- 0:01Speaker 1: House Republicans have just stated they're going to move to
- 0:05Speaker 1: strip the security clearances from any official who said in
- 0:10Speaker 1: twenty twenty that the release of the Hunter Biden emails
- 0:15Speaker 1: had the quote classic earmarks of a Russian information or
- 0:20Speaker 1: disinformation operation. GOP is now moving to effectively strip the
- 0:26Speaker 1: clearances from these ex top American officials who knew they
- 0:32Speaker 1: were lying to the American people. The policy was included
- 0:35Speaker 1: as a much larger bill funding US defense. A House
- 0:40Speaker 1: Democrat called out the proposal, warned about the President, it
- 0:43Speaker 1: would set what that people that lie of the American
- 0:45Speaker 1: people don't get to keep their security clearance. I think
- 0:47Speaker 1: it's a great president to set you. Democrats are now
- 0:51Speaker 1: losing their minds. House Republicans say, hey, we should strip
- 0:56Speaker 1: the security clearances of any intelligence or defense official who
- 1:01Speaker 1: signed onto that October twenty twenty statement that raised the
- 1:04Speaker 1: question of whether the release of Hunter Biden's emails was
- 1:07Speaker 1: part of a rustling disinformation campaign. Now, when they decided
- 1:11Speaker 1: to sign that letter, they already knew. Many of those
- 1:16Speaker 1: people already knew because they were involved in it, that
- 1:19Speaker 1: the Steele dossier was a lie. And they continued to
- 1:24Speaker 1: allow Trump to be impeached. And they already knew that
- 1:27Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop was real and that the FBI
- 1:30Speaker 1: had a copy of it, and then they decided to
- 1:32Speaker 1: lie to you and tell you that it wasn't. So
- 1:36Speaker 1: these were people that lied to you on the biggest
- 1:39Speaker 1: stories that would have had the biggest impact on the election.
- 1:43Speaker 1: How big they felt it was important to lie to
- 1:47Speaker 1: you to make sure their guy, Joe Biden, got elected.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Now this is part of a much larger bill funding
- 1:53Speaker 1: US defense. More than fifty former intelligence officials, including MERCIA
- 2:00Speaker 1: director Mike Hayden, Leon Panetta, and John Brennan, signed the letter,
- 2:05Speaker 1: raising serious questions about the New York Post story concerning
- 2:11Speaker 1: emails from Biden's laptop. They already knew that laptop was authentic.
- 2:15Speaker 1: They already knew that the government had a copy of it.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Politico reported at the time that the letter was provided
- 2:22Speaker 1: to the publication by Nick Shapiro, a former top aide
- 2:27Speaker 1: under John Brennan who was working for you guessed it
- 2:31Speaker 1: the Biden campaign. The letter did not propose a single
- 2:36Speaker 1: shred of evidence of Russian action or collusion, or even
- 2:43Speaker 1: explicitly suggested that Moscow was behind the Hunter Biden laptop story. Rather,
- 2:50Speaker 1: the letter said the circumstances surrounding its publication raised significant doubt.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Was the way the letter phrased it quote, we want
- 2:59Speaker 1: to sides that we do not know if the emails
- 3:02Speaker 1: provided to the New York Post by President Trump's personal
- 3:05Speaker 1: attorney Rudy Giuliani are genuine or not. That's a lie.
- 3:08Speaker 1: They knew they were genuine, and they went on to
- 3:12Speaker 1: stand the letter that we do not have evidence of
- 3:14Speaker 1: Russian involvement, just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious
- 3:19Speaker 1: that the Russian government played a significant role in this case.
- 3:24Speaker 1: They had no evidence to back up that claim. Then
- 3:29Speaker 1: the fix was in Twitter restricted sharing of that article.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Facebook suppressed that article. The news media in places like
- 3:39Speaker 1: CNN refuse to talk about that article. We also know
- 3:44Speaker 1: from the Twitter files that the Deep State knew that
- 3:47Speaker 1: they were missleading the American people by trying to tell
- 3:51Speaker 1: Twitter and Facebook not to allow the story to air.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Now years later keyword years later, because that's how long
- 3:59Speaker 1: it took for them to meant that it was real.
