- 0:26Speaker 3: Show, I don't Joy, Yeah, Joy, have.
- 0:59Speaker 7: You got you?
- 1:05Speaker 6: You love? You gotta turn.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I got to turn the mouth the turn You probably
- 1:43Speaker 4: got to turn the mouth.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Turn out, turn then up.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come on, come on you ba uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 8: Good morning everybody you are listening to the voice, come
- 2:06Speaker 8: on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey got
- 2:10Speaker 8: a radio show. Why because God, God is in the
- 2:15Speaker 8: blessing business. If you go get in line, he has
- 2:19Speaker 8: something for you. God is amazing. The plan he actually
- 2:25Speaker 8: has for you is so far greater than you can
- 2:28Speaker 8: possibly imagine.
- 2:30Speaker 2: It's really mind blowing.
- 2:32Speaker 8: And as I look back on where He's brought me
- 2:36Speaker 8: from and what he's currently doing for me, all I
- 2:41Speaker 8: can do is tell you is God. That's all I
- 2:43Speaker 8: can tell you. Because I tell you right now, I
- 2:45Speaker 8: didn't foresee it.
- 2:47Speaker 9: You know.
- 2:48Speaker 8: It oftentimes amazes me when I listen to celebrities when
- 2:51Speaker 8: they interview how they say, you know, I always always
- 2:54Speaker 8: thought that this would happen for me, and I just
- 2:57Speaker 8: you know it could be true, but for me, it
- 3:00Speaker 8: is not that way at all. I didn't imagine it
- 3:06Speaker 8: this way. I had a dream of becoming famous one day,
- 3:12Speaker 8: but I had no idea it would ever get to this.
- 3:18Speaker 8: It was a very very simple desire for fame. There
- 3:22Speaker 8: is no way I could have seen all this. There
- 3:24Speaker 8: is no way I am telling you this is. This
- 3:28Speaker 8: has been nothing for me but the grace of God,
- 3:32Speaker 8: and all the times I failed, every time I had fallen,
- 3:38Speaker 8: he picked me up, He dusted me off, and he
- 3:42Speaker 8: kept me moving. It has been an amazing thing to
- 3:47Speaker 8: watch God do what he do. As I look back
- 3:49Speaker 8: on my history and you sometimes look back on your history,
- 3:53Speaker 8: you've got to see, man, wow, what God has done
- 3:57Speaker 8: for you and what He's brought you through to enable
- 3:59Speaker 8: you to be way you are. It is amazing because really,
- 4:04Speaker 8: I mean really real talk. Now, had he allowed all
- 4:07Speaker 8: of the decisions I had made to play all the
- 4:10Speaker 8: way out, I can assure you I wouldn't be here today.
- 4:14Speaker 8: But God, through this grace and mercy, who had a
- 4:17Speaker 8: plan for me, who was just waiting on me to
- 4:20Speaker 8: come get in line, and then he was gonna start
- 4:23Speaker 8: emptying Now he was gonna start shipping out all the
- 4:26Speaker 8: boxes in heaven with my name on it. And man,
- 4:30Speaker 8: what a great god he is, What a great god
- 4:33Speaker 8: he is. And you have boxes of blessings with your
- 4:37Speaker 8: name on it that he is waiting to ship. But
- 4:41Speaker 8: he needs you to go down there and get in line.
- 4:44Speaker 2: That's what it is.
- 4:46Speaker 8: It is not that he has more boxes for other
- 4:49Speaker 8: people than he do you. He got boxes with your
- 4:51Speaker 8: name on it who have never been shipped because you
- 4:55Speaker 8: will not get in line to go get them. You
- 4:57Speaker 8: will not ask God for him, you will not do
- 5:01Speaker 8: the things necessary to attain them. We stop our own blessings. Man,
- 5:04Speaker 8: I have been the biggest stopper of my blessings than
- 5:07Speaker 8: anybody else. I can't really get mad at nobody. I
- 5:11Speaker 8: got nobody to blame for my existence but me. But
- 5:15Speaker 8: then at the same time, I can't take credit for this.
- 5:19Speaker 8: I really really can't. I kid you not, I cannot
- 5:21Speaker 8: take credit for it. And if you ever see me
- 5:24Speaker 8: taking credit for it, tap me on the shoulder, say Steve,
- 5:27Speaker 8: pull up. Remember you said this ain't about you. If
- 5:31Speaker 8: you catch me taking too much credit, you have my
- 5:35Speaker 8: permission to stop me. Now Here is the deal, though,
- 5:40Speaker 8: And This is what I want to get through to
- 5:42Speaker 8: you today. Moving forward while.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Under attack, new level, new devil.
- 5:52Speaker 8: You know, every time you go somewhere, every time you
- 5:55Speaker 8: try to progress, every time you make a decision to
- 5:57Speaker 8: be better, to do better, that's going to be confrontation
- 6:00Speaker 8: you're going to have because it is the enemy's job
- 6:04Speaker 8: to not see you go forward, do better, want more,
- 6:08Speaker 8: behave yourself. There is a force that is operative out
- 6:12Speaker 8: there that has people working on his behalf twenty four
- 6:16Speaker 8: to seven. You got a computer, Go read a blog.
- 6:20Speaker 8: Just go read a blog.
- 6:21Speaker 2: They busy man not knowing, but just saying evil stuff constantly.
- 6:28Speaker 2: That's the job. Well, here's what happens.
- 6:33Speaker 9: I you.
- 6:34Speaker 8: We have to always keep moving forward while we're under attack,
- 6:42Speaker 8: because the attack is going to always come. If you
- 6:47Speaker 8: allow the attackers to stop you, you will lose that
- 6:51Speaker 8: particular battle. And you cannot afford this.
- 6:55Speaker 9: You know.
- 6:55Speaker 8: My father used to say, be careful when you're trying
- 6:59Speaker 8: to kick some off the ladder, because you got to
- 7:02Speaker 8: take your foot off too, and you might slip. And
- 7:06Speaker 8: so when people are taking their feet off the ladder,
- 7:08Speaker 8: most some of them may most the majority of them
- 7:10Speaker 8: mayn't even up own a ladder. They just at the
- 7:12Speaker 8: bottom throwing stuff up at you. They are just shaking
- 7:16Speaker 8: your ladder. They ain't they ain't even on your level.
- 7:19Speaker 8: Really tell you the truth, they really not. You have
- 7:21Speaker 8: moved on far beyond them, spiritually, physically, everything, but they
- 7:26Speaker 8: are still shaking your ladder and attacking.
- 7:29Speaker 9: You.
- 7:29Speaker 8: Keep moving forward while under attack, because the attacks are.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Going to come.
- 7:34Speaker 8: If you take the time to stop and address it,
- 7:37Speaker 8: you are impeding your own progress.
- 7:40Speaker 2: This is very important to understand.
- 7:43Speaker 8: Go on bout your business and remember Steve Harvey and
- 7:47Speaker 8: remember those of you out there.
- 7:49Speaker 2: There is a Bible verse that helps me out every time.
- 7:53Speaker 2: And I don't know why.
- 7:53Speaker 8: I got it on six different plaques sitting all around
- 7:56Speaker 8: my offices. Everywhere I go, I can read it Isaiah
- 7:59Speaker 8: fifty four seventeen. No weapon formed against me shall prosper
- 8:04Speaker 8: that because this is that he will put me under
- 8:07Speaker 8: his wings of protection.
- 8:08Speaker 2: And this is my inheritance as a servant of the
- 8:15Speaker 2: Lord period. I'm his boy, he my man.
- 8:18Speaker 8: So so dig so when you're coming for me, I
- 8:22Speaker 8: have to just rest on that Lord right there, that
- 8:25Speaker 8: he got it that no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I'm just like you.
- 8:30Speaker 8: Sometimes you know we know better, but sometimes we don't
- 8:33Speaker 8: do better. Man, let them say what they gonna say.
- 8:36Speaker 8: When they get through saying it, when they get through
- 8:38Speaker 8: writing it, when they get through talking about you, when
- 8:41Speaker 8: they get through lying about you.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Guess what they're gonna have to do. They're gonna have
- 8:44Speaker 2: to step back and watch your rise. They gonna have
- 8:48Speaker 2: to kick back and watch what God got for you,
- 8:50Speaker 2: because nothing God got for you.
- 8:52Speaker 8: Can't nobody stop it. I don't care what they do.
- 8:56Speaker 8: Keep moving forward while under attack. Yo, something I tell
- 9:01Speaker 8: you something, man. Minister Lewis fahir Con taught me something
- 9:05Speaker 8: very important one day. He said, Steve, remember this.
- 9:09Speaker 2: He said.
- 9:09Speaker 8: It is a common thing for a dog to bark
- 9:14Speaker 8: up at the moon. But if the moon barks back
- 9:18Speaker 8: at the dog, the dog becomes famous.
- 9:21Speaker 2: You feel me, the moon was talking to you.
- 9:25Speaker 6: What did you?
- 9:26Speaker 2: How did the moon stop and talk to you?
- 9:28Speaker 8: Don't give them that. Let the dog bark up at
- 9:32Speaker 8: the moon. Don't you be up there? You go where
- 9:34Speaker 8: God got you going. Don't bark back at this dog
- 9:36Speaker 8: because the dog come famous. Because they ain't gonna be
- 9:38Speaker 8: able to get to you. But the dog is famous
- 9:40Speaker 8: now They want to interview the dog. Now the dog
- 9:42Speaker 8: guess what he gonna do? More barking? Guess what about you?
- 9:45Speaker 9: Man?
- 9:46Speaker 2: Go on about your biersin as y'all. God is in
- 9:48Speaker 2: the blessing business all day long.
- 9:50Speaker 8: Man, go get in line, get you some get them
- 9:53Speaker 8: packages and boxes shipped to you.
- 9:55Speaker 2: They got your name on it.
- 9:57Speaker 10: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:04Speaker 9: You know what?
- 10:05Speaker 2: It's him?
- 10:06Speaker 8: And I don't know if you've heard me say this before,
- 10:09Speaker 8: but I think it bears repeating. He undone it again,
- 10:15Speaker 8: He undone it again, Steve. What you're talking about? That
- 10:20Speaker 8: sun that cracks the sky every morning?
- 10:22Speaker 2: You do know that was him?
- 10:25Speaker 8: You know when it's set last night, that was him.
- 10:29Speaker 8: If you could see the moon from wherever you were last.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Night, that was him. Any stars you saw, that was him,
- 10:35Speaker 2: cloud cover all that that was him. That was him.
- 10:39Speaker 2: You ain't know that. Yeah, that's who it was.
- 10:42Speaker 8: He did all that. That wind is blowing, he did that.
- 10:45Speaker 8: The tide that comes in without you got no say
- 10:48Speaker 8: so in that.
- 10:49Speaker 2: All that was him. Man, he did it again.
- 10:51Speaker 8: The formations, the sunlight, the sun that you enjoyed yesterday,
- 10:55Speaker 8: the rain, the flowers that you looked at, that you
- 10:58Speaker 8: failed to realize how beautiful that was him, God make flowers.
- 11:03Speaker 8: All right, that's the reminder case you didn't know, I
- 11:06Speaker 8: just thought i'd tell it to you again.

