- 0:15Speaker 1: like a million bucks bus things and the stuffing me
- 0:20Speaker 1: through good oft listening to mother, Please I don't join
- 0:50Speaker 1: joining me. You gotta turning. You gotta turn to turnout
- 1:42Speaker 1: turn You got to turn them out to turn turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water got me? Come come on your bad,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I shall will Good morning everybody you are listening to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the voice, Come on digman now, one and only Steve
- 2:08Speaker 1: Harvey got a radio show. Why because God, God is
- 2:14Speaker 1: in the blessing business. If you go get in line,
- 2:18Speaker 1: he has something for you. God is amazing. The plan
- 2:24Speaker 1: he actually has for you is so far greater than
- 2:28Speaker 1: you can possibly imagine. It's really mind blowing. And as
- 2:32Speaker 1: I look back on where He's brought me from and
- 2:37Speaker 1: what he's currently doing for me, all I can do
- 2:41Speaker 1: is tell you is God. That's all I can tell you.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Because I tell you right now, I didn't foresee it.
- 2:47Speaker 1: You know. It oftentimes amazes me when I listen to
- 2:50Speaker 1: celebrities when they interview how they say, you know, I
- 2:53Speaker 1: always always thought that this would happen for me, and
- 2:56Speaker 1: I just you know it could be true, but for me,
- 3:00Speaker 1: it's not that way at all. I didn't imagine it
- 3:05Speaker 1: this way. I had a dream of becoming famous one day,
- 3:11Speaker 1: but I had no idea it would it would ever
- 3:16Speaker 1: get to this. It was a very very simple desire
- 3:20Speaker 1: for fame. That is no way I could have seen
- 3:23Speaker 1: all this. There is no way I am telling you
- 3:27Speaker 1: this is. This has been nothing for me but the
- 3:30Speaker 1: grace of God, and all the times I failed, every
- 3:35Speaker 1: time I had fallen, he picked me up, He dusted
- 3:40Speaker 1: me off, and he kept me moving. It has been
- 3:44Speaker 1: an amazing thing to watch God do what he do.
- 3:48Speaker 1: As I look back on my history and you sometimes
- 3:51Speaker 1: look back on your history, you've got to see, man, wow,
- 3:55Speaker 1: what God has done for you and what He's brought
- 3:57Speaker 1: you through to enable you to be where you are.
- 4:00Speaker 1: It is amazing because really, I mean really real talk now,
- 4:06Speaker 1: had He allowed all of the decisions I had made
- 4:09Speaker 1: to play all the way out, I can assure you
- 4:12Speaker 1: I wouldn't be here today. But God, through this grace
- 4:15Speaker 1: and mercy, who had a plan for me, who was
- 4:18Speaker 1: just waiting on me to come get in line, and
- 4:21Speaker 1: then he was gonna start empty in now he was
- 4:24Speaker 1: gonna start shipping out all the boxes in heaven with
- 4:27Speaker 1: my name on it. And man, what a great god
- 4:30Speaker 1: he is, What a great god he is. And you
- 4:34Speaker 1: have boxes of blessings with your name on it that
- 4:38Speaker 1: he is waiting to ship. But he needs you to
- 4:42Speaker 1: go down there and get in line. That's what it is.
- 4:46Speaker 1: It is not that he has more boxes for other
- 4:48Speaker 1: people than he do you. He got boxes with your
- 4:51Speaker 1: name on it who have never been shipped. Because you
- 4:54Speaker 1: will not get in line to go get him. You
- 4:57Speaker 1: will not ask God for him, you will not do
- 5:00Speaker 1: the things necessary to attain them. We stop our own blessings. Man,
- 5:04Speaker 1: I have been the biggest stopper of my blessings than
- 5:07Speaker 1: anybody else. I can't really get mad at nobody. I
- 5:11Speaker 1: got nobody to blame for my existence but me. But
- 5:14Speaker 1: then at the same time, I can't take credit for this.
- 5:18Speaker 1: I really really can't. I kid you not. I cannot
- 5:21Speaker 1: take credit for it. And if you ever see me
- 5:24Speaker 1: taking credit for it, tap me on the shoulder, say Steve,
- 5:27Speaker 1: pull up. Remember you said this ain't about you. If
- 5:31Speaker 1: you catch me taking too much credit, you have my
- 5:35Speaker 1: permission to stop me. Now here. It is the deal though,
- 5:40Speaker 1: And this is what I want to get through to today,
- 5:45Speaker 1: moving forward while under attack, new level, new devil. You know,
- 5:52Speaker 1: every time you go somewhere, every time you try to progress,
- 5:56Speaker 1: every time you make a decision to be better, to
- 5:57Speaker 1: do better, that's gonna be affrontation you're going to have
- 6:01Speaker 1: because it is the enemy's job to not see you
- 6:05Speaker 1: go forward, do better. Won't more behave yourself. There is
- 6:10Speaker 1: a force that is operative out there that has people
- 6:14Speaker 1: working on his behalf twenty four seven. You got a computer,
- 6:18Speaker 1: go go read a blog. Just go read a blog.
- 6:20Speaker 1: They're busy man, not knowing, but just saying evil stuff constantly.
- 6:27Speaker 1: That's a job. Well, here's what happens. I you. We
- 6:35Speaker 1: have to always keep moving forward while we're under attack,
- 6:41Speaker 1: because the attack is going to always come. If you
- 6:46Speaker 1: allow the attackers to stop you, you will lose that
- 6:51Speaker 1: particular battle. And you cannot afford this. You know. My
- 6:55Speaker 1: father used to say, be careful when you're trying to
- 6:59Speaker 1: kick somebody off the ladder, because you got to take
- 7:02Speaker 1: your foot off too, and you might slip. And so
- 7:06Speaker 1: when people are taking their feet off the ladder, most
- 7:09Speaker 1: mot the majority the may't even up own a ladder.
- 7:11Speaker 1: They just at the bottom throwing stuff up at you.
- 7:15Speaker 1: They are just shaking your ladder. They ain't even they
- 7:17Speaker 1: ain't even on your level. Really tell you the truth,
- 7:20Speaker 1: they really not. You have moved on far beyond them, spiritually, physically, everything,
- 7:25Speaker 1: but they are still shaking your ladder and attacking. You.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Keep moving forward while under attack, because the attacks are
- 7:33Speaker 1: going to come. If you take the time to stop
- 7:36Speaker 1: and address it, you are impeding your own progress. This
- 7:41Speaker 1: is very important to understand. Go on about your business
- 7:45Speaker 1: and remember Steve Harvey, and remember those of you out there.
- 7:49Speaker 1: There is a Bible verse that helps me out every time.
- 7:52Speaker 1: And I don't know why. I got it on six
- 7:54Speaker 1: different plaques sitting all around my offices. Everywhere I go,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I can read it Isaiah fifty four seventeen, No weapon
- 8:01Speaker 1: formed against me. Sheall prosper that because this is that
- 8:05Speaker 1: he will put me under his wings or protection. And
- 8:08Speaker 1: this is my inheritance as a servant of the Lord period.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I'm his boy, he my man, so so dig so,
- 8:19Speaker 1: so when you coming for me, I have to just
- 8:23Speaker 1: rest on that Lord right there, that he got it
- 8:26Speaker 1: that no weapon formed against mechall prosper. I'm just like you.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Sometimes you know we know better, but sometimes we don't
- 8:33Speaker 1: do better. Man, let them say what they're gonna say.
- 8:36Speaker 1: When they get through saying it, when they get through
- 8:38Speaker 1: writing it, when they get through talking about you, when
- 8:40Speaker 1: they get through lyne about you. Guess what they're gonna
- 8:43Speaker 1: have to do. They're gonna have to step back and
- 8:45Speaker 1: watch your rise. They're gonna have to kick back and
- 8:49Speaker 1: watch what God got for you, because nothing God got
- 8:51Speaker 1: for you. Can't nobody stop it. I don't care what
- 8:54Speaker 1: they do. Keep moving forward while under attack. You know,
- 9:00Speaker 1: somebody tell you something. Minister Lewis Fairkhan taught me something
- 9:05Speaker 1: very important one day. He says, Steve, remember this. He said.
- 9:09Speaker 1: It is a common thing for a dog to bark
- 9:14Speaker 1: up at the moon. But if the moon balks back
- 9:18Speaker 1: at the dog, the dog becomes famous. You feel me,
- 9:23Speaker 1: the moon was talking to you. What did you? How
- 9:26Speaker 1: did the moon stop and talk to you? Don't give
- 9:29Speaker 1: them that. Let the dog bark up at the moon.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Don't you be up there? You go where God got
- 9:34Speaker 1: you going. Don't bark back at this dog because the
- 9:36Speaker 1: dog come famous because they ain't gonna be able to
- 9:38Speaker 1: get to you. But the dog is famous. Now they
- 9:40Speaker 1: want to interview the dog. Now the dog guess what
- 9:42Speaker 1: he gonna do? More barking? Guess what about you? Man?
