- 0:39Speaker 3: Joy, Yeah, Joy, you know what use you turn to
- 1:41Speaker 3: turn the mouth turn You probably got to turn the
- 1:44Speaker 3: mouth turn out a wad of the mony.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Jud made me.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Come come out your.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, come
- 2:07Speaker 4: on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey got
- 2:09Speaker 4: a radio show. Man got a radio show because God
- 2:14Speaker 4: is in a blessing business. I just happen to be
- 2:17Speaker 4: a recipient. I just happened to got a couple of
- 2:21Speaker 4: things right, and man, his grace and mercy carries you
- 2:28Speaker 4: the rest of the way. All you got to do
- 2:31Speaker 4: is get a couple of things right, and then his
- 2:34Speaker 4: grace and his mercy will take over his favor, his
- 2:38Speaker 4: love of you.
- 2:40Speaker 2: It's already evident.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I mean, you know, because so many times we go
- 2:43Speaker 4: along without even acknowledging him or conferring with him in
- 2:47Speaker 4: our decisions, and we look up when we find ourselves
- 2:50Speaker 4: in a predicament, and he always comes comes to the rescue.
- 2:54Speaker 4: He always manages to show up. He's never too he's
- 3:00Speaker 4: never one minute too late. And so in light of
- 3:04Speaker 4: this today, I wanted to talk to you about something.
- 3:10Speaker 4: It's another principle of success that I'd like to share
- 3:14Speaker 4: with everybody this morning. And once again, these are not
- 3:17Speaker 4: things that you don't know or you've never heard before.
- 3:21Speaker 4: These are just reminders along the way. And one of
- 3:25Speaker 4: the things you have to be conscious of is don't
- 3:28Speaker 4: be afraid to change. Don't be afraid to change because
- 3:33Speaker 4: change is coming anyway. See I have a theory, don't
- 3:38Speaker 4: be afraid to change because change is coming anyway. You know,
- 3:42Speaker 4: everything changes, nothing remains the same nothing, and change is inevitable. Now,
- 3:49Speaker 4: you could participate in the change, or you can react
- 3:54Speaker 4: to the change. Are you following me? You can participate
- 3:59Speaker 4: in the change or you can react to the change.
- 4:05Speaker 4: But don't be afraid to change because change is coming anyway. Now,
- 4:09Speaker 4: what I mean by that is this, in participating in
- 4:13Speaker 4: the change or reacting in the change, there is a difference.
- 4:19Speaker 2: See, if you react to the.
- 4:21Speaker 4: Change, that means the change has occurred and now you
- 4:25Speaker 4: have to make the necessary adjustments to the change. Example,
- 4:30Speaker 4: the boss walks in, you think your job is good,
- 4:33Speaker 4: the boss walks in and hands you a pink slip.
- 4:36Speaker 2: That right there, that's a change.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Now you didn't participate in this change because you didn't
- 4:42Speaker 4: ask for the pink slip. But now you got to
- 4:45Speaker 4: react to the pink slip. Whenever you have to react
- 4:49Speaker 4: to the change, it's an adjustment period. It almost throws
- 4:55Speaker 4: you off. So change is going to come. It always does.
- 5:03Speaker 4: You could participate or you can react. Or let's say
- 5:09Speaker 4: your boss comes in and has you the pink slip,
- 5:13Speaker 4: and you said, you know what I've been preparing for
- 5:16Speaker 4: this day?
- 5:18Speaker 2: Always knew nothing.
- 5:19Speaker 4: Last forever, I've been working on the sideline, on the
- 5:23Speaker 4: business idea I had, and I had or I had
- 5:27Speaker 4: several other applications in around town. I was just holding
- 5:30Speaker 4: off to see what was going going. So when they
- 5:32Speaker 4: hand you the pink slip, the transition, the adjustment you
- 5:36Speaker 4: make is a lot more smoother transition because now you
- 5:39Speaker 4: just transition into your new business idea that you've been
- 5:43Speaker 4: working on. Are you transitioned into the apps you already
- 5:46Speaker 4: had in or the contacts you made the preparation for
- 5:50Speaker 4: when the day they come in in hand you the
- 5:51Speaker 4: pink slip. Well, Steve, what did they surprise you with it?
- 5:54Speaker 4: This is just one example I'm giving you, So you know,
- 5:56Speaker 4: let's let's not nick pick the message. So what I'm
- 6:02Speaker 4: saying to everybody is, don't be afraid to change because
- 6:06Speaker 4: change is coming anyway. So many people are stuck in
- 6:10Speaker 4: a rut because of our refusal to change. I was
- 6:16Speaker 4: hell bent on a certain thing going a certain way,
- 6:20Speaker 4: and this is how it was gonna go. Well that
- 6:23Speaker 4: I was thinking didn't really fit. Now in my own
- 6:27Speaker 4: personal experience, this may not be yours, but in my
- 6:29Speaker 4: own personal experience, the things that I've had the most
- 6:33Speaker 4: trouble letting go of was something I wanted when I
- 6:39Speaker 4: line myself up with the will of God to ask
- 6:42Speaker 4: God what he wanted from me. You understand, those things
- 6:47Speaker 4: came a lot more easy to me because it was
- 6:51Speaker 4: in the will of God. It was what God wanted
- 6:53Speaker 4: me to do too. Okay, see what you mean by that? Okay,
- 6:56Speaker 4: here we go. When things were going wrong in relationships
- 7:02Speaker 4: for me, what I did was the biggest mistake I've
- 7:06Speaker 4: ever made was I attempted to fix what was wrong
- 7:11Speaker 4: in my relationship outside of the relationship.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Feel me.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Okay, So I'm out there working my groove like I
- 7:19Speaker 4: want to. Well, now, guess what, there's the cause and
- 7:23Speaker 4: effect for all of that too. Your house ain't gonna
- 7:26Speaker 4: get better.
- 7:28Speaker 2: It can't.
- 7:30Speaker 4: And then that lays room for some other things. And
- 7:33Speaker 4: so now when the change come, guess what I got
- 7:37Speaker 4: to react to it. Now, I gotta, I gotta, I
- 7:40Speaker 4: gotta have a reaction to it. Had I lined myself
- 7:44Speaker 4: up in the will of God, the transition may have
- 7:48Speaker 4: gone differently. It could have still ended the relationship. But
- 7:53Speaker 4: guess what, some of the pain I was in I
- 7:56Speaker 4: ain't had to go through. I bought a lot on myself.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Sometimes you're pursuing a passion of yours, and what God
- 8:06Speaker 4: really wants you to do is pursue your gift. So
- 8:09Speaker 4: now you're pursuing your passion, right, you're passion about golf.
- 8:14Speaker 4: You love golf so much you just determine. But now
- 8:17Speaker 4: you're messed around. You ain't made it on the PGA
- 8:20Speaker 4: too yet, and you forty five still talking about I'm
- 8:23Speaker 4: gonna play on the PGA Tour. Really, Okay, Maybe you
- 8:27Speaker 4: ain't as good as this you think, or maybe you're
- 8:28Speaker 4: not as gifted as you think. Maybe you're pursuing a passion. Sometimes, man,
- 8:33Speaker 4: we have to change and we have to ask God
- 8:37Speaker 4: what is his will? His will is much simpler. It's
- 8:41Speaker 4: a simpler rule. Not going to be easier, it's simpler.
- 8:45Speaker 4: See when I wake up. Now, it's simple for me
- 8:48Speaker 4: to wake up because I know that are few things.
- 8:51Speaker 2: That I have to do.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I have to click this mic on. I have to
- 8:56Speaker 4: be positive. I have to be inspirational. I have to
- 8:59Speaker 4: be informative. I have to be uplifting. Got it, That's
- 9:03Speaker 4: what he wants. All I got to do is sit down,
- 9:06Speaker 4: close my eyes, ask God to help me be who
- 9:10Speaker 4: he want me to be. And for the most part,
- 9:12Speaker 4: he tell me what to say. Now, guess what he's
- 9:16Speaker 4: done though, to create this in me. I went through
- 9:19Speaker 4: enough things in my life. I had enough challenges. I
- 9:23Speaker 4: made plenty of mistakes. So now at my age, I
- 9:27Speaker 4: can turn around and tell somebody listening to me, Okay,
- 9:29Speaker 4: this is what I did. This is a mistake I made.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Maybe you see yourself in this story right here. Maybe
- 9:34Speaker 4: you don't have to go this way. Or this is
- 9:35Speaker 4: what I've learned about becoming successful. Here's a principle that
- 9:39Speaker 4: I learned. But then, guess what I had to be
- 9:41Speaker 4: unsuccessful to get it though, didn't I So you can't
- 9:45Speaker 4: have a testimony without a test Change is coming, It's inevitable.