- 11:27Speaker 12: you did up. But let me tell you something else.
- 11:29Speaker 12: What I need God in here to do? I need
- 11:30Speaker 12: God to lord the price of blinds. See that's my
- 11:34Speaker 12: problem right now. See if he gonna, if he gonna
- 11:37Speaker 12: do something with that son and everything else, can he

- 14:07Speaker 14: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, well, yes I am.
- 14:09Speaker 9: My name is Patrick. My name is Patrick Davis. Uh
- 14:14Speaker 9: uh doing there? How you doing, sir? I went there
- 14:18Speaker 9: to your church about them about two and a half
- 14:20Speaker 9: years ago. I went there and me, yeah, yeah, we
- 14:24Speaker 9: got our kids baptized thereto.
- 14:27Speaker 14: Are you coming back to it or are you? Uh
- 14:29Speaker 14: uh what with your current church?
- 14:32Speaker 9: Well, we we haven't been in a minute, you know.
- 14:34Speaker 9: For you you you baptized my son and my daughter.
- 14:37Speaker 9: Uh kareem all right, you baptized them. I don't, I
- 14:41Speaker 9: don't think you. I mean, I'm sure you do a
- 14:43Speaker 9: lot of people.
- 14:43Speaker 14: But yeah, I was about to say I do a lot.
- 14:45Speaker 14: I can't really pend point in name like that. You
- 14:48Speaker 14: said it was about a couple of years.
- 14:49Speaker 9: Ago, three years between two and between two and three
- 14:53Speaker 9: years ago. You you baptized my little girl and my son.
- 14:56Speaker 14: Okay, blessed on that. I'm I'm glad I was able
- 14:58Speaker 14: to do that service. I was wondering, how did you
- 15:01Speaker 14: get my number? Usually any things like this usually get
- 15:05Speaker 14: handled with the church, you know, one of my deacons.
- 15:07Speaker 9: Or my secretary.
- 15:08Speaker 14: But uh uh did you call the church and they
- 15:12Speaker 14: gave me my number?
- 15:15Speaker 9: This this guy at the church, let me see. His
- 15:17Speaker 9: name is Oh Dobbs, Dobbs brother, brother Dobbs.
- 15:22Speaker 14: Brother, Brother dob gave you my phone number, my information.
- 15:25Speaker 9: Brother Dobbs. I got this from Brother Dobbs that you
- 15:29Speaker 9: I could reach you. Now you know him right, he's
- 15:31Speaker 9: one of those deacons, brother, he's that's a good man
- 15:35Speaker 9: right there. I know them many years. Okay him, I
- 15:37Speaker 9: roothing for wane to talk to you directly. Okay, like
- 15:41Speaker 9: I said, you baptized my little girl tailoring and my
- 15:44Speaker 9: son Kareem. What are baptizing is supposed to be you
- 15:48Speaker 9: cleansing them and you watching them Brad, Okay, here's my problem. Here,
- 15:52Speaker 9: my problem. You baptized my kids, but it ain't nothing
- 15:56Speaker 9: saying they gravetal bad. They still didn't beat it. I
- 16:01Speaker 9: don't see where you're the days not, but if you do,
- 16:07Speaker 9: you let me. I don't see what your baptize has
- 16:10Speaker 9: done anything but all the time, and I don't know
- 16:13Speaker 9: what I spent when I was down. I want that
- 16:15Speaker 9: money back now.
- 16:18Speaker 14: Okay, now you concuse me. I'm not sure. I think
- 16:21Speaker 14: you know we need to stop this madness right now
- 16:23Speaker 14: because you're talking about you want money back baptized.
- 16:27Speaker 9: I'm like with baptized your kids.
- 16:29Speaker 14: I've been at this church for many years, so I
- 16:31Speaker 14: won't doubt that I'm probably the past that you're looking for.
- 16:36Speaker 14: But I just don't understand what you're trying to get
- 16:39Speaker 14: at here about the baptism that.
- 16:41Speaker 9: I'm saying you're supposed to when when people get baptized,
- 16:45Speaker 9: you're supposed to change them cleansing.
- 16:48Speaker 14: Okay, I see, yes them, but my kids, let me
- 16:52Speaker 14: let me ask you. I'm just trying to I'm just
- 16:55Speaker 14: trying to get to the bottom of this, you know
- 16:57Speaker 14: what I mean, because.
- 16:57Speaker 9: Like I said, when we get and I end.
- 17:00Speaker 14: Under staying how you got my numbers.
- 17:03Speaker 9: The bottom of it is your your baptizing ain't doing nothing.
- 17:08Speaker 9: My kids will still graves bad, they still this.
- 17:11Speaker 14: Well yo, you're said why they haven't become to church.
- 17:14Speaker 14: You said you're not going to any congregation. Maybe you
- 17:17Speaker 14: guys need to come on back to church, sit in
- 17:19Speaker 14: or some sermons.
- 17:20Speaker 2: You know.
- 17:20Speaker 14: I even worked with your at one on one, but
- 17:23Speaker 14: I can't. I can't do nothing about the grades in school.
- 17:27Speaker 14: I mean, and and and and the overall.
- 17:30Speaker 9: When you when you have backtiz damn, I should see
- 17:33Speaker 9: a change in them, and I don't see a change.
- 17:37Speaker 9: But all the time I was going to your church,
- 17:39Speaker 9: I'm paying for these tithes. Well then I'm not getting
- 17:41Speaker 9: any hey man, at the end of the day, path here,
- 17:44Speaker 9: I want my money back. That's what That's what we
- 17:46Speaker 9: have at the well, that's brother David.
- 17:49Speaker 14: That's not how it worked. Brothers. You understand, I'm not
- 17:52Speaker 14: I'm not trying to raise my voice at you, but
- 17:54Speaker 14: you you all over, you all over you want money back.
- 17:57Speaker 14: I understand what can.
- 17:59Speaker 2: I do for you?
- 17:59Speaker 9: I could tell you know what you can do my kids.
- 18:02Speaker 9: I don't got them baptized over there with you all
- 18:04Speaker 9: that time I was going to your church. I'm paying
- 18:06Speaker 9: ane time, paying time, paying ane time, and I get
- 18:09Speaker 9: my kids baptized. And but the hides gonna have nothing
- 18:13Speaker 9: to do with the baptism. That has something to do
- 18:16Speaker 9: with all the past I spit over there and I'm
- 18:19Speaker 9: not sating anything and return, brother, that's what you're calling
- 18:22Speaker 9: all in the world.
- 18:23Speaker 14: Am I gonna figure out how much CODs you need?

