- 1:13Speaker 1: decision makers are I'd like to believe that she's an
- 1:15Speaker 1: entrepreneur slash industry decision maker in the lifestyle and the
- 1:18Speaker 1: lifestyle category. My next guest was born in um Iran
- 1:23Speaker 1: and raised in Germany. Let me turned that little computer
- 1:26Speaker 1: volume down. She's a world traveler and luxury lifestyle aficionado.
- 1:30Speaker 1: At our current company, started as an operations assistant, he
- 1:34Speaker 1: was promoted to an assistant director and then to the
- 1:37Speaker 1: director of operations. Two years ago, when I met her,
- 1:41Speaker 1: she was brought into the general manager position. Please welcome
- 1:44Speaker 1: to money making conversations. The general manager of Alazzo lc
- 1:48Speaker 1: Villa Hotels. Hannah too Lackey to the ky. I better
- 1:54Speaker 1: that mess it up? Better that it's if I was
- 2:00Speaker 1: right the first time. Apologize to lie and you got
- 2:06Speaker 1: written Papa said written that right in front of me,
- 2:08Speaker 1: and I just bailed on it. I just I love
- 2:10Speaker 1: faith in right in the middle of the conversation. Great
- 2:13Speaker 1: is thank you. I I contacted you through LinkedIn. This
- 2:16Speaker 1: is how you can meet really incredible guests and uh,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and I wanted to bring you on the show to
- 2:21Speaker 1: talk about the brand that I experienced and it's a
- 2:24Speaker 1: lifestyle brand. And you you kind of hesitated at first.
- 2:29Speaker 1: You wanted to find out what my show was all about.
- 2:31Speaker 1: You did your research and UM, assume we talked to
- 2:34Speaker 1: your powers that be where you work, and now you're
- 2:38Speaker 1: on my show. Thank you, correct, thank you for having me. Cool. Now, UM,
- 2:43Speaker 1: tell me about the Velazzo experience. So the Blots experience
- 2:49Speaker 1: is unlike it's almost like a hotel experience, just in
- 2:53Speaker 1: a very private setting. So you book a property with
- 2:57Speaker 1: us and we give you all the services and manatees
- 3:00Speaker 1: like in a luxury hotel. So you get it from
- 3:03Speaker 1: the housekeeping, butler service, beautiful fretted towards, beautiful hotel linen,
- 3:08Speaker 1: and a mini bar. Anything that you can experience in
- 3:11Speaker 1: a beautiful hotel. You will have it at the property
- 3:14Speaker 1: and you can have your family gatherings there, you can
- 3:17Speaker 1: have friends gatherings there. It's a way more intimate and
- 3:21Speaker 1: private setting than in a hotel where you book a
- 3:23Speaker 1: hotel room here and there, and you're not really together.
- 3:27Speaker 1: So we bring everything together in just one villa, and
- 3:30Speaker 1: we make this stay very extra special for you. I
- 3:34Speaker 1: can verify she's telling the truth. Hannah is telling the
- 3:36Speaker 1: truth to LAHI I had to get the name I
- 3:39Speaker 1: right before I leave the show to Lah's your general
- 3:42Speaker 1: manager at a LAZO or LLC is a villa hotels.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Now you based in Miami, Florida or their locations all
- 3:49Speaker 1: over the country, all over the world. But I know
- 3:51Speaker 1: I met you in Miami, Florida. Let me just give
- 3:53Speaker 1: you a little background when I say I met her, Um,
- 3:56Speaker 1: my daughter, Um was graduating from high school out of Florida,
- 4:02Speaker 1: and so we invited the entire family down there to
- 4:05Speaker 1: uh watch a graduate. Well, we needed a place to
- 4:10Speaker 1: sleep because I had a grandmother, I had system laws,
- 4:13Speaker 1: I had their kids. And it was amazing. It was amazing. Uh,
- 4:18Speaker 1: the experience was fantastic. Uh. The accommodations were over or
- 4:24Speaker 1: in the private pool attached to it. I can watch that.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I can look at the water right right outside my doorway,
- 4:30Speaker 1: and I thought it was reasonable when you can when
- 4:32Speaker 1: you consider all that money would have been spent on
- 4:34Speaker 1: a hotel on the hotel and that's what you're talking
- 4:38Speaker 1: about right here. Don't don't be don't just don't let
- 4:40Speaker 1: the price scare you. But if you have a family
- 4:43Speaker 1: reunion or high school union, know you want to check
- 4:47Speaker 1: a bunch of friends to a location instead of just
- 4:51Speaker 1: spending all that money in the hotel room, you still
- 4:53Speaker 1: gonna get the hotel relationships. Uh, let me finish telling
- 4:58Speaker 1: your story because I don't want to. I just want
- 4:59Speaker 1: to let them know our relationship so they can understand
- 5:02Speaker 1: I'm coming from a participant and not just something that
- 5:05Speaker 1: I just read about. I was floored by the accommodations.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I thought the price was very reasonable. And my family
- 5:12Speaker 1: plans aren't coming back. Oh, I hope your family is
- 5:16Speaker 1: going to come back. We had a good time with
- 5:17Speaker 1: your family, so you know, the price is not that scary.
