- 2:04Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, come on
- 2:08Speaker 1: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:11Speaker 1: radio show man Steady trying to be about the business
- 2:15Speaker 1: to y'all, I'm I'm I'm I'm doing all I can.
- 2:20Speaker 1: But you know what's crazy in the efforts that I make.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I can do more. My father used to tell me
- 2:29Speaker 1: something when I was growing up. He says, son, when
- 2:33Speaker 1: you've done your best and you've done all you can,
- 2:39Speaker 1: sit still for a second and just do a little
- 2:43Speaker 1: bit more. Always remember that, he said. When you've done
- 2:47Speaker 1: the best you can and you can done all you
- 2:50Speaker 1: can think of, he say, sit still, for a minute
- 2:53Speaker 1: and do some more. And you know what I've discovered
- 2:56Speaker 1: in my life, always have a little more. I ain't
- 2:58Speaker 1: ever just out out completely. I can't take another step.
- 3:04Speaker 1: There ain't another breath in me, There ain't there ain't
- 3:06Speaker 1: another thought I can produce. I'm never completely out, man.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Just take a rest for a minute, man, and then
- 3:14Speaker 1: just do a little bit more. And that that. I
- 3:18Speaker 1: can't tell you how many times that's helped me get
- 3:21Speaker 1: over the top. You know, I was watching a documentary
- 3:25Speaker 1: about people climbing a Mount Everest and how difficult climbing
- 3:28Speaker 1: Mount Everest was and how they have on the hill,
- 3:33Speaker 1: uh something called like a death zone or killing zone
- 3:37Speaker 1: where the majority of people run out of oxygen and
- 3:40Speaker 1: they have to turn back. Well, what's crazy is it's
- 3:45Speaker 1: right in view of the summit. You can actually see
- 3:49Speaker 1: the top of Mount Everest from there. But it's but
- 3:52Speaker 1: it's that little bit that's left that's this most difficult.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Now that I forgot all the reasons why they said
- 3:59Speaker 1: most people don't make it from there, and more people
- 4:01Speaker 1: have lost their lives in that area. I don't know
- 4:04Speaker 1: what it is, but the people that make it to
- 4:08Speaker 1: the top of Mount efforts. They all had to go
- 4:12Speaker 1: through that same zone or that same area, but they
- 4:17Speaker 1: had a little bit more that allowed them to get
- 4:19Speaker 1: to the top. You know, a lot of people have
- 4:22Speaker 1: had accidents up there trying that. So I'm not even
- 4:25Speaker 1: really sure if Mount Everest analogy is a good one.
- 4:30Speaker 1: But let's just break it down a little bit more.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Let's just talk about life. There's a poem I learned
- 4:37Speaker 1: back when the host pledge, and it's called don't Quit.
- 4:40Speaker 1: The authors are unknown, but the poem was called don't Quit,
- 4:46Speaker 1: and I had to memorize it. I memorize this poem
- 4:52Speaker 1: when I was eighteen nineteen, but the poem stayed in
- 4:57Speaker 1: my head. I'm gonna try to remember right now. I'm
- 5:00Speaker 1: gonna say it for you. But there's a stanza in
- 5:03Speaker 1: it that talks about how many a fellow has turned
- 5:08Speaker 1: about when he might have won had he stuck it out.
- 5:11Speaker 1: So don't give up. Though the pace seems slow, you
- 5:15Speaker 1: may succeed with another blow. You know. That's a stanza
- 5:19Speaker 1: that always sticks out in my mind. I'm gonna say
- 5:23Speaker 1: I can memorize one whole of right. Okay, this is
- 5:25Speaker 1: the point. There's the author is unknown, the name of
- 5:27Speaker 1: the pointment is don't quit. It goes like this. If
- 5:30Speaker 1: I make a mistake, I'm just trying to drump it up.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So here we go, it says when things go wrong,
- 5:36Speaker 1: as they sometimes will, when the road you're trudging seems
- 5:39Speaker 1: all uphill, when your funds are low and your debts
- 5:44Speaker 1: are high, when you want to smile, but you have
- 5:48Speaker 1: to sigh when cares are pressing you down. A bit,
- 5:52Speaker 1: rest if you must, but don't quit. For life is
- 5:56Speaker 1: queer with his twist and turns, as every one of
- 5:59Speaker 1: us must sometimes learn. And many a fellow has turned
- 6:03Speaker 1: about when he might have won had he stuck it out.
- 6:08Speaker 1: So don't give up. Though the pace seems slow, you
- 6:11Speaker 1: may succeed with another blow. Often the gold is nearer
- 6:17Speaker 1: than it seems to a faint and a faltering man.
- 6:22Speaker 1: And often the struggler has given up when he might
- 6:25Speaker 1: have captured the victor's cup, and he learns too late,
- 6:29Speaker 1: when the night came down, how close he was to
- 6:33Speaker 1: the golden crown. Success is failure turned inside out. It's
- 6:39Speaker 1: your silver tent of your clouds of doubt, and you
- 6:44Speaker 1: never can tell how close you are it. Maybe kneel
- 6:48Speaker 1: when it seems afar. So stick to the fight when
- 6:53Speaker 1: your hardest HiT's when things seem worse that you mustn't quit. Okay,
- 7:00Speaker 1: I remembered that cool. I remember it because like they
- 7:04Speaker 1: had a special method of helping you remember stuff back then.
