- 0:01Speaker 1: That is why under the Trump administration, we're strongly defending
- 0:05Speaker 1: religious liberty. We're bringing back faith in America. We're bringing
- 0:10Speaker 1: back God. We have stopped forced taxpayer funding of abortion
- 0:15Speaker 1: at home and abroad. With your help and support, we
- 0:18Speaker 1: will continue to fight at the eternal truth that every
- 0:22Speaker 1: child is a gift from God.
- 0:25Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning to you.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Ben Ferguson with you, and these are some of the
- 0:32Speaker 4: stories that you may have missed that we talked about
- 0:34Speaker 4: this week on the forty seven Morning Update. First up,
- 0:38Speaker 4: the Department of Homeland Security has arrested at least ten
- 0:41Speaker 4: thousand criminal legal aliens in Minneapolis.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Media, of course, doesn't want you to know the story.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Christy nom is saying the record straight about what the
- 0:50Speaker 4: Trump administration has been doing, and just tell me these
- 0:53Speaker 4: criminals were dangerous and violent as well as sexual predators.
- 0:58Speaker 4: So why is the media not telling you that part
- 1:00Speaker 4: the story. We'll explain that and give you the facts. Also,
- 1:04Speaker 4: it is a civil war in the Democratic Party right now.
- 1:07Speaker 4: Democrats coming out in force trying to demonize Ice and
- 1:12Speaker 4: more of them calling to abolish Ice.
- 1:15Speaker 3: All together.
- 1:16Speaker 4: So what are they going to do and what does
- 1:19Speaker 4: President Trump have to say in response? It's the forty
- 1:22Speaker 4: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Homeland Security Secretary Christy nom saying on Monday that federal
- 1:31Speaker 4: authorities have arrested more than ten thousand criminal illegal aliens
- 1:37Speaker 4: in Minneapolis alone. She added that investigators have opened what
- 1:42Speaker 4: she described as a sweeping fraud probe totally at least
- 1:46Speaker 4: nineteen billion, sharpening her criticism of the Minnesota Governor Waltz
- 1:51Speaker 4: and the Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry for what she called
- 1:55Speaker 4: a failure to protect public safety. In a statement, Homes
- 2:00Speaker 4: said the Department of Homeland Security law enforcement officers carried
- 2:04Speaker 4: out the arrests and that about three thousand were made
- 2:08Speaker 4: in the past six weeks alone. She said those arrests
- 2:12Speaker 4: included murderers, rapists, child sex offenders, and other violent criminals.
- 2:19Speaker 4: But the media, they don't want you to know this story.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Christy Nome is a great example of one of those
- 2:25Speaker 4: that the so called media loves to go after. And
- 2:29Speaker 4: on Sunday morning on Face the Nation on CBS, there
- 2:33Speaker 4: was this exchange and it was amazing because Christy Nome
- 2:37Speaker 4: took the anchor to the woodshed over her own lies.
- 2:42Speaker 4: I want you to listen to the DHS secretary destroying
- 2:46Speaker 4: CBS News's Margaret Brennan over the ice arrests, and listened
- 2:50Speaker 4: to the bias that was on the show that she
- 2:53Speaker 4: didn't allow to become reality.
- 2:56Speaker 5: You just said millions. What's the breakdown of the percentage
- 2:58Speaker 5: of those who you have in who've actually committed a
- 3:01Speaker 5: criminal offense versus just the civil infraction.
- 3:05Speaker 6: Every single individual has committed a crime, but seventy percent
- 3:08Speaker 6: of them have committed or have charges against them on
- 3:12Speaker 6: violent crimes and crimes that they are charged with or
- 3:15Speaker 6: have been convicted of that have come from other countries
- 3:18Speaker 6: that are illegally first of all, and then they have
- 3:21Speaker 6: committed a criminal act while they've been here or in
- 3:23Speaker 6: their home countries as well.
- 3:24Speaker 5: It's not seventy percent, yes, it is. It absolutely is
- 3:28Speaker 5: seventy percent of everyone.