- 24:04Speaker 8: can go in there and tell his girl how many
- 24:07Speaker 8: women he been with?
- 24:09Speaker 1: Boy boy, that's not believable.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Well, yes, what's not? Yes, what though it ain't, we're
- 24:19Speaker 2: not gonna have no, Well, we're not going to do
- 24:21Speaker 2: it discussion.

- 25:07Speaker 8: in court. This is a relationship. You can't tell everything
- 25:11Speaker 8: and don't expect to get judged. Hey, how does worked?
- 25:15Speaker 2: All right? All right? Moving on show, mouth, Moving on there.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Alexis in Seattle.
- 25:21Speaker 13: Alexi says, I'm forty seven years old and I'm having
- 25:24Speaker 13: trouble keeping a man because I don't do what most
- 25:27Speaker 13: females do. I don't think that all four play is sanitary,
- 25:31Speaker 13: And I'm just not doing it. My last boyfriend kept tricking,
- 25:35Speaker 13: trying to trick me into doing it. What's the big
- 25:38Speaker 13: deal with that?
- 25:39Speaker 2: Well, you forty seven.
- 25:40Speaker 8: If you don't know what the big deal is about it,
- 25:43Speaker 8: by now, ain't no need of me talking to you.
- 25:45Speaker 8: Don't do it be by your damnself.
- 25:47Speaker 2: That's all I got said, next question, don't do it

