- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things in the stubbings, Good to mother stolen
- 0:39Speaker 1: join me. You gotta use that turn be hurting you.
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn to turn them out. Turn you got
- 1:44Speaker 1: to turn out. Then turn the water the water got come.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Come on your baby, uh huh, I sure will A
- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:07Speaker 1: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:10Speaker 1: radio show. Okay, okay, here's what I want to share
- 2:20Speaker 1: with you. Stop complaining. So I had to let you
- 2:29Speaker 1: see how I let that one sit for a second.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Stop complaining. Do you realize without us even thinking about it,
- 2:42Speaker 1: oftentimes we just complain about stuff and it comes up
- 2:50Speaker 1: in such subtle forms. Man, I don't know why they're
- 2:55Speaker 1: still in that lady work there. Man, If they don't
- 2:57Speaker 1: fire this woman, Man, I don't know what I'm gonna do.
- 2:59Speaker 1: She driving me. She always got something to say. I
- 3:08Speaker 1: bet to day though, the way I'm feeling right now,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I bet she'd been not saying nothing to me today.
- 3:14Speaker 1: M yeah, yeah, because day it today. It I'm sick
- 3:19Speaker 1: of her running her mouth. Last time she says something
- 3:24Speaker 1: to me, I should have said something to it. You
- 3:26Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. I'm just giving you a small
- 3:29Speaker 1: example of how it starts to snowball. Once you start
- 3:34Speaker 1: to complain, it's it just carries over into so many things. Man,
- 3:40Speaker 1: Stop complaining about your car, Stop complaining about your bus pass,
- 3:44Speaker 1: Stop complaining about your kids can't seem to get it together,
- 3:48Speaker 1: Stop complaining about your man can't seem to get it together.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Stop complaining. Stop Have you noticed? I'm just asking, have
- 3:59Speaker 1: you noticed that in all of your complaining, it has
- 4:03Speaker 1: provided not one solution. The reason I'm telling you to
- 4:09Speaker 1: stop complaining because God is able, Because God is capable.
- 4:18Speaker 1: He is capable and able of fixing anything, capable and
- 4:25Speaker 1: able of curing anything, capable and able of allowing you
- 4:31Speaker 1: to get too adjusting to things, and capable and able
- 4:39Speaker 1: to strengthen you to get through and change anything. But
- 4:46Speaker 1: the key here is God is capable, and God is able.
- 4:51Speaker 1: A lot of times I find myself complaining because I
- 4:55Speaker 1: have not used my greatest asset and my relationship with God.
- 5:01Speaker 1: You all have one. Now. You may not have nurtured it,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but you have one because God created you as you
- 5:07Speaker 1: as his child, He's available to you now. The fact
- 5:10Speaker 1: that you ain't went to him. Okay, once again, who
- 5:14Speaker 1: fathers that? Stop complaining until you strengthen your relationship with
- 5:21Speaker 1: God and formulate this relationship. You don't have enough weapons.
- 5:30Speaker 1: You ain't got a big enough shield to fight this
- 5:33Speaker 1: thing called life. It just keeps coming. Man, And unless
- 5:37Speaker 1: you develop a relationship with God, you need a partner
- 5:40Speaker 1: in all of this. Maybe you got another route you're
- 5:43Speaker 1: gonna take. But every successful person I know personally has
- 5:52Speaker 1: a relationship with God. I have some really really some
- 5:59Speaker 1: people that's kind of up there in the success term
- 6:02Speaker 1: in terms of business and money and statue. I'm just
- 6:06Speaker 1: talking about that portion of success. And then I have
- 6:09Speaker 1: a lot of people who are very successful in their
- 6:13Speaker 1: spiritual life, who have become great men of God and
- 6:17Speaker 1: women of God. But look at all of them, and
- 6:21Speaker 1: all of them have substantial amounts of you know, possessions
- 6:27Speaker 1: and things like that. Also, most successful people I know
- 6:32Speaker 1: have that even if you saw them never with a
- 6:35Speaker 1: big lot of house and a lot of money or
- 6:38Speaker 1: stuff like that, they had so much respect, so much love,
- 6:44Speaker 1: so much power was given them from people that their
- 6:49Speaker 1: life was rich in that area, you know, like a
- 6:54Speaker 1: man Nu the King or something like that, or Gandhi
- 6:57Speaker 1: or somebody who lived their life in service, or Nelson
- 7:00Speaker 1: Mandela who came out and just man, people put stuff
- 7:04Speaker 1: at their feet because of their service. So all successful
- 7:07Speaker 1: people I know have that, Every last one of these
- 7:09Speaker 1: people that I know, they have relationship with God. They
- 7:14Speaker 1: used the tool that was available to them to give
- 7:18Speaker 1: them the strength, the bullets, the arrows, the slings, the
- 7:22Speaker 1: shield to fight this thing called life and have the
- 7:25Speaker 1: most valuable partner right there by their side. They heavily
- 7:29Speaker 1: father God because he will help you get through this
- 7:31Speaker 1: thing called life. Man, stop complaining all the time. It's
- 7:34Speaker 1: not fixing anything. Why don't you do yourself a favor
- 7:38Speaker 1: and strengthen your relationship with God? Man, why can I
- 7:41Speaker 1: never get over? Well you have not because you ask not. Man,
- 7:45Speaker 1: how come I always got problems? Well, you keep trying
- 7:47Speaker 1: to solve them yourself and taking them to your friends.
- 7:50Speaker 1: You keep trying to do them with your own thought process.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Who are you? I keep telling you, man, you're going
- 7:56Speaker 1: through stuff you ain't got no business going through. And
- 8:01Speaker 1: if it's you going through something over and over, and
- 8:03Speaker 1: over and over, and the same problem keep coming back
- 8:06Speaker 1: to bite you again. All that's saying is you still
- 8:10Speaker 1: ain't strengthen your relationship with God. It's your relationship. He's
- 8:14Speaker 1: not gonna make you have one with him. He is
- 8:16Speaker 1: a perfect gentleman. He only comes into your life when
- 8:20Speaker 1: you invite him in. But for those who do invite him, men,
- 8:26Speaker 1: they have a distinct advantage on their road to success,
- 8:29Speaker 1: a distinct advantage. You can do it without him, trust me,
- 8:35Speaker 1: you can. How far you get. I can't promise you nothing,
- 8:39Speaker 1: how well you handle it when you arrived there, I
- 8:42Speaker 1: can't promise you nothing, how long you're gonna stay there,
- 8:45Speaker 1: I can't promise you nothing. How difficult it's going to
- 8:49Speaker 1: be without him. I can't give you that. It's going
- 8:52Speaker 1: to be far more difficult. But you can. Something can happen,
- 8:56Speaker 1: and you know, receive a measure of success. And you
- 8:59Speaker 1: think you and this move you made, and you can
- 9:02Speaker 1: describe it as I got lucky. I happened to be
- 9:04Speaker 1: in the right place at the right time. I got lucky.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Lucky is usually how other people describe other people's success.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Poor he was lucky, he was right there. Well, let
- 9:16Speaker 1: me tell you what luck is. Luck is when hard
- 9:18Speaker 1: work bumps up into opportunity. If you've been working hard
- 9:22Speaker 1: as something, an opportunity presents itself that comes a match.
- 9:26Speaker 1: That's not luck. But now, if you haven't done that
- 9:30Speaker 1: on a repetitive enough basis, that opportunity could present itself
- 9:34Speaker 1: one time. You got to reconnect. Stop complaining, man, come on,
- 9:39Speaker 1: listen to me. Stop complaining. It hasn't fixed a single
- 9:42Speaker 1: thing in your life. And if your chronic complainer, it's
- 9:46Speaker 1: because you really really have not fixed your relationship with God.
- 9:49Speaker 1: He'll smooth it out for you. That I can tell
- 9:52Speaker 1: you for a fact. I know that for a fact
- 9:54Speaker 1: he smooved mine out. All right, let's go. You're listening,
- 10:01Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, make it happen. Get your mind right,
- 10:06Speaker 1: it's about to be. It's I don't, I mean, every dude,
- 10:12Speaker 1: get it out. Ever do that. I'm a little all
- 10:17Speaker 1: me cheating, right, I'm a little every team Phil Danny,
- 10:23Speaker 1: The Steve Harvey Morning Show, Ladies and gentlemen, Shirley Strawberry,
- 10:29Speaker 1: what he said, Good morning, Steve boy. Remember tongue tied
- 10:35Speaker 1: t T was the bomb? Baby? It might have been
- 10:38Speaker 1: my favorite one, right, there callin for real. I might
- 10:41Speaker 1: have to bring time time back. Let me see, bring
- 10:43Speaker 1: t t back. What's up, Steve? What's up? Crew? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, Junior,
- 10:48Speaker 1: morning morning, Every bottoms up, team, Nephew, Tommy, you ain't
- 10:53Speaker 1: I'm in the building, don't you. Hey, here we go. Okay.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Yet I had to exercise that muscle muscle, yes, because
- 11:07Speaker 1: Sherley was the only one the translator to translate for
- 11:11Speaker 1: tongue tasks, like when you see letter letter little blankety
- 11:21Speaker 1: blank thief. We don't remember whatever that. I remember that
- 11:28Speaker 1: that's the thief to cuss and everything, get away with it.
- 11:39Speaker 1: I might have to bring tongue tack back. It was
- 11:42Speaker 1: the years. Next week we should set it up where
- 11:48Speaker 1: huh we do a reunion show okay on the radio
- 11:54Speaker 1: and bring back all the bits we used to do.
- 11:57Speaker 1: We should, man, you know what, that'll be great. Ain't
- 12:00Speaker 1: gonna no, no, no, no, no, no, listen to me.