- 9:49Speaker 4: You can participate or you can react. I much prefer
- 9:53Speaker 4: to participate in the change. All right, let's go Morning show,
- 10:02Speaker 4: ladies and gentlemen. I need one thing from you right now,
- 10:06Speaker 4: your undivided attention.
- 10:08Speaker 5: Now.
- 10:09Speaker 4: I know that's gonna be hard because you're getting ready
- 10:11Speaker 4: to go to work, some of y'all driving from work,
- 10:14Speaker 4: some of y'all got to drop them kids off. So
- 10:17Speaker 4: it's a lot right now to get your undivided attention.
- 10:20Speaker 4: But just for a moment, did you say thank you?
- 10:24Speaker 2: This morning?
- 10:26Speaker 4: Did you tell God how much you appreciate the things
- 10:29Speaker 4: He's done for you, the things he's doing for you,
- 10:33Speaker 4: and the things that you're going through.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Thank Him for all of that.
- 10:38Speaker 4: Because at the end of the day, there's a lesson
- 10:41Speaker 4: and a blessing behind everything, and God gonna give it
- 10:45Speaker 4: to you.
- 10:45Speaker 2: So just hold on, Just hold on, man, God is
- 10:49Speaker 2: always on the way. Be grateful. This is Steve Harvey
- 10:53Speaker 2: Morning Show.

- 11:36Speaker 2: But it ain't nothing swollen bout you.
- 11:38Speaker 7: It could be swollen, big swollen.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Yeah, do you know that?
- 11:42Speaker 7: Like why people don't let their nicknames go?
- 11:44Speaker 2: Because that ain't you.
- 11:45Speaker 4: Well, as you get older, like you know, your name
- 11:48Speaker 4: should change like Big Swoen. He probably like ought to
- 11:51Speaker 4: be like Inflammation now or something like that. You know
- 11:55Speaker 4: your name has to grow with your age. Yeah, you
- 11:58Speaker 4: can't be Big Swoen when you just really need to
- 12:01Speaker 4: go and be Inflammation. Give me another nickname, junior. Surey
- 12:05Speaker 4: call it anybody and I'll tell you what. It wouldn't

- 12:54Speaker 4: Let's soften it then, okay, big pee wee. Let's just
- 12:57Speaker 4: call him yearie because they got older. Now, anybody makes
- 13:11Speaker 4: it skill it, skill it, skill it. Well, that's that's
- 13:17Speaker 4: kind of that's an old name anyway, skill it. But
- 13:19Speaker 4: you know, when you get older, what are you going
- 13:22Speaker 4: to be?
- 13:24Speaker 8: What?
- 13:25Speaker 2: Ye just have to call him fry? It's over dog fry.

- 15:04Speaker 10: Oh, okay, okay, whatever.
- 15:07Speaker 5: See what it is that we've gotten some we've gotten
- 15:09Speaker 5: some reports that you've been having some problems with with your.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Particular wife and.
- 15:16Speaker 10: Where you located at.
- 15:17Speaker 5: We're here in Saint Louis, sir, Okay, and don't worry.
- 15:21Speaker 5: We're totally confidential. This is not anything that's going to
- 15:23Speaker 5: get out and and your your names are never submitted.
- 15:27Speaker 5: First of all, here's here's something we can do. I
- 15:29Speaker 5: can ask you questions because we've been notified that this
- 15:32Speaker 5: is probably a service that you would probably want.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Now, has your wife ever snapped on you in public?
- 15:39Speaker 10: And snapped on me? I mean what I mean she
- 15:42Speaker 10: My wife ain't crazy. She don't just snap on me.
- 15:44Speaker 10: She might, you know, try to check me, say something.
- 15:47Speaker 10: You know what I'm saying. She ain't just gonna snap.
- 15:48Speaker 2: On me in public. So your wife your So your
- 15:50Speaker 2: wife has tried to check you, is what you're saying.
- 15:53Speaker 10: May not check me per se.
- 15:54Speaker 6: I mean she might.
- 15:55Speaker 10: She might not like something I'm doing and might say
- 15:57Speaker 10: something about it.
- 15:58Speaker 2: But we don't. Just basically, your wife is not in
- 16:01Speaker 2: her place where she needs to be cold.
- 16:04Speaker 10: I mean what you mean in her play? I mean
- 16:05Speaker 10: she might say something, you know, I mean I might
- 16:08Speaker 10: be doing something or you know, might be with my
- 16:10Speaker 10: boys and might get out of control a little bit.
- 16:12Speaker 10: She might just say something at the time, but she
- 16:14Speaker 10: don't just try to all out check nobody. You know
- 16:16Speaker 10: what I'm saying.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Okay, okay, okay, I'll tell you what. Let me ask
- 16:19Speaker 2: you this one.
- 16:19Speaker 5: Have you ever just had some plans with your guys,
- 16:21Speaker 5: We're gonna go out, and had to change your plans
- 16:23Speaker 5: because your wife.
- 16:26Speaker 10: Well, I mean, if if like I'm just talking about
- 16:29Speaker 10: hanging out and I ain't let her know or something,
- 16:31Speaker 10: she might you know, be like, well, baby already had plans,
- 16:33Speaker 10: you know, can't you stay home with the boys or something?
- 16:36Speaker 10: But I mean nothing on the regular, you know, I
- 16:38Speaker 10: usually do what I want to do.
- 16:40Speaker 5: It seems like janial. Okay, here's another one, sir, Well,
- 16:44Speaker 5: no listen, hear me out. Now, let me ask you
- 16:46Speaker 5: this has your wife. Let's say, back when Michael Jordan
- 16:50Speaker 5: was playing basketball, did you ever miss a playoff game
- 16:53Speaker 5: on television because your wife wanted to watch something else?
- 16:56Speaker 11: Nah?
- 16:56Speaker 10: I man, we got two TVs in my house. Man,
- 16:58Speaker 10: I wish now, I don't even get down. I mean
- 17:00Speaker 10: I might have to watch the little TV, but I
- 17:03Speaker 10: mean I usually watch it on the Big show.
- 17:06Speaker 5: Yeah, but but you doing You've been pushed to watching
- 17:10Speaker 5: the smaller television.
- 17:11Speaker 10: No, I wouldn't push to do nothing. Man. What I'm
- 17:12Speaker 10: trying to tell you is, I mean we compromised. We
- 17:14Speaker 10: do fifty fifty in my house. I mean she might
- 17:17Speaker 10: get the big TV to watch her stories or something,
- 17:19Speaker 10: and I just had to go watch the little TV.
- 17:21Speaker 10: A little TV, dude, go out of every once and
- 17:23Speaker 10: see there we go. So that I'm cool with that.
- 17:26Speaker 2: You're with that. So you're with that. You're actually the
- 17:29Speaker 2: one that's programmed, and you sa.
- 17:31Speaker 10: Ain't nothing wrong with my wife, ain't nothing wrong with
- 17:34Speaker 10: my family?
- 17:34Speaker 5: You know what I'm undertand well, let me the reason
- 17:36Speaker 5: why I'm asking you these particular questions is because someone
- 17:40Speaker 5: has actually let me know the problems that are at
- 17:43Speaker 5: hand in your household.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Let me ask you. I got one question for you.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Here's what I want to ask you. Has your wife
- 17:48Speaker 2: ever cussed you out at a family cookout?
- 17:50Speaker 4: Man?
- 17:51Speaker 10: Hold on, man, you know what you're getting a little
- 17:53Speaker 10: personal man.
- 17:55Speaker 5: Man, I'm here, I'm here to this company.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Man, I'm up.
- 18:01Speaker 10: I've never heard of you.
- 18:02Speaker 2: This is something new.
- 18:04Speaker 10: Is definitely saying something new. I mean, what don't make
- 18:06Speaker 10: me be your guinea pig. Don't don't start calling me
- 18:09Speaker 10: trying to get you know, referrals or clientele or whatever
- 18:12Speaker 10: it is you're trying to do. Man, don't call me
- 18:14Speaker 10: with this nonsense.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Partner, and I completely understand that w C S.
- 18:18Speaker 10: Sir is here to benefit you, no benefit to me, man,
- 18:22Speaker 10: getting I'll look at my personal business oneer, what's going
- 18:25Speaker 10: on in my household?
