17:47Speaker 1: a two. I mean, I mean, let Timmy can't tell
- 17:49Speaker 1: you something at times shockingly not a track. Yeah, I've
- 17:57Speaker 1: caught him out some angles. I've seen him from some
- 17:59Speaker 1: differ but you can't convince him of that Steve tell
- 18:05Speaker 1: me about himself. He believes that that's because he looking
- 18:09Speaker 1: out through one set of ass he is. Come out
- 18:12Speaker 1: here and look at him through these eyes. There's a
- 18:15Speaker 1: lot wrong with you, Tommy, for you to be to me.
- 18:18Speaker 1: You know how much stuff got to align. Well, you
- 18:20Speaker 1: know what you need, Moon, you need I there's some
- 18:26Speaker 1: sexy on me somewhere. Okay, where? What? What what you're doing? Well,
- 18:33Speaker 1: go ahead, we got we all here. I don't think
- 18:39Speaker 1: it's for the guys to determine where another guy is sexy? No, no, no,
- 18:44Speaker 1: no no, But he says, sexy on me somewhere? Where's it?
- 18:46Speaker 1: Tom used to tell him, Yeah, no the latest, no latest,
- 18:54Speaker 1: No ladies, don't you go first? You go? Hell no, no, seriously, Tommy,
- 19:01Speaker 1: I've always thought this about you. Really, Yeah, you have
- 19:06Speaker 1: you have nice hands. Your hands, nice hands, well, I
- 19:11Speaker 1: mean they're they're a little bit. They're nice though they're
- 19:15Speaker 1: always you know, run cured and everything. Yeah that's nice. Yeah,
- 19:21Speaker 1: but that still don't make it cute. Asra's hands is pretty.
- 19:26Speaker 1: The baby he's six months old, he say, what is that? Hands?
- 19:32Speaker 1: Don't help make his hand? You thought, man, that's all
- 19:35Speaker 1: you got is cute hand. Women like a man with
- 19:38Speaker 1: nice nice Is he cute? Hell no, he got nice hands, Junior.
- 19:43Speaker 1: She tried to give him something, Tommy sex, call it?
- 19:51Speaker 1: What on Tommy? There we go. Oh let me see
- 19:56Speaker 1: stand up? Standing up, I'm not worn't I'm up now, Okay, okay, okay,
- 20:04Speaker 1: let me let me scoop back. You don't see nothing
- 20:06Speaker 1: sex over here? Turn around? Well, you need a car
- 20:09Speaker 1: to be sexy like you like a roll? Roy, you
- 20:12Speaker 1: got nice heels. I got nothing. I got nothing. I'm
- 20:16Speaker 1: precious real, Timmy, I'm gonna get you got some. You
- 20:22Speaker 1: got nice heels. People don't even see my heels like
- 20:29Speaker 1: I sho All right, listen, keep the comments coming, okay,
- 20:34Speaker 1: go to see Harvey FM and social media. Yeah, and
- 20:38Speaker 1: post your thoughts. Okay, coming up next, run that prank

- 21:19Speaker 1: I'm with African Americans who want to make America great again,
- 21:21Speaker 1: and we want to see if we can count on
- 21:23Speaker 1: you to vote Republican this coming election. No, no Republican donors.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Well yeah, I mean, you know, like I said, there's
- 21:34Speaker 1: quite a few of US African Americans guy here who
- 21:36Speaker 1: are fond of the Republican Party. And you know, we're
- 21:40Speaker 1: reaching out. We're doing quite you know, making free phone
- 21:43Speaker 1: calls and wanting to see can we count on certain
- 21:45Speaker 1: people to be at the polls with us? You can't
- 21:48Speaker 1: count on me. No, I'm not about to be an
- 21:50Speaker 1: Uncle Tom. No, I'm not voting for Donald Trump. That's
- 21:53Speaker 1: not gonna make you an Uncle Tom, sir. That just
- 21:56Speaker 1: means that you you like the Republican Party and you
- 21:58Speaker 1: support what they're doing. I don't why I don't support
- 22:01Speaker 1: I don't support racism. So like that's a black dude.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Why would I vote for someone who that doesn't have
- 22:06Speaker 1: my interest? Like, no, I'm not vote for Trump. How
- 22:08Speaker 1: do you even get my number? Who would even think? No?
- 22:11Speaker 1: Come on down? You know, maybe I can persuade you
- 22:14Speaker 1: to thinking and look at it in a different life.
- 22:16Speaker 1: You know, the Republican Party, they're doing some great things.
- 22:19Speaker 1: They're doing some great things for African Americans, or employment
- 22:22Speaker 1: is up. I mean, you gotta look at the positive
- 22:24Speaker 1: side of things. You know what I'm saying. Not only
- 22:27Speaker 1: that you don't even sound like you believe that. You
- 22:30Speaker 1: sound like you're reading the script right now, like, don't
- 22:32Speaker 1: even believe that. Well, Jason, let me tell you this,
- 22:35Speaker 1: not only that you know if we can count on you,
- 22:37Speaker 1: but I can get your verbal that we can count
- 22:39Speaker 1: on you. We're also gonna send you a T shirt
- 22:41Speaker 1: and make America Great Great Again hat. You know, we're
- 22:44Speaker 1: gonna send you that what the fans like wearing them
- 22:47Speaker 1: America a great hat in my neighborhood with a goofy
- 22:50Speaker 1: ass T shirt, I'm not about to know you're trying
- 22:53Speaker 1: to bribe my vote with a T shirt and a
- 22:56Speaker 1: stupid hat. All I'm saying is, man, we're reaching out
- 22:59Speaker 1: to afric Americans across the country. And yeah, you keep
- 23:02Speaker 1: saying that, but like, you're not gonna get the black
- 23:05Speaker 1: vote just because you're black like that. They're no, Like
- 23:07Speaker 1: that's how that works. I'm not voting for Donald Trump.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Have you given it a chance? Have you thought about it?
- 23:12Speaker 1: Have you? I haven't thought about it. I know I'm
- 23:15Speaker 1: my vote for Donald Trump, but I don't know who
- 23:17Speaker 1: is in the battle. I don't know who's gonna be election.
- 23:19Speaker 1: I know when I get into the voters booth, if
- 23:21Speaker 1: I see Donald's Trump name, I'm not checking it. I'm
- 23:24Speaker 1: not marking it. I'm my circling it. I ain't vote
- 23:27Speaker 1: for the man. Okay, So you don't want to hurt
- 23:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna do what a hat? No, I don't want
- 23:33Speaker 1: your stupid hat. I could order a hat. I don't
- 23:35Speaker 1: want a hat with with Donald trump stupid name. No, Like,
- 23:38Speaker 1: do you not get that? In my vote for Donald Trump?