- 3:29Speaker 6: You guys to keep changing your percentage, You pick and
- 3:32Speaker 6: choose what numbers you think work, But that is the
- 3:35Speaker 6: facts is that seventy percent of the people that we
- 3:37Speaker 6: have detained have charges against them or have been convicted
- 3:41Speaker 6: of charges, and they need to be brought to justice,
- 3:44Speaker 6: and we're going to keep doing that no matter how
- 3:45Speaker 6: much you guys keep lying and don't tell the public
- 3:48Speaker 6: the truth. It absolutely is that these law enforcement officers
- 3:51Speaker 6: are out there every day doing the work to protect
- 3:54Speaker 6: the American people, and they will keep doing that because
- 3:56Speaker 6: they believe in enforcing the law, which is exactly what
- 3:58Speaker 6: President Trump has charged them with.
- 4:01Speaker 4: You listen there to again the lies coming from CBS News.
- 4:05Speaker 4: They try to spin the numbers, they try to say
- 4:07Speaker 4: what she said is not accurate, and then when they're
- 4:10Speaker 4: called out on it, you notice how quiet Brennan shut
- 4:14Speaker 4: down because she knows that this is the actual number.
- 4:18Speaker 4: Which also brings us to another part of this story.
- 4:21Speaker 4: You may not know the headline that I'm about to
- 4:24Speaker 4: give you, and that is the DOJ is investigating the
- 4:28Speaker 4: Minnesota governor as well as the Minneapolis mayor.
- 4:32Speaker 3: They're both to crime.
- 4:33Speaker 4: The probe is a quote intimidation tactic, and the liberal
- 4:37Speaker 4: media is more than happy to spin it that way,
- 4:39Speaker 4: exactly for them. CNN doing a perfect job of giving
- 4:44Speaker 4: you state sponsored media from the governor and the mayor.
- 4:48Speaker 4: As they reported on this story between Jake Tapper and
- 4:52Speaker 4: Caitlin Collins, listen to how they tried to explain the
- 4:56Speaker 4: story to you so that you think that somehow Donald
- 4:59Speaker 4: Trump is the one doing something wrong, not the mayor
- 5:02Speaker 4: who said that we should get the Ice Agency f
- 5:07Speaker 4: out of his city or the governor who said it's
- 5:10Speaker 4: civil war. And let's also be clear, why are they
- 5:13Speaker 4: saying that, Because billions of dollars have been coming into
- 5:17Speaker 4: their state and have been disappearing through corruption, fraud, and
- 5:22Speaker 4: much of the money actually going directly to terrorist organizations
- 5:25Speaker 4: like Al Shabab. There is a massive fraud in the
- 5:29Speaker 4: entire state, and they don't want the federal government there
- 5:32Speaker 4: trying to clean it up. So CNN says, yeah, we'll
- 5:36Speaker 4: give you cover to that, no problem.
- 5:38Speaker 7: I've confirmed that the Justice Department is investigating Minnesota Governor
- 5:42Speaker 7: Tim Wallas and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frye. A source familiar
- 5:46Speaker 7: has told me that that confirms what was reported earlier
- 5:49Speaker 7: by CBS and essentially Jacobs. We're still trying to figure
- 5:53Speaker 7: out what exactly the contours of this investigation are. We
- 5:56Speaker 7: have a pretty good idea so far, and we heard
- 5:59Speaker 7: from the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch earlier this week
- 6:02Speaker 7: after we had heard these comments from Mayor Fry from
- 6:04Speaker 7: Governor Walls following the shooting of a woman by an
- 6:08Speaker 7: ICE agent in Minneapolis earlier this week, Todd Blanche was
- 6:11Speaker 7: saying that ICE operates in a bunch of different counties
- 6:14Speaker 7: without incidents going on. He referred to what's happening in
- 6:17Speaker 7: Minnesota as an insurrection and said it's the direct result
- 6:20Speaker 7: of a failed governor and an all caps terrible mayor
- 6:23Speaker 7: who he accused of encouraging violence against law enforcement, something
- 6:27Speaker 7: that Todd Blanch called disgusting, and he said, I'm focused
- 6:30Speaker 7: on stopping you from your terrorism by whatever means necessary. So, Jake,
- 6:34Speaker 7: I think that gives us a pretty good sense of
- 6:36Speaker 7: what exactly it is. The Justice Department is at least
- 6:39Speaker 7: trying to base this investigation off of where it goes.