- 9:46Speaker 1: Gone about your business, y'all. God is in the blessing
- 9:48Speaker 1: business all day long. Man, Go get in line, get
- 9:52Speaker 1: you some get them packages and boxes ship to you.
- 9:55Speaker 1: They got your name on it show one, two three.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I've got sunshine on a cloudy day when it's cold outside.
- 10:12Speaker 1: I got the month of May. Well, I guess you say,
- 10:17Speaker 1: what can make me feel this way? I'm talking about
- 10:22Speaker 1: my girl, My girl, That's what I'm talking about, my girl.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Good Morning America, Steve Harvey Morning Show starts different every
- 10:35Speaker 1: day because every day is a new day. Why would
- 10:40Speaker 1: I start at the exact same way when today was
- 10:43Speaker 1: not like yesterday? Huh. I'm just asking you. This is
- 10:47Speaker 1: the logic behind why I do what I do in
- 10:50Speaker 1: the morning. But my expectations for great things to happen
- 10:54Speaker 1: remain the same. But I know today will be totally different,
- 10:58Speaker 1: and I expect that, and however it goes, I'm eternally
- 11:02Speaker 1: grateful that I'm here for it. I hope you are too.
- 11:06Speaker 1: This is the dog Gone Dad Gummick, Steve Hardy Mouth functioning,
- 11:14Speaker 1: moaning show, sharing a strong ben with a little dysfunction,
- 11:19Speaker 1: thrown in, thrown in, Good morning, Steve Colin Farrell, I'm
- 11:25Speaker 1: still stuck on my girl. Started with attempts every day, baby,
- 11:29Speaker 1: good morning. You better know it, Junior. That was a temptation.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Slap you through this, Hey, Junior, just having to know
- 11:39Speaker 1: you to know that I was watching. Um. I was
- 11:43Speaker 1: scrolling through Instagram and b two k is back together.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I saw that, Yeah, and apologize to a
- 11:54Speaker 1: Marion on stage. I had no idea the old him
- 12:03Speaker 1: an apology and two yesterday and I saw it and
- 12:08Speaker 1: I said, okay, that's what happened, the beef and squashed. Yeah.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I had no idea to y'all all years. I had
- 12:19Speaker 1: no idea. And I've been with them young dudes a
- 12:22Speaker 1: bunch of times, man, because they was coming on my
- 12:26Speaker 1: shoe and everything. Y'all met them all in the movie
- 12:29Speaker 1: and then I became a little sideline mentor. But I
- 12:32Speaker 1: just did not do a good job of mentoring. They
- 12:35Speaker 1: asked at all because they weren't listening anyway. J Anthony Brown,
- 12:42Speaker 1: what's up, man, I'm with you. I didn't know they
- 12:43Speaker 1: was beef either, had no, nephew, time in the top top.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Let's see we can get told to see back together
- 12:50Speaker 1: now we're working on some and y'all are no No
- 13:00Speaker 1: Casey and Joejoe beef and go to work. But the
- 13:04Speaker 1: us love each other only falling out. They do his
- 13:08Speaker 1: own stage. Your ass out there tonight, you hear me?
- 13:13Speaker 1: Wait till we get out there with this Step Over
- 13:18Speaker 1: tour is back to Step Over. I think Fizz dated
- 13:23Speaker 1: Amarian's baby mama. Yeah, April, Yeah, oh girl, yeah maybe Steven.
- 13:32Speaker 1: You gotta watch Love and Hip Hop Hollywood. All right,
- 13:37Speaker 1: all right, we'll be back with the cello, asked the
- 13:40Speaker 1: cello at thirty two minutes after right after this, you're
- 13:43Speaker 1: listening to show. All right, it is time now for
- 13:48Speaker 1: ask the clo. Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building.
- 13:53Speaker 1: This one clo is from Terry and Saginaw, Michigan. She says,
- 13:58Speaker 1: I'm five ten cur every model, and I met a
- 14:01Speaker 1: handsome man recently at a youth basketball camp. I played
- 14:05Speaker 1: ball in college, so I volunteer as a camp annually.
- 14:09Speaker 1: When we met, we played a game of horse and
- 14:11Speaker 1: I won, so he had to take me out. That
- 14:15Speaker 1: was the bet. He took me to a sports bar
- 14:18Speaker 1: and he had on basketball shorts, footies and slides, and
- 14:22Speaker 1: I was dressed like it was a real date. We've
- 14:25Speaker 1: been hanging out for three weeks and I feel like
- 14:27Speaker 1: one of the boys. How do I get him to
- 14:29Speaker 1: notice my breasts and other assets? Hey, oh, sister, have
- 14:39Speaker 1: you ever thought that the reason he's treating you as
- 14:44Speaker 1: one of the boys is because that's how he sees you?
- 14:50Speaker 1: And he met you on a basketball court doing a
- 14:55Speaker 1: bet in a game of horse and you won the
- 14:58Speaker 1: horse game? Did it ever curry you to lose that game? Yes,
- 15:05Speaker 1: just to feed into the stupid male ego. But now
- 15:11Speaker 1: you to whoop the man? Now the bet was and
- 15:14Speaker 1: who made the bet that who lost would have to
- 15:18Speaker 1: take the other person out? Now he lost, he didn't
- 15:20Speaker 1: want to lose his soul loser, And maybe he don't
- 15:26Speaker 1: He just see you as one of the guys when
- 15:27Speaker 1: he comes to flip flopping the basketball shorts. Y'all been
- 15:30Speaker 1: going out, but y'all, what else y'all doing? Y'all y'all
- 15:33Speaker 1: y'all doing anything like man and woman, boy girl, or
- 15:36Speaker 1: y'all just going to sports bars? How do I get
- 15:41Speaker 1: them to notice your breast. That's easy, That ain't hard.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Go ahead, okay, if you want him to notice your breast,
- 15:57Speaker 1: there's something called cleavage, and once you expose cleavage, we
- 16:03Speaker 1: gonna notice it. Now. We got couple experts on the show. Okay,
- 16:09Speaker 1: that could show you ways to do it if that's
- 16:12Speaker 1: what you want to do it. But we could take
- 16:14Speaker 1: the faux fools that's on the show and show you
- 16:17Speaker 1: how to do it. Now, Sirlen, we may not have
- 16:19Speaker 1: a show if we could do it, but Sarlyn Caller,
- 16:22Speaker 1: like on the radio show, they don't do that. No, no,
- 16:26Speaker 1: we don't And move on. Okay, are you done with
- 16:31Speaker 1: this advice healing? Yeah? I think you are. Angela in Waco.
- 16:35Speaker 1: As we move on, says, my five year old son
- 16:38Speaker 1: came home from school and told me that his teacher
- 16:41Speaker 1: as a big behind. Now, I hadn't seen this teacher
- 16:45Speaker 1: before the pandemic because my ex husband registered our son
- 16:49Speaker 1: to return to school recently. I want to see his
- 16:51Speaker 1: teacher and he was correct. She's gone somewhere and had
- 16:55Speaker 1: a butt lift or shots or something. I don't think
- 16:58Speaker 1: she's effective with the tops anymore. If she has a
- 17:01Speaker 1: five if she has five year olds, talking at her
- 17:03Speaker 1: big booty. Oh, Carla, you want to say it? Am
- 17:10Speaker 1: I reading too much into this? Or should I speak
- 17:14Speaker 1: to the principle this? This is none of your business. God. See,
- 17:21Speaker 1: the problem ain't the lady the wind and got a
- 17:23Speaker 1: butt in the problem is your damn boy. See we
- 17:29Speaker 1: called that's what your boy focused on. That ain't that
- 17:31Speaker 1: lady's fault. And that ain't none of your business. It
- 17:34Speaker 1: has nothing to do with her ability to teach. She's
- 17:38Speaker 1: still effective. It's just your child notices butts. So what
- 17:43Speaker 1: do you want him to do? You have a five
- 17:46Speaker 1: year old boy. There's some educated big butts out there, man,
- 17:52Speaker 1: they really are. But if she's knocking stuff out of
- 17:55Speaker 1: her dask, that might be a problem with you. I mean,
- 17:58Speaker 1: we don't what Jay even she's knocking stuff off the
- 18:02Speaker 1: desk when she changed around, or if she walking down
- 18:05Speaker 1: the aisle and knocking kids glasses off their face, that's
- 18:09Speaker 1: another problem. Here comes miss heywood duck. Everybody. Yeah, she's
- 18:21Speaker 1: looking for a piece of chalk and it's stuck on
- 18:23Speaker 1: her butt and she's looking around for it. Actually be
- 18:27Speaker 1: a problem if every time she right on the blackboard
- 18:31Speaker 1: and turn around and talk to the class, and she
- 18:33Speaker 1: erased it. Now we just now now we messing with
- 18:37Speaker 1: the education at the kids. But until that happened, this
- 18:39Speaker 1: ain't none of your damn beds. And that's probably why you' yes.