- 18:26Speaker 2: Okay? Well, last thing I want to ask you, and
- 18:29Speaker 2: this is the last question I have for you.
- 18:31Speaker 10: Make this the last straight up.
- 18:33Speaker 2: Okay, have you do you do you buy your own
- 18:36Speaker 2: clothes or does she buy the.
- 18:38Speaker 6: To you know what?
- 18:38Speaker 10: Man? This man, you, whatever company this is, don't call
- 18:42Speaker 10: me now no more. And whatever put you up to this.
- 18:45Speaker 10: Whoever give you my number talking about my wife? Checked
- 18:48Speaker 10: me or got me under control? Got me on lock man?
- 18:51Speaker 10: You telling him too? Don't call me no more?
- 18:54Speaker 2: What are you are?

- 21:06Speaker 9: Steve Harvey and family attended the Grio.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Awards over the weekend.
- 21:11Speaker 9: Jay Z responded to the online debate of having lunch
- 21:14Speaker 9: with him or taking half a million dollars plus. We'll
- 21:18Speaker 9: talk about this year's trendy Halloween costumes. That's all coming up,
- 21:22Speaker 9: but right now it is time to ask the clo.
- 21:27Speaker 9: This one's from Joy in Chicago. Joy says I was
- 21:30Speaker 9: picking out new cologne for my husband because I don't
- 21:34Speaker 9: like what he wears. The girl behind the counter saw
- 21:36Speaker 9: my husband's name on the amex and asked to see
- 21:39Speaker 9: my ID. She said she didn't know Ted was married.
- 21:42Speaker 9: And I told Ted what she said, and he said,
- 21:45Speaker 9: it's no big deal.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Am I reading too much into it?
- 21:49Speaker 4: Why is she saying to you, I didn't know Ted
- 21:53Speaker 4: was married. She might not even know Ted. This could
- 21:56Speaker 4: be a totally different tad. I mean, I don't even
- 22:00Speaker 4: understand why she would say that I didn't know Ted
- 22:02Speaker 4: was mad.
- 22:04Speaker 1: She's acting like she knows him though, like he buys
- 22:06Speaker 1: cologne from her. Oh what I want to see? What
- 22:15Speaker 1: would you just said, Carl, don't worry about it. I
- 22:21Speaker 1: can't say it on the radio.
- 22:22Speaker 8: Yeah, asking about my MX, my husband's MX didn't know
- 22:27Speaker 8: he was married.
- 22:29Speaker 2: Yeah, you just need to ring this up idea to
- 22:33Speaker 2: Ted when I get to that.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Yeah, Ted, who is this.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Hell of down here at this cologne?
- 22:39Speaker 4: Kind of talked about she didn't know you was mad? Baby,
- 22:42Speaker 4: I don't even know who you're talking about.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Okay, come on here comes to help, not for.
- 22:47Speaker 4: Real, but really, I mean, how does he I mean,
- 22:51Speaker 4: that's weird though for her to bring that up, and
- 22:53Speaker 4: how often can he go in there to buy damn cologne?
- 22:57Speaker 1: And what's the purpose of her saying really right? And
- 23:01Speaker 1: how she knows trying to start something I didn't.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Know tell it was man, well you do now? Yeah, yeah, blanket,
- 23:10Speaker 2: and I didn't know you can all right?
- 23:16Speaker 9: Moving on to Talia and Nassau or Teliah and Nasau,
- 23:20Speaker 9: she says, I'm having a birthday party for my four
- 23:22Speaker 9: year old, but my child's father isn't coming because his
- 23:25Speaker 9: wife does not want to come. I told him I
- 23:28Speaker 9: don't care what his wife does, but he should be
- 23:30Speaker 9: there for his child. His wife told me I'm out
- 23:33Speaker 9: of line?
- 23:34Speaker 1: Am I out of line?
- 23:35Speaker 4: Well, I don't know why to win mad because the
- 23:39Speaker 4: ex this is his ex wife wanting his man to
- 23:42Speaker 4: come to his son's birthday party?
- 23:44Speaker 1: Yeah or baby?
- 23:46Speaker 2: Yeah? And now okay, surey.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Why did he say he couldn't come because his wife
- 23:51Speaker 1: doesn't want to come?
- 23:53Speaker 2: Ain't nobody invited? Huh do with the birth that they
- 24:02Speaker 2: are the party?
- 24:03Speaker 1: Okay?
- 24:07Speaker 9: So yeah, but then the ex set I don't care
- 24:10Speaker 9: what your wife does, but you should be here for
- 24:13Speaker 9: your child, which is true, I mean true.
- 24:16Speaker 4: It's your child's birthday. If your wife don't want to come,
- 24:18Speaker 4: she don't come. But you should go for your son.
- 24:21Speaker 12: Man.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Absolutely, you know she got every right not to want
- 24:26Speaker 2: to come.
- 24:26Speaker 4: I can understand the wife not wanting to go to
- 24:29Speaker 4: his son's birthday party and his exes throw it.
- 24:31Speaker 2: I got that, okay, But I think I still think
- 24:35Speaker 2: the guy should go. Yeah, yep.
- 24:38Speaker 9: Well, the guy's wife told her that she was out
- 24:41Speaker 9: of line for asking, I guess, and she wants to know.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Is she out of line?
- 24:45Speaker 4: No, she ain't asking. She ain't out of line for
- 24:48Speaker 4: asking him. Why would he come to see his son?
- 24:52Speaker 10: Oh?
- 24:52Speaker 2: Man, it's important to show up for your kids for
- 24:54Speaker 2: stuff like that.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Absolutely, it shapes them, Okay.
- 25:00Speaker 4: To show him how to be a daddy, though, I mean,
- 25:02Speaker 4: damn man, hey, but let me tell you something though, Man,
- 25:04Speaker 4: I'm still paying for Winton. I didn't know Winton. One
- 25:08Speaker 4: time he had a show and tell and they had
- 25:10Speaker 4: made a chair at his school, a gold chair for
- 25:14Speaker 4: the king to come and sit in, and it was
- 25:17Speaker 4: for me that day, and I didn't know, and for
- 25:20Speaker 4: some reason I was I had to get on the
- 25:22Speaker 4: plane and leave went and bring that up once.
- 25:25Speaker 2: A year.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Wait a minute, Yeah, matter what, the conversation.
- 25:33Speaker 4: Is made that gold chair at the school for you,
- 25:35Speaker 4: and you had to get on a plane and go somewhere.
- 25:37Speaker 2: I was so hurt. Go in there and drive a
- 25:39Speaker 2: car bought you? How about man? All right?
- 25:47Speaker 9: Moving on to Felix and golf Court, Felix says, I
- 25:50Speaker 9: have a big problem with my girlfriend, and I'm beginning
- 25:52Speaker 9: to think that she's more advanced in the bedroom than
- 25:55Speaker 9: I am. She's twenty seven and I'm thirty four. But
- 25:58Speaker 9: she knows all the tricks. What did be wrong to
- 26:00Speaker 9: ask her how many men she's been with?
- 26:02Speaker 1: Is that rude?
- 26:03Speaker 2: Hey? Brother, let me tell you something. You don't want that.
- 26:06Speaker 2: You don't want to know this. You don't want that dog.
- 26:10Speaker 2: You don't want that, you said, do it now?
- 26:15Speaker 4: The maximum number any woman should say is three three, Yeah,
- 26:19Speaker 4: the first one, your last X and this current. That's
- 26:24Speaker 4: all you should say. Now here, bruh, let me tell
- 26:27Speaker 4: you what. Let's just say she say one?
- 26:31Speaker 2: You go get your feelings hurt either way? How many
- 26:35Speaker 2: you been with?
- 26:36Speaker 4: With?
- 26:36Speaker 2: Just one? Well? How you know all this? You need
- 26:40Speaker 2: to ask him now? Because he knew everything.
- 26:42Speaker 4: I mean, we was just Lord, have mercy he was
- 26:45Speaker 4: just he the best I've ever had see either way, Dog,
- 26:49Speaker 4: you need to go sit your ass down.
- 26:52Speaker 1: So, yeah, he's feeling a little insecure in the bedroom.
- 26:56Speaker 5: And he is.
- 26:57Speaker 4: He's inadequate. He's not doing Every time he thinks he
- 27:00Speaker 4: doing something, she say, Okay, we'll watch this. How about
- 27:06Speaker 4: this here? Nice try? Oh okay, okay, okay, but let
- 27:11Speaker 4: me show you this stuff.