- 23:40Speaker 1: But I mean it's a real pompular hat. Though I
- 23:42Speaker 1: think you'd want to make that you gotta be for me,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I'm not. I don't give a about the stupid hat, dude, Like,
- 23:49Speaker 1: do you not get that hat? Is that that's your
- 23:52Speaker 1: selling point? You're trying to sell me on Donald Trump,
- 23:54Speaker 1: and your selling point is a hat. You know what,
- 23:56Speaker 1: I knew it was a boy. I know it's gonna
- 23:58Speaker 1: answer this damn phone, U, but I never antiphone them
- 24:00Speaker 1: from people. Right now, you really, man, how much already
- 24:04Speaker 1: paying you to sit here and call other black people
- 24:07Speaker 1: and try to sell them on Donald Trump? Black man,
- 24:09Speaker 1: you're the dude in the back of Donald Trump, the
- 24:11Speaker 1: one black doing the audience to sitting there with your
- 24:13Speaker 1: goofy ass hat on trying to make America great again.
- 24:17Speaker 1: This is a bull answer, damn phone. Okay, sure. All
- 24:21Speaker 1: I'm trying to do is to get you to broaden
- 24:22Speaker 1: your your your vision on this whole thing. I want
- 24:25Speaker 1: you to man that I'm done like you're goofy is
- 24:28Speaker 1: out and I hope they're giving you a fat track
- 24:30Speaker 1: for this stupid that you're doing because this is ridiculous. Okay, Well,
- 24:34Speaker 1: you know, to be honest with you, man, I thought
- 24:37Speaker 1: that you would like the hat. I thought you would
- 24:38Speaker 1: like the shirt. You know, I think that you're not
- 24:41Speaker 1: giving it a fair shot. You know, I think you're
- 24:43Speaker 1: just listening to all the naysayers out there, because honestly,
- 24:47Speaker 1: you're not. You're not giving it a shot made. It's
- 24:49Speaker 1: some black out here that they want to make America
- 24:51Speaker 1: great again. We wear the hat with pride. We were
- 24:54Speaker 1: to straight with pride. We don't even rally up more
- 24:56Speaker 1: of our people and let them understand that, you know,
- 24:59Speaker 1: the Republican is not a very part due the dude,
- 25:02Speaker 1: get the my phone. You're literally your selling point is
- 25:05Speaker 1: a damn hat and a T shirt. You mentioned those
- 25:07Speaker 1: hats and T shirts nineteen times. I talk about their
- 25:10Speaker 1: hats because I'm fond of the head. Okay, y'all wear
- 25:13Speaker 1: them all the time, all right, So I'm just trying
- 25:15Speaker 1: to I'm just trying to get you to look at
- 25:17Speaker 1: Trump in a different light, and look at the whole
- 25:20Speaker 1: Republican Party in a different light, you know what I mean.
- 25:22Speaker 1: That's all I want you to do. I'm not vote
- 25:24Speaker 1: for Donald Trump unless you're about to send me a check.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I'm my vote for Donald Trump. I'm not whatever he's paying.
- 25:31Speaker 1: You pay me that and then I might think about
- 25:34Speaker 1: wearing that stupid had, but I might vote for Donald Trump.
- 25:37Speaker 1: So just to call whatever the black person's on your
- 25:39Speaker 1: list called Tyrone or Tachika, whoever else is the next,
- 25:43Speaker 1: and panted to them you like Donald Trump. Kim's for
- 25:47Speaker 1: starting this blast war, setting our kids over thy rackings
- 25:51Speaker 1: that and everyone else. The list that you have for
- 25:55Speaker 1: the people that you have, call it and take me
- 25:56Speaker 1: off this goofy ass with that stupid hat. I got
- 26:00Speaker 1: a room full of hats, and I would be damned.
- 26:02Speaker 1: I'm aware that stupid ass red one. So a matter
- 26:05Speaker 1: of fact, take my number and draw a big extra
- 26:08Speaker 1: it and don't call me no more with your boar,
- 26:10Speaker 1: because I'm done, Donald, sir. So you were recommended by Tommy.
- 26:15Speaker 1: He said you would be on board Tommy who's Tommy?
- 26:19Speaker 1: But if you don't, you don't remember. Tommy said that
- 26:21Speaker 1: you would be on board. He said you would wear
- 26:23Speaker 1: the shirt. He said you would wear the hat. He
- 26:25Speaker 1: said that you would probably you know, standing behind Trump
- 26:28Speaker 1: in the nick rally. Okay, well he's Tommy. Don't know
- 26:31Speaker 1: what he's talking about, because i'd be damn. I don't
- 26:33Speaker 1: know know who named Tommy. I'm not wearing no, I'm
- 26:38Speaker 1: not wearing a hat. I'm my boat with this man.
- 26:39Speaker 1: So take me off the list and stop with me.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Like I'm done. But Donald Trump is not getting my role.
- 26:44Speaker 1: So whatever Timmy told you? What some board? Okay, do
- 26:48Speaker 1: you want to talk to Tommy sure, why not what Tommy,
- 26:51Speaker 1: who's Tommy wears Tommy this is telling me. I'm telling me,
- 26:54Speaker 1: baby nephew, Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morten Show. You
- 26:58Speaker 1: just got yeah, dude, you gotta be so hot in
- 27:07Speaker 1: this carking lot. Man. Really, I really didn't think you
- 27:13Speaker 1: was gonna pick up. But you know I got you, baby,
- 27:16Speaker 1: I got Damn. I never answer unknown cause dude, I
- 27:20Speaker 1: never did. So he took this out. So you worked
- 27:23Speaker 1: with it with this white guy named Brian, you know,
- 27:25Speaker 1: Brian Henry, right, I didn't know Brian. Brian got me too,
- 27:30Speaker 1: crank phone call you, man, okay, damn, he got mad.
- 27:38Speaker 1: I wanna know what, man, I don't know what the
- 27:40Speaker 1: temperature is in your office, in your workplace. But Brian said,
- 27:44Speaker 1: you gotta call my guy. Okay, all right? So white
- 27:48Speaker 1: people got jokes now, all right? Then calling Tommy on me?
- 27:52Speaker 1: You know what, nah man, it's not it's all though,
- 27:56Speaker 1: right because if i I'm gonna have some a call,
- 27:58Speaker 1: damn about some democratic see how they take it all
- 28:02Speaker 1: white people, if any white people at my job or
- 28:04Speaker 1: listen to this right now, because I know you guys
- 28:06Speaker 1: all laugh at the office right now listening to this.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Just no, I got ya. I'm getting all. That's for sure.