- 4:01Speaker 1: The Washington Post commissioned two security experts who quickly verified
- 4:06Speaker 1: the thousands of the emails in the hard drive that
- 4:08Speaker 1: contained copies of Biden's emails, photos, and other messages and
- 4:13Speaker 1: that was left to Delaware computer repair shop were in
- 4:16Speaker 1: fact authentic. They knew that before. They just didn't want
- 4:19Speaker 1: to tell you before election day. Representive Betty McCollum, the
- 4:24Speaker 1: top Democrat the Defense Related Appropriations Panels, slammed the Republicans
- 4:28Speaker 1: for including the provision of the bill, saying this quote,
- 4:32Speaker 1: it is the role of this committee to ban individuals
- 4:34Speaker 1: from having security clearances for signing their name to a
- 4:37Speaker 1: letter expressing their opinions, as ordained in the Constitution, the
- 4:43Speaker 1: Column of Minnesota said, and her open remarks saying this
- 4:47Speaker 1: is disgusting. Well, let's be clear, when you abuse your
- 4:51Speaker 1: security clearance to try to sway an election and politicize
- 4:54Speaker 1: your security clearance and the security clearance that we give
- 4:57Speaker 1: you in this country for political reasons, knowing that you're
- 5:00Speaker 1: lying to the American people, that has nothing to do
- 5:03Speaker 1: with your opinion. That has to do with you abusing
- 5:08Speaker 1: your power that we've given you. You still can have
- 5:10Speaker 1: your opinion, we just shouldn't give you the security clearance
- 5:13Speaker 1: to abuse it. The inclusion of the so called policy
- 5:18Speaker 1: writers is much larger and a much larger funding bill
- 5:21Speaker 1: is also commonplace in Washington, especially bills funding US troops
- 5:26Speaker 1: and the Pentagon. While some of these policies become law,
- 5:29Speaker 1: many are often stripped out when a Democrat led Senate
- 5:32Speaker 1: passes its own legislation, and that certainly could happen. That's
- 5:37Speaker 1: what Democrats are saying now is the problem because they said, quote,
- 5:40Speaker 1: we are setting a dangerous precedent if they want to
- 5:43Speaker 1: plow ahead with their proposal. Democrats saying, quote, if we
- 5:48Speaker 1: want to take this committee down a road of punitive action.
- 5:51Speaker 1: I have plenty of members of the Trump administration who
- 5:55Speaker 1: I think should never hold security clearances again based on
- 5:57Speaker 1: their actions surrounding January sixth. So that is the new
- 6:01Speaker 1: threat coming from Democrats. Now. I believe this is a
- 6:04Speaker 1: smart move by Republicans to do this, and I do
- 6:07Speaker 1: believe the people that have their security clearances. And by
- 6:10Speaker 1: the way, people make a lot of money off their
- 6:12Speaker 1: security clearances after they leave government going into the private sector.
- 6:16Speaker 1: That's like one of the things that really gives them
- 6:18Speaker 1: validity is saying, hey, I still have my security clearance. Okay.
- 6:22Speaker 1: There are a lot of people that have security clearances
- 6:27Speaker 1: that if they were taken away from them, they would
- 6:29Speaker 1: basically lose their ability to do their jobs in the
- 6:34Speaker 1: private sector at the level and at the pay grade
- 6:37Speaker 1: that they're getting. Now, that's something that everybody should think about,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and that's saying that everybody should be talking about. That's
- 6:43Speaker 1: a very important point. Okay, number one there Number two,
- 6:49Speaker 1: if you try to sway an election and you lie
- 6:53Speaker 1: to the American people, knowing that you're telling a lie
- 6:56Speaker 1: to them, and you do it because of your security
- 7:01Speaker 1: clearance and and that level of trust that were supposed
- 7:05Speaker 1: to have in you solely for political reasons, I'm sorry
- 7:09Speaker 1: that that that should be a game over moment. It
- 7:12Speaker 1: should be okay, we're done with you. That's not being mean.
