Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Ted Cruz Weekend Review, Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 2: with you. And these are the stories that you may
- 0:06Speaker 2: have missed that we talked about this week. It all
- 0:09Speaker 2: deals with fraud in Minnesota. First up, Nick Shirley goes
- 0:12Speaker 2: to the autism centers to expose the massive fraud at
- 0:17Speaker 2: these daycare centers as well.
- 0:19Speaker 1: What does this mean? We'll explain it all to you.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Also, when Elon Musk was in charge of DOGE, he
- 0:25Speaker 2: had a major warning that this is exactly what we
- 0:27Speaker 2: are going to find. He talked about in an interview
- 0:31Speaker 2: with the Center and I and we're going to play
- 0:32Speaker 2: it back for you. And finally, the big question everyone's asking,
- 0:37Speaker 2: will people actually be arrested go to prison? It's the
- 0:41Speaker 2: weekend Review and it starts right now. I'm not crazy
- 0:45Speaker 2: to say this, And if you disagree with me, please
- 0:48Speaker 2: tell me why.
- 0:49Speaker 1: If you are a person.
- 0:51Speaker 2: That is in a position of power as an ELECTI official,
- 0:54Speaker 2: you see this video, wouldn't the first thing you would
- 0:57Speaker 2: do was to get together with your staff that then
- 0:59Speaker 2: we get together with the law enforcement and then immediately
- 1:01Speaker 2: send out teams like Monday morning to go to all
- 1:04Speaker 2: these places and investigate immediately.
- 1:07Speaker 3: That they don't want to shut him down. They want
- 1:09Speaker 3: to they want to cover it up. They want to
- 1:10Speaker 3: say no, no, it wasn't us, wasn't us. We're not responsible.
- 1:14Speaker 3: And this is the scale. It is so brazen they
- 1:18Speaker 3: can't deny it. And by the way, all right to
- 1:21Speaker 3: all the corporate reporters who've done no journalism for years
- 1:24Speaker 3: except attacking Donald Trump for everything he says and does.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Here's the next place the story is going. Here's where
- 1:30Speaker 3: the puck is going. Yeah, how much of that money
- 1:33Speaker 3: has gone directly into the campaign coffers of the elected Democrats?
- 1:37Speaker 3: How much is Tim Wallace?
- 1:38Speaker 1: It's a great point.
- 1:39Speaker 3: How much of the US senators made, how much of
- 1:41Speaker 3: the members of the House made, How much has the
- 1:43Speaker 3: mayor made? How much has the city council made? How
- 1:46Speaker 3: many millions of dollars were they buying political protection in
- 1:50Speaker 3: order to enable them to steal billions? All right, I
- 1:53Speaker 3: want to play one more segment. Yeah, and this is
- 1:56Speaker 3: a This is a segment where Nick Shirley tries to
- 2:00Speaker 3: go to another daycare center. Woman answers the door. He
- 2:04Speaker 3: asks if he can sign up his son Joey that
- 2:07Speaker 3: she says no, no, no, no, no, no, no no,
- 2:09Speaker 3: we don't take children here. And then he says, all right,
- 2:13Speaker 3: let's branch out. We've struck out at every daycare center
- 2:16Speaker 3: and these are all within a couple blocks of each other,
- 2:18Speaker 3: all of these fake storefronts. He said, let's go to
- 2:21Speaker 3: an autism center. And we've seen an explosion of autism centers.
- 2:26Speaker 3: And I want you to watch and listen to what
- 2:28Speaker 3: happens when he goes to an autism center that once
- 2:31Speaker 3: again is being paid millions of dollars by the taxpayers
- 2:33Speaker 3: of Minnesota. Give a listen, give a watch.
- 2:36Speaker 4: Well, Joey would not be accepted to that daycare. Always
- 2:39Speaker 4: go home with Joey's still looking for daycare.
- 2:41Speaker 5: And because little Joey couldn't get into a daycare, we
- 2:44Speaker 5: went to an autism center. As they have been popping
- 2:47Speaker 5: up everywhere as a rise of autism has occurred here
- 2:50Speaker 5: in Minnesota because of the government funds that they're receiving.
- 2:54Speaker 5: I tried to check my son Joey into an autism center.
- 2:57Speaker 4: When going to a lot of these daycare centers, We're
- 2:58Speaker 4: trying to find a spot for our little boy Joey.
- 3:01Speaker 4: But we thought maybe we could check them in the
- 3:03Speaker 4: autism center because now the daycare centers are open. Yeah,
- 3:06Speaker 4: And how many kids you guys have at this autism center?
- 3:14Speaker 4: I can't give you a burn, like more than five probably,
- 3:19Speaker 4: so you don't really know. What do you guys think about,
- 3:22Speaker 4: like the fraud that's been labeled on the autism centers here?
- 3:24Speaker 4: What do you guys do think about the fraud? Or
- 3:26Speaker 4: how come the autism centers are popping up? I can't
- 3:32Speaker 4: My name is that Nick. We're doing a little documentary
- 3:33Speaker 4: trying to find little Joey a spot to put himself
- 3:36Speaker 4: in one of these centers here because there's the fraud. Yeah,
- 3:41Speaker 4: because we want to make sure we're going to legit
- 3:42Speaker 4: business if we're gonna bring our little boy Joey here.
- 3:46Speaker 1: This is not a dull spot. M. Well, that's our
- 3:49Speaker 1: number on you.