- 7:07Speaker 1: But I remembered it at that point right there. Has
- 7:10Speaker 1: kept me a lot of times. You know, if we
- 7:14Speaker 1: often talk about scripture and everything, and then I don't.
- 7:17Speaker 1: I don't see how I could live without it. But
- 7:20Speaker 1: every now and then, man, somebody has a writing. God
- 7:22Speaker 1: puts a writing on somebody's heart that delivers a message, man,
- 7:26Speaker 1: that can help people. I use every motivational tool that
- 7:29Speaker 1: I possibly can to climb this letter of success or
- 7:32Speaker 1: try to be the best fall and the best husband
- 7:35Speaker 1: I can be. I've done a lot of changing over
- 7:37Speaker 1: the years, and so have you. But change is necessary
- 7:40Speaker 1: in order to grow. If you don't make changes, folks,
- 7:43Speaker 1: you can't grow. I was a young man on my set.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I kept looking at him, and a sharp little young
- 7:49Speaker 1: dude just on my set, and he had these dreads
- 7:55Speaker 1: and I mean they were they were super long, man,
- 7:58Speaker 1: they will well below the middle of his back. I
- 8:01Speaker 1: mean it was just long. And he kept talking to me,
- 8:04Speaker 1: and he kept talking to me and talking to me. Now,
- 8:06Speaker 1: I know somebody gonna take this too wrong way, but
- 8:08Speaker 1: this is my story. So you know, feel how you
- 8:11Speaker 1: want to feel. Already know the emails is coming. You're
- 8:13Speaker 1: talking about it. So your man kept talking to him,
- 8:17Speaker 1: and I said, hey, man, you know you do your
- 8:19Speaker 1: here a huge self of favor in the business you
- 8:21Speaker 1: and if you got a haircut, you would do yourself
- 8:24Speaker 1: a huge favor. I said, your images everything, man, I said,
- 8:27Speaker 1: you keep stopping me in the hallway to try to
- 8:29Speaker 1: tell me what you're doing, what you are, but all
- 8:31Speaker 1: I see is your have I keep trying to figure
- 8:34Speaker 1: out what you're doing with all that hair. Man, Now
- 8:37Speaker 1: you can feel how you want to feel. But I'm
- 8:39Speaker 1: like an employer. I employed people. So when I'm walking
- 8:44Speaker 1: through the hallway and I try to think of you
- 8:45Speaker 1: traveling me with me, and you're sitting in a meeting
- 8:48Speaker 1: with me, I try to imagine you in your suit
- 8:50Speaker 1: sitting there talking business with me. And so, just like
- 8:54Speaker 1: other employers are, I'm just having a real story with you.
- 8:57Speaker 1: So I said, man, you are to consider cutting your hair.
- 9:00Speaker 1: He said, mad Mr Harve, I've been growing his hair
- 9:03Speaker 1: sounds a little boy. I said, how holder you now?
- 9:06Speaker 1: He said eight? I said, well, how long you want
- 9:09Speaker 1: to hang on to what you was when you was
- 9:11Speaker 1: a little boy? You know, if you started growing your
- 9:13Speaker 1: hair when you're a teenager, and I mean you're twenty
- 9:15Speaker 1: eight now, what we and? I said, so let me
- 9:18Speaker 1: help you understand something. Let me let me ask you something.
- 9:21Speaker 1: What does it do for you? He's, man, it's just
- 9:23Speaker 1: who I am. It's it's I said, so you your hair?
- 9:29Speaker 1: He said no, no, but it's a part of me.
- 9:32Speaker 1: I say, that part of you that you're hanging on to.
- 9:35Speaker 1: What does it do for you? I just like it? Well, dog,
- 9:43Speaker 1: I like ice cream, but I feed that. But if
- 9:46Speaker 1: I hang on ice cream and eat ice cream every
- 9:48Speaker 1: single day, my body gonna reflect that, and the dude
- 9:52Speaker 1: you see on TV gonna be a little bit fatter
- 9:54Speaker 1: and a little bit fatter now already ain't ain't ain't
- 9:58Speaker 1: to catch me out when it comes to look and that.
- 10:00Speaker 1: So now you start busting out of these suits, I said,
- 10:02Speaker 1: I got a problem. He said, man, So you don't
- 10:06Speaker 1: hang on the nothing you did when you was young.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I said, I probably do, man, but I've tried to
- 10:10Speaker 1: share the majority of it. As I've gotten older, I don't.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I can't think of anything I used to do with
- 10:15Speaker 1: fifteen that I still even really care about right now.
- 10:19Speaker 1: The other day I was walking through the hallway and uh,
- 10:23Speaker 1: he said, Mr Harvey, and I turned around. He had
- 10:25Speaker 1: a haircut. I didn't even know the cat. He He
- 10:30Speaker 1: looked so different, he was so groomed, he looked so
- 10:37Speaker 1: just vibrant. Man. He had this big smile on his face.
- 10:40Speaker 1: He said, Mr Harvey, I wish I had done this
- 10:42Speaker 1: a long time ago. And you know, I'm just saying
- 10:45Speaker 1: that to say this, man, what is it that you
- 10:48Speaker 1: hanging on to that you don't want to let go of?