- 12:02Speaker 1: We should set it up next week. We should do
- 12:04Speaker 1: a reunion show. We should bring back tongue tide, bring
- 12:09Speaker 1: back the pastors without church complaints, bring back the brothers
- 12:15Speaker 1: whoa you, bring back slave theavl h No, sir, bring

- 12:36Speaker 1: back Roscoe Wallace and just have a reunion show. What
- 12:42Speaker 1: about dom All Gone? Oh dirty old man? And Ralph
- 12:52Speaker 1: the White Oh yeah, okay, you know what we should
- 12:57Speaker 1: play that point that out, guys. The things we could
- 13:00Speaker 1: do back then, we can't do those, you know, which
- 13:04Speaker 1: will politically correct? Time? Which one? You know what if
- 13:07Speaker 1: I was in your house? All right now? I can't
- 13:11Speaker 1: even throw my phone far? No, he knew the answer
- 13:17Speaker 1: that as rhetorical question. Which one? What's your think? Good
- 13:24Speaker 1: to do what you want to do? While we can't
- 13:25Speaker 1: do what we want to do, we could do anything?
- 13:27Speaker 1: Why congred say what he want to say? All right? Look,
- 13:33Speaker 1: coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, we're
- 13:36Speaker 1: gonna do some Assis clo as we always do. That's
- 13:39Speaker 1: coming up with Steve Harvey right after this. You're listening
- 13:43Speaker 1: to the Steven Show. Time now to ask the CLO.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey is here this one Stevens
- 13:52Speaker 1: from Eric in Las Vegas. I need help, Steve. I
- 13:56Speaker 1: go golfing because it's the only thing I enjoy doing
- 13:59Speaker 1: with my friends without my wife. Yeahs on which in
- 14:04Speaker 1: two weeks, my buddies and I are playing in a
- 14:07Speaker 1: tournament and we are staying overnight at the resort because
- 14:09Speaker 1: it's three hours away. My wife loves the resort and
- 14:13Speaker 1: the spot, so she decided she was going with me
- 14:16Speaker 1: and having a spot day. Waddy. This is my first
- 14:23Speaker 1: time out of the house since the pandemic, and I
- 14:26Speaker 1: really want to have this time to relax without her.
- 14:29Speaker 1: How can I tactfully tell her she can't go? Okay?
- 14:33Speaker 1: First of all, dog, I know exactly where you at
- 14:36Speaker 1: with dam she fitting ruined the whole damn trick. Cause see,
- 14:42Speaker 1: when you go play golf with your boys at the resort,
- 14:44Speaker 1: which is what I was famous for, and what you
- 14:49Speaker 1: want to do is you want to go there. You
- 14:51Speaker 1: want to wake up. When you want to wake up,
- 14:54Speaker 1: You want to go have breakfast with your boys, talk
- 14:56Speaker 1: smack yeah, go out on the golf coll go have lunch,
- 15:01Speaker 1: go back out, maybe play nine. After that, then y'all
- 15:04Speaker 1: want to shower. Then y'all want to sit around and
- 15:06Speaker 1: get some cigars, talk some mo trash, come on, man,
- 15:10Speaker 1: Then go to your room. And then you want to
- 15:12Speaker 1: then you want to watch TV and watch what you
- 15:15Speaker 1: and you don't want to talk, oh, because you've been
- 15:19Speaker 1: talking to her since COVID start. Yes, now she fit
- 15:24Speaker 1: to bring her ass down here and just ruin the
- 15:27Speaker 1: damn trip. How can he tactfully tell her she can't go.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I'm getting say y'all ain't going, and then four hours
- 15:34Speaker 1: before you take off, baby, if we're back on it
- 15:41Speaker 1: does take us a minute just say hey, look man, man, hey,
- 15:47Speaker 1: look baby, look, I love you, but really I just
- 15:50Speaker 1: need some me time with the fellas. You know, if
- 15:53Speaker 1: you would just let me go down here so I
- 15:54Speaker 1: don't have to don't you ain't got to wear by
- 15:57Speaker 1: where I eat? I know how to eat. I'm grown.
- 15:59Speaker 1: It's nothing you could say, tac quick what ship I'll say?
- 16:03Speaker 1: Stay was now? Baby? You know I want to just
- 16:05Speaker 1: go on down here. I don't want to have to
- 16:06Speaker 1: be weired about you where you're eating it what you
- 16:08Speaker 1: you ain't got to wear about what? I mean. I'm growing,
- 16:11Speaker 1: I know how to order food. I'm gonna be in
- 16:12Speaker 1: the spy anyway, but now I see that I you know,
- 16:15Speaker 1: you know we're gonna be down there. You know I
- 16:17Speaker 1: might want to just hang out with him, smoke some cigars,
- 16:19Speaker 1: drink a little Scott, go home, go ahead. You ain't
- 16:23Speaker 1: gotta you, ain't gotta worry about what I'm doing. I
- 16:25Speaker 1: sit in the room by myself. But Steve as soon
- 16:29Speaker 1: as he walking there, two o'clock in the morning. What
- 16:32Speaker 1: he gonna hear? So? How much? So? How many cigars
- 16:37Speaker 1: did you smoke? Yeah, we'll go on to your little
- 16:43Speaker 1: funky golf trip by yourself. Okay, thank you, Love, You're
- 16:50Speaker 1: going to you know? Okay? Cool? Thank you? I knew you. See.
- 16:55Speaker 1: This is from a run. He's an iHeartRadio app listener.
- 16:58Speaker 1: He says, I've been married for three years. When I
- 17:00Speaker 1: met my wife, I met her best friend, who happens
- 17:03Speaker 1: to be a man. He spend a lot of time
- 17:05Speaker 1: with my wife and they're always on the phone day
- 17:08Speaker 1: and night. I've never really been cool with the guy,
- 17:11Speaker 1: and I could sense something wasn't right. Well recently I
- 17:15Speaker 1: found out that this guy and my wife had a
- 17:18Speaker 1: friends with benefits arrangement a few years before I met her.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I talked to the guy man to man and asked
- 17:26Speaker 1: him to stop hanging around my wife. He said that
- 17:29Speaker 1: he is my wife's friend, not mine. How can I
- 17:33Speaker 1: handle this guy without going to jail? Oh? Well you
- 17:38Speaker 1: you asked her ron. Oh you don't have an answer
- 17:41Speaker 1: for that. It's all a nothing, not really. I mean
- 17:45Speaker 1: you know, seriously, if I come to you as a
- 17:48Speaker 1: man and I'm talking to you about a situation with
- 17:50Speaker 1: my wife, and I tell you I'm gonna need for
- 17:53Speaker 1: you to stop hanging around my wife and calling my wife,
- 17:56Speaker 1: and you tell me I'm your wife's friend. Yeah, then
- 18:01Speaker 1: what you're telling me is what I think. It won't
- 18:03Speaker 1: don't matter. So now immediately I must become important to
- 18:09Speaker 1: you right away. Immediately I must do something to you
- 18:17Speaker 1: to start to matter. Black lives matter, and we're talking
- 18:23Speaker 1: about my black ass life right now, and so now
- 18:27Speaker 1: I got to get I'm just gonna tell you, man,
- 18:29Speaker 1: I mean to see, that's disrespectful. You call him as
- 18:33Speaker 1: a man, but he disrespectful. But see, he thinks he
- 18:36Speaker 1: got the edge because he has your wife's consent. So
- 18:42Speaker 1: the way you got to do it is quit talking
- 18:45Speaker 1: to him and go to the one that took the
- 18:48Speaker 1: vials for you. Now she gonna tell you we was
- 18:51Speaker 1: friends for I met you, and you knew we was friends,
- 18:54Speaker 1: and why all of a sudden you got a problem
- 18:55Speaker 1: with it, Well, because I didn't found out y'all used
- 18:58Speaker 1: to kick it. And if you don't think he want
- 19:01Speaker 1: to kick it with Hug again, you sadly mistake it.
- 19:04Speaker 1: See wants you to slept with a chick? Well, what
- 19:06Speaker 1: is it in you that causes you not to never
- 19:09Speaker 1: want to sleep with her again? Unless unless something happened
- 19:15Speaker 1: to cause you to hate hu? Right to hate her?
- 19:20Speaker 1: All Right, we're moving on. Danielle in Atlanta says, I'm
- 19:23Speaker 1: a twenty seven year old makeup artist and I've been
- 19:26Speaker 1: out of work since March, so I had to move
- 19:28Speaker 1: in with my brother and his wife. My sister in
- 19:30Speaker 1: law is my age and she works from home. So
- 19:33Speaker 1: we cooked, listen to music, and fooled around a lot
- 19:36Speaker 1: whenever my brother was at work. Yes, we fooled around.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I went on for two It went on for two
- 19:42Speaker 1: months before I told her we had to stop. I
- 19:45Speaker 1: decided it was time for me to move out and
- 19:47Speaker 1: get get away from her. She got mad and told
- 19:50Speaker 1: me if I left, she was going to tell my brother.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Do you think she's bluffing or do you think she's
- 19:55Speaker 1: really she'd really tell on us if she does what
- 19:58Speaker 1: do I do a minute, Yes, this is your brother's wife. Yeah,
- 20:03Speaker 1: they messed around. Y'all start messing. And if you think
- 20:06Speaker 1: her man, she's gonna tell her brother. However, how that's
- 20:09Speaker 1: gonna hurt you? Well, his sister messing with his wife, Well,
- 20:18Speaker 1: I don't listen to me unless you unless your brother
- 20:25Speaker 1: and his wife have had swinger type relationships in the past.