- 3:50Speaker 4: This is you tell what you guys scooze. Okay, thank you.
- 3:56Speaker 4: So once again, little Joey he can't even go to
- 3:58Speaker 4: daycare and now they won't even accept him audism.
- 4:01Speaker 6: And again no kids couldn't tell you how many kids
- 4:03Speaker 6: they served.
- 4:05Speaker 5: After being able to provide no evidence of them actually
- 4:08Speaker 5: being an autism center in a place where a child
- 4:10Speaker 5: could go. They shut the door and we headed to
- 4:12Speaker 5: the next fraudulent daycare center that was just around the corner.
- 4:17Speaker 4: We're on to the next location. We're still trying to
- 4:19Speaker 4: find a little Joey a place to go to get
- 4:20Speaker 4: some daycare.
- 4:21Speaker 6: So where we're going now is a place called super
- 4:24Speaker 6: Kids Daycare Center. Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down
- 4:30Speaker 6: when it was called Creative Mind's Daycare and it had
- 4:34Speaker 6: received two point four or five million dollars this fiscal
- 4:39Speaker 6: year twenty twenty five. They had the shutdown because there
- 4:42Speaker 6: were so many violations, and they went and they just
- 4:45Speaker 6: reopened under a new license and they renamed the center
- 4:49Speaker 6: super Kids Daycare Center, LLC.
- 4:51Speaker 4: So they got shut down then started another one literally
- 4:54Speaker 4: the next day Creative Mind's Daycare. Two point four or
- 4:58Speaker 4: five million dollars got set to this daycare center.
- 5:01Speaker 7: We have.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Empty parking lot. We do have a bus here. This
- 5:06Speaker 4: is different. We'll see if we see anybody.
- 5:07Speaker 5: I knocked on the door. Absolutely nobody was inside, and
- 5:11Speaker 5: once again no children could be heard anywhere.
- 5:14Speaker 4: So David, once again another child daycare center. We have
- 5:18Speaker 4: a bus out here, no one's inside. License for over
- 5:22Speaker 4: fifty kids. No children anywhere, but yet millions of dollars
- 5:28Speaker 4: every single year.
- 5:30Speaker 6: So the sign says Creative Mind's Daycare. They got in
- 5:34Speaker 6: so much trouble, they had so many violations that they
- 5:37Speaker 6: had to shut down and they reopened the next day
- 5:41Speaker 6: under super Kids Daycare Center. You see thirty eight oh
- 5:44Speaker 6: one Portland. Thirty eight oh one Portland, which is where
- 5:48Speaker 6: we are.
- 5:49Speaker 4: So that's fraud right there alone.
- 5:52Speaker 6: Millions and millions of dollars. And again the kids are missing.
- 5:55Speaker 6: We're the kids.
- 5:55Speaker 4: You'd think if they had the same address that whoever's
- 5:58Speaker 4: inside we're working at the capitol here inside of Minnesota,
- 6:01Speaker 4: would to say, oh, maybe that's a red flag.
- 6:05Speaker 6: They they just write the check. Human Services, they got
- 6:08Speaker 6: to clean out the whole bunch. They're the ones who
- 6:10Speaker 6: enabled this fraud. How can you not look and say,
- 6:13Speaker 6: wait a minute, this these two are registered at the
- 6:16Speaker 6: same address.
- 6:17Speaker 4: On top of all the childcare centers. That's just only
- 6:20Speaker 4: a small piece of the fraud. What other fraud of
- 6:22Speaker 4: the committee here in Minnesota.
- 6:23Speaker 6: So another major piece of the fraud is the home
- 6:27Speaker 6: healthcare industry. Where we're going now is a building that
- 6:33Speaker 6: has fourteen somaly owned home healthcare companies in the same building.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Fourteen of the same healthcare companies in the one.
- 6:42Speaker 6: Building, Fourteen home healthcare companies with different names in the
- 6:45Speaker 6: same building.
- 6:46Speaker 4: How bad has Tim Waltz managed the budget here inside
- 6:49Speaker 4: of Minnesota?
- 6:50Speaker 6: So the last biennium we had an eighteen billion dollars surplus,
- 6:56Speaker 6: this biennium we have a six billion dollar deficit. That's
- 7:01Speaker 6: a twenty four billion dollars swing in one biennium. How
- 7:07Speaker 6: in the world can you burn through twenty four billion
- 7:09Speaker 6: dollars in two years? This is how right here. This
- 7:13Speaker 6: is a huge part of it.
- 7:14Speaker 4: And so would you say a lot of that is
- 7:15Speaker 4: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
- 7:17Speaker 6: Absolutely, I would say better than ninety percent of it
- 7:22Speaker 6: is absolute, outright fraud.
- 7:24Speaker 5: And a large percentage of this fraud is from these
- 7:26Speaker 5: healthcare companies that are charging the state millions of dollars
- 7:30Speaker 5: while they actually aren't providing anything. In fact, the FBI
- 7:35Speaker 5: just did a arraide a few days ago on a
- 7:36Speaker 5: building similar to the one we were about to enter.