- 10:51Speaker 1: That's prohibiting you from being what all you can be? See,
- 10:54Speaker 1: it's hard to be what all you can be if
- 10:56Speaker 1: you want to keep being all you was? Don't that
- 11:00Speaker 1: make sense to you? So I'm I can't tell you
- 11:03Speaker 1: how many times I've had to change. Change is necessary
- 11:06Speaker 1: to grow. You can't be all you can be if
- 11:12Speaker 1: you want to keep hanging on to all you was.
- 11:16Speaker 1: That don't make no sense. How do you go forward?
- 11:20Speaker 1: If you keep going backwards? You can't stay here and
- 11:24Speaker 1: go there? Do you understand that if you want to
- 11:28Speaker 1: go over there, you must remove yourself from right here.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Oh I got right Here is comfortable, I got right
- 11:36Speaker 1: here is safe. But over there's where the shade is.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Over There's where the fruit is. Over there is where
- 11:44Speaker 1: the opportunity is. Over there is where the mountain of
- 11:48Speaker 1: goal is. So why are you stuck on here? You
- 11:53Speaker 1: got to leave here to go over there. You can't
- 11:57Speaker 1: be all you can be if you want to stay
- 11:59Speaker 1: stuck on who you was. Changes. Growth is necessary, y'all.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Let's go. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show eight
- 12:20Speaker 1: two minutes after the hour, eighteen minutes after the hour,
- 12:27Speaker 1: eighteen minutes after the hour. Okay, that's where you're trying
- 12:34Speaker 1: to pull yourself again. Okay. Rough weekend? Was it? It's
- 12:42Speaker 1: one of those an girl, it's an girl weekend, Lord,
- 12:56Speaker 1: but it's an girl weekend though. That's that was huge,
- 13:00Speaker 1: especially from me, o girl. Bro. Well I'm living well
- 13:08Speaker 1: everybody goody Junior? What's up? Okay? You still sound good?
- 13:18Speaker 1: And the same. Yeah. That weather, I don't never know
- 13:24Speaker 1: what it's gonna do. But where time to get cold?
- 13:27Speaker 1: I go? Oh God, Junior, cross your mind. Junior came
- 13:34Speaker 1: into the studio Mad one morning. I've never seen Junior
- 13:37Speaker 1: mad before. But yeah, yeah, man, Junior came to Studio Mad.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I didn't know what was wrong? Yeah, man, I said,
- 13:45Speaker 1: I said, I said, Junior, what's up? Man? Yeah? Man,
- 13:49Speaker 1: what's going on? I said? Okay, I gotta get some
- 13:55Speaker 1: moist juice because this is it? Well, no, no, it's water.
- 13:59Speaker 1: He needs to be high traded. Orange juice is for
- 14:01Speaker 1: another one of your employees. Well, I just haven't want
- 14:05Speaker 1: for everybody. Go to j There's something with some flavors,
- 14:14Speaker 1: some coloring and look like I tried by the sea. Yeah,
- 14:19Speaker 1: they're gonna do something. Junior. What's wrong man? This dude? Man,
- 14:25Speaker 1: he just messed me over? What what? What? Yeah? Man, Junior,
- 14:33Speaker 1: I've never seen Junior man before. Yeah, I'm here, had said, Tommy.
- 14:37Speaker 1: I've seen calling man. I've seen Shirley met Tommy good long.
- 14:42Speaker 1: That's a regular man. Ain't seen the week go by?
- 14:48Speaker 1: Every week? Yeah, at least one go from zero to
- 14:53Speaker 1: sixty like that? What I'm talking man? But but but
- 14:56Speaker 1: but don't be a boy nothing. No, don' don't be
- 15:00Speaker 1: about nothing. I've been worried about it. Used to be
- 15:04Speaker 1: worried about him. But then I said, no, that's just
- 15:06Speaker 1: his personality. But I will say this, he has gotten better,
- 15:11Speaker 1: you know, because he'll go and not speak to you
- 15:13Speaker 1: for two and three days weeks sometimes, but not so
- 15:17Speaker 1: much these days. I haven't seen it. He has gotten better.
- 15:20Speaker 1: But now what does that say? Because you couldn't have
- 15:22Speaker 1: got worse. Hey, I'm right here. Oh hey Tommy Kim morning.
- 15:32Speaker 1: What you talking about? I know you that like that
- 15:38Speaker 1: was a threat. Hey, I'm here, Yes, yes, you are
- 15:44Speaker 1: you talking about you that you can't hear us? Is
- 15:49Speaker 1: that what you're saying? Are we lying? Yeah? He has
- 15:54Speaker 1: gotten much better, oh with its temper? Yeah, But I
- 16:00Speaker 1: gotta say, though, what did you be sitting up here
- 16:04Speaker 1: telling me how much better heating? Yeah? Yeah, if you
- 16:09Speaker 1: can't get worse, what is we're talking about better from?
- 16:17Speaker 1: That's not a compliment, that's nothing. We're board So man,
- 16:31Speaker 1: well we are boring no more? So what you do
- 16:37Speaker 1: the weekend? Steve? Oh you know, I just I just
- 16:42Speaker 1: got to Chicago just now, I just I just walked
- 16:46Speaker 1: into the dope that probably plane is a beast. Ain't
- 16:52Speaker 1: no plane land a debt at this point in Chicago?
- 16:55Speaker 1: But oh yeah, right about that I'm thinking what airline.