- 28:15Speaker 1: All right, tell me this is what is the baddest
- 28:17Speaker 1: and I mean the baddest radio show into playing man.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Steve Harvey warners so many YO want to show y

- 28:36Speaker 1: man to put the hat on. Got a hat for
- 28:38Speaker 1: you in the T shirt. We just want to make
- 28:39Speaker 1: show you vote on the Republican Party. That's all we
- 28:41Speaker 1: wanted to all right, coming up more of the Steve
- 28:46Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 28:51Speaker 1: Morning Show. Let's go to Junior with his truth to
- 28:55Speaker 1: be toned. Oh I hope it's another poem. No, no,
- 28:59Speaker 1: surely it's not truth be told. Did something I did
- 29:04Speaker 1: do this though? Last week? You know, last week got
- 29:06Speaker 1: to me. We would talk about, you know, being ugly.
- 29:09Speaker 1: So I went called my family up and just took
- 29:12Speaker 1: a pole. I just want to know what they really thought.
- 29:15Speaker 1: I called some asism coup and came back up. Not
- 29:22Speaker 1: all right, you know you possible? But what really hurt
- 29:26Speaker 1: my fitts was how fast they sad, but I just
- 29:32Speaker 1: I just discovered after they called me ugly, compliments started
- 29:35Speaker 1: coming in. You know you hard working though, you know,
- 29:39Speaker 1: you know, you know your spirit good, you know you know,
- 29:43Speaker 1: I mean, it was all this stuff could come back.
- 29:45Speaker 1: So I discovered it and and truth be told, Oh when
- 29:47Speaker 1: you ugly, people really love you for who you are.
- 29:52Speaker 1: They really love you, you know, I mean, they just
- 29:55Speaker 1: can't coming back. They're like, yeah, yeah, you ugly. But listen,
- 29:58Speaker 1: that's not what colt. It's what's on the inside. Because
- 30:01Speaker 1: you gotta encourage you, you gotta get this was remissing me. Up.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I had never heard this. My great aunt say, yeah, boy,
- 30:08Speaker 1: your ugly, ugly, but you come from good stock. I
- 30:14Speaker 1: ain't never heard. What you come from good stock means
- 30:19Speaker 1: is who told you that your grandma ain't my grandmother.
- 30:22Speaker 1: What that means is your grandfather's grandfather got sold for
- 30:25Speaker 1: a lot. Who knew? Hey, But when you really don't
- 30:38Speaker 1: feel bad, people really do luck When they they one
- 30:42Speaker 1: or two friends I have ain't with me because I
- 30:44Speaker 1: look you. They just like you because they know they know,
- 30:47Speaker 1: and I know I look in the mirror. Every time
- 30:50Speaker 1: I look in the mirror, I know they no doubt,
- 30:53Speaker 1: no doubt. You know, maybe somebody defended found me a man.
- 30:59Speaker 1: My mother told me a long time ago, you're not
- 31:02Speaker 1: gonna be an attractive man because you just don't have
- 31:06Speaker 1: a good look at me. And they always babe yourself
- 31:10Speaker 1: and wear nice clothes that work and get him girls
- 31:15Speaker 1: something else look at It's right. You know, I've been
- 31:18Speaker 1: to walk in the room and nobody, dude ain't talking
- 31:24Speaker 1: about you know what. I noticed that any time you
- 31:27Speaker 1: do here that it ain't never and you know it's
- 31:30Speaker 1: how quiet. Tommy Timmy don't like it because Tommy is
- 31:37Speaker 1: the one boy in that. I just been shot. So
- 31:42Speaker 1: how would you just Okay, did you ever think about
- 31:45Speaker 1: if you were cute? I mean, I'm not saying you're not. No,
- 31:48Speaker 1: I ain't never thought about it. You know, were just
- 31:50Speaker 1: a dude. We just you know, yeah, my life being
- 31:53Speaker 1: a whole lot different, like if if I just like skinning,
- 31:56Speaker 1: I have a different lang like though like like elder, Oh,
- 32:04Speaker 1: I don't think. I mean I could not have the ball.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I couldn't have that? What why what would you do?
- 32:12Speaker 1: You're always be your hand in it? You see the ball?
- 32:15Speaker 1: You can't have no hell like that? Nobody in it.
- 32:18Speaker 1: I kinda couldn't have you, boy, you cut your finger
- 32:20Speaker 1: wide over you. Man, I could still braid my head. Dog,
- 32:24Speaker 1: I don't wouldn't be him. I just I just don't
- 32:25Speaker 1: want if I can handle you no way, because I
- 32:28Speaker 1: always like who like me like, I don't have like.
- 32:30Speaker 1: I don't ain't ain't no two girls I don't feel
- 32:32Speaker 1: like at the same time. So you don't know people
- 32:34Speaker 1: they approach you. No, Well, I'm too ugly to be
- 32:36Speaker 1: approach people. I truly. You gotta stay. You gotta like
- 32:42Speaker 1: you got to let you ugly. You can't push up.
- 32:48Speaker 1: You gotta let them invite you in h like friends.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Damn they gotta walk up to you. All right, Steve,
- 32:56Speaker 1: Time for today's headlines, ladies and gentlemen, miss and trip Okay,
- 33:01Speaker 1: thank you guys. Good morning. This country's top infectious disease.
- 33:04Speaker 1: The expert is issuing a dire warning, Doctor Anthony Fauci
- 33:08Speaker 1: basically saying that when it comes to the coronavirus, we're
- 33:10Speaker 1: not out of the woods yet. We are now having
- 33:13Speaker 1: forty plus thousand new cases a day. I would not
- 33:17Speaker 1: be surprised if we go up to one hundred thousand
- 33:20Speaker 1: a day. If this does not turn around, and so
- 33:23Speaker 1: I am very concerned. Going to the sentence for disease control.
- 33:25Speaker 1: COVID nineteen hospitalizations are soaring in twelve states, with the
- 33:30Speaker 1: culprits people not wearing masks or gloves, not washing their
- 33:34Speaker 1: hands frequently, or not practicing social distancing. But former Vice
- 33:37Speaker 1: President Joe Biden says that the country's real problem from
- 33:40Speaker 1: day one in this country was President of Trump. As
- 33:42Speaker 1: many of us urged him to step up and do
- 33:45Speaker 1: his job, he failed us. Just look at the record.