- 27:13Speaker 1: It's a competition.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, And Dog, would it be
- 27:19Speaker 4: wrong of you? I don't think that's a smart thing
- 27:22Speaker 4: to do. Man, enjoy your relationship, make it work, and
- 27:25Speaker 4: thank god you got it, because Lord have mercy. But
- 27:29Speaker 4: some people just don't know how to shut up and
- 27:31Speaker 4: enjoy theirself.
- 27:34Speaker 1: He's got bigger problems anyway, trying to please her.
- 27:38Speaker 2: You know, well, you need to get your game up.
- 27:41Speaker 9: Yeah, that's what he should be worried about, all right,
- 27:44Speaker 9: Steve last One, Angelique and Jacksonville Rights. My boyfriend and
- 27:49Speaker 9: I slept together for the first time and he didn't
- 27:52Speaker 9: kiss me one time. We've been dating for four months
- 27:55Speaker 9: and I expected passionate love making, but he didn't look
- 27:58Speaker 9: me in the eyes or kiss Does that mean he
- 28:00Speaker 9: doesn't care?
- 28:01Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 28:04Speaker 2: Well? It's a lot going to that first time. You're
- 28:07Speaker 2: trying to hang on.
- 28:09Speaker 4: You're trying to make an impression, you know, all that kissing,
- 28:13Speaker 4: an eye looking, all that takes. So that take moments
- 28:16Speaker 4: away and then we get caught up in it. Next
- 28:18Speaker 4: thing you know, it's over. So what you try to
- 28:21Speaker 4: do is put your mind, get focused on what you're doing,
- 28:24Speaker 4: so you can stick around a little bit longer.
- 28:27Speaker 2: You know, it's just you just all that looking in
- 28:29Speaker 2: your eyes and all that.
- 28:33Speaker 1: What's wrong with that?
- 28:34Speaker 7: What's wrong?
- 28:36Speaker 4: Had to bring about the conclusion a little bit too quick,
- 28:40Speaker 4: all that eye looking, kissing.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 28:46Speaker 4: He don't need no extra stimulation. He just try to
- 28:48Speaker 4: hold on. Yeah yeah, he'll have to add that later on,
- 28:53Speaker 4: like round two.
- 28:55Speaker 2: You can do that. First round though, you got to
- 28:57Speaker 2: try to sustain.
- 28:58Speaker 9: So you ain't just you know, because they waited for
- 29:01Speaker 9: four months and she was really expecting, you know something.
- 29:07Speaker 1: You can't do to be like that if you don't.
- 29:13Speaker 1: All right, he's just trying to hold on. All right,
- 29:17Speaker 1: Thank you, Cela. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 29:21Speaker 1: we'll have some entertainment news.
- 29:22Speaker 2: For you right after this.

- 36:37Speaker 9: the average number of sexual partners, residents have rates of
- 36:41Speaker 9: sexually transmitted diseases, percentage of people who think sex before
- 36:45Speaker 9: marriage is morally acceptable. So the average American has sex
- 36:49Speaker 9: with about ten people during their lifetime, Steve.
- 36:53Speaker 1: I know you say we should say three.
- 36:55Speaker 9: But the average American has sex with about ten people
- 36:58Speaker 9: during their lifetime. And the US has been named the
- 37:01Speaker 9: fifteenth most promiscuous country in the world. Brazil, Turkey, and
- 37:06Speaker 9: Australia topped the list as the most promiscuous countries.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Uh, and the most sexual partners.
- 37:15Speaker 2: So most most.
- 37:17Speaker 1: You thought you would think it.
- 37:17Speaker 9: Would be the US, maybe in the top five or
- 37:20Speaker 9: the top ten, but no, they came in the number fifteen.
- 37:23Speaker 8: Did you say, did you say, surely the average America
- 37:26Speaker 8: has ten partners?
- 37:27Speaker 1: Yeah, ten partners during their lifetime.
- 37:30Speaker 7: Just seven people owe me.
- 37:35Speaker 1: You want to do them here?
- 37:36Speaker 8: Well, I need to just hear from you who only
- 37:41Speaker 8: send me. I'm married now, but it's seven people that
- 37:44Speaker 8: owe me.
- 37:46Speaker 1: So you stuck to Steve's rule of three.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not sticking to it.
- 37:50Speaker 1: That's so wait so step.
- 37:55Speaker 2: Oh, it's just cos.
- 38:01Speaker 8: Y'all think Steve was telling y'all that's it. I need
- 38:06Speaker 8: to see the other seven.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Okay, that's.
- 38:13Speaker 5: All right.
- 38:13Speaker 1: So what what is the rule?
- 38:15Speaker 9: I mean, who knew that Americans were so prudish? Were
- 38:18Speaker 9: such prudes? What is the rule on sharing your body count?
- 38:21Speaker 9: And is it higher than the average on this survey?
- 38:25Speaker 9: You're awfully quiet, sir.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Tommy completed fifth, I've been in court? Is it more
- 38:31Speaker 1: than three? More than ten?
- 38:33Speaker 10: Three?
- 38:34Speaker 2: Is three?
- 38:34Speaker 4: Three?
- 38:36Speaker 1: They say the average American?
- 38:39Speaker 2: I'm a lower average. It's three.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Steve Harvey he with me.
- 38:44Speaker 2: Three?
- 38:47Speaker 7: Why are you so quiet?
- 38:49Speaker 1: Listen to a bad line?
- 38:57Speaker 2: And we can't ask y'all these questions? Okay, all the answer?
- 39:00Speaker 1: Yeah, sure you can.
- 39:05Speaker 2: What's the answer, Steve blowing out, breathing all in your life?
- 39:15Speaker 1: Yes, the average American? Tim Martiners in a lifetime.
- 39:21Speaker 2: All right, well, thanks for having Well, I get to heaven.
- 39:23Speaker 2: We're not discussing this. I'm coming up in.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Thirty four minutes after the hour.
- 39:28Speaker 9: We're gonna check your voicemail Steve at eight seven seven
- 39:30Speaker 9: twenty nine.
- 39:31Speaker 2: Steve, if we said we're talking about heaven, right.
- 39:39Speaker 1: You're listening Hardy Morning Show. It is time now to
- 39:43Speaker 1: check Steve's voicemail.
- 39:45Speaker 9: And if you would like to leave a message for Steve,
- 39:46Speaker 9: all you have to do is call eight seven seven
- 39:49Speaker 9: twenty nine.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Steve. Can I just hear your call on the air?
- 39:52Speaker 1: You ready, Steve?
- 39:53Speaker 2: Yes?
- 39:54Speaker 9: Yes, this one is from a guy who needs some
- 39:56Speaker 9: relationship advice.
- 39:58Speaker 11: Good morning, mister Harvey, Morning morning crew. If someone who
- 40:02Speaker 11: you were in relationship with the relationship ends, you constantly
- 40:06Speaker 11: watching them getting blessed and it just infuriates you how
- 40:09Speaker 11: no matter what they do, they're always blessed. But mister Harvey,
- 40:13Speaker 11: you have shared in times past that your father would
- 40:16Speaker 11: say to you you either get over or thy mad?
- 40:19Speaker 11: Is it some in between stots between? I can't believe
- 40:22Speaker 11: they're always getting blessed and getting over to avoid dying? Man,
- 40:27Speaker 11: thanks so much.
- 40:28Speaker 2: Well, that's a good question.
- 40:30Speaker 5: Man.
- 40:31Speaker 4: You're suffering from a couple of things, envy, resentment, and
- 40:37Speaker 4: then it's obviously somebody that broke up with you all
- 40:41Speaker 4: and you are it wasn't what you call it mutual,
- 40:45Speaker 4: and so what you're dealing with is now okay, So
- 40:48Speaker 4: how this person over here something always good? The real
- 40:52Speaker 4: reason that a lot of good stuff is happening to
- 40:54Speaker 4: them is because they ain't with you no more.
- 40:58Speaker 2: Uh, that's the real reader.