- 16:59Speaker 1: You don't think so airline? Don't think you don't get there.
- 17:04Speaker 1: But that ain't a deal to town. That's United and
- 17:06Speaker 1: it ain't gonna get that ad. I think you're incorrect.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I think they got some leave out. If I ain't landed,
- 17:17Speaker 1: ain't no fat I got rid of. So what are
- 17:19Speaker 1: you saying, nephew? Just I'm saying you gotta have your
- 17:23Speaker 1: own plane to do that kind of stuff. Oh, just
- 17:26Speaker 1: to land whenever you want whatever. Yeah, I just landed.
- 17:31Speaker 1: This is payback from your temper remarks may payback, it's
- 17:35Speaker 1: just really he's been in baggage lame and nothing like asking.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I know that if he had to wait for the
- 17:41Speaker 1: kid shoes off and took shoes off nothing. You get
- 17:45Speaker 1: a little attitude when you have to go to banks
- 17:47Speaker 1: claim what after here, especially when it takes forever for
- 17:55Speaker 1: your back. Don't know what they're doing behind that wall? Man?
- 17:59Speaker 1: Where is these? Don't let it rain? Oh you ain't
- 18:02Speaker 1: going down? He's quiet. Though he's so quiet, then one
- 18:12Speaker 1: of your bad don't come run right going out of
- 18:17Speaker 1: baggage claim. You started just looking at that little opening
- 18:20Speaker 1: and flaps going around and round. Come on, and then
- 18:25Speaker 1: you're standing there and then the belt cut off and
- 18:30Speaker 1: you have to go to the office, describe your bag
- 18:35Speaker 1: the right that. Yeah, then they'll tell you that, go
- 18:45Speaker 1: on home and they'll call you and deliver it the
- 18:48Speaker 1: next morning. Yeah. Yeah, y'all remember that, Steve Tommy when
- 18:54Speaker 1: we went to Africa, my bag didn't make the flight. No, no,
- 19:00Speaker 1: I walked off because I didn't even know how to
- 19:05Speaker 1: handle it. But Boom made a joke. Boom said, what
- 19:08Speaker 1: if your bag don't make I said, don't say that,
- 19:10Speaker 1: that boy that I said in Africa. Yeah, you feel
- 19:18Speaker 1: to be wearing a big sheet rest of your damn trip.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Oh that's horrible. I hate that's terrible. Embracelets dress up
- 19:37Speaker 1: on one? Should I nobody thinking about bracelet you with
- 19:42Speaker 1: your luggage. You're trying to put the outfit together, shut,
- 19:45Speaker 1: trying to possible. Yeah, you're not bracelets though, you remember them?
- 19:52Speaker 1: Candy necklace? Yeah, yeah, you ei to put two of
- 19:57Speaker 1: them on your ankle. All right, coming up, it's something funny.
- 20:04Speaker 1: From the one and only Steve Harvey. We'll be back.
- 20:06Speaker 1: I think I think it's right or wrong. From the
- 20:10Speaker 1: phone you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show all right, thank you, Junior. Huh,
- 20:17Speaker 1: I was just saying, well, will will look like the
- 20:19Speaker 1: boys is back? Yeah yeah, with some more mess yeah yeah,
- 20:25Speaker 1: yeah right, yeah right, and you'll be the judge, Steve,
- 20:30Speaker 1: right or wrong coming up with neview Tommy and Junior.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Steve will be the judge will be back? You stay right, boy?
- 20:38Speaker 1: You ain't been right? Yeah, well let's go. Don't get
- 21:00Speaker 1: to it right or wrong? What y'all talking about today? Fella,
- 21:05Speaker 1: it's come to that, Steve. Let's get to the point.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I need ms. You just don't how much more you
- 21:15Speaker 1: be quiet? Okay, let me ask. I've been I've been thinking.
- 21:22Speaker 1: That's been on my mind for weeks. Weeks and the
- 21:24Speaker 1: weeks I've been thinking about this, and I hit him up,
- 21:28Speaker 1: knowing me and kill We talked on Junior. I'm sorry,
- 21:31Speaker 1: we talk on Sunday even, but I'm I'm at the
- 21:36Speaker 1: point this just hanging up on me. It's gotten just
- 21:39Speaker 1: it's just rude and out of control. What for we
- 21:43Speaker 1: hang up that, Steve? So Julius Caesar ran all around
- 21:54Speaker 1: and I told Junior, I said in his downtown he
- 21:59Speaker 1: ate sadly I knew it now he ate so much
- 22:04Speaker 1: salary that they named it after him. All I said
- 22:09Speaker 1: was these restaurants old Caesar family roar ty rights. If
- 22:15Speaker 1: the if the morb and gay family is getting nails,
- 22:19Speaker 1: how come to Caesar's ain't getting nails? You see what
- 22:23Speaker 1: I'm saying. So when all these people selling these Caesar sallies,
- 22:29Speaker 1: the rights are to be coming to the Caesar family.
- 22:33Speaker 1: And then he just hung up on me. But what
- 22:37Speaker 1: are we gonna find the see the family? It's some
- 22:41Speaker 1: Caesar still left, Little sees. You're talking about fat as season,
- 22:56Speaker 1: not your Caesar. I ain't white. I'm talking about what
- 23:00Speaker 1: your season? I ain't got no, Oh god, what do
- 23:09Speaker 1: you think? This the same people that owned the pizza place?