- 7:39Speaker 5: Inside of this building, there were fourteen of nearly the
- 7:42Speaker 5: exact same businesses offering the exact same services.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Right here, you have a list of all of the
- 7:48Speaker 4: healthcare companies, loads of them right here. We want healthcare, Yes,
- 7:54Speaker 4: we'd like to speak about getting healthcare here? Why can't
- 7:57Speaker 4: I get health care here? Waters warning you are under
- 8:01Speaker 4: video surveillance, no trespassing security armed. This is the strangest
- 8:10Speaker 4: place I've ever been to get healthcare. Just a bunch
- 8:15Speaker 4: of different places. Healthcare here, healthcare here, another healthcare company
- 8:22Speaker 4: right here. There are three healthcare companies inside of this building,
- 8:26Speaker 4: right here in this room of seven C. Now we
- 8:29Speaker 4: have another helping hands Homecare LLC, another healthcare company present
- 8:35Speaker 4: help right here. We're looking for the best rates of
- 8:37Speaker 4: healthcare here inside this building because we have so many options.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Who can we talk about getting the best healthcare? I
- 8:42Speaker 4: don't know? No, all right, we will not get any
- 8:47Speaker 4: healthcare here, David. This is one of the stranger places.
- 8:50Speaker 3: I've ever been.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Literally, healthcare every door you go to, yet nobody will
- 8:55Speaker 4: give you a rate. How much money you think has
- 8:57Speaker 4: been funneled through this building?
- 9:00Speaker 6: You're I would say fifty to sixteen millions at least.
- 9:04Speaker 5: And finally we were accepted into one of the daycare
- 9:06Speaker 5: centers and they actually took down information to give.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Us a rate.
- 9:10Speaker 5: However, when we left We were then met with the police.
- 9:13Speaker 7: We received a complaint that selling mentioning your description. We're
- 9:17Speaker 7: in this building harassing the individuals to sit here.
- 9:20Speaker 4: Oh, we're just seeing. We're checking out in the rates
- 9:22Speaker 4: for healthcare because there's fourteen health care companies inside this building.
- 9:25Speaker 4: So okay, what he said.
- 9:27Speaker 8: He said there's fourteen companies here, and he's trying to
- 9:30Speaker 8: assume because there's Somali providers that everyone in your straudulent.
- 9:33Speaker 8: So he's here with some kind.
- 9:34Speaker 6: Of like propaganda.
- 9:36Speaker 7: No, we're just checking this is this is a area
- 9:40Speaker 7: that we're allowed to enforce prospassing ordinance. Is there any
- 9:43Speaker 7: other reason that you guys are here.
- 9:44Speaker 4: Well, we're checking rates. No, we are checking rates. We
- 9:48Speaker 4: asked for rates. Okay, I'm gonna have If you guys
- 9:51Speaker 4: are all good, we're gonna step out that and we
- 9:54Speaker 4: all right, let's see. So all right, we're getting escort
- 9:56Speaker 4: it out right now. The police have arrived. When we're
- 9:59Speaker 4: checking out the I ain't seen what was happening inside
- 10:01Speaker 4: this building. No one would really speak with us. We
- 10:03Speaker 4: did go inside the one daycare center and she actually
- 10:05Speaker 4: did give his rates for the childcare. Much respect to
- 10:07Speaker 4: that lady. What's the problem offs here?
- 10:10Speaker 7: Well, so again we're we've been getting reports from there
- 10:13Speaker 7: now multiple individuals that you guys.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Were harassing individuals who are work here.
- 10:18Speaker 7: At the end of the day, this is private property
- 10:20Speaker 7: and it's one that people are allowed to ask you
- 10:22Speaker 7: to leave, and it's also in the Minneapolis Police Department
- 10:24Speaker 7: is allowed to enforce trespassing ordinance at this address.
- 10:27Speaker 5: Yeah, so as we got escorted out of this building,
- 10:30Speaker 5: the Somali's filmed us as we left and we headed
- 10:33Speaker 5: over to the next build center.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I would encourage everybody go watch.
- 10:37Speaker 2: There's another twenty ten minutes of this video and we'll
- 10:40Speaker 2: put it up on social media. But it is truly
- 10:43Speaker 2: impressive to watch the Somalis there use the police to
- 10:47Speaker 2: kick someone out of their building who is exposing their
- 10:50Speaker 2: fraud by just asking for rates. You're talking, he said,
- 10:54Speaker 2: sixty seventy eighty million running through that building every single
- 10:58Speaker 2: year with no one offering anything, and yet the police
- 11:01Speaker 2: show up not to arrest these people that are just
- 11:06Speaker 2: lynching are tax towers to the American people, But instead
- 11:10Speaker 2: when a twenty two to twenty three year old YouTuber
- 11:13Speaker 2: who's a hero is the guy they're harassing.
- 11:17Speaker 3: So Nick Shirley, in one afternoon he uncovered one hundred
- 11:21Speaker 3: and ten million dollars of fraud, and in fact, during
- 11:23Speaker 3: the video he has a running tally of the fraud
- 11:25Speaker 3: each place that he uncovers. The reason at the end
- 11:30Speaker 3: it speaks volumes that the police showed up and forced
- 11:33Speaker 3: them to leave, not because they were investigating fraud, that
- 11:37Speaker 3: the people in that building were obviously robbing the Minnesota taxpayers. Now, listen,
- 11:43Speaker 3: I don't fault that police officer. He's doing his job.