- 20:31Speaker 1: I think the poison in that peal is when she
- 20:34Speaker 1: tapped to tell on herself that I slept with your sister. Right,
- 20:38Speaker 1: both relationships is ruined. Your relationship with your brother's ruined,
- 20:44Speaker 1: but her relationship with her husband is ruined. Like I said,
- 20:47Speaker 1: unless they've had previous swinger type relationships been okay, thank you,
- 20:54Speaker 1: Celo as always coming up next and if you tell
- 20:57Speaker 1: me run that prank back? Right after this, you're listening
- 21:01Speaker 1: Dave Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the top of
- 21:04Speaker 1: the hour. It's today's national news. President Trump is now
- 21:08Speaker 1: telling Americans to wear a mask. Wow. In entertainment news,
- 21:13Speaker 1: we'll tell you about the Virtual I Heeart Radio music Festival,
- 21:16Speaker 1: and we'll have more on Kanye West. Right now, the
- 21:20Speaker 1: nephew is here with Run that Prank Back. We're gonna
- 21:23Speaker 1: talk about all these stories and stuff at the top
- 21:25Speaker 1: of the hour. But nephew, what you got for us today?
- 21:28Speaker 1: I'm trying to go back to the cemetery. Tombstone, baby tombstone.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Let's get to a chop chop. Come on, cad down,
- 21:38Speaker 1: Hey man, I'm gonna we got a problem with the
- 21:40Speaker 1: stolen y'are to mess around and put the wrong name
- 21:44Speaker 1: on my tombstone and wills to do it, and we
- 21:47Speaker 1: got a problem. We gotta go rictify, Man'll hold on,
- 21:50Speaker 1: hold on, man, calm down. And first of all, what
- 21:53Speaker 1: is your name? My name is Rinty Man. But I
- 21:57Speaker 1: can't understand a funeral home making nex tonament? You know what?
- 22:00Speaker 1: That that don't make no sense. I wrong to y'all
- 22:02Speaker 1: haven't been in the business to be doing something like this.
- 22:05Speaker 1: So this is a family business. We've been doing this
- 22:07Speaker 1: forty plus years. Well, yn't making mistakes like this? Man,
- 22:10Speaker 1: What's what's the problem. What's the mistakes? What's what mistakes
- 22:13Speaker 1: do you think we made? Okay, look, man, we're being
- 22:16Speaker 1: my Ami two weeks ago. Her name is Rosette. Okay,
- 22:20Speaker 1: all right, where you spare? Our name is r. O. S. E. T. T. A.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Y'all got r o z E t t an she
- 22:29Speaker 1: was born tune to eight, nineteen forty eight, y'all got
- 22:33Speaker 1: August the six, nineteen forty y'all got the dates mixed up.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Then y'all got her name mixed up. And what we're
- 22:39Speaker 1: ain't going to do. That's how my anti are rifted
- 22:42Speaker 1: in peace with the wrong stuff on her thromb song.
- 22:46Speaker 1: No first, man, calm down right, and you can't getting
- 22:48Speaker 1: a man. I can't as no way I can help
- 22:50Speaker 1: you getting that now. I mean, who fix the problem? Then, man,
- 22:54Speaker 1: I could check the paperwork. I can check the paperwork
- 22:57Speaker 1: and see what the problem is. Now, if you gave
- 22:59Speaker 1: me the wrongest, say your family gave me wrong information,
- 23:02Speaker 1: then we just put down where we would give it.
- 23:04Speaker 1: And if we got to change something, we're gonna change it.
- 23:06Speaker 1: But it's gonna cause you some more money. No, y'all,

- 23:22Speaker 1: I'm saying we can help you out I can help you,
- 23:24Speaker 1: but if you gave me the wrong information, that's only here.

- 24:24Speaker 1: excited to comments. Man. Let me just talk to you
- 24:27Speaker 1: like a man. Listen. What I'm saying is you is
- 24:30Speaker 1: that the family seals out the paperwork, puts the name
- 24:34Speaker 1: in the first date on there. If it is incorrect,
- 24:37Speaker 1: it has to be fixed. I have to call the
- 24:39Speaker 1: man out here to fix it. And that's gonna call
- 24:41Speaker 1: some money. I have to pay him. All I'm saying
- 24:44Speaker 1: is if that is the case, if the paperwork is incorrect,
- 24:48Speaker 1: it's not own us, and I might have to charge
- 24:49Speaker 1: you a little extra money just so I can get
- 24:52Speaker 1: it taken care of. Get charge money, man, where you
- 25:00Speaker 1: ain't got no more, I'm gonna tell you. I'm gonna
- 25:01Speaker 1: tell you one more time, mister Kendrew. If I don't
- 25:05Speaker 1: see a chat, I'm coming after this evening. And look
- 25:07Speaker 1: at my handy toombstal. I'm coming out there now. If
- 25:11Speaker 1: the date and the name ain't fixed, I promise you
- 25:14Speaker 1: so help me. I'm finna start digging up about it.
- 25:17Speaker 1: And if you're answers out there, I'm gonna put you

- 25:22Speaker 1: what vegid you? Michael, put me in no home man,
- 25:25Speaker 1: Like I said, I try to. I'm trying to talk
- 25:28Speaker 1: to you and tell you what the deal is and
- 25:31Speaker 1: how we will get this fix. Ain't nobody come out
- 25:34Speaker 1: here and do it up? Nothing I'll be I'll bet
- 25:37Speaker 1: you there. I bet you I'm digging up a hole
- 25:39Speaker 1: and I'll put you in it. If you don't fix
- 25:41Speaker 1: my handy tomb star, then we're both were going in
- 25:43Speaker 1: the damn hole. That's what's gonna happen. Now, We're both
- 25:45Speaker 1: going in that end because somebody want to fix miss
- 25:48Speaker 1: around and put the room day you want to put
- 25:50Speaker 1: the n spill my hand in man rung in everything.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I don't even answer the damn phone. My uncle get

- 26:03Speaker 1: you yelling at each other, we mean, we don't do this.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Yelling at each other is not gonna fix the problem.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I still have to do a step here. I have
- 26:12Speaker 1: to look at this paperwork. But when are you gonna
- 26:14Speaker 1: look at it? Whether you keep yelling. I don't even
- 26:16Speaker 1: have tiny gold with its paperwork. Every time I get
- 26:18Speaker 1: really look at something, you're yelling in my head. When
- 26:20Speaker 1: you want more time, I'm come at money I'm gonna
- 26:23Speaker 1: come out there right now. That's where I'm gonna do.
- 26:26Speaker 1: You know what We're to come on, then I try
- 26:28Speaker 1: to talk nice to your tell you what to I
- 26:31Speaker 1: told you that this is a fan of business. You're
- 26:32Speaker 1: disrespecting me. You come out here and you ain't no
- 26:36Speaker 1: because when we both going the whole days, That's what
- 26:38Speaker 1: I'm trying to tell you right now. But when you
- 26:48Speaker 1: because they're darntee you, you're gonna chance. I'm gonna bring
- 26:51Speaker 1: then bring that you ain't no because laugh gonna call
- 26:55Speaker 1: bigger both seven holes. I'll be when they get rid
- 26:58Speaker 1: of them. The tom so I'm wrong all women. Come on,
- 27:03Speaker 1: you ain't gonna I need to take Yes, you got
- 27:08Speaker 1: to say. I'm saying that you're listening to me. Kendrick.
- 27:12Speaker 1: You wrapped the sixth budget. This is Matthew Tommy. You
- 27:17Speaker 1: just got break by your sector Tarry with yo, your
- 27:27Speaker 1: man you Tommy. I'm gonna damn got you man, man
- 27:37Speaker 1: Old he was to be here today day I knew
- 27:41Speaker 1: something was funny. Yeah, you got me, But I was
- 27:44Speaker 1: gonna do the whole for your today trying to dig
- 27:47Speaker 1: all right, Hey, man, I gotta ask you one more
- 27:49Speaker 1: thing what is the baddest I'm talking about the baddest
- 27:52Speaker 1: radio show in the lands, the Steve Hardy Morning Show. Like,
- 28:01Speaker 1: what y'all want on y'all? I'm gonna ask you again.
- 28:04Speaker 1: I asked you yesterday what y'all want on? Y'all? You
- 28:06Speaker 1: don't want to talk about it? And it kind of
- 28:09Speaker 1: quote to anything you want to put on it. No,
- 28:11Speaker 1: we're good right now. I'm gonna have online. I had
- 28:14Speaker 1: to do it. Yeah, you did my way. I had
- 28:19Speaker 1: to do. I didn't have a choice. Pimping ain't eaging,
- 28:26Speaker 1: but I had to do it. But I'm definitely getting
- 28:29Speaker 1: to set up for us all to be buried in
- 28:30Speaker 1: the same place. So I just want y'all to do
- 28:33Speaker 1: We're gonna be dead, no, no, no I care. I'm
- 28:38Speaker 1: not gonna be laying next to your ass for you
- 28:40Speaker 1: turning and get out of here. So you got to
- 28:42Speaker 1: make more sense than all of us because you're you're
- 28:45Speaker 1: that's your nephew, your family talk. We could hunt people
- 28:50Speaker 1: if we want to together, we could do some stuff
- 28:52Speaker 1: we don't. We don't talk outside this radio show as okay,
- 28:58Speaker 1: but but but when we pass, that might be that
- 29:01Speaker 1: might be the relationship that you and I have all right,
- 29:05Speaker 1: we're moving on before this gets ugly. Coming up at
- 29:08Speaker 1: the top of the hour entertainment and national news. What
- 29:12Speaker 1: the only thing I will do dead that I ain't
- 29:16Speaker 1: already doing living is fly. We'll be back right after.
- 29:21Speaker 1: I'm not talking to you now. Don't wear everybody later
- 29:24Speaker 1: you're listening to morning show. Well in today's entertainment news
- 29:31Speaker 1: the time like The lineup for the twenty twenty i
- 29:34Speaker 1: Heeart Radio Music Festival has been announced. The tenth annual concert,
- 29:38Speaker 1: which will be held virtually this year because of course
- 29:41Speaker 1: of the pandemic. It'll feature recording recorded performances from Ussher,
- 29:47Speaker 1: Miley Cyrus, The Megoes, Kane Brown, the country singer I
- 29:51Speaker 1: Love Him Old, Play, u Kalid, Keith Urban, and more.