- 41:01Speaker 4: You were blocking the blessings of this person or that
- 41:04Speaker 4: person was blocking the blessings of you, and now you're
- 41:06Speaker 4: getting it. And now there's a resentment. And people do
- 41:11Speaker 4: it to themselves all the time in relationships, break up
- 41:14Speaker 4: with somebody else, like an old saying, is the finest
- 41:17Speaker 4: woman in the world? Is your ex on the arms
- 41:20Speaker 4: of another man? That's an old folks saying. And so
- 41:25Speaker 4: you have that resentment. But then you gotta also look
- 41:28Speaker 4: at it was may If this is a person who
- 41:31Speaker 4: left you who's doing extremely well, then you was to
- 41:33Speaker 4: hold up. And if it's you that's doing well and
- 41:38Speaker 4: they sitting on their resentment, then she was to hold up.
- 41:42Speaker 4: And you just got to get over the hold up, man,
- 41:44Speaker 4: because if you keep looking back at the hold up
- 41:46Speaker 4: and all of that, you never look forward and get
- 41:49Speaker 4: what your blessing could be. Because you got a blessing
- 41:52Speaker 4: and the breakup too. All breakups has a blessing for
- 41:55Speaker 4: both parties. But you got to get your eyes on
- 41:58Speaker 4: the windshield and get your eyes out the rearview mirror.
- 42:01Speaker 4: I say that all the time. You can't drive your
- 42:03Speaker 4: car looking in the real view mill. Stop worrying about
- 42:06Speaker 4: what she got, don what she got. She gonna get
- 42:09Speaker 4: and she probably got it because you ain't with her
- 42:10Speaker 4: no more. Hum.
- 42:13Speaker 2: That's a hard one to face here, it is, yeah, yeah, but.
- 42:20Speaker 4: Somebody doing better in a new relationship than they was
- 42:23Speaker 4: doing in the old relationship. It is because the new
- 42:26Speaker 4: relationship is better than the old relationship. Ain't no need
- 42:29Speaker 4: of you now. You're gonna get over that because it
- 42:32Speaker 4: was you. Dog just gone all right, Steve.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Another call.
- 42:37Speaker 9: This is from a longtime loyal listener of the show,
- 42:40Speaker 9: left a message about yesterday's show.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Take a listen, good.
- 42:43Speaker 12: Morning, see time at Junior Shirley and miss alleged herself
- 42:49Speaker 12: miss caller for real. List See, I've been listening to
- 42:51Speaker 12: y'all for a long time, so many years that I
- 42:54Speaker 12: can't even remember when I first saw thisten to y'all.
- 42:57Speaker 12: Let me tell you this, Yeah, for a long time.
- 42:59Speaker 12: The funniest thing I ever heard on your show. What
- 43:02Speaker 12: the story you tell about when you was at that
- 43:04Speaker 12: guy house in the bathroom and you messed up on
- 43:07Speaker 12: her house. But boy, that damn nephew and y'all, boy,
- 43:11Speaker 12: let me tell you this is him when there's fool
- 43:14Speaker 12: told the story about how you used to see him
- 43:17Speaker 12: hot Dog water and caught his soup from the time
- 43:20Speaker 12: he was fined to the time he was twelve, and
- 43:23Speaker 12: when he found out at twelve that it wasn't when
- 43:26Speaker 12: this fool, say, he went to the party with the
- 43:29Speaker 12: kids and they was eating hot dogs, and he asked
- 43:32Speaker 12: that little white boy, what y'all gonna do with the soup? Boy,
- 43:36Speaker 12: I like to wreck my truck, this big tea. How
- 43:39Speaker 12: to come up in South Carolina? Drive these something up
- 43:41Speaker 12: and down this highway. Boy time they almost called a
- 43:43Speaker 12: major accident in Tennessee when he told that story right there.
- 43:47Speaker 10: But hey, I love what y'all do.
- 43:49Speaker 11: Keep on doing what y'all do. But y'all make my morning.
- 43:52Speaker 12: God bless y'all, and I love you.
- 44:00Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, it was two favorite story. That's good, man, Yeah,
- 44:04Speaker 4: that's good. That's like them prank phone calls. That damn
- 44:07Speaker 4: uh lester sitting on the head of that bed Raymond
- 44:10Speaker 4: in the closet.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Yeah classic.
- 44:15Speaker 1: But Tommy talked about the hot dogs yesterday. He still
- 44:17Speaker 1: kind of traumatized about.
- 44:19Speaker 2: The hot dog.
- 44:20Speaker 4: Yeah, well it's all right, though, you know, he didn't
- 44:22Speaker 4: need to know how I needed all both of them
- 44:24Speaker 4: hot dogs.
- 44:24Speaker 9: So taking of the nephews coming up next, the prank
- 44:33Speaker 9: phone call right after this.
- 44:35Speaker 1: You're listening Morning show.
- 44:40Speaker 9: Coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 44:42Speaker 9: four minutes after. It's my Strawberry letter for today, and
- 44:45Speaker 9: the subject is get on in here and work.
- 44:51Speaker 1: Yes, you heard her, all right, get on in here
- 44:54Speaker 1: and work is the subject.
- 44:55Speaker 9: We'll get into that in just a little bit, because
- 44:57Speaker 9: right now it is time for the nephew and today's
- 45:00Speaker 9: Frank phone call.
- 45:01Speaker 1: What you got for us?

- 54:26Speaker 5: We got it for you here. It is Strawberry letters.
- 54:29Speaker 9: Thank you ne for you subject. Get on in here
- 54:31Speaker 9: and work. Dear Stephen Shirley. I recently moved to the
- 54:34Speaker 9: big city and I was hired on the spot by
- 54:37Speaker 9: this dirty old man that I ended up having sex with.
- 54:40Speaker 9: He's married and he has a girlfriend on the side,
- 54:44Speaker 9: and then he has me. I've been working under him
- 54:47Speaker 9: for only three months and I have already been promoted,
- 54:51Speaker 9: so my co workers are wondering if.
- 54:52Speaker 1: I am sleeping with this man.
- 54:54Speaker 9: I mention it to him, so now he treats me
- 54:57Speaker 9: like crap in front of everyone. He yells to get
- 55:00Speaker 9: on in here and work while I'm out having a
- 55:02Speaker 9: cigarette behind the building. If I am at someone else's desk,
- 55:06Speaker 9: he tells me to stop chit chatting and get back
- 55:09Speaker 9: to work.
- 55:09Speaker 1: I told him that I hate the.
- 55:11Speaker 9: Harsh treatment, and he thinks is okay to joke about
- 55:13Speaker 9: it when we're intimate. Last night, he walked into my
- 55:16Speaker 9: bedroom and yelled for me to get on in the
- 55:18Speaker 9: room and get to work.
- 55:20Speaker 1: He thinks this is sexy talk, and I told him
- 55:22Speaker 1: that it's not cute.
- 55:24Speaker 9: I'm afraid he will fire me or treat me even
- 55:26Speaker 9: worse than he does now in front of my coworkers
- 55:29Speaker 9: if I stop sleeping with him. He's a white man,
- 55:33Speaker 9: so the black men at my job try to defend
- 55:36Speaker 9: me against him. And this man is not only giving
- 55:39Speaker 9: me lots of money to get my house together, he's
- 55:41Speaker 9: given me lots of mind boggling sex. This old man
- 55:46Speaker 9: is putting it down and he's keeping me entertained for now.
- 55:49Speaker 9: I was in a bad relationship before before I moved,
- 55:53Speaker 9: and my new boss has made me forget about that guy.
- 55:56Speaker 9: But how long can we keep this up?
- 55:58Speaker 1: I should not have.
- 55:59Speaker 9: Started sleep with him. How do I break away without
- 56:02Speaker 9: him being really mean to me? Do you think I
- 56:04Speaker 9: can reason with him?
- 56:06Speaker 1: All right?
- 56:07Speaker 9: The first line, the first thing in your letter you
- 56:10Speaker 9: should listen to. You should not have started sleeping with him.
- 56:13Speaker 9: But it's too late now, of course. And what you
- 56:16Speaker 9: got to do is start looking, and you know what
- 56:18Speaker 9: I mean, start looking for another job today.
- 56:23Speaker 1: You got to get out of there, and that's it.
- 56:25Speaker 9: You created this situation for yourself, and now you got
- 56:29Speaker 9: to get yourself out of it because this is going nowhere.
- 56:33Speaker 9: I mean, yeah, Okay, he's giving you promotions and money,
- 56:36Speaker 9: but look.
- 56:37Speaker 1: At what you have to go through to get it.
- 56:39Speaker 1: You're scared all the time.
- 56:40Speaker 9: He wants to laugh about it later while you guys
- 56:43Speaker 9: are having sex, but it's not funny to you and
- 56:45Speaker 9: he doesn't get that. So clearly you know you've made
- 56:49Speaker 9: a mistake because now you're worried about getting fired and
- 56:52Speaker 9: you don't like the hurtful things he says to you
- 56:54Speaker 9: in front of your co workers.
