- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a fight now at the southern border.
- 0:04Speaker 2: It is a fight between those who believe in states
- 0:06Speaker 2: rights and the Biden government who is refusing to allow
- 0:10Speaker 2: the State of Texas to protect and defend itself from
- 0:13Speaker 2: the invasion at the southern border. Now, this has been
- 0:17Speaker 2: spiraling for quite some time, and Governor Abbot in Texas
- 0:22Speaker 2: has I think honestly held back for too long. But
- 0:26Speaker 2: it seems that he is at his breaking point and
- 0:28Speaker 2: other Republican governors are joining him.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Now.
- 0:33Speaker 2: All this is in reaction to what happened at the
- 0:36Speaker 2: Supreme Court in a five to four decision.
- 0:38Speaker 1: As you know we mentioned it on this show.
- 0:40Speaker 2: They said that the razor wire could be lifted that
- 0:44Speaker 2: have been put down by the State of Texas.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Now, think about this.
- 0:47Speaker 2: A government that says they want a secure border, or
- 0:50Speaker 2: there is a secure border, if you believe my orchis,
- 0:53Speaker 2: which clearly they're lying to you, is now suing the
- 0:57Speaker 2: State of Texas to open their border up, not to
- 1:00Speaker 2: secure their border. Now, Governor Abbott has done an interview
- 1:05Speaker 2: with Tucker Carlson, and I want you to hear what
- 1:07Speaker 2: he said to Tucker on his show on X Take
- 1:11Speaker 2: a listen to the governor, confirming now that if Biden
- 1:15Speaker 2: federalizes the Texas National Guard, he has other armed law
- 1:20Speaker 2: enforcement personnel standing guard on the border. He also confirmed
- 1:26Speaker 2: that there are other reinforcements that are coming from other
- 1:29Speaker 2: states where there are other conservative governors.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Listen carefully, if the administration declares that it plans to
- 1:38Speaker 3: federalize the National Guard of the State of Texas, your
- 1:42Speaker 3: national guard, what will be your response.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Well, first, I'll be shocked. That would be a boneheaded
- 1:47Speaker 4: move on his part, a total disaster. But for one,
- 1:50Speaker 4: as you might imagine, we are prepared in the event
- 1:53Speaker 4: that that unlikely event does occur to make sure that
- 1:56Speaker 4: we will be able to continue exactly what we've been
- 1:59Speaker 4: doing over the past sponse, and that is building these barriers,
- 2:03Speaker 4: whether it be the Constant Center wire or other at
- 2:06Speaker 4: that clime, border barriers, whatever we've been building. The Bide
- 2:08Speaker 4: administration is now trying to attack us because of it,
- 2:13Speaker 4: and we will continue to do exactly what we're doing
- 2:16Speaker 4: to expand our denial of illegal entry into the State of.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Texas with state employees, I assume, not with National Guard,
- 2:24Speaker 3: but can you envision a scenario in which you would
- 2:28Speaker 3: put armed state employees on the border instead of the
- 2:30Speaker 3: National Guard of Texas.
- 2:31Speaker 4: We do have other arm state employees on the border
- 2:35Speaker 4: as we speak Bry this minute, and the Texas Department
- 2:38Speaker 4: of Public Safety, as well as other law enforcement officers,
- 2:41Speaker 4: as well as National Guard from other states. And you
- 2:43Speaker 4: can be assured there will be more National Guard from
- 2:46Speaker 4: other states and more law enforcement officers within the state
- 2:48Speaker 4: of Texas and other states. And Tucker, I just signed
- 2:52Speaker 4: a law, a new law in the stead of Texas
- 2:54Speaker 4: that will go into effect on March the fifth, that
- 2:57Speaker 4: authorizes any law enforcement officer in the State of Texas
- 3:01Speaker 4: to be able to arrest anybody coming across the border illegally.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Have you spoken to the President or anyone from the
- 3:08Speaker 3: Biden White House about what appears to be an imminent collision?