- 6:42Speaker 7: It's not really clear right now, but this does come
- 6:44Speaker 7: as the FBI director and the Deputy Attorney General we're
- 6:47Speaker 7: seen in Minneapolis today as they've been surging law enforcement
- 6:51Speaker 7: to the area, as those tensions have only continued since
- 6:53Speaker 7: the shooting of Renee Good. But it does show you, Jake,
- 6:56Speaker 7: who the Justice Department is focusing their targets on, and
- 7:00Speaker 7: it comes to the aftermath of the shooting of Renee
- 7:03Speaker 7: Good here and right now it is the Minnesota Governor
- 7:05Speaker 7: Tim Walls and the mayor here, both of whom have
- 7:08Speaker 7: been criticized by multiple White House officials for their comments,
- 7:12Speaker 7: including Mayor Fry telling Ice to get the f out
- 7:14Speaker 7: of Minneapolis the day that she was killed, and Governor
- 7:17Speaker 7: Wallas as well making multiple public comments talking about the
- 7:21Speaker 7: massive federal presence in their state. And so now it's
- 7:25Speaker 7: an investigation by the Justice Department. It's not clear yet, Jake,
- 7:28Speaker 7: that either of them have actually been served subpoenas as
- 7:31Speaker 7: a result of this. And where this is going to go.
- 7:33Speaker 7: It seems to be in the very early stages of
- 7:36Speaker 7: whatever investigation this is. But that is what we have
- 7:39Speaker 7: learned so far, Jake.
- 7:40Speaker 4: You notice there they didn't talk about the actual problems
- 7:44Speaker 4: in Minnesota. They did not talk about the fraud. They
- 7:47Speaker 4: didn't talk about the millions that turn into billions of
- 7:50Speaker 4: dollars that have gone missing from the taxpayers.
- 7:53Speaker 3: No. No, Instead, what did they do there?
- 7:56Speaker 4: They made up a totally different issue, and that was
- 7:59Speaker 4: some sort of retaliation or retribution as they described it,
- 8:04Speaker 4: for a Trump administration they claim, is angry. Yes, the
- 8:07Speaker 4: Trump administration, by the way, is angry.
- 8:09Speaker 3: They're angry that billions.
- 8:10Speaker 4: Of dollars of our tax dollars have gone missing in
- 8:13Speaker 4: corruption and fraud, that the governor and the mayor looked
- 8:16Speaker 4: the other way on purpose. One thing is for sure,
- 8:20Speaker 4: the Trump administration is not backing down. And because of
- 8:25Speaker 4: President Trump's leadership, others are doing their jobs the way
- 8:29Speaker 4: they're supposed to. That includes Christy Nome, the FBI and
- 8:33Speaker 4: Cashpittel and many others who are now going to hold
- 8:36Speaker 4: those accountable in Minnesota for the crimes that they've committed.
- 8:41Speaker 4: And that, my friends, is far from quote intimidation, even
- 8:45Speaker 4: if CNN lies to you and says otherwise. Now, story
- 8:49Speaker 4: number two, there is anarchy in the Democratic Party right now,
- 8:53Speaker 4: and they have gone to war not with the people
- 8:55Speaker 4: that they should be going to war with the criminals
- 8:58Speaker 4: who are being arrested in this country, but instead they're
- 9:01Speaker 4: now going to war with Ice. Now there is a
- 9:04Speaker 4: civil war within the Democratic Party of their trying to
- 9:07Speaker 4: decide do we just straight up be honest and say
- 9:10Speaker 4: we want to abolish ice or do we kind of
- 9:12Speaker 4: lie a little bit. Now, before I get to that,
- 9:16Speaker 4: I want you to hear about the arrests that have
- 9:18Speaker 4: happened since yesterday in Minnesota. I want you to listen
- 9:24Speaker 4: to what the federal government has put out about the
- 9:26Speaker 4: arrest since yesterday, as Democrats say that ICE need to
- 9:32Speaker 4: get the F out of their city, the f out
- 9:35Speaker 4: of their state, and there needs to be a civil
- 9:38Speaker 4: war against the ICE agents. This is also coming as
- 9:41Speaker 4: the Democratic Party is saying in the future they may
- 9:44Speaker 4: go out and arrest ICE agents and hold them accountable
- 9:49Speaker 4: for the crimes they claim they're committing. Now, so who
- 9:53Speaker 4: are they actually out arresting? Well, listen to this, and
- 9:56Speaker 4: this is again just since yesterday.