- 33:48Speaker 1: In January, I, along with others, sounded the alarm over
- 33:52Speaker 1: the coronavirus outbreak. Trump told the country that COVID nineteen
- 33:56Speaker 1: is quote totally under control. The President says the Democrats
- 34:00Speaker 1: have it backwards. He claims that he acted early and
- 34:03Speaker 1: that the reason that coronavirus cases are up is not
- 34:05Speaker 1: because states reopened for chief prematurely, but because they're simply
- 34:09Speaker 1: more testing going on. Meanwhile, the White House remains under
- 34:12Speaker 1: pressure to explain two reports, one from the New York Times,
- 34:15Speaker 1: the other from the Associated Press accusing the President of
- 34:17Speaker 1: having been briefed by the intelligence community that the Russians
- 34:20Speaker 1: were offering the Taliban a bounty to kill American soldiers.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Trump insists he knew nothing about it. Democratic Congressman Adam
- 34:28Speaker 1: shift Though, who heads up the House Intelligence Committee, says
- 34:30Speaker 1: that President Trump's been going around things with the Vladi.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Excuse me, been going about things wrong with Adam Reputin
- 34:37Speaker 1: the whole time. President State should not be inviting Russia
- 34:40Speaker 1: into the G seven or G eight. We should be
- 34:44Speaker 1: considering what sanctions are appropriate to further deter Russia's Malian activities.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Schiff said he was too friendly with Putin anyway. No surprise,
- 34:53Speaker 1: Senate Republicans supporting the President and his story, their skeptical
- 34:56Speaker 1: about the reports, especially because one of them came from
- 34:59Speaker 1: the New Yor Times, which you know Trump openly derives.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Last night, the governor of Mississippi, a Republican, took the
- 35:05Speaker 1: historic step of formally signing a bill into law that
- 35:08Speaker 1: removes the Confederate battle flag as part of the Mississippi
- 35:11Speaker 1: state flag. The Confederate stars and bars were made part
- 35:14Speaker 1: of Mississippi's flag in eighteen ninety four, and now it's
- 35:17Speaker 1: delivering while black in Oklahoma the other day, a black
- 35:20Speaker 1: furniture and appliance deliveryman Travis Miller, says, after he made
- 35:23Speaker 1: eight deliveries in a gated community and was on his
- 35:25Speaker 1: way out, a white man used his car to block
- 35:28Speaker 1: the exit, demanding to see his identification and proof as
- 35:31Speaker 1: to why he was inside the complex. Mister Miller takes
- 35:34Speaker 1: the whole encounter. He was finally allowed out when one
- 35:36Speaker 1: of his customers came out and said, what are you
- 35:38Speaker 1: doing to end the harrassment? Now back to the Steve
- 35:40Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well,
- 35:46Speaker 1: guess what, Steve, we have more relationship questions for you
- 35:49Speaker 1: from Steve Harvey FM. You know you're our Chief Love
- 35:53Speaker 1: Officer CLO, so help. Yes, this one comes from I
- 35:59Speaker 1: think her name is h Sharon. Yeah, I was from Chicago.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Sharon says, I know you've got lots of these letters,
- 36:06Speaker 1: but I would really like your help. She says, I
- 36:09Speaker 1: just want to find happiness with a man. I know
- 36:12Speaker 1: a man can't make me happy, but sometimes I get lonely.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I want to find my best friend who can love
- 36:18Speaker 1: me as much as I love him. Can you please
- 36:21Speaker 1: give me any advice or suggestions? And then she also
- 36:25Speaker 1: asks his nephew Tommy single, No, you wouldn't know it
- 36:29Speaker 1: from this show. But he's actually he's actually man some
- 36:36Speaker 1: sense after dumbas stuff he said, But yes, why you
- 36:42Speaker 1: don't know that? By nine is even more amazing. Well, Sharon,
- 36:48Speaker 1: here's a deal. Stop looking for man. The Bible says,
- 36:51Speaker 1: when a man finds a wife, he finds a good thing.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Have you ever thought of asking God for the man
- 37:00Speaker 1: and then asking God to share with you the things
- 37:03Speaker 1: you need to do to attract the man you're looking
- 37:07Speaker 1: for a lot of times when you ask God for something,
- 37:11Speaker 1: you haven't prepared yourself to receive it. So the thing
- 37:14Speaker 1: that you're asking God for, you have to make sure
- 37:17Speaker 1: that you're the person that would be able to receive
- 37:21Speaker 1: the thing that you're asking him for. You can't ask
- 37:24Speaker 1: this God for this wonderful man if you ain't a
- 37:26Speaker 1: wonderful woman. So you got to ask God what are
- 37:31Speaker 1: you doing wrong? And ask God to send you the
- 37:34Speaker 1: man that's for you and to help prepare you to
- 37:37Speaker 1: receive it. Go ahead, Raynard, Okay, yeah, let me read
- 37:41Speaker 1: this from ray Reynard is married. He say his number
- 37:46Speaker 1: two then found out about a number three, and now
- 37:52Speaker 1: three and two is threatening to call number one, and
- 37:56Speaker 1: Raynard wants to figure out how to keep all the
- 37:58Speaker 1: numbers and not lose. Now one up well nants one,
- 38:03Speaker 1: two and three? Yeah, Ray, Now you're in the world
- 38:06Speaker 1: of trouble because two and three is five. And if
- 38:11Speaker 1: they get together and call number one, man, you have
- 38:16Speaker 1: a serious problem on your hands. Ray. So I would
- 38:20Speaker 1: suggest to you, if you want to hold on to
- 38:24Speaker 1: number one, let it just be a number one. That's
- 38:29Speaker 1: my strong suggestion to you who keep losing with you,
- 38:35Speaker 1: Raynard and Ka Tommy sad like a yeah, all right,
- 38:54Speaker 1: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right
- 38:56Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to Morning Show? All right, Steve?
- 39:01Speaker 1: Is that time again when we need you the most.
- 39:03Speaker 1: We need you to be the judge. It's time for
- 39:05Speaker 1: the Right or Wrong? With your nephews and junior. Have
- 39:12Speaker 1: you ever noticed all of the worst segments we had?
- 39:15Speaker 1: Tim is he out? It's amazing to be a part
- 39:19Speaker 1: of the worst segments and the best segment. Well, he's
- 39:23Speaker 1: a part of the worst and the best. We can
- 39:26Speaker 1: confession the week the pranks are the best segments. Okay,
- 39:31Speaker 1: he's a part of the best Right or Wrong. You
- 39:33Speaker 1: just don't like the fact that I make sense. I
- 39:35Speaker 1: was ty to gang up on me. And this really
- 39:39Speaker 1: shows you what the A and M college system is doing.
- 39:42Speaker 1: This is what this briddy shows me. He got one
- 39:47Speaker 1: isn't beyond ready. Okay, so let me ask you this.