- 18:43Speaker 1: And that's probably why your husband went up being registered
- 18:46Speaker 1: to him by herself because one of the other husbands
- 18:50Speaker 1: had called up denser. Man, you got this. You didn't
- 18:55Speaker 1: ate me killing garden. Take him up there myself. Let
- 19:07Speaker 1: me let me take jo on some lunch today and
- 19:09Speaker 1: go sit with it. Just go sit within in Virginia
- 19:15Speaker 1: Beach says. My husband and I have been married for
- 19:18Speaker 1: three years, and he was best friends with my sister
- 19:21Speaker 1: and have been trying to date me for years. I
- 19:23Speaker 1: finally felt for him and we sealed the deal, and
- 19:25Speaker 1: now I'm pregnant with our first child. My hormones have
- 19:29Speaker 1: me crazy, and I get irritated when I hear my
- 19:32Speaker 1: husband and my sister telling stories about their path. It
- 19:36Speaker 1: bothers me that she's closer to him than I am.
- 19:38Speaker 1: What it seemed like, what I seem like an insecure
- 19:41Speaker 1: woman if I asked my sister to back away from
- 19:43Speaker 1: my husband a little bit. Of course, of course you're
- 19:48Speaker 1: going to seem insensitive, and you're going to appear very pregnant,
- 19:53Speaker 1: because if you say your hormones is all over the
- 19:55Speaker 1: place because the pregnancy, which I know nothing about, I
- 19:59Speaker 1: have to take your word for that. So now you
- 20:03Speaker 1: know you didn't have no problem with him being that
- 20:06Speaker 1: close when you was deciding to go with him, and
- 20:09Speaker 1: now all of a sudden you have a problem with
- 20:11Speaker 1: it and it gets on your nerves. I don't know
- 20:15Speaker 1: what I can't help you with, just because will it
- 20:18Speaker 1: stop after you you have the baby? I don't know,
- 20:22Speaker 1: See I don't. I can't. I can't feel the hormones
- 20:25Speaker 1: into this. I don't know how to do that. Thing
- 20:28Speaker 1: will get back in balance, okay, See I don't know
- 20:30Speaker 1: nothing about that. Thank you Carling, Thank you Sherley. But
- 20:34Speaker 1: in the meantime, I'll see something stay unbalanced. So I
- 20:41Speaker 1: have been witness to that too. Her nerves are on
- 20:46Speaker 1: edge a lot. You irritated, all right, all right, thank you, Cielo.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Coming up next, church complaints with Reverend Motown and Deacon
- 20:56Speaker 1: death Jam. Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning
- 21:01Speaker 1: Show coming up at the top of the hour, and
- 21:04Speaker 1: trending news. The super Bowl is four months away, but
- 21:08Speaker 1: everyone is talking about the big halftime show announcement plus
- 21:11Speaker 1: an entertainment news Great Great's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo got
- 21:16Speaker 1: into a shouting match with Denzel Washington. Will tell you
- 21:21Speaker 1: about what happened? What that? Oh yeah, we'll tell you
- 21:24Speaker 1: about Oh you didn't disloyal. It's coming up at the
- 21:32Speaker 1: top of the start, at the top of the hour.
- 21:34Speaker 1: That story is right Now, it's Monday. It's time for
- 21:37Speaker 1: church complaints with Reverend Motown and Deacon death jam full
- 21:45Speaker 1: we today we'll make radio for his full stupidly while
- 21:57Speaker 1: we see it here in inaugural of the anticipation of
- 22:05Speaker 1: today's evaluation. Oh, I know, I know, I am ladiship
- 22:14Speaker 1: in the Gentleman's we is about to get into or
- 22:19Speaker 1: what is this? Or complaints from Bill jack Hart doing
- 22:24Speaker 1: drew his deconduct? Jim with two this or this week's
- 22:29Speaker 1: are ungrateful? This all right? Let's get down the business
- 22:34Speaker 1: past the eyes sister, But Lenda Jones got a weave
- 22:39Speaker 1: put on her eyelids. She fell asleep while she was
- 22:43Speaker 1: getting it done. When she woke up, she couldn't open
- 22:46Speaker 1: her eyes. Now she's asking the church for a personal
- 22:49Speaker 1: assistant until she can get the strength to open her eyes.
- 22:53Speaker 1: That's so that's a new pass. Well, we don't have
- 22:58Speaker 1: any personal assistance avail. But brother Reynard who passed last
- 23:05Speaker 1: summer had a sea and our dog or that it's
- 23:11Speaker 1: been out of work since Brother Reynard's demise and soul.
- 23:18Speaker 1: We go down to the kennel because we've been paying
- 23:21Speaker 1: this kennel bill and get that sea and our dog
- 23:24Speaker 1: out and just put him back to work. All right,
- 23:27Speaker 1: but I cannot training now he's been put away on
- 23:33Speaker 1: a minute, ain't he Well, we ain't got to war.
- 23:35Speaker 1: But she got a eyelashes. She can see, she just
- 23:38Speaker 1: can't see good. She can't get him up. So you
- 23:41Speaker 1: don't need a fully trained seeing our dog. You just
- 23:46Speaker 1: need a dog with harsher capabilities and you could yeah,
- 23:54Speaker 1: like for example, when they get to the curb and
- 23:56Speaker 1: they step off, he don't stand now and and keep
- 24:00Speaker 1: you from stepping off. He barbed. But let you know
- 24:03Speaker 1: it's a trump coming and you want to go out
- 24:06Speaker 1: on out there you on your own right right right
- 24:09Speaker 1: right right right, raised lids out. That's what you needed there,
- 24:15Speaker 1: all right? Pastor the the usher boyd. They are asking
- 24:20Speaker 1: if it's okay to use scooters to move around doing
- 24:23Speaker 1: service since the pandemic they are, they not used to
- 24:26Speaker 1: being on their feet that they lined, so they want
- 24:29Speaker 1: to be able to ride scooters around and change them
- 24:31Speaker 1: take people to their feet. We're not going to be
- 24:34Speaker 1: able to do that because when we were sued by
- 24:40Speaker 1: sister Perneil, you know, she had off weight condition and
- 24:46Speaker 1: she had a hover around at the church as an usher,
- 24:50Speaker 1: and then other overweight people would want to ride with her,
- 24:56Speaker 1: and we ended up replacing eat hover rounds that year.
- 25:02Speaker 1: And you just cost the church too much money. Yeah, yeah,
- 25:07Speaker 1: because she wants they see one ride and they wants
- 25:09Speaker 1: to ride to their seat and then hover rounds ain't
- 25:13Speaker 1: built for that. So I'm gonna have to say no
- 25:16Speaker 1: to that. All right. Let's see he has sister Merlen Reynos,
- 25:23Speaker 1: who is seventy six, says she wants to have one
- 25:27Speaker 1: more child. She said, asked pastor would he consider being
- 25:32Speaker 1: a donor? So pastors, I don't need anybody kid to her.
- 25:38Speaker 1: She won't to hell? What what do she mean by
- 25:41Speaker 1: don't don't or don't? Now? She wants u you the
- 25:46Speaker 1: artificially in exmination path, yo yo yo will at seventy
- 25:52Speaker 1: six and who is just a kid? Decon this? Sister
- 25:57Speaker 1: Merlen Renos tell sister Merle, I have never ever been
- 26:01Speaker 1: attracted to her in any way the word either to
- 26:07Speaker 1: participate in that type of at all. We can't be
- 26:14Speaker 1: ugly like that passing now you no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 26:17Speaker 1: no no no. She can't be ugly after that, the
- 26:24Speaker 1: whole problem. Yeah, so you can't come up with these
- 26:28Speaker 1: ideas at seventy six and come to me with it.
- 26:31Speaker 1: I can't help you. I'm not attracted to her at all.
- 26:36Speaker 1: That's enough. Her and her brother was sitting at service
- 26:42Speaker 1: three weeks ago and I couldn't tell which one was
- 26:46Speaker 1: her brother? What what do you think? Why you're not
- 26:53Speaker 1: doing it? I ain't no way I can. I can't
- 26:57Speaker 1: fal see myself for the fal seeable future. All right now,
- 27:03Speaker 1: all right, let let's him passing. Our sister Rod Leader
- 27:06Speaker 1: burns she lost her two dogs, Mac and Jack and
- 27:10Speaker 1: Uh to high blood pressure, proudly because she was feeding
- 27:14Speaker 1: them table food. But listen, she wants a full homegoing
- 27:19Speaker 1: ceremony for him, and then asking for you to preach
- 27:23Speaker 1: the you legit past. Yeah, we don't do dog going homes.
- 27:28Speaker 1: We don't do that for dogs. Dogs go to heaven.
- 27:32Speaker 1: We don't know where dogs go, nor do our care.
- 27:39Speaker 1: And you know what kind of dog was the deacon?