- 11:47Speaker 3: The problem is his job is decided by the Mayor
- 11:50Speaker 3: of Minneapolis and the City Council of Minneapolis, and they
- 11:52Speaker 3: are all corrupt democrats who are being paid for by
- 11:57Speaker 3: these Somali thieves. And so at the end of the day,
- 12:02Speaker 3: the police knows their jobs is protect the criminals, protect
- 12:07Speaker 3: the thieves, because the thieves are funding the politicians who
- 12:11Speaker 3: are in charge of the city.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 12:15Speaker 2: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
- 12:18Speaker 2: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two. You
- 12:22Speaker 2: know this also goes back to saying you and I
- 12:24Speaker 2: talked about several months ago when we had then the
- 12:27Speaker 2: man in charge of DOGE. He was warning us about waste,
- 12:31Speaker 2: fraud and abuse. That was Elon Musk. He actually retweeted
- 12:35Speaker 2: the last couple of days this segment that we had
- 12:38Speaker 2: from him in the DOJ office and the EOB next
- 12:40Speaker 2: to the White House. And I want to play that
- 12:43Speaker 2: for people just to remind you of what he was
- 12:45Speaker 2: talking about of entitlement payments going to people just like
- 12:50Speaker 2: these Somalians and illegals, and how this was one of
- 12:53Speaker 2: the biggest frauds, as he described it happening in the
- 12:56Speaker 2: history of this country. Take a listen to again, this
- 12:59Speaker 2: is Mosk on this show months ago warning about this
- 13:03Speaker 2: exact type of behavior.
- 13:06Speaker 7: And the single biggest thing that they're that they're worried
- 13:09Speaker 7: about is that dog is going to turn off fraudulent
- 13:15Speaker 7: payments of entitlements. I mean everything from Social Security, medicare, uh,
- 13:20Speaker 7: you know, unemployment, disability, small administ regrustration loans, turn them
- 13:26Speaker 7: off to illegals. This is the tops of the matter. Yeap, okay,
- 13:31Speaker 7: this is this is the this is the thing that
- 13:34Speaker 7: why they really hit my guts, want me to die.
- 13:37Speaker 3: And do you think that's billions?
- 13:39Speaker 1: Hundreds of billions?
- 13:39Speaker 5: What do you think the scale is of.
- 13:41Speaker 7: That, I think across the country. It's it's in the
- 13:43Speaker 7: it's wealth of one hundred billion, maybe two hundred billion.
- 13:47Speaker 7: So uh, why by using entitlements fraud, the Democrats have
- 13:53Speaker 7: been able to attract and retain vast numbers of illegal
- 13:58Speaker 7: immigrants and buy voters, and buy voters exactly the basically
- 14:05Speaker 7: bring in a ten twenty million people who are beholden
- 14:10Speaker 7: to the Democrats for government handouts and will vote overwhelming
- 14:14Speaker 7: the Democrat as has been demonstrated in California.
- 14:17Speaker 1: This is it's an election strategy.
- 14:20Speaker 7: Yes, it's power, yes, and it doesn't take much to
- 14:23Speaker 7: turn the swing states blue. I mean offen a Spring
- 14:25Speaker 7: state yet be won by ten twenty thousand votes. Sure,
- 14:28Speaker 7: so the DAMS can bring in two hundred thousand illegals
- 14:31Speaker 7: and over time get them legally legalized, not counting any
- 14:35Speaker 7: cheating that takes place, because there is some cheating, but
- 14:38Speaker 7: even without cheating, if you bake, if you have, if
- 14:41Speaker 7: you bring in illegals that are ten xt the voted
- 14:43Speaker 7: differential in a Spring state, it will no longer be
- 14:46Speaker 7: a swing state, right, and the Dams will win all
- 14:49Speaker 7: the Spring states just a matter of time and America
- 14:53Speaker 7: will be permanent deep blue social state. At the House,
- 14:59Speaker 7: the Senate, the Presidency, and the Supreme Court will all
- 15:02Speaker 7: go hardcore. Then they will then further cement that by
- 15:07Speaker 7: bringing even more Aliens so you can't vote your way.
- 15:10Speaker 8: Out of it.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Their objemin is to make it.
- 15:13Speaker 7: One party socialist state, and it'll be much worse than California,
- 15:16Speaker 7: because least California is mitigated by the fact that someone
- 15:18Speaker 7: can leave California.
- 15:19Speaker 3: You can go to Texas.
- 15:20Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly, so you did go to make everywhere California,
- 15:24Speaker 7: but worse.
- 15:25Speaker 2: You know what's interesting is the way that he described it.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Their center is saying you can't. They'll get to a
- 15:29Speaker 2: point where you can't vote your way out of it.
- 15:31Speaker 2: It's almost like Elon was describing Minneapolis, minneap was Saint Paul,
- 15:37Speaker 2: and now in essence, the entire state is going that
- 15:40Speaker 2: way after its total Somali control locally.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Now, look that that is exactly right. I will say,
- 15:47Speaker 3: by the way that the interview we did with Elon Musk,
- 15:49Speaker 3: it was an hour long interview we did and in
- 15:51Speaker 3: the course of two podcasts, it remains one of my
- 15:54Speaker 3: favorite pods we've ever done. If you didn't listen to
- 15:57Speaker 3: it when it came out. I would encourage you. It
- 15:59Speaker 3: was fascinating.
- 16:00Speaker 8: You know.
- 16:00Speaker 3: We got to ask Elon all sorts of questions about
- 16:02Speaker 3: how he built tel Tesla, how he built UH SpaceX,
- 16:06Speaker 3: what are the odds of killer robots killing us all?