- 23:14Speaker 1: Little Yeah, I think he does as you're thinking. He
- 23:20Speaker 1: the one that was in Junior Mafia, Little See Kim.
- 23:26Speaker 1: He should get some royalty rights. Time. I'm saying the
- 23:30Speaker 1: Caesar families should get royalty rights. As Junior said. Where wait?
- 23:37Speaker 1: What about Pastor Shirley Caesar? She should get something now now,
- 23:45Speaker 1: Bacon caught it, chicken off, pick your name? That's who
- 23:52Speaker 1: do you think? Am I right? Or am I wrong?
- 23:55Speaker 1: You are? What? Boy? You so damn wrong? On so

- 57:24Speaker 1: got it for you the straw Berry Letter. All right, nephew,
- 57:28Speaker 1: thank you. Subject My wife won't wash Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 57:37Speaker 1: I've been married for two years since we moved in
- 57:40Speaker 1: together as husband and wife. My wife refuses to take
- 57:44Speaker 1: a shower when she gets home. From work. Both of
- 57:47Speaker 1: us are healthcare workers, and I have tried my best
- 57:50Speaker 1: to make her see the need for regular showers. I
- 57:54Speaker 1: make sure I take a shower twice a day, but
- 57:57Speaker 1: she refuses to do the same. I have talked to
- 57:59Speaker 1: her over and over about the need for good personal
- 58:03Speaker 1: hygiene as a woman. Sometimes she goes to work without
- 58:06Speaker 1: showering and comes back home and goes to bed without showering.
- 58:11Speaker 1: I even told her that I enjoy sex better when
- 58:15Speaker 1: she takes a shower, but she continues to ignore my
- 58:19Speaker 1: heart's desires. I have also complained to her mother to
- 58:23Speaker 1: no avail. I am tired of this. What can I do?
- 58:27Speaker 1: Please help? I'm tired of this too. I mean, this
- 58:32Speaker 1: is nasty, this, this is really disgusting. Who who doesn't bathe?
- 58:37Speaker 1: What grown woman? What grown person? Grown man? Woman that
- 58:42Speaker 1: you know doesn't bathe? This is crazy? I mean, you
- 58:45Speaker 1: her husband, who does bathe, shouldn't have to put up
- 58:48Speaker 1: with this. I mean, there's there's nothing worse than being
- 58:51Speaker 1: a clean person, and then somehow you got together with
- 58:55Speaker 1: a person who isn't clean. I mean, but to me,
- 58:58Speaker 1: it just begs the quest and how did it get
- 59:01Speaker 1: to this point? Was she bathing when you were dating
- 59:05Speaker 1: and then suddenly stopped after the marriage. I doubt that,
- 59:09Speaker 1: um or did she just never bathe and you thought
- 59:12Speaker 1: maybe she would change after you married her. How did
- 59:16Speaker 1: it get to this point where she's not bathing? Uh,
- 59:23Speaker 1: You've talked to her about it. You're saying the letter
- 59:25Speaker 1: over and over and over again. You've talked to her mother.
- 59:28Speaker 1: Still no change. Does her mother bathe? I mean she's
- 59:32Speaker 1: got to have learned this from somewhere, not bathing. And
- 59:36Speaker 1: I mean we go to work and get up really
- 59:38Speaker 1: really early. That shower is what does it for us?
- 59:41Speaker 1: That's what you know, really wakes us up in the morning.
- 59:44Speaker 1: So I don't understand this. Oh well you were on
- 59:50Speaker 1: the plane, But I mean this is craziness. You've talked
- 59:55Speaker 1: to her about it to no avail. So I mean,
- 59:58Speaker 1: if it bothers you, you know that much, counseling or
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: or leave. I mean those are your only two alternatives
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: here if she won't bathe, Steve, what is we why? Why?
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: Why is this a letter? Why are we adult people
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: having to have a discussion about another adult person about
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: watching the funking tail? That is but one resolution to
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: this letter, get a d vorce. M hm, leave hard,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: funk it behind. Yeah, sound it out soon? Does she
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: come into house? That's a good one. Peep sounded out.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: Oh damn, What the hell is that? This is what
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: he should be saying. That's you good? Low, She's just somebody,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: come on now. Yeah, she's got a babe. This is
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: a grown woman. You're a grown man. I don't even
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: have to know how old they are. Why are we
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: discussing this? Why are we talking about that? I'm not washing. Hu,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: I'm not washing nobody. She ain't old. Leave huh, let's leave. Huh.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: It's time to go. The voice is all right, you
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: can recover. It's millions and millions of women who love
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: to wash. I'm talking about love it. Look forward to
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: a bath want you to get in with if you
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: can't even get any bathroom with? What water? With her?
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: Right now? Not on? Not not on the first three?
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: What you get out in that water? Tell you something.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: Get out of that water. It's gonna be on you.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: You know when you you ain't washing it, you're a woman.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: You get in the bad water. The bad water smell.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: Oh man, that's like riding on the bus and going
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: in the back of the bus and get a drink,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: a bad bus water. You don't take that little Dixon
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: cup in the bathroom on the bus and drink no
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: damn bus waterhound. Yeah, like a Greyhound trail weight five
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: stars Peoria Charter Coach Company because Greyhound bought them up.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: Grehound trying they look jazzy. Now they'd have changed the
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: color of the bus and stretched the dog out. He
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: looked longer now, so is that damn right? It's longer too.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Now she coming in the house, speaking of Greyhound smelling
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: like a wet dog. Man, ain't nothing like a wet dog. Now.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: You didn't have to tell her you enjoy having sex
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: better when she take a shot. But she's still having
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: it though, ain't you? That isn't where I get sick?