- 3:12Speaker 4: I have not, To be clear, I have spoken to
- 3:15Speaker 4: the President about the border. I met him on a
- 3:17Speaker 4: tarmac in El Paso and talked to him directly about
- 3:19Speaker 4: what was going on. I handed him a letter that
- 3:22Speaker 4: had in it immediate solutions he could take that would
- 3:25Speaker 4: immediately secure the border without the need of any new
- 3:28Speaker 4: law to be passed. Despite the fact that I handed
- 3:30Speaker 4: him on altogether eight different letters, he has refused to
- 3:35Speaker 4: ever respond. My point in telling you that we have
- 3:38Speaker 4: laid down the precursor of what's called Article four, section
- 3:43Speaker 4: four of the United States Constitution to show that we
- 3:46Speaker 4: have been invaded and we have demanded support from the
- 3:50Speaker 4: President to safeguard our state, and they have refused to
- 3:54Speaker 4: do so eight times, and that authorized me to declare
- 3:59Speaker 4: and Asian under Article one, section ten of the conversation
- 4:02Speaker 4: to make sure that Texas is going to be able
- 4:04Speaker 4: to use every tool in our arsenal to defend our states.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Of the couple of dozen Republican led states who've pledged
- 4:13Speaker 3: support for you, how many do you think would send
- 4:16Speaker 3: national guard to Texas.
- 4:18Speaker 4: I'll be shocked and disappointed if almost all of them
- 4:22Speaker 4: do not send. There have been about ten so far
- 4:25Speaker 4: that are sent national Guard or other law enforcement. They
- 4:29Speaker 4: now are joined together with us, and this is a
- 4:31Speaker 4: fight for the future of America, and they all know it,
- 4:34Speaker 4: and so I believe that they will all be in
- 4:36Speaker 4: on this effort.
- 4:37Speaker 2: He said, he believes they will all be in on
- 4:41Speaker 2: this effort.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Now, this is obviously.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Very very very very very significant information coming now from
- 4:49Speaker 2: this interview with Governor Abbott saying that ten other States
- 4:53Speaker 2: have sent National Guard to the Texas border and others
- 4:56Speaker 2: will follow. Habit says he look it is yes prepared
- 5:01Speaker 2: for a conflict to happen with federal authorities because he
- 5:05Speaker 2: must protect his state. I want you to hear this
- 5:09Speaker 2: one other question that Tucker also asked Governor Abbott in
- 5:12Speaker 2: this interview.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Listen, it's just a remarkable moment, and I know you're
- 5:16Speaker 3: heading out, but my final question is how do you
- 5:18Speaker 3: see this resolving? What happens next?
- 5:21Speaker 4: Texas is going to continue to expand the border barriers
- 5:26Speaker 4: that we are erecting, the razor wire that we're putting up,
- 5:29Speaker 4: and to continue to gain control of more land over
- 5:33Speaker 4: the coming months. I believe, however, that this will all
- 5:37Speaker 4: come to an end on January the twentieth of next year,
- 5:40Speaker 4: because I believe a new president will be sworn in,
- 5:43Speaker 4: a president who will actually enforce the immigration laws of
- 5:46Speaker 4: the entire country, not just the Texas border, but New
- 5:49Speaker 4: Mexico and Arizona and California and the Canadian border also,
- 5:54Speaker 4: and we will have safe and secure borders once again,
- 5:56Speaker 4: because we will have a president who actually will enforce
- 5:59Speaker 4: the law of the United States of America.
- 6:01Speaker 1: But in the next year.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Are you concerned about any kind of conflict between state forces,
- 6:07Speaker 3: whether state employees or National Guard and federal forces.
- 6:10Speaker 4: So, Tucker, all we can do is be as prepared
- 6:13Speaker 4: as possible, deploy as many people as possible, do as
- 6:17Speaker 4: much as possible to put up more border barriers and
- 6:22Speaker 4: deny ilegal entry. And our head is down. We're working
- 6:26Speaker 4: hard regardless of what the Bide administration is doing.
- 6:29Speaker 3: Governor Greg Abbott of Texas joining us now from India,
- 6:32Speaker 3: thank you very much.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Governor.
- 6:33Speaker 2: It's interesting to hear Governor Abbott say this that these
- 6:36Speaker 2: ten other states has sent national Guard to the Texas border.
- 6:39Speaker 1: He says others will follow. This is obviously a.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Real contentious point here, but I want you to understand
- 6:46Speaker 2: another side of this. Okay, When the Texas governor vows
- 6:49Speaker 2: to add more razor wire after the Supreme Court order,
- 6:53Speaker 2: it is because there is a full on invasion of
- 6:55Speaker 2: millions of people coming into Texas. There is also an
- 6:58Speaker 2: onslaught of a drug that are killing innocent people in Texas.