- 27:42Speaker 1: I don't know. I think Mac was a Saint Bernard,
- 27:47Speaker 1: but I think Jack, uh huh, Mac was a Saint Bernard,
- 27:51Speaker 1: but I think Jack was a uh what was what?
- 27:55Speaker 1: One of them? Lie? But door retrieve us. I think
- 27:57Speaker 1: that big dogs that sat Bernard's gonna need a big casket. Well,
- 28:03Speaker 1: not necessarily, not necessarily. If we do a close casket,
- 28:10Speaker 1: he won't need a big casket. Poor dawn brother ellery Pines,
- 28:15Speaker 1: who's been blind all his life, as we all know,
- 28:19Speaker 1: has come into a miracle. He has been rathlessly gotten
- 28:22Speaker 1: one hundred percent of his big in back. He has
- 28:25Speaker 1: seen his wife's sister Cellsteine for the first time ever
- 28:29Speaker 1: and is now asking for a divorce. Sister Cellstein wants
- 28:33Speaker 1: you to talk to him and see if you can.
- 28:37Speaker 1: I knew that was gonna happen. I knew that was
- 28:40Speaker 1: gonna happen. See sister Cellersteine is friends with the seventy
- 28:47Speaker 1: six year old that wants to have our official systemated baby,
- 28:53Speaker 1: and both of them together well The good thing about
- 28:56Speaker 1: this is the lady with the eyelash problem that you
- 28:59Speaker 1: talked about. There's no two dogs available to cheese. We
- 29:04Speaker 1: gotta go. That's the outside to that right. Two dogs
- 29:09Speaker 1: is available for coming up at the top of the hour.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Thank you, pastor, dog is fresh? Would you? Trending Entertainment
- 29:19Speaker 1: and National News. Right after this, you're listening to the
- 29:23Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show and Trending Entertainment News. Everyone is
- 29:29Speaker 1: still talking about the big super Bowl halftime show. The
- 29:32Speaker 1: super Bowl, we know is a little over four months away,
- 29:36Speaker 1: but now we know who'll be performing in front of
- 29:39Speaker 1: America during halftime. The All Star Pepsi super Bowl fifty
- 29:43Speaker 1: six Halftime Show, put together by the NFL, Pepsi and
- 29:46Speaker 1: Rock Nation, will feature get this line up, guys, Doctor
- 29:51Speaker 1: Dre Snoop Dog, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar. Alright,
- 29:57Speaker 1: this is a lineup all yes, yes, yes, some shady
- 30:05Speaker 1: and don't. One of my favorite rap songs of all time,
- 30:08Speaker 1: Yellow Brick Roll. I still listen to that when I'm
- 30:13Speaker 1: working out because I love that story. I didn't know this,
- 30:19Speaker 1: but this is gonna mark the first time they'll all
- 30:21Speaker 1: perform together. Um and Doctor Dre said, this is this
- 30:26Speaker 1: opportunity to perform at the Super Bowl, have time, show
- 30:29Speaker 1: um and to do it in my own backyard will
- 30:32Speaker 1: be one of the biggest thrills of my career. He says.
- 30:34Speaker 1: I'm grateful to jay Z Rock Nation, the NFL, and Pepsi,
- 30:38Speaker 1: as well as Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary Jay and Kendrick
- 30:41Speaker 1: Lamar for joining me in what will be an unforgettable
- 30:44Speaker 1: cultural moment. The Super Bowl goes down February thirteenth, twenty
- 30:49Speaker 1: twenty two. It's so Fi Stadium in Inglewood, California, England.
- 30:55Speaker 1: They went to the West Side to get the best.
- 30:59Speaker 1: This nice man, that's the show right there. But jay
- 31:02Speaker 1: Z Rock Nation partnership with the NFL, you better recognize
- 31:07Speaker 1: the power of hip hop. That was big, that was
- 31:10Speaker 1: and I just wish they had done R and D
- 31:13Speaker 1: like this, like maybe Charlie Willson and some of them
- 31:16Speaker 1: boys would have gotten Okay, well that ain't gonna happen.
- 31:19Speaker 1: But that's never gonna happen. Never never happened. But this
- 31:23Speaker 1: is just a testament to the dumbest statement I made
- 31:26Speaker 1: in nineteen seventy seven when I heard hip hoop Hotel
- 31:31Speaker 1: holiday Inn. I turned to the him that I was
- 31:35Speaker 1: standing next to me and said, this would not last long.
- 31:41Speaker 1: They're not even sang it. I said that out my
- 31:45Speaker 1: own I remember the day I said, we just at
- 31:48Speaker 1: a party kids state and they played it, and I
- 31:51Speaker 1: turned to the dude that said, this ain't gonna last long. Dog,
- 31:54Speaker 1: they ain't even sing it. I know everybody in here
- 31:56Speaker 1: like this, but y'all can stop all this dancing. This
- 32:00Speaker 1: will be over shot. Forty years later, I swear to god,
- 32:09Speaker 1: I remember making that statement. I know exactly why I
- 32:12Speaker 1: was at a house party. Man as Silver Oaks, I mean,
- 32:14Speaker 1: I mean a Silver Medals, and I remember when it
- 32:17Speaker 1: was playing. I said, okay, yeah, I'll see what y'all doing.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Yeah him him, hop boy, and look at the naya.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Who's gonna stay with that? All right? Moving on my
- 32:35Speaker 1: style culture, good money, I'm missed stolen. Let me get
- 32:40Speaker 1: to this story, guys, because this is all right? And
- 32:43Speaker 1: other trending entertainment news, Twitter is dragging Grey's Anatomy star
- 32:47Speaker 1: Ellen Pompeo, she plays Meredith on the show, telling her
- 32:51Speaker 1: to get somewhere and sit down. She recalled on her
- 32:54Speaker 1: podcast a time when she had a shouting match with
- 32:58Speaker 1: none other than Denzel washed Shington on an episode he directed.
- 33:02Speaker 1: He directed on an episode of Grey's Anatomy, Ellen Pompeo
- 33:06Speaker 1: and Denzel disagreed on how an actor playing a patient
- 33:09Speaker 1: should apologize to her character Meredith. Ellen yelled to the actor,
- 33:13Speaker 1: look at me when you apologize, look at me, and
- 33:17Speaker 1: that wasn't in the dialogue. Denzel wanted her to stick
- 33:20Speaker 1: to the script, and she said he went ham on
- 33:25Speaker 1: her butt. He was like, I'm the director, don't you
- 33:28Speaker 1: tell me what to do? And Ellen said I was like, listen, mother, mmmm,
- 33:33Speaker 1: this is my show, this is my set. Who are
- 33:36Speaker 1: you telling you barely even know where the bathroom is.
- 33:39Speaker 1: She said the fight was the result of two artists
- 33:42Speaker 1: being passionate and fiery, but called out Denzel's lack of experience, saying,
- 33:47Speaker 1: Denzel's a movie star, right, he doesn't know crap about
- 33:50Speaker 1: directing TV. Who come on, I'll just say this and
- 33:57Speaker 1: get out the way. The direction was not about TV
- 34:01Speaker 1: or movie. The directing was about acting. And when we're
- 34:06Speaker 1: talking about who knows a lot about that? I would
- 34:09Speaker 1: venture to say him because as you said, her name,
- 34:12Speaker 1: that her photo don't even pop up in my mind.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I have no idea what this. I don't know, you know,
- 34:20Speaker 1: television at a school. Yeah, but she don't tell them.
- 34:25Speaker 1: The visual don't pop up in my mind, nor do
- 34:28Speaker 1: it pop up in a lot of people's mind there.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Everybody is thank you the fact I got Academy of
- 34:36Speaker 1: Wall raised anatomy. Ain't got nothing all make man to pass.
- 34:46Speaker 1: And I mean, I mean like I mean, And Denzel
- 34:49Speaker 1: is a cool dude. He don't You don't hear about him?
- 34:52Speaker 1: Fine off, So let me ask you, cause so did
- 34:54Speaker 1: she just tell that story on her podcast past? And
- 34:58Speaker 1: it wasn't say with that one for Saint elsewhere, that
- 35:02Speaker 1: show wouldn't even be on. It wouldn't even be on. Yeah,
- 35:05Speaker 1: that's Denzel's first show on. Yeah that dot the show started.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Shut up, some damn one telling her you don't get it.
- 35:17Speaker 1: But I didn't say, Oh that's man, Yeah, I barely
- 35:22Speaker 1: know what a bad room is. Then try just too passionate.
- 35:25Speaker 1: People that ain't got hing to do with that, what
- 35:26Speaker 1: a bad write it. Once you say that to me,
- 35:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna turn and just pee right there. Once you
- 35:30Speaker 1: say that, you think you can say this to me?