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: What what I'm not finning do? No, we're not gonna
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: do this hill and you're not gonna make me say it.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Come on, no, Steve, I'm not gonna do Come on,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: you got it? Yeah, come on, Steve, you m just
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: saying we have to help him. If no this, he says,
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: he has asked her that. He says he's enjoyed sex
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: better if she shot, but he's still having sex. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: h yeah, I'm not crawling towards you, crawling because I
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: already know what that got to be like. Oh, that's
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: like crawling. That's like crawling in bed with somebody that
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: ain't washed. It's like crawling in hot garbage, man, into
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: the brain. It's disgusting. So why are we're reading this letter?
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: You got a babe? You have divorce? Yeah, he says,
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: what can I do? Divorce? But see if he talked
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: to her mother about it? Still nothing? Quit talking to her.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: You ain't married at huh m hm m hmm. Maybe
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: her mother could help her if don't leave. Huh why
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: as we're talking about there? Yeah, he might love her.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: I love a lot of people I can't stand to
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: be around. I got a Pardner Onion Arm, lot of boy.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: But when he come round with his name Onion, we
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: called him oh eight when he was growing up, Onion Arm.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: As soon as Onion come round, I loved him. You
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: know the worst thing I've did we riding my bike
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: down the street one time and Onion Arm got on
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: the handleball. Oh man, I and I was peddling and
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: I had to do dude on the seat and a
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: dude sitting on the back seat fender. We used to
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: ride deep like that, We used ride for on the
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: bike and onion arm. Weigh his arms like way he
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: having fun and we da damn near killed everybody on
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: that bike. As soon as he raised his arm of
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: my eyes watered up instantly, felt like it was cutting man.
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: I slam right into a tree. Damn near keel all over.
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey. Alright, we're back, Steve in
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: the middle of the strawberry letter subject my wife won't wash.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Part two of your response coming up. All right, Steve,
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: let's finish out this letter. My wife was the main letter.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: The main my wife won't wash. The name of this
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: letter should be my ex wife didn't wash, because that's
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: what the hell is gonna have the hill. See uh,
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: I just think it's I think he's going about this
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: the wrong way, folks. I gave us some thought while
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: the song. Here's the line that throws everybody off. I
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: even told her that I enjoy sex better when she
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: takes a shower. I think we're gonna have to use
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: a little bit more direct approach. See you tip toeing
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: round it. You're leaving the too many options. Well, but
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: you still want to have it, so enjoy it less.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: It's what this funky helper is thinking. So you got
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: to be a little bit more direct. Even told her
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: I enjoy sex better when she takes a shower. How
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: about try this. I like it better when we can
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: light a candle in the room without catching the room on. Yeah,
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: sometimes you just have to go a little bit different.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: I ever told her. Look, baby, I enjoy sex better
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: when I ain't gagging, you know, because the shower is
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: not working. Yeah, here's one a little more subtle, here's
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: one a little most shut up. Hey, baby, I enjoy
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: sex better when I'm conscious, you know, just just say
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: that when I'm conscious. I'm telling you, just knock my
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: ass out. I can't enjoy this sex because I didn't
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: faint it. That's crazy, you just because I even told
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: her I enjoy sex better when she takes a shower,
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: it's not getting the results. She won't. I like sex
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: better when I ain't gotta wet this damn gas mask.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: Ain't this big ass mask getting on your nerves? Is it?
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: Ain't od? This is a divorce leave her dog? Yeah,
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: you don't go to counseling for nothing like this. Yes,
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: it's won't babe. That's not a counseling problem. Something's wrong. Yeah,
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: she don't want me, she don't want you. Dog, she's rebelling.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Ain't a my baby, She's not baby until you leave.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: When you leave, she gonna be clean as hell. So
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna let her go. That's the deal, right, So sir,
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: how do you go to sleep at night? I just
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: get under the covers with it and pull it over
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: my head. Then about four seconds later, I'm out. You
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: got to sleep so fast? Yeah, well, I don't go.
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: I don't be sleep I'll be in a coma. Hey, folks,
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: listen up. We're dealing with more illness now, more disease,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: more fatigue and obesity than ever before. You know, diabetes
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: and hot blood pressure at an all time high. This
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: is why I recommend listen to me, folks. The d

- 1:14:55Speaker 1: We'll talk to salon Sana Lathan right after this. Let's
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: whoo any green night. We have a guest, Steve, before
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: you come too far out there. Most of the guests
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: now I'm making it so and yet they still call
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: in just before a long time, ain't her daddy? So
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: we're on cool terms. And Jody is now everybody uh
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: lord her mercy. This woman right here can act, starting
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: so many great movies. Well she now starts in the
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: new drama on Fox. Everybody's called Shots Fired. And it
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: premiers this Wednesday at eight pm seven pm Central. Now
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: Shots Fired. It's a ten hour miniseries that closely examines
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: the criminal justice system after two racially charged shootings in
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: the southern town. We're gonna find out more about it.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen. You know what I'm talking about. The lovely,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: the fabulous, the talented. Mrs Na Lathan, Good morning, good morning. Hey,
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: so now what's going on? Dollar? How you doing? Good?