- 5:21Speaker 1: If you think about going to Miami, um and to
- 5:24Speaker 1: spend the money on a hotel and book I think
- 5:26Speaker 1: you were about twelve family members there or even more.
- 5:30Speaker 1: You know, a house like this can cater up to
- 5:32Speaker 1: twelve to fourteen people. So if you book a few,
- 5:35Speaker 1: book a hotel, and you need about seven eight bedrooms,
- 5:38Speaker 1: the price is going to be almost the same as
- 5:40Speaker 1: in a private hotel, private billa, So it is not
- 5:45Speaker 1: that scary. Maybe it's it's a little bit too high
- 5:47Speaker 1: for only two people traveling or maybe three people, but
- 5:51Speaker 1: if you have a family gathering or bigger group, I
- 5:53Speaker 1: think it's a very reasonable price. And with this, you know,
- 5:56Speaker 1: with the amenities and services that you're getting, and you know,
- 5:59Speaker 1: you you gather at the hotel at the villa as
- 6:03Speaker 1: a family, and it's not You're not surrounded by a
- 6:06Speaker 1: lot of strangers. That's what I met with intimate. That's
- 6:09Speaker 1: very intimate. You can get together, you can have a
- 6:12Speaker 1: barbecue together, which I think you had at that time,
- 6:15Speaker 1: and it's just like a very memorable, you know environment.
- 6:20Speaker 1: It's not not surrounded by other people. That's what I
- 6:23Speaker 1: loved about it. I loved about the fact that, first
- 6:26Speaker 1: of all, let's let's go back, you know, let's let's
- 6:28Speaker 1: go back and talk about I don't want to think
- 6:31Speaker 1: that people are just limited to Miami and my experience.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Let's talk about other locations that you have. Okay, so
- 6:37Speaker 1: you know our headquarters are and Miami Beach. The team
- 6:40Speaker 1: works mainly for Miami Beach because we um we have
- 6:46Speaker 1: a lot of property is a big portfolio here in Miami,
- 6:48Speaker 1: and Miami still a very big doctervations for a lot
- 6:51Speaker 1: of that's when he gets cold, when it gets cold,
- 6:54Speaker 1: very popular that in Atlantis people come in with us. So, um,
- 7:01Speaker 1: you know, Miami is still a very big city and
- 7:03Speaker 1: it's not as seasonal as other destinations such as you
- 7:06Speaker 1: know Aspen or we have eb SA, you have Majorca,
- 7:10Speaker 1: you have Mikors. There's so many other destinations that we're
- 7:14Speaker 1: expanding to currently because we just want to cater to
- 7:16Speaker 1: the to our clients as to our travelers. So we
- 7:20Speaker 1: just are not in Miami, so our team travels from
- 7:24Speaker 1: you know, from destination to destinations, but we have also
- 7:27Speaker 1: managers and other destinations so we can provide the same
- 7:30Speaker 1: service and the same standards and all destinations. So like
- 7:33Speaker 1: the biggest destinations currently like the Miami of course, and
- 7:38Speaker 1: then LA is becoming a very popular destination. Um than
- 7:42Speaker 1: we have you know, in the United States, we still
- 7:45Speaker 1: have Aspens and outside the US, we have BBCs currently
- 7:50Speaker 1: a big travel destination than we have Miko Nos, we
- 7:55Speaker 1: have UM Santorini is currently also coming. Santra Pay is
- 8:04Speaker 1: trying to get me excited by going so where not yah,
- 8:09Speaker 1: but we're trying to we honestly, we're trying to be
- 8:11Speaker 1: everywhere where our clients want to go. So if you
- 8:14Speaker 1: come and say, Hannah, I want to visit Utah, and
- 8:19Speaker 1: I would say, like, there's no problem, let me see
- 8:21Speaker 1: what I can find you, I would never say no, right,
- 8:25Speaker 1: this is my mentality. I would always trying to make
- 8:29Speaker 1: something possible, not only me, my team as um. So
- 8:33Speaker 1: this is definitely something that we want to go towards
- 8:36Speaker 1: to making expanding more and more to cater to more
- 8:41Speaker 1: and more clients right now. That now, the property I
- 8:43Speaker 1: stayed on was I was just like it was I
- 8:46Speaker 1: have to say to use the word mansion. It was
- 8:47Speaker 1: a mansion property and it was someone owned that property.