- 29:57Speaker 1: The event will stream on all i Heeart Radio stage
- 30:00Speaker 1: as well as on the c W app. It will
- 30:02Speaker 1: then air on the c W as a two night
- 30:06Speaker 1: event on September twenty seventh and the twenty eighth. And
- 30:10Speaker 1: that's good news. I mean, chances are we'll still be
- 30:13Speaker 1: at home so we could definitely watch it. Take that
- 30:18Speaker 1: COVID take and you have yeah. Wow, good lineup though,
- 30:25Speaker 1: and Usher and Usher oh, yeah, they'll probably make a
- 30:29Speaker 1: lot of money off that. M Yeah. While you say that, though,
- 30:33Speaker 1: because production value is gonna shrink. Oh, he missed me
- 30:38Speaker 1: and finally gives some new content for advertisers to be Yeah. Yeah, Kane, No,
- 30:46Speaker 1: not at this time. He could change, could change. Yeah,
- 30:55Speaker 1: he gonna had to change too. He just needs some help.
- 30:59Speaker 1: He needs to take his meds. Uh. Wow, as far
- 31:03Speaker 1: as we know, you know, he definitely needs some help.
- 31:06Speaker 1: It sounds like though, all right, guys, we're gonna switch
- 31:09Speaker 1: gears right here and get to some national news. Miss
- 31:12Speaker 1: Anne is off today. Yesterday, President Trump held his first
- 31:16Speaker 1: coronavirus news briefing since April. Wow, who knew it had
- 31:21Speaker 1: been that long. We knew it had been a long time,
- 31:23Speaker 1: but this one. Yeah, but it was only the president though.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Doctor foul she she wasn't there. Take a listen to
- 31:30Speaker 1: doctor Foulch. She's sang on CNN with Jake Tapper yesterday
- 31:33Speaker 1: that he was invited to the briefings. I was not
- 31:36Speaker 1: invited up to this point. I'm assuming that I'm not
- 31:39Speaker 1: going to be there. Of course, it's going to be
- 31:40Speaker 1: in just a short while and I'm still here at
- 31:43Speaker 1: the Nah. So I'm assuming it's not going to be there.
- 31:45Speaker 1: When's the last time you spoke directly with the president. Oh,
- 31:48Speaker 1: I had a good, long conversation with him towards the
- 31:51Speaker 1: end of last week. I think it was might have
- 31:53Speaker 1: been Thursday. Well, it's a pandemic. You have not talked
- 31:58Speaker 1: to the leading doctor experts a week ago. I know.
- 32:03Speaker 1: One of the reporters at the news conference asked the
- 32:06Speaker 1: President where were the doctors and he said, they said
- 32:10Speaker 1: doctor Foulci and doctor Burkes. And the President said, doctor
- 32:13Speaker 1: Burkes is standing right outside. He didn't mention doctor Fauci
- 32:16Speaker 1: she couldn't come in. Yeah, she's standing right outside. But
- 32:20Speaker 1: I mean, we all know, we all know Steve what
- 32:22Speaker 1: this is about. Okay, okay, so let me ask you
- 32:25Speaker 1: a question. What did he say? Because I was trying
- 32:28Speaker 1: to watch it, but I've missed it. Well, we got
- 32:31Speaker 1: some sound coming, yeah, yeah, yeah, said hang On. He
- 32:35Speaker 1: went He went on to say that the crisis probably
- 32:38Speaker 1: will get worse before it gets better, that's one thing
- 32:40Speaker 1: he said. But he didn't have a plan as to
- 32:43Speaker 1: how to fix it or anything. And finally, in today's
- 32:47Speaker 1: national headlines, President, who did he blame for it? Though? Well,
- 32:51Speaker 1: you know, he said it came out of China. We
- 32:53Speaker 1: should have stopped it before it got here from China.
- 32:58Speaker 1: He didn't really blame like he normally does. He was
- 33:02Speaker 1: kind of a low key president. You know, he must
- 33:06Speaker 1: have been reading. Oh he was definitely reading. Oh yeah,
- 33:10Speaker 1: he was definitely reading. You know how his attitude. He's
- 33:12Speaker 1: a real like low energy guy when he reads the stuff.
- 33:16Speaker 1: He didn't have a mask on, but he did say
- 33:18Speaker 1: masks are good. He did mention that we should probably
- 33:21Speaker 1: wear our masks. So he's changing sound on that him
- 33:25Speaker 1: talking about that. Listen to that. When you are not
- 33:28Speaker 1: able to socially distance, wear a mask, get a mask.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Whether you like the mask or not, they have an impact.
- 33:36Speaker 1: They'll have an effect. And we need everything we can get.
- 33:39Speaker 1: And I'm behind in the pole, right, and we know
- 33:44Speaker 1: that's what it's really about. And that's all it is.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Because he's failing miserably in the polls, especially on COVID.
- 33:51Speaker 1: The economy is hurting him too, because millions of people
- 33:54Speaker 1: who are filing for unemployment. That's hurting. But this COVID
- 33:57Speaker 1: thing is killing me. Yeah, not to mention that it's
- 34:01Speaker 1: going to be some dissension in the ranks simply because
- 34:06Speaker 1: I just can't believe that every Republican is going to
- 34:09Speaker 1: ignore all of the ignorance that has come out of
- 34:14Speaker 1: his mouth. I just don't believe all of them will
- 34:17Speaker 1: ignore all of it. Nancy Pelosi is calling it the
- 34:20Speaker 1: Trump virus now because our corona the Trump virus, because
- 34:27Speaker 1: and they should label it that, because if he could
- 34:32Speaker 1: pin this on anybody, he would. And that's why he's
- 34:36Speaker 1: trying to turn to China exactly instead of just admitting
- 34:41Speaker 1: what he hasn't done. And we all know that he
- 34:46Speaker 1: brought back the briefings in an attempt to try to
- 34:48Speaker 1: keep his job and revive his reelection all of that,
- 34:52Speaker 1: you know, But I mean, just such a lack of
- 34:55Speaker 1: leadership during this pandemic, and now he's trying to fix it,
- 34:58Speaker 1: you know, stop the bleeding as it were. Um and again,
- 35:03Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, why else would he just all
- 35:05Speaker 1: of a sudden now say masks are effective when before
- 35:07Speaker 1: he's saying he's been saying yeah, yeah, yeah, And he
- 35:12Speaker 1: hasn't been leading by example, not wearing or anything. Now
- 35:17Speaker 1: all of a sudden, just like you said, Shirley, just
- 35:19Speaker 1: a complete lack of leadership on this whole thing, and
- 35:23Speaker 1: he's trying to fix it now because he's seen what
- 35:25Speaker 1: he's done to him in the polls. But I did
- 35:28Speaker 1: hear Joe Biden yesterday what was his plan as BBB
- 35:33Speaker 1: bringing back better, Better Back. I thought it was pretty catchy.
- 35:37Speaker 1: He actually talked about it, and you know what he
- 35:39Speaker 1: would do differently, And he's actually discussing a plan. And
- 35:43Speaker 1: at the same time he was slamming Trump, I mean
- 35:48Speaker 1: picking him up in body slam in. Here's ass. Wow.
- 35:51Speaker 1: I thought I was watching w W E isself. Trump
- 35:54Speaker 1: wasn't there. But if Trump, if Trump was a body double,
- 35:58Speaker 1: like a like an ad balloon, dumb, he was Bobby
- 36:00Speaker 1: slam in all right? Coming up in twenty minutes after
- 36:04Speaker 1: the hour, Dave Chappelle flew to Wyoming to check on
- 36:07Speaker 1: his good friend Kanye we'll talk about it right after this.
- 36:11Speaker 1: You're listening to show well. Comedian Dave Chappelle flew to Cody,
- 36:16Speaker 1: Wyoming to check on his good friend Kanye West, following
- 36:20Speaker 1: uh Kanye's recent South Carolina campaign rally and his troubling
- 36:24Speaker 1: tweets that accused his wife Kim of trying to have
- 36:27Speaker 1: him and involuntarily committed to a mental hospital. Yesterday, Kanye
- 36:32Speaker 1: posted a video of himself with Dave Chappelle among other
- 36:35Speaker 1: friends who came to visit him, and in the video,
- 36:38Speaker 1: Kanye and Dave were joking and Kanye asked Dave to
- 36:41Speaker 1: make a smile take a listen uplifting joke. You know
- 36:49Speaker 1: all right now? That wow that I could hear the
- 37:09Speaker 1: weather coming through the weather. Yeah, the brother could have
- 37:16Speaker 1: been riding in a car with you. Thought was a hurricane,
- 37:25Speaker 1: does thunderstorms and would sounds like he was fit to
- 37:28Speaker 1: have a thunderstorm. I can't believe he flew into all
- 37:32Speaker 1: that trouble just to see Kanye. But that's where Kanye needs, man,
- 37:36Speaker 1: he needs a friend. I mean, you know, like he said,
- 37:39Speaker 1: you need a peer and you need an older guy.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Everybody has to have that. Man, if you're a man,
- 37:45Speaker 1: if you can find a great peer, a friend that
- 37:49Speaker 1: will be your friend and would tell you when you're
- 37:51Speaker 1: getting out of line, and you need an older man
- 37:55Speaker 1: to help you out too. That those are two critical
- 37:58Speaker 1: pieces of a puzzle in the development of men. Everybody
- 38:03Speaker 1: don't have that, but if you can seek that out,
- 38:07Speaker 1: especially young guys. Man, if you can find an older
- 38:10Speaker 1: guy that you can just talk to He may not
- 38:13Speaker 1: have the money you got, he may not have the
- 38:16Speaker 1: fame you got, He might not be in the same
- 38:19Speaker 1: line of work you in. He may not be built
- 38:22Speaker 1: and cut like you, none of that. But that dude
- 38:26Speaker 1: knows something just from having spent so much time on
- 38:30Speaker 1: this earth. He has seen some stuff, man, and he
- 38:34Speaker 1: can give you some real solid advice and you need
- 38:36Speaker 1: that and listen to him. Don't just have a bunch
- 38:39Speaker 1: of yes people around you. No, that's what it is, man,
- 38:42Speaker 1: and you because that experience. You know, It's like I
- 38:45Speaker 1: was talking to my kids the other day. You know,
- 38:47Speaker 1: we got into this big discussion, Dad, you can google everything,
- 38:50Speaker 1: and I said, no, you can't. Dad, names something you
- 38:52Speaker 1: can't google. I said, experience, Dad, what you I don't
- 39:00Speaker 1: know what I said, you can't google everything what I'm
- 39:03Speaker 1: teaching you and trying to tell you you can't google it.