- 39:50Speaker 1: So I asked him this last night. He ain't responded.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Will you tell him it is rude for a deaf
- 39:56Speaker 1: person to do sign language why they mouth is full

- 40:34Speaker 1: clothes and talk, if you can chew, if you can
- 40:38Speaker 1: talk without open in your mouth. I saw a restaurant
- 40:43Speaker 1: and I was a Paul. This is just rude. You
- 40:46Speaker 1: can't be doing sign language and your mouth. I haven't
- 40:51Speaker 1: speller Paul sign language that now. Then here's another one
- 41:01Speaker 1: for mister junior boy. Tell this boy if some Simmes twins, yeah,

- 46:58Speaker 1: going wrong with me because we've had you know, the
- 47:01Speaker 1: way we've been chit chatting and going back and forth
- 47:03Speaker 1: on the site. Things have been really really well. You know,
- 47:06Speaker 1: you know I would like to get you know, like

- 47:52Speaker 1: Right now? Yeah? Yeah? Okay, Uh this is super weird
- 47:58Speaker 1: and uh yeah, this is a weird and uh you
- 48:04Speaker 1: know I'm coming. I don't really know what to say,
- 48:07Speaker 1: like other than um, you could probably lose my number,
- 48:10Speaker 1: like you a week do like, don't call me like
- 48:14Speaker 1: you're corny. I'm not interested. You're a bum like I'm straight,
- 48:18Speaker 1: Like I don't know what hold hold on? I wouldn't all.

- 52:55Speaker 1: you here. It is the Strawberry Letter, all right. Subject
- 52:59Speaker 1: my lover calls me Mom. Good morning. Stephen Shirley, I
- 53:02Speaker 1: am a fifty year old divorced lady with a twenty
- 53:06Speaker 1: eight year old lover. We've been together for two years,
- 53:10Speaker 1: but I met him when he was in college with
- 53:13Speaker 1: my son. He came home a few weekends with my
- 53:16Speaker 1: son and he started calling me mom back then. After college,
- 53:19Speaker 1: he continued to hang out at the house with my son,
- 53:22Speaker 1: so I got used to him being around. While on
- 53:25Speaker 1: Easter Sunday, twenty seventeen. Things changed in an instant when
- 53:30Speaker 1: he rubbed up against me in the kitchen and I
- 53:32Speaker 1: felt some kind of way. This young man is six two,
- 53:36Speaker 1: dark and handsome. He works out daily, and what gave
- 53:43Speaker 1: it away? Steve all three. He works out daily, so
- 53:50Speaker 1: his chest is all ripped up. I must add that
- 53:57Speaker 1: I'm still a sexy mom and a head turner at
- 54:00Speaker 1: fifty years young. He told me that he wanted to
- 54:03Speaker 1: see me alone one day to talk. I told him
- 54:06Speaker 1: to come by my house and he did. He walked
- 54:09Speaker 1: in and we kissed, and it was straight fireworks from
- 54:12Speaker 1: then on. We did multiple passionate acts that afternoon, and
- 54:16Speaker 1: he was considerate and asked for permission each time he
- 54:20Speaker 1: tried a new position. Of course, it's been our secret
- 54:23Speaker 1: the entire time, and we hook up whenever he has time.
- 54:27Speaker 1: It's just that simple. I assume that he dates multiple women,
- 54:31Speaker 1: or maybe he just has a girlfriend. I'm not concerned
- 54:34Speaker 1: about that. What does concern me is that he still
- 54:37Speaker 1: calls me mama or mom when he comes over. I
- 54:40Speaker 1: don't know if if it's the same as when married
- 54:44Speaker 1: men call their wives mama, or women call their husband's daddy.
- 54:48Speaker 1: I know you're going to say that I need to
- 54:51Speaker 1: find someone else to have sex with, but what we
- 54:54Speaker 1: have is fun and it's keeping me satisfied for now.
- 54:58Speaker 1: So do I ask him politely to stop calling me? Mom?
- 55:01Speaker 1: Or Am I reading too much into it? Time to
- 55:04Speaker 1: write this? Yeah? She did, she did, Steve, And my
- 55:08Speaker 1: answer is, what does it matter what he calls you?
- 55:11Speaker 1: I mean, as long as he's respectful with it. I mean,
- 55:14Speaker 1: what do you want him to call you? You're saying
- 55:16Speaker 1: this is just for fun right now, and I mean
- 55:20Speaker 1: he's keeping you satisfied right now, So what do you
- 55:24Speaker 1: What are you nitpicking for? I don't get it. You
- 55:26Speaker 1: guys have been together for two years and he's been
- 55:29Speaker 1: calling you. You're doing it in secret, so clearly he
- 55:33Speaker 1: doesn't want your son, his bestie, to find out that
- 55:37Speaker 1: you know he's doing his mom. You're concerned about a
- 55:40Speaker 1: name and the fact that you're and not the fact
- 55:43Speaker 1: that you're sleeping with your son's friend who is really young,
- 55:47Speaker 1: he's young enough to be your son, who may or
- 55:49Speaker 1: may not have a girlfriend or a multiple girlfriend, and
- 55:53Speaker 1: who hooks up with you whenever he has time. Those
- 55:56Speaker 1: are the things you're concerned about me. You should be
- 56:00Speaker 1: concerned about a lot more than that. I mean, you know,
- 56:03Speaker 1: than him calling your mom or mom. He just is
- 56:06Speaker 1: trying to be respectful. I guess when you guys are
- 56:09Speaker 1: in the bedroom. I don't know. Then again, you say,
- 56:12Speaker 1: it's just your to satisfy you for right now. So
- 56:16Speaker 1: if this is what's making you happy, what's floating your
- 56:18Speaker 1: boat right now? Then you know I mean him calling
- 56:20Speaker 1: your mom. I don't see why that's a big deal, Steve,
- 56:25Speaker 1: Can I be honest? Sure, I'm confused. Okay, I have
- 56:28Speaker 1: no idea what this letters for. Right you're fifty to
- 56:32Speaker 1: do twenty eight. Y'all been together for two years. It's
- 56:36Speaker 1: ain't no accident. He used to come home with your son.
- 56:38Speaker 1: He's stall calling your mom after y'all graduated. Y'all was
- 56:42Speaker 1: in the kitchen one time he rubbed up against you.
- 56:44Speaker 1: That was on purpose, you felt, some kind of way,
- 56:47Speaker 1: on purpose. Y're already talking about hot, tall dog and
- 56:50Speaker 1: handsome here. He asked you could he come back and
- 56:55Speaker 1: see you alone and talk. I told him come by
- 56:58Speaker 1: my house. He walked in, and y'all kiss, and it
- 57:00Speaker 1: was straight fireworks right there. Then you talked about all
- 57:03Speaker 1: these multiple passion that acts that afternoon, if he asked
- 57:07Speaker 1: your permission each time he tried a new position, I
- 57:10Speaker 1: do that too, I still ask very nice. I don't
- 57:19Speaker 1: know what you know? What is this letter? Folk? The boys? Polite? Yeah?
- 57:26Speaker 1: He asking you for new positions every time? Miss Gilmo, Missilo,
- 57:33Speaker 1: do you mind? Do you mind it if you put
- 57:37Speaker 1: the bottom of your foot up on that night stand? Please? Man?