- 8:51Speaker 1: And because it was it was a couple of rooms
- 8:53Speaker 1: I could get in. You can't going every room there.
- 8:57Speaker 1: You got everything you can't go and everyone and which
- 9:00Speaker 1: is fine because there's enough rooms to go around. And
- 9:03Speaker 1: but I we had catered. Uh, I used to work
- 9:06Speaker 1: cater because I'm not in a hotel. But you know,
- 9:09Speaker 1: somebody made out breakfast every day, somebode our launched every day. Somebody,
- 9:13Speaker 1: somebody made out dinner every day. It was what I
- 9:16Speaker 1: wanted for breakfast, what I wanted for lunch. If I
- 9:19Speaker 1: wanted shrimp at to Faye for breakfast, they made. If
- 9:23Speaker 1: I wanted uh homeless for dinner, they made it. And
- 9:27Speaker 1: it was like I stayed there for a week and
- 9:29Speaker 1: it was one an experience that I wanted to share
- 9:33Speaker 1: with my listeners because of the viewers, because people watch
- 9:36Speaker 1: me on Facebook as well, but I wanted to share
- 9:38Speaker 1: with them because it's just an amazing time and we
- 9:40Speaker 1: kind of like stumbled upon it because it just like
- 9:42Speaker 1: a little secret that's going on. And I know that
- 9:45Speaker 1: you know you're in the business of trying to get
- 9:47Speaker 1: your band out there. That's why I brought your money
- 9:49Speaker 1: Making Conversation because of the fact that I knew nothing
- 9:51Speaker 1: about it and I'm trying to share it in in
- 9:54Speaker 1: a very big way to people. Just let them know
- 9:57Speaker 1: that because a lot of times people um let dollars
- 10:00Speaker 1: scare dollars. But guess what if you have a family
- 10:04Speaker 1: reunion twelve people, if it's if you if you have
- 10:07Speaker 1: a small group of people, this is not you. I'm
- 10:09Speaker 1: talking a small group like two or three people or
- 10:11Speaker 1: four people. This may not be you. But if you
- 10:13Speaker 1: have a large group of people and you want to
- 10:15Speaker 1: go somewhere where y'all can, like you said, see each other.
- 10:18Speaker 1: You don't have to work very private. You can have
- 10:21Speaker 1: a pool, your own little pool party. You can have
- 10:24Speaker 1: things covered. Is the properties are expensive enough where there's parking.
- 10:29Speaker 1: It really is a nice experience and is a beautiful
- 10:32Speaker 1: experience and so hot. You know, it's like we host people.
- 10:37Speaker 1: It's it's like I always say, I want to give
- 10:41Speaker 1: my clients what I would give my family inviting to
- 10:44Speaker 1: my house. Right you can. I would make sure that
- 10:47Speaker 1: the their stomach is for that, that's are made, it
- 10:51Speaker 1: is a clean house. Everything that you want for your family,
- 10:54Speaker 1: I give with passion to my clients. And um, yes,
- 10:58Speaker 1: you're right, you know you it's a very individual service.
- 11:01Speaker 1: You can through the housekeeping hours. Listen, I want to
- 11:03Speaker 1: sleep in today by noon. I don't want the housekeeper
- 11:06Speaker 1: to come until like two. Or I want to have
- 11:09Speaker 1: this for blunch. I want to have this for lunch.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Maybe we have someone with elegies. You know, everything is
- 11:14Speaker 1: like really one hundred cater to your needs and to
- 11:17Speaker 1: your family needs. And I think it's a very big experience.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I was so I was. I was so big on
- 11:23Speaker 1: social media that week. I was the king. I was
- 11:27Speaker 1: laying back on the pool. I have a my cater food.