- 39:07Speaker 1: You can't google success and you can't google experience. Now
- 39:12Speaker 1: I'm both of them. So no, you won't hear what
- 39:14Speaker 1: I got to say, or you won't go ahead and
- 39:15Speaker 1: try to figure it out. Yeah, silence after that, right,
- 39:22Speaker 1: because it's truth, you know. Yeah? Wow? All right, Well
- 39:27Speaker 1: coming up with thirty four minutes after the hour, there
- 39:30Speaker 1: is a coin shortage, and does Steve you're here to
- 39:33Speaker 1: break it down what that means? Right after this you're
- 39:36Speaker 1: listening to show what is going on in the world.
- 39:42Speaker 1: America is in the midst of a coin shortage and
- 39:44Speaker 1: a coining. According to USA Today, the spreading of a
- 39:47Speaker 1: coronavirus and the resulting of business closures could be why
- 39:52Speaker 1: the circulation of coins dropped off. What do you think,
- 39:55Speaker 1: I tell you, I tell you why A lot of
- 39:57Speaker 1: coins missing? Really? Well, what's going on? Call? Black people
- 40:02Speaker 1: are saving them in crown row bags. I thought you
- 40:07Speaker 1: were gonna be all serious. That's where your damn coins
- 40:14Speaker 1: is that? Oh they got it full of coins. You
- 40:20Speaker 1: can't get it. But I see that's the thing about it.
- 40:24Speaker 1: We save a lot of stuff. Oh, we say my mama,
- 40:29Speaker 1: I watched, my mama says stuff. I say stuff. My
- 40:32Speaker 1: sisters says stuff. You know what else we say. You
- 40:36Speaker 1: can't explain it to nobody. We keep paper bags. As
- 40:43Speaker 1: soon as we come from the grocery store, we fold
- 40:46Speaker 1: that damn bag up and keep it. We got a
- 40:48Speaker 1: blottle slot between the base cabinet and refrigerator. They've dined
- 40:53Speaker 1: in there. Get a bag out of there in case
- 40:55Speaker 1: you got to cast something. Yes, I ain't. Something else.
- 41:00Speaker 1: We saved old people. All people say butter containers, crock
- 41:10Speaker 1: spread I can't believe by carnola, all just full of
- 41:19Speaker 1: stuff like that. They look like tupperware with no damn tops.
- 41:24Speaker 1: I tell you something else. We saved shot glasses. If
- 41:28Speaker 1: we if we see a shot glass somewhere, we got
- 41:31Speaker 1: to get that to the house. Yes, in case you
- 41:36Speaker 1: need it. Here's something else. We say T shirts that
- 41:39Speaker 1: we can't even fit. No more. Everybody got a draw
- 41:45Speaker 1: with some T shirts. You know your ass can't wear
- 41:48Speaker 1: this shirt? No more. You ain't liar. Yes, I'm telling you.
- 41:52Speaker 1: You put it up and you're gonna wear that. We
- 41:59Speaker 1: say salting pepper shakers. My mama has some of the
- 42:04Speaker 1: salt and pepper. I tell you something else. We saved two.
- 42:07Speaker 1: We saved condiments. We saved hot sauce, packets, mustard package,
- 42:15Speaker 1: catch up package. We saved chop sticks. Half of us
- 42:19Speaker 1: don't even know how to use chop sticks. Sorry, sauce,
- 42:23Speaker 1: don't throw that way. Put it in the drawer. Even
- 42:26Speaker 1: sour sauce, you better talk. We saved old last remote
- 42:32Speaker 1: that run TVs we ain't seen in the year. You
- 42:38Speaker 1: know something else. Black people don't ever throw away keys.
- 42:43Speaker 1: We don't even know what the kids too, but we
- 42:46Speaker 1: keep it in case we gonna need that ki. Oh
- 42:50Speaker 1: my god, Steve, did you be like what this kid
- 42:55Speaker 1: go to? I don't know, you ain't. Yeah, And I'll
- 43:00Speaker 1: tell you something that to get your ass in trouble
- 43:02Speaker 1: for real, Fellas what back in the day, don't hang
- 43:06Speaker 1: on the concert tickets really trouble? Hell, yeah, especially if
- 43:14Speaker 1: your girl didn't go see Shard Day with you, because
- 43:19Speaker 1: I know goodn't here. Well, I ain't seen shot Day
- 43:21Speaker 1: when with you at Shard Day hanging on them tickets? Man,
- 43:28Speaker 1: a lot of stuff, Man, you got to let go off.
- 43:31Speaker 1: I got a partner man that's got these shoes, and
- 43:37Speaker 1: he wham and I compliment him on the shoes, but
- 43:40Speaker 1: I really don't like the shoes, right because that that hideous,
- 43:46Speaker 1: you know what I mean? You know, because he's a
- 43:47Speaker 1: cool brother. You know, a man that's some sharp shoes.
- 43:51Speaker 1: You know, he says, Man, you know how long I
- 43:53Speaker 1: had these shoes, Steve, you ain't gonna be leave these
- 43:58Speaker 1: shoes twenty years old. I believe it. I believe I'm
- 44:04Speaker 1: believing because they damn show out of style. I don't
- 44:09Speaker 1: even own nothing I can wear from from twenty years ago.
- 44:16Speaker 1: No man, So we got all the coins. Yeah, yeah,
- 44:23Speaker 1: all right, Steve, thank you for putting us on that
- 44:27Speaker 1: coming up nephew in the building with the prank phone
- 44:29Speaker 1: call that's right after this. You're listening to show coming
- 44:35Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, right about four
- 44:37Speaker 1: minutes after today's strawberry letter. My subject is he really
- 44:41Speaker 1: thinks I took advantage of him. He really thinks I
- 44:45Speaker 1: took advantage of him. But right now the nephew is
- 44:49Speaker 1: here with today's prank phone call. What do you have
- 44:51Speaker 1: for us today? Three minute remarks? Three minute remarks? Where
- 45:00Speaker 1: do you hear that? At at the funeral? The funeral?
- 45:02Speaker 1: At the film? Yeah, so we didn't left from the tombstone,
- 45:05Speaker 1: and we didn't went back. You see what I'm saying.
- 45:07Speaker 1: Now we at the funeral. Yeah, I should have ran
- 45:10Speaker 1: them differently, but now we at the funeral. Three minute remarks.
- 45:14Speaker 1: Watch this. Hey, hey, it's it's it's that weak for me, okay,
- 45:19Speaker 1: just mad with me? Yeah, you go. It all started
- 45:24Speaker 1: off the air. There we go well, yes, I'm trying
- 45:32Speaker 1: to reach your brother Keith. Please. Yeah, this is Keith Keith.
- 45:38Speaker 1: How are you doing? This is Lawrence over at Ill
- 45:41Speaker 1: Funeral Home. Okay. We are the ones that have the
- 45:47Speaker 1: um doing the funeral for sister Dolores, and that is
- 45:52Speaker 1: uh you'll my understanding, right yeah okay, And as you know,
- 45:58Speaker 1: the funeral is uh this coming Thursday. Yes, I'll be
- 46:03Speaker 1: that Thursday. I'm giving you a call because it's been
- 46:08Speaker 1: brought to my attention, uh that you were going to
- 46:13Speaker 1: be giving remarks for the funeral? Is that correct? Yes? Absolutely? Okay.
- 46:19Speaker 1: I wanted to call you because we're getting ready to
- 46:22Speaker 1: print the programs for the funeral and let you know
- 46:26Speaker 1: that they have taken you off for the remarks because
- 46:32Speaker 1: they say that you're not going to be on. What
- 46:36Speaker 1: do you mean taking me off? Well, what I'm saying
- 46:40Speaker 1: is they say that you're you're not going to abide
- 46:43Speaker 1: by the two three minute rule that they have for remarks,
- 46:47Speaker 1: and they wanted they've they've taken you off and uh
- 46:51Speaker 1: uh who who are they? Who come out? Who? Who?
- 46:56Speaker 1: What's the name is launch? I'm Launched, I'm actual funeral
- 47:00Speaker 1: director lords and who who told you to take me
- 47:04Speaker 1: off one of the one of the family members I'm
- 47:08Speaker 1: assuming is who who made the adjustment, and an adjustment
- 47:13Speaker 1: that ain't no adjustment, that's that's changing the whole program.
- 47:17Speaker 1: Who else is on the list? I mean, there's quite
- 47:19Speaker 1: a few family members doing different things, uh, throughout the funeral. Okay,
- 47:25Speaker 1: so how did you get to my name? Is what
- 47:27Speaker 1: I'm trying to figure out that they said that. Let
- 47:30Speaker 1: listen to me. Listen, Listen to me. Listen to me,
- 47:33Speaker 1: brother Keith, Listen to me. What they said it is
- 47:35Speaker 1: that you weren't going to abide by the time. You
- 47:40Speaker 1: weren't going to do your remarks in three minutes or less. Listen, listen, listen, listen.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Monty raised me. He put me through college. And you
- 47:50Speaker 1: think I've been I've Beena goes there in her funeral
- 47:54Speaker 1: and be under two minutes. Well, well, listen to listen,
- 47:59Speaker 1: brother Keith. Brother, keep listening to him. Normally, when we
- 48:02Speaker 1: have these funerals, people who give remarks, we have them
- 48:06Speaker 1: three minutes or less. Okay, I'll tell you what. I'll
- 48:10Speaker 1: tell you what mister Lord don't list? Is she loan
- 48:13Speaker 1: the list? We have a shealer. Yes, there's a sealer.