- 7:03Speaker 2: They're sex trafficking, human trafficking, they are destroying the state
- 7:06Speaker 2: in so many different ways. And so when Governor Abbott
- 7:09Speaker 2: said he will add more razor wire, not take it
- 7:12Speaker 2: down at the US Mexico boarder to prevent more illegal
- 7:15Speaker 2: immigrants tormenter in the United States of America and staying
- 7:17Speaker 2: in Texas. Coming after the Supreme Court sided with the
- 7:20Speaker 2: Biden administration allowed federal agents to cut the wire, he says, quote,
- 7:23Speaker 2: we're adding more razor wire as we speak right now
- 7:26Speaker 2: to make sure that we are doing even more to
- 7:29Speaker 2: secure the border. Now, this is obviously something that is
- 7:32Speaker 2: supposed to be done by majorcis and the federal government.
- 7:36Speaker 1: They're not doing it. They're not doing it on purpose.
- 7:39Speaker 2: And the governor said, look, my state has the authority
- 7:43Speaker 2: to defy the US government under the US Constitution because
- 7:46Speaker 2: it's authors, the founding fathers believed. He said this to
- 7:49Speaker 2: Bloomberg that there would be times when the federal government
- 7:52Speaker 2: does not do its job and states have a right
- 7:55Speaker 2: to self defense. And the way that he is describing
- 7:58Speaker 2: this and the media is completely silent on this and
- 8:00Speaker 2: they're not covering is because they understand that this is
- 8:03Speaker 2: an actual self defense issue. A spokesman for the Texas
- 8:06Speaker 2: Department of Public Safety wrote that the state's Operation Loan
- 8:10Speaker 2: Star will keep its current posture of setting up raiser
- 8:13Speaker 2: wire and other barriers to block i legal immigration into
- 8:16Speaker 2: the state, saying quote, the logical concern should be why
- 8:19Speaker 2: the federal government continues to hinder Texas ability to protect
- 8:22Speaker 2: its border, all while allowing for the exploitation, dangerous and
- 8:28Speaker 2: inhumane methods of permitting illegal immigrants, including children, to legally
- 8:33Speaker 2: across a dangerous river where many have lost their lives.
- 8:37Speaker 2: The Texas Military Department recently posted pictures showing Texas National
- 8:41Speaker 2: Guard members as well as the Department of Public Safety
- 8:44Speaker 2: officials adding more razor wire. Mister Abbot's comments signal an
- 8:48Speaker 2: escalation in a legal battle between the state of Texas
- 8:51Speaker 2: and the federal government after the Texas sees Shelby Park
- 8:55Speaker 2: near Egle paths. While there are lawsuits against the Biden
- 8:58Speaker 2: administration's recent moved, you have to cut razor wire that
- 9:02Speaker 2: was set up by the Texas National Guard. Texas also
- 9:05Speaker 2: set up a floating barrier in the middle of the
- 9:07Speaker 2: Rio Grande border crossing area. All the court order that
- 9:11Speaker 2: the state removed that barrier as well. If you want
- 9:14Speaker 2: to know who's in favor of open borders, look no
- 9:16Speaker 2: further than the Biden administration. All right, let me tell
- 9:19Speaker 2: you real quick about an amazing company. And if you're
- 9:23Speaker 2: like me and your sick and tied to giving your
- 9:24Speaker 2: money to companies that hate you, that literally hate you,
- 9:27Speaker 2: hate your family values, hate your Christian values, hate your
- 9:30Speaker 2: traditional values, well now there's an option when it comes
- 9:33Speaker 2: to your cell phone.
- 9:34Speaker 1: I have switched to Patriot Mobile.
- 9:35Speaker 2: And when I look at my phone every time and
- 9:38Speaker 2: the top left it says Patriot And I know that
- 9:41Speaker 2: when I pay my bill every month, that a percentage
- 9:44Speaker 2: of that bill, at no extra cost to me, is
- 9:45Speaker 2: going to go back to support conservative causes, candidates, organizations,
- 9:50Speaker 2: and most importantly to me, support the rights of unborn
- 9:54Speaker 2: children this country to live. Now, I do that every
- 9:57Speaker 2: month because I love knowing that I'm giving my money
- 10:00Speaker 2: to a company that actually loves my values. For ten years,
- 10:03Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 10:08Speaker 2: And when I say only trust me, they are the
- 10:10Speaker 2: only one. Patriot Mobile is a great supporter of this show,
- 10:14Speaker 2: which is why I'm proud to partner with him, because
- 10:16Speaker 2: they support conservative ideals. Patriot Mobile offers dependable nationwide coverage,
- 10:21Speaker 2: giving you the ability to access all three major networks

- 11:04Speaker 2: dot com slash ferguson. Let me also explain for you
- 11:08Speaker 2: something that happened earlier this week, and that was that
- 11:11Speaker 2: US Supreme Court siding with the Biden administration. I want
- 11:14Speaker 2: you to understand more about it. I'm going to play
- 11:16Speaker 2: for you part of what Senator Ted Cruz had to say.