- 10:00Speaker 8: He uh came here today. I printed out a couple
- 10:03Speaker 8: of a few individuals that I'd like to share with you,
- 10:08Speaker 8: individuals that were arrested since yesterday. These three individuals were
- 10:12Speaker 8: arrested just since yesterday. Keep in mind now these individuals
- 10:16Speaker 8: were walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity. As of yesterday.
- 10:21Speaker 8: We've got ha Ai Kumaiye, a criminal illegal alien from Laos,
- 10:26Speaker 8: a registered sex offender convicted of sex offense against a child,
- 10:31Speaker 8: including fondling and failure to register as a sex offender.
- 10:35Speaker 8: This individual was walking the streets of Minneapolis just yesterday.
- 10:40Speaker 8: This individual right here. Uh, it's it's very interesting that
- 10:44Speaker 8: I haven't seen this individual or many others like him
- 10:48Speaker 8: reported on very much by the local news media or
- 10:53Speaker 8: the state news media. That's that's uh, that's interesting. But
- 10:56Speaker 8: let's don't quit there. Let's let's get now, you can't
- 10:58Speaker 8: let's uh, let's let's continue here. We've got Samuel Ravelo Hernandez,
- 11:03Speaker 8: a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala charged with rape and
- 11:08Speaker 8: lude or lascivious acts with a minor. Now think about
- 11:12Speaker 8: that for just a second. Rape and then on top
- 11:14Speaker 8: of that, loud and lasivious acts of the miner. This
- 11:16Speaker 8: individual is walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity just yesterday.
- 11:22Speaker 8: Let's don't quit there, let's let's let's keep on there.
- 11:25Speaker 8: We've got Annabelle Gomez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras,
- 11:29Speaker 8: previously arrested for criminal sexual conduct and domestic assault. Other
- 11:34Speaker 8: convictions include disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of
- 11:39Speaker 8: liquor walk in the streets as of yesterday. These are
- 11:42Speaker 8: just three three that I decided to print out. There
- 11:46Speaker 8: a whole stack of them.
- 11:47Speaker 3: There's a whole stack of these.
- 11:49Speaker 8: As a matter of fact, When we look over the
- 11:51Speaker 8: past year at the ten thousand that have been arrested
- 11:54Speaker 8: here in Minneapolis and Minnesota, that stack is enormous. These
- 11:59Speaker 8: are the kinds of individuals this operation focuses on individuals
- 12:04Speaker 8: who escalate situations and in danger others. Again, our neighbors,
- 12:09Speaker 8: our friends, our colleagues, and MA and PA America. This
- 12:13Speaker 8: is exactly exactly why Interior Enforcement exists, to remove dangerous
- 12:19Speaker 8: criminals from our communities, remove dangerous illegal alien criminals from
- 12:25Speaker 8: our communities.
- 12:26Speaker 4: It's all now, these are the stories that left doesn't
- 12:30Speaker 4: want you know about because this is all about a
- 12:32Speaker 4: civil war.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Quote.
- 12:33Speaker 4: Trump's politicalization of the DOJ will not deter Mayor Fry,
- 12:37Speaker 4: Governor Waltz and A. G Ellison from doing their jobs
- 12:39Speaker 4: to protect the people in Minnesota. I stand with them
- 12:43Speaker 4: against these blatant abuse of power. So let's just be clear.