- 48:18Speaker 1: That's singing her name off the list. Take her off
- 48:23Speaker 1: the list and put me where she supposed to be
- 48:25Speaker 1: with my current and her time is Bobby Bobby now, yes,
- 48:33Speaker 1: Bobby Junior is given remarks. That's that's that's Delors's that's
- 48:38Speaker 1: mister Lawes's son. Right, Yes, he's son, the one that's
- 48:42Speaker 1: been locked up. He just got out of tail. The
- 48:45Speaker 1: truth be told. He the one Dawn. Then put her
- 48:47Speaker 1: in the coffee. You need to take him off the
- 48:49Speaker 1: list too. Give me all that time, because I mean,
- 48:52Speaker 1: if I gonna take nothing that Keith, let me let me,
- 48:55Speaker 1: let me just say this to you. I cannot take
- 48:59Speaker 1: she or Boby Junior off. I can't make any alterations
- 49:03Speaker 1: to this program unless they say that. Actually, sir, you
- 49:09Speaker 1: already you already taking you already taking people name off,
- 49:12Speaker 1: you're taking my name off. But but they they orchestrated
- 49:16Speaker 1: this though. Who is they? Who is Day? They for
- 49:20Speaker 1: having my problems? They try to take me off my
- 49:23Speaker 1: hockey program? Who is Day? Sir? I'm not gonna get
- 49:28Speaker 1: into a family matter. But until they say that, you
- 49:31Speaker 1: can't matter. Sure, I'm not gonna. I don't want to.
- 49:35Speaker 1: I don't want to have this turn out to be
- 49:38Speaker 1: bad and we want to have a great homegoing for
- 49:41Speaker 1: sister Deloyer. Okay, damn right. And if I don't get
- 49:44Speaker 1: to say nothing, I guarant tease, I guarantee you it's
- 49:48Speaker 1: gonna be a truthful one in there. Somebody else don't
- 49:50Speaker 1: get things and a call for tooth. I guarantees that
- 49:53Speaker 1: if I don't get to say nothing, that my monkey
- 49:55Speaker 1: fue Monethy didn't pay for them college. I didn't put sick.
- 50:00Speaker 1: I'm not in the funeral. I bet you I tell
- 50:03Speaker 1: you this. I'll tell you this, mister lord. I bet
- 50:05Speaker 1: you whether I'm on the program I'm not. I bet
- 50:08Speaker 1: you I say it with the fool I want to.
- 50:10Speaker 1: I bet you that much. You tell by that I didn't.
- 50:16Speaker 1: I didn't put me through colleagues. I put money on
- 50:19Speaker 1: the funeral. I called around a few who ain't putting
- 50:22Speaker 1: no money on the funeral. Fell in they can't be
- 50:24Speaker 1: on the program, man, keep they when they decide who
- 50:31Speaker 1: who Who's own it? If they changed the format, then
- 50:35Speaker 1: I will call you back. Who who the is? Vegue?
- 50:39Speaker 1: That's what I'm trying to get. Get you understand who
- 50:42Speaker 1: is bad? Can I can I tell you something and
- 50:44Speaker 1: I don't want you to get to I rape. Okay, ahead,
- 50:48Speaker 1: go ahead, go ahead, man. I just want to say this,
- 50:52Speaker 1: Keith will them. This is nephew Tommy from the Steve
- 50:54Speaker 1: Harvey Martin Show. You just got freaked, dude. You have
- 50:58Speaker 1: gotten breaked by yo because Bobby Junior, you bum, I'm
- 51:08Speaker 1: Bobby Junior Up. I'm kicking Bobby. I know that my
- 51:15Speaker 1: love pleasures all up. I ain't got found the playing
- 51:17Speaker 1: man taking me out? Damn program Oba. Bobby said, y'all
- 51:28Speaker 1: grew up black brothers man, and you was you was
- 51:31Speaker 1: basically another son of mister Lord's. That's right, Yes, yes
- 51:35Speaker 1: I was. Man. Oh hey, let me ask you this man,
- 51:40Speaker 1: what is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio
- 51:43Speaker 1: show in the land Steve Harvey Morning Shout. Have you
- 51:53Speaker 1: ever hit a funeral and somebody actually did three minutes
- 51:57Speaker 1: and was done? No? No, they always going to five
- 52:02Speaker 1: six minutes. Don't know when to get off. I want
- 52:05Speaker 1: to tell the whole story of their relationship. I've been
- 52:08Speaker 1: the funerals and her. Some people say something the most
- 52:11Speaker 1: ignorant and yes, they're not going to sit down when
- 52:15Speaker 1: they say and let me say this, Hey, man at
- 52:19Speaker 1: my partner's funeral. It was four to half hour funeral
- 52:22Speaker 1: to start with whoa it was? It was? It was horrible.
- 52:26Speaker 1: I ain't I ain't talking about grad Calhoun. I'm talking
- 52:28Speaker 1: about before that. One of my mama other partners died.
- 52:33Speaker 1: Wife on the front row, two kids, they're real small. Uh.
- 52:37Speaker 1: This girl goes up there and says, yeah, I'm gonna
- 52:40Speaker 1: really miss him. He used to call me at night
- 52:44Speaker 1: and he used to sing to me. Now we're sitting
- 52:47Speaker 1: here going where you going with this? His wife sitting
- 52:51Speaker 1: on the front row with two little kids and ship
- 52:55Speaker 1: to talk about here, I'm gonna miss him. He called
- 52:58Speaker 1: me at night. He's he's to sing to me at night.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Do you all remember Harold Melvin? Oh I miss you?
- 53:06Speaker 1: Won't you sing it with me? In church head people
- 53:13Speaker 1: saying it, Oh, the pastor the church were sitting up
- 53:20Speaker 1: there with la Jesus, Lad Jesus. That's not good. All right,

- 54:30Speaker 1: all right, thank you enough you subject. He really thinks
- 54:33Speaker 1: I took advantage of him. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm in
- 54:36Speaker 1: my late thirties and I'm dating a man that I
- 54:38Speaker 1: met at church. I found out that he talked to
- 54:41Speaker 1: our pastor about me, and the pastor Hennett that he
- 54:44Speaker 1: might be ready to propose. I got excited and decided
- 54:48Speaker 1: it was time to take our relationship to the next level,
- 54:52Speaker 1: meaning it was time for sex. We have been together
- 54:55Speaker 1: for six months and we were friends for two years
- 54:58Speaker 1: before we started dating. We haven't had sex, but we
- 55:01Speaker 1: sleep in the same bed a lot, and I like
- 55:04Speaker 1: to sleep in my underwear. I must admit that he
- 55:06Speaker 1: is a strong willed man because I look great in
- 55:10Speaker 1: my underwear and I am irresistible. We have also taken
- 55:14Speaker 1: a few showers together, and again he never made a
- 55:18Speaker 1: move on me. He says you ain't right, or you
- 55:21Speaker 1: play too much to let me know he's turned on
- 55:24Speaker 1: by me. This past weekend, he stayed at my house
- 55:26Speaker 1: and I slipped into some of my sexy lingerie before
- 55:29Speaker 1: we went to bed. I told him that it was
- 55:32Speaker 1: time for us to explore each other intimately, and he
- 55:35Speaker 1: said that in due time we would. But when he
- 55:38Speaker 1: lay next to me in the bed, his body said
- 55:40Speaker 1: something else. I initiated some pregame activities and we had
- 55:45Speaker 1: the most romantic intimate experience ever. I was relieved and
- 55:50Speaker 1: very happy happy afterward because I wanted to make sure
- 55:53Speaker 1: he knew what he was doing in the bedroom. The
- 55:56Speaker 1: next morning, he woke me up and said we needed
- 55:59Speaker 1: to talk. He told me that I was too forward,
- 56:02Speaker 1: and I seduced him after he told me needed to
- 56:05Speaker 1: wait to have sex now. The beautiful night I thought
- 56:08Speaker 1: we had was ruined. He told me that he thought
- 56:12Speaker 1: I was the one for him, but now he's not
- 56:15Speaker 1: sure if we're compatible. I reminded him that he never
- 56:19Speaker 1: said stop, and it takes two people to do what
- 56:21Speaker 1: we did. Do you think I took advantage of him?
- 56:24Speaker 1: Please help? All right? I don't necessarily know think you
- 56:28Speaker 1: took advantage of him of him, I think you took
- 56:31Speaker 1: advantage of the situation. And I'm going to go here. First,
- 56:36Speaker 1: you mentioned a few things in the letter. You mentioned
- 56:40Speaker 1: that first you met him at church, then you found
- 56:46Speaker 1: out that he had talked to the pastor about you,
- 56:49Speaker 1: and no matter how hard you've tried, he told you
- 56:52Speaker 1: that you guys need to wait. And what this kind
- 56:55Speaker 1: of says to me is that, as unusual as this
- 56:59Speaker 1: seems in these sexually promiscuous times, that this man is
- 57:04Speaker 1: trying to do the right thing by God and not
- 57:07Speaker 1: fornicate with you. I mean, I think he really wants
- 57:10Speaker 1: to wait. He's told you that he really wants to
- 57:13Speaker 1: wait until marriage to have sex with you. You guys
- 57:16Speaker 1: are playing with fire, though. I gotta tell you that
- 57:19Speaker 1: he has accused you of being too forward and seducing him.
- 57:22Speaker 1: But I don't understand what he thinks is going to
- 57:26Speaker 1: happen if you guys are sleeping in the same bed,
- 57:29Speaker 1: if you're showering together, and if you're wearing sexy underwear.
- 57:33Speaker 1: I mean, all of that leads to sex, doesn't it. Yes,
- 57:37Speaker 1: it does every time for me, every every time, right.