- 16:09Speaker 3: What's gonna happen with AI? I mean, it was it
- 16:12Speaker 3: was fun, It was interesting. Elon is a good friend,
- 16:15Speaker 3: and and and that exchange. It was prescient that he predicted.
- 16:19Speaker 3: And it's interesting he said north of one hundred billion nationwide.
- 16:23Speaker 3: We look at Minneapolis and Minnesota where it's already north
- 16:26Speaker 3: of nine billion in just one state. And and and
- 16:29Speaker 3: I think that prediction of a one hundred billion or
- 16:30Speaker 3: more UH is very accurate. You know. I'll also say
- 16:34Speaker 3: on the point about getting you know, Elon talked right there,
- 16:38Speaker 3: we get about getting people locked into welfare and dependency
- 16:41Speaker 3: and making him dependent on the Democrats. You know, there
- 16:43Speaker 3: was a tweet that Bill Ackman that the New York
- 16:46Speaker 3: Investor put out today that I thought was quite insightful.
- 16:50Speaker 8: Uh.
- 16:50Speaker 3: He said, quote, even assuming there was no fraud, none
- 16:53Speaker 3: of this makes sense. How is it that we have
- 16:56Speaker 3: been funding billions of dollars of daycare for Somali immigrants
- 17:01Speaker 3: in Minnesota, eighty one percent of which, according to Gemini,
- 17:07Speaker 3: are on welfare. Now get this, Listen to that fact again,
- 17:10Speaker 3: eighty one percent of Somali immigrants are on welfare. Acman continues,
- 17:16Speaker 3: In other words, if mom and dad don't work, why
- 17:21Speaker 3: the need for childcare? Perhaps you could say the welfare
- 17:24Speaker 3: statistics include some subsidies for working parents. But still in
- 17:28Speaker 3: this case, the childcare does not appear to be needed
- 17:30Speaker 3: as the daycare centers are empty. Furthermore, why is federal
- 17:34Speaker 3: funded childcare provided to recent immigrants on welfare versus longstanding
- 17:40Speaker 3: American working families who are not on welfare. How does
- 17:43Speaker 3: this make sense? And the answer is it doesn't. It
- 17:46Speaker 3: doesn't unless the goal is to buy votes. And if
- 17:49Speaker 3: the goal is to buy vote, since it makes perfect
- 17:52Speaker 3: sense and everyone responsible needs to go to jail.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Senat we're talking about accountability and CEOs. They're held accountable
- 18:00Speaker 2: when they commit major frauds. Bernie Madeoff is one I
- 18:03Speaker 2: mentioned a moment ago as well. Is there a real
- 18:07Speaker 2: chance that we will see government elected officials because of
- 18:12Speaker 2: this fraud actually be arrested and held accountable for the
- 18:15Speaker 2: fact that they're the CEO of the state and they
- 18:17Speaker 2: are the ones that allowed this happen.
- 18:19Speaker 1: There were a lot of warning signs.
- 18:21Speaker 2: There were whistleblowers that have come forward saying that they
- 18:23Speaker 2: had taken to the governor and they were actually punished
- 18:26Speaker 2: for being a whistleblower in Minnesota. That's part of this
- 18:29Speaker 2: story that can't be overlooked.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Look, I hope so and I believe there will be accountability.
- 18:35Speaker 3: We've already seen people being prosecuted, the fraudsters themselves. We've
- 18:39Speaker 3: seen DJ and the FBI promising to go higher up
- 18:42Speaker 3: the chain, and I hope and expect that to happen now.
- 18:46Speaker 3: You know, I will say on Twitter, lots of folks
- 18:49Speaker 3: are commenting with our last couple of pods and they're
- 18:51Speaker 3: yelling at me, going, what will Ted do something about it?
- 18:55Speaker 3: And then let's get back to the basic constitution and
- 18:58Speaker 3: the separation of powers. The only federal entity that can
- 19:02Speaker 3: prosecute is the executive branch, that is the Department of Justice,
- 19:06Speaker 3: that is the FBI. They can bring criminal charges. I
- 19:08Speaker 3: serve in the legislature. The legislature cannot prosecute anyone. What
- 19:12Speaker 3: we can do is shine a light. Well, we can do.
- 19:15Speaker 3: This podcast reaches millions of people by shining a light
- 19:19Speaker 3: and calling for accountability. That builds the momentum for then
- 19:22Speaker 3: the executive has to bring the indictments and has to prosecute,
- 19:25Speaker 3: and that we're going to do, and I fully expect
- 19:28Speaker 3: we will also have congressional hearings again to shine a light. Now,
- 19:32Speaker 3: a congressional hearing cannot actually indict anyone and put one
- 19:36Speaker 3: in jail, but it can draw real attention, and it
- 19:39Speaker 3: could uncover evidence that helps helps the executive then prosecute.
- 19:44Speaker 3: They are also political consequences, and I want to play
- 19:48Speaker 3: actually an ad that I saw online. I don't know
- 19:50Speaker 3: who put this together, but it's a satirical ad about
- 19:53Speaker 3: Tim Waltz that gives some of the sense of political
- 19:56Speaker 3: consequences that will happen. That this just came out today.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Give a listen.
- 20:01Speaker 8: Jim Walls doesn't seek out Fraud. Fraud seeks out Tim Walls.
- 20:06Speaker 8: When scammers apply for jobs, they list him as a reference.
- 20:11Speaker 8: Under his watch, Fraud is Minnesota's fastest growing small business.