- 12:47Speaker 4: Senator Schumer is fighting hard to keep criminals like Paljong,
- 12:54Speaker 4: a rapist and child molester in the country. He's been
- 12:58Speaker 4: convicted of sex offenses again, child fondling, burglary, larceny, and rape.
- 13:04Speaker 4: He was arrested in Minnesota. This individual is who Chuck
- 13:09Speaker 4: Schumer is defending and the Democratic Party.
- 13:13Speaker 3: That's where the civil war comes in.
- 13:15Speaker 4: There are other Democrats who are like, we can't say
- 13:18Speaker 4: that publicly, Like we know we want abolish ICE, and
- 13:21Speaker 4: we are the same party that says we want to
- 13:22Speaker 4: get rid of police officers, but now how do you
- 13:26Speaker 4: actually accomplish this? That is the debate they're having on
- 13:30Speaker 4: TV now. They're going back to their old playbook, which
- 13:33Speaker 4: is to demonize, to humanize, and try to convince Americans
- 13:38Speaker 4: that ICE agents are the Gestapo, that ICE agents are
- 13:43Speaker 4: not crime fighters, not actually going after the worst that
- 13:47Speaker 4: are out there that are legal immigrants, you know, the
- 13:50Speaker 4: rapists and the murderers and the sex traffickers and the
- 13:53Speaker 4: drug dealers.
- 13:54Speaker 3: No, no, no, no.
- 13:56Speaker 4: They want you to believe that somehow that is ICE
- 13:59Speaker 4: and the goods are the people that broke into this
- 14:02Speaker 4: country that are also committing heinous crimes. Take a listen
- 14:07Speaker 4: to Chris van Holland. This is what he had to
- 14:10Speaker 4: say is he's trying to rewrite history and there's a
- 14:14Speaker 4: theme that is happening. This is orchestrated by the Democratic Party.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Listen to what he said about the deranged leftists that
- 14:24Speaker 4: are impeding ICE operations and what he calls them.
- 14:28Speaker 9: One of the things that gives me great hope even
- 14:31Speaker 9: amidst all of this division and chaos owned by Donald Trump,
- 14:35Speaker 9: are the patriots in places like Minneapolis who are standing up,
- 14:41Speaker 9: blowing whistles to protect their neighbors, blowing whistles on the
- 14:46Speaker 9: illegal tactics of ICE. And I was just at a
- 14:49Speaker 9: rally in Hagerstown, Maryland today, hundreds of people coming out
- 14:54Speaker 9: because ICE has signaled that they might use a facility
- 14:57Speaker 9: in Hagerstown for their purposes, and people were coming out
- 15:01Speaker 9: to say.
- 15:01Speaker 3: No, you listen to Van Holland.
- 15:04Speaker 4: One of the things that gives me great hope are
- 15:07Speaker 4: the patriots in places like Minneapolis who are standing up,
- 15:10Speaker 4: blowing whistles to protect their neighbors. Now, who are they
- 15:14Speaker 4: actually protecting. They are protecting the child rapists and the murderers,
- 15:19Speaker 4: the worst among us that ICE are going out to get.
- 15:24Speaker 4: And why are they having to do that because in
- 15:26Speaker 4: Minneapolis the local government refuses to work with ICE. There
- 15:30Speaker 4: have been more than five hundred people that could have
- 15:33Speaker 4: been handed over to ICE that were in custody of
- 15:36Speaker 4: the Minneapolis police departments. And what do they do? They
- 15:40Speaker 4: let them go. This is why every election is so important.
- 15:44Speaker 4: It's also the reason why so many voted for Donald
- 15:47Speaker 4: Trump because they want law and order.
- 15:49Speaker 7: Now.
- 15:49Speaker 4: Thank goodness, Donald Trump is not giving in to the
- 15:52Speaker 4: radical left. Instead, he's holding them accountable. And as the
- 15:56Speaker 4: left continues to tell you what they believe in, I
- 16:00Speaker 4: say one thing. Listen to them. This is what they believe,
- 16:05Speaker 4: this is what they want for this country. This is
- 16:08Speaker 4: how much they hate law enforcement. When they tell you,
- 16:12Speaker 4: believe them, and it's our job to call them out.