- 56:57Speaker 1: The brothers in the job could lose their jobs too.
- 57:00Speaker 9: Were get in trouble because they don't like how he
- 57:02Speaker 9: talks to you, and they're standing up to him in
- 57:05Speaker 9: your defense. So this is just a big old mess
- 57:08Speaker 9: at the job, and before it gets really out of hand,
- 57:10Speaker 9: you need to put an end to it, get out
- 57:12Speaker 9: of it and leave. Now you could gamble and threaten
- 57:15Speaker 9: to tell his wife and his girlfriend and all that,
- 57:18Speaker 9: but you could still get fired or worse, So I
- 57:21Speaker 9: would say leave, Steve.
- 57:24Speaker 4: Well, well, well, you know it's so much to unpacking
- 57:29Speaker 4: this letter that I want to say to this girl.
- 57:32Speaker 4: I'm gonna say it all, and I know y'all gonna
- 57:35Speaker 4: feel some kind of way about what I'm saying, and
- 57:38Speaker 4: all this here but sometimes you just got to say
- 57:40Speaker 4: what it is.
- 57:41Speaker 2: Now.
- 57:41Speaker 4: This whole thing, first of all, is your damn fault.
- 57:45Speaker 4: So now you know, I mean, I don't know what
- 57:48Speaker 4: to tell you. You said, did Steven Shirley? I moved
- 57:52Speaker 4: to the big city. Now right here, little country ass girl,
- 57:56Speaker 4: until I asked where you go? Oh you don't want
- 57:59Speaker 4: up to Charlotte? Now, oh oh oh, you was down
- 58:02Speaker 4: there white sofa. Now you have moved on up to Charlotte.
- 58:06Speaker 4: Or you was down there and you're old. You was
- 58:08Speaker 4: down there in Apple Creek. Now you'd have moved up
- 58:11Speaker 4: to Richmond. Woo oooh that big city now, oh yeah,
- 58:15Speaker 4: oh here, Oh, your ass was down in the Peach
- 58:18Speaker 4: Street corners. Now you have moved all the way up
- 58:20Speaker 4: to Lanta. Oh Lord Jesus, the deal is so tall uphill. Okay,
- 58:26Speaker 4: I was hired on the spot by this dirty old
- 58:29Speaker 4: man that I ended up having sex with. Wait a minute,
- 58:32Speaker 4: what yeah, wait a minute, you're rushing through this letter.
- 58:38Speaker 2: What was you left out so much?
- 58:42Speaker 4: You moved from this big city, you met this dirty
- 58:45Speaker 4: old man that you ended up having sex with. Okay,
- 58:52Speaker 4: your self esteem is low. He's married, he got a
- 58:57Speaker 4: girlfriend on the side, and he got me.
- 59:02Speaker 2: Damn he signed up for that. Huh.
- 59:07Speaker 4: All right, I've been working under him for only three
- 59:10Speaker 4: months and I've already been promoted. So my coworkers are
- 59:15Speaker 4: wondering if I'm sleeping with this man. I mentioned it
- 59:17Speaker 4: to him, so now he treats me like crap. In
- 59:20Speaker 4: front of everybody. He yells up like, get on to
- 59:23Speaker 4: him and get to work. No, wait, hold up, wrong, due.
- 59:27Speaker 2: Hey, get it here, get to work.
- 59:37Speaker 4: While I'm out having a cigarette behind the building. If
- 59:39Speaker 4: I'm at somebody else's desk here yelling me to stop
- 59:43Speaker 4: chit chatting and get back to work.
- 59:45Speaker 1: Hey, stop all of that chitter chatting.
- 59:50Speaker 2: Hey, we're here to work, guys.
- 59:53Speaker 4: I've told him that I hate the hardest treatment, and
- 59:56Speaker 4: he thinks it's okay to joke about it when we're intimate.
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: Last night he walked into my bedroom and yelled for
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: me to get on in this room and get to work. Damn, sister,
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: with the white man, you don't you don't. You don't
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: feel no kind of way about that. You done forgot
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: about the history.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Oh so you just oh.
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: Okay, what damn? So, why don't you just put on
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: the long apron? Put some dirt on your feet and
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: go on in there. Why don't you wrap your head?
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: Why don't you just why aren't you going there and
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: look like you're on a syrup bottle. Why don't you
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: just do that? Because that's where we're at right now
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: with me, all right, I want to say that I
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: will continue some more, that we're going down the dog path.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: When we come back, y'all, we'll be right back with
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: more ignorance right after this.
- 1:00:59Speaker 12: Show.
- 1:01:00Speaker 9: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:01:03Speaker 9: The subject is get on in here and work.
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: Now. I didn't know all this, but this woman right
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: here moved up to a big city. She met this
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: dirty old man that hired her, and she ended up
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: having sex with him. That's how the letter started it.
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: She just jumped too many steps. But she got low
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: self esteem all through this letter. And so then she
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: told him that they having sex together.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: Now, get a load of this. He's married, he got
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: a girlfriend on the side, and he got me.
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: I've been working under him for three months already, and Ben,
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: you've got a promotion. So the coworkers are wondering if
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: I'm sleeping with this man. I mentioned it to him.
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: So now he treats me like crap in front of everybody.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: He yells out stuff like, you do in here and
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: get to work. See that's where I've That's how I
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: imagined him saying, get on in here and get to work.
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: If I'm out a cigarette and having a cigarette behind
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: the building, if I'm at somebody else's desk, he hear me,
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: stop all.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: That chit chat and get on back and work.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: I told him I hate the hardest treatment, and he
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: thinks it's okay to joke about it when we're intomate.
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: Last night he walked into my bedroom and yelled for
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: me to get on in this room and get to work.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: He thinks this is sexy talk, and I told him
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: it's not cute. I'm afraid that he will fire me
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: or treat me even worse than he does now in
- 1:02:26Speaker 4: front of my coworkers if I stopped sleeping with him.
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: Then she dropped this jewel. He's a white man.
- 1:02:36Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: See, so now they get on in here and get
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: to work. That take on the whole new meaning. And
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: now don't it.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: Ah, Chad that all that and hand got to walk now?
- 1:02:49Speaker 4: Oh oh okay, so we do oh oh, we don't.
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: Oh we done went that far back. So you done
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: moved up to the big city then and took this
- 1:02:58Speaker 4: slave ass mentalne you got on up to the big
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: city with you. Now he talking to you like like
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: they used to happen in the past, and you still
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: doing it. And now you're afraid of him. He thinks
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: it's sexyy because now that's what he want to do.
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: Oh see, he got you, so now he in it.
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: Oh you want to be talk harsh too. Oh, now
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: it's funny to him. Get on in hand and get
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: to work. That's right up his alley. That's right up
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: his alley. He doing it just like his great grandfather did.
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: Oh yeah, oh oh oh, oh, oh oh oh oh.
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: He right up your alley, this man. And then you
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: said he's a white man, so the black man at
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: the job, try to defend me against him. This man
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: is not only giving me lots of money to get
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: my house together, he gives me lots of mind boggling sex.
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: You know what I think. I think you don't know
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: what a good man is. You don't know who the
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: big city is. You don't know what side piece is,
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: and you don't know what good sex is, That's what
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: I think. I just think you've been struggling with low
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: self esteem in every area of your life, But now
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: this old man is putting it down and he keeps
- 1:04:14Speaker 4: me entertained for now. I was in a bad relationship
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: before I moved. See right there, he was in a
- 1:04:20Speaker 4: bad relationship. Now you done got in this relationship and
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: it appears to be cool.
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: Man?
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: How bad was the relationship you was in?
- 1:04:29Speaker 9: And now?
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: But how long can we keep this up? My new
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: boss has made me forget about that guy? Wait?
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: Wait?
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: Whoa wah woh? Your new boss who treats you this way?
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: That made you forget about that guy? Man? What the
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: hell did that? Dude?
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: Do?
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: See?
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: You done went from a bad relationship to a badder relationship.
- 1:04:49Speaker 4: But it looks better to you somehow, Lady, you need,
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: you need, you need to pump the brakes. But how
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: long can we keep this up? I should never have
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: started sleep with him. How do I break away without
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: him being really mean to me? Do you think I
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: can reason with him?
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: Hell?
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: Yeah, Wait a minute. You just said he was married.