- 57:42Speaker 1: I mean, he's strong willed, You're right about that to
- 57:47Speaker 1: be able to resist all of that most of the time.
- 57:50Speaker 1: But that's why I think you know that maybe he's
- 57:53Speaker 1: trying to be right. By God, you guys have just
- 57:55Speaker 1: been together for about six months as a couple, so
- 57:59Speaker 1: I think you need to talk more and find out
- 58:01Speaker 1: what's going on with him before you push this any further.
- 58:05Speaker 1: It sounds to me like, you know, he might want
- 58:07Speaker 1: to take it slow and make you his first lady
- 58:09Speaker 1: one day, but right now he's just not ready. Steve,
- 58:13Speaker 1: That's what I think. I see so much more in
- 58:16Speaker 1: this now, of course you do. Yeah, let's go on,
- 58:21Speaker 1: let's not let's not break this one down. Let's tat
- 58:24Speaker 1: this one down. Okay. I remember, late thirties. I'm dating
- 58:28Speaker 1: a man I met at church. Found out he talked
- 58:31Speaker 1: to your pastor about me in the past. To hint
- 58:34Speaker 1: it that he might be ready to propose. So now
- 58:39Speaker 1: you got excited and decided it was time to take
- 58:41Speaker 1: the relationship to the next level, meaning it was time
- 58:44Speaker 1: for sex. Let's just review this right hill. You're dating
- 58:48Speaker 1: a man that you met at church. This man goes
- 58:52Speaker 1: to the pastor, obviously saying something to the pastor. Your
- 58:56Speaker 1: pastor hits to you, this man might be ready to propose.
- 59:02Speaker 1: You got excited, and then you decided it was time
- 59:05Speaker 1: to have sex. Well, what church y'all go to? What
- 59:11Speaker 1: did the pastor say? I want to know the conversation
- 59:16Speaker 1: you in the past to head. Right after that, you
- 59:19Speaker 1: said it's time to have some sex. This is a
- 59:24Speaker 1: great church. Now, you had been together for six months
- 59:30Speaker 1: and y'all been friends for two years. For y'all start
- 59:32Speaker 1: to date and you ain't had no sex. But we
- 59:35Speaker 1: sleep in the same bed a lot, and I like
- 59:38Speaker 1: to sleep in my underwear. I must admit that he's
- 59:42Speaker 1: a strong willed man because I look great in my
- 59:44Speaker 1: underwear and I'm irresistible. Now, one of these statements can't
- 59:48Speaker 1: be true. You're gonna go one of these statements ain't
- 59:56Speaker 1: no way in hell can be true? And which one
- 59:59Speaker 1: do you you're sleeping, You're on you like sleeping, you're
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: on the way. Okay, that's true. Huh. I look great
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: in my underwell and I'm irresistible. But he's sleeping the
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: bed and he don't touch your in what some of
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: these statements ain't true? All right, we're gonna have part
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: two of Steve's response at twenty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry Letters. Subject he really thinks I took advantage
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: of him. Uh, we'll be back right after this. You're
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: listening to Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, come on,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letter. Uh, he really thinks I
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: took advantage of him. M that's a subject. Well, that
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: ain't high. I see it. You met dating the man
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: in the church, knowing him for two years, you all
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: you found out that he went in and talked to
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: the past about you and it passer came back and
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: told you he and you ready to propose. So right
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: after the conversation with the past of y'all church members,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: now this your spiritual leader, shepherd, you just got through
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: talking to him, and right after that conversation, you thought
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: we standing for us had some sick I don't know
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: what the pastor said to you. I don't know what
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: he said to the past and I don't know what
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: church this is, but I would be very interested in
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: being a member. Just right off the dribble, sounds like
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: a church I could easily just go to if y'all want. Okay,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: we started dating. We haven't had sex, but we're sleep
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: in the same bed a lot. I like to sleep
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: in my underwear. I must admit he's a strong, wild
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: man because I look great in my underwear and I
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: am irresistible. Man. Well, well, well, somebody ain't staying all
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: the damn facts. Why are you hurping that? I'm just standing,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: you know, not checked it down or it don't stop that.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: We've also taken a few showers together. And again he
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: never made a move on you. You just said you
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: was irresistible. Now unless you taking showers in that same
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: underwear you're sleeping in, I'm assuming y'all nked yes, And
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: then he'll say to me, you ain't right. You played
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: too much to let me know he's turned on. Well,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: this past weekend he stayed at your house. You slipped
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: in some of your sexy laundry before you went to bed.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: You told him it's time for us to explore each
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: other intimately, and he said, didn't do time. We would
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: but what excuse me? But when he laid next to
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: me in the bed, his body said something else. I
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: knew it did not mind is screaming at this point,
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: it's no longer talking. I'm I'm hauling at myself. Steve say, man,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: it's stupid, Steve. You see what I'm dying. He didn't Stave,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Steve whistle blowing because he can whistle, you know, yeah, Steve.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: But when he lay next to me in his bed,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: his body said something else. Then she initiated some pregame
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: activities and we had the most romantic intimate experience ever.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: I was relieved and very happy afterwards because I wanted
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: to make sure he knew what he was doing in
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: the bedroom. This is a key line to what I'm
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: about to get to. I wanted to make sure he
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: knew what he was doing in the bedroom. The next morning,
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: he woke me up and said we need to talk.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: He told me I was too forward and I seduced
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: him after he after he told me we needed to
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: wait to have sex. Not a beautiful night, I thought,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: I had was ruined. He told me he thought I
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: was the one for him. But now I'm not sure
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: if we're compatible. Right now, let me tell you what happened.
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: What happened right here. Shirley's absolutely correct. The dude was
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: on some straight spiritual stuff. He thought he was getting
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: something a little bit more wholesome, a little bit more
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: pure than what he had last night. Because you was
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: in there, you said, I wanted to make sure he
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: knew what he was doing in the bedroom. Might as
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: well put in parentheses, because I damn show du see
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: see see this how I read these letters. I wanted
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: to make sure him knew what he was doing in
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: the bedroom, cause parentheses. I damn show due. And you
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: showed him too. But she showed him too much. So
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: now she in't here, just doing way ain't too damn much.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: He can't even hand it. Oh he trying to, he performing,
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: But you're doing too damn much. You in't here, you you,
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: you in't here? Oh man, you just good? What is
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: you doing? You're the scared demand? Now you too damn
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: much for him? Wow for one man, but not enough
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: for two? That gummin Who is you? And what is
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: she to you you too damn much? All right? You
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: told me I thought I was one for him, but
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: now he didn't shoe if you compatible Yeah, I told him.
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: You didn't tell me to stop here. He couldn't use
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: too much. He couldn't say stop you run into playing
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: tag by you tag and bringing yourself in the rain.

- 1:06:50Speaker 1: face new difficulties. Housing Wire could relate. They needed to
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: hire a reporter to cover news stories on the US
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: housing market, so they turned to zip recruiter, and that's
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: how Housing Wire found Alexandra Roha. Alexandra never imagined she
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: could get a reporter job during COVID nineteen, but then
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: she created a profile on zip recruiter. Zip Recruiter matched
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: her to Housing Wire's reporter job because she was a
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: great fit for the role. Housing Wire received her application
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: only four hours after they posted the job, and just
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: a few weeks later, Alexandra was hired. See how zip

- 1:07:38Speaker 1: is every week this is not sports talk. Well what
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: is it you're talking about? You heard going on fots
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Quinn talking about sports talk. We don't have nothing, look
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: anything anything. Well, I watched soccer yesterday, Junior? You did? Yeah? Yeah,
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: I'm a person in the stands. A really don't know
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: what the hell going on now? Ain't nobody holland? Oh bad?
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: I'm still waiting on the corn hole. Whenever we get together,
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: that's fine, Tommy, you're gonna get crushed, Okay, cool, I'm
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: just talking you out your league. All I need to
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: see tosses. I'm ready to go. When when the crew
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: get together. Next time the crew get together, be ready,
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: be ye ready. This is sports talk too. We like
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: that well sports, So yeah, that's right, sports talk. You
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: ain't never beat me at nothing else. The only thing
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: you can beat me doing is running. And that's just
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: so late. We'll check this out. Ninety Five NFL players
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: tested positive for the coronavirus system. That's what I'm trying
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: to figure out toime. And this is all the last
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: four months now, players like von Miller, Ezekiel Ellett, they
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: all tested positive and the NFL say they expect more
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: big numbers as they begin, uh, you know, getting ready
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: for training camp between players, staff and coaches. So we're
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: gonna see what we're gonna eat and have a season
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: because the NFL might stand for this season will not
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: last for long. That might that might be with a
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: stand because we can't get nothing. I don't even care, really,
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: you just don't give it. I'm trying to get Trump
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: out of there. That's what I'm trying to do. That
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: more important, and there will be no preseason football games.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: But he goes on, this is funny to me, this
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: is really tripped out. Uh, Antonio Brown tweeted that he
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: is done playing football. Ain't nobody to ask him? Then
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: he's been The NFL was done first, and so is
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: everybody else right now, You're not the only one. But
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: I would like to give a shout out to Major
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: League Baseball. I saw some of the players kneeling before
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: the game. Man. That really ok, yeah, yeah, we got
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: players now, man before the game, so they involved in
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: the movement. You know, your president, Junior said, that's a
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: sign of disrespect. He said, that's disrespectful what they meant
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: because people have decided to not allow you to change
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: the narrative. Venus right, find something else to make as
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: your political statement. I think the statement that these brothers
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: are making and these other players is more important. That's right,
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: That's right, all right, thank you, Junior. Coming up at
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: the top of the hour, we'll talk about tell me
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: something good that is coming up right after this. You're
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: listening to show all right time now for tell me
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: something good, some good news for a change. Here's some

- 1:10:45Speaker 1: with Houston Rocket Star and Steve's favorite player, Russell Westbrook.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: He has honored the Gift That Is a clothing line
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: to design shirts with social justice messages on them that
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: were not approved for NBA jerseys. The new partnership was
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: announced After Lebron, James, and Anthony Davis chose not to
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: wear the NBA approved social justice slogans at this season's
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: Disney World Resorts, m Lebron stated he would have liked
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: to have had say on what to wear and felt
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: the NBA's designs didn't resonate with his mission or his goal.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: That's when the NBA's Players Association and Russell came together.