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: Good good? You know, I'm not concerned. I haven't seen
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: you in a while, but you did my talk show
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: a little earlier. Saw you. I'm gonna come back in
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: a couple of weeks sometimes to Chicago on a couple
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: of weeks to see you. Cool. Let's do it again.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: Let's do it again. How you been. I'm good. I'm
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: really good. The show. Yeah, let's talk about it. It's
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: called Shots Fired. It's a ten hour film. Yeah, so
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: tell us about it's gonna be ten episodes. What does it?
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: Talk to us a little bit? It's ten hours and
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: it is. Um, it's so good, it's so well written. Um.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: It basically is a misty thriller that follows my character
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: and my partner's character, as we try to investigate a
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: murder of a black kid and a white kid, and
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: it kind of shows how these two murders, one being black,
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: one being white, and how they're they're treated differently by
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: the community, by the press, and by the justice system.
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: And along the way, it's you know, it's kind of
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: a hoodune it and why done it? And it's you know,
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: it's juicy. There's so many great performances. UM we have
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: azeezing cast um Stefan James plays my my partner, Mac
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: Wild plays police officer Helen Hunt. Richards rifis Yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: we have. It's it's exciting and it's and it's really fun.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: You know, there's there's um there's moments where you're gonna
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: be crying and it's gonna be chilling at how much
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: of a reflection it is of what's going on in
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: today's UM news. But at the same time it's really entertaining.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: So I'm excited for people to tune in. Yeah, now
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: you play you play at an investigator? Yeah, I played.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: I played investigator with the Department of Justice. Her name
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: is ash A Keno and I call her bad as
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: Ash and I call it that. Yeah, she's a bad
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: bad She's a badass. I thought her name was asked.
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: I was con s people for real. Now I'm a badass,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: and call me that's my that's my hashtag, hashtag badass anyway,
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: I know, right she um, yeah, she is amazing uh,
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: an amazing investigator. She's been doing it for twenty years.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: She used to go undercover in the cartels in Mexico
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: and Colombia and now she's she's doing this job and
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: she's relentless in her pursuit of justice and she'll do
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: whatever it takes, even if it's against the law. And
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: so it's a real fun character to play. She's she's
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: very layered. And yeah, it's cool. Let me ask you
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: this because Sin is about shootings, and this particularly is
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: about these two different shootings. Yeah, it's definitely covering some
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: difficult subject matter and and hopefully it will probably spark
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: spark some real conversation about the criminal justicism. What do
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: you feel is the takeaway for viewers? You know, I
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: try not to to um, kind of dictate what I
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: want people to get, because everybody is going to get
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: something different. But I definitely, you know, I hope that
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: while we're entertaining people. I hope that it gets you know,
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: at the at the the very most, I would love
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: for it to raise consciousness. I would love for people
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: to come together. The great thing about this series is
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: that it gives a perspective from every seat at the table.
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: You have ten hours, so it's like, you know, you
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: get to see, you know, the mother who's grieving. You
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: get to see the criminal justice system from their side.
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: You get to see what happens when that cop who
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: shot the kid goes home. So it's really great in
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: terms of creating empathy and compassion. Um. While we were
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: shooting UM, there were so many times. There was one
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: one morning we came into work and Falando Castile had
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: just gotten shot the night before and our our first
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: a d who runs, who runs everything. It was a
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: black woman and she could not she could not believe
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: it because it was July and it was a record
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: number of murders of black men and we've basically had.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: Just before we started our day, we did a prayer
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: circle and really asked for grace and asked for um,
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: you know, just guidance. So because he knew what a
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: big responsibility this is and UM, it was killing how
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: many murders were happening at the time that we were
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: working on this, so um, we took our job seriously.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: And I just hope that people, you know, I hope
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: people get together. I hope they argue. I hope they debate,
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: But mostly I just hope there's conversations. We need to
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: come together as people and and and it will be
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: and it and it does take just that conversation. It
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: sounds like a great project. Sna. Congratulations again, I think
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: this would be amazing. Now listen up, listeners, just what
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: we wanna do. We're gonna get behind this thing. Okay,
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: full blast. It comes on Wednesday night. This Wednesday night
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: at eight pm Eastern, seven pm Central. It's called Shots Fire.
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: It's a drama. It's on Fox. Check your local listings
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: for Fox. And let's support Sona. This great project is

- 1:23:46Speaker 1: don what's your name? It's a thick it's a thick name.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I can't go on do my real name under this confession,
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: but hold on, no, thanks for calling you kick all right. So,
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: so over this past week and I do a little,
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: a little sad hustle on my own. It's called a
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: sideline service, and I'm a sideline for women who seek
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: attention elsewhere. Now it's not always sexual, sometimes it's mental.
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: They like to come to me for the conversations. They
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: like to come to me for the vibe. So, uh,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: Friday morning, before I left out for work, me and
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: one little short you. I asked that. I said, what
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: you're doing this weekend? She said, oh, me and my
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: man we might go out my dood little som down
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: in a in a little area where there's a lot
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: of bars and restaurants and whatnot. I said, all right, cool.