- 35:35Speaker 1: Come on, come on, this. Yeah, people were pretty upset
- 35:46Speaker 1: on social media about that one. Steve just sounding disrespectful
- 35:50Speaker 1: on her part. I don't think I don't think it's
- 35:52Speaker 1: that nobody, nobody, nobody heard this at all. If Denzel
- 35:56Speaker 1: Washington blows up on the set, that's news worthy. It is, yes,
- 36:00Speaker 1: it is all right. Moving on, Coming up in twenty
- 36:04Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, we'll look into the mind of
- 36:06Speaker 1: je Anthony Brown. Right after this you're listening show, Come on, Steve,
- 36:13Speaker 1: introduce your buzz that dog goal Jay Anthony Brown. It
- 36:19Speaker 1: is the Atlanta Comedy Theater, twenty second, twenty third in Atlanta, Georgia.
- 36:25Speaker 1: I will be there. As stated earlier in the show,
- 36:30Speaker 1: the halftime show this year at the Super Bowl will
- 36:34Speaker 1: be probably the blackest ever since Beyonce cut the lights out.
- 36:38Speaker 1: It ain't be in this black. But with that being said,
- 36:44Speaker 1: that being said, yeah, across America, there'll be some sounds
- 36:48Speaker 1: and some things that will go on once that halftime
- 36:52Speaker 1: show stops. I will do this in my Southern voice,
- 36:55Speaker 1: so you'll know where in America that happened. You'll hear
- 36:58Speaker 1: stuff like this, Hey, Hey, let's see what's on Fox. Okay,
- 37:03Speaker 1: could you turn it on? Fox. Just turn it on
- 37:05Speaker 1: Fox real quick. When the halftime show shows up with
- 37:09Speaker 1: all these blackens, somebody hit the mute. Somebody pleased, hit
- 37:15Speaker 1: the damn mute. When the halftime shows come on this year,
- 37:21Speaker 1: somebody will say in America, damn eminem hell, I thought
- 37:26Speaker 1: he was with us? Oh my god. When the halftime
- 37:31Speaker 1: show comes on in America, somebody will say the Snoop
- 37:36Speaker 1: Dog is the only one I know. But I know
- 37:39Speaker 1: he was a rapper. I thought he was a cook
- 37:42Speaker 1: because with that white lady. Anyway, somewhere in America, somebody
- 37:48Speaker 1: will say this, guess what, we don't lost the halftime show.
- 37:53Speaker 1: And last, but not least, when the show comes on
- 37:56Speaker 1: across America, somebody will say about Mary Jane Blige, What
- 38:02Speaker 1: in the hell rung with her legs? Is she all right?
- 38:05Speaker 1: Can she walk? Why she walking like that? Hell going on?
- 38:14Speaker 1: Somebody will say these things when the halftime show comes
- 38:18Speaker 1: on across America. That's all I gotta say. I'm done,
- 38:22Speaker 1: We've done. Why don't we have any country Western music?
- 38:30Speaker 1: What happened to get country in weston? Half time? Yeah?
- 38:38Speaker 1: How many he watched? Yeah? Yeah? But it had probably
- 38:45Speaker 1: the most multi start. Now they've had bigger, They've had
- 38:50Speaker 1: prints on that thing. You know, They've had Beyonce on
- 38:53Speaker 1: the thing. I mean, look, they've had But I think
- 38:57Speaker 1: when it comes to multi multi stardom on one stage level, right,
- 39:05Speaker 1: they won't know who doctor dre is because Doctor Drede
- 39:09Speaker 1: most famous for what he does behind the scene. But
- 39:15Speaker 1: but that dude right there is he is hip hop
- 39:19Speaker 1: for real. Yeah, and Snoop and eminem he's a beast. Yeah.
- 39:32Speaker 1: All right, we gotta go, guys. We'll be back with
- 39:34Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this.
- 39:37Speaker 1: You're listening to Steven Show. Trending medical news. We've all
- 39:43Speaker 1: heard that the vaccine could possibly end the pandemic, but
- 39:47Speaker 1: a lot of people will not get vaccinated for whatever reason. Well,
- 39:51Speaker 1: pharmaceutical company Merk just announced on Friday that their anti
- 39:55Speaker 1: viral COVID nineteen pill could cut hospitalizations or deaths by
- 40:00Speaker 1: fifty percent. Now. The drug is called malnupiaver malnupiaver, which
- 40:06Speaker 1: will kind of be like tama flew and it can
- 40:09Speaker 1: be given to the patient when they first developed symptoms,
- 40:12Speaker 1: slowing the spread of the virus and perhaps stop people
- 40:16Speaker 1: from getting really, really sick. Medical experts said this anti
- 40:20Speaker 1: viral pill, along with the vaccines, could transform COVID into
- 40:25Speaker 1: a treatable illness. Mark is seeking FDA approval, hopefully by
- 40:29Speaker 1: the end of the year. So there you go, a pill,
- 40:32Speaker 1: all the shots peels. Yeah, whatever you got. I'm so sick.
- 40:40Speaker 1: All that's on my night stand already. But you know what, man,
- 40:48Speaker 1: I just look, well, skip it. I've said all I
- 40:51Speaker 1: need to say about it. I got a family number
- 40:54Speaker 1: that ain't took it. I've never Yeah, family, we all
- 41:01Speaker 1: do the Hey, don already. Ain't want you at my house.
- 41:08Speaker 1: You you have a real problem pandemic. Take your lands
- 41:17Speaker 1: in the non vaccinated room. That's what you not the
- 41:21Speaker 1: kids table. Yeah, that's outside, right, yeah right, I got
- 41:32Speaker 1: nice little covered area outside out there. It might be raining.
- 41:37Speaker 1: You don't care. Yeah, you can't dressing people. That's a
- 41:49Speaker 1: lot though. I mean, I think though, if you take
- 41:52Speaker 1: it like tama flu, because if you ever had tama flu,
- 41:54Speaker 1: as soon as you get sick with the flu, if
- 41:57Speaker 1: you take tama flu right away, it can help you.
- 41:59Speaker 1: If you wait, eat, if way shot right tama flu,
- 42:04Speaker 1: it won't help you. So maybe people that are scared
- 42:07Speaker 1: of needles, Yes, I like to make this statement. I mean,
- 42:14Speaker 1: if I was afraid of a needle, I bet you
- 42:19Speaker 1: I'm more afraid of a ventilator. Yeah, that's the gold.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Now you're thinking, you're thinking smart, but they don't think
- 42:32Speaker 1: like that. They think they're never gonna get sick because
- 42:34Speaker 1: it's not real. Yeah, I believe that virris is real
- 42:38Speaker 1: because or some pole to believe that that it's not real.
- 42:41Speaker 1: It's fake, all of that. You know, it's political, all
- 42:45Speaker 1: of that, all of that, or some people just feel
- 42:47Speaker 1: like they weren't sick, they didn't get sick, so they're
- 42:50Speaker 1: not gonna get it, do you know what I mean.
- 42:53Speaker 1: So it's like, well, I'm not gonna get it. I'm
- 42:55Speaker 1: just gonna mask up or whatever. Yeah, exactly, Tommy keywords
- 42:59Speaker 1: yet and then the people, this is a free country.
- 43:02Speaker 1: It's my body. If I don't want to take it,
- 43:04Speaker 1: I'm not gonna take it. It's it's a free country.
- 43:10Speaker 1: Let's let's start the argument I heard on the internet,
- 43:13Speaker 1: and they add an s to it that internet. Internet. Well,
- 43:19Speaker 1: the company Murk Tommy is seeking FDA approval, hopefully by
- 43:23Speaker 1: the end of the year, so we're looking probably twenty
- 43:25Speaker 1: twenty two next year. I'm taking that peel on both
- 43:29Speaker 1: ends in the mouth and this apository, I'm putting it
- 43:32Speaker 1: in both sides. I tell you, I'm gonna be on
- 43:39Speaker 1: time for you to step in here. After he said
- 43:41Speaker 1: that that, we just can't let that go. Just t
- 43:50Speaker 1: that's the only way. Yeah, I'm asking everybody. Would you
- 43:53Speaker 1: take it that way? The only way you could take it? Yes,
- 43:57Speaker 1: whatever it takes, man, I'm talking about. Just try to relax.
- 44:03Speaker 1: Here we go. Shut up. See mister Harvey. Stop greeting
- 44:09Speaker 1: me your teeth. You're making it worse, mister Harvey. Mister Harvey, listen,
- 44:17Speaker 1: we have other patients waiting. I'm trying, man, I'm trying.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Hold on, hold on, hold on, I'm trying. All right,
- 44:26Speaker 1: we gotta go. Coming up next, it is the nephew
- 44:28Speaker 1: with today's praying phone call. Right after this. You guys
- 44:31Speaker 1: are crazy. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming
- 44:37Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, right about four
- 44:39Speaker 1: minutes after, it's today's Strawberry Letter, the subject he's got
- 44:43Speaker 1: a weak mind and other things. We'll get into that
- 44:46Speaker 1: in just a little bit, but right now, the nephew
- 44:48Speaker 1: is here with today's Praying Phone call what you got
- 44:51Speaker 1: for his NAF Oh stupid you want me to be?