- 57:43Speaker 1: Oh cool, that's nice right there, Miss Gilmo, Miss Gilmo,
- 57:47Speaker 1: would you mind taking your left hand and grabbing the
- 57:50Speaker 1: corner that mattress on the upper left side of the
- 57:52Speaker 1: head bullet that Thank you, Miss gil Ah, thank you,
- 57:57Speaker 1: Miss Gilmo. Miss Now, I'm asking now, we don't do liniment.
- 58:05Speaker 1: I don't like the smell. I won't do it. So
- 58:10Speaker 1: this is what he's doing to it. So I don't
- 58:12Speaker 1: see why why you wrote the letter. You know now
- 58:17Speaker 1: she doesn't like for him to call her mom or mom. Okay,
- 58:20Speaker 1: we'll quit seeing him nick. You know that's how all
- 58:23Speaker 1: listening to it is. Why are we taking up our
- 58:26Speaker 1: special time because you're worrying about him calling you mama?
- 58:30Speaker 1: Or when men call he wives wives wives? What we
- 58:34Speaker 1: call our wives. Ain't your damn business. You ain't a wife.
- 58:39Speaker 1: Oh you the mama. That's what he calls her mom.
- 58:44Speaker 1: He know it. That could be a turn on from him.
- 58:49Speaker 1: You know some people's girls call him hey daddy. Okay,
- 58:52Speaker 1: that's a turn on. His turn on is hey mama.
- 58:55Speaker 1: I don't know why you want that. I'm not with
- 58:59Speaker 1: nobody from the call her mama. That ain't gonna happen. Now,
- 59:04Speaker 1: you said, I know you're gonna say you need to
- 59:06Speaker 1: find somebody else house sex with. I'm not gonna say that.
- 59:11Speaker 1: But what we have is fun. Okay, go hey, yeah,
- 59:14Speaker 1: all right, just keeping you set what hang on, Steve,
- 59:17Speaker 1: hang on Part two of your responses coming up at
- 59:19Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour, subject my lover calls me Mom.
- 59:23Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening,
- 59:29Speaker 1: all right, Steve, Let's recap today Strawberry letters, subject my
- 59:32Speaker 1: lover calls me mom. First of all, this is the
- 59:37Speaker 1: most ridiculous atta we've had. The while the woman sleeping
- 59:42Speaker 1: with her son's friend from college head and graduated rubbed
- 59:46Speaker 1: up against in the kitchen Monday. Now they over the
- 59:49Speaker 1: house screwing. She said, yeah, that's what a very sexual hack.
- 59:55Speaker 1: Footage that that's what they do. He said he wanted
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: to see me alone one day and talk. I told him,
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: come on about the house. He did. He walked in,
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: We started kissing and multiple passion and asked that afternoon
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: separate occasions. You know, he's very considerate, ask for permission
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: each time he tries a new position. Of course, our
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: secret the entire time we hook up. Whenever he got time.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: It's just that simple. Now she assuming that he got
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: other women, maybe a girlfriend, But I ain't concerned about that.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: What does concern me now? Of all the stuff that
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: concerns you, he still calls me mammon when he comes over.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: That's because he what you wanted to call you? Blenda?
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Blenda Gilmore. Why how is he gonna call you Belinda?
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: And then messed around and say blenda in front of yourself.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: So when when you start calling my MoMA, well, I
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: think it's something we need to talk about, because that
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: ain't just your mama. That album. A matter of fact,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: I called her mama. She called me daddy. In a
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: matter of fact, Demetrius listened to me, I don't know
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: how to tell you this. I'm finn to be your
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: new daddy. What Yeah, Demetrius. I'm Finn to be your
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: new daddy at the same age they went to college together. Yeah,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: but I'm when I marry your mama, Finn be your daddy. Yeah,
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: and I want you to respect that and call me daddy.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: See this is an ass whooping all in to make
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: it right now. I know what you're going to say,
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I need to find someone else to have sex with. No,
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: that's not what we're gonna say. But what we have
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: is fun and it's keeping me satisfied. Okay, this is
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: what you're doing. We can say something about it. So
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: do I ask him politely to stop calling me mom?
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: Or am I reading too much into it? You know what?
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: We really don't give a damn what you can we
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: share that with you? Can? I tell you that the
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: people listening to this matter at work right now, it's
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: looking upside day radio going what Yeah, that's what you're
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: concerned about. It's people trying to snatch earphones out their
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: head right now. Now'm like caning about you. You're dating
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: your son's friend. Yeah, yeah, he got on the chick.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: Yeah you ain't it and in the future with you,
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: you just his thing and he sees you whenever he
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: has time, right, and if you think he your thing,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: your thing do y'all just gotta thing for each other
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: doing multiple passionate acts. But I love the part where
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: he is so considered and asked me for permission, Like
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: what again, Steve, you did it earlier? Miss Jackson? Would
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: you mind still Morrison? Well, change your name sometimes like
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Mama Jackson, Mama guil More, Mama Patterson, it's mama somebody. Yeah,
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: it's gonna be Mama Peterson. Um, mama's gonna be Mama
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: something old church name. Ya ya, y'all. Oh, miss u,
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: miss no, no, I'm gonna do that, right, Miss Jordine,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: Hold on one second, on, hold on, hold, you might
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: be tied right now, but would you mind taking the
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: left half of your ass right on the edge of
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: that lamp ship just right that right that right that
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: right there? Miss there you go? Okay, now, all right now,
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: you're welcome listen to Well, can I ask you something else?
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Would you take your left hand and hold your right
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: foot up and then put your fuehead on the mattress?
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: Would you mind that? Miss Jackson? Hey, Bobby, thank you
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: for asking me so nicely. You're such a polite young man,
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: do you learn that in college with mama? Can I
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: ask you asking another question? What? Bobby? Could you stop talking? Yeah?
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: You're talking too much. I'm asking no, but you you
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: just I don't want you talking back. I just need
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: you to do it, okay, Miss Taylor? Taylor? Miss Taylor me, Oh, yes, Bobby.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: Can you get on your knees and crawl over there
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: to the couch so I could watch you and bark
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: like a dog on your way over there? Yes, I
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: can do that. Miss take go ahead, Miss fixed, Now,
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Miss Taylor, Miss what probably? What can you bring my

- 1:05:24Speaker 1: write us normal. Make sure you check out please The
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter podcast on demand coming up at forty six
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: after the hour, Junior's here with his comedy segment called
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: when did He'll explain right after this. You're listening to show.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: All right, So Junior's here today with this is a
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: comedy segment you call Junior when dead? What's that about?
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: When did you know? We've been saying a lot of
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: things that have been happening, But you just don't know
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: when it started. Like, for example, when did kids get lucky?