- 7:16Speaker 1: That's an abuse of power, and it's something that should
- 7:19Speaker 1: happen immediately. I want to talk about something else that
- 7:23Speaker 1: deals also with lies and corruption, and this is maybe
- 7:27Speaker 1: one of the sickest things we've seen. The Hunter Biden's
- 7:30Speaker 1: story and the Hunter Biden indictment broke, and the media
- 7:35Speaker 1: wanted a distraction from it, right The White House certainly
- 7:38Speaker 1: wonted a distraction. They got it. There's a new report
- 7:42Speaker 1: out that the new US Navy believed that it detected
- 7:45Speaker 1: the Titanic subs implosions days ago, a top secret US
- 7:53Speaker 1: Navy acoustic detection system apparently her the Titanic. The Titan
- 7:59Speaker 1: touristsions implosion hours after the vessel began its ascent to
- 8:05Speaker 1: the Titanic wrec on Sunday. This according to a new
- 8:08Speaker 1: report from The Wall Street Journal, the Navy heard an
- 8:11Speaker 1: implosion or explosion noise around the time when the sub
- 8:15Speaker 1: lost communication with a surface on Sunday. This according to
- 8:19Speaker 1: US Defense officials. The sound reportedly happened near the area
- 8:25Speaker 1: where the debris of the Titan was later found, and
- 8:28Speaker 1: the noise was immediately reported to the site commander leading
- 8:31Speaker 1: the search. The journal, writing this quote, the US Navy
- 8:37Speaker 1: conducted an analysis of acoustic data and detected an anomaly
- 8:42Speaker 1: consistent with an implosion or explosion the general vicinity of
- 8:46Speaker 1: where the Titan submersible was operating when communications were lost,
- 8:50Speaker 1: a senior US Navy official told the Wall Street Journal
- 8:52Speaker 1: and a statement, while not definitive, this information was immediately
- 8:58Speaker 1: shared with the insignt commander to assist with the ongoing
- 9:01Speaker 1: search and rescue mission. The journal notes that the Navy
- 9:05Speaker 1: required that the acoustics system, which is used to detect
- 9:10Speaker 1: enemy submarines, not being named due to national security reasons.
- 9:14Speaker 1: A senior Navy official also told CNN that the implosion
- 9:17Speaker 1: sound was deemed not definitive, which is why the search
- 9:20Speaker 1: effort continued until the titans debris was found on Thursday.
- 9:25Speaker 1: What we do know is apparently the White House wanted
- 9:29Speaker 1: to sit on this information because they wanted there to
- 9:31Speaker 1: be a search story taking over the headlines of Hunter Biden.
- 9:39Speaker 1: How sick is that for the family members, you're given
- 9:42Speaker 1: false hope or not given the whole story, so that
- 9:46Speaker 1: in that moment, right the Hunter Biden story can literally
- 9:50Speaker 1: be washed away by a submarine search at the Titanic,
- 9:55Speaker 1: which captivated the world now. The US Coast Guard announced
- 9:59Speaker 1: it the press conference that a remotely operated vehicle found
- 10:05Speaker 1: debris from the titan is consistent with the catastrophic implosion
- 10:10Speaker 1: of the vessel. All five passengers on the titan are
- 10:13Speaker 1: presumed to have died. The debris included parts of the
- 10:16Speaker 1: sub's pressure chamber, including a nose cone, and the front
- 10:21Speaker 1: and back end of the pressure hole, including the name
- 10:24Speaker 1: of the vessel on one of the pieces. The debris
- 10:27Speaker 1: fill was discovered by the ROV on the ocean for
- 10:30Speaker 1: about sixteen hundred feet from the Titanic's bow, but the
- 10:35Speaker 1: debris could not have come from the Titanic itself, according
- 10:39Speaker 1: to those that were searching. They said the implosion would
- 10:44Speaker 1: have generated significant broadband sound down there, where the sonar
- 10:48Speaker 1: buoys would have picked up, meaning they knew it days before,
- 10:54Speaker 1: and they were lyned to the American people at the
- 10:56Speaker 1: White House. The White House deliberately chose to mislead people
- 11:00Speaker 1: so that this story would take over the headlines of
- 11:03Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. They also say that they would try to
- 11:07Speaker 1: recover the bodies of the passengers, but noted the difficulty
- 11:10Speaker 1: of such a recovery search, saying, quote, this is an
- 11:13Speaker 1: incredibly unforgiving environment down there on the seafloor, and the
- 11:17Speaker 1: debris is consistent with a catastrophic implosion of the vessel.