- 11:31Speaker 1: It's something about people cater your food and make it
- 11:34Speaker 1: just right. Just look bigger at pictures. It just looks
- 11:36Speaker 1: bigger food. Just look bigger when you get it done
- 11:39Speaker 1: at your house, you know, versus in the restaurant. So
- 11:41Speaker 1: all my plates were give me, give me a trip,
- 11:45Speaker 1: give me in the restaurant. I just take what you
- 11:48Speaker 1: give me in my house. Somebody was also so nice.
- 11:52Speaker 1: I mean, we the good I remember even the conversations
- 11:55Speaker 1: that we had up stairs, you know. And I bought
- 11:58Speaker 1: a little gift for your daughter, because like, you build
- 12:01Speaker 1: a relationship with the clients that are there, and you
- 12:04Speaker 1: you do that out of your heart. It's not the
- 12:07Speaker 1: money that goes into the account, right, I really care
- 12:10Speaker 1: for my clients, and you start earlier. Yet maybe um,
- 12:13Speaker 1: for two or three people, it's not worth it, but
- 12:16Speaker 1: it is because we also catered to the lower budget,
- 12:19Speaker 1: you know. So we have ours homes that are smaller
- 12:23Speaker 1: that um, you know, you can get out for way less. Um.
- 12:27Speaker 1: You know, it really depends on the house. It's ventily
- 12:29Speaker 1: thirty million dollar house is going to be having a
- 12:32Speaker 1: different nightly rate than maybe a two million dollar house.
- 12:37Speaker 1: I was, I was, I I was in the twenty
- 12:40Speaker 1: million dollar house and I got on the air. I'm bragging.
- 12:44Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you're looking at me crazy, But Donald, I
- 12:47Speaker 1: will be celebrating her birthday. It was like your sweet sixteen,
- 12:50Speaker 1: but she was. But let let's talk about I know
- 12:55Speaker 1: we running that time on our first break, but when
- 12:58Speaker 1: I come back, I really want to talk about because
- 13:00Speaker 1: I mentioned your jobs. You know that you had at
- 13:02Speaker 1: this company. You started all the operational system and then
- 13:05Speaker 1: you're promoted to assistant director and the director of operation
- 13:09Speaker 1: and now you're a general general manager. Because I own
- 13:11Speaker 1: people understand that you know you can you can rise
- 13:14Speaker 1: up in the company if you have dreams, you work hard,
- 13:17Speaker 1: and you're consistent and you're loyal to the position of
- 13:19Speaker 1: what you want to achieve in life. So when we
- 13:21Speaker 1: come back, we can continue talking for Aliza, but I
- 13:23Speaker 1: want to learn more about you because you are a
- 13:26Speaker 1: special talent. You're an entrepreneur, you're a leader and gets
- 13:29Speaker 1: what your own money making conversation right back with Hannah
- 13:32Speaker 1: on the phone is Hannah Talahi she's the general manager
- 13:36Speaker 1: of Alizolazo UH. This Villa hotels are based out of Miami,
- 13:42Speaker 1: and she is a I say, a lifestyle of fixtion officionado.
- 13:47Speaker 1: I think I would have called that because she did.
- 13:49Speaker 1: She I came down there. She she made me feel
- 13:51Speaker 1: at home. She uh catered to if we wanted to
- 13:54Speaker 1: do some events around the city, she could make that happen.
- 13:58Speaker 1: If I need a car service, she could make that happened. Um,
- 14:01Speaker 1: she's made my family feel comfortable. And by the way,
- 14:03Speaker 1: hand and my wife, she's listening to the interview. She texts, hello,
- 14:06Speaker 1: how are you doing? Oh? Yeah, hello, I love to
- 14:12Speaker 1: see you back. She said, she's so proud that you
- 14:15Speaker 1: the GM. Oh she's so sweet. Oh my god. Let's
- 14:19Speaker 1: let's talk about you are rising up, you know, world traveler.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Born in Iran, uh, raised in Germany. It makes you
- 14:27Speaker 1: a pretty international and a lot of terms. And now
- 14:30Speaker 1: you're in Miami. What what what? What? What? What do
- 14:33Speaker 1: you bring to the table. What do you bring to
- 14:34Speaker 1: the table that makes you unique? It makes you special?