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: You just said he's your boss. You just said he
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: got a girlfriend and he got you do you think
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: I can reason with him? Nah, you can't reason with him.
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: But Chad can eeoc can Facebook can see all this
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: stuff right here? You got way too much? How you
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: letting him married?
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: Dude?
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: Buffalo you around mistreat you and talk crazy? You do
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: you think I could reason with him? No, but his
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: wife can. You got too many bullets in your gun
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: and you act like you ain't got no bullets. You
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: got bullets in your gun. Matter of fact, your revolver

- 1:09:31Speaker 8: The Vikings beat the forty nine ers twenty two to seventeen, pipping.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: I don't know how that happened.
- 1:09:37Speaker 7: I don't know either, Pippy. But you picked seven and
- 1:09:40Speaker 7: you only lost five.
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: That's a win for your pipping. That ain't good for
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: there ain't good numbers. Nah, they made good pimp numbers.
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: Two won't leave you and you right back to when
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: you was at you know, get your numbers down.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you. Pimping.
- 1:09:59Speaker 9: Coming up at the top of the hour, a guy
- 1:10:01Speaker 9: on social media, Steve needs advice about a new coworker
- 1:10:04Speaker 9: who is a notorious tease.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening Harvey
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: Morning Show. Well, Ryan, I'm Steve Harvey FM.
- 1:10:16Speaker 9: Steve writes, I'm wondering if I should give a new
- 1:10:19Speaker 9: coworker the heads up before he gets embarrassed or heartbroken.
- 1:10:23Speaker 9: The guy has been with the company for two weeks
- 1:10:25Speaker 9: and he's gotten the attention of Mashan. It's not the
- 1:10:29Speaker 9: first time Mashan has caught the eye of someone she
- 1:10:32Speaker 9: works with. In fact, at some point every guy in
- 1:10:34Speaker 9: the office is either made out with physically dated or
- 1:10:38Speaker 9: been led on by the woman.
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: It's become a running joke.
- 1:10:42Speaker 9: The guy has no clue that everyone and I do mean,
- 1:10:46Speaker 9: everyone is talking about him and in some cases laughing
- 1:10:50Speaker 9: at him, mainly because most of us have been there
- 1:10:52Speaker 9: at some point. So here's the question. Do I pull
- 1:10:56Speaker 9: homie to the side and let him know what's going
- 1:10:58Speaker 9: on and about her need for attention, or do I
- 1:11:02Speaker 9: let him learn the hard way like everybody else?
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: Had you all, y'all did it? Appreciate the love and
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: concern for him, but all yeah, seemed like all y'all
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: don't been down that path of embarrassment, miss Lee thinking
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: you was it MA seaned and worked y'all, So it
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: don't really make no difference if you pull him to
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: the side or you let him go down that road.
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: I don't know what y'all laughing at him, folk, because hell,
- 1:11:25Speaker 4: y'all did the same thing this thing about me, And
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: you know, once we dumb, we pretty much and we
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: get dumb. We when we're dumb collectively, it's because we
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: were all thinking the same thing. So he's just doing
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: he's just thinking the same thing all of us y'all
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: was thinking. Leave a dode alone.
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: All you gonna pull his coat. He gonna he gonna.
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: Finish the job, even if oh, dog dog, he's still
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: going over. Hey man, I just want you to know
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: that she do this to her somewhere in his day.
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: He gonna go cool.
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: Somewhere his date. Oh so this is a guarantee.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: Okay, okay, let him be appreciate it.
- 1:12:20Speaker 9: All right, all right, here's another one. I think we
- 1:12:22Speaker 9: have time for this from Steve. This is from Gabe
- 1:12:24Speaker 9: on Facebook. Gabe says, my female best friend from college
- 1:12:27Speaker 9: to hit me with a crazy request, and I'm not
- 1:12:30Speaker 9: sure how to handle it. She's been married for ten
- 1:12:33Speaker 9: years and has decided to try for kids. The problem, however,
- 1:12:37Speaker 9: is that her husband is apparently shooting blanks. They're going
- 1:12:40Speaker 9: for treatment, but in case that doesn't work, she wants
- 1:12:43Speaker 9: me to offer up my donation as a contingency plan.
- 1:12:47Speaker 9: My wife is less than thrilled with the idea, but
- 1:12:49Speaker 9: understands why I'm thinking about it.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: Is this a good move to make? Do I need
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: legal protection?
- 1:12:54Speaker 11: Well?
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: My wife end up resenting me. I'm kind of stuck
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: on this one.
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: Bro, bro, bro, have you lost your dad? Bru bruh,
- 1:13:05Speaker 4: don't interject this into your house. Don't bring this into
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: your house. Man, I don't even know why you told
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: your wife this part. He's stupid man, dog dog. She
- 1:13:19Speaker 4: gotta get somebody else for this. Hell, I'm not I'm
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: not getting hooked up with this child's support. No, No,
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: I ain't finna do that.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: A lot comes with that.
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: You see that, I'm to go half on a baby.
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: But why is she talking to you about this? But
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: why are you listening to it?
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: There you go, Thank you man.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: Y'all have to head friends, Steve, they're best friends.
- 1:13:45Speaker 10: No, they' not.
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: That's what he said.
- 1:13:49Speaker 4: Okay, I told y'all about these best friends. Opposite, I
- 1:13:54Speaker 4: have told y'all about these best friends. This attraction thing
- 1:13:59Speaker 4: gonna come into play. I'm telling y'all it happened every time.
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: I don't see why nobody see it. Go ahead, come
- 1:14:04Speaker 4: but dumb, you're the only one br go down there
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: with your stupid behind.
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: Watch what happened.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: Yeah, Henny's got a wife too.
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: Come on, bro, how you tell this to your wife?
- 1:14:17Speaker 4: Hey, I was talking to, you know, my best friend,
- 1:14:20Speaker 4: and she's trying to have a baby, but her and
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: her husband can't. And she kind of wants me to
- 1:14:26Speaker 4: make a donation. First thing a wife is supposed to
- 1:14:31Speaker 4: say is wait a minute, what's she come to you
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: with this?
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: Fall?
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: Yeah, because you got a wife? Hello, And do y'all
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: have kids? Br you brother, don't go down and have
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: a baby. And you and your wife ain't got no kids.
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Don't go.
- 1:14:47Speaker 3: If you do?
- 1:14:48Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: More Today Steve Harvey Morning Show for Today. Right after this,
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: you're listening Morning Show.
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:15:00Speaker 9: So, Dwayne the Rock Johnson says he plans to work
- 1:15:03Speaker 9: with the Mussy Grayveon French Wax Museum in Paris to
- 1:15:08Speaker 9: darken the skin tone of his newly unveiled wax figure.
- 1:15:12Speaker 9: The Rock's father is black Nova Scotian and his mother
- 1:15:16Speaker 9: is Samoan and he said on Instagram on Monday that
- 1:15:19Speaker 9: he barely laughed at his wax figure, but did intend
- 1:15:23Speaker 9: to reach out to the museum so we can work
- 1:15:25Speaker 9: at updating my wax figure here with some important details
- 1:15:29Speaker 9: and improvement, starting with my skin color. The Rocks wax
- 1:15:33Speaker 9: figure isn't the first person of color that was slammed
- 1:15:36Speaker 9: by onlookers for skin tone inaccuracies. Madame Tussode's Beyonce statue
- 1:15:40Speaker 9: had to be adjusted as well.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: So, yeah, have you seen it? It was nothing like him?
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: Really no, but they've asked me. But it's but it's
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: four hours though, it's four to six hours. You actually
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: we have to stand there for the posy, uh huh, so.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: They can get the details right, the nose, the lips.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: Hey, I got plenty pictures.
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: How long do you take to do the lips?
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: Will be in there for a while.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, I ain't. Yeah, the rock looks like mister clean.
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: Yeah he really does, he really really does. Yeah, he's
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: not dark. If I think you should do it though, Yeah.
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: I ain't got time for the posy.
- 1:16:34Speaker 9: All right, coming up in thirty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:16:37Speaker 9: we'll play a round of would you rather? Right after
- 1:16:39Speaker 9: this you're listening.
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: Morning show? All right, it is time for a round,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: and would you rather?
- 1:16:46Speaker 9: Would you guys rather balance on a tight rope like
- 1:16:50Speaker 9: ten feet high with no net? Or would you rather
- 1:16:54Speaker 9: jump off the side of a rocky cliff with a parachute?