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: You never go to that, it's this little bag in
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: front of you. When all my drawls was in the
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: same luggage with my grandmother, all my draws up against
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: the Brazil. When the kids getting lucky? I don't know
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: when it started. When did people start wearing house shoes everywhere?
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: Now I had church, somebody stepped out their house shoes
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: to get to the altar. And now when you leave
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: your shoes out here in church like that? When when
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: did it happen? Like when did vegans get so outspoken?
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: What do you mean you didn't never know? Who the
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: hell wasn't vegan? That it upsetting by everything you can't eat?
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: That it had a mother? I can't vegans? Is I mean?
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: When did all this stuff starts they speaking up? When
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: did we just never mind just wearing rip jeans? Maybe
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: you should get your ass for your jeans being named
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: by the jeans told? Why am I looking at the
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: range draws? Just when did that start? We just don't
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: know when it happened. When when people used to borrow money?
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Now ain't cash shapping? Yeah, but dinner he didn't the
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: ass Remember I can our borrow was important? Yes, they
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: don't do that, no more, they don't do none of that.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: When did big guys just start showing their stomach with
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: no results? You know, they don't don't care, no remorse,
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: They just the stomach just out a matter of fact?
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: When did women just start wearing their stomachs hot? When
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: did all of this half? When? When did white kids
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: get comfortable with saying the N words the black kids?
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: When did that start? When did we start knocking our kids?
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: When did that stop? Now, because my nephew is sitting
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: up here making fls at school and we ain't been
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: school a week. When did this start? Just when did
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: it happen? We just don't know. We have to figure
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: out when did that happened? That's when we start thinking
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: about it. Stuff stuff change, m No, no, when did
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: it happen? Wow, I'll tell you another profile. Okay, here's
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: one that everybody knows. This something We don't even know
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: when they started. But remember when? When did when a
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: jogging suit? Member? When when it meant you was going jogging? Oh? Yeah, no,
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: people wearing jocker suits? He jogging? No, damn, what you're
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: talking about me. That used to mean something you got
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: on the jogging suit. I can assume you ask what's
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: going jock? Na? Na na, you're asking drive throughs? You
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: you ain't doing nothing, walking in it, sleeping. I'm just
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: saying at work now, I'm in one, right now? All right,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: more of this crazy ignorant show. Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Jay,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: you don't have to do a long setup, but can you,
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: you know, do what you do with comedy roulette. Okay,
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: it's very simple, because I don't want to make our
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: leader mad. You give them fourth subjects. Put them on
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: a wheel, spund the wheel. What a wheel stop? We
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: will do the damn thing because juniors commedim comedians. Steve Comedian,
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: all right, thank you. All right, here we go the subjects.

- 1:09:19Speaker 1: right until morning? All right? Favorite late night snack? Yeah?
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: Ways that you fake remembering someone when you have no
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: idea who they are? It all the time, all the time.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: All right. Uh. Things people say when they get angry
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: but they don't want to curse. That's gonna be hard
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: for you, guys, right, Yeah, what's the one thing your
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: mate has that you wish they could throw away? Oh
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: that's a good one. That's a good one. All right,
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: let's yeah. Oh yeah, she was the girls weekend this
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: weekend house could you take me? And then showing me
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: where they was at her slippers. I'm gonna no, they
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: ain't all her stuff clean and nice. It's just something
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: she wound like. Oh well, when she comes back and said, Steve,
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: where's my she's gonna ask me nothing. Oh okay, she'll
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: asked the housekeeper. Yeah, and I've they've already been told
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: if you won't your job, do not mention my name.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: But I didn't tell nothing. What I did was I
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: made him short to me, and then they walked out,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: and I said okay, and then I just walked out too.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: Then I went back in the hand took that Oka say,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: mister Harvey, took them. Do you know what happened? They
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: can just said I don't know what happened. They were here. Yeah,
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: you threw the completely completely in a trans face, took
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: him outside. My damn. Wow, you really hated that. Yeah.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: She had about five pounds though. Oh okay, all right,
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: look we got to get to it, comedy Roulette, let'spend
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: the wheel coming? Oh you got thanks? People say when
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: they get angry but they don't want to curse, you're
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: gonna really be creative. I'll say this, what Pa? Who
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: is Pete? And why did he say? Yeah, we'll shut
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: your piehole? Fella piehole? Go here, Steve, you go ahead.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: You've always said nothing. I ain't gotten nothing. I do
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: not substitute. You say sugar honey iced tea. Yeah, that's
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: on the radio. I'll say that night. Well, okay, sugar
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: honey iced tea. I ain't come on things. People day
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: when they get angry but they don't want to curse.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you right now, this is a bunch
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: of froggle novel. Froggle novel. I can't take that I got.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: Wasn't a chimney cricket to be mokill. Okay, there you go,
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: there you go. Yeah, think you're mad about it? I
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: tell you what. I can't stand you. So a Sam,
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: you're doing well at things I went to school to
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: the people come on, wouldn't do it? Yeah? Yeah, they
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: just say when you don't when you don't want to cuss.
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: My mom would just say Oh lord, Chase, don't blow
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: the dout. Steve, you got one. I ain't got one. Oh,
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: let me think, Man, there's some bull you want to
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: do another son of a biscuit? All right, we'll be
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to Steven Show, all right? So, Steve,
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: there's you know no doubt that these are highly stressful times.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: So I gotta ask you, are you practicing any sort
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: of self care right now? I know you're working out, eating, right,
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: do you self care? How to handle stress? I've been
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: brushing up on my cousins, working on new combinations, you know,
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: how to put them together, working on the inflection. So
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: when I get back out there in the work world,
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna come out with new combination. Okay, okay, you
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: know so a cusin has been really the thing that
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: I'm trying to brush up on because it helped me
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: deal with the stress. You know, And like a lot
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: of you, I've been practicing with my wife and she
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: don't know it, or you've been saying it to yourself.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: Yea under my breath, you ain't crazy? Yeah? Yeah, why
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: we on quarantine? No, I mean I'll be under my breath. Okay,
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: I'll tried it every chance I get. I use different opportunities, Junior,
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: What you got? How many do you relieve your stress? You?
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: But I've been in here by myself since March. What
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: I like to do with just cutting my light side
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: and you know, gone into the kitchen and I opened
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: that freezer dough stands right in it. Freeze is myself
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: because I'm too hot. I need somebody over here now.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: So I stands in the freezing tell your ice cream
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: and just put it on. Yeah, I got cool off.
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: That's what I grew self. Can't run. All right. We'll
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: right out you're listening to show. Well, guess what, Steve,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: We have more relationship questions for you from Steve Harvey FM. Uh.