- 11:19Speaker 2: He's a man that worked the Supreme Court. He courtd
- 11:21Speaker 2: to the Supreme Court. He is a constitutional scholar and
- 11:24Speaker 2: also a man that has fought several cases actually many
- 11:27Speaker 2: cases in front of the Supreme Court, and I want
- 11:29Speaker 2: you to hear his explanation. But before I do that,
- 11:32Speaker 2: I wanted you to understand what exactly happened at the
- 11:36Speaker 2: Supreme Court. The Biden administration was granted an emergency appeal
- 11:42Speaker 2: to allow federal agents to cut the razor wire at
- 11:44Speaker 2: the Texas border. Now, this five to four order allows
- 11:48Speaker 2: federal agents to only cut the razor wire, and it
- 11:51Speaker 2: does not prohibit Texas from setting up the wire either.
- 11:55Speaker 2: The Supreme Court's order did not provide an explanation. In
- 11:59Speaker 2: other words, there's saying you're both right. You can lay
- 12:01Speaker 2: down razor wire, but the federal government can cut it
- 12:04Speaker 2: if they want to. Those who voted in favor included
- 12:07Speaker 2: Chief Justice John Roberts as well as Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Now those are shocks.
- 12:13Speaker 2: We were not surprised that side of my Oar and
- 12:15Speaker 2: Brown and Keegan all decided to go with the no
- 12:20Speaker 2: Texas can't defend itself. Now, those who vote against it
- 12:24Speaker 2: were Justice Clarence Thomas, Alito Gorsetz, and Brett Kavanaugh. Again,
- 12:28Speaker 2: I'm still shocked by Amy Coney Barrett, and I'm really
- 12:31Speaker 2: shocked by Chief John Roberts, although those shocks are coming
- 12:35Speaker 2: less often for me after seeing what John Roberts does
- 12:38Speaker 2: on some of these rulings.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Now, that ruling set.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Aside a lower court decision that blocked federal officials from
- 12:45Speaker 2: cutting the wire installed along the shore of the Rio
- 12:49Speaker 2: Grand inside of Texas. The order did not touch, however,
- 12:53Speaker 2: on a lawsuit filed by the Texas Attorney General Kim
- 12:56Speaker 2: Paxton to block agents from destroying or seizing the razor
- 13:01Speaker 2: wire barriers. As mister Abbott vowed to set up more
- 13:05Speaker 2: razor wire, a spokesman for the White House described as
- 13:07Speaker 2: a mere political stunt which will make it harder and
- 13:10Speaker 2: more dangerous for frontline personnel. The White House says to
- 13:13Speaker 2: do their jobs, which is I guess, escorting in as
- 13:15Speaker 2: many legal immigrants as they can find.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Ultimately, the White House said, we need an adequate we
- 13:21Speaker 1: need adequate.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Resources and policy changes to address our broken immigration system.
- 13:25Speaker 1: So they're saying, we're putting a gun to your head.
- 13:27Speaker 2: We're going to allow a maximum number of illegal immigrants
- 13:30Speaker 2: to come into this country until you allow us to
- 13:33Speaker 2: hand out amnesty, and then we'll do a deal with you.
- 13:35Speaker 1: That's what it means now.
- 13:36Speaker 2: In a separate statement, mister Abbott accused the Biden administration
- 13:40Speaker 2: of breaking its compact quote unquote with Texas and other
- 13:44Speaker 2: states because, according to him, federal government currently is not
- 13:48Speaker 2: enforcing federal laws protecting states, including immigration laws on the
- 13:53Speaker 2: books right now. Regarding the US Mexico border situation, the
- 13:57Speaker 2: Biden administration added, has refused to enforce those laws.
- 14:01Speaker 1: He's not asking for new ones. He's saying, you.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Guys aren't even enforcing the ones. You're refusing to hold
- 14:05Speaker 2: up the laws. You're refusing the Biden administration to abide
- 14:10Speaker 2: by the law. And he says they've refused to enforce
- 14:13Speaker 2: those laws.