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: So here's some of the messages for the new T shirts.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: Systemic racism, Police Reform. I can't breathe, no justice, no peace,
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: break the cycle approved. These are no These are the
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: messages for the new T shirt Russell, systemic racism, police Reform.
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: I can't breathe, no justice, no peace, break the cycle.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: Strange fruit by any means, power to the people, Equality,
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: and this one am I next with the question mark
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: my next one. Go ahead, Russell. I'm gonna support him
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: and I got one. He can buy something that I
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: think would be probably the top seller. What there we go.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: I'm tired of this sugar Honey ice team. We all
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: buy it? Yes? Yeah, wow for him? That's good? Yeah,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: go ahead. I like that. When they go on sale
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: Junior another month or so, you know. I'm just glad
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: it wasn't Jane Harden. They pardoned up with coming. I
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: want another one. I want I got another one? Which
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: one probably the number one seller? Matter of fact, all y'all, Yeah,
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: we can feel that blank. Matter of fact all y'all,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: and that's a good one. And choose your last statement.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: I got YEA clinic can fit right there. You want
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Russell to call you steak? Yeah, so for he is
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: your favorite player, that's for you. And then and then
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: a matter of fact, we didn't got to spell it
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: all the way out either. We can get put in
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: mal phone now that could be two things. Right then,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: letting me be in charge of the shirts, man, give
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: you another one on let me think no Julian stuff.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: I have some more good news while you're thinking, uh,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: this is trending weather news. Actually, it's some questions for
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: you guys. It's a heatwave. We all know that it's
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: hot everywhere. So here's some questions for you guys. Um,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: do you sleep naked when we're having a heat wave?
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: I sleeps cold and it don't matter what it is.
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: I don't understand big clothing. If clothes you mean pajamas,
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: what a big big. I mean calling you know, you
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: put your bed clothes on. Yeah, I was like some
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: of your great grandmother might say, ring my momo in here.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: But that was Timmy to brust that up. Okay, the
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: question with Steve, do you sleep naked since it's so
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: hot out? Do you sleep naked when we're having a heatwave? Yeah,
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: I'll sleep naked all the time. Now do you sleep
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: naked and walk outside when you not? When you can't
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: sleep I'm talking about backyard? Just just just you know,
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: just no, I don't. I like, I like something on case.
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: I gotta run because I can't run when I'm naked.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: You can't, I can't. See. That's why you should do
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: more than that. You should try naked running, you know
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: what I mean? No, see, I can't run. N see
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: time you can run naked. You ain't got the same problem.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: I mean, I don't. I was hand all right. I
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: try to jog, nick, it knock my ass out. All right?
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: Coming up, we'll have more of today's trending Morning Shown.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: After the joke was good, We'll be back right after this.
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: You're listening to Morning Show, All right, guys, here's a
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: crazy story. A teenage boy charged nearly twenty thousand dollars
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: to a debit card between June fourteenth and June thirtieth.
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: This happened on Twitch. He pretty much spent his mom savings.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: He was watching other people play video games, That's what
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: he was doing. He racked up that kind of bill,
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: twenty grand. Yeah. So when the funeral, so Steve, I
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: gotta ask you, when was the worst trouble you got
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: into as a kid or that you cause your parents. Yeah,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: I didn't have to run up twenty thousand dollars on
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: my moment credit card. We first of all, we didn't
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: hand the credit card. We didn't have twenty thousand dollars.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: I got sent to the stolen by some bread in
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: the newspaper. One time. They gave me a dollar and
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: I lost the forty six cent change. O lord, I
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: got my ass whooped so severely over forty six cent
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: because my daddy just knew my ass had bought a
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: doughnut and a damn pop. Oh he knew it, hunh Yeah,
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: but to him without asking him, and spent the money,
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: the money that he worked for her for and I
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: told him I lost it, and I got the whooping anyway,
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: But I really didn't lose that I had bought the doughnut,
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: and hell yeah, I don't know why he didn't accept this.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: I don't even know how he knew I was lying.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: I think I had some blades around my all right,
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: Steve mar Trending news stories coming up at thirty three
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, right after this, you're listening to
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: this morning show. We comedian Dave Chappelle flew to Cody,
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: Wyoming to check on his good friend Kanye West, following
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: uh Kanye's recent South Carolina campaign rally and his troubling
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: tweets that accused his wife Kim of trying to have
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: him and involuntarily committed to a mental hospital. Yesterday, Kanye
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: posted a video of himself with Dave Chappelle among other
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: friends who came to visit him, and in the video,
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: Kanye and Dave were joking and Kanye asked Dave to
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: make a smile take a listening, uplifting joke, you know,
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: all right? Now? That was all wow, that I could
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: hear the weather through the weather. Yeah, the brother could
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: have been riding in a car with the woman. You
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: thought they was a hurricane. Would sounds like he was
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: f to have a thunderstorm that I can't believe he
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: flew into all that trouble just to see Kanye. But
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: that's where Kanye needs. Man, he needs a friend. I mean,
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: you know, like he said, you need a peer, and
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: you need an older guy. Everybody has to have that. Man,
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: if you're a man, if you can find a great peer,
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: a friend that will be your friend and would tell
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: you when you're getting out of line, and you need
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: an older man to help you out too. That those
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: are two critical pieces of a puzzle in the in
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: the development of men. Everybody don't have that, but if
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: you can seek that out, especially young guys. Man, if
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: you can find an older guy that you can just
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: talk to. He may not have the money you got,
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: he may not have the fame you got, he might
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: not be in the same line to work you in.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: He may not be built and cut like you, none
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: of that. But that dude knows something just from having
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: spent so much time on this earth. He has seen
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: some stuff, man, and he can give you some real
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: solid advice and you need that and listen to him.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: Don't just have a bunch of yes people around you. No,
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: that's what it is, man, and you because that experience.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: You know, It's like I was talking to my kids
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: the other day. You know, we got into this big discussion. Dad,
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: you can google everything? I said, No, you can't. Dad.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: Names something you can't google. I said, experience? Dad, What
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: you mean? I don't know? That's what I said, you
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: can't google everything. What I'm teaching you and trying to
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: tell you, you can't google it. You can't google success
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: and you can't google experience. Now I'm both of them.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: So no, you won't hear what I got to say.
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: Are you won't go ahead and try to figure it out? Yeah?
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: Silence after that, right, because it's truth, you know. Yeah.
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: Coming up, it's our last break of the day. It's

- 1:21:39Speaker 1: to the election. And I'm just gonna hold true to that.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: And before anybody makes the attempt to say, well, Steve,
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: we're tired. Are you talking about the election? We're tired?
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: Are you talking about social justice when you're gonna get

- 1:22:15Speaker 1: of things that I do to stay on the very
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: positive things about But this radio show, I want to
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: say this, you cannot be as sick of me as
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: you are of him. I just can't beat there I
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: can't imagine that I've made someone as sick as this
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: president has made us all. I just can't imagine that
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: I got that. You know, you tune in sometimes for
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: the levity part of what we do. You know, you
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: want to feel some laughs and get out of the dolgiums,
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: and we do that throughout the show. But what what
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: we're trying to do with Michelle Obama, the first lady,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: when we when we're trying to get you to go
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: to when we all Vote dot org? When we all
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: vote dot org, It's very simple. Since voter registration is low,
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: all you gotta do is gonna line and you have
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: the time to go online right now. Anybody who's an
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: unregistered voter and know someone else who isn't registered. Nearly
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: all of us have internet access on our phones, go
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: to when we All Vote dot org and register to vote.
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: And if you're getting sick of me saying this, I
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: promise you you cannot be sicker of me than you
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: are of our leadership. You can't be more tired of
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: me than all the lies he has told. You can't
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: be more tired of me than the divisiveness that this
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: man has shown as the president of the United States.
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: You can't be more tired of me than being as
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: sick of his non caring ways when he separates babies
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: from parents, and and when he when he when he
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: when he resentds DOCA, when he wants to get rid
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: of Obama care, when he wants to no longer care
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: whether you have a pre existing condition, When when he's
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: ready to send your children to school in states where
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: there's a rise in COVID and demand that your children
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: go back to school. And if you don't open up
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: your schools, he's not going to fund your schools. You
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: can't hold parents hostage with the safety of their children
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: is at state and the well being of their family.
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: What parent, I know parents are tired of home schooling.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: I know children are tired home schooling. Kids want to
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: go back to school for social activities because they miss
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: their friends, how they miss learning in the regular atmosphere.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: I got all of that. But they're a parent living
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: willing to risk their child for that. No parent wants
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: to send their child to a place and their child
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: may not come home. We already won't pass proper gun
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: laws to keep our kids from getting shot down at
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: the school, and now you're saying it don't matter that
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: the COVID numbers are reaching, that are climbing, that the
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: death told is climbing, that more people are showing up
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: positive than ever, and you're gonna send our children off
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: to school. You can't be more sick of me saying
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: what I'm saying than you are of what he's doing.
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: You just can't. It's impossible. I don't believe that. I
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: can't believe you're more sick of me asking you to
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: vote than you are tired of hearing these useless tweets. Now,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: the president says every time he sees somebody kneeling before
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: a game, it sickens him, and that that that's the
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: end of the game for him. No, it's not, No,
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: it's not. That's not true. There's no game for you
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: to watch. What are you talking about. It's it's it's
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: it's it's not And people are not gonna watch baseball
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: because players. That's the America's game, that's the American pastime.