- 11:21Speaker 1: WILL continue to work and continue to search the area
- 11:23Speaker 1: down there, but I don't have an answer for prospect
- 11:26Speaker 1: of this time. Ocean Gate Expeditions, which operates the titan
- 11:30Speaker 1: issued a statement acknowledging the deaths of the five passengers
- 11:33Speaker 1: of the submersible, which began its descend into the North
- 11:36Speaker 1: Atlantic on Sunday to visit the wreck side of the Titanic,
- 11:40Speaker 1: but lost contact with a surface less than two hours later.
- 11:43Speaker 1: We now believe that our CEO, Stockton Rush, and all
- 11:48Speaker 1: others on board have sadly been lost. The company stated.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Ocean Gate Expeditions sold seats on the titan at two
- 11:55Speaker 1: hundred and fifty thousand dollars apiece. The vessel was carrying
- 11:58Speaker 1: three fee paying passengers, British billionaire Hamish harden At, Pakistani
- 12:04Speaker 1: tycoon and his son. The other two on board were
- 12:09Speaker 1: a veteran diver and expert on Titanic wreck and the
- 12:12Speaker 1: CEO of ocean Gate Expeditions. The US and Canadian Coast
- 12:17Speaker 1: Guard deployed ships and planes in an intensive search for
- 12:20Speaker 1: the titan to cover an area that was twice the
- 12:23Speaker 1: size of the state of Connecticut. And the question now
- 12:28Speaker 1: is was that being done just as part of the
- 12:32Speaker 1: story so Hunter Biden would go away from the White House.
- 12:36Speaker 1: How much money did that cost us as taxpayers. The
- 12:39Speaker 1: search was four hundred miles off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada,
- 12:44Speaker 1: and twelve thousand to twelve five hundred feet above sea level.
- 12:48Speaker 1: The rescuers deployed two camera equipped remote operating robots that
- 12:52Speaker 1: can scan the sea for in real time at depths
- 12:54Speaker 1: other vessels can't reach. This was a massive operation, an
- 12:59Speaker 1: operation we have never that you could never imagine how
- 13:04Speaker 1: much it would cost. Ocean Gate Expeditions is now under
- 13:07Speaker 1: increased scrutiny as documents show that the company had been
- 13:11Speaker 1: warned that there might be catastrophic safety problems with the
- 13:14Speaker 1: experimental vessel that it developed. Oceangate's director of operations said
- 13:20Speaker 1: in a twenty eighteen lawsuit that the company's testing and
- 13:24Speaker 1: certification was insufficient and would subject passengers potential extreme danger
- 13:29Speaker 1: in an experimental submersible. But hey, when you're rich, who cares.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Academy Award winning director James Cameron, whose nineteen ninety seven
- 13:40Speaker 1: Titanic film renewed interest in the story of the doom ship,
- 13:44Speaker 1: told ABC News that he sees tragic similarities between the
- 13:48Speaker 1: titan disaster and the sinking of the luxury liner back
- 13:52Speaker 1: in nineteen twelve. Cameron, who has extensive experience in deep
- 13:56Speaker 1: sea exploration from filming The Titanic as well as his
- 14:00Speaker 1: nineteen to nine film The Abyss, noted that members of
- 14:02Speaker 1: the deep submergence engineering community expressed grave concerns about the
- 14:08Speaker 1: design of Ocean Gates Titan submersible vessel quote. A number
- 14:15Speaker 1: of the top players in the deep submergence engineering community
- 14:18Speaker 1: even wrote letters to the company saying that what they
- 14:20Speaker 1: were doing was too experimental to carry passengers that needed
- 14:24Speaker 1: to be certified and so on. I'm I'm struck by
- 14:28Speaker 1: the similarity of the Titan disaster, the Titanic disaster excuse
- 14:31Speaker 1: me itself, where the captain was reportedly warned about ice