- 44:54Speaker 1: You know if you lay that out from me, you
- 44:56Speaker 1: know because I got grey, I got levels of stupidity.
- 44:58Speaker 1: You understand what I'm saying. If you try to, if
- 45:01Speaker 1: you try to flow with me, you were always a
- 45:07Speaker 1: level ten of stupid ten okay, every day, right, I
- 45:12Speaker 1: mean it measures up like like when we when we
- 45:14Speaker 1: go in jay mine, we go deep. You see, now
- 45:17Speaker 1: we're friend to go to the stupidity level. You're going
- 45:19Speaker 1: to level ten this right here. You need one of you.
- 45:23Speaker 1: I'm going to stop you right now. Neither one of
- 45:26Speaker 1: you should be using the rod deep when you're describing yourself. Mind.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Go ahead, you can keep going, but let's let's cut
- 45:35Speaker 1: this deep out. Hey, that's my brother and we deep together. Okay,
- 45:39Speaker 1: we deep. I just asked you double deep with double due.
- 45:47Speaker 1: All right, here we go. This right here is K

- 53:02Speaker 1: baby came too much. You did an eleven. I asked

- 53:20Speaker 1: I don't care what my brother told you, but if
- 53:23Speaker 1: you come over him message with my wife and my family.

- 54:18Speaker 1: We could be reading your letter live on the air.
- 54:24Speaker 1: It's like we're going to read this one right here,
- 54:26Speaker 1: right now. That's for you, Jake could be yours. You
- 54:28Speaker 1: never know, you never know. Buckle up and hold on tight.
- 54:31Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 54:35Speaker 1: Thank you if you subject, He's got a weak mind
- 54:37Speaker 1: and other things. Dear Stephen Shirley, I've been with my
- 54:40Speaker 1: man for about five years, and he is a nice,
- 54:43Speaker 1: kind hearted Christian man. We met at a work convention
- 54:48Speaker 1: and he told me that he was divorced. This is
- 54:50Speaker 1: all we have in common. It took me a few
- 54:53Speaker 1: years to notice how he's clingy and soft. I hate
- 54:56Speaker 1: to call a man weak, but he has no backbone
- 54:59Speaker 1: when it comes to putting someone in their place, including me.
- 55:02Speaker 1: He is at his mother's beck and call, and she
- 55:05Speaker 1: gives him her grocery list every two weeks for him
- 55:08Speaker 1: to shop for her. It's okay for him to take
- 55:10Speaker 1: care of his mother, but she is able body and
- 55:13Speaker 1: she goes to card games and church so she can
- 55:16Speaker 1: go to the grocery store. Then there's our sex life.
- 55:20Speaker 1: He's always whimpering and moaning softly, and it's a turn off.
- 55:24Speaker 1: I know you're wondering how I stayed with him for
- 55:26Speaker 1: so long, and it's because I just started noticing he's
- 55:29Speaker 1: a week in bed. I had an affair on him,
- 55:33Speaker 1: and I got my back readjusted and my spine aligned
- 55:36Speaker 1: in the first two minutes of sex. This was a
- 55:40Speaker 1: manly man that talked nasty and did all the things
- 55:44Speaker 1: he said he was going to do. Now I'm at
- 55:46Speaker 1: home dazed and confused. Right, I'm sorry you had a
- 55:54Speaker 1: moment sor right now I'm at home dazed and confused,
- 55:58Speaker 1: and I don't want my man and to touch me.
- 56:01Speaker 1: I want badly to leave my boyfriend and be with
- 56:03Speaker 1: the new guy. But he stated up front that he
- 56:07Speaker 1: was only in it for the sex. He knows I'm
- 56:09Speaker 1: starting to fall for him, so he's been doing extra
- 56:13Speaker 1: in the bedroom to get me hooked, and he jokes
- 56:15Speaker 1: about it afterwards. I wish there was a way to
- 56:18Speaker 1: teach my man all the things this guy knows. I
- 56:22Speaker 1: asked him if he wants to watch porn, and he
- 56:24Speaker 1: asked what has gotten into me? I almost told him
- 56:28Speaker 1: what it was, but I held back. Now I can't
- 56:31Speaker 1: sleep and I can't get the new guy out of
- 56:33Speaker 1: my mind. Should I keep settling from mister week or
- 56:36Speaker 1: just break up with him? How important is sex in
- 56:40Speaker 1: a relationship? All right, we're gonna go back just a moment.
- 56:43Speaker 1: First of all, what is wrong with getting grocery for
- 56:46Speaker 1: his mom? Every two weeks she gives him the list,
- 56:48Speaker 1: He goes to the grocery store, gets the stuff, and
- 56:50Speaker 1: drops it off. I mean, he just sounds like a
- 56:52Speaker 1: good son to me. But you're trying to make it
- 56:54Speaker 1: out like he's a mama's boy or something. That's not
- 56:57Speaker 1: the case here. It really isn't as how important sex is.
- 57:02Speaker 1: I mean, it's not the most important thing, but it
- 57:05Speaker 1: is definitely up there in the top three to five. Okay.
- 57:08Speaker 1: Whether it's important to us or not is not the issue, though,
- 57:12Speaker 1: because it's obviously very very very important to you, and
- 57:18Speaker 1: so much so that you've cheated on your man and
- 57:21Speaker 1: are considering leaving him for sex, leaving him for a
- 57:27Speaker 1: man who told you out of his mouth that all
- 57:30Speaker 1: he wants from you with sex. He told you that upfront, okay,
- 57:34Speaker 1: and now he jokes about it with you. So what
- 57:37Speaker 1: are you willing to do for sex? Is risk everything?
- 57:41Speaker 1: That's what you're willing to do. That's stupid, That is
- 57:44Speaker 1: definitely not smart. And I do think you can gently
- 57:48Speaker 1: teach a man what pleases you if you're both into it.
- 57:52Speaker 1: That would not be settling, as you call it. It
- 57:55Speaker 1: would simply be working on your relationship, as many committed
- 57:59Speaker 1: adults do every single day. But you're too busy thinking
- 58:03Speaker 1: the grass is greener with this other guy, and that
- 58:06Speaker 1: to me has disaster written all over it. For you
- 58:10Speaker 1: because he so much has told you he doesn't want you,
- 58:13Speaker 1: and you're not gonna change him. You're not, Steve. Well,
- 58:20Speaker 1: you've been with your man for about five years now.
- 58:24Speaker 1: Your subject is he's got a weak mind and other things.
- 58:28Speaker 1: How this than lasted five years? You asked me that
- 58:31Speaker 1: in the letter, But I really want to know how
- 58:33Speaker 1: to hell this than lasted five years? He's nice, kind
- 58:37Speaker 1: hearted Christian gentleman. We met at a word convention. For convention.
- 58:42Speaker 1: He told me he was divorced. And that's all we
- 58:45Speaker 1: have in common, right there. This your fault. This your
- 58:49Speaker 1: fault because he was a kind, nice Christian man. You
- 58:52Speaker 1: know how many of them out there. But you wanted him.
- 58:55Speaker 1: But that's all y'all head in common from day one.
- 59:00Speaker 1: That's no reason to start a relationship. It took me
- 59:03Speaker 1: a few years to notice how he's clingy and soft.
- 59:07Speaker 1: I take a few years. But okay, I hate to
- 59:11Speaker 1: call him man weak, but he ain't got no backbone
- 59:13Speaker 1: when he comes to putting somebody in their place, including me.
- 59:16Speaker 1: Women don't like that. Women do not like weak men. Okay,
- 59:23Speaker 1: he's at his mother's beck and call and she gives
- 59:25Speaker 1: him a grocery list every three weeks for him to
- 59:27Speaker 1: shop for her. It's okay for him to take care
- 59:29Speaker 1: of his mother. But he's able body to she able
- 59:32Speaker 1: body to go to card games and churchill, she can
- 59:34Speaker 1: go to grocery store. This is a mama's boy. I
- 59:38Speaker 1: don't care what Sharley told you. This a mama's boy.