- 25:56Speaker 8: I remember when I was about nine or ten years old,
- 26:00Speaker 8: my brothers was in their room talking one day and
- 26:03Speaker 8: my brothers was having a conversation about what they had
- 26:06Speaker 8: done with this girl, one of them talking about his girl.
- 26:10Speaker 2: I'm talking about it, and they was talking about what
- 26:12Speaker 2: they had done, and I.
- 26:13Speaker 8: Heard them say it, and without being you know or
- 26:16Speaker 8: you know graphic, they was talking about what they was
- 26:20Speaker 8: doing to this girl.
- 26:22Speaker 2: I said, ugh, ugh, I'll never do that. Both my
- 26:28Speaker 2: brothers looked at me.
- 26:29Speaker 8: Now, my youngest brother eleven years older than me, so
- 26:31Speaker 8: I'm nine ten, they about twenty twenty one. My brother
- 26:35Speaker 8: looked at me and said, shut your stupid ass, your
- 26:40Speaker 8: little dumb ass boy, you have no idea. What you're
- 26:45Speaker 8: gonna try to do with it? You have no I
- 26:47Speaker 8: never stopped doing their commitment. You're gonna make to it.
- 26:51Speaker 8: Not the commitment, boy, you're gonna you're talking about what
- 26:54Speaker 8: you would never do.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Boy, let me tell you something. You gonna boy.
- 27:00Speaker 9: This.
- 27:01Speaker 8: Boy, you're gonna wallow in it. You're gonna you ain't gonna.
- 27:05Speaker 8: You ain't gonna believe how good it is. You gonna
- 27:09Speaker 8: do everything you it ain't gonna be enough. Tell them
- 27:14Speaker 8: and let me tell you something.
- 27:17Speaker 2: Damn they were right. Yeah.
- 27:23Speaker 8: I've heard my son say when they was young, fourteenth fifty,
- 27:27Speaker 8: I never do this.
- 27:28Speaker 2: A girl asked me to do this. I never do that.
- 27:31Speaker 9: Boy.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Boy, be quiet because you don't know what you're talking about, you.
- 27:38Speaker 8: Or you don't even understand I said, I had that
- 27:40Speaker 8: satame conversation with my brothers.
- 27:42Speaker 2: I'm telling you that's how good it is.
- 27:45Speaker 13: It is.
- 27:48Speaker 8: It's better than ad feel God, Yeah, it's better than
- 27:53Speaker 8: had Really, it's better than boy. Man, it's better than
- 27:59Speaker 8: a massade. Boy, it's better than football. I know y'all
- 28:05Speaker 8: find that hard to believe.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Right now.
- 28:08Speaker 8: It's better than Duncan or basketball. Telling you it's better
- 28:14Speaker 8: than ice cream. Basking Robbins ain't got.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Nothing in there.
- 28:18Speaker 8: Yeah, thirty one flavor. I can't begin to tell you
- 28:23Speaker 8: if they can put this in a coup in a
- 28:25Speaker 8: set up the Basking Robbins which put this up on
- 28:32Speaker 8: the board. Yeah, I have a triple school. I like
- 28:40Speaker 8: a milkshake. I like the extra large Sunday, and I
- 28:47Speaker 8: want a sprinkled in and then I want extra ceremony.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Okay, coming out, thank you?
- 28:56Speaker 2: Can you put it in a large, extra large cup.
- 29:00Speaker 1: We'll have some entertainment news for you coming up at
- 29:02Speaker 1: the top of the hour.
- 29:03Speaker 8: Then right after this you're listening hard Morning show.
- 29:12Speaker 13: President Biden rebuked white supremacy and his commencement addressed to
- 29:16Speaker 13: graduates of Howard University on Saturday, where he called it
- 29:19Speaker 13: a quote poison and the most dangerous terrorist threat to
- 29:22Speaker 13: the country. The president also received applause as he spoke
- 29:26Speaker 13: on climate change and student loan forgiveness. He also said
- 29:31Speaker 13: there was still more to do on gun violence, reiterating
- 29:35Speaker 13: calls for an assault weapons van.
- 29:37Speaker 1: He said, who are we, what do we stand for?
- 29:39Speaker 1: What do we believe?
- 29:40Speaker 13: Who will we be here? You're here to help answer
- 29:44Speaker 13: those questions. He told the Howard students. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 29:49Speaker 13: very good speech.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, very good, very good.
- 29:51Speaker 5: Congratulations class of twenty twenty three, you know, yeah, yeah,
- 29:58Speaker 5: so that was good.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Were they marching the same day? Weren't they march?
- 30:05Speaker 5: You know, the whites a white premist group. You didn't
- 30:08Speaker 5: see something like that. They did march on Saturday in DC?
- 30:15Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, you bet not march. You've been not marked
- 30:18Speaker 2: down there by Howard. You better not do that, right
- 30:22Speaker 2: of fact. Come on anywhere down by Northwest.
- 30:27Speaker 5: Come on, and due to weather, they had the graduation
- 30:32Speaker 5: for Howard at the Capitol One Arena. Isn't that where
- 30:34Speaker 5: the Wizard's play and all that. So that's where they
- 30:37Speaker 5: had to move the graduation to them.
- 30:39Speaker 2: I'll tell you what.
- 30:41Speaker 8: Mess Ryan, and come off Pennsylvania. Make that other turn parade,
- 30:47Speaker 8: parade gonna be shout.
- 30:51Speaker 13: So, Steve, what do you think about the president's words
- 30:56Speaker 13: white supremacy being the most dangerous terrorist threat to this country?
- 31:00Speaker 8: Well, I mean, white supremacy comes in a lot of farms,
- 31:04Speaker 8: though you know, it's not just the people who are
- 31:08Speaker 8: getting permits picket. White supremacy comes in policy, White supremacy
- 31:15Speaker 8: comes in zoning. White supremacy comes in our educational system.
- 31:20Speaker 8: For they will not make education uniform across this country.
- 31:25Speaker 8: That's white supremacy. That's the havels not given the damn
- 31:29Speaker 8: about the have nots. It's very simple. We pay enough
- 31:32Speaker 8: taxes in this country to every student to get a
- 31:35Speaker 8: quality education, but they refuse to do that. You get
- 31:38Speaker 8: the education based on the taxes that your neighborhood paid. Well,
- 31:42Speaker 8: if you live in a poor neighborhood and you get
- 31:44Speaker 8: less taxes. When the state allocates money for education, they're
- 31:48Speaker 8: allocated to the state, to the portions of the city
- 31:51Speaker 8: that have given them more taxes. That's why the suburban
- 31:53Speaker 8: schools are always held up to the light and shining
- 31:58Speaker 8: much brighter when it comes to equipment, labs, compute.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Everything, up to date books, that's right, all of that.
- 32:06Speaker 8: When I was doing radio out in LA, remember I
- 32:08Speaker 8: did that big book thing, I was exposed to book thing,
- 32:12Speaker 8: and I had these straight A honor students at Compton
- 32:17Speaker 8: could not get into college because they couldn't pass the test,
- 32:20Speaker 8: but they were honor roll students. Well, the reason they
- 32:23Speaker 8: couldn't pass the test out in LA was because they
- 32:26Speaker 8: were honor roll students. Based on material in the books
- 32:28Speaker 8: that they had at their school. The books and material
- 32:31Speaker 8: were not up to date, so they couldn't compete with
- 32:34Speaker 8: the new math. They couldn't compete with the new science,
- 32:37Speaker 8: so they couldn't pass their say see honor roll students.
- 32:40Speaker 8: They knew everything in the books they had, but their
- 32:42Speaker 8: books were twenty years old. So you know, white supremacy
- 32:46Speaker 8: is not just somebody picketed with a tiki torch. White
- 32:51Speaker 8: supremacy goals all the way through policy. That Boy and
- 32:55Speaker 8: Florida trying to get rid of giving children in school
- 33:00Speaker 8: was a choice. You know, they're preaching non health classes
- 33:03Speaker 8: that a child can decide their sexuality. Well in that
- 33:07Speaker 8: he's combining that. We're gonna stop that. Then you gotta
- 33:11Speaker 8: watch how to slick they are. Then they slide in
- 33:13Speaker 8: you want to stop there, at which a lot of
- 33:14Speaker 8: people want to stop because they don't want their children
- 33:17Speaker 8: exposed to certain things that certain age and I agree,
- 33:20Speaker 8: But then they slide in, were gonna stop this racial component.
- 33:25Speaker 8: We're gonna stop teaching racism in our school. What y'all started.
- 33:29Speaker 8: So now what you mean you ain't gonna teach you? Oh,
- 33:32Speaker 8: you don't want nobody to know what y'all did. Yeah, oh,
- 33:36Speaker 8: because you think that's teaching racism. But that's how you
- 33:39Speaker 8: built the country. You stole America.
- 33:44Speaker 4: That's a fact.
- 33:45Speaker 8: You didn't discover nothing news people here. It was people
- 33:49Speaker 8: here when they came. Christmas Grumbus ain't firing nothing.
- 33:53Speaker 9: No.
- 33:54Speaker 8: Now, what the Native Americans should have did, what they
- 33:57Speaker 8: should have did was let them figure it out.
- 34:01Speaker 2: That women.
- 34:04Speaker 13: All right, yeah, all right, thank you. Moving on to
- 34:09Speaker 13: other entertainment news. A new celebrity couple alert. Jonathan Majors
- 34:12Speaker 13: and Megan Good are dating. Jonathan is thirty three, Megan
- 34:17Speaker 13: is forty one. Of course, we know Jonathan is currently
- 34:20Speaker 13: facing assault charges. Both TMZ and People Magazine are confirming
- 34:25Speaker 13: the two are seeing each other. Meanwhile, Jonathan's legal team
- 34:29Speaker 13: said that he will be fully exonerated and the assault
- 34:31Speaker 13: charges are false. As we know, Megan and her ex
- 34:35Speaker 13: husband Devon Franklin finalized their divorced last year.
- 34:39Speaker 2: And there you go.
- 34:40Speaker 13: We'll see how it goes. So congratulations making Good. Yeah,
- 34:44Speaker 13: yeah too too.

- 35:57Speaker 13: Well In Trending sports entertainment news, Memphis Grizzly suspended John
- 36:02Speaker 13: Moran after he was shown in a video posted in
- 36:05Speaker 13: a video post holding a gun again. Miranda had already
- 36:10Speaker 13: been suspended eight games earlier this year for a video
- 36:13Speaker 13: of him holding a gun at a Colorado strip club.
- 36:16Speaker 13: After that incident, he did apologize and basically said he
- 36:19Speaker 13: would do better.
- 36:20Speaker 2: So what's up?