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: I'm spin yeah, no net? Will it just falls out
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: failed ten feet before? Okay? Okay, all right, we can
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: jump off that rope. We're good.
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: Would you rather spend Halloween night in a creepy cabin
- 1:17:14Speaker 9: in the woods, or in a haunted hotel in the city.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: Cabin in the woods or haunted hotel in the city.
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: Alright, you're going in the woods, though, You're gonna go
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: to the woods, cabin in the woods. Wi't nobody ever
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: make it out of there?
- 1:17:31Speaker 9: Nobody ever gets out of the movies.
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: I don't know what you'all talking about. You All you
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: gotta do is just not take your ass outside. It
- 1:17:41Speaker 4: looks like the cabin waitside for collecting firewood, going to
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: get creep water in stuff like that.
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: I'm gonna go out here and pick some of these
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: walnuts up off the ground.
- 1:17:54Speaker 11: What do you.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: Stay in the house?
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: Okay, I'm not fit to be in this haunted house. No,
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: we're not finnna do that. No hell, all right, keep
- 1:18:05Speaker 4: with the haunted thing.
- 1:18:07Speaker 9: Would you rather explore a haunted graveyard at midnight? Or
- 1:18:11Speaker 9: would you rather wander through a haunted forest at dawn?
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: I see, I want to be with the sun coming up.
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: That's why I want to see all this stuff. You
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: asked that sure to involve too much running. I can't.
- 1:18:30Speaker 7: I ain't even shaped like that.
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: No more ghost that game I.
- 1:18:36Speaker 4: Got to be full blast that forest. I'd be killed
- 1:18:41Speaker 4: myself running up into one.
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: Of them trees.
- 1:18:48Speaker 9: All right, if you play it in the NFL, would
- 1:18:51Speaker 9: you rather only play in the first three quarters?
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: Or would you only play in the fourth quarter?
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: First three?
- 1:18:58Speaker 5: I don't need to be on that full They actually
- 1:19:01Speaker 5: making up of what I did in the first three.
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: And they tell me.
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: That's the reason we ain't in the fall is the
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: first three. Chill on this bench, Harvey, Harvey, where you
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: think you're going to pay? Fourth quarter?
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: Coach? You the reason were losing about about thirty Wow,
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: NFL is a special.
- 1:19:25Speaker 9: Would you rather have sex with one person for the
- 1:19:28Speaker 9: rest of your life or multiple people?
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: But in only one position?
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: Father, just one person the rest of my one person
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: for the rest absolutely, absolutely.
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: The rest of okay, you know you know.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: I won't have sex with no guys.
- 1:19:55Speaker 12: All right, thank you.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: That's today's round, and would you.
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: Ask us every week?
- 1:20:01Speaker 9: Coming up in forty nine minutes after the hour, it's
- 1:20:03Speaker 9: our last break of the day and will close out
- 1:20:05Speaker 9: the show with the one and only Steve Harvey right
- 1:20:08Speaker 9: after this. You're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys,
- 1:20:13Speaker 9: here we are our last break of the day on
- 1:20:15Speaker 9: this Tuesday.
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: It's been a good day, real good day. Welcome back, Steve, Yes.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: Yes, good to be back.
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:20:23Speaker 4: A lot of flying, man, Wow, that's the most flying
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: I've done over a three day period ever.
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: Ever.
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: Wow, Wow, I've had But you made it back to back.
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: But I mean the time difference I flew was eleven
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: hour time difference.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: So your jet lagged a little.
- 1:20:46Speaker 4: Bit between where I went to LA I don't even
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: know because I can't even but being on a plane
- 1:20:51Speaker 4: with that much cabin pressure, man, that's not that's not
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: very healthy.
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: I don't think. I just don't.
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: And it was like tough because I had to fly
- 1:21:03Speaker 4: sixteen hours to Los Angeles and then I had to
- 1:21:06Speaker 4: fly seventeen hours back and it was all in one
- 1:21:12Speaker 4: and then we had a delayed flight going back.
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: Oh you was commercial then, yeah, yeah, Oh welcome to
- 1:21:19Speaker 5: the real world, Pardoner.
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's why that's not a really good deed
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: time because he do it once every.
- 1:21:33Speaker 5: Well.
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: They have this thing out called private suitees and you
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: can go you never go into the airport.
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: So you're not waiting at the gate for three hours.
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: Is that what you're telling us?
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: They have a thing called private suites where you get
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: your own suite, has your own bathroom, everything, and it
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: is free. The food, the service is chargers. I don't
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: care what you need, full bath, televisions, sofas, chairs, food, everything,
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: and you wait and then you go through customs and
- 1:22:13Speaker 4: then you go on the other side of customs. You say,
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: that's your own custom in the building. So it's just
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: you really, And then they put you in a car
- 1:22:21Speaker 4: and they drive you on the tarmac and then you
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: take you to the foot of the plane and then
- 1:22:26Speaker 4: they take your passports and then they go inside, come back,
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: tell you ready, put you on the elevator, take you upstairs.
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: You go right onto the plane from the gateway. You
- 1:22:36Speaker 4: never go past the gate you know, you're never in
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: the lounge anything.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: So you're telling us you're not in Boarding Group one,
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: not Southwest. Yeah, that's Boarding Group A.
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: Can I share something with you all close the remarks today? Yes,
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: I want to remind you all something about success. I
- 1:22:59Speaker 4: was thinking about it the other day and somebody asked me.
- 1:23:02Speaker 4: I was with one of my sons and were with
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: a group of people and somebody said, Steve, what's one
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: of the things that we don't know about success that
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: you've learned about yourself. And you know what I said.
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: I said, I've learned how to suffer. I've learned how
- 1:23:24Speaker 4: to suffer. I suffer extremely well. And they went, I
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: don't understand that. What you mean you like suffering?
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: No, I don't.
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: Nobody likes to suffer, but I've learned how to suffer
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: better than most people. Now, if a suffering might be
- 1:23:42Speaker 4: too harsh of a word for some people, but I've
- 1:23:44Speaker 4: been in some situation where I was actually suffering. But
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: if you want to soften it a little bit so
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: you can make it a little bit more relatable and
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: make you think it's easier to do, it's going to
- 1:23:54Speaker 4: be the same thing.
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: Though.
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: I've gotten okay with being uncomfortable. I have really mastered
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: the art of being uncomfortable, and I've also accepted it
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: as a part of the process. And I think that's
- 1:24:14Speaker 4: something that everybody has to come to. If you have
- 1:24:16Speaker 4: any aspirations of being successful, you've got to be okay
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: with being uncomfortable, because that's a part of the process.
- 1:24:25Speaker 4: You are going to be required to be uncomfortable. There
- 1:24:30Speaker 4: are times when you are going to be required to
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: be ungodly uncomfortable, and there are going to be times
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: where this discomfort is going to last way longer than
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: you thought it should last. But you will learn some
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: things about yourself on the way to success. And a
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: couple of things I've picked up, or a few things
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: I've picked up that success is hard, that success is
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: going to require everything that you have to accomplish it.
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: And here's the third thing. Success is going to require
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: some things you didn't know you had within you, So
- 1:25:16Speaker 4: it's going to take everything you have. And then it's
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: also going to require some things that you didn't know
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: you had. See, success is going to force you. The
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: quest for success is going to force you to dig
- 1:25:31Speaker 4: deeper than you've ever dug before, and it's going to
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: require some.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: Things of you that you didn't know you had.
- 1:25:38Speaker 4: But in that process, you will and uncover the things
- 1:25:43Speaker 4: that's needed to complete the journey. And being uncomfortable is
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: one of those things. I've said it before. Everything you
- 1:25:50Speaker 4: want in life is on the other side of uncomfortable.
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: Everything you want in life is on the other side
- 1:25:57Speaker 4: of fear. Everything you want want in life is on
- 1:26:01Speaker 4: the other side of doubt. Everything you want in life
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: you're going to have to go through something to get
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: to it. Ain't nothing in life laying on the ground
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: right next to you, or you just bend over and
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: pick it up.
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: I'm telling you right now, think about everything.
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: You really want. You got to go through something to
- 1:26:19Speaker 4: get it. And the thing that you have to go
- 1:26:22Speaker 4: through is going to be extremely uncomfortable. So you got
- 1:26:28Speaker 4: to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: Those are my close remarks. Thank God for my life,
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: Thank God for your life. Have a great day. Talk
- 1:26:38Speaker 2: to God everybody. He'd love to hear from you today.