- 14:34Speaker 1: ahead of the ship of it and yet steamed at
- 14:37Speaker 1: full speed into an ice field on a moonless night,
- 14:41Speaker 1: and many people died as a result. I think the
- 14:44Speaker 1: part that's the most shocking here is the fact that
- 14:48Speaker 1: we understand now that the White House had this information
- 14:51Speaker 1: and they deliberately withheld it from the American people for
- 14:54Speaker 1: days because the story was going to be bigger than
- 14:57Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. All Right, Before I got into more of that,
- 15:00Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about Patriot Mobile. They

- 16:25Speaker 1: with offer code ferguson. There's a lot of you that
- 16:28Speaker 1: been asking me this question. Okay, So hunter By an
- 16:31Speaker 1: investigation for all intents and purposes over they protected the
- 16:34Speaker 1: President of the United States of America at all costs.
- 16:37Speaker 1: So what does this mean for Congress's role moving forward?
- 16:41Speaker 1: And will they have any ability with all these whistleblowers
- 16:44Speaker 1: coming out, will they have the ability to actually investigate?
- 16:48Speaker 1: And if they do investigate and they find damning inte
- 16:50Speaker 1: like they're like, they're clearly showing us, does that change
- 16:53Speaker 1: anything moving forward? Well, I sit down with Center Tech
- 16:57Speaker 1: Cruise for the podcast that we do Verdict with Tech Cruz,
- 17:00Speaker 1: and I want you to listen to what he had
- 17:01Speaker 1: to say about what Congress's role is going to be
- 17:03Speaker 1: moving forward. Take a listen to this. The IRS were
- 17:06Speaker 1: being told former whistleblower recommended felony tax charges against Hunter Biden,
- 17:12Speaker 1: and the DOJY apparently bocked that's at all. We're hearing
- 17:16Speaker 1: that multiple times when there were big things that they
- 17:18Speaker 1: wanted to investigate, they kept being shut down.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Your reaction to this, Well, the whistleblowers that we heard
- 17:27Speaker 2: from yesterday, it's really quite stunning. So the House Ways
- 17:31Speaker 2: and Means Committee released transcripts of interviews with two IRS
- 17:36Speaker 2: whistleblowers who came forward and said that the Biden Justice
- 17:40Speaker 2: Department actively aggressively interfered in the investigation of Hunter Biden,
- 17:46Speaker 2: that they protected Hunter Biden, that they blocked felony charges
- 17:50Speaker 2: against Hunter Biden, that they prevented the investigation from in
- 17:54Speaker 2: any way, shape or form asking about Joe Biden. These transcripts,
- 18:01Speaker 2: they're stunning. They are anyone who cares about the rule
- 18:07Speaker 2: of law. Look, I get this is a partisan divide,
- 18:11Speaker 2: so Republicans say, oh, this is really bad, and Democrats say,
- 18:14Speaker 2: what nothing to see here. We hate Trump. But if
- 18:17Speaker 2: you actually care about the rule of law, these allegations,
- 18:21Speaker 2: they are not coming from partisan Republicans. They're coming from
- 18:24Speaker 2: career senior IRS officials and investigators who are appalled, who
- 18:30Speaker 2: are absolutely appalled at what happened. And they alleged that
- 18:37Speaker 2: the Biden Justice Department blocked the serving of a search
- 18:43Speaker 2: warrant on Joe Biden's guest house where Hunter was staying
- 18:48Speaker 2: because they said that would look bad, that would look bad.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Wait, wait, let's say that again, because this is not
- 18:53Speaker 1: being covered. I want you to say that again so
- 18:56Speaker 1: everybody understands how massive of a deal this is.