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: You know you're our Chief Love Officer CLO. So your
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: help yea. Uh? This one comes from I think her
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: name is uh Sharon. Yeah, I was from Chicago. Uh.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Sharon says, I know you've got lots of these letters,
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: but I would really like your help. She says, I
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: just want to find happiness with a man. I know
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: a man can't make me happy, but sometimes I get lonely.
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: I want to find my best friend who can love
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: me as much as I love him. Can you please
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: give me any advice or suggestions? And then she also
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: asked his nephew Tommy single, No, you wouldn't know it
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: from this show, but he's actually he's actually a man.
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: Sense after dumb ass stuff, he said, But yes, why
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: you don't know that? By now? Is even more amazing? Well, sharing,
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: here's a deal. Stop looking for man. The Bible says,
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: when a man finds a wife, he finds a good thing.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Have you ever thought of asking God for the man
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: and then asking God to share with you the things
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: you need to do to attract the man you're looking
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: for a lot of times when you ask God for something,
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: you haven't prepared yourself to receive it. So the thing
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: that you're asking God for, you have to make sure
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: that you're the person that would be able to receive
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: the thing that you're asking him for. You can't ask
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: this God for this wonderful man if you ain't a
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: wonderful woman. So you gotta ask God, what are you
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: doing wrong? And ask God to send you the man
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: that's for you and to help prepare you to receive it.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: Go ahead, Raynard. Okay, yeah, let me read this from Raynard.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: Raynard is married. He say his number two then found
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: out about a number three, and now now three and
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: two is threatening to call number one, and Raynard wants
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: to figure out how to keep all the numbers and
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: not lose. Now one up well, Raynard, and three ye,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Ray Now you're in the world of trouble because two
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: and three is five and if they get together and
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: call number one, you have a serious problem on your hand.
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: So I would suggest to you, if you want to
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: hold on to number one, let it just be a
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: number one. That's my strong suggestion to you who keep
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: losing it. Raynard, Ka, Tommy, sound like yeah? All right?
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: Coming up the last break of the day, Steve will
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: have some closing remarks for us. Don't go anywhere. We'll
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: be back at forty nine minutes after the hour right
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: after this. You're listening, all right, Steve, we are at
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: the crossroads. I guess you can say the last break
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: of the day and time for you with your closing remarks.
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: You know, I think everybody can relate to what I'm
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: about to say. I always use myself as the primary
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: example of all my motivational moments and speeches, because I mean,
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: who better than yourself? I mean, you know, when you've
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: experienced something that's quite a up when you're explaining it
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: to someone, you know, it's like, you know, hard to
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: have a golf instructor and the guy that's instructing you
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: to play golf has never played golf. Or you can't
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: have a swimming instructor and a swimm instructor don't know
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: how to swim. It just doesn't make that much sense.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: I guess you could do it, but what do they
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: know about it? So I try to use my own shortcomings,
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: missteps in life or happenings to try to motivate everybody.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: As I see it. One of the things that I've
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: always been pretty good at, and I'm having to pay
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: attention closely again, is my acceptance of God's will. You know,
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: it's a it's a funny thing, man, but when you
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: really really understand how life really really works, everything is
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: in order. Even some of the challenges and test that
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: you're facing, it's for a purpose, a reason. You're not
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: having a hardship in your life or a moment of
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: challenging your life because it's just happens upon you. No,
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: there's some value in it. Bishop Jakes was on my
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: should He said, beyond every moment of pain, pain always
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: leaves a present, behind, a gift, something for you to unbox,
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: unwrap and learn from it, grow from it, become better
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: for it, become experienced from it. And that's the gift
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: that it all away leaves. One thing I've learned to
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: accept is God's will. It's funny, man, but on my Instagram,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: I was looking at my vault Instagram. While I was,
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: you know, learning some things about I was motivating someone
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: on my vault thing. It was a guy who came
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: to my show and the brother was up in the
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: crowd and he was talking about his life and how he,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: you know, how he wanted to start a company and
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: he was having trouble with starting the company. And it
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: was asking me, you know what, what I thought about it,
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: and as he told me this whole company idea. And
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: then and he was working at a job and he
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: had just lost his job and been laid off and
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: everything of that nature. And he kept looking at me
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: and I said, well, hey, man, let me ask you
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: a question. I said, what is your gift and he
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: said it's cooking. And I said, well, why are you
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: messing around selling computer wear? And I tod went on
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: to tell him. I said, look, man, I said, sometimes
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: this layoff that you have and this is God's way
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: of getting you to move in the direction that he
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: has for you. I say, you know, I wrote or
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: did a video about jumping. I say, but sometimes you
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: don't get jumped. Sometimes you get pushed. I said, because
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: God is fair. When God wants you to come around
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: to his way of thinking or seeing his plan, he
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: can allow for certain things to happen in your life
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: where you can actually see it the way He's wanted
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: you to see it all along. And so in his layoff,
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: it caused him to have to think of, Man, now
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: that I had this free time, what am I to do? Well,
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: as I was watching that video to day on my
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: Vault Empowers Instagram, I'm actually gonna take it off today
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: and post it on my regular Instagram because I was
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: really talking to myself at the time that I was
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: that this video came out was made, It was made
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: months ago, but it was for me to hear myself
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: and in this time where people are you know, I
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: appreciate people's concern. Don't get me wrong, I really really do.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: I appreciate people pulling for me and praying for me
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: and hoping I'm okay, and I really am okay. I
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: want everybody to know that I am really, really just fine.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: It's just I've been pushed into the direction that he
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: wants me to go, and that's all it is. And
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: it's sort of amazing how this whole thing is unfolding,
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: because you know, the haters out there, they're gonna say
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: what they want to say. But Bishop Olmer taught me
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: a valuable lesson. He said, for those that love you,
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: no a nation necessary. For those that hate you, no
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: explanation acceptable. So I've learned to stop talking to haters
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: because nothing I can say to them is going to
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: change their mind. They just want to be what they are,
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: but being in a great place because God has something
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: in store for you. Remember this always, y'all. When the
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: door closes, the only reason, if you are a person
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: of faith, that God allows the door to be closed
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: in your face on you because He got another one
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: he wants you to go through. That's the only reason
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: God didn't bring you this father leave you God really
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: does love you. God really has your best interests at heart.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: And what some men do for evil, God does for good.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: So somebody can plied against you. But Isaiah fifty four
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: seventeen is pretty clear. No weapon formed against me should prosper.
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: It never has in the past, it never will in
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: the future. God promises never comes back void. He does
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: not make a promise, and it's an empty promise. And
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: if you believe that, that's how you live, and that's
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: how I live, and I strongly give that to everybody.
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: Don't worry about it, y'all, keep your head up because
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: God got you just like he always has. Those are
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: my remarks today. Amen, Yes, you drop the knowledge and
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: the mic out the dough. Y'all have a great weekend. Okay,
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: So where are we coming back on the road again?