- 14:15Speaker 1: And have even violated the laws of the land. Now
- 14:19Speaker 1: it comes to the top.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Federal immigration officials told the Associated Press that last month,
- 14:25Speaker 2: illegal crossings top ten thousand during some days in December alone,
- 14:31Speaker 2: So ten thousand people a day are breaking into this country.
- 14:34Speaker 1: That is an invasion.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Arrests for illegal crossings top two million for the first
- 14:41Speaker 2: time each of the US governments last month two budget years,
- 14:45Speaker 2: reflecting technological changes that have increased global mobility that has
- 14:51Speaker 2: prompted people to leave their homes and come to America. Quote,
- 14:55Speaker 2: our officers and agents are responding to large groups of migrants,
- 15:00Speaker 2: which means that some of our agents aren't on the line,
- 15:04Speaker 2: not really monitoring for some of those cuts. That's what
- 15:08Speaker 2: the US Customs and Border Protection Acting Commissioner told the
- 15:11Speaker 2: Associated Press, saying this, if we don't have anybody to respond,
- 15:15Speaker 2: then you're going to see what you're seeing, meaning that
- 15:19Speaker 2: it's a free flow of illegal immigrants. Arrests of people
- 15:22Speaker 2: and families also neared seventy two thousand in the Tucson
- 15:26Speaker 2: sector from October one through December the ninth, more than
- 15:30Speaker 2: nine times the same period last year alone. That's a
- 15:35Speaker 2: big change from when almost all migrants were adult men.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Arrests of non Mexicans also top seventy five thousand, nearly
- 15:45Speaker 2: quadruple the number from a year ago, and more than
- 15:48Speaker 2: half of all sector arrests. Republicans have said that the
- 15:52Speaker 2: increase in illegal immigration is largely due to the Biden
- 15:55Speaker 2: administration's refusal to enforce the policies that are already on
- 16:00Speaker 2: the books the laws that are on the books, noting
- 16:03Speaker 2: that early on his term, President Biden recented a number
- 16:06Speaker 2: of Trump era immigration rules on purpose, which is allowed
- 16:10Speaker 2: for the massive influx of illegal immigrants coming into this country. Now,
- 16:15Speaker 2: this is going to have and it's going to be
- 16:18Speaker 2: a really big states rights battle. I believe, by the
- 16:22Speaker 2: way that it's a battle that we should have. Donald
- 16:27Speaker 2: Trump has come out saying the states that are involved
- 16:30Speaker 2: in this. In backing Texas, he said, use the National
- 16:32Speaker 2: Guard to remove migrants across the border. Former President Trump
- 16:36Speaker 2: called on governors to use their National Guard soldiers to
- 16:40Speaker 2: remove migrants back across the border. His post on True
- 16:43Speaker 2: Social follows statements from twenty five different Republican governors who
- 16:48Speaker 2: have come out in support of the state of Texas
- 16:50Speaker 2: standoff against the Biden administration. In Shelby Park alone, quote,
- 16:55Speaker 2: we encourage all willing states to deploy their guards to
- 16:58Speaker 2: Texas to prevent the end tree of illegals and to
- 17:01Speaker 2: remove them back across the southern border. President Trump wrote,
- 17:05Speaker 2: saying this, all Americans should support the common sense measures
- 17:10Speaker 2: by Texas authorities to protect the safety, the security, and
- 17:14Speaker 2: the sovereignty of Texas and of the American people.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Page two.
- 17:19Speaker 2: He goes on to say this, we encourage all willing
- 17:23Speaker 2: states to ploy their guard. All Americans should support the
- 17:26Speaker 2: common sense measures by Texas authorities to protect the safety, security,
- 17:30Speaker 2: and sovereignty of Texas and of the American people. He says, quote,
- 17:34Speaker 2: when I am president on day one, instead of fighting Texas,
- 17:39Speaker 2: I will work hand in hand with Governor Abbot. Notice
- 17:43Speaker 2: how he's saying he will work with the governor, not
- 17:45Speaker 2: against him.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I will work hand in.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Hand with Governor Abbott and other border states to stop
- 17:50Speaker 2: the invasion, seal the border, and rapidly begin the largest
- 17:54Speaker 2: domestic deportation operation in history. Those Biden have let in
- 18:00Speaker 2: should not get comfortable because they will be going home now. Again,
- 18:05Speaker 2: this is very clear that Donald Trump is saying, now
- 18:08Speaker 2: more than ever before, I am going to not just
- 18:12Speaker 2: I'm going to deport them, right, I Am going to
- 18:15Speaker 2: deport them.