- 59:42Speaker 1: He's weak, he's soft, and he clingy, and he had
- 59:46Speaker 1: his mama's becking call. This is a mama's boy. And
- 59:52Speaker 1: how do you become weak and clingy and soft by
- 59:56Speaker 1: hanging up under your mama. He never grew out of it.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: But you picked him because he was a nice, soft
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Christian man. Now that's what you got, little soft dude,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: not the Bible. That's great, But then your next line is,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: then there's our sex life. See he's swear the little
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: scriptures and everything because you want something else to happen.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: And here and here he knows all of the scriptures.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: He knows psalms. He all up in the Book of Ruth.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: And nobody read the Book of Ruth in the words
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: saying Ruth. But he all up in Ruth. All right,
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: we'll have part two of Steve's refunds coming up. A
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour, subject he's got a
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: weak mind and other things. We'll get back into it
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, all right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject he's got a
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: weak mind and other things. Yeah, this woman got this man,
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: she say got a weak mind and other things. They've
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: been together five years. The only thing they got in common,
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: according to the letters, that they've both been divorced, and
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: that's all they got in common. Took us some years
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: to notice. He's clinging soft but he's at his mama's
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: back in call. He go get her groceries every two weeks.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: She's able body and everything, but he can't stand up
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: to nobody, including her. He has no backbone. Based on
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: this lady that wrote the letter, and now we dealing
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: with a mama's boy. Then here we go. Then there's
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: our six. He's always whippering and moaning softly, and it's
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: a turn off. I know it is. See I don't
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: nobody wanted And if somebody is that that's whippering and
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: moaning like when he used to fall off his bike,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: He's gonna lay on his mama's lap, See this's what
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: she got. This is what mama's boys do. They whippering,
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: They moan, and he's weak in bad now here we go.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: I hadn't to fawn on him. And in one affair.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: Listen to what happened doing this affair. You ready for this,
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: because this boy wouldn't have been here weekend in moaning
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: and whippering. In one affair, she got her spine a
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: line and her back readjusted. All listened two minutes of six.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: This boy, right, he'll was laning it. You don't want her.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: This was a manly man, that nasty and did all
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: the things he said he was gonna do. See that's
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: y'all asked me a long time ago, what is the
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: number one rule of manhood? And what did I tell y'all?
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: It was, do what you say you're gonna do. Everybody
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: will respect you. He told, huh, I'm gonna just your
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: damn back and re aligned your spine. And guess what
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: he did. He went right up in that and did
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: just that. Because you weren't dealing with this little weekends
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: boy you got, you was dealing with Tha, the god
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: of thunder came up in there with a hammel and
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: was just up in that doing everything he said he
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: was gonna do, aligning your back and adjusting your spine
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: and some other things too. I bet now I'm at home.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Days didn't confuse because your eyes is looking at each
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: other now because you don't know what every time you
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: shut your eyes you think of him. Your eyes is
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: looking at each other. And I'm confused. And now I
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: don't want my man to touch me. Now you don't
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: want a little weekend that was good? So good? Just
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: feels Oh baby, that ain't what Thor, the god or
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: wonder look the Thor, the god of love was in.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Now we're ham all crazy, ah, just opening up your
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: nasal passages. So now I want badly to leave my
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: boyfriend and be with this new guy. But he stated
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: up front he was only in it the sex. Well,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: he told you that ain't don't need to leave in
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: your man for him because he don't want you like that.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: He knows I'm starting to fall from him, so he's
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: just been doing extra in the bedroom to get me
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: hook and he jokes about it afterwards. I wish that
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: was a way to teach my man all the things
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: this guy knows. Well, it's not I can just tell
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: you that right now, he's not Don't even go in
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: there and put this pressure on this last boy, because
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: he's gonna be do none of this right here. He
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: is who he is. You have weak men, and you
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: have strong men, you have smart men, you have dumb men,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: you got good men, you got bad men. You got
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: a weak one. You said it, and you're not. He
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: nothing to come up here and do this here. I
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: asked him if he wants to watch pawn, and he
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: asked me, what's gotten into you? Well I could have
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: told him what they got into you? Thor fu fuck
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: the god of fund him far got into you and
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: adjusted box and realign this fines and in that with
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: his hammer. That's what then got into you. Now I
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: can't sleep and I can't get the new guy out
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: of my mind. Should I keep settling from mister weak
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: or just break up with it? How important is sex
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: in the relationship? Well, I don't see how you're gonna
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: stay with him because your mind is my mind. My
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: bode is here with you, but my mind is on
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: the other side of time. Come home, Oh messing mute around. See,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: you can't keep your your body's here with a little
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: weak boarder. But your mind is on a thought of
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: God and love thunder over on the other side. Now
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: you say, how important is sex in the relationship? Well,
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: it's not number one because the most important thing in
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: the relationship is love. But right after love, that sex,
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: right after love. All right, Thank you, Steve. Post your
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: comments on today's Strawberry Letter at Steve Harvey FM on

- 1:07:19Speaker 1: to this. Yeah, oh yeah, get it now. No, you're
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well, guys, October
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: means a holiday season has officially begun. A first Halloween.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Here's a costume alert. By the way, there is a
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: sex syat Bernie Sanders costume for sale just in time
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: for Halloween. It includes a greatcoat, cozy mittens, and a
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: face mask to mimic Sanders the way he was looking
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: in the twenty twenty presidential inauguration. Yeah. As far as
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: what makes it sexy, you ask, Well, here we go.
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: The luck doesn't come with any pans. Okay you yeah,
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: what you think, Steve, I missed the whole thing. You
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: don't remember Bernie Sanders his stance at the inauguration? Yeah yeah,
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: and it was a meme on everything. So that's the
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: Halloween outfit. Yeah, no pans anybody wearing on this show. Well, um, Steve,
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: this story is just for you. As we move on,

- 1:08:48Speaker 1: despite some issues during the year, there should be plenty
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: of trees to go around for the holidays. You know,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: talk about I don't hear about Christmas tree short and
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: aren't trying to get none of that tree? I know,
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: I know he's so serious about him. Growers did face
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: some difficulties during the growing Rowers as what is this
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: story about? Shit, it's about trees and Christmas, and they're
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: what they're gonna say, Well, what is they trying? All
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: right now? Listen, this is what had happened, Steve. They
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: faced some difficulties during the growing season that included a
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: heat everybody had COVID go ahead. It was a heat
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: wave and we had a rough fan. Damn them trees.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: What else? Well, the tree suffered burns, Steve, That's what
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: the problem was, burd Yes, have they seen the number
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: of lives we've lost during COVID Yes, Saint about no
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: damn trees, now go ahead, can you let me get
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: it out? How about growers suggests this is a good
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: year for people to try something new since size and
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: she's variety may differ from years past. I'm not trying
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: a damn thing new. They expected natural looking trees, which
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: were more which were more open and layered, to be
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: more widely available. You got to get an artificial treat.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: That's that's what I'm saying. That's the thing. Look at
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: his damn artificial treat. I bet somebody better bring me
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: a big ass treat. They have to have artificial trees
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: that smell like real cheese. Damn what they smell like? Jay,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: you get Sports Talk with Junior at the top of
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this. You're listening morning show. All right, Junior,
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: what you got in sports talk? Okay? It is man,

- 1:11:04Speaker 1: a man. Washington beat the Atlanta Falcons thirty four to thirty.
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: Damn Falcons. Man, y'all messed up one of my parlay picks.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: I had the four underdog teams picked. I was fitting
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: to win thirty two hundred dollars and the damn Falcons
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: with forty six seconds. Man, whatever, Atlanta, all right? Houston,

- 1:11:39Speaker 1: big dog thirty six to twenty eight, the Cowboys over
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: the Panthers. Man, and it wasn't looking good, but that
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: dark Man. As much as I don't like the Dallas Cowboys,
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: as much as I love Jerry Jones, all the former players,
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: Emmy Michael, yeah, crime, I love Dak, I like Zekiel,
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: I love I love jer I just do not like
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: the damn Cowboys. But they thank you for that. Yesterday,
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: here we go. Man. We got the Dulphins losing to
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: the coach twenty seven to seventeen. I didn't know Winch
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: was playing. I would have picked the coach my bad.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: Yeah man, okay. The Giants, oh they off the zero,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: they got it off. They got their first win of
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: the season over the Saints. My husband so mad today. Today,
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: big day for the Chiefs. They beat the Eagles forty
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: two to thirty. You called it up, okay, but he'll
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: go one. This is explaining this one man. The Cardinals
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: beat the Rams thirty seven to twenty. Man, that that
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: surprised me. But I'm gonna get right back on the
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: Cardinal bad wagon. That was quick. That surprise you. This
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: was surprising. The Seattle Seahawks beating the forty nine Its
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: twenty eight to twenty one. Yeah, yeah, yeah, now can
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: well you know what Cleveland Browns over the Minnesota Vikings
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: fourteen seven, and that's all that matters. That's all that matters.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: Yeah man, they go one man emotionally returned back to
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: New England. You know, Tom Brady did it again. The
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: Buccaneers beat the New England Pagers nineteen seventeen. Last minute
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: fiell go missed by New England. It's a win. It's
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: a win. Nobody shocked by this one though. The Packers
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: over the Steelers twenty seven to seventeen. Many you have.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: It's the time for being Roethlisberger to go. No, I don't.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Can I hope he's stay Yeah if they keep yeah,
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: stay stay we got we got the Ravens over the
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: Broncos twenty three to seven. Man, what a crazy enter
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: that game? You being picked? That on you? You're on
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: a hot streak, man, But what about tonight? Who who
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: is it tonight? Come on, man, Las Vegas Raiders and
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: the Los Angeles Chargers. School be a game, man. But
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: I'm just gonna tell you right now, I'm gonna have
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: to go with you to go to the Ram Raiders. Man, Raiders. Yeah,
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: you know that both go. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: That's yeah, there's a Las Vegas Raids Ram Raiders and
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: that's getting me good. But I didn't. I didn't. I
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: didn't pick this week give it to me game. But
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: if I had to be a betting man, it's hard
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: because is that is that Stefford that's out there at
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: the Rams that it's a Charger that's justin Herbert? Oh
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: oh oh oh, this is the Chargers that's play Yeah yeah,

- 1:14:46Speaker 1: it's it's it's it's it's it's gonna be a good
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: one man. But I'm with you, Uk, I think the
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: Raiders got this man. It's just something different about this
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: team this season. Man. They look good. They look good. Offensor,
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: Derek car didn't. He took a lot of criticism. This
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: boy's showing up this year. Yeah, I'm Luke man. I'm
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: a little disappointed because I had a great I had
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: picked a lot of underdog teams. I picked the Jets,
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: I picked the Giants, I picked another one, and I
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: picked the Foukers, and my I was fitting wind thirty
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: two honey and Danie Fulkers lost with thirty two seconds
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: through it. Y'all answer all right, guys, thank you, Junior,
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: Thank you, Steve. We'll be back with more of the
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show at twenty minutes after. Right after this,
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. In weird News,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: a Turkish man who joined a search party to find
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: a missing person was happy, really happy when the person
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: was found, and also very shocked to learn that the
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: missing person he was looking for it was himself. This
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: is how it went down. Fifty year old man, listen
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: to this guy's fifty year old man got drunk one
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: night and just wandered into the woods. I mean, you
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: know how that happens, right? His friend reported him missing,
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: prompting locals to form a search party. After hearing about
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: a missing person, the man decided to join the search party,
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: not realizing that he was the one reported looking for him.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: It wasn't until he heard others shouting his name that
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: he realized what was going on and replied, Hey, I'm here, here,
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: I am, it's you found me. How you look for yourself?