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: She asked what was that doing. I told her, just
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: kicking it. Uh, probably watching the tournament with my brothers
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: and you know, just doing guy stuff. So um, Saturday
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: night rolls around. My brother said, Hey, guys, let's go
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: to David Busters. I said, okay, So we all get
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: dressed with God the Davin Butters. Who do I see
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: at david Busters? Had the checkout was with on Friday morning.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: So I don't blow up the spot because that's not
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: a part of my service. I walk right past you,
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: act like I don't you know, really know you. I
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: don't talk to you. I don't, I don't. I don't
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: bring the attention to your relationship. So now my brother
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: was like, I bet you won't befriend her her boyfriend
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: and try to get him the cheat on her so
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: that way she could be yours. I said, I said, hmm, So,
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: asking how much you want to bet, he put up
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: a nice little wager so I couldn't pass it. So
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: I go up to the bar where the where the
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: lady is and her boyfriend, and I offered a better
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: dinner for him, and he was like, uh, he said,
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: why you do that. I said, I'm in town for
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: a night. I just came up on a little uh,
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: on a little luck at the casino um, looking to
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: give some away. Stay. So he he's denied it, but
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: I still left the money on the table. Anyway, so
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: it comes back to me and she text me like
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: she's on his way to you. You need to leave.
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: So I stay at the bar. He comes over here's like, hey, hey,
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: you know you know my girl. I say, man, I
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: don't know your girl. He said, then why did you
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: leave the money? I said, I told you, man, I
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: came in town for the night. I came up on
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: some luck done at the casino. I'm giving a little
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: bit of wealth away. Enjoy it. So he's like, all right.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: So then he offers about me and my brothers some drinks.
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: We we get all cool, and we get all uh
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: all talking and chopping it up at the bar, his
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: girls sitting there, and now, mag you he doesn't even
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: know that me and her right right, So so um
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: me and him like we we walk off the girls
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: at the bar. My brothers and at the bar were
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: all walking around and here it goes my time. There's
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: a group of ladies sitting over by the by certain
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: game section. I'm like, hey, but let's go over here
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: and push up one of these girls. Your girls all
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: the way across the the spot. She won't even see us.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: Let's let's Mackie has read you real quick. Next thing
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: he knows, Yeah, he pushed up on it. He fell
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: for it. Next thing, you know, we go back to
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: the table. I was like, hey, man, you dude was
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: over there. Uh over He told his girl that yeah,
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: why not, damn, I'm damn kill uh uh I don't
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: kill you. Don't try to help him, now, that's not
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: what you do. Don't don't kill man, But what you
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: do that phone dog, because yours it's just your turn.
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: You just gotta learn. He had to learn. But you
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: just messed up their whole relationship, though, dog on a
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: bed on a bed, Why you don't just go back
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: and tell your boy he told you the money and
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: you want the bed. Why why you mess up? Kill?
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: Damn no, no, no back kill. You just said bat
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: the two people that right kill good for your board,
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: haven't they killed? Yeah? He go now he said, I'm
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: still here. And then you kind of file on that
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: old dog. I mean, like dag man, you but see,
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: it ain't your job to teach them, so you don't
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: have a teaching service, you know, you know, you gotta
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: slash escort service where it's not always seckful. Sometimes it
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: is that just to listen. Sometimes it's a voice. When
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: did you turn it into a uh, cheating service? And
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: m and uh. I mean it kind of just developed
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: into that. You know, women will come to me. I'm
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: not saying I'm the smartest guy, but I do bring
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: on intellectual conversations every now and then about different topics
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: in the world. Um, so they come to me. From
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: my opinion, with with just stuff that they go through
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: with her boyfriends and guys, and I'll lend them that
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: that shoulder to cry on. You know how one thing
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: turns into another. Man, I don't know what keep saying. Really,
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: see how this is working? Yeah, trying, you hurt me
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: to day, you hurt me. But it's okay. That's what
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: the Confession booth is all about. You get the call
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: in and confess eight seven ignorant mess you're out there doing.
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: I'm speechless. I'm sorry you're judging. That's all right. We
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: have more more judgment from Nephew to Confessions eight seven
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: seven twenty nine Steve call us. We'll be back at
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: eighteen after the hour. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, we're in the middle of Weekend Confessions,
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: which got suddenly judgmental without the first caller, and uh,

- 1:30:13Speaker 1: we are. Let's go straight to line six and talk
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: to Antonio out of Texas, Antonio. Yeah, good morning, tell
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: you what's on your mind. Man, nephew Tommy, that last
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: dude I had, Man, he was a hater. But my
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: weekend confession, Man, I slept with my homeboy. Girl. Man,
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: I kind of feel bad about it, and I kind
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: of don't. And the reason why I don't feel bad
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: about it is because he kind of like, really, ain't
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: my homeboy, like you know, saying somebody out worked with
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: and I had hooked them together, hooked them up together? Okay,
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: so so so hw I jump out? Hi jumped off
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: this weekend? Well, I guess they must have got into
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: it or whatever. And she called me, want to come over?
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I'm like, come on, you know,
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: come over. It's cool, you know what I'm saying, because
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: they all ways do that. I'm already getting full, you
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: know what I mean. So when you get over there,
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: we get full together. You know, she's talking about it
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: being next thing. You know, one thing lead to another.
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: That's why I kind of feel like, you've ben't want