- 19:00Speaker 2: The investigators wanted to execute a search warrant on Joe
- 19:04Speaker 2: Biden's guest house, Wow, which is where Hunter Biden was
- 19:08Speaker 2: staying and dooj said, no, that would look bad. The optics,
- 19:13Speaker 2: they said, would be bad, so you can't execute a
- 19:16Speaker 2: search warrant. The investigators were told you are not allowed
- 19:24Speaker 2: to ask about hunter Biden's dad or the big guy.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Those questions are not allowed. There are payments that went
- 19:35Speaker 2: to hunter Biden's kids. They were told you were not
- 19:40Speaker 2: allowed to interview the kids because it would look really
- 19:45Speaker 2: bad if we interview the president's grandkids. The level of
- 19:51Speaker 2: detail on this is stunning. We are told that the
- 19:56Speaker 2: investigators recommended bringing fell in charges. And let me give
- 20:01Speaker 2: you some of the statistics. The whistleblowers testified that hunter
- 20:06Speaker 2: Biden failed to pay more than two point two million
- 20:11Speaker 2: dollars in taxes. Mind you, he's serving not a day
- 20:13Speaker 2: in jail. Two point two million in taxes that he
- 20:16Speaker 2: didn't pay, and that was from Do you know how
- 20:19Speaker 2: much he made from foreign enemy and entities?
- 20:23Speaker 1: I can't. Well, the real question is what's the real number, right,
- 20:26Speaker 1: because that number seems to be changing all the time.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Well, it does, But here's what the whistleblower said that
- 20:32Speaker 2: they had evidence that he had received eight point three
- 20:36Speaker 2: million dollars from foreign entities in Ukraine. In China and
- 20:42Speaker 2: in Romania, and he received at least six million dollars
- 20:46Speaker 2: from CEFC China Energy, which is an energy conglomerate linked
- 20:52Speaker 2: to the Chinese military intelligence. So you've got Hunter Biden
- 20:56Speaker 2: making six million from the Chinese Communist Party. You've got
- 21:01Speaker 2: a Romanian businessman investigated for bribery who paid Hunter Biden
- 21:06Speaker 2: another million dollars, and Bearisma paid Hunter Biden eighty three
- 21:12Speaker 2: thousand dollars a month to serve on its board of directors.
- 21:17Speaker 1: When you hear it that way, and you also see that,
- 21:21Speaker 1: we're going to get fourteen hours of transcribed interviews with
- 21:24Speaker 1: these two irs wrist blowers, and their story of really
- 21:26Speaker 1: how the federal government mishandled, didn't handle they mishandled this
- 21:30Speaker 1: investigation into this high profile individual, the President's son. The
- 21:36Speaker 1: White House almost knew or acted like they could just
- 21:40Speaker 1: get away with anything they wanted to, and they could
- 21:43Speaker 1: take money from anywhere in the world, from the worst
- 21:46Speaker 1: people in the world. They weren't even trying to hide it.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Yes they had their Yes, they had their shell companies, right,
- 21:52Speaker 1: we know that, Yes, there were bribes coming in, but
- 21:55Speaker 1: this was normal business habits for them. The entire time
- 22:00Speaker 1: that he was the vice president, when he was part
- 22:03Speaker 1: of the time when he was a senator, his brother
- 22:05Speaker 1: James Biden was in on as well. And yet that
- 22:08Speaker 1: when the government had a chance to look at this,
- 22:11Speaker 1: when they saw the evidence that what's the boards are saying,
- 22:14Speaker 1: they said, shut it down, don't look at it, don't
- 22:16Speaker 1: do it, don't touch it.