- 20:16Speaker 8: His biggest export taxpayer money delivered to foreign terrorists. If
- 20:21Speaker 8: Fraud had a frequent flyer program, he would always fly first. Class.
- 20:27Speaker 8: He is Tim Walls the most fraudulent man in America.
- 20:31Speaker 8: Jim Walls doesn't seek.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I love the and I remember the most interesting man
- 20:36Speaker 1: in the world.
- 20:37Speaker 2: That's that thing to that with those techys'cies, yeah, which
- 20:41Speaker 2: is such a great like great ad series they did
- 20:43Speaker 2: there for years.
- 20:44Speaker 3: And by the way, Ben, but by the way, by
- 20:47Speaker 3: the way, man, I have to say, I'm also a
- 20:49Speaker 3: fan of bearded latinos with with just you know, with
- 20:53Speaker 3: something to say in the world.
- 20:55Speaker 2: There's something I understand your beard like never before you
- 20:58Speaker 2: were trying to be the most interesting man in the
- 21:01Speaker 2: world of politics.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Okay, now it's full circle.
- 21:04Speaker 3: It's a low bar.
- 21:05Speaker 2: I mean those bar I get it. That's so good.
- 21:08Speaker 2: That's I'm never okay. The connection is solidified now. I
- 21:12Speaker 2: I that ad is hysterical. It's also incredibly accurate.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Look that this is and it's just the beginning. This
- 21:21Speaker 3: is only gonna get worse. As I said, this has
- 21:24Speaker 3: happened in other states. Minnesota is a perfect storm because
- 21:29Speaker 3: you've got the massive Somali community there. But but it
- 21:32Speaker 3: is happening in other states. We are going to see
- 21:34Speaker 3: accountability and and and listen, I'm really glad the Trump
- 21:37Speaker 3: administration DOJ and the FBI is going after that this
- 21:40Speaker 3: but also today HHS, the Trump administration came out with
- 21:46Speaker 3: with with with this announcement. Give a listen.
- 21:49Speaker 9: I'm here with Assistant Secretary Alex Adams. Alex Overseas, the
- 21:52Speaker 9: Administration for Children and Families and Trumpet journalists have made shocking,
- 21:56Speaker 9: incredible allegations of extensive fraud in Minnesota's childcare programs. We
- 22:01Speaker 9: believe the state of Minnesota has allowed scammers and fake
- 22:04Speaker 9: daycares to siphon millions of taxpayer dollars over the past decade.
- 22:08Speaker 10: My office ACF provides Minnesota one hundred and eighty five
- 22:11Speaker 10: million dollars in childcare funds each year. That money should
- 22:15Speaker 10: be helping nineteen thousand American children, including toddlers and infants.
- 22:19Speaker 10: Any dollar stolen by fraudsters is stolen from those children. Yesterday,
- 22:24Speaker 10: I spoke directly with the director of the Minnesota Childcare
- 22:27Speaker 10: Services Office. She could not tell me with confidence whether
- 22:30Speaker 10: those allegations of fraud are isolated or whether there's fraud
- 22:33Speaker 10: stretching statewide.
- 22:34Speaker 9: Today, we have taken three direct actions against the blatant
- 22:37Speaker 9: fraud that seems to be rampant in Minnesota. First, I
- 22:41Speaker 9: have activated our defend the Spend system for all ACF
- 22:44Speaker 9: childcare payments across America. Starting today, we require a justification,
- 22:49Speaker 9: receipt or photo evidence before we make a payment. Second,
- 22:54Speaker 9: I've just signed and sent a demand letter to Governor Walls.
- 22:57Speaker 9: I required a full three hundred and sixty review of
- 22:59Speaker 9: the centers. This includes attendance records, licenses, complaints, investigations, and inspections.
- 23:05Speaker 10: And Third, we've launched a dedicated fraud reporting hotline and
- 23:09Speaker 10: email address at childcare dot gov. Whether you're a parent,
- 23:13Speaker 10: a provider, a member of the public, we want to
- 23:15Speaker 10: hear from you. Let me be crystal clear. ACF expects
- 23:18Speaker 10: every state to uphold the highest standards of oversight, monitoring,
- 23:22Speaker 10: and accountability for federal dollars. Minnesota is no exception.
- 23:26Speaker 9: We're committed to holding bad actors accountable, regardless the rank
- 23:30Speaker 9: of office. Anyone is involved and perpetrating this fraud against
- 23:33Speaker 9: the American people should expect to be prosecuted to the
- 23:36Speaker 9: fullest extent of the law.
- 23:38Speaker 1: So this is a step in the right direction.
- 23:40Speaker 2: If you look at the President's response and the administration's response,
- 23:44Speaker 2: I do think the best part is he's using all
- 23:47Speaker 2: of government.
- 23:48Speaker 1: We're hearing that the.