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: That is how many times has it happened? When you
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: get drunk and wander into the woods, You look for
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: your damn self. Man, know where I was, But to
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: look for myself, that's that's the other level of can
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: I not find me? Look behind the rocks? Pep? Have
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: you ever been drunk and wandered into the woods? Are
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: you kidding me? Yeats coming up? More of the Steve
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show at thirty three minutes after right after
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: this you're listening to show? All right, it is time
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: now for ask the CLO. Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: in the building. This one CLO is from Terry and Saginaw, Michigan.
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: She says, I'm five ten, curvy model, and I met
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: a handsome man recently at a youth basketball camp. I
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: played ball in college, so I volunteer as a camp annually.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: When we met, we played a game of horse and
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: I won, so he had to take me out. That
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: was the bet. He took me to a sports bar
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: and he had on basketball shorts, footies and slides and
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: I was dressed like it was a real date. We've
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: been hanging out for three weeks and I feel like
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: one of the boys. How do I get him to
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: notice my breasts and other assets? Hey, sisterhood, have you
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: ever thought that the reason he's treating you as one
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: of the boys is because that's how he sees you?
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: And he met you on a basketball court doing a
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: bet in a game of horse and you won the
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: horse game? Did it ever curry you to lose that
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: game just to feed into the stupid male ego? But
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: now you're the whooped the man? Now the bet was,
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: and who made the bet that who lost would have
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: to take the other person out. Now he lost, he
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: want to lose his soul loser, And maybe he don't.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: He just see you as one of the guys when
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: he comes to flip flop the basketball shorts. Y'all been
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: going out, But y'all, what else y'all doing? Y'all, y'all,
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: y'all doing anything like man and woman, boy girl, or
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: y'all just going to sports bars out? How do I
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: get them to notice your breast? That's easy, go ahead,
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: o the okay, if you want them to notice your breast,
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: there's something called cleavage, and once you expose cleavage, we
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: gonna notice it. Now, we got a couple of experts
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: on the show that could show you ways to do
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: it if that's what you want to do it. But
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: we could take the faux fools that's on the show
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: and show you how to do it now, Sirlen, we
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: may not have a show if we could do it,
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: But Shirlyn Caller, like on the radio show, they don't
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: do that. No, no, we don't And move on. Okay,
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: are you done with this advice healing? I think you
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: are coming up. It is our last break of the day.
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: We'll have more tomorrow. Today we're out, okay, all right,
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: And in forty nine minutes after the hour, we'll have
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: some closing remarks. From the one and only, our fearless leader,
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: our Captain Steve Harvey. Right after this you're listening to
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: all Right here we are guys on this Monday, our
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: last break of the day. This is it. Like Jay says,
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: there are no more, We're out. I have some closing
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: remarks today. Um. I was thinking about something and I said, wow,
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: you know what, man, I want to share this with
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: people because I had to readjust my thinking. Uh and
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: once I did, that change my success process. And I
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: often hear people making excuses for why they're not successful.
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: So my closer remarks to day is to help you
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: with that part of it. Right here, Listen to this, y'all.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: It's an adjustment. It's a mental adjustment that you have
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: to make. It's a slight change in the way you're
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: saying things. So here's what I'm saying to you. Stop
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: making excuses why not? Listen to me carefully, stop making
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: excuses why not? And make those excuses your why two. See,
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: I've thought about this thing, man. Most of this excuses
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: that I've heard from myself and from other people. If
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: you took those same excuses that you're using as why
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: you're not accomplishing something while you're not doing something why
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: you're not successful. If you took those same excuses and
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: turn them around and made those excuses your why too,
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: it would be a game changer. See, you need reasons
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: why you should be successful. That's what you need. You
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: don't need excuses. You need to find reasons why you
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: should be successful. Listen, If your excuse is i'm poor,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: well I would do this, but I ain't got I'm poor.
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: That's a good reason that you should use to make
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: more money. See, the thing that you're using as the
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: excuse should oftentimes become the reason or the motivation if
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: you think about it. But it's up to you now
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: you have to make that adjustment. So if you're sick
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: and tired of being poor, that's a good reason to
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: want to be motivated to make a little spent more money. Now,
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: if your excuse is I don't know the right people.
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: Ever heard that before? Man, I just ain't I just
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: don't know that I ain't met the right people, then
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: that's why you need to start associating with a new group. See,
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: you're not knowing the right people can't be the excuse.
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: It has to be the reason for you to do
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: something else. You need to start associating with a new group.
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: You know something. It's easy to meet people, It really is.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: It's easy to meet people. You've met all the people
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: you know. How hard was it? You just went to
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: where they was doing a certain thing and you was
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: participating in that certain thing, and then they became an
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: associate of yours. You have to change that. You have
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: to use those same reasons why not to turn them
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: into the reason why too. Your excuse is no one
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: ever taught me how? Well, if nobody ever taught you how,
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: then don't you think that's a good reason that you
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: need to train and educate yourself. See that excuse of
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: nobody ever taught me how? So what they got the Internet? Now?
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: You know you can google anything. If ain'tybody ever taught
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: you how, this is a perfect time for you to
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: train and educate yourself. Stop using these excuses for why
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: not and get these reasons and use them as the
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: why too. If your excuse is your family, your excuse
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: is your family? My family? This my family? That excuse
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: me get some friends? See, you actually get to pick
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: your friends. You were born into the family, and if
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: you were born into the wrong family, pick yourself some friends.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: Association brings on participation. My family I love them to death,
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: but I can only go so far with them. We
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: can only talk about certain things. We got to stop.
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: The conversation ends because they're not going where I'm going.
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: They don't they don't want what I want. Now, I
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: got some other friends I can bring all these subjects
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: up to. So stop using the excuse that, well, it's
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: my family. Skip your family, get yourself some friends. You
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: get to pick those people. I don't know what to
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: do next, that's your excuse. Well, that would be a
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: good time to develop a relationship with God, wouldn't you say?
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: If you don't ever know what to do next, If
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: you're stuck because you don't know what to do next,
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: this excuse is a good reason to develop a relationship
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: with God, because guess what, I bet he knows what
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: to do next. Trust me, I had to turn that
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: way many times. I'll be turning that way today. I
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: don't know how. I don't know how I'm gonna do that.
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: I just don't know how I'm gonna do it. Then,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: guess what, this is a good reason for you to
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: use your faith. I don't know how I don't see how.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: I don't see how I'm gonna make that happen. Well,
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: you need to develop your faith. Faith is the belief
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: in things you cannot see. I didn't see my life
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: I have today, but I faith that I believe that
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: I would have some type of life. And then He
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: messed around and gave me exceedingly abundantly over all, I thought,
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: I asked, that's the beautiful thing about that relationship with God?
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: And let's how about this right, I don't have a plan. Well,
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: if you don't have a plan, guess what you need
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: to dream. You need to dream about something to put
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: a plan to stop using your excuses why not and
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: take those same excuses and make it your why too.
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: Come on, y'all, it's a mental adjustment. All you have
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: to do is changed the way you think from negatives
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: to positive, and the results immediately will follow. It's automatically
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: done that way. Thank you for listening, And if you
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: didn't listen, it's okay too. I'll have something else tomorrow.