- 22:18Speaker 2: It's even worse than that. So Gary Shapley, who is
- 22:24Speaker 2: this irs whistleblower, testified that they had a WhatsApp message
- 22:31Speaker 2: sent by Hunter Biden to a Chinese businessman named Henry Zoo.
- 22:36Speaker 2: And here's what he says. Quote, this is from Hunter Biden.
- 22:43Speaker 2: I am sitting here with my father and we would
- 22:49Speaker 2: like to understand why the commitment has not been fulfilled.
- 22:55Speaker 2: I am very concerned that the chairman has either changed
- 22:59Speaker 2: his mind or broken our deal without telling me, and
- 23:04Speaker 2: that he is unaware of the promises and assurances that
- 23:09Speaker 2: have been made and not been kept. And he continues,
- 23:14Speaker 2: he says, quote tell the director that I would like
- 23:18Speaker 2: to resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 23:23Speaker 2: and now means tonight, and Z if I get a
- 23:29Speaker 2: call or text from anyone involved in this other than you,
- 23:35Speaker 2: Zang or the chairman. I will make certain that the
- 23:41Speaker 2: man sitting next to me, that would be Joe Biden,
- 23:45Speaker 2: and every person he knows, and my ability to forever
- 23:53Speaker 2: hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
- 24:00Speaker 1: So to be clear, he's threatening the United States government
- 24:04Speaker 1: will come down on them if they don't do what
- 24:07Speaker 1: they said they were going to do with the Biden
- 24:08Speaker 1: crime family.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Look, that's exactly right. My understanding of the timing of
- 24:12Speaker 2: this is this is immediately after Biden had finished serving
- 24:16Speaker 2: as vice president, so he was the immediate former vice president,
- 24:20Speaker 2: and he was preparing to be a candidate for president.
- 24:24Speaker 2: And let's be clear, hunter Biden is demanding money from
- 24:29Speaker 2: the Chinese communists, and he says the opening line of
- 24:33Speaker 2: this WhatsApp is, I'm sitting here with my father, and
- 24:40Speaker 2: we not me. We Joe Biden, the former vice president
- 24:44Speaker 2: fixing to be the next president, wants to know why
- 24:47Speaker 2: the commitment has not been fulfilled, and he makes very
- 24:49Speaker 2: clear you either resolve this tonight, not tomorrow, not the
- 24:54Speaker 2: next day, tonight, or and let's go back to what
- 24:57Speaker 2: it says, quote, I will make certain that between the
- 25:03Speaker 2: man sitting next to me that would be Joe Biden
- 25:06Speaker 2: and every person he knows. That would be every Democrat.
- 25:09Speaker 2: That would be Barack Obama, that would be Michelle Obama,
- 25:12Speaker 2: that would be Hillary Clinton, that would be a Bill Clinton,
- 25:14Speaker 2: that would be every Democrat cabinet member. He knows a
- 25:16Speaker 2: lot of people. He's Joe Biden, and my ability to
- 25:20Speaker 2: forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following
- 25:26Speaker 2: my direction. Ben, this is as close to direct evidence
- 25:31Speaker 2: of bribery and extortion that I've ever seen.
- 25:35Speaker 1: So let's talk about the consequences for this and the
- 25:38Speaker 1: fact that there has been clearly a Hey, you can't
- 25:42Speaker 1: go there with the DOJ. Hey shut that down with
- 25:45Speaker 1: the DOJ. What can Congress do? And the real question
- 25:49Speaker 1: now has to be is it time to look an
- 25:51Speaker 1: impeachment for Joe Biden? Certainly on the House side where
- 25:55Speaker 1: the Republicans have control of the House. Look, we know
- 25:58Speaker 1: in this investigation they're claiming, Hey, this is the ed
- 26:01Speaker 1: of it for Hunter. Right, it's not the end of
- 26:03Speaker 1: it for the president. But at what point does this
- 26:06Speaker 1: turn into a real issue center for the idea of impeachment?