- 14:39Speaker 1: You know, I think you need to have an understanding
- 14:41Speaker 1: of what you do in your business. Um, and you
- 14:44Speaker 1: won't have that understanding I think if you didn't go
- 14:47Speaker 1: through it yourself. So I love to travel since I
- 14:52Speaker 1: was young, and thank god my parents always took me
- 14:54Speaker 1: on big travelers. And um, you know, I told you
- 14:58Speaker 1: I was starting as an in turn at a very
- 15:01Speaker 1: young age, and I bought myself up and I did
- 15:04Speaker 1: everything in this company from you know, from housekeeping to
- 15:09Speaker 1: share service to it just to understand what other what
- 15:12Speaker 1: are the other parts that make this business so successful?
- 15:17Speaker 1: Do in order to make it so, everyone in our
- 15:20Speaker 1: team goes to the same type of training for like
- 15:23Speaker 1: a month or two. They start of you know, working
- 15:26Speaker 1: with the housekeepers to set up the house. You know,
- 15:28Speaker 1: set up the house, I mean bringing in all the
- 15:30Speaker 1: services and numanities that we also you know from the towers.
- 15:33Speaker 1: We bring these all things in that they're not owned
- 15:36Speaker 1: by the homeowner. But I have to set up the house.
- 15:39Speaker 1: They have to learn how to how much time does
- 15:42Speaker 1: it take to set it up? And um, just go
- 15:46Speaker 1: through all the steps that brings this product to one product.
- 15:50Speaker 1: And this is how I started. That's why you saw
- 15:53Speaker 1: like I changed my position a few times and I
- 15:55Speaker 1: got higher and higher. And I think this is very
- 15:58Speaker 1: important in a company that everybody understand what factors make
- 16:02Speaker 1: this product to the to the end product? Right? Does
- 16:06Speaker 1: that make sense? Um? And this is how I started,
- 16:10Speaker 1: and I think, um, you know that's how I wanted
- 16:12Speaker 1: people to hear that. You know that First of all,
- 16:16Speaker 1: let me ask you, did you have a plan or
- 16:18Speaker 1: do you just went with I'm gonna give because I
- 16:21Speaker 1: want to give. When I started at the company, you mean, okay,
- 16:27Speaker 1: So I graduated and I studied in the Netherlands. Um.
- 16:30Speaker 1: And I was studying economics, so definitely not where I
- 16:34Speaker 1: am right now. I'm in hospitality. UM. When I saw
- 16:38Speaker 1: the company and I saw, you know, the description of
- 16:41Speaker 1: the company, I said, like, I want to experience what
- 16:43Speaker 1: they do, so I'm going to apply as an intern
- 16:46Speaker 1: and um, I applied. I did my six months internship
- 16:51Speaker 1: and I went back to Europe to finish my studies.
- 16:53Speaker 1: But something was that about this company and the product
- 16:57Speaker 1: I like because people loved what they do and that
- 17:00Speaker 1: cared about this this you know, this brand and the lifestyle.
- 17:05Speaker 1: So I came back. The company hired me and my
- 17:09Speaker 1: plan was to be part of it. Because my plan
- 17:12Speaker 1: to be part of it and to make every client
- 17:15Speaker 1: happy and to to give not only me but to
- 17:21Speaker 1: build a team that gives one If you're not one
- 17:25Speaker 1: hundred cent in it, I don't think it. This makes
- 17:28Speaker 1: you know your your business ever successful? Having a team.
- 17:33Speaker 1: My team is incredibly sweet and good. Everybody cares, want
- 17:38Speaker 1: to understand, They're passionate about their job, and I think
- 17:40Speaker 1: this is the most important thing. This is my plan.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I work on my team to make the clients happy. Well,
- 17:46Speaker 1: I like the way because I wanted to lay that
- 17:48Speaker 1: out because there's so many layers that you know, people
- 17:50Speaker 1: would listen to show or you know, the everyday working
- 17:53Speaker 1: people that people trying to learn about their career opportunities.
- 17:56Speaker 1: But there's always a story. And so your story. I
- 18:00Speaker 1: like your story because of the fact they just showed
- 18:02Speaker 1: a person who started it, you know, as an intern
- 18:05Speaker 1: and now it's the general manager. That's a journey that
- 18:08Speaker 1: people could and a lot of people don't want to
- 18:10Speaker 1: do that. They they feel that they don't have the
- 18:12Speaker 1: patients that want to go through the steps to get
- 18:14Speaker 1: to a certain plateau of success. So I would ask you,
- 18:17Speaker 1: your general manager, now you you your worldly uh deeply
- 18:22Speaker 1: emerged into this company. Is this a career for you?