- 23:49Speaker 2: IRS is getting involved, that the Department in Security, the FBI,
- 23:54Speaker 2: they're working with basically every part of our government to
- 23:58Speaker 2: fight this fraud, this from AJHS. And there are some
- 24:02Speaker 2: that will say, well, this is unfair because they're stopping
- 24:05Speaker 2: the funding and there has to be somebody doing good
- 24:07Speaker 2: work in Minnesota. If you're mad, I would say that
- 24:10Speaker 2: you should be mad at the Democrats for allowing it
- 24:13Speaker 2: to get to the point where they had to stop
- 24:14Speaker 2: the funding going to the state of Minnesota. If you're angry,
- 24:17Speaker 2: you should be angry at Waltz, and you should be
- 24:19Speaker 2: angry at every Democrat that allowed this to continue when
- 24:23Speaker 2: there was massive amounts of warning signs, not for weeks,
- 24:26Speaker 2: not for months, but for literally years and years and years.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Well, Ben Jim O'Neil, who just made that announcement, he
- 24:32Speaker 3: is the deputy Secretary of HHS. He's Bobby Kennedy's deputy.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Jim has been a good friend of mine for twenty
- 24:38Speaker 3: five years. Actually Jim was a groomsman at Heidi's in
- 24:42Speaker 3: my wedding, so actually long away married twenty five years ago,
- 24:44Speaker 3: So Jim was a groomsman at our wedding, and he's
- 24:47Speaker 3: a great friend. He's doing a terrific job as deputy
- 24:50Speaker 3: secretary at HHS. But that's the kind of leadership we
- 24:53Speaker 3: see now. It's striking when HHS put this out immediately,
- 25:00Speaker 3: Tim Waltz responded, And and here's what what Tim Waltz
- 25:03Speaker 3: said in response. This is Trump's long game. We've spent
- 25:08Speaker 3: years cracking down on fraudsters. It's a serious issue, but
- 25:13Speaker 3: this has been his plan all along. He's politicizing the
- 25:17Speaker 3: issue to defund programs that help Minnesotans. And and this
- 25:22Speaker 3: is this is Saul Alynsky like jiu jitsu, of attacking
- 25:27Speaker 3: the Trump administration for holding him accountable. Look, Governor Waltz,
- 25:32Speaker 3: when you let Somali and fraudsters steal nine billion dollars
- 25:37Speaker 3: from taxpayers, you know who doesn't get that Real Minnesotans
- 25:40Speaker 3: who are not fraudsters, real kids. And that's that's what
- 25:44Speaker 3: the Trump AHHS emphasized right now, is this money is
- 25:47Speaker 3: is made to go to Americans in need and not
- 25:50Speaker 3: to thieves who are supporting Democrats. And and we're gonna
- 25:55Speaker 3: see a whole lot more accountability coming as before.
- 25:58Speaker 2: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation
- 26:00Speaker 2: on this topic. You can go back and down the
- 26:02Speaker 2: podcasts from earlier this week to hear the entire thing.
- 26:06Speaker 2: I want to get back to the big story number
- 26:09Speaker 2: three of the week.
- 26:09Speaker 1: You may have missed.
- 26:10Speaker 2: If this was a private sector of fraud, there would
- 26:14Speaker 2: already be people in handcuffs.
- 26:15Speaker 6: Yep.
- 26:16Speaker 2: There would be people that would be doing purp walks.
- 26:18Speaker 2: It would be wall to wall coverage. But somehow, because
- 26:23Speaker 2: it's the government, it's like the Governor's not even a suspect.
- 26:27Speaker 2: The ag is not even a suspect. It's like, oh, well,
- 26:29Speaker 2: you know, we want to bring in more Somali's. That's
- 26:31Speaker 2: what the governor said a couple of days ago. We
- 26:34Speaker 2: should bring more of them in. How dare you demonize them?
- 26:36Speaker 2: And if there is no accountability, then did they in
- 26:39Speaker 2: fact get away with it? I would argue the answers
- 26:41Speaker 2: jest because ultimately their goal was to get Somalis to
- 26:45Speaker 2: vote for them. This was the payoff. It's pay to
- 26:48Speaker 2: play politics in Minnesota.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 26:51Speaker 3: You're not wrong? And that needs to be one one
- 26:53Speaker 3: significant part of the investigation, both from journalists and from prosecutors.
- 26:59Speaker 3: There needs to be magnificant investigation into how much of
- 27:02Speaker 3: that money ended up in political coffers of politicians. How
- 27:06Speaker 3: much the reason that the Democrats in Minnesota all look
- 27:09Speaker 3: the other way is they're all getting paid a It's
- 27:12Speaker 3: a huge voting block. And I want you to watch this.
- 27:16Speaker 3: For those of you who are watching this online, I
- 27:19Speaker 3: want you to see this video of the mayor of
- 27:22Speaker 3: Minneapolis dancing waving a Somali flag if you haven't, but
- 27:27Speaker 3: if you're not watching it online, if you're listening on radio,
- 27:29Speaker 3: we're gonna narrate it. But here, give a look if
- 27:31Speaker 3: you can, and Ben and I will tell you what
- 27:32Speaker 3: you're looking at.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I mean, this video is amazing.
- 27:41Speaker 2: You got the mayor of Minneapolis up there on stage
- 27:45Speaker 2: center waving a Somali flag and dancing with a shirt
- 27:50Speaker 2: of the Somali flag on his shirt as well. If
- 27:53Speaker 2: you want to know how we got to where we
- 27:55Speaker 2: are now, this is just proof of it.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 28:00Speaker 3: And I got to say that this mayor manages to
- 28:03Speaker 3: dance in a way that makes Tim Waltz look manly.