- 36:43Speaker 8: tired of everybody. Every time somebody do something. He got
- 36:45Speaker 8: some mental issues. Maybe he needs no stupidity. Ain't got
- 36:50Speaker 8: nothing to do with no damn mental issue. Stop hiding
- 36:52Speaker 8: behind this mental crisis. Everybody having a mental crisis. Some
- 36:57Speaker 8: people are stupid.
- 36:59Speaker 5: Yeah, he's twenty three years old, so he's very young,
- 37:05Speaker 5: with a lot of money.
- 37:06Speaker 1: I think it's a crowd of people.
- 37:09Speaker 2: I've been twenty three, yes, with no money. Yes, me too,
- 37:14Speaker 2: Me and you befo.
- 37:15Speaker 8: Anybody should have had a gun trying to think of
- 37:18Speaker 8: something at twenty three. That would have been a apropos
- 37:24Speaker 8: moment for me to brandish a gun and try to
- 37:27Speaker 8: come up with a plan. I didn't because I ain't stupid.
- 37:32Speaker 8: The Memphis Grizzlies has suspended him this time. This doesn't
- 37:37Speaker 8: make any sense, man, This is a complete lapse in judgment.
- 37:41Speaker 2: This is not learning a lesson.
- 37:43Speaker 1: You learned nothing from the first time.
- 37:45Speaker 8: You need to quit hanging with these little ignorant ass
- 37:49Speaker 8: rappers that's sitting up in here, got this stuff in
- 37:52Speaker 8: their music, this food right here with a gun with another.
- 37:57Speaker 2: These rappers, Man, what it's wrong with you? And and
- 38:01Speaker 2: and you got a gun at a strip club. But
- 38:05Speaker 2: that was in Colorado. This incident was in the car.
- 38:08Speaker 2: They were going live.
- 38:10Speaker 5: And so when his friend put the phone up, his
- 38:13Speaker 5: friend tried to move the phone away, but it was
- 38:15Speaker 5: too late.
- 38:16Speaker 2: It was too late.
- 38:17Speaker 4: You actually saw it.
- 38:18Speaker 2: So now you done.
- 38:20Speaker 8: You got dumb friends letting you do that, watching you
- 38:24Speaker 8: do dumb stuff. They got a camera out. Now, this
- 38:29Speaker 8: boy he fit to lose millions because let me tell
- 38:32Speaker 8: you something, man, he will never ever be the face
- 38:35Speaker 8: of the NBA.
- 38:35Speaker 9: Now.
- 38:36Speaker 8: And this boy had a shot, ye know, he's that
- 38:39Speaker 8: You know who I think that Sorry for Memphis, but
- 38:48Speaker 8: let me tell you something. You know who I think
- 38:49Speaker 8: ought to be the face of the NBA. I think
- 38:53Speaker 8: Jannis is the dude. And Jason Tatum, Jason said him
- 38:57Speaker 8: out of Boston, Boston.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, yeah, all right.
- 39:06Speaker 13: Coming into thirty four minutes after the hour, Well check
- 39:10Speaker 13: Steve's voicemail right after this.
- 39:12Speaker 10: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 39:16Speaker 1: All right, guys, it is time to check Steve's voicemail.
- 39:18Speaker 9: Now.
- 39:18Speaker 13: If you would like to leave a message for Steve,
- 39:21Speaker 13: all you have to do is call him eight seven
- 39:23Speaker 13: seven twenty nine Steve eight seven seven twenty nine Steve,
- 39:27Speaker 13: and you might just hear your call on the air. Now, Steve,
- 39:29Speaker 13: this call is from Keita from the DMV. She left
- 39:32Speaker 13: a message. Remember when Iyamla asked Ebanie Williams, Ebanie K. Williams,
- 39:38Speaker 13: the media personality, would she date a bus driver?
- 39:41Speaker 1: That's what this is about.
- 39:42Speaker 14: Hey, e to see.
- 39:43Speaker 15: This is Peter from the DMV. I love, Love, love
- 39:47Speaker 15: your show.
- 39:48Speaker 7: I listen to it every day.
- 39:49Speaker 15: I am a little behind because I was on vacation.
- 39:51Speaker 15: But there was a question on Think Okay Mayo. You
- 39:55Speaker 15: guys were talking about something Iolla said in regards to
- 39:59Speaker 15: women's having high standards. And so my question is to you.
- 40:03Speaker 15: And I've learned a lot from you, Steve, and I
- 40:05Speaker 15: feel like I'm in a healthy relationship. I'm getting married
- 40:07Speaker 15: because I took a lot of your advice. And I
- 40:09Speaker 15: feel like I'm thirty three and I was looking for
- 40:12Speaker 15: a man who made what I made?
- 40:14Speaker 6: Or book?
- 40:15Speaker 2: Is that wrong?
- 40:16Speaker 15: Like, no, I wouldn't dat a bus driver like I'm
- 40:19Speaker 15: trying to build. You have to come with something, you know.
- 40:22Speaker 15: I feel like women have to come with a lot
- 40:24Speaker 15: of things. Why can't men come with a lot of things?
- 40:27Speaker 15: And then jobs are so readily available to men, So
- 40:30Speaker 15: I think like you could become a nurse as a
- 40:33Speaker 15: man and ben't pay more than a woman because you're
- 40:36Speaker 15: a man. You could become a social worker and be
- 40:39Speaker 15: paid more than a woman because you're a man, because
- 40:41Speaker 15: those still black men and they want more men, so
- 40:44Speaker 15: they will pay you more money. I as a woman,
- 40:46Speaker 15: could become a police officer, and police officers lack women,
- 40:49Speaker 15: and I still won't get paid as much as a man.
- 40:51Speaker 9: So I feel like women.
- 40:53Speaker 15: Want them because we aren't paid as much as Men's
- 40:56Speaker 15: number one. Number two like if I get pregnant, how
- 41:00Speaker 15: were you going to take care of us? Like I
- 41:02Speaker 15: was looking at the job that I have, And women
- 41:05Speaker 15: have to use their leads.
- 41:06Speaker 9: It's not given to you.
- 41:07Speaker 15: Maternity isn't given to all women like it is in
- 41:10Speaker 15: other countries. Women have to take their own lead, and
- 41:13Speaker 15: you don't have the lead you don't get paid. Yeah,
- 41:15Speaker 15: you could take the sixth weeks, but you're not gonna
- 41:17Speaker 15: get paid, and so then you have to go back
- 41:19Speaker 15: to work after having a baby right away. So I
- 41:22Speaker 15: feel like that's why women look for men who can
- 41:25Speaker 15: provide for them.
- 41:26Speaker 9: I don't maybe I didn't.
- 41:27Speaker 15: Interpret your meaning correct, but I just want to know,
- 41:30Speaker 15: is that wrong, Like I should lower my standards, especially
- 41:32Speaker 15: if I'm over forty. I'm over thirty for a man
- 41:35Speaker 15: who works as a bus driver and I'm trying to
- 41:37Speaker 15: build a family.
- 41:38Speaker 8: Well, see, you kind of went all over the place
- 41:41Speaker 8: on me a little bit. You forgot it went from
- 41:44Speaker 8: one thing to the next thing to a larger team.
- 41:46Speaker 8: Let me just dress the basis, y'all. Keep using this
- 41:49Speaker 8: bus driver as an example, because that's what the yana
- 41:53Speaker 8: to start out with this guy nam And first of all,
- 41:55Speaker 8: let me explain some of the people. I've never told
- 41:57Speaker 8: a woman to lower her standards, her expectation, but also
- 42:02Speaker 8: also tell women that you got to find a man
- 42:05Speaker 8: with some type of ambition who is trying to build
- 42:08Speaker 8: Ain't nothing wrong with a man driving a bus, not
- 42:11Speaker 8: at all. Matter of fact. See now, okay, now let
- 42:15Speaker 8: me tell you something about this hot step. You want
- 42:17Speaker 8: the guy to own the bus company, or you want
- 42:19Speaker 8: the guy to drive the bus. Well, if he owned
- 42:21Speaker 8: the bus company, okay, how many people own the bus company?
- 42:24Speaker 8: That could be fifteen hundred bus drivers at this company
- 42:27Speaker 8: and one guy owned the company. You don't think somebody
- 42:30Speaker 8: else will had their eye on that. But see what
- 42:33Speaker 8: disappoints me is when a woman don't want to find
- 42:36Speaker 8: a man with ambition and try to build something with him.
- 42:39Speaker 8: That's the disappointment, and that's gonna hurt you in your search.
- 42:43Speaker 8: Instead of trying to find a top quality man, you're
- 42:46Speaker 8: trying to find this man that's already made. Now when
- 42:49Speaker 8: I say already made, I mean already making. You know,
- 42:53Speaker 8: a six five hundred thousand dollars a year up. That's
- 42:55Speaker 8: a lot of money, man, that's a lot of money.
- 42:58Speaker 14: Man.
- 42:58Speaker 8: You can be way happier with way less. Trust me,
- 43:03Speaker 8: I've been at every single level. So what I try
- 43:07Speaker 8: to suggest to women is to find a man you
- 43:09Speaker 8: can deald with without lawyering your standards. But economics can't
- 43:13Speaker 8: be the only standard. But then you can't lower your
- 43:16Speaker 8: economic expectations either. But if a man has the potential
- 43:19Speaker 8: to build, that's the man you should attach it. He
- 43:22Speaker 8: may not be where he's going to yet. You could
- 43:25Speaker 8: be the missing link for that man to get over
- 43:28Speaker 8: and you don't know it. But if you're looking for
- 43:31Speaker 8: mister reddy Maid, you can get in line, sister, because
- 43:34Speaker 8: mister Reddymaid's line is long and he got plenty of options.
- 43:38Speaker 8: So that's what I say about that. The rest of
- 43:40Speaker 8: your comment I don't even have time to address. But no,
- 43:44Speaker 8: do not lower your standards, but find a man with
- 43:47Speaker 8: some invention. Yeah, he might be the bus driver now,
- 43:50Speaker 8: but you don't know what he's gonna be to five
- 43:52Speaker 8: years from now. He can end up owning a shuttle
- 43:55Speaker 8: service or something like that.
- 43:56Speaker 2: You don't know.
- 43:58Speaker 8: But if you just looking for mister reddy maids, go
- 44:00Speaker 8: on and get in line because that loans that line
- 44:02Speaker 8: is long.
- 44:02Speaker 1: All right, Kita, thank you for your question. Coming up next,
- 44:05Speaker 1: it is a nephew with a prank phone call for today.
- 44:08Speaker 10: Right after this you're listening Hard Morning Show.
- 44:13Speaker 13: Coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 44:15Speaker 13: four minutes after it's my strawberry letter for today.
- 44:18Speaker 1: And then and the subject is his sister or his
- 44:21Speaker 1: secret lover. We'll get into that.
- 44:24Speaker 13: See what that's all about in just a few because
- 44:26Speaker 13: right now it is time for the nephew and today's
- 44:30Speaker 13: prank phone call.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Nephew, what you got for us?
- 44:33Speaker 2: Uh, it's been brought to my attention that you've been
- 44:36Speaker 2: driving my car. You've been driving you've been driving my car.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Let's go care doo.
- 44:47Speaker 7: Hello, I'm trying to rest this please, Yeah, this is Curtis.
- 44:50Speaker 6: You don't want to work at the hotel and you
- 44:52Speaker 6: do ballet parking.
- 44:54Speaker 9: Yeah, y'arell working.
- 44:55Speaker 6: Okay, let me tell you something. You wouldn't watch that
- 44:57Speaker 6: park my seven BMW. It took the change out of
- 45:01Speaker 6: my car, that the loose change I had in there,
- 45:03Speaker 6: and you also then put one hundred miles on there.
- 45:05Speaker 6: And I know you the one did it, because you
- 45:07Speaker 6: the one I tipt, I tempt you. You parked it.
- 45:10Speaker 6: And then when I came back, you the one brought
- 45:12Speaker 6: my car back, and I tept you. I know you
- 45:14Speaker 6: the one put them damn miles on my car?
- 45:16Speaker 7: On man, hold on, wait, wait, hold on, hold on?
- 45:17Speaker 2: Who is this?
- 45:18Speaker 6: My name is Jason Man, Jason, Jason.
- 45:21Speaker 7: Why didn't you get my number?
- 45:22Speaker 6: I got your number from the hotel manager. I told
- 45:25Speaker 6: him I needed a folk, the Curtis who do the
- 45:27Speaker 6: Baallet Parker, and they gave me your number. You the