- 18:25Speaker 1: Are you are you looking at expand or being a
- 18:28Speaker 1: partner within the company. What is the big goal for
- 18:31Speaker 1: you in your career. I definitely want to expand this
- 18:35Speaker 1: company with the team I have, I want to build
- 18:37Speaker 1: up a bigger team, a greater team. We would like
- 18:40Speaker 1: to expand to two different destinations and big, bigger and
- 18:44Speaker 1: bigger and bigger. Um. I you know, being a partner
- 18:49Speaker 1: of the company or not, that's you know, that's something
- 18:52Speaker 1: that I've never thought of. Yeah, main conversation, Hannah, that's
- 18:56Speaker 1: what I do. Make you think it is. I agree
- 18:58Speaker 1: with you, but I think my heart is so big
- 19:01Speaker 1: in it. And I know for a fact the company
- 19:03Speaker 1: will give back, you know what I mean, whatever you
- 19:06Speaker 1: put in, you get back. So um, my goal is
- 19:11Speaker 1: always to give and give and I know for a
- 19:13Speaker 1: fact I will receive back. Well, I like that because
- 19:16Speaker 1: that's why I think my journey exactly. Look at the
- 19:19Speaker 1: journey I gave, and I gave endless hours. I gave
- 19:21Speaker 1: a lot of my heart, and you know, the company
- 19:24Speaker 1: gave me back by promoting me and promoting me and
- 19:26Speaker 1: promoting me because they see the passionate is behind what
- 19:29Speaker 1: I do. Cool. Well, how did how does okay you?
- 19:32Speaker 1: You seem to be the anchor here? How does it
- 19:36Speaker 1: because you have competitors out there, You have competitors out there,
- 19:39Speaker 1: they say they do the same thing a better. How
- 19:41Speaker 1: does your brain stand out? And the we say this
- 19:45Speaker 1: the luxury hotel, what is this kind of like the
- 19:48Speaker 1: luxury lodging the luxury uh lifestyle lodging businesses? For the difference, Yeah,
- 19:55Speaker 1: the difference I would say is that we we host.
- 19:58Speaker 1: You know, it's not just like, hey, here's your key,
- 20:01Speaker 1: this is your house, this is the bedroom, and that's
- 20:03Speaker 1: the pool and goodbye until your check out. Right, This
- 20:07Speaker 1: is not our mentality. Our mentality is, hey, you're coming
- 20:11Speaker 1: in two weeks. What can I do for you and
- 20:13Speaker 1: for your family? And what services do you want in
- 20:15Speaker 1: order to make this stay very very beautiful for you?
- 20:19Speaker 1: And when you're here, we come and visit you. We care.
- 20:23Speaker 1: You know you don't like this housekeeper, we exchange it
- 20:25Speaker 1: for you, no problem. What's going on in the house
- 20:27Speaker 1: is there's something you like this? Like? What are your preferences?
- 20:30Speaker 1: We are with you all the way down until even
- 20:34Speaker 1: two weeks after checkout, and you know I was reaching
- 20:37Speaker 1: out to you almost like every six months, Hey, how
- 20:41Speaker 1: are you would you like to come back. How's your
- 20:43Speaker 1: family doing, how's your daughter doing. We build a relationship
- 20:46Speaker 1: with our clients. It is not just hey, here's your
- 20:49Speaker 1: key and goodbye. This is too. This isular or somebody
- 20:54Speaker 1: from your staff on a daily basis to make sure
- 20:56Speaker 1: everything was going good. If something didn't go right, uh,
- 21:00Speaker 1: and you you you remedy the situation and explain uh,
- 21:03Speaker 1: certain situations that make sure that we are we clearly
- 21:07Speaker 1: understand what's going on. You broke down, and you know,
- 21:10Speaker 1: you like say, you're living in someone's home, okay, and
- 21:13Speaker 1: so there are responsibility that come with that. You got
- 21:16Speaker 1: you've got you've got people who like the party and
- 21:19Speaker 1: bump against the wall and knocks off off the wall.