- 18:16Speaker 1: That's what I'm going to do.
- 18:18Speaker 2: And if you think you're not paying attention, I will
- 18:22Speaker 2: deport them.
- 18:24Speaker 3: Now.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Let me also say this. I mentioned Senator Ted Cruz
- 18:27Speaker 2: a moment ago. You have a governor and Greg Abbott,
- 18:30Speaker 2: and you have a senator and Ted Cruz. They are
- 18:32Speaker 2: both angry about the invasion of their state. Ted Cruz
- 18:36Speaker 2: tweeted out earlier today, quote I'm angry about the Supreme
- 18:39Speaker 2: Court's decision failing to secure Texas border.
- 18:44Speaker 1: We are being invaded.
- 18:45Speaker 2: The justices don't have a real appreciation to how bad
- 18:48Speaker 2: it is. Biden is failing to enforce the law because
- 18:52Speaker 2: Democrats want our country to be invaded. Now, one of
- 18:56Speaker 2: the things that he said there, and he's absolutely right,
- 19:00Speaker 2: is they don't understand how bad it is.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And it's not that this is a fight over.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Some new law like usually when you go to the Supreme
- 19:06Speaker 2: Court to fight over a law and what a law means,
- 19:09Speaker 2: et cetera. There's no disputing the Biden administration is willfully
- 19:13Speaker 2: and purposely refusing to abide by the law. Now there's
- 19:18Speaker 2: also something else that's happened, and I'm going to get
- 19:20Speaker 2: just so you understand this. President Biden gave the Texas
- 19:24Speaker 2: Governor Greg Abbott a one pm Eastern deadline to remove
- 19:29Speaker 2: his National Guard troops.
- 19:32Speaker 1: The governor of Texas then refused. You want to know what.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Biden did yet, Next, Biden issued a punitive sanction or
- 19:41Speaker 2: sang shuns, I should say, plural against Texas by pausing
- 19:46Speaker 2: liquid natural gas development opportunities. This is to directly hurt
- 19:52Speaker 2: the Texas economy. The headline coming from the Washington Post
- 19:57Speaker 2: Biden administration pauses approval of new gas export terminals. The
- 20:04Speaker 2: President said the government would analyze impacts on climate, the economy,
- 20:09Speaker 2: and national security before approving new projects.
- 20:12Speaker 1: This was a straight up Okay, Texas, you.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Don't listen to me, and you don't do what I'm
- 20:18Speaker 2: telling you to do. Guess what's going to happen. I'm
- 20:20Speaker 2: going to give it back to you tenfold. Biden didn't
- 20:24Speaker 2: decide to shut down liquid natural gas exports until Texas
- 20:27Speaker 2: decided to take control of the southern border. This is
- 20:30Speaker 2: nothing more than the federal government putting sanctions against Texas
- 20:34Speaker 2: for defending the border. And Americans need to understand this,
- 20:39Speaker 2: and Americans need to pay attention to this like this
- 20:42Speaker 2: is exactly. This is one hundred percent what's happening now
- 20:46Speaker 2: in Texas. You aren't doing what we are mandating that
- 20:49Speaker 2: you do. And since you are not doing it, okay,
- 20:54Speaker 2: since you are not doing it, we are going to
- 20:57Speaker 2: put sanctions on the state of Texas. I don't want
- 21:00Speaker 2: you to hear something else that was just said on
- 21:02Speaker 2: Fox News channel about the border.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Listen, well, as it stands right now, you might be
- 21:06Speaker 5: able to make out behind me, Texas's razor wire is
- 21:09Speaker 5: still here inside of Shelby Park, it remains untouched. However,
- 21:13Speaker 5: the Biden administration has now warned Texas it has until
- 21:16Speaker 5: tomorrow to allow Biden's border agents back into Shelby Park
- 21:21Speaker 5: and the ability to remove Texas's razor wire as it
- 21:25Speaker 5: sees fit. A federal attorney writes to Texas Attorney General
- 21:29Speaker 5: Ken Paxson that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of
- 21:32Speaker 5: the Biden administration, ending a temporary restraining order that prohibited
- 21:36Speaker 5: Biden's border agents from touching Texas razor wire in and
- 21:39Speaker 5: around Shelby Park. The Biden administration goes into detail about
- 21:43Speaker 5: the axis it wants. It wants access to Shelby Park,
- 21:45Speaker 5: also the nearby boat launch and the International Bridge.