- 45:32Speaker 6: over there.
- 45:32Speaker 7: I ain't hond I ain't putting up holes in your car.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Man.
- 45:34Speaker 7: That's all I do is just get the cars and
- 45:36Speaker 7: park them.
- 45:36Speaker 2: That ship.
- 45:37Speaker 7: Ain't. I ain't taking no change to nobody car.
- 45:39Speaker 6: Eas you the one took my change I had. I
- 45:42Speaker 6: had TD Jakes in there in the in the City player.
- 45:45Speaker 6: When I got in there, it was a bigger smile
- 45:47Speaker 6: or somebody in there. You the one was in my car.
- 45:50Speaker 7: Man. Man, I don't even know how to work that radio.
- 45:52Speaker 7: And there, man, look what I probably pluck your car
- 45:56Speaker 7: because I parted a whole lot of cars, and.
- 45:58Speaker 9: I just we You can call you.
- 46:00Speaker 7: Maybe somebody else probably took your car and drove it around,
- 46:03Speaker 7: but I don't know.

- 46:04Speaker 6: How many work at the hotels and do valet parking?
- 46:09Speaker 6: How many am I don't working?
- 46:11Speaker 7: Didn't do valet parking. But that's all I do is
- 46:12Speaker 7: part of the cars. I don't take nobody car driving
- 46:14Speaker 7: around the town. I'll steal nothing from the car. Ain't
- 46:16Speaker 7: no thief, man, Hey.
- 46:17Speaker 6: Man, let me tell you something. Man, I know you
- 46:20Speaker 6: the one put these miles on here. You hear me,

- 50:29Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 50:30Speaker 2: Question?
- 50:31Speaker 11: Notice how I started at the top with the immediate
- 50:34Speaker 11: high ended to get right into it when he ain't
- 50:36Speaker 11: got even time time to think about it.
- 50:40Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 50:41Speaker 13: All those accusations, stealing, your driving, your car, all of
- 50:44Speaker 13: that all.
- 50:46Speaker 11: Yeah, keep it stupid now my stupid different though, my
- 50:48Speaker 11: stupid like John Moran stupid and my stupid, two different stupid.

- 51:31Speaker 1: Do you see how your uncle is looking at you?
- 51:35Speaker 2: Why you got dem head lights?
- 51:37Speaker 14: What is what?
- 51:37Speaker 2: What is wrong with you this morning?

- 51:46Speaker 8: you have. And I just can't I just get caught
- 51:49Speaker 8: up in it because I'll be looking at you and
- 51:50Speaker 8: then you try to rationalize and put lodging into it.
- 51:53Speaker 8: Let me, let me help you with this word right here.
- 51:55Speaker 8: You can't logistify stupidity.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Whoa, whoa, Yes, that's that's just that. Yeah, that is
- 52:04Speaker 2: a word.
- 52:05Speaker 12: Hell, I don't know it sounds good though, sound good words.
- 52:11Speaker 1: That's the word.
- 52:12Speaker 13: Let's see, I react, logic and legitimize.

- 52:26Speaker 8: Yeah, Mike, I've never been the last time I could
- 52:30Speaker 8: spell good, I was in the sixth grade. After that,
- 52:33Speaker 8: I fell off traumatically because I started getting introduced to
- 52:36Speaker 8: four syllable words that fell off fell.