- 21:22Speaker 1: This is not the place to go. This is not
- 21:25Speaker 1: And we are also picky about you know, like we
- 21:28Speaker 1: don't definitely you know, it's a residential area. It's a
- 21:31Speaker 1: very nice area. I don't want neighbors to complain or
- 21:35Speaker 1: uncomfortable because the party group next door. Of course, you
- 21:39Speaker 1: can have gatherings like you didn't and have a nice barbecue,
- 21:42Speaker 1: but you know, having a big party and destroying house
- 21:46Speaker 1: is definitely not something that we're looking into. You know,
- 21:49Speaker 1: we we want clients to enjoy it, enjoy the house,
- 21:53Speaker 1: not to destroy it. Oh yeah, I believe me. I
- 21:56Speaker 1: understand that. But but you have to you have to
- 21:58Speaker 1: let people know this and all know what they're walking
- 22:01Speaker 1: into because it's a general tendency where people spend money
- 22:04Speaker 1: and it's spent a lot of money, they feel they
- 22:06Speaker 1: can do what they want to do, and they do.
- 22:08Speaker 1: They do background checks people, so if you've got a
- 22:11Speaker 1: crazy back lifestyle, you can get it checked immediately. So
- 22:16Speaker 1: let's let's go through the steps. I'm with Sean McDonald.
- 22:18Speaker 1: How do I find your brand? How do I communicate?
- 22:22Speaker 1: How do I walk through the steps of booking what
- 22:24Speaker 1: I need for my family or my personal experience. Let's
- 22:27Speaker 1: walk us through those steps. Okay, so you're looking for
- 22:31Speaker 1: your family. You now you know Vilaso. So you go
- 22:35Speaker 1: hopefully on our website which is w W dot LA
- 22:38Speaker 1: dot com with a V and um. You choose one property.
- 22:43Speaker 1: We don't have all properties on the website. We have
- 22:45Speaker 1: a lot of properties in our and our portfolio that
- 22:49Speaker 1: we don't advertise just because of Priva series UM. So
- 22:53Speaker 1: you choose the property or you get or you just
- 22:56Speaker 1: contact us and say, hey, Hannah or David or whoever
- 23:00Speaker 1: in the team. I'm looking for my family or my friend.
- 23:03Speaker 1: I would like to say for three nights, and my
- 23:05Speaker 1: budget is this and these other days, and please send
- 23:08Speaker 1: me whatever you have and you want to be contacted
- 23:12Speaker 1: within only two hours I think I mean maximum two hours.
- 23:15Speaker 1: We try to get back to our clients immediately and
- 23:18Speaker 1: we try to find you what you want and what
- 23:20Speaker 1: are your needs, and we'll try to find out more
- 23:22Speaker 1: about your group on your preferences, and we try to
- 23:26Speaker 1: really deliver what we have in our portfolio to exactly
- 23:29Speaker 1: what you want and need. And we're also very transparent
- 23:32Speaker 1: on Rushaurant because we are we we say from the
- 23:37Speaker 1: get go, hey, listen, this house is definitely not a
- 23:40Speaker 1: party house. If you're coming here to party, this is
- 23:43Speaker 1: not the property for you, or if you have a
- 23:45Speaker 1: child that is um you know, we're close to the bay.
- 23:50Speaker 1: There's no poor sense. So we were very transparent in
- 23:53Speaker 1: our business. That's why people trust us too. Right, So
- 23:57Speaker 1: on the phone with Hannah, she's the general manager of
- 23:59Speaker 1: allows of which Vilazo, which is v l l A
- 24:02Speaker 1: z z O officus, a five star experience that goes
- 24:05Speaker 1: far beyond the service of a hotel or the privacy
- 24:08Speaker 1: of a villa. Lazzo selected finance villas in the most
- 24:11Speaker 1: sought after locations. They transformed the ultimate residents into a
- 24:15Speaker 1: private hotel dedicated entirely to you. Yeah, it was dedicated.
- 24:20Speaker 1: I I owned my property, man, I lived it. Man.
- 24:23Speaker 1: I guess what I was, you know, like I said,
- 24:25Speaker 1: you know you? I felt like, what was that guy's
- 24:27Speaker 1: scar face? I was down there, Uh, Tony, Tony, I
- 24:31Speaker 1: was turning my dad. I was turning my ton on
- 24:33Speaker 1: in Miami for seven days. I was down there. I
- 24:36Speaker 1: have cars, I have my world. I had my phote.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I don't drink liquor, but I had strawberry pop. But