- 28:07Speaker 3: That is the most effeminate prancing ass kissing like unbelievably,
- 28:16Speaker 3: He's just dancing and waving a Somali flag. Now, let
- 28:20Speaker 3: me ask you, do you think someone who is desperately
- 28:24Speaker 3: trying to get the votes of the one hundred thousand
- 28:26Speaker 3: Somalis that Democrats have imported into Minnesota and desperately trying
- 28:30Speaker 3: to get their cash, do you think he has any
- 28:32Speaker 3: interest in investigating and finding out the billions of dollars
- 28:35Speaker 3: they're stealing from the taxpayus. Hell no, Well, and that's
- 28:38Speaker 3: how we got here.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Let's go back to the dancing mayor and talk a
- 28:42Speaker 2: little bit more about the propaganda he puts that on
- 28:45Speaker 2: social media, clearly making it well known where his allegiances
- 28:49Speaker 2: and is not to the American taxpayer.
- 28:52Speaker 3: Well, look, if you're asking how could this happen? How
- 28:55Speaker 3: could it be so brazen? How could you have daycare
- 28:57Speaker 3: centers with no kids? How could you have a care
- 29:00Speaker 3: centers with no playground equipment? How could you have centers
- 29:03Speaker 3: for kids with autism with no kids in them? How
- 29:06Speaker 3: could you have home health care providers that are not
- 29:09Speaker 3: actually providing health care like like the this the raw
- 29:11Speaker 3: brazenness of it. And the answer is the politicians were
- 29:14Speaker 3: complicit and and and to to understand just how craven
- 29:18Speaker 3: and corrupt they are. I want to go back to
- 29:20Speaker 3: the Minneapolis mayor Jacob Fray and and and or Frey
- 29:24Speaker 3: or fryar or however you say his name.
- 29:27Speaker 2: If you're talking in Somali, you know, I don't know.
- 29:29Speaker 2: It depends on what you're doing.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Well, I want to play a video that he put out,
- 29:33Speaker 3: and this is him really speaking to America's heartland, speaking
- 29:37Speaker 3: to you, to me, to to all of us, because
- 29:40Speaker 3: he's a mayor of a major American city. So give
- 29:43Speaker 3: a listen to Mayor fry.
- 29:44Speaker 11: Mahga Agowad Jacob fry Dokemagalada, Minneapolis, Daman Shahabka somaliid Kaya
- 29:52Speaker 11: mid Mogadishu, Ghettowayesa Osaso Adabo Kismayo, Wellhanada ah in on
- 30:01Speaker 11: Idene Shigo, Minneapolis.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Wah okay, that's enough. I did hear him say, by.
- 30:07Speaker 1: The way, you and I are officially unelectable in Minnesota.
- 30:10Speaker 3: I just want to be very I did hear him say,
- 30:12Speaker 3: kiss Mayo. And he is saying to his voters, kiss Mayo.
- 30:16Speaker 3: He's telling them to kiss Mayo. He said Mogadishu and
- 30:19Speaker 3: apparently he's running for mayor of Mogadishu, and maybe he
- 30:22Speaker 3: is mayor of Mogadishu. Look, if you're the biggest funder
- 30:26Speaker 3: of Al Shabab, yeah you're you're actually quite a star
- 30:29Speaker 3: in Mogadishu, do you think, Look, I don't know what.
- 30:32Speaker 1: That guy's saying.
- 30:33Speaker 3: And and and that is by design. And by the way,
- 30:37Speaker 3: you might think, well, okay, he's just you know, he's
- 30:41Speaker 3: just trying to appeal to a constituency. I want you
- 30:44Speaker 3: to listen to the Prime Minister of Somalia standing next
- 30:49Speaker 3: il han Omar. Ilhan Omar is the congresswoman who represents
- 30:52Speaker 3: this Somali community. And I want you to listen to
- 30:55Speaker 3: what the Prime Minister of Somalia says about ilhan Omar.
- 31:14Speaker 2: I mean, this is I honestly shocking when he's talking
- 31:18Speaker 2: about it's not in the interesting Well, it's somebody else,
- 31:22Speaker 2: all right.
- 31:22Speaker 3: And and and let me let me for our listeners,
- 31:24Speaker 3: you'll be forgiven if you thought that might have been
- 31:28Speaker 3: the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry, because because they both
- 31:30Speaker 3: speak Somalian and so you know, it is understandable that
- 31:34Speaker 3: the Prime Minister Somalia sounds just like the Minneapolis mayor.
- 31:37Speaker 3: But but here actually is is what the Somalian Prime
- 31:42Speaker 3: minister's name and it's it's Hassan Ali Kairie, and he
- 31:46Speaker 3: says the following. For for those listening on radio you
- 31:49Speaker 3: don't have the English translations, let me translate what he said. Quote,
- 31:54Speaker 3: the interests of il Han are not of the American people.
- 31:59Speaker 3: The interest of Ilhan is that of the Somalian people
- 32:05Speaker 3: and Somalia. That's not me saying that. Are you saying that.
- 32:09Speaker 3: That's the prime Minister of Somalia in Minneapolis, in America
- 32:14Speaker 3: telling presumably Americans, your member of Congress, her interests are
- 32:19Speaker 3: not America. They are Somalians and Somalia. And you want
- 32:23Speaker 3: to know why so many Democrats look the other way
- 32:26Speaker 3: as the Somalian fraudsters were robbing the taxpayers blind. It
- 32:31Speaker 3: is because they were in on it, they were profiting
- 32:35Speaker 3: from it, they were benefiting from it, and this embodies
- 32:40Speaker 3: level upon level of corruption.
- 32:43Speaker 2: As always, thank you for listening to Verdict with Center,