- 53:56Speaker 13: Thank you nephew, subject his sister or his secret love.
- 54:00Speaker 13: Here's Stephen Shirley. I've been in a long distance relationship
- 54:04Speaker 13: for almost a year, and when we're apart, we keep
- 54:07Speaker 13: the magic going with video chats and surprise gifts. He's
- 54:11Speaker 13: big on family, and he's got one sister and lots
- 54:14Speaker 13: of aunts and uncles. I have met all of his family,
- 54:17Speaker 13: but I just got a chance to meet a sister.
- 54:20Speaker 13: She was always working when I would come to town
- 54:23Speaker 13: or she was traveling. All my man talks about is
- 54:26Speaker 13: his sister, and I love their relationship until I met
- 54:30Speaker 13: her and I got some family history. This woman would
- 54:34Speaker 13: literally sleep in the bed with my boyfriend and walk
- 54:37Speaker 13: around in her underwear around him. I don't do that
- 54:40Speaker 13: with my brothers, but some families are closer than others.
- 54:44Speaker 13: A few times when we be on a video call,
- 54:47Speaker 13: she would walk by in nothing but a bra and
- 54:50Speaker 13: panti's and I did not say a word. Fast forward
- 54:53Speaker 13: to Easter weekend when I went to stay with him
- 54:56Speaker 13: and I finally met her.
- 54:58Speaker 1: She was cool but seemed to put obsessive of him,
- 55:01Speaker 1: so I had hoped that she would go home.
- 55:03Speaker 13: She stayed the first night, and she told me that
- 55:05Speaker 13: she would let me stay in the king's bedroom with him.
- 55:09Speaker 13: He said he wouldn't have it any other way and
- 55:11Speaker 13: told her to go sleep in the guest room, but
- 55:14Speaker 13: they stayed up all night chit chatting. The following day,
- 55:17Speaker 13: I mentioned it to one of his aunts, and she
- 55:19Speaker 13: said that I had to watch that girl because she's
- 55:22Speaker 13: always had a crush on my man. I found out
- 55:26Speaker 13: that she was adopted when she was thirteen and they're
- 55:29Speaker 13: not really related. She said that my boyfriend should have
- 55:33Speaker 13: told me that. I told her how close they are,
- 55:36Speaker 13: and his aunt ran her big mouth to the family.
- 55:39Speaker 13: They had no idea they'd been carrying on the way
- 55:42Speaker 13: they'd been carrying on. My boyfriend said it was none
- 55:45Speaker 13: of my business. But shouldn't he have told me they're
- 55:49Speaker 13: not really related? Well, of course he should have told
- 55:53Speaker 13: you that. I mean, come on, now, there's no question
- 55:58Speaker 13: about it. He should have told you, Yes, this is
- 56:00Speaker 13: my sister. She lives with us, she has been with us,
- 56:04Speaker 13: but we are not related. And the fact that he
- 56:07Speaker 13: didn't that is a huge, huge red flag. Okay, this
- 56:13Speaker 13: woman is sleeping with the same bed, sleeping in the
- 56:16Speaker 13: same bed with your man wearing only her underwear around him,
- 56:20Speaker 13: and his aunt told you they're not related, it's obviously
- 56:23Speaker 13: they're very close and have had and are still having sex.
- 56:27Speaker 13: I mean, why else would she be so comfortable around
- 56:29Speaker 13: him and just her undies. You said you didn't do
- 56:33Speaker 13: that with your brothers, and I don't know too many
- 56:35Speaker 13: people who walk around just in their bra and panties,
- 56:38Speaker 13: you know, in front of their brothers and stuff. So
- 56:41Speaker 13: I mean, come on, she's letting you know what's up
- 56:44Speaker 13: with them, and she's marking her territory with them. She
- 56:47Speaker 13: said she would quote let you sleep in the King's
- 56:50Speaker 13: bed with him, didn't she. So yeah, she's very possessive
- 56:53Speaker 13: of him, and you know she would let you is
- 56:57Speaker 13: if you need a permission to sleep with him.
- 57:01Speaker 1: This man is not for you. I'm just gonna tell
- 57:03Speaker 1: you right now. He's not for you.
- 57:05Speaker 13: He already told you it's none of your business. Okay,
- 57:09Speaker 13: how can he tell you that? And you, guys are
- 57:11Speaker 13: supposed to be boyfriend girlfriend. You've been going at this
- 57:14Speaker 13: for a whole year, and now long distance relationships are
- 57:17Speaker 13: hard enough, then you add this into the mix.
- 57:20Speaker 1: No, uh uh, clearly, this this is a mess right here.
- 57:25Speaker 1: You need to dump him and move on.
- 57:27Speaker 13: He's not going to let his fake sister slash girlfriend go,
- 57:31Speaker 13: So you know, long distance relationship, Just cut it off
- 57:33Speaker 13: and move on.
- 57:35Speaker 8: Just do that, Steve, Wow, I got two sisters. They
- 57:42Speaker 8: walk around Hell no, please please don't please please Mona
- 57:50Speaker 8: Polly can't come on now. Please don't don't send me
- 57:55Speaker 8: to therapy.
- 57:59Speaker 4: No, who does this?
- 58:02Speaker 2: I just don't even understand.
- 58:04Speaker 8: Now, you're in a long distance relationship now, and you've
- 58:09Speaker 8: been at this for about a year, and now, when
- 58:13Speaker 8: you're in a long just relationship, there's gonna.
- 58:15Speaker 2: Be some things that you just cannot know.
- 58:18Speaker 6: You just can't.
- 58:19Speaker 8: It's impossible to know some things simply because you don't
- 58:24Speaker 8: spend enough time together. You don't go over there at night.
- 58:27Speaker 8: He don't come over your house at night. You ain't
- 58:30Speaker 8: looked under the bed, you ain't looked up in the
- 58:32Speaker 8: top of that closet, and you ain't been in the
- 58:35Speaker 8: medicine cabin. Those are the three things that a woman
- 58:38Speaker 8: has to if you've been dating a man for a
- 58:40Speaker 8: while and you think about it's gonna get serious, you've
- 58:43Speaker 8: got to get over his house, look under that bed,
- 58:46Speaker 8: look in the closet in the back or in the top,
- 58:50Speaker 8: and you got to get in that bathroom and open
- 58:52Speaker 8: up that medicine cabin. I'm just telling you what you
- 58:54Speaker 8: got to do. Now, you feel how you want to
- 58:57Speaker 8: feel about me, Think what you want to do. I'm
- 59:01Speaker 8: just telling you what you guys to do.
- 59:03Speaker 2: You feel me? Okay?
- 59:05Speaker 8: Now, now you're in this long and uh time relationship,
- 59:09Speaker 8: you'd have met all his uh aunts and uncles.
- 59:12Speaker 2: He's big on family, you know. And all the man
- 59:16Speaker 2: talks about is his sister.
- 59:17Speaker 8: You ain't and you you finally got a chance to
- 59:20Speaker 8: meet him, but she was always working when you came
- 59:22Speaker 8: to town, or she was traveling, And all he talked
- 59:26Speaker 8: about is how he loved a relationship until I met
- 59:29Speaker 8: her and I got some family history. Uh they were
- 59:33Speaker 8: he was sleep in the same bed as your boyfriend,
- 59:35Speaker 8: to walk around in her underwear around him. I don't
- 59:37Speaker 8: do that with my brothers. Don't nobody do that with
- 59:39Speaker 8: they brothers. Don't nobody do that with they brothers. Y'all
- 59:44Speaker 8: ain't hell billy. Now if you hell billy, you know
- 59:50Speaker 8: I'm I'm understanding this letter. But most he'll billies don't
- 59:54Speaker 8: have email, so I'm assuming you're not a heell billy.
- 59:58Speaker 2: Hang on, so we talk back. We'll straighten us out.
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: And any hell really that's listening and you're starting to
- 1:00:05Speaker 8: take offense, then just be offended.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:00:09Speaker 13: We'll have part two of Steve's response coming up in
- 1:00:12Speaker 13: twenty three.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:15Speaker 13: Today's strawberry letter, subject his sister or his secret lover.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:21Speaker 10: You're listening Hardy Morning Show.
- 1:00:25Speaker 13: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:27Speaker 13: The subject his sister or his secret lover.
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: Well, like I tell you, I've never seen this before.
- 1:00:34Speaker 8: This is a crazy one. She's in a long, just
- 1:00:36Speaker 8: relationship with a man. Now, when you're in a long
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: this relationship, there's gonna be some things you just don't
- 1:00:42Speaker 8: know because y'all don't spend time with each other enough
- 1:00:45Speaker 8: and you ain't been over each other's house. Just a
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: jewel to help women out. If you're in a relationship
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: with a man that you think is getting serious, next
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: time you over, there are three things you need to do.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: You need to look under that bed.
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: You need to open up that clauset and look in
- 1:00:57Speaker 8: the back of the closet at the top of the closet,
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: and you have got to get in that medicine captain,
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: in that bathroom. Then the three places you need to
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: look so you can find out what's going on in
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: your life.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: All right, cool?
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: Now, she'd have met everybody in his family and aunts
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: and uncles. He's really big on family, and he got
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: a loving relationship with his sister and all they talk
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: about his sister. But you ain't never met her because
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: every time you go over there, she either out of
- 1:01:21Speaker 8: town or travel. Well, you finally met him, and there's
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: something going on right here, and you know you found
- 1:01:30Speaker 8: out that the man talks about his sister.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: You love their relationship till you met him.
- 1:01:34Speaker 8: The one would literally sleep in the same bed with
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: your boyfriend and walk around in her underwear around him.
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: I don't do that with my brother. Don't nobody do
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: that with they brothers. Now, I told you before. The
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: only people do this is he'll billy. Now, if you're
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: not a he'll billy. And I'm assuming you're not because
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: you emailed them. Most he'll billy's don't have email. I
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: will tell you how he'll billies communicate. He'll Billies do
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: a lot with smoke signal. Hill Phillies do a lot.
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: You know it's some people over here, come help me
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: all either they.
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Use dog bars.
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: You know they got a hounter. That means you know
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: they're out looking for something. It's just a lot of
- 1:02:18Speaker 8: ways they communicate. Email one of them.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: Here's a dog.
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: That's a hunting dog. That's a different sign. That's when
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: you know they own the rabbit. Even a little lesson
- 1:02:29Speaker 8: on hill Billies. I grew up in Wels, West Virginia,
- 1:02:32Speaker 8: been around them a good part of my life. I
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: love them because they taught me a whole lot of stuff.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Would you get back to the letter now here.
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: Hill billies, if you get hit by a skunk, if
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: you he'll believe you been hit by a skunk.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: You had to get in that to mate the juice.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: His sister or his secret lover.
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: Okay, okay, cool? Now sister walking around in her drawers
- 1:02:51Speaker 8: in front of the man. A few times, y'all will
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: be on a video call. She walked by in nothing
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: but a broad penny and I didn't say a word.
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: Your sister walk by in the video call is a
- 1:03:02Speaker 8: broad and some damn pantis really Okay, I finally met her.
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: She was cool, but she seemed possessive of him. I'd
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: hoped that she would go home. She stayed the first
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: night and told me she'd let you stay in the
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: king's bedroom with him. Wait a minute, you mean y'all
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: spend the night together in the bed with the bra
- 1:03:22Speaker 8: and panties on, and she gonna let you stay in
- 1:03:25Speaker 8: there a night?
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: And she seemed possessive. But they stayed up all night
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: chit chatting. The following day, I mentioned it to one
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: of his aunts, and she said, I had to watch
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: that girl. See here, go to there's a couple of
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: keys in this letter.
- 1:03:38Speaker 8: I had to watch that girl because she's always had
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: a crush on my man.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: That girl, what you mean that girl? Ain't that his sister?
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: Well you found out that she was adopted when she
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: was thirteen and they really not related. Well, he said, Jackpopts,
- 1:03:56Speaker 8: Not only do I have a somebody that ain't my
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: sister living with us, now I got a sister white.
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: Oh huh, were kicking now? She said that my boyfriend
- 1:04:12Speaker 8: should have told me that. I told her how close
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: they are, and his aunt ran her big mouth to
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: the family. They had no idea that they've been carrying
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: on this way. No, because they kept a secret, because
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: they know what they do and ain't right. My boyfriend said,
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: it was none of my business. That's the second tagline
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: in this letter. First tagline, you need to watch that
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: girl because she's always had a crush on my man.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: That was the aunt.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: He is the second line. My boyfriend said, it was
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: none of my biz. See now that right there. But
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: shouldn't he have told me that they're really not related?
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: He said that ain't none of your bis See where
- 1:04:59Speaker 8: was the uh that? Where was the denial? Where was
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: that at? Where's the he wasn't even a pall? What
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: rage you would think?
- 1:05:13Speaker 9: What that was? No?
- 1:05:16Speaker 11: Uh?
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: That he wasn't thrown off? That wasn't no? How could you?
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: How dare you? That's my system? We just cool like that? Now?
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: Ain't none of your beers? Listen to me?
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: You this relationship for a long, this relationship for a year,
- 1:05:35Speaker 8: you finished signed up for seclusions. Now the only thing
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: that's okay, and the only thing they're getting away with
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: is that ain't really his blood system.
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: She got adopted. They didn't cross the line. If you
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: don't think they crossed the line. You stupid.
- 1:05:49Speaker 8: You can't walk around in front of me with your
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: pandis a brother now we the same age in your tractor.
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: You just can't do that. Now, My sisters walked past me,