- 21:50Speaker 2: So again, you've got a president United States of America
- 21:52Speaker 2: that just put sanctions on a state in the United
- 21:55Speaker 2: States of America, Texas, and says no more liquid natural
- 21:58Speaker 2: gas out of Texas. I'm going to suffocate you until
- 22:01Speaker 2: you do what I tell you to do.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Now.
- 22:04Speaker 2: There's also been some confusion about the Supreme Court ruling
- 22:07Speaker 2: and what it means and what it actually says. I
- 22:10Speaker 2: want you to hear what centater Ted Cruz I co
- 22:12Speaker 2: host verdict with Ted Cruz with him our podcasts, and
- 22:14Speaker 2: this is part of our discussion.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I want to play it for you now.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Can you explain exactly what just happened at the Supreme
- 22:22Speaker 2: Court when it came to the Supreme Court ruling that
- 22:26Speaker 2: the Biden administration, in a five to four decision can
- 22:29Speaker 2: resume removal of the razor wire that was installed by
- 22:33Speaker 2: the State of Texas along the border, specifically near Eagle Pass,
- 22:38Speaker 2: and they say at least while the litigation is ongoing.
- 22:42Speaker 1: What was even more.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Shocking, I think is the fact that Roberts and Amy
- 22:47Speaker 2: Komy Barrett sided with left leaning justice to rule in
- 22:51Speaker 2: Biden Administration's favor and allow the border patrol to go
- 22:55Speaker 2: in and remove the razor wire, which the Texas National
- 22:59Speaker 2: Guard then put back up. At least from the latest
- 23:02Speaker 2: videos we've seen from the border, this is a shocking moment.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Many people in Texas are angry about this, saying what
- 23:10Speaker 2: about states' rights here and how could these two concertive
- 23:14Speaker 2: justices side with the Biden administration.
- 23:18Speaker 6: Look, this is a horrible decision. I'm angry about it.
- 23:22Speaker 6: It is deeply disturbing. Fact Number one, we are seeing
- 23:28Speaker 6: an invasion at our southern border. Nine point six million
- 23:33Speaker 6: illegal immigrants have crossed in under Joe Biden.
- 23:36Speaker 1: It is deliberate.
- 23:37Speaker 6: He wants this to happen. It is the worst illegal
- 23:41Speaker 6: immigration in our nation's history. Number two, it's deliberate. Biden
- 23:47Speaker 6: wants this to happen. The Democrats want this to happen.
- 23:50Speaker 6: They are facilitating it, they are accelerating it that they
- 23:54Speaker 6: are actively wanting more and more and more of it.
- 23:57Speaker 6: So Texas understandably is respond to defend ourselves. I commend
- 24:02Speaker 6: our governor. I commend our state legislature for acting to
- 24:05Speaker 6: protect the sovereignty of Texas and for investing billions of
- 24:10Speaker 6: dollars in border security and law enforcement and putting personnel
- 24:14Speaker 6: in putting up barriers to try to stop this invasion
- 24:18Speaker 6: of our state. Now, what happened on this case. It
- 24:24Speaker 6: arose to the Supreme Court on an emergency appeal on
- 24:27Speaker 6: an injunction. There was an injunction against the federal government
- 24:31Speaker 6: to stop the federal government from cutting down the Razor wire,
- 24:35Speaker 6: the Constantina Wire the Texas that erected and the Fifth Circuit,
- 24:39Speaker 6: the Federal Court of Appeals had upheld the injunction. What
- 24:42Speaker 6: happened today Tuesday, is the Supreme Court, by a vote
- 24:49Speaker 6: of five to four vacated that injunction. What that means is,
- 24:54Speaker 6: right now, the federal government has the legal ability to
- 24:57Speaker 6: cut down that razor wire to allow now illegal immigrants
- 25:01Speaker 6: to continue invading the state. Now, the good news, the
- 25:05Speaker 6: merits of the appeal is still pending, and so the
- 25:07Speaker 6: Fifth Circuit can still rule on the merits of the
- 25:10Speaker 6: appeal as to whether Texas has the authority, And by
- 25:13Speaker 6: the way, the Supreme Court could still rule on the appeal.
- 25:15Speaker 6: So it is possible that Texas prevails. That the results
- 25:20Speaker 6: of an emergency appeal on an injunction are not always
- 25:25Speaker 6: the same as the merits results on the substantive issue.
- 25:29Speaker 1: So that's true.