- 26:10Speaker 2: It is right now, Look, this WhatsApp is direct evidence
- 26:16Speaker 2: of Joe Biden abusing his government power to enrich his
- 26:22Speaker 2: son and assuming ten percent for the big guy to
- 26:26Speaker 2: enrich himself. Remember this what's app says, we want to
- 26:30Speaker 2: know this is not me, Hunter, just just sort of
- 26:33Speaker 2: mooching off my dad. It says, Dad's sitting next to me.
- 26:37Speaker 2: And the stunning thing, of course the House needs to
- 26:40Speaker 2: investigate it. But the stunning thing is what the irs
- 26:43Speaker 2: whistleblower says is do oj Merrick Garland prevented even an
- 26:51Speaker 2: investigation into this message said nope, you can't ask about it.
- 26:55Speaker 2: We don't want to know about it. Nothing involving Joe
- 26:58Speaker 2: Biden can be considered. This is all about poor Hunter Biden.
- 27:02Speaker 2: He's got a drug problem. Let's make it all about him.
- 27:05Speaker 2: Let's not worry. He doesn't have to pay his taxes.
- 27:07Speaker 2: His name is Biden. Taxes are for little people. Like
- 27:10Speaker 2: Amelda Marco said, taxes are for little people. That's true
- 27:13Speaker 2: for Biden's too. It's true for in a different context
- 27:17Speaker 2: Hillary to laws are for little people. This WhatsApp directly
- 27:24Speaker 2: ties Joe Biden to the millions of dollars coming from
- 27:31Speaker 2: communist China. Now it is possible Hunter Biden was lying
- 27:35Speaker 2: It's possible Joe Biden wasn't next to him. It's possible
- 27:38Speaker 2: Joe Biden was not going to inflict official damage on
- 27:44Speaker 2: the Chinese if they didn't pay him and his son
- 27:47Speaker 2: millions of dollars. That's possible. But you know what, we
- 27:49Speaker 2: don't know if it's true or not. Why because according
- 27:52Speaker 2: to the whistleblower, they didn't investigate, and they were prohibited
- 27:56Speaker 2: from investigating, They were prevented from even asking question. Let
- 28:01Speaker 2: me be clear, this on the face of it is
- 28:03Speaker 2: obstruction of justice. And if Merrick Garland issued that order,
- 28:08Speaker 2: he is the one blocking the investigation. And I think
- 28:12Speaker 2: there's real evidence of Merrick Garland being guilty of obstruction
- 28:15Speaker 2: of justice if now look these allegations at this point.
- 28:20Speaker 2: But you know what, look I serve in the Senate.
- 28:22Speaker 2: I'm on the Senate Judiciary Committee. If you had a
- 28:25Speaker 2: single Democrat who gave a flying flip about the rule
- 28:30Speaker 2: of law, we would have a hearing right now with
- 28:34Speaker 2: Merrick Garland in front of us under oath asking about
- 28:37Speaker 2: this WhatsApp and we would ask to see every document,
- 28:40Speaker 2: We'd ask to see every email, we'd ask to see
- 28:42Speaker 2: every communication between DOJ and the investigators. We would put
- 28:46Speaker 2: the irs whistleblowers on the stand. We'd put them on
- 28:49Speaker 2: the witness stand under oath to testify about it, and
- 28:52Speaker 2: we would confront Merrick Garland with that. Now, the chances
- 28:56Speaker 2: of the Senate Judiciary Committee doing that are zero because
- 28:59Speaker 2: Dican doesn't care, No Senate Democrat cares, but the House does.
- 29:06Speaker 2: So that is the only hope for investigating this.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Don't forget to download Verdict of Ted Cruz, that podcast