- 1:06:13Speaker 8: right now in her panty and draw, I'm gonna have

- 1:10:44Speaker 13: years ago. Twelve years ago, I had a brief affair
- 1:10:47Speaker 13: with a co worker. I'm not proud of it, and
- 1:10:49Speaker 13: less than two months after it started, she took a
- 1:10:52Speaker 13: job with another company and left the state and we
- 1:10:55Speaker 13: ended it. We're not even friends on our socials and
- 1:10:59Speaker 13: having up with each other while the whole thing is
- 1:11:03Speaker 13: in my past.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: I never cheated before or since. It's starting to weigh
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: on my conscience.
- 1:11:08Speaker 13: I love my wife more than ever and things are
- 1:11:10Speaker 13: wonderful between us, but my brief slip up over a
- 1:11:14Speaker 13: decade ago is wearing me down. I am starting to
- 1:11:18Speaker 13: think I should come clean with her. Do I confess?
- 1:11:22Speaker 13: Is the risk too great? This is really starting to
- 1:11:26Speaker 13: bother me? Twenty four seven.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: Amen, listen to me, hey man, listen, what's wrong with you?

- 1:11:47Speaker 8: no damn sense over with you. Don't ask God for forgiveness.
- 1:11:52Speaker 8: He'd have forgave you.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: Now she ain't. She ain't the law. The Lord don't

- 1:15:33Speaker 8: And then my biggest change was in the way my
- 1:15:35Speaker 8: clothes fit. My fit is totally different now. I had
- 1:15:40Speaker 8: on a suit last week that I had made two
- 1:15:44Speaker 8: years ago, and I refuse to wear it because, you know,
- 1:15:49Speaker 8: my stylists had tried this new look of making my

- 1:20:12Speaker 13: the musical genius that is Stevie Wonder.
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: Happy Miladiy Birthday, Stevie Wonder Birthday.
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: The greatest artists of all time.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: All time, that's right, all time go. He's seventy three.
- 1:20:25Speaker 8: If I had to listen to one album the rest
- 1:20:29Speaker 8: of my life, I know y'all think it would be
- 1:20:31Speaker 8: Earth Winter's five and It's It's It's a Heart. But
- 1:20:37Speaker 8: if you gave me Stevie Wonder's music aquarium, I mean
- 1:20:40Speaker 8: not music songs, it feel like.
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: I'd be all right. Yeah, So the Earth that is
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: Steve Rosebud Snow.
- 1:20:53Speaker 8: To Bloom in Early Man, that's the greatest written love
- 1:20:58Speaker 8: song of all time. Lenny Williams had the greatest vocals
- 1:21:05Speaker 8: to a love song. The way he's sang because I
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: love you, Yes, the way he's saying that the greatest
- 1:21:13Speaker 8: lyrical song with Stevie Wonder.
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: Hey y'all.
- 1:21:17Speaker 8: In closing, I don't even know how to approach this
- 1:21:20Speaker 8: subject because it's about Ja Morant and this news that's
- 1:21:23Speaker 8: coming out. And I got a lot of family and
- 1:21:26Speaker 8: friends from Memphis, and I love Memphis, and Memphis has
- 1:21:30Speaker 8: a special place for me. I was actually cheering for
- 1:21:34Speaker 8: the Grizzlies until they played the Lakers. And I don't
- 1:21:38Speaker 8: know what culture we in, but let me say something
- 1:21:41Speaker 8: to young people and grown people. When you are hired
- 1:21:46Speaker 8: by a company and they pay you whatever that amount
- 1:21:50Speaker 8: of money is, that amount of money comes with several things,
- 1:21:55Speaker 8: and those things are called responsibilities, and they call our
- 1:22:00Speaker 8: legations on this radio show. There's a behavioral clause in
- 1:22:05Speaker 8: all of our radio contracts that says, if we do
- 1:22:08Speaker 8: something that is detrimental to the view, the concept, the
- 1:22:13Speaker 8: reputation of this company, we can be released from our contract.
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: If you work at the post office, it's.
- 1:22:21Speaker 8: Certain things because they pay you that money that you
- 1:22:24Speaker 8: are not allowed to do. If you sign up anywhere
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: and they agreed to pay you, it's something that comes
- 1:22:33Speaker 8: with that. If you have a written contract in the NBA,
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: the NFL, the Hockey League, The most important thing to
- 1:22:41Speaker 8: them is not you.
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: It's that football shield with the NFL on it.
- 1:22:46Speaker 8: It's that logo of the NBA with Jerry west Lean
- 1:22:49Speaker 8: and driving with the basketball that we're wearing those socks
- 1:22:53Speaker 8: is everything.
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: It's a dream come true.
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: Same with hockey, same with Major League Baseball, with paying soccer.
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: They got clauses. Man, Now I know that, young people.
- 1:23:05Speaker 8: Man, when you sign for these contracts, and I'm talking
- 1:23:08Speaker 8: directly to Jahn Morn and people like that, when you
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: sign these contracts, the fact that you don't want to
- 1:23:13Speaker 8: be a role model ain't got nothing to do with
- 1:23:15Speaker 8: what it is, because that comes with the territory. Because
- 1:23:19Speaker 8: any time they pay you this money. I want you