- 25:30Speaker 6: But at the end of the day, you had the
- 25:33Speaker 6: three Liberals plus John Roberts plus Amy Cony b. Barrett
- 25:38Speaker 6: ruling for the Biden administration saying you can cut down
- 25:40Speaker 6: this razor wire. Now, on one level, I understand it
- 25:44Speaker 6: that there is a heavy presumption in Washington in federal courts,
- 25:50Speaker 6: which is that the federal government gets to trump the states,
- 25:54Speaker 6: and that that is part of the Constitution. Is a
- 25:56Speaker 6: supremacy clause that says the Constitution of federal laws, the
- 26:00Speaker 6: supreme law of the land. I think it is a
- 26:04Speaker 6: real problem that John Roberts is a creature of Washington.
- 26:09Speaker 6: I don't think he understands what is happening at the
- 26:12Speaker 6: southern border. I think Amy Cony Barrett is a law
- 26:15Speaker 6: professor from Indiana. I don't think she has any understanding
- 26:19Speaker 6: of what's happening at the southern border. In ordinary times.
- 26:24Speaker 6: If this were just a regular time and a state
- 26:28Speaker 6: we're trying to block what the federal government was doing,
- 26:30Speaker 6: the Supreme Court would fairly routinely rule with FETs. What
- 26:35Speaker 6: I don't think these justices have a real appreciation for
- 26:39Speaker 6: is how horrifically bad it is, how lawless it is
- 26:44Speaker 6: what the Biden administration is doing. There's never been a
- 26:47Speaker 6: president who refuses to follow the law like Joe Biden did.
- 26:50Speaker 6: So Here's the statement that the Border Patrol Union put
- 26:55Speaker 6: out today. Quote, the Supreme Court's decision today is going
- 26:59Speaker 6: to undoubtly encourage more illegal immigration. Unfortunately, this means border
- 27:06Speaker 6: patrol agents are going to be tied up dealing with
- 27:08Speaker 6: give ups rather than going after the criminal elements that
- 27:12Speaker 6: constantly cross our border illegally. The administration no doubt will
- 27:17Speaker 6: say this is a win for border security, but if
- 27:21Speaker 6: they sought rank and file input, they would be told
- 27:25Speaker 6: this will do the exact opposite. Agents support what Texas
- 27:31Speaker 6: was trying to accomplish in the absence of true border
- 27:35Speaker 6: security policies from this administration. I agree with the Border
- 27:39Speaker 6: Patrol Union, and so I am angry. I'm frustrated. I
- 27:43Speaker 6: think the Court is out of touch. I think they're
- 27:46Speaker 6: just reflexively agreeing with the federal government against the States,
- 27:50Speaker 6: and I think it is a profound mistake that continues
- 27:54Speaker 6: the invasion that's happening in our southern border.
- 27:57Speaker 2: To be clear, one other thing on this is when
- 27:59Speaker 2: you hear the Biden administration say that they are working
- 28:02Speaker 2: to secure the border, I think everybody needs to lot
- 28:05Speaker 2: remember this moment that they not only are they not,
- 28:08Speaker 2: they went all the way to Supreme Court to make
- 28:10Speaker 2: sure they could unsecure portions of the border where radsor
- 28:14Speaker 2: wire was put up to secure the border.
- 28:16Speaker 6: That's how understand Hold on, I want to underscore what
- 28:19Speaker 6: you're just saying. So today in the capital, as I
- 28:23Speaker 6: was walking to the Capitol, lots of reporters wanted to
- 28:25Speaker 6: ask me about this decision. And they said, well, gosh,
- 28:27Speaker 6: Biden just says, if Congress will pass the supplemental bill,
- 28:31Speaker 6: then we'll have the ability to secure the border. And
- 28:33Speaker 6: I said, listen, understand, Biden doesn't want to secure the border.
- 28:37Speaker 6: He wants this crisis. He wants more illegal immigrants. And
- 28:40Speaker 6: I said, for Pete's sakes, Biden is actively litigating against
- 28:45Speaker 6: the state of Texas to stop Texas from securing the border.
- 28:50Speaker 1: That's what they want.
- 28:52Speaker 6: They want this invasion, and that's exactly what the Biden
- 28:55Speaker 6: administration is doing with the emphatic support of essentially every
- 29:01Speaker 6: Democrat member of the Senate and every Democrat member of
- 29:03Speaker 6: the House.
- 29:05Speaker 2: All Right, I'm going to keep you updated all throughout
